The transcript criticizes the appointment of Katie Zachariah as White House press secretary, highlighting her alleged ties to a Chinese law firm and her lack of legitimate legal credentials, which undermine her credibility. It details a broader pattern of political scapegoating, including the potential firing of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to deflect blame for the Iran War. The piece also exposes toxic rhetoric from figures like JD Vance and Markwayne Mullin, who face accusations of homophobia and inappropriate behavior, reflecting a culture of offensive and unbecoming public statements. The discussion emphasizes that these actions have damaged trust and institutional integrity. A central argument is that the incoming Democratic Congress must conduct thorough investigations into the Trump administration’s actions—especially regarding foreign policy, corruption, and abuse of power—while calling for accountability for pardons issued during criminal conduct. The summary concludes that the current political climate demands a fearless, transparent approach to justice, with Democrats positioned to reclaim the mantle of law and order, ensuring that past wrongs are not forgotten or whitewashed.
The new White House press secretary has taken stage, and it is worse than you could imagine. Play the clip. Just like he delivers on every promise. In addition to that, we will be-- we will be-- he has-- there is $54 billion tied to the Alaska LNG pipeline and terminal to service the Pacific. Wow. The briefing lasted less than 15 minutes, and she took only three questions, one from Breitbart, Fox News, and the Daily Mail. This is about what you would expect from MAGA, but I mean, it makes that Caroline Levin look like an expert. I saw one. I gave her a compliment. I know. I saw one quote that said, she'll do much better in the swimsuit portion. [LAUGHTER] So I hate that, you know, I don't want to beat her up too much. I'm sure it's a tough gig, but I mean, come on. It's-- you know, she's not qualified to land on her feet like that and answer these questions. But, you know, give her a chance, I guess. I don't know what to say. I'm not going to give her a chance. I appreciate her you're coming from Josh, but this is a woman who is choosing to go work for this regime. And we've seen what this regime is doing. So I rather enjoy this face plant, enforced air by the Trump regime. A reporter asked Zachariah about her claims that she is an attorney. And we got a very strange response that I want to impact. Pop this up. [INTERPOSING VOICES] I think she said she passed her board exam. OK, so let's take a little gander at her legal credentials. Kylie Pop this up. White House Press Secretary Katie Zachariah has deep ties to communist China, working embaging for years at Chinese law firm, Zhongloon. Zhongloon regularly acts as counsel for Chinese state agencies, state owned enterprises, and cross-border transactions tied to Chinese government strategies, like the belt and road initiative. Sound the sirens, Kylie. Do we have the sirens? We've got a commie in the White House, a real live commie. There we go. There we go. There we go. We have got a commie in the White House. The red scare, the call is coming from within side the House. A couple of things about that. I'm not sure-- let's say that she passed the bar exam. And she was licensed. That license is not going to save her at her competency level. It just doesn't work like that. But she clearly doesn't. She went to work in China. She didn't need a bar license because she wasn't practicing in any American courts. And so she's held herself out, I think, on Fox and Newsmax and all these other agencies as being a lawyer. President Trump, I think, or Donald Trump, touted her as a lawyer. And she's not a lawyer. I mean, it's just-- it's a difficult part for the courts for the Trump administration. All right, and then let's do a little check in with Kimberly Gilfoil. She is out the $100,000 ask for the payment on the MX. Trump said we can't have this corruption. I think he probably thought, bitch, please. That's all you went after. Come on, we are big-time criminals over here. But nonetheless, he's asked about it. And let's play that clip. [INTERPOSING VOICES] She was almost a member of your family. How surprised were you to learn about these allegations? No, she wasn't a member of my family. I guess they did my son a long time ago, but she wasn't now. She-- she went to Greece. She was doing a good job. But we didn't like what we were in. So-- She was engaged to Don Jr., they did it for six years. She was almost a member of their family. But this, to me, is really telling that somehow it always is the women that get fired in Trump's orbit. But I don't-- I kind of feel like Kimberly is going to get a little vicious after this. Like, her whole life was being a Trump-sick of fan, Trump-askissor, Josh. Well, and this guy that's going after her, Eric, I think, a dead-er, maybe his name. He's on every talk show. He gave an interview on CNN. Like, he is pissed off. He pretty much owns it. Hey, these people are grifters, and I was buying into it. I wanted access. I wanted this and that, and I was promised this. And she couldn't deliver. And Trump didn't like what he read, not because he has any moral compass, not because he has any right or wrong sense. He didn't like what he read because she got caught. I mean, everybody that's in his orbit is doing this shit. Everybody. And you do it at your own peril. If you get caught, you're going to get axed. If you can do the grift and not get caught, you're fine. And she just happened to get caught. Not only did she get caught, but I'm sure the icing on the cake was when she said, hey, just call me on the signal. Don't put this in writing. And she puts that in writing. They're not putting it in writing, so it's fine. And so, I think that once Maga, after the midterms, the cannibalization of Maga is going to accelerate. And there's a story I want us to talk about, and it has to do with Pete Hexeth, Kylie pop this up. All right, this is really juicy, if true. And I kind of think it is true. Trump reportedly is considering firing defense secretary Pete Hexeth after the midterms in an effort to take the blame of the unpopular Iran War off of himself and onto Hexeth in order to, quote, protect his legacy and reputation as an anti-war president. I think that he is going to do this. I think that he is always going to look for scapegoats for his abject failures. And this war is such a catastrophe, even with a lot of people in his base. And I can totally see from the tailwinds of Little Moses Mike, who said, oh, we can't work anymore, because they were going to impeach Pete Hexeth. That Trump, when somebody's not hot anymore, when somebody's not popular anymore, just like Kimberly, they are tossed in the garbage, Josh. Well, think about this. In the grand scheme of things, Trump thinks that by firing one person in his cabinet, that's going to somehow possibly save his reputation. And legacy is a president with all of the evil shit that son of a bitch does in one day. And he's going to now have done it for eight years. For more when he steps aside and he thinks that that is going to do it, that's going to save it. I mean, that ship is sailed on that. If he does this for any reason, it's for selfish reasons. It's like he said to deflect blamed as much as he can, but his legacy is seeming it into our country's history as being exactly what he is. Right, a racist, you can name it, all of it. In a war criminal. And I think that they are going to all of the potential war crimes that are going to come up. Like the bombing of the indiscriminate bombing of the boats in Venezuela, the fishermen, innocent fishermen that were killed. The Iranian schoolgirl, they need a fall guy for that. And I think they are going to serve up Pete Hegseth for that. And they better ship him out with a big, wide pardon too. I mean, that better come with it because he's going to be looked at with criminal exposure when he gets out of office. And I'm sure he will. I'm sure Trump's going to pardon all these guys. That's part of the deal. Yeah, I mean, a part of me is like I hope there's a medical catastrophe before the parties go out, because I don't think they're all signed, because he would want to dangle them all over everybody. But I would hope that an incoming Democratic Congress and potentially in '28, an incoming Democratic president, would look at this the way they did the Nurburnt trials. They had to create laws to try the Nazis, because that's how egregious it was. And I don't know that we have in our whole system. Josh, you talk about former Trump White House attorney, Mr. Cobb, all the time. And he said, our Constitution wasn't built to deal with a liar in a criminal president, like Donald Trump. And I don't know that our judicial system is-- and I would hope that we can not just-- oh, we're going to honor these pardons. I would hope that we legislate and the Democrats really go to town and say the pardons that were promised during the commission of a crime are null and void. Do you have any insight into that as a criminal defense attorney? Well, I mean-- I get pardons and get off. I'm going to be furious. Yeah, he's got a constitutional right, I think, to grant pardons. But the legality of some of these pardons come into question. And I think, to your point, when the Democrats, if they win the majority in both houses and if they can win the White House in '28, then you're going to have to set priorities. There are so many things that have been damaged [BLANK_AUDIO]
and destroyed by the Trump administration, that you're not simply gonna be able to take on all of those things at one time. So you have to prioritize what's the most important. And that's a very important issue. The Supreme Court in my opinion is an extremely important issue, but it's gonna require prioritizing your task and your time and also having leaders that have the courage to step up and take on some of these tasks and not put us in the position that Merritt Garland did and prioritizing this. They had a project 2025, well, we need to make our own. But what are we prioritize about prosecuting the Republicans for what they've done to the country over the last two to four years and make that a priority and go for it? - Speaking of people that I think need to be prosecuted, let's do a little check in with JD Vance. He is on the campaign trail, acting like a complete dick again, play the clip. - We get started. I love you too, sir. - And it's totally platonic way to be clear. I'm the vice president, not James Tallerico. - Okay, aside from that being just incredibly homophobic, I do wanna point out the facts on the ground. JD Vance in his book, Hillbilly Elegy, when he was a young child, I think 10 or 11 years old, he went to his mamma or whatever he called her Mema and said, "Mema, I think I'm gay." Moving along, he had a little stint that he didn't college as a failed drag queen. And then of course, we all know who is purchased by out of the closet, psychotic, anti-Christ lecture, Peter Till, and Peter Till owns JD Vance. But I want to say that it's really interesting how much the men have to constantly defend being heterosexual. Like almost like it was a choice for them. These are the people that say homosexuality is a choice. And I'm like, really? Because my heterosexuality wasn't a choice for me. I just am that. And so there was a video about a week ago, Mark Wayne Mullin trying to act like a big tough guy on his up on his booster box. And he was like, it's not hard, there's two genders. I married a woman, it was easy, it wasn't hard. And he was like super defensive. And there he's so defensive about explaining his heterosexuality. So from this day forward, I'm gonna refer to all of these magamins as alleged heterosexuals. Because this is just so insane. And they are so juvenile and not prepared to be in these very serious positions that they have. - Well, and he's making this allegation too. Number one, there's nothing wrong with teleregal. If he was or wasn't gay, that's the obvious thing to say. But number two, there's no evidence to support that he is gay. And just the fact that he's so homophobic using, these Republican leaders love to bait you in with this homophobia or racism. They're very blatant about it, they don't hide it. They used to be comments like that would be disqualifiers. You would catch hell for that. What's so normal now to do that and to think that that's appealing to the base in Texas. I mean, at some point, this stick of theirs is gonna get old and tiresome. And the voters are getting tired of it as we speak. I mean, you can see that with the numbers in Texas. And look at the guys running against, Ken Paxton. We just did a story on him hanging out with two fugitives on New Year's Eve in 2024, overseas. So it's, JD Vance is what I would call a political horror. He'll do anything, say anything. So many of these guys are the same way. They'll say and do anything to get a rise to give their base a meet without giving any thought as to whether it's the right or wrong thing to say. They don't give a shit if it's gonna gain traction. They'll go for it. So, I mean, to me, it's just a political horror. - He is the America's top prostitute. And that is saying a lot, considering who the first lady is and the allegations of her former best friend, Amanda Ungaro, against her. But I like to leave everyone with a little hopium here. Let me check my notes who has a really hopeful message having to the midterms. And I believe it is none other than Little Moses Mike Grindr Johnson. Play the clip. - I also want to go after, they want to do law fair on steroids, okay? So if this group took over, having for bid, Dana, they would turn every committee of Congress into an investigative body. It's been every day investigating the president, the first family, the cabinet, donors to the party, leaders in business and industry. It would royal the markets and it would empower our enemies around the world at the worst possible time. - We just can't. - And they're running on those very things. Indeed. - Sign me up. I want all of these investigations, but I love this. Empower our enemies. You're the speaker of the house. You have massive security clearance. Didn't somebody knock on your door and say, hey, we shouldn't be buying fuel, natural gas, and oil from Russia? But he doesn't care. But I agree. I want an investigation into him on how somebody could have that much power and be that big of a pussy. I want somebody to sit down and explain it to me like I'm five years old. - Yeah. He says law fair on steroids, and I would say you're God damn right. I mean, that may be an understatement. Like Democrats need to run on, we're going to do everything within our power. We're gonna use every means possible to hold every single one of you despicable, lying son of a bitch is accountable. For all of the misery and grief that you've served upon the American people. For all the lies, all the bullshit, all the racism, all the shootings in public streets, all the grifting, all of it. We're gonna come after you on every single one of them. Don't hide behind it. Moses, Mike, you're doing our job by saying that on Fox News or whatever channel you're on because it's exactly what we're running on. That is exactly, and Democrats do not shy away from it. - I completely agree, and I hope that the, I've had some of the people on oversight committee on the pod on IHIP weekend. I've had it weekend, and they have expressed that they're gonna do exactly that. And it's more importantly, it's what the American people want. We want fighters that will call out, and the Democrats need to claim the mantle of being the party of law and order once and for all. All right, that's all we have. Make sure you like and subscribe, and we will be back later with more news. (upbeat music)

Yes, the transcription claims she worked at Zhongloon, a Chinese law firm that regularly acts as counsel for Chinese state agencies, state-owned enterprises, and cross-border transactions tied to China's Belt and Road Initiative. However, these claims are presented as allegations and not independently verified facts.
Critics suggest that Kimberly Gilfoil was removed from the administration because she was seen as a 'Trump-sick of fan' and that women tend to be targeted for dismissal in Trump's orbit.
