The transcript blends practical home care advice with in-depth fantasy football analysis. It promotes Beyer Ultra Interior Paint as a resilient, easy-to-apply solution for game-day wall damage, emphasizing long-term durability and clean coverage. In fantasy football, the week’s action highlights Malik Neighbors and Jeremy Bernard as top performers, with Neighbors showing explosive stats and Bernard delivering in key matchups. Colston Loveland’s return to form and strong schedule make him a high-potential waiver wire addition. Meanwhile, Cam Scadaboo’s lack of involvement and poor efficiency raise red flags for fantasy managers. Other key players like CJ Stroud, Trevor Lawrence, and Justin Herbert are evaluated for consistency and matchup potential. Injury updates, including setbacks for Romeo Dobbs, Lad McConkey, and Davante Adams, add uncertainty to lineups. The segment concludes with a reminder to use analytical tools like the strength of schedule matrix to make informed decisions. Across the content, a recurring theme is the importance of adaptability, resilience, and patience—whether in home maintenance or fantasy football strategy.
We all know Saturday's game time can get a little messy. Your crew came over to watch,
snacks on the table, drinks in hand, and somebody celebrating like they just won the whole season
and beyond. And when that energy gets going, your walls can end up taking the hit. Whether
it's a big spill or a noticeable scuff, that's where Beyer Ultra Interior Paint comes in.
It adds an extra durable stain blocking finish that helps your walls hold up for the whole season.
It also delivers outstanding coverage and hide in fewer coats with easy application and a smooth
even finish that goes on clean from the first pass. Plus, that easy clean finish helps walls
stay looking new longer. So before the next kickoff, give your space game-ready defense
and coverage that goes the distance. Beyer Ultra, only at The Home Depot.
What's up, friends? Welcome into Fantasy Focus Monday Morning Rapid Reaction alongside Eric
Moody this week. My name is Daniel Dock. We gave Liz a little bit of a break after flying into
Bristol and we thought, why not let Eric hang out on a Sunday night? Eric, it's good to see you,
brother. How you doing? Yeah, things are great. Good to chat with you as well. We had a fascinating
week six. You know, we had some winners, we had some losers. I know some players,
have definitely hurt my fantasy team, but I'm good. A lot of tough ones this week. Just to pull
back the curtain for all of those that are listening for the first time, Eric and I are
recording this late on Sunday night, right before Sunday night football. So a rapid reaction to all
of the things that have happened. Make sure you still hang out with us for the normal podcast at
10 a.m. Eastern Field. Mike and I will be there for that. But with that being said, Eric, what
the fantasy happened in New York this week? Boy, that escalated quickly. I mean,
that really got out of hand fast. I like that. You know what? Malik Neighbors
was a guy that really heated up, which I love to see. What, 12 catches for 165 yards, 28.5 fantasy
points? And I find it funny, Dob, because this is someone during the summer that we were talking
about as a guy that's like, should we draft Malik Neighbors or should we not? Is he going to be
healthy? But things are heating up right now and he's topped 100 receiving yards in three straight
games. And I think he's going to be healthy. Odell Beckham Jr. is the only Giants player with at least 10 receptions in consecutive games. I will
kind of, I will leave you with this. I want to hear what you have to say about this, but I'm
looking at Neighbors as someone who's obviously a must start every week, but I'm looking at that
schedule. You know, Mike Clay's got that great strength of schedule matrix. I'm looking at
Neighbors, you know, in that Giants team, they have the easiest remaining schedule, like for
wide receivers. And so I'm excited to see what damage he can do and win some matchups for
managers. Heck yeah. We'll see how this entire situations with the quarterback kind of plays
out. We saw a lot of JJ McCarthy as James Winston got pulled in this one, but Neighbors, 35 targets
over the last two weeks. Unbelievable. I would have done anything to have that kind of an outing
from Cam Scadaboo. Cam Scadaboo had, check this out, zero carries and zero receptions in this
game. Eric, he played six snaps. He didn't have six carries. He didn't run six routes. He played
six snaps.
He played the entire game. Basically a foregone conclusion. He was not even a part of this
offense whatsoever. Huge question mark right now. Heading into week seven when they take on the
Houston Texans with the way they utilized every other running back in that backfield. But if you
are a Cam Scadaboo manager, you are left feeling awful in week six after getting that kind of
fantasy output. No, very true. And the thing about Cam Scadaboo, like all season, we know he's been
inefficient when you look at rushing yards per carry. Then he's been inefficient when you look at
rushing yards per carry. And week after week, we keep seeing Tyrone Tracy Jr., Najee Harris,
siphoning away touches. And you felt like, wow, if I've got Cam Scadaboo, he needs to score a
touchdown for him to bring value to my lineup. And so we saw with the fumble last week, you know,
just the fumbling issues on the season. And they made him pay for this. And so I did see before we
recorded like a clip of him kind of explaining what happened. You could see it on his face.
He didn't have the swagger. He's like, I messed up. These are the consequences.
But that leaves fantasy managers in a bind, Dob, because we're wondering,
am I going to be confident enough to plug in Cam Scadaboo as my RB2 in fantasy? I'm not too thrilled
about it. I don't know how you feel, but I am worried moving forward after we saw what happened.
My rankings here in week seven for Cam is going to be very interesting once we get the projections
from Mike Clay and see where everything lands. But I am not feeling great about him, although
there are a few guys I'm feeling great about that do have some swagger right now. Eric?
Are you kidding me? That's right.
Who do you think you are? I am.
Jeremy Bernard. Oh, my gosh. Dude, 11 catches, 87 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets.
We just saw him do this last week. Not this exact thing, but we saw him get more involved
in this receiving game last week. Do you think that with everything you saw between
Jeremy Bernard and Aaron Rodgers that we can't ignore this and we have to pay attention? And
he's basically worked himself into the, I might be a flex consideration,
for your squad here in week seven. Yeah, I would say yes. One thing about
Bernard, his name came up often, you know, in the Fantasy Focus YouTube chat, his name came up often
this morning during Fantasy Focus Sunday kickoff. And with Roman Wilson on IR, I'm like, this guy
really delivered. Season high, 25.7 fantasy points. But what I'm looking at is that we're looking at a
guy who was available on the waiver wire last week. He's only rostered in 44.4% of ESPN leagues.
That is going to spike significantly.
This week. And you look at the schedule, they've got the Saints and Browns on the schedule like
before the bye week. And I was a little worried about Aaron Rodgers in this game too, Dop. I'm
like, he did not look good. I dove a little bit deeper into the numbers after the game and he was
blitzed on 44% of his dropbacks on Sunday. His highest face as a member of the Steelers. And
he struggled when blitzed early, but things eased out considerably in the second half. And,
you know, Bernard, you know, obviously delivered in that scenario.
So I didn't know if you had Rodgers in some of your leagues or Bernard, but I'll kind of pass it to you.
Yeah. Jeremy Bernard. Yes. I'm a Lions fan. So of course I don't have Aaron Rodgers in any of my
fantasy leagues, Eric. But that's just the lifelong thing that I've got. So that's a thing. Jeremy
Bernard was amazing. And he's going to be a huge part of the waiver wire conversation that we have
this week because two weeks in a row, he has clearly looked like he is the number two pass
catcher right now for the Pittsburgh Steelers. And with Aaron Rodgers, surprisingly enough,
throwing it as much as he is, he has to at least get the first ball in the second half of the game.
And as much as he is, he has to at least be on our radar here in week seven when they take on
the New Orleans Saints. All right. Let's talk about some of our biggest takeaways here from week six.

Here we go.
I gotta talk about the Jaguars in that game this morning.
Do it, baby.
Man, I know everyone does not like the London games. You know, depending on where you live,
you gotta get up early. You gotta make sure your lineup's set and all that stuff. But I'm like,
I was excited about this game because I wanted to see what Basial Tootin was going to do.
I remember talking about Basial Tootin all last week. This is a guy you need to trade for right
now. Managers do not understand the type of play.
That they have. And he showed us. You know what? 16 touches, a season-high 24.7 fantasy points.
I'm watching horror, Dob, over the last couple of weeks, seeing this guy. Oh, man. Tootin scored
a touchdown. Wait, there's a flag. What happened? What happened here? And then those touchdowns get
pulled back. But everything came together. But the irony is that he did have one touchdown that
was called back in this game. But he did still score the others. And so he's someone that if
you've got him, I'm going to hold on to.
And if you're able to trade for him this week or leading up to this week, kudos to you. But he's
someone that should be at least an RB2 in your lineups week in and week out.
definitely has some rb1 upside i'm kind of passive a ton to you i've got some other thoughts about
chris rodriguez and some other things but what do you have to say about two let's talk about two
no he's great i think especially if he can get this kind of receiving game work i know it's only
four targets but this is a part of what could really help elevate him because it does feel
like chris rodriguez is a guy that the jaguars will utilize at the goal line much to our chagrin
even if we don't want it like every once in a while they did it this week they're going to
throw him out there and he's going to get some carries inside the five when they get down there
so being able to get four for 48 obviously the two touchdowns is amazing but um and part of that
trevor lawrence man let's just give a little shout out here 306 yards four touchdowns plus
an interception 11 rushing yards a total of 27.34 fantasy points if you started either of these
quarterbacks actually eric cj stroud was awesome today too 312 passing yards three touchdowns and
an interception a total of 22.98 fantasy points i i think that's three straights
for cj stroud having over 20 fantasy points is that right you you are correct on that and
stroud was one of those guys because one question that a lot of people had this week if they had
jalen hertz if they had all these quarterbacks who were on by who can i add off the waiver wire
to get me through this week and cj stroud he was one of those guys and even looking at his qbr and
we get a qbr of 96.9 in this game the second highest mark of his career wow your point up
20 fantasy points in three straight games so he's got
nico collins obviously he's the number one guy got his college buddy his former teammate marvin
harrison jr is now in the mix and um i do like stroud's chances of keeping things going in week
seven against the giants so you know if you need to use him again for uh for next week he's in a
good spot there and if my memory serves me right he's rostered in just 43.8 of espn leagues and so
if you need him he's available go ahead and add him i'll make he's look great especially with
this week buys are going to be the bill so
josh allen the jaguar so trevor lawrence the chargers no one has justin herbert hopefully
anymore and if you do there is a therapy group that meets every tuesday you can go to at six
o'clock at the vfw hall here in town and then also the commanders there's jayden daniel so three
actually legit quarterbacks jayden daniels josh allen and trevor lawrence all going to be out
this week so i love that call eric can i really got something else for you oh you go you go i got
something else for you on this man you're talking about the uh talking about the support group right
for uh even if you got justin herbert you know you're talking about the support group right for
uh even if you got justin herbert you know you're talking about the support group right for uh even if
you got justin herbert you know another support group that was out there that's which one that a
lot of people are members of and that's the loveland support group yes baby that was so good
where where do we start i'll go to you first and i'll piggyback but i just have to bring that up
we've been waiting for this we've been waiting i'm so excited about this i had him inside my top 10
the only one at espn i want to stand uh for colston loveland a little bit in the call that i had this
week because a big part of it for me is that i'm going to be the one that's going to be the one that
there weren't numbers about this but for me as a fantasy manager if i drafted colson loveland he was
either the third or fourth tight end off the board he was probably at uh in the third fourth or fifth
round of my draft when i had to draft him given that and now that he finally had his guy back if
he went off and i had him on my bench when he finally got caleb williams back i'd have felt
awful and so being able to see him get seven targets six for 65 and a touchdown they tried
to get him a second touchdown to be honest they had a couple of shots at the goal line it just
worked out but a total of 18.5 fantasy points eric this is what we've been waiting for i know you
just had you just had to be patient so many questions you know in the fantasy focus chat
you know i'm in there every day and it's like so many questions because they were like okay
i'm like i was like you know be patient the routes are there the snaps are there yep he's
just not getting targeted obviously having caleb williams helped that entire offense of course
loveland cooking i'm like you've got managers who have luther bird
third you know he was cooking so it looked good and i will leave you with this like i'm a big uh
obviously a big fan of clay's a strength of schedule matrix i think it is an underutilized
tool that we have so i want to try to get as many people there as possible you look at that
tight end schedule for the bears the easiest rest of season schedule for a fantasy tight end so
those who did trade for loveland obviously feeling pretty good those who uh held on to them are
feeling great but what are you thinking don no i think he's fantastic and i'm in on him again next
week and i'm looking forward to seeing what he's got next week and i'm looking forward to seeing what
he's got next week and i'm looking forward to seeing what he's got next week and i'm looking
forward to seeing what he's got next week and i'm looking forward to seeing what he's got next week
eric bajan robinson only nine carries 61 yards two catches two catches for negative eight is there a
chance that my box score is wrong that there's no way negative eight receiving yards for bajan
robinson 7.3 fantasy points and drake london actually had 10 targets you love the volume there
but four for 62 only 12.2 fantasy points so i'm looking forward to seeing what he's got next week
so i'm looking forward to seeing what he's got next week and i'm looking forward to seeing what he's got next week
i think he had a two-point conversion uh that helped out a little bit there but
unfortunately just a letdown for all these falcons managers
it really was a couple of thoughts on this you got drake london right uh 12.2 fantasy points
looking at the numbers he did lead the falcons pass catchers and snaps and routes run
and it it made me think dop i was sitting there i was being very philosophical and
just thoughtful and thinking i was like has drake london become the modern version of julio jones
giving us all the
he's numbers yet he's not scoring touchdowns and i will tell you michael pennix jr i'm not happy with
him right now because i remember watching the game and seeing him miss london in the first half and
what could have been an easy like 25 to 30 yard touchdown only if the throw was better place but
he's still like a low-end wide receiver one in week seven against the 49ers but i got some thoughts
on bijan but i'll pass the baton to you to see what you think on that it doesn't feel great
doesn't feel great unfortunately but this is how it works every once in a while you get a dud and you're not going to be able to win the game
and both of those guys are going to be lineup locks moving forward next game eric are we fading eagles like
speaking of lineup locks davante smith when he's healthy he has definitely been one of those guys
maybe the only philadelphia eagle that has been a lineup lock for us and even with tanner mckee
under center he crushed seven for 75 and a touchdown on 14 targets dallas goddard actually
looked pretty good too six for 61 on eight targets but given the way the rest of this team looked eric
and i want to ask you this when i'm
when i'm looking at the eagle squad altogether tanner mckee didn't show himself as someone that
i want to stream necessarily in fantasy football fine he was able to get a handful of guys involved
but i'm not going to stream them here even though damian pierce got in the end zone i don't want
really anything to do with this philadelphia eagles running game we got lucky that he got in the end
zone that kind of bailed us out here how do you feel about the eagles moving forward knowing that
they get dallas which is such a great matchup next week do not feel good my biggest concern is the
eagles offensive line i'll talk about that in a minute but i'm not going to talk about that in a minute
talk a lot about offensive line play it just impacts every aspect of the game from the running
game to the passing game they are struggling right now to your point we don't have jalen
hertz we've got tanner mckee uh but i do trust davante smith i do trust dallas goddard uh those
are really the only pieces in this offense that i do have confidence in it's just the eagles have
been terrible they ran near the bottom of the league in uh total yards and points per game but
i do have confidence in those two fantasy options at least to plug like in the lineups but things
have not looked good they have not looked good and i thought i had confidence as well eric and a guy
named third and juwan also known as juwan johnson but then something happened this week two targets
no catches didn't the saints score kind of a lot of points here in week six what happened you know
they did score a lot of points but you know a lot of people were probably refreshing their esbn app
and saying hey is is there why is the feed not working yes i was doing that exactly but the one
that i've brought up like all season is that whenever the saints have all three of their
tight ends when they're healthy everyone's there everyone's available you would think kumbaya but
that is not the case because in those games juwan johnson has struggled he's really gone boom for
fantasy managers when one of those other two tight ends have been out but then guess what
happened you know you had all three guys active and juwan johnson was a uh we'll say a victim
uh at least in fantasy teams you know sitting there looking at that big zero and on two targets
that's kind of what you're looking at and things may not necessarily get better because jordan tyson
will come back eventually we'll just have to watch one of these tight ends get hurt so that's sad but
true i guess referencing metallica yikes that doesn't feel good unfortunately what does feel
good eric if you had a mecca abuka two straight weeks where he's gotten in the end zone and that's
really helps you from a fantasy perspective back-to-back weeks over 17 fantasy points this
week was the more traditional way last week he did it with his legs on the ground but this week he had
16 targets 7 for 48 and a touchdown 17.8 fantasy points he clearly looked like the number one
target for jalen daniels i'm not sure what the rest of this offense is going to look like with
jalen daniels week in and week out i'm not sure any of us know eric but when you walk away from
that game when you saw the things that happened there how you feeling about a mecca abuka and
this offense now with daniels under center well the one thing about daniels is that you know he's
going to be inconsistent like as a passer so you have to be at peace with that
that's going to cause abuka's fantasy production to fluctuate and i think a great example of what
happened is that abuka missed out on a long touchdown opportunity because of a bad pass
from daniels and you're gonna have to live with that and so we've we've looked good for the past
couple of weeks but there may be some meat left on the bone so i'm not really excited about the
buccaneers offense with him under center or not necessarily with baker either it hasn't looked
great but if you got abuka considering what you
uh the the draft pick that you use to acquire him you got to start him each week he's still a wide
receiver too yep i agree with that and if i have a mecca bucca honestly there's probably uh it feels
nice right now being able to have someone that has been delivering that kind of value for a handful
of weeks because we've had some back and forth performances some yo-yos some up and downs eric
the last couple of weeks within fantasy so having anybody deliver like steady performances has been
really nice i thought we had that to be honest as well with the los angeles rams if you don't mind
me saying that like steady performances across the board they're the rams matthew stafford all
he does is throw 300 yard games all he does is throw games with multiple passing touchdowns
and get the one guy involved that we thought to be honest actually he gets both guys involved
kyron and puka but what happened eric the rams were supposed to smash they didn't smash in this
one there was a couple of like decent plays but on the whole this was not the fantasy team that
we were promised no this was not the fantasy bonanza that we expected
stafford going up against the cardinals defense that allowed the third most fantasy points per
game to quarterbacks entering week six it just was not there they just weren't able to capitalize it
impacted puka nakua davante adams um even looking at some of the the betting angle with it the rams
closed his 13 and a half point favorites and this was quite an upset like in the betting world you
would think hey this is going to be good for kyron williams everyone involved um i do have a lot of
thoughts on this but looking at blake quorum and kyron williams is disappointing
though that hurt a lot of managers who were leaning williams but this is the game you play
with the rams dop williams and quorum have a similar skill set they're both interchangeable
and so this is what happens sometimes blake quorum gets the touches you want kyron williams to have
sometimes yeah every once in a while it's going to be like this especially when he's the one that
gets in the end zone even though more often than not kyron is going to be more involved in the
passing game every once in a while you just have duds this is how it works
so i'm not sure that i'm in on blake quorum being a full-on flex for me because he has been pretty
good i mean last two weeks if you just look at his numbers he has been pretty good but being able to
get in the end zone really carries that if blake quorum doesn't get in the end zone he's not really
flex worthy that being said to sort of check myself every running back that i have as a flex
running back basically needs to get in the end zone so kyron williams or excuse me blake quorum
at least has a better propensity to do that being on this ram squad so that gives him a little bit
more boost than some of the other guys but still really unfortunate and frustrating you know it
wasn't frustrating though i don't know if you watch this chiefs game did you know ken walker
is good at football he's all right he's all right he's all right 19 carries 128 yards two touchdowns
two receptions for 11 yards 27.9 fantasy points my only concern eric is and it's not a concern
this week 21 touches and it's not a concern this week 21 touches and it's not a concern this week
and 22 opportunities that's okay it's once we get a little bit more than that i want to make sure
that the chiefs are going to keep ken walker the third healthy for us fantasy managers because i
care more about that than the chiefs super bowl run i just want to make for us make sure for us
in fantasy that we're getting a very healthy ken walker but he looks fantastic in this one
yeah i'm like you really cannot complain uh with what he's done regardless of where you drafted
him i know his average rapid position he's not going to be able to do that but he's going to be
excuse me increased significantly uh as we got into august but he's had at least 20 touches
and 21 fantasy points in every game this season he's delivering weak winning performances
and in a season where running back production has been moving back and forth like a pendulum and
you have a few guys that you can depend on you got a guy like walker makes such a such a big
difference and i'm with you you know we just want to make sure he stays healthy but i feel like he's
i'll do a little reference here i feel like
he's like andy dufresne from shawshank redemption once he escapes from shawshank
he escaped from seattle he's like i don't have to deal with the committee anymore and he's out
there looking up and he's got the rain falling on him and he's going to lead managers to
championships that's what we're looking at he's just standing there in seattle saying how could
you be so obtuse to not give me the football more often than this eric i don't get it i don't get it
oh that's so fun oh no it was uh yeah it's good he's definitely delivered uh
for managers
who have who've drafted him but you know you know there's there's always a little bit of like an
ugly side to things right that we have to deal with i know we did have some injuries that we
do need to talk about so let's go ahead and rip the band-aid off and try to help some managers

you are not wrong eric moody let's dive into a handful of injuries romeo dobbs had a shoulder
injury unfortunately making a diving catch in this one uh aj brown
back in this game as well so we had both of the top two wide receivers we expected for the patriots
short week this week patriots play thursday night against the bear so we'll have to continue to
monitor this to see if you have romeo dobbs available for you as a flex option lad mcconkey
unfortunately suffered a concussion in this one i just want to give you a quick rundown of the
injuries he's had so far this year it has been tough week one he sustained a rib injury that
made him unfortunately limited for a number of games in a row week four he suffered a foot injury
against the seahawks had to leave that game and he was able to make his way to the next game
early in week five week five he was active and didn't play a single snap which was very frustrating
if you threw him out there because you saw that he was going to be available for your fantasy squad
and then this week cleared their injury report before unfortunately having a concussion here in
week six so we're going to wish lad the best but it has been frustrating for fantasy managers
trying to figure out what to do with him so far this year older guy davante adams limped off at
the end of the game it looked like a non-contact injury eric which is a big deal for him and he's
not great if you ask me it's not my favorite whenever you see a guy kind of just like reach
down to your knee-ish area after not running into anyone or anything but that is another situation
that we will continue to monitor as we get into waivers yeah those type of injuries are never
good to see and and managers that have a great window to to at least trade away adams where how
he performed when puka nakua was out so hoping it's nothing serious because he's definitely a
guy that can help managers in their lineups but i guess we'll see what happens next week
we'll just see you just kind of kind of keep your fingers crossed and we'll just see what happens
right just take it one week at a time yeah nope i'm with you on that as a reminder week seven
coming up we're gonna have the bills jags chargers and commanders all on by eric moody i barely get
to do stuff with you because i'm always doing things with other people but we work on the same
shows it is so great to be able to see your face to actually talk with you because while i'm doing
focus you're hanging out with chat keeping all of everybody involved thank you so much for being a
part of this show and doing all the things that you do and i'll see you next week
to be able to help continue this community that we have on fantasy focus if it was not for you we
would not have the group that we have every single day to be able to ask questions and hang out and
