Who is Judge Tony Graf? - Ep 171

Welcome in. Welcome in. We got a lot to talk about today, ladies and gentlemen, a whole lot to talk about, including the judge who's been sort of off the table. And let me be clear, I'm not criticizing the judge. I just want to explore his background a little bit. When you ask who is going to be conducting the trial, I think it's sometimes worthy to look at who's going to be conducting the trial. How did he get to be a judge in the 4th Judicial Circuit or Judicial District of Utah? What did he do before that? What are his interests? What are the sorts of things that drive him? And what connection does he have to, I don't want to say industries, because I'm not sure that's a good enough word, but what connection does he have to all of the different interests? Gosh, this is a tough word to come up with. Well, we'll just go through the show and you'll figure it out. It's a better word than I've come up with. So we're going to talk about that. The opening is going to be interesting. The opening is going to be interesting because it touches on free speech and social media and who's really saying what. It's a little nerdy, I guess, a little cap and gown for an opening. But I think you're really going to enjoy it. It'll give you a little background that a lot of you probably don't know. I did not know. I knew the rough details of the story, but as I was researching it, I learned even more about the story than I'd previously known. So the opening is going to be good as well. And then we're going to go through some of the players, not the judge, not the lawyers, but some of the players on the ancillary TPUSA, Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson story and ask what do they have in common, if anything, if anything. So if you anticipate you're going to like it, go ahead and hit the like button. I see people discussing. Let me just clarify something. I clarify this a lot, but I'll clarify it again. Mrs. Coleman celebrated her birthday over the weekend. Nurse Casey posted a picture of her and her husband's birthday on the show's Facebook page. And a lot of people think that's Daisy. It is not. Daisy is not Mrs. Coleman. She's not a daughter. She's not Nurse Casey. She is a totally separate individual. I've actually never met Daisy and I probably could pick her out of a lineup if I had to, but I'm not 100% sure I'd be able to. So don't, you know, unless there's a dog with a birthday hat on it, then I would know for sure which one she is. So I just want to clarify that. Right out of the gate, everybody thinks they, um, thinks they kind of conflate these things together. And I want to make sure that we clarify that. I mean, it's a holiday during the day, but at night people are getting ready to go back to work the next day. So I think I'll probably end up doing a show tomorrow night. Um, it may be later than the typical four o'clock, five o'clock show. When Candace is out, it might be closer to six or seven just to accommodate people traveling. So that gives you a little show update, um, and scheduling update. So, uh, fear not though, ladies and gentlemen, fear not. Um, I want to get into this opening. I want to get into this opening. I got to say it. I was going to do an opening on this tomorrow, but I'm going to go ahead and say it. I watched death of a pastor's wife on Netflix, three part series. Each, each part's about an hour. Uh, Mrs. Coleman has been nodding off a little before your humble host. So while she's nodding off and I'm laying in bed, I'll put a headphone in and, and listen to a podcast. Listen to an X space. Last couple of nights, I've been watching death of a pastor's wife on Netflix. Let me tell you, a lot of people blaming a grieving widower for killing his wife. I just flat out say it. The guy lost his wife to what appeared to be a suicide and everybody's blaming him for killing her. And I thought, wait, wait a minute. I'm told that's defamation. I'm told if you do that, they're going to come sue you and take all your, I'm just saying this is part of American culture. We like to speculate on high profile crimes. Um, and I'm not going to go into too much detail on this program and certainly not the other programs I watch have ever blamed anybody in particular. Well, few people have for, uh, the demise of Charlie Kirk, but I mean, they weren't even hiding it. They were like, yeah, I'm pretty sure he's responsible. He did something. I was like, wow, you can't say that he's a grieving widower. And nevertheless, nevertheless, it happened. It happened. Um, so if you have not seen it, you have no idea what I'm talking about. If you have seen it, you know exactly what I'm talking about. You know exactly what I'm talking about is a wild, wild story. I don't know where I fall on it. It's hard on these documentaries to know because you don't know what they're leaving out. You don't know what they're including. That's really kind of minor and they're giving it equal billing to some of the bigger stories. Um, there've been a lot of, of, um, like making a murderer. Netflix did that a long time ago and they tried to make it look like that guy was innocent. I don't think he was. Um, and while they try to play it down the middle, like, Oh, you're going to walk away and you're not going to know. Well, there was a, there was a movie called capturing the Freedmen's years ago that did this exact same thing. It was tough when you watch it, but it was a movie that you just watched the evidence they gave you. It was really difficult to make a determination if this family had participated in these grievous crimes or not. And then when you got a little extra detail, it, I think it became pretty obvious, but I don't want to get lost on social, um, phenomena that make their way into documentaries. Cause I want to get through this open. Um, if I can find it. And then I want to talk about the program we have lined up for you today. Now I'll give you a little intro to the intro and a little intro to the intro. This intro deals with a guy named Ryan Fournier. Ryan Fournier. He runs a, or did, uh, runs a group called students for Trump. Okay. This is, this is going back to before Trump was first elected. So that's your background. I think the rest of it, I can kind of fill in with the opening. So with your permission, ladies and gentlemen, this is your opening statement, Ryan Fournier. He's a prolific tweeter. His post. Posts are pretty largely filled with mainstream MAGA and neocon talking points. When it comes to the social media giant X, very few political accounts have the following and reach Ryan Fournier has, he has over 1.2 million X followers. Sorry, I got lost. He often posts dozens of times a day and he accumulates hundreds of thousands or even millions of followers. of impressions on a regular basis just yesterday the calendar day of september 5 20 26 ryan fournier posted 35 times on x the only problem for the past two months he has been held in a dc jail cell without bond for assaulting his girlfriend the details the attack are pretty egregious they're so sickening i fear that even saying what happened will cause youtube to take action against this channel so let's just say it was violent he is of course innocent until proven guilty and i make no presumption at any time this time or any other time about whether the charges against ryan fournier are true or false that's not the purpose of discussing ryan fournier or his prolific posting patterns my point is that ryan fournier in all likelihood is not the one operating his social media account how could he be dc jails are fairly notorious for their very poor conditions the likelihood ryan fournier is sitting in a jail cell with his feet propped up while he scrolls social media feeds looking for neocon stories to amplify is pretty low in fact it's so low it's nearly impossible to believe i believe it's not true i refuse to believe it's true so the question arises who's running his account and does it matter well yeah it does matter because for the time being we still have some semblance of free speech left here in america the idea behind what is left of our freedom of speech is that the speech actually emanates from the person identified as the speaker ryan fournier has free speech because he's an american we protect the speech because we're protecting the speaker you remove the speech from the speaker and what's left to protect not much some shadowy underground organization using the alleged speaker's social media account while the alleged speaker rots away in a jail cell in washington dc no thank you i don't have much interest in protecting that and this really gets to the heart of a pretty significant problem with free speech and speech itself in the modern era of social and political discourse we no longer know who's speaking and even when we do know who's speaking or we think we know who's speaking we no longer know for whom they are speaking seems pretty obvious to me that whoever's running ryan fournier's social media account is not the speaker ryan fournier is not the speaker ryan fournier is not the speaker ryan fournier so who is it well if you take a look at his twitter feed it's probably someone interested in advancing trump's foreign policy most of the posts on his page talk about the wild success of the iran war the unmatched brilliance of president trump and his cabinet and this makes sense in light of ryan fournier's resume ryan fournier is only about 30 years old but he's been active in maga politics since 2015 11 years ago that's when he founded students for Trump. In 2019, the third year of Trump's first term, Ryan Fournier's group Students for Trump was a massively influential student-focused conservative organization. In fact, one could say it was the most influential student-focused conservative organization in America. In fact, it was so influential that Ryan Fournier's Students for Trump leased its popular web domains and social media accounts. Who did they lease them to? They leased them to TPUSA and Turning Point Action. That began in 2019. That lease by TPUSA taking over Ryan Fournier's social media accounts, it supported TPUSA's move into this more explicit work of campaigns. It solidified TPUSA's identity for donors as the country's premier conservative youth movement. Ryan Fournier had millions of followers across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Students for Trump amplified Turning Point's online presence and made its messaging go viral. Importantly, it rallied the group's combined activists around Donald Trump ahead of the 2020 election. A 2019 TPUSA news release announced their acquisition of Students for Trump and called it a social media phenomenon. The release said it would anchor TPUSA's campaign work going into the 2020 election. TPUSA has since built out their own ground game operation. They branded it Chase the Vote, as if the vote is somehow running away from them. Students for Trump continued posting mostly pro-Trump, pro-MAGA, pro-Neo-Con content. After the supposed split, there didn't seem to be any bad blood. After Charlie Kirk died, Ryan Fournier went to TPUSA headquarters and posted a, frankly, beautiful, warm, and sincere tribute to Charlie Kirk. But what we do know is that. Ryan Fournier's account just keeps posting content. It keeps posting content, despite the fact that Ryan Fournier is apparently locked up in a D.C. jail for allegedly horrific acts of violence against his girlfriend. And he's there hour after hour, day after day, week after week. And his accounts keep posting hour after hour, day after day, week after week. Did Ryan Fournier find someone else to lease his social media presence? The way TPUSA previously leased. Did Ryan Fournier lease his social media presence? We don't know. Did the TPUSA partnership with Fournier ever really end? Again, we don't know. We just know that Ryan Fournier's tweets, at least for the time being, likely aren't Ryan Fournier's thoughts. And for a long time, tweets attributed to Fournier's organization actually came from TPUSA. And something about that doesn't sit well with me. It doesn't sit well with me at all. And that is your. Opening statement. I hope you were able to follow it. It's a little nerdy. It's a little nerdy. It blends free speech law with behind-the-scenes campaign activity, with business relationships, with campaigns and falling out. Maybe falling out. So I hope you were able to follow it. But the point is this. When you argue with someone on social media or you read something on social media, a lot of us believe that. The person on the other side holds that belief sincerely. And I'm afraid that's not always the case. You know, how many people signed up for Students for Trump and then ended up being manipulated by TPUSA or vice versa? They signed up for TPUSA and ended up being manipulated by the social media accounts Students for Trump. That doesn't sit well with me. It's kind of grimy and gross, if you ask me. It's kind of nasty. I learned a little bit in doing that. I learned a little bit, but I don't want to get too far off base on that. I may end up doing an opening tomorrow on the death of a pastor's wife because it really, it shocked me. And it sort of has so much overlap in application to what's going on in the Charlie Kirk investigation. You'd almost have to be, you know, in a coma not to recognize it after watching it. So maybe watch out for that. Maybe watch out for that. Now, here's what I want to do. Here's what I want to do. I got to give a disclaimer before I do this. I have to give a disclaimer because a lot of people are going to accuse me of attacking Judge Graff. Nothing could be further from the truth. I think he's done an okay job so far. I don't think any judge does a perfect job in a trial. I don't think they can. But I don't think he's done a bad job by any stretch of the imagination. I think he's done a pretty good job. He's in a tough spot. And this tough spot primarily is because it's a capital murder case. I mean, you think capital murder cases, you think, you think, someone said no sound. Did the sound go out? Oh, they're arguing about it. Anyway, I don't know if you have sound or not. It sounded low. Okay. I don't care. Figure it out. A lot of capital murder cases you think like serial killers or you think, you think someone who's done a mass shooting of some sort. It's very rare that somebody targets one individual person puts really puts nobody else at risk and is charged with capital murder. In, in, in doing so, you put the judge in a position to kind of have to walk that line. And I think he's done a pretty brilliant job of walking that line. If, if I'm being honest now, that said, that said, I wonder, I want to look at this from a, where did he come from? Maybe why was he put in this position? Because judge graph has only been the judge in Utah County for a very short period of time. We'll look at that in a second. And in that very short period of time, he's come down with three really big cases, a Rico case, the bricks and minifigs case, and the Tyler Robinson case. Those are three pretty big cases going on. All three of them making national news in Utah County. All three of them went to a judge who, when Charlie Kirk died had only been there a few months. So let's roll back. Let's roll back through his. um his bio let's well let's roll back through his bio real quick so the first thing we can find here is let me go to the link um he was on the Tuele Tuele Tuele County Children's Justice Center he was an advisory board member to the Tuele County Children's Justice Center well you think okay we got children we've already got children entering the mix so is this going to be a recurring theme I would argue it will be I'd argue it will be but you can't you can't judge that now this was back in I don't know a long time ago April of 2021 he was a presenter so let's look real quickly at his bio here and this will give us a little idea a little background of who Judge Tony Graff is so let me pull this up here is Judge Tony Graff Jr. he is the deputy district attorney for South uh for excuse me for Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office well right there you got to say okay well South Salt Lake Salt Lake District Attorney's Office that's not in Utah County so how are we in a different county here we'll get to that in just a second what was he doing in Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office he was prosecuting child and adult sex crimes and homicide cases so these are pretty serious cases I will go ahead and tell you this is going to be a recurring theme with the uh minors here going to be a recurring theme Tony received his undergraduate degree from Utah a master's in criminal justice from Weber State and a jurist doctor his law degree from the University of Utah as well he began as a special assistant United States attorney in Washington D.C. where he prosecuted domestic violence cases so he's already in the in the home violence cases from there he moved to Pioche Nevada where he prosecuted for Lincoln County District Attorney's Office later moved to American Samoa I've got a little clip where he's talking about that we'll play that tonight where he prosecuted SA cases and other felony cases for the office of the attorney general in American Samoa and then we get some uh some board members and this kind of stuff he was recently elected as of 2021 to the Tuella City Council again we'll talk we'll talk about why that's weird in just a second but I just want to kind of give you the broad stroke so let's go all the way back in time 2008 to 2010 that's when he's getting his law degree which means he's probably a little younger than your humble host no offense judge but I would have would not have expected that from watching you carry yourself as an older man but apparently he's a few years younger than I am or he spent some time doing something else so from 2008-2010 he's getting um his law degree he walks out of the law office and into a special assistant U.S. attorney's role at the U.S. attorney's office in Washington D.C. that's where he's prosecuting domestic violence cases from there goes to Lincoln Nebraska or Lincoln County Nevada and then American Samoa so we saw all that there and while he's there he's he's prosecuting sexual assault and other violent prosecutions then he goes for eight years from November of 2024 to February of 2022 he is in Salt Lake City and he's prosecuting child and adult assault and child abuse SA crimes against involving intimate relations then he goes to Tuella so he's he's in Salt Lake and he's doing all that let me give you a map let me show you the map here I think this will help put this out because this was a this was a little shocking to me when I when I saw this I didn't realize where these places were so let me blow this up and I'll give you like a little map that way we can kind of follow his career on the screen you'll notice the different colors here make up different judicial districts so if you're in district three that's Tuella County here that's kind of to the west of where we are now in Utah County Utah County is Orem and Provo Salt Lake obviously Salt Lake City and Tuella is kind of the west on the other side of the the lake over there this Davis County up here then the dark purple he worked in that judicial district he worked in judicial district three for Tuella City Council and now he's in judicial district four here so it's all in sort of the upper area he's not down here in Washington County he's not down here in the fifth sixth seventh judicial district but he is up here in the fourth third and second so that'll kind of give you an idea of what's going on so while he's working in Salt Lake County again that's that purple area up there that dark purple air or that yellow area excuse me that dark that yellow area right in the middle of your screen while he's up there he runs for the Tuella City Council or County Commission or County Council whatever they call it there and he wins he wins he ends up serving there for a few years then he goes to Utah County that's a different judicial district this is uh Utah County you see it right in the middle of your screen it's in red right below Salt Lake County he goes to Utah County where he is in the special victims unit now he's the unit chief special victims again this is intimate crimes typically against children and women he's there uh just a few months February of 2022 to May of 2023 a little over a year and then he becomes the deputy county attorney for Davis County that's up there in the purple deputy county attorney and he's there until August 2025 and that is when he is appointed to the bench in Utah County so you'll notice he's working in three different districts now I would argue that to be elected to the Tuella City Council Tuella County Commission you have to be living in Tuella County right you you have to be living over here there is a law in Utah that if you're going to work in a judicial circuit you have to live in that judicial circuit you'll notice he is now the judge in Utah County right after he was the county commissioner in Tuella County meaning he would have had to move to Utah County Wab County Millard County or Wasatch County he would have to live in this judicial circuit somewhere in here in order to be on the bench in Utah County so what made him such an attractive pick that you would go out of the county to find somebody to be a judge in Utah County I've been I've practiced now for 20 years I've never seen this before I'll be honest with you I've never seen this before typically when there's a vacancy in a county and a governor is making a decision to go out of the county to be a judge in Utah County making the appointment that's what happened here I've seen this dozens of times the governor will make the appointment from the attorneys in that county so I live in a county called Williamson County in Tennessee if there's a vacancy in Williamson County and the governor has to make an appointment the governor will look at the bench in Williamson County and say which lawyer do we want to elevate to the judicial position I used to live in a county called Montgomery County it happened multiple times while I was there every single time the governor selected from somebody in Montgomery County happened in every County I've ever seen a governor make a selection they've always been a long-standing member of the bar in that County so I was a little surprised when I started looking at Judge Graff's background to find he wasn't a lifer in Utah County he wasn't somebody who lived and practiced in Utah County for many years he'd practiced there for about a year he'd also practiced in Salt Lake County he had practiced in Davis County he had probably lived I assume he lived because he was on the county council in Tooele County so what the hell was his connection to Utah County that he got the appointment or why did he get the appointment that's something that keeps coming back to me and I don't know that I can answer that if you're sitting here waiting for an answer I don't know that I can give it to you but why do I know he has to live in Utah County well there's a law in Utah that if you're going to be a judge in a county you got to live there this is article 8 section 7 of the constitution of the great state of Utah Supreme Court justices shall be at least 30 years old check United States citizens check Utah residents for five years preceding the selection check admitted admitted to practice law in Utah check so he satisfies the first sentence no question um if Geographic divisions are provided for any court and they are here so we have to enter into a conditional analysis there are judicial divisions in Utah County district courts judges of that court shall reside in the Geographic division for which they are selected so we know he has to live there in Utah County I just find that a very interesting selection you go out of the county to find a judge to put into Utah County and the judge decides to live there in Utah County and the judge decides to live there in Utah County and the judge or that come up in Utah County. Again, there's a large RICO case going on right now that's making news. There's the Bricks and Minifigs case, which probably wasn't a big case until it became national news. But the Charlie Kirk case is a massive case. There's no question it's going to make national news. The FBI was on the scene in 16 minutes. We'll find out, I think, this week that there were other law enforcement agencies that were on the scene very, very quickly, very, very early. So let me play a quick video here. Let me play a portion of a quick video that kind of gives you an idea of who Judge Graff is and why maybe I am intrigued by his background. This is an interview Judge Graff gave several years ago. It showed up here on the internet as you're doing some research into Judge Graff. And at the time, you can see, he was on the Tooele County Council. Talking a little bit about what drives him, what makes him want to be a judge. Let me just play a little bit of this. Me too. The great territory of American Samoa, where I was a territorial prosecutor. And that was an incredible experience living in American Samoa. And the thing I always love to tell people was I thought the American Samoa was in the Caribbean. So I'm like, this is going to be great. I can go to the Philippines. I can go to Haiti. I can go to all these cool places, but. A couple of points on that. One is, this is a graduate of the University of Utah and the law school at the University of Utah and a master's degree at Weber State University. Somehow, he was able to get through all of that schooling. That's seven years of, let's say, eight or nine years of higher education. And he thought American Samoa was in the Caribbean. So that's kind of point one. Obviously, not a geography buff. Obviously, this is not somebody who's going to school you. He's going to be in the geography section of Trivial Pursuit. So that's number one. Number two, when he's talking about the Caribbean and all the great places he wanted to visit in the Caribbean, he only names two places. One is the U.S. Virgin Islands, or the Virgin Islands. And the other is Haiti. I can think of so many places in the Caribbean Islands I would rather go. So many places that I would rather go over Haiti. Haiti is a dump. Haiti is a war zone. Haiti is where Victor Marx was trying to get tens of thousands of guns to give to warlords in Haiti because it was completely overrun. Haiti is a place where the earthquake struck and all these monsters descended on there and all these kids went missing. I'm talking like Haiti is not even a third world country. It's a fourth world country. Haiti is a fourth world country. It's run by a guy named Barbecue right now. I'm not making that up. That's really his name. Haiti is run by a guy named Barbecue. And when he was getting a job with going to the Caribbean, or what he thought was the Caribbean, Haiti was on his top two lists of places he thought he would want to go. That's a little weird to me. I can think of a lot of cool islands. St. Thomas, St. John's, the Caymans, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Antigua. Haiti. Hey, not even the Dominican. Not even the other side of the island of Hispaniola. Not even the Dominican. Haiti. Haiti. So I thought that was a little weird. I also think it's a little weird that you don't know where American Samoa is and you're a graduate of higher institutions here in the United States, but I guess not everybody took Geography 101. And it was literally on the other side of the earth. It's by New Zealand. Yeah, the closest place is New Zealand and the Philippines. Yeah, but you still have the other side of the earth. You still have palm trees, right, and a beach. Palm trees, beach, coral reefs. That sounds horrible. Not really. That sounds amazing. So you've basically been in the – I mean, when I think of prosecutors, you spend just as much as criminal defense attorneys to get your education, and yet you go into a life of it's not profitable. It's not something that you can make tons of money doing, but you do it on behalf of representing this state, and the victims. So, I mean, that's pretty incredible. Have you ever thought about changing course and going into the other side, or do you feel content? What a strange question. Do you like being poor? Do you like being poor, the life of a poor prosecutor that makes no money? It's a strange question. It's a little bit of a strange question. I know a lot of defense lawyers who are barely scraping by as well. It's not every defense lawyer. It's not every defense lawyer doesn't make multiple millions of dollars. You know, a lot of people say, why didn't Tyler Robinson hire his own attorneys right now for this case? Well, primarily, cost, if I had to guess. I would estimate that the cost of defending against a capital crime is going to be starting at a million bucks. If you hire a private attorney, maybe two or three million to do it well. Tyler doesn't strike me as someone that has two or three million bucks. His parents don't strike me as someone that has two or three million bucks. So you take – You take the public defenders that are available to you. But not everybody makes two or three million bucks prosecuting or defending capital cases. A lot of criminal lawyers, you know, make 400 bucks here, 1,000 bucks there, 5,000 bucks here, defending, you know, marijuana possession or trespassing. You know, they don't all get rich. But it was a little bit of a strange question. His answer, though, is even stranger, if I must be honest. As a prosecutor. I am so grateful for what he's done. What I do. My specialty and the area that I find that I just find the most fulfillment is special victims prosecution. So 95% is sex crimes prosecution for children and adults. And that's a recurring theme in this case. That's why I was shocked when the judge also is right in this alley. We've talked about this. We'll mention it on a couple of other people today that we haven't talked about. But we've talked about it. We've talked about it. We've talked about all the people in and around the TPSA environment that have made it their life's mission to be involved in some ancillary role relative to this topic. Whether it's charities that seek to help kids who are impacted by this, allegedly. It's really an uncanny amount of people. In and around this industry. And I was a little shocked to hear that Tony Graff had spent his entire career, 95% of his career, in and around this industry as well. But I want you to hear him talk about the money. So I am very grateful that I get to work with that segment and work with these victims who are incredible. And they are some of the most challenging cases, difficult, heartbreaking. And it is where the most work is needed. And I'm grateful to work in that. And I work in it now. And I will work in that area until I no longer can. You work in Salt Lake? So I did. So when I came back from Samoa, I started at Salt Lake County. Was there for seven and a half years. And then I needed a change. And then I worked as the section chief of SVU in Utah County. And then Davis County said, hey, we have a spot. We have a spot for you. Come on up. And so I am doing special victims in Davis County. So he's basically only done that for his entire career. I mean, after his brief stint in Washington, D.C., as essentially an unpaid intern up there is what it sounds like, he comes back and starts immediately in this line of work. Now, the host, the female host in a minute is going to say something that kind of flies in the face of everything. He's saying right here, because he's saying, I love this. I want to stay in it forever. I'm going to do it as long as I can. It's the only thing I do. I find passion in it, meaning in it, all this stuff. And she's going to come in and say, most people can't do it, but for a year or two. And it's just too much. It's too heartbreaking. And I love it. My stepmother was in law enforcement and she went into investigations of crime against children, special, you know, special victims. And that takes a really different type of. Person, because most most law enforcement officers can only be in sex crimes for a couple of years before it just gets to be too much. And I think when when you you can actually you feel like you're helping a lot of people that are in that they feel like nothing's you're not getting the guy and it's not happening. You're not you're not seeing it fast enough because those cases take a lot of time and they're highly emotional, highly volatile. And getting those victims to to get on trial is really, really hard. So that's no evil, easy feat. And it's you know, I'm in trial this week and I'm doing a case that I tried back in February of last year and that resulted in a hung jury. That means the jury can come to a decision. And so we're retrying it again. And and so this is going on three years. I'm going to pause it there because his kid is about to walk in. and I don't necessarily. want to be the guy putting his kid on the internet um but it's it i i played that just to give you a little feel for his background give you a little feel for who he is um this is a passion of his and he said he wants to do it as long as he can and then he takes a judicial appointment where you know in a judicial appointment you're dealing with murders you're dealing with you know petty theft you're dealing with i don't even i don't know how it works in utah is the same same judges have civil dockets but maybe car wrecks um embezzlement i don't know like that's that's not the career of somebody who continually is is going in this direction who finds deep meaning in this direction so i just wonder what what angle of being a judge sort of sort of fulfills that okay so i want to look at some of the peripheral figures here i want to go down some of the peripheral figures involved in this case because what i want to suggest is there may be an angle that would interest him in this case i've long said and this this is where i'm entering the realm of speculation there are hundreds of thousands of these instances every year of people jumping online and doing nefarious things relative to young people hundreds of thousands that's what i want to suggest is there are hundreds of thousands of people who jump online and do nefarious things relative to young people that's what i'm trying to suggest and that's what i'm trying to suggest is that there are hundreds of thousands of people who jump online and do nefarious things relative to young people and that is a pool of patsies that's a pool of patsies if you ever wanted to access a patsy if you ever wanted somebody to do something horrific for you that's a great place to start why because if they're unwilling to do it then they can just be messed them up they end up doing criminal behavior for the rest of their life and so when you get someone who also has done that crime and they go to prison with a bunch of people who are victims of those types of crimes it doesn't always end well for them it's a in fact it happens so much it becomes sort of a butt of a joke i don't think it's funny a lot of people tell the joke about oh you know you don't want to go to prison and be above his love interest or whatever or or worse or be taken out you know there's this there's this notion that if you go to prison for harming children your your life expectancy is very short very short and i think there's some truth to that there's a the reason it's it's a rumor is because it's true and so i've speculated that if you wanted to get a patsy if you wanted to have sort of a greater operation to remove charlie kirk but you needed a patsy well let's look around and see who's involved in this type of stuff lance twig seems like somebody who is a prime candidate i'm not saying he is involved in any of this but he is chronically online he has real mental issues uh documented mental issues or that have been discussed in the media he um is a is a little bit of a weirdo and that's usually consistent with the type of people who do this type of stuff so would tyler robinson be a good guy well he's kind of also into the same weird stuff he hangs around the same weird people i don't know whether either of them are involved in this type of stuff but let's just speculate let's just wonder aloud i mean maybe honestly maybe maybe they are do we get a hint into any of the people associated with this case whether or not they have any kind of a background on this in other words was this a component of the crime well let's go start looking at some of these first one i want to look at is a guy named michael george carl michael george carl signed the six first search warrants in this case michael george carl he's a police officer he signed the first six search warrants including george zen's search warrant we'll talk about george zen in just a second so let's go look at michael george carl and see if we can find a connection to this industry why would michael george carl be so fast to be on this well let's look here this is his training that is listed on his affidavit the fbi child exploitation task force he was on the lehigh police department in the special victims unit worked crimes against children emphasis in online intimate crimes a task force officer with the fbi child task force lead detective on several intimate crimes currently assigned with the special victims unit the svu with the utah county sheriff's office primarily assigned primarily assigned to work cyber crimes involving the exploitation of the youth intimate exploitation of the youth that's his primary assignment and he is the first one to go in and sign the first six search warrants including on george zen as an svu detective he's investigated several cases involving these types of crime and minors online enticement of these people in his current assignment he's investigating online crimes against young people also attended and completing the training at icac bootstrap academy i'll talk about the icac in a second i've since been approached by the fbi child e-word task force i know what the word is i don't want to say it out loud and was reinstated as a task force officer with the fbi child e-word task force now icac is the internet crimes against children i've talked to police officers they assure me this is strange i've never been a police officer i've never worked in law enforcement a day in my life i have talked to many cops along the way and and doing my job but i've talked to them specifically about these search warrants is this a strange person to assign to a political assassination and every single one of like yes it's a very big indication that something bigger might have been going on it's the biggest political assassination in utah county ever in utah ever and in the united states in decades why not get a homicide detective why why are you going to the svu and getting an officer there and saying you should be the one searching all this stuff you should be the one going to get the uh pick up the computers at the boys houses like this is the guy who signed the search warrants to go to the apartments to go to the uh house to go to george zen to get his phone to extract his phone it leads me to believe again speculation sure but i i feel like i have a good faith basis for speculating that there was something more going on here there was some reason they're assigning an svu guy to this now maybe it could be as simple as they looked at tyler robbins and said he looks like a weirdo and then they looked at lance twiggs and said he looks even weirder i bet they're into weird stuff let's get an svu guy on this that could be as simple as that but it could be a little more than that we don't know so that is let me tell you real quickly about these task forces um michael george carl said he was working on this task force with the fbi here is a description of it this fbi child blank and human blank task force operate within nearly every fbi field office opposite uh ultimate goal of the these task forces is to recover victims and investigate uh transporters at the state and federal level that's where he said he was helping even though he's a utah county guy so what's the icac i told you i would tell you about that in a second well here's the icac the internet crimes against children task force the icac helps state and local law enforcement agencies just develop an effective response to technology facilitated child intimate e-word and internet crimes against children its assistance encompasses forensic and investigative components training and technical assistance victim services and community education in other words when they find out someone's using the internet to facilitate these sick crimes the icac helps facilitate capturing those people training people how to capture them and ultimately capturing them it seems like a strange person to get on a homicide seems like a strange person to get on a political assassination now we talk about other peripheral figures you remember george zen george zen was the guy who immediately upon charlie kirk being taken down he's a 70 something year old man he stands up starts waving his hat his pants eventually fall down saying i did it i did it i did it it was me shoot me shoot me i shot him shoot me that was george zen so they go get a warrant to capture his phone. Ask him if there's anything illegal on the phone. He says, yeah, there's youth, youth on the phone. So they get a warrant and they get the phone. They extract the images and they arrest him for the crimes of possessing those types of images. While they're talking to him, they said, you realize what you've done. You realize what you've done. This was in the search warrant. I'm not making this up. By drawing all that attention to yourself, you may have facilitated the escape of the assailant. You may have let the guilty party get away with it. And you know what George Zinn said in response? Good, good. That was my plan. That was my plan. Not that's what I thought of in the moment. Not that's an unfortunate side effect of me being crazy. That was my plan. A plan is something you can do. You can do it. You can do it. You can do it. You come up with, you create. It's got steps. Something that's going to be implemented to accomplish an objective. In this case, he states the objective to help the assailant get away. So he had a plan going into the event. He had a plan to help an assailant get away. Right there, it doesn't sound like Tyler Robinson did this alone. The question is, what's the connection between Tyler Robinson and George Zinn? And is the involvement of all these people in this industry, law enforcement, law enforcement, law enforcement, law enforcement, law professionals and others in this industry, is it an idea of the connection? Because here is the press release on George Zinn. Arrest and booking of George Zinn for obstruction of justice. That's what I just told you about having a plan to help the assailant get away and possession of child material. See Sam. Zinn was attending an event where a shooting occurred shortly after while people were fleeing the area. Zinn was seen yelling that he had, taken down Charlie Kirk. UVU police took Zinn into custody and transported him to the UVU police department. At that time, Zinn was not cooperative with law enforcement and did not want to speak with investigators. He began to have a medical issue, was transported to a local hospital. While at the hospital, he did freely state he was not the person who took down Charlie Kirk, but yelled he was to hinder law enforcement. Zinn admitted he had yelled that he was the shooter to allow the actual suspect to flee and hinder law enforcement. During the interview, agents asked to look at his phone. Zinn agreed to let them. Told the agents he uses his phone to view and abuse illegal material aimed at young people. There may be some images on his phone that show him using his phone to view and abuse illegal material aimed at young people. There may be some images on his phone that show him using his phone to view and abuse illegal the agents did see several images on the phone. How would Tyler Robinson, who planned and executed Charlie Kirk alone, that's what we're told, how would Tyler Robinson be connected to George Zinn, who tells people he had a plan to help the assailant escape? What's the connection? Well, maybe the law enforcement officers are the connection. Maybe they tell us what the connection is. Because the person who was dispatched to get a search warrant on Zinn was the same person dispatched to get a search warrant for all the other material. You see that? You see the connection? And what was that law enforcement guy's specialty? This material. And they went and got phones and computers and everything else from Tyler Robinson and Tyler Robinson's house. Is this the connection? And again, if this is the connection isn't it convenient that Judge Tony Graff got this case? Because that's his main game. That's his interest. That's what he does. That's his passion in life. That's what he's done his entire career before being appointed as judge. Almost his entire career. What a fortunate set of circumstances that the judge appointed to this case has a deep and abiding interest in making sure people who engage in this stuff don't get away with it. That's what a prosecutor does. That's what he said he does. He wants to hold people accountable for these crimes. What about Victor Marks? We know he has a connection to this case. He was one of the first people to show up to help Erica Kirk once she got back home. Remember, we've got to get our warrior princess home? Well, this is Victor Marks' charity setting captives free spiritually, emotionally, and physically since, you know, he's been in the military for a long time. He's been in the military for a long time. 2023, trauma release, trauma relief. We regularly place ourselves in harm way to reach and restore victims of trauma. Ongoing efforts have helped thousands of children, women, and members of our military discover new hope, experience lasting change, and receive ongoing support. They're actively engaged in the ongoing fight against transportation, abuse, and violence. They have a global focus. They just happen to be in places where there are hot spots and wars. So we know that Victor Marks has a tie to this industry. What about other people? We also have the ATP Task Force, the ATP Task Force for Children. This is Victor Marks' group here. Here's a little two-pager from them on this, protecting children's innocence. Because every child deserves to be safe. There's a nice picture of a child being safe in the arms of a sheriff. They exist to defend the most vulnerable by equipping those on the front lines. This is what they're going after. This is exactly the industry they're trying to stop, Victor Marks' industry. Now, oh, there's a guy. Oh, is that really? There's a guy in the back missing his head. Which page? One or two? Hold on. I got to pull this back. Yeah, he is. No, he's not missing his head. He's leaning forward. That's funny, though. That's funny. All right. Now, we also know that among the other people who have popped up in this along the way, connected to the TPSA universe was a guy named Jakob Boyens. Jakob Boyens has dedicated his life to this same industry. Jakob Boyens is actually so close to the Kirk family that Jakob Boyens and Erica Kirk's mother opened a charity together in Texas. And for some reason, Erica Kirk's mother did not use her married name, any of her married names. I think she has like three different married names. She didn't use any of those. She actually went back and used her maiden name that she hadn't used since 1969 to help open this charity with Jakob Boyens in Texas just a few years ago. What does Jakob Boyens specialize in? You'd never guess. Human transportation. Even in the darkness of human transportation and E-word in the United States, Jakob Boyens' ministry brings hope. They want to rescue children, redeem lives, and stop exploitation. Oh, I said it. I shouldn't have. Before it begins, YouTube doesn't like that word. So this is Jakob Boyens. That's his story. His connection. Well, who else? Anybody on the ground that day have a connection to this? Well, as a matter of fact, yes. You remember the guy everybody thought shot a palm gun? Rick Cutler? Remember Palm Gun Ricky? I don't think he had a palm gun for the record. Rick has a passion to see nations restored, healed, and whole. His ministry is to bring hope and healing to victims of human transportation through aftercare. So even the security team, this is what they do in their off-season. It's beginning to be a little bit of a pattern here. What about one of the largest funders of TPUSA? A woman named Nelda Buckman. What does Nelda Buckman do in her spare time? When she's not donating to TPUSA, who's she donating to? Well, let's find out because she has her own ministries. Is someone in my house searching for China? Why is that ad coming up? This is proof. Sometimes internet ads are not. If you know my family, we don't eat off China. One donor, Nelda Yaw Buckman, says she got involved with helping survivors after dealing with an unfortunate experience of her own many years ago. Her former husband had an addiction to intimate activities that had manifested itself in that industry. And when I discovered it, it was both devastating. For a while, she blamed the workers in that industry. But after meeting with them, she said, and learning about their stories and trauma, she knew she needed to help them. And that's what she's been doing ever since. There's so many children that are being sold for these things. And it's important that they find help in Nelda Buckman. Well, Nelda Buckman goes on to be one of the largest funders of TPUSA. And then you got TPUSA kicks off a tour, Make Heaven Crowded tour. Where do they start their tour? They started it last year. We watched a clip. We watched a clip of it when they did that tour. They started it at the church of a guy named Greg Laurie. It's in Southern California. Who's Greg Laurie? Well, Greg Laurie is the recipient of a lawsuit from, a group that said his church covered up decades of child intimate problems and other scandals. 22 survivors of a decade-long abuse campaign in Romania have filed a consolidated federal complaint alleging that a sophisticated cover-up machine was operated by Harvest Christian Fellowship and its celebrity pastor, Greg Laurie. That's a California-based megachurch that allegedly utilized internal surveillance, financial payoffs, and purged records to hide these types of crimes involving the youth. That is where she decided, in her infinite wisdom as CEO, to kick off the tour, make heaven crowded, at that guy's church. While this lawsuit is pending, alleging these crimes. Then we have Erica Kirk herself, also very interested in these types of crimes. Here is Candace Owens covering this months ago. I decided to create something called Everyday Heroes Like You, where we're able to, originally, just focused on bringing funds and awareness to various grassroots organizations that were in specific communities that would be able to have volunteers that are transparent with their funds, that are actually doing what they're saying they're doing, instead of just having 70% of the funds go to admin and only 30% towards the cause. So really just focusing on making sure there was a home for transparent organizations that people could learn about, get involved with. But from there, it kind of grew into something more global. I was living in China and doing a lot of work with the victims from sex trafficking, and then began to phase that into working with the Marine Corps and the Army, and then was able to work with an orphanage in Romania. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. she obviously has an interest. She was drawn to this before the TPUSA shenanigans that seem to be very drawn to this industry as well. She worked with victims in China. Then she goes on to say she worked with victims in Jaco, Costa Rica. Jaco, Costa Rica. This is from Travis on X. He goes by Nilo X. I will pull this up here. Erica Fransve had another charity helping children. This time her philanthropy would appear in Jaco, Costa Rica under the name Kids First. Everyday Hero Like You has teamed up with Kids First to help address the need to create a safe environment for the at-risk youth in Jaco, Costa Rica. Sounds innocent enough, but what's really going on here? In July of 2019, Kids First would be recorded in internet archives for the first time. It would later disappear from the Everyday Heroes Like You website by July 25th, 2021. So this is the mission, Jaco, Costa Rica. What do we know about Jaco, Costa Rica? Would you believe it is a hotbed for these exact crimes? That people all over the world, descend on Jaco, Costa Rica to exploit the youth? It's true. It's true. Now you could say, now, hey, wait a minute now. You wanted to prevent this. Wouldn't you that exactly? Yeah, yeah, I get it. I mean, I understand the other side of the argument. But at the same time, it's an interesting connection when everybody seems to be connected to this industry. We have a video here. That I'm probably going to have to pull the music bed down. This is a video thanking a guy named Colonel Otto Buescher for his work with the charity there in Romania, Otto Buescher. There is Everyday Hero Like You, Erika Fransve. Kissing a child. Not her own child. Now, who is, anyway, she said thank you on it, but I don't want to play it with the music bed in the background because YouTube hates music beds for some reason. Let's go. Who is this Otto Buescher that she's thanking and putting up websites commending? Let's just look here. We present the most important excerpts from the criminal complaint. Criminal complaint against gentleman Otto Buescher, commander in 2011 to 2013 of the Black Sea Area Support Team, U.S. Forces in Romania, stationed at Mikhail Kagalnesanu. I'm sure I pronounced that wrong, you Romanians. I apologize. For criminal acts regarding deprivation of liberty, complicity in human transportation, and forced intimate relations for compensation, associated with and support of an organized criminal group for the establishment of a brothel that served American soldiers within the military base. At that base, for the years 2012 and 13, which operated for several months in one of the P buildings, which according to statements of their successor, which several young women were intimately utilized, forced to have intimate things with American soldiers, young women, including minors, kept under guard, according to statements. We'll go on and on and on. I don't want to get too deep on it here. We knew that after the arrival in Romania in the second half of November 2011 of the new commander B, Mr. Otto A. Buescher, two civilian employees acting on several occasions and engaging in acts of. Those two words right there brought a lady of the night, to the base on 9-12-2011, to Commander Buescher, whom they took to his room. The brunette woman was dressed in a gray and orange ski suit with a hood on her head, hid the presence of a passenger in the right driver's seat, would not be noticed, yada, yada, yada. Guys, this is. This is kind of sensitive stuff here. So in light of all that, this is just a few of the people. Like, we had to trim this down just for time. There are more people involved in this case, involved in and around TPSA, who are littered with these types of industries. I could go on to even strange appearances of congressmen who make it their life's mission to go about this, who popped up in this case. In light of that, I want to go back to this video. And I want you to hear about what drives Tony Graff. What is his life's mission? What does he find satisfaction in putting people away for? Because this is a guy who was appointed to the bench in August. Charlie Kirk went down in September, and he gets the case. The biggest political assassination inside the United States in decades. Certainly the biggest one in the history of Utah. Certainly the biggest assassination in the history of Utah County. And he gets assigned to this case. Now, noticeably absent is his whoop. Not his whoop watch, but the little whoop on his hair that he has now. But I won't spend too much time on that. I can go to Haiti. I can go to all these cool places. It's by New Zealand. Yeah, but you still had palm trees, right? And a beach. Palm trees. Defense attorneys to get your education. And yet you go into a life of it's not profitable. It's not something that you can make tons of money doing, but you do it on behalf of representing this state and the victims. So, I mean, that's. It's pretty incredible. Have you ever thought about changing course and going into the other side? Or do you feel content as a prosecutor? I am so grateful for what I do. It seems like an interesting connection. I'm being honest. I didn't know this connection existed. And I set out to ask who's Judge Tony Graff. I mean, we've looked at all the lawyers. We've looked at the participants, the witnesses, the cops. I've never really sat down and just opened up the judge's bio. It was the first time last week I decided to do that. I never really paid much attention to the judge. He seemed like a pretty decent judge calling things. I mean, maybe foot on the gas a little bit towards the prosecution. But I mean, most judges do, to be honest with you. I mean, most judges have to either be retained or elected at some point by the population. And the population doesn't want criminals running around. So they don't want a judge that's out there going easy on defendants. Most judges are pretty tough on defendants. They're pretty favorable to prosecutors. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Nothing at all out of the ordinary. So I had no reason to even look. But I thought, we need to look. We need to know something about everybody in this. That line. That line. That, oh my gosh. This guy. This is his life's mission. This is what he was born to do. This is what he enjoys. This is all he wants to prosecute. Then I start going back to the police officers. Wait a minute. There was a connection to this with all the TPSA people, it seems like. And it lands me back to Tyler Robinson. Because ultimately, I don't know. I don't know whether Tyler Robinson will ever walk free, even if he didn't pull the trigger. He's alleged to have killed Charlie Kirk by shooting him with a.30-06 from the low-seat center roof. I don't think that happened. Even a lot of people who think he did it now, or say they think he did it now, at one time think he didn't do it, because they thought that that's an impossible shot with that wound. Like that a.30-06 wouldn't do that. So even a whole lot of the people that are on the other side now, they're like, yeah, Tyler Robinson did it. And they started out where I am right now. I just never left. That wound doesn't make sense. Let's look for alternatives. If it wasn't Tyler Robinson with a.30-06, was it Tyler Robinson with something else? Well, they've not alleged anything else. Now they're committed to the.30-06 because they say it's a.30 caliber round in his neck. Well, if you're going to stick to that story, I'm not going to believe it's Tyler Robinson. I'm going to believe something else happened. So how does Tyler Robinson get involved? And why is he not willing to come forward? Why are his friends all unwilling to come forward? Could it be this? Could it be this? Could this be the connection to how Tyler Robinson got dragged into this thing? Could this be the connection to how Tony Graff got dragged into this thing? We know, you know, if we know we're going to use a patsy who's a pervert or who hangs out with perverts, and who does illegal perverted things, we need to make sure we have a judge who doesn't like those people. We need to make sure we have a judge that's willing to put those people away. Again, guys, I'm just analyzing what I see. I've never encountered a case that has this many ancillary figures and involved figures and witnesses that are this connected to this industry. I've never seen it before. Never. Go to the Lindsay Clancy case. That's the big case right now. Go research the judge. Go research the lawyer. Go research Lindsay Clancy. Look at the husband, Patrick Clancy. Look at all the witnesses who testified. Anybody in this industry? Go to the Karen Reid case. That was a popular case relatively recently. Anybody involved in this industry at all, at any level, any cops, any judge, any witnesses, Karen Reid herself? No. Not that I could tell. A cursory look. Granted, I didn't look as closely as I did here, but this just popped right out. As soon as you start looking, you see it. Go to any major case. Go to the Koberger case. Was everybody connected to the Koberger case or a disproportionately large number of people connected to the Koberger case involved in these? No. No, they were not. I looked. The victims, no. The people who testified, not that I could tell. The cops, no. The judge, not that I could tell. Again, cursory look. But it didn't take long to find these. As soon as you search their name, you find yet another one. This case is unique on that issue. It is very unique on that issue. You've got the involvement of the FBI people who do this, the Utah County people who do this, the Internet Crimes Against Children people, the ICAC people who specialize in this, all of them there. All of them on the scene. All of them. All of them showing up. All of them involved. You've got a guy, a participant, it seems like, George Zinn, who's involved in this, who is a key component to drawing law enforcement attention to him so that any potential assailant could get away. No matter where you turn in this case, associates that hung around TPSA, the organization Charlie Kirk constructed, built, you look around the associates, they're all involved in it. It gets to the point where I struggle to believe that this isn't a key component to this crime. This wasn't a key component. And if it was a key component, that's not why Charlie Kirk died. I don't think. But it might be why Tyler Robinson was involved. Because if he didn't shoot him with a.30-06, the question is, how did they get him there as a patsy? Because he seems to be playing the role. His friends seem to be playing the role. His former roommate seems to be playing the role. If they're all playing the role, why? What are they covering up? What are they hiding? What are they involved in that cats got all their tongues? And if you knew why he was a patsy, then you probably know he's not going to say anything. And if you know he's not going to say anything, you could be very strenuous in your belief that he did it. Why? Because it's probably never going to come out that he didn't. Because for him to come out and say, hey, I'm a patsy, he'd have to explain how he ended up a patsy. And is that what you want to go to prison for? Now, I'm not a cat. I'm not accusing Tyler Robinson of engaging anything, but I'm raising the suspicion based on all these people involved. I'm not accusing the FBI of setting him up as a patsy, but I'm raising the suspicion based on all these people involved. I think it's a reasonable suspicion. Now, reasonable suspicion, because we've been talking about standards, falls below probable cause. Reasonable and articular suspicions way down here. Probable cause here, reasonable doubt way up here. But I think it's a reasonable suspicion. I think we've cleared the reasonable suspicion to begin asking the question, is this a component to this case? Is this why Judge Graff was selected to sit on this bench in this judicial circuit when it doesn't look like he lived there? Because in this interview, he's on the Tooele County Council. That's the next county over. That's a different judicial district. He can't live there and represent Utah County. And he'd worked in Salt Lake County and Davis County, which are different judicial districts. So it's not like he had a career in the fourth judicial district. He didn't. He was there for like one year in Utah County as an employee. But while he was working in Utah County, he was on the Tooele City Council, which means he probably lived over there and just commuted back and forth. So you don't have this long time Utah County gray beard who's just, everybody kind of looks around and says, yeah, that guy should be the judge. I mean, I've seen a few of those in my career. And a vacancy comes up and the governor appoints somebody and everybody goes, yeah, that makes sense. This guy's been the lawyer in this county for 40 years. He's paid his dues. He's a good guy. Everybody likes him. Seems like a fair guy. I agree with the governor. That should have been the judge. That's not Tony Graff. He had almost no connection to this county that he was appointed in. they get a little older um kids have to be in different places at the same time and there's only two of us so sometimes we got a kid playing a ball game somewhere and we got three or four kids playing ball games in different places and we can only be in two of them and so there's a kid playing a ball game and their mom and dad's not there that's challenging that's challenging it happens doesn't happen often but it happens it's sad when it happens um so that's the most challenging part for me is just feeling like the schedule doesn't always align for that we can do everything i don't know how So that didn't work out. I thought I might want to give it a try for a little while. But, you know, just to see what the other side is like, see what's going on out there. The reason I like the defense side is you're defending the Constitution. You're defending the constitutional rights of the entire community. Whereas the prosecution side also serving a very important role, putting bad guys away. But they're not really defending the Constitution. If anything, they're trying to stretch it a little bit, in my opinion. And so I do prefer the defense side. I think it's the more fun side to be on, if we're talking about just having a good time. Now, the prosecution wins more. They win 95 plus percent of all their cases, sometimes 98 or 99 percent, depending on the jurisdiction and how choosy the prosecutor is. And so that's, I guess that would be fun if you like winning. Feel a little bit like the New York Yankees. But I'm kind of an underdog. Like I root for the underdog. I was very upset last night about the Michigan, Western Michigan game. Because I like the underdog. And that was a cool underdog story that was rightly or wrongly overturned. So I probably would never go to the prosecution side for those reasons. Have I considered being a judge? I actually did agree to serve as a municipal judge with two different mayors in two different cities. But neither one of them had an opening before their term expired. So, but I had agreed to do it. And it was a lawyer on the case and had to deal with a lot of the neighbors. Involved some door knocking. It was a wild case. And so I had to go there a lot for that case. And there was a little Cajun restaurant in town. I don't remember the name of it, but it was great. It was right downtown. Eufaula's a beautiful town, by the way. Big old oak trees, like antebellum-type mansions. Mansions lining the streets. And it's a beautiful, beautiful place. Beautiful place. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere, though.
