Week 4 Start Sit Advice (Part 1) | MUST-Start Players & Big Names to AVOID (10/01 Fantasy Football Podcast)

The fantasy football analysis for Week 4 centers on key matchups, player injuries, and offensive vulnerabilities. Tyler Schuck is identified as a top-tier quarterback pick due to strong recent performances and confidence in his ability to deliver in high-leverage games. Running back opportunities are highlighted with Aaron Jones and Terry McClure as standout options, especially given their recent usage and favorable defensive matchups. Bryce Young is recommended as a high-impact start against the Lions, where the defense is less aggressive and the team is expected to score heavily. Braille and Allen are projected to have a breakout game against the Bears, benefiting from the team’s poor run defense and high volume of carries. However, Houston’s elite defense against running backs makes players like Javante Williams or Tony Pollard risky. Injury reports across multiple teams—such as Drake May, Keaton Mitchell, and Justin Jefferson—create uncertainty, leading to cautious starts. The Chargers vs. Seahawks game is seen as low-scoring, with only one player recommended as a must-start. Overall, the focus is on using depth, matchup awareness, and injury context to build balanced, resilient fantasy lineups. Strategic decisions often favor flex options or lower-end starters, especially when facing strong defenses. Key trends include reliance on pass-catching versatility, high-touchback running backs, and the avoidance of matchups with historically poor defensive units. The episode concludes with a strong emphasis on situational awareness, injury updates, and expert insights from multiple analysts to inform decision-making.

This is fantasy football today from CBS sports It's time to dominate your fantasy league Now here's some combination of Adam Dave Jamie and he Start or sit here in week four. Let's do it everybody The Cowboys are at the Texans. How did their offense do against great these? offenses in 2025. What does that mean for week four? The charges are at the Seahawks over under 13 and a half points for the chargers this week guys Is that their season average? I don't even know I probably less So I think I think they implied total is 18, which is one of the lower of the week Okay, all right, so the heath is gonna take the over Derek Henry faces the Titans for the first time in his career over under 1.5 touchdowns for Henry over over They actually have to watch every sentence. Oh, what did he say? I just got read it. Oh, okay The jets are at the bears do the jets have more players to start than the bears That's a great question Yes Okay They do they have the better tight end? Yes, yes, they had better quarterback. Yes, I don't want to start either one Did they have the top wide receiver? Yes, yep. Okay, we'll stop there And let's talk about it all right now on fantasy football today Jamie give me one game. You cannot wait to watch this week One game I cannot wait wait to watch this week Saints Falcons, okay, I don't know where you're going with that. He's give me one game that you would force your worst enemy to watch this week Steelers Browns Well, that's worse than Dolphins Vikings That's bad one. That's bad one All right, let's get into the players. We love brought to you by stitchfix if you're like me and close shopping isn't your thing Stitchfix has you covered get styled today at stitchfix.com slash football Jamie, what do you like that Saints Falcons game so much? I'm excited to see Tyler shock once again. He's started the week for this week So looking forward to hopefully another strong game from him. He's been awesome so far this season and you know If you look at our rankings, it's it's as much as I think everybody's starting in the begin with But it's more of like confidence thing. We all have him as a top three quarterback for this week So hopefully he delivers and delivers in a big way So you're starting over a lot of you know prime time quarterbacks and a lot of guys that you clearly drafted him ahead of but 24.4 fantasy points in each game so far this season two games over 29 fantasy points last time He played Atlanta scored 23.8 and Falcons have allowed Bryce Young and Jordan love to each scored 22.5 So big opportunity here for Tyler stuck to keep it going especially if the run game stinks as it could be with Which I would say can gone but running game hasn't been good to begin with So I think she'll just has another solid outing against the fact all right two other players Jamie loves this week Aaron Jones against Miami and This the last one's a little tricky Jamie Terry McClaurne against the Colts I guess I have this slight concern that sauce gardener's gonna shadow him but talk about Aaron Jones and not a slight concern Like a 30% concern Aaron Jones and Terry McClaurne Well, I mean the three starting running backs that have faced the offense have all been awesome so far and Jones coming off a game Where he was finally used as a pass catcher, which was exciting to see so hopefully that continues We'll see what Justin Jefferson's role is maybe that has a factor and just in how much Jones catches the ball But it was the first full game with Kyler Murray So I think that's encouraging for Jones especially with Jordan Mason Still out with the thumb injury from a corner and look it's back-to-back gains with nine targets He's clearly getting involved to the level that we were hoping to see and it's now Four of six games going back to last season with Marcus Mario to where he scored at least 14 or more PPR points, so I'm just hopeful that this connection continues So yes the the the sauce gardener Scenario is is worth exploring, but I think we've seen receivers so far have success against this defense with gardener on the field So I'm not really so worried about that In terms of him shutting down Yeah, no, they've definitely receivers have had success. I don't think sauce has followed any one so far See they've faced I was he followed Zay flowers a couple times and we've won into the end zone Yeah, you can't follow Zay flowers. They faced they face flowers. They face Rashir ice and they faced Xavier Hutchinson, so he hasn't been trained. He actually looked at his PFF profile He hasn't really been traveling so far this season Sauce gardener. I did a little bit last year. All right, so to recap. It's Tyler Schuck Monday night against Atlanta Aaron Jones against Miami Terry McClure and against the Colts in London. He who do you love this week? You know what this one will Bryce Young Braille and Alan Dalton Schultz So Bryce Young was someone that we all got excited about after two very good games and Then things didn't go so well against the Browns In fact, they went terribly. I'm going right back to him because he's facing the Detroit Lions Don't think that defense is going to get near as much pressure on him as the Browns did their secondary Certainly not as good as the Browns and Detroit's gonna score 30 points like they always do so Bryce Young is gonna throw a bunch of passes Braille and Alan is a top 24 running back for me. I would start him over Omari and Hampton. I would start him over a couple other guys. We'll talk about later I just think like there's only been one time in his career that he had 15 touches And he scored 12 fantasy points without a touchdown I think he gets probably 15 to 18 touches in this game The Bears have been one of the worst run defenses in the NFL We saw sake one Barkley basically do whatever he want when they gave him the ball last week Braille and Alan's not sake one Barkley, but he's pretty good and he has big playability And then Dalton Schultz I expect some people will go away from him after he only had three targets last week And now that Nico Collins is back I am not first off love revenge game narrative against the Dallas Cowboys second off The Cowboys are the team that's responsible for Isaiah likely being someone that we start a tight-in right now They've given up three touchdowns to tight-ins through three weeks and the Tekken's Texans have an implied total of 24.5 Which will be one of their larger numbers of the year So Braille and Alan is up to 90% rostered fourth most added player in CBS leagues behind the dolphins running backs And the Bears DST which is interesting the Bears DST hmm, okay Don't like that. Yeah, that that is weird. They're up to 69% rostered. They were 27% roster, but okay Do you guys or sign has them projected for a very big game? Interesting, um, do you like? Yeah, okay, that kind of is done by this, but uh Braille and Alan versus Let's say the commanders wide receivers, you know, just bring in Terry McClure in here What would you do and is it where you got like these guys gonna should get some catches good match up What would you do with Braille and Alan against wide receiver in that range heath? Oh, I think I will have definitely have Alan ahead of those guys and half PPR Um, I think I would start him over him in all four months Jamie I'd go to receivers. I think that's going to be a Potentially high scoring game and I don't know if Alan's gonna catch any passes. So we could be looking at a trap back here Uh, well, and I'm I'm excited about Alan just a little curious to see how this is all gonna work You know, he he didn't exactly show himself to be skilled in that regard last week after breeze hall left Yeah, I want to um You just see Braille and Alan for what it's worth He's he's average 3.7 yards per carry on 129 carries in his career his long as 20 yards It's a volume play against the terrible defense. So um, gosh you say you start him over Ramari and Hampton We're about to talk about that. I hate Omarion Hampton this week But thank you to stitch mix for sponsoring today's players. We love stitch fix takes the hassle out of clothes shopping Just take a quick style quiz share your size your vibe and your budget And you'll be matched with a real human stylist who will send you a first fix with clothes that fit and make sense for your life So stop shopping and get style today at stitchfix.com/football that stitchfix.com/football Heath is avoiding Drake May at Buffalo, Omarion Hampton at Seattle and Ameka Buka against the Packers Let's start with Hampton um, yeah, there's not a lot to like here going up against this defense And I think because of the state of the running back position I want it like I still have him at RB24. It's obviously a lot lower than you drafted him There's a lot of guys that were drafted behind him That I would start over him and one guy that wasn't drafted in some leagues apparently Braille and Allen that I would start over him But I just I don't even know if Hampton is a volume play He's because keep michael's involvement now come on. He might else playing a little bit too Um, he is not doing anything in the passing game, which is really the only way that running backs have success against the Seahawks They're giving up 2.9 yards per carry on the season We thought they were one of the best defenses in the NFL They've been one of the best defenses in the NFL in terms of the run defense. So I I wish I could rank him lower and I'm actively seeking for running backs to move into the top 24 ahead of him But I'd start basial tooting over him. I don't like David Montgomery anymore And they're talking about him losing work to what he marks. I'd start David Montgomery over him. I'd start Braille and Allen over him um Cam scatiboo obviously Chuba Hubbard obviously like a lot of guys that were drafted behind him And all Hampton does is run up the middle basically and if you go watch jacory krasky merit last week That's all he did any average. I think 1.9 new yards per carry. Drake may a Buffalo, a Mecca, Buka against Green Bay. Yeah, I think the Drake May thing is probably pretty obvious to people at this point. Jamie didn't even rank him. He's in my top 24. I guess I'd still start him in a two-cubi league if I had to, although there's several guys that were on the waiver wire that I would start over him. Just playing awful football right now. I don't want to drop him because when a guy was as good as he was last year, and it's just this comically bad. I kind of hope that something's going to click, and he snaps back a little bit, and then eventually AJ Brown will be back. But no chance. I want to start him anytime soon. And who was the other one? Yeah, Mecca Buka. I mean, I guess I'd say is Bucky the only buck that you're even considering this week? Bucky is the only buck that I'm even considering this week. Okay. Jamie's got a Buka 29th. Dave 26th. Heath has him 36th. So with Jalen Daniels at quarterbacks. I'm just I'm curious with his profile, though, if this suits a Buka, you know, just based on the shots down the field that we may see. You know, if I if I was going to pick a sleeper in that game, I think I might pick Ted Hurst. Yeah. Jamie Jamie's talked about in the past a lot of times back up quarterbacks get in and want to throw to the guys they've been working with. I would guess he's probably worked with Ted Hurst who's now kind of starter, but more than he's worked with a Buka. And Hurst has that big play down field ability also. So I'm just I'm terrified of this Bucks offense. I want to see Jalen Daniels, but I think a lot of the stuff he's going to do that excites us is with his legs. Yeah. I don't disagree. I also think if you're going that route, Ted Johnson might be the guy. Yeah. All right. Jamie says, well, he said Cittamari and Hampton. Jamie says, sit Herbert, which I think is, you know, that makes sense. But Maconkey's tough. Like, can we really get away from Lab Maconkey? What do you expect from him? And then there's DJ Moore against New England. Yeah. Interesting. All right. Jamie, let's talk about Maconkey and Moore. Yeah. Look, it's very similar to, you know, when you have a player like a Martin Hampton, you have guys like this, it's just you're looking at bad matchup and just bad production for Maconkey the last two weeks. So I'm still hopeful. Look, I have a bunch of leagues. It's hard to say to them. You're still starting them in three or three or three leagues. And that's most of the leagues I play in or, you know, flex that he's going to be in those in those conversations. But it's just a great defense. And he's he's not playing well. And DJ Moore, look, he he's getting targets. He's played two full games with Josh Allen. And he's got eight plus targets in both of those. I would assume he's still going to get his opportunities. He's going to see Christian Gonzalez. And that's not going to be easy for him. So I think you're just looking at, you know, more as similar to you see, I have them rank back to back just outside the top 24. It's hard to sit players like this. It's hard to get away from the opportunities that they should get. They are just facing tough competition. Yeah. He played against them in 2024 against Gonzalez and Gonzalez did a great job on him. So we'll see if the same thing happens. I will just save for the chargers. Like I didn't rank them very high last week. But I had this feeling that, you know, this seems like the kind of spot where they could have a blow up and make me look dumb. And all of a sudden the chargers are a little bit back. I don't have that feeling at all this weekend. So he likes it's just like it's it's bad vibes and it's an awful awful matchup. Yeah. You also have Seattle going back home after a bad loss. And the one thing about Hampton just to keep in mind is Keaton Mitchell was in a walking boot yesterday. And so if Mitchell is out, I wonder if that helps Hampton in the past game. It could be Vidal makes a lot of sense that they just continue to do the stupid rotation that they're doing. Um, but maybe that helps Hampton a little bit in terms of catching passes. It looks like the Siocs are also going to get one of their starting safeties Julian love back to. So they, you know, they struggled a little bit. I think they gave they gave the commanders some short fields last week that that worked against them. But in the last year, the Siocs gave up 38 points in week five against the bucks. Then they went on the, I don't know if this matters or they went on the road and gave up 12 points at Jacksonville. So, um, this, this defense, they can angry Siocs defense scares the crap out of me. All right. I want to promote something here. Dave Richard doing a great job with Scott Turner, former offensive coordinator. It's the shows called reality versus fantasy. They record on Wednesday afternoons. You'll see it shortly after they record. And this week they got into the Eagles offense, the Panthers offense, the dolphins running backs. And apparently Scott had a different opinion on this one. Malik neighbors and you might be shocked to hear what he says about a mecca, a buka. So this is a, this is an expert. We're just pretending. And he sits down with Dave every Wednesday and they have a great job. They do a great job. And, um, it's on youtube.com/fantasyfootball today. That's the only place you can see it or watch it. YouTube.com/fantasyfootball today. News and notes. Uh, let's see Lamar Jackson mispractice. This wouldn't be an issue. Drake May is has a shoulder issue, but he practiced in full. Bryce Jung practice. He is a knee issue. Josh Allen is apparently not injured. Jayden Daniels was limited. Jayden Daniels still has a chance to play this week. That's Jayden for the Washington commanders. So that'd be awesome. Um, and Ben Johnson will not say who will start this week. It doesn't seem like it'll be Caleb Williams, but we don't know if it's going to be case Keenam or Tyson Beijing. Why would they not just start canoming? I mean, just stop it. Yeah. Um, Rico Doudel is out tonight. Bucky Irving limited with a glute issue because he got knocked on his glute at the end of that game. Keaton Mitchell limited with an ankle issue. Miami running back Jayden writes that he was very close to playing in week three. So I think we're going to expect him to play in a week four at Minnesota. There is a great story from Joe Shad on the Palm Beach Post breaking down the fantasy impact of, uh, he's a beat writer for the offense, breaking down the fantasy impact of, uh, Jalen Wright versus Ollie Gordon. Just the cliff notes is he thinks writes the guy and he's going to get two thirds of the touches. But that would be so hilarious. Just after the Ollie Gordon, we saw this week. I know, we warned everyone. That's what we said. We, we like, right, better. Did you guys get Ollie Gordon into leaks? Zero. I got him in our 18 team, obviously, which is waivers. And so like, there's nobody on waivers. So it was easy just to put in for him. And if I got him, I don't want to play him. Um, I think I got him in one or two other leagues, but same thing was just like, I'll put in claims from I didn't put in like, I didn't get him in any fab leagues. Uh, but I got him in some, in some waiver leagues where it was not my first claim, but did get, did get him. Yeah. The big news from that atom is I may need to join the office league again next year. I think I think when I left the, uh, the big office league, it was 26 teams. And if we get one more person, drop out and I can be the 18th team, I might, I might be back it. Okay. Yes. Dan Graziano says his sense is that the Texans are going to start giving more work to Woody Marx. They get the cowboys this week, both Tennessee running backs mispractice. We saw the same thing last week. Um, then they played Rashad white has a shoulder issue. Breeze hall mispractice wide receiver. Justin Jefferson's day to day. Don't know if he'll play this week. Pukinakua is expected to play. Uh, let's see. Jalen cocker day to day. Xavier Lee get week to week. Zach Sharbonay could start practicing this week. And if he does that, he'll have 21 days to come off the I, uh, he's on popper I R, whatever he's on, uh, probably pop. Jaden Reed is out for the season, Devonte Smith mispractice with a hamstring issue. That's probably going to be a normal thing on Wednesdays. Nico Collins practice Caleb Douglas did not at an I Mitchell did not practice. Mike Evans did not practice. And Chris Godwin did not practice. Yes. I think the books are used to having Mike Evans and Chris Godwin not practice. But now they're not practicing for different teams. I think Godwin should be fine. We'll see about Evans. Terrance, Terrance Ferguson mispractice, Chigel Conquo, he was limited. He's missed a couple games. Maybe he gets back this week. Kenyan Sedeek was limited, uh, Dallas Goddard mispractice. And I think just for just for you, people that like he that are really hopeful for Bryce Young, you should know that he will be without left guard Damien Lewis for a while. Uh, but right tackle Monroe Freeling is in the concussion protocol as well. So it might be down to starters on an already thin offensive line. And that's all I'll do there. Oh, the Cowboys acquired cornerback Joey Porter. It's apparently has a back issue, but maybe not. Um, I can't imagine he'll play this week. And Aaron Donald has back sort of, he's questionable for this week's game at Philadelphia. Um, Houston is very beat up at linebacker. That could help the Cowboys. I don't know the status of his. He's all shy. But in terms of the, you know, the length, but they're banged up at linebacker. Philadelphia linebacker Zach Bond is in the concussion protocol. That's a big deal. And then not to get religious here for the bill's Patriots game, but Buffalo cornerback Christian Benford mispractice and two Christians on the Patriots defense mispractice. One of them is Christian Gonzalez. He has a shoulder issue. That would change things for DJ Moore and Christian Barmore defensive tackle. He also mispractice. And we are, oh, and both Panthers starting cornerbacks have long term injuries. Mike Jackson and JC Horn. That is a big deal. Um, start Jared golf. We'll be right back with one question. Does it help James and William? Are you going to guarantee another, Jamie, another, Jamie, Jamie, Jamie will guarantee eventually it's going to happen. Um, and I'll tell you about what the Jets did. And against the Lions and not just what they do against the Lions, what the Jets do every week. They lead the league in something. We'll be right back. I'm going to talk to you right now about Omaha stakes. And this is a perfect time for me to do it because just last night I cooked four Omaha stakes for my family. And they were awesome. Dallas, Ed Houston, Heath, are you concerned about the Cowboys offense in this matchup? Not really. Why not? I just think the Cowboys are one of the-- they don't always perform to this level, but I just think the Cowboys are one of those offenses that you don't sit them because of matchups. So that's pretty much that simple. I'm not starting Jake Ferguson. And I guess Dex a little lower than normal. He's Mike UB10, but-- That's the only guy you can be able to get away from, just with the depth of the position. Jack Press got in tough matchups. I had him in eight tough matchups last year. He was good to great in four of them. He was bad to terrible in four of them. And against the truly elite defenses, he was-- there were like six of them. Yeah, tough schedule last year. And he was good in three and bad in three, but usually better at home. All right, Kansas City at Las Vegas. Jamie, do you believe in the Raiders offense in this game? I believe in the two must start, guys. Would prefer to avoid Trey Tucker, just because of the one game sample size we have with Bowers Back and the pretty good secondary that we've seen from the Chiefs. And I'm not ready to start Kirk Cousins in one quarterback leagues yet. So they could be playing the 85 Bears. And I'm probably most likely starting Brock Bowers in Ashen Gentian the way that the State of Fantasy football is right now. Yeah, the 85 Bears were-- they were only like middle of the pack against tight ends. You have no idea how good that defense is. No. That's the first football game I remember watching. Which one, the Super Bowl? The 85 Bears winning the Super Bowl. My great-grandmother had her 95th birthday party and my grandpa snuck me out of it early to go watch the Super Bowl. That's cool. The first Monday night game I remember watching was Dolphins Bears when the Dolphins beat them. Oh, cool. All right, any in apples is that washing? One of the greatest, you know, as I got older and went back and watched it several times. One of the greatest game plans a coaching staff ever had was just Natt Moore, Natt Moore, Natt Moore, Natt Moore. OK, more and more. Give me more. Any in apples that Washington, Jamie, since you like Terry McClure, and I'll give us one. Do you rank the top four wide receivers in this game? I think I have downs ahead of McClure. And so downs, McClure and Diggs, Alan. And Alan is what for you? 31. OK, so they're all worth starting in three years. Yeah, this should be a good game. It should be a fun game. Jacksonville's at Cincinnati. Heath, Jacobi Myers has two, one, and eight targets in three games. Can we trust him? No. [LAUGHS] All right, we didn't really get a lot of targets or Parker washes in the last weeks. Maybe that had something to do with it. So all four-- would you start all four of the cold slash commanders receivers over Jacobi Myers? I would. OK. Jamie, the Jets are at Chicago. Starter Sit Kenyan Sedeek. I would start him. He's 12 for me, but a few things to keep in mind here. One, I think you've got to look at the injuries because right now Mason Taylor and Adnan Mitchell both mispracticed on Wednesday. And I saw one Jets beat writer suggest that there was like five guys listed at the top, Brees Hall and Mitchell. And Brees Hall and Mitchell and Taylor were among the top five. And he said in his post on X, the top five, not expected to play. So if Mitchell and Taylor are out, that was a part of Sedeek's success last week. The other part was facing the lions, which is just the free space, at least through the first three weeks of the season. I'm hopeful with Sedeek. I'm hopeful that we just unlocked something that could be awesome rest of season. Yep, me too. Chargers are at the Seahawks. Heath is there only one player to start in this game? I think there's only one player I want to start in this game. I recognize I said, "Siddle Morian Hampton earlier in the show, but a lot of people aren't going to have an option to sit him." So you may have to start out Morian Hampton. And then I'm actually streaming Sam Darnold for on a couple of my Jaden Daniels teams assuming that Jaden Daniels doesn't play. And I think that may become a more common thing if they continue to not really run the ball, because their pass rate is much higher than it was last year. So Sam Darnold, a OK streamer. You know what, I'm going to do it right now. I am going to sit Amari and Hampton for Kaleef Raymond. Yes, that's perfect. I mean, I wouldn't do it, but I like this. I love this for you. I'm sitting in for Jalen Warren. I know you do that. Oh, yes. New England's at Buffalo. Jamie, does Dalton concade bounce back? Yes. I think there's enough of reason to buy Hampton based on what we saw. Not just in the Detroit game, but also in week one. So I think it's going to be a little bit of a tough game for DJ Mor. And so this is a little bit of it, too, who's the second best pass catcher for Buffalo? So it's a cautiously optimistic ranking. You know, when you get to, for me, it was past Laport, I think. I could see Waller being in the top five. I could see Cedeek being in the top five. I could see Schultz being in top five. But there's a lot of different ways this position could go. I'm banking on Concade's still participation and what he's done. But I just hope it's not, you know, we're going to see the Lions bump. You know, and then I hope we're just not chasing that spot every week. So this is one, I'm sorry, Adam, because I know we're supposed to just one of us, but I've fudged my ranking a little bit based on the projections here. Because he's not my top 12 based on the projections. And I just like the fact that it's not so much the bad week last week, it's just that this Patriots defense was awesomely against Titans last year, right? And so far this year they're giving up, and they haven't faced good Titans, but just almost nothing to the position. And so I think it's still a pretty good defense. Yeah. He's a low end starter, but I don't love it. Okay. Look, one of the games, one of the great games for Concade, he had zero targets from DJ Moore. Also, when DJ Moore has been on the field, he's getting a massive target share, but Concade off to such a good, so and he's still playing a lot, right? So the first two games were just so good. It's hard to ignore. You can't just turn out a guy also credit to Durwin James, I don't like Durwin. Right. That was going to say that he's pretty good. He didn't he didn't follow or shadow Concade, but he was definitely on Concade a decent amount. And he's a terrific. He's terrific. I think he's probably extra motivated to recover his reputation after what Trey McBride did to him in week one. Oh, he was on Trey McBride for for a lot of his monster game. Okay. I didn't see that. Baltimore at Tennessee, Heath, why bother? Why bother? No, I think I have a real question. Tony Pollard, I think he had 21 touches last week. Any interest in starting him? Like would you start Tony Pollard over Omarion Hampton? I currently have Tony Pollard one spot ahead of Omarion Hampton. Okay. So hello indoors. I think I'm the only person that would say that so, but yes, I don't know if I could I couldn't figure I try to figure out why Tony Pollard got more touches. Spears came into the game, banged up. Spears left briefly with an injury against the Giants. But if you look at their snap shares, it's almost identical every week. It's like 53% powered, 47% spears. I just maybe it was just like a down and distance thing that got him more opportunities. But 17 carries four catches, I think that was awesome. I just don't know that we can count on it. If you just forget about the names on the jerseys, this doesn't actually like it kind of looks like a running back that's been pretty efficient against a defense that in two games hasn't been very good against the run. Mm-hmm. Yeah. So were they good last week? Well, they gave up four points. They're even. Oh no. 5.2 yards per carry, so I mean, I get some I get the matchup said no, I was going to say that was the only. They've only been good against New Orleans. That's the only game they had met a bouquet, but it didn't help. I think the one thing for Pollard that I would love to see again is the receptions because if you tell me he's going to be involved in a passing game, then I'm in because he's been running very well. Mm-hmm. And so it's just a matter of their team sucks. They're not going to get a lot of scoring opportunities. This game could get outside quickly just because of the Derek Henry narrative and how bad the Titans offense has looked aside from facing the Giants so far. And that's the game where Pollard also did well. I just don't think you can count on the role in the passing game. If Spears is healthy, if Spears is out, then I think you should be more excited about it. Okay. And would you start 20 Pollard over Dolphins running back? Oh, yeah. Yes. Would you start him over Braylon Allen? No. No. Okay. Well, more or less preview that game. But I'll give you something on Mark Andrews. Interesting note on Mark Andrews in about two and a half hours when we get to that game. [BLANK_AUDIO] Dallas at Houston. So Houston coming off a bad loss. They scored 17 points at the Colts. They only ran 51 plays. Hopefully they get Nico Collins back. Here's a, again, I don't really know what to do, but I think it's, it's an important stat to mention. The Texans are number one against running backs. Sometimes that's because of matchups, but they have faced James Cook, Chase Brown and Jonathan Taylor. And they have held all of them to, I think like less than 12 fantasy points. It's pretty unbelievable. Is there any way Jamie to get away from Javante? Do you want to get away from Javante? You think he's going to be good this week? What do you think about him and this matchup? He's a better version of a Marin Hampton, you know, you can't really for to sit players like this. Javante's obviously had a much better season so far. So it's easier to make the argument for him. So I think when you just look at the Texans and how they've performed defensively is, is Alshar here playing? I don't know. I don't think so as of right now. Yeah. So that's that's part of it also. They once prize me a Javante has a bad game. You know, this isn't one of those rum look you got and saying, Oh, he's going to be fantastic. I kind of felt the same way last week too, just because of Madibouk being back for the Ravens and he did awesome there. So this feels like a throw to score run to win game for the Cowboys. I don't think they're going in with the idea of, Hey, let's lean on Javante to win this game. You've seen teams have success throwing on Houston and I'm sure Dallas is going to try and continue that. So I think Javante is like not a DFS play unless you just want to be comparing and hopefully falls in the end zone. It's not going to be a good rushing average. He's as defense just too good against her. I do think there is a way to get away from him. If you were third running back is Jalen Warren or Aaron Jones or Chuba or you could start Chuba over. Yeah. I think all three of those guys are in better spot. And I would now I'm the proud manager of of Khalif Raymond in like four leagues. I would start Khalif Raymond over Mari and Hampton and PPR. I would not start him over Javante Williams. I'm not going to say it's funny. You say that. I don't know what this is in reference to, but one of our former colleagues in a text chain that I'm in said, damn, is it like Khalif to? I'm screwed. I don't know if that's like you're a jinx or I don't think you're any leagues with this person. I don't know, but if I were, even I'm going to infiltrate his league and put it a higher bid for. Well, he happened to, it's Andrew Bomber, one of our former producers. He texted me earlier in the week. Earlier in the week and said, why Keenan Allen over Khalif Raymond? And I said, well, they're both kind of in good spots right now with with Piers being out. And I like to match up for Keenan's slightly better. But, you know, it's, I'm sure that's kind of continuing it. Yeah, yeah. So the coverage for the Jets is really interesting, but we'll get to that game in a bit. Also, you mentioned as he's all shy or he's their, their best linebacker, he's their play caller for the Texans. He's got a groin injury. Henry Tollo Tollo. Henry Tollo. He is not also not going to play, well, he's not going to play in this game. We don't know about all shy, yet. And all right, Dak Prescott, eighth for Jamie, 10th for Heath, Dave had him fifth last time I checked. But again, like to sum it up, mixed results in these tough matchups usually better at home last year. You're not sitting CDLAM no way. He's basically home game for them. I mean, maybe George Pickens is top 13 for everyone. So you just, but Jake Ferguson is a guy that you probably want. It's Kenyan Sedeek over Ferguson. Yep. Oh, yes. Dalton Schultz over. Although in non PBR, you can make the case Ferguson still must start tight on because he'll catch touchdowns. Maybe Jake Ferguson has three touchdowns of 10 or more yards this year. He had four in his entire career going into 2026. So that's pretty great because he doesn't, it's not like he's scoring like one yard touchdowns. He doesn't have an end zone target yet. Oh, no, he does. I'm sorry. Mark Andrews doesn't have an end zone target. Anyway, Dalton Schultz or Jake Ferguson? Schultz. Schultz. Dalton Schultz or Sedeek? Sedeek for me unless Niko's out. Schultz for me. Dalton Schultz or Dalton Concade. Concade. Schultz for me. Do you, like would you consider CJ Stroud if Niko plays? Yeah, he's in that streaming conversation low end, but yes. Okay. Yeah. They can't run the ball. So, you know, he's reference to they're talking about giving Woody Marx more chances because he's more explosive than Dave Montgomery at this point. Like the Montgomery signing so far has not worked out. I know you got the three touchdowns in week one, but that's on a three point. Oh, yards per carry situation. Like he just has not been helping them. No, he really hasn't. I don't know that Woody Marx has been so good. I mean, he had five carries for 15. I had a couple of goal line, one goal line carry. Um, but yeah, I mean, so Heath, you said Woody, Mark, you said Dave Montgomery over Hampton? One spot. You know, that's one that I'm probably going to go back and forth on until Sunday morning because I don't want to be as high as I am on Dave Montgomery. I just, I hate the match up for Hampton so much that probably. Yeah. Jamie, let me ask you. Let's say you have a guy like a mecca Buka, you're nervous about or Lad Maconkey, you're nervous about, would you start a Texans running back over them? No. If, only not, keep your, if Nico Collins is out, would anyone want to go back to save your Hutchinson? No. He's in that Malik Washington, uh, I'm trying to think who else. Um, that might be decent. You know, 10 PPR points type, okay? Okay. You only hit 51 yards last game, but CJ strouled through for 167 yards. This is the, this is the, the reason why I'm a little concerned is like they had the layup game last week, right? And they didn't take advantage of it. And this defense is really beat up right now. You know, this is a huge guy. I saw somebody in the chat post. I'm, I didn't mean to disrespect Houston that Dallas is going to flood their stadium with fans. I was just making a reference that it's in the same state. Um, but I know. Um, I, I, I could see a bounce back game here because of Dallas's defense. You know, like they, they have not played well to what the expectations were with the guys that they added. And then now they're so beat up that they may not be playing some starters. I don't know the entirety of their injury reports. I apologize, but I think it's going to be a situation where CJ strouled could fall into production. Like I dropped CJ strouled in a couple leagues where I don't need to start him this week. I picked him up as just to see what was going to happen with some bad quarterback situations. And I was disappointed that he struggled against the Colts. Uh, but I can easily see him playing well in this game and being one of the, oh, we should have started him or, oh, we should have ranked him higher because it is Dallas. And he's had a couple of really strong performances so far this year. All right. Here we go. I just want to say like Jamie did say 10, he's in that, Hutchinson's in that 10 PPR fantasy points range. That would be a season high. Yeah. But, you know, he had an almost touchdown. Oh, yeah. He didn't, I didn't realize that. I want to say Williams or Braylon Allen questions from the chat. Javonte or Braylon. Javonte. Yeah. Likely or Schultz half PPR. Likely for Jamie Schultz for Heath. Do you worry about Montgomery? Yeah. We worry about Montgomery for many reasons. Uh, darn old or strouled. Darnell right now. I have strouled one spot higher. Schultz or Loveland. Schultz. Schultz. And pick a tight end. Jake Ferguson. Harold Fanon. Isaiah. Likely. Joanne Johnson. Joanne for me. I would go likely. And Schultz or Kraft? Schultz. Kraft. All right. We're going to take one last break and come back with the rest of our games. Kansas City at Las Vegas. AFC West showdown. Wait, are the chiefs three, you know, two and one. Oh, it's a couple of three and O's here about that. All right. We'll be right back to talk about the chiefs and the Raiders and more. Welcome back. By the way, he should know my son is playing flag football and he's the chiefs. Oh, great for him. Yeah. We're being the chiefs fans in this family. Is he, is he becoming a chiefs fan? Not yet. But that's it. Hope this this this year could be the year that does it. Yeah, maybe here we go. All right. It's that of the game. Just for fun. Not really. It's fantasy take away. In week three, Travis Kelsey caught Patrick Mahomes's first pass of the game and his last pass of the game. They went for 59 yards and a touchdown. He had no other targets. Jamie, any concern with that? I mean, with Rishi Rice getting his roll back and this team being for at least a week at least this team being run heavy. Any concerns about Kelsey? No, I think as long as he's got Mahomes, you go back to last year and what their production was. This is what tight end is. You're going to have some games where their guys get uber targeted. You're going to have some games where you're just counting on a touchdown when he's at this level of production. However, it's getting done. I'm not sitting him. So, I'm not looking to acquire a second tight end unless I'm playing that tight end as a flex alongside Kelsey. So, you know, unless there was somebody like Joanne Johnson, you can make a case for or maybe Dolan Schultz, you can make a case for it just because of their targets, being what they are and production, being what it is. I just think Kelsey, if you drafted him, you should be really excited because you got him. It's such a great value and he's been so good. I think you made an excellent point during the off season, Adam, that's really proven true through three weeks. And so, when we were having the Ken Walker discussion and talking about what impact that would have on everybody else, like Ken Walker has been better than even his biggest proponent could have thought that he would be. But you said, you know what? They might give you a targets, but the offense is going to be good now. So it won't hurt them. And that's exactly what's happened. Yeah. Two degree, but I am a little discouraged from a passing standpoint. And I think it'll work itself out. But passion with homes has two games with like very few pass attempts. I don't have to top my head. But let's see. 27 47 and 24. And, you know, the two games were like 14 point wins or more against Denver and Miami. But I wish there were more. I thought you basically can't stop any read from passing the ball a lot. It's just, it has never happened in the Mahomes era. And I don't, I think we'll get more pass attempts as the season goes on. You know, it's just a little fluky. But, you know, targets, if she writes is going to command that kind of target share, which she won't, but not every game. But, uh, all right. Yeah. And you're right though. They're scoring, they're scoring more points. And it's great to see. And Mahomes isn't in the zone right now. He was 20 of 24 last week. So I know it was a disappointing fantasy game against the offense, but 20 for 24. So he's 20 for 24. Pertie was what 20 for 22. Yeah, I think so against Miami. Have they trailed yet? Who the chiefs? Yeah. I have no idea. They were head against Denver. I don't remember week two. They were head against Miami. They may have tied a one point against Miami. I think they trailed against the Colts, but I'm not sure. I mean, the Colts game was over time. So I would guess at some point. Yeah. They were behind. They were behind at halftime 20 to 17. Well, we love Mahomes this week. He's top seven for everybody. He's just playing so well. Um, Heath, why isn't Rishi Rice higher? You have a 20 second Jamie 19th, Dave 23rd. I think because what you said when you said, Rishi Rice got his rollback. It was one game that he got his rollback. And so if that happens for a second week, then you probably see Kelsey downgraded a little bit more in our rankings and rise back up closer to a top 12 wide receiver. But it's, you don't want to say he's entirely got his rollback because of one game. There. Yep. I agree. I know. I do. No, you just roll no roll. However, we want to define Rice at this point, it's back to back games with 12 plus PPR points. And that's without scoring in week two. So like he's going to start to score touchdowns here. And that's going to be really exciting when he starts to whether it's over targeted or not over targeted. Like he's, he's just starting to look, he's rounding in a shape. Yeah. You know, that was probably a part of it too. You know, with everything that he dealt with this off season. Like there's, there's a lot to like about where his trajectory is, I think. Okay. For the Raiders side of the ball, we've got cousins as a sit. He's 20th right now. He's playing great. This is a real test. I mean, the chiefs, they face bone next, Daniel Jones, Malik Willis, they haven't given up more than 13.4 fantasy. But they're number one against quarterbacks right now, but we'll see if we'll cousin. I haven't played anybody as good as Kurt Cousins. And then Gentie, like he's, he's a little low. Jamie's got him 17th, Dave 18th, he's 12th, tough run defense here. He's, you know, I guess you love Braille and Allen, but not enough to start him over Gentie. No, no, I think Gentie will probably still have enough work in the passing game to where he'll be a high end RB two or low end RB one. Listen, this isn't, we got to think these Raiders seriously. It's an undefeated Raiders team. They have a great pass rush or in a half point spread. They're at home. Yeah, they have a big pass rush. They signed the Kobe Dean at linebacker in the off season. He's playing really well for them. So their defense has actually been good too. But Gentie, I can't really get away from him. Trade Tucker is a sit lab mcconkey or trade Tucker, Jamie mcconkey. I don't like trade Tucker this week. I'm a little concern. Chiefs are usually pretty good at taking away the big play right and so far, so far, the fourth fewest big plays allowed in the passing game. I've been the trade Tucker guy and he's not in my top 48. So like, I don't like him at all. Okay, for a career, like projecting the rest of his career. Brock Bauer's Travis Kelsey. Wow. Well, Bauer's have his good of career is Travis Kelsey. Yeah. I don't think you should do that to anybody in your three. It's like, it's okay. Let me read some questions here. Well, let's see. The the Mount Rush more of tight ends all time is Kelsey, Gronk, Gonzalez. Okay. I think it was the best tight end of his generation in that conversation. Sure. Um, I think you got to put. I know crazy Antonio Gates. Gates is in the conversation. Ozzy Newsom's in the conversation. Uh, Kellyn Winslow senior. Yeah. Is in the conversation. Did you say Gonzalez? Right? Yeah. I think three or locks. I think it's it's Gronk, Kelsey and Gonzalez. Actually, I think Gronk is the best tight end of his generation. But this is crazy for me not to say Kelsey. Right. So you troll me. You troll me. No, it's just the blocking, the blocking like kiddo is an amazing blocker, Gronk, great blocker. I'll say right now, Ozzy Newsom is the fourth. And I think Bowers can knock him off of it. Who's the top three for you? Top three for me. And I'll say in order would be Kelsey, Gronk, Tony Gonzalez. Yeah. That's really tough. Um, all right. Here's some questions for this game. Rice or golden? Uh, I go golden. Yeah, I would too. Rice or Coke or if he plays? I go right just so I don't think Coke or 100% but match up. Right. Great. Kelsey or likely? Kelsey. I have likely one spot higher. Gentier Javante. I think I might have Javante ranked higher right now, but I'm going to switch that and go Gentie. Gentie. Trey Tucker, Darren Waller or Colson Loveland picked two. Uh, Waller is the easy one. That is probably to go Waller and Tucker. Yeah, me too. Trey Tucker, Tony Pollard and Ramondra is so frustrating. Trey Tucker, Tony Pollard and Ramondra Stevenson. Pollard. Uh, it goes Stevenson. And we like Kelsey over Pitt. Unless I'm not spears is out. It spears is out that changes. What an awful question says, Moonzo. I'm at Johnson or I say Davis. I'd play Davis. Yeah. My homes are golf. My homes are Lawrence. Uh, golf and Lawrence. I have it golf and my homes. These are very highly ranked quarterbacks here. We like these guys. So trade one of these guys like you probably get something from Richie Rice or Malik neighbors non PPR. Oh rice. Rice. Mike Washington or Ramondra Stevenson. Stevenson. Yeah. Chiefs DST or Bears DST. Chiefs. Chiefs. Uh, yeah, the chiefs DST 13th for Jamie 5th for Dave 17th for Heath. Raiders have not been a good matchup so far against Miami chargers in the Saints. But the chiefs have been pretty good to two of the three games. All right. Colts are at Washington. Stat of the game number one. Every quarterback to face Washington has scored 30.7 or more fantasy points and they've done it without a rushing touchdown. Daniel Jones has not scored more than 13.4 fantasy points yet. He's had a pretty tough schedule. Baltimore at Kansas City in Houston. Heath, can we get 20 points from Daniel Jones? And would you start Daniel Jones or Kirk cousins? Uh, I think it's possible that Daniel Jones could score 20 points. I've got him projected four. I think a season high 15.8. Oh, I would rather start Kirk cousins. Jamie same question you. Daniel Jones or cousins? I'd rather start cousins also, but it wouldn't surprise me if Jones is better just because Washington has been so bad against the uh, against the posing quarterbacks that said their run defense has been awesome. And then they're going to shut down Jonathan Taylor because you know that the culture are going to just run Taylor as much as they can. Heath, Josh Downs has a target share of at least 30% in two straight games. Is he in just a no brainer? Uh, I think it's hard to call him a no brainer because of the way that Daniel Jones has been playing. He's, he's a low end wide receiver too. Uh, I think I have him maybe just behind rice, um, just ahead of the Washington wide receiver. Okay. He's no brainer for me and PBR. Yeah. And all of yours goes down targets just spike. Stad of the game. Yeah. I was 100%. Uh, Stad of the game number three among 30 tight ends with 10 or more targets. Tyler Warren ranks 30th dead last in yards for target and yards per catch. I don't know if that matters to anybody. He had the Washington gives up the second most fantasy points to tight ends. So I've talked about Kelsey. Um, who else? King Cade, Sholtz, guys like that. Jamie, where does Tyler Warren rank for you at tight end this week? Head of all. Okay. Heath. He is ahead of all of them except for Sholtz for me. Okay. So we're going with Isaiah likely. Daniel Jones, Jamie's got a 18th, Dave 19th, he unranked at nine in the top 24. Start Jonathan Taylor, start Josh Downs, Kenan Allen. All right, Jamie. How much do you like Kenan now on this week? Uh, right around 30th. So, you know, starter and three or see relieves, you know, if you need him as a starter and two or see relieves because you're stuck, you know, we don't know Jefferson's going to play yet. We don't know my game is going to play yet. This is a guy that was available on waivers. So again, very similar situation, you know, has five targets in the first game that Pierce leaves against the chiefs does not have a great game bounces back last week in a tougher matchup against Houston. And so I think you just kind of see what this offense is. If they have to throw, there's three guys that are going to get opportunities. I hope he's going to be third because I think you look at Downs and certainly Warren. They feel like more mustard options, but. We know Ken now, and when he's had opportunities the last couple of seasons, no matter where he's been, he's been productive. So I don't think you should overlook what he did last week and think it was a one game situation. There's chances to beat the secondary, and he's going to get his chances to make plays. I'm just a little lower, just because like the last two years, we've seen his efficiency really fall off of a cliff. 6.1 and 6.4 yards per target. This season, he's averaging five yards per target. And so he really needs a touchdown or double-digit targets to be someone I'd want to start in a three-wardsly league. Yeah, this is Ken and Allen. We're talking about here. Ken and Allen are Tray Tucker. Allen. Allen. All right, and we said start Tyler Warren. Marcus Mario does a top 15 quarterback. Really excited, but he may not play. But if Jaden Daniels plays, where do you think you'd rank him, Jamie? Daniels would probably be in the 10 to 15 range, similar to guys like Short and Love and Stafford. I think also the right rank. Stafford and Hurts, you know, right? They got tough matchup against each other's teams. I don't know if it's tough matchup for Stafford. If, yeah, Fugus back, I don't think I'm not sure if the matchup matters. Yeah, I mean, Case Keen him just played well against them. He just tore apart Denver like, okay. So would you start Stafford or Mario to and Stafford or Daniels? I'd start Stafford over both. I just think you got to worry about Daniels like we saw it last year. You know, the risk of injury again is always going to be there for him. So matchup is fantastic. I have a league with Daniels and I picked up Jacobi Berset. I probably would start Daniels if he plays in that situation. But like, I'm going to be nervous every time I start. I would also say be careful and I was in this situation. If like you have Daniels and your backup was Deshawn Watson or Aaron Rogers. Or if you have picked up Mario and you've also got one of those guys, like just be careful counting on either of the commander's quarter wrecks to start with or go drop one of the Thursday guys and add somebody else so that you get a backup plan. And this game is 9.30 a.m. Eastern in London. So first international, well, first, you know, Sunday morning, international game. And that means our Sunday morning show changes. What do we got? 8.30 to 9.30 I think. And then noon to one. It's been a year since we've done this. So I forgot. But I think that's what we did last year. We do 8.30 to 9.30 and then noon to one. I'll let you know if we are keeping that schedule. But join us Sunday morning for your starter sit questions, youtube.com/fantasy football today. As far as the receivers go top of it, we talked about this at the top of the show. So I'm not going to go over it again. Jamie loves Terry McClure and Heath ranked all of the wide receivers during the one question for each game that you can start, you know, as you can start the wide receivers in this game. Heath just told you's a little bit lower on Keenan Allen. I ranked all the guys. He did. Oh, you did. I'm sorry. Well, Heath would rank them down the same way Jamie did. Well, except for Diggs and McClure. Yeah. Diggs and McClure and you're back to back. Diggs one spot ahead. Downs Diggs McClure and Allen for Jamie. It's Downs McClure and Diggs Allen and we're, okay. Last question here. Heath Washington running backs. Any interest? I'd rather not. Well, you know, I'm going to Maureen Hampton or Commander and Maureen Hampton, Braille and Allen, Tony Pollard, overall of. I think this could be actually a decent game for Bill. This Colts run defense. I know it's partially who they played when you talk about Derek Henry and Kenneth Walker and last week they played the complete opposite of that in Dave and Montgomery. The thing about Bill is twofold one. He's been getting carries. You know, so he's got 13 plus carries in every game so far this season. It would not shock me if they're playing with a lead because the Colts defense has been as bad as it is. And then the flip side of that is they added another running back that they have a history with in Austin Eccler. What does that mean for him, for Rashad White or both, or all three, excuse me, does Eccler even play this week? I don't know how they're going to approach it. But I think Croskey Maritz got a chance here. I only have him ranked as a flex. I would only use him as a flex. I don't think he's a must start running back. But I would not be surprised if this is a game where he gets you 15 for 58 in a touchdown. Yeah. Okay. He's got a score. That's the thing with him. And Rashad White, it's just a little bit too risky with his workload and not a lot of work there. He's also banged up. Yeah. I've got shoulder injury. All right. Jacksonville is. Oh, let me start real quick. Some chat questions here for this game. Kenan Allen. Digs or Kenan Allen? Digs. Digs. Digs. But both, if you need him. Jakory Croskey Marrett, Alvin Camera, Keaton Mitchell, or Jalen Wright. I'd go Croskey Marrett. Bill. Downs, Michael Wilson, neighbors, McConkey, pick two. I can't believe I'm saying this, but Michael Wilson and Downs. Yeah. Yeah. Downs are McClaurin. It's Downs. Kenan Allen or Woody Marks, full PPR. Ooh. I'd go Kenan Allen. I wish they used Marks like they did in week two when he had five catches. That's where he's going to win and he's going to give you easy opportunities. I'd never understand why these teams don't try and just do that three to four times again. And that may be what they mean when they say we're going to give Woody Marks more work is that they're just going to run the ball less and have a few design running back targets instead. Devante Smith or Terry McClaurin? Smith. Oh. Devante Smith. He's a top six wide receiver. I guess the Rams. Okay. Tyler Warren or Darren Waller? Still Tyler Warren. I wish I could find a reason to get Darren Waller hard. It's just. Yeah. Umarian Hampton or Omaha Stakes? Yes. Always Omaha Stakes as we know every night, baby. All right. Jacksonville's that Cincinnati. The Jaguars offense is 30th in pace. Cause you like you got to look at Basel Tutin. He hasn't had more than 15 carriers or two characters or two catches in a game yet. And it's a little frustrating. He's basically a lead running back and he's like it's 17 touches is good. But for him to be like a true must start. Maybe he needs to be more like 20 touches. I don't know. Maybe we'll get that. But they're 30th in pace and they're 27th in plays. Last year they were 30th in pace and they were 4th in place. So they just got to hopefully start running more place. And Trevor Lawrence hasn't reached 30 past attempts yet. So this just isn't a team that's had a lot of opportunities and yet very good offense. He just lay out the landscape for this game. I'm sure we have a lot of starts. Do we have any tough calls? Jacksonville at Cincinnati where the total is 51 and a half. So I would say start your bingles though Joe. No, just start your bingles period. Start Parker Washington Tutin is a low end RB two. I think I have him one spot ahead of Braille and Alan. And I'm the low guy start Parker Washington obviously. Start Parker Washington. And Trevor Lawrence is a borderline QB one for me. I think I'm the low guy on him though. Lawrence might be itself called just based on the position. We know we did this one earlier, but Lawrence or Dac? Dac for me. Lawrence for me. Jamie's got him 4th. He doesn't 13th and Dave is in the middle. Yeah, so there you go. And the other side of the game for this is no running back has 40 rushing yards or 60 total yards against the Jaguars so far. That would be Quinch on Judkins, Jonah Coleman, and the Patriots running back. So take it with a grain of salt. But any hesitation starting Chase Brown, Jamie? No, I would start Jalen Moran over him and Chuba Hubbard over him, but like that's a very specific situation. Do you, okay, how do you feel about Basel Tutin versus Braylon Allen? I agree with you. I would start to. You nailed it. It feels like it's been a little lucky with what Tutin has given you because of the lack of work in the passing game like you got the direct snap against Denver. So he gives you the goal line touchdown in week two. You got the Trevor Lawrence kneel down at the goal line against the Patriots, but he has run well in those two games. And I think I said this going into the game last week, Pprisko saying that they just need to give him more work and you're starting to see it pick up a little bit, again, not to the level that we would like to see, but I think this is kind of like he to me, he feels to me like almost like Javante Williams of just good offense and he's the lead running back. And so you're not going to get a lot of passing attempts, which sucks, but you are going to get a lot of touchdown potential. I just wish that there wasn't the looming threat of Chris Rodriguez every time that they get down there. So I think you're just going to kind of see almost on a week to week basis, unless something dramatic, the changes or injury, Basel Tutin kind of living in that, and correct me from wrong he's like that 18 to 24 range without buys. Right. And then these 20, would you go 20th this week, Basel Tutin or Bucky Irving? Irving. Yeah. Interesting. Okay. And then, uh, yeah, where do you have a heath, I'm sorry, where do you have Jacoby Meyers ranked? You're not, you said you're not buying it with him. No, he's, I mean, he would be right around 50th, so he, I don't think he's in my top 48. James won game like he's got three catches and his other two games combined yeah we have a we have a narrative That's kind of been circulating a little bit that the Jags may be shopping Brian Thomas and I think if that's the case you're they're gonna see maybe one or two things maybe some showcase opportunities to drive up the price or Kind of like what we saw last week where it's like eh we don't need to win with him We won with him we won without him last year and we're gonna potentially win without him this year And that's not to say that he's not a big part of their offense because he does play a role that's prominent But the fact that he's now coming off the field for another wide receiver and we just got this game where Myers was Featured for the first time this season. I'm okay starting Myers as a number three or zero Okay, yeah, one target last week for Brian Thomas Jr And no, he was not shadowed by Christian Gonzales not to say that he didn't face him at some point But he wasn't shadowed. We're not gonna start Breton Strange even with the matchup Joe burrow is the top six actually I don't mind Breton Strange. He's he's Borderline top 15 was tightened Yeah, just because of the You probably look at consensus. Yeah, the The matchup is good, you know, and we saw a little bit of a spike in targets for him last week to a couple I think it was up to five so not not huge, but it's a touch down our bus tight-end situation All right start your bangles and sit the dsts. Let's go to our next game. I'm sorry. Give me 30 seconds We'll do some chat questions. Lauren's are pretty Pretty pretty Tudon Pollard, Braylon Allen non-PPR Tudon Tudon Parker Washington we need to sit one Parker Washington Jalen Warren Aaron Jones Jones I hate it though Mm-hmm heath is struggling here. Yeah, I Would I guess sit Yeah, Jalen Warren Trevor Lawrence or Jordan Love Lawrence. Yeah, Tutan or Skataboo PPR Man I go Skataboo and Lawrence or golf and Shuk Shuk or burrow I think I Lawrence ahead of golf, but I'm gonna change that so golf and Shuk Golf and Shuk Shuk over burrow. Wow. All right jets are at the bears So this is what I was referring to earlier the way the jets play defense I am curious to see if they change their stripes, but so far they are the highest Cover two team highest rate of cover two in football two deep safeties So frequently and if you looked at the way they played it against the Lions I mean they was obsessive. They just were not gonna let anything get behind them And so far it's really worked for them they they see the fifth fewest air yards per pass attempt in the NFL So and it's been basically very consistent week by week So the point is the jets take away the deep ball and teams throw short on them So you're thinking that's Luther Burton that's Khalif Raymond. Maybe that's Colson Loveland The question is you just saw Case Keen. I'm Case Keen. I had a 6.1 yard A dot in tenor era That's super low pay areas for pass attempt are the jets going to change their stripes and play a little bit different probably not, but I just wanted to bring that up That's the jet strategy and and more so than any team in football right now basically they're they're intent on taking away the deep ball So does that resonate at all Jamie when you look at the bears receivers and and what does it mean for you and and which bears? Are you confident in this week? Starting Luther Burton, he's a number two wide receiver, you know, you got to be encouraged that the targets have been up and that Keenam and and burden had a strong connection in Week three, you're obviously starting Deandre Swift He's been very good as you alluded to on Wednesday show you like Swift better than Barclay rest of seasons I think that speaks to where a lot of people are at that Swift has just been that good and maybe Barclay's been that bad but That's really it, you know, Keenam's a starter in super flex and two quarterback leagues You can't start Lovelin. You can't start a dunesay and Raymond. I think comes into play in three receiver leagues I know you're very bullish on him and hopefully it pays off. Well, I'm very bullish on rostring him I'm well you just said you're starting him over Hampton, you know So you're clearly you're clearly making some bold moves here with PPR would yeah with with Khalif Raymond I think just you know the the cautionary tale will be at some point Lovelin's gonna get Targeted to the point where maybe gets featured. This could be that game Oh, dunesay is gonna have some big games going forward. This does not feel like that game. So you know Raymond is I think you know like you said The two there ones are like this is a 32 year old guy that's never done this before and now he's doing this and being featured That's just maybe the the creativity and and Ben Johnson being Ben Johnson So you should absolutely ride it while it's there and that hopefully Raymond comes through with another strong game I would I would look more weeks one week ones type of production as opposed to last week I don't think he's gonna score me touchdowns the crazy thing is no wide receiver has more than 66 yards against the jet so far And that includes the Packers and the Lions It's it's wild How would you guys compare Luther Burton who's your favorite bears wide receiver to the Colts commanders guys he He is I think just behind Josh Downs just ahead of the commanders Downs McClauren Burton digs Alan for me and then Cleef Raymond right behind gallon He's Cleef Raymond or Josh or Keenan Allen Raymond Okay, Cleef Raymond or Braille and Alan PPR Alan Raymond Let's talk more about Braille and I thought that much more about Braille and Alan go go back to Go back to the players. We love I can't just keep repeating everything or the show take forever But Braille and Alan. I'll check the updated rankings. He is 22nd. He's 21st to 23rd for everyone So he's right there with Beijo Tutton and Omari and Hampton he said he'd start him over Hampton. Jamie has them back to back He's ahead of David Montgomery. He's ahead of Quinchon Judkins. This is Braille and Alan and Then there's Garrett Wilson's a must start and then we took Jamie I asked you about Siddiq earlier and you talked a lot about him during one question for each game But right now Kenyan Siddiq for you is 12th. He's 11th for a day. If he's 10th for Heath. How much again? I know you reference it, but how much would his ranking change if Adam Mitchell plays? So I haven't once bought a head of shults. I would put shults ahead of Siddiq if if Mitchell plays if Mason Taylor plays I think that factors and also It's it's really you know just more of Did they find what they drafted? You know, did they get what they drafted did they Discover that this kid can make plays when featured and just continue to feature him So I do hope that this is better than the total and that we get sort of a high scoring game here because the Bears defense I don't think is very good and played over its head last week probably more so because of the Eagles offense And the jets are chasing points like we saw last week or knowing a high scoring game like we saw last week and then we get the Back and forth targets everywhere for the main guys and Siddiq produces so There's a few different ways this can go, but yes, if Mitchell remains out and Taylor remains out I think Siddiq is in the borderline starting conversation and should absolutely roster just in case this is a side of things to come roster to everyone excuse me Let's get to the oh Geno Smith. I don't think I even mentioned Geno Smith Geno is 17th for Jamie 14th for Dave 24th for Heath. What's going on Heath? Where's the Geno Smith love? Yeah, I just I don't know that I totally buy that Geno is Playing great and I don't think that the Bears past defense is as bad as their run defense Even though they have no run game to death Well, and I'm more optimistic on Ray Lynn Allen, so that probably Is part of it Here are some chat questions birdin or DJ Moore Burn it Yeah, now I got more Khalif Raymond or Matthew golden golden golden And by the way, if Christian Gonzalez he mispractice Wednesday, but if he's out for any reason You know, then DJ Moore is gonna go up in the 100s. No questions about them. A Mecca Abouca or Khalif Raymond I have Raymond I have Raymond one spot higher Then I would still go Abouca, you know, I'm not that that sold I Khalif Raymond, but we'll you know, I'm hoping well I mean, what's that sold on Khalif Raymond? Abouca is not really playing well, and now he's got an undrafted rookie playing quarterback 100% yeah, yeah, no, it's not an easy call I mean it didn't mean to present it that way half PPR pick to swift Chuba Kyron Williams, whoo Sitting Kyron. I'm sitting Kyron Okay, Loveland or Mark Andrews Andrews Andrews Sidiq or Harold fan in junior. Sidiq. Okay, next game. Let's go to Actually, I'm sorry. I got to ask some Geno Smith questions at least for Jamie because I know the answer will be the other guy for Heath Uh, Mark Desmariota or Geno Smith. Mario Jacobi Berset or Geno Smith Berset Sam Darnell against the Chargers or Geno Smith. Geno No, I'm bait. I am. No, I'm sorry. I have Darnell 16 Geno 7. I just went 14 15 16 17 to your right gigs. I am sorry about that No, I want to say Geno once. So I would start Geno over Justin Herbert There we go. Drake May I start Geno over May too. Okay All right, we've got three games. Oh, I think I shortchanged Loveland too, but he's a sit. He's a sit So does the Bears. He's a sit for a sedique. He's a sit for Darren Waller. He's a sit for any one you might be considering starting. Yeah, I start, I'm straight over. Pits are leveling. Pits. No, really? Okay. I know. All right. We got three games left, and honestly, I think they're pretty easy. I asked Heath early as there only one Must start in this game and basically said, yeah, there's only one guy you want to start I think we've talked enough about Omari and Hampton. We've talked a lot about Lad Maconky. I think really it's just the Seattle back up. Yeah. Yeah. We haven't talked about that. I mean, would you start any Seahawks running back over Lad Maconky, Jamie? Oh, no, I'd still start Maconky. Okay. Who's, how do you feel about your Darien Price in general this week? Not great, but hopefully A is healthy and B that this is a game where they can lean on their run game a little bit more because they're playing with the lead and they're playing at home and they're playing a bad Struggling defense. You can't have any faith into Darien Price at this point, you know, so the one thing just to keep an eye on is And I hope it doesn't go this way because I like to see Darien Price get a lot of work Is this chest injury a problem and they sit him and then it's a manual son So you might not want to drop and I drop Wilson a lot of these might not want to drop Wilson. Just just see what happens. Still Friday Okay, and You know, I just go ahead and put this out there I think Sam Darnold was unbelievably good in week three other than that second interception he threw And he played Washington and I get it, but he was great and he led he was second in the NFL in yards per attempt last year They just barely threw So I don't you know, I think you can't be like go start him chargers have a good defense. They did really well against Josh owen last week Of course, they couldn't contain her cousins, but who can but I'm not saying I'm just saying like it's not crazy 75% roster. It's not crazy for Sam Darnold to have a good year. He did it two years ago. He's top 12 quarterback two years ago with the Vikings Um, all right. That's pretty much it for this game We have any chat questions here. Lad scatiboo or Rishi rice at flex scatiboo rice and but lad is last right. Yeah. Yep. I'm annual Wilson or jacory krasky merit bill um I'm annual son or built bill and Seahawks dst is third Chargers dst is a sit again if you want to hear more about this this into the beginning of the show the first 25 minutes or so Patriots are at the bills it's it's kind of similar Right it's a heath. It's kind of similar to the to the Chargers Seahawks game I mean, except there's more players to start for the bills, but it's like it's just looks kind of one sided right now There is not a Patriot that anybody that I know wants to start Jamie seems I don't know. Maybe I misinterpreted a little Open to Ramondra I'm open to Ramondra in the same way that I'm open to a marine hampton that I'm open to David Montgomery like you know This is a running back that should get work Hopefully in the passing game This run defense has been sort of a weakness for Buffalo still I don't have a lot of confidence in Ramondra Stevenson, but I still like him better than Trevion and You know the Patriots are going to try and run the ball because they don't want to put this on drake may and keep You know Josh Allen on the field. So I think he's in that low end number two flex range And yeah, I think the bills run defense has been pretty solid, you know It hasn't been weak enough to like Ramondra But they are giving up the second most receiving yards to running backs. Maybe Ramondra can do something there I mean Alec Engold had 35 receiving yards last week Of course Jameer Gibbs is also part of that If you were going to take a shot on a Patriots wide receiver heath, which one? Uh I wouldn't I wouldn't I think Mac Collins is the highest, but I wouldn't Okay, I look the bills blow out teams. They score a lot of points They force a lot of throws every quarterbacks thrown at least 34 times. So you get You know, you get like Tre Harris at 76 yards last week. I honestly like I have I might have to start Mac Collins in a league, which isn't great. Well, and it might be Romeo Dubs Might be yeah, that's the problem Okay hunter Henry's a sit after that dud last week. Josh Allen to start James Cook is a start even though it is the Patriots he had one Bad game against the Patriots last year like terrible game against the Patriots when they had Milton Williams And he had 31 points against Patriots without Milton Williams But there's no way you're sitting James Cook and Patriots run defense hasn't been quite as good this year as it was last year We talked about DJ Moore at the top of the show. He is 23rd for Jamie 24th for Dave and 18th for Heath as of now and Not starting Khalil Shakir or Ken Coleman and then we talked about Dalton concade But if we were gonna sum up Dalton concade one last time for the people who may have missed it Jamie What would you say about Dalton concade this week? I'm still starting Dalton concade Here's one Dalton concade Khalif Raymond or Woody marks concade concade DJ Moore or Matthew golden golden I have them very close right now definitely DJ Moore if Christian Gonzalez is out I will go DJ Moore Yeah, I don't think you're right to bring it up. I doubt. I shouldn't say that. We'll see if he'll probably get in a practice on Thursday um DJ Moore or blazial tooton More toot you have to say it like me though, but usually This is a question that I'm gonna read just for fun Uh, would you trade Jackson Smith and Jigla for Drake London and Chris Olave in non PPR I don't if so if I was starting JSN and I don't know Ken Allen. Yes. I think you do it anyway like those guys are gonna be great And Buffalo's DST is top 12 they really haven't been very good so far, but the Patriots second most fantasy points allowed to DST's Tennessee is at Baltimore. All right for those of you who are like I'm just going to wait I have all my questions answered at the 30-minute mark, but I really want to hear what Adam has to say about Mark Andrews Because he teased it. Here you go. Mark Andrews. He has not been great. He hasn't scored yet He does not have a green zone or end zone target, which is weird He has a 25% target share and a 28% target per out run rate And it's been consistent game after game right in that range and that blows away What he did in the previous two seasons where he had 70 or 69 targets in in 17 games so I can't sit here and get the one after risk Is the safe lowers just played like three quarters of a game worth of snaps. That is true Andrews on the field more though than he has been in the past and they I think they're gonna end up throwing a little bit more Because the Mars not really running as much, but yes, they flat this week No, no, no, it's just in general in general Um, but yeah, I mean he's he's maybe Mark Andrews is a tough call in this game. Jamie. How do you feel about him? I think there's so many tight ends that he has not been productive. There's easy pivot plays Whether it's Waller or Sadiq who are available on waivers whether you want to go with a touchdown or a bus type of guy like Strange who's got one more touchdown than Andrews um Joanne Johnson's easy Dalton Schultz is easy like there's just ways to get away from our edges at this point And he has an 18 18% target share wins a flowers is on the field Now to be fair he missed a lot of time last week with a hand injury he came back in the game So or not a lot of time he missed time during the game last week with a hand injury So you know who knows what would have happened in in that game. So I'm still hopeful he can be productive, but it's just getting harder and harder to trust him All right Lamar Jackson is second for Dave and Jamie and seventh for Heath. Heath. There's some guys you start over Lamar It's just about Listen, there's a reason the Titans rank pretty well against quarterbacks and I think they did last year too It's because quarterbacks don't have to do anything against the Titans And you know you can see you could see Derek Henry just having this huge game and Lamar handing it off a lot. So seventh is not exactly low Start Henry sit Bateman start flowers sit Andrews if you can It the Titans wide receivers Jamie good game for Wondale Robinson last week Carnell Tate had nine targets and a solid game 11.8 points, but those were their best games by far Any interest here? Not really Wondale still more than Tate, but not by much You know, so low end number three receivers at best start the Ravens DST That's it for our show. I think we have a few questions here for this game. Nashville or Baltimore trying to give the Titans some sort of win Oh, Nashville natural. Okay. I've never been to Baltimore, but sure, Nashville Baltimore's great. One of the best aquariums you'll ever go to. Oh New York pizza or Kansas City barbecue Kansas City barbecue and this is really a good idea. Let's let Jamie answer here's the biased one I've only had one so I'm gonna take New York pizza, but I would love to try Kansas City barbecue. Okay. Good answer Lamar Jackson or Jared you're not getting you're not getting any that way I can't I can't speak to something I haven't had I've only heard wonderful things you can get it through gold belly Yes, probably. I mean, it's like unfortunately for Heath like the one time he had New York pizza Dave took him to the worst place hour Oh, yeah, that's ridiculous. I mean, there's like 75 New York pizza places within 20 minutes of me That's true. Not quite as good. I promise Ravens or Niners. How would Dan describe that? Wait, do you think this is New York pizza? This is not even close They're all better, they are all better than the New York pizza that I actually had. That's so sad. That's so sad. Ravens DST or Niners DST? Oh, amazing. Ravens. Love it. Ravens. Can I share a personal story before we go? Always. I think no, we're only an hour and 20 minutes. I got to relate to this. So you can tell your story. You can relate to this. My son is the smallest kid in the class. He's in third grade. He's playing flag football, third and fourth graders. It's a challenge for him, okay? He's that kid a little bit. He had a catch yesterday. He had a pass break up yesterday. He had a tackle yesterday. He won. He got the game ball. They have like a chain, a game chain they give. I was so happy. Oh, it was like one of the best moments I've had a long time. Such a great moment. They're literally, you know, I know he can speak those all. There really are no, they're not a lot of better moments when you watch your children excel at things. Again, if you love sports and you watch them excel at sports, it's just such a great thing to see their happiness and when their teammates are happy for them. It's just like, I tell you, I threw my son out of the game, and he told me off the air. So the flip side of that is when you coach your kids and he didn't slide at home and got tagged out at home on a pass ball. He's nine. And I just said, just go sit down, like not, not mad at him throwing him out of the game. I was mad at him. They didn't slide. And then he tried to make excuses as he's walking back to the dugout and threw his helmet. And I just said, you're done. Just go sit down. Don't even look at me. And then another coach who's much more disciplinary and made him run foul polls, which I was happy about. And then he came back and he was a little bit more calm. But yeah, like when you see your child do great things like that. So awesome. Congratulations. And I saw a post on social media this week was about how your dad is the only person who wants you to be better than him. And I think it's nice that your son at, he's eight, eight has already surpassed your athletic accomplishments. So that's fantastic. Yes, sir. Is your son all American yet? Not in all American yet. We didn't have our first, our eye attended our first team workout on Wednesday morning. So we're ramping up. It's gonna be a fantastic basketball season. These son is like a prodigy. We're looking forward to that. All right. We'll talk to you all tomorrow with the NFC home games on fantasy football today. See ya. Summary:

FAQs

Yes, Tyler Jordan is a strong option this week, especially against the Falcons. He's been consistent with 24.4 fantasy points per game and has scored over 29 points in two of his last three games. His performance is expected to be strong given the Falcons' poor run defense and limited pass rush.

Yes, Aaron Jones is a solid pick against Miami. He's had a resurgence as a pass-catcher, with nine targets in his last game and a clear role in the offense. With Jordan Mason out due to injury, Jones is expected to get more opportunities and could provide strong fantasy points.

Yes, Braylon Allen is a better option than Hampton. The Bears' run defense is one of the worst in the league, and Allen has shown consistent production. He’s projected to get 15–18 touches, and with the defense struggling, he should deliver a solid fantasy output.

Yes, Dalton Schultz is a strong starting option against the Bears. The Bears' defense has been weak, especially against the run, and Schultz has been on a consistent pace. He’s projected for 15–18 touches and is one of the top-24 running backs in the league.

No, Derek Henry is a better starting option. The Titans' defense struggles with passing and run plays, and Henry has a high target share. With the Titans' offense being inconsistent, Henry is more likely to produce fantasy points than Jalen Hurts.

No, Jacobi Myers is not a reliable option. He has only received two targets in three games and has minimal production. It's better to start one of the established receivers like Tyler Jordan or Aaron Jones instead.
