  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Usage Limits

We may impose limits on transcription requests to ensure fair usage. These limits include a maximum of 3 transcriptions per day and 15 per month for free users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or uninterrupted access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podcast Transcript AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
