I am for example joined by Scott White and first up We have the schedule for next week 22 teams with six games six teams with seven games that includes the braves oriels white socks royals A's and rays and two teams have eight games the reds and the cardinals I meant to write down the rocky schedule and I did not do that Scott you know the rocky schedule They're at home all six all six. Let's go Zagvin let's go well Well Unfortunately this this works against Zagvin and TJ rumfield and Mickey Moniac For the six are against lefties But but there are some rocky centers we can enjoy this week. We'll get into that in just a little bit All right, start or sit these fringe two star pictures and I Guess here we are framer valve is he's at the pirates and at the royals. I mean good matchups, but he's been bad He's been bad, but he's been usable and those matchups are good enough that Yeah, I think in most cases you're gonna roll with them What about Brandon Young he gets a two star week both against the rays one at Tampa one at home Yeah, I lean yes on that one as well The matchups are You know they could be better, but young has been very reliable Two starts ago. He wasn't very good, but then he bounced back nicely I don't totally buy what he's doing, but it's it's been good enough for long enough that I think it's with the two star We could probably just gonna use them what about Andrew Abbott who is home against the Cardinals and at the Dbacks That's probably just a point sleek play he's Can be he's been pretty shaky with the ratios, but tends to Throw enough innings that in a point sleek you want to take advantage of that volume Shane boss gets the Yankees and the rays I think he's a little better than a point sleek play, but he's right at that cutoff He's directly ahead of Andrew Abbott and my two star pitcher rankings for this week The whiffs have really got away for foster Griffin. He gets the Giants, but he's also in Coresfield Yeah, because it's two star week because he's RP eligible It probably got to stick with a minute points league, but I definitely won it in a category's league Martin Perez at the Minnesota twins at the Brewers Yeah, he's been surprisingly good of late. I don't think it's it's the sort of thing you want to put too much stock into But in in a point sleek you could double up on Martin Perez this week. Will Warren is at the Orioles and home against the Blue Juice Good enough matchups that I think I could stream a minute points league But I don't think it's huge upside Last name on the list is Bryce Miller who has slowed down a lot He is at the Brewers and home against the Cubs. Yeah, I debated putting him in the no thanks tier of the Two star pitcher rankings here. He's he's directly above it I think you could justify using Bryce Miller in a point's league, but it's obviously It's obviously risky who are some two star pitchers that you were looking to add and stream this upcoming week I am looking to add and stream Kyle Layhe most of all He goes against the reds and the fillies Which are favorable matchups the venues could be better But the thing is Kyle Layhe has turned into a ground ball pitcher I think that's been one of the keys to his success Layly in fact His last ten starts 180 six year a 103 whip 8.9 Cape or nine and the ground ball rate has been 50 percent during that time great control Yeah, I love Kyle Layhe with two starts this week. I Also like his teammate Andrew sorry Andre Palante Whenever I type in Andre Palante's name my finger just reflexively goes for that W but no, it's Andre Palante at Cincinnati FL Delphi the same two matchups there and he's he's been a quality star machine another good Groundball pitcher Tyler Malley It has has gotten a lot of whiffs his last three starts the most recent two being with the braves the matchups are kind of tough at the twins at the brewers, but I think You know if you're looking for a sleeper. He's trending up obviously and Luis Castillo who dominated in his latest start his second for the white socks Brought back the change up kind of his old pitch mix from his Cincinnati days and it was really effective It's a sample of one him doing that and so It's a little scary having to rely on him immediately after but the two-star week happens where it when it happens First of those matchups at the cubs to the second against the meds All right, let's take a quick break and we'll be back right after this What is Toyota fordability? We are previewing week 22 and we move over to the one-star streamers on the pitcher side Who we got? Ian Seymour's right at the 80% threshold So probably this is the last week I can get away with mentioning him here But the matchup is so good against the blue Jays that I want to stress He's at the top of the sleeper pitcher list probably just probably start Ian Seymour regardless of matchups But another really good one this week Dustin may the best matchup of all he's going against the Mariners And as first two starts with the brewers of look great It's changes pitch mix with his new team like so many pitchers have a lot more cutters now JT again gets the royals. He's a very bankable pitcher Good ground ball skills and that's a favorable matchup of course Shane Drowen gets the Mariners Coming off coming off a couple rough outings, but I expect it to bounce back with that matchup and Landon Roup gets the Guardians Same thing for him shaky lately, but good enough matchup. I think the skill sets good enough for Roup to bounce back now finally gauge jump against the royals risky because He dominated last time out I don't even know when he's starting to get maybe starting again this weekend, but you know had a dominant start most recently and A lot of bad ones before then I think the skill set is good But I think he's still figuring out how to be consistent with it like the matchup though for gauge jump over to the hitters And the best matchups for this upcoming week we have the Guardians Reds Red Sox Rockies and Dodgers the worst hitter matchups Blue Jays giants Orioles pirates and Mariners Scott who are your favorite sleeper hitters for week 22 All right, so those rocky hitters who can take advantage of these six games of course field even with four lefties on the schedule Colt Carrig is number one And he's been great. He probably shouldn't qualify for this list anymore, especially good at home Got to start Colt Carrig. Willie Castro has been very hot lately and He could start him anywhere but catcher basically Like most rocky sitters much better at home. So those are the two to capitalize on the full week of home games Stephen Quon has been a different player in the second half. Well, he's been more like Stephen Quon frankly getting those numbers back up batting average especially and with the Guardians having the best hitter matchups. I Think I think he's pretty much a must even in three outfielder leagues Going a little further down the list here is his teammate on Helm Martinez Who is eligible at second base and the outfield recently returned from the I L and so far in August is batting 394 with a Homer and Five doubles. So hopefully he can take advantage of those favorable matchups, which include a series of course field for the Guardians Zach Gelloff recently to return from the I L himself Has been productive all season including with this return He's multi eligible power speed The athletics are on the road for all seven of those games. So that is that detracts from Maybe you wanted to use that yellow but the matchups are really good Chandler Simpson has has been on fire for a couple months now, multi hit games on top of multi hit games, ton of steals, of course. And the raise have a seven game week. Josh Bell, been on fire. That's the main reason to use him, only 39% roster. So highly available. It was having a good season overall, but especially lately, Noel Nernado has been hot, much better, more power than we had expected coming in. And let me double check here for Noel Nernado if the splits are in his favor. Pretty even lefties and varieties. There are five lefties on the schedule. So that's an interesting quirk there. But either way, I think Aronados were streaming at their base. That all the lefties should be a nice boost to Ryan Walchmit. Again, five lefties and six games and Ryan Walchmit against lefties is batting 326 with an 827 OPS. Gotta get him active, certainly five L filter leagues. Obamalic or teas, the nationals knew first baseman. They called him up after trading Luis Garcia. Like Garcia, he only plays against varieties and should only play against varieties. But that's all the nationals are scheduled to face. Obamalic or teas has a ton of power. He showed it already in a short time in the majors. I think it's a good time to try him out. And I think I hit all of them. I think that's all 10. All right.
