Week 6 Waiver Wire: Must-Add Players, Season-Long Stashes, and Yellowstone Bear Attacks

The Ringer Fantasy Football Show transitions into "stash week" by focusing on undervalued players who may become significant contributors later in the season due to injuries, roster shifts, or offensive realignments. Key stash targets include Mike Washington, the Raiders’ running back, who could step into a larger role after Ashton Gentee’s injury; Kaelin Black, a rookie gaining carries in San Diego; and Emmett Johnson and Jonah Coleman, who offer depth in the backfield. Among receivers, Jeremy Bernard is highlighted for his growing role with the Steelers and trust from Aaron Rodgers, while Antonio Williams shows consistent performance in Washington. Tight ends like Pat Fryermouth and Brenton Strange are praised for their red-zone production and targets. Other high-upside players include Kenyan Sidiq (Jets) and Omar Cooper (Rams), both recovering from injuries and potentially gaining volume. The discussion underscores the importance of long-term planning, especially with second-year players and rookies who may surge late in the season. The episode balances serious fantasy strategy with lighthearted trivia about bear-related fatalities in Yellowstone and crocodile populations in Australia, reinforcing its engaging, conversational tone. Ultimately, the show advocates for patience, trust in team dynamics, and a forward-looking approach to roster building.

Welcome to the Ringer Fantasy Football Show. My name is Danny Hype. Today I'm joined by Danny Kelly and Craig Coral. Back to today. We are going over all the Musk ad players after week five, entering week six. Here's how it's going to go work. We're going to go position by position. We're going to give our topic at that position and then we're going to have a trivia tie-breaker to decide who gets what's player and then you'll have to pick someone else. If you lose, it's not that complicated. You'll follow it as you go along, email us at [email protected]. If you have trivia questions for us, fantasy courts, emails, fantasy courts, we'll litigate things going on your group chat. One change this week, though, which is frankly, all the picks on waivers this week suck. They're all bad, like very sad, a sad group of waiver ads. And so this inspired us to change this up a little bit this week and maybe take a, I'm more toward the future, is that right, Craig? Yeah, this is going to be stash week. We're heading into week six. Well, we're looking at guys like Samaj P. Ryan and Roshan Johnson on the waiver. Why are this week? So less important and more important to maybe look at guys who a month or two from now could be significant contributors to your team. It happens every year, particularly rookies second year guys that that take a little bit of time to pop. If you look at last year, guys like Luther Burton, Jalen Coker, tight ends like Colston Loveland, that that come on late in the season. So that Harold Fanon is a great example. He was like a top five tight end closed the end of last year. So we're going to kind of go through like all the rookies and maybe some second year guys if we want that aren't doing anything that right right now, but you might want to add so that a month from now, when they're popping off, they're on your team. I'm glad we're doing this because I was looking. I don't know why, but this felt bleaker than earlier than ever for like what is her running back? I can out of waivers. And I'm looking and I'm like, is Naji Harris like one of the guys here for the Giants? Like we can't tell people to add, never mind, play any of these people. So I think this makes more sense. It also is more valuable. Colston Loveland being the perfect example. I know he sucks again this season. But Colston Loveland last year, I believe was the 50th best tight end in the first nine weeks of the season. It was barely playing second from that point on. And so it's a mix of playing time, injuries, whatever, environmental factors like with I mean teams, not the actual environment. Although maybe some teams maybe you never know. But yeah, I think this is like the perfect thing because there's some of these guys who are available waivers or some of them are by-laws that are like free. Like so you know what I mean? Some of these are just people hanging onto the bottom of like people's rosters that if you ask for an attray, they're like, oh my god, yeah, I'd love to get rid of this person. So I think it's a good it's a good time to do this. With that said, we can start with running back. And also, sorry, by weeks really get going this week. Bengals, lions, Vikings, dolphins. So that's all the other reason it's kind of not a bad reason to look toward like having higher upside younger guys rest of the way. It's like Joe Burrow and Chase Brown and Jamar Chase and Jared Goff and Amonron, Jameer Gibbs and Sam Laporta. Like there's a lot of good players and waivers. Sorry, I'm by this week. But we think you should aim for higher upside people. So with that said DK. Yeah. The only short term add this week. We don't have to do trivia. It's basically it's Damian Pierce for the Eagles, right? That's the only pair of adding real value that like maybe it's worth something. I mean, I would say if what he marks us still out there on waivers in your league, he'd be worth picking out just because David Montgomery is going to be out. He's weak to weak with a groin injury. Samaje P. Ryan is another player to mention here. It kind of felt like he got into a 50/50 time split with Brown. Chase Brown this week for the Bengals and maybe that continues on. So that's more of a speculative thing. And then like Hyvin said, Damian Pierce, Sequan's banged up. I don't know when he's coming back. Will Shipley has planter fasciaitis and is out indefinitely. So I mean, Damian Pierce had 11 carries for 14 yards. So I don't love that performance. They also had two catches for negative two yards. So overall, not a great day at the office, but he is probably going to be the lead back for the Eagles going forward for at least a week or two. So getting those guys out of the way. Let's talk about stashes. I think the guy that I probably would prioritize from this group of running backs, young running backs. First and second year guys is Mike Washington for the Raiders, just because of the way that they're utilizing Ashton Gentee. No one's wishing injury upon gentee, but it just feels like the fact he's already dealing with ankle injury and they're still giving him heavy volume. He's had a couple of like this last week. He ended up being limited on Thursday and then out on Friday and ended up doing the whole song and dance before the game where he went out and warmed up and proved to the team that he could go out there. There's just like we were hanging by a needle or by a thread here. And I just think they're feels like a greater chance that he might miss time just based on the way that they're utilizing him, the way that they're letting him go out there and run even though he's hurt. So and I do think he would be the next man up. I know that they have Dylan Lauvy and he would be kind of the third down two-minute drill guy, but it does feel like Washington would be the direct replacement for Gentee going forward if Gentee got hurt. Yeah, he's Mike Washington is rostered in 42% of Yahoo leagues. I do agree it's him because he checks a lot of boxes already, which is that one, we've seen it and he looks good. Like I already believe he is good and we've seen him get them all a little bit and perform already. Two, he's in an offense that I trust. Like I trust the Kubiak running a game system and I think the team is good. And then three, the guy starting ahead of him has like a legit ankle injury that's going to be with him probably for the rest of the season. So I think he checks every single box. So he would be my first pick as well because sometimes you don't want to just go after like handcuffs. You want to go after a guy like Joan of Coleman on Denver who could like potentially just outplay everybody else and be the number one running back. But Mike Washington because of I don't know his environment is pretty good. The Mike Washington thing. So 20 years ago Clinton Portis was the second round pick for the Broncos. And Clinton Portis was amazing. He had 3,000 rushing yards and like 30 touchdowns in two years. And then Denver traded Clinton Portis to Washington for champ Bailey. And then the next year they stuck like a sixth round pick in it running back and they got him to have 1200 yards and six touchdowns and they got like 2700 yards and 23 touchdowns from a couple like six round picks and guys that were just on the roster. And I'm not saying I shouldn't he's not good or anything, but you know the offensive coordinator that Broncos team was Gary Kubiak, Clint Kubiak's father, which is there's just a whole history of this system for Shanahan and Kubiak guys where for whatever reason like every now and then you have you find a fourth or fifth or six round pick Aryan Foster who just is better than the players ahead of them that you kind of had penciled in. And I'm not saying genties like that, but gentie being injured might give an opportunity for the Raiders to feel it's not desperate to be playing Jentie every week. I know Austin who helps us on the show is like absolutely catatonic that gentie is playing every single week when he's obviously not healthy. And I don't know how the plantar fasciaid is works, but it's I you think it could get worse. I don't, but he's clearly not himself to how they're playing him so much every week. Austin notes two ankle injuries and planar fasciaid is in his foot. Like that is, those are some of the worst injuries you can get as a running back to add a couple of guys to this list based on sort of just, you know, the least amount of surprise I'd have if this guy had got ended up getting hurt, Christian McCaffrey, I think you should add Kaelin Black and just have him on your roster in case that happens. And then Emmett Johnson, the backup, the direct backup I think for Kenneth Walker and Kansas City. And he's looked really good when he's gotten opportunities. So I would say in both actually came blackheads as well. So those guys would be my priorities to just kind of stash. If you have a spot on your roster, the value of having those guys to be a waiver wire run is really, really high. And so, yeah, the person I'd add to that list and it's funny. I, whether you should have the handcuff running back on your bench or not is, you know, you could argue it. But part of me is like the peace of mind of if you're star running back, it's hurt. Adam, I will say Seth MacGowan, the running back for the cults. I really do think if anything happens to Jonathan Taylor, Seth MacGowan will be on the field like three rounds, which is that's good one. But if you have Jonathan Taylor and you're in a deeper league, I think that's more the guy. The other ones are just, if you don't have an injured reserve spot and someone cut Jenna Coleman, I don't know what's going on with this Broncos offense. It sucks. Well, I do. I guess Bodex is bad in the play callings bad. And whatever Sean Payton comes in. Yeah, right. Like we were ain't not Sean Payton come back and yeah. But if Jonah Coleman's there, you know, eventually Dylan Samson. I don't know what you guys think because the Browns are weird. Dylan Samson. I don't know how I feel about it because Quinch on Judkins was in a boot leaving this game. And I'm hesitant to recommend the Browns Russian, Russian game. I like Dylan Samson a lot. Like just frankly, it's bias. I met him at the NFL Combine and he just not mad at me. I sometimes you get like one-on-ones with them at their press conference because no one else shows up. Yeah, this is why certain actors like win Oscars because yes. Voters met Robert Denny Jr. at a press party and they're like, it was so nice to me. I'm going to vote for him now. Yes, he would nature, baby. Yeah, we had a one-on-one conversation, but he was just five feet above me on a podium. But he was like, honestly, the most like mature 22 year old one. You're just like 21 years old or something. It's like how we all met Will Howard and we're like, that guy's he's got something. Yeah, other people meet people in person, it ruins them. But no, but don't say I'm said, I don't know DK. I'm wanting it. I would love I love his skill set, but I'm so biased against anyone who seems to have played at the University of Tennessee. And this like fake ass offense. They run into the sea where the receivers are borderline out of bounds on every play. Just it just doesn't translate to NFL football. So is it worth stashing a Cleveland Browns running back to play at Tennessee? Who's on injured reserve or the knee injury or is? Yeah, I think it is because there is a little bit of proof of concept with him. Like he's produced numbers in the past, primarily in the passing game. He's been a passing game guy and been good in the, you know, as a receiver in that offense. He's due to come off, he can come off the injured reserve. He started, he went on an IR in week one and then he, I think, is able. He's eligible to return to practice this week. So there's a lot of question marks around here. We don't know exactly what the nature of Quinch on Judkins injury is. We don't know if Dylan Samson's coming back. But if if Judkins is hurt and Samson's ready to go, I think absolutely he's worth that ad. If we had to, so if we had to rank these, rank these stashes, where we go, Mike Washington, one, Kaelin, black two, Jonah Coleman, three. I right now, yes. Yeah, I would say, Mike, I would say Mike Washington, Kaelin, black. And then for me, Emma Johnson, probably because I don't, I don't want to have anything to do with the, uh, the Broncos offense as you all, as you guys well know. And also, it's Darren Price, uh, sorry, Jonah Coleman had a high ankle sprain. Yeah, he's on IR. Those injuries are tough to come back from. So I don't know if he's going to have the, he's going to have the wiggle when he comes back. Anyway, the answer might just be at that point. Kate Mitchell or Komadev Adele. And I hate to, we don't not thought we want to recommend charges right now. But part of me is wondering, I mean, I wonder if Mike Daniels can get fired in the middle of the season at this point, which maybe that would flip the offense. I mean, honestly, Komadev Adele looks great. Like he's running as hard as anybody in that team. I don't know. Just playing whack him all with that backfield, though. I don't want any part of it to have. Yeah, I think it's those three guys. I think Kaelin black is a really good one. I mean, they are actively trying to limit McCaffrey's touches to keep him fresh. And like the amount of tread on his tires, Kaelin black, the fact that he's a rookie and he's getting carries in this offense, I feel like he's a huge vote of confidence. And we've seen many times now, guys like Jordan Mason, Isaac Garendo, these dudes who come in when McCaffrey's out and immediately become top 20 running backs in fantasy. Okay, I totally agree. So showdown time here is it so it's the Mike Washington showdown time. Let's do it. It is the Mike Washington get ready DK showdown time. The gong is back and never left no. So yesterday, DK stumbled into an incredible phrase called sound bitten. Yeah, which you did by accident. What were you talking about? You guys really are just making it sound so negative. Aren't you supposed to be complimenting me for coming up with something so great? You're like, you stumbled into it like an idiot. You you fell ass backwards into an awesome new word. Yeah, tripped over your own dick into a really cool. Jesus, it's so it's so negative. But yes, it is a good term. Well, anyway, what's the question? Was it about Luther Burton? Who is it about? It was a it was the Jordan battle thing, I think. No, because that was good. It was burden. I met right? It was. It was like, you know, we got to make him quit. And then the guy in the packers was like, we made him quit. He's like, oh, he got sound bitten. I don't know. So it's really good. So David writes, sound bitten apparently is on urban dictionary. Oh, what month and year did sound bitten get put on urban dictionary? Monthly, it's got to be related to something. Right. I fell ass backwards into that rationale. I have no idea. Three, two, one, March, 2019, 2023. Well, we both said March. That's random. People said March. What did you say? I have it. So I wrote down June, 2005. Okay, we were in different wavelengths here. Okay. So Craig said 2019, I said 2023. Yeah, the answer is December, 2007. Oh, okay. Do we know what the what it was related to? I actually didn't even look it up. But no. Shouts out urban dictionary, urban dictionary was so fun. When you were like a 14 year old, urban dictionary is like the best website ever. Just looking at the like the most disgusting phrases. Yeah. All the example sentences are just hilarious. It was related to something. Oh, interesting. The example in urban dictionary is, man, did you hear that? Mitt Romney quote on the daily show last night? You should know better than to get sound bitten. I remember being in like middle school and I was looking up like, a laskin pipeline on urban dictionary and things like that. Yeah, I don't know what that is. You can, you can look that up in your own time. Get out. Austin says, don't look it up. I love it. Austin immediately knows it. Yeah. A specific era of people like, there's like, people were like 28 to 34. I feel like really understand that specific era. I'm seeing that like hor, those horrible websites meet. Let us on the lemon party, you know, two girls, one cup, all that stuff and all the urban dictionary phrases. It was a weird time. They let us go on the internet early days. The early days of the internet was just reminds me of, you know, like, why it opened the wild west or something. People going on like, oh, megal, it was just a weird time. Oh, megal. I don't know what that one is. Well, it was like, remember the services where you could like, it was like randomized live chats where you could just like, you remember those? Yeah. Yeah. We started out with chat rooms back in the day. Oh, God. What could go wrong in one of those things? Yeah, that was, that was in retrospect. Yeah, chat, relax, brutal. People would freak out now. They, our parents still have no idea what we were up to. They would know. They had no idea. God, it's better that way though. That's a bad way, better that way. All right. So Craig or so hyphids wins. You get Mike Washington. Craig, who are you taking? Caitlin, Caitlin Black. All right. I'll take image Johnson on this one. Huh? And if you need points this week, you go Damien Pierce or like if Tyler Algier is available, like I guess they're playing the Rams this week. But at least I will say Tyler will deal the next two games like Cowboys and Lions. So like, you could do worse. One of my biggest misses was that I thought Damien Pierce was legitimately good. He had a year with a thousand yards, didn't he? I just like thought he was really solid and was going to be a thing for a long time. Yeah, I did do. He had 940 yards as a rookie for the Texans in 13 games. Yeah, it looks great. I don't know what happened. I loved him in college, too. Very weird fall off. Honestly, it's one of the reasons is he the answer for this list because I mean, tank picks, these on IR will ship these and we're not even taking him for this exercise. No, because I just was good. I just saw a note, a report that Siriani is hopeful that Saquon's back this week. So it looks like he's going to gut it out. RIP. Okay. So this one next up is receivers. I think this is the really important one because I think running back, it's like who's going to get hurt here or there receivers. This happens all the time every year. There are always pass catchers and now tight ends as well. They just pop in the second half of the season. So I'm curious, DK, who your top like these top guys would be for you? I think the Jeremy, Jeremy Bernhard or Jeremy Bernhard, I guess is a good combination of both stash and probably usable right away. Yeah, I would say in terms of ceiling stash, Jordan Tyson for the Saints is a higher ceiling stash. Yeah, we're almost not counting him. I imagine a lot of people have him rostered because he's, yeah, he should be back probably mid-year, but if you can get him, definitely take Jordan. It depends. He's rostered in 50% of Yahoo leaks. So it's interesting because I do think he got cut in some places because you don't have an IR spot. I mean, he's out like two or three months. So, yeah, yeah. So I would, I would probably say Jeremy Bernhard for the Steelers, who is kind of working his way into the starting lineup. It looks like Pitman's going to be out for a while. Roman Wilson just broke his hand or finger and he's already ruled out for next week's game against Tampa Bay. And I think I test wise, Jeremy Bernhard looks good, man, he is earned the trust for Aaron Rodgers. He led the team in targets this last week. He can run after the catch. He's got good size. He's reliable. I just like a lot of things about him. I think he's going to continue to produce. It wouldn't surprise me. Honestly, this is maybe a kind of a bulltake, but it would not surprise me that much if he outs course. TK met gap the rest of the way. Yeah. Like, would that be crazy to you, Craig? No, I think Rodgers trust him. There was a story that the announcers were talking about during the game about how the quarterbacks were quizzing Jeremy Bernhard this week. And he did super well. And he's like very actively trying to learn offense and really cares about improving his game. And he just looks like he already has feel out there. It looks like Rodgers already trust him. And it looks like they call him unc. Yeah, they call it unc at all. It's very mature. And I think mentally and the way he plays is just very mature. And he already looks like he knows what he's doing out there. He knows how to sit in zones. His body movement just feels like a professional athlete already. I can't remember the last rookie receiver I felt I would describe with this term, but he's an old soul, yeah, everything about the way he plays. He plays like a vet. So yeah, I agree. I love Jeremy Bernhard. And again, the only thing that matters is having Rodgers his trust. And the only people that have that are Friar Mooth and the germ now. And the germ will send his heart patient zero, I know. He should be patient zero. Like, I will say, I do think the Steelers office is a little different this year in a good way. I don't think, look, I think hold to me. at least teams probably once again be nine and eight, but they're throwing it a lot more. This is not the Arthur Smith Steelers. And so I do think that like if Jeremy Bernard becomes a real starting player, like I think there's enough volume to actually play him on a weekly basis down the road, unlike last year where it was just like all tie-thens and running the ball. We should mention other guys like, do any of these names, I'm gonna give you a list of rookies and second your guys right now. Do any of these names jump out to you? - Makai Lemmon, yes, Antonio Williams, Chris Bell, Caleb Douglas, Ted Hurst. I can throw you Jack Bass, Jalen Noel, Trey Harris, Kyle Williams as well. Who out of those names, those are all second your guys. Who jumps out to you the most? - I would take Antonio Williams second because I think that lost in this week and it's probably the last week you can get this discount is that Jaden Daniels played really well for Washington and that's been completely washed away. And the game, it was raining, it was a weird game. It was rain, but also there was wind. But yet again, Jaden Daniels ran for a hundred yards in two touchdowns, but he looked really good outside of that part where they didn't kick a field goal to win the game, oopsies. But Antonio Williams has also just looked good, all season and it's been close and close, but it hasn't happened yet. A big laught, like 80 yard touchdown in London that got washed away by a penalty. Stefan Diggs has already heard Teremick Lawrence managing injury, like this is just how this happens. I feel like we've seen this a lot and I just trust Washington to have Jaden get and Tony Williams the ball and he feels like he will play a factor down the stretch and I just don't know. It makes too much sense to me to not have it. - Antonio Williams is a guy I've got stash on several of my teams right now and I have high hopes for him going for the other guy that I want to throw. I think all those names make a ton of sense Craig. It just kind of feel it out, depending on what offense you think might be good. The Dolphins guys have some promise, but it's gonna be a roller coaster. I imagine we can week out with how many whoever runs up leading that team in targets. The guy that I'm kind of looking at and I just got a notification that Jacobi Lane for the Ravens has a chance to play in week six and he was a guy that had a ton of hype coming into the season. The Ravens offense I think is good. Declan Doyle has been cooking and there's just a chance to me that Jacobi Lane sort of supplants for shot Bateman as is the number two in this offense. - 'Cause it's a wrist injury that Lane has, I believe. - Is that right, yeah. - It's not a lower body thing, it's a wrist injury. - Yeah. - Oh right. And I think it sounds like he's close coming back. So he's another guy you could stash. I don't know if I'd necessarily play him, but just kind of see how it goes. 'Cause he was really, really coming on strongly early on in the season and then got hurt. - Yeah, Lane's interesting 'cause he's like a 10 out of 10 on the contested catchability. Like he's one of the best, like he's Kirkland, Randall Delbackham, like he's unbelievable receiving, but he can't handle contact there at the line of scrimmage. But if they're able to scheme him in a way where he can get, he just can't be pressed at the line of scrimmage. But when he isn't touched, then it's like, okay, like just chuck him the ball. - He has a name that's worth discussing. I feel like is Mackay Lemon, who is like a top 15 pick in the draft and has been largely irrelevant. But, you know, the lesson is usually like, just wait because the narrative can change very quickly. And I know the Philly offense is a mess. He hasn't really done anything. Is there any chance that's like week 13 and Mackay Lemon's awesome? And we're like, well, yeah, it was a 15 pick in the draft. - I think so, yes. - Yeah, it's a tough offense to buy into. But I do, yes, I do absolutely think there's a change in the draft. - You just have to kind of close your eyes and like, you have to like, Indiana Jones leap of faith it with him and just pray that there's gonna be an invisible bridge there. But it's, you just have to kind of trust the draft capital, really. - Yeah, exactly. Yeah, halfway through the year, has he supplanted Don Tavien Wicks and Darius Cooper as like the number two guy in the offense, I can absolutely see that happening. And it's not happening yet. And there's a lot of negative vibes around him right now, just because the way that they're utilizing him is, you know, basically JSN rookie year type stuff where they just throw up screens and hope he does something with it. So yes, I do think he's a guy based on vibes and based on sort of like, he'd be one dollar on the way where we're probably. - I mean, he wins middle of the field and works doesn't throw there. And the offense is a disaster. But that's also why Mackay Lemon will be cut. And I just, yeah, I do think it first time to see if you're like that. It is worth the gamble. - So how do you want to rank these? Would it be Jeremy and Tony O'Leomen? - Yes. - Yes, because Jeremy and Jeremy, I'm like he will get targets like this week and next, but also I feel like to your point, he could be better than I calf going forward. Then in Tony, because I'm less confident at a week to week basis. So yeah, the other question is, if he's available, where do you count on Taven Wix in this? Is he above all these guys? 'Cause he's like playing on a week to week basis and Samantha Smith has been heard and-- - I think Wix is available. - He could be, yeah, I think Wix is a fine ad. Just to add a couple of other veteran guys that I think you could actually plug into your lineup real quick, this week is Kendrick Bourne for the Cardinals. Who's sort of replacing Marvin Harrison in that offense. Brandon Cook's just based on all the injuries that are happening with the 49ers right now. I could see his snap rate going up dramatically and starting to be a big part of that offense. The other second year player I want to mention just as a deep cut. Efton Chisholm the third for the Patriots. Who, he played 80% of the snaps this last week. He was a full-time player basically for the Patriots. They're really injured right now. And basically until AJ Brown comes back, which could be a week or two, could be a little bit longer, we'll see. I think Chisholm is actually playable as like a low ceiling sort of PPR type guy. PPR type guy. - Some of the whitest receiver the Patriots have ever-- - I know. They just keep up and anti with the white slot receivers. Efton Chisholm the third. So anyways, he's a guy I also kind of want to throw out there. - Did you see that when he had that basic, not game-winning touchdown, but that amazing touchdown verse that does, I guess it really was the game. - One hand of cash, yeah. - Yeah, and then I think it was, was it, was it also C.T. Gardner Johnson? Who was the one who made fun of him? And I was like, yeah, that was just an elevated guy made a play. He won't be around in the NFL much longer. And then I swear the Patriots that they weren't gonna send him back down are like, oh, well, we're gonna keep him up. - Eftus. - I was gonna joke that he's like Kirkland, Danny M. Endola, Kirkland, Westwalker, Kirkland, Julian Edelman, and then I looked up Efton Chisholm. He's literally born in Kirkland, Washington. - He's a local boy, baby. - He's actually Kirkland brand. - He is literally Kirkland. - Kirkland is North Seattle. So North part of Seattle, North, North, North, North, North, North, North, North, South. - Could they go to Eastern Washington? - Yes, I think so. - Wow, good. - There's a lot of people that compare the two, obviously. - Why? - Cup was I think a little bigger, but yeah. - The name Efton Chisholm is small. Cup is like six, one, and like thick. Chisholm, I don't think he's a big guy. Or he doesn't look big. - Cooper Cup. - Chisholm, he's seen Efton Chisholm the second. - Cooper Cup six, one, two, oh five. Chisholm's way smaller, but still. I mean, similar. - But white, similar race is really kind of where we're going here. - Super similarly race. - And they both have really white names. Cooper Cup and Efton Chisholm. - Efton Chisholm is like the third is maybe the, it's one of the whitest names I've ever heard. - When it's like December and things are slow, we should do the ranking of the whitest names in the NFL. (laughs) - That's pretty good. Pretty good, pretty good, yet. - If you're Deeper Cuts, Terry's Cooper for the Eagles, which is the player that the Eagles are actually throwing too. And just, he's the only guy making plays for them right now. - I wouldn't add them, but it is one of those guys, where sometimes the guy who makes, most of the time when you have like nine catches and four touchdowns, it's like that won't continue. But sometimes it does because that guy just happens to do something every time it touches the ball and the coaches are like, keep giving it to that guy. So, I'm hesitant to just dismiss him. I, you said another name on that list, Craig, that I liked for getting who. - Was it a second year guy? Noel, Jack Bastray, Harris, Kyle Williams, Ted Hurst. - Ted Hurst. - Jaylin Noel, I'm a little, I just think with Marvin Harrison Jr., the mixer he used to now. I just have a hesitant to talk about Jaylin Noel as the third banana in that like Texans passing game. Ted Hurst was a guy that before Baker may feel gut hurt. I was like kind of like holy shit. I think Ted Hurst is just gonna be awesome. - He was playing a lot. They've kind of tapered off his snaps though. I feel like he's just a really, really fun, deep guy that's not really a fantasy football player, but I just kind of like watching him play football, but I don't know that he's actually a viable player. - Yeah. - And then the other one, yeah, Jordan Tyson to your point, is Jordan Tyson, just the Saints offense runs so many plays that if anything happens to a lava or valet that if Jordan Tyson came back, he's like a special athlete again. He clearly has some kind of chronic hamstring issues, but that's a really good stash if he's available. If you're like crushing at your 5-0 or 4-1 and you want like a receiver mix down the piece or receiver piece down the mix, Jordan Tyson's like, that's a really good one. So again, top, the sixth pick in the draft. - All right, so you want to do Jeremy Bernard and show down time? - Yeah. - Alrighty, have fun. It's time for the germ. Show down time. - God, I love that gum. - Craig, Steelers are passing the eighth most in the league in per attempts per game. - Yeah. - 37 attempts per game. - Yeah. - Love that. - I actually think the bigger issue in the Steelers right now is quietly their defense, but I can't stop anybody. - That's why they're throwing a lot. - Yeah. - I'm like, let's put up like 24-27 points now in a game. The defense, you know. - So this email's from Kelly. - Kelly. - Kelly. Breakfast was a black cold brew of vanilla Greek yogurt with salted caramel granola and chia seeds. - Very healthy. - Vanilla yogurt very briefly reminds me of last week. I found a fun salad that I was gonna make. I saw it on TikTok and it seemed like a really tasty salad but it was with a yogurt dressing. And so I spent like 30 minutes chopping herbs and vegetables and put it all together and I made this yogurt dressing that you add spices to and you kind of mix it all in. And then at the very end I realized I was using vanilla yogurt. (laughing) And I felt so bad. - Did it, was it gross? - It was gross and I ate half of it because I was like, I just have to eat this I've already put poured too much too much blood so I got into this You choke it down. Yeah, I was like, Liz, you don't have to eat this I worry this Greg's sitting there gritness. He's like It was super weird nice and weird. I admitted it and I was like I just have to eat as much as this is I you know That's really funny. So anyway, sorry to disrupt what it Lizzie she'd I don't know she'd something else But I was like you don't have to eat this out. She just went hungry that night Oh Man, so Kelly writes as a proud member of the seven All I had did allowed to the apparently universal feeling men get on the pendulum ride at carnivals fairness wheels Well, yeah, yeah, yeah Kelly says I asked my partner about it and he agreed that this is a thing She says akin to the feeling of your stomach dropping out from under you on the tire of terror in case any of the other seven women listeners Didn't know what they were talking. Yeah, I don't know I obviously don't know what the woman version of this is But it's it's a somewhat pleasurable experience but also kind of weird and makes you feel like I don't know what it like a little nauseous maybe or something. It's weird titillating titillating is about the right word for it It's a titillating experience that we all chased as elementary school or middle schoolers There was actually we got an email from Mike about this that actually said in high school one of my friends found a street over the town over from us That was steep enough that if you drove down it, you could experience the sensation. Oh, yeah, you get you get small versions of that when in cars And you go over like a big bump or something. Yeah, so they said sometimes of Friday nights They would just be like you want to go to get the pp tingle and then Tingle This is what this reminds me is a link super random. I know I've throw a guess off track here, but did you guys ever do the Well, fuck what's it called the It's like for for athletes when you put it you put gold bond On your places that rub, but if you put gold bond on your balls it like makes it tingle Oh, did you guys ever do that? Like baby powder or something like when you're sweating. No, I don't know. It was gold bond for us My friends that were on the baseball team just mad. You met a gold bond they used it. Yeah, yeah He thinks dry down there. I've done it Anyway, continue. You like the gold bond tingle the gold bond. It has a specific tingle to it emails about the gold bond tingle Are they doing that in chef? They don't they do that because they're hot sweating the kitchen They put it on their on their balls and that makes sense. Yeah That's what I that's what I watch my chefs to be doing back there Yeah, cupping their ball porn shit on their balls in the kitchen. That's what I want employees are required to wash their hands after applying gold bond True is that is that of genre we should ask for kitchen stories. Oh, man I want gold bond tinkle stores and I want kitchen stores if you like like like people who've seen gross things working in a kitchen I want I want to know. I want to stick into the movie waiting where they're like the batwagon stuff Do you know what I'm talking about? I do Batwagon the brain. Yeah, the brain Sorry Kelly. Oh, sorry Kelly. That was we're not even at the question yet. Yeah This is an unrelated trivia question, but she I just had to read that part of the email So Kelly's trivia question is how many bear-related fatalities have been recorded in Yellowstone National Park from 1892 to 2024? Holy hell 1892 24 or 1892 so like 130 years I have no idea how common these are bear-related fatalities in Yellowstone Okay, how like How many are there a year nowadays? Is there like two or zero more? I have no idea I have a number I guess already I don't even want to tell you how I did because I know you guys get mad when I do. Oh, that means good wow Does it great you do it are you ready I guess three two one two hundred and fifty I want very low 250 I said 1300 1300 I they wouldn't let people into Yellowstone if 13 I guess I guess I was thinking I got by 1892 that's like red dead redemption shit and I was thinking too much about I basically went like one a year I went I went like it's rare very rare I don't know I don't know what I was thinking man I don't know I cut a fire for the hit the answer to me 20 yes 100 I said it's like it is bloody it's a fucking permute a triangle there They would not let people fucking into Yellowstone if that many people were trying to die a year more time I don't know I'm a person a month for a hundred guys That's hilarious I mean not hilarious but you know I don't know I like it All right, so DK you get I was like there's a lot a lot of a lot of Americans are armed I feel like it's probably well red dead redemption are dangerous man Well, of course they're dangerous bears are crazy um, okay, so wait You get Jeremy Bernard yeah, I'm gonna take the germ I will take Antonio Williams on Washington I like it the only other person I'm wondering about here we didn't talk about his trade Tucker for the Raiders who just is a very fast good Again, I guess I should stop saying Kirkland brand Josh downs, but like I do kind of feel like trade Tucker's really really fast And the Raiders offense maybe had a couple bumps and maybe only look good against now in retrospect really really terrible teams like the Chargers However, I do wonder about him Mm-hmm If Don Tavy and Wicks were all eligible for this I would take Don Tavy and Wicks But I feel like he's probably a little better than what we're talking about at this point to guys not like the the Kendrick born call I feel like Kendrick born is gonna be a low-key Usable fantasy like a flex the rest of the year He's the guy that's produced everywhere. He especially lately. I mean week one he had a big week He had a big week last week, and then he was like fantastic on San Francisco last year I feel like Kendrick born was revived his career because when the Niners needed him He was the one who had practiced with Mac Jones and Mac Jones came in for Brock party And that's why Kendrick born was crushing was like they'd actually played together for a long time And now Kendrick born because he's played at the Shanahan system can kind of like plug and play and does what Laflare wants to do um, I feel weird Thatting on it it might line up. Yeah, I know It's one of those gross fantasy decisions you have to make you know every year. It's just like a god The Mark Kendrick born But I I feel like I'm going to end up doing that at least for a few more weeks. Do I get to take Jordan Tyson or is he too roster? No, I don't think he counts I think we all would have taken him but he's he's a tub of the list. Yeah, I'll trade you would you take Jeremy Bernard? to join ties you can have Jordan Tyson if I get Jeremy Bernard Like like there's stakes to this but sure there are huge stakes winner winner loser has to buy stakes for the other two Oh, okay, because the difference to me is the fact that I actually think Jeremy Bernard can get you double digit points I think it's a burden hands versus whatever Yeah Tyson that might not come back. What's the expression of burden hands worth two in the bush. Yeah Are you trying are you hypothetically trading Jeremy Bernard for Jordan ties that are not DK. I'm doing it. Fuck it Okay. All right. Hi, but you got Jeremy Deal you have Jordan Tyson and I I guess I still have Antonio Williams. All right I'm gonna regret this Oh, that conversation makes more sense now. I thought Craig had Jeremy Bernard. No Okay, that makes more yeah, okay, that makes real simple son Jeremy Bernard for Jordan Tyson you got go bon on your pages or what The ringer fantasy football show is brought to you by Fandall Here's something to look forward to between kickoffs this Sunday with Sunday spectacular Fandall rewards club members Can unlock exclusive rewards throughout the day with offers tailored to their rewards club level Depending on your level you can unlock things like profit boosts reward boxes point boosts challenges choose your reward offers and more The best part new rewards drop throughout Sunday's games So there's always something new to discover as the day unfolds Check out Sunday spectacular in the Fandall app only on Fandall rewards club make this your most rewarding season ever with Fandall 21 plus select states or 18 plus DC or Wyoming often required refund and bonuses issued as non-retrable bonus bets or tokens restrictions Apply see terms for all offers at sportsbook.fandall.com gambling problem called 1-800 gambler Call 1-888-789-7777 or visit ccpg.org/chat in Connecticut All right tight end I do think there's a great ad at tight end this week and it's Pat Fryermouth who has four touchdowns through five games Patty fries He's like legitimately good. I was shocked at how low his roster ship percentages, which is 15 uh Roman Wilson out Michael pitman out It's now dk mecca tite ends in a rookie like I think pat frymouth is going to be rock solid especially in the red zone He is absolutely the number one red zone threat for the steel. This is Covid year bob tunion when he had six hundred yards and eleven touchdowns that will be pat frymouth this year He's going to have double digit touchdowns and just randomly be near like a monrossing brown and JSN And it'll be like pat frymouth. What do you guys think of Brenton's strange? Yeah, I also saw it I think Brenton's strange is an ad this week. I mean he's been a huge part of their offense less two weeks eight targets in each of the last two games I was wondering before the season. I like him. I think he's good plays a lot important in the team And before the season, I felt like well I feel like if Parker Washington ends up being nearly as good as we think he'll be number one and there's just too many cooks right and Thomas and now when you watch the Jaguars, it's very good clear. The actual people that Trevor Lawrence looks for in important situations is Parker Washington, then he checks it again for Parker Washington, and then it's Breton Strange, and then it's Jacobi Myers, and then it's a sack, and then it's Brian Thomas is like somewhere out of the bench. So like, yeah, I actually think Breton Strange is totally solid. He also should have had a better game than he even looked. He got tackled right at the goal line. I just think he's pretty good. I don't know. He is. He always flashes every week, so it's cool to see him get a big part of the offense. He's also one of those that was just like randomly a late second round pick, and like, he's 25 and just I don't know for whatever reason. He's also a supreme athlete. Very good athlete, just worth worth noting here. Yeah. There you go. Hi, the other person, Shiga Conquo for Washington, who was a sleeper coming in, kind of got hurt immediately, then Jane Daniels got hurt, but he had four catches, 60 yards this week. He's just another guy that I hate how he catches a football, but just would make sense if he became good. Like, if Washington, just again, all these teams are getting one of their tight ends, the football, and I do look at Washington, and I know we just talked about Antonio Williams, but I really wouldn't be surprised that Shiga became like pretty serviceable for Washington down the stretch because he's just a big play. He is a big play. He has big playability, and Washington, I feel like plays a lot of teams with bad linebackers. And again, Diggs and McLean are already kind of banged up, so I don't know. I don't know. We're recording this before my native football, but Tyler Higby for the Rams any week that if Puka gets hurt at any point, Tyler Higby does a lot of the Puka stuff, which is crazy to say, but that is how it works. In the spirit of stashes, I think Kenyan Sidiq is another guy to have on your roster. He's coming back from an injury, but they're still, they're scheming up ways to get him the football, because they're trying to take advantage of his speed, explosiveness, and all that big playability. They're using him in the red zone, which is exciting. So I think Kenyan Sidiq, as the year goes along, could be kind of, I don't know if he'll do the level of what Koulson level did last year, where he's a true go-to guy in their offense, but I could see him start to separate and be the number two option in the offense. I think he's the best bet to be this year's Harold Fanon, because his run after the catchability, he looks super athletic, scheming him up like easy touches to get him moving. The Jets basically have had two really weird games where in week three, Sidiq had a hundred yards in a touchdown and looked really good. He kind of like heard his chest on the touchdown catch, where he really laid out for it. And then the next week after that was that game against Chicago, where the Jets had like 20 offensive snaps. And then last week against Cleveland, yesterday against Cleveland, it was like super rainy. The game was really, really messy. So basically, since that breakout game, they've had like two weird rainy or they barely touched the ball. And so, and he just got a concussion. So I'm willing to bet that like, you know, two, three weeks go by, he's healthy and the Jets kind of get back into the swing of things. I think there's a decent chance that Sidiq is a Harold Fanon like player for the first two months of the season. I remember it also, by the way, we're talking about the Jets. Omar Cooper is due to come off the IR soon. That's a good one. He's want to kind of keep in mind as well. That's, that is a good random IR stash. That's a really good one. Omar Cooper. Sidiq, Fanon's an interesting cop because he was getting, Fanon was getting so many targets even early in the season. Sidiq is, I don't know what to make of him because he had 105 yards versus the Lions and he has 40 yards basically. That's for everybody else. But also it is the first half of his rookie year. So the fact that they want to get in the ball is itself a good. Yeah, I touched that in week one. I will say if you want a random player that I think could be pretty good, I kind of think Eli Raritan for the Patriots is good. I don't really know if he can block, but I think he's a really good receiver. Nate Tyson was all over him in the pre-Jaff process. Every time he cat, every time they throw Eli Raritan in the ball and they're like, he is. The fact that he's such a big part of the offense already is a great sign. We hit five targets, five catches, 57 yards last week for the Raiders, which doesn't sound amazing, but I'm like, as they get going second half, it's like, you know, if AJ Brown comes back, I don't know, it's like sometimes that opens things up a little more, like they just have such a receiver mush. Yeah. Just playing more tight ends, usually. He scored the first touch on the season. Yeah, he kind of gives me the whole season vibes. Yeah. Really tall, thin, basically receiver, lanky. Yeah, that's a deeper one, but I don't know, I just every, I just feel like he will play more. And also just when Mac Holland says hurt, they need someone who can, I mean, I should I guess is blocking sucks. So maybe that doesn't work, but yeah, that's a random one. Do we want to do firemuth? Do we all agree? He's number one or decade. Do you think it's strange? I think they're very close. I'm fine going with firemuth though. What? Paddy fries. Yeah. Is it time for the Paddy fries? Showdown time. I love it. I'm happy he's playing well. This is from Tom. Tommy T-bone. So I mentioned, we were talking about bears, and then I mentioned I was more afraid of crocodiles than bears, where I think I could survive being bit like a bear attacking me more than I could survive a crocodile attacking me. Either one's bad, but yeah. I mean, no, you're both terrible. So breakfast is for Tom is a coffee cinnamon toast and yogurt. Cinnamon toast highly underrated. It's so good. It's so addictive. I can't actually have it in my house. Like cinnamon raisin toast with butter on it is the best thing in the fucking world. Yeah. How much cinnamon you guys adding? You're just adding straight sugar. Well, when I, when he said cinnamon toast, I actually went to cinnamon raisin toast, but cinnamon toast is also good. Yeah, I wasn't thinking you had to cinnamon. I was thinking it was like the pre-made cinnamon raisin bread. I have done that in my life though where you make you make toast with butter and then you sprinkle a little cinnamon on there. That's what I thought we were talking about. I thought we were talking about like packaged cinnamon raisin. I actually don't know. I don't really ever have that. Oh, really? Man, don't start. It's got like a swirl in it. You know, I'm not going to I don't see it. I'm not going to buy it because it's so good. It's so good, dude. People do that now. They're like, Oh, they have like the new nerd gummy clusters. You should try it. It's great. I'm like, no, I don't want to try that. It's like, why would I do this? Why would that? That's a loose loose. My life is going well right now. Why would I start that? Yeah, I'll just like be 31 and start eating like, Hey, man, you want to try some heroin? It's insane. Anyway, so Tom's email, he says, I am also afraid of alligators and crocodiles. Love that for you, Tom. Tom says it was recently announced that for the 2032 Olympics, which you're taking place in Brisbane, Australia. Brisbane? Brisbane, I think. Yeah. Melbourne. I don't know. Melbourne. Whatever. It's in Australia. Brisbane. Brisbane. So the rowing and canoeing events in this 2032 Olympics will take place in a row to salt water crocodiles. Seems like a bad idea. And so Tom's question is, how many salt water crocodiles are estimated to live in the Fitzroy River where there will be Olympic canoeing and rally? Yeah. I don't know. So the question is, how many live in the river in the specific area? Just the river. How big is the river? I didn't know that. The Fitzroy River? The Fitzroy River. I didn't know that one. I guessed either, man. Fair. Okay. I have a number in mind. Sure. Three, two, one, 20,000. I said 20,000 creeks at 500. Okay. That makes me feel better. I guessed 5,000. Maybe I wouldn't wait too long over the place. I don't know how big this fucking river is. Yeah. So interesting that creeks said 500. So I don't really know what to do here. So initially, all the news reports had the answer is 500. Come on. But then they all issued a correction. And now they say it's 100. And I'm sus, though, because the government is the one saying that they know 100. And they're the one saying that the river's fine for the canoeing and kayaking and rowing. Thank God. It's not 20,000. Jesus. But maybe cancel the Olympics. Exactly. Five thousand. That was too big of a guest. I was thinking like a very big long river. I don't know who knows, but can I guess you can I read you some of this article from the BBC about them deciding to do this canoeing thing in the. Yeah. Sure. Waters. So this is from the BBC. The course on the Fitzroy River in Rockhampton, Queensland has passed an independent technical assessment into the river's suitability. However, the assessment is like the Rams sent one guy on a plane to Australia. Exactly. So literally it says, however, the assessment did not consider the crocodiles. What? So they judged it suitable based on the water conditions. Yeah, they were just looking at the water. They didn't talk about the crocodiles. Instead, they looked at how the courts would perform under a range of conditions, weather, water levels, blah, blah, blah. And then Andrew Leveris, the Brisbane president of 2032 Olympics, Australia, played down the crocodile issue saying, quote, there are sharks in the ocean and we're still surfing. It's a can do not a can't do. Please change the mindset here. Very Australian of him. First of all, it is. And I appreciate it. Yeah. Stop being such a bitch, basically. Yeah. Yeah. You love the game or not. He does make a good point about the whole surfing. Gotta live your life. There's a fucktide of sharks and they're terrifying creatures. And people still, you know, people still surf every day. We should say that more often like, you know, I don't know Sean Peyton calling plays. I don't know something it's a can do not a can't do change the mindset here. It sounds like a YP. Yeah, I Do it just a pre I appreciate the the the Australianness of that I don't know if I don't even know if that is very Australian, but it feels so Australian to me It's like we're not here to fuck spiders. That's right exactly speaking of wild animals. Leave this little guy Oh, I'm gonna catch us jumped up. Okay. I love him. Don't you dare? Uh the I will say apparently they do regular They do like high school state rowing championships in this river and I don't think any of that I mean it'll make you row faster. So I get it They're gonna set world record. It's like the real life version of putting the cougar in the car with you faster when you're getting chased You said that as a joke, but I've always wondered about the 40 or dash at the combine of like you have to run faster when you're being chased Like you sure have to of course 100% Like I just kind of do want like you know that graves games. They'll have that guy who chases you in the outside warning track Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Oh, that's the funniest shit. I love this. They just pay urn Donald a ton of money to chase all these guys at the 40 If you if you show me a social media clip of that race, I will watch the entire. What does he go by the freeze? Is that his name? I think it's oh knows that yeah, I think it's the freeze, right? Um You it's it's always surprising to be how many people who compete against the freeze fall down on their own I'll do the Daniel Jones Just like justice Hill out there. It's crazy. They all like trip over their own skis running I'm like man, they're just running and they can't even well It's like it's a cliche in a horror movie. It's like the stumbling bumbling it you can't get up and run I'm like just get up and run. I will say though. I realize this when I did a 100 yard dash at a bachelor party and pulled my hamstring last year That even way if you're even if you do run Craig like you run all the time, right? Yeah, how often do you really? Sprint like 100% effort Sprint for as long as you can obviously that it had been a decade. However, I will say I like sprinting and I think it's like it feels good and I agree you never do it So when I do run, I don't do it every time But maybe every three or four times I run there's like a stretch right as I'm about to get back to my place That's like dead straight quiet street and sometimes I will just kind of open it up You're just I'm just lying like if somebody's like working on their second floor office just having to look out the window There's just a guy At a hundred miles an hour That's hilarious. Yeah, that's fun How often what percentage you think you're hitting like 90 95 Like my like of my like max speed top speed you're your next-gen stats. Yeah. Yeah. Sure 90% probably I think this is like is there to like like the adrenaline your front of 60,000 people They're trying to 100% and they're like I have not done this since I was 16 years dude It feels good to Sprint like it feels good to give every ounce of energy while running because it's just so rare that you can do that And being able to have open rain is actually pretty fun a new a new like group trip thing that people are doing It's filming themselves sprinting as fast as they can and it's the funniest videos I just I feel like you don't want to see it. You don't want to see yourself doing certain things, you know Yeah, it is weird how many you think it how many people that are close to you in your life you've never really seen Sprint I don't know if any of them I've probably I've very few it's been a long time hi vets. Have you ever seen Jackie Sprint? No, it's like you're not kind of funny like how well do you know your wife, you know You've never even seen her Sprint Let me tell you she'd seen me Sprint. We wouldn't have got me. No, that's it. That's gonna be anic. You're worried about that It's like I go play basketball once a week and Liz has never seen me play basketball like it's all she's just taking my word for it You know what I mean? She's no idea how good I am dude something else. Yeah, well, yeah that too But I'm like she can be like how'd you play today? I'm like I played well I have no idea if in her head she like she's imagining like middle school basketball or if she's imagining like college basketball I have no idea on the scale she's imagining like the old school videos of the NBA where the guys like staring at his hands You get over the hoop like maybe that's what she thinks I'm doing. I have no idea or she thinks I'm like dunking I'm like oh like when mill dunk Just keep her guessing, you know, you know the intrigue. Yeah, like why does don't know how athletic their husbands are if they met in their life a hundred percent I don't have a little mystery is but I want members of the sevens email us about this I don't know this is something I've actually said to my friends before to Craig. I'm like I don't think my wife has ever seen me play basketball all the time It was a huge part of my life I was at shout out to muni bar. No, she'd never seen me snowboard either. I had the That bar had the after party um from my wedding. Yeah, Muni and DC on 14th and they added shuffleboard And I played first jack in shuffleboard and she actually I won like five games in row and I actually was kind of I was kind of on a hot streak. I was shocked by myself, but I don't know what happened. I blacked out I kept just being able to just knock her like little shuffleboard thing off bounce Like I was just I was just I won like 11 to zero five times around and she looks at me and really angry is like You're good at this. What the fuck? But she was shocked like she had absolutely stolen that I was good at something and she was Like really angry that I was good at. Did I tell you about skippy's test of manhood that she gave me early on in our relationship? No One of our first dates she literally brought a BB gun and we went and shot BB guns And if I would have been bad at it, I don't think Calvin would be here because But I was I'm a fucking crack shot with the BB gun. I grew up with the BB gun Yeah, and I and it was just like, you know, ride at a bike. I just I fucking dominated. No, no, he'd deal And I think that really helped Wow, that's you guys went to like a where at least you're like We went to the like a beach and just like put up some cans and shot some BB guns damn Yeah, you were like the kid from a Christmas story, huh? You want the red rider BB gun? I shot my eye out. Yeah That would have been bad Anyway, would you let Calvin shoot a BB gun right now? Uh supervised sure not by himself probably we play sometimes at bachelor parties We do a drinking game where you have a BB gun in the backyard and you have to You have like a full can of beer that you're trying to hit and then if you hit it with the BB gun Then you got to run up to it and then shotgun it And then run back with the gun and hand it to the next guy. It's like a relay race. It's pretty fun. That does sound fun All-American sport. It's like biathlon, but for guns and drinking What do you talk about? Oh, yeah, rock. Yeah, wait, sorry. Did I cut off the yeah, I cut off the trivia again I get pat frying because I was okay, then I'll take 500 crocs. I went high on the crox thing. Is there 20,000 crocs in Australia? I'm probably is there I Actually, yeah, there must be I 100 to 200,000 crocodiles in Australia I watched plus 150 captive 100 150 grand. Okay, that I was going to say that makes more sense. Yeah Would it be 150,000 captive crocodiles? Um, there's commercial farms. I don't know what they're doing with making boots or something. Yeah, I don't know. That doesn't sound great Zoinks Anyway, maybe they're maybe they're doing other stuff with the might that was a bad assumption. I don't know. Probably right Should I take chick or I just feel like Tyler Higby's gonna have a hundred yards today and then we're not gonna pick him But I feel like the answer is like that's a stash. You're not gonna strange Oh, yeah right now. I'll just go out and get some strange, you know That's like quietly the oldest jokie big. It's my favorite one. I still get people. It's so sweet about it to me, but I know it's not It's kind of perverted. It is perverted All right, but it's perverted is maybe not the right word. Yeah, like it sounds like something that you you can't say in public But you like it's not inappropriate per se right? I feel like it. I don't think it's like appropriate. It's not not It's not it's not like non-PC. Right. That's what I'm asking like you You wouldn't like what the message of the sentence is obviously inappropriate in certain settings But the word itself is not inappropriate. I don't think so. Yeah, it's probably not something that I should be saying at work I mean you wouldn't say that yeah, you wouldn't advise someone if your friend was like I'm gonna send this team's message No, but like it's not like it's not like a of course you'd never say that work But like the word strange is not an inappropriate word It's not like problem. It's not done. It's you know it is it's not that it's appropriate. It's that it's just Anachronistic enough that it snags your attention. You got caught on the fact that they said it. Yeah, like is it vulgar is strange vulgar I don't think so, but I don't know right sounds vulgar to me, but I guess it's not It's not vulgar. It's just it's kind of like the Washington tie is gonna linger because you're like And one you're like what was that? It's like you just like what what did he just say? You're like oh got it. Yeah sex Um, all right, so your high fits is Craig's taking frameries. I think we take our no Washington How much does it factor in that having a fantasy player that when they catch the balls the most exciting thing that can Possibly happen in this sport. We should that factor in he just doesn't quite get enough volume, but yes Yeah, I just want to have fun. Don't know Washington feels like there's like a 10-minute stretch of every Steelers game where they remember They have him and then they throw it to him like four times on the same drive right right and then they kind of forget all like I say Likely, but I would like to see Darnell Washington on another team and they just give him the ball every fucking drive Yeah, I hope we give him 40 million dollars a year I never want to leave Okay quarterbacks if you get a stream this is easy and then it gets hard James Winston for the Giants has 18 and 25 points the last couple weeks and Now they're playing the Saints so Jamie's gets to unite with the Saints we go against them And then also Tyler Huntley if Lamar Jackson's out this week. We don't know, but it Tyler Huntley played great 24 points If Jordan love or Kirk cousins is out that you can get him, but realistically like if If you can't get Huntly or what or James it might be tough because you got Malik Willis as on waivers, but he's on by Kyler's on by Michael Penix is hurt. So I don't know what the deal is. If Michael Penix plays with the Ribb injuries, he's going to be able to finish the game. Cam Ward sucks, but has a good match up, which is like a trap that you end up playing Cam Ward. So I kind of love any of those things. So it's kind of like James Tyler Huntly, Kurt Cousins, Aaron Rogers or your Fox. Dude, Rogers has three touchdowns in each of the last three games. Yeah. So I think Rogers is the answer to my mind. He might feel the play. I feel like he's rostered. That's the issue. I feel like Rogers is on a team. I feel like even Kurt Cousins is on a team. Rogers is 27% on you. I will go. He's out there, I think. So that type of record, by the way, with Big Ben and Terry Bradshaw, three straight games of three touchdowns. Really? For the steel. I mean, Rogers is, I mean, he's moving up the all-time touchdown list. Did he and McCarthy scream at each other last week? He did it again. Well, where he was like, everything's good. It's good what happened. Like, the way we communicate is good. I was like, okay, Rogers has the, this week is going to pass paid manning for the most touchdown passes ever. He's two behind paid manning. So it's Tom Brady. Wow. Drew Breeze and then Rogers is two behind paid manning for most touchdowns in his career. Wild. And he didn't play for a couple of years. Three. Three full seasons. Three full seasons is a backup. But defenses, there's a few this week that work. The chiefs off a buy, playing the chargers. That is definitely mine. The board for rookie offensive line members, Steve's back to the poor chargers. So they're widely available. Chiefs were on a buy. I don't know if how many people held the chief for many more. I hate them. No. No. The Saints, the Saints are playing James Winston enough said anything is possible with James Winston and then the Eagles because a lot of, I think the Eagles are getting cut. Like the Eagles are a bit rostered in like 57% of leagues, but that used to be like 90. And so I think that a lot of people have cut them. They might cut them again because the Eagles are playing the Panthers and yet Panthers kind of a good matchup for the Eagles because Bryce Young interior pressure. He got Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis. I don't know. I could see the Eagles performing a lot better than you might think on the surface against characters. Panthers O'Line is banged up. Yeah. And also the 49ers. The defense is just good. Like it's just good. And they're playing Washington and they're not as rostered as they should be. And then you see Dre Greenlock got suspended. Yeah. One game because he headbutted. Because he had butted a guy with no helmet on. You know, my take on that is that I think you're so used to headbutting people. You're wearing a helmet that he probably didn't even really realize that he ever was like muscle memory. Because like how often are you dealing with another guy on the on a field that doesn't have a helmet on? Yeah. I think it's just muscle memory. You don't pay linebackers to be well adjusted. No. Yeah. That was one of those things were. So don't play. But I'm like you're on the other you're on the other team's sideline. Everyone's like around you. You're an enemy territory man. You're kind of you have to. Yeah. Yeah. So I was fine with it. I'm, you know, I think they have to suspend them just because of how it looked, but yeah. Yeah. The other ones, the Patriots defense is only rostered in like half of leagues. But they're playing Gino Smith and the Jets and also just, I don't know. It's still like variable defense. I think it's a good defense to have. And then I never like doing this, but the Coles defense is playing Kim Ward and every now and then like this terrible real life defense does get like two pick sixes because. You know, I don't know, I. Kim Ward. I don't know. I think we need to see something from Kim Ward this week. I sure hope so. I just want to see some glimmer of hope from him. I feel like it hasn't been a lot of that this year. I'm starting Kim Ward and Gino Smith over Justin Herbert this week. Whoa. It's tough. Think about that. That's it. Yeah. Let that sink in. I'm going to, I'm going to be thinking about that all week. Correct. Yeah. I'll remind you to every day. Every morning. Okay. Couple of emails here. Emails. One, this is from Brady. Brady. Brady says AK. Worm dog. Worm dog. What a worm dog. He basically summarizes this thing that I think is true, which is that we ask for songs that were written by surprising other people. Oh, right. And one of them is that old Crow medicine shows wagon wheel, which is then covered by Derek's record. Made famous. Great song. Apparently, the course to wagon wheel was written by Bob Dylan. All right. This was Austin was telling us Bob Dylan wrote a bunch of other people's songs. And so Bob Dylan apparently, the story seems to be that in 1973, Bob Dylan was doing these sessions with, I guess old Crow medicine show, but if they're saying else, like a film, Pat Garrett and Billy, the kid or something. And I guess one of the guys from a Crow medicine show was there or something and had the recordings. I don't totally understand the background. But basically old Crow medicine show found these old Bob Dylan things. And then wrote verses around it 25 years later and then made the song wagon wheel. But Bob Dylan wrote the chorus. Is he credited? Like does he get paid for that? I have no, I'm sure he does, but yeah, interesting. I love that song. I mean, it's amazing. I like the old Crow medicine show version though. I don't, I feel like you have to have a side, unfortunately in my sides. I don't know. Can you, can you, can you, can you, can you, can you sing it? Rock me, honey, like a wagon wheel. Rock me, honey, anyway, you feel Bob Dylan is credited, mom, a rock me. He's credited as a songwriter on the song. That's a good one. I actually think I could do every word to that song, not that you want me to, but I could. The other email here is from Kristen, Krista or Seabone. So I, the last one we did, we're doing the, whatever we're calling this, embarrassing songs month. The songs here are embarrassed. Some songs you roll the windows up if you stop it, I'll stop light. So mine last week, or Sunday was a cruise by Florida, Georgia line. Yeah. Is like, I like trash bomb country. Yeah. And Kristen emailed in and I forgot about this. Did you guys ever see the mix up by Sir Mash a lot that put together the six biggest country songs from 2012? I, this rings a bell. Yeah. It's, this guy went in Garage band. They just chopped up the six biggest songs. It's closed your eyes by Parmelee or Parmelee, it's, it'd be, sure be cool if you did by Blake Shelton. This is how we roll by Florida, Georgia line, ready set roll by Chase Rice, chilling it by Cole Swindle and drunk on, drunk on you by Luke Bryan, which I believe were six of the top 10 crunchy songs. And they all just like, they all sound exactly the same and they have the same, they're all the same song. They're all the same song. And it's, you can look it up. Like a harmonized thing. Yeah. Literally, they're all the same exact song. And the title of the YouTube video is, it's so funny, but it's a, yeah, just mind blowing six song country mashup by Sir Mash a lot. And it's just the Garage band file this guy made and he literally, not even just the music, the words, he makes the words in each verse like work and he's playing all six songs basically at the same time. I mean, remember that Bo Burnham song called pandering? Yeah. It's basically that. Like that is the exact, it sounds exactly like any of these country pop songs. Yes. It's, it's, it is a little bit of a formula, not, not that regular pop's not either, but sure, sure. It's all formula. Yeah. Okay. Excited for this embarrassing song month to continue. Thank you, D.K. Thank you, Craig. Thank you, Cam. Thank you, Nicole. Thank you, Austin. Thank you for listening. E-Mail is fantasy courts. E-Mail is trivia questions. And what are the things we just asked for? Kitchen stories and Goldbond. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Goldbond adjacent stories. Lauren. All right. Is my turn here for a song you love, but you're probably rolling up the window in your car if you're listening to it real loud. I'm going with none other than Enrique Glacier's hero. I can hear your hero, baby. That song? Yeah. I can kiss away the pain. It's so good. I could stand by you forever. My breath away. You. My. My. The way. Like Enrique Glacier's is like his videos feel like they should be r-rated at the his music videos. He's so sensual in all those. You act like you. You like making love. He's making love to the to the microphone. You actively listen to the song. Not like often, but I do like it. Yeah. I'm going to admit. It's a really good one. D.K. It's amazing. It's amazing. There's actually a handful of good Enrique Glacier's songs. He was big for a while there. Yeah. Enrique was massive. Um, I do feel like people from our generation know him more from just like hopping on songs with Pitbull. But yeah. Yeah. One of my friends mom's became like an Enrique, like just went to every Enrique Glacier's concert for like five years. Amazing. Um, his other songs by Lando or by Lando. I remember that one. Lando. Yeah. By Lando. It's an Alzheimer. Uh, him and Pitbull doing. I like it. Great song. I like it. Is that the one? Yeah. Yeah. I like it. I like it. It's good stuff. Danada. Um, I don't know, man. It's baby making music right there. Yeah. I can be your hero, baby. You prefer you like music in the bedroom? D.K. Not this kind of music. No, I think that would be distracting if I'm being honest. Really? Yeah. You're kind of, you're taking off your socks. I can be a hero, baby. What is, what is good baby making music, Craig in your opinion? I'm not a music guy. All right. Fair enough. Hi, Fitz. Are you, are you gonna say yes or no to this question? I mean, music is good. I mean, if I had to pick probably Jonas Brothers. But sure, you know, probably Jonas brothers had to get all these songs from. Oh, that's a good call. You know, come on. Hi, if it's just revving up, imagine dragons in the Budwauv radio active, yeah. Teo Cruz dynamite usually is my go to. Yeah, yeah. Dude, break your heart. Come on, that would not actually kind of play. I only want a break, break your break break. That's a good one. I'm already thinking of next month, I feel like the tempo is too high on a lot of these ones you're talking about. Well, I mean, for you, depends on the part of the the bedroom that you're talking about in what's up depends on depends on where you are in the act is what I'm saying. Yeah, email suggestions for your future months. He can't listen to genuine. I know it. Hell yeah, run it. My pony. That's the great thing about that. It's got a good mix of D'Angelo and Kid Rock. D'Angelo actually is probably really good. Yeah, Kid Rock. Absolutely not. Probably really good. My name is kid. Bow to bow to back to back. So ridiculous. Email if you've ever had sex. Should that be the month the worst possible? So yes, a lot of people have had sex to kid rock. Come on. You know, like Jed York. Sorry, I don't know where that came from. Sorry, I'm listening to that kid rock song now. The bow to bow. Yeah, what is so bad? Bow to ball or something? Bow, ball with a ball with to ball. Bow would a bra, ball with a ball with a bang. Oh, it's literally ball with the ball. Yeah, there's like remixes of it in video games. Like I think there's a remix of that in like Tony Hawk or need for speed or something. I can't remember. I kind of I don't hate that as a placeholder. Are we are we asking for submissions of most awkward song like a c'mon during sex? I'm wondering if that's not I we should have other categories. But that one I don't mind is a placeholder. Like if the worst thing we have is that that's that's kind of good. But give us other ideas for no. Yeah, it'd be it'd be good combo because it's no nut November. And then you're not finishing with the song. The song you can't the song you can't finish to. It might be something there song. You can't finish brother. I can finish anything. I dissociate this is so the song you put on when you can't when you don't want to finish right baseball. Baseball thinking of baseball version of that's good. It's going to be like a weird ale, Yankovic song or something. I literally was thinking weird. This is the least the least sexual thing I could imagine. I'm going to do white nerdy. My god. Summary:

The show is shifting to a stash week format to focus on evaluating younger players—like rookies and second-year players—who may not be performing now but could become significant contributors a month or two down the line due to injuries, opportunities, or development.

Recommended stash running backs include Mike Washington (Raiders), Kaelin Black (Rams), and Emmett Johnson (Raiders), all of whom have potential to step into larger roles due to injuries or roster changes.

Jeremy Bernard is a strong stash option because he's earning trust from Aaron Rodgers, leading the team in targets, showing maturity, and having reliable size and ability to perform in the red zone.

Efton Chisholm is a key option because he played 80% of snaps for the Patriots recently while the team is dealing with injuries, and he has already recorded a game-winning touchdown, showing strong potential as a low-ceiling, PPR-friendly target.

Initially reported as 500, but the official assessment corrected it to 100. The government confirmed the river is safe for events after stating that crocodile presence was not fully considered in the original assessment.
