Do you know how to feel internally, even though everything works out on the outside?
Perhaps the tension sits exactly where you think it is, in the center of your body.
And today, we're taking a muscle, which is rarely seen, but is constantly needed.
It is the place where your life flows through, through and through, or it is stowed.
Today, I'm looking forward to going to several levels of the body.
Let's take a look at the body from a psychological point of view.
Your trauma-oriented, from a somatic point of view, from the embodiment, that is, the bodywork,
then energetically, I take yoga and also Tantra with me, and then again the Ayurvedic perspective.
And put it in a total context.
It won't be such a long follow-up, but it requires or it requires your concentration.
And then of course I'll do a little exercise for your brain at the end.
And even if you don't have acute pain or complaints, you can still do the exercise wonderfully,
because it's all good for us, and it's just a very nice exercise that I like to practice in between,
because I notice that my back is stuck.
And if you don't know exactly, is that my back?
Then you can see how deep you can breathe.
And if you notice, oh, my breath stops here.
It feels like there's a blockade and my breath doesn't really come in.
Then it can be very good, because your back is stuck.
Well, that's a small intro.
I'm calling you with so much warmth, with so much trust, with so much gratitude for you.
Welcome to the podcast, because you're loved.
If you're here for the first time today, oh, it's so nice that you're here.
My name is Lara Schäffer and it's really hard for me right now to practice, to record these episodes.
Because I haven't been able to do it for a few weeks because of the LUMO relaunch, the midfieber.
My team and I are able to start LUMO, because it's basically the transformation of GORU Granola
to a new project, which is going in a completely different direction, to a separate episode.
And I just had such a need, it's already late at night.
Finally, it's time to record a episode for you, for us, that we can connect here via this podcast,
in the small, because you're loved, family, but it's already quite big, some wonderful listeners,
who listen to the episode here in the week.
So thank you for sharing, for the value on Spotify, for iTunes.
So please follow them when they inspire you, with your favorite parts on Instagram,
on WhatsApp, on the status quo, always, to simply connect this family-openness to the heart
and then let inspiration grow, that we, especially as women, to think of a leading competition
and always go in there again, why does she have what I don't have, why can he have what I can't?
And then to love to see how cool, if I find that cool, what she does, then it means that
in me a desire is to do that too, in my very own way.
And because of that, everything becomes so much more beautiful, like a petal,
where every flower suddenly looks at the other one and says, "Oh, the flower is even bigger, so I can also flower bigger."
And then let's see how the flower field looks like.
Yes, and that's what I say with so much conviction, because of course I go through it myself.
I know it to be so very angry or to think in competition and to be afraid.
Now I will be invisible, because someone else suddenly gets bigger.
And there is such a quick shame about it, to show yourself, instead of saying, "Yes, I just have the feeling."
And that's also human.
And then to breathe through it and then go to the other side.
And then you can actually make a nice transition to the topic of duality.
Because exactly such experiences can be put into duality.
First of all, let's look at the psychological level.
What does it mean if a duality field is tense or hardened or you feel like a pore?
If you still can't figure out exactly where the duality field is, then you can test your belly first.
And go as far as possible, that's how the upper belly begins.
And then the ribs begin.
And if you then go to the middle, that's where the duality field is.
Bigger organs are divided into two parts.
You can, if you're sitting in the car right now, google it and look at the picture.
And it's also very exciting how it moves when you breathe.
I worked a lot with it during the breath coach training, because I also use breathwork in my therapy session.
And yes, it's just a great tool.
And there you can really work a lot with the diaphragm, I wanted to say, with the diaphragm, with the duality field.
Well, if you now have a duality field, you can press it in a little bit, feel that it's loose, feel that it's soft, that it's totally hard.
Let's go back to the anatomy for the first time.
From the anatomy, the duality field is a flat muscle.
And it separates the breast and the belly from each other.
So directly under the diaphragm, under the duality field, the stomach begins.
And what is the duality field still?
It is our most important muscle and moves in every one and every one way, like a soft wave.
But there is even more behind it.
In the physical psychotherapy, we also call the duality field an emotional archive.
And you can already think what's in there.
In yoga, there is the duality field, for example, between Manipura chakra, where there is your inner power, your fire, your creativity.
This is the yellow chakra.
And Anahata, there is your love.
And that's not the sexual love, but the higher love.
That means love for everything that is, the connection, love also for the divine.
And in Ayurveda, Samana Vayu works exactly here.
If you have practiced with me, or maybe even made a training for me, you know exactly what Samana Vayu is.
The ex-balancing energetic wind, which we mainly create in the body twists.
That is, if you stretch out to balance, then you go, in the best case, into a vibrational rotation.
It can be lying in the seat, but also around.
And then you will notice in a short time, a regular breath, how your energetic field is balanced.
And what else are you doing for Samana Vayu?
That's the energy for balance, for integration, and for your inner duration.
And with that, also duration of emotions.
Well, now you've already had an overview of what the sphere is, actually.
And then we'll take a very roughly look at the psychological perspective and also at the trauma orientation.
You can imagine that the sphere of balance draws itself together here in fear, in shock, in sadness, in shame, and in anger.
Holadi-Valphi, that's a lot.
With chronic tension, for example, through functioning or also overpassing, if we have moved away from each other for a long time.
If you have heard the podcast for a long time and you have also done the Ayurveda journey with me.
If you now say, "Oh, how cool, Ayurveda journey, I want to do something",
then scroll back a few episodes until you get there.
And there is a follow-up to the inner home.
I don't know exactly what it's called, you'll definitely find it if you're looking for it.
And that's why we basically have every day the task to find our inner home.
And what I mean by long functioning and overpassing.
That when I work, I move away step by step from my inner home.
Why? Because I am removing my heart.
I don't ask my heart anymore and my stomach also doesn't.
What do I need right now? What am I doing right now?
How do I feel? How do I get into the feeling?
And overpassing is a term that also fits very well.
I adapt and therefore I lose the fitting to my form, to my home.
And exactly this tension that then arises.
That's why I save myself emotional energy in your body center, in your brain.
It's like a continuous contraction, you know, it's contradicted.
I've spoken so much English, it pulls together.
I also wrote a quote here, or a sentence.
I wrote it down as a text somewhere as a note.
And maybe it helps you to take it with you.
It is the place of the stopped tears, the contented scream and the unspoken truth.
That's the question I want.
I repeat it again and if you do, you can close your eyes and feel if it resonates with you.
The dwarf is the place of the stopped tears, the contented scream and the unspoken truth.
And then to dive into the question, when did you say yes the last time, although you wanted to say no?
When did you say yes the last time, although you wanted to say no?
And of course, vice versa.
And did you say no the last time, although you wanted to say yes?
And let this episode be an invitation, just to feel it.
You don't have to struggle your life right away, but to open a small door for the possibility
that you can go home even more.
Let's take a look at the somatic view of your body, that's how the body is.
Your dwarf is, so to speak, the key point of the nerve system.
Wow, isn't it?
It is the connection to your vagus nerve.
The vagus nerve is the one that is responsible for your parasympatheticism.
Parasympatheticism is a relaxation, your calmness, your surrender.
And if your dwarf is relaxed, then your vagus nerve is on alarm readiness.
You go over to the sympathics and you are in a fight-off light mode and you can forget to calm down.
And then there is a short breath, a flat breath.
This can have very difficult consequences in a worse case.
And on the other hand, what happens when the dwarf becomes soft?
Then the whole body can relax.
So if you go there from the sleep, because dwarf, you can massage gently and gently,
maybe with a little lavender oil or sesame oil or the oil that it does well,
then you give it so much rest, so much relaxation and that through a central point in your wonderfully fascinating body.
From the summer we go into the energy even more finely and take a look at the tantric field yoga with a few sets.
I have just briefly mentioned that the dwarf is exactly in between Anahata and Manipura.
Between the heart chakra and between solar plexus.
And that is exactly the place.
And now you can hear it all, it's so beautiful.
It's the place where the heart and the power and creativity and implementation, i.e. the body, are located.
And when this center is blocked, there is an emotional separation instead of a protection mechanism and suppression.
Because there is no possibility that the implementation can take place.
Yes.
So again, an exclamation - listen, listen.
And what do we do with the Ayurvedic perspective?
I have also briefly mentioned it, in short, Samana Vahya.
It is the connection between prana, i.e. up, going up and abhana, going down.
Sun and moon.
When Samana Vahya is blocked, there is no peace, imbalance, there is also a way not to land, as you can imagine.
It can lead to digestive problems and to inner chaos.
Maybe you're texting all the boxes now and say, oh my god, that's exactly what Lara just said.
All to hallelujah, what am I doing with my dwarf?
First, exhale, breathe deeply through your nose and exhale.
Because right now, at the moment where you just heard it, there is already a change in place.
Because you are being careful, aware, and you are starting to get a look for these beautiful places in your body.
And now you can bring an invisible phone speaker to you from now on, or in between you always call your workshop again and ask, hey baby, everything is fine?
And then you can tune in again.
And that's why I would now go straight to a practice exercise with you.
And for that, you can now like to lay down on your back if you have the opportunity.
If you're sitting in the car or on a bicycle, then you can just do that with thought, or else with one hand, very lightly, because it would be a mess.
And for you, if you're going to lie down now, then just enjoy the moment that you are just doing the gift and that is to lie down for two minutes.
And lay down, both arms next to you, close your eyes, when you feel safe, and then watch your body for a moment, after a small scan through your body.
Why is it always so important? The method that is aware of change, because so quickly change takes place, but very often we don't get it, and in the end we start to talk to ourselves again, and say, oh man, nothing changes, I try everything, there is still no change.
When I start to talk to myself, then there is no change at all. And that's why watching the moment, where you are breathing right now, how relaxed, how soft your breathing is, everything is okay.
And then from the observation, go out, intensify your breathing now, let your breath become more conscious, with every breath deeper into your belly and flow into your chest space, and with the exhale, slowly sink into your belly and the air flows out of your body again.
And then remember, with the one breath for you to repeat, I am here, and with the exhale, I am safe, one, I am here, out, I am safe.
Repeat this cycle for a few rounds, and I am here with you.
With every exhale, your exhale becomes even softer, even longer, and with every one breath, open your ribs and your belly is stretching out to the ceiling. I am here, I am safe.
And then for the next exhale, let the technique go, then lay your right hand on your lower belly and your left hand on the space of your belly.
Breathe now, first into your right hand and then fill your left hand. With the exhale, breathe first, from the bottom to the top, first your right hand, your belly, and then your left hand is close to each other.
And finally, let's sing together a very gentle "mmm" and with that, you get the sound out of your brain.
When you are ready, breathe in deeply through your nose.
Again, two times deeply through your nose, and last time, deeply through your nose, and then you get a wide "mmm".
Breathe in all the way, lay your hands on your sides and feel how you feel, what is present in you.
Maybe you even received a message from a dwarf, "What do you need right now? What would you do right now?"
And maybe it is actually not a dwarf, who is close to you, but a feeling that finally wants to come out.
And then he likes to take a little time to feel what is going on in you, what is now the gift to receive space from you.
Your dwarf is not a problem, your dwarf is like a compass, where you feel tension.
Exactly there starts a reconnection, not through force, but through your truth and honesty towards yourself.
Breathe in deeply through your nose again, and let go of your mouth.
Yes, and then come back, you like to open your eyes or just stay relaxed or have fun.
Oh, I thank you so much for being there, for listening to you, for those of you who can now see you at the festival.
You are at one of the last festivals, we are in the middle of summer in the high festival season.
Thank you for accompanying me on this journey, also thank you for all the support for Lumo.
This is the next crowd for the campaign, it just ended.
Also there, if you could not decide before him, do you still want to be part of a Tantra workshop?
Do you want to take the cooking course with me, where we cook together for three days, or the IOW workshop?
We go on your personal needs for three hours, where you can open up with skin injections, with internal complaints, with all the things you are dealing with.
Where you just want someone to take your hand.
That's exactly why this workshop is there.
But you forgot to report to me, my team and I have decided that we will still take the event to the guru shop.
That means you can now report to me later, for one of the three events, I say.
And I'm very happy when we spend the time together.
And I've seen you for a long time, if you still want to be part of Carla and me at the Retreat in Portugal.
And you say, "Lara, it's time for me to take care of myself.
I've been seeing myself for so long, after a while, after a while, completely for myself.
I want to dive into my life's joy and I want to connect with people, with women who are really cool.
They say, "Hey, I see you and I want to live my life."
Then I feel called to the Joy of Life Retreat in Portugal.
At Ericsera, it's a beautiful little place.
We are in Shantyspace there for a whole week.
We do meditation there in the morning, we practice very exciting yoga techniques.
You get to know things about Tantra, Kundalini yoga, sound bath.
Transforming workshops, free time for you, so you can go to the beach.
It's just a round and complete beautiful journey with great cooks.
So I'm happy when you're with me.
You'll find all the information I just said in the show notes.
And otherwise, check me out on Instagram.
I'm happy when you write to me, when we're in a relationship, in exchange.
And if you order the new LUMO products, the LUMO shop is now online.
LUMO-LOVE.COM
Check it out there too.
And otherwise, wow, what a gift that I could record the new episodes now.
I thank you so much.
I also thank my clients, who can accompany me in my mentoring program, who inspired me in the episode.
Kisses to you and greetings to you.
And yes, that's the way to go.
You can always remember that every day.
Be just wonderful, because you are love, your teacher.
