355: Zane’s Starring in a Huge Horror Film

The conversation begins with a personal health story about a leg length discrepancy causing chronic hip and back pain, leading to the decision to get custom shoe inserts to improve balance and comfort. The speaker reflects on how long-standing physical imbalances were only recently identified through stretching and professional input, emphasizing the importance of early self-awareness in addressing health issues. The discussion expands to include family health topics, such as their father’s recent knee replacement due to years of physical strain from labor, highlighting the impact of aging and activity on joint health. A significant portion of the dialogue critiques common sports and games—like golf and pickleball—describing them as overly structured, judgmental, or unenjoyable due to rigid rules and competitive tension. The group then explores more relaxed, accessible alternatives like badminton, spike ball, and racketball, valuing games that foster community and reduce pressure. A humorous anecdote about a high school hacky sack incident where a student jumped from a wall and injured himself underscores the risks and drama of childhood games. The conversation also touches on broader themes, such as financial mismanagement, self-care, parenting challenges (including safe baby feeding and high chair use), and the value of simple, joyful experiences over digital or overly polished ones. Throughout, the tone is conversational, self-deprecating, and grounded in lived experience, emphasizing the importance of balance, awareness, and fun in daily life.

Good morning everyone. Good morning, you guys. Third time in this set, it's starting to, it's starting to really settle in. It's feeling good. Oh, I'm comfortable. I got to take off my shoes. Heath, do you wear shoes on your end over there? Dude, I always have shoes on. I have like a really bad problem. Like I have shoes on from the moment I wake up and tell I'm ready for a bed. I hear, because I got, even though we work from home, I got to put on shoes because it makes me feel like I can conquer my day. Like it's hard for me to answer emails without shoes on. You know, I got to lock in. Yeah, I actually need to start wearing shoes a lot more after this, because I'm going to this place called like feet fleet or something, because my body's not mom loves it. My body's on a lot like my my my right leg is shorter than my left. What? Yes, it's like it just goes up. So that's why my hips are like always like hurting and I get like lower back pain. So I need to, are they going to make me a customer thing to put under my right foot? So I have to always wear a shoe. So my, so like my hips can like finally, it's a skeletal difference. Or is it like, is there tension up in your hip that is causing that leg to be higher? All right. So every time I get stretched, every time like somebody does myel for anything, they always go, oh, yeah, your right one is definitely shorter than your left one. Yeah. So it could be skeletal, I'm not sure, but I'm going to find out when I go. So you're getting custom lifts made for one side of your shoes. I'm most likely going to get custom because they have like a whole test thing where you stand and they do this whole thing and then they make a custom one for you. And like, do they give you like a bunch of them? Like just so you can happen for every pair of shoes. I think they give you one, I think they give you one for like where you could put in any shoe, any shoe that you own. And then they also make one for flip flots. But the thing is that you can't put it in your flip flots. So they make your, they make a flip flop for you. Okay. Looks maxing. But it's, but it's like, I, they would make me one that's like, honestly, this high, like it's so little minimal, but, but it's going to help a lot if like after a month of constantly walking with that under my right foot. I love that. Yeah. This is 34. This is 34. This is 34. Get used to it. Yeah. So I'm actually like pretty excited for this. I'm excited for you. Something I would, I thought I would never be excited for. Yeah. You know, baby, self-care. Like, that's crazy. The people that have to like wear like an inch or that's nuts. Like having that much of an unalignment in your hip. Yeah. Oh my god. I wonder how, how much you will even recognize a difference? Or will it take time to get used to? Yeah, you're going to be like, I feel off, but actually, you're fully balanced. No, no. It's actually, if anything, it's not going to feel off at all. It's going to feel great. I think it's going to take a long time for it to feel better, like in my hips. Cause right now, like the amount of tent, like the amount of tension I put on my left because I'm trying to make up for the pretty much that I'm causing. How did you, how did you like notice where you just always aware of it? And you never thought there was a solution or was it like, we're like looking in the mirror and kind of saw like a little hip. I've always noticed my right shoulder always lower. And I never knew why. Like I just, it's just never, and then as I was working out, getting my stretchers and all that, I've started realizing it more. And then people started telling me, like professional started telling me, oh, well, that's why your right hip hurts because you're right, like a shorter and you're putting all the tension on your left. So it's making both sides all fucked up. So you need to make changes with little changes like that. Well, it's slowly over time, fix your hip. She gets your knees done. That too. You could get your knee, but like the recovery would fuck it suck. Wait, what do you mean get it your knees? I was just, I was just, um, in white chicks, like, oh, we got our knees done. You could do that. You should do that. Um, my dad actually just got his knees done like four days ago now to be taller. No, he wanted to be six six. Wait, he just got what a knee surgery though. Yeah, he got a full knee replacement. Oh, he's got to, he's got to do both, but they recommend doing one at a time. Yeah, because they send you home the same day if you do one. If you do both together, you're stuck in the hospital for like three days, I think. Yeah. My dad also six wants to go. I got knee replacement too. So I'm worried. I don't know if he's gotten it or he's just like, they're waiting until like, he really needs it. Yeah, or something like that. It's just, it's just again, your dad, it was just from age, right? Just aged. Yeah, and he just also, yeah, he, um, I don't know how to say this and not in a weird way. He's on his knees a lot, um, constantly like, because he, I guess because he is such a big man, he's like six four, like 280 pounds, just big dude. So he's always like doing work around the house like on his knees. Yeah. And I think just the constant banging from like working on cars, working around the house, I think just blew them out. Yeah. So they've been bothering him for like probably like 10 years now. And he's finally like enough is enough. Like he was starting to have like a really difficult time going up and down my stairs. And he was like, you know what? I'm just going to book it. He was just nervous though, because I guess he heard this like old, not myth, but I guess maybe back when it first started that you can never go on your knees again. Right. Oh, and he was like, I'll never be able to play with Tony on the ground with him. I'll never be able to like, so he was always nervous about it. I mean, you probably can't for a good amount of time, because you're in the recovery and you don't want to play any pressure on there. But yeah, I'm sure it's gotten much better. That's probably what happened to my dad too, because he played, he's played soccer all his life. Yeah. And he still played soccer. I think until, until he got in his knee surgery. So I think just that wear and tear from that leg. Yeah. As like, dude, he's 60, right? Like still playing soccer like that. Like you, as much as you want to play, it's not good. I know. You're just, you're just fucking your legs up, grinding them bones. I wish I really had like a sport that I could like aim for and like play when I get older. Like I thought I was going to be really in the golf, but like, I don't want to like, yeah, get up and go to the course. It's hot. It's too long. Dude, it's too, it's too fucking long and attempted to drink. And I don't like that golf is fun when you're drinking. And if you're playing all the time, then you're drinking all the time. And I don't want to be drinking all the time. And I just don't have the back for it too. I fuck my, like, dude, nice swings. I would just like, in order for me to be good, I would need to swing in a certain way. Am I back? Just can't take it anymore. And nobody watched me. There's nothing more than like I hate about golf. It's like just teeing off and all the guys sit there watching you go. And then like, oh shit. Yeah. How about how about we all tee off at the same time? Yeah. Yeah. Let's all be the same time, focus on your ball and just hope for the best. This whole, like, everybody needs to be silent. It's just, it's, it's so pretentious to me. Why do everybody have to be silent for this swing? Why are we silent in a bowling fucking alley? Why are all the music, all the music down every time someone's bowling? What do you think you're talking about? I feel like bowling at least, like, have at least like, kind of like a disco moment every 20 minutes. At least the ones don't like me. No, I'm saying, like, why is it not silent? Like the sport of golf? Like, we all have to be like, shh. Like be respectful. Yeah. I'm like, who started the ball game? Then I'd like to do tennis, but tennis, you really got to take lessons and get like, I think if you want to do tennis, go like the pickleball route because pickleball is like just, it's less, it's less pressure on your knees, on your arms. I do like pickleball. Sometimes the damn rules, I get so confused. So I'm like, is it my serve in where am I supposed to be over here? You got to step in the kitchen. There's all this little, there's some silliness where I'm like, can we just pretend like his big ping pong ball and call it a day? Yeah. Every time I play volleyball, I'd always be like, who's up to serve? Is it my turn? What's the point? Like I, I don't know how people can like, keep points like in their head as they're playing. Oh, could not be me. That's insane. Someone else is keeping score. Whether it's cornhole, ping pong, volleyball, I'm not keeping score. I can't do ball. And then you only get a point if you have the ball. Like if you're serving, and then I score it on you, I don't get a point because I need to be the serving side in order to get a point. Oh, you see, I think the moment the balls and play, I forgot who even served, and I'm just trying to survive. Like I, because I need to focus on my hits, because I could barely fucking play whatever it is that we're playing. Like pickleball, I can't, I can't get it over the net once. Oh, it's crazy. Like how is it? Everybody's so good at pickleball. Exactly for me. It's embarrassing. My neighbor just broke her back playing pickleball. Like I am. Maybe a month ago. Oh my gosh, her back. So she, she fell and broke her back. Yeah, she broke her foot when she fell and thought that was like the injury. So then she had like foot surgery. And then was like, wait, my back is like really messed up. So then she got her back checked out. Turns out she broke her back had to have back surgery. Oh my god. Be careful out there. Oh my god. Pick a ball. We'll get you, man. No, and that's why, that's why I, like I refuse. Like I'm not going to move. Whatever happened to like racket ball and squash. I feel like that was huge in the night again. It's like you're in it. It's almost like wall ball, but with like a blue ball, but with a rocket in your indoors at like, you know, usually correct center. And it's like really loud. And there's a big plexiglass. The lifetime in Nashville sometime. I see. They go in hard. I like I see it. I like a racket. But it's definitely, I see it's like older people. I see older people play rock ball. They like to play that. But I think it was huge in the 90s. Like if you watch like sign felt they're playing rock ball. They're watching some little romcom in the 90s. They're playing rock ball. I get it. And they're squash, which is like the smaller black ball that is like rock ball. But it's like harder to hit. It doesn't bounce out as much. Yes. Yes. I know exactly. No, dude. Give me, give me highlight. Give me dang your highlight. Or what? What's that one? We're the with the wall ball. Badminton. Badminton. Badminton. Badminton. I like badminton. It's a nice little like it's a thin garden game. You know, it's like croquette. It's a world of net of netting and croquette. Yeah, it's just because you're not going like really bust out of fucking sweat playing badminton. Yeah. Because it's a little the shuttle cocks a little soft. It's just the way it falls. You got you got time to get there, you know? Yes. You got time. Like to me that thing looks so dainty. It just reminds me of an old lady whenever I see the ball. You know what I also want to play, but like you always see like the old little Chinese men like play it in China. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Where it's almost like hacky sack, but it's with the little thing with their feet. It looks like a shuttlecock, but they're like it's almost like hacky sack and it has a little feather. And they're like catching it behind their legs and stuff. Oh, no, I've never seen this. You've never seen like people trying to play this. And they're hitting it from behind. Yeah, they're playing their foot back and kick it over themself. Yeah. And they're a little sassy with it. They'll like put out their hands and do like it's effortless. Dude, hacky sack used to be a big thing in high school for us. There's oh my god. It was like a big like. No, hacky sack was it. Matt hacky sack ran the school cafeteria during lunchtime, dude. If you were in that hacky sack group, like you were it. And there was this one kid, Ethan. Oh, man, poor guy. Is this what he's telling from the wall? Oh, my god. Hacky sack, hacky sack. Everybody's playing it. And then one day, somebody kicked the hacky sack up on top of the roof. Uh-huh. It was like it was like a tall wall that was separated. Yeah. And the ball went up there or the hacky sack. And Ethan, he was kind of like a a nerdier kid, not like athletic or anything like that. But he was in the hacky sack squad. And he saw this is his this dude. This was his fucking moment to like be him because it was a high wall. He's like, I got it, guys. We're like, okay, let's go eat it. He's gonna save the day. Dude, he scales this wall. It's kind of got like these little cut out cutouts that you can like grab and put your foot in. You know, just for like a look at it. Yeah. Matt, he gets to the top, grabs the hacky sack, holds it up. We're like, Paul, he did it. He's got the thing. He throws it down and he just goes like this. He's like, fuck it. And he just jumped. Oh my god. I think I don't know if he got so excited that he saved the day. But instead of like trying to like, he just was like, fuck it. I'm jumping off. Dude, he jumped both legs, boom, buckled, collapsed into the ground. Oh, bro. He was on scooter for the rest of the year. Oh, no. You know, those scooters where your leg is like one leg is up and you're kind of like riding it like the rest of the year. He got hacky sacks. Yeah. I felt so bad because it was like hero moment. And then every. Yes. It was that you that literally the entire you had to wear that. It was so sweet on me guys. I'm coming. And did he still play hacky sack? He sure did. He sure did. But you know what? You know what? It's where I really like and I feel like it was really hot. And then I don't see it a lot anymore. Spike ball. I really like Spike ball. That's fun. Like that's something I can get behind. I would want to practice to get better. But you can't play with somebody. He's too good. Or yeah. Yeah. If you play with people who are too good, it's just every time I played it, I'm playing around people who are really good at it. Yeah. I'd like to play with some people are bad and just get like a silly hang going on. What is it? Like what I don't like is the the really aggressive players that are constantly every move that they make. They are just making it impossible for you to hit, which where I feel like it should be this we're communal. Let's see how far we can go for just the volley of a group. Then like try to get the point. Yeah, and you know, I'm in a name and David. I fucking hate the way David plays like he plays this game. I'll see him play pickable and immediately I feel like he's like he doesn't want to play with you. He's playing at you. He's like, I'm going to fucking win now. I'm going to win right now. As soon as this fucking turn is a start, I'm going to fucking way. I'm going to do this move that you're not going to eat. Like I don't know why people play like that. It pisses me off. I mean, I'm like, just for a reason. Just spike it. I know. I get it. But just dude, like, I don't if you're going to push it like that, I feel like there should be this whole group thing where it's just like you get to pull one around like or just like one time you get to be like, just kind of a dickhead in a move that you want to do. But there's times where he's just like every fucking time. It's like, I can't get better at this game when you're fucking putting the ball behind me fucking back there like that. You know what I mean? You know, my fingers still fucked up from the Hawaii. Yep. That was a bad trip for us. We both fucked our shit up that trip. We felt right into a rock. Boom. It was one of those rocks that like you see at the side of a oh, spike. But I'm always worried about just like running into the person next to me and just like bumping skulls, you know, you know what? Cause you're always like moving around and you're focused on this one thing and everyone's like, huh, huh, huh. That's true. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if you're really good. Yeah. Actually, no opposite. We should run that intro. Oh, shit. I think that's the long. I think we're doing a bonus episode. It was like very bonus vibes. No, that was fun. That was good. Yeah. That was a lot of our guys. We were just a vibe. You know what fucking no intro. No, we should do it. We should do it. Okay. All right, guys. It's Welcome back to Zenith. I'm filtered. Babies. I'm Zen. I'm Heath. I'm Matt. And I'm Jared. And thank you so much for coming back. We know you have a million other things to do. That's better than this, but you're here right now. And we appreciate it. I'm right. Thank you. Period. Yeah. Let's just keep that. Let's just keep the cash vibe going. This is nice. Yeah. It is. You know what? I wish I wish you never mentioned the intro. I literally now that I know it's public. I'm like, yeah, now I'm aware. I'm aware of it. That was like, I'm like, oh, but we're on such a stride right now. Let's stop. I get I get it. Well, thank you for that. We'll maintain the vibes and all of that. Yeah. There's there's something about filming the bonus episodes that just feels like you're like hiding in a way where it's that in the unwind. I feel like we get into it on our Patreon unwinds. Oh, yeah. I'm like, it's just a casual conversation. Then all the sudden something gets brought up and we're just like going in. But I like about the unwind, too, is that we get to like watch it, which we clearly can't or like what we can sing songs sing songs or like our favorite songs of the week or some shit. Like, oh, you guys, I've been listening to this song. We get to play and we there's no fucking like no repercussion, no punishment for it. It's great. It really is. It is. What do you mean? What do you mean? Have I told you about this? I just like you're going away. I haven't. I feel like we've been debriefing all of our past travels, but yeah, we're going to a wedding. There's rumors that might rain. So send good vibrations, guys. Matt, do you as all the weddings that you're going to are these people that you're like really close with or a really the spectrum is so wide because everybody knows that like, oh, Matt's the wedding guy. We should definitely like invite him to. Well, sometimes when you host a big wedding, you get invited to a lot of weddings too. I come, you know, I didn't think of that. So that's one factor. Patricia and I, we have said no to two weddings this year. Just so much. Yeah. Just because time it just hasn't worked out because you're invited to another wedding. That too. That too. But yeah, most of the time. Well, for this one, it's direct family. So like, you have to go. Have you, have you jotted down how many weddings it's been? No, and I thought Patricia's like kept a better. You need to keep that document. Just, yeah, I don't even want to know if you told me how much money we've spent on weddings alone. But you know what, it's just that chapter in life, you know, at this point, you have, you definitely have closer, you never have to buy anything new for a wedding. I feel like you always have something. Not really, but like for this one, they goodness, we don't all have to wear the matching tuxes, but we have to buy the same shirt. You know, well, I meant like not groomsmen because obviously you have to wear whatever the groom want. I'm saying more as a guest. Yes. You just, yeah, but Patricia's always buying the dress. You know, it's easy. It was a guy. Because you're going to wear the same dress. Have all your groomsmen gotten married? That you had? Yes. Well, no, no. Besides my cousin Nick. Okay. So I think if there's someone else interested, interesting. Yeah. I'm not like, you're going to be in a wedding party. I was thinking about that the other day. It's like, how many more bachelor parties do I have? Like who else in my life is going to have a bachelor party? And I really do think it's just my cousin Nick. Do you have any like new friends that are like, oh, possibly new straight friends? You know what? Yes. Yes. I mean, I mean, I mean, I'm not saying straight friends. It could be a friend who's gay and I get invited to the bachelor party. A bachelor party. You know, if it was Connor Franca, yes, I'd be invited to do his bachelor party. If it was Tristan, I hope I'd get invited to his bachelor party. Because you know, yeah, they're definitely going to have bachelor parties. Yes, I, I would think so, but they also could also be like more girl bachelor parties. I think everyone would kind of go, I don't think they would like lean like, this is a guy. Yeah. I could definitely see guy bachelor party. Like I think sometimes like, I feel like gay guys usually like bring their gal pals on their bachelor party. Yeah. Like one giant party. Yes. I didn't see them. I do like Like when the, the bride and the bros only like, I do like when the bride and groom, they, they mix the two and just have a big weekend out somewhere and I've never done that. So it, to me, it just sounds more fun and also in a way cheaper, but I also feel like there's drama with that too. I guess. Yeah. Because if you didn't suddenly have a bunch of like single girls in your bachelor, single guys and bachelor party, then like hookups are happening and as like, there could be just drama on that trip. I do love when it's your wedding, though, and two people hook up at your wedding. Yeah. Oh, who? Like, yeah. Someone you're related to and then like an old friend from college on your wife's side. Like there's something, if it's like, if they're kind of, they're both traveling from different places and then it happens, you're like, okay, that's fine. But like when it's like, when it gets really close, where it's like going to start, so you're just like, yeah, boy, I don't want to be in the middle of this because it, because you end up being in the middle of it. It's something weird. Yeah. But then like, if it's your wedding, though, you kind of get to be like, if it wasn't for me. Yeah. Yeah. You played into it. What was it? I kind of like Marais, Marais cousin, Reb. Yeah. Reb and my friend Ryan, they're engaged. Is this set? A wedding? They haven't picked a day yet. That's like, to me, that's so crazy. We've talked about this, right? How they're like, what did you do for your brother's bachelor party? Did your brother ever have a bachelor party? It was kind of like a half have, it was very last minute, but it was very last minute. He invited me. It was like few days before. I couldn't go because I had, I just had a job. I couldn't go. But it wasn't like a fully set thing because he didn't plan on doing it at first. And then it was just like, you know what? I'm just going to do it. I think he like did a cruise thing, but it was like, it was very laid back. It was a bunch of girls and guys there. I think it was more, it didn't like to me. It wasn't a bachelor trip. It was just more like a, yeah. Yeah. And that's what works through them. Like, and also even like in England or the UK, because Will and Arden, you do like a traditional like, stag and hen party, where it's really like the night before the wedding or like before the rehearsal dinner, it's just everyone just goes out and separately and you have like fun nights with. Yeah. You're called the stag and hen party. I think it's called stag and hen party. That's how they do it over there. And I feel like now in America, I'm going to a restaurant, it's stag and hen. It does. Like a just a little, a little brewery on the side, just like it's like a, it's a really handy band. Like that. Oh, you, you, you, you excited to see the stag and hen tonight? It does sound like a band. It is. Oh, one year or two. The restaurants that this and that and that they think it's so clever. It drives me insane. Does post me still have ghost kitchens where they're like, come up with like a crazy Mac. My ass sandwiches. It's not quite ass sandwiches. It's terrible. I anytime I like get a ghost type of vibe, I'll then look it up on Yelp and then be like, where is this and is this a real establishment and then try to re-reviews on that? Like I don't, like I don't know, if you've ever heard of moon bowls, you know that place moon bowls. Apparently that's like a ghost kitchen, but I love moon bowls, but like I tried looking it up and you can't find it anywhere. It's crazy. That's, there's places on post me said, I've eaten all the time, but you can't even go pick it up. Oh, that's like ghost kitchens. Yeah. That's literally the bowl I get every time. It's so fucking good. It's really great. Grey hangover meal. Yeah. I need that. Great sober meal. They could just like reset. I want like, again, I've been eating cleaner. So to me, this is like an unhealthy, healthy, clean meal. You know when it's like you, you start eating healthy so much and when you eat something, it's like healthy, but like elevated or is just like, oh, this, you know, this, you could tell this was cooked a little oil. You start to appreciate, you start to appreciate your like taste of like, oh shit, I feel really guilty for eating this, but that's really good. That means that like I'm doing well. What can Tony eat now? Heath. Is he like moved up to chicken and yeah, he likes his chicken. He likes ground beef. Do you guys put it on a plate or do you just like keep the high chair train in front of them and he just eats off the tray? So we have like a high chair that has like the little tray in front. Yeah. And then we also have the one that clips onto our kitchen island and it kind of like hovers, like it floats. It's only like clamped if that makes sense. It's more of like a portable one that you can bring out to like restaurants if you wanted. So sometimes we'll have them in that and sometimes we'll have them in a normal high chair. But we do a lot of just like sometimes like putting stuff on the tray in front of him and letting him use his hands and kind of grab stuff. I don't know, a lot of people don't like doing that technique because obviously the kid makes a mess. Like it's it's fucking all over him, all over the floor, all over the tray and then like they slap and they're like got it on their face. Yeah. But it's like we see it as like they got to learn. So like, right. Don't deprive them of using their hands and trying to like figure things out. So we just let them. And I saw that suction bowl like things are like dangerous now. Well, oh, they are. But then I saw one that they're like dangerous. They kind of got recalled. I'm not trying to be like. Really? They suck. Sometimes they had these little bowls you put on to the high tray or the high chair of the bowl. Yeah. And it is suction's down. So if they hit it, it doesn't fall off onto the floor because of the suctionness of it. Like a kid like put its like head in it and it like suctioned around like the baby's head. And they were like, Oh my gosh. I think the top suction on the because it's all like silicone. Like it's like, it's like bottom has like a suction cup. Yeah. I'm not trying to be like fear mongering about all these suction bowls. But I just do that. If that happened in one time, I mean, that's an off. Yeah. It freaks me out when I saw the video because I thought those were kind of popular. But also I can see that I was like, yeah, don't leave a baby alone with that. But I mean, that's your baby alone in general eating. Like they could do you like monitor I think it's just crazy with babies like their system is so small. And every time I'm around them though, they're always like snack it and eat and stuff. Like I'm like, are you ever like how much have they ate today? Like I'm saying that they're going to get big, but it's just what is the proper question of no idea. So he keeps his normal milk intake. Yeah. They say food before one is just for fun. So we kind of like as a snack will give him things like we're not replacing the milk with food yet. Okay. So it's just like fun little snacks between bottles. If he gets like a little hungry or anything like that, just small portions, like nothing crazy. Are you guys still making like, I see old number is not on formula anymore. What do you mean? What do you mean? Like a bottle maker thing that makes like the milk, oh no, the curing machines. Those are crazy dude. That's that is expensive though. It literally dispenses the amount of formula and like makes it like it's oh no, we don't have anything. They have that now. Yeah. I'm not going to say who it was. One of my friends had like one of these like baby formula, like kind of like curing type. Yeah. That baby. And it was their second baby. And they thought that they had knew how to do it for their first baby, but they were doing something wrong on one setting. And their baby was not like growing normally. And they were like, what is wrong with their baby? They go in the doctor. They go, sir, use the baby bracelet. Like, I think you may be have something wrong on it. They had been underfeeding their baby for like not enough months. Scoops of formula and the dog and machine like the machine was, I don't think it was an error on the machine. It was their own personal error. But it was like some stupid setting that's like, what the fuck? How did we not notice? That was on. Oh. It was computing some wrong setting that they assumed it was right and it was wrong when it should have been way more clear. They just didn't breathe. But just imagine you've been underfeeding your baby and you didn't know off like your own. So it was the same amount of liquid. It just wasn't enough formula. I so Zane, think about like, okay, you know how you're if you tried different proteins, like sometimes it's got a big scooper. And sometimes like it's a smaller portion per water. Yeah. And this thing you have to set what type of formula you're using because it would be like, this big of a scoop is like the same equivalent to, you know, another brand's two scoops. Like it might have been miscalculating what type of formula. I think that's what it was. I don't want to hit them like I'm being like, so in my head, the formula, there's only one formula that goes with this machine. I didn't think there was like, you could put any baby formula in this machine. You know how some coffee maker, like coffee maker is you can only use a certain coffee brand maker. That's what I thought this. You would think that a baby formula brand machine like this would only require a certain baby formula brand because of situations like that. Yeah. I could imagine me just like tired of fucking putting coffee. There's just a little coffee grinds in my baby's formula, maybe it's just wire. Oh my god. You won't sleep. Please. Please. But that's crazy. I never knew that they had something like that. We decided Tony's Halloween costume. So we were just talking about that the other day, we're the top one right now. We want to do Fred Wilma and bam, bam, bam. Oh, that's good. And he can sew that too. That's what we were thinking. I don't know. It's easy. Like from the Flintstones. Oh, oh. What the what? I was thinking of Scooby-Doo. I was like, who the hell is Batman? He's a Wilma. Fred and Dave Wilma. That's just I. Yeah. That's why I was like confused. From Flintstone. Oh, yeah. That's a great costume. Yeah. Little. It's Wilma, right? Oh, yeah. And the Fred Wilma and bam, that's pretty damn cute. Oh, yeah. That's something y'all can make that in your machine. We can. Super easy. Get that down. But that's the number one where there are other options up. That's one of them right now. You tell people you bought it from a store, though, when people come up to you and ask. You bought it from the store. You don't want to say you made it yourself because you want Mariah to get that up. Oh, did you make that? You made that. Wow. It's really good because when you say you bought it from a store, oh, wow, that's really good quality. I love that. And then you say, I actually made it. Oh, yeah. There you go. You got to let them. Yeah, you got to let them. So that's like our top like group costume where like the three of us are like one theme. But then there's like other individual ideas that we liked. Like I really want to make him like a baby M&M, not not the snack, but like the rapper. Turn him into the rapper. -Yeah. -Then I was thinking of an M&M rapper. - I'm like, okay, wait, let me see what you mean. - Is this like your-- - Or like cute. - Oh, but the Robin one with the E, like from the-- - Oh, that's cute. - That one's got a bad ass. - Yeah, that's cute. - But if his name started with an E, it would be really cool. - Or E, think. - Incredibles. It's a fun one too. - Incredibles is good. - But your Tony's Adna mode. Everyone's like, what? (laughing) - Why would you do that? - Yeah. (laughing) - But he is hollow weak. So you can do as many different costumes as you want. - You know, especially with social media, you have to every day you got to come over the new costume so you can post it. - Yeah. - Come on, that's great. - Okay, that's pretty funny. - That's good. - Oh my gosh, that's adorable. - Oh my god, that little girl. - That's idna mode. - Idna mode. - Idna mode. - Like, I don't know if I said this before in the show, but I just wish Incredibles was a series. - Right. - What's like a show? - Yeah, turn that out as a series. - 'Cause I love the money in it. - I love the family. - I love that just the whole, the whole idea of that show. - Do you think they should be fighting crime every episode? Like it's like a powering- - Give me more facts or give me some family interaction. - I want to see some draw, like I want a mix of drama and also just one villain throughout the whole series. Like I, it doesn't need to be, they're fighting a different villain every episode. I think that's a little too much. - Yeah. - I want it a storyline like you would see in a real, like in a real show. - All right, brief pause for this episode sponsor. What not? What enough weird experience is buying from various online marketplaces to know how it usually goes. You find something, send a message, wait two days for a reply, then you finally schedule a meetup and there are a no show. Or you get there and the item is in worse condition that just runs. But now you've already driven across town, burned the time and you're standing there feeling pressure to just buy it anyway. After a while, the juice stops being worth the squeeze. Cause they have like crazy technology and stuff. And the aesthetic is the 60s. - Wait, is it the 60s? - Oh, it is 1962. - Oh, cause they always go back and forth. I thought when they would go back in time, that was when it was the 60s. I didn't think in that in the moment. - That's crazy though, that the glory days like when the film first starts before they have all the kids and stuff, that's in the 40s. That blows my mind. Cause it's like all kind of like very black and white and they go to those flashbacks and everything. - And I love how realistic it is where they're like, they're trying to, they miss the all time so much and they just want to go back to it, but they can't because they need to be hidden for their kids and have a better life for the kids. But it's like, they have to fly crime because it's happening in the moment. I don't know, I love that. It's like a perfect family fun. - That house though, and the second one is so dope. - Oh, with the moving. - Yeah, just that whole futuristic mid-century modern mansion that they like to shack them up in. Oh, that house is just so freaking cool. - Yeah, literally what I thought my first house was gonna be when I was doing the renovation. (laughing) - Dude, when I was flipping that house, I was like, this is what's going, this is what we're building. This is what it's gonna look like. - And I remember you were showing me the plans. I'm like, you gotta talk to the street in a million. 'Cause street in a million is like your neighbor and I'm like, you're gonna block her view. You're going to block her street in a million's view. And she's gonna be like, call me, beat me. I'm gonna sue you. (laughing) - I'll stop if you let me invest in you, Benier. - Come Benier. - Oh, is she doing Benéis? - I think it's still there. I don't know if the store is still open, but it's still there, right? - She was married to the dream. - Christina, when are we gonna meet up in collab? Let's make it vid. I gotta like tap into traditional media. (laughing) - You know, maybe dancing with the stars mean you could be in the same season. - It could. - I'll allow it. - I could see her being on the show. - Did you see the little, I felt so bad. Her reaction was so funny. The, I forget who it was, but it was like a girl in the audience that did like pointed and then was like, "Oh, a lot of, Meyer." - And then we realized what it looked like and was like, "Oh my, what did I just do?" - She's like between Andy Richter and like, John Stamoser. Who, I don't know who she's been. - Oh, the Olympia, the, yeah, the dude. That was so good. - Oh God. (laughing) - Just like, and then her reaction to like what she just did. - Yeah. (laughing) - And it cuts like the next commercial break. - It's a microphone. It's so good. - She's not next to John. - She's trying to explain it. Am I saying her name wrong? It's Ilana, right? - I think, yeah. I think it is. - Ilana Ma, Ilona, or Ilona. - It's like, or Ilana Ma. - It's I-L-O, right? It's not L-L. - Yeah, I think it's I-L. - Yeah, that's tough with the eyes in the air. - I know. - Oh my gosh. Dude, she probably was so annoyed with that shit back then. Like on school paper, having to write that shit and type it out, oh god, that would bug me so much. - Ilona. - It's Ilona? - Yeah. - Fuck. - Sorry Ilona. - Ilona. - You still- - Sorry. (laughing) - That was almost like you did it on purpose. - Yeah. (laughing) - Who's the girl in Broad City? Is that Ilona? - Broad City. - Bitch, I know about Broad City. - No. - That's Ilona. - Ilona Glazer. - Of course I know Broad City. - Oh. - Guys, I'm obviously just fucking around with him. Can you look at Broad City? - It hasn't no idea what Broad City is. - Is it a play? - It was a show on MTV about the two girls with Abby Jacobson and they would just get to Little High Jinks. - God, okay, I've seen that. I've seen that movie poster before. - I love an Amy Cedaris is showing them like really shitty apartments around New York. - Yeah. - And she's like, where's the bathroom? She goes, where is it the bathroom? (laughing) - 99%? - Holy shit. - Yeah, it's a good show. - Oh by the way, I just learned what the percentage actually means. - For Ron Tomatoes. - Go on. - All right, so for example, if a movie had like a 90% of Ron Tomatoes, it means that 90% of people rated it as six or higher. - Oh. - Where like in my head was most people rated it at nine out of 10. - Wait. - That's how I took it. 80% of people give it a rating of five or lower, then that percentage goes all the way down. It's almost like a, - You're blowing my mind. - I had no idea. - I don't know. - When it's all I was just like, and I was like, he's not definitely knows this. - No. - And I was right as he didn't know either. I was genuinely shocked at that. - Whoa. - I don't want to look at Ron Tomatoes anymore now. I go straight to the letterbox and I see like, the people whose taste I like, and if they're liking it, I'm like, all right, then it seems like good. - I keep meaning to fucking download that because I really want to like get a letterbox. - Yeah, because I'm sick of like looking up Ron Tomatoes scores. Like I want to get like actual reviews from people because they don't like spoil share anything. They just like leave it. - And it's so fun after you get to look at the reviews of a movie and like the top ones are always like, really funny like one liners and stuff. - Got it. - But they'll never do like a review on there, right? - No, sorry, not a review, but more of like a- - Inject one? - Yeah, you know when you like you watch a show and you're like, I don't really understand what's happening here. And you look up like a review kind of like a synopsis. - Oh, it's synopsis. - They don't do that in other models, right? - I think that's you gotta just go to Wikipedia and read the blog. - Got it. - But some people do, yeah, deep dive, some people make quick jokes and stuff. - I just love like just like the catastrophe. (laughs) - Oh, just found self-flat. - I reviewed Halloween for yesterday. And I said, oh, this one is really bad. That was just my review. This one's really bad. I gave it one star, Halloween for. - I just love, I love when they're like really positive at the beginning and they're just like, just self-flat. - And they just self-flat. - First and second act were great. (laughs) - Downhill from there. - I just watched the unibomber. - Oh, I heard the one was Shailene Woodley. - Oh, I hated it. - I started it. I was kind of so interested. And then I read The Rotten Tomatoes. - 'Cause I like Jacob Tremblay. And I was like, oh, he looks so much older in this. Like, it's just cool to see him like grown up like acting. - Hate it, dude. - Yeah, it's terrible. - They let him down on that one. - It's about Ted Kaczynski. I don't even know much about the unibomber. - And I always thought like, not that I'm fascinated by the unibomber, but I just always like, like that it was the longest manhunt in history. Like there's just like so much to it. The fact that he was a professor, like he was a genius. Like I've just thought like. - And they did a terrible job of like really showing that. - Yeah. - Like how the hell was that not a series? - It just wasn't a movie is fucking nuts. - And then it was just like do that. - Then it was just over. And you were like. - Me and my mom literally, like when it ended, we're like, huh? Like we couldn't believe how they, and oh, you know what it was? It was almost like they wanted to do a series and they're like, oh, fuck, budget cuts. We have to make it a movie. - Cut it short. - And they just took everything that they filmed and just put it in a movie. - Could have been. - That's what it felt like, yeah. Because I mean, everything out like the cat, like the plot of the cast thing, everything was like, really good. - Fell flat. - I think it's so interesting with like directors who, like even when you're starting out, you could make like a film that makes like no money. - But it could. - But it could get good reviews. And then people still want to fund you even though your movies don't make money, people still want to like it. - Yeah, because they're like, oh, if you only had more budget for promotion and stuff, your work could be seen by Moria. - I just saw the trailer for Christian Del Grosso's movie. The one that was filmed out here. - Is it out? - No, no, no, he just showed me on his phone. - Oh. it looks really good. Like Cristiano Grusso from Vine. Yeah. Oh, he's making a film. He's been filming. He's been directing, right? directing directing a movie. Yeah. He directed the whole movie. Yeah. For the past like what? A couple of years. Wow. Yeah. And it was spirit. No, no, no, no. It's do you remember? It's called. What is it called again, Heath? Boot Lake. And it was the one that was written by a hundred people. Like everybody had every writer had a page of the movie. Oh, interesting. And it's like the biggest collaborative effort on a film in history. Pretty good. Like the trailer looks like a legit movie. Like how did they put that together? Was it more like they need to follow a certain storyline? But then they just get to write the page or did everybody got to like read the previous and like write their own next page? Yeah. That's kind of like. Yeah. That's a kind of like a game you play at a party where you pass everyone writes a sentence. Yeah. And then someone writes meanwhile back at the ranch. I'd be so pissed if like I came out of the room in another way. Like a really good starter. And in my head, I was like, it has to go this route or at least this way. And then you read that and you're like, oh, fuck, who wrote that last day? What's that Q and A going to be like? All these people. I really like that. That was my scene. That was my scene. But yeah, he's there. They should have like the first cut of it pretty soon. Really excited to see like when it comes out like. Same question for you. Have you been approached by Saul? No. No. No. I thought the thing is that it's that I got really like for that one thing. I just got really lucky. It was it was a girl who was working in it and she was doing talent partnerships. And she saw that luckily and then reached out, right? So like it unless somebody's not like actively like watching any like a story and reaching out. It's not going to happen. But I've had my team just kind of reach out. Did the director not say we got to get you in the next saw movie. Okay. So I did rewatch that. They said, I think we need to Oh, think. Yeah. So that and they thought that it covers her ass on needing having to do anything for me. They don't need to do it. They don't owe me anything. But I did. It's funny how I went back to look for it because in my head, it was like if they said that they were gonna they like kind of have to write. But then it was think and I don't remember him saying think in the moment. But you know, I know I remember he looked me jet in the eye and said, you're in my neck. Watches it back. But you know what he was like, you know, he thought about that before saying it to like he was smart about it. Like he's like, I cannot like promise anything. Like I think it gets worse every time you watch it. Yeah, I think we should maybe have that. I mean, you were probably in the casting office. Your headshot was on a cork forward at one point. For this movie. Definitely. But the thing is that it looks like they're still writing it. Okay. So so you're saying there's a chance. Look, even if I'm just like, you know, remember how they gave that fan in the last movie she was like giving a coffee to somebody. Yeah. Make it very small. Sure. I'll take I'll take whatever. I'm going to put myself in the trailer. Like the trailer for the movie when it comes out. I'm going to re edit it. Put my. Here's your coffee, sir. This is like AI edits people are showing their mom where it's like I'm showing my mom several words. And she parts. I think we're in the free. So he's like, that's all. So good. So good. I've seen that AI video. He's no. He like, I feel like I want to think that that was genuine and everything after that was like, was staged because it was just so good. He's playing a devil. He's probably about inside. He edits an AI scene of of the scene panning down after she's like, that's all it pans down. She turns around. And it goes back up. And then she's like, and then walks away. And his mom goes, I don't remember this. It was so good. I want to think it was real. I love the one. There's a lot where people do it'll be like two guys playing like some slot next to each other or just like in the same store or the grocery. And a guy will take like a video of them. But in the moment, AI it. Yes. Where like the one dude hits the other guy. And then turn it into this whole scene and go get like security involved. And the guys like, no, I saw him. He hit him. And then they'll show the video to the guy that's like clearly didn't hit him. But he's watching himself in the video. Like attack somebody. But they'll set it up. Be like, this is you, right? Okay. So I've worked. You agree that this is you. And he's like, yes, that's me. I didn't hit him. All right. Well, let's watch the video. And he's like, okay, that did not have it. Dude, I feel so bad for the old people that like people go up to them with their phones and tap their phone. And they'll play like a good thing song. Making things that they just like took their whole like identity or credit card operations. And they'll start running away. They're like, hey, wait. That makes me feel so sad. Just like you know that they're going to sit there and think about that shit. I like to bring that like some girls do to like guys at bars. They'll take a photo of a dude across the bar and then set that photo as the wallpaper. And then go up to them with their fun. Go, can you take a picture of us? And the guys like, yeah, sure. It's just it's harmless. But if you're a dude, don't do that to that's going to be absolutely not only works the other way. Yeah, something just worked the other way around. Sorry. Oh, I got a new gizmo or gadget because you guys know, I love my like my big e-reader that I have my my Kindle. I have a Kindle. I love Kindle. Kindles are great. This one's the color soft. I like usually have it. But it's but it's big. It is very big. And I have just been getting like, I don't like traveling with that one as much. And I feel like I can't get enough reading on the go because it's just a little cumbersome. And so I got this a few years ago, a book's Palma to look at that. So this is an e-reader. And it basically almost is like a phone hole. Let me turn it. Wait, so you'll you'll choose between both of these? How do you read that? Me a little bit more mobile. But I mean, no, it's right here. It's just like reading a book up here. It's the same size as my phone. And why couldn't you just use your phone? Because I like reading on e ink more. I don't want to be staring even more at the screen throughout the day. E ink is much more easier on your eyes. This is so easy on the eye. Yeah. All of our phone screen like this. Do you want to see in it with the home screen looks like? That's fucking nice. It basically is like a phone. And once again, guys, this is not an ad. And I'm still open to getting the new candle. And Amazon, if you want to talk about the new candle, then sure. But I was phone screens were like that. Like, look, it's so wow. It's kind of blown out on the camera. But it's basically an e ink phone. That's great. Does that make sense? Does it have color e ink or is it just black and white? The new books. Palmas do have color, but I wasn't going to drop $400 on it. Imagine you have a new color. Rise me of a printer screen. Yeah. Sure. Sure. It's like when you're like the screen on your printer, when you're like choosing the amount of copies and it's the same fucking thing. So like, look at that. It's just boom. These are my phone and my new e reader next to each other. But Amazon, if you want to talk, we can talk about the new candles. They do look cool. But right now I'm going books. Palma and Amazon, you know, maybe I left a read. So they can go to my my hands too. And also, you know, the new phones that they have that can also be kind of like a reader to open to that. But I got to just touch one. Yeah. Can you put like a matte kind of screen protector on an iPhone to give it that? Yes. Like some people with like iPads can do, yeah, who'd like a little bit more paper texture. But still you are still getting that blue light coming through. Sometimes it's just a little better on the eyes, like adjust the warmth and things. You just you feel less. Yeah. Exhausted. Is there an is there an app? Imagine Kindle had an app where you click it and like it just does their best to change the screen where like dims at low, it like they change the pixels. And I mean, I wonder if that is possible. I know people who like have their iPhones always said to black and white a lot. Do you ever see people who have that? Oh, yeah. For like a week. And then I got I couldn't do it. Yeah. I think it's good when you're just trying to like tone down for like the day and you know that you're not going to like. I do have my setting on like warm. I want to hit a certain time and that's like pretty much the only protective thing I have for my eyes. Are you guys dark mode or light mode? Dark mode. Dark mode on tick talk. Like no, just like your own even text, no light mode on text. No, really? No, I think it switches at night. It's dark. My texts are dark at night. Oh my god. Dude, my text have been dark for years. I can't. It's just like to even Instagram's dark mode too. Everything is dark mode. It's just better for it. It's just easier on your eyes. It's not so fucking bright. Yeah. Because the phone is so bright already. You want to just even on my desktop, everything is dark night mode. Nice. Yeah, I guess I just need to do that. You know? Yeah. Oh, you know what? My browser isn't. I need to change that. All right. Quick plus for a sponsor, C geek. So I looked at my calendar the other day and realized every single thing on it was something I had to do. Dr. appointment, all change, errands, basic life stuff. Not one thing fun to do just because that felt a little depressing. So now I'm trying to be better about putting something fun on the calendar too. Even if it's once a month, a concert, a game, some random event, I'd normally talk myself out of because apparently adulting means scheduled fun just as much as scheduled responsibilities. That's why I love C geek. It's a number one rated ticketing app for a reason. With over 70,000 events listed across concerts, sports, festivals, and more. We love you. Just realized that speaking of books. We wanted to. Oh, yeah. So last episode we were really gun hole on all of our books and shit. Jared actually came up with a book segment. We thought you'd have so much fun doing it. Yeah. So it's called judge that cover. And basically I took nine kind of obscure books and I photoshopped out the title and authored from them. So I thought it'd be fun if you just looked at the, at the cover and then tried to guess what the title or what the book could be about. Love it. Love that. And so Matt's going to already know. He's going to know this is killing the bee. Here we go. Judge that cover. Let's go. Here's number one. Ooh. Okay. So I feel like the word idiot. Who invited you here? A knight of murder at the animal house. So we're judging away. We're guessing the title of the book. You can guess the title of the book. You can come up with something funny. You know, of just like what the hell could this book possibly be about? Okay. I think it's almost like a mystery type book. Do you think they're corresponding? Do you think that guy's saying the title and this guy's saying the author? I know. I think that I don't think he's saying it. The donkey's saying anything. I think that's just saying the author's name and shit. What, what word do you think is in this book or is on the cover of this book? I want to say like a dinner party or animal, I think, or like an animal party, like animal house. Because that guy, what, that dude looks like like a butler or something. He's got like the tail coat. I feel like the word idiot is somewhere on this book. Okay. Sure. You ready? Yeah. Yeah. English as she is spoke. Okay. Is that nonfiction? Or is it? I guess it's a comprehensive phrase book of the English language written by men to whom English was entirely unknown. Oh, wow. I was not any. Wow. That wipe her look. It's fucking not even filled. I was not expecting that. All right. Next one. Oh, I know this book. I thought you might know this book. I had no recollection of this. It's kind of familiar. But this book, ladies and gentlemen, is Everybody Poops. But Matt, we're supposed to guess it. Oh, sorry. Gosh. Everyone, my bad. I got what's it about? It's a kid. Just a kid's book saying everybody poops, animals, poop, ducks, poop, you poop, daddy poops, mom poops, like everyone poops. Oh, we just got, we got Tony the the super pooper book. Super pooper. Yeah, it's a super pooper. Super poopers, like a superhero poop. Yeah, they're super heroes. And it's kind of like a comic book. Look, underpants and cistery those kind of like that. Yeah, he's a superhero. He's a super pooper. All right. I'm excited to go poop as a kid. Oh, this looks like a book. Matt would, I thought it would know for sure. This looks like a magazine cover, like a cartoon, like a graphic novel. Ivory tower publishing. At least we have a little hint in there. What could the title be? Carl has had enough. That's just kind of like Garfield energy to it. Yeah. You know, you're moved. Shit. Can we get like a hint? I honestly, I kind of forget what this is. I can't tell if he's got to look at defeat or like a look of like like to me, he's like he's snarking, like he's like, oh, the pot. He knows he won. The pot of attraction. How to manifest in the feline landscape of attraction. To me, a rising of like a newspaper cartoon. Yeah, like a funny, it's Sunday funny. Yeah, like it has a Garfield energy. Oh, the power of meow. Yeah, like to me, this cover has nothing to do with it's more of just like how to perfect your game at chess. To me, this has nothing to do with chess. Okay. I'll give you a hint. Matt did say one of the words. Whoa. Was it chess related or was it feline related? It was a pun feline pun. Oh, me huh? Yeah, we've taken a stab at it. Yeah, go ahead. What is it? Games you can play with your Wow. Wow. Matt and really close and lots of other stuff owners should know. Wow, you see that this cover doesn't give that. I think I just don't like the cat because I thought it was a boy cat. It's just a cat. We don't know. I know. I just like I just they look at the hair. Look at it. It's still don't know. What do you mean? Look at that. The book is all about I think the cats. It's for woman. No, no, it's lots of stuff. Your cat. Oh, my god. I'm a fucking idiot. Jesus Christ. All right. I thought it was different ways to do stuff. I was like a book where it's like how to play with your own like, you know, like a commas utra. Like for yourself. All right. Next one. Oh, I've seen this before. I have a dog day afternoon. Like it's has like, what's that movie? This is a stick up or the word dog isn't it that movie day afternoon where like Al Pacino and they robbed a bank from back in the day or Lords of not Lords of Dogtown. That's a scar face like the book. No, I'll give you a hint. This is a self-help book. How to boss up in the world. How to get something like how to kill your ego? How to get away with murder by Viola Davis. Kill killed the old you. Oh, I like he's looking murder your old self. He's wearing a suit with the little bow tie, but also a ski mask. Oh, okay. It's his identity. So his face is covered like kill. Yeah. Something like kill your dog. Wait, wait, it's something about like making money. How to get rich. Okay. You're on the right track. How to get rich. How to win friends and murder people. I think it's how to get rich, rich without having to be without having a commit a crime. How to get rich without diet with what's the fucking 50 cents on how to get rich without diet trying to get rich or diet trying to get rich or diet trying to get rich or diet trying. Yeah. It's a self-help book on how to get rich off of rich people. No, baby, how to kill the competition. Oh, okay. All right. I think we did enough guys saying you were dangerously close. How to make money in your spare time. Wow. edgy book cover. And now I love the font. Look at the author name. It's just numbers. My six, seven, three, one, two, seven. Oh my god. It's kind of like you. Yeah. That's my partner. Yeah. All right. Here's the next one. Oh god. Oh god. Let's give in the shining. It's giving like Ernest Hemingway the old man in the sea. 12 angry men or no, not 12 angry men. No. What is that? Is that water that he's in? Yeah. I think he's in like frozen water. Carve your own path. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Can you give us a little, like a little, I'll give you a hint. It's a, it's a picture book. Oh, oh. National Geographic. Oh, maybe like a coffee table book of like elderly in the nude or like nudist living or something. Like. Oh, that's a good. That's a good. You know, you could think of it like that. It's a coffee table keeping cold plunge. It's giving like what happens to a guy who cold plunges too much and then just murders his wife. Like, you know, it's a picture book though. I know. I know. So I think these are pictures of X me about my way of maybe like pictures of older people that have lost loved ones. Okay. Or that are just trying to go through life. Never finding love. Really sad picture. Okay. So it's too sad. I went to two solder out to sad. Um, think like funny. America's funny is home videos, uh, screen wraps. You guys ready? Yeah. Yeah. Ready images. You should not masturbate too. I like that. All right. That's a fun cover. That's okay. What are these? I mean, I, we see one picture, but like what are the pictures? Like what are like some of the probably just like things that are just slightly sexual, but not sexual. I think that's why like, uh, National Geographic was like kind of a good guess because you don't really, you know, some tribes, uh, in like more remote places don't have full cover. Yeah. You know what? You didn't. You know what? Maybe think of National Geographic for some reason after looking at it closer. I was like, Oh, that's not the, I thought that that was the cover of the book had a yellow outline around it. Oh, yeah. And it like for some reason, it looked like National Geographic. Yeah. Expose about the men in Siberia. Yeah. You're casually nude. Yeah. Okay. Go to the next one. All right. Here's the next one. Oh, why do I feel like I know this? Uh, isn't this the chimp? No, it's not Coco or like, no, no, no, not the chimp crazy one. Um, monkey business. Uh, I don't think this has anything to do. It's also like a, like a business book. Like how to, how to build a business in like a month or something. Like I like monkey business. Yeah, monkey business. That's a good, it's a good, uh, path. Okay. Think of it more like a memoir, not a business book. Oh, Jane, Jane, what's her book? Jane Goodall. Jane Goodall. Who's it about Bubbles, Michael Jackson's chimpanzee Bubbles, destroy the chimpanzee? This is a memoir about somebody who either loves monkeys. The monkey to happiness. Bingo love that one. Wait, would you say the monkey that? Oh, all right. No, he's not a monkey. He's an ape and he's my son by Hester Mundes. Well, there you go. He's not a monkey. He's an ape and he's my son. I didn't, I did, you never heard of a Hester Mundes. I guess this is not a very popular to have story. Yeah. These are obscure books. I will say that. All right. Next one. Okay. What have we got here? This is a fictional all roads lead to God. I do like that because the, I like the sun on the cover of like the will of the many or like the time machine by HG Wells or War of the Wells Street sign in the bottom. We've got a compass. Is there destruction in the background? The path recovery from being an addict. Ooh. Okay. Good. It does. It's kind of like a path a little bit. The path to find happiness. The compass. Okay. Okay. So what direction? What do the colors invoke? You know, what is red kind of evil? No. Madness. No, it's like red. It's light red. It's light red. It's not like a scary red. Romance. The paths to romance. They're like. Okay. And then Keith was also kind of on the right track a little bit with the love. Love leads to madness. Is it a marriage counseling book? Um. I guess till death do a sport. Oh, um, what did you after you lose your partner? Oh, man. Sad. But path. Okay. Kind of close. Okay. Let's do something. Something with marriage. You ready? The beginner's guide to sex in the afterlife. Wow. Sexual energy. Here's a book for every day. It really is. I wasn't the beginner's guide. You know, I wasn't getting spiritual in this. Yeah. In this cover, I was getting more like a, I wasn't getting sex really. I was, you were thinking sex. I wasn't getting sex at all. I wasn't getting, I wasn't getting like energy or sex from this now. That's why I was trying to go the colors route because the, the, the actual cover itself does not lend any terrible hints. Yeah. Okay. All right. We got two more seconds to last. Oh my God. Love this. This looks like a Facebook invite. Get it all by Betsy Clingor. Bet it all. It's definitely about quilting. That's what I was gonna say. Like, quit, quit, quit smoking with me. Yeah. I'm a quilt smoking. Get out of the easy panels. I'm a set of easy panels. Shit. I mean, look, I mean, don't quilt your day job. Oh. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Really good. My Barbara Morton. Don't quilt your day job, but you guys ready? Yeah. Still stripping. Oh. The Eleanor Burns. Oh, look. Quilling a day. Quilling a day. Quilling a day. Still stripping. Wow. Still stripping. After 25 years. Oh, she was like, she loved that. That was right. I like it because she was tossing up like a strip. That is like what camera was that taking off? Look at that. It's so interesting. Yeah. Last one loaned some dove by Larry McCurtery. I don't know. Like. Can you see back mountain? Can he zoom in? What's that? What's that thing? What is he having his hand? Oh, is he knitting? Is that man knitting? Oh, he's knitting. Matt's a net book. Oh boy. Oh boy. It's right up. Matt's alley. In terms of knittings in the title. Is there a pun on knitting? Not a pun, but it's in the title. Is this about gay cowboys back in the day? Is this a gay cowboy book? That's not a gay cowboy book. Cowboy croquet. No. No. I've never seen this photograph. This is actually pretty badass. I really like this. Damn. Oh, my God. Is that John Wayne? Can you give us a little like hint if the knitting is the right path? There's no pun. It's pretty straightforward to the point. The net. Yeah. I am. My brain is fried. I can't think of any. Reep and so. Reep. I like that. You reap what you sow. I like that. I like that. That's good. What is it? I have to own this book. This is so fucking cool. I was so excited when I found this book. The Manly Art of Knitting. Hell yeah. That is like so freaking sick. It is the whole book just about knitting, like, or is it just a, it's a fun little title. Yeah. No, I think it's all, I think it's all about knitting. Wow. And just like, you think he's ordering your own. Get into it. Get it. And we can put it on the song. Yeah. Honestly, I want you to read it and then come back and give us a deets. And that's that is judge that cover. Nice. All right. Well, what a great way to end this episode. How fun. How was fun? We did pretty good. All right, guys. Summary:

FAQs

A custom shoe lift is a device made to fit under one shoe to correct imbalances. It helps when one leg is shorter than the other, reducing tension on the hips and lower back by improving balance and alignment.

Yes, custom lifts can be made for flip flops, but they are typically not designed to fit inside them properly. The lift is usually made to fit specific footwear types, and flip flops may not accommodate the lift effectively.

It may take time to notice improvements, especially in hip tension and overall comfort. Many people report feeling balanced and less strained after a few weeks of consistent use.

Leg length differences can be due to skeletal variations or muscle tension. In some cases, it may be a congenital difference, while in others, it's caused by habitual posture or muscle imbalances.

Yes, knee replacement surgery can relieve pain caused by wear and tear, especially in people with long-standing conditions like arthritis or significant joint damage from daily activities.

Pickleball and badminton are low-impact sports that place less stress on the knees compared to high-intensity activities like golf or tennis, making them good options for joint-friendly exercise.
