What Do You Believe? >> Pst. Shekinah

The sermon, based on Romans 10:13-15, addresses the critical question "What do you believe?" It stresses that the gospel is central for both unbelievers (for salvation) and believers (for growth and edification). The preacher highlights that belief is influenced by what we hear, so preachers must be validated by their message of peace, not by fame or success. Three common mindsets are challenged: a works mindset that adds human performance to Christ's finished work; a lack of conviction that wavers in trials; and superstition that contradicts gospel faith. Using Acts 19 and John 9 as examples, the preacher explains that the law enslaves, but grace through Jesus frees believers to be God's children. The gospel is not a license to sin but empowers fruit-bearing and boldness. Believers must have deep conviction, passion for the gospel, and actively share their faith. The ultimate call is to rely on Jesus alone, who is the truth that sets us free, and to let the gospel transform lives from glory to glory.

Welcome to our teaching today, where Christ's Word is the center of our world. We are about to listen to the undiluted Word of God from the throne of grace. Romans chapter 10, verse 13 to 15, that's my main text. And I'll be speaking on the topic, what do you believe? As believers, it's important to know what we believe and we're not just playing church. We need to understand that in the standpoint of we believe the gospel. So my message is for, anyway, the gospel is not just for believers, it's also for, it's not just for unbelievers, it's also for believers. Romans chapter 1 verse 16, Paul said, I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God onto salvation to everyone who believes. So for the unbeliever, the gospel is the power of God onto salvation. For the believer is the power of God onto salvation, but it's also the power for fruit bearing. It's also the power to edify the believer, it's also the power to build the believer. The Bible says, I commend you to God into the word of His grace that is able to build you. So the gospel is also to build the believer. The gospel is what carries the believer from conversion. So when you receive Christ, it also carries you throughout your journey as a believer. So you don't drop the gospel once you receive Jesus. You know, I don't receive Christ, my liven. You have to, when shall I love you, leave me alone. So you have to believe the gospel, hear the gospel, receive the gospel. My main text, Romans chapter 10 and we're going to read it together like a mass choir. Is that all right? Ask your neighbor, what do you believe? What do you believe? That's right. For the people that can't speak Pigeon today, you will speak Pigeon. So let's read it together for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in whom of they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher 15? And how shall they preach unless they are sent as it is written? How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace and who bring glad tidings of good things. Hallelujah. What you believe is a function of what you hear or what you're constantly hearing and what you hear direct your life. Please take me to number to verse 14, Ike, verse 14. I want to bring something out here. And how shall they believe in whom they have not heard? In whom they have not heard. Is this King James? The home plenty. Okay. They have not heard and how shall they hear without a preacher? So the role of a preacher is very vital in the life of a believer because he's the one that will tell you what will direct your life. Is the preacher, the preacher plays a very vital role to what you believe. That's why I asked the question, what do you believe? Now to validate a preacher, you can't validate a preacher because of how successful he is or how famous he is or how old he is or how young he is. You validate a preacher from what he preaches. In verse 15, what do we preach? The Bible says how beautiful are the feet of the that preach the gospel of peace. So a good preacher is one that preaches the gospel of peace. Hallelujah. What are you hearing when the preacher is preaching? Hmm. Let's go to 14. And how then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? So it's important as a believer to understand what you're hearing. If not, you'll be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine. If you don't have conviction about the revelation of the gospel of Christ, you not be able to discern what the preacher is saying. You will not be able to discern what is good for you. So what are you hearing? Here we go to Acts chapter 19. Acts chapter 19. Acts chapter, yes. And it happened while Apollo was a brief story. So Apollo was teaching, well, he said he was teaching the gospel. Apollo was teaching and Paul came to Ephesus and asked them, please go to the next verse. So he asked them, did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed? Remember I asked, what do you believe? So they said to him, we have not so much as in this Holy Spirit. We don't know how to do that. So how can the preacher be preaching? And the believer does not know the Holy Spirit. So what was he preaching? It's important to understand that your way of thinking and what you hear, let's say you've heard a lie, your whole life. That would be your truth. The Bible says that you will know the truth and that truth there is Jesus. Yes, you will know the truth and the truth shall set you free. And it's important to understand that the truth shall set you free. That means you didn't know you were bound. So Paul corrected it and then they received the Holy Spirit. That means they were not hearing correctly. Tell your neighbor what do you believe? So it's been a concern for me because once in a while I go out to teach, I go out to like share my faith. Sometimes I go with the past those wives for evangelism. And I get to talk to so many believers. Let me say it's crazy, but it's sad that a lot of believers don't know the gospel. Not only they don't know the gospel, they don't understand the gospel because understanding is different from knowing. Understanding is a revelation knowledge, knowing information, what is important to know and understand and have a deep conviction of the gospel. So I get to talk to people and then it burdens me a lot because most of them are even young people. So, and then I get to realize there's a lot of attack on the message of the gospel. There's a lot of resistance, misinterpretation, misinformation, miscommunication, just resistance to the gospel. And I ask, you said that you don't know what the gospel is. Then you say, "Oh no, I don't listen to that grace message you." But the grace message is about a person. And his name is Jesus. The law was given by Moses, what grace which is truth came. A non-living thing can come. So a person really came, somebody really died for the forgiveness of your sins. What is this gospel? Pastor Phil puts it in simple terms. It's the communication of your, communication of God's love through the death, burial, resurrection of Jesus. The gospel is life. The gospel Bible says that I have come that he might have life and have him more abundantly. And then John says that this is the record that God has given us eternal life. And this life is in his son. He who has the son has life. He who does not have the son does not have life. John chapter 6, verse 9, Jesus told them, "You search the scriptures and in them you think they have eternal life." What they are there that testify of me. So all throughout the Bible, Jesus was telling them, "It's me, I'm here. I'm the one the Bible has been talking about. I'm the one the Moses, the law. I'm the one the prophets were talking about." So we worship Jesus, not the law, the prophets. Hallelujah. So there are a lot of mindsets that when I get to interact with these people, I get to hear from them. Three mindsets, you can write it down. The first one is the works mindset. Works mindset. Now back to Apollos in Acts chapter 19, so Apollos was actually teaching John's baptism. Brief story, the Acts, John in the wilderness, how can we be saved? And John said, "When cleanse yourself, when do these goons do this?" So John was actually teaching performance. Yes, John was actually telling them, "You have to clean yourself." Well here we go. 'Ti wa'z' i 'want' 'todem' 'behold' 'delambo' 'of Godu' 'is' 'seem' OK So, it was teaching works And then, the works mindset, please write down It's a mindset that believes you must do something in addition to what Christ has done to be saved So, since I polished preach the John's baptism and Paul came to correct that mindset So, I was not wondering what works And then I went to John chapter 9, please take me to John chapter 9, 1, 2, 3 Brief story, but take me there, I'll just talk about it OK, good Now, Jesus passed by, he saw a man who was blind, are we following? Yes OK, you know the topic is what do you believe? Yes, sir OK, and this disciple was asked him saying, Rabbi, who sinned this man or his parents that he was born blind Jesus answered, neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him This works again What is works? So, there are people who are very works driven, perform works driven, they want to perform, to obtain, they want to do a lot of things for God to be pleased with them And the thing is that God does not take 99% If you are so holy and you have 90%, there is someone else that has 95% There is someone better than you morally, right? There is someone more disciplined than you What God does not take 99% The Lord tells you you have to actually the Lord does not even address the new man in Christ Why? Because it tells you to improve yourself for salvation And you can never be perfect with the Lord What grace is telling you just put faith in Christ And you be perfect, it's simple And that's the problem a lot of people think because it's simple, it's not powerful How Paul said that the gospel, he's not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation So the word of God is powerful and it's funny to say somebody has word but does not have power When the word is the power The Bible says that the world was framed by the words of God Hallelujah So I asked what is this work? Take me to John chapter 6, you see the work John chapter 6, verse 29, I think I'll tell you a brief story too Jesus had just performed the miracle in John chapter 5, the miracle of the 5,000, 5 lost two fish And then this guy came to him like a boy Teach me this thing now, this is what he do Just teach us this thing one or two, teach us the science and Jesus is like This is the work of God, please read it What do you believe? That's the only one, take me to TPP, give me TPP please TPP says, the work you can do for God What's with believing in the one Hallelujah To believe is the dispensation of grace Works is the dispensation of law I said the law does not save As a matter of fact, the law enslaved us Take me to Galatians chapter 4, 1 to 7 in TPP The law held us captive The law kidnapped us and Jesus was the ransom I did not plan it at all But bread they hold I'm joking Oh my God Oh my God Oh my God Oh my God, this is what I call it Anyways, yes The law enslaved us, the kidnapped us, but Jesus as the perfect ransom came and bought us with the price So few states, God spent Jesus to buy us Hallelujah, in a similar way God has promised our ancestors something better But as long as an A is minor, he's not really much different than a servant Although he's the master over all of them Until the time appointed by the father, we can read it together When he comes of age, the child is under the domestic supervision of the guardians of the estate So it is with us When we were juveniles, we were enslaved under the hostile spirits of the world But when that era came to hand, oh my God The time of fulfillment had come, God sent his son, born of a woman, under the written law Yet all of this was so that he would read, yeah And set free all those held hostage to the written law so that we would receive our freedom And a full legal adoption as his children next verse So that we know for sure that we are his true children, God released the spirit of sonship into our hearts Moving on, have a look at that question Father, my true father, last verse Now we, yeah, we no longer living like slaves under the law But we enjoy being God's very own daughter, sons and daughters And because we are his, we can act, our father has for we are as of God through Hallelujah Praise God Galician chapter 3 verse 24 to 25, he also says that the law was our schoolmaster So bring us onto Christ that we might be justified by faith But now that faith has come, faith, somebody can not, not living thing cannot come Now that faith, I'm talking about the person, now that faith has come, you are no longer under the slave master So the law can't save the law can't save, that's why you should turn to grace That's why we look at you for new age, and you say, and this grace, and you say, I don't believe in it That means you don't believe in Jesus It's simple, don't let the bias of maybe the preacher, maybe don't like the preacher, make you to be removed from him Because Paul said, I marvel that you are soon removed from him So if you don't listen to the grace message, you are removed from him, simple Yeah, hmm Second Corinthians chapter 3 verse 7 to 12, I said the law does not address the new man in Christ Tell your neighbor I'm a new man in Christ, I'm justified in his sight All things are past the moon Hallelujah, the law tells you to look at yourself and grace says, look at me now Look at me, look at me, and how do you look, you just behold in azine mirror You're being transformed into the same image from glory to glory just as by the spirit How do you turn to the Lord, you just behold And when one turns to the Lord, the veil is gone Hallelujah But if I'm talking about the law now, but if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious So that the children of Israel could not look steady at the face of Moses because of the glory of its countenance Which glory was passing away? How will the ministry of the spirit not be more glorious? For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, this is for the preachers of condemnation If for the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds more in glory And is much more, ha, for even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect because of the glory that excels and exverses For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious Therefore since we have such hope, we use great boldness of us Because you know the gospel and because you're not on the law, you're bold about the gospel Hallelujah Let's address the first mindset is the works mindset I try to tell you that you cannot perform to obtain You cannot please God by overworking yourself He's already pleased with him Jesus never did anything before God said this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased He just showed up on the scene and John said behold the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world He never did anything for him to say he was pleased So if you put faith in him, you are pleased I remember Nathaniel in the Bible saying can anything good thing come out or not? i'm aaf na frikagda ns hypnoti' aaf na frikagda ns hypnoti' Hallelujah So sin has been dealt with So you shouldn't be seen conscious Hallelujah, there's a difference between information and understanding Understanding is revelation knowledge Which every believer should have the Bible says till we all come to the unity of the faith and to the knowledge of the Sun I think a fission's 413 to the unity of the faith You need to have the faith is not just bring in plenty preaches to stage you Eh I'm not shading anybody. I'm just saying it's it's the Yes, you need to have the faith is To we all come to the knowledge of the gospel That's what it is that's what it is when a man has conviction about the gospel it shows Now it's now I want to know what you really believe So if you're really convicted about the gospel When push comes to show What do you believe when your back is up against the wall what do you believe when you fall into mistakes? What do you believe? When what you've been praying about is not working out for you What do you really believe what you confess at that critical moment? That's what you really believe But if you say that at this point whatever is going wrong for me I'm still the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus If you say that then we know you know the gospel Hallelujah Second Timothy chapter 1 verse 12 Hmm I'm talking about conviction You know we can sing so many songs and shout and jump but Hmm Do you really believe the gospel when you get home? How can you say you believe the gospel and you're living in fear? How can you say you believe the gospel and you can't see your way out of an addiction? Do you believe the gospel? How can you say you believe the gospel and you don't know that you have made heaven? Ah when it says we are citizens of heaven How can you say you don't believe the gospel and you don't think you can make it in life? How can you say you believe the gospel? Your passion is about the gospel but your zealots for the law the law can't save How can you say you believe the gospel and you believe in superstition? Oh you know that when we were small when people cross their leg and you cross them they cross me back cross me back And I'm like, ah so does the leg know it's I don't understand Oh you're sweeping and you hit the ground and maybe touches you by mistake Ha Hit the ground like a hit the ground. Ah I'm like You can't believe the gospel and believe in superstition Nobody is monitoring you from your village why? Because the Bible says that the Lord's eyes are constantly Or not and he says he doesn't sleep Or slumber The gods I don't know they're not only living things face So you carry me you went some carry their God like forks sweep their gods away So I came as yay Side say people have not seen Welcome oh I'm talking about What do you believe you wish to ask each other that they what do you believe? What do you believe you can't say you believe the gospel and you're not passionate about the gospel My Jesus was talking to the disciples on their way to and miles. He's they said They need our hearts burn when he opened the scriptures So your heart is supposed to burn when you open the scripture your heart is supposed to burn when you hear They're preaching the gospel so many parts of Phil is holding a conference You're supposed to why not also why are your disciples why not supposed to beg you to bring disciples if you really believe the gospel Because where supposed to the gospel is not just supposed to take and sit down We're supposed to share the Bible says the Philip on on six that the communication of your faith might be effective Exusia power The communication of your faith might be effective by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you which is in Christ Jesus So we are supposed to share our faith So if you don't have your disciples What do you really believe What do you believe but I know in standpoint church we believe in the gospel Glory Hallelujah, what is this gospel? What is this gospel? And why should we believe the gospel you know titles to 11 says That the grace of God which brings salvation has appeared All men Teaching us the gospel is a teacher The gospel is it's funny how you say How people say the grace message is a license to sin It's funny because the gospel the grace message is actually the power to free you from sin So it can't if you say is to make people sin you're not hearing correctly And that's why We encourage us believe us to read the Bible study to show yourself approved rightly dividing the word of truth dividing what of truth is not just cramming I can read from Genesis to Revelation It's when you open the scriptures and you see Jesus and you can extrapolate him you can bring Jesus out of Old Testament Hallelujah because we heard on Sunday was powerful that in the Old Testament that the rock was Christ So even in the Old Testament it points to Jesus Hallelujah Why should we believe the gospel so that you can bear fruits We are to bear fruits He says you should be fruitful in every good work Colossians We are supposed to be fruitful Colossians chapter one verse nine to ten we know it You know he says bear fruits it is say produce fruits Okay like When a man plants a seed in the woman that's the production The woman carries the child She bears the child is the Holy Spirit the fruit of the spirit is so is the Holy Spirit that plants the seed on our Insights so that we can bear it for you are not born of incorruptible of corruptible seed but incorruptible seeds through the word Which leaves an abides forever first Peter chapter one verse 23 Hallelujah Do you know why we should believe the gospel so that we can bear fruits Second reason why So that we can carry the agenda of God to bring many sons into glory by preaching the gospel Let's say it's going into the world and preach Caruso announced a message so when you're going to preach or not just preaching stories stories good advice don't edify It doesn't it doesn't it doesn't edify it is the gospel is the gospel that saves the unbeliever It's not You want me to say it is not motivational speaking Yes, no, we don't we don't do motivational speaking the gospel motivates you To do good works The agenda of God is to bring many sons into glory and we are part of that plan because we have the ministry of reconciliation We are supposed to reconcile men to God. So if you're not doing it What are you doing your part of God's plan And many people are actually waiting for you so many people are connected to you So many people are lost they don't know what to do But when you show them the gospel they actually see their lives because Christ died our death and now we leave his life So I say believe that you're not we're not confused as a believer It's difficult to fall into depression as a believer Because your faith is in Christ you have logged out of your strength into his strength is the gospel that carries you throughout your journey as a believer Hallelujah Say my my my purpose My purpose is to preach the gospel that all men might be saved Third reason why we should preach the gospel to fulfill purpose. I said your purpose is not to bloom Oh, okay, because my husband was preaching that time who don't pop don't pop you can't pop pop corn some people are actually thinking about blue Like they've made it your purpose is not to be famous if you're preaching the gospel and you get famous like That's fine because Jesus his fame went abroad So you might be famous from that, but that's not the primary purpose your purpose is not to go out open church and start Oh, make a performer a cool so that's people who know how often No Your purpose is to preach the gospel and bring many songs Into yes Because many people I said many people are Connected to you who knows this on prison. You know the nations are waiting the people are The master is in need So I pledge my allegiance to the one who has called me. I will make Jesus proud. We will be many. We're supposed to be many. Song of it. Should I do it again? Should we go again? The nations are waiting. The people are hungry. The master is in need. So I pledge my allegiance to the one who has called me. The master is in need of. So I pledge my allegiance to the one who has. We will be many. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. You want to dance? Hey. Oh my god. Third reason for field purpose. Fourth reason. Why you should believe the gospel? To know your identity in Christ is right now. To know your identity is not in your past. It's not in your failures. It's not in your mistakes. Why? The Bible says, if any man, any man is any man, any man, if any man is in Christ, he's a new creation. All things have passed away and behold. All things have become new. Why you should know the gospel? To know your identity in Christ and to know such truths about yourself. If you want to know the truth about yourself, go to the Word. Truth like the devil has been defeated. He doesn't have power over you. Truth like you have been accepted in the beloved. Your father accepted you. You don't need to perform to obtain. Hallelujah. Truth like your is song. You're not a bastard. Your is song. You have a father that loves you aggressively. He actually forgives you aggressively. Take me to Romans chapter 5. I think it's 29. I think it's 29. Romans chapter 5. The message version. Is it it? Hallelujah. Say, my father loves me. Aggressive. Hallelujah. I think it's Romans chapter 5. 5. 5.20 to 21. 5.20. Yeah. 20 to 20. Yes. Moreover, the law entered that the offense-- message version. Message translation. Sorry. Yes. All that passing laws against sin did was produce more law-breakers. But sin didn't and doesn't have a chance in competition. With the aggressive forgiveness, we call grace. When it's sin versus grace, grace wins. Hallelujah speaks for itself. He wants to know such intrusive about yourself. Hallelujah. Truth like no one can curse you. No one can curse you because you are blessed. Truth like you're the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You're in a right standing with God. That means you can appear before him, thoughtless and blameless. It's like what you did never existed before. You're justified just as if you never did anything again. Hallelujah. Truth like God loves you. He's not angry with you. God's law for you is not predicated on your situation. You want to get married and you're not married. You think God doesn't love you? He loves you because he died for you. You're waiting for her baby. God loves you. You don't have money. God loves you. As a matter of fact, you have money because you have all things in Christ. Hallelujah. Truth like God is not angry with you. He has cast your sin to the seal for getfulness. He's not looking at it. When he's looking at you, he sees Christ as he is. So are you in this world? Truth like you now have access into the deep things of God. The mysteries have been unfolded now. Mission is to unfold the mysteries of the gospel so that you can experience grace for dominion. That's the standpoint church mission. So when you come here, you learn how to unfold mysteries of the gospel. You learn how to understand the word. You learn how to use the word rightfully, the sort of the spirit. It's not God's last. It's the word. It's not God's last. I said God's last. God's, God's, God's, ha. I didn't know when he came out. But anyways, truth like you are great. Because I was a greater works will you do? I just did many great works. So imagine how much is on your inside. Imagine how much you can do. Why? You have received the exceeding reaches of his grace, the Hupa Baloo. You have a-- Yeah. [INAUDIBLE] Truth. That's it for sacrifice. Truth like you are powerful. Oh, hallelujah. You are for you shall receive power after the Holy Ghost has come. Do you have the Holy Ghost? You are powerful. You don't need to work it. It's on your inside. For God is at work in you both to will and do of his good pleasure. Your power is on your inside. So when you pray, you're not praying for power. You're releasing your power. [APPLAUSE] Hallelujah. Praise God. It's very exciting when you know how much you have in Christ Jesus. That's why you should hear the gospel. I said, believe I, you get to know what you have. Get to know what you have. Now, when you say you believe I, you don't even know the God you're serving. Get to know him. Get a Quinnet. Get a Quinnet. Get a Quinnet. How to grow in the conviction of the gospel. So I started with the mindset. I said, three, the works mindset, the fearful mindset, sin conscious mindset. Now, I told you what the gospel is, the communication of God's love through the death burial and the resurrection of Jesus for the forgiveness of sins and for the righteousness of the believer. And then I told you why you should believe the gospel, why so that you bear fruits, why so that you know that your identity is in Christ, why so you know setting truths about yourself. Why so that you can fulfill purpose. Why so that you can carry out the agenda of God because you are part of that plan. And it's a working plan, Hallelujah. How to grow in the conviction of the gospel by constant hearing. The Bible says faith comes by hearing and hearing is intentional about repeating because Jesus said, I think it's Philippians chapter three, if you want to write the same things to you, it's not grievous, it's not tedious, but for you it's safe. So there's power in repetition. The Bible says rejoice again and I say rejoice. So if the Bible says faith comes by hearing, it's intentional, it's telling you to hear. And you need to understand what you are hearing. If what you are hearing does not build you, it is not the gospel. It's what you are hearing. It's what you fear in your life. You see, cookwood, you shout, you see, it's not the gospel because perfect love. Cast out of it. Hallelujah. Whoo, Hallelujah. The signs of conviction, we keep our confession. We have a confession that we say at the end of church. So, and the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, my sins are forgiven. I'm loved by God. I'm from the city of Christ Jesus. Yes, I'm productive. anything I touched, Prosper. Things are working for me, blessed by God. We have so many things to see. So as a believer, we are speaking beings. And at the end, we shout, Christ is my life. Power, repetition, Christ is my life. Say it to the gets to your spirit. Christ is my life. Christ is my life. Christ is my life. Christ is my life. When you keep saying it, you know that Christ is real life. So your life cannot be mismanaged. God is looking and managing your life for you. All you just got to do is put faith in Him, not in yourself, because on yourself, you're not strong enough. But when you rely on Him, you will be strong. Because the Bible says, "Ve' da no' ti'a God shall be strong." And we'll do exploits, mount up on wings, like egos. Once you know God, you're strong. [BLANK_AUDIO] do you know God is strong. Keep your confession. And I think it's Romans, I say the word is 90. So what are you saying? That's power in the word of God. I think it's a Roman chapter 10. I don't know if it's from verse 5. I say don't say your heart who will ascend into heaven that is to bring Christ up from above or hold the ascend into the abyss to bring Christ from the dead. But the word is 90, your heart and your mouth, which is the word of faith that we preach. What is the word of faith that if you confess with your mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe that God raised him up from the dead, you will be saved for with the heart once believed on to the right justice for with the mouth. Confession is made on to salvation. So what is this word of faith? Take me to, I don't know, just 8. So the word of faith is not faith to move mountains. Give me amplified classic, I think. I'm, hmm, see what the word of faith is. But the word God's message in Christ is near you on your lips and in your heart. That is the word, the message, the basis and object of faith which we preach. So though when you hear the word of faith is God's message in Christ. Grace, preach us. Faith, preach us. Prospects, preach us. Faith, preach us. Word of faith. God's message in Christ. There's no argument. We preach the same thing. Paul said, we preach Christ. He said, I'm determined to know nothing else. But Christ and him crucified. Even when he wanted to go to Jerusalem and they were telling him they'll do this to you. He said, none of these things move me. You know, he said in Philippians that my passion is to be consumed by him. The grace of God that we talk about is a person. That's why he said, my passion is to be consumed by him. And if you believe the gospel, your passion will be to be consumed by him. Hallelujah. We're speaking beans. Hallelujah. Bible says we believe and therefore we speak. Don't be silent. I say believe a silence is a trap. Don't don't don't be silent. Don't be silent. When the enemy comes to you that you're not good enough, you say I'm the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. My sins are forgiven. I'm accepting in the beloved. I'm loved by God. Satan has no hold on me. Oh, shit. The bad, the bad, the psychopath. Oh, my God. Because he has been defeated. The Bible says that he went to hell and the grave and defeated the devil. So when the enemy comes to talk to you, you say, no, refuse it. Refuse him. If he reminds you of your past, refuse him. Sam, the righteousness of God. It is powerful. Oh, the gospel is powerful when you confess it. When you believe it and you speak it, there is power in the world of God. Hallelujah. The Bible says the word is 90. That is the message of God in Christ. That is the grace of God. That's the gospel. The grace of God. In case you're here, you don't know what the gospel is. That's the gospel. You want to talk about the death, the burial and the resurrection of Jesus. That's the gospel. Go to the first Corinthians chapter 15 from verse 1 to 4. The first Corinthians chapter 15. From verse 1 to 4. When talking about the gospel, the first verse, yes, moreover brethren, I declare to you the gospel, which I preach to you, which also you receive and in which you stand. Hold up. I said, he said, you receive and which you stand. So as a non-believer, you receive the gospel. As a believer, you stand in the gospel as you have received him walk in him. So I said at conversion, you don't receive the gospel and dump it. It's the gospel that carries you out through your journey. As a believer, next verse, hallelujah, by which also you are saved. If you hold fast that word, which I preach to you, unless you believe in vain, what do you believe? That's the subject. What do you believe? That's the topic for today. Say, I believe the gospel. I believe he died for me. I believe he was buried for me. And then he rose on the third day. And then he put the Holy Spirit as a seal. He said, when the Holy Spirit comes, he will guide you into all truth. He's the Holy Spirit that guides you. Hallelujah. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received. So Paul did not coin the message. He received it. He received it. That Christ died gospel for our sins according to the scriptures. So if some people say the Old Testament is the only Bible that we should, but he just said, and the scriptures is made of the law and the prophets. So he said that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures. Thanks verse. And that he was buried and that he rose again the third day still according to the scriptures. So he said New Testament is not the Bible. Okay, what does the Bible is? Is there according to the scriptures? Jesus came to Fufi. He had a message. He had a mission statement. A child will be born to save people from their sins. So how do you think that the message of the gospel is not for everybody. It's one side fits all unbelievers, believers stay with the gospel. Stay with the gospel. My time is running. I just came to ask you because it's been in my heart. What do you believe? Believe the gospel that is powerful enough to save from anything. Fear and anxiety. Hurt pain, lack, want, self-esteem issues. You think you're not good enough. It can save you from all. The Bible says it's titled chapter two verse 11 that the grace which brings salvation has appeared to all men. Oh, I'm definitely feeling the motion of somebody. It's not mine. I pray that that fear and anxiety is out of your body now in the name of Jesus because perfect love casts out fear. You can't receive the love of God and be afraid. The devil can't do anything to you. Hallelujah. I've come to the end of my message but conclusion. You have one enemy which is the devil. Not your neighbor. One enemy is the devil. And everything that we have said today, all the confessions that we've said, the devil will come in your lonely time and probably make you doubt the message. But I put it to you that the message is powerful enough to keep you. The message is powerful enough for everything that you're going to and you should know that when the enemy comes in like a flaw, the spirit of the Lord will raise up his standard. It goes to the enemy. Please get up on your feet because we're going to pray my time is up and I ask you what do you believe? If you believe the gospel, you speak. You cannot be silent now. So what we're going to do? Let me read something. First Kings before we pray. First Kings chapter three from the fort five. First Kings now the King went to first Kings chapter three. Yes. Now the King went to give you a sacrifice there for that was the great high place. So solo one offered a thousand burnt offerings on that altar and Gibion, the Lord appeared to solo one in a dream. By night and God said ask what shall I give you at a back of shelter. Under the old covenant, God asked somebody what can I give you? How much more you that have received the abundance of grace? How much he sacrificed but how much more you that you have the perfect sacrifice? Which is Jesus? And he's asking you now. So now is the time to speak. He's asking you what do you want? What can I give you? Because you believe the gospel insist on what you want to see in your life. Now is the time to pray for you have not come to any kind of mountain. You have come to mountain of Zion, the city of the living God. You have come to innumerable company of angels. You have come to the spirit of just men made perfect. You have come to the general us. assembly. You have come to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant. You have come to the blood of sprinkling that speak a better things than I'm telling you to say what you want to see because you are in Mount Zion. And upon Mount Zion, there shall be deliverance and holiness. And the people of the standpoint church shall possess the deposition. They grow from strength to strength those that appear in Zion. I need you to pray, open up your mouth. It's not a time to look around. It's a time to declare what you want to see. This concludes this message. 5. Believers must have conviction, passion for the gospel, and share their faith, as the gospel teaches and empowers fruit-bearing, not license to sin.

Summary:

" It stresses that the gospel is central for both unbelievers (for salvation) and believers (for growth and edification).

FAQs

The main topic is 'What do you believe?' focusing on the importance of believers knowing and understanding the gospel.

For unbelievers, the gospel is the power of God unto salvation. For believers, it is also the power for fruit bearing, edification, and building them throughout their journey.

You validate a preacher not by their success, fame, or age, but by what they preach—specifically, whether they preach the gospel of peace.

The works mindset is the belief that you must do something in addition to Christ's work to be saved. It is problematic because it relies on human performance rather than faith in Christ, and God does not accept partial efforts.

True belief is shown when you confess, even in difficult times, that you are still the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, rather than living in fear or superstition.

The grace message is actually the power to free you from sin, not to encourage it. It teaches believers to bear fruit and live righteously through faith.
