Week 8 Recap: Ravens Lose Lamar, Baker’s No-Throw, Bo Nixes Mahomes, Cowboys Collapse, the Joe Burrow Show, and Ashton Benchy
1h 59m 26s
The episode dives into the most dramatic and unusual games of Week 8, spotlighting catastrophic collapses and historic victories. The Baltimore Ravens’ season unravels in the first quarter when Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley are both injured, leading to a 36-10 loss and a dire future outlook. In stark contrast, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers win 16-0 against the Falcons without completing a pass—only the fourth such game in NFL history—highlighted by a record-breaking rushing performance and a defensive lockdown. The Denver Broncos continue their streak of one-score victories, using a fourth-quarter comeback to defeat the Chiefs, showcasing their resilience. The Pittsburgh Steelers dominate with a 27-6 win over the Browns, fueled by Jalen Warren’s explosive runs and a run-heavy strategy. Meanwhile, the Cincinnati Bengals deliver a chaotic yet high-scoring performance from Joe Burrow, who throws six touchdowns despite critical mistakes. A surprise breakout from Titans QB Kim Ward, who records 300+ yards and two touchdowns, signals a potential turning point for the team. The episode blends statistical anomalies with humor, using absurd narratives like the "Tampa Bay Primaries" to underscore the unpredictable nature of the NFL. These events not only redefine fantasy football matchups but also reflect a season defined by unpredictability, injury, and dramatic reversal.
I'm today's episode the regular fantasy football show week eight we go over all the games. The bucket year is what a game and complete a pass. I'm Jerry by Danny Kelly Kirkrow back and we're going over all the games from week eight of the NFL season. We don't have to spend the much time in son and football. That was an abomination Eagles washer to the rear game decay that I think was exactly as bad as we thought it would be. Yeah. For obvious reasons the Eagles are a tough watch right now. The commanders were in a whole lot better until the until the end and then they kind of pulled away. But yeah, very boring. It would probably be fine if you didn't watch that game. What was the highlight? What was the highlight for you Craig? Well, we were treated to seven snap sake one once again, which this is now like a weekly thing where sake one basically plays like 10 to 15 snaps gets like 30 yards in a touchdown on the first drive and then kind of just disappears, which is a stretch the rest of the game. Yeah. He had like 36 yards in a touchdown in like the first quarter and then touched the ball adding two more times the rest of the game. I feel bad. That's basically what happened though last week for beta like this whole game for the Eagles side was kind of just last week where the Eagles had a good first quarter and then they just didn't really score again. Yeah. And they just got outmatched and out lasted and they're out of people. They're out of bodies. Mark Hill Bell, who's playing right tackle for them, he just looks so 22 years old. Like he had to play it toward the end of the game where he fucked up and then he was like, oh, I fucked up and in that moment, I'm like, I know you're huge. You're like six eight, but you were like 22 and very important at work and it's very scary for you. And that's the whole team is everyone's just like, how am I in this position? You know, it's bad like when they planned like the entire content of the show around Tanner McKee's like life biography, like they spent like 20 real minutes just talking about the life of Tanner McKee. I've never seen any broadcast spend so much time on an individual player, especially a backup. That's how like little they had to actually discuss during this game tonight. No, I, there's nothing to really talk about. I mean, it's, it's, I'm optimistic that the Giants can win the division. I'll put it that way. I, the only thing I'll say is I really do have an inkling in my heart that's sunny styles. Arville Rhys might be the Justin Jefferson, Jamar chase. I can't believe those guys played together in college. But now I'm like wondering if Arville Rhys is even going to be as good as sunny styles. He really is. I do think going to be like the best linebacker in the NFL, but that's the only positive thing I can say. I mean, there's, there's a lot of season left is is the commanders to second best team in the division. The cowboys lost today. I feel like the cowboys are terrible. The Giants are the sensibly the best team in the division. I think the commanders could maybe give them a run for their money for the division. They're two, four and one. I don't remember what happened in that one. Yeah. What's the one? I can't remember. Yeah. But, I mean, you know, with the way that Jane Dano is playing, which, not to the level that we kind of expect with him, but he's playing better than he did last year, certainly, gives him a little bit of spark. Check a quonco. Had two incredible catches. One of them was out of bounds. The other one, I think, was called back on a penalty. That's correct. He had like a hundred fake awesome yards and in real life, I think he had like three fantasy points. I think they, and they have a lot of fun. They have some fun young players. Traylon Burke says, "Hi, if it's kind of guests, he might look good in this game." Antonio Williams was, was exciting. As Hi, if it said, sunny styles, incredible. So maybe there's something there. There's a spark there with the commanders a little bit. Yeah. I mean, sure. Jaden fell and kind of landed on his arm once and there was like a moment where they kind of checked on that. It just feels like you're, you're grimacing every time he gets hit and you're just like praying every game that he doesn't fall awkwardly. We're officially at the stage in the season. I think we gate now where it's like, there's like 10 teams where it's like just, it's just depression. Yeah. Where there's like just a litany of injuries or weird situations going on. The poor Eagles, it's just, I mean, they've lost six in a row now and you just kind of feel bad for them. I mean, like the defense kind of gives up. I feel like halfway through every game because they just like lose the will to live and it feels like that's what's going on with the Eagles where they like, they have talent. They look good for a half and then it's like we have 10 points in Tanner McKee and we're going to lose and they just kind of like loosen up in the second half every week. And there's a bunch of teams you could say that about. There's just like a lot of teams that are really struggling right now. Eagles. I mean, when they show that graphic at the end, Eagles first team to allow 100 rushing yards in six straight game. There's, I guess seven straight games to begin the season since like 1968 or something. I mean, it's just a bombination, so yeah, we probably don't need to spend any much longer on this game. I agree. We have to get to the real loser of the day, which is the Baltimore Ravens brutal through a thought experiment. The poor Ravens, they lost today 36 to 10 to Buffalo, but it's much, much worse than that because the Ravens in the very first play of the game, Lamar Jackson makes a throw. His arm slams into a defender. He immediately runs off the field and into the locker room very quickly like he knew immediately something was wrong holding his hand. He's gone. Tyler Huntley comes in, you find out that Lamar Jackson has a hand injury. He's out for the rest of the game. Then Tyler Huntley gets injured in the first half and has turf toe. So now he's out for the rest of the game. And quickly, this is, this was from Adam Schefter, Baltimore's the first team to have three quarterbacks throw pass before half time in a game from 2017. Oh, my God. And they had a guy come in playing quarterback name Joe Fignano, Joey Fins, Joey, it's always some random Italian guy. Tommy, Tommy, Tommy DeFito, it's always just a random Italian guy who just comes in. He's a walk on him living with his parents so that he can save money so he's commuting to work. He's a third string guy. So like 90% of them are Italian and I don't know why they're on the team for the five. Yeah, they really are. He comes in, you know, this guy was a walk on it main and he transferred to Yukon. He's an undrafted free agent rookie, 25 years old. He came in. Things didn't go great. 90 yards in a pick on the day for Joey Fins. And now the Ravens are foreign for their last in the division. Lamar is getting surgery. He's on injured reserve. Jesse Mentor, the coach hinted that he could be out for the year. It feels like he will be Tyler Huntley. You don't know the turf toe. Baltimore plays Thursday night against Jacksonville and Joey and Joey Fins in the presser after the game. He got hurt in this game. By the way, he got sacked at all over, hit him low. His knee bent weird. And after the game, they asked him if he was, if he thinks he's going to be healthy enough to play on Thursday night. And he went, um, I think, I think so. Which is just like, oh, my God, I've never seen like an entire season collapse in two quarters. Like I did with Baltimore. Like, I've been saying this, they are, they're chargers, they're chargers east. They're just the chargers with better marketing. We thought the charges were trying to be Ravens West, but it turns out the Ravens were just chargers. They are. This is tragic. It's tragic. What happened? What happened? Now, now we've lost darecatery. There's no way darecatery's made such. They flowers. Zero catches. They flowers is now gone from our fantasy world. It's fucking over. Joey Fins. I got to tell you, I had no clue this person existed. And I got to, when they said that he was a walk on at Maine, all I could think is fucking Maine didn't give this guy a scholarship. I thought Maine had a football team. Maine. Maine was like, you can give him a scholarship after he walked on, by the way. Oh, okay. That's nice of him. That's nice. I just, this is a, like, I really do, it's a thought experiment. One of Lamar just got immediately hurt and then Tyler Huntly did to, we do Justice Hill was like the emergency emergency quarterback and they were like, how'd you get that job? And he was like, I don't know, ask Declan Doyle. He just asked if I would. Like, it's like, have you ever played football going back to when you're a small child? He's like, yeah, when I was seven. All right. Is it the emergency row at the airplane? And they're like, do you promise that if there's like a crash that you'll, like, open the door? I need you to look at me. Respond audibly. I didn't think I'd have to. Uh, it's like when that ref in the Milwaukee Padres game was like, look.
If the ball hits the ball, it never hits the roof. Okay, but if it does, you have to play it, okay? - Look, when I've been here 5,000 games, there's no one's ever had to have three quarterbacks through a pass in the first half. - What do you think you would have had to believe if somebody was like Lamar Jackson and Zay flowers are gonna start this game and they'll both have zero points? - You'd be like, how is that possible? What happened in the game? They both got hurt in the first play? - I, the Lamar thing, it is unbelievable too. 'Cause also, I feel like that's happened in a bunch of quarterbacks to tell us 10 years or so. 2019 was the first season where like, it's just a bunch of quarterbacks starting hitting their goddamn hands on people's helmets or whatever reason. It was all Aaron Donald's fault. - The mallet finger thing. - The mallet finger. And I went from having not really seen a quarterback ever on their fall through to it just like four quarterbacks that happened in like one week. It was like Drew Brees, Broncos, Burger, and now we see it all the time. And like, yeah, to Craig's point, it was immediate. And also, it just felt like the Raven season ended the moment Tyler Huntly left the game. It leave Huntly, it was like, oh shit, here it goes again. But like him leaving and then shortly afterward, Tyler Loop had a doink off of field goal. Like they actually ended up in field goal range and he missed. And the doink, I remember feeling like it actually was less of a doink in more of a death rattle. Like it was like, there's strikes in midnight. - Exactly. - Exactly. Like the season ended with that fucking missed kick. Like they'll never get in field goal range ever again. And what it was Phil Rivers doing right now. - I don't know, but like they do need to acquire a quarterback because if Tyler Huntly is turf toe. I mean, again, they were above 500 and in last place in the division entering this game, they lost by 26. I will say, we're gonna come back to this later in the week. We don't need to shit on the bills now. The bills took way too long in this game. - Yeah, they played poorly. Josh did not play great. - 26, they won by 26. It was not like that. They kind of needed half an hour of game time to put Joey Fignano away. It was kind of shocking how long it took Buffalo to make it a two possession game. But anyway, the Ravens, now it's kind of like the Ravens need to acquire. I think they kind of might need to trade for quarterback if they just want to make the playoffs. Because you got, I mean, Jacobi Prasette was kind of like replaced to Abe Gardner-Menshu. - Yeah. - DK, you made the joke before the Joe Flacco is on the Bengals. And the Ravens should just bring him back, which is hilarious. - I mean, I don't think the Bengals are gonna trade him, but right now, but yeah. - Oh, and the Browns would be dumb enough to trade him in the division. - I was gonna say, you think the Bengals would know not to do that. - Yeah. Tyson Bagen's on the Bears. And Ben Johnson seemed to be a little pissed at him. With the way that he was throwing interceptions when Caleb was out. But Tyson Bagen was on the Bears in Declan Doyle. And the Ravens offered to court it. Came for Chicago. I don't know what they're gonna do. - It feels like they will make a trade at this point. - What are they gonna do? - They kind of like have to. - Joey Fignano, play three games for them? - Joey Fins is banged up. I bet he's got an MCL sprained right now. - Craig, do you think that you can play on Thursday? - Jesus Christ. - So I can play this this week. The irony is that the real blueprint for the Ravens is the Tampa Bay Buccaneer model. - Yeah, right. - That's really what they need to do. Declan, is that your winner for the day? - The Buccaneers, yes. The Buccaneers are my winner of the day. The Tampa Bay Triangles, if you will. They took the, they turned the clock back on Daylight Savings Day guys. I got these all day. The Buccaneers have played two games, a two game stretch that we will never see again in history. This is the weirdest two game stretch by any NFL team in this century, maybe in NFL history. They beat, they beat the balls off of, and now I'm freaking blanking on what team they've played. - They played the Falcons. (laughing) - That's right. - So you're in the panic side four picks, right. They beat the Falcons 16 to nothing. They did not complete one pass, zero pass completions. Baker Mayfield was over three for zero yards. You will never, this is gonna be a trivia question like 10 years from now when you're doing trivia at a bar somewhere. Yeah, they won 16 to nothing. This is the first time since 1974, I think that a team has won a game without completing a pass. It's only happened three, sorry, this was the fourth time. It's ever happened going back to 1933 when the forward pass was invented. This was crazy, and by the way, the Buccaneers defense had four catches. They had four interceptions, so that was just wild. But yeah, I don't even know where to start with this game. They did not complete a pass. And by the way, if I had told you that Baker Mayfield would play the entire game and not complete a pass, how much money would you have put on the Buccaneers losing the game? - Yeah, this is a one in a million game. I don't like, there will never be another game like this. And that's the second week in a row we can say that about the Buccaneers. - Not only that. - Baker may feel it outscored. He's a put the opposing quarterback. - Michael Penix. - He had like minus five or something. - Baker Mayfield had one fantasy point and outscored Michael Penix with a negative one. - Yeah. - And he'd complete a pass and he was the highest scoring fantasy quarterback of the matchup. - It's insane. The Buccaneers now 2-0 in the last two weeks was seven past completions. They beat the Panthers last week with like seven completions. I think it was like seven or 13 or something like that. They have rushed for 582 yards in the last two games. And the Buccaneers had the most rushing yards in French history today. - It's crazy. They had two guys with 25 plus carries and 125 plus yards in Gainwell and Irving. And that's never happened before in a game. - Let's say that again. - In the NFL. This is a static song Irving and Gainwell are the first teammates in NFL history to each get 25 plus carries and 125 plus rushing yards. - So how much do you guys think this is like it was a rainy, windy day versus bigger can't throw the football 'cause of his freaking house? - That's a great question. - I think it's literally and figuratively a perfect storm. - Yeah. - It was a tough-- - It was a hissing rain. - The conditions were insane. It was, the field looked soaked to the point like it was in that Buccaneers game, the Browns one, the long lightning delay that took like six hours or whatever. Like the field looked like that. - There was an ending water on the field. - Bucky Irving, his jersey almost looked like it changed teams. Like, it looked like he was a falcon because his jersey was so covered in mud, it was starting to regret. And they had white jerseys on it. - It was, it almost, yeah, it looked like that really gray weird Buccaneers alternate jerseys. Yeah, like it was so unbelievably wet and the conditions are crazy. And I also think the Buccaneers offensive line is like so much better than the land and all those things. But also, I really don't, I really do wonder if Baker cannot throw. - The only time I remember him throwing today, I know he technically had three pass attempts. It was one of those Drake May, there's blood on the ball throws where it just like slipped out of his hands. I don't know if he can throw the football. - I don't know if there's another scenario on Earth where the Buccaneers could have won the game today. - This is the weirdest. - Why do we bet on this stuff? - The Buccaneers, the last two games are the weirdest two games I've ever seen in my life. - I did say I was like, we are not getting close to this game. - You did. - I think that this is, you know, we end up, you look at a lot of box scores doing this job. I think this Buccaneers is the strangest I've ever seen in the NFL. College football has some really weird ones. But looking at this and just seeing 16 to nothing and the Tampa Bay receiver, and you know what, I think it's weirder than Baker's stat line is all the receivers having zeros for every column. It's just like unbelievable. (laughing) - It's so straight. - What year is it? - I was like asking if it's today I was like, what's the funniest name of an old team that we've talked about in the last like few years? 'Cause we always like love talking about these old timey teams. The Dayton Triangles. What was the other one you mentioned? What's the funniest one you can remember, Craig? - Oh, I love the Colombian handles. - Cleveland spiders. - Is that baseball? - The Dayton Triangles is good. I love the ones that are baseball teams that always gets me. The Pittsburgh Pirates is always great. - Oh, like, I mean it was, it wasn't one like the Bachelorette. - There was one that was like the Bridegrooms. - The bridegrooms. The fucking Tampa Bay bridegrooms won today. 16 to nothing. - Yeah, they, wait, also, wait, that's the, we forgot to say the best part. - The Brooklyn bridegrooms, that's a real thing. You forgot to say the best part. - They're now the LA Dodgers, the Brooklyn bridegrooms. - The Brooklyn bridegrooms. Baker Mayfield, who did not complete a pass, his pass rating was three times higher than Michael Penix Jr. - Which I think will hold up as the single best stat of the year. - The Bucks had two different running backs with 25 plus carries. (laughing) - That's wild. (laughing) - Penix had the lowest graded performance by quarterback Pro Football Focus has ever had. - It was a Rex Grossman X-esque game for Michael Penix. Eight for 24, 125, eight for 24, four picks. - He had eight completions to his team and four completions to the other team. - No, I think it was raining and everything, but yeah, it was, it was truly inexplicable. I mean, Michael had this stat at ESPN that in the last two games, the Buccaneers have called 16 passes on 104 runs. (laughing) - So wild. - So I don't know, we could keep going, but like, so what happens with Tampa Bay going forward? Like do we just assume acts of God will continue? - I mean, they play the Bears next week - Yeah. - You're gonna lose by 60? (laughing) - Yeah, I kind of do think that, yes. I mean, I think Tampa Bay's defense is playing well, but like, they're gonna have to score 20 plus points to beat the Bears, and Baker may be able to throw the ball, I don't think. (laughing) - You don't last year the Bears made a deal with, like God, obviously, and the Pope was from Chicago. I kind of think Tampa may have made a deal with the devil. - Like, how much of the fear of throwing with Baker is there compared to Jalen Walker, their preview? Bye.
Jalen Daniels, their previous quarterback. I'm like, isn't he better than make her really answer is that this is Todd Bulls being a defensive coach. And to me, it's the Bella check win game. Remember that game where Mac Jones through like three passes. Yeah. Yeah. And they beat the bills. And it was like 50 mile an hour wins. I think that Todd Bulls tripped into the win game twice in a row with rain, where they just were like, we don't want Baker to throw. We don't want to turn the ball over. And they just kind of fell into a lead really early. And we're like, well, run the ball. And they just never had to stop. And it just has been like eight quarters of that now. Yeah. I think he can throw. He did have one nice throw to Ted Hurst. That Ted Hurst almost caught in the end sound. Um, but yeah, I think it was just a weird it was just a weird game. Yeah. They didn't need they didn't need to throw the Mac Jones game. They beat the bills 14 10. He was two for three 19 yards. Just Baker. Never. Oh, my God. My winner this week is the the New York bone X AK the Denver Broncos. And I call them the New York bone X because they're terrible for three quarters. And then they went in the fourth quarter. Just heroic. Why don't you just do that the whole time? So the Broncos beat the Chiefs 28 to 24. If you feel like you've heard this before, uh, the Broncos have literally won 15 straight games that were decided by one score. So one score game, which is supposed to be the 50 50. The Broncos have won 15 in a row, which is tied with the cults from like the mid 2000s cults, paid manning for the most ever in a row. And they also somehow. Bonix has 13 career fourth quarter comeback wins, which is the most by any quarterback in his first three seasons ever going back to 1950. Bonix. Oh, my lord. Bonix. I don't even know what to say to this. This is where you're like regression is coming regression is coming. But you know, we talked about this last week. Sometimes it just doesn't come. Bonix, prime paid manning. Show up. Pause. God. I was like, I knew it. I knew I stepped in it. Do not come. I'm gonna come. This game, I feel like it just came down to two rookie running backs in three goal line sequences. Like the whole not to reduce the whole game. But it was basically Jonah Coleman looked like the thinking man's game scatabo. We nailed that one. You don't get one DK. Can I say that because he sure does look like to think he's that your copper was that high fives his cop. I think it was a group. I can't remember exactly. I know that we kind of can. I mean, sweet. He says it's a group cop. The who's 100. We're all side for first. It's not me. I know that. But the other one, Emmett Johnson, who I don't really understand what happened with the draft this year, but watching Emmett Johnson, I don't really understand how this man was like a fifth round draft pick. Emmett Johnson had 128 receiving arts today and looked like the best player in the field. The man cannot be tackled. I was saying unbelievable. Every chief's possession that mattered was because of Emmett Johnson. I know. But it really came down to. Yeah. He's kind of wacky. He's kind of like Kaderius Tony. He's totally. He has like spin move spin move spin move spin move spin spin. The long run he had where he was like. He's just like mashing to spin. You know that game? You play with the baseball bat. He's dizzy bad as a person. It's pretty good actually. He looked great though. Yeah. And he also had a big kick return, I think. He did. The chief should have won. So I mean the Broncos won because they scored on fourth and goal twice and the chiefs couldn't do it. Like that really is what happened. And so a thousand things went into it. But I mean freaking jaylor waddle got to touch down a fourth and goal and the Patrick Holmes couldn't. The chiefs, Jonah Coleman, the big of a mistake the Broncos made was the Broncos scored and left Patrick Holmes two minutes on the clock. How many times have we seen him come back like a serial killer? And like it's clockwork at this point. Like don't leave him two minutes and they march down. They get all the way to the four yard line. And then the chiefs can't score and they just get stuck in the mud. And you have Mitchell Mitchell Schwarz who is the right tackle for the chase for the first few years and won the Super Bowl with them being like why the fuck can't they get one yard? How long is Kansas City going to go without being able to quarterback sneak? And he's totally right. Like if it's you've been on top of this for a long time talking about how they refused to sneak with Patrick Holmes because he got hurt that one time like five years ago. I don't even know how old he just like crazy. He just sneak cap in 2019. They won the Super Bowl by the way. And so Andy Reed just saw his like career basically come to an end and flashed before his eyes because Patrick Holmes got hurt. And so they literally just never haven't snuck with my homes. I think since actually against the Broncos, I think in 2019, which at some point like get over it, I know you know what I mean. Yeah. Or like I don't know. There was someone else. Pat Fryer most sneaks for the Steelers do that. Even if Travis Kelsey doesn't want to do it. Get no gray or something. They have Justin Fields. And like I get total I get he's who is a perfect person for that. I understand that you might not want to take Patrick Holmes off the field because he's Patrick Holmes in that situation. And you might not want to do what the Steelers do where Aaron Rodgers stands in this weird fucking power pose behind him. Yeah. Have me do that today. The blow job stands. So yeah, the flow job stands. Why why Aaron Rodgers does the blow job stands to just like hands on his hips watches them just fucking go. I don't know what the answer is from a Holmes. But the chiefs cannot get a yard when they play is at the one at the end of that game. They couldn't do it. Now they got the touchdown over she writes. And as Christine Holmes will tell you, it was a bad call on the fall start, which is a whole other thing. It was obvious. It was a fall start. Like I don't know what the argument for sure. There are admittedly it's a really a decade. We were texting about this. There's a weird standard to fall starts now. Right. Like they let a lot go. But all you see I've seen that that type of fall start not be called. He did, he did twitch, right? Like he like touched him and kind of resettled nobody kind of reacted to the twitch and then they snapped the ball. So like the play wasn't disrupted, but it was a fall start. It's the fall start version of this holding where a guy's grabbing a jersey. And you're like, well, I've seen that happen to not get called. I'm like, yeah, but that's also still holding. Yeah. Like you're grabbing jersey and they can call if you were like whipping your head and looking back and like then they stop the ball. They can call you for. I thought it was a clear fault. Like if you just watch it, you're like, yeah, that's a fall start. Every time. The only reason it's not is that they just kind of stopped calling all fall starts like three years ago, but but anyway, it doesn't matter. It's like it was called back and it was a fair, it was a fair penalty. But like it wouldn't be a problem. The chiefs could just get a yard when they need it. Like every other fucking team has learned to do and do it again. Ken Walker. I don't know. When Mike McDonald's for the CEO, pretty simple actually. Yeah, dude. I can make a ton of guys you can do it with. He interviewed Clint Kubiak for the offensive coordinator job for the six of year ago. Mike McDonald and he said the only thing I told him he had to do was figure out how to get AG Barnard to do the push. He said there's the only thing you'll have to do with the office. Barnard's pretty good at it. Yeah. And again, the barnyard. Well, what's the problem with Titans taking a snap? I told you guys this. You think I'm joking. What's the real problem? Everybody is not on the same page. Staff count wise. Well, that's that happens. No, it's the Titans are bad at getting. They don't want to touch the center's balls on the snap. Okay, right. Would you think it's a joke, but that's actually the problem is they get all weird back and then they fumble the snap and then they don't want them to do it. But figure it out. You got to find someone who's not squeamish about touching balls, you know. No one talks about it. It's a weird sport. Anyway, um, I was shocked when the chiefs didn't finish that drive. It felt like they were just going to easily go down its core. So credit to the to the Broncos also just yeah, credits for the Broncos overall. They, you know, came back. I think the chiefs, I saw this stat. The chiefs before that tonight's game were 80 and two with a double digit lead in the fourth quarter when Patrick Mahomes has been quarterback. So yeah, shocking credit to Denver because Denver is a team who now has beaten the Jaguars, the Rams, the Seahawks and the chiefs and I don't think they're good. Their offense has not been good. It's crazy because those four teams could easily be the NSE Championship games like Seahawks, Rams, Jaguars and chiefs could easily be the championship games that wouldn't be weird. Yes. And I don't want, I know, I know the Denver's like a good team, but I don't think of Denver as a Super Bowl contender in my head still and yet they beat four teams so I think could win the Super Bowl. And at the Broncos defense, it was an important game for them because they were so bad and weak one against the chiefs and it really was just like there was a lack of physicality. That was better today, although I will say there were a couple moments where my god, there a couple Broncos defenders were just like juke out of the fucking shoes and they still look slow at times. I will say a lot of people that I don't, I'm not like Adam Schefter level connected in Denver, but there are a lot of people who think the Broncos are going to get Jonathan Taylor from the Colts. And I do think the Colts are probably going to trade Jonathan Taylor. And I think Sean Payton wants him and I think Jonah Coleman running at the end almost complicates it because Jonah Coleman looked really good. But I kind of think Denver is going to get Jonathan Taylor. He's going to be their joker, you know, and he's going to play 30% of the snaps. Him, Waddle, Evan Ingram, all those jokers running around. Marvin Mims today. Holy shit. Did you guys see Marvin Mims? He had a great screen pass. Yeah. Yeah. You think Sean Payton's terrible at cards. Yeah, I do. I do think they're going to get him. But no, it's a bummer because like I was celebrating Jonah Coleman being a thing and then they're like, oh, we're traded for Jonathan Taylor. I'm like, well, it's fun while I lasted. Anything else in the Broncos? I think Broncos. Yeah, they look really good. I mean, I got to say today was when Sean Payton really became the play caller, you know, true today was the day Sean Payton became play. You know, it's like, so it's like, uh, you know, that joker like, uh, Trump is presidential today, you know, today, dude, Sean Payton today was play, he's the play caller today. Who was a problem today? A problem. Fellas, I think the Pittsburgh Steelers might be a problem. Oh, I got to say. My first place Steelers. The first place Pittsburgh Steelers laid the Smackdown on the Browns today. 27-6. They won in Pittsburgh. The Browns have now lost 23 straight regular season games in Pittsburgh, which ties an NFL record. Wow. The Steelers are six and two. They've won four straight longest winning streak in the league. And this is like the Steelers are kind of getting back to old school shit. The Steelers are running the ball and sack in the quarterback. They sack to Sean Watts in eight times today. They had 200 yards rushing over the last two weeks. They've outwashed their opponents 348 to 52. And it feels like the defense has an identity and the offense has an identity. And when we can run the ball, Rogers is more comfortable. There's more play action. There's more room to breathe. And Jalen Warren is just like every week continues to defy expectation. And just looks like a top five ready back in the league. Like his ability to have explosive. Like he has these like long developing runs every game where he's like stirding dudes and twisting and spinning and jumping. And it's like many beastquakes he's having every game now. And Rico down looks good too. Like a change of pace. And I was going to say Rico look great today too. Yeah. Jalen Warren 17 carries on 43 yards. We were texting during the game. I mean Warren just, he looks incredible. The weight of evades tackles. Yeah. Like finds a new lane. That's a call. At the second level. I think that's correct. Yeah. I mean the way that like the career arc. Yeah, for sure. 100%. Yeah. Austin Eckler. Peter King at this great store. Austin Eckler was like not even invited to try out. After the draft, they signed undrafted for agents. Then they have tryouts for undrafted for agents. And Austin Eckler didn't get invited to do that either. He had a show up. Yeah. And the Steelers now six and two, winning the AFC North. The rest of the year, the Steelers. At the beginning of the season, their schedule looks challenging. But things have changed quickly now. So there's six and two. They now have two games against the Ravens without Lamar. They're going to play the Eagles with their hearts. They play the Panthers who now, you know, they play the Texas. And there's been really not great. They play the Texans who, you know, and then they play the Titans. And it's like, man, I'm looking at five, six more games where I feel like the Steelers are going to be favored. And there are six and two right now. So do you think you. So the Steelers again finished 10 and seven the last three years. Do you think you will finish above 10 and seven? I do think they'll end up exactly at 10 and seven. No, I think they're going to. I think they're going to be 11 and six or 12 and five. You think they'll be 12 and five. I think the Steelers are a pretty good team. They're kind of like the one in. You know, I think a huge part of it. I think is their offensive line, which is coming together and looks good. And the Steelers haven't had that in a long time. And it's like young group is getting better every single week. And you can tell because Warren has room to breathe. And when he does, I think that's the reason why he's been so much better this year is because he's like getting to the second level. And once he's able to do that, he is electric. And like there's actually room for him to get there now. Correct. I think this is awesome for you. I actually am really excited that the Steelers beat the fucking breaks off somebody. I haven't seen you this excited about the team forever. And I'm actually genuinely happy. They're really good. Now, can you do me a favor and just do ear muffs? Just for a second. Just ear muffs for a second. Thank you. DK, the Steelers fucking beat the Browns, the Saints, the Bucks and the Colts. The fucking Jalen Daniels, Bucks, the Colts. Would they beat the Bengals? Okay, sure. That was like a month and a half ago. Four days after they beat the Bengals, they lost to the Browns on Thursday football. TJ Watts screaming on a phone to get him the defensive coordinator in the booth. That was like a month ago. I missed the Craig. I missed the Craig. I missed the Craig that would tell us that the Steelers are going to lose in embarrassing fashion just because we all have to say that. They suck. They suck. That's all. Craig's like the moment I get excited, they're going to lose next week. Here's why I can feel comfortable. The Steelers have a buy next week. So I'll start to feel the panic after the buy. Let me tell you Craig. Craig, I'll say this. If nothing else, I can guarantee you this. Yeah. As a team who just had their best win of the season and then went on buy. Man, is it great? Yeah, I was going to say. The buy weeks are awesome. The Giants are good. Let's look at the Giants schedule this year. So they beat the shitty Cowboys, the shitty Titans, the shitty Cardinals. They tied the shitty commanders and they beat the shitty Texans. Congrats. Wait, I'll fit them. Did all those teams win this week? No, the Cardinals beat the Cowboys. But still, I don't care what anyone says. I don't care how many. Look, the Texans defense is great. They just had a run of really great quarterbacks they faced. They had a face Josh Allen and Joe Burrow and Dak and and JJ McCarthy. Like, you know, they just got dice stuff. What else is going to happen? Yeah, totally. They scored your Giants scored 12 points and beat the Titan. No, the truth is this. I don't know what to make of the Steelers because it's both true. The teams they've beaten suck, but also they. It's really cool. It's really cool when Darnel Washington is rumbling and bumbling. Like, honestly, I wish Chris Burrowman could talk about this guy more. Also, I can't remember the last time. I could like exhale in a third quarter because the Steelers were going to win. Like, I can't remember the last time they killed someone. Every game is agonizing and it's like 1310 and the fourth. They were, it was just 27 to 6 and third quarterbacks. They tried. Wow. DK Mechaev tried to make it a little interesting in the end there. Dude, he is. God. DK Mechaev's got to be the most frustrated good player. He was. He's making no imprint on his Steelers tenure. Nobody will have any fun thoughts about it. You had that one week, Craig. You had that one week where you liked him. Yeah, every. Yeah. Or be like, oh, so he came back, that was on the Steelers for three years. It'll be like, yep. Yeah. Mike McCarthy actually took blame for the Play Kong at the goal line, which was horrible. I will say the Steelers, they should have won by two more touchdowns. They kept getting the goal. They kept getting effortlessly knife through butter to inside the eight yard line. And they just they couldn't score. But McCarthy took credit for the Play Kong in the realm of goal because we were wondering if you are the blame. I mean, he wanted his fault. But like, we were thinking, you know, it's just like Aaron Rogers call it. It was definitely Aaron Rogers feeds at the line. I feel like that is smart coaching it from McCarthy. Yeah. They won by 20. Who cares? Just say it was your fault. Your quarterback will be happy. Rogers is clearly going Isobal. Yeah. And he's just like the old guy at the gym who just like dribbles ten times and chucks up at three. And it's like fucking pass the ball. I don't know why we're not running it. He just fades to DK McCaff who is the worst fade receiver in the NFL. You might be you actually might be right about that though. He actually has never been good at that. Yeah. No, he's the least the nest receiver ever. Like his hand-eye coordination is all over the map. And like, he is time on to fade. It's like there he's not even in the right area. Like AJ Brown, you never release a stupid advisor looks. Until you fucking can't catch. He is quite literally like the opposite of Devonte Adams as a wide receiver. Yeah. Like they are just completely different in every. His visor looks cool. Yeah. DK who else is the problem while we're talking about the Sears real quick before we move on. My son Calvin now likes to come in during the day and like. Take stock of what's going on with all the football and he kind of knows some of the teams. He loves the Jaguars because the Jaguar is his favorite animal. So he was really excited to see that the Jaguars were kicking ass today. He came in today. And I just thought it was the cutest thing ever. Maybe I'm just it's because he's my son or whatever. But he came in and he goes, ooh, the primaries are winning by a lot. Speaking about the Steelers. Because they have the three primary colors on their helmet. Red, red, red yellow and blue. And I was like, oh my god. That's the cutest thing ever. He goes, the primaries are beating the skulls. That's that's the Tampa Bay primaries. One today throwing zero passes. Right. Anyway, I just let those cute. That's really. He knows his primary colors. So that's impressive that he like knows the word primaries, what it means. The primaries are beating the skulls. The helmet. I like the browns logo is just a helmet. Don't you think the Steelers logo has to be the least understood logo in football? Yeah. Oh, I think people who have could tell you everything about football for the rest of their lives could not even begin to tell you what the fuck that thing. You think Bill Balochek knows? Yes, he does. - Of course he does. - Of course he does.
No, seriously, I don't know, but no like 20 NFL kid coaches right now. Probably do not know McVeigh. The whole McVeigh tree is no clue. And how she and I know that probably colors are the three materials used to make steel. Wasn't it like the logo of like, like a steel company or whatever back. Jackie's Jackie's film is from Pittsburgh. Her dad has definitely told us that like four times. I definitely hear that every Christmas that I forget about it. I don't know why it's those specific colors, but it has to do with the three elements. Is one iron and like red is iron and yellow is like whatever and steel and skull. I don't know. I will say steel. It is, I mean, that is yellow is coal. Red is iron or blue is steel scrap. Why is coal yellow? Why is it why is iron red? What thing I don't know is that it's coal a little yellow? I don't I feel like coal was black. I don't think iron's red is iron red. West, I feel like, you know what I mean? I don't know. I'm reading the originally the colors represented three attributes of steel yellow to lighten work orange or red to brighten leisure and blue to widen the world. What the fuck? Anyway, the primaries were winning is all that I primaries are six do. Yeah. They beat the they beat the skulls. Anyway, on to the next Joe Burrow and the Bengals offense is a fucking problem. The Bengals offense today reminded me of Terminator 2 when the T 1000 just continually gets fucked up and blown up in like his heads like halfway off. And then he just kind of goes back together and just keeps fighting and stabbing people and whatnot. That was the represents the expansiveness of the steel right. Right. You know, that was like Joe burrow. He threw three picks, you know, one of them was, I don't know, one of them was really bad. The others were in his bad. But he just came back. He ended up throwing five touchdowns and rushing for a sixth. And so he had six touchdowns. He had almost 40 fantasy points. He's not the QB two on the season. And they've basically given up any idea of running under center stuff. They're just all shotgun. They're just running the Joe Burrow offense once again. And they're scoring a fuck tone points and a lot of touchdowns and chase a Jamar chase. T Higgins are awesome. They were one and two among receivers this week. And yeah, just love the Bengals offense when they're really clicking, even if they are making egregious mistakes here and there. T Higgins, I feel like is is better than he's ever been, right? He just plucks the ball. He looks different this year. And I know they said on the broadcast and he like put on weight and he's like, he's like stronger than he's ever been. I feel like you can actually kind of tell. I feel like half the time they always do those like off season body transformation. They, everyone seems the same. T Higgins like actually looks more physical and more explosive and stronger to me. He looks like Prime Mike Evans. If Mike Evans had Joe burrow. I mean, he's on pace for almost 1800 receiving yards. Yeah, dude, burrow is on pace for 5100 yards and 49 past touchdowns, 53 overall touchdowns. Paying manning, by the way, set the NFL record with 56 touchdowns in 2013. So right now burrow is on pace for 53. Pretty crazy. But Joe burrow, the Bengals, this was bizarre. The Titans just jumped out to like a 13 to nothing. Yeah, it was kind of like there's slow start Bengals is here again in the first half. It is funny how much they just cannot change. Nothing about this team can change. They're the same thing. Even though they had same head coach, same head coach, like, I mean, literally Jamar Chase has asked after the game. Why do you guys start so slow during the season during games? And he's like, I don't know. Assack and like, but I will say Joe burrow this year, I thought he had the best throw. He's had all season. I thought he, I saw the worst throw of his career today and like the going back and forth. The touchdown he had where he steps up in the pocket around a blitzer. Oh, yeah, moves the safety and just fires a ball between two defenders. The chase in the end zone. I'm like, that's the best throw he's had in a long time. And then later in the game, the third interception, he throws to a money hooker, which all come across the box score as burrow throws pick to a hooker, which is just like kind of funny to read. But like the third throw, the first one's just like a bad decision. Jamar Chase stopped running. The third one was legitimately the worst throw I've ever seen him make. It isn't I don't know what happened. I don't know if it's a Drake, but it is anything. But like, not the decision, not the execute, like, not the processing. The throw was the worst throw I've ever seen Joe burrow throw. And it was intermixed between six touchdowns. And I'm like, it's just the roller coaster of the bangles. It's the it's the strangest ride. But when it's working, it's the coolest thing in the league. I saw a stat today for NFL researcher. He's one of two players ever with 450 plus yards, five plus touchdowns and a rush touchdown. There's that's having twice in NFL history. One of them was Joe burrow today. The other one was Norm Van Brockland in 1951. Yeah, we almost that even though the bangles had a gazillion points in a gazillion yards, Chase Brown still ended up having like a mediocre day. We're still not going I he's still like he's going to it's going to be week 16. I'm going to call him a bilo. He had like a 30 yard touchdown. It was called back. That was awesome. It was like a like a reception over the top he like reeled it in. And yet again, 43 points. Chase Brown just kind of relevant. Dickhead, did you mention that the top two receivers on in fantasy this week were Lily T Higgins and Jouard Chase looking to number one and number two Higgins is the wide receiver four on the season. Chase is the wide receiver seven. I think I saw they also have like the exact same number of catches in yard or sorry catches and targets and just Higgins has way more yards right now because he's a bigger play receiver Mike Gassicki has a touchdown in six straight games. Fucking love that guy elite. So I mean, he's not even a good fantasy option. He just catches the what he just literally today. They were talking on the the announcers were talking about it during the game. He's like Gassicki's actually frustrated without opening his like bro. It doesn't even occur to him. I should know today you didn't have 60 points. But Higgins and Chase have the same number of targets and catches this year, which is random. The other one we're in this game. Tony Pollard also top three running back for this second weekend around. Tony Pollard, the Tennessee running game is completely different. He also is a hundred percent back or at least 95 percent back to the juice. He's not quite the juice of like 2021. But Tony Pollard looks at the very least like he should be traded to a real team. The Minnesota Vikings or the Seahaw. If someone doesn't want to pay up for like Jonathan Taylor, Tony Pollard could absolutely be the lead running back on a team. He what did he finish with? He had 21 carries 117 yards and two touchdowns. I mean, if Jonathan Taylor is going to go for like two seconds and a third, I mean, could you get Tony Pollard for like a fourth? Maybe. I was thinking a third, but yeah, maybe a fourth. I don't think, I don't think Jonathan Taylor would go for two seconds, but I do. I do think it's fair to ask to say you'd rather just have Tony Pollard in a contract year for like a fourth round or if you're like the Vikings or something. I'm a Seattle. Yeah. Is this one of the greatest trade showcase jobs you've ever seen by the Titans here with Tony Pollard? I mean, he's averaged almost 150 scrimmage yards for the last two games. After doing almost nothing for the rest of the season. Well, it might have unlocked Kim Ward's. I want to get to it so over and so back because I kind of think Kim Ward, a little bit is kind of back. Kim Ward today, the best game of his career, I think. He was his first 300 yard game. So we see the Bengals won. They beat the Titans 43-36 and over time. Kim Ward looked pretty good. Like 300 yards, two touchdowns, no picks. Ran for 40 yards in another touchdown. Yeah, he did have a fumble. That was not great. It was a stupid play. And no car no take today. He's the QB4 in fantasy. And I just thought like, there are times when Kim Ward weirdly looks very comfortable in the pocket. Like for how messy he is, he's almost too casual and I think that's his issue. But sometimes when he's kind of feeling it, there are times where I'm like, okay, I get it. And I don't know if Titans fans after this game are going to be like, maybe? Like when I say we're so back, I think Titans fans thinking fuck, maybe Kim Ward is our guy. That is what is so back today. He had two fourth quarter touchdown drives in this game. And he kind of has been a little bit decent in the fourth quarter. I was looking at his fourth quarter sets this year. Some of it might be a little bit of garbage time, but there's a lot of great quarterbacks up there with him. Like he's like second and touchdowns in the fourth quarter this year. He's seventh at yards. He's fourth in completion percentage. And I don't know. There are moments. He needed some of his kids growing. They needed someone, he, I don't know if it's fair to say he went toe to toe with burrow, but like, I mean, they did go to overtime. And they should have won because Robert or Brian Dable called a fucking draw on their own goal line. And so they got a safety. And I don't know if the bagels even get to overtime without the safety, which was an insane play call. But like otherwise, they could have beaten him on a day that Joe Burrow was cooking. And so I think they needed this because Kim Ward, again, you just need to see something to the point. That's that's the big thing. Yeah. And like, again, he's a young quarterback. And if we've learned anything like giving up on young players is stupid. Like we're coming off the Senate football game. We're trading a lot of books. It looks really good. But I think it was important for Titans fans to just be like, no, like there is something here. We should not give up on them. Because the only thing worse than sticking with a quarterback who sucks is letting him go. And then he's good somewhere else. Like that is the worst thing ever. So yeah, this is from Ben Solek. The Titans had 29 snaps of no huddle today. According to next-gen stats, which was somebody named Ben Solek. That's Ben, sorry, Ben Solek.
So I thought that was an interesting, sad, I don't know, I don't know this guy's deal is if he knows what he's talking about or not, but yeah, Ben Solik, so they had 29 snaps of no huddle. If you don't get that, Ben Solik is one of our dear friends, and he was on this podcast. Thanks for the disclaimer nerd. I just don't want people that are new to the show to think I'm fucking making fun of bed. I love that because you read it. I don't know. I get it. Anyways, the bottom line is the point is, they did a ton of no huddle today, which I think is always, it's one of those things. It's getting a player in the groove a little bit and letting him do his own stuff and letting him play a little more free, I guess. I don't know why that helps sometimes for young players, but it's less thinking. Yeah, I get that. Avert to what you're good at. I honestly, the all-time player that this stuck with me always was Eli Manning was always way better in the no huddle. There's a lot of things that go into it, but I think at the core of it, sometimes you're just better, just moving, just don't think, just go out there and rip it, and you're thinking, okay, well we're doing it so over or so back, I have to say it's so over for the Dallas Cowboys. It really is. As a Giants fan, this does not come easily, but I was actually embarrassed on behalf of the Cowboys today. Like I, I mean, I obviously have thrilled that they lost, but even I was, Dallas lost to Arizona twice today, which I didn't know that was possible, but it did. They should get two losses for the game. The Cowboys were up 10 points with four minutes left. They blow the game. They were facing Gardner Minshue. They look Gardner Minshue in relief of Jacobi Berset, go 80 yards and eight plays without timeouts. And then the Cardinals in a just blessing for the Cowboys. The Cardinals miss the extra point to beat them in regulation. The Cardinals just straight up have like seven seconds left extra point to take the lead game over, and they miss the fucking extra point. So the Cowboys get over time and the Cardinals get the ball to start and the Cardinals go three and out. So Dallas now has this miracle where they have the ball and then Dallas go three and out. It gives the ball right back and then Arizona comes down and Arizona wins the game. And so the Cardinals win 33 to 30. I mean, I could say I could go on and on, but Mike Tomlin was just like, they're blinkers. They're blinkers. The retailer's like, what does that mean? Yeah. He's like, cut your eyelids off. He's basically like nobody on this team has any fucking balls essentially. Yeah. This team is soft and there's nobody willing to meet the moment. Dude, the Cowboys last two drives generated negative eight yards in this game. And both featured like really bad dac sacks and two crucial moments. One where they were up three and if they hadn't continued the drive, they could have scored and ended the game and they didn't and it ended in a field goal, which made them early up six. And then over time, of course, Gardner Menshew, they get the ball immediately punt because it's Gardner Menshew. Dallas gets the ball against Arizona at home and over time, all they need is a field goal. And they go three and out. Dac takes a terrible sack and they punt. Dude, the only people in Dallas that I won't question their heart is Dac Prescott and Tyler Booker, the guard. Everyone else I might do, especially the Cowboys defense, just like four games this season, where they just look like they are getting absolutely bodied, either in mind, body or spirit. And this game, and I love him and I wanted him in the draft, but Caleb Downs, this was like a, this was a, probably the worst game of his entire life. Yeah, he got turned into like a tumbleweed on a on a on the Tyler Lger, a big run late in the game. Well, listen, what's the name? I can't tell you your at 118 rushing yards and two drives back to when he was awesome late in the game after everyone else got hurt. Like it's he had the most yards in Tyler Lger's career. They turned him into freaking like like gale slayers, but he had 118 yards in two drives, basically. It is 60 yard run and then a 50 50 yard run and then five year touchdown. It was incredible. Everyone running back in fantasy name was Tyler Lger, so the Cowboys and on that play, throw throw hold, which I'm sure I'm butchering his name. How do you say his name, throw hold, throw, throw hold, the center for the, for the Cardinals. He pan kicked him. I think like two or three times I want to play, he knocked him on his ass and then he jumped on him and he like kept pushing him like he was a rolling pin and just like a dung beaten like he was rolling it down the field, he was a dung, he dung, beatled him. Holy shit. Yeah. That's good. It was horrible. And then the other game's right. Welcome to the NFL, bud. Trey McBride just like beats Caleb Downs one on one gets a first down and then turns around and screams at Caleb Downs his face is like, you were a first from pick, bro. Just like leaves and I'm like, that's meter than when the ref told Trey McBride, fuck you. Well, that's worse. I'm like, damn. Oh my God. It's so true though, like what Tomlin said, it's so validating that he said that because I've noticed that every time I watch the Cowboys, I'm just like, dude, they don't, they just don't seem to fucking care. And the ones who do care are out of control. You know what I mean? We were arguing, I think the other day, but like just Sean Barham who's like the one of the linebackers who even when some of the guys are showing fight earlier in the season, it's like, but they're not doing it right. Right. They're not in the right place. It's hard and showing some intensity or whatever. But like, yeah. So after the game, obviously a lot of people are sick of Brian shot and I'm or the head coach. And Jerry Jones is adamantly defending him and Jerry Jones said, well, actually, I'll let Jerry speak for himself. Can you have the clip? I just love Jerry. Well, I will say that a lot of people let Brian down today. And so for whatever criticism we want to have a Brian, we go, we all get in line. And that was a total, to be use a cliche. That was a total team effort out there for us. The coach is great. Fuck the players. Let's. I do think that's in blaming Christian Parker, the defensive coordinator. Yeah. There might be firings happening. I'm not Sean Heimer, but yeah. It's funny that the Cardinals, if you lose to the Cardinals, that's like the rock bottom status of your season. Yeah. Like so far. Like the when the chargers didn't week one, it was like, what the hell? Yeah. And then the Rams did it. And it's like, holy shit. I think the Rams are cooked. And now the count. It's like every cardinals are just beating all these teams and they lost the game in which the team benched their starting quarterback. Can it let that sink in? The other team was playing so bad they benched their starting quarterback and then you lost to that team. It's brutal. I, I, I actually, can I also, well, I don't know if anyone gives a shit about the Cardinals, but the other thing that drove me up a wall, during this game, Michael Flour, the coach of the Cardinals, did the Cowboys thing that shot Heimer, did in Brazil where everyone freaked out and shot and I was like, how could you kick the ball to them? Like, there's seven seconds and they have a timeout. How could you kick the ball? Michael Flour did that during this game. He did. He didn't do it. I mean, five seconds left and they did the same thing. And I think there was more timeout. I think it was five. Six. I think it was, I think there was six or seven, but it was, here's the key. He was drinking gatorade on the sideline like they, they scored a touchdown and my hydrating up. He's hydrating with the players and his back is to the field, which really stuck with me because then they did a fucking touch back and Dak Prescott walks out and was like, holy shit, we could just do the thing the Ravens did to us. And I'm like, turn around, Mike. The game is going. What are you fucking doing, man? You coach the whole team. Man, geez. Anyway, that just infuriated me. I think it wouldn't have if it skits going on coaches. It's funny. Well, it's just like, fuck, man. What are you doing, Bill? I'm having a damn gatorade with the boys. Fuck it. Wait six seconds to drink the fucking gatorade, dude. Just do a fucking game and the game's over, dude, just having to drink with the boys. He's like three football coming in. Am I right? Fucking gatorade hit his hand like molding or it's unbelievable. All right. Who else is so over so back? I want to go back. Every wine to Thursday night football, we had a rare it's so over, we're so back in the same game. And it was with Christian Watson. This was wild. This was wild. There's never been a more it's so over into a we're so back over the course of 45 minutes than with Christian Watson. So I was not watching this game live. I was on the phone with my friend and I have Christian Watson and one of my fantasy teams. And so I'm not watching the game. And as we're talking about whatever, just mid conversation. He goes, oh no, I think Christian Watson might be dead. And I was like, oh no, like and he's like, yeah, it looks bad. Like he's not moving on the ground. I was like, oh my god, that's terrible ball. And then he goes, yeah, he's getting in an ambulance. And I was like, Jesus Christ. Was it bad? He's like, yeah. He's like deep all. He just like crunched on the ground. Didn't look good. I'm like, okay. Wow. 20 minutes later, we're still on the phone. Something something. I checked my phone. It says Christian Watson catches a pass for nine yards. And I was like, is this it? Is he back in the game? He's like, oh, yeah, he came back. It's like, what? I go on Twitter. I see the WWE clip of him getting out of the ambulance. That was why. That was the most like I thought that was AI. That's the first one where I was like, this is the way. He's like soap opera cameras. It was like 30 frames per second. It was like a weird image. Christian Watson was like, I thought it was like WWE. It looks like WWE are like general hospital or something. It was very weird. And yeah, he broke a rib was coughing up blood, gotten an ambulance, came back again. I thought it was while that he just got.
out of the ambulance and then ran under the field. Like, there's no, you don't have to stop anywhere else to like check in. You just like got out of the ambulance and ran under the field and waved to the crowd. The crowd went fucking apes shit. It was great. Did you see someone first that they were like, I think Christian Watson's the first person to ever get a ride in an ambulance out of the hospital. Oh, that's a good point. It's not a fucking Uber. They also right after he got back into the game, they tried to do it again with almost the exact same play where they threw a deep ball to him and he like jumped and landed on his back. I was like, oh god. He's the packer. He's like, just think of me. He's okay. He's okay. I can't believe these guys come back in the game. I really don't. He broke a rib. He's coughing a blood literally left in an ambulance and he was back within the hour. Also, what are the doctors, you could say? I feel like he's like, can I play? It's like the happy Gilworth thing, he's like, tell with that, I got a play. He's like, whoa, and I know I'm just a doctor. God. He had a hundred yards and a half. And I just, I'll never forget looking at my phone, I'm like, Christian Watson catches a pass for nine yards. What? Chris, you told me he left in an ambulance. Oh, yeah, he's back. And he looks taken back. What? I mean, it's a definition of looks bad. He's fine. Yeah. First his looks fine. He's screwed. Anyway, like, I guess he'll just, I guess he's just like playing. He's okay. I guess he's just no idea. Who else is it so over for DK? Might be so over for Kyler Murray and the Vikings offense in general. The Vikings lost the Lions today, 19 to 15, again, largely because their offense can't do anything. I thought that microcosm for the game and basically for Kyler season so far. Three minutes left in the game. It's third and five from the Vikings own 33 yard line. They're trailing 19 to 15. This is basically like, this is the play we need. This is, this is, you know, do or die for this game or whatever. The Lions rush three. No pressure. Kyler drifts out of the pocket, chucks it off his back foot, misses Jordan Addison by like five yards and then they punt and then the Lions just don't give him a ball back. I was just like, that play, you got to like, at least step into that throw, my man. Like, stop falling away every single time. It drives me insane. It's just like a young, I hate watching Kyler play at this point. I hate the way he plays. I hate those four cool things of game, but it is so infuri, like he does a few cool things where he's like, oh, he can still escape. But yeah, I hate the way that he just has to do the fade away. It's just yeah, he's just so inaccurate and yeah, the Vikings offense is terrible with him, you know, basically since he came back from the early season injury, their second to last in EPA per play, only the chargers are worse. That's that entering the week that the only team said, what was the stat with the touchdowns? With the charges. Oh, yeah. Yeah, the only the only two teams that an offensive touchdown since, I'm going to forget it. I want to look it up. No, this is good. Just remember the stat. Yeah. Hold on. Do I have written down here? Hold on. I might have written down. I don't have it. I don't have it. I like said it in the group chat. Who knows where that is? The only teams that had not reached 10 offensive touchdowns this season were the own six chargers in the six and a Vikings watching, we go, yeah, Dobby's the, you know, the elephant in the room of this game. So I mean, during the game, Kyler Murray just, like, his third and 14 just doesn't check down to TG Hawkinson, two lines tackle and one of them is Jack Campbell, the linebacker. And Jack Campbell just crumbles and it was scary and I was watching it live and it was just immediately horrifying the way he's aren't, Hawkinson's legs kind of kick his arm up and his arm just flops down and like, he's just lying prone on the ground. It was horrifying. We have like almost no information on this still. So Jack, the line's released a statement, which is really still all anyone's going off of, which we're recording this Sunday night, that the line said Jack Campbell is resting and will remain in a local hospital tonight for continued evaluation and monitoring. The team will provide further updates as we have them in quote, which is really just saying, like, there's nothing. And I don't know. I just feel like that's the ghoulishness DK used that word years ago and it's stuck with me. Like, football is a ghoulish sport and I feel like the ghoulish part of like, frankly, the lowest I feel as a football fan and someone gets hurt and I'm sitting there like an idiot, like, move your legs, move your legs. And I'm like, what the fuck am I doing with my Sunday is honestly like, it's just, it's the lowest I feel. I mean, yeah, it makes you feel sick, honestly, and like eight in Hutchinson, you know, it's crying as he's being wheeled away and then they're like, we got to play football now. They go out there and like start playing again right away. It's just, it is really, you know, it's just a crazy thing. It's a crazy sport. And obviously we hope that he's okay. Yeah. But even had Brady talk about it and Brady was pretty like, I don't want to say unemotional, but you could tell that he just played football for 20 plus years and he was like, he was like, yeah, look, you kind of just got to get back out there like every week in the games in practice. Like guys come and go. He's like, you have to compartmentalize everything and just go out there and play the next play yourself to that. Yeah. We joke about it, but it's true, it's football is men cosplaying war and it's the, it's the cosplaying like the, you know, yeah, the guy, the guy's cooked, like you're going to keep going without him. And you're like, what do you mean? He's like, I don't know. People just do compartmentalize it, but it's so fucked up and it was really scary. Yeah. It really was. I mean, I obviously, I hope this is not the case, but I thought the way it looked was very similar to Ryan Shazir, like the type of tackle is very similar where it was like falling forward. He kind of bent back a little bit. It looked rather benign actually, just like Shazir's dead again. I hope that's not the case, but that's what it reminded me of. And we don't know what happened here again, crucially, the only thing we know is what's not in the statement, which I think is the depressing part, which is like, would have loved some, you know, there's movement and all extremities, which is bad that that's the standard. Right. We're also like, when you don't get the information, you're like, fuck, I really wish that they had written movement and all extremities. Yeah. So we'll see what happens to them. Yeah. It's, it is crazy watching the players go on too, like watching Aiden Hutchins. Like honestly, watching Aiden Hutchins since weep, weep is really fucked up. And then he had to, you know, rally the team around and get them going again. Okay. Difficult to move on from that. But the next thing I wanted to talk about today was so I missed the afternoon games. I had some family obligations. So I couldn't, I couldn't watch. So I missed those three games and thankfully I missed what I didn't have to watch the charges play football, which is always a good day. And I saw, so they lost to the Rams. They scored nine points, not bad for the Chargers. They lost 24 nine to the Rams, not bad. Again, it's like John, John Mulaney L.A., not bad for no mayor, no mayor, right? So, but I did say, so I blow up the box score. I did some box score. You know, I tried to formulate my opinion on how they played just strictly looking at the numbers. And Herbert, 24 for 32. That's a real quarterback completion percentage and attempts number 24 for 32 is that 70%, 75%. That's good. 257 yards. Hey, not so bad. Okay. No touchdowns. Two picks. But I'm like, maybe they moved the ball. Like did Herbert look okay? This is different than it used to look. So I texted you guys. I was like, Hey, did Herbert look any better and you guys were like, fuck no, he was horrible. I was like, I think I saw him throw the worst pick yet. Think you do. Yeah. Do you want to tell him or should I? I'm like, okay, 250 and 75% completion, not bad. This is an incredible box score game to scout, like a box score scout because Greg Justin Herbert hit a Hail Mary at halftime, but they didn't score. Yeah. Yeah. McCocky, like, yeah. A big chunk of that was just like a Hail Mary that McCocky caught at the one yard 55 year pass, bounces off Quentin Johnson's face into lad McConkey's arms and lad McConkey is tackled at the one Jesus. So that's like 55 yards right there, but the other one is Steve Palazolo said it on Twitter. He's like, I think I've seen Justin Herbert throw the exact same pick every game this year. And it's like, he looks left and then he, he throws right, right to a defender. That is just dropping into his own over the middle of field. I think he's done that every single game this season. Yeah, he doesn't drew breeze who is not really critical of players. Drew breeze said in the same breath basically about that interception. Yeah. Like, he just doesn't know its zone. And then he just says, honestly, he's kind of just seeing ghosts. Yeah. He does look just shell shocked out there, like the thousand yards, the, the famous thousand yard stair soldier from World War II, that's just like what Justin Herbert looks like at all times. There are times this show is face. He just, he feels like, it just feels like he doesn't know what he's seeing anymore. The chargers have gone 27 straight possessions without scoring a touchdown. 27. They haven't scored an offensive touchdown since October 11th. Oh, my God, so I'm that can't be right. Say that again. Well, that's so sad. They still can't run the ball at all. Can't say the worst, but it's actually worse than it sounds because the defense for the chargers was great. The Ram!
Cramps, Craig, you ready for the shit? The Rams didn't get a first down until their sixth drive. The Rams did not get a first down on their first five drives and the chargers still sucked. - The chargers were up nine to three in the second quarter. - Really, God. This is like really one of the weirdest things we've ever seen. I think this is one of the weirdest things we've ever seen. - Did we go through a mass psychosis thinking it wouldn't happen? - No, I think-- - Oh, they're worse than ever. - Yeah. - I think this is totally bizarre that they're oh and seven and that this is happening. I mean, Justin Herbert was like, I don't know, arguably one of the best five to 10 quarterbacks in the NFL, you could argue. I mean, there were moments in this guy's career where people were like, he is a top five person, you wanna start your franchise with. - Dude, Fandals over under was nine and a half wins. - He was like a top five MVP candidate. - Yeah. - He is, he is now the Carson Wentz. Drake May is back and Herbert is like the Carson Wentz. I still think Herbert is and can be good. But he is-- - Obviously, he was good for like six straight years in the NFL. - He-- - That's not what the haters would say, Craig. - I know, but he wasn't, I mean-- - I still will defend him. - He was great. - He was great. - He was good. - Whenever people criticize Herbert, I'm always thinking there were so many stats where it's like his defense had given up like 34 points more than Joe Burrow, Lamar's, Mahoms' and everyone's combined, like by a lot. And like, but Herbert, so they said this stat on the broadcast and it blew my mind. Two years ago, Herbert threw three picks in a season. - Oh yeah. - Yeah. - He said 2024, he had 23 touchdowns in three picks. I know his picks can be volatile, but I'm like, he has eight this year. And they're all the more than one in every game. - He has 10 this year. - Sorry, sorry, yeah, he had eight entry in this week. - He's the only quarterback in the NFL with a pick in every game. - Yeah, he's an abomination. - So it was bad. It was, okay, okay, that's good to know. (laughing) - Craig is just looking for a sliver of hope. - Oh my God, that was so much worse. - Sorry, bud. - Oh God. - I started just when Herbert overcame where this week came. - So I just wanted to put it out there. - It's time for America's favorite segment. - Oh boy. - Oh boy. - Yeah, we're short. Oh, something about that. - I don't know. - It's like a squelch. - I know, I don't know about it. - We'll have to. (laughing) - I don't know what it should be. Maybe it should be nothing. I'm not sure. - People got mad that we didn't have a soundtrack, but the problem is they sound like poop. And it's like, that's bad too. - Right, right. - I don't wanna hear that. - I, I don't know, I don't know the answer. Oh, anyway. - Do you guys have any for me today, or would you like me to ask you? - What on the street is you wanna turn it on us? - Right, that'd be great, really. - Okay, go ahead. - For my point of view. All right, Ashton Gentee, guys. - Okay. - Fart or shart? Two carries today for nine yards. He didn't get his first touch until like six minutes left in the second quarter. Mike Washington took over as a starter. And he had 25 carries. Ashton Gentee, what was it? Two or three? - Two. - Two. Ashton Gentee, Fart or shart? First of all, do you think this was because he talked, he gave like a Bolton board material this week for the Jets, like saying they didn't wanna tackle? Or. - Well, I actually, I actually have Cam get the audio of it 'cause I couldn't believe he said it. Cam, can you play with Ashton Gentee said? - We can do it. Get out for these guys. Couple of guys out there that don't wanna tackle, but I'm not gonna say names. - Brutal. Do you think it's because of that that he was being punished by Clinton? - Yeah. - Of course it was. Of course it was 'cause of that. He got one carry in the first half. - 25 carries for. - 25 carries for. - For what she did. - Two carries for Gentee. Okay, so I guess the question is, is he back in the number one spot next week? Again, everything's fine? Of course it's a sharp. - Well, I think on the entire, I think the idea of Ashton Gentee being like a dependable guy who's like the number one running back on your roster, I think that's over. That is a sharp. I don't think him getting two carries a game and him being the backup now, or like the third down back. I don't think that's gonna happen anymore. But I also like, he has two, how many ankle sprains do you have? Like 12? (laughs) - Part of me is worried that. This was sort of related to the thing that he did where he gave them bolt and board material, but also he's been completely ineffective running the football this year. And they're like, let's just give Mike Washington a chance to do this, and turn him into like a third down back. - I think the real answer is, you know that like that's saying like never waste a crisis. - Yeah. - Like I think Ashton Gentee gave Clint Cooper that opportunity to bench him and see what the offense maybe hypothetically would look like with Mike Washington? - By the way, the Raiders won 38 to 33 over the Jets. - Yeah, the offense looked incredible. Borderline unstoppable, 38 to 33 in this game. And I think that I don't really understand why they can't, I'm not a fucking doctor. He has plantar fasciitis in his foot, which again, it's just what? - Plastic group foot tears in your foot muscle of various sizes that aren't gonna heal in time for the season. So rest, from what I understand, resting your plantar fasciitis as a running back for like six days, not really gonna do it. You need like six weeks or three months. And so it's just gonna be like next year, hopefully his foot doesn't have all these little tears in him. So it's just like a pain management thing. Eli Manning said it was the worst thing that never happened to him in like 20 years, just plantar fasciitis. And like. - I'm kind of worried. I mean, like I'm kind of worried this was not totally related to him saying that in the press. Like I think they might maybe are just like, excuse. - He said he was informed before the game that this was the game plan. - Yeah, Kubiak told him. - Right, and Kubiak said, I mean, like lying is fine. He people lie all the time, but Kubiak said after the game. - Kubiak said after the game that that wasn't because of what he said. - Yeah, and John Harb also said camp scataba was bad. - I'm just saying, but that yeah, like in my heart, I don't think I could trust Mike Washington next week and like start him and feel confident about it. But I think there's a chance here that this is like, they'd made this switch, whatever, like the whatever he said in the press is part of it. It's not like this. Connor Hayward's a full back. He got a carry in this game. Like you know what I mean? Like it's not going to be like Ash and Jenny gets two carries. I think the issue is they took Ash and Jenny with the six pick. - Right. - And they don't, how do you be like, it's a committee. - Because they can use this excuse that he's like, really banged up and has been completely ineffective. - I have, because they're trying to win. - Because he, they let him be competitive. Basically this is what's been problem the whole year is like, I think a lot of Rader fans have been like, shut him down. And he's obviously really injured. And Kubiak has said that I want him to go out there and play. If he feels that he can play, I'm not going to tell a player he can't play. - I mean, that's, yeah, I understand that to a degree. But you've seen now that Mike Washington is a capable enough like back as a rookie to like sustain that workload. I feel like you can give Jenny a month off. - No, this is Jenny getting sound bitten. - That's right, D.K. That's in term, sound bitten. I don't know, I'm kind of worried about Jenny. I think I agree with you though this is probably more related to. - Here's the thing, teaching him a lesson, but still. - It doesn't matter. And that's why it's a fart. Because you're going to play Ashen Gentie every single week. Because even in this game, - He's still the most disastrous thing that could possibly happen, which is Ashen Gentie had one carry for like two thirds of the game. He finished with like nine points, you know why? Because Ashen Gentie ended up with his receiving numbers in this game where he salvaged it because he ended up having three catches for 64 yards because he ripped off a 45 yard catch. - Yeah. - His first touch, yeah. - Gentie might not end up being the guy who gets 25 carries a game. Like maybe that's not his style, but like I still think there's a very real shot that he's just Alvin Camera. And he's like a very good fantasy player for the decade. - I think it'll be interesting. People that are starting to compare him to Trent Richardson, which is obviously-- - I still believe in Gentie. - A huge concern, I do too, but-- - I still think he's, I think we're really, really underestimating that he had really bad injury in August, and now also has planter for Shytis. - I will say, we have to remember this for next year that the Jeremiah love Ashen Gentie avoid them 'cause their thing was 100% correct for both. 'Cause Jeremiah love also, there's a perfect far to show up to Canada 'cause he came back this weekend and he barely played. He got hurt again immediately. - I totally agree, but like I am, I don't know, I'm trusting my eyes when I have seen Ashen Gentie healthy, how good he can look, and him in Kubiak. Year two, again, we always do this where it's like, if the coach comes in and the offense isn't great, immediately, we panic. I would happily take Gentie healthy in year two with Kubiak next year. - Awesome, it's just chomping at the bit somewhere. It's just absolutely just kind of awesome still. - Yeah. - Deke, I'm gonna ask you something. Omar Cooper Jr. Jets Rookie comes out, has like 250 yards combined the last two weeks. - Yeah. - I'm gonna start him in the ringer league. I forget he were playing. - It's playing you, you ask. - Right, yeah, yeah, actually, well, we're gonna get to that in a second, but you played him against me. 80 Mitchell comes back. 80 Mitchell has a top five receiving day on me. - Fuck it. - 80 Mitchell. - And Omar Cooper does not have a, do you even get a target in this game? - No target. straight.
- You say nothing. - So what is he out there? So is this for a player who again was dominant, like it elite fantasy-wise for the two weeks, but he only did that when 80 Mitchell was really not playing. - Right. - 80 Mitchell's back, is this like a fart or a shirt for Omar Cooper, like should you even play or maybe even roster him if 80 Mitchell's gonna be here? Or is it gonna be like, what is this, fart or shirt for Omar Cooper? - I would say it's a fart, this does not to me to make 80 Mitchell super trustworthy. 80 Mitchell has been like the opposite of trustworthy throughout his career. I think he's flashed at times certainly, and he has really good route running ability, but his hands have been completely all over the place. I'm looking at the numbers, like the underlying numbers, they ran the exact same number of routes, 80 Mitchell and Omar Cooper. It was just sort of one of those games where 80 Mitchell got every target. And Omar Cooper was just hanging out running on the run. - What one could call that not being open? - Maybe, maybe. Based on the last two games before that, though, I probably wouldn't say that. I would say you're probably gonna be playing Wacomall with the Jets in general. You got like Mason Taylor, Keni and Sadiqa, I sick ass catch today. Garrett Wilson's still very good, 80 Mitchell's back now. So, you know what I mean? It's gonna be one of those things where highly volatile, what I still think Omar Cooper's gonna be part of the offense. He played more snaps than 80 Mitchell. He ran the same number of routes. This was just a weird goose at game. He, you shouldn't drop him, he sits on your bench. He's a classic rookie wide receiver where like, you don't know what's gonna happen each week. And maybe by the end of the year, it becomes more consistent, but you shouldn't drop him. - Also, Omar, I have to, I'm sorry, DK, throw out of the bus, but we were playing in the ringer league this week. And you did my favorite thing, which is at like, 130, like half an hour into the games. Garrett Keni had like a rushing touchdown for Baltimore. And you have Garrett Keni in the ringer league. And the touchdown gets called back for holding, which was a bad call. And you texted me and you're like, you know, I think that that touchdown, that could end up being the difference in our matchup this week. I mean, not getting those six points. And I'm gonna see really makes it happen. - It could have, you know what? It could have. Who knows, sliding doors moment. - Can I see this? - It was sick in the head, it really does. - Just because you're beating me by like 40, does not change what I said at the moment, all right? Who knows what would happen? Maybe he would have scored seven touchdowns. Maybe Lamar, yeah, maybe Tyler, hopefully. - You never know, man. - You never know. We'll never know. - You just need Deandre Swift to score 47 points. - Against the Seahawks. - Yeah. - Great. Tough week. - DK, would you rather Deandre Swift scores 47 points and you come back to beat Heivitz and the greatest fantasy comeback in the history of the world? But the Seahawks lose. Or you lose to Heivitz and the Seahawks win. - I'd rather lose to Heivitz. I've already accepted it. I've already lost. Let's be honest. Be grad Seahawks, you're still in first. - Well, we'll see what Bangkok Craig has to say about that. - Oh, well, Bangkok Craig, you're my only hope. I thought Mal or he was doing the reverse psychology. - This is the third straight week, man. - She was sitting back, it's the last three weeks. So Mal, Mal and I are playing, I'm up nine going into Monday night against Mal. I have Luther Burden and she has Jackson Smith and Jigba and I have nine points, which I would still rather be her, 'cause Jackson said that, you know, he scores like 25 points. - 23 points. - What are the Yahoo odds that she wins? - And she is, it's like 52-48, she's projected to win. And she's texting me like a game. Like it's over. - I hate that. - Your guy Burden's gonna do it. Like it's obvious to me, I can't believe I'm gonna lose, 'cause of Michael Penix. I'm like, you have Jackson Smith and Jigba. I get the best. - Jackson's under 124 yards per game. - We have, we shame each other in our group text for fantasy if someone does the whole good game thing way too early. We're like, the fuck outta here. (laughing) - Well played, good game. You got this one. - GG off. - Shut the fuck up. - Yeah. Any other intrusive thoughts? - Yeah, I had one. So I was watching the Cardinals Dallas game and the receiver on the Cardinals, I believe his name is Reggie Virgil, the rookie. Had what I thought was gonna be a touchdown and then he slammed into the base of the goalpost and kind of dropped the ball and then he kind of hurt, and he hurt his back. And I'm like, why is that there? Why the fuck is that there? That makes no sense. Why is that there? These guys are running a hundred miles an hour. Why? Have it float, have it come out of the back of the stadium or something? Have it come to a horizontal or like, why is it just like two yards behind the end zone? Oh, they put a pad around it, that doesn't help. It's so stupid. - Yeah, it's the rapid deceleration of your body. Like that's gonna hurt. - He just ran right into it and messed up his back and I'm like, this is so stupid. - Yeah. Don't they have it float in other sports? I feel like it's all that hard. - 'Cause it float and rugby? - Engineering-wise. - I'm just like, this is okay. - Or make the thing go back further. - I'm just like, I was just shocked. I'm like, it's just in the middle of the end zone where guys are running slants right into it. - We have the technology to fix this. - Okay, cool. I use the end of that guy's rookie season 'cause it's just a giant pole in the middle of the field. Cool. - I always think of this when players run into photographers with eight foot long, you know, like telephoto lenses. - It weighs like 30 pounds, yeah. - If you have these lenses, can you back the fuck up a little bit? Like people are getting trucked on the sidelines. - You didn't see it coming. - I feel very strongly that like, I think court side seats at the NBA is insane. I think like all the photographers at the base of the super crazy. - Oh yeah, the fact that the NBA players have to like die. - Nick, you know, get your bareling into a photographer, like twice a game. - People are crazy, man. This is like, well, we always see that people lighting the streets on the rally car races. And these cars are going by it like 150 miles an hour flying through the air. And people are like, whoa, that was awesome. - I mean, if you go to masters and you watch like Jordan's speed flying out of the drive of the ball, there's like 50 yards of people lined as narrow, crazy. I'm like, dude, if-- - Where should we get you hit by a golf ball? No, the foot, nothing you put it out. The goal post thing, I actually can't believe it, they don't hit, run into that thing more. - It's kind of shocking that you don't see that. - Who is it? - Stefan Diggs jumped and hugged it and got a penalty. - Right, yeah, God forbid you do that. That's a flag. - But if you flag and the people put it in there. - And break your back, that's okay. I just like, is it, it must be really hard to, like it really must be quite, you know, an engineering quagmire. - Well, you know how college, but you know, Canadian football league, oh, Craig, wait, actually can't wait to, I'm gonna send you a photo. You're gonna love-- - Can you put ball goal post? I'm looking it up now. - I can't wait for you to find out where this thing is. - Oh. - For those who don't know, in Canadian football, it's in the dead center of the end zone. Like right by the goal line. Like it's literally a huge, huge-- - Why did you not send it to me? - I'm sending it right now. (laughing) - He just sent it to Craig home. - No, I texted you right now. It's a huge burden. It's directly in the middle of the end zone. - Oh. - Canadian football league. They sit-- - They have to go around it if they're running routes. - Is it rugby like that kind of as well? - Yes, I think so. But I don't know how that sport works, so. - Hang it from the ceiling or something. Like, we can figure that out. - They get the fucking sky cam thing. - You gotta remember that this is a sport that until, well, even now, the sport now currently doing virtual measurements, which are fake. (laughing) - Bring back the chains, I missed the chains. - Pretending, this $20 billion of your companies is pretending they're doing virtual measurements. But the other one is, I always love that the goalposts, by the rules, the letter of the law extend to infinity. - Right. Like a beam of light shoots out of them. - Right. - But they won't actually just make them taller. - No. - Like that, they will not make the goalpost taller. - I just want the idea. - Kind of often, the kicks are above the goalposts. - I just love the idea of like the guy who approves like new safety regulations or something and he's like in his NFL big fancy office overlooking Manhattan. And somebody comes up to him and he's like, "Hey, another guy ran into the goalposts thing. (laughing) Should we change that?" And he's like, "Hmm, he like pulls out his cat pet." So he's like, "Hmm." How many people have run into it this year? It's like four, and he's like, nah. (laughing) - It's acceptable. - Call me when we get the double digits. - And then I'll think about it. - My intrusive thought, I don't even know what it is, but I was just so struck by how much rain there was today. Florida, man. Florida. - Wait, what did the intrusive thought? - I don't know, but I can't imagine that. - He's like, holy shit, there's a lot of rain. - I kept thinking of, I couldn't stop thinking about - This damn El Nino or Leninia. - So much rain, man. Like, you were watching, dude. Bucks, the Bucks, dude, Patriots Dolphins. Vrables was so mad, he was so wet. And it was like, why is your hair so wet? - And then they would cut to this other thing. And I'm like, oh my God, I can't believe, I was like, and sometimes I want to go outside and I'm like, why do people care about rain? Stop being such a little wimp. And then I'm watching the rain today. I'm like, I would even want to tend that game. I can't believe people were in the stands. There was so much rain in this Dolphins Patriots game. It looks horrible. It's myself.
But do you guys ever if you like getting a little bit wet in the rain sucks, but getting super wet's kind of fun If you have access to getting caught in the rain like if you commit to the rain, it's actually fun. Yeah, it's whimsical But like if you have like an hour drive home Yeah, I guess you have an hour if you're like at your house and you're like, oh, no, like yeah, who cares? You take a shower. I want you wait. Go ahead. No, I just did you guys see how much fucking rain there was? It was dumping Florida man got crushed today. Anyway, that's it. I had one other interesting thought about Brian Thomas who Today on the Jags he had a touchdown and I believe he had one catch today. Let me check. Yeah, he had one catch for a touchdown 12 yards It was like early. It was the first touchdown for the team first quarter Part of me was kind of like did the the Jags just like give a proof of life for Brian Thomas to dictate him They're like, look see he's good touchdown Pretty good, right? And then he's like, yeah, okay, I think like he's still done. He's still got it That was an average that was at a restaurant and they're like we have the Mahi Mahi and you're like, oh, that's going bad soon Yeah, like that was the first commercial fish for a player during the game That's what he swear they were like, hey everybody check this out the Mader D's like Push the fish the waiter's like, I mean, I wouldn't order it Yeah, that was that was an intrusive thought. I was like, I think the free the freezers on the fritz You're just dangling Brian Thomas here, and they just like let him catch a touchdown and yeah, 100% 100% No, I think you're right about that. I had that regular thought Craig. I think that was a real thought I was speaking of which I think that the next award here I think we have to give the Chase Brown Cuck corner award, which again Craig I think we're doing it like it follows wherever every every name of the awards off the last Yes, yeah, it follows Brown was horror film about like a like a demon STD Yeah, this is the same thing, but it's for underperforming in fantasy when the team has a large scoring day. So yes, and so The Chase Brown Cuck corner. It's not the Parker Washington Cuck corner Yeah, because the Jaguars had 40 points in like three quarters like it was 42 to 7 at the end of the third quarter And surely like if you're like Craig and maybe you're just checking the box score and you're not just locked in the Jags Colts You're checking your team like oh 42 points to the Jags But Parker Washington had a great day, right? Right he must have had like two catches, right? No, nope. He's been at one catch for a 26 total yards. I got to say the Parker Washington experience Has been a little bit bumpy. There's been some turbulence. It was a fun first month. It's been kind of shitty Yeah, and now it's been a little rough. He has two games this year with one catch I would definitely I think Parker Washington's a by-law because I actually think it's still thinking to delete receiver and it just happened to be a pretty bad game Scripts, but I think he's actually unbelievable and I would go get him still I think people are upset now. Yeah, I agree I don't think it's like a him problem, but I do think the Jags spread the ball I don't think a single Jaguar had more than two catches today And they just like have so they have so many good players That's probably never happened in a history of the NFL where a team scores more than 40 points and no player is more than two catches Yeah, I think the books did that last week Whoa Fair Fair point Okay, I see you That's not true because Chris Godwin four catches This is funny because my buddy Kai Text texted me a picture of a chair in a corner of a hotel room and just said Parker Washington Yeah, yeah, yeah, do you can you have a chair in a hotel room now? That's not a cook chair or they all just cook chairs Well, I mean you can see what's the positioning of a chair in a hotel that's not a cook chair. Well, it's face the other way It's faced away from yeah to the window. I like I like I like to see the hotel rooms now that have like Like a cuck desk. Yeah, like a like like a something is set up like facing the bed Or like the bath or like the toilet is like basically you can see the bed from the toilet Yeah, I want to get into a toilet. It's just like nine chairs pointed at the bed and you're like, oh, no Kind of hotel is just What's that what's that one where it's like Ben Ben Shapiro gets in the middle of everyone just fucking debates him It's like oh right, right, yeah speed dating. Yeah. Yeah, it's like everyone just comes in yells at the person in the middle And it's like Nick Wright or talking about LeBron or Ben Shapiro being like debate me and it's like that but for you know I don't say the speed dating but for for a podcast kind of a decent idea Imagine that Mm-hmm two people sitting opposite one other two mics one guy's the perm perma host and then and then there's just a group of people cycling through and they get 60 seconds And then and then at the host likes you like hit a button and you get to stay longer interesting I think isn't that what we just do get points. Yeah What do you mean with Ben Shapiro? Didn't yeah, I just feel like that's what we were just talking about but that was like a debate that he would just do that like for fun That was a podcast wasn't it wasn't he doing that at like rallies or were they making that a podcast like a show to show like a YouTube show Oh, okay, all right. There you go. Is there an RSS feed and then it's a pod Hey cooking And I guess do go and I'll reach out to Ben Okay, there you go the other person who had a studio going with basial to it and basial student Fuck it did that off the down 150 scrimmage yards rushing touchdown receiving touchdown He's pretty great. I'm not gonna lie dude. He looked unbelievable today Touchdown run Yeah, it worked. This was like another again We've been talking about like the hyped up players this offseason that just like worked out The basial student was one of the riskiest players you could take in fantasy this year a true unknown This guy is not an early draft pick. It was like I guess it's him and Chris Rodriguez We didn't know how that was gonna work You were like you just had to like blindly trust in the Liam Cohen running game and it took a little bit to get going But he's been he's been like great. I was at a wedding this week He had a lot of her junior tech guys and they were like we knew we knew But that I don't I don't think they did though I Think they are also surprised right right a little Another another flex category today. I wanted to quote of the day Cam were we able to get this jacquon brisker quote in this the stealer safety on the talking about your verse in the Browns That attack or we think the job the author to bind against I mean them just playing team football that we you know worry about him But you should have kept his mouth shut all that talking and you know to come out with zero tackles I mean that's bad. You didn't stand behind with your words and you just stand on business He got a little bit self in the mirror and you know get better. I love that That's gonna be like DK next time we talk shit or like you should say that to me. You're like you know what? You didn't you didn't stand behind your words. You didn't stand on business and you need you need to look in the mirror Look at the mirror get better. I like to say he went out and had zero tackles. That's bad Yeah, that's bad Derogatory he had zero tackles derogatory. I like that he if you didn't know any better. You'd assume jacquon brisker's been a stealer for like 15 years Close that was like a cool like Like the long leather jacket. He's in the matrix. Whoa. Yeah I always you don't always think about I always think about how stupid I Love those guys was feel putty the clothes back on when you like lose really badly You know like Russell Westbrook versus like metal armor t-shirt to a game and then they lose by 50 And you gotta put that shit back on didn't Russell Westbrook ones weren't like a like a construction vest Yeah So I went I went to this wedding this weekend and I'm at the airport shout out Tulsa, Oklahoma You you went to Tulsa this weekend. Yeah, hell yeah shout out Chris and Whitney, and we're in the airport. It's Halloween people are dressed up and One of the guys doing the baggage for the airport is dressed like a cone like he's just a giant cone It was really funny He's like taking the bags of the giant cone, but he's kind of moving in and out of the site So I'm like Jackie like that guy's dressed like a cone turn around. He's disappeared. She's like hun I think he's just wearing a vest It's just so people can see him on the tarmac. No. No. He's like a cone She's like they all wear that. Oh sweet. Oh bless your heart And I'm like, no, he was a cone. So then I'm gonna start looking around the airport for this fucking cone guy You gotta go find him like sir please tell me you're dressed up as a cone right see the giant cone Well, I found him you did find him. Yeah, I found him say put it on Instagram. Oh Did you take a picture with this cone? I found him. Oh, don't you take a photo with him or you took a photo of him? Is that a federal lie of? Okay, not with Okay, I think it's fine though. Look at that Look at that guy. That guy is dressed as a cone. It's just like a cone confirmed. That is a cone He's just like a cone flex category worst coach decision of the day It was hard to beat Brian Dable calling a quarterback draw from like one yard line Which I think I've never seen before the slowest developing run play in football just like in your own end zone They'll never expect it.
- Yeah. - Yeah. - That was like the most egregious run safety I've seen in a long time. You know, normally they're like, always right at the goal line, is that a safety? No, he was a solid two to three yards in the end zone. - Do you know how slow developing a run has to be to deac his point that it's not even close? Like most safeties are close. - All the refs immediately were like see. - Yeah, they're just like so excited. They're fine. - The rest never did that. - Yeah, they were like, "No, that'd be a safety." - Yeah, we trained for this. But however I think it gets undone by Aaron Glenn once again, bless his heart. I actually don't know if Aaron Glenn will be the coach of the Jets tomorrow. Aaron Glenn bless his heart. He needs to stop explaining what he's thinking about at the end of the game. - He shouldn't refuse to answer questions. - He should be the first, he should just get fined every week to know what his conference is. - It would save him money. - He was already fined too much for that fucking flag thing. You know where he's like dangling the flag. He's like, I don't have enough money for this. So Aaron Glenn, I don't know how to explain the situation perfectly, but basically the Jets are down five to the Raiders. And they are at like their own 50. And there's like-- - Their own 50 or their-- - You're sorry. - Fuck. - I'm out of here. - Aaron Glenn's like, what is this guy know? - No, they're at their 30. And they have 14 seconds left. - Sorry, that was mean of me. - That was mean of me. - No, that's good. - You made me like hot. - Go in the kettle. No, but anyway, they're basically like, I mean in the moment, I think Greg Olsen's the announcer forget and they're like, why are they not having any routes to the sideline? They sit like all four receivers to the end zone. And they're like, why wouldn't you have anyone run to the sideline? And you could just like throw the ball to the sideline and go to the end zone again from like, you know, 15 yards out, something a little more reasonable than basically like a short hill marry. So they ask Aaron Glenn this. And his answer was basically, well, we thought we had enough time to like, throw the ball and then run up and spike it. So we were trying to pull a fast one on him. And I'm like, what do you mean? (laughing) - What do you mean? - Like, what do you surprise them by going to the end zone? Like, what are you talking about? Like, what do you, like, I just, every time this guy explains the end of football games, I wonder if, like, I feel like honestly, it's like talking to my dad. - Every press conference, you hear, you're like, there's gonna have no grasp on how to operate a team and have any clock management. - No, the clock management, it's like he actually should just outsource it, like he'd be better off. I actually think he could manage the coach, manage the locker and manage all this stuff. He is one of the worst end of game coaches I've ever seen. Again, exemplified by the outscored 107 to, like, nine in the final two minutes of the first half, which again, is impossible. Anyway, it's impossible. Imagine a football game that the score was 107 to nine and there's, like, eight minutes left in the game. Anyway, sorry, I just, I only have a chance as I have left to make fun of Aaron Glenn. - 14 seconds left, they chucked it into the end zone. Triple coverage, right? - Cool, which just doesn't make sense, okay. - The funny thing is if, like, Declan Doyle was calling plays for the Jets, or I guess the play calling maybe isn't bad, but I feel like the Jets could be good, I don't know. - Yeah. - Okay, two tight ends to outscored Cal Pits in a lie. - I thought Cal Pits was back, Craig. - Okay, well, it was a swamp today out there. - Fair, okay, fine. - All right, tight ends to outscored Cal Pits in a lie. Jake Brinningstool. - Why do tight ends always have the weirdest names? - I know, they have, like, old English names. (laughing) Well, this won't help. Ben Yurasek and James Mitchell. - You know, the other guy who has got a fun name, the new Cowboys guy who's kind of popping off Breven Span Ford. - Cowboys have got to be confused with Luke Scoon-Maker. - Right. - Luke Shit Builder. - Tight ends to have funny names. - I don't know any of those guys you just said. So, first guy. (laughing) - Do you get what you're guess? - Man, I haven't heard about James Mitchell in like two years. What's he doing? I'll say, yeah, I'll say Ben Yurasek. - Craig's right. - It's Jake Brinningstool. - Sometimes it is not simple, you know? - Jake Brinningstool is a real guy. - What's Ben Yurasek doing? - Ben Yurasek. - Ben Yurasek, I'll have you know, for the Minnesota Vikings had one catch for 24 yards. Out did Calpitz. - Is James Mitchell? - James Mitchell catches for six yards. - Did James Mitchell play today? - James Mitchell did play today. - Wow. - James Mitchell had, he, what did he do? He got a touchdown somehow. (laughing) - Did he? - He recovered a fumble in the end zone. - Oh yeah, that was it. (laughing) - James Mitchell fell on it. - Classic. Oh my God, okay. - All right, this is an important, burn book. This is an important burn book. - Because there's a lot of candidates. - I know who I wanna burn. - Who? - Lamar. But he got hurt, so it doesn't really count. But it's just so frustrating. - Remember, we only allow burns to injured players if it's AJ Brown. - Okay. - Well, it was the first frickin' play. - It was the first play. - And you waited three weeks for this motherfucker to come back. - Three weeks. - You know what I mean? - I mean, we're not gonna burn Lamar, but like that was my initial. That was my gut emotional reaction. - I always say this. It's always something. - It ruined your season. If you dropped it in your seasons over. - Yeah. - It's always something with Lamar, dude. It's just seven years of this now. It's like, he's the only quarterback that gets sick and misses time, we hear about it. That's right. He's the only quarterback that shits his pants and like leaves the game. Like it's just always something, man. - I mean, last week he's telling the press, yeah, I'm trending towards playing her. I'm feeling good about playing it and then he's like, nah, actually, just kidding. I'm not gonna play. - Like I would argue about Lamar's play. - Lamar has missed more time at work. Sick than every other quarterback we know combined. - It's like the office basically. - So I see here, you've been missing a lot of work lately. Well, I wouldn't say I've been missing it, Bob. That's Lamar. - Can I throw out two nominees? - Please. - Jeremiah Love. - He got hurt too. - He did, but he sat out the last two weeks. - He just, he just told me only, he came from. - Hold on. - Yeah, that guy's been out of her. - Hold on, hold on, here's my case. One Lamar plays, he's great. When he plays, he's great. Jeremiah Love has had one good game all season. Every time he plays, he's been bad. And you could say it's, but he's playing in the game. - But it's not like what Jeremiah Love does can be easily replaced by the other guy, the team. Like what did the guy replace Jeremiah Love do today? - Well, it wasn't the guy who replaced it. It was the third string guy. - Oh, good point. - His bad back was like the next guy to get carried. - Good point. Tyler Lger, number one running back in the entire league this week, right? - Like, like, half, you know. - That's like, that's the ultimate insult. - Five weeks of play. - First play. - And you're like, well, it's because of his ankle. Shut him down, then they shut him down for two weeks. He comes back to getting all excited. You start him again. Nine carries, 23 yards ankle. - Sure, but that's also literally Lamar. Like, everything you said about that was the same. - Well, Lamar was a good body. - Lamar was a good body. - That's for last year. - The entire day. - The entirety of last year. - But Lamar, this year was good. What do you play? - I think Jeremiah Love is the answer between those two for one reason, which is, he got hurt before the season, which means that you either drafted him and then he got hurt, which is infuriating. Or you took Jeremiah Love knowing he was hurt, thinking, yeah, it'll be fine. And it's just been exactly what everyone made fun of you for the draft, which is, you took someone who's hurt, and that's really dumb. And then now every week, you're like, fuck, I should not have took it this time, it's really hurt. - My normal strategy and fantasy of just pretending not to see an injury and thinking everything will be fine has not been working very well this year. It's kind of the biggest difference between us. - Yeah, football, like, I don't know. - You worry a lot, and I'm just like, yeah, it'll be fine. What's there to worry about? What could go wrong? - I don't know. - The only thing I wanted to toss out is Bryce Young. - How dare you? - And I know how if it's you won and you're doing well. - How dare you? - But like, Bryce Young started really hot, and he's been pretty mid now for like a week. - I think that's crazy. - It never did feel really bad. - 20 points, two weeks ago. - He had 20 points, three weeks ago. Last two weeks, you had 10 today, five last week. - Well, what's, how do you count three weeks ago? Three games ago. Yeah, but like-- - Hi, if this is incapable of losing a point. - You know what I mean, D. - Was it this game? Was it last game or was it three games ago? - Okay, but today was week eight. - Yeah. - So D.K., like, how would you describe week six? - I'm saying out of this. You guys can-- - No, I'm not, I'm not crazy. - Three games ago. - Yeah, I know, but you know what you're doing. Three weeks ago, you're making it seem like it was longer than it was. - Yeah, but weeks don't matter. It's the games. How many games ago was it? - Okay, but that's not what you said. You said, I said two weeks ago, you had 20 points. And you're like, well, that was three weeks ago. And that's what you said. - No, you're being literal doctor here. And you're like, technically, the words I said are correct. Spiritually, you were wrong. Three games ago, he had 19 points. - But was today one game ago? That was two games ago. - What point are you trying to say
that two games ago, he scored 19 or three games ago, he scored 19. How many points did he have two games ago? - Five. (laughs) - That was one game ago. (laughs) That was like this game is 10. - I gotta say it's great to not be in on this. - I'm fucking loving it. - I know what you mean, but I feel like you're trying to twist the words to make it sound as though it's like the last game you played before this one, he had a big game. He's had two bad games in a row. - I'm, I, both that, I am making that point, but I also actually am, I'm wondering if this is like a, I feel like we're doing the who's on first. I did watch the game field thing. - Kind of. - He had two bad games in a row is what I'm saying, and even the one before that was like five. - Yeah, that's fair. Well, no, he was a third. - I think, I understood what Craig was talking about when he said three weeks ago. - He had 20. - Like the last four performances, he had 20 points, 20 points, five and 10. So he had two bad weeks in a row. - Yeah. - But before that, he had 20 points, the previous two weeks. So I feel like he had Bernie guy for that. - All right. - Okay. - I just feel like he's no longer like, now I feel like you're like, I don't know. - Here's the, when you say he has one more bad week, he's playing Denver next week. I think if he has three bad weeks in a row, he'll be in Bernt Territory. He's not there yet. - We can talk about that. If I had said to you, Lamar left the game on his first play one game ago. That'd be weird, right? If I said that, but that was just like this week. That was the day. - But if you said that on Friday, I feel like that would work. That's true. Thursday, a football makes it weird. Okay, I'll give you that. - Okay. - Let me look, wait. Since week three, oh no, sorry. Between weeks, yeah. So since week three, Bryce Young is the number 22 quarterback in fantasy. - The total points? - No, points per game. Week three to eight, he is averaging 14 fantasy points again, which is 22nd. - That makes me sad. (laughs) - He had two key moves. (laughs) - That's the first time, I think that's the first time I've ever seen hyphids presented with the facts. It'd be like, oh. - I just win an argument, but I know it's only shit. It's just what it feels like. - Oh my God. - We in your sixth show. - This is the first time I've ever seen him concede something, holy shit. That was amazing. That makes me sad. - He's like calling true media. I need you to find more points. (laughs) - You'll call him Rapids Burger. - Oh my God. - Find them. - Oh my God, that's good. - You wanted to join my love? - I think so. That guy's killing me. - He's just, he's just, anybody who has him's like, literally fucking the whole jar of my love experience. - Yeah, I think so. God, that was good. - You're looking the mirror. - He's been out scored by Malik Willis since we three. I mean, like, oh God. - Okay. - I was tempted to bring up Jalen Waddle to re-burn him because I did the thing. - I touched down today. - I know, but that's the problem, Craig. - And it took one conversion. - I did the thing that you did, which is I benched him because I was just like, he's been hurt all week. There's no fucking way. This is happening. And then I got to see him have a lot of very good game on my bench. - I mean, he had, he had 13 fantasy. It's not like that. - That's very good for him, all right? - Like, he had like a solid day. - That's very good. - The larger, we have to address this on like, Power Hour probably. If we do it the mid season Power Hour stuff, we had to talk about this. Jalen Waddle was the number 12 receiver today. But he had like 13 points. Like receiver, the position is so flat right now. When like, like Jalen Waddle's 13 points is like the 12th receiver. And then like if you're the 30th receiver, you had nine. It doesn't fucking matter, you know what I mean? Like at that point, it's basically tight end. Like, like the 12th tight end, it's Travis, like, I mean, Gunner Helms the 12 points with like the number eight tight end. And then it's like, it's just so flat at receiver this year. - It's a great point. - Yeah. - Waddle, if you look at his whole stat length, I mean, it's a mess this year. This is the last three. I mean, he had 13 today and then it's six, four, three. I get just a disaster. - Yeah, that's what I wanted to do the thing that you did. - He's already burned. (laughing) - No, no, but I'm just like, - I see a man that he got better. - He's like haunting me from the grave. - Oh, he had one like mediocre game in your pissed. - Oh my God, stop. (laughing) - Who am I talking to? - I'm like, I still sucks. I think I'm really sick. I don't know what either of you were saying. (laughing) - He's like, I'm bummed that he's good now. I'm like, he's not good now. He had 13 points at one game. - So you want to throw it in. - Just want to feel what Craig felt the minute he traded Jalen Waddle. Maybe I could trade him now. - Hey. - I have a good Waddle. - What would you just give me for Jalen Waddle? - Maybe you could trade him now. What am I, he had 39 yards today. (laughing) What are you talking about? - It's been at the last time. - Maybe I could trade him. So he pulled, oh, Jalen Waddle, three, four, six. - Oh, 13, yeah, I'll trade for him. (laughing) - You're not helping right now, Craig. He's a row of it. - Yeah, I know, that's the problem. - Look, I gotta find some sucker to trade with. Thank you, Cam. Thank you, Nikhil. Thank you, Austin. Thank you for listening. Thank you, Lord. - Lord. - Okay. So last month we did songs, "You're Embarrassed" that you love, which the playlist is on Spotify now. You can go listen to that. We now have three playlists up there. Millennial Bängers, '80s, the '80s, and songs "You're Embarrassed" that you love. And now, as we enter November of the new month, is songs that you rationally hate. And I'm gonna begin. Now, I don't hate this man at all. I actually think he's quite talented. I like a lot of his music. And he's one of the legends of songwriting and singing. But the song "Lovely Way" by Bill Weathers is the most in the world, song in the world. And I cannot stand. - Oh my God, that's great. - That's great. - It's so, he says day for so long. - "Lovely Day." And then you're like in a target, and that's playing. And then the second he stops you like exhale, and you're like, "We get it." "Lovely Day." It is horrible. - Oh my God, that's really funny. I've never thought about that, but he does say it for an ordinate amount of time. - I feel like the guy in "Dumb and Dumber." I'm like, "Guys, guys!" Like I have to really get out of wherever I am. I'm gonna have all of this run out. I can't take it. - I feel like this is the end when he's like, when you're J, he's saying he hates force comp. It's like, I bet you hate things that are universally love. - I can't stand "Lovely Day" by Bill Weathers and Paul is just a bill. - Oh, that's a classic, good start. - That. - I knew immediately what you were talking about too. It's a great song. - No, it's not. Just don't, if he didn't do that, it'd be a good song. - He says it for so long. - It's so annoying. I can't, I don't know why he's like that. - It's like a family guy bit. - It is. (laughing) - I feel like I'm the "Lovely Day." - I feel like I'm the "Lovely Day." - I'm the only one on planet Earth. I think who knows that they're fucking with me. Everyone else has been warped and tricked, except me. - I know that this is a test. - That's really good. - And everyone failed on Earth, except me. (laughing) - And Craig's like looking around. - How did they see this? - Emile has songs that you hate. I want to see if we can gather some firewood here. I want to see what songs the people hate. It's really good. Goodbye everyone. (upbeat music) (upbeat music) 21 plus in present in select states for Kansas in affiliation with Kansas, Tarkasino, or 18 plus in present in DC, or Wyoming.
