Week 3 Start Sit Advice (Part 2) | Sneaky Starts & Players to BENCH (09/25 Fantasy Football Podcast)

Fantasy football insiders discuss key matchups and player performances following the Falcons’ dominant 35-14 victory over the Packers. Kyle Pits, a low-impact tight end, is flagged as a risky addition to fantasy rosters, with analysts recommending a pivot to more consistent options if he fails to improve. The Packers’ poor offensive execution—especially in the run game—makes them a tough opponent, while their running backs show minimal gains. Mid-round tight ends like Pits, Tucker Craft, and others continue to underperform, prompting fantasy managers to reassess their lineups. The Tennessee vs. Giants "revenge game" is highlighted as a potential high-scoring event involving Wondaile Robinson. Injury reports are widespread, with multiple players like Travis Huff, Jalen Coker, and Mike Evans limited or questionable, adding uncertainty to fantasy decisions. On the offensive side, Tyler Shuck is seen as a strong option against the Raiders, leveraging solid performance and receiver production despite defensive challenges. Injuries and inconsistent production across key positions suggest that fantasy managers should prioritize flexibility, especially in tight end and running back depth. The overall trend points to a season where depth and adaptability will be more critical than star power, with players like DeAndre Swift, George Kittle, and Tyler Shuck emerging as potential breakout or safe options.

This is Fantasy Football today from CBS Sports It's time to dominate your fantasy Lee Now here's some combination of Adam Dave Jamie and he Happy Friday everybody unless you have Kyle pits We're like Kyle the pits, am I right Dave am I right Kyle H pits is the name that we're going with Kyle H pits. I don't get it Kyle H the H stands for He's the HD you can't be HD okay well anyway the Falcons with a romp 3514 over the Packers and we'll talk about that And honestly both tight ends struggle. We won't let Tucker craft completely off the hook Four catches for 26 yards, but he did have eight targets at least on a day where Jordan love through 53 passes We've got starters it for seven more games today Arizona at San Francisco Minnesota Tampa Bay Philadelphia at Chicago New Orleans at Las Vegas Seattle at Washington Seattle's in Washington. What's that mean? Baltimore at Dallas and the game of the week Tennessee at the Giants the Wondale Robinson revenge game. Good morning Jamie The Bryan Dable revenge game the Bryan Callahan revenge game. I mean, there's just revenge games all over the place And the Baltimore and Dallas game isn't even in Dallas Yes, it's true. It's a fall for more. We got a new background palace No What do you mean for me? No in the show. Oh yeah, yeah, so um I mean who the maybe you were trying to say Jamie that there's something different about Adam today No, Adam looks great. Do you know? Yeah, do you know who the spec? I'm sorry. I'm late by the way. I was looking for carpets Well, Adam found him that makes one of you. So um, do you know who the special teams coach for the tightens is by the way? Special teams go talk to the tights. It is Jim Fossil's son John Fossil nice. Oh dude bones. He's been around More ties to the Giants. Okay, let's get into the game 35 14 Falcons got an email. I'm sure you guys have gotten the question too. Can I drop Kyle Pits? What's the answer Dave Richard? You should have never drafted Kyle Pits. That's the answer And I'm I would be inclined to see what tight ends develop this weekend and then you can make a pivot after that I would never like to spike cut anybody But in the event that you do see a tight end on waivers so you like better Maybe you already have a tight end on your team that you like better than Kyle Pits. Yeah, you can move on from Kyle Pits I think it's obviously not A bad idea to find another option and if you have to drop Kyle Pits you drop Kyle Pits It'd be a little bit different if this was week two as opposed to week four Because this is the Falcons offense now. Yeah, and so Now you have a quarterback that's competent now you have an offense that clearly is going to be successful or at least has the ability to be successful So if this was week two, I would be more inclined to say Okay, give it one more week. Let's see what this looks like for Kyle Pits with Michael Pentax But as week four and you've gotten three zeros out of your tight end essentially or you know combine five points for the for the season whatever it is You have to find another option just to cover yourself because it could be bad. So if if that's the move like I have Kyle Pits It's an 18 team league Darren Waller was on waivers I dropped somebody just to pick up Darren Waller. He was the only tight end that has any significance to me at least um If around a gatson's out there if hunter henry's still out there if parents Ferguson and your Ferguson's a little bit tougher Because I think that's more short term than long term, but I agree, but you're streaming at that point uh, yeah Yeah, he's he's definitely in in the conversation path firemuth as well You know, so any of these guys that have have the ability to Give you a different option And you can carry them that's the benefit of you know, seeing this disappointment Thursday night is that you can cover yourself For potentially the rest of the season, but I wouldn't be surprised Either way, but I wouldn't be surprised if pit starts to get A lot more productive because that's the you know like Tony Gonzalez talked about this on the on the postgame show And obviously he's a tight end and they were giving a hard time about it on the on the um The telecast He said that's if they can get that wrinkle going like this offense can be unstoppable based on what they look like last night Now granted the run game is not going to be as good as it was But Drake London's last seven games with michael penex have been absolutely Amazing like you could be looking at wide receiver three if not maybe wide receiver one of this continues Um, and you know it be sounds capable up so they can develop that that second option in the passing game like that could be That could be pretty cool to see so hopefully it's pits. We're up to four of 13 games in Kyle pitt's career where he's had I think double digit fantasy points with penex under center four of 13 not a good rate It's yeah, and there were times hold on there were times last night, and I know Adam you're gonna talk about this where pits was open And so it through to go for it. All right. Here's the first one. Oh, sorry. Go ahead. Yes So I put a little smiley face there But that's Drake London at the top and Kyle Kyle pitts in the slot. They're both this is such bad coverage by the packers Oh, this was the big play. Yeah, this was the 68 yard catch by Drake London who by the way is not not really that fast No, he got everything out pretty cool. Um, but Kyle pitts I mean that could have been a huge play to Kyle pitts Instead, it was a huge play to Drake London here. Let's go to the next one Sam Um, Kyle pitts makes such a has such a good route here that he makes He makes the defensive back fall down on his face and he's wide open And I even have him quote going loser probably didn't say that A ball is already out of penics. Yeah, but I was it, but he he he burned this guy So look how cover Drake London is that was a 40 yard completion of Drake London So I can't really blame penics there, but in a look I only illustrated this There were some opportunities, but there really wasn't enough and he didn't run that many routes The only penics or penics went through 25 passes Personally, I'd like to hold on him for another week If you buy into the whole stuffansky thing I know I didn't draft any Kyle pitts except for the one league I share with Heath when we started him yesterday But um But I don't know if you buy into the whole stuffansky thing you're going to get a better game script in this they had they won by 21 points They barely had to throw um, he still should be the number two target on the well I don't know. Maybe that's be John, but he should become close to being the number two target on the team Let's talk about the packers here. We have three running backs who stink um, and the lot of concerns that they were off its alignment stinks Yeah, it might be the worst the NFL It's an issue. Hopefully they'll get Aaron Banks back. He's I don't think that's a long term thing, but I'm not sure But Matthew golden in Christian Watson you pretty much just going to start them every week Yeah Because guess what the game script is going to be every week for the green bay packers. Yeah, it's going to be Let's run the ball. Oh cool two yards one yard zero yards two yards. It's third and eight No, sorry third and 18 running back draw. There's a five yard play And everything else is going to be passing and these receivers are great Like you want to talk about due to we're getting open Watson's getting open Golden is getting open and and also making tight catches I this is where the packers are going. We've been waiting a long time for this I wish they would involve Tucker craft a little bit more and they tried to to a degree and Tucker craft just couldn't come through But it's been bad dropped. Yeah, yeah I think that Watson and golden or must starts From here on out and that kind of puts love in that minimum low-end QB 1 territory They could not have a better schedule. We'll see Tampa Bay's past defense has been better than we expected so far But after this week so it's week four through eight earth four through seven is at Tampa Bay Chicago Dallas at Detroit I mean, it's awesome for the passing game you should you would think and then last question Jamie are we dropping Tucker craft It's similar to pits, you know, a little bit more favorable production so far But you know when I was thinking about this last night are we are we falling are we are we getting stuck in the the mid-round tight end The demo that we had for years again this year because of It's a little a little wonky because you know, you could say leveling cuz it was around four pick based on ADP But leveling not great craft not great pits not great fan it was in this group not great so far You have got hurt. He was at the tail onto this group, you know, and then we're getting some great performances of the of the late guys with Kelsey and hopefully Kittle Like the likely, you know, so Depending on like what ADP you look at it could be just those mid-round tight ends suck again Yeah, there's two others though. There's Laporta and Warren Yeah, I mean, it's not it's not always going to be a hundred percent But you know, we have a strong group of guys. They're just struggling right now. So Again, like if you're upset with craft production find another option if you can drop somebody this week, you know, so If you ran to pick up Tank Bigs B or you ran to pick up I wouldn't do a Jonah Coleman, but you know, you you picked up Emmanuel Wilson or one of these backup running backs that You know, may not play and and you feel like you're comfortable dropping those guys to get better production the tight end There are a lot of other options available to pivot Okay, that's it for Thursday night football Okay Sunday morning, please join us when I have a lot of fun 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern To answer your starter sit questions. I guarantee you cannot find a show that answers more starter sit questions than ours I don't know if I'm allowed to share how many questions were asked, but it will blow your mind if you do I would I would venture again between all of us doing Ask FFT. And then all the questions that we answer on the live stream, it's probably in the neighborhood of five figures. - Well, that's answer. - Whoa, answer. - I don't know how many people-- - I don't think we're answering five figures. - Oh, I think we are. - I don't think we are. - 10,000 questions. - 10,000 questions. - I mean-- - Yeah, no, I don't think so. - Shut up. - I mean, four or four figures. - All right, but anyway, join us, 11 a.m. You guys are terrible. - Hey, I wouldn't be surprised if it's four figures. - Yeah, no, it would be, yeah. Let's get to some news and notes. - We have an army of people answering questions. - Sam D'Arnold, you know-- - I cannot wait for Dan to see you in your glasses. - There's only one reason I'm wearing it here. - Yeah, it's not funny anymore to make fun of you for it. - Sam D'Arnold practiced it for a problem, which is great because he's facing the commanders. He scored 35 points against them on like 24 pass attempts last year. And we're still expecting Case Keem to start for the Bears. At running back, a judge denied a request to permanently seal evidence in the Josh Jacobs case, which maybe means that it's more likely that the NFL could get a look at the video evidence. But we still don't know, so don't know. Travis H. Ann limited with the hamstring still. Two limited, it's probably a good sign. I mean, yeah, we're still ranking Travis H. Ann right now. St. Juan Barclay practice, great news. Tank Bixby did not, but St. Juan Barclay looks like he will play. Same with J. K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey, but not necessarily Jonah Coleman, who still mispractice with the ankle injury. Kyle Menongai mispractice with the knee injury. That was the first practice session of the week, where they had to give a report. So we'll see about Menongai, who's had 10 carries and two catches in each of his first two games. Rico Dowdell mispractice, Jalen Warren was limited. Tony Pollard practiced, Bataje Spears did not. So we'll talk about that in a moment. With one question for each game, it'll be about Tony Pollard. Aaron Jones did practice. He got it back out there. So that was a positive sign at Tampa Bay. Engedorian price limited in practice. A wide receiver, not great news. Adam Sheffield reporting that AJ Brown expected to miss six to eight weeks from the original time frame of the injury. Not four to six. Who can Akua not expecting him, right? No, at this point, no. And we're not expecting Nico Collins. And right now, we're not expecting Zay flowers, although he will travel with the team to Brazil. Are you dead? Okay, there you go. He's there. Did they land? I believe so. It's a long flight. Anyway, Zay flowers hasn't practiced. He did travel. We'll see what that means. Devante Smith mispr-- are you worried about this Dave? Devante Smith missing practice with a hamstring injury? Little bit. Let's just see what happens on Friday. Right. Remember, it's a Monday game. So Saturday was what matters. You're right, Saturday. Some of the reports were-- He was warming up. He was jogging around. Just didn't have pads on. So it wasn't like he completely sat. He had in their final drive, I think it was a big catch. And it looked as if he was waving somebody to get him off the field. But they were in a hurry up and he stayed on the field. Oh, I didn't see that. OK, well, that's not great. Michael Pittman-limited, lab and conky-full. Malik neighbors expects to play Mike Evans mispractice. That's two mispractices from Mike Evans. Jayme, are we worried about that one? About Mike Evans, yeah. I think for what their situation is for what he's dealt with so far going back to camp, like an older player who has been banged up already. Yeah, I'm a little nervous. Jalen Coker mispractice. We previewed that game yesterday, Dave. Should we be worried about Jalen Coker playing? Again, if he practices on Friday, I'm good with it. If he doesn't, then you have to be significantly worried about it. Same with DJ Moore. So DJ Moore-- I'm with DJ Moore. So Coker and Moore, correct me if I'm wrong, they were limited on Wednesday and they missed on Thursday. So yes, Friday is a big day. And our mailbag is going to be later on Friday today. We usually do it in the mornings. Today we're doing it at 2.45 p.m. Eastern. So we'll have all these practice reports by the time we do that. And Adan Mitchell was limited with a finger injury. Come on, finger injury, he'll be fine. That's new on the injury report, too. It is. You don't know how bad the finger injury is. Yeah, it's true. It's true. All right, I'm done with the Brock Power Spectre and Play Dallas got a mispractice. Terrence Ferguson was limited. Kobe Park is a mispractice. Chicago is practice. That's it for that. Oh, let's try one question for each game. But before we do that, let's take a little commercial break to pay the bills. We'll be right back with one question for each game after this. We got some kind of lame games on this schedule. Save all the good ones yesterday. You don't have to listen anymore, folks. But if you are gonna listen, here we go. Arizona's at San Francisco. Starter sit, Michael Wilson. Who should be give this one to? How about my man, Jamie Eisenberg? - Lowent started in three or three weeks. This offense has not clearly looked like we thought it was gonna look through the first two weeks of season. Mostly they were playing with a lead in week one, a 37 pass attempt for Jacob Eberset. But he would have liked to see a little bit more production for the three main guys. McBride had a great game and then there's this Kendrick born situation that we gotta keep an eye on. Just taking production away from the other receivers while Marvin Harris and continues to struggle. So I would prefer to avoid Michael Wilson, but if he has a good game, I'll be moderately encouraged. - I'll go the other way on this. I've got him ranked as a low end number three while receiver and I think I've got him ranked too low. I think I know what the game script is gonna be for Arizona here and they're not playing Seattle. They're playing San Francisco. This is a better match up for them. And I think Michael Wilson can end up being solid. I'm not gonna say that he's gonna be Matthew Golden or Christian Watson or Drake London, but he's certainly gonna be a lot better than Kyle Pett. So I'm kind of encouraged by the target volume that he's had so far. And I think he'll see at least seven targets in this game against the Niners. - That would be encouraging. And this has nothing to do with Marvin Harrison. He just continues to suck every time Marvin Harrison's on the field. - Well, he didn't suck in week one. He had a good game. - Well, I mean, he wasn't great. - He was okay, yeah. - He was good enough to start in week one in a PPR league, I think. - I don't think anybody is expecting like the outbursts that he had without MHJ last year when he was getting like 28 fantasy points per game. He was ridiculous. But can we pencil him in for 12? I think he can get around 12. - Okay, he was wide open in the end zone, by the way, in week two against Seattle. And Jacobi was just running, scrambling and didn't see him. I'm sorry, Jamie, I cut you off. Can you say? - Oh, I say I'll take the under, but I'd say 10. - All right, it was 10.6 points in week one for Michael Wilson. Minnesota is a Tampa Bay day of assuming Aaron Jones plays. Who's the best running back in this game? Bucky Irving or Aaron Jones? - It's Bucky. He's gonna be the top one here. I still think that the Bucks offense should run through him for now. And I think it's a good way to kind of call the dogs off with that Vikings blitz rate that they have. By running the ball, the late handoffs, screens to Bucky. That's what I think they should do. I don't know if that's exactly what they're gonna do. The Bears had some moderate success running against Minnesota last week. A little bit easier for Minnesota to defend that in the rain versus a normal type of weather game. And Bucky's been pretty good. So I think he's the one that ends up doing more certainly in half and full PPR. And Aaron Jones, you've got to worry about a little bit because of the knee injury, but he practiced on Thursday. So, okay, maybe he doesn't get 100 yards rushing against Tampa, he might not even get 75. He's a low end number two running back this week, but still a top 24 guy. - Okay, so two things about both these guys. First off, can we get a catch for Aaron Jones? Like that little surprising that he has no catches through two games. Zach Robinson, so I don't know if he actually said this. He met with the media yesterday, but it sounds like he alluded to this. I didn't see anything quoted from him, but Pewter Report does a great job following that team. Carving that team. Apparently they're gonna put Bucky Aaron in a snap count. and the report said to find this that there's going to be games like where they're not going to you know limit it but they want to make sure he's healthy for the majority of the season so something to keep in mind with him something to keep in mind with Ken the game well who's been bad or could be Sean Tucker but I was a little surprised when I saw that just given how well Bucky Irving has performed so far okay well I'm push comes to shove you need to win a football game I feel like coaches don't really commit to those but that's that's interesting thank you well I mean it could be early in the game you know where they're taking them off the field a little bit and saving him for the end of the game yeah well he's played on third down more than I anticipated and that could be an easy thing of just taking him off the field there fill it out he is at Chicago Jamie would you start any bears the swift for sure I think you're you know especially if there's no monogai that's huge for him oh yeah yeah otherwise I think you're talking about maybe as a number three receiver for Luther Burton I would prefer to get away from Rowan doing Zankelson loved one and then Cleaver Aiman is still just a stash candidate to see what happens you know I I think the one thing that we would we could potentially get out of this game is case kingdom is not as mobile as Caleb Williams and does he stay in the pocket and give those guys opportunities to make some plays so that would be the encouraging thing for me coming out of this is do we get some positive production from the past catchers because of just the pocket presence a lot of peas there pocket presence of of case kingdom all right New Orleans is at Las Vegas Dave Travis H&N or Trey Tucker who's a better flex I will I will nervously say H&N is the better flex but it's a close fall Tucker just they're both wildly inconsistent I don't think H&N is the problem I don't think his game is the problem in New Orleans I'm worried about the offensive line I'm worried about the workload it would make sense after watching the film if this go to Alvin Comeran say listen we'll get you few touches but you're not going to help us win like you yourself us win back in the day I don't know if they're going to do that and so that makes me nervous to say oh yeah start Travis H&N he's going to be just fine but I do think he's still their goal line guy and I think he's got a better chance of score than Trey Tucker and Brock Bauer expected back and if Bauer's is expected back I worry about just how many targets will be there for Trey Tucker in this game for H&N facing the Raiders their their run defense so far has been pretty solid against Devon H&N Amari and Hampton they're giving up 3.83 yards per carry to running backs this is the Raiders and they were actually solid against running backs last year they have a lot of touchdowns but not it's like you see Raiders it's not exactly an amazing matchup so far in the right Seattle I do respect the Raiders past rush and obviously they have max cross me but it's more than just max cross me they're really doing a great job of getting into the quarterback and I think that that's going to be an issue that the Saints are going to have to deal with especially without Calvin Banks like their left tackle is gone for the foreseeable future and that's going to be a problem for New Orleans. Seattle's at Washington Jamie is it going to be Jardarian price SZN this week? Washington's run defense has been good you know so it's tough to say that it's a it's a slam dunk plus he's not 100 percent so I would say Morba Flex it's you know it was a little frustrating last week that he got hurt because again he looked like he was running well and then you got all the garbage time production for Emmanuel Wilson so I'm still going to start him in the leagues where I don't have better options and that's obviously a wide list of running backs you can compare to but as you see where we have him ranked if you're watching on YouTube it's 27 or 28 for all of us sports lines a little bit more in cars at 21 so low end number two running back or flex in this matchup. So it definitely starting like Aaron Jones over him. Yeah if he's healthy but those guys are close. Dave we got Baltimore at Dallas we had Jake Ferguson with two touchdowns last week and Mark Andrews has had some opportunities but hasn't really come through which tight end do you prefer? I'm watching you to get ready for the music and the big song for this game. I like Andrews better I think he's easier to start over Ferguson in full PPR I feel like Ferguson is still a touchdown or bust tight end not enough volume for him on a week to week basis whereas Andrews especially if there's no Z-flowers this is the short underneath easy button that you see Lamar Jackson throwing to four targets on third downs last week I think that continues here oh no I can't believe I just did that another game a week you screwed up I can't believe he's trying oh let's try it again I'll say it again four targets on third downs last week Dave they've had it nailed he texted me said we're going to get in Portuguese aren't we finally got something right oh man that was terrible I'm sorry no well I think it was good so let's just let's just get this right you had a terrible call in week one on the game of the week you missed the game of the week in week two and then I got told you did not I got to record it for the season you had the giants no no you missed game two you can't do it on Monday you missed yeah sorry and then you and then you completely butchered the yeah I play the fantasy cops music we heard I've only been knowing this for 19 years learn that last week 19 years Tennessee's at the Giants Jamie Wandaile Robinson revenge game and Tony Pollard or cam scataboo if TyJ Spears misses the game still scataboo but I think it's a good opportunity for Tony Pollard especially if Spears is out so he'll be you know I already moved him up a few spots in in the rankings and he may be close to a top 24 guy by the time we get to Sunday I'd like to see if for Wandaile just sort of buy it you know the targets haven't really been there for him through combined through the first two weeks of the season week two was a little bit more disappointing than week one so you know I think if you're looking at Wandaile is more of a desperation play not in the top 48 from you right now okay question from the chat well Adam is this is like the chargers version of hoax if if Spears were out would you start Tony Pollard over jedarian price yeah that's that's you know I was thinking about that when you showed prices ranking so it'd be right in that range you know 23 through third right now is at 30 so 23 through like 26 27 okay and then mel saying these days 26 27 mel said I got Pollard I have price Pollard back-to-back in germ I love right behind both of them okay mel said I went too fast on the tight ends which I did I was trying to get through but just the news and notes on the tight ends was that Terrence Ferguson was limited and Colby Parkinson mispractice Chico Conquo mispractice Brock Bowers is expected to play and Dallas Goddard mispractice sorry about that all right look can they just put Dallas Goddard and I already yeah what the heck man all they think he's going to be back before four weeks that sucks yeah I can confirm that you completely butchered that Portuguese so bad lol side a fluent speaker yeah it was tough because the word yeah I like I put in the translation that's the game of the week yeah and yeah appears to be a so I or something that's like a lot so I'm just gonna take let's see yeah seam why why did it why didn't it do seam for the first time I typed it in I was so horrible Google Translator all right here we go Arizona and San Francisco it's well clarified it sucks that he got one on I R for your fantasy rosters right right right oh right you're not saying that it sucks that he's correct uh the Cardinals had such a horrible game in week two against Seattle they only ran 47 plays they had the ball for fewer than 24 minutes San Francisco's defense been very good against this jet lag grams and the dolphins this might be a tough matchup also and you guys are trying to avoid Jacobi percent Jacobi percent or Gino Smith this week Gino it's Gino okay um I was just that was part of the reason why I was a little late I was doing uh where the finishes were where the Saints and Lions were the Saints and builds finished against the Lions I'll I'll share that with you uh we get that game actually of Jacobi ranked two spots higher than Gino wait what is it Jamie what were you looking up in each of the first two weeks were the teams against the Lions finished in terms of their fantasy points oh gotcha Tyler suck was the sixth best quarterback that week and Josh challenge number one right remember the Cowboys were like that were all but I think three quarterbacks last year finished top 12 against the Cowboys yeah Gino has a chance for a really good game this week so annoying Jane Daniels had 16 points in the first half last week all right uh running backs here in the Arizona San Francisco game we talked about Jeremiah love you like love who's the best running back in this game oh it's a tough one okay uh start McCaffrey start Brock Party over just who would you start over Brock Party everybody except Josh Allen yeah he's number two so he's not number two he's second best of course I asked Dave who would you start over Brock Party and he said everybody except Josh Allen which means Allen I know but are your two lowest rank quarterbacks that would I make um start McCaffrey Caleb Black I I'm curious to see what the split looks like this week of blacks healthier but yeah you can't really can't really trust him so then Jamie it comes down to the wide receivers in this game and how would you rank them with Evans in how would you rank them with Evans out Evans Debow Wilson born Harrison uh Debow Wilson born born Harrisonerson. Is there another 49ers wide receiver that could step up as a deep sleeper? I mean they like Jacob Cowling. We'll see if he does anything. There's another guy that there's maybe or am I thinking too far back in the past. I you. I mean it could be brand of cooks if they decide to elevate them. All right. It's nobody that we're going to be starting. Jeremiah Love just outside the top 24. Jeremiah Love or Ameka Buka this week. A Buka. A Buka. There's only one card to like before to start and that's McBride. Yeah. And then Kittle. So do we think that we can just safely like Evans doesn't play. I think you know I can't really make a case against Kittle. But if Evans does play, this is still a guy who has nine targets in two games who ran. He ran 62% of the routes in the first three quarters of week too, which is much better than. Remember they blew out dolphins much better than 48% in week one. But Dave is George Kittle a must start now. I would start him this week. It really depends on who else you have at tight end. But I think that we're going to I think they have to use him if Evans doesn't play. It just makes so much sense to put him on the field. Even if it's 75% of the routes, that's good enough for me to put him in your lineup. Call him a top eight tight end, but not a top five tight end. But if you let's say you were one of the knuckleheads like me that took Colson level and early and then swiped Kittle in the mid late rounds because of his injury, lowering his value, there's no question. I'm starting Kittle over leveling this week. I don't think you go from Kittle to Gatsden or Friar Moose or Terrence Ferguson or any of these guys just yet. Correct. I didn't really ask you where you have Evans. Jamie has Evans 26th. We'll come back to Kittle in a second. I have some questions from the chat. Dave, you have him 15th. Yeah. I've got him ranked like he's going to be fine and that if he's he's out there. He said he was fine after the game last week. I know the 49er said that they needed to manage him. I think Friday's is going to tell the tale. If he practices and looks fine on Friday, you should expect him to play. And yeah, there's a chance that maybe they limit his reps. And I've got him a little too high. But against Arizona and that they're secondary. I think they've got nothing but backups playing corner now. I think like they lost literally they're starting three top three cornerbacks are out. And if that's the case, then I mean, it's all systems go for any wide receiver in San Francisco who you've heard of and you know is going to play at least 50% of the snaps. All right. Questions from the chat here. Evans or Jalen Waddle. I have a tire. Waddle for Jamie. Evans for Dave. I wonder if McDuffee's going to shout a Waddle like I worry about that quite a bit because McDuffee in his past has played in the slot. And he's he's been in the slot as recently as last year, a decent amount. So I'm I think that you've got a lower expectations for. You're still going to start him. But it's going to be kind of like a mid to late range. You're talking about Waddle by receiver to Waddle. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's why I like Evans better. Set or Herbert. Herbert. I think I have Herbert. I pick to Mike Evans. Chris Godwin. Casey conception. I'd say concept. I think I'd say Godwin. Part of your hurts. Party. Brock. Kittle or Kelsey. Kelsey. Kelsey. Kittle or Warren? Warren. Warren. What if it's Jalen Warren? That Warren. Kiddler Waller. Kiddler. Kiddler. Johan Johnson. Kiddler. Georgie Porgy. Putin. Pai. Actually, if we go doubtful plays, I think I probably would start Kiddler over Jalen Warren. Not that that was the question. But it'd be a tough call. Yes, it would be a tough call. Niners DST 5th for Jamie 10th for Dave. I believe. And 22nd for Heath. Interesting. All right. Minnesota is a Tampa Bay. Stad of the game where we could call it the analysis of the game. What the heck is going on with Baker Mayfield? Well, we kind of talked about it earlier in the week and the stats back it up. He's holding onto the ball so much longer than he had been in the previous three seasons. He's scrambling more. He's throwing the ball at his deep rate percentage in terms of how often he throws deep a career high right now. His sack rate is way up. The ariards are way up. He's basically it's like hero ball all the time. And he just needs to stay in the pocket and throw to open Chris Godwin. Take what's available. But that's what that's what we've seen. And that's what the stats say about Baker Mayfield. It needs to change. It's just too crazy right now. It's like street back yard football. Anyway, Jamie, we're not starting Baker Mayfield now. All right. I'd rather start San Donald want to talk more about Bucky Irving and how would you rank a Bucky versus a Buka? Oh, it's our Bucky. I mean, look, he's he's playing very well. And, you know, hopefully that continues. And I know this isn't an easy matchup. But, you know, we're at a point which is frustrating that it's week three where there's so many injuries. And you have a player who's doing what Bucky's doing, like, you know, the 80 whatever it was told he ours that he had last week against Cleveland. And being involved in the passing game, like, that's a very serviceable number two running back. So, you know, it starts when you start to compare him against, you know, some of the players that weren't drafted as potential starters. So Aaron Jones comes into play. Daring Price comes into play. Well, he's got to be chubahot. Well, you tell me chubahot or I would start chubahot over Bucky. Yeah, that's a great one. You know, I'm surprised I left him out as a start of the week. But yeah, you start to just get to those, those, those mid tier number two running backs that you'll see in our rankings. And you compare those guys to Bucky. You just got to hope that Bucky's a factor in the passing game. And, you know, I mean, as those defense doesn't swallow up the softens of wine. So Todd Bulls and Zach Robinson were each asked about Bucky Irving and his role in his workload. And one of the questions was about putting him on a snap count. That was to Zach Robinson as Jamie referred to. But Zach Robinson eventually said that it's about being early in the season. They don't want to overwork anybody there. But again, and this is Zach Robinson talking and I quote, but again, there might be games where shoot we just need it. And he's running well and we just keep rolling with him. And Bulls kind of said the same thing. So I don't think there's like a strict snap count on Bucky Irving that all the coaches have in mind and they're definitely going to pull them after he's been at 35 snaps or whatever. I think if he's hot, they're going to lean into him. And if he's not hot, and if he's just okay, then maybe they get game well in the field a little bit more. And they should get game well in the field a little bit more. Anyway, what are they doing by not using him more after they acquired him? And they know what his strengths are. And what better way for Baker Mayfield to kind of get in the rhythm of the game than by keeping his throw short and leaning into game well in the flats and letting him make a play after the catch. All right. So how about a book? Because Godwin's in the 40s in the rankings. You just, you know, you can't trust him. Yeah. I honestly think of Baker Mayfield. Like they're going to blitz the hell out of him. So I could see him throwing short to Godwin or whatever, but I so much Godwin I'm sitting in this week. And the Vikings last year, they gave up the fewest fantasy points to wide receivers. This year, big games for Golden and Watson. Terrible games for the Bears in the conditions. But Dave, would you start a mecha, Buka? As a number three receiver, I would. He is not a top 24 receiver. I like Josh Downs better than Michael Wilson. I'm not, I'm not going to be there. I'd rather start a book over Wilson. Okay. We've got on the Viking side, Jamie, any interest in Kyler Murray this week. Well, in starter, I started him over Drake May, for example, you know, not quite there yet with Herbert, just given Herbert's matchup. But there's got to be some, some optimism for Kyler, right? Because we, we know that this offense, at least in week one, started to show or showed some things that are encouraging specifically with some of the plays downfield for Justin Jefferson. I just think it's been so disjointed for this team. So we don't really have an idea of what exactly their identity is yet because you have no Jordan Mason. So Aaron Jones did really well last week in the conditions against the team that's going to probably struggle to stop the runner, stop anything, maybe from the Bears perspective. You had Carson Wentz with, you know, some just ridiculous plays and some awful plays, which is the Carson Wentz experience. And so now you may not have a strong run game because we don't know what exactly Aaron Jones's status is. You're facing a Bucks defense, which I don't know how good they are. I think we'll kind of get, I don't even know if we'll get a clear example or clear test a bit. Like you said, they played much better than I think a lot of people expected in week one against Cincinnati. And then they struggled against the Shawn Watson last week at times with some of the, the, the plays that we saw there. So I think you're looking at it like Murray is more of a desperation, QB2 in the same range of, am I going to trust CJ Stroud? Am I going to trust Geno Smith? Am I going to trust Sam Donnelly? You know, these guys that have some, some DC matchups. And then you're starting Jefferson. So yeah, like, how would you rank Kyler with like Sam Donnell or Kyler? Kyler's top 15 quarterback for me. So I'm, I'm going to go with the hope of he uses legs. I'm going to go with the hope of he gets Jefferson going and, and you know, that this is what we were expecting to see from Kyler when there was reason for optimism. So I trust Kevin O'Connell. And I'm trusting that this defense isn't great. I don't think Tampa Bay defense is, is going to be that good. They just don't feel like they're, the, the, this team like feels like, I don't know what the odds are, but Todd Boles could be the first coach fired. Like that, that's where they're headed at this point. Okay. I got cold feet on Kyler this morning. I, we know the Vikings are the number one blitzing defense in the league through two weeks. And they were last year. The bucks are almost right behind them. I think they're third. And, Kyler, you know what I'm saying? Tyler versus Pressure and versus the Blitz, I don't like how that feels. So I would start May over him. I'd start Berset, Winston, Geno, all over Kyler Murray. I sank Kyler Murray. - Interesting, okay. - Another, another. - Yeah, I don't disagree with Jamie's assessment of the Bucks defense, but I think the one thing that they can do well is just send bodies after Kyler Murray. And I think that'll frazzle Kyler. - Just one thing in his favor, and you can take this for what it's worth, both quarterbacks, one of them being Joe Burrow, have run for at least 20 yards against the Bucks. - Sure. - No, I think you can-- - So if you're getting two points out of the gate, like that's a good start. - All right. - Sure, until he throws an interception and those two points are gone. - Questions from the chat. Godwin or Burton? - Burton, I think I have Burton higher, but I bet I can find a receiver on the waiver wire that I'd start ahead of both of them. - Let's start Hutchinson. - I would start-- - I'd start Michael Wilson for sure. - I'd start Denzel Boston for sure. - All right, move it on. - You may have picked up Vale. I would have started him. - Those guys are on the waiver wire. - No, no, no, I'm saying, but if you had picked them up-- - No, okay. - A Bucco or Josh Downs? - They're in the same range as Adonine Mitchell. - That Downs. Godwin, Schultz or Stevenson at Flex? - Schultz. - Is it PPR? - I don't know. If it's full or half PPR, it's Schultz. If it's non-PPR, I might still go Schultz. It's either him or Stevenson though. - Godwin or Odunze? - Godwin. That's where I'd go, Godwin. - Aaron Jones or Quinchon Judkins? - Judkins. I think I have Jones higher. - Aaron Jones or Deandre Swift? - Swift. - Deandre Swift. - Surprise going Judkins over Jones. A Bucca or Neighbors? - I mean, Judkins has seven more catches than Aaron Jones. Who would have thought that? - Yeah, that's true. - I'd go Neighbors? - I would too. - Irving Swift Tutton, pick two. - Sitting Tutton? - I'm sitting Tutton, but I'm excited to have him on my team. - Yeah, usually sitting when I'm Tutton too. Kyler Murray or, oh, this says Drew Locke, but let if it were Sam Darnold. - Kyler. - It's Kyler. - Kyler or Bryce Young? - Bryce. - Yes. - Kyler or Herbert? - Herbert. - Herbert. - Start the Vikings DST? - Yes, please. - Sit Jordan Addison? - By the way, for whatever reason, the Vikings DST is available to get the dolphins next week too. - 96% rusted. Sit Jordan Addison? - Probably. - Again, it's based on hope because we have seen nothing yet from him to say you should start him, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's the top 24 of Steve this week. - Taking a break, coming back with Monday Night Football after this. - Welcome back, everybody. If a case you saw that promo on YouTube, I mean, is there a song that's better to start your day two than Mr. Blue Sky? - Oh, love it. Philadelphia at Chicago. Fun fact that hopefully continues of the game. The Andre Swift has consecutive games of 16 or more carries. That did not happen at any point in 2025. Also, the Bears ran all over the Eagles last year. Forty carries for 255 yards and two touchdowns in week 13. And both guys had 100 yards. Menongai and Swift, they were the only 100 yard rushers against the Eagles all season in the regular season. Amazing. So I guess we can start on the Chicago side of the ball, Dave, and is, yeah, is Deandre Swift the only guy we're starting? - He's it. This is a huge opportunity for him to shoulder the workload. We don't know how healthy Menongai will be if he plays. And I know what happened last year. I worry greatly about Chicago being anywhere remotely near that effective this week. However, Swift should see plenty of work. The Bears have to lean on their run game. With Cascina Munder Center, I am starting Deandre Swift. - Knowing what you know now, and knowing exactly what we know now, would you start Colson Loveland or Kyle Pitts this week? (laughing) I had better question. - Would you start? - Would you have? - Right, Loveland over Pitt. - Would you start Colson Loveland or Tucker Craft? 6.6 fantasy points for Tucker Craft? Would you start that or Loveland this week? - I would take the chance with Loveland. I think the number one thing we've seen through two weeks of Caleb Williams under-centers that Caleb doesn't play on schedule. He's two weeks. (laughing) Two weeks and two years, three if you count USC. Yeah, he tries to be Superman all the time. We've spoken about it. And it's costing guys who are open as the first read to not get the target. And said Caleb's running around all over the place. And except for Khalif Raymond. For whatever reason Khalif Raymond is getting his targets on time. Case Kingdom's gonna play on time. I don't think he's gonna throw a ton unless the bear's just fall woefully behind. But Loveland's an easy target for him to throw to over the middle of the field. I think that's a matchup that's favorable for Loveland. I'm gonna say it, he will get more than 6.2 PPR points, whatever or 6.6, whatever Tucker Craft. - Yeah, all right. But Loveland's gonna do it this week. He's gonna get you seven PPR points. Okay. That said, he's 20th for Jamie 17th for David 21st for heath. You could start, I mean, you could start around a gap. Jamie has gats than higher. Dave does not. Heath does. You could start Pat Fryer, Muth. Jamie has Fryer, Muth hired Dave does not. You could start Hunter Henry. Again, Jamie has Henry higher. Dave does not. Joanne Johnson, they both do Terrence Ferguson. Assuming Pook is out. You can start him over Kosovo. And the list goes on and on. Luther Burton would be the best receiver for the bears. And he is at 3637 and 40 for Jamie, Dave and Heath. So Denzel Boston is ahead of him. Trey Tucker is for Jamie ahead of Burton. Not for Dave. They're two spots apart. Terry McClore and versus Burton. They got, they like McClore and better. They like Stefan Diggs better. So then Luther Burton. And that's pretty much, we're not starting. Oh, doonsay at this point. Minon guy, if Minon guy plays, would you start Minon guy or like the Jadarian price is the basal tutons of the world. The running backs, we're not super excited to start. Those guys over Minon guy. Yes. All right. And then on the eagle side, if Barclay plays, we're going to start him. If Devante Smith plays, we're going to start him. Jalen Hertz is top six. And he's fourth for Jamie and Heath and sixth for Dave. Something like that. That's one right. Nope. Six for Jamie and Heath and fourth for Dave. So you can start pretty over him. If you have Prescott, Lamar Jackson, you know, these are Jared Goff. It's very close with Jalen Hertz. But he's a start. And that's pretty much it. Now, Jamie, if Devante Smith doesn't play, what does that mean for Hertz? What does that mean for Wix, Lemon, et cetera? You have to downgrade Hertz a little bit, you know, so still start him because of it. What I'll do with his legs. But I mean, down, Smith, and down, Goddard, that's terrible. So Wix is already a number three receiver for me. He scored 12.4 PPR points or more in each of his first two games. So he's off to a great start. targets were up last week when Hertz had to throw a little bit more. So without Goddard there, we'll see what they do with Hertz or what they're going to do with their tight end position. I think it's a great spot for a non-taving Wix. So, you know, if you're stuck at receiver, you asked about, you know, I would start Wix over burden. I would start Wix over Michael Wilson. I would start Wix over-- trying to get anybody of Odunze. Now, this is even if Smith plays. Oh, yeah. I mean, again, he's doing this with Smith on the field. So it's funny because, you know, you're remember when we got excited about Dante and Wix, the way he finished, I think it was a 2023 season, 2024 season. And you just see when he gets targets, he produces. So he's getting opportunities now. And this is an offense that he knows. He probably knows a better than anybody, because he was in Green Bay last year, and that's where Sean Manning came from. So there's a lot to like about the scenario for him, and he's producing. So if he's still available on waivers, I think it was like 76% roster. So probably 10 team leagues is where you'll find him. This could be great, huge. Really, I thought I had him at 62%, 65%. I was OK. I'm sorry. I was maybe thinking something else. No, that's all right. It goes up, you know, every day. Yesterday was 62, now it's 65, for Dante and Wix. All right, you can take a shot on him. Eagles, DST must start. Oh, yeah. Number one. Yeah. All right, so did I miss anything from this game? Let's see if we have any questions. John Drey Swift or Bucky Irving? Swift. I've got Bucky. I'm still looking. Eagles' run defense is not like this impenetrable force. He two years in a row. It's good. I'm still treating Swift as an absolute must start. Are you guys? 100%. And number two running back, yes. OK, but not like 21sts, right? I mean-- No. He's closer to 12th. All right, Luther Burton or Rashad Bateman? Bateman by a mile. Especially, obviously, if the Zay Flowers doesn't play its Bateman. And that's what we're expecting as of now. Garrett Wilson or D'Andres Swift. Yes, she dubbed. Or are you benching? Eagles are Jaguars this week. Eagles. Eagles. If no Devante Smith, would you start Bateman or Wix? Bateman. Bateman. OK, if no Devante Smith, but yes, Zay Flowers, would you start Bateman or Wix? Wix. Wix is better there. OK. Las Vegas is at New Orleans. Raiders, Dave, you mentioned their pass rush. Second highest pressure rate in the NFL. They have faced Miami in the Chargers. Maybe that has something to do with it. Yes. But New Orleans offensive line took a hit. I mentioned Calvin Banks injury earlier in the show. And they weren't doing a great job. At least run blocking last week. they did not do a great job there either. So I'm a little pessimistic about that offensive line holding up, but Shuck has worked around that so far, 'cause I mean, he took on Baltimore last week. It's not like he had all day long in the backfield to diagnose routes and all that stuff. So he's been under pressure already and he's done really well. So I'm not really, I'm not discounting Shuck because he's playing the Raiders in Max Crosby. - All right, but I mean, the Raiders have done a great job against Malik Willis and Justin Herbert. - Well, Justin Herbert did a poor job for himself. - Either way, you know, now both quarterbacks only hit 27 pass attempts. I guess is this an obvious start for Tyler Shuck? You guys have it ranked that way, but are we missing something here with the Raiders? - We'll find out. I mean, look, Shuck, you know, if he doesn't rally in the fourth quarter of, or the second half of week one, you know, it's not a great performance for him, despite how bad Detroit's defense has been. He looked much better last week against Baltimore. So game credit for that, that was on the road. First home game, you know, so that matters back to back road games for them. He leads NFL in passing yards, you know. So there's reason for optimism here based on how he's performed. And so if you're stuck with what Justin Herbert has looked like, if you're replacing Caleb Williams and Jane Daniels and there's news on Daniels, by the way. And Jackson Tart, like this is a great replacement quarterback for you, maybe for the rest of the season. So I know the Raiders have been much better than we anticipated. It's not the layup matchup that I think we thought it was going to be mostly for Herbert last week. So take that into account. If Shuck comes out of this for the bad game, I think that's probably more of an indication, depending on how the game goes, that the Raiders' defense is probably true. But I don't buy that in terms of not trusting Tyler Shuck at this point, like his receivers are playing great. His tight ends are playing great. The running game sucks. You know, it's almost like what we were talking about with Jordan Love and the Packers. Except you've seen it now for two games of just-- or I guess a game and a half of just Tyler Shuck playing fantastic. And I know Keith had some concerns about the volume. Like, yes, they didn't play an overtime game and have as many snaps as they did from week one to week two. It was still a very quality percentage of targets to the receivers. And Tyler Shuck still throwing quite a bit. That's the whole point. And Jamie mentioned it's the first home game for the Saints back-to-back road games for the Raiders. Did we call their week two game a road game? Didn't sound like it. So Shuck, yeah, it's top 10 guy. And-- oh, what the hell is that going to say? Oh, Jamie, you're wrong. He does not leave the NFL in passing yards. I love passing. Yeah. There you go. Yeah. Sorry. Going into week three, Tyler Shuck was eating the NFL pass. OK, Travis H. Ann, where is Travis H. Ann with-- again, that group of Rob Andre Stevenson and Jardarian Price and Jeremiah Love, all these like tandem guys, because hey, he's one of them, too. And he's just 17 carries in two games. Dave, Travis H. Ann. It's 16 touches in week one, and then only 10 in week two. And I'd be shocked if it happened again. You want a safeguard yourself against that. And if you can, you can do it. But you'll line him up against Quinshot, Junkids, Basel Tutin, the Patriots running backs. I don't know. I still see a running back who should lead this team in touches. Should be their goal line guy. I think they're going to put up points on the Raiders. And I don't think he personally stinks. So I'm still going to back him as a low-end RB2. ETN or Vale from the chat. Good question. Vale and PPR. They'd be Vale and both. I think Vale and PPR are safer. ETN-- Here's the thing with ETN. If-- Can you answer this one real quick? H.N. Travis, ETN, H.N. or Dobbins? H.N. I think when you start to compare him to the-- you ask about the Patriots, guys, that's a frustrating one, because we just don't know which one's going to be better than the other, play more than the other. I think it's a fair comp with Tutin, because Tutin-- terrible matchup. And we'll see what the splits are from Rodriguez and Liquid Allen from just how they play. Tutin's going to still lead the team in touches. I'm very curious that they're going to make Kendra Miller active this week or not, because last week he was healthy scratch. And so does Miller come into this game and get part of the action, because they can't run the ball. They've just stunk it running the ball. And I don't know if Miller's the answer, but it's not Camaro. And I don't know if Travis H.N. is the guy right now. It less than 100%. Yeah, I mean, that's nothing's coming up with an injury. So I mean, I think I'd start-- I guess the only thing I'd differ with you is I'd start Tutin over him. Oh, I don't disagree with that. I mean, they're two spots apart. So I'm at the point where, if there's no Taipei Spears, I would start telling Paul about him. Oh, man. Yeah, I could see why. I could see. I mean, wouldn't you rather take the running back that you know should play? You know that Paulard should see more snaps at least, if not more touches overall than H.N. I agree. And his matchup is probably better. Can we say it's better than Vegas? Yeah, oh, for sure. All right, let's go through the rest of this game here. Sit Kirk Cousins, even though he leads the NFL in touchdown rate, six touchdown passes in two games. Yeah. But you know, credit to the Saints. They've done well against Goff and Lamar Jackson, obviously, without flowers. Start, Gentie, Trey Tucker or Devon Valey? Valey. Trey Tucker or Luther Burden? Tucker. I've got Burden two spots higher as of now. I don't think I'm going to stick with it, though. Trey Tucker or Basel Tutin? Tucker and Pepe, I think I have Tutin higher. Start Brock Bowers. He's top three for Jamie. And Dave, he's eighth for Heath. So he's being a little cautious, I guess, first game back for Brock Bowers. And then what a shock. Yeah, like I said, top 10. Shock or my homes? My home. My homey. Shock or Justin Herbert? Shock, shock. Shock or Bryce Young for the 15th time this week? Shock, put that back to back. They are back-to-back, top 10 quarterbacks for me. I would rather start shock. And if you're just, if you're in QB Hell and you're looking at your lineup, you lost Jackson Dart, for example, and you don't feel good about Mario to our Winston, you should be able to trade something pretty cheap to get shocked in a 1QB league. And Chris Olavez must start Devon Veile as top 30 for Jamie and Dave. Just outside of that for Heath, we talked a little bit about Veile. So that brings us to Juan Johnson. Would you start to Juan Johnson or Jake Ferguson? - Joanne. - Joanne. - Joanne Johnson or Schultz, for sure, over him. How about Juan Johnson over Hunter Henry? - Joanne, I'll take double J over double H. - And just to clarify, I said, I meant to say Schultz over Joanne Johnson. - Yes. - Joanne or Friar Muth? - Joanne. - Joanne. - Friar Muth. - Joanne Johnson or Harold Vanna Jr. - Joanne. - Joanne. - All right, Saints defense. Jamie's got him 12th, Dave and Heath. 21st and 20th. Seattle at Washington. Stat of the game, Sam Darnal looks like he's training in the right direction to play. Very good and easy matchups last year and including against Washington. 24 pass attempts, 35.2 fantasy points in six-point-per-passing touchdown games. And a stat of the game, number two, which is one that doesn't matter, but it's fun anyway. The commanders have allowed four touchdowns on nine targets to tight ends so far this season. - And none that crossed them. - That is true. Jake Ferguson and Dallas Goddard would be those tight ends. All right, so yeah, would you start? Sam Darnal and Jamie, if he plays, where would he be ranked? - He's going to be a top 20 quarterback, you know? So I think there's, you know, I start him over Berset, I start him over Baker, I start him over Nick's, I'd start him over, I think that's probably the list of like the more named guys. Yeah, look, he's got a hope he's healthy. I mean, you just saw Drew Lock throw three touchdowns to, you know, arguably the best receiver in the NFL. So that's on Sam Darnal's side. I would not be surprised if there's a bar and a touchdown here. Their run game has not been great. So, you know, maybe a little bit more on Sam Darnal's play to the passing games plate. So I think it just comes down to, you know, who you're comparing it to. Yeah, he's got, he's got a lot of reason. There's a lot of reasons to like Sam Darnal right now. And the commander's run defense has been good. Their pass defense has been awful. - And we've got, we've got, if you want to hear about Jadari and Price, he's about 26th in the rankings. You want to hear about Price, go to the one question for each game segment. Start JSN, I don't think we're starting AJ Barner. He has three targets this season. He has a rushing touchdown. Marcus, I mean, look, it's a terrible matchup for the commanders. This team Seattle was playing defense. It's such a high level. So sit Mario to, and then we'll get to the running backs last. - By the way, then the news on Daniels, he's not going to go on IR. They're considering him week to week. - Okay. - That's good news. The imaging came back good. - Everyone gets good news except Jackson Darnal. Washington wide receivers, Dave. How you approaching digs him a chlorine? Who do you like better and where they ranked? - I like digs better. They are both number three receivers. I am not like definitely afraid to start them just because it's Marcus Mario. In fact, I'm more nervous about the matchup than anything else. But especially in the case of digs, where can you win throwing the football against Seattle? It's underneath. It's short throws over the middle of the field. We've seen McLaren work there before. We've definitely seen digs working there this year. And Diggs is also working in the flat side to the outside. short area near the sideline and I think that that's going to help push Diggs to better numbers over McClaurnd I might have McClaurnd a little too high having them as a top 35 receiver, but I am not feeling the same way about Diggs I like Diggs as a top 30 type of wide receiver Okay, but definitely just for what it's worth five games together last year Mario to with McClaurnd 14 and a half PPR points or more in three of them only one game with single digits in in PPR scoring so There's a pretty good track record here for these two guys playing together, and we know that Terry McClaurnd had a bad year across the board last season, but some of his best games did come with With Mario to including an absolute shocker that game against Denver. Yeah No Denver. Oh, I'm sorry never yet. Yeah. Yeah, right where you just see was amazing But gosh Seattle's defense is just so good. All right. Would you start Jadarian price or a commander's wide receiver? I'd start price I'd start digs and If it's full PPR I might start McClaurnd to over price. I just I hate the the usage so far I you know, I I'm hopeful About the usage I'm not expecting a lot of catches for price, but that's problem. Yeah, but I think he was really starting to You know get going last week and then he got hurt and there was a play where they had like first in goal and a manual Wilson came in He did nothing and then they were like all right. Let's just bring in price and they gave him any lost to yards But it wasn't his fault. I don't know It's like something in me the optimist and me is thinking that they're finally coming to their senses But I thought the real list in me is that we've seen the coaching staff use multiple running backs I but this isn't actually Arbonate, you know, this is a manual Wilson, but I don't think you're right I think you have to play it safe. You can't you can't play it like the optimist You have to play it safe, which is Dorian Price, which is trap back right now any interest in a commander's running back You know who is actually interesting is Rashad White speaking of Multi-running back backfields. I think he's probably best suited for this match-up because it's a tough run defense And I don't think either he nor jacquery crosskey merit are gonna get a good rushing game Their efficiency won't be good, but I think Rashad White can make plays out of the backfield can catch the ball a little bit Wouldn't surprise me if he led the team and in snaps at running back for the second week in a row I I think he's actually like a border line ish RB2 in full ppr Yeah, okay, make sense. He played more snaps than then jacquery crosskey merit last week And they kind of wrote the hot hand as white was just playing well So it wasn't just like a just because of the score And that I think is it for this game start the seahawks dst Baltimore at Dallas in Rio So Honestly, I feel like I could make a case to maybe rank the marjaxon kind of low-ish If they weren't playing Dallas without say flowers I'm saying But I won't make that case because they're right. Yeah, this Dallas defense has just not come close to Expectations because I wonder when Williams has been playing great I want to bring this up with the marjaxon and I don't think you know We need to have this conversation now, but for all the jackson managers It's important to note He started running less last year even before his injury. He wasn't running as much And so far he has seven carries in two games. It is a trend worth watching He's more I think he wants to throw more and say flowers obviously gives him so much more potential as a passer Yeah, you know why he wants to throw more because his play call or trust some And he wants to put him in positions and is calling Mostly great plays or a couple plays last week. I bet Declan Doyle wishes that he had back But creative play caller who's who's putting his receivers and in good spots and Lamar understands it I I would lean and if I could buy stock in Lamar Jackson's arm I would do it. I think that he's going to continue to throw the ball out and he's still willing to run when he's pressured He did that last week and he'll give you He'll do better than 20 yards rushing most weeks and he's a Because of the matchup and even though it won't have say flowers at least we think he won't I still would start him I don't think it's really any if I've got perty with him then I'll probably just pivot to purge. Yeah. No, no But otherwise like Lamar is still looking very very good as a quarterback Stock symbol for that Dave is LJRM for L for the Mar Jackson's arm. If you want to buy stock in that LJRM no, okay joke didn't work joke didn't work. That's okay. Start there a canary Start the lead wide receiver for the Ravens and we're gonna get a lot of Rashad Bateman questions assuming safe flowers doesn't play We're gonna get a lot of Rashad Bateman questions on Sunday. Jamie's got him 17th. Dave has him 23rd The numbers are just amazing if you give this guy Seven or more targets each of the last six times Rashad Bateman has had seven or more targets He scored 15.8 or more fantasy points. He has scored a touchdown. That's his five targets dude. You lower it I didn't see I didn't see that But he scored a touchdown in all six of those games I didn't see that stat that I was looking for the five saw a lot of bad games with five targets But I could be wrong you you're usually spot on with that there's I mean, it's not every game I'm sure every game we had seven. He's great But there's I think it's like 70% of the games he's had five okay And then yeah, it's just a tough question of like what do you do if it's a flower's place So right now he's a top 20 receiver Rashad Bateman, but if flowers plays Jamie where would you end up ranking him? So I think you got to just downgrade flowers a little bit because bad turf and not a hundred percent So I would probably put him in the teens if he plays still You know for the most part of must start wide receiver I would like to see what this looks like without Jacobi Lane because I think bateman can still be a starter in three receiver leaks, you know, so Heath was making the point about just the the the target share that Zay flowers has gotten and there really hasn't been a lot left for anybody else We just don't know because we haven't seen it lane got hurt early in in week one early enough in week one That there's not enough of a sample size to say okay, this is what Declan Doyle's offense will look like with multiple guys probably being involved or potentially being involved So what does that mean for Andrews? What does that mean for bateman? Those will be the top three guys until lane returns Along with flowers, but without flowers, you know, you saw it last week nine targets for for bateman He was awesome and this Dallas defense. I think is not one you fear so Very encouraged and excited about Rashad baton And are we excited about Mark Andrews Dave? To a degree it's as far as someone who can get me 10 ppr points. Yes, I think he could do that I think he's a borderline Tied-in one and full ppr They faced one legitimate tight end so far this season that as they likely killed them in week one This is a doubt yeah, yeah, you know, you can't really stop the same type of tight end. No totally, but you can't judge you can't judge the The Washington offense because they didn't have check Jake Ferguson has six targets and two games. I know he caught two touchdowns last week But he's not that high in the rankings 19th for Jamie's 16th for Dave 23rd for Heath start lamb start pick just just keep in mind with Ferguson because if he scores, he's going to be a good or around a top 12 tight and obviously he scores twice He's an easy top 12 tight end They have been very strange in their production allowed to tight end so far the Ravens because they did a great job on Tyler War and in week one he scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter. He had 13 yards receiving in week two He had a big play for Jawan Johnson that got him to 10 ppr points and so they've done a good job containing I think two decent tight ends At some point we're going to get a George Pickens game. I hope it's this week and my guess is as we saw last year That comes to the expense of Jake Ferguson Okay, well, yeah, I mean the targets are coming at the expense of of Ferguson But the touchdowns not not yet and then javad like you're just going to start your cowboys Jamie's a little low on javante. He's not having a great season so far He'd like great in week one, but in terms of like 41 rushing yards, 30 rushing yards, Ravens have a good defense Are they getting matty bookay back? Yep And I heard Teddy Buchanan as well It's not easy start from you over to want to yes It's not guaranteed that matty bookay is going to be back, but it's trending in that direction. They're talking like it I think all right. Let's see if we have chat questions for this game Bateman or Valle Bateman Bateman either way with flowers either way. Yeah, no, I'd still go Valle over Bateman if If they place trade Tucker or Bateman. So that's clearly Bateman if flowers is at bateman either way. Bateman either way Pollard bill or Bateman PPR Bateman Bateman if Valle hours is out Well, I go Pollard over Bateman if flowers plays. I think I would It's tough, um, I would go Pollard over Bateman of Zay plays and sharp as spears up. Right. Okay. Yeah. Of course We're not starting Pollard in if spears is playing. Well, unless you're desperate at running back Yeah, like I don't mind Pollard is like a high end number three running back if Ty J Spears plays Quentin Johnston Brian Thomas Jr. Rashad Bateman pick two Bateman and I'm sitting BTJ Jackson or yes, it's it's it times the more Jackson or Tyler's shook Jackson Lamar If Zay flowers is out Bateman or is she rice Bateman Ta na na na na na na na na Bateman Yeah, we could do that a lot. That's too loud. Sorry, everybody Um Okay, let's see Andrews are likely likely, but we still have that question a lot Ravens had that question for Andrews are fanning Andrews Andrews over fanny one more game Tennessee's at the Giants that of the game today the best for last Titans have allowed 60 or more yards to four wide receivers 70 or more yards to three wide receivers in two games facing the jets and the Eagles they appear to have a pretty bad past defense Malik neighbors coming off a one-catch game. Neighbors are Bateman. If flowers is out. Neighbors? Bateman. Okay. Who are the must-starts in this game, Dave Richard? I would say neighbors is a must-start, but with number two wide receiver expectations, and likely as a must-start, as a top 10 tight end, and Skataboo is still a number two fantasy running back. And is there anybody, is there anybody I like for Tennessee? I guess Pollard, I just said, would be a number three running back. Who am I missing? Who would I be missing? Am I missing anybody? I don't think so. You want to do you want to like, I think the Giants defense is bad. They don't have Brian Burns. They probably are getting a starting corner back back in Dianne Banks, but do you think I think that helps? I don't know if it helps. It helps. It doesn't really matter because it's the Titans, and their entire passing offense is a mess right now. You know, I went back and watched the tape because I saw the game live, the play where Hertz had almost the pick six, and it set them up first in goal, and then I think it was Io Manor, it was wide open in the end zone, a word made such a bad throw. I went back and watched the tape, and it really wasn't that bad. It wasn't as bad as the numbers, and the Eagles are obviously a different challenge than the Giants. It's true, but it's not going to make me inclined to start anybody in the Tennessee offense. What are we doing here? What am I even talking about? No. I mean, did you see something with Carnell Tate that stood out to you because I didn't. No, I mean, no, I didn't see anything, and there's still too many bad throws from Cam Ward. He might make some good ones, but there's too many bad ones. Right, inconsistent play is bad play. You know, the Giants, I think, I think the Giants are going to be terrible against tight ends with their personnel, but I don't think this we're starting Gunner Hill, and we're not starting Jamis. So, yeah, that's pretty much this game. Yeah, I think it's better Jamis than the 2QB league. I don't think that that's crazy at all. Oh, yeah. Because it's not like Tennessee's defense is really good either. There's definitely room for Winston to surprise us within good game. But, yeah, it is a revenge game for Brian Dable, as pointed out here by Big Relish and by Jamie earlier in the week and a lot of story lines here. Neighbors are Maconkey from the chat. What? Lab. Neighbors are David Montgomery. Oh, boy. Talk me into Montgomery in non-PPR. I'm going to go Montgomery either way. I've called for bad. This is PPR. Yeah, I would take neighbors. The matchup plus Jamis. Giants DST or Lions DST? The one playing camcorder. Thank you. These are your options. Those two? Where are you going to rank, Pollard, if spears is out. 23. About there. And, okay. Neighbors are Vale in the chat. Malik. Neighbors. Someone's, yeah, we got some comments like, wow, Rashad Baitman over everyone. And, yeah, like, the Dallas Cowboys are just so bad defensively that Rashad, yeah, because Baitman over Neighbors, we actually didn't-- They just had two touchdowns. McCorrents should have had a big game. Yeah. Yeah, they're so bad. That was skipping me skipping back to Rashad Baitman. And that's going to do it for today's show. And-- How do you do the outro in Portuguese? We're going to try to have a funny clip for you on Sunday, a day that we can show Sunday morning, getting-- Well, trying to get clearance for it. Summary:

FAQs

If Kyle Pits has struggled in recent games and you have other viable tight end options, it may be wise to consider dropping him. However, if you're in a league where tight ends are a high-priority position, you might want to hold off until Week 5 to assess his performance with Michael Penix.

Kyle Pits has shown some positive moments, including open routes and big plays, and there's potential for growth in his role. However, his fantasy production has been inconsistent, and his performance remains a topic of debate.

Options like Darren Waller, George Kittle, and George Kittle are strong alternatives. Kittle is especially reliable if Mike Evans is out, and he’s frequently ranked as a top-8 tight end.

Yes, George Kittle is a strong option to start this week, especially if Mike Evans is inactive. He has played a key role in the 49ers' offense and is a top-8 tight end with consistent targets and production.

Mike Evans is a mid-to-late round pick with inconsistent performance. If he practices and looks healthy, he may be a solid option, but his role remains limited and unpredictable.

Travis Hanks is a better flex option than Trey Tucker due to his more consistent performance, especially against strong defenses. Tucker remains highly inconsistent and is not recommended as a primary flex.
