My name is Daniel Dopp. Very excited to not only recap a good Thursday night football game, but dive into the rest of week three, quote unquote, Lions fan talking here. Oh, no, no, no. We had four guys. It scored over 20 fantasy points. We love that. I regretted saying that because it was a good fantasy. Yeah, we got a lot of the things that we were hoping for. Let's dive into that Thursday night football recap. Guys, Michael Penix. Junior. Michael Junior. Understood the assignment. One million percent. Did you know that both Bijan Robinson and Drake London had 194 yards? It's amazing. One on the ground, one through the air. Yes, right. Yes, that's right. This is, we'll talk about all the fantasy in just a moment. Go ahead, Field. What a great moment that was for Michael Penix. Yes. For sure. This guy's overcome so much on the health front. Yep. And candidly, I don't think Atlanta really had visions of them being the starting quarterback or him being the starting quarterback. Beginning of the year. Felt like they kind of wanted Tua to win that job in training camp. He didn't. Then he got hurt. Michael Penix, Jr. gets healthy. Plays in week three after being unavailable weeks one and two. Slow start. He was slinging that thing from the second quarter on. Yes. Finished with that 256 passing yards. Great human story. Great real life story. For fantasy, he's not going to be a guy that's on our radar as a starter. No rushing upside really with him. And not elite elite passing upside. But plenty good enough to get the Drake London and Bijon Robinson trains back on the tracks, especially in the case of Drake London. Awesome to see for Michael Penix, Jr. Yeah. First quarter made us a little nervous. Came out. Got the rust off with an interception. Was not throwing to Drake London at all. Made me a little nervous. But then things changed in a big way. Obviously, initially, Robinson was just carrying the offense. And he did that the entire game. 194 yards on 29 carries, guys. Two touchdowns as well. Brian Robinson also found himself in the first quarter. In the end zone in this one. But Drake London, then, he started feeding him. Yep. Ten targets, nine catches, 194 through the air. And this is typical, as you pointed out yesterday, over, what is it, over 20 points per game? 20.5. Michael Penix, Jr.'s first 12 starts with Drake London. That average will go down. It's going down. It's going up. Yeah, it's going up. Going up now after a remarkable performance. Yeah. By the way, I just wanted to give you some flowers to a part of this. Because the way that this Falcons offense in fantasy played out is almost exactly as you kind of laid out on the show. Obviously, we were going to try. Trust Bijan. We were all in with everything that you had told us about what Drake London looks like with Michael Penix, Jr. And we were hoping that that was going to be Kyle Pitts. But you gave us some reason. Hey, this might not be a Kyle Pitts thing, too, unfortunately. It was, unfortunately, right on the mark. Great analysis on that field. Can you give us anything to maybe unlock Kyle Pitts next week, though, so that you can talk it into existence like you did Drake London? I do know they play once again on Monday on primetime. Monday night football. All right. I'll take that. Next week is the Falcons. So, remember, the big talking point this week was the Falcons have to play. Three straight primetime games. And we are subjected to them. Yes. We talked about this on the show on Monday. Crow being eaten by me for breakfast this morning is Bijan Robinson's worth the price of admission. Not that we have to say much about him. But he now has more games with 25 plus fantasy points since the start of 2024 than any player in the NFL. He stands alone with 13. He's amazing. Drake London is back. For the Packers, complete stay away backfield. They are totally useless. They were just awful once again last night. Jordan Love was fine. He had over 18 fantasy points, largely in garbage time. We need to talk about the receivers, though. Yes, we do. We've got two guys. We can, I think we can talk about Tucker Kraft briefly and just note that, like, it's been kind of a slow start for Tucker Kraft. We'd be more concerned if he didn't play tight end. But it's hard to find 12 guys that we like more week to week than Tucker Kraft. That's the analysis. It's kind of, he also had three catches in the first quarter. And you're like, maybe he will end up with eight catches for 65 yards. There will be weeks where that does happen. But, yeah. He managed just four. Four catches and I think 6.6 fantasy points last night. But let's talk about the White House. Is the Christian Watson arrival here and for real and here to stay? It looks like it. Certainly passing the eye test and passing the statistics test as well. The question is the question we've had for a long time. Can he hold up? Is he going to keep doing this long term? Literally hold up physically. Not like, can he keep producing? Yeah. So, yeah. Look, I'll say this. I'm going to kind of fold Matthew Golden in here a little bit. Numbers for these guys are certainly inflated by game script and what's been going on. Week one, Jordan Love threw a ton of passes. And remember, Matthew Golden had a ton of garbage time, but a big fantasy point total. Last week was a little more normal. Passing game. Pass attempts were down. 29 passing attempts. 29 pass attempts. And Golden came back to earth. And then this game, same kind of thing. 53 pass attempts for Jordan Love. And the numbers are certainly inflated. So, I think for someone like Watson, it feels a little more, I want to say, like, sustainable. I think he's the more skilled player at this point in his career. He's featured nearly twice. That's for the goal line, for sure. Now, Golden did find the end zone last night, but that was his first ever regular season touchdown. So, I'm leaning more toward it being more likely Watson can sustain this as, like, a wide receiver, too, probably. Maybe one at the rate he's at. But I think Golden might come back to earth. I think he's kind of at his peak at the moment because the game scripts, I know their defense isn't playing well, but should be a little more normal going forward. That's what we have to figure out, is whether this is just how Green Bay is going to be this year. No Micah Parsons. That's probably not going to happen until they play the Cowboys in, I think, week six. Is when they play the Cowboys. That's the earliest we'll see Micah Parsons. Without him, they are just, at best, an ordinary defense. And they just aren't good on defense right now. Honestly, on both sides of the ball, if you gave this team Josh Jacobs as a running back and they all of a sudden had a running game because they don't have one right now, the team can't even pretend like they have a running game right now. They have no running game, and we'll see whether Josh Jacobs returns to the field this season. But what's so very clear is that when he does, if he does, I should say, if Josh Jacobs returns this season, he's going to be amongst the rest-of-season touch leaders in the NFL. Absolutely. There's just no two ways about that. He carried 17 yards last night for their running backs. Awful. If you don't think this, and just so we can follow this through, and then we'll move on and talk about the rest of the week. If you don't necessarily think this volume is sustainable because you don't think game script is going to continue to be this way, the wide receiver for the Packers that we're all buying into is Christian Watson being the one that is the most sustainable because we've seen Matthew Golden mostly get his stuff in garbage time. I'm not sure I'm in on selling Matthew Golden because I'm more on field side that it feels like this might be kind of like some of a more renewable game script for the Packers. Yes, sustainable game script. And by the way, I don't think Golden, this is kind of like the David Montgomery conversation after week one, to your point. I'm not saying he's unusable. He's probably still going to be startable, but I'm saying he might be at his peak right now. When you have two out of your three games with such heavy second-half pass volume, it's. And again, even if you make the argument that their defense isn't good and they're going to be behind a lot, not to this extent. 53 pass attempts is not a sustainable number. Maybe 40 or 38, but this is too much, and it's happened twice in three games. So that's the point I'm making, is that he probably can't keep up quite this level. You are not making an apples-to-apples comparison between him and David Montgomery. But one thing I will note that makes Matthew Golden pretty different is that this is a second-year player who went in the first round. He was the second wide receiver off the board last year. A lot of talent here. So maybe Green Bay continues to kind of build confidence in Matthew Golden because Lord knows they shouldn't have much confidence in a lot of what they are doing offensively. That offensive line stinks. I'm taking the Falcons in this one. Yeah, me too. 35-14. Just like we all predicted. By the way, Raheem Sanders, Sky Moore was so close. Oh, he was so close. I was, like, hoping for a garbage-time touchdown. I'm glad Golden got it because I have him in some lineups, but Sky Moore also had one right at the goal line, went right through his hands, and he would have fell into the end zone. So we. That was a close call. I feel like the process was fine on that one. Yes, you were right on that one. All right, let's dive into our week three storylines part two, my friends. If you want to go back and check out part one yesterday, today we're starting with Chargers and Bills. Lineup blocks. Josh Allen, James Cook, DJ Moore, Dalton Kincaid on the other side. It's Omari and Hampton and Ladd McConkie. Need him to be a ratter this week. I'm not going to lie. Can I give you guys a quick update? Keon Coleman did not practice two days in a row, both Wednesday and Thursday. Yeah. DJ Moore didn't practice on Wednesday, was limited at practice with a shoulder injury on Thursday. So, yeah, we like seeing that go in the right direction. We want to continue to see what's going on, because they might be without. If DJ Moore doesn't play, does that potentially move Khalil Shakir up into a flex consideration just because of where we're at? On the radar, for sure. Something to monitor with everything, but right now DJ Moore going to be a lineup block until we know that he is out of the lineup. Yeah, it's too bad for Keon Coleman, too. He just had that big game with Moore out. Hopefully, they'd get him more involved. The guy has the skills. I mean, what was he, the 33rd pick? 33rd pick. 33rd pick. 33rd pick. A couple years ago, much maligned, obviously. but it's too bad that now he's a little beat up. We've got both of the Chargers tight ends on IR, Charlie Kolar and David Njoku. Small note is Kolar, they ended up not placing on him. Oh, they didn't put him on. But he's out for a couple weeks. He's out, yes. They got better news than anticipated on surgery. We saw Orande Gadsden last year give us a pocket of really nice fantasy value. I'd feel better about it if the Chargers were playing good, but how are we looking at him this week? As far as third string tight ends go, it might be as intriguing as you're going to find in the NFL. Just to remind people how good Orande Gadsden was in flashes last year. You mentioned those four games where he was awesome. Four straight games with five or more catches, two of them with seven catches to be specific. He had over 160 yards and a touchdown in one of those games. And he averaged 13.6 yards per catch, which also, as far as tight ends go, it's a big number. Wide receiver, it's solid for a tight end. It's excellent. He had a 20-plus yard catch in eight separate games last season. It's a big play tight end. He's a former wide receiver at Syracuse who got converted to tight end, which his father played as well at the NFL level. He doesn't do much as far as blocking is concerned, but if this game goes as we think it might and the Chargers have to find a way to keep up, could be some opportunities here for Orande Gadsden II. He is in that 12-ish, I'm sorry, 16-ish range right now for tight ends for me. You'll have to get him ranked a little bit higher probably by the end of the week. I guess I didn't realize I didn't have him ranked. I agree. But, you know, there's definitely, there's definitely, this offense has stunk, right? But we need to follow up on something from yesterday that Mike noted that the only other tight end that's healthy on the active roster is Hayden Rucci, right? Who they signed away from San Francisco's practice squad. He knows Mike McDaniel from Miami. And Mike was like, there are two other guys on the practice squad that I have never heard of, so I'm not going to bring them up. One of them is Justin Herbert's younger brother, Oh, that's right. Are you serious? That's right. I didn't know that. Darn it. Patrick, right? Patrick Herbert is one of the two practice squad tight ends. No way. I did notice that when I looked. I know. I was totally spaced yesterday on that. It's okay. No, it's funny. But Patrick Herbert, I suppose, could be in line for an elevation this week. You'd imagine they'd bring up at least one of those two practice squad tight ends just to have some depth there. But Gadsden is, again, in a week in which we have no, not that this guy's a star, but Dallas Goddard is out and, you know, Brock Bauer, as we think will play. But just in case, you know, if you're looking, if you're scouring the waiver wire for tight end options, Aranda Gadsden is at least a name to know. He should be out there pretty much every passing play you would imagine, unless they go four wide with a running back. But he's going to be a lot because they don't really have a choice. When they're running, I'm guessing they're going to expand Alec Engle. But again, they don't have another option. So it should be a lot of Gadsden. I've seen the Bills score a lot of points so far this year. So there's a chance there is a lot of passing in this game. No doubt. You could get a lot of that. It's like the calculus is simple. They're probably going to have to throw a lot. He's a really good pass catcher. And he has big play upside where even if he has four catches, he can go for 102 yards and a touchdown. Exactly. All right. Taking the Bills. I am taking the Bills. Love that. I got a half quick question. Phil, did you put these on the back of your phone? Honestly, this is adorable. Like this wasn't here earlier this week, was it? It was not. When did this happen? So my oldest asked for a new water bottle because hers, the straw from school was, uh, had fallen out. And so you can drink it without a straw, but it's annoying. Okay. I said, we'll get you a new water bottle. And the one she picked was one that you can decorate. Of course you have to have to decorate them. And it had this pen where you go and you like dip the pen into a sticky sponge and you play sequins all over the water bottle. She absolutely crushed it. There was like a through J with little packets and she aced Pat putting all the individual sequins. Love that. To the point that she was like, I don't really need these stickers. Would you like them instead? And I was like, I mean, whatever. Sure. And she was like, okay, I'll put them on your phone. So that's adorable for now. They, um, one of them is sort of falling off, but until first notice, I have the coolest phone case in America. The joys of being a parent. I know it's fun to watch you go through those stages. I went through too, but my minor 12 and 10 and they still do the arts and crafts and stuff and make the kids. They'll just come into the office and give me something they made and stuff. So it'll last a long time. You got a long run, a long way to go. Are we past origami? Are we? No, we still get a little bit of that. Yeah. We get a little origami. I have them on my desk right now. My desk is just surrounded by all the stuff. And then it's, it's amazing. Love it. Love all of it. I just want him to answer his text messages. Maybe you should. Hold on now. Hold on. Let's dive into the next game. Do we all pick the bills by the way? We did all take the bills. Yes. Ravens and Cowboys guys. This is going to be, it should be a fun one. Lamar Jackson, Derek Henry, Zay Flowers. We'll talk about him in a second, as well as Javante Williams, CeeDee Lamb, and George Pickens in this one. Guys. A lot of lineup locks. Zay Flowers. Quickly. This game is being played in Brazil. Zay Flowers did not practice back-to-back DMPs, but he did fly with the team. So there's at least a chance that he is going to play, but it's still a situation that you need to monitor. There's a shot. You do not have Zay Flowers this week, and you need to make another change. Is he still on the projection? He is because he worked off to the side. Whereas like yesterday, I was every day. I have to make decisions on these, right? So Nico Collins was just out again. Correct. Nico Collins just worked, or I'm sorry, Zay Flowers was working off to the side. So usually if a guy seems like he has a chance, especially at that caliber of a player, I'll leave him in for an extra day. That's why I went, yes for Flowers, no for Nico, but obviously monitoring every day. Absolutely. What an all-time vibes move, by the way. Zay Flowers goes to Brazil, and they rule them out today. Because they left last night. The game report, will be updated today. You're really going to go all the way to Brazil? You're going to make me fly all the way down here for nothing? Yeah. It's like a 10-hour flight. That feels like a long way to go if you have no chance of playing. This is a tough one though, because it's a hamstring, right? So you don't want him to play and tweak it again, and then he's out for, goes on IR. On what sounds like a really dicey field they're playing on in Brazil. The NFL feels like that's not a problem, but there's been plenty of concern expressed. If he's out, what's your confidence in? Rashad Bateman? Yeah. He's going to be the next guy up, probably more of a flex up, not a wide receiver too, like Zay Flowers is, but I'd throw him out there as a flex consideration if you need him, because we do expect this game to be a higher scoring game. I think this is one of, if not the highest scoring game, highest implied total of the week. That sounds right to me. Yeah. Yeah. He was, I mean, Bateman produced last week in his spot. We know that they can't support a lot. There's not, you can't feed a lot of mouse in a Lamar Jackson-led offense through the air. We know that. That's been his whole career, just because he runs so much. It's not a knock on him. It's just his game. But if Flowers is out, that opens up a quarter, what, 30% of the targets? And Bateman obviously took advantage last week. He could certainly do that again. That being said, just because he did it last week doesn't mean it's rinse-repeat, because there are ups and downs in this passing game for whoever the wide receiver one is, right? So that's part of what you dance with. Dallas is very shorthanded defensively, though. They have four guys out that have been out. It's not, this isn't a new thing by any means, but they're still out. So, I mean, this is an opportunity. Derrick Henry, though, monster game coming. Not that that's like some crazy out-of-the-box thought, but the Ravens are hearing the Ravens. Let me get your limb back for you. You dropped it over here. The limb that I went out on right there. Derrick Henry got four carries in the second half last week. Not acceptable. First time for Declan Doyle to have to answer. He's the offensive coordinator for the Ravens. Like, why would you not have your, let's call it second best offensive player, but the best offensive player on a lot of other teams would be Derrick Henry. Why is he barely playing in the second half? I think he's going to make up for lost time or make up for lost opportunities this week. The Saints were in comeback mode and they're just like, this is awesome. You're going to have to tackle that guy? This is great for us. It's making it way easier. It feels like CeeDee Lamb clear number one pass catcher. Oh yeah. Remember the talks in the offseason? Yes. Actually, George Pickens is probably better. There's a lot of discourse on that. I don't know about that. Yeah, it doesn't feel like it. Feels like the number two pass catcher. Is it Jake Ferguson? Is it George Pickens? Is it both of them? How are you looking at this field? I think it's Mike. I'll tell you what, Mike. Why don't you take it? How about this? I'm going to give you a stock up and a stock down, and it's going to be the opposite of what you might think after week two. I'm saying the stock down on Jake Ferguson. Now, he's coming off a game with two touchdowns and 20 fantasy points last week, but that's his best fantasy game since midway through last season. He has a total of. of six targets in two games so far this season, 10% target share. The last three seasons, he's been in the 16% to 17% range. But remember, CeeDee Lamb missed time early last year, and that affected Jake Ferguson. If you look at his week one through seven target share last year when he was lightening it up in fantasy, when he was Jake Ferguson, not Joe Farderson, a 22% target share from weeks eight to 18, it dropped all the way to 13%, a big difference, and now that's carried over to this season. So my favorite. It'll go up a little bit going forward, I think, but I'm not expecting him to be a consistently high-targeted guy, and his numbers were certainly unsustainable from last week. So if Ferguson comes back to earth, someone has to pick up the slack, and that's going to be George Pickens. I'm not super worried about him. I think he's an excellent guy to be trying to trade for at this particular moment. Only 15.8 fantasy points so far, but he is a 23% target share. That's actually up a little bit from last year when he was a top 10 fantasy receiver. However, this offense is still very good. And remember, you might be thinking, but CeeDee Lamb's out there now, so Pickens can't keep producing, right? CeeDee Lamb is out there now. There's no way Pickens is producing. Right, there's no way. But what about the 12 games where they were together last season, Daniel? Do you know what he did in those? A 23% target share. That's 8.3 per game, and he averaged 16.1 fantasy points per game. That would have ranked eighth over the full season at wide receiver. So I think it's been a little fluky on Pickens so far, and I expect him to get better. Yeah, rolling perhaps this week. So I'm sticking with him. I've got an idea here. Ready? If George Pickens goes out for 25, this is a non-conversation. Let's say George Pickens has 12 or fewer fantasy points in week three. Would you trade Matthew Golden for George Pickens? Yes. I would trade Matthew Golden for George Pickens. I feel really good about the Dallas offense. I was trying to think of a number. Because if he goes for 17, you're probably like, yeah, this is a George Pickens. I know. If he goes for 25, you're like, told you George Pickens is the man. I don't know if 12 is too high or too low. I'm trying to think of who else would be. If you were doing a draft today, who are you picking first? I'm still taking George Pickens. Yeah, me too. But that's exactly why we talk about this stuff. Yeah, that'd be interesting. Someone else might be panicking. Why don't we throw, like, can we make a note to ourselves to make, like, come up with a Matthew Golden Mendoza line for next week? Yeah. And maybe conversely, whether it's George Pickens, or if it's George Pickens. Or if it's Colston Loveland, or somebody that has three straight underwhelming games to start. Do the opposite side of that Mendoza coin as well. For sure. Do you think Joke Farterson or Bad McDonkey is Mike's best nickname? Ooh. I think Joke Farterson. The way you said it at the same time and looked at each other. I'm not above a Farterson. You guys are stupid children. You are so adorable. All right, pick your game on this one. Which one are we doing here? I am picking the Cowboys. What? Yeah. I'm going with the Cowboys. Who did I pick? I picked Ravens. Ravens. Yeah. Not really a home game. Producers going with the Cowboys on this one. Producers no ball. What can I say? All right. Next game. Raiders and Saints. The Raiders. Lineup blocks on this one. Ashton Gentry and Brock Bowers. We'll talk about him in just a second. On the other side, it is Chris Olave right now. Guys really quickly on Brock Bowers. Limited in practice both days. Sounds like he's playing. Looks like he's coming back. Sounds like it. And there's not a guarantee, but we are definitely trending in that direction. If he is back. I am deploying him as normal. Yeah. I don't think he'll be limited. And if he is, it's like a little less blocking. And when they're throwing the ball, he'll be out there. I'm not worried about that at all. If you have him, you start him. If Brock Bowers is back, I am dropping. If I added Michael Mayer, I'm probably dropping Michael Mayer and finding someone with more upside right now on the waiver wire to just take that spot on my bench before they potentially blow up here on Sunday. And then I have to fight all the waivers to get him. No doubt. It's not like he was lighting it up anyway. If Mayer was playing. There's another tight end. Or likely maybe a hold tight. Until we are sure on Bowers. But that hasn't been the case anyway. Feeling good. Keep watching it. But feeling good about Bowers this week. All right. Field. We only have Chris Olave as a lineup block on there. But my dude, Tyler Shuck, has been on fire to start. By the way, can I quickly explain why he's not, even though I have him ranked QB6? Because he was drafted as a QB2. So I think when you register someone as a lineup block this early in the season, I feel like it's pretty evident with him. You probably have another quarterback that's pretty good. So you might have a decision on your hands. So I thought it was. It was a close enough call that I leaned away from it. But usually, if someone's ranked QB7, even QB8 in that range, they're probably going to be a lineup block. So this is a close call. So on Wednesday of week two, we did our ranking discussions. And my theme was like guys that did something in week one that have a chance to prove something in week two. Right. For example, Ashton Gentry. He mashes in week one, comes back in week two, and he comes back down to earth. Caleb Williams was the quarterback that I picked. He went crazy in week one. Hey, if he does it against the Vikings. And going forward, when you see Caleb Williams as quarterback six in our rankings, you don't ask questions. Yes. You just. All right. Caleb Williams is quarterback six in the same way that you have no reaction when Jalen Hurts is quarterback for Josh Allen's quarterback one. Right. Tyler Shuck can get to a similar spot if he puts it together in a different way this week. He could be quarterback nine each week going forward if he does something that he really hasn't done to the first two weeks, which is start to finish, play well and not be boosted by volume and game script. When you say he could be quarterback nine going forward, that's because there are three quarterbacks that are out where if he was at six this week, you would have a back at nine normally. I just use nine. You just pick the number. Like, you know, he could be a back end to QB one that we're trying to read. Yeah. Tyler Shuck really solid. The Saints have been trailing on 78% of their plays so far this season. That's one of the primary reasons why Tyler Shuck has 90 passing attempts through two games. Second most going into week three. Obviously, last night, Jordan Love surpassed him. But CJ Stroud has 92. That's the only player ahead of Tyler Shuck in terms of passing attempts so far this season. Amazingly, do you know which team has played with or has had the fewest percentage of snaps trailing this year? I actually, I think I know this. It's the Jets, isn't it? I think it's the Raiders. Oh, the Raiders. I think the Jets are right. Maybe I was thinking of the Raiders. But the Raiders. So the Raiders have played the Saints this week. But I think that the Raiders probably have punched a bit above their real weight. Bottom line for me is Tyler Shuck is ranked as a clear. Cut starter, as Mike just said. Yeah, if he if the Raiders win this game, sorry, if the Saints win this game. 28 17 and Tyler Shuck throws for. 274 yards, two passing touchdowns, no picks and adds. 23 rushing yards. Yes. You're like, great. Here we go. Yes. Right. Giddy up. That would be quick math somewhere in the range of 20, 21 fantasy points. Yep. If if they win the game clean and he has a less stellar. Fantasy effort, we might have some questions if they don't win the game and he has a less stellar fantasy or if it's like once again, they fall behind and he has to kind of do it in Blake Bortles fashion. Yeah, we might be having a conversation once again, but have a lot of confidence in him going into this week. Jets, by the way, ahead or tied a 95% of their offensive snaps. That's amazing this season. So what's interesting about that, too, is you're getting some good production out of like 80 Mitchell and Garrett Wilson, and they've been leading for the most part so far. That's going to change going forward. By the way, the team that was last in that category going into this week was the Falcons at 5%. Obviously, that's going to flip on its head after dominating last night. I think. OK, Brock Bowers is your update. Yes. Game picks. I might take the Saints in this one. Yeah. Saints. I'm in on shock. Yeah. He's been awesome. Amazing that the Saints who have both lost and won a game by the skin of their teeth is the consensus pick over the two and O Raiders. Do you guys think this isn't on the sheet, but we've seen with what Tyler Shuck has had to do each of the last two games. So the ball a lot. Devon Valle has been like on the flex radar. Do you think he's on the flex radar again here in week three? If people need to consider him? I think so. So we can DFS play as well. Yep. OK. Just wanted to throw it out there. Let's talk about Cardinals and 49ers. Yeah, let's do it. I give you like a blind resume for the player that I'm going to be just. Oh, sorry. Do your lineup blocks. Oh, lineup blocks. First, Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, Mike Evans, Debo Samuel, George Tittle, the entire 49ers offense on the other side. Line of blocks. Just Trey McBride right now. Let's start with Jeremiah Lovefield. Let's do it. Yeah, obviously the talent is amazing. He's extraterrestrial in terms of ability. And that's really the only thing that you can hang your hat on here is like the way in which Jeremiah Love goes off your lineup is he turns whatever opportunities he gets into not just a lot of points, but a lot better than he has been up to this point in the very, very early stages of his career. But there are two games he's played 43% of the snaps. One of those was a blowout, which on paper. Should actually work in Jeremiah Love's favor, right? He's a way better pass catcher than Tyler Algiers. So if they're getting smoked, you'd expect Jeremiah Love to be on the field. He's got wicked good hands. Yeah, he does. The first game, obviously, they took care of business against the Cardinals. So 43 against the Chargers, 43% of the snaps. Not a great number. He's 37th right now amongst running backs and fantasy points per touch. So, hey, you know, like there are players. We talked about this with the Rondé Gadsden earlier, like he could, if you told me that Rondé Gadsden was getting four catches and Mark Andrews getting four catches, I would personally probably bank on Rondé Gadsden turning that into more fantasy. Yes. Right. Yes. For Jeremiah Love, even if he gets only 12 touches, it's like, OK, well, like, is that going to lead to something consequential? We haven't seen it through two games, 25th and fantasy points per game amongst running backs. He's 33rd in total rushing attempts and 21st in reception. So if you were a Jeremiah Love skeptic coming into the season through two games, you can victory lap. Long ways to go and a lot of optimism just because of the talent. And at some point, you have to ask yourself, if you're the Cardinals, what are we doing? If we're more of the Week 2 team than the Week 1 team and we're losing big, what was the point of not only drafting this player third overall, but making him the richest running back in NFL history and guaranteed money? What's the point of doing that if you're not going to basically run that player into the ground? So for now, Jeremiah Love, outside my top 20 of running backs, he is a flex consideration, not a lock-it-in RB2. Yeah, agreed. I did anticipate a slow start. We talked about this a lot leading up to the season. It's worse than I thought so far. I expect a little bit better, specifically more big plays from him. I thought that's where it would come, even if the volume is down. But I do think he's that one big game away. If he is a big play, big game, goes for 130 yards, you know, and then it starts to ramp up and then it's all systems go for Love as a back-end, at least a back-end RB1. So I'm hoping that we get there soon. That's going to be tricky. You're at San Francisco, obviously, but I think he's kind of a play or two away from kind of getting a bigger share of the pie. We're getting there, but it hasn't happened yet. It would be such a cruel fantasy fate. Sorry, Daniel. No, go ahead. Basically, he gets Bijan as a rookie, given that Bijan got Bijan'd by Tyler Algier. I know the end of season finish for Bijan was solid. Yeah, he got rolling. I mean, like his, he was whatever, top nine in fantasy points. All of us would agree that Bijan's rookie season in the NFL fell short of our great expectations during drafts. That's fair. Didn't mention that here, but really quickly, because we're all out, and I'm assuming we're all out on Marvin Harrison Jr. We've decided to pass. Don't have a choice. Do we even bring his name up on this podcast right now? Right now, well, I'm not trying to bring his name up. I'm saying because we're out on him, Michael Wilson is a definitive flex if you want to be able to use him now as the only other pass catcher other than Trey McBride. He's the preferred option. I believe his route participation. His rotation is like 95%, and he has exactly seven targets in both games, so he's certainly the preferred receiver at this point. Last Marv thing is that, obviously, the production's not good. The tape we've talked about is not good. We've now gotten to the point where, like, the public discourse isn't good either. Don't love, like, the way that Michael LaFleur is being asked about him and how he's answering it. It's sort of like, he's not inspiring a lot of confidence that he expects a turnaround. Yeah, it's not like he's our guy, we need him, get him the ball more, it's none of that. None of it like that. You know, this is on me. I'm, you know, ultimately, I'm the one calling plays. I got to find ways to get this dynamic playmaker. It's more like, we like what we see from Marv. He's, you know, it's not going to go around. Yeah, it hasn't been that. It hasn't been that. Anyway, just wanted to mention that, that I at least feel like Wilson is a flex option if you meet him with where we're at on Marv. For George Kittle, I just want to say this really quickly. Looked good last week. Four for 80 and a touchdown. Only five targets. Didn't get a ton. They barely threw it, though. But they didn't have to because, yeah, they played the Dolphins. This week, again, playing the Arizona Cardinals. Mike Evans, I just want to mention this. Back-to-back DNPs, this could also just be Mike Evans. Mike Evans might be the king of, I didn't practice all week and still play in the game on Sunday. So, like, there's a chance. But if Mike Evans, for some reason, because of these back-to-back DNPs, doesn't play, that would give me a little bit more bump on George Kittle even than what I already have. Well, let's just talk about that game. Seahawks and Commanders, my friends. A couple of lineup locks in this one. Jackson Smith and Jigba should never, ever, ever leave your lineup, even on bye weeks. You should probably start them this year. Also have Terry McLaurin. Terry McLaurin's got to be the closest, closest vague lineup lock of all of week three because of the quarterback situation. I'm sticking with him. I think he gets, I think he's earned another week and the targets have been there. I feel less confident there. Mike can talk about the offense in a moment. I'm going to talk about the Seahawks backfield, which is not in that lineup locks two games. And keep in mind that Jadarian Price got banged up in week two. They had two very different game scripts, right? Trailing against the Patriots. It's still a close game, but trailing for a lot of that game last week, they're playing a game in which they destroy the Cardinals through two games. Jadarian Price has played 41% of the snaps. Emmanuel Wilson's at 27% of the snaps. George Holani is at 33% of the snaps. Price has the most targets out of those three, but they've combined for seven targets. They've combined for four catches. The stat that I think is actually most alarming for Jadarian Price is I'm not totally surprised that they're splitting snaps. They talked about that this off season, but the Seahawks have had nine, actually make it 10 goal to go rushing attempts so far this season. Half of them. Half of them. Half of them have gone to Emmanuel Wilson, including a sequence last week where they had three straight goal to go carries from the four yard line or closer. The first one to Jadarian Price, and not because of health, just because of coach preference. He was pulled from the game, and Emmanuel Wilson got the next two. Do you guys know who scored their one rushing touchdown this season? Drew Locke. A.J. Barner. Oh, that's right. I should have got that. So, Jadarian Price, I asked the question, like, what are you? What are you hanging your hat on right now for Jeremiah Love? The answer is only his great talent that maybe he turns a few opportunities into a lot. For Jadarian Price, who's banged up. Let's assume he plays, though. Yes, it's a good matchup, but is he playing a ton of snaps? Not an overwhelming number. Is he seeing much in the passing game? Certainly not. Is he getting the goal line carries? That's not a guarantee either. So, you kind of need Jadarian Price to have a super efficient 15 carries where he finds the end zone. Like a 15. A 15 for 82 yards and a touchdown for him to be, to really pay off. So, he's a hard guy to have inside that top 25 right now. Let me ask you guys this question. With what you've seen from the Seahawks running back through the first two weeks of the season, Zach Charbonnet is still available in 50% of leagues and IR eligible. Should he be added right now based on what you've seen? Yeah, I think so, too. And I don't have a timeline there. No, we're not putting one on there, but just based on what we've seen, unfortunately, from that Seahawks backfield is not what we saw from it. Last year. Yeah, so the thought with Charbonnet is, was like, Price might just take this job and run with it, but he hasn't done that. Hasn't done that. Much like, much like Green Bay, right? Like, none of the, Marshawn Lloyd. didn't step in there and just take control like oh he's he's he forced his way into a role even when jacob's back the same thing in seattle it's just not happening so far they're committed to this committee and unfortunately look we we liked price a little more than your normal late 30 second overall pick running back usually those guys take a while to get going it was a little different for price because of the circumstances in this offense obviously but yeah when sharpening comes back he's gonna have a role here yeah i think he needs to be added sam donald practiced in full league i think they're again yesterday for the first time yesterday so say again oh yeah um sam donald is sounds like he'll play on sunday for seattle which not that i think sam donald being back means jadarian price is gonna have 19 targets over the next two games and drew lock did play well last week but maybe there's just a bit more touchdown equity for this offense with sam donald back we saw that in week one they only scored once so sam donald being back could give the running game a bit of a boost by the way a lot like jeremiah love could be a big one big game a couple big plays but i think they're like all right you know he's established now he's our impact running back and he he has the job so it could happen fast i just want to say this really quickly i think jsn's the new justin jefferson quarterback agnostic the new quarterback agnostic wide receiver in the nfl but he wasn't last year i know that's why but this is this year you're talking about justin jefferson why did why is jsn just justin jefferson because justin jefferson used to be quarterback agnostic until last year and now drew law he's got sam donald so now that it's not him it's jsn yes he's the new quarterback so what happens if they go to like what if they trade for jj mccarthy is this what happens when you try to have this is like chat gpt having a conversation but justin jefferson's not quarterback agnostic right i think what daniel is saying jsn someday is gonna have an awful season no no jsn has taken the crown of the most quarterback agnostic wide receiver thank missed time mariota played seven full games guys he averaged 17.1 fantasy points per game over the full season that would rank 12th a quarterback so pretty good um he is known as a guy that can make up ground with his legs obviously at 257 rushing yards and a touchdown in those games but he also did it through the air pretty well last year 215 passing yards per game also had at least one passing touchdown in all seven of those games which isn't always going to be the case for certainly a backup quarterback let alone a dual threat quarterback i think he over the next few weeks it sounds like jayden daniels might not go on ir that was so it might only be a couple of weeks for for marcus mariota but he'll be on the streaming radar i believe that they have the colts next week they do yes which would put him on that uh that you know top 10 or 12 radar but not this week guys because they're playing the cx this isn't the week for him they've the cx have a lot of total of two touchdowns and 16.3 fantasy points to drake may and jacoby brissett uh so this isn't the week but maybe next week can you imagine when field dislocated by the right hand side of his shoulder mike and i literally had to live in his basement and carry his children around for three straight weeks and jayden daniels might come back in a handful of weeks they're different there are still times different yeah i mean there are still times where my two older children are like where's daddy and i'm like i'm right here they're like no no my dad with the beard he's at work right now i got the seahawks i'm taking the seahawks in this one too yeah you have to man they're so good let's talk chiefs and dolphins my friends but also maybe a therapy session patrick mahomes kenneth walker the third rashi rice and travis kelsey we're starting everybody because you start everyone against the dolphins you do yes for the dolphins mike for some reason still has divine h and as a lineup block yeah he should be see projections one million percent they are the best and there's no close second yes this is me coming at you as a human not about your work the devon hm was one of the more surprising projections i've seen in a while yeah it's an optimistic projection i think he is in a good spot actually i really do listen you could be right right because you're my clay you're off you're usually right uh i am less confident i'm at running back 15 i'm at daniel's even less i'm at running back 20 i would get it like through the first two weeks of the season and i don't think that i would start somebody else over him but i understand the feelings that you have because through the first two weeks of the season this has not been what we were promised guys i have an hn team i'm going to pull it up right now i think it was what we promised last week i think he'll push past 20 touches uh he's playing a defense by the way that just gave up what 25 points to jonathan taylor who's one another really good running back that's not in a particularly good offense right i mean the colts offense was pretty good last week but they're uh they haven't been near as good as they were last season i don't think we're super afraid of that uh side of the ball but i think there's enough volume here for hn to sustain in our people i think i think i agree with you on the volume and we talked about this i think on tuesday volume is king and he we know how talented he is it is it is until it isn't it is until that volume doesn't turn into the production that turns into the fantasy i don't agree on this one i think you have the talent you have the volume and you don't have the offense i get that but there's a lot of teams that don't have great offense isn't especially good and robinson can get the job done so let me ask you this question i know it's i know it's worse than that but it's it's not that much different to me i i really i don't i think if he continues to get 20 plus touches he'll be he's getting a ton of volume a ton of volume but there's no creativity there's no get the ball in the get the ball in the hands of your best playmaker in space they have not done that yet so far this year i would rather have deandre swift i'd rather start deandre swift a good example of the player than devon hn right now yeah that that's a good like he was my my third running back off the board yes playing as my second and if i had to grab him i would even though i don't love it's against your eagles a really tough defense and we've seen unfortunately probably a backup quarterback in chicago yeah i like deandre swift with what i've seen him do in this offense more than what i like from devon hn because i am divorcing devon hn before the 2026 season from my fantasy head right now because what happened from devon hn in his past doesn't mean anything to me in this season i'm not going to and this is what they are showing me on how they're going to utilize their running back i say devon hn scores more fantasy points than deandre swift in week three i say deandre swift scores more fantasy points than devon hn in week three put it on the board yes that was a good one our second devon hn board bet between you guys this week probably i think it was rb14 he's my new travis kelsey i think um i'm in on travis kelsey now yeah same um we're all on the chiefs by the way in this game do you guys think that maybe who's the one you're most nervous about of the chiefs is it russia yeah for sure oh yeah i would say i'm nervous but they can feature him this week we'll be right back i nine of 2024 so it's actually been a long time since we saw a game of that level from him but i expect him to continue to be at worst a mid-range tight end one and by the way they're playing miami who the only concern here is they're not throwing much but last week 28 and a half fantasy points from brock purdy against this defense 18 by george kittle against this defense so i wouldn't be super worried about that they'll be they'll be okay liz lowes and i talked about emmett johnson on facts versus feelings this week someone that if anything happens to ken walker should at least be on the radar with where things are at we thought last week maybe with kaylon black that maybe there might be something right if they get up early didn't really see it probably the same situation right now with emma johnson but a name to keep on your radar as well by the way check out facts versus feeling yeah i don't out right now i don't think emmett will have standalone value but um the commentary Well, he hasn't been rolled out, but he's out of the projections. So not a lineup block. It is just Kyron Williams and Devante Adams. On the other side, Jalen Waddell, who we saw last week, looked good. Yeah. I want to ask Mike about something in a moment. Let's just give you the nitty-gritty from this past week. You know the numbers. Eight catches, 195 yards, two touchdowns for Devante Adams. Slightly deeper, he had 10 of Matthew Stafford's 31 targets, a 32% target share. May not matter who you're playing. You have to have a 32% target share in your lineup. The number is pretty significant, though, in the projection, Mike. How much, if at all, would you anticipate Devante Adams seeing Patrick Scherzer? Yeah, I think he's going to see Sertan Plenty in this one, which is a little bit of a concern, but the Broncos, I feel like, haven't been quite as shut down so far this season. So it concerns me. But again, his target share is substantially lower than where it was last week. And keep in mind that Devante Adams also had, with the game Pukunikua missed last year, had three touchdowns in that game as well. So the way they utilize him, his skill level, how good this offense is, I feel like it could be a more inefficient day, a lower target share, and he's still going to deliver top 10, top 12 numbers. So it's just hard to go much lower than 10, I feel like, with Devante Adams. The ranks, if you're looking at me, I look sort of concerned right now. The ranks just flash, and it had you at 7. It had me and Daniel in the low 20s. I thought when I pulled Pukunikua, I had jacked Devante Adams up, but I could be wrong. You did. We both did. So this must have, it was just pulled because our Thursday night stuff is wonky. Sometimes it takes a while once you pull them from the projections. Field and I are both a little bit higher, but we're not as high as 7, but you were at 10. Okay, yeah. I was going to say, I thought I had him way, way up. Five touchdowns in two games with Pukunikua out is hard, too. I just want to make sure people are looking at wide receiver 23, which these rankings are constantly being toyed with. So it could be as simple as someone pulls the ranks before Daniel and I have had a chance to adjust it. Obviously, Mike is doing things in real time because he is the one that is making the projections. That's right. I think the bottom line, though, is whether you have him wide receiver 1 or 20, you're starting him. I mean, you can't, he's the clear number one target for Matthew Stafford. I don't really care who's on the other side of the field. I'm not really worried about. A major dud game. I mean, they're going to try to run the passing game through this guy. I'm going to have to again. Do you think that Terrence Ferguson rolls it back? Your guy? Yep. He moved way up in the projections and rankings as well. He is. I put him one spot ahead of Dalton Schultz. That's where he fell in the projections as well. So borderline top 10. I don't think he's a sure thing yet, but also Colby Parkinson's a little beat up. So that clears his path even a little bit further. But after the way he was utilized last week, he should be a featured probably maybe their number two target. I want to ask you, Mike, about. A player that through two games has been disappointing in fantasy, disappointing in real life, candidly. And he was one of the trendier like, wow, we're not talking enough about this quarterback. Yeah. Guilty preseason. Bo Nix hasn't looked good. Yeah, it has not been good so far. He did make some progress from a major dud in week one to week two at 14 points last week. The problem right now is total of two touchdowns, obviously, but just eight rushing yards, which is a big change for him. But here's the bottom line Jones of him. I don't. Very Daniel Jones of him. Very much so. But here's the thing. He's entering. His year three. His supporting cast is better, and he was top ten in fantasy points per game each of his first two seasons in the league. I don't think I think the rushing will come back. I don't think this is like, you know, remember, he had that injury. The season ended in the playoffs last year. I don't think it's an extension of that. The guy can still run the football. So I think once he starts doing that and the offense continues to progress like it did last week, he'll be okay. So he's QB 14 for this week against a good Rams defense. So I'm not starting him quite yet, but I think I'll get back. And that back in QB one conversation at some point, not panicking on him. I'm a little bit more concerned, probably on the potential for wide receiver two or three production for Cortland Sutton. However, just 36 yards on nine targets. His 16% target share is the slowest since his rookie season in 2018. He is still a full-time players route. Participations over eight over 80%. I think a concern this week is he's probably gonna see a lot of Trent McDuffie on the perimeter, who, of course, he did last week, right? Yeah. The brand. And yeah, the Rams acquired him from the Chiefs in the offseason. So something's familiar with him, of course, but he's gonna see him in this game. Whereas Jalen Waddle is gonna move around more, be in the slot. He won't see him quite as much. So it's a tough spot, but I do believe in the talent. I think Sutton will have some better days, but I think his kind of his median where he's been the last couple of years is the number one in that offense is now a little bit lower, probably more of a flex than anything. So I don't love the start here. I'm with you there. I'm 40 wide receiver 49 for Cortland Sutton. Cortland Sutton feels like the guy that I. I will be using once by weeks come around and I need someone that I know is a good player, but I hopefully this offense starts clicking because right now he has not seen my starting lineup. Who are you taking to this one? Rams or Broncos? I might be on an island here. I got the Broncos. Wow. Oh, you're going Broncos. Really? I'm going Rams in this one. Producers. Producers go on Broncos as well. Feel better if they had a healthy defense, but we'll go Rams. I think this name is Nuku and Garrett out. That hurts. Sunday night football. It's in Denver. It's a tough place to play. That is a tough place to play. It's a pretty good game. That means Harrison Mevis is going to kick 70. He's a 25-yarder. I hope so. I don't know if he has that in him. He's off to a slow start, too. We got to get him rolling. He's got a lot in him. I wouldn't rule it out. Did you just call a kicker a fun player? Yeah. He's awesome. He doesn't look like your conventional kicker. He is the thicker kicker. He's fun. That's fun. That's fair. Yeah. Let's talk Eagles Bears, guys. Monday night. White Eagles. How come all the lineup blocks are only Philadelphia Eagles? Because I'm biased, obviously. Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, Devonta Smith. Right now, none of them. None of the Bears technically show up on this list. I disagree with that a little bit. Interesting. Interesting. I'd like to hear more about that. Talk to us. Yeah. Can you bench all the Bears? No, you cannot. But part of that is because we just did a board bet. I would be starting DeAndre Swift this week. Okay. DeAndre Swift is still a must start given the running back position and the way that through the first two weeks of offensive struggles, he's been the only guy that has shown you the production. So even though we expect it to be a tough one, I'm still starting him this week. I don't know if you can start Roma Dunzai or Luther Vernon. Okay. I'm fully okay. If you decide with, again, what we know is going to be a backup quarterback situation. We're not sure which one yet, but we know it's not going to be Caleb Williams. With the way that we have seen enough people come on through the start of the season, you hopefully have a flex option that is better than either Luther Vernon or Roma Dunzai that has a better quarterback situation or a better defense to play against. And I think I want to give you permission to not play either one of them this week. Are you guys on the same page as me? I would agree that you don't. Certainly. They're not lineup locks, as I just showed in the graphic. But once you get to, we talked about this earlier in the week, like you get through 17, 18, like Jalen Waddell, T. Higgins in our rankings center, you're like, kind of becomes a free for all. So I think you can make a case that like, I'm going to go with burden, you know, or me. Yeah. I'm going to take a shot at a Dunzai and hope he sees six targets and scores a touchdown, but certainly not lineup locks. They're in that mix. They're in that conversation in this gigantic tier of kind of messy, volatile receivers, but certainly not lineup. Do it. First two weeks of the season, we've seen Denzel Boston look really good. Would you rather play Denzel Boston or one of these Bears wide receivers in week three? I want to do one thing. Probably. I think I have Boston higher than, certainly higher than Odunzai. Let's see. I have Burden and then at 32, I have Boston at 33, and then I'm much lower on Odunzai because he's also been. So they're right there next to each other. Yes. That's a close call. I would agree. I was going to flag this. It does not apply to the Bears-Eagles game. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful night. In Chicago, one thing that will influence some flex considerations, it's going to influence us for sure. Yes. We have a massive rainstorm coming to the Northeast this week. Big Northeaster. Huge. Yeah. Looks like the most impacted game is going to be the Giants-Titans game is in, yeah, it's definitely in New York. It's in New York, yes. My running back is Chuba Hubbard with Jonathan Brooks being out, A.J. Dillon being the other guy there. He should be the lone back in that backfield for wide receiver, Chris Olave. Him and Tyler Shuck just look so good. He is getting boatloaded. Of volume, I am following that, and we get points for volume, obviously, in leagues. And then at tight end, I am going with Dalton Kincaid. I am following the hot start. That is a good-looking line. Hubbard, Olave, and Kincaid. You have three guys currently top five, I believe, in fantasy points at their position. This is what helps when you come in last place the week before. It definitely gives you a little bit of a bump. I think our order is determined. We just go through a rotation, right? It's a draft, yeah. But you get to pick first. And you picked first. I think you took Mahomes first or Olave? I did Mahomes first. Remember, you can only use these guys one time all season. So, you are using up a lot of your star power here in week three. Do you want it, Mike? Sure. I will go number two here. Yeah, because I finished second, right? You were first. All right. I am going with the battery, Daniel. No. No. Brock Purdy, George Kittle. Great start for these guys, especially Kittle kind of ramping up last week. Brock Purdy is settling in as one of the league's just most effective ho-hum quarterback. And the NFL just continues to get the job done each and every week. They get Arizona. Good matchup here. I like them both in DFS. I like them here in starts of the week. So, I am going to live or die with those two. If it goes bad this week, I am going to be in last place. So, it's risky. Speaking of risks, I feel like if there is a week to use Quinshawn Judkins, it is now at home against Carolina. This is a money where my mouth is sort of moved with Judkins. I said, I think week three is the one he gets going that Carolina has been lit up by running back so far this season. If it doesn't happen now, it's going to burn me here. And it's going to make him. It's going to make him unplayable in fantasy football. And I'm going to stick with that game. Tedderall McMillan playing at the Browns. Other side of that game. Again, he's been off to a pretty solid start. Lots of volume. That offense is playing well. We believe in Bryce Young as a back-end fantasy quarterback. So, if we believe in that, we believe in his top receiver, Tedderall McMillan. Jayla Coker, by the way, resting a little bit in practice throughout the week. But it sounds like that's, you know, just kind of taking care of his health there. And he should be on the field. So, Purdy, Judkins, McMillan, Kittle. I said, thanks, Matthew. I mentioned it earlier when we were in the mailbag. But I'm sure that you were. People weren't listening. I know. I know. Clearly, people weren't listening. Field. My starts of the week.
