Week 4 Recap: Big Boy Bryce, Drake Maye Be Back, Sleepy Jim Harbaugh, Seven Yard Saquon, and a Fantasy Ref League

Bryce Young is thriving with the Panthers, showcasing confidence, precision, and composure in a strong performance that elevates his stock as a top-tier quarterback. Meanwhile, the Lions’ defense is in disarray, with Tedarrell McMillan dominating against a weak secondary, and the team’s defensive failures are attributed to poor coverage and a lack of elite talent. The Chargers continue to struggle as a unit, marked by chaotic play, excessive penalties, injuries, and a coaching crisis under Jim Harbaugh, making them one of the worst teams in the league. Across the league, injuries are widespread, disrupting schedules and fantasy lineups, with teams like the Eagles and Texans suffering major setbacks. On the positive side, Drake May and Kyron Williams both delivered standout performances—May with clutch throws and touchdowns, and Williams with explosive rushing and receiving numbers. The episode underscores the unpredictability of the NFL, where player health, coaching decisions, and officiating chaos significantly impact game outcomes and fantasy success. Despite the chaos, the show highlights moments of brilliance, especially in player development and resilience, reinforcing the importance of consistency and depth in fantasy football. The overall narrative is one of contrast: elite performances against a backdrop of systemic dysfunction and injury.

Welcome to the rear fantasy football show, my name is Danny Hibons, and I'm sure I'm Danny Kelly and Craig Coral back and we are going over all the games. From Sunday of week four, we are a quarter of the season in the NFL season, I guess, because I guess four divided by 18 is not really a quarter, whatever. We're going to go through all the games, but we're going to start Lions Panthers. The Panthers just beat the Lions by six points, TK Press Young looks like a guy who actually was taking number one in the draft. He's quite literally leading the NFL in passing guards right now. He looks amazing and he's not just, he's doing it in a lot of different ways. He's been clutched in big situations. I think that played late in the game where he escaped through to his right, hit Teneroa, McMillan on the sideline. That was like incredible. He's getting away from pressure. He's playing on time. He's doing everything. So it's been really, really impressive what he's doing so far. It doesn't feel fluky either. He's playing with a ton of confidence. He's having fun. It's all good for him. Craig, how are Wrecked were you seeing Teneroa, McMillan? How almost 200 receiving yards? How are Wrecked? Pretty torx. I didn't have to change any clothes, but I was aroused, I will say. It's great to see him build off the rookie season because he had a somewhat quiet start so far to this year. And today he had 14 catches, 192 yards and two touchdowns. Looked great. I mean, what's so unique about him is how big he is and yet how mobile he is. You almost forget how big he is when you watch him move because he seems like a smaller receiver just because of how nimble he is. And then you look up and he's like 6465. He was fantastic today. I think outside of CDLAM was the number one receiver fantasy today. I mean, that sounds right. I mean, 14 catches, 192 yards, two touchdowns. I will say, I don't want to make too much of a single game. However, it was hard not to feel like this Panthers Lions game was like watching the Panthers are ascending and the Lions are just, this felt like a point of no return on the Lions descents into a team that the defense is like genuinely untenable, ridiculously bad because the secondary is not only horrendous, but the Lions defensive line unable to pressure pressure as they drop offensive linemen after offensive linemen and then Carolina just still kind of was marching down. And then Carolina just feels like they're ascending and it was really sad because it's like the cat ball and these teams basically have the exact same uniforms. The Lions have the exact same black uniforms the Panthers wore tonight. Like there's so many parts of these teams that are similar with the quarterbacks, with the structure that you knock off of his spot. But I felt like watching the, like you're like really toward like the 16th or 17th hole maybe of this Lions, that cool era. Maybe that's dramatic. It's good to point out, it's smart to point out because the Lions defense, I think the Panthers are a solid team. I think Bryce Young's playing really well. I think he understands the system really nicely and it feels like him and Dave Canalis are like on the same page and it's working. However, you know, two weeks ago, they scored 18 points against the Browns. Like I don't want to go too far because I do think that the Lions defense might be the biggest story of like, it doesn't matter how good the Lions offense can play. The Lions defense gets shredded by everybody. They let up 400 yards to Tyler Schuck, they let up like five touchdowns of Josh Allen. I forget who they played last week, they got, they got, I want to know because it was, oh yeah, they let up 300 yards of Geno Smith last week. I mean, they have, they have knows, they were down, what would Chris Collins or say? They've gone through like eight safeties. Yeah. So. Yeah. It's hard to do anything. I mean, Ted, I always fascinated when like the CD LAN performance like, like Tedaroa today, one that's just like so obvious that this guy's open on every play. Like he's just in the slot, they run an RPO, McMillan takes like five steps forward. He's just wide open and just scampers 14 yards and goes down. And it just kind of never changed. Like the whole game, he's just open the whole game and I'm always confused by that. I thought Mike Tomlin nailed it at halftime where he pointed out he could even remember Xavier Liget's name, which I thought was telling me Xavier Liget out there was here South Carolina. South Carolina. It doesn't matter. But then he's like, Jalen Cokeers out, but Tedaroa McMillan's getting anything he wants. Why? And the answer is, this is Dan Campbell's fault. That's the truth. And it's the same way I was always upset with Tomlin, never got the blame in Pittsburgh for the offense. Dan Campbell doesn't get blamed for the Lions defense. But the reason the Lions are obsessed with playing this man coverage style is because that isn't theory. The best way to play defense in the NFL is having man coverage. You can only do it if you have elite players. Like if you have a keeb to leave or Derelle Revis with the Patriots or the Jets, or if you have like what the Broncos do with Pats or Tan and Riley Moss, like you need like elite level players to do it. And the Lions have been trying to play man coverage with below average secondary for like six years under Dan Campbell. And it is not now at the point of it's kind of just it's sad. Like it's actually sad watching them be six defensive backs down trying to play Tedaroa Mcmillan in man coverage or just shitty zone. And then it gets 14 catches on a night that Jalen Coker didn't even fucking play. Doesn't make any sense. He said a career high in catches at halftime. Mcmillan. It's honestly like grit. It's like man versus man mono a mono like we'll just win. And it's like you're got your men suck. You can't play man if your men suck. It's unbelievable. If you're men suck, you can't play man and his race draws on Tedaroa Mcmillan and his race draws has barely played in like two years as he played football Austin points out that if you're just looking at weeks one through four, this is the worst Lions defense by EPA this millennium. And there's been a lot of bad often bad defenses in that stretch. It's it's really quite bad. I mean, they were it was pitching catch for bright young today pitch and catch slicing like a night hot knife through butter also I will say offensive lineman. We should give them credit. They were at a position to win this game. I mean, they effed up that final last try. Well, it's because the pay I mean the panthers defense is also in shambles, right? This is the team that led up 59 points to the bearers and yeah, I mean Jared got through for over 400 yards today. They actually just couldn't really run the ball and then yeah, the panthers defense actually made more kind of impact plays would get to golf a little bit better than the Lions did with with young and that was to me was the difference. Again, we said it on Friday, but these teams are mirror images of each other. Number one pick really struggle that's playing better later in their career. But then like, I mean, the same cat team, same color scheme, like I seriously, they have the same jerseys. There was two cat games this week, by the way, which was my first time I think in history, maybe or ever. I've never. Yeah. But again, and I'm fresh. I'm not trying to take anything away. Breitjohn completed his first 10 passes to start the game and then he had the 11th was a fourth and four traffic. He was pretty. Look like Drew Breeze. He was just sitting there throwing 10 yard passes. The whole game. I yeah. So I am. I think Breitjohn's good. And again, like DK, you said early in Breitjohn's rookie year that like, I forget why we even thought he would be a good player. And then it takes nights like, look tonight, where you're like, yeah, wow, when he sees the whole field and the game slows down from him and he's having fun, like he needs to have fun while he's playing. I think it is. You know, there's, there's. I think it is. I think it is. You know, there's a. I think it is. I think it is. I think it is. I think he needs. I feel like, obviously, the Panthers have done a better job of putting a system around him. There's continuity. You know, all that stuff is really good and really helpful for a young player. But I mean, they're, they have a lot of injuries on their offensive line. You know, they're down to like their fourth or fifth string tackles. And he's still playing really well to me. This is such a testament and such a great, perfect example of how important confidence is. I know that that's just sort of a, you know, it's an intangible thing. It's hard. You can't really measure it. You can't see it. So clearly with Bryce Young, I think more than maybe any player in a recent memory. Yes. Early on in his career, he looked shell-shock. He just looked like he was absolutely lost, did not have any confidence. Every play, it felt like he knew it was going to fail before it even snapped the ball. And now it's a complete opposite. He's just moving around so naturally. He almost is like seeing things before they happen. This is exactly why we were so excited about him coming out of college and why he was the first overall pick. And why even though he was a massive, massive size outlier, he's one of the biggest outliers, you know, at the first overall pick ever. I think he's probably going to be the biggest outlier just based on his size. But-- Smallest outlier, you could say. Right. There you go. But-- It is really cool to see him playing with that swagger and confidence and just Savvyness that was what made him so good in college. And it's just yeah, it's really fun to watch. I'll say this I mean, obviously the Panthers seem like they're gonna compete with the same to the NFC South division. I will say this about the lines. They're tied with the Packers for last in the division They're two and two, but again the reason I a lot of people picked the lines to make the playoffs Easiest schedule in the NFL and I still think the lines might even with this terrible defense Make the playoffs because they have Cardinals Packers Vikings Dolphins Patriots Buckeneers You know what I mean? They still the Falcons they have the Titans. I mean two more games against Minnesota Like which we'll see how that goes, but those teams are basically inverses the Vikings of the best defense at a terrible Lines can still do it, but this is it's I'm not trying to be I know a mon rod and tribute gifts are young But this is just an untenable situation Detroit has The only other thing I want to say is that the intentional grounding on Bryce Young that was not called because terror and wallar was in the area Close it was like 50 it was like a two-dimensional shirt. It was like 50 feet above him Can I give you a conspiracy theory on why that happened? Sure. I thought this game was a little bit refereed like let the boys play right? Okay This was the only game of the day that that was the case And I was gonna say it's like the opposite of the rest of the freaking day I went and looked this up and shout out to the true media database where I was able to look this up I just looked up Sundays in the NFL since 2000 Today had the fourth most penalty calls Of any Sunday in the 21st century you think Gidele called in and was like hey pull it back for son on Sunday night Like two rungs below Gidele, but yes, I do like the penalties today I thought was like the defining story the day was everyone got hurt and ever there were all the referees through again There was like It felt like two-thirds of the games teams either had 12 penalty calls or 100 yards of penalties in almost every game It was just bizarre maybe every team played sloppy, but sometimes they they over correct and I thought the Referee was everywhere. There's also the variable hyphids that the refs were getting real uppity and like high-horsey Like got a lot of play. There was screaming at training Maybe it was that maybe that was the reason that we saw a ref say fun to a player that Gidele was like hey Maybe we look like the refs coming back It was making the rounds on social media. I think JC Treter tweeted it out. It was like this is absolutely unacceptable So is he still in part of the area the head of the NFL PA or which is a fricking mess I will say that I'm always dubious of this viral videos where I'm like who knows who the ref was talking to or what the lip reading was And he's like did they look at that. Hey, did you catch that? So ref is saying fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you and so then I was that happened. Well It's unbelievable and then the CBS reporter a D. I'm gonna put your her name, but it I believe it's a D. D. Kinkabwala For CBS literally posted. I was standing right there the wildest part is that Tremac ride was saying please And just saying please she said Tremac ride did not curse and the meanest thing please Sorry, but if said was you're ruining the game And then the guy was like fuck you fuck you Which I think is so wild There was another play in a different game. I'm blanking on who it was But the ref it was like one of those plays where they blow at dead as like all these passers-ers are coming and One of the play one of the defenders didn't really stop quickly enough and ran over the ref Even though by the way if you zoom out the ref runs up to him. Yeah, and gets run over Eric Wilson. Oh right Vikings lineback. Yes. Yeah, and he like tried to help him up immediately like he felt bad He literally accidentally ran into him and the ref was like get the fuck away from me Arguably the ref ran into him. Yeah, if you watch the play from above the ref's like screams down into the area It was like trying to stop the play. Yeah, it was like ridiculous And then he got up and was like get back get back like all like pissed off and he's like dude We're playing football here, man Yeah, so that's my first loser the day the referees who again had a like 140 penalty calls today on a Sunday So and it's just the it's the Main character energy that I that drives me nuts about that. I've as you've talked about this a million times just They do a good job. You're right. There's a lot of plays and oh like on a on the big scale the big picture They do a really good job in terms of their accuracy But I really don't like it when they're trying to make themselves the frickin story of the game like we're I'm talking to America here Like the number one thing you've changed my mind on since you started this pod is I really underrated how much the referees are excited to see themselves To in nature, I get it, but yeah, I mean no one's freaking turning on games on Sunday to watch a referee talk or whatever Well, let's read Hockeyley anyway That's my first loser refs crack who's your first winner loser the day The Los Angeles Chargers it's Groundhogs Day I feel like Bill Murray listening to the same song every single morning. I've got you babe. Oh, you're right. Yeah I've got you babe Uh, they lost 30 to 23 today to the to the Seahawks and you might look at the box score You might think oh as it was close it wasn't and even if it felt close at the end it wasn't it's the same old Chargers It took it took three or four weeks But the old Chargers are back the rinse and repeat lost Angeles Chargers Herbert got the shit kicked out of a mall game He got hit like 16 times. He probably sustained three broken bones He played through the whole game was super tough. They were down to five healthy linemen Because they lost like four during the game Backbreaking turnovers penalties galore It's a shame. I think they should fire Anthony Lynn. He's not a good coach, you know, oh ladies Jim Harbaugh It's Jim fucking Harbaugh on this team that leads the NFL in offensive penalties This great I told you we talked about this coming into the week This team is really bad in all three phases. They're quite literally. Yeah, the second worst team in defuay coming into this week I think only to the dolphins. They were actively tried to lose the Chargers don't do anything well except turn the ball over Well, so we should say this game started very uniquely. It's the first time ever that that in a hundred year history of the league that both Starting quarterbacks through an interception on the first two plays of the game on the first pass Justin Herbert through the worst interception you've ever seen in your life to start the game and then Sam Donald There's another one and it gets right back to the charge who's like checking the ball to start and pick up basketball It's just like a good example of this game of how much of a slog this game was to watch first of all there was 30 penalties in this game between the two teams But in the first quarter alone. I've never seen this. There was 10 possessions in the first quarter Like you didn't feel like The Jets even have in the game today. Yeah 10 possessions in the first quarter It was like wild two two possessions happened within like a minute with the two picks And then it was like a bunch of three and outs. I think teams. I think they'd combine to punt five times Um a couple interceptions one touchdown one feel well I was like it was like this was the most incredible weird game. I mean it was just ugly and sloppy and absolute slog to watch. Yeah It was funny Craig. I don't think somehow some way as bad as the Chargers has been all year I feel like they they've never actually made you angerier than today Yeah, he was which is unfair because they're playing Seattle on the road which is obviously a difficult game But yeah, I still care about your feelings and your feelings were fucking pissed Well, because you're you're you're kind of locked into this like you're it's like I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with the Chargers And I can't get out because it's like I'm just stuck starting him. I have no other choice You know when you play fantasy football oftentimes depending on most leagues It's like all the quarterbacks are taken and so it's like I I basically just have to start Justin Herbert every week and and watching the struggle every plays difficult Nothing is normal on this team like even their runs don't look normal because it's like some weird complicated Ballet move that Herbert has to make before he can hand the ball off You don't know which running backs going to be on the field because they can't decide which one's good And and they keep just making bone headed plays like I was just riding down the stupid shit that Chargers did during this game where it's like The Seahawks miss a fuel goal and then it's like up defensive leverage on the Chargers lineman First down Seattle or it's like That has to be that that had to be the saddest version of that flag ever called It's always always like leverage on the guy who blocked the kick not a guy who didn't even get over the line is Scrimmage or like the Chargers managed to pull off the miracle of scoring And you're like wow if they get the ball back. Maybe they'd have a shot They ended like sacking Sam d'Arnold on third down and they still have two time outs nothing like wow And then of course some idiot flies in hitch-darn it on the ground flag Unsports for you know first down and you're like this team and then it's like Herbert's all banged up And then he runs like the world's longest bootleg that by the time he turns around play actually bootleg By the time he turns around like the defensive ends in his face and you're just like Not I don't know We know we joke about how Aaron Rogers and DK mech after like just a terrible fit It feels like every part of this offense and coaching staff is just the worst fit imaginable like nothing none of the pieces go together Yeah, I never once heard again lad McConkey left immediately Joe all is her again Roshan Slater is hurt You know what I mean? And then I don't think it might be Daniel like Samarian Hampton I think he's trying to run him off of today today just in the game today the people who left for injury Roshan Slater They're two tackles alt and slayer left lad McConkey left their guard Trevor penning left and their cornerback Dante Jackson left Durwin James wasn't even in the game because he's ready and Herbert definitely like tweak this ankle And then took a shot to the ribs and like back to back plays pretty much and stayed in the game I mean he would he toughed it out at it looked like three or four different times. Oh, he's tough as hell go out of the game I was somehow underselling this because the game, the charges lost by a touchdown, but I had written down with like eight minutes left and I thought the charges might be the, but pound for pound of expectation to reality the worst fantasy football team of all time. - Dude. - And they somehow salvaged it in a way where Herbert got the double digit points and Amirian Hampton scraped down a touchdown at the end. But there was a point where he had like five carries and I was actually wondering if in my entire life, a team had disappointed to the extent that the charges had where every game somehow was more worse than the three. - In terms of expectation. - And then the oldest one. - In terms of expectation, perhaps. I mean, we were talking about this as like a better version of the two Adolfins that led the league in passing yards. Justin Herbert is the fifth lowest scoring quarterback. He is outscoring only Malik Willis, Daniel Jones, Gino Smith and Tyson Beige, if you want to count that, which I don't. It's a mess. I have a million stats about how bad Herbert is. Hold on. There was a Aaron Rogers has 18 more fantasy points than Justin Herbert this year. That's a whole game. I could just be starting Aaron Rogers every week. I could start Cam Ward over Justin Herbert every week and he's been like 50% better than Justin Herbert. - It's really brutal. There was like an hour long segment there during the game where I don't remember seeing Hampton at all and he was a second round pick. Yeah. - Where's Hampton? - Yeah, he's been in for like an hour. - Two, the chargers are last in passerating. And it's really Atlanta, but I'm not counting them 'cause it's Pennix is their starting quarterback and he's only played one game. It's really Cooper Rush. Charge, so basically the chargers are dead last in passerating. Mike McDaniel and Justin Herbert are dead last. It's crazy. Did you see? And I honestly, I think a lot of it has to do with the coaching. I just think this team is really poorly coached. Well, I saw Harbock come out and he gave a post half time interview. He seemed like 2024 Joe Biden in that interview. It was not pretty. - Sleepy Joe. - It was not-- - Sleepy Jim. - Sleepy Jim. - He put a sentence together. I'm telling you they were like, what happened out there? And he's like, we gotta run the ball. Run the ball and get better. We gotta get better. And he's like, how are you gonna do that? He's like, better plays, better plays. Big plays, better plays. And I was like, oh no. - Did you see that after the game? - I'm in the game, same thing. - We need a new candidate. - I was like, George Cloody's like raising money for a new head coach right now. (laughing) - I think we have a lot to do now. Every cats and birds, like we gotta stand by Jim Harbock. It's a mess. (laughing) - Yeah. - Something's wrong. - Craig, you're absolutely right. - The eternal polling is like, man, it's a disaster out there. - The chargers, I mean, this is obvious clearly, but they have all the hallmark, you know, like some examples of a really, really poorly coached team. - In all three phases, it's not just the offense, which has been incredibly disappointing. It's the defense, the special teams is a disaster. - How about getting destroyed and special teams by his son? This is the special team's coach, and they rocked them on special teams. - It's tough. It's really tough. - I mean, it's an unmitigated disaster. - It's hard to know what's going on with Harbock because he's always been such a weird guy. - Yeah. - Not just his interviews are always really like, what the hell is that? - I've been watching Jim Harbock long as anybody, this was the first time I was like, something's wrong, but man, I don't know. I don't know what it is. - Well, at the end, after the game, it's the same thing where he was just like, they were like, basically like, what do you think is wrong? He's like, look, we're just gonna get better. And he was like, are they like, is Mike McDonald's job on the line? And he was like, we have some great coaches and we're all gonna improve. He's like, no, no, no, Jim, like, is Mike McDonald's job on the line? Yes, and he's like, no, no, no, no, no. We're all gonna improve and get better. And it was like really weird. And people in the moment said it was really weird. And now I'm wondering, yeah, like, he's like, we finally beat Medicare. And you're like, what? Harbock, what are you talking about? So here's the thing though, he has such a long contract. And the chargers frankly don't got the cash money records to like be getting rid of him and paying him. It's like college football. He just raised 50 million to fire the coach. I'm like, it might be, maybe it ends up being a Mitch McConnell situation in four years from now that he's got a real hard ball out. Maybe USC will just pay the fee to just take Harbaugh. You know what I mean? He's like, 15 million? We'll do it. USC, I was wondering this. Like how long does this go on till he just goes back to Michigan? Cause Michigan's obviously just aster like, you know, it's bad, it's so bad. It's crazy. It's actually, Herbert's a fucking catastrophe. But if Bryce Young could play as well as he did, I know, actually I'm a long term, but he's terrible. We're not shitting on Herbert enough really. And as much as I love him on every good, like he makes some of the worst interceptions every week now. It's like, you have to factor in like, well, there's going to be two Herbert interceptions. And then we'll see if they can win. He's real bad. And to be clear, we're starting with this because we love to the chargers coming into the year. This was like the biggest miss of anything. The beginning of the adventure code where the guy's just fucking whipping himself. So flatly reason why I'm having a horrible season finishes. I like that on the stupid team. Before the show just goes, I'm in a bad mood. My, my next loser, the other loser I just want to give is just health. I don't know how else to say it, but there was, I felt like this whole fantasy week was defined by injuries mostly because I mean, I just, I mean, the list of people being hurt was, I can't even name what's wrong with them. It takes too long. But the Eagles come in without Devanti Smith or Lane Johnson and then say one Barclay and tank pigs. We get her not to mention Cooper to Jean and Quenia Mitchell. Take one on the first drive, which is a catastrophe. You get two carries for eight yards. Broncos lost Pat Sotane and Riley Moss plus Pat Bryant. The chief's loss for she writes to him. String injury and Taekwam Thornton to the gnarliest. That was the horrible dislocated foot or ankle. Try to stand on it. That one was tough. The Jamar chase got concussed on a face mask, which is somehow more annoying. Because that was almost going to break his neck. Then T Higgins pulled, basically pulled his groin. Kyle, use check out her for the Niners to charge us. Lost all the people we mentioned more. I don't know if you guys were awake for this. But Washington lost Marcus Mario in the first quarter. So I was treated to Ethan Culliac Monas for three and a half quarters, chucking it up against the Colts. Handing off the Austin Eccler wasn't on the team a week ago. Lamar Jackson left for it. Like he didn't play the second half of the game. Like DJ Moore had one catch for 11 yards. He left the game in the middle like, you know, if you had stiff on digs with Ethan Culliac Monas, he might as well have been digs getting carted off for that sick, but you don't even. So it's just I thought the injuries and just all these goo sex in your lineup, it sucks. It was a lot of I was just looking across my leagues. And there were a lot of really bad scores, like really low scoring week. It felt like, yeah, other than like a handful of guys that really went off, it was brutal out there. A lot of it was injury related. We got we had so a Culliac Monas was a seventh round pick, right? And then the buck started to undraft a free agent at quarterback. Yeah, this is been a disaster. It's been crazy. It's why Collins were there in the broadcast when golf got hit and they threw a flag. He was like, normally a few years ago, I would have said that was lame. And he's like, now I want the starting quarterbacks to be in the game. The football is just so much better when they're in there. Yeah, it was brutal. It was brutal. I hate seeing it. I don't know if it's like way worse than every other year, but it definitely feels better. Every year we're like football. So violent. We're like, man, this is the worst injury year ever. But all it does is it reinforces the randomness in just the horrible situation that you have to deal with every year, where it's like fantasy is 70%. If your team stays healthy, you'll probably just make the playoffs. It's like real football, it's like that too. That's crazy. Craig, while you're on a roll, who's your winner? Yeah, let's go positive. It's positivity here. Yeah. Drake may be back. Drake may back? I don't know. There's something. Drake may and the Patriots beat the bills today, 2926. Look, it wasn't all perfect, but Drake may made a lot of good plays in this game. He was the number one quarterback in fantasy had a clutch touchdown to our guy, Efton Chisholm, a one-hand grab, another little white guy on the patch running around making big plays. Danny M. Indola reincarnated. Totally. This was a massive win. This was like the exhale of the week was like, holy God, thank God. He throws for 270 yards, three touchdowns. He runs for 50 cubic one on the week in fantasy, so he won on the week. He did have a pick. And he fumbled three times. He only lost one. The fumbling is a huge problem. Hands, man. Who's got tiny hands? We forget. Drake may nine and eight. The literal blood on his hands. Literal blood on his hands. But like Romeo Jobs played well. I don't know why that's like AJ Brown has hurt. He has blood on his hands. Drake may have blood on his hands. I will say, the Drake may, he, this was like the full Wednesday, man, because he both played great. Yeah. Again, that was really an amazing catch by Efton Chisholm just as much as this is a great throw. It may also in addition to the nether wence in fumble. He bobbled two snaps in three plays inside the five yard line. Yes. And one of them was the center fucked up and he saved it. The other one seemed like the center did fine and Drake may fucked it up. Either one would have just been like ended the game basically if they had lost the ball. And the margins are so thin, like the rollercoaster even within this, I mean, Romeo Jobs both had an incredible touchdown that saved the vibes and also had like the most comical loony tunes in reception where like Drake may get the thing where you throw it really low. So it's either a complete or in completion and Romeo dobs like grabbed it and shrubbed - Volleyball set. - Yeah, he like was a dig in volleyball. He caught it and threw it to the defender. And this whole game felt like that for the Patriots. Raven got an unsportsman like for screaming at the ref and saying, "Oh, that's the other one." Raven was like, "That's a fucking terrible call." And they actually gave him the unsportsman. - How many times does a coach say that it never gave no? It's like, you gotta say that like 15 times a game probably. Anyways, kind of wild. I will say the May thing, horrific start to the season. This felt much more like last year May in a lot of ways. Especially from the point of view where he's scrambling was super dangerous to the other team. Like he's a dangerous scrambler. Every time it felt like they needed a big play, he scrambled for a first down. It's just so back breaking for a defense when you have a quarterback that can both, or you know, like get out of a jam, you bring your blitz, you bring whatever, you have you perfectly executed pressure and you just escape some runs for a first down. It's just so demoralizing. And I felt like he did that a handful of times today. So it was good to see him kind of get a little bit of his confidence back. It's another thing like Bryce Young. He just needs to get confidence back. It felt like he was thinking about everything way too much. And so hopefully that will translate for it. - Yeah, could I throw a take? I don't even know if I believe this, but I am wondering it. Is there a chance that Drake May's been playing the same way the whole time, but the Patriots just kept winning games? - Yeah, I kind of, I just didn't notice this dumb shit when they were like two to three. - He wasn't playing as bad as he was last. - The deep ball. He was like perfect last year throwing the deep ball. - Yeah, he ran hot. There's a chance we were kind of mythologizing a little bit about how great he was last year. Is that what you mean? You know, we sort of look at him like he was perfect last year. - It's the mistakes, just get erased. And obviously there were fewer ones. But I'm basically like today's a good example where I'm like, if you just look at the pro, like yeah, he had the good touchdown Efton Chisholm and he did have way more good plays. And not that the top's interception was his fault, but I just can't get over. Like he did almost, they did almost fumble twice inside the five. And I'm like, you know what? I think that Drake Mays the new Sam D'Arnold where it's inside you, there are two wolves. And one of them is a fucking idiot. - Yeah, yeah. - And which one will he feed? - By the way, they beat the bills 29 to 26. I don't know if we said that. They beat the bills, that's big. - Yes, this was a massive win. - Yeah, a huge win. - It was a seasoned saving win for New England. - Yeah, it was. - I also, to that point, Josh Allen had absolutely was too high on his own supply and was just playing hero ball. And the bills kind of lost because John, I mean, the defense could have played better. But Josh, the interception on the final drive was Josh's fault. And he just was absolutely out of, spawned out of sack and just ripped it down field to the double coverage. And if Drake May did that, we'd be screaming how stupid it was. - This is just a strange stupid shit. I mean, he-- - In five turnovers last week, at full time. Yeah, we didn't make fun of Josh Allen's MVP campaign was not derailed by five turnovers last week because they won the game. But like, Josh, he's been on it. - It's like week one when he threw the pick, but then the defender dropped it against the Texans. - Yes. - And then the next play came back and threw a touchdown. - You could make the case of that play where he threw it behind his back. It was like the dumbest play any quarterback has made this season. - That was rough, dude. - That was crazy. - That was like, if, if, if, - Of course it went, so Will Levis did that, it would have broken NFL Twitter for the entire day. That was like, it's the dumbest thing I've ever seen a quarterback do. - It's the HR meme. - Yes. - This is throwing it behind. It's like, Josh Allen did that. That's hot. (laughing) - He, he doesn't care. - Hello. - He's dangerous. - That's your Kim Ward did that shit. - Excuse me, HR. - The Ranger Fantasy football show is brought to you by Fandall. The loser of the week for me was the Eagles, just absolutely meltdown at the end of the game. I want to say, obviously they have a ton of injuries. This is a severely injured team. Basically, like their top couple of receivers, their offensive linemen is all heard. Sure, and the fucking defenses all hurt. I get that. I'm going to sail that stuff, say, quencer. However, the way that they lost this game was pathetic. It was really, really bad down the stretch. They were up 10 points, had a third and goal from the two yard line with eight minutes left, and then they lost. It was kind of like a bobbled snap on that third down for Jalen Hurts, he ended up just like eating the football and nothing happened. And then they missed on fourth down. The Rams March right back scored. The Eagles went three and out. And then the Rams March right back and scored and won the game. And, you know, look, I understand, like I said, the injury thing is a big deal, but the Eagles are absolutely atrocious on offense. They had, this is from Sheel, who looked this up our colleague. And he said the Eagles had 172 yards of total offense. That's the lowest total in a game in 12 years. 68 net passing yards. They're lowest total in a regular season game in 23 years. Hurts was 12 of 27 for 93 yards. One of his touchdowns was an absolute miracle catch by Terry Scooper. Maybe should have. I was going to say that was an interception that Terry Scooper accepted the interception. And this is against the Rams team that did not have Aaron Donald or Miles Garrett on the field. The Eagles missed like five tackles on the game winning play by Karen Williams when he scored a touchdown. The Rams coaches were in the box, taunting the fans and the fans were throwing. I don't know what to make of that, because there's a video that depends how long the video is. One of the fans throws a full drink at the window. And the coaches have given him the double bird. Right. Once the double three, no, the drink got thrown. They were given the double bird. I don't know. I think coaches will probably issue some thing of like, oh, yeah, we shouldn't have done that. But I kind of really realized that like you were so close to that as fans, like you could just look right up there and you see all of these yelling at you all the time. Yeah, you can really distract them. If you just throw and shit in the air, you know, if you brought some kind of fire in that up there every play, you can really. That's a great call, Craig. Think about how much energy in a basketball game people put into making guys misfree throws. Yeah. Like the coaches actually need to think. Like that's way better. Isn't there? Just like put your craziest people right there. Wasn't there like a Bill's coach who threw shit at the fans from those Ken Dorsey threw his headset? But no, David Tepper, the owner of the Panthers free threw his drink. Oh, that's funny. Yeah, they should do that. I saw two fat naked bikers having sex off 13. How am I supposed to? Yeah, I'm supposed to chip. That's what Eagles fans should do instead. Honestly, that's actually, that actually is a really good idea because all the teams know they're crazy as people. They should just have like to runk tank like that little prison cell and they should have like, because all these get they have a little drunk tank in the stadium. They should put it right. All those people release them right by the coordinator booth. So the Eagles offensively, they kind of have abandoned the touch push offensive line is super hurt. They don't. Not before they went for it on fourth and one and a half at their own 38 and fucking failed. Duffed. It does kind of feel like so we've talked about this a bunch of times over the last couple of years. The Eagles had such an advantage because they could run so many of their drives into fourth down. So it's like they almost had like an extra play that no other teams had to get a first down on every possession and every series. And now they've been it's like a super hero that has lost their powers are just like a guy now that can't get it that extra play. They can't use fourth down to just touch push and get the automatic first down. And you know, this offense they went O for 12. I want to say on third down the worst third down performance in the history of the Eagles. They were all for 12 third down. And they went over five in the second half of last week. So they're over 17 on their last 17 third down. They have two first downs on third down in the last two weeks. I mean, look, let's go through the Eagle schedule this year. They beat the commanders by two after J Daniels got hurt. They had half time. They played half of them. They barely came back and beat Kim Ward. They probably should have lost that game to Tennessee. Then they lost the case kingdom and the bears by 20. And they just lost again today. Not a good team right now. They offensively, especially they are really bad. If you look at some of the, you know, go under the hood, their 25th and points for game 30th in EPA per play 27th and success rate 31st in three and out rate. And I look, I do think that the injuries matter to Vante not being there or say one being hurt every of the game. Dallas got all that matters. But this team is struggled with all those guys. This team struggled last year with with A.G. Brown and DeVante Smith and say one healthy. Like, and it's funny. I don't even know if the goals are a top three push team right now. I feel like the Seahawks are probably better at it than they are and the Raiders might be too. I don't even know. But I look at it. I feel like this is the game Eagles fans might turn on Nick Sireani. I have my friend Sean. - You guys remember my friend Sean, the giant offensive lineman at the, - Yeah, yeah. - We were doing pass for us sets on him. - He's, Sean is the kind of Eagles fan, who's like a degenerate Eagles fan, that'll be like, you didn't, you didn't mention how great Jalen Hertz was quick enough, even when we're like congrats on Super Bowl MVP. And we have argued about Nick Seriani for five years. And he's basically been Seriani, it's Defender. And today he was like, I'm out. (laughing) And like, but again, but again, it's because Seriani's so goddamn emotional. And it's like, fourth and one and a half on Monday night football against the Bears. The Eagles don't go for it. And then guess what? They have to go for it in a fourth and five, and then a fourth and 20. And then this week, it's fourth and one and a half at their own 38. And almost because he was like, you know, I got big balls and I regret not to get a Monday, they go for it at their own 38. And it's like, you're not the Bears. Like, this doesn't make any sense, you're offence sucks. And I don't know, it's great. What was the exact situation that they, I mean, it's worth reminding that Eagles were up 13 at the two yard line with eight minutes left. - I think up to 10. - They were up 10. - At the two yard line and lost the fucking game with eight minutes left. - Yeah. - Anyway, I mean, it was like pretty much the exact, everything that had to go wrong for them to lose, did go wrong. - It's also worth mentioning just how much of a disaster say Kwan Barclay has been this year, who has played two healthy games, each of which he has put up eight points, and then has had two other games where he has left the game in like the first 10 plays of the game, and not returned. - But I do wanna give credit though, to the Rams and Kyron Williams, who did K. Kyron Williams is kind of a problem today. - Dude, Kyron Williams is a problem. - Nice trade. - That was good. - I don't know if this is a horrible nickname, but I'm calling him the fantasy ATM. He just prints money. He just cash. Every time you need points, just go to Kyron Williams, and he's gonna give you points. - Oh, that's good. - I was thinking Derek Kennedy, 'cause it should be like slightly outdated, but still cool. - Hey, I go to, you don't go to ATMs? - No. - Cash, I guess it's just not- - Cash. - People don't use cash. Anyways. - But that's why Kyron Williams is good name for it. It's completely forgotten. But just does print money. - I'm one of those people that I like having cash in my wallet. It's for, I don't know, I feel like you giving tips and things like that. It's like you doing it on with credit card is harder. I don't know why. Anyway, Kyron Williams rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns. He also had 10 catches for 67 yards. 31.7 and a half PBR points. Second only to actually, was that first this week? That was- - I think Ken Walker probably ended up beating him. - Okay, yeah, that's right. Anyway, huge day for him. He is now the RB6 on the season. He was drafted as the RB13 and he is, by the way, among running backs with 20 rushes, he is number one in points for touch. - He really is like the kind of prime key to an Allen of running backs where it's like, you just don't think about it. Don't listen to anything. I don't care about this. Just take him every year and he'll be justified. He'll deliver for you every single year. - Yeah, he fell this year because there was worry that Blake Korum was gonna sort of eat into his work. - He was saying it was last year or it's like, "Oh, it fumbles too much." "Oh, why did they draft Blake Korum if they had like, "Kyron doesn't matter." - Yeah. - You somehow get convinced that there's not upside for the starting running back for the Rams. And you're like, "He cannot perform his position." And then I'm like, "Yeah, he's gonna." - He was. - He was number one. - He was number one this week. - He was, you're right. And number two was Kenneth Walker the third for the Chiefs, who is just absolutely unbelievable. And it clearly one of the best, maybe like it just, I think he has vaulted into the top tier of running backs in the NFL. Like, he's right there with John Taylor and Gibbs and B. John. It's just the most incredible players to watch. She's speed the Raiders 30 to 27. Ken Walker had 22 carries for 177 yards and two touchdowns. It is the third time this season that Ken Walker had more yards from Scrimmage. And like he said, three games with Kansas City that were better than any game he had in Seattle and his entire tenure there. So there's three or four weeks. And then once again, was just a complete difference in this game. And he had the most, I mean, Ken Walker is the most rushing yards through four games in 15 years. You'd have to go back to Aryan Foster with the Texans. - Wow. - For the last time of running back. I mean, it's unbelievable what Ken Walker's doing. He's single-handedly put this game away. This game is interesting. But Ken with Walker is just unbelievable in like these smash pick and fantasy. - He's the number two running back, pending B. John's gonna play tomorrow. But he's the number two quarterback in points for game. He only gives us better right now. This is exactly what we'd hoped would happen when he signed with the Chiefs, right? This is the exact scenario that was the upside play for him. They're gonna give him all the volume that he wants and can handle and he's gonna do awesome with it. And he's completely like, I mean, obviously my home is great, but he has transformed their offense in ways that they've desperately needed over the last couple of years. Supposed to play his own offense. He iced this game for them. And he's just been awesome. I would complain about the C.O.X. not using him last year enough, but they won the Super Bowl. So who gives the shit, I guess. But this to me is just validation because I always thought he was one of the most talented runners. So break so many tackles. Every graph you look at this year with him is like, top, top right in broken tackles and yards after contact. - I gotta say, watching Seattle, I am kind of like, wow. They probably should have kept Ken Walker and then used the draft pick on like a corner. Like I know they kept like, you know, you don't know if he's a great quarterback. - You should have thrown running back. - Holy shit. - Then an absolute disaster so far. - Yeah. - Maybe you should have took like, you know, Chris Johnson at a stand to go state, holy fuck. - Yeah. - You know what I mean? Like you could have just had a corner back and a good corner back drafted in like Ken Walker. I'm like, oh my God. - I sleep at night believing that he wouldn't have come back for any amount of money because they refuse to give him enough touches. - Probably. - But. - Yes. - And in retrospect, it's frustrating to not have kind of, I wish we had stuck to our guns, what we said early in the season and like, you know, in May and like, Ken Walker is a top eight player. - It's gone better than expected. It's like been better than anybody could have ever imagined. - Yeah. - It's, it's ever since Tyree Keele left the chiefs. I feel like the joke always was. Oh, it's like when the trade deadlines coming or free agency, anytime somebody cool was like on the market, we would always go and almost become a punchline. Imagine them on the chiefs. And like, this is now the actual like, it is that coming to fruition. - Yeah. - And it's really worked out. And it's frustrating because in retrospect, it makes sense because obviously you can always look back and be like, you know, we were never gonna predict that he would have the most rushing guards in 15 years through a month. But in retrospect, it is actually a repeat of fantasy history where it's like, we were like, people were like, oh, oftentimes the big league winning players, like the guy that like has the huge outlier season is a second round running back that's underrated for a reason. And it's often a year two guy, like, well, Mary and Hampton for the charges, we were like, that could be it. Ash and Judge here for the Raiders, that could be it. And that was stupid. Because what actually the trend that was happening is the people that get overlooked, it was sake one of the Eagles, Derek Henry to the Ravens, people that were signing in free agency. And that is the new version of the running back being drafted and being incredible in year two, is it's the free agent running back in year one. And you should ignore all the red flags and look at smart team gave guy big money contract. Because it's like the Andy Reid was like, I want Ken Walker. And you know what I mean? And I, that it's just the sake one thing again. And I wish we had just fun. - It is, yeah. - Eight spots on the line. - Thank you. Hi Fitz for mentioning San Diego State. I needed that today. They did get the win against Texas State, despite the team having mumps. That's a real thing. - Mumps? Get the fuck out. - They had 15 players out. They've had San Diego State? - Yes, with mumps. They've had mumps for the last three weeks. - Is that like a thing you get when you're a little kid? - Yes. - Well, it's funny. - I remember reading a month, basically. - All I'll say about vaccines is I remember reading Rale Charlie and the chocolate factory. And in the beginning, they talk about mumps and measles. And I thought that shit was made up. 'Cause I-- - Sounds like I heard of it. - Sounds like Dr. Sussan. - Like a fake Rale doll. - Yeah. - Like disease. - It sounds like the fuckin' Oopalupus. Like Mumps and Mumps and Goosebumps. - I didn't know the Olympic. - I didn't know the mumps were real. - Until I was 15. - Thing one and thing two got the mumps. - Yeah, that's their real names. Thing one's name was measles and thing two's name was mumps. They were right. - Exactly. - Yeah. - The city of states fuckin' 15 deep with mumps. - 15 deep with mumps, and they pulled it out. I gotta tell you guys. - That's hilarious. - CD Lam? Problem. - Ooh. - I was wrong. Ted McMillan was the number one score we're see for this week. CD Lam was number two. - CD Lam, I talked about that. I don't know how you just like don't guard a guy for the entire game if he's hot. CD Lam had 17 catches today on 21 targets for 189 yards in a touchdown. He became just the fourth player in NFL history to have 17 receptions, 180 yards in a touchdown in a single game. Just the fourth player to do that. Tom Fieres, T.O. and Brandon Marshall. - Tom Fieres. - Tom Fieres. - Totally know who that is. - Tom Fieres? - No, I don't know Tom Fieres. - T.Fieres. - No, I don't know. Yeah, dude, I don't know. CD Lam is one of those guys where there are like two or three games a year when he does this, and you see his connection with Dak, and you're like, he actually might be the best to see even the league, he can do everything. He's like amazing on the sideline, great in the red zone, good over the middle of field, like good after the catch. He can just do anything. He's like finesse, but can also kind of fight through somebody. He was genuinely uncoverable today against a text and secondary that we keep expecting to be. good, but has been kind of blown up this year on multiple occasions, but CD was amazing. 32 points. And I also like to shout out mini problem, Nico Collins in this same game who came back and had 120 yards and two touchdowns. And I can't remember a team, an offense more dependent on a single player than the Texans are on Nico fucking Collins. Yeah. They desperately needed. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Nico Collins H8 Brown with worse PR. He was unbelievable in this game. I thought CJ Stroud played well. I know I've been very hard on borderline mean to CJ Stroud this year. I thought CJ played, I thought he played really well today. I thought he had touch and he had, uh, he, he both had the finesse and playmaking and also a couple passes that he just fucking ripped, which has been missing. And I thought it was great. And he, I, I, I was very impressed. The second touchdown, and Nico was great. Oh, but I'm back at the end was also amazing. The fourth and fourth of Ferguson, then CD on the sideline on the opposite, then pickins on the side, then the CD touchdown. Like that was good to you fence from Houston, but great quarterbacking from DAC. But overall, like they're also, the Texans just do dumb shit sometimes. Like I don't, Jalen Petri is both like brilliant at times and like sometimes the best lock quarterback defender. And then he's like playing off CD goal line. Touchdown. Yeah. What is he doing? Yeah. No, he had no, it was weird. It's like you just guarded nobody. Like, yeah, I don't know. Sometimes you scratch your head at stuff like that. I thought that Nico touchdown catch was wild because he got kind of rocked as he fell into the end zone and he caught the ball. And then he just kind of like laid there, you know, going, ow, like that hurt. So I'm smiling. I was like, Oh, he's okay. Yeah, he's fine. And then he got up and he kind of like had his helmet on the top of his head. And he was just, you know, enjoyed the moment. Just to, uh, just to highlight how miserable fantasy is I have CD LAN and Nico Cones on the same team and my high school league. And I lost. Oh, that's the rest of your players scores. I'll do it. I, the Texan, it's so fun. Maybe the Texans are oh and four. Like they're just done. It's they've just played the rest of the year. And like, I kind of think they're a good team. If the Vikings are 4-0, Texans are oh and four. And if they played each other, what would the line be? Oh, the Texans, I think would be favored in the game. I, yeah, but for sure. Two and a half. Yeah. And the refereeing in this one was weird too. I mean, again, all these, I, all these games that were a bazillion pound penalties. There were two and camaraderie at the end that really swung it. The second one was probably legit. The first one was connoble shit. But, you know, if you're overall though, it's like the Texans have made too many self-inflicted errors, I think, to really be upset. But you just, again, it's the HR meme. If the Steelers allowed CD LAN, just go a touchdown and it's freaking 17th catch, we'd be making fun of Mike Tomlin, but the Texans did it. So it's, you know what I mean? It's like, yeah, Texans fucked up. I bet you Tomlin felt nostalgic watching a team just throw out to the same might receiver over and over and over and over. Yeah, the Jamar chase Joe Flacco game or whatever. I'm like, Mike, was that a throwback for you at all? It's a kind of bring back fun memories. Yeah. And so the Cowboys won this game and they got to, and now the Cowboys are winning the division, the NFC's. Just kidding. That's not true. No, you know why? Because the New York Giants are so back. They're so back. The three and one New York Giants. Let me tell you how back the Giants are correct. Let me tell you a fucking back. The Giants aren't ESPN have this. The Giants are alone winning the NFC's for the first time since 2015. Wow. That's before the ringer was a thing. Free ringer. Yeah. Yeah. Peyton Manning was playing football. I kind of sometimes I forget how much fandom grips our lives and and infects our soul and just really gets inside of us and you can't shake it no matter how many years your team has been bad or whatever. Like I make photo-fifists because I've barely known him to have a good Giancy. I don't think I've, they've had one good team in all the time I've ever known you. Um, and Hyphids is like Hyphids is really hanging on every play in this Giants card. The C-hawks are three and one, but I mean, I know it's winning the division. I mean, you're honestly you guys get only help to the C-hawks are like a so-so team so far. I was going to say. Yeah. Giants. So Giants been playing terrible in the last two weeks. Giants beat the Cardinals 36-24. It was really close and then it seemed not because the Cardinals basically had a chance to win the game and then they just got pick six by Deante Bank. So I've always loved Deante Bank. Never said anything bad. I can't remember you ever talking in any way negative about him. My favorite player, Deante Banks, who totally didn't get just absolutely burned by Marvin Harrison Jr. in the first quarter. But, the Malik, Malik Damper just is also back. James Winston's back. Malik Damper said six catches 112 yards of touchdown. Looks like he's getting better. It's not even 100 percent yet. James Winston literally said, I am heating up. And yeah, James, James went off on a tangent. He's just like a week ago. I didn't know if I could throw the ball. He's like, that one back, baby. He's like, because he didn't practice all summer. He's like literally was hovering the world cup. He was just covered the world cup. And I don't know what he was doing. It wasn't played football. He's the Fox hits. Dude, Malik Namers is now once a game has some injury. We're like, uh-oh, there it is. He's out for the year. And then he comes back later and scores at the time. He's like one player and like that. Remember, Johnson Johnson could never get through a game without you thinking he was after the season. And then he'd be like, you're like looking up his injury and then he's like, is that him playing right there? Back on the field. Yeah. Neighbors, this is just random. I just thought of this. Neighbors kind of doesn't, he doesn't have, he's kind of like Garrett Wilson. He wears the loose sleeves. I feel like it just doesn't fit his personality or affect or whatever. Yeah, it's just like so athletic and strong. I agree. Like, he needs to lose the loose sleeves. Did he wear loose sleeves today? Am I making that up? Or I feel like he was. No, I know you need his aesthetic is never matched how fast he is. Going back to even LSU. I feel like he wore, I think he wore number eight. And I'm like, you can't, you're too fast to wear eight is a fat number. It's a fat number. Yeah, it's a belly. It's literally a belly. Exactly. And so I, no, he's never looked as fat. It always like he's trying to seem like larger than he is. I will just say I want to shout out my mom pointed out the 86 giants who won the Super Bowl were honored at this game. Like Lawrence Taylor, all them were there. That was mom wanted to know. And she's right. This, that 86 giants team, they invented the Gatorade Bath. Really? Is that right? The one supported on Bill Purcell. So it was Harry Carson, who was the only captain for that game. My mom once cornered Harry Carson at some like giants charity event. And my mom revealed how insane she was about like she would like stand by a certain part of the living room on defense and then move to the couch on offense. And she was like, that's why you won the Super Bowl. And Harry Carson's like calling for security. Yeah, no, no, sure. Sure, sure, sure. But yeah, the Harry Carson poured the Gatorade on Bill Purcells. Wow, that's cool. Cool. So shout out to the giants, the giants who are super back. Ticket, do you have anyone that reminds you as anyone even nearly as back as the division winning your giants? No, this isn't quite to that level. But I will say Debo Samuel is so we're so back. He looks like the old Debo Samuel old. He looks like Debo Samuel of his all pro season where he was a wingback. They made him basically a running back slash receiver. They are lining up in the backfield and giving him rushes. He looks really sprightly. He's he's very explosive. He's getting over 20 miles an hour. It feels like in every game, he scored another touchdown today. He had four catchers for 18 yards, but also 33 rushes for 44 yards on the ground. He's now the wide receiver 15 on the season in fantasy. He was kind of an afterthought in draft. He was like the last round guy. He was the wide receiver 51. And I want to shout out Kiddell because apparently a kill these injuries just aren't a thing anymore. It doesn't matter. You can just come back. He ripped off a 54 yard touchdown, a 56 yard touchdown to seal the game. He just looks like prime Kiddell. So I don't know what, you know, obviously the joke of the pre-season was the, you know, substation and degrading injuries and everything like that. But Kiddell and Debo look like their old selves. They look like ten years. Well, they're immune to it. They've already done maybe it's like, you know, in Princess Bride, when he he eats the poison because he's been building up an immunity from it over years and years. It's like Debo and Kiddell are they're fucking molded in it. They were born in the darkness. Maybe they have to like sacrifice souls to the subventions to the back and stay strong or something. Yeah. That doesn't make sense. Yeah. Yeah. It's why it's getting bigger. They said the defense today. Anyway, I just want to shout out Debo because he looks awesome. He's one of those fun players. I just like watching him. Legs are always churning with Debo. Yeah. They never stop. And Kiddell being back is awesome because Kiddell is I think one of the most widely beloved players like as long as you don't hate the 49ers for some reason. Like I think who doesn't like for some reason? Frickant Taylor Swift likes George Kiddell. Yeah. Kiddell's great. 49ers beat the Broncos 24 to 14. Pretty dominant game by them. I think the score was close to the end, but it felt like 49ers over the better team all day. Brock Perty's not been sacked. That's a lot. Yeah. I mean, there's a great stat in my opinion. Honestly, yeah, he probably is. I mean, Doug Clausson had this great stat that Brock Perty is the only quarterback in NFL history to start 4-0 with one combined sack fumble or interception. Wow. I mean, yeah, he's playing amazing. He did his sneaky little shit thing today on a scramble. I mean, he's hitting the duggy every game. He's hit confident. Yeah. I think his back is Debo is. I think I think it is I think it is so over for Kyler, Murray. And he does not he does not look comfortable. They're also 4-0. Right. They're 4-1. The Vikings won. They won the game. Vikings are 4-0, but it is the three. dragons meme, right? It's the chiefs, the Niners, and the Vikings are all undefeated, and the Vikings are just like the fucking doofias dragon. The Vikings are last in yards. That's wild, and they're 4 and 0. It's kind of weird. This is like that. The thing I keep, I tell you about football, if it's where touchdowns are actually important. The idea of football is to score touchdowns. I think the, like, I was pro, I was pro, Kyler Murray before the season, both for fantasy and real life, not because I believe Kyler Murray was taking the Super Bowl. I thought it was an underrated, regular season quarterback that I would never touch with a 10-foot pole for like winning a playoff game. But I felt that Kyler for $1.3 million, which is the 1,100th biggest contract in the NFL this season, was like an incredible deal. And I have been like actually appalled at the how bad he is, how lost. I can't fathom at how he could possibly be so bad for such long stretches of football. And I don't want to hear anything about the final two drives because it was the fucking dolphins and they didn't score touchdown. They literally won this game 15 to 10. And honestly, they should have lost because they, the ref said Chris Bell, the dolphins received his big toenail out a bounce. So they wipe the honestly, the Viking should have lost this game by two points. The dolphins, sorry, the Vikings are 26th and touchdowns. The only teams that are worse so far, they're tied for 26. I should say the only teams that have fewer touchdowns are the Titans, Falcons and dolphins. I mean, we should say the Vikings for now, they have beaten what we now know as a terrible Packers team. Then they beat the Bears in like the grossest weather game of the year, 9 to 3. They beat the Bucks who we now know to be terrible. And they beat the dolphins. Because their defense is amazing. Yes. I, the Vikings are the first teams in 90 years to start 4 and 0 without a touchdown in two of the four games. The other four teams, the other four teams. So it's the Vikings this year. The other three are the Chicago Cardinals in 1922. The Chicago Cardinals in 1923 and the Lions in 1934. When did they start doing the forward pass? You know, it's not as simple as I thought. I believe 1933 is when they started writing it all down. But anyway, it's basically like at the ever since the early days of the forward pass, this is the type of offense we're talking about. I just, Kyler, to me, I feel like 97% of the time he drops back, he's like throwing the ball off his back foot and falling away. That's the only thing I can picture him doing this year is chucking the ball off his back foot and hoping for a good thing. TJ Hawkinson was awesome in this game. You know, if it wouldn't have been for Hawkinson, I don't know. He was amazing. He looks so good. Yeah. He looks back. He looks fully back. I mean, obviously it's worth saying. JJ Justin Jefferson was not in this game. He didn't play. And it's obviously a big thing. But yeah, this offense is not functional. The Vikings offense is six points. The Vikings punt team is six points. And the kicker will record has 32 points, who is he's unbelievable. Wow. But yeah. So I just think the Vikings, I actually don't know if I would pick them to win two or three more games of the season. The defense is incredible. The defense is allowed. I think they're basically first in every category. It's funny. But the Vikings are favored to win the division, which I get out there for an L. But the bears are like third. I would not take. I would take the bears in a heartbeat. I mean, the Vikings, the simplest way could put it, they're the anti-lians with the offense is so bad that you wonder if the defense being so good even matters. And like, that's the line basically. I want to give credit to Craig for this because I know you were very strongly built believes this in the pre the preseason process where I was like, no matter what you do, come out of your draft with either Malik Willis or Kyler, or I remember saying that. And I regret it. They are to watch them play. They are the worst fantasy quarterbacks in the NFL full stop. They are not functional quarterbacks. And I apologize if you took that advice. I have Kyler on a lot of my teams. I have Kyler in the ringer league. And Willis and a couple of leagues too. So obviously I'm suffering from my own advice. But they have been, they have both been not good in fans. Craig was right about that because we were saying how again, fantasy, the rules are stupid and a rushing yards worth almost three times more than a passing yard. But we didn't count for as the Vikings again, having the fewest yards. So Kyler's like neither of them are running really. Kyler like 16 yards rushing today. Like it's completely discombobulated. Well, you know what? The problem is if you could count all the yards he runs, fucking backward. I wish that was how to count all the yards they run. Like, do you remember this? Yeah. Is it the Chief's luck? There's a whole. Do you remember the homes ran like 480 yards if you just counted all the fucking scrambling? Yeah. Like, you know, the next that should be a next-gen stat league. Like Kyler might be the most in shape quarterback. He's exercising the most each week. Yeah. He's exercising. Just wait till GTA 6 comes out. They're going to crater. Oh, no. Honestly, they should play cars at once. Anyone else is so over for Craig? Yeah. I would like to say that it is so over for these two running backs that you perhaps were depending on. Oh, Mary and Hampton and David Montgomery. It is so over for the two of them. Give up. Give up on David Montgomery. Give up. Run away. Run away from me. The three touchdown week one was a smoke screen. He hasn't even gotten close to like putting up half of those of that total in the three games combined since week one. Woody Marx is splitting snaps of them. Woody Marx is getting goal-line carries. That's done. And then, Mary and Hampton is like in a three-headed backfield with Vidal and Keith Mitchell. So it's cooked. Those two are cooked. It's over. I think there was a chance. A Mary and Hampton, I think, to touchdown this week, which actually saved me. I'm playing Chris Ryan. I will see if Drake Lennon gets 40 points this week. But I might be Chris solely because. You're up for three. If you have 40. 42. Strike Lennon. Who knows? A Mary and Hampton those bailed me out with a touchdown in the last second. I feel like this is your last chance to trade a way for value. And I fear sure there's a world where maybe the charges get their shit together. He's good later or whatever. Get Mitchell could get hurt. There's no way. I think there's a chance that a Mary and Hampton's like on waivers in December. Do you think. There's a world where Vidal just takes the passing and Keith Mitchell just to have the job. And the only thing I think keeping Hampton playing is that he was a first-round pick. But I don't think his play whatsoever warrants the playing time he's getting, and it will go down. Do you think there's a chance that a Mary and Hampton signs with New England in two years, and he's incredible? I could see that. If he's just on a good team, because I still can't tell with him. Sometimes I'm like, man, you're shot out of a cannon. 10 years. I wish I had gone with my gut more and been like all those fucking stupid yards after the contact per carry stats that were propping up the Mary and Hampton shit was like one great game against the fucking giants where they can't tackle. But there are still moments like even today, like his touchdown and he had a couple of the runs where you're like, this guy looks like really strong and fast. He runs really hard. Yeah, it's not, I don't think he works with the Mike McDaniel. I don't think he works well with Mike McDaniel's style of what he needs for running back. So yeah, but that's the downside of taking your running back is you can't trade him for anything. Like if the chargers had taken an offensive lineman and they for some reason had a surplus, which they don't, because they did deficit, you know, you could trade him for something. It's another example of like teams should probably just take offensive lineman every single time. Because you know what teams would want right now is a fucking left tackle. I still don't get it whatever. All right. Enough of that the charter charge is just shitting down their pants. It's time for something even more important, which is America's favorite segment. It's time for fart or sharp. All right, Daniel. Oh boy. I think, look, there are obvious fart and shards to me where a good player has a bad week. And you go, look, Parker Washington, not a sharp part. We trust Parker Washington one bad week. You're not going to you're not going to freak out. One catch. One catch. Oh, that that that catch was like actually for 40 yards, but he barely stepped out of bounds. So it would have felt a lot better. But he is like one blade of grass of white that his foot was on. I want to talk about bow nicks. Oh, okay, nicks lost today. 24 14 to the Niners. They had six points until they were four minutes left in that game. Denver. He had 214 yards and one touchdown. He has 25 rushing yards this year. The whole year, he has 25 rushing yards, Bo-Nicks. He's the 20th best quarterback in fantasy. Last year he was the 10th. Do you think what we've seen from Bo-Nicks? Now it's been four weeks of him being the 20th best quarterback. He's a far to sharp for Bo. It's a sharp unless something changes really dramatically. If you look at the one the one stat that I looked at today, and I was like, holy shit, this is really bad. And on the year, I'll just say on the year Bo-Nicks is second to last in average air yards per attempt. So basically, how far are you throwing the ball down the field? Check down King. Check down Charlie. Bo-Nicks is second to last. Only Daniel Jones is worse so far in terms of air yards per attempt. So just everything's checked out. You can't run it off, it's like that. You have to be pushing the ball down the field. Today, he averaged four yards down the field per attempt. I mean, Argy Argy had 10 catches today. They're running back. But DK, it's not like they brought in some receiver who's great down the field and is like a big play thread. They don't have anybody. Right. You're right. They didn't do that. I don't know. If you look at, if you look at basically any of the stats like success rate, paper, drop back, Bonaix is really low on all those. Their offense is just not very functional right now. I do think it's been his thing as the here goes on and as the games go on, he gets better in the end of games for whatever reason. He's the New York Bonaix. The first three quarters, they suck and then the fourth quarter that come in at win. And then this looks like they're like, oh, they didn't come in at win and they just suck. So I do think there is a chance that he's going to improve as the year goes on and I don't think he's this bad like he isn't he's not as bad as he has been at the start of the season. However, I think you've already probably lost all the value you hadn't taking him wherever you took him because he was expected to be a top 10 quarterback. I think that again, the reason I love this segment is a fart is something smelly that goes away in a shirt means you have to change. And I think that it's it's not it's there's a sharp, but it's it's Davis Web, the offensive coordinator and either he needs to get way better, but I do wonder if he'll be replaced. And again, oh, reason that I think Mike Tomman has been great on NBC, I see actually once again, actually answered something really honestly. And they were and they played the Sean Payton saying, no, we're not going to take like calling from Davis Web. It's it's too early for that. And they're like too early in the season, Mike Tomman's gay and too early for that also might be too early in the week. I know that was a great. That was a great little moment. The way he kind of smirked when he said, that's come on Monday or Tuesday. But there are little things where Mike McLean she's one of the offensive tackles of Broncos comes in and says, it's hard to get into a flow when you're in two yard run, two yard run, drop back. That's the old Texans offense. Exactly. And it's like, but this is a thing that's like this timeless thing in the NFL when you each for a new court, young quarterbacks or new play callers, but especially when you have younger quarterbacks with younger play callers. And the instinct is we have to establish the run. And then you want to throw you actually need to throw on the early downs because that's when it's easier to throw the ball. And so you try to run run and then throw and then it's something all the throwing the passing pleasure calling around third and fucking six or third and eight. And that's not good. And so I, you know, I think there was a lot going on behind the scenes that I think led to Sean Payton having to give up the play calling or whether he bequeathed it on purpose or they didn't want to lose Davis Web or the organization didn't want to lose but Web Davis Web or Bo Nix didn't whatever happened. I think that this is to Sean Payton's. I don't think Sean Payton's entirely crushed that it's going terribly without him. I think that's a small part of him is probably my goodness when you got asked the question of whether they're going to move on from Bo Nix or sorry from Davis Web as offensive coordinator. He was like, you know, I think it's really, he goes, good question though. That was a good question. He really did that. He was like, in other words, keep asking me that shit. He's like, man, I never really thought about that. That's a good idea. You know, since you brought it up, maybe I should start thinking about it. You know, Davis Web. It's a good question. I guess I get a good question. I guess it has to be me. I guess. You think who's the next man up? Who does it go to? I mean, you'd have to replace him with somebody with an experience who knows who you got any ideas? I know. That was funny. I missed that. I didn't see that. Good question. He's like, it was a good question. It's too early, but excellent line of questioning kudos to you for that. He's like, I will Venmo you to check his in the mail. Oh, man. Anyway. Yeah. I do think it's a, the offense is a bit of a shark overall. Yeah. All right. I got one for you guys. Well, I got two. You have a farder shark. Yeah. I do. All right. Number one. This one is near and dear to my heart because I'm worried about it. Dalton can cade for the bills. Start out the year. Great. We were. It was a version of the Kenneth Walker breakout where we're like, look, he's finally doing what we knew he could do. Kind of a bunch of snaps, the athleticism is showing, you know, he, he looks like Travis Kelsey out there. He's doing a great job. And then the last two weeks, five targets total. He has scored about five points in fantasy the last two weeks. Farder shark Dalton can cade bills set in. I would be lying if I did not say that it concerned me that can cade in week two. The eight target seven catches 95 yards touched down was against the lions. Right. His defense. Fucking sucks. I would also say that Dalton can cade in a week four played 57% of the snaps, 57. It's like going back to early career, which number one catch for seven yards, 34th amongst tight ends this week. One catch seven yards. And then last week two catches, 38 yards. And Keon Coleman's going off, this is a game in which DJ more left after I, I don't know, a couple minutes, whatever it was. I think it's to be honest with you, if I had him on my fantasy team, I think I would still plan. Yeah. Yeah. I think you have to because tight ends like weird if you have concade, you probably want to plan because, you know, you've Rams, Raiders, I feel like you plan. But it's one of those where you're, you know, sometimes you're afraid to fart again. You know, because you're like, you're not in trouble. Got to hold it. Yeah. Sometimes you just do it, but you're like, you're like 90% confident. And I think that's the start before the short. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Oh, that was close. You know what? You started to do it. You suck it right back up. That's what we're doing with Dalton. Do I need to go check? Do I need to go into the bathroom and check real quick? What's your other one? My other one is a mecha boota. Short. Okay, I like your decisiveness there. He had two catches for 13 yards today. He has not scored over 10 points in a game the season in fantasy and half PBR. Wet, messy, sharp, you can't play him, can't cut him. You see it? You can see it through the jeans. That's how bad the shard is. You can see it. What? What was the international race thing? High Rocks. Yeah. Yeah. People don't want to be near you. This is high rock. People are fucking crawling under barbed wire through your fucking diarrhea. And like it, but Baker Mayfield is not going to be back anytime soon. He's out like three to six weeks with this thumb thing. They're playing Thursday night against Dallas. I would have said, yeah, this is the time, but it's just Daniel's guy. Like, didn't look great. It's nice. It's nice. Baker said he's trying to come back. It's, it's at least three weeks, but he wants to beat that. But it's at least two more games probably. But he wasn't good with Baker. No. I don't think he was. He's unstoppable. You can't play a guy with an, a Jalen Daniels was so like, what do you expect? A little, an undrafted quarterback from Kansas. And like, again, being the backup quarterback for the season and not playing is like actually an achievement for an undrafted quarterback, and as a rookie, I, you can't expect it on a weekly basis. Cody White has scored more points in fantasy this year than a mecca at Buka. I would play Cody White next week instead of even against Dallas. And again, maybe a Buka will score against Dallas on Thursday. But I'm like, it is still an undrafted quarterback on what will basically be three days notice against the Cowboys defense. It's a huge mess. It was a huge mess by me. I loved a Buka. I did too. Big fat shark. It's a bummer. I think the, the Buccaneers offense in general is one of the biggest disappointments in fantasy. It's up there with a quarterbacks, the late round quarterbacks that I liked are a total failure. The Buccaneers are a total failure. Chargers. Chargers. Chargers are number one. That was. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Intrusive thoughts. What do we got? I had an intrusive thought today. Mike Washington, Jr. The running back for the Raiders is obviously better than Ashen Jent. Obviously. And it's so obvious that I don't even know if this is intrusive anymore. Like it is just, it's so clear that like I'm, I'm not talking like forever in their careers. Although that's really the intrusive thought. Like maybe it'll just be better than Jent. But right now at this moment in time, I don't think it's even a question that Mike Washington Jr. is better than Ashen Jent. I don't know if I really believe this. But every time I watch Mike Washington play, I think it. And I think the reality is Ashen Jent is just not healthy. I think he hurt his ankle, obviously in late August. And then he looked great week one with all the receiving. He tweaked his ankle in week two. Ashen Jent is not been the same since he tweaked it at the end of the week two game. He's bad injury. Both angles are tweaked, sorry, both angles are taped. And he's like every three drives Ashen Jent, he's like limping off the field. It's not like I need a breather. I ran for 70 yards. It's the rotation. He's just leaving in pain like borderline anguish. And like he's obviously not himself. And then Mike Washington comes in and like that guy's better. Like that guy is more juice. I do think they're, I don't think he's better, first of all, but I do think there's a chance he just fits the offense a little bit better. Like his style of running feels perfect for the Kubiak offense, where it's playing a foot in the ground and go north south, a big kind of speedster. Totally. Yeah. Yeah, he is like a Raheemoster, but but big Raheemoster I think was under 200 pounds or right around there. And this guy's 230 runs a four three. He just kind of fits what they're wanting to do and he keeps ripping off big plays. Do you have something that he's done really well? You know, sorry, Aryan Fosters also a really good comp for him. Yeah. The other thing that. Washington does is he he will get into like the muck and then bounce out and just run away from guys. He's done it like three or four times now. So he's been really impressive, but I would not agree with you that he's better, but I do think he is a good fit in this offense. I bring up Aaron Foster because his dad, Gary Kubiak, Clint Kubiak's dad, coach Aaron Foster, Aaron Foster's also like a six foot one, 230 pound running back who could one cut and run like the wind. And also those later round guys just do exactly what they're told. Right. It's just it is. It's like a a feel for the offense, a feel for the blocking. I mean, I've it's you tell you mentioned guys like Kenneth Walker and Sequon who on their second team really popped off. Another good possibility is Ashton Gentia guy who I believe is fantastic and really, really good two years from now they don't want to bam. I'm already wondering that about Jeremiah Love who's like, yeah, this can be the longest year of my life. Oh my God. That quote's unbelievable. It's a tough thing to say. Dude, he said in the post game today, this is probably going to be the longest year of my life. I just want to manage that workload. And I want to make sure they keep an eye on me and manage me. There's a little bit of quiet of this motherfucker. Dude, it's so funny. All the time we bitch about like play the rookies more. The rookies like, I'm good. Yeah, he's like, hey, maybe, I mean, maybe ten, fifteen carries, not 20, 20. It is funny. It's like, yeah, I it is interesting that they are writing him so much. I don't know why you need to do that. Like you talk about Gen T. No, both of them. I guess both of them really. I don't know why. I mean, at least the Raiders are a good team and they're like trying to win and they're challenging for the lead in the division. Jeremiah Love, I wouldn't you just want this guy to be healthy. Like give him a couple weeks. Did you they are? Jeremiah Love. No, Jeremiah Love. Tyler Algier was playing in this game. Tyler Algier had a better run than Jeremiah Love did this game. Tyler Algier was the third down. Like Jeremiah Love like got some run. But Tyler Algier was the play. Yeah. And he had he had 28 last week or something. I'd be curious to see the the split the snap breakdown because Algier, I mean, Algier, I think, was playing a little more third down. I mean, when the Cardinals went the fourth and goal, I don't think Love was even on the field for any of those plays. Yeah, the literally had four plays inside the 10 yard line that they put share my love on the field. Did you just yeah, it is funny that Mike Washington today had like like 18 yards rushing on nine carries, I think. But he does look good. I agree with you. Just when you look at me. Like don't turn, don't turn numbers at me. Don't turn numbers at me. I think I think DK and I like Gen T a little more than new hyphids. I think there's a lot. I like Gen, well, I just mostly a mad that DK will never admit my thing, which is true, which is that scataboo is better than Gen T always has been always has will at every level in every week. Scataboo is literally been better in college and everything. Scataboo is my love in my opinion. He is. But I just again, it's not healthy. So also a long history of the Kubiak chin-in system running backs is six rounder beating out of four happens all the time. Uh, fucking Broncos traded Clinton porters for champ Bailey. Imagine doing that now. Anyway, whether intrusive thoughts you guys have this week. I think the chargers should trade for Tua. Oh, that's actually really good. Why not? Damn. Damn. Let's let's bring the guy who actually can make this shit work, who can run, who can actually cook the meal with the ingredients. We've seen it. Wait, Daniel can't get away from Tua. Wait, we should bring it back. The backup for the chargers is Tray Lance. I can't think of a worse quarterback for the system than Tray Lance. Yeah, Tua. Bring Tua in. He's free. Craig Craig. It's good. I'm glad. I'm glad you still got it. This is really good. I can't. How can I follow that? I don't know how to follow that. You can get him for free. Seventh round pick. I don't know. Send like a Venmo for $2,000. You can probably get Tua. I love that. I'm just going to say some stupid now just because that like I can't top that. But there are times I watch Micah Sikki and I'm like, this guy could be a top three tight end in the NFL. He's so blanky. He's like so blanky and he just runs funny and he's just all over the place. He's all limbs. He's like, you know, the giant pirate guy in back rooms at the end of the movie. That's what Micah Sikki looks like. He's like, you know, the like the blue things that car dealers say, he's like, like bending at the waist. You're attraction to Kisikki. He's just never done it for me. It's just I don't know. He's your type 100% I don't. I can't explain it. For some reason, I just like Kisikki. If he played more than 75% of the snaps, he could be a top three tight end fans. Watch he's going to score 30 points in fantasy this next week. Micah Sikki is down in the back rooms, you know? Yeah. I don't know what it is about Kisikki. It's just moves deaf. He's just athletic. Can you like that? And I yelled at you for athletic Ted, and so that you like when he's good. Dude, he every I feel like whenever they make it like a future party offense, he puts up numbers. He did. He did miss the he had a chance to make a game winner today and he kind of ran the route incorrectly because he was trying to run. He was playing for T Higgins at the end of the game. That's how many injuries they had. But if Higgins and Chase are out, he's going to score 30 points. That game was weird. The Bengals. I didn't know where to put them in this episode today. The whole Jags Bengals game was weird. Twenty two seventeen. The Jaguars won. The other cat game. The other cat game. The Jaguars, the Jaguars, I finished with 13 penalties for 125 yards. The Bengals had 11 penalties for 108 yards. That's astonishing. And it was a sloppy game. I don't want to pretend like it wasn't. But the Jaguars had, I think, 10 in the first half, which is just ridiculous. And they were playing fast and losing in a discipline, but also the rest were two. But the Bengals losing a game where Jacksonville had 13 penalties is unbelievable. And again, it sucks that you are Chase gets facemast and is just out of the game. But that does suck. It's kind of bullshit, honestly. I almost feel like if you injure the team's best player, you should get to kick someone else out of the game. I got a penalty box thing. You lose a player. Yeah, like I for an I for at least like a drive. They're like, fuck Dexter Lawrence for like, oh, no, he's on the Bengals. Like they should be like, you don't get Trevor Lawrence for like one drive because you fucking cross. You kind of like the idea of a power play that we should have penalty boxes in the NFL. I don't know why they don't. It would just been another thing for coach. Did you injure someone with a penalty? There we go. Power play. Should be. Should be a thing. Anyway. Quote of the day. The Jeremiah Love One was really funny. But I think the answer though has to be Devon Bush. Did you see Devon Bush on the Bears after this? The Jets Bears game? No, I didn't see the logo. Oh my god. I cannot wait to tell you this. Okay. So the Jets just Jets had one of the worst games I've ever seen against the Bears today. The Bears lost twenty three to twelve. I didn't get to play football today. So Devon Bush said, quote, probably one of the easiest NFL games I've done played in. Not sore at all. It was boring. It was boring. I got bored. I had to stay warm just in case. It was boring. He said, I'm not sore at all. It was boring. It's so good. Nobody can work a clock like Ben Johnson. They just like run the ball and just nickel and I'm to death. It was like 15 play drives after 50 play drive. I was looking at I was looking this up today. Actually, the the bears in terms of time of possession differential. So like the amount of time they've held the ball versus the opponent's held the ball. It's like plus 13 minutes. And the next closest team in the NFL is like five. It's unbelievable. They are just squeezing like every ounce of life out of these games by running. This game to me was just how much better Ben Johnson is than Aaron Glenn. And you look at those lines teams and you're like, it wasn't even close. Like again, there's so many numbers rich demeaning for me. It's been or he's been research had this. The bears had more first downs than the jets had plays. That is unbelievable. That's impossible. I mean, so it's been research had that that's the second time that's happened in the Super Bowl era, which is like 60 years. So more I mean, the disparity, the bears had 57 more plays than the jets did, which is like impossible. Chase Stewart, who is like the saddest jets fan in the world, said the jets finished with 15 pass attempts and less than 60 rushing yards, less than 60 rushing yards and the 15 pass attempts, which had only happened eight times in the Super Bowl era, like over and over and over again. All the stats look like a half and like this was what happened in the first half. Yes, it'd be a bad half. And it was the whole game. The irony is this is the game the jets got an interception. They broke the interception streak. They technically they almost had four receptions because three were called back on penalties. So they in one hand, they couldn't stop intercepting the ball. And they broke their streak of that was 638 days without an interception. There are probably people who have had three kids in that time. A 57 play differential is hard to really fathom. That is that's basically just a full game. There are plenty of games. The team doesn't run 57 plays. The bears had to think before first downs. It's almost like the bears got to run like two games worth of plays and the jets got one. Again, the fact that the jets broke the interception streak, which again had never happened to go a whole season without an interception. Again, as Deke said, they started writing down what passes were going on in 1933. That's when pro-opician ended 1933 and that every team has ever had a pick and the jets went 20 games 20 quarterbacks without and then this is the game that they do. They can't even fucking be happy about it. 'cause they had 57 fewer plays. - Do you know Smith said, 18 passing yards at halftime? - It's actually, like, and honestly again, I think, how does that happen? I think it's a simple answer. It's Ben Johnson, who again, they were both the coordinators in Detroit. Ben Johnson understands, like molecularly, what Aaron Glenn is trying to accomplish, who he is, what he'll do in a situation. And Aaron Glenn clearly didn't learn fucking shit about what Ben Johnson's doing. And that is, like, really sad. It just makes me sad. 'Cause add it to the list of Aaron Glenn seems like a nice guy, but holy shit, he's won four games in, like, a year and a quarter. So, nice rough. 34 first downs, 89 plays. The Jets had 32 total plays. - Also want to put on this quote thing, Ben Johnson said after the game. So I don't know if you guys saw, Case Keenam started this game. He took the first snap. - Yeah, that's a big hit. - And so, like, why did that happen, right? 'Cause Case Keenam is the third stringer. Tyson Beige was second. He was available last week. The Tyson Beige is available. So Tyson Beige is going to start. And then Case Keenam gets the first play. Ben Johnson after the game says this. They asked him, why? And he said, well, I got all these memos, saying that Tyson was starting before I even made an announcement. So I wanted to get Case out there. He's like a ceremonial first pitch, handing off the torch. And I think it was so salty that comment that I think Ben Johnson was furious that either Tyson Beige's agent, or I think Tyson Beige's father, leaked it to the media, the Tyson was starting. And Ben Johnson had a fucking paddiness. Didn't let Tyson start the game. That he doesn't get the win or any of that shit. - The reason why I think Ben Johnson is long for the NFL and is gonna be successful for a long time is 'cause he's a little bit crazy. Ben Johnson has like Michael Jordan. Like, I'm gonna manufacture slides against myself to motivate me. - Yes. - He has that like week to week. Like, I need to figure out a reason to think that you hate me. - I totally agree. Correct. - You got that crazy look in your eye. - Yes. - And the other thing I think he, Ben Johnson, like based on a couple of things he said, that I think he gets off on. He's not a nepo baby. Like Kyle Shanahan, and like there's nothing wrong with it. Like, you know, obviously like the Bill Belichick's father was a coach, like wrote a scouting book. Like, a lot of the best people ever had a thing. Like, starting that, you know, industry. Kyle Shanahan's father, like Sean McVase dad was the GM of the Niners in the 80s. Like, it happens. But I think Ben Johnson, like it really, like in his mind, it's like, he's like, he worked for everything. Like, he didn't get handed like a quality control job on like John Griffith's bucket music staff. Like, I think he really fucking cares about that. - I think he kind of is having fun with Caleb being out. And he's like, who can we do next week? Can we get Tom Brady for a game? How would you do that? - Trace of the two? - He's the first two games he's ever had a backup quarterback 'cause Gough never really missed any time. He should just keep rotating quarterbacks. Be like, we'll do Brady next week. I'll bring Arch Manning up, win with him. I'll play quarterback one week. - Call him up. - All right, worst ref or coach decision of the day. We mentioned the referee's just berating the players. That was fucking not a deal. And then coaching moment, Kling Kubeak. Yeah, just take it. It's one of those like, I get it. He took the field goal off the board for the Raiders. And then went forward and forth and didn't make it. And then later, settled for a field goal on the base of the same fourth down. And it was one of those where, speaking of Ben Johnson, I really respect Ben Johnson 'cause they went that fourth and goal today and they didn't get it. And you know what, they get the same situation. Fourth and goal again, Ben Johnson's like, I don't give a fuck and he stuck with it. Ben Johnson, if he fails, stays with it. Kling Kubeak had the opposite where he had a fourth down situation and then didn't get it, so he changes mind later. And you kinda end up with the worst of both worlds where you didn't get the fourth down earlier, but then you settled for a two point lead over Patrick Mahomes. And I'm like, when have you ever settled for a two point lead over Patrick Mahomes and that's worked out? - Oh, no, no. - You set it in the moment, you're like. - You did. - Why would you ever settle for a two point lead against Mahomes? - It's like walking away for like a horror movie. It's like just like looking at the serial killer and just being like, I wonder if he's dead and just standing there. It's like, you're not just simply going to assume he died over there. - Right, he must be dead. Yeah, I'm fine, everything's okay. I'm very badly burned. I'm going to concoct some elaborate scheme. - We also just saw the member of the Colts Chiefs game. We literally saw it this year. And it was like, we obviously know that Mahomes is going to drive down and score. And then they did. - And that's the thing is I don't mind him taking the field go off because I'm like, if you're like, you beat Patrick Mahomes with touchdowns, like that's a fine way to start like a 10 year rivalry with Mahomes. I that's fine with me, but you can't do, but it's tough to do both. Austin Gail wrote up, but this is the ranger. I think to suit his soul. - Raiders are still, Raiders are a good team. That's, I mean. - Dude. - No, they are. - I think Raiders are real good. - Raiders are legit. - The Raiders are legit. - Yeah, the Raiders, it was very, I mean, honestly, the Raiders could have and maybe should have beat the Chiefs. And that it's a great start. I mean, put it this way. No one's even mentioned Fernando Mendoza. - I know. - Like Kirk has been playing well, yeah. - And the pick at the end, Cucupiac took responsibility for that too. He basically was like, I got to play it too late. And I screwed the whole thing up, which whether that's true or not, take your responsibility as the good move. Flex category here, Craig. You said you wanted to do a new flex category for this season. - Yeah. I wanted to bust out the debut Haunt Ball award. - Oh, the fuck. - Or the player that is maturing in front of a very high. - Maturing. - The rookie who is maturing, they're coming out party, if you will. Carnell Tate, the rookie on the Tennessee Titans, the number four overall pick in the draft today. Absolutely fantastic. Nine catches 145 yards. Didn't take long, you only had to wait three weeks for Carnell Tate to start doing things. It was a weird game. You could argue maybe it was a little bit of garbage time. But Carnell Tate looked really good in this game. - I know early on in the year, 'cause I think I said Carnell Tate's going to rip it up this year or whatever in the take purge. I think I listened back, I don't remember doing it, but after a couple games, I was like, oh, that one's not going to age so well, but man, he is really heating up. He has a 27% target rate through four weeks. I saw the staff from Ryan Heath at fantasy points. The highest target rate for rookies since in the week one through four time period since 2021. It's basically like all really elite players. Malik neighbors, Drake London, Puka Nakuwa, Zae Flowers, and then Carnell Tate. That's the order over the last six, seven years. So, six years, I think. So, I mean, off to a great start. He looks good. He left some yards on the table the first couple of weeks, but I think he's kind of showing why they decided to make him such a high pick. He was the fourth pick or fifth pick or something. I think he's just a good player. If they can get that offense going just a little bit, it does feel like they've kind of improved a little bit each week and Carnell Tate is playing really well. I wish we'd gone harder on him as a by-law last week 'cause it's probably over now, but yeah, I totally agree. Okay, so we usually now do two tight ends who outscored Kyle Pits in a lie, but Kyle Pits is on Monday night football. - Yeah, he's fair. - So, instead I'm gonna do two players who outscored Sake 1 Barclay in a lie. - Huh? - Which maybe that's mean. I'm not making fun of the Sake 1 for being hurt, but it's more like you had Sake 1 on your lineup and you probably lost 'cause you don't- - Also like, you can't just, you can't get hurt in the fourth. It's been the first quarter. - Great. - Two games. This year, he left in the like the first series. It just killed your whole weekend. - It is brutal. - The season's over. - It's just Sake 1 Barclays questionable to return. You're like, I'm getting a zero from my number one running back spot. It's over. - Two wide receivers who outscored Sake 1 Barclay in a lie. Ty Felton. - Christ. - Miles Price. Deon Berks. - I remember seeing Deon Berks in the game. - I don't know who that is. - He's on the Colts. - Okay. - I don't remember seeing Kai Felton, maybe he did. I'll say. - Miles Price. Is that a Vikings guy? - Berks and Price. - Miles Price on the Vikings. - Yeah. - I don't know. These are in Sake 1 Price. What do I, you know? - No, he outscored Sake 1 Barclay. (laughing) - Vikings' punt return or outscored Sake 1 Barclay. - So who didn't? - Deon Berks did not. - Okay. - Great. - But yeah, I should have done this with full-- - Seventh round. - Rookie receiver or whatever. Sixth round. Tough. - Okay, this is, I don't know how long this is gonna go. This is the hardest burn book I can ever remember. - We could do the power hour on Wednesday, just of burn books for week four. We could do an hour. - Just the week three, just the week four burn. We like go to Quorum. We like have a Tribune. (laughing) - Honestly, it's actually a really good idea. So the burn book so far is we burn H.A. Brown and week one, for having two good catches in the second round. Week two, we burn close to the level and for having one catch in two weeks. And last week, we burned Drake May. - Stand by it. - And that's why. 'Cause it's not everyone who saw me payin' straight way this week and he's the number one guy. - Good. Can we do something next? Maybe he'll be the best guy to do that next week. - Yeah. - So I mean, it also does matter. 'Cause Drake May, for example, Craig, you have him in the ringer league. - Yeah. - Drake May was only started in 33% of Yahweh who leaks this week. Which I think is the point. - I held strong. I started him and I lost a bill in a close game, unfortunately. - Damn, that's actually, that sucks. - Yeah. - But like, that's the point to me. If the burn book is so bad that even when you're good, it doesn't matter 'cause most people fucking benched you. - Yep. - So burn book, the candidates are, - Safe one. Got hurt and maybe not fair. - Can't you get hurt in the fourth quarter? - I. - I mean, it's like, the guy has. (laughing) It's like, it's the worst possible way to get hurt. - It is tough. - He has two games where he had four carries and then two carries. Like, we can't live like that. - There are some obvious candidates, but I don't wanna say the obvious. You guys have some, I don't wanna presume. - I mean, I was gonna say Ebuca. - Oh wait. - Is a tough one right now. It's like, you can't start him. - I mean, we could say mother fucking Justin Herbert. I think it's available. - I wanna make a proposal. This is unprecedented. (laughing) - I think he's, I think he's, he doesn't have plans. He's available. - I would like to suggest something that we've never done. - I think I know you're gonna say. - I think we should burn the entire Chargers team. - That's actually really good. - Have we not done that before? - No, we have not. I think the entire team deserves it. - I mean, yeah, 'cause you could argue lad did the exact same-- - We're gonna waste like a month through that Herbert, then Hampton. - Quint Johnson. - Then the disaster. - A married Hampton's impossible and Herbert is a fucking catastrophe. - Literally, Quint Johnson is what you should cut. You should probably cut lad, but you can't. A married Hampton, you might as well fucking cut, but you can't. Herbert, you should cut, but you can't. Just save yourself some time. - The Chargers are going to give Craig a nervous breakdown. We gotta get rid of them. And again, the hardest part is that I will have to start Justin Herbert most likely. I like, am I gonna start starting Cam Ward over Justin Herbert? I think I'm like-- - I'm fucking it. - Cam Ward's playing the Texans next week, and I'm like, the fuck, do I do that over Justin Herbert? - That is tough. - Look how far we've fallen. - No, no, you can't. It was the Seahawks, but no, but we're burning the entire Chargers team. Lad had zero points. - Yeah, I like it. - We're doing it? - Yeah. - But we can't just get start doing this in teams. This is a one time thing. - Right. - But that's how bad it got. - I agree. It's reached that point. - Yeah. - Okay. All right, speaking of one time thing, look how bad it got. We have an email here. - Mm-hmm. - Okay. Okay, so on the Friday episode, we talked about Mike Talbot and Minecraft. And we got an email here. (laughing) This is an email from Braden. - Braden. - Bebone. - Bray. - My name is Braden from Minnesota. My breakfast is a cold brew with scrambled eggs and toast. - Nice. - I'm a 22 year old who has never been a gamer, but has played video games on and off my whole life. And I cannot begin to explain how fucking cool Mike Talbot's Minecraft world is. The number of hours in dedication to do that is very impressive. And it translates to why Mike Talbot's a good coach. Hard work, determination, attention to detail. I guarantee you, every person who's born from 2000 on is instantly jealous of Mike Talbot's world. And Dick is saying that Mike Talbot doing this is sad and telling Mike Talbot to touch grass, who definitely touches more grass than Dick. - I mean, yeah, that was tough. - That was tough. - It's probably the worst thing Dick has ever said on the show. He said he wants an apology to me and everybody who has found joy playing Minecraft. And also many people point out that Minecraft is literally the best-selling video game of all time by a lot. - Yeah. Yeah, this is a very good email. I agree with you. Brayden, was it? Bray? You make very good points here. Telling Tom Lennon to touch grass is the most ridiculous thing ever. - It's been every day touching grass for 30 minutes. - We famously touch very shitty grass at that field. - But yeah, I do actually want to get earnest here for a second and offer a sincere apology because I know that I like, I did upset a lot of people with that. And I truly do feel really bad about it. I basically had one bad experience with this Minecraft stream that, like I was watching with my son. And then I projected that onto Tom Lennon and then by extension, all gamers and everybody who has the audacity to have a hobby that I don't have. And that was lame and hypocritical, lacking in self-awareness. And I truly, I'm sorry, I felt really bad about it. I tried to respect your 44th birthday, wondering if you were going to get canceled for 30 minutes. - I know I reached out to people on different places on our Discord on Reddit and tried to express my disappointment with myself for that. And so I do offer genuine apology. I'm sorry for saying that. That was just lame. - Well, unfortunately you are canceled and there's nothing you can do about it. - Okay. - It is funny that you just recently said you'd rather break your arm than get memed for a week. - Yeah, I probably, that was probably why. - I told that. - Those were the guys. - That's probably why that happened, yeah. - With that said, should I break my arm? - You should break your arm. - No, no, this is what you're doing. - Break it, Pepe, I love you. - I think the only punishment here is that you, Danny Kelly, have to build a world in Minecraft. - Oh my God. - I think you do have to, you have to play my craft down. - You don't have to put it in my Tom and ours. You don't, you know. - The thing is, I don't know how. So when's gonna have to tell it, like hold my hand. - Literally five-year-olds can do it. - I know. - That's a big figure at the fuck out. - Well, you could do it. - Well, you could watch a stream of a guy playing Minecraft. - Yeah, oh my God. - Watch Tom and, so, I also. - You don't, just don't play it so much that you neglect the show and we know when a play-off game free. - Yeah. - Yeah. - I'm gonna be mailing in the show for now. - Yeah, just don't do that. - If it doesn't make it past the wild card round, till 24-8. - Couple hours a week, max. - Dika, I will say Sammy Mildredin says, warning, Minecraft is the most complex game of all time with a near infinite number of possibilities. You can actually build functioning computers and Minecraft. Someone else emailed it and said, they're brotherhood computer. They built a calculator with minor computers, just to prove that they could. - Yeah, the fight. - I did think it was fascinating. It was funny that he was, Tom and I was building everything with like the correct amount of toilets per floor and everything, like everything was to code. - The more I think about it, people pointed this out to me. I do think the bathroom thing was a knock on the Steelers facility. I dismissed that at first, but I reloaded it. - Right. - And I kind of did think it was, - Well, you've done the appropriate number of public restrooms. That's what he would say. - I do think in retrospect, that's a comment to them having five toilets for like the entire Steelers. - Hyphids always says this term, and I feel like it's a stupid term to say in an apology, but like yucking someone's yum is lame. And I'm sorry that I yucked so many people's yum. - You're all right. - It's okay. - Genuinely. - You're okay. Speaking of the internet, a friend sent me a post from our subreddit, and somebody said that they think I got my hair dyed. - Well, you're like, what? - Jalen Brown. - So many things that I dyed my hair. They're like, Craig's hair did not used to be that dark. I think he dyed his hair. Yep, he dyed his hair jet black. Somebody said that reddit posted me. - Oh my God. - You're like, when you start sweating, it melts down. You're like Rudy Giuliani. - I look like the dad and easy. You know, and what's the movie fever pitch? That's really niche. But no, I did not dye my hair. I think it's because I'm in a new setup and the lighting's different. And I guess it kind of does make my hair look darker, but I'll tell you guys if I dye my hair, I have a couple of great popping and I'm not gonna lie. - That's the funniest idea. - I got a couple of great things. - Craig's hair black. - So it's the gray hair thing. I never understood, I was like, why did people care when they get a gray hair? Like most men look good gray. And then Jackie said, Jackie told me once she's like, I think you have a gray hair. I was like, you're just saying? And she's like, no, it's just the lighting. I'm like, you fucking find out. You tell me where it is. - I'm just, yeah. - I'm 32 years old and I just started noticing. I have like a couple of grays on the sides of my head. And like, same thing. Hi, for some like, well, George Clooney going gray looks awesome. And I'm like, when I'm not George Clooney. - We all look like George Clooney, yeah. - You know what was making me go gray? The 230 penalties that we're called today. - It's tough. All right. Well, at least you got to see the refs though. That was sick. Love seeing that. Love with that. When that refs told Trey McBride, fuck you. I love that. - Let's start a fantasy ref league. - Oh, that. - That actually might be funny. - Oh, wait. - Holy shit, did he do that? (laughing) - You're like, you're like, oh my God. - You're like, who did it for penalties? (laughing) - Who's the 101, Ron Torber? - You can't do that. We, Sean Hockeyley. - No Hockeyley, yeah. - Like, he's like the junior Gibbs. - What's like the touchdown? Is it, if they take a touchdown away, is that a touchdown? - Oh, it's gotta be. - It's gotta be ruffing the passer, right? - Ruffing the passer. - Oh yeah. - I think he points to you. - It's like a, yeah, taking away a touchdown. - I think you get like, you get a bonus if Gene Starrator comes on and disagrees with the call. - That's a bar. - Correct. - Terry McColley. - Yeah. - He's like, I don't know. I thought that was a catch. He's like five points. - Dude, that's like a big-play bonus. - Yeah. - Yeah. - That's pretty good. - That's actually good. We should do this. - We should do this. - You get a touchdown taken off the field from a tiki-tac procedural call. That's like 14 points. - So is it PPR? It's like a point per flag. But then it's like, and then every yard is a point. So five or a pound is six points. So should we just fuck your party? - Yeah. - Do you lose points if they have to go to New York to like make the call? - Oh, if they can't make it the goal. - Oh, if they can overturn. I think overturns gotta be. - Oh, overturns. You lose points. - Overturn and lose points. But if Starrator McColley disagrees, that's a bonus. 'Cause that means you're doing what you want, being. - I do like that a touchdown being taken away, you get six points. Like the ref gets the touchdown. - Yeah. - Yeah, so it's like a 42 yard pass interference. You get 4.2 points. - Oh, yeah. - Oh, that's a pass interference. - That's a good pass interference. - You get the yard. - Defensive holding. I always feel like when there's like, - Oh, this is good. A, and there's an offensive. holding and they're like, first down. I'm like, it was fourth and 20. What do you mean? It's like a first down. Yeah. That's good. Okay. E-mail us at Ring of Fantasy Football at gmail.com if you want ideas for that. We got to put this together. Yeah, we can put this together. There's something there. Okay. Thank you, DK. Thank you, Craig. Thank you to everyone who could be in our ref fantasy league. Thank you to Nikhil. Thank you to Cam. Thank you to Austin. Thank you to everyone who emailed about Minecraft, the most popular game in the entire world. Thank you. Literally, only by copy, sold. But most of all, thank you, Lauren. Lauren, songs you're embarrassed that you love. Day two, DK gave us party in the USA by Miley Cyrus. Hell yeah. And I will be submitting the song Domino by Jesse J. Oh, you know that song. Give me the, yeah, give me a little bit. It's actually quite tough because she's got some pretty powerful vocals, Jesse J. I can't quite reach her octave. But it's a bang or pop song from like 2009 or something. 2011. Okay, 2011. Yeah. It's great. I'm a big Jesse J fan. And I get a little, I get a little nervous windows down, sitting at a light, blasting Domino. Black Domino. I gotta listen to that. I don't know this song. Hold on. Oh, really? Domino was a song. You'll know it. You'll know it. Oh, yeah. I know this song. Oh, this song. Oh, this song. Is it like dancing in the moonlight or something like that? I'm not gonna lie. I cannot believe this is not a Katy Perry song. Yeah, feels like it. The opening line is, I'm feeling sexy and free. I kind of just assumed this was Katy Perry. That's the opening lyric. Correct. It's like driving. I'm feeling sexy and free. And free. Yeah. Great. Like glitters raining on me. That's the next line. Yeah. This is right in the same thing. I like do you ever feel like a plastic bag? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, that's really good. Craig. I totally know the song and I agree. It's great. That's great song. I'm not ashamed. I am not ashamed. You are ashamed. You are ashamed. That's the whole point. Because you're a little ashamed. Now let the world know. Yeah. I love it. Jesse Jay. I don't know anything about Jesse Jay. I can't believe this is not Katy Perry. I do know this song. She's a powerful British vocalist. She's great. She has a lot of good songs. Price tag. You probably know that song. Oh, yeah. Bang, bang. Was another song she did. That was big. That name was quite. I thought that was Katy Perry too. No. How dare you? It's Jesse Jay. Jesse. What do you think Jesse Jay is up to? I mean, I think still. Probably still making music. I think a really big pop star. She's 38 years old. It wasn't like the 90s. She's doing fine. At first I was wondering about her. I was thinking about like juicy Jay. Oh, that's a really different. Yeah. Different person. Yeah. That's a man. We don't have a lot to teach. This is the blind leading the blind here. We don't have a lot to teach each other about Jesse Jay at the moment. We will though. We'll come back to you. Okay. Also, by the way, the playlist of the 80s songs is up. You can find that. It's called. Oh, yes. It's called 80s month parentheses RFFS, which is the same thing we had for the Millennial Bangers playlist. It's there. Two hours and 11 minutes of 80s bangers. Hell, yes. Oh, my God. Nick Nikhil is saying that Jesse had a writing credit on party in the USA. Oh, shit. No way. Two for two. Get the fuck out. Holy shit. Wow. That's crazy. Yeah. So she's a genius. Yeah. I think I do. That actually rings a bell now. That she does write a lot of songs. That's awesome. The first two songs. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. I know she was freaking songbird of her generation. FAQs

Tedaroa McMillan had an outstanding game with 14 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns, becoming the top fantasy receiver. His consistent openness and ability to make plays in the slot, despite being covered by a weak defense, made him a standout. CD Lam also had a remarkable game with 17 receptions, 189 yards, and a touchdown, joining only a few players in NFL history to achieve such a feat.

The Lions defense is widely regarded as one of the worst in the league, allowing over 400 yards to Tyler Schuck and five touchdowns to Josh Allen. The secondary is plagued by poor coverage, often relying on man coverage with below-average players, which is unsustainable. The defense has struggled consistently, and their inability to contain top receivers like McMillan highlights their ineffectiveness.

The Chargers have a severely dysfunctional offense, ranked last in passing yards and passing efficiency. Quarterback Justin Herbert has struggled with interceptions and turnovers, and the team has faced multiple injuries. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has been criticized for unproductive post-game interviews and a lack of accountability, contributing to a season of poor performance and injuries.

The Panthers are showing strong offensive cohesion, led by Bryce Young, who is playing with confidence and making smart decisions under pressure. Their offensive line and quarterback chemistry have improved, and they’ve outperformed the Lions in key situations, signaling a potential ascent in the NFC South. Their defense, while not perfect, has made key plays that have shifted game momentum.

This week saw a record number of penalty calls, with one game having the fourth most penalties in a Sunday game since 2000. Referees were notably aggressive, with incidents of players running into them and referees screaming at players. The excessive focus on officiating has drawn criticism, with fans feeling the game was more about the refs than the action.

Ken Walker has had a breakout season, rushing for 177 yards and two touchdowns in one game, becoming the most productive running back in the league in terms of rushing yards through four games in 15 years.
