We love the Bills, and you know what? We don't mind the Lions either. 41 to 31. What a great way to start Fantasy Week 2. Fantasy Week 1. Week 1 was tied for the highest scoring Week 1 in NFL history since the merger, and now Week 2 off to a big start with 72 points. But we do have another. We have another wide receiver injured, and yes, I have a team with A.J. Brown, Ladd McConkie, and D.J. Moore. Good morning, Jamie. What's going on? Yeah, it's funny. My son has A.J. Brown and D.J. Moore. I think maybe one other one, too. I don't know who it could be, but yeah, he was like, who am I going to start a receiver? I'm like, I don't know, bud. It's tough. You know, D.J. Moore, the news update is that it's not that serious of an injury. He has a chance to play in Week 3. Quite frankly, a little concerning stuff even before the injury. He wasn't playing nearly as much as he should have. Dave, what's going on? Kendrick Bourne. You're going to go to your waiver wire and get him or Caleb Douglas if he's still out there. I'd rather have Douglas than Bourne. Yep, we'll have some opportunities. You're going to get Keon Coleman. Oh, don't say that name. Come on. We're trying to have a nice show here, Jamie. You look good. Oh, please. Not only he, you know, six catches for 63 yards on six targets. He's the guy is in the second half. He ran 80 percent of the routes. He had a big. Yeah, of course, it's going to happen now where he has the big year a year after. He's not going to have a big year. He's going to go off for 1,800 yards and 17 touchdowns and catch the game winning pass in the Super Bowl. This is this is going to be a disaster because of me. The universe is against me. Thank you very much. Told everybody to to draft Jared Goff. I drafted a lot of Jared Goff. Guess who didn't start Jared Goff? Yesterday. This guy right here. People. Yeah. Well, I'm one of them. 42 percent started 42 percent or 18. Two minutes playing bills. Give it up. Yeah, I'm going to try and put a happy face on here. Sorry about this. That's all right. You know, let's not talk about Keon Coleman anymore. OK, that'll that'll make me happier. I just think that it's going to have could have a very high scoring week again, could have a high scoring season. So if you played against Josh Allen or whatever, don't worry. I'm on Ross St. Brown. You're not out of it. We got plenty of football left to go. I'm going to try and put a happy face on here. So, you know, we've talked about this once or twice a year, I feel like, if not more. Do you change your lineup strategy? Do you shoot for upside and make a lineup decision that you wouldn't typically make if you're trailing big, which obviously could be the case for many people? Jamie, what's your take on that? I mean, I would hope your lineup usually reflects the most upside you could possibly have to begin with. So, you know, if you're talking about, let's say I'm going Devante Adams versus Jalen Coker, you know, who Adams had a good game last week, or I'm sorry, Adams had a bad game last week, but might have a better one this week because we'll see just how good the Giants secondary is, which is beat up. Or do you take a chance on Jalen Coker coming off a huge week and the projections may not reflect that, but you see what Coker did last week and you want to make that type of switch. So, I mean, I guess there's probably those type of, you know, decisions that you have to make, but I mean, for the most part, I don't know about you guys. My lineups have, of course. No, I'm not saying my lineups don't, but I don't always go for the upside play because I think sometimes the upside play could get you, you know, two fantasy points. And I just, I go for what I think is going to be the maximum amount of fantasy point, like my favorite players. Okay. So I guess like you're talking about a player like Travion Henderson, right? Who we know if he goes off, he's going to go off big, but typically is not going to be great when Ramondre is healthy. So if you're comparing him, let's say to a Ja'Cory Krosky merit, that's maybe a move that you would consider. Yeah. I don't know if I can give an example, but let's see, who do I have on my bench? Who's an upside? Okay. I have a, I have Jordan Addison, Jordan Addison. You know, I'll show you guys some screenshots later, had some opportunities in week one, Carson Wentz, and he weren't really on the same page. He would know he's a downfield guy. He scores touchdowns. He's facing the bears. I think there's a lot of opportunity for a big upside game for Jordan Addison. My two starting receivers right now are Chris Godwin and Quentin Johnston. This is a 14 team league wide receivers suck. I have bad receivers, but I am starting Godwin and Johnston over Addison. And if I played against Josh Allen, I wouldn't, I wouldn't change the decision. That's just me. Sure. So Godwin's floor is much safer than Addison's. Addison's ceiling is higher. You can consider that. Yeah. I wouldn't, I wouldn't mess with Quentin Johnston if McConkie's right. Right. Okay. But he also falls in that upside category too. Yeah. But okay, let's get back to this game. Uh, Buffalo 41, Detroit 31, you know, obviously that the stars were stars. Again, golf was only started in 42% of leagues. Um, Jamison Williams though, with a bad game and he was started in 75% of leagues. And, uh, in a second, I'll show you, we'll show you a couple of plays for Jamison Williams, some screenshots of what could have been a couple of touchdowns for Jamison Williams. But even if, even with that, I mean, he had a 10%, 10.5% target share. If you've gotten two more targets, that would have been pretty low. Jamie, you call Jamo a, uh, by low on Wednesday show. Do you still think that? And let's go ahead and take a look at the first play. So this is, if you remember the first drive, he's going, please, I'm open, please throw it to me. And he's even said, by the way, cool stadium. It was a cool stadium. Look how open he is. This is probably a touchdown. Uh, and this was the play for those of you listening. Jared golf gets hit and, and strip sacked by Greg Russo. So just a split second later and got a touchdown. And then on the next play, he never had time. This was, I think in the, this was the third quarter. He burns the defender. He's wide open at the nine yard line here. If golf sees him, it's another touchdown, but again, the pressure got to Jared golf and he didn't have time to see Jamison Williams. And he threw, uh, a completion. I think, uh, no, I, I have a different interpretation of this play. I think he was looking toward Jamo and then went to his next lead, but there was pressure there. Yeah, there was pressure for sure. Either way, we had an opportunity, but either way, yes, that's the point. All right, Jamie, Jamie, Jamison Williams, concern level by low. What do you think? Definitely by low. I mean, you know what the upside is for him. So I wouldn't, you know, the offers have changed because you can get him cheaper now. So it depends on what happens this week and who you're looking to trade for him, but you know what he's still capable of doing just because you trade for him. Doesn't mean you have to start him right away. How this unfolds, but I mean, it's been a disappointment. You know, you look at what happened last week, nine targets and you know, not a big game this week. He gets four targets. You just illustrated two plays that could have made things much different for him last week. Could have been much different for him also. So I think it just comes down to what you're looking at, what you have on your roster, what you need, you know, so we know right now, DJ Moore may not play next week. We know this week, you might not have Nico Collins, they flowers lab, McConkie, at least another five weeks after this one. So there's a lot of need for wide receivers. A lot of need for wide receivers with the upside. A lot of need wide receivers that are on great offenses. He fits the bill. all those he's just gotten off to a terrible start so if for example aaron jones has a huge game this week because jordan mason's out and he's playing the bears you don't need aaron jones he's probably the third or fourth running back at best on your team that's a move you can consider making because the window for jones is going to close when mason's back which could be three weeks after this week it's it's those type of deals that help you long term you know so dave just said as when you brought up dj moore caleb douglas and um i forget the other name you mentioned uh kendrick i was a little tongue-in-cheek but no but but but that's that's that's the waiver wire you know that's what you're looking at to replace these wide receivers or maybe it's you know xavier hutchinson or uh demario douglas like these are the guys that are going to be a you know replacement options for the injured guys like if you could turn somebody on your bench into what jameson williams can still become that those two plays you illustrated next week could be two touchdowns for jared goff and two touchdowns for jameson williams now you got that for aaron jones yeah right all right uh dave we'll move on from this game and get to the rest but tell me about the tight ends you had a nice game from laporta and sam laporta has 15 targets in two games and dalton kate is is absolutely unbelievable right now uh with uh 14 targets in two games but 40.5 fantasy points in those games so you're obviously going to start both of these guys moving forward and until kincaid invariably gets hurt he's he's a must start enjoy it there is a correlation between laporta and jamo that has seemingly hurt jamo throughout his entire career so yesterday was the 26th game where laporta's had six plus targets and jamo's been on the field with him for those games he's been a non-factor in all but five of those games how many games 21 of 26 games where jameson williams has been a non-factor in all but five of those games and he's been a non-factor in all but five of those games and he's been a non-factor in all but five of those games and he's been a non-factor in all but five of those games and he's been a non-factor in all but five of those games and laporta's had six plus targets and there's only been 11 career games when both have had six plus targets there was one in week one not yesterday so i i we talk about how last year of dan campbell took over the play calling and that's when jamo really took off but i think it was more like sam laporta got hurt and in most of those games jamo went off and i wonder if that's what we need to have happen because otherwise i think golf is just going to continue to hammer laporta and i think that's what we need to have happen because otherwise i think golf is just going to we know that drew petzing does have a tendency in his past to lean on his on his tight ends talked about that a ton during the offseason and a monorail saint brown is clearly not losing his role and jameer gibbs has a role in this passing game too so i i don't i agree that trading aaron jones for jameson williams makes sense but i don't think i'm giving up a whole lot more to get jameson williams at this point he is going to have some boom games i don't know when they're going to be i guess the only thing that would be different in the laporta jamo comparison is at least last year williams was not getting targets this year he's got 13 targets in two games and so it doesn't feel like they're just completely avoiding him now this game was only four so you know you're not thrilled with it but nine last week again take into account overtime all those things but it just feels like this is a little bit different like it's just they're not either connecting or going to him when they're not when he's open well because if and and it to me it more correlates to when you have pressure up the middle which is where they were missing guys yeah is it's harder to look down the field yeah so there was a little bit of uh oh okay ed oliver's out this is going to be a plus for the lions and a plus for jared goff and for the most part obviously from his production it was but i think that's where jamo loses and those plays are gone because he doesn't have the ability to step up and make those throws because he's getting pressure in his face so i do think you're right because we said it all off season when laporta's healthy when laporta's right with pet sing now there this could be awful for jamo but that was really for me at what at least looking at it he was averaging four targets per game and at least for right now two game sample size it's six and a half yeah but also it was i think seven and a half in the two games after the buy last week at last correct well that's when the the play caller changed but you know i i think just looking at it from the the majority of the time when laporta's been healthy it's been a lack of opportunities at least the opportunities so far through two games have been there well for one game and then the other one there should have been well i mean you got to look just at the totality of it but yes you're right one game was was great and one game was average okay the lions have uh the jets the panthers the cardinals probably the jets have the best pass rush of those three panthers second best cardinals third best but none of them are going to scare you maybe there will be opportunities for golf to see less pressure and then he's got that extra second of time to hit jamo on some of those plays like we just like you illustrated adam yeah i know he needs it and jamo had the two big drops in week one or he would have a huge game and he got tackled inside the one yard line he almost had a massive game so look uh when you run don't cut your hair when you run deep routes when you run deep routes you i think you're you're kind of more susceptible to bad games and especially when you're offensive line like as dave just mentioned offensive line not protecting well enough so all right that's our those are our thoughts on the rest of the week players sunday are doing uh dave's not in that league but um sam donald didn't get uh drew lock didn't get picked up at all uh didn't get bid on at all so i got him for free yeah um wow one week but that's superflex well i mean but i don't need him right he usually carry five quarterbacks i don't need a guy for one week i'm not gonna drop a player oh he may be starting for a month i don't need him i i've got three quarterbacks i don't need yourself you just must yourself yeah i don't need him i don't need him i don't need definitely uh all right drew lock is starting this week cooper rush still looking like he's going to start for the falcons as of now we know jordan mason's on ir camara expected to play trevion henderson is going to play this week sean tucker practice in full kaylon black was limited with a hamstring issue i think it's groin oh groin i'm sorry and rj harvey was limited with a hamstring issue but i think we expect all those guys to play harvey's questionable though i mean like legitimately questionable all right they had their first practice of the week on thursday because they played a lot of games and they played a lot of games and they played a lot of games and they played on monday and short week short turnaround all right wide receiver news do you expect lad mcconkey no no as of now you expect zay flowers not looking great i moved him down before the game over all the star receivers in the thursday night game so kind of protecting myself against him being out let's say flowers you expect nico collins no as of now leaning no chris olave yes leaning yes all right that's more or less it for the uh tight for the wide receiver injuries we're not expecting brock bowers or chigo conco at this point mike mcdaniel it does expect more involvement for a ronde gadston this week he didn't he was barely involved last week but maybe that puts a little bit of a damper on david nojoku if you need a tight end this week and that's going to do it for the injuries And I don't think we should just assume that, but in a hypothetical. If we are looking at replacement wide receivers for the Patriots, the Chargers, the Ravens, and the Texans this week, Dave, who would be your top? Dave Brown: Patriots, Chargers, Ravens, Texans. I don't know if I feel good about any of this. I'd probably start with the Patriots guys and throw Trey Harris in there and say that one of those. I might say it's DeMauro Douglas, Trey Harris, Mac Collins. I'd want to double check my rankings to make sure that's how I feel. But listen, I wouldn't expect any of these guys to be any better than like 10 people. I don't think I would expect any of these guys to be any better than like 10 people. I don't ppr points harris is the one that has the most upside that's just the style of his game but i wouldn't feel good about anybody there's there isn't one guy that i'm making a beeline to how about romeo dobbs nervous especially after last week i know he talked this week and said that he's he's a confident guy and he'll bounce back but again like 10 ppr points is probably where i'd land on him okay all right yeah it's a i'd rather start very different order okay what do you got i mean harris is easily the one you go get just because of the offense that he's going to play in uh bateman would be second if flowers out because jacoby lane is not there dobbs would be third uh just with the hope that he's the best patriots wide receiver because i would expect them to feature him um and then hutchinson would be next okay a few quick commissioner tips especially if you're playing on a cbs sports league i strongly recommend enabling the full fab report to be seen it is really fun to be able to see all of the bids uh you know if you're playing on a cbs sports league it's really fun to be able to see if you overbid it's actually pretty helpful too so you should click that box full show full fab report very fun i think if you're playing on cbs you should uh i think on the roster the page where you can set how many of each position you have in four strict rocks roster limits that way people can't go over their roster limits during the week to pick up more players sometimes people do that unintentionally because they put in multiple claims multiple bids uh happened to me in a league this week and i didn't want to pick up a guy uh in four strict roster limits and i will have to say i am going to victory lap my playoff format uh suggestion was very well received which must kill jamie uh and um it killed me i told you to do it yeah but you thought you thought it was gonna be a bad idea you had no i told you until you start to do some of these things that you recommend i don't want to hear about it so unless you're going to implement it and come up with these great ideas some of them are great some of them are terrible this one happens to be okay do it okay i have a suggestion to change it okay tell me if you like this wrinkle or not if you're gonna go full full force with a battle royal type of format what if you put all six of the playoff teams in in the play obviously there's six teams in the playoffs i'm thinking this out as i say it the first week of the playoffs no head-to-head matchups the top four teams advance and then in the last two weeks you go with what you do which is whoever has i scored the remaining four uh i mean i think that's a good idea i think that's a good idea i think that's a good idea i mean you can do that i just want to reward the team i just want to give buys i want to give buys to the teams that have earned it in the regular season i think that i'd rather do that but that's fine um a quick shout out here then we'll move on christian heritage but i'm just gonna say this if you don't do it this year i don't want to hear about it ever again all right adjustments of my suggestion take the teams that get buys advance them one week now you've got four teams so it's the bottom four seeds yeah put them in a one-week battle royal the top two advance next week absolutely you could do it all right i like that too all right now a shout out i've got an awesome email from mrs teams from christian heritage elementary school or middle school rather uh her seventh graders they are using fantasy football as a math lesson she sent me a video and i just wanted to give a quick shout out to all these approximately 67th graders are doing this sort of fantasy football challenge to uh help learn math mrs teams great idea thank you for the email shout out to that class stay in school keep learning keep playing fantasy football great stuff one question for each game minnesota at chicago jamie can the minnesota defense stop the chicago offense they can i hope they don't um but they can't okay they did last year it shouldn't change how you uh approach your bears and starting them start them yeah so they did last year caleb had one touchdown through the air in two games against minnesota he was blitzed a lot they were two of the four games where he was blitzed 40 percent of the time but i just look at what happened last week against the packers and how the packers came out swinging against the vikings attacking downfield and that's what i think chicago will try and do as well and they should have the offensive line to pass protect them one of those games was week one for the bears so their offensive line hadn't quite gelled yet i i i'm with jamie i think the bears are going to be pretty good this week seattle's at arizona dave would you start a running back in this game teammate battle jeremiah love versus versus jadarian price not with a ton of confidence i've got them both on the border of number two running backs jeremiah love one spot ahead of jadarian price i have them both behind aaron jones both behind remandre stevenson both behind chuba hubbard both ahead of basial tootin krosky merit quinshawn judkins i i worry about just that that opportunity not quite getting to the level that we want it to get to for both of them including at the goal line yeah i'm not ready to say that jadarian price has earned goal line carries i kind of feel like i need to see it first and i certainly feel the exact same way with jeremiah love talent wise they're both great two three weeks from now they both might be must starts but for this week and especially for love against seattle such a tough matchup i'm i'm nervous about expecting big things from either one jamie carolina's at atlanta starter sit drake london and or kyle pitts uh yeah yeah yeah the quarterback situation is just so bad so i think london is um a borderline starter in two receiver leagues and pitts is a borderline starter across the board so if you can replace pitts it's not a bad move to make i don't know how many people want to roster more than one tight end but it was awful and now you're talking about another week of this so in the leagues where i have london obviously i'm starting him in the leagues where i have pitts i'm starting him i'm just not starting them with you any semblance of confidence this is ugly i'm not starting pitts i can't go like i can't go oh and two you know we're starting keith and i are starting kelsey over pitts well you have another option that you drafted i'm assuming so yeah you know like this this is one where if you have an open roster spot and you want to pick up a hunter henry or a david nijoku or one of these guys that are coming off good games and in the case of henry has a great situation this week like that's a move you can make if you don't have an open roster spot like i don't want to drop kalon black to pick up hunter henry you know i don't want to drop emmett johnson to pick up hunter henry you know so if you have a player that you're not sold on then sure go get a second tenant all right cleveland's at tampa bay dave who's a better flex chris godwin or quinshawn judkins godwin that's easy in full ppr it's easy in half ppr and even in non-ppr i just like the game script better for i worry about the game script for judkins and the game script should be okay for godwin i just i feel like the bucks are going to bounce back in a major way after last week john and their offense wasn't really that bad last week it was just baker mayfield turning the ball over too much too many folks but chris got i think Chris Godwin, a little bit of alarm bells for me anyway because he was not good. Nope, but this is one of the weeks where this could almost be a Joe Boo week for him because it should be a favorable game script for the Bucs. It could be a Joe Boo week for all the Bucs. Why is that good? How is that a favorable game script for Chris Godwin? Because Tampa, first of all, you've got a motivated Baker Mayfield. Not only is he coming off of a terrible game, he's taking on the Browns and he can't stand the Browns. So I'm sure he's going to want to put his best foot forward. The offense for Cleveland is probably going to put their defense in bad spots just as it did last week, and that's going to give extra opportunities for Tampa to do what they want with the ball. I don't think they're going to sit on the ball and run it for all four quarters. Baker will throw. Godwin is certainly one of his top red zone options. I'm not saying he's a top 24 wide receiver or anything even close to that. I'm not even sure if I have him ranked as a top 36 guy, but I think he can still catch four or five passes and be a good candidate for a touchdown. I don't know. I don't know if Quinn Quinn Sean, you're just hoping that the Browns somehow end up near the goal line and Judkins plunges in. Giants are at the Rams Monday night. Jamie, is this a good game for the Giants offense? I hope so. I mean, look, the Rams defense did not look great last week and now they don't have miles Garrett. We'll see what Aaron Donald status is going to be. Probably won't know that until Saturday. I think you're just looking at the Giants right now. The offensive line was unbelievable against Dallas and hopefully that continues again. So the only one that really makes me nervous of the guys that are the must starts, which I think you could say would be dart neighbors. Like Lee and scattered, but would be scattered because if he doesn't score the lack of involvement in the passing game was disgusting. So I'm starting the other guys with confidence and I'm still starting scattered, but he's the one that makes me the most nervous. Washington's at Dallas. Who's your favorite flex on the commanders, Dave? I mean, I think they're all in play. I think I have McLaurin ranked the highest, but not by much over digs. I'm I don't want to rush into Antonio Williams. He's a guy for the bench and not a guy for a lineup unless it's like a super deep league. Okay, and but you prefer McLaurin to Ja'Cory Krosky merit. Dave, do you love Aaron Jones? He's a number two fantasy running back, huge opportunity for him to lead the way for the Vikings on the ground. I worry a little bit about him playing third downs. I think that could be DJ Dallas territory, but no, Jordan Mason is a really good thing for Aaron Jones. And he looked good, look good in the preseason, look good in week one. And the bears defense isn't particularly great. Chuba Hubbard had a great rushing average against him. Chuba caught a touchdown. I think he ran for a touchdown also. So huge opportunity here for Aaron Jones to come through as a spot starter. 17 times. He's played them in his career. 14 of those games. He's been 10 PPR points or more. Would you start Aaron Jones or Drake London? Jones. I have London higher in P assuming that panics does not start. Yeah. Right. It's Cooper rush. All right. Jordan Addison. They weren't on the same page. And then I think we have one more for Jordan Addison as well. Um, here's wide open and that's an incomplete pass. They just missed them there. And, and, uh, like a wide open. And so there were some chances. It wasn't going to be a great game for Addison, even if he caught all three of those balls, but Carson Wentz only through 22 passes. Quite honestly, Carson Wentz didn't play well. I mean, I know the stats were good, but he, he was very inaccurate. He made some good plays though. Um, enough of them. Anyway, Carson Wentz game. Yeah. So sit at, I sit at us and you guys have them in the forties, but I don't think you have to sit them. Look, when you get, when there's no bye weeks, 40 is basically a top 30 receiver. If you're just looking at it from who you're starting, and who you're sitting. So to go back to your high upside plays, he's one of the more high upside plays. And to go back to last season, when Carson Wentz started, Addison was very good. And so I think you just got to look at it as no prep. This was supposed to be Kyler Murray's game. So who knows how much Wentz practiced TJ Hawkinson had a rare, good game. So we'll see if that continues as well. And then, like you said, it's not like he threw the ball a lot. So we'll see what this game looks like with this game unfolds. I don't think the Vikings defense falls apart. Like the Panthers defense that we're not getting 59, points out of the bears, unless everything just goes completely crazy. But this should be a game where you're going to have to score. You're going to have to push tempo a little bit. And I think the bears will score on the Vikings defense to a certain degree where the Vikings may be chasing points. So it's worth your interest, especially with all the receiver injuries that we're dealing with to consider Jordan Addison starters. Don't look at 40 as saying, Oh, he's a must sit guy. It's just, we can't get, you know, we can't get 30. We can't get 45 receivers into the top 36. And we have some TJ Hawkinson questions. So I'll get to those. He's ranked in the twenties. I think it will get to the, your questions about the game at the end of this, but let's talk about the bears here. Caleb Williams is a top four quarterback other than Josh Allen. Who would you start over Caleb Williams? Lamar Lamar for now. Okay. But that's the end of the list. Start him against a Vikings team. That was the best against quarterbacks last year. Gave up 23 and a half points to 11 week one. Deandre Swift, I can't imagine people are getting away from him. Although I will point out as encouraging as it was, when you look at the snap shares between him and Menon guy, it was exactly the same as it was like 60, 40, basically exactly the same as it was for the second half of last year. It was a little surprising, I guess, to see 18 carries for Swift, but the playing time, you know, was the same as what it was last year. Kyle Menon guy or Jordan Addison, Jamie, who's a better flex. I'll take Menon guy, but it's close. All right. Again, I anticipate Menon guy start percentage will be pretty low. And then if he scores, people are going to be like, why didn't I start Menon guy? Dave, how do you feel about the bears wide receivers? Absolutely. Sorry. I was just looking at where I had Addison versus Menon guy in my rankings. I like Addison better in PPR. I love, love one going right back to him. I think burden can be good, but I think I have them ranked as like a borderline wide receiver to three. Yeah. He's just outside my top 24. Odun's a more of a low end number three wide receiver. And I, I kind of, I'm curious about Kalief Raymond because he had that short area role. And if that's his role, and if he still sees a decent amount of playing time, at least on passing downs, he's going to be a check down option for Caleb when, when there's pressure on him and there's going to be a lot of pressure on him. That's just what Brian Flores does. So I think he's more of a desperation PPR play at wide receiver, right in that same group of, all right, can he get me 10 PPR points? I'd rather go with the Patriots guys. I think Trey Harris has more upside, but he's just, he's just another name to keep in mind. Maybe it's like a deep, deep league bench stash. Okay. We do have again that former Notre Dame teammate battle where Dave already talked about Jeremiah love and Jadarian price, and we can answer some questions about them, but they are borderline number two, maybe more like flexes. He's starting Ramondre Stevenson. I think you said over them and certainly Aaron Jones. So here is the speak it into existence of the game. Seattle makes Jadarian price a bell cow and he gets 18 touches and dominates. That's obviously not something you can bank on, but gosh, well, it's, I think it's realistic. It's definitely realistic. You know, the, the other guys didn't look great. Obviously price looked awesome. You have a backup quarterback playing in a game that you should be favored. You should win. You're our favorite. You're on the road. I know the Cardinals defense played great last week, but let's see if that's actually the, you know, the reality or it was just the chargers charging. So you can't say, Oh, Jadarian price, he's safe. He's going to be awesome. But when you start to stack them up to some other running backs, including the guy on the other side of the field, who was, who was the starter on their collegiate team, I think it's a better opportunity for Jadarian price than it is for Jeremiah low. Brian Flory said this week that he wants to get more opportunities for Jadarian price. I'm trying to find the exact quote. Here it is. We were very deliberate about the reps that he was going to get and how he was going to be used. Didn't play in the preseason. It was his very first NFL game, huge stage. We wanted to be cautious in terms of his workload. He earned more reps moving forward. We'll continue to bring them along and develop him the right way. It's great. It's great. And he, and he obviously was the best running back on the team in week one. So no question. Let's it's also, and I know we said this a lot in the preseason and even after week one, there was the feel of Ken Walker, Zach Charbonnet of the, the explosive running back being Walker coming off the field for the touchdown guy, Charbonnet or the, the short yardage guy. But again, those two guys aren't Charbonnet. Charbonnet was a second round pick. He was, you know, a high profile, high level prospect, you know, coming out from UCLA. These guys are backups for a reason, you know? So we'll see what happens. Charbonnet is healthy. But for now, like if you're the Seahawks and it's drew lock under center and you don't want to lose a game like this doesn't make me feel like Uber confident about JSN. I'm still starting without question, but it just feels like that your defense and your run game when this game don't make drew lock have to do that. It should be to during price getting a lot of work. Okay. So price, still though, like we, we, we hope, but we can't bank on it. So we're cautious there. And, uh, Jacoby, so look, you know what you're doing with the Seahawks, right? It's JSN. Basically is the only must start. I'll answer. I'm sure there'll be some price questions to answer in a bit. As far as the Cardinals go, Jamie, like, why would I not start Jacoby reset at this point? Uh, he had a good game, scored 23.4 fantasy points at Seattle last year. He throws a ton. Uh, anyway, like who do you like other than McBride for this team? He's the only must start. You know, you can clearly look at the receivers and say, Wilson, maybe a number three receiver upside of Marvin Harrison. He had two great games against Seattle last year. Uh, could that, you know, come through again, but so disappointing in week one, I don't think anybody started in Kendrick Bourne, but not a bad guy to roster just in case that happens again. And then when it comes to the backfield, it's just such a tough run defense and you don't know how the split's going to go. You should expect more work for love as well. You know, we just haven't heard it to the same extent that we heard it out of Seattle, but you should expect more work for love as well. More work there. That being said, Algier is a very competent running back and a guy that they will lean on. And most likely we just didn't see it happen. Get those goal line chances that I think love will probably lose. So he's not a bad flex play. I just think if you're comparing the two backfields, the two running backs, even though love is the better prospect, you don't want to play the guy going against Seattle. You want to play the guy going against Arizona. So that makes sense. Brissette could be a starter in super flex and two quarterback leagues. I'm just a little bit nervous that we don't get the second touchdown. Probably expect 35 plus past temps. Got you that last week. Got you one touchdown. Seattle sacked him five times last year. Like they're going to make things very difficult for him and, you know, hit them a lot and do those things that are going to make them uncomfortable. So just not a high ceiling in my opinion. So we're probably getting another game right around 20 fantasy points. I would go under. Would you guys start Kendrick Bourne over Marvin Harrison jr? No, I think I'm there. Would you start Trey Harris? If McConkie's out over Marvin Harrison jr. I would, I'll double check it, but I think I would too. Harrison. Like I'm so, so low on Marvin Harrison jr. Just in general, but look, he still has, he still can be an end zone target. They'll get him more involved. He's not gonna have three targets every week. He can still make some contested catches like he did on the 31 yard catch or whatever it was like, it's probably, this is the worst of Marvin Harrison jr. But obviously there's plenty of reasons to be concerned. Michael Wilson or Chris Godwin. Godwin. Double checking. Go ahead. Michael Wilson or Michael Wilson or a Romo doomsday. But Coker has had eight more, 12 more catches, like 150 more yards. You know, four more touchdowns, more red zone targets, more green zone targets and more end zone targets than Tedaroa McMillan. Who are you starting, Dave? McMillan or Coker? McMillan. But they're extremely close. Do you think this is going to be another good game for the Panthers passing game? Are you starting Bryce Young? I am not starting Bryce Young. I don't think the volume will be the same. I expect the Panthers to play a little closer to 50-50 in the pass and the run. I would start Bryce Young over Drake May. Oh, would you start him over Jacoby Reset? I would. OK. So. And Cooper Rush. Yeah. Bryce Young's last two games in Atlanta. 699. 699. 699 passing yards, six touchdowns, no interceptions, two rushing touchdowns, 37.9 fantasy points or more in both of those games. Chuba Hubbard or Aaron Jones? Chuba. Jones for Chuba. Close for both of them. That means they're both starts. If you can get them in your lineup, Chuba Hubbard and Aaron Jones. Yep. Yeah. And start the wide receivers. But I think, you know, people are going to start McMillan. So then let's talk about Coker. Is he in your top 20? Or is he in your top 24? Just outside. But essentially, again, looking at rankings, he's right there. And if Zay Flowers ends up not playing, Nico Collins not playing, Coker's going to make the top 24. Yep. How do you rank the top three wide receivers in this game? McMillan, Coker, London. I've got London ahead of him still. Why? Why some confidence in London? Because I still think the Falcons are going to have to throw maybe even a little bit more. And it just going back and watching the film. I'm sure they're going to say, we need to get Drake London the ball more. It gives us a chance to take some pressure off of literally everybody else in the offense. And I think it's an easier matchup for him. You are not exactly the high guy. Jamie's the low guy on London. Jamie's got him 25th. Dave and Heath, 16th and 17th. And Jacob, 21st. Heath technically one spot ahead on London than Dave at 16. So there's the range there for Drake London. Jamie's the low guy. And understanding why. I'm so nervous to start him. I mean, I have him in a lineup where I have DJ Moore. So I almost feel like. Me too. Same. Yeah. I don't think I can get away from him, unfortunately. But I don't think anyone cares. Why am I looking at my lineup right now? No, it's one of those situations where you've got to have great options on your team to sit Drake London. I don't know how many people have Jalen Coker and Drake London decisions to make. But that's one where you could go Coker. You know, it's quarterback situation, which is not something we thought even going into the season is better. And so if Pennix starts, it hasn't been ruled out yet. Practicing full yesterday. He wants to make sure he's right. You know, similar to what we had to deal with with Malik neighbors last week. You know, so there may be a scenario where Pennix does play. And I know Strand is also in the conversation to start for the Falcons, which may be better than Cooper Rush. So like you read start, sit. For example, I have both Falcons guys as the bust alert. Drake London and Kyle Pitts. And as I explained in there, if the quarterback. Just. If the start starting quarterback is different than Cooper Rush, I'm going to remove those posts and put somebody different in those spots. But as of now, if it's Cooper Rush, it was abysmal. And, you know, I had more optimism last week, maybe than anybody. I thought, OK, it's more so for Pitts. It's Kevin Stefanski system. It'll be short area passes for Kyle Pitts. They attempted one. Like, you know, you have to. It's B. B. John had what? Nine targets or no more than that. B. John had one of his best receiving games ever. And to their credit. And this probably speaks to the Steelers more than anything. They almost won the game. Yeah. Like, you know, that just goes to show you like how bad their quarterback play was and how great B. John Robinson is that they almost won that one. You know, part of it also is the Steelers offense. That's what I'm saying. You know, it's probably more of an indictment on the Steelers than anything else. Agreed on their offense. It's just the looking at it as. OK, can they get by with mediocre quarterback player? Just got awful quarterback play. And hopefully the answer is no. And they decide to go in a different direction. Well, Carolina plays a lot of zone coverage. It's a specific type of zone coverage. Their pass rush isn't as good as Pittsburgh's. I'm I'm moderately more optimistic that they can rebound and remember what Kevin Stefanski did to get them to this point, which is keep those short passes going. And so I'm hoping that that's what happens and that Drake London can get six catches, turns it into 80, 90 yards, something like that. He's going to need more than six to get 80. He's going to need eight for 80. I mean, that might seem a little steep, but he's he's a number two receiver this week. I don't think he should be. I don't think we talk about panicking too much in week one. I don't want to panic too much here and just assume that what we saw from Cooper Rush when he was under crazy duress from the Steelers is going to be what we see this week against the Panthers who don't have the same type of pass rush. Well, but I mean, we don't know what their pass rush is going to because they have Jalen Phillips. It could be better this year. But the last three starts. Not TJ Watt. I mean, TJ Watt has around the game record in the middle, though. Yeah. All right. Anyway. The last three starts for Cooper Rush. One of them, he got benched, but he's thrown no more than 22 passes in any of them. He's thrown for 179, 72 and 143 yards with one touchdown and six interceptions. Two of those with the Ravens last year and then week one. I mean, he's right now he's playing like the worst quarterback in football. So, all right. That's my that's my piece. And that's saying something because Deshaun Watson's playing. Football Deshaun Watson. I was much better than Cooper. He was. He was. He was. Yeah. Deshaun Watson after the first quarter of week one had a 129.8 passer rating. He actually played all right. Like legitimately after a terrible start. But OK, we've said our piece. You have some differing opinions there on London. The other thing is just because it didn't happen last game. I did say that Cooper Rush had a very strong history of targeting the hell out of his number one wide receiver. He did. It didn't happen in week one. No, he did. Doesn't mean it can't happen in week two. Of course, he didn't. Week one. Oh, B. John. Yeah. All right. On the other side, I think. Yeah. I mean, pretty much covered here. I mean, it's good that he got five targets, four for 43, but he only had a 65% route participation rate. Yeah, that was surprising. Oh, wait. Am I wrong about that? Because I put that under. I don't think you're wrong on the stats. You're wondering if you're wrong. Well, I put the 65% route participation rate for Jerry Judy, but I think it was Concepcion. And he had a 62% slot rate. So looking like a guy that's not going to be in on the two receiver sets. He is right. And his route rate was 50% in the first half. So that was a number I was expecting to be considerably higher. We're a bad game away from people asking to drop him. Don't do that. Just see how this unfolds. He's going to be probably a bottom roster player if he does have a bad game for you. But there's still. There's still so much upside. So don't give up on him if he struggles. You've got to give him a chance once Sunderer Sanders is under center. We talked about Judkins earlier in the show. We're not super excited about him. Would you start Judkins or the Seahawks Cardinals? Love and Price. Love and Price. Price and Love. Love. Yeah, it's Judkins. Half PPR League. Judkins or Drake London? London. All right. We're going to try to get away from the Browns. Harold Fannin Jr. is about 15th in the rankings. He had three targets and four. Tennessee points. I will be curious to see if the Bucs are one of those teams that sucks against tight ends because they were so bad against Gasicki. Not only did Gasicki have 78 yards and a touchdown, he was also wide open in the end zone. Should have had a second touchdown. And Burrow, I think it was hit as he threw and he overthrew it. I think what will be interesting to see. Bucs and. Bengals. If you go into a week and say we are going to only get this out of Jamar Chase and T Higgins. But and the but being Gasicki doing that, like you take away Jamar Chase and T Higgins all day long and take your chances with Mike Gasicki. So I wonder if that was the mentality for Todd Bowles. Like, hey, we're going to do everything we possibly can to just eliminate the receivers. And they did that. Well, I guess I could beat them. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. I just I think probably a lot of people have already tried that with the Bengals. It's easier. I mean, the Bucs succeeded. Yeah. Again, I'm not sure. I just want to know Jamar Chase's like true health status right now. You guys like Baker Mayfield. You have him in the top 10. You're higher on him than Jacob and Heath are. Still averaged over 20 fantasy points per game at home. You just saw Trevor Lawrence get 275 and four and basically a half against this team. So I don't think this defense is going to be very good. I think this is a huge bounce back game for Baker, who, if he didn't have the three fumbles, would have been an OK fantasy quarterback, despite not throwing a touchdown, still ran for one. So I don't think Baker is going to have a top five game. I said this yesterday. I was starting Baker over golf. You know, I regret that one. But I think Mayfield will have, you know, close to 23 to 25 fantasy points. If things go well. If things go right. OK, Baker Stafford. Baker. Baker. Baker or Dart. Dart. Baker or Jordan Love. Baker. Baker Mayfield. All right. Start him. Start Bucky Irving. He's a top 12 running back. However, just want to see what happens if they get to the goal line. Does Sean Tucker work in there? That could piss us off. But we're going to start Bucky Abuka over London. Yes. Yeah, we like. I love the way Abuka looked last week. I don't know why. I don't know why the Bucks got away from throwing to him in the second half. All those numbers came in the first half. He looked good. I think he continues to look good against Cleveland. I mean, what did you think about Godwin? And then follow up question. Not great. Yeah. Like, OK, Godwin obviously didn't look good last year. And we just said, OK, he was hurt. He was coming off this major injury. Look better. Undoubtedly, this in week one. But didn't to me look like the Chris Godwin of old. So there's the first question is, what do we think about Godwin? And the second question is. Is Jalen McMillan a good stash right now to beat the waiver wire? Because he's going to play this week. And maybe they need that injection of speed in their in their offense. I've obviously been a big part of Tampa's game plan for the last two years. One healthy. So not a bad call to stash him if you have a roster spot to play with. That being said, we have so many injuries at receiver. Is it better to take a chance on a Patriots guy, a Texans guy, Trey Harris, Rashad Bateman, those type of players? Yes. It was going to be long term absence. It's just for those other guys. But almost every time McMillan's been on the field, he scored a touchdown. You know, you go back to the end of the 2024 season, his last five games, he had seven touchdowns over that span. He comes back last year. End of the season has a touchdown in week 18. But it was. He's just a guy that Baker Mayfield trust. He's a guy that this team, I think, will lean on. We'll see now with Ted Hirsch part of this and how much that factors in everything. But I don't think it's a bad call. I also don't think, you know, like to judge Godwin's first game and say, OK, he's not going to be good. No, I didn't say that. I didn't say that. Well, I mean, that he didn't look good. Sorry. We'll see how this continues to unfold. I think Cincinnati's defense, by the time we get to the end of the year, if they're healthy, we're going to look back and say, this is a really good team. And they did a great job just in terms of retooling that defense, especially with the pressure that they're getting up the middle and stopping the run. So it's just one of those things where we'll see how this Browns defense adjusts. We'll see how this Bucks offense adjusts. I still think Chris Godwin's a very good number three receiver, which is. We had the and I think, you know, to go back to draft conversation, we didn't know what a book of status was going to be with the toe injury. And Godwin was getting all these rave reviews from coaching staff, players and media. You know, so it wasn't like it was just one person saying it and we fell for something that wasn't true. So we'll see what he looks like. He's a 30 plus year old receiver. You know, he's not going to be the same type of guy. We just hope that he gets more targets, more opportunities there. I like that he played a ton. I like that he was in the slot 60 percent of the time. I don't think either of those. Those things are going to change with Jalen McMillan coming back. He's clearly a short area target. I was a little encouraged by by the 30 yard reception where he went over the middle against Cincinnati. They missed a tackle and then he was able to basically fight his way. He didn't really run away. It's like his speed was on display for the next like 15, 20 yards of gain that he had there. I just think that that's kind of what his role is going to be as being that safety valve and over the middle target. For Baker Mayfield. And I think that'll really come into play in the red zone. If he doesn't do it this week, if the target per route rate is below 15 percent again this week, then we can probably comfortably move on from Godwin. Yeah. OK. So, likely must start. Is Devontae Adams a must start? I think Scadaboo and Adams fall into the most likely start. Yeah. I have Adams at the border of number two, number three wide receivers, 24th. Same. Yeah. He was another guy like Addison who was open for some big plays. And look, it was the same thing as last year. He had a 12-yard A-dot. It's basically a career high. He was open. And Stafford just missed. Stafford played like crap last week. He did. You don't know if it's just not playing in the preseason or the stupid flight to Australia, both of those things, or that he's just an old guy now. We don't know. Well, the 49ers defense has played really well. It could be. It literally could be all of those things. Correct. So, I am hoping that it's going to be a big bounce-back game for Stafford. I do love this Giants pass rush. They didn't get to DAC the way that I thought that they would in week one. Yeah. And that makes me think that they're not going to be able to get to Stafford in week two. I'm a little hesitant to say Stafford is a must-start, but he's in that group of maybe-starts. And you have a very banged-up Giants secondary right now. So, I thought the guys were fine, Newsom and Banks. Well, didn't they miss practice yesterday? I'm not surprised if they missed practice yesterday, but one of them was evaluated for a concussion. This is important. I mean, the Giants secondary stinks to begin with, I think. They played okay. They played okay, I'd have to say, against the Cowboys. Yeah, I mean, pass rush is a big part of that. Okay, so Banks was limited and Newsom was limited. I think they're going to be fully healthy going into this game. They both got hurt late in the fourth quarter, and they were clear. They were fine. But, yeah, like, this is a team that the Rams should be able to take advantage of. Drake London or Devontae Adams? Adams for me. I have London. Drake London or Cam Scadaboo? Scadaboo. So, London and PPR. Dave, you have a dart sixth. Jamie has a twelfth. I know. He played great last week. Ran the ball quite a bit. I am not buying this Rams defense as being the dominant shutdown unit that we thought it was, especially if Miles Garrett isn't playing. We don't know how good Aaron Donald is going to be. The secondary let up some numbers last week. I'm going to ride the lightning with Jackson Dart and expect him to have another good game. I mean, I think Malik Nabors could have another good game. Maybe last week was him realizing that he can handle the physicality of football again. And maybe he'll kind of set himself free a little bit more. Had a bunch of targets. Didn't get great numbers with it. I think there's room for him to clearly be a lot better. I think the Giants win this game. No, no. Obviously, if the secondary is really banged up for New York, that's going to be a problem. But at bare minimum, they'll keep it close. Like, it's like a seven-point spread. There's no way it should be that high. I don't know. I don't know. I just worry from a fantasy standpoint that we're going to go, damn, I wish we had sold high on some of these Giants after they played the Cowboys in week one. Think about what they did to the Cowboys in week two last year. Russell Wilson threw for 450 yards. It was your opportunity to sell high. And, you know, like likely. Wish I sold high on Nabors. What's that? Yeah, right. Wish I sold high on Nabors last year. Nabors, by the way, for whatever reason, he lost his footing twice on routes last week. And they probably both would have been catches. In a Giants stadium, there was an issue? No way. I know. Isaiah likely is tight end two for these guys. They like him better than Colson Loveland this week. Stafford and Dart. You hope the fumble didn't hurt Ja'Kari Kroski-Merritt, that, you know, he lost playing time at the end of the game. But Rashad White wasn't exactly stellar. So I think that's a plus for Bill. I think you're looking at them, really, aside from Daniels being the must-start guy, as everybody else's high-end flexes. Someone had a great comment. They put the spread at minus four and a half so Jaden Daniels wouldn't try to sue the NFL. That is good stuff. All right. Start your Cowboys, except for Jake Ferguson. Dak Prescott is, what is he for you guys? I've got him at seven. Okay. I mean, I think there's an opportunity. Quarterback is just so deep. But this game could be awesome for fantasy. It just could be awesome. McLaurin's the one you got to be a little concerned about, just because, like you said, this should be a game where he goes off. This should be an opportunity for some shots down the field. It just, he didn't look great in week one. There's been some practice video that's come out where he's kind of loafing, and Stephon Diggs is going 100 miles an hour. Now you have Antonio Williams in the mix. We'll see what they decide to do at tight end. Bates is probably the preferred option from their perspective. Right. But that's as a blocker. Well, he'll be on the field. He'll be on the field, yeah. When it comes. Oh, sorry. It's just, like, I don't think there's any must-start player for the Commanders, unless you're talking three-receiver leagues, where Diggs and McLaurin come to play. I thought McLaurin looked the worst of the three last week. I'm not ready to say that, you know, a big blanket comment, like he's washed or it's over or anything like that. He had to change his cleats in the middle of the game, too. So maybe that's part of it. But he's 30th for me at wide receiver, and I don't even feel great about that. Diggs, two spots behind him. And I don't know, man. Like, if there's no Chig Okonkwo, we saw it last week in the fourth quarter. Okonkwo left. I think he left. Like, right at the end of the third quarter, he got hurt. Fourth quarter, Antonio Williams came alive. And his playing time went up. Obviously, the targets went up. If that continues, and I think it's easy to see that continuing, especially if there's no Okonkwo, then maybe that's where the Commanders attack again is the middle of the field. And that's where Diggs did a lot of his damage. That's where Williams did some of his damage. McLaurin did not do a lot of damage over the middle of the field. He was running down the sideline along the perimeter a lot more than those other two. And if Dallas is going to. If Dallas is going to continue to play this zone-heavy defense like they played last week, then for sure, there could be opportunities for Diggs and Williams, and it hurts McLaurin.
