WHO IS JESUS?

The speaker begins with humorous, dry jokes before shifting to a foundational teaching on discipleship, focusing on the identity and purpose of Jesus Christ. He outlines three primary reasons Jesus came: to save humanity from sins, to reveal God as Father, and to serve as a prototype for human conduct. Emphasizing exclusivity, he insists salvation is only through Jesus, referencing Matthew 1:21 and John 14:6, and argues that human efforts or law-keeping are insufficient, calling righteousness apart from Christ a "filthy rag." He then explains the Trinity, describing one God in three persons—Father as source, Son as revelation, and Holy Spirit as operation—using analogies like water and personal existence to simplify the concept. The Apostles' Creed is recited to anchor historical Christian belief in Jesus' birth, death, resurrection, and future judgment. The speaker provides scriptural evidence for Jesus' divinity, including John 10:33, Matthew 26:63-65, and John 8:58, where Jesus uses the divine name "I am." He connects this to God's revelation to Moses, showing Jesus completes that revelation by being the way, truth, and life, offering a higher purpose beyond mere biological existence. Prophetic texts like Isaiah 44:6 and Revelation 1:17 are cited to affirm Jesus' eternal nature. Finally, he encourages doubters to follow Thomas's example—showing up to encounter Christ despite uncertainty—since faith can be clarified in community. The talk aims to build a solid, simple foundation for believers.

[MUSIC] Let me give you some jokes. Since there are two sessions. [LAUGH] So sometimes I write dry jokes. [LAUGH] And I just, just to myself, and I think of dry jokes to write. [LAUGH] So, I write them down like inspiration. [LAUGH] My life hates that I do it. Why you embarrassing yourself? I do it anyways. The oldest computer, this is an original. [LAUGH] Yeah, I'll tell you the one that is original. I'll tell you one that I hate somewhere. So this is an original. The oldest computer is in the Bible and it's an apple. [LAUGH] It also has the lowest capacity, two bites and everything crushed. [APPLAUSE] Let me look for another one. [LAUGH] What did Kane ring a bell? [LAUGH] Let me look for one more, dry jokes saying. I just, I know they are not funny. I just, which airline did Angel Gabriel take when he was going to deliver the message to Mary? Veggie. [APPLAUSE] So, three, three, three is enough. [LAUGH] All right, so I want to share, remember the focus is discipleship. So, I want to share on something, I want to make sure that everything I'm sharing, yesterday I spoke about tongues and I just said today, let me go on the foundational side. So I want to share on who Jesus is, who is Jesus. And every someone I'm going to be preaching, I'll try as much as possible to make them foundational, simple, more like we're living here and understanding what we believe and get ready to use scriptures, amen. So we want to talk about who is Jesus. We will identify the person of Jesus and what he came to do and let out talk about the Father would have got. So what did Jesus come to do? Three major things, amongst many other things, three major things. Number one, to save us from our sins. And I hope we're right. Yeah, number one, to save us from our sins. Matthew 1 verse 21, "Evigine shall conceive." You shall call, yes, "and she shall bring for the child and shall," "and you shall call his name Jesus, for he shall save his people from their sins." So it's very clear what Jesus came to do to save us from our sins. In other words, there is no other name given a moment by which they can be saved. Salvation is only in Christ Jesus. Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." In theology, Christianity claims exclusivism. That if you miss this boss, this Jesus boss, you are not going to the Father. There is no other way to heaven. Christians and other religions don't worship the same God. There is no ways to the Father. There is just one way to the Father. And that's Jesus. So Jesus came to save us from our sins. And God sent in Jesus means we were condemned for hell. If there was another way, you won't have sent the Son. I don't know if you're getting what I'm saying. He sent the Son because it was concluded that without the Son, no one can be saved. So I'm just saying, don't try. No need. There is no reason to try. The best of what you can do, the Bible calls it a "future rug." What that thing actually means is you used sanitary to hell. That's the meaning of, when did you say "future rug"? It's talking about a used sanitary to hell. And the Bible says, "That's the best of your righteousness." So you come much up. Maybe if we had time, I would have shown you some of the commandments in the book of Leviticus. You know, approaching God by the law or by walks or by efforts. You see that you can't make it. You are not allowed to shape your hair, trim your beard. You want to keep your eye, you want to look fresh. How now? If you like cut fish, you are going to hellfire. You like sausage, cheeseburger, hellfire. If you wear two different materials like what I'm doing, hellfire. So before you condemn tattoo, there are many other things. I don't know if you get what? And I'm not saying you do tattoo. I'm just telling you that the premise of the law, I don't know if you get what I'm saying. It's impossible. The Bible calls it the curse of the law. The bondage, the yoke of the law. So he came to save us from our sins, number one. Number two, he came to reveal the Father to us. He came to reveal the Father to us. In the Old Testament, God wanted to be known. As Father, as a band, you see those terms there. But they were not ready to receive him. As Father, you see, as we view that, what Jesus said about that. And number three, he came to show us how we ought to be. So number one, to save us from our sins, number two, to reveal the Father to us. God as Father. And number three, to show us how we ought to be. He's our prototype. In other words, in Jesus, we don't just see it, Savior. We see an example of humanity. You know that humanity is nothing, nothing was with sin. There was a human being before there was sin. Sin was the infection that affected humanity. Meaning you can be human without sin. Because the first Adam was first human before he became a sinner. And you get what I'm saying. And we'll talk about when we talk about the hypostatic union. So Jesus is the prototype. He's the example of our world to be. So when I read the Bible, and I see Jesus, I'm going to talk about that, I am seeing God's perfect example for my life. So on that cross, I'm not just seeing Him dying. I'm seeing what I should be ready to do for us. What also means when I'm reading the Bible, I'm not the needy person in the story. Remember, we said it's our example. So I'm not running up and down for miracle. I'm the one they touched. Are you getting? I'm not the disciples in the boots saying, "Will we die? Come and enter my boots. I am the Jesus walking on water." He's showing us how we ought to be. You get in this. So there is a doing in that dimension. And there is also a becoming. And we're going to share about all that. So who is Jesus? Let's start with the apostles' creed. This creed is 8300 and 1-400 in that, you know, is redocabonditing. So that's why the gap is, is that much. But it's around that time. And I'm just going to read it to you as Christians, we believe in the Trinity. The doctrine statement is that one God exists as or in three equal divine persons. So we have the Father, the Son, the Spirit. Now, we will get erratic. We will get erratic if we emphasize the triness over the oneness or if we emphasize the oneness over the triness. So what we do is we leave it as it is. But we understand the differentiation in these persons, quote-unquote, "because they are persons number one." And it should not be hard to understand. "Yeh, o Israel, the Lord, your God is one." That word, "one day." I think this is the trinity 6 verse 4, if I'm correct. Boy, if you know, you can help me find that text. "Yeh, o Israel, the Lord, your God is one." Ah, I know, Bible Shah. I'm just kidding. "Yeh, o Israel, the Lord, our God, the Lord is one." Okay. Yeah, because I have to, well, I'm correct, thank God. So that one there is a card. And that's the same one when it says, "Two shall become one." You get seen it. Now, Osborne and Wife are one, God maths, but they are two individuals. When God came down in Genesis 11, the Bible says, "And he saw that they were one, and they had one language." 'Bi' 'dose' means that it was one person that was building but they were one meaning they were together. So when he says 'yeah, oh, he's read the Lord, your God is one' it's like saying everybody in Liberty 'we are one' 'He's saying we are unified, we are together' 'It doesn't mean one' because some people use that text to preach dualism that God is one person but we understand God in dimensions meaning the way you have water, there is liquid, we will see power there are three persons you see Jesus referring clearly to the Father you see Him saying I will send the Holy Spirit there's three different people I don't know if you are getting what I'm saying and in every one of them you understand Father, our source or Patros and we're going to get there, that's God you understand the Son as the Revelation well we are talking the foundation so it's important to say this you understand Jesus who is the Son as Revelation and Revelation of the Father and I'm going to explain and Revelation of Son as well okay I'm looking for a way to say that would be simple and then you have the Holy Spirit who is the operation so Father is source, Son Revelation, the Holy Spirit operation Father, essence, Son, explanation of essence Holy Spirit, operation of the essence so I explain with myself I'm the lapo I am if you don't know who I am I am, I exist but how do you know who I am when I speak to you? Who is the Son, the Word? so the only way you can know who I am is through words or the Word so when I speak words to you then you have the Revelation of who I am and you get in that and then the Holy Spirit is operation of what I do so God I am Jesus, Revelation of who God is, operation, the Holy Spirit operation, what God does so I am the lapo now you know who I am and I am teaching that's my operation you get what I'm saying I am my exist then if you know who I am you have a revelation of me and then what I am currently doing now is I am teaching that's the operation so that's how you know the Father, the Son, the Spirit the Father is the essence, He is the one with the will the Son is the revelation of the Father and who executes or does the will you know manifesting that will to us and then the Holy Spirit is the operation the power to which those wheels are, the wheel is executed does that make any sense? so this is the Apostle's Creed I am going to read it to you because you need to know it it says I believe in God the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth I believe in Jesus Christ His only Son, our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born by the Virgin Mary He so far on the Apotheous Pilate was crucified, died and was buried He descended to hell the third day He rose again from the dead He ascended to heaven and He seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty from there He will come to judge the living and the dead I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church the communion of saints, the forgiveness of saints, the resurrection of the body and their life everlasting Amen so this is the Apostle's Creed A that's E A 301 AD to about A 400 AD 400 pardon me, okay? So A D 301 to AD 400 so let's look at what the Bible says about this person called Jesus John 1, he is God, John 10, Jesus himself, set so, John 10, 33 John 10, 33 so we are not serving you prophets and you know one of the things I like to do is to make sure that the logical things are very very simple I've heard people say that we pray to the Father through the Son by the Holy Spirit you see there are three of them are so united they are one in the sense that God does in the Father does He have inferiority complex like, "If you worship Jesus you didn't worship Me" He is not like that the Bible says God has given me name above all name I don't know if you understand what I'm saying so it's not that complicated I'll give the Holy Spirit 10 minutes I'll give Jesus 12 then I'll give the Father 13 in my devotion it's not that complicated you are worshipping, you are worshipping when you are done Jesus is like you are worshipping the Father when you are worshipping the Father, do you get what I'm saying? it's not that I had, don't overthink it that's why you make a mess so he is God, John 1033, John 1033 the Jews answered him saying, "For a good walk we do not stone you but for blasphemy and because you being a man make yourself God" this was their response to him so when he finished preaching what the Jews God was that Jesus was calling himself God so Jesus called himself God Matthew 26 verse 63, Matthew 26 verse 63 I hope you are not bored okay Matthew 26, 63 but Jesus held his peace and the high priest answered and said to him "I adjunt thee by the living God that you tell us whether thou be the Christ the Son of God 64" and Jesus said, "It is as you said, nevertheless I said to you hereafter you will see the Son of man and I'll show you I'll show you what that means the Son of man sitting at the right hand of the power and coming on the clouds of heaven verse 65 then the high priest rent his clothes same so the high priest understood something he has spoken blasphemy what for that need do we have of witnesses? look now you have heard this blasphemy why? because he was calling himself God and no good God John 8 because when you evangelize to other religions they will tell you Jesus never called himself God well that's why I'm showing you all these texts John 8 57 to 58 you know Jesus is another character in another religion so they will know you soup to carry your bread John 8 57 yeah it's very important you know this text too and did you say to him you are not yet 50 years old and have you seen Abraham? look at what he said and Jesus said to them, "Must I surely say to you?" before Abraham was I was, you see I was I am so you now understand that there is a theological explanation so Jesus saying, "I am the way I am the truth, I am the life." it's not just his sentence, that simple in the Old Testament for you to have a revelation of God you had to come from an experience so for example, gyra which we bastardize because we understand gyra as you know God meets in my needs and everything and that's okay but never forget that the person that got the revelation of God as gyra didn't go to ask for something, he went to give something so if you are going to understand theologically the meaning of gyra it's not for material needs, it's the substitutional sacrifice where you come as Isaac and you get what I'm saying and then a ram is in your state dying the dead you should have died so gyra is in the context of sutriology it's not give me money are you understanding? now how did he get that revelation of God as gyra he got that revelation after God provided how you get in this so all the names of God after an experience then you get a revelation and then you call God that name so Jesus comes and says, "I am the way, I'm changing it now." before it was, you have a revelation that you know God is saying this is what we have put now "I will now be the means for you to have the revelation." so he's saying, "I am the way, I'm changing it now." Now, if you notice the conversation starts with maybe because he's talking to Jews, and these people are trying to approach God. So, him talking and then you see later when he talks about sending the Holy Spirit another conflator, "Hallos, paracletus, or right doubt, lead them into altruz." That "I am the way" means "I am the way" to the Father. And it drew when the year we, the first thing that comes to your mind is wilderness, looking for the way to the promised land. "I am the truth of the Father." That means "I am reality." And I am life. Now, God is, Jesus is preaching to people that have life, and it told them I am life. So, it means that the life he's talking about is not "sukei." So, "ukei" is the "soulish life," which is some people's ambition. How do I say this in the polite way? I'm trying to explain "sukei life." Okay. If you look at the ways some people are moving their life, there is no difference between the way they are patterning their life and that of a dog. That's why I said I'm looking for a polite way. Let me explain why. A dog is born, quote, "I know it could find the way to get married, meets a big and then has children and then dies." Now, some people, this is the summary of their life. I go to school, I get a job, that job will help me eat. So, I can't survive. They are not doing what they like, they are doing what works. You are doing what you are afraid of blood. You see, that's showing you that you didn't pick, money is controlling you. Is that "sukei" or "soulish life"? So, after you do that one now, you now get the job, there was the next thing, no marriage. Oh, after marriage, there was the next thing, no, I give birth. Then when you give birth, there was the next thing, you die. What's the difference between what I explained with that of a dog? The difference is that you were most stressed than dog. That's the only difference. So, when Jesus said, "I've come to give you life," He's saying, "I've come to give you something higher than the animal thing you are doing." "I've come to make you a now-tritch." In other words, give your life meaning, essence. So that you can be talking like they are posses, having nothing possessing all. "Oh, yet making no that's rich." You know, you only believe I can talk like that. Where you are writing a letter about freedom from prison. You are teaching it to all of you on freedom and you are in chains. He said, "I'm chained by the word of God, it's no bounds." Is that life? I've come to give you life. In other words, I will not change the situation but I can change your perspective. Meaning, the pain will not go, but how you see it will change. You meant this thing for evil, but God has toned it. You get it? It's that life. It's talking about that life. So when he says, "Before Abraham was, he uses that word, "I am." So when God told Abraham Moses, and Moses asked God, "If they ask me, who sends me? Who should I say?" He says, "I am." Why didn't God tell Moses every other thing? Remember the progression. Don't miss where we are coming from. You have to have a revelation before you have a name. But Moses was just starting his journey with God. So God said, "I am that I am." Many you find out. Then Jesus now came to explain what that "I am" that I am is. That "I am" that I am the way, the way out of Egypt. You get it? "I am" that I am the truth. I am that I am the life. So he was completing the revelation that God invited Moses to have. Now, let's look at what the prophets say. The prophets acknowledge Jesus as God. Isaiah 44, verse 6, Isaiah 44, because of time we just do that one. There are so many prophetic words about that. I want to show the disciples. Because what the disciples say about Jesus is what Jesus told them about him. You get it? I'm saying. Isaiah 44, verse 6, "The Lord, the King of Israel and His Redeemer, the Lord of hosts, I am the first and I am the last, the last. Beside me, there is no God." Now, look at Revelation 1, verse 17. When Jesus was talking to John, Revelation 1, verse 17, He says, "And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid. I am the first and the last." Are you saying that Isaiah 44? So that person that was speaking in Isaiah 44 was Jesus. He's the one that has that title. Next verse. "I am He who lives and was dead and build. I am alive forevermore." Please say it, be gay men. And I have the keys of Hades and of death. That's grave and death. Look at 2nd Peter 1, verse 1. 2nd Peter 1, verse 1. Let's read together in concert 1, 2, go. Some of Peter is servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained the faith with us. Are you seeing the way you refers to Jesus? Look at John 20/20. Look at John 20/20. And you remember that in the book of Revelation, when John was about to worship an angel, the angel said, "No, don't worship me. You only worship God. I am a Holy Bible like you. Let's read." And Thomas answered and said, "This is after. Let me give you a context. Maybe this might bless somebody." Some people are at their encounter and they are seeing the resurrected Christ. So Thomas said, "I have not seen him and until I see him, I can't believe." But there is something I want you to learn from Thomas. Especially if you are here, you are skeptical about this Christianity thing. You know, you are thinking to yourself, "Is he real? You have heard some quote-unquote testimonies and you are wondering, "Is this thing real?" Well, this is what I will say. Do what Thomas did, even if you don't believe or even if you doubt, show up. He was there. I don't have my doubts, but he was still coming because there is no other place where he commits you and clear that doubts. Did you get what I'm saying? And Thomas answered and said to him, "Now, this is after Jesus clad Thomas his doubts. He said, "My Lord, I am my God." Next verse, and Jesus said, "Thomas, it is not like, don't worship me, don't call me God." Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen me, you have believed." So Jesus accepted that title. So he is God, he is the Lord, he is God. I've established that. He is not a prophet, he is not a wise teacher, he is not just another miracle worker, and he is not a man of God. John 1 verse 6, you need to understand this. I will show you a man of God, he is the God that sent them. There was a man sent from God whose name was John. Next verse, "This man came for a witness to bear witness of the light that true, that all true him might believe." So Jesus is not a man sent from God. He is God that came in the incarnation. I hope you understand what we are saying. Where I say, "God became a human being." So it is not like, "God sent me, can I say it?" Let me call him boy. No more. This is God. It is very important to Jesus, is God, and we have established that. No, you want to ask it? "Answera, why does the Bible call him son of God?" Now let me tell you something about interpreting the Bible. First I mentioned yesterday that the context for new testament writings is old testament. We also said that we spoke about scriptures and we identified what the scripture was. Can you remember? If you were not yet just say yes, can you remember? Okay, I've been said that. Another thing I want to add there is you understand new testament words. And I'm sure maybe you've heard of that before. The law of first mission. And we'll talk about that on Sunday. You understand new testament words from how they were used in the Old Testament. So many New Testament words were first Old Testament words. The Bible is like a library. Are you getting what I'm saying? It's a compilation of different books with different authors. So the meaning of words in the Bible are in the Bible. If you interpret with your English sense, you will miss the meaning. I'll give you an example. And this is just a theological explanation. You can take it to the pinch of salt, but just to make you understand what I'm saying. Just trust it if you don't need it. When you hear the Bible say, "An ebrivede upon them, receive ye the Holy Spirit." In John 20, verse 23, I believe. And the Bible says, "An ebrivede upon them, receive ye the Holy Spirit." Now, from what I have said, okay, maybe I should start from here. You know when Jesus gave the commandments, what he did was he renewed the commandments. He said, "You have left the commandments of God and you have entered the traditions of men." He said, "These people honor me with their lips, but their heart is far from me, vain to their worship me, teaching the doctrines of men." So what Jesus came to do, I think they quoted the, quoted the tsunami six, verse five, and leviticus 19, verse 18. Maybe we should show that. The tsunami six, verse five, I hope I'm correct with this text as well. Yes, you shall love the Lord, your God, your heart, your soul, your strength. Next verse. Leviticus 19, 18, if it's not 19, 18, it's 19. Yes, you shall not take vengeance, no bear any grudge against the children of my people. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. So when they ask Jesus the commandments, what did he say? He mixed the tsunami six, five, and leviticus 19, 18. He put it together. So what that means is that he was not starting a new religion. He was giving their religion a meaning. So what you call the new commandments was actually a renewed commandment, because he got it from the Old Testament. So he wasn't inventing something. He was just teaching them how to read the scriptures. They had left the scriptures and entered the traditions. Are you understand what I'm saying? So when you're now reading John 20 to 23, and he says, "And he breathed upon them, received you the Holy Ghost." Where is the first place breath is mentioned? You have to appropriate the law, first mention in Genesis. Where he says, "And he breathed upon the man, and he became a living soul." Now, when he breathed, he did he breathed upon animals. But animals live. So he means that breath was not oxygen. Are you getting it? So that's an "he breathed upon them" could not have meant. So what's the explanation? When he breathed upon man, he became a living soul. What does that living soul mean? He had the ability to comprehend or think like God. Then the book of Job now tells us there is a spirit in the man and the breath of the Almighty. That gives him understanding. Then, Ezekiel comes in and tells us, "He says, 'Son of man, can these bones live again?' He says, 'Only downward.' He said, 'Okay, this is what you do. You prophesy to the bones and cause breath to enter.' So what does it mean to breathe? It means to prophesy. What does it mean to prophesy? It means inspired teachings. That's why you get that Hebrew word, naba. So when he says, "And he breathed upon them," receive it the Holy Ghost. If we explain it from the Old Testament, it means, and he taught them, or he prophesied, or he gave prophetic or transits on how to receive the Holy Ghost. It was a mean who? It means teaching. So you miss the meaning of that breath when you import the meaning and you are not getting the meaning from the Old Testament. Do you understand what I said? Okay. Now, if you want us to do this, then you understand the meaning of the Son of God. Now, what does it mean when the Bible says just, because if he's God, then why is this Son of God? So let's explain what that means clearly. Remember that we don't get meaning from Dictionary. You get what I'm saying now. So, naba one, Son of God means direct creations of God. So anybody that is a direct creation of God, is God, Son of God. Adam is called Son of God. Adam, the Son of God, why? Because he doesn't have Adam. If man and woman do not bore you, you have to be called Son of God. Look at Genesis 6.2. Genesis 6.2. It says that the Son of God saw the daughters of men that they were beautiful, and they took wise for themselves of all wounded Jews. What are the sons of God is referring to the angels? Look at Job 1, 6. Job 1, 6. It says, "Now, there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came along." So Satan also came because he's a direct creation of God. So angels are called sons of God. Anybody that's man and woman did not come together to burn are called in the Bible, sons of God. Look at Job 2, verse 1. So when the Bible calls him son of God, I'm showing you one of the reasons why. Are you getting this? Again, there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them to present themselves before the Lord. So number 1 is called son of God because direct creations of God are called sons of God. Number 2, anywhere where humanity and divinity meets the Bible describes that situation as son of God. Look at John 1, 22. John 1, 12, pardon me. John 1, 12. He says, "But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become what children, kiejevices, sons of God, even those who believe in his name, who were born not of God, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." And this is talking about believers. Am I correct? So in a situation where I have my humanity, and I have my divinity, that is, as many as received me, give them part to become sons of God, the Bible describes that situation as son of God. Look at Galatians 4, 6. Galatians 4, 6. He says, "And because ye are sons, God has sent forth the spirit of his son into your hearts, crying, above Father." So the Bible also describes those as sons of God. That's what I'm trying to show you. Are we called sons of God? So why does the Bible call those sons of God? Because we are a place where divinity and humanity meet. So the Bible calling Jesus son of God is because he's also a place where divinity and humanity meet. Are you understanding? Look at Romans 8 verse 14. Romans 8 verse 14. He says, "For as many that are laid by the spirit, that word laid is very misleading." The word there is "ago." For as many that are brought forth, that's the Greek, that's actually the Greek is "ago." For as many that are brought forth by the spirit, or for as many that are born, by the spirit, they are the sons of God. So Jesus is called son of God because he's a place where divinity and humanity meet one, number two, direct creations of God in the Bible are called sons of God. Now, he's also called son of man and this is where we draw the curtain. Why is he called son of man? Numbawan is the son of man as misaini kink. So when we read Matthew 13 verse 41, let's look at it. Matthew 13 verse 41. It says, "The son of man shall send forty angels and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend and them which do iniquity." Let's do one more. Mark 14 verse 62. Mark 14 verse 62. Mark 14 verse 62. And then I'll dictate some text that you can go and read. Mark 14 verse 62. And why am I giving you? Because I went through this stress, so you two go through this. Mark 14. And Jesus said, "I am, and you shall see the son of man sitting on the right hand of power and coming in the clouds of heaven." Now every time you see, most times in the gospels, that Jesus is called the son of man, you will see that he always talks about his second coming or he's talking about power or he's talking about angels. And you see this in John 527. John 527, look 188. Look 188. Look 1910. Look 12, look 22, 48. Look 22, 48. Look 22, 69. Look 22, 69. This is what my church goes through. Welcome. Look 22, 69. John 314. John 314. John 627. John 627. So if you have ever watched my salmon, the first 30 minutes of my salmon is the doctrinal site. The last 10 minutes or 12 minutes, I try to use stories and illustrations to explain the theological things I've said. Then the ones that you see on social media is the last 15 minutes of my message. Yes, that's the wisdom site, because doctrine people will be arguing, but wisdom, everybody needs sense. So, yeah, if you are just watching on social media, you might be surprised. Why is it opening by this? The way it is. It's all that the part we show you is not this. John, where did I stop? John 627. John 653. John 653. John 828. John 828. Acts 756. John 1331. Revelation 13. Revelation 1414. But let's look at this text together. So you understand what that son of man means. Daniel 7 verse 13. And I want to end with an application. Daniel 7 verse 13. He says, "I was watching in the night visions and be old, one like the son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven, and he came to the ancient of these next." And they brought him near before him, yes. Then to him was giving dominion and glory and a kingdom. Who was this giving to the son of man? That all people's nations and languages should serve him. So when Jesus called himself son of man, he was saying, "I'm the Messiah." So you can ask, "Why is this son of God? Why is this son of God?" Let's say, "Piquant." No. It's Bible English. You get what I'm saying. And two, it's also called son of man because of his human nature. It's true human nature. And because of time, the son of man has nowhere to lay his head. That's in Matthew 8.20. Talking about Jesus' homelessness and vulnerability. The son of man must suffer many things. Look 9.22, talking about his sufferings. The son of man came eating and drinking Matthew 11.19. Talking about the real bodily life that he had. And then Hebrews 4.15 shows us that he wasn't performing humanity. He actually lived humanity. And let me just show us because this is another text that we use out of context sometimes. First John chapter 4, let's read from verse 1. First John chapter 4, because if somebody argues about, you know what's that doctrine called? Doestism. I think that's what it's called. It's the, it's by no sticks. This erratic doctrine that Jesus, because God is perfect and divine. And human is free and weak. That God cannot be human being. You know, they were pushing that in the early church. And definitely Peter spoke about it, Paul spoke about it. But I'll just show you, John was very aggressive. He says, "beloved, believe not every spirit, but test the spirits. What are they of God?" Because many false prophets have gone out into the world, next verse. And this false prophet talks about, you know, he's talking about teachers. Look at revelations through verse 20. Just because I want you to understand what I'm saying. Relations to verse 20. Nevertheless, I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman, Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess to teach. So prophets teach. And you get in that. So let's go back to it. First John chapter 4, verse 2 now. First John chapter 4, verse 2. By this, you know the spirit of God. Every spirit that confesses that Jesus has come in the flesh. He's of God, that flesh there. You know, he started it. First John 1, verse 1. You can show them. See how we introduce the letter. Beloved, no. That's which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes. Curru, curru eyes. Which we have looked upon and our hands have undue to concerning the world of life. That gives you the context for why he's writing. He's saying that some people say Jesus did not come in the flesh. He says, "No, we ate with him. We touched him." He said, "He was a human being." And even in the resurrection, Jesus ate fish. I don't know why he chose fish. So, first John 4. First John 4. I really hate fish. First verse 2. But I don't know. I hate fish, but there's an animal. I really. I shouldn't be saying this. Verse 3. I just realized how does this concern my message? But I just. I feel so much for chicken. We kill it, take the children. It's. Ah! Chicken, chicken fillet, chicken republic, KFC, chicken. Ah! Don't be chicken. Chicken is so far. Look at it. Every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which we have now ahead was coming and is already in the world. Next verse. And you have got little children and have overcome them because great is he that is in you that is in the world. Are you seeing the context for that? So, that great is he that is in you that is in the world. The contextually does him mean. Great is he. It is me. He's talking about dissonment of theology. Do you understand? Does the meaning of that? I know you use it to fight. And I know you. But the contextually, I don't know if you understand it. Now, let me say this so that what I'm saying is balanced. I was preaching in our church in Atlanta. And thank God that God has delivered me because a lot of people that have been teaching in Atlanta seem like me. We make that mistake. I was teaching in Atlanta and I said, I was using a scripture. Work before me and be thou perfect. And a woman was watching. We haven't had a different parent everything. And we give scriptures that people would be confessing. People that need a healing and all that. So anyways, this woman was watching from Singapore. And as I said, work before me and be thou perfect. She dropped her crutches and started working. So she sent me an email and said, I'm going to be preaching this happened and this happened. And now I can walk. So I immediately told her to give me a phone number. I wanted to call her and hear the testimony myself. So when I said, please, ma, I want you to explain. She said, when you were preaching, you know, you were using Genesis and you said, you know, work before me and be thou perfect. The word was just quickened to me. Walk before me. And I dropped my crutches and I started working. I said, but that's not the meaning of the text. I don't want to call it a miracle. Now, now, where am I saying this? I'm saying this because, oh, my God. 'I wish I wish you would listen to what I want to say with this spirit.' 'I'm saying this because whoever controls your ears, controls your destiny.' 'And somebody can sammenize you out of breakthrough.' And this is what I mean. If I go on and teach people that the only way you can appropriate scripture is contextually, 'She can't receive the miracle.' Are you getting what I'm saying? Because when that thing comes, God wanted, He was looking for a word to quicken. Walk before me. But if I have someone nice to her, thank God she did not listen, she has not been fully for long. Because if she has been fully for long, it normalizes the way I should remember, 'I cannot receive the miracle like that.' Because they know that's not the meaning. I'm trying to say, 'Don't go and pick Moses' road, if you are Joshua. If you carry Moses' road and Joshua, what you have there is an idol. You walk for Moses, he might not walk for you. So when I'm saying, you see, Moses provides principles. That's why if you are practicing a lazy Christianity, you will be evicting. There are some things you must have as a personal conviction that nobody can summonize you out of. See, you can't convince Abraham. Why did Abraham want to kill Isaac? You've never thought about it. You know he didn't tell you that. Show Romans 4 verse 19. I'm telling you something. I hope you are listening to it. Romans 4 verse 19 and I'll close the door. Because once we talk about the context of Isaac, because I'm going to show out to read the Bible, don't let that box God in your life. Theology is from God. It's for God. And this coming from a teacher is way as I'm even saying it. Now look, and not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body already dead. Since it was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah's womb. Now look at this. God told a barren woman about 90 years old. But I'm going to give you a child. Abraham looked at his body. The Bible calls it his body was already dead. His wife Sarah, a womb was already dead. And God put his child there. So Isaac came from death. God now said kill him. So if I don't know if you are with me. I bring out life from death. That is the kind of risk the dead. So the guy said, so when is this? Kill your son. He says, oh, the Bible says he was fully persuaded. That God was able to raise him from the dead. So it's not, it was a logic out there. If this child came back, I could not have baby. My 90 years old woman pushed out the baby. And you give us. You know Sarah, you kill him. You were raising him from the dead. Didn't you promise that in him, in this seat, a lot of nations will be blessed. How killing? Are you raising? Because this is the promise. I don't know if you understand what I'm saying. So you see that's. Let me say this here. I think one of the things that happened to my teaching ministry, and I don't even know why the Holy Spirit is moving me to say this. One of the things that happened to my teaching ministry is the Lord said to allow it to true intercession and the prophetic. See? I will not teach if I do it yet. Because I realize that the power of God flows in the direction of the will of God. Because I notice that the power of God flows in the direction of the will of God. Once God wants to do something, if you plug in, you will do it by His power. But if you have your own plan, and you are sound, I don't know if you are getting what I'm saying. You will be saying the thing for no entrance. So I like to make sure I. so that I don't. You know your message that would collaborate through for me. Theology is for God. Now this is the mistake you don't want to make. Once you have a quickened word, that means I'm reading a scripture. This thing doesn't connect to what. Maybe God is promising you a world from a scripture that is about salvation. Are you still with me? The mistake you don't want to make is you don't want to now share it as a teaching. You are appropriated in your life. I use it. And if you are outside and they ask you the meaning of that text, you don't say this is what it means to me. You say the objective thing, but you are appropriating it personally. Because once you now start sharing it as revelation, you are wrong and you are pushing wrong reductery. But in your life, it can be changing something. Are you getting the difference? It can be subjective in your life, but it must be always objective in company. These things you've heard of me among many witnesses, they seem coming to fit for me and they're able to teach you that as well. I love you, Lydia.

Summary:

The speaker begins with humorous, dry jokes before shifting to a foundational teaching on discipleship, focusing on the identity and purpose of Jesus Christ. He outlines three primary reasons Jesus came: to save humanity from sins, to reveal God as Father, and to serve as a prototype for human conduct. " He then explains the Trinity, describing one God in three persons—Father as source, Son as revelation, and Holy Spirit as operation—using analogies like water and personal existence to simplify the concept.

The Apostles' Creed is recited to anchor historical Christian belief in Jesus' birth, death, resurrection, and future judgment. " He connects this to God's revelation to Moses, showing Jesus completes that revelation by being the way, truth, and life, offering a higher purpose beyond mere biological existence.
