The DFS fantasy review highlights a drastically challenging Week 2 slate marked by major injuries to key players like Jaden Daniels and Caleb Williams, leading to widespread lineup failures. Despite the chaos, elite wide receiver performances—especially from players like Chase Lamb, Jalen Hurts, and Christian McCaffrey—were central to winning lineups. The analysis reveals a clear trend of "flipping the build" from running backs to wide receivers, as running back scores were minimal. Winning strategies consistently included high-impact wide receiver combinations, such as JSN and CD Lamb, along with strong defensive correlations like the Panthers or Steelers defense. FanDuel is now available nationwide, and its free play league offers YouTube members free money and exclusive content like Sunday morning strategy sessions and live reviews. The show also emphasizes member benefits, including access to Discord communities, live stream analysis, and weekly lineup reviews. Audience engagement is encouraged through live chat, coffee giveaways, and real-time discussions on underdog contests and best ball leagues. The episode concludes with a look ahead, including a preview of the upcoming T's and P's guillotine league review with Tony Squares, and reinforces the importance of adaptability and data-driven decisions in fantasy football.

Week 2 main slate is in the books.
And it was a bloodbath.
Caleb goes down.
Jaden goes down.
My DFS lineups go down.
Survivor entries go down.
And we are here like we are from last week for some DFS therapy.
Come for the portfolio review.
But then stick around for the T's and P's guillotine league review.
Although I think it's just called the guillotine league now.
Because Tony is in it no more either.
We will be talking to him.
At noon eastern.
Can't wait for that.
I'm Pete Overzet.
This is the portfolio review.
I suffer from a debilitating condition known as atropic shockitis.
Peter's one of the greatest depositors I've ever seen.
Trust the process.
Let's go.
Let's go.
I got auto-matched with Levitan.
This is bullshit.
If I just go the other way, in that 66, I win all the money.
All the money.
If I had $150.
Lineups, I'd win two.
Process.
Over.
Results.
Illuminati make a bitch go crazy.
I don't know which one of these is my baby.
Bust out AP.
Cold spot bullets to your head like KD.
Bust it.
Bust it.
Bitch go bust it.
And I had sad pipes with me in Russia.
Hey, everyone.
Hey, everyone.
Indeed.
Good morning.
Good morning.
It is the portfolio review.
I am Peter Overzet.
And I am here to recap the slate.
Even though.
I don't want to, even though I don't want to, I didn't think it could get any worse from
last week, but it somehow did get a little worse.
We shall see though.
We shall see.
We'll talk through it all.
If you guys are new to this show, the order of operations around here, and you can kind
of see it on the ticker for my, uh, my video watchers, my audio listeners won't be able
to see it, but we have a topic of events.
We are going to go through the GPPs.
We'll talk draft Kings.
We'll talk fan duel.
We'll even tap through.
The underdog leaderboard shout out to new me over there.
Get me a link so I can review those contests.
We'll check in on our best ball sweats over on underdog.
See how the eliminator teams are faring best ball, mania teams, all that good stuff.
We will take a little stroll down splash sports lane.
Check out the survivor bloodbath after the bucks lost to the Browns.
We can check in on some of the managed league teams.
I thought I had Pat in our spite draft matchup narrator.
I didn't.
Not, uh, and I think we'll add a new segment that we kind of stumbled upon last week.
We'll go through the utilization report on fantasy life.
You guys can toss out some suggestions of backfields, wide receiver rooms, et cetera.
If you'd like me to peruse the usage.
And then of course we will wrap up with a little Monday night football preview, build
a showdown lineup, build a couple of pickups, all of that stuff.
And then at noon Eastern, we will have the T's and P's guillotine league review with
Tony squares.
Can't wait for that.
But before we get going, we got to check in on the chat.
We got to pour some coffee, all of that good stuff.
Yeah.
Charlie wants me to pivot to a three hour guillotine league review.
Instead we could do that.
You know, do you think Tony's still sleeping 7 a.m.
On the West coast there?
Yeah.
Shout out to Don.
Don says, I have to disagree with your view of the slate.
Don absolutely smashed.
Uh, I believe I saw two different screenshots.
I want to say, was it a 50 K?
Hit on the main slate and then a 40 K hit, uh, on showdown.
Congratulations.
Don must be nice.
What's up?
What's up?
How are we doing?
Uh, how do we go from week one to that?
Seriously?
Like literally the highest scoring week one in NFL history to one of the more demoralizing
1 p.m.
Slates, uh, at least the elite wide receivers carried the day, right?
I mean, JSN smashes, Jamar chase, CD lamb, uh, Devante Smith, a lava had a good game.
Uh, the wide receiver.
One's did their job.
Uh, can't say the same for about anybody else.
Not sure.
Good, but we are here.
That's right.
I'm just here.
So I don't get fined GM GM from the poor house.
What is up?
Mr.
Mister, the video watchers are here.
I appreciate all you guys look at David coming in hot.
I believe David had another score on the dog app yesterday.
Like he always does death taxes in David shipping some contests on underdog.
Uh, I believe David had another score on the dog app yesterday.
What's up, AJ? How are we doing? How are we doing, everybody? Let's get some coffee going.
We do have our Vasileros and Sons coffee going this morning. We can do a few coffee giveaways
as well throughout the show, so be ready for those. If you guys haven't gotten your Vasileros
and Sons coffee, it's the only thing that gets me through these rough, rough mornings as I stare at
snowflakes in my DFS lineups. You guys can get 25% off your first order with promo code Pete
and free shipping. Let's get a pour here. Cheers, cheers, cheers. Yes, Kyle says ShipCast
had real Thursday night football energy. How many games was it? Was it like 10 games? 10 games and
it felt like one bad Thursday night football game. I will say at least the Caleb stuff didn't seem
quite like a season ender.
Like it did when it initially happened. I guess we'll have to wait and see what the x-rays and
the imaging says today. The Jaden stuff doesn't seem quite so good. Seems like everybody thinks
he dislocated his shoulder, which will require surgery, which will likely mean he is done for
the season. So we will see how that plays out here. All right. Did I win for once? No. No,
I did not, Eggers. Good to see you. Actually, let me get a banner. I do have this one. Let me get
hit, Eggers, with the clown emojis.
Did you win, Eggers? I'm sure you did, right? That's the rule of trolling. If you come through
trolling, you have to have won. Send me your winning lineups on DraftKings or on Underdog
Eggers. I would love to see them. All right. Here we go. We are going to look at a couple
GPP lineups. I got absolutely smoked yesterday. I had a pretty narrow pool as far as what I was
trying to do on DraftKings and FanDuel. On DraftKings, I was trying to do a little bit of
I was really interested in the Jordan Love stacks. It was simming really well on the solver. Yes,
I knew that there was going to be rain in that game, but I really liked how the pricing and
ownership lined up for Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. So Jordan Love, 3.6%. Christian
Watson, 6.9%. Matthew Golden, 19.7% there. I didn't bring it back in this lineup. I played
Derrick Henry, Barkley, and Genti at running backs. Derrick Henry, Barkley, and Genti at running
backs. Derrick Henry, Barkley, and Genti at
steamed 41.6%. Both him and Bijan came in way higher than their projected ownership. Loved the
ownership on Barkley, only 11.2%. And then Genti at 14.6%. I did eat the Schultz chalk on this one,
32.2%. And then I played Terry McLaurin here. I basically, my two main lineups on DK were a
Jaden Daniels double stack and a Jordan Love double stack. And then I played Golden,
on the Daniels one that you'll see here in a sec. And I played McLaurin on this one. So pretty tight
pool. I did correlate Barkley with the Eagles defense. That was a play I mentioned I liked
on the cram. And holy shit, basically nothing here worked out. Barkley left the game with a
stinger early on. He did end up coming back, but didn't do much. McLaurin was close to a big game,
had that near touchdown that ended up not being called a touchdown. And then of course,
Jaden Daniels leaves.
Schultz explodes. Genti was just mediocre. Derek Henry looked like he was on pace for a big game
and then like barely touched the ball in the second half. So this lineup, just a total disaster,
only scores 107.7 points. And yet I feel decent about it. Henry Barkley, Genti there, but you were
going to need the big high-end wide receiver performances to have any shot here. We look at
the winning lineup, the team that took down,
the spy Jets fan had Jaden Daniels. That is so impressive to take down the spy with only 14.74
from Jane Daniels. They did have Derek Henry as well. The Aaron Jones chalk, of course,
the JSN nuke here, JSN at 7.7%, 8,100 goes for 45.5 points. Dude is absolutely balling out there.
Three touchdowns. CD lamb goes nuts. 38.3%. He was only 22.5%.
I guess that's right in line with his ownership projection. Maybe a little under
digs at 10.6% stacked with Daniels for this guy, uh, Schultz who you had to have at 32%
dropping 29 and then Patriots D at five and a half percent, 21 points. They also had Dontavian Wicks
in their flex there. There was a few different ways you could get there at defense yesterday.
The, uh, the Panthers D was a smash Steelers D here in second place Titans D. So yeah, defense
definitely was not the story.
of the slate, it was really making sure you
had Schultz and then two of those high-end wide receivers like you needed JSN and Lamb you see
those guys in basically all of these lineups look at this look at this third place lineup here a
Deshaun Watson to Casey Concepcion stack unreal uh and then jams in Chase Lamb JSN in in CMAQ
holy shit that is an insane lineup getting in JSN CD Lamb Jamar Chase and it honestly it's like
I guess not quite flip the build because you know you do pay up for Christian McCaffrey
but man going completely opposite of the field who's paying up for Bijan who's paying up for
Derrick Henry and making sure you get in JSN Lamb in Chase there uh who combined for what my my loose
math there 85 95 like 110 points across three of those guys really insane stuff there
but yeah just tabbing through some
some of these top lineups definitely did not need to have the perfect quarterback
stack you just really needed two high-end wide receivers and Schultz uh is what it looks like
there uh shout out Don here gifting the membis as well appreciate you Don congratulations again
on the massive hit I should mention for YouTube members and we will review the FanDuel free roll
here shortly but as part of your membership if you are the highest tier and you can always
upgrade your membership to the hand builder in opto bro tier you get all kinds of stuff with it you
get the FanDuel free roll which is quite literally free money as I'll explain in a second when we
review it you get access to the Sunday morning crams that's a show from about 10 30 to 11 45
a.m every Sunday breaking down overnight news running The Sims doing ownership polls all that
good stuff uh Saturday after dark shows I had Sam brought from etr on last week a mix of kind of
macro strategy and Slate specific
stuff and then you also get the hand builder and opto bros channel in the deposit Kingdom Discord so
extremely good value on your YouTube membership hit the join button become a member and if you
have questions getting set up in the Discord let me know um the other lineup I played here I kind
of mentioned it it was a Jaden Daniels double stack I really liked that side of the game I
mean looking at the ownerships though and seeing that McLaurin came in at the same ownership is CD
Sam uh maybe that was a bit of fancy play syndrome but I did like the Jaden Daniels digs in McLaurin
stack I mean getting digs at 5300 McLaurin at 5200 I mentioned I was kind of lock buttoning Golden
yesterday at 4700 this team I did a McCaffrey in 49ers defensive play there I had Bucky in Barkley
as my other running back so Barkley in both of my DK lineups that actually uh was awful and then I
did a pivot off of Schultz on this one to a TJ Hawkinson at 3.6 percent this team only scores 105
points uh a truly horrendous lineup here uh that was nowhere close cashing so just a banner day for
me on DraftKings let's see what took down the smaller spy over here what is this Bales Jonathan
Bales huh looky looky uh congratulations Bales Jaden Daniels to uh Stefan Diggs CMC Aaron Jones
JSN lamb Schultz mayor Patriots D so this is a pretty classic uh pretty chalky lineup here you
basically have the Daniels to dig stack with the lamb bring back um you play Schultz you go the
double tight end which the Sims and the projections did like uh 3200 Schultz 3600
and then really the one contrarian piece that makes this all work is getting up to JSN at 8.5
percent otherwise uh fairly chalky lineup but uh there you go congratulations to one Mr Bales
did JM mention a lamb chase JSN build he might have he might have uh if he did I did not internalize
it I should have uh should have listened closer
uh did you hear Tom Brady say on live television when he saw Jaden's elbow I did not but
I did see the replay of that and uh looked absolutely brutal um highly recommend the
cram worth the membership alone appreciate that definitely have a good time on Sunday ams and the
uh the crowd in the chat is always dialed there sharing their thoughts on the slate funny enough
my two best lineups on DraftKings were in the Millie maker um let's see here let me pull up these two
teams I cashed both of these teams one of them I pulled up on the ship cast yesterday I wanted to
have one team I built around so there were two takes from the the shows this weekend Yuta mentioned
that he did really still like the Saints and how concentrated it was it was one of those spots I
kind of wanted to not wave just not liking them
um you know facing up against Baltimore and then drew dinkmeyer flag planted Rashad Bateman on ETM
so I basically started a lineup with shuck double stack to alave and uh valet and then brought it
back with Bateman played Jamar Chase on this one Brees Hall Bijan Robinson uh I actually had Michael
Mayer in at tight end here ended up pivoting him to Jake Ferguson shout out to someone in the chat
during the ship cast who suggested
that move and then I had Patriots defense so this one scored 171.28 points it was top 15 in the Millie
there for a bit at the end of the 1 p.m slate ultimately just could not survive basically two
things like you needed JSN instead of Bijan here um but yeah pretty fun lineup here just the shuck
double and the Bateman bring back really low ownership across the board here other than Bijan
um you know if this was CMC maybe we uh we cook a little bit more and then this other team cashed I
actually built this on stream with Kendall valenzuela over on Fantasy Life I've been doing
a DFS build on our Thursday shows and we kind of alternated picks here we had a Daniels to McLaurin
with a pickens bring back we did have Kittle in here Devante Smith was the big win in this lineup
3.7 percent Devante Smith goes off for 30.7 we also had Panthers defense in here for 26 points
so there you go uh a couple of wins over in the Millie maker but that's about all I have for you
guys on the DraftKings front here yeah I can't take credit on the Ferg swap that was uh I was
staring at that lineup and we did know that mayor was going to be really chalky they suggested uh
Ingram and then we were looking at it in Ferguson at 4.6 percent going for 20. uh very nice suggestion
there um let's head over to FanDuel where we did have our deposit Kingdom free play league and I
believe everybody was able to submit lineups successfully yesterday no issues on the tech
front which is good to hear I will reiterate this again uh this is exclusively for YouTube members I
post the link in the Discord I also posted on YouTube gated to just memberships um if you are
a YouTube member you'll see those posts but there were
176 people in this contest and it paid out 245 positions I might even ask uh our friends at
FanDuel to maybe make it just like top 150 or something get cash but literally everyone got
cash back and if you finished you know top 100 you basically pay for your YouTube membership
for a month and we will have these weekly so uh they are giving us free money here for you
guys to become YouTube members and shout out to Joey here who took this down 171 points over on
Twitter he did have the classic skinny stack Dak Prescott to CD lamb that Duo combines for 65
points there had a really nice uh Chuba Carolina Panthers defense correlation it's not like Chuba
explodes but just getting you on to the defense that goes for 26 is pretty huge was able to
survive the Marshawn Lloyd at 7.6 this shows you how uh the bar for winning a smaller field tournament
like this with only 170
um entries you don't need JSN in here you just needed CD lamb Panthers defense and Dak everything
else is like very average in here Trey Tucker I guess at 2.8 going for 23.4 points is pretty nice
they played two Raiders here Gentian the Flex McBride at tight end eight percent drafted Garrett
Wilson here as well so um you know not the most insane lineup you'll ever see but has enough of
them over on FanDuel I played a Niner stack uh I really wanted to do a Brock Purdy Evans in McCaffrey
uh Evans ends up getting a little dinged up Kittle ended up kind of being that third piece you wanted
on the Niners if you did go with someone beyond Purdy and McCaffrey but Purdy goes for 28 McCaffrey
goes for 20. uh everything else in this lineup flopped uh Emeka Igbuka I played at 13.6 I had
Mark Andrews at tight end who was I believe the most popular tight end on FanDuel at 31.8
and then I got a little off the board with my running back too I did play genti but then Dobbins
Dobbins was a play I really started to warm up to uh over the weekend with RJ Harvey out I thought
it was a pretty good spot for the Broncos they were four and a half point home favorites here
best offensive line in the league and again with RJ Harvey out I thought Dobbins had a chance to
put up a sneaky good game and then you don't really get punished quite as much for his lack
of pass catching on FanDuel but he ends up getting banged up a little bit as well I was laughing at
the quote because Sean Payton said he had a a little hamstring a little hamstring injury so
it's quite possibly the littlest hamstring pull of all time it's so little in fact that it's cute
it's a really cute hamstring pull for JK Dobbins there but shout out to the Deposit Kingdom cashers
here I think Luck messaged me on Twitter mentioned they got second in here with a Brock Purdy to
Kittle had the JSN nuke in here man it goes to show how the the low scores killed you more than
just having the speed of the ball and the speed of the ball and the speed of the ball and the
spikes because even having Brock Purdy Kittle in JSN the 1.9 from QJ in this lineup and then the
six from the Jets it was just hard to keep up with the big score from first place who had the
Panthers defense so congratulations to our FanDuel free roll winners here I will share the link for
week three once we get it
back in the show notes and I'll see you guys in the next episode of the FanDuel Free Rookies
podcast
you almost didn't get free money on FanDuel there you go yeah it's the it's the one spot
where you're going to get paid to play FanDuel Deposit Kingdom Free Play League
Martin says I'd rather not watch this review I'm right there with you bud
but we both got to show up to work on a Monday that's how we have to do it
uh Don in fourth there come on Don leave leave a little money for the rest of us
leave a little money for the rest of us you were uh you had the DAC is that oh yeah DAC to
see you in the next episode of the FanDuel Free Rookies podcast I'll see you in the next episode
had Bateman in here that's a nice play Bateman 11.4 percent uh in this contest here the Bateman
with Henry little Bijon um look at that Golden and Loveland Colston Loveland one reception for
three yards through two games unbelievable absolutely unbelievable your fifth come on
Panther fan there you go okay you were on the Jordan Love stack with me as well
Jordan Love to Christian Watson and Matthew Golden Aaron
Jones Henry JSN Andrews Hampton there
Joey says it feels like every position other than running back is getting killed by injuries again
sure does sure does yeah I mean Ladd McConkie was basically um a nothing burger yesterday
obviously Zay didn't play Nico didn't play um we lose the two quarterbacks all the running
backs staying healthy I mean what is it Jordan Mason Jordan Mason's like the one guy
who's dinged up right now and even he will be back here shortly
unbelievable unbelievable we can take a quick peek at what won the big millie maker here let's see
Carolina medic son was this a chop oh my goodness we had a straight chop at the top
were these the same lineups
Dax CMC Jones CD JSN Bateman Schultz burden Panthers that was RCH wow the exact same lineup
that is unreal in a contest with 410,000 entries two people chopped 600k that's disgusting
that's really disgusting I mean even like it's not like this was giga chalk JSN
9.6 percent Bateman 7.8 percent Schultz was much chalkier on DraftKings not so much on FanDuel 9.2
percent even burden 13.4 percent I do not think you would otherwise expect this lineup to be duped
I guess you have a Dak to CD skinny you have Aaron Jones Luther burden mini correlation
that's wild that is wild
you know I'd say don't do me but I would be happy to get duped for 300k
I'd be happy to get duped for 300k
welcome Riley a new YouTube member here I can show you guys too what it will uh look like for you um
if you guys are becoming members and where to look um for the FanDuel post so over here on the page
if you go to posts on my channel um like this was a public post that everyone could see and then
right here uh you can see it says members only and then we have a link right to the free roll so
just keep an eye out for the post there I will also include it in the discord channels as well
but if you guys are YouTube members and you're looking for that link that is where you will find
it all right let's see here I do want to take a peek at some of the
underdog contests here uh shout out to new me they have this public leaderboard here I'll actually
drop this in the chat um if anyone else wants to uh review it because they are not able to
enter contests themselves uh look at this is this Rohan Rohan finishing third in the big
BR for 5k good shit dude good shit 5k uh third place bink here Brock Purdy Chuba Hubbard
CeeDee Lamb JSN Dalton Schultz Omarian Hampton so naked Brock there getting at home you see these
top lineups uh Cruz TFE here takes down the 20k top prize with a DAC to CeeDee stack Brees Olave
Dalton Schultz and JSN so uh obviously needed the 38 points from JSN 4.6 ADP you needed the 20 points
for Schultz although some of these teams up here did have Ferguson did have Kittle but if you wanted
to win
you needed those 20 points from Schultz um looks like basically every top lineup has Lamb and JSN
together had to have that combo and then looks like a few different ways to kind of slice and
dice flex a bit I will mention uh first place lineup here three wide receiver lineup um you
know we talked about that on off and on the clock and you know how the data overwhelmingly shows
that people are overplaying wide receiver in the flex
but you can see on a slate like this where really low scoring week at running back I mean
did we have a single top running back go for 20 points I mean this is pretty nuts Brees Hall
11.7 Aaron Jones 10.5 Chuba 13.4 Hampton 16.5 HN 10.8 Bucky 11 I mean what a disaster week
for running backs here DeAndre Swift 10.4 Chase Brown 9.7
I mean this was the ultimate flip the build week play one running back jam in the three wide
receivers there did anyone have Devonta Smith there's best ball Viper Devonta Smith he goes
for 22.7 points at a 28.3 ADP man yeah this this lineup here from Viper
hurts Brees Devonta CD Lamb Kittle JSN so you really just needed the DAC or Purdy there yeah
because that's like a that's a 10 point swing to Brock or Purdy and then you're up to 147.86 yeah
you're right up here in first second third if you have Brock or DAC stacked up as opposed to to hurts
congratulations Rohan though that's that's a sick sick hit there for 5k even if it didn't hold
you up kiss my third leg morning the Jaden
Daniels injury absolutely brutal man it and it just it like sucks all around it sucks for Jaden
Daniels um we know kind of how this offense plays with Mariota like it's not the worst thing for
Mariota you know he's going to be a pretty good streamer he's probably like a slightly better
version of Malik Willis if we're being honest just factoring for a better you know offensive
system but it's bad for McLaurin um maybe it's neutral for the running game at best um obviously
bad for all the Ancelotti's but it's bad for the running game at best um obviously bad for all the
ancillary pieces it's hard to get excited about you know digs and you know Antonio Williams coming
along uh just brutal brutal stuff there let's just pretend this slate never happened I hear you I hear
you I feel like that on a lot of Monday mornings and then you know we pick ourselves up by the
bootstraps and we settle in to talk fantasy football I need some more coffee here while I
pour some coffee why don't we get a giveaway going why don't we give a giveaway going to get the vibes
up and I'll see you in the next one bye bye
and then we'll look at a few more lineups here um we will do uh we'll do uh prayers up
prayers up is the hashtag here p-r-a-y-e-r-s-u-p or you could say prayer sup uh depending on your
reading of it here and we'll do this for a 12 ounce bag of Vassaleros and Sons coffee if you win
send me an email and I'll see you in the next one bye bye
at contact at peter overzet.com I'm gonna pour some more coffee here while the boats come in

After I review a couple more lineups,
we will spin the wheel to see who is going to be our winner here.
I got to check out DaBomb.
I saw Nez took down DaBomb here.
And Gobblor got second.
All I'll say is there's a very strong correlation
between shipping DaBomb
and going to the 2026 ship-chasing meetup in Austin, Texas,
where both Nez and Gobblor were in attendance here.
Very similar lineup.
The only difference here was Nez had CeeDee Lamb instead.
I guess, what?
It was a CeeDee Lamb and Bucky 2v2 versus Chris Olave in chase.
Otherwise, the same lineup.
Brock Purdy, A-Chan, JSN, Kittle there.
But obviously, CeeDee Lamb scoring 31.3 points cleared here for him,
even though his Jamar Chase outscored Bucky there in the flex.
But yeah, nice lineups here from Nez and Gobblor.
Saints to Death, who took down the BR last week,
I believe the big BR, finishes in third here as well.
So some nice. Nice lineups from the squad.
We have some testimonials here from Dustin.
Got my Bacillus and Sons coffee over the weekend.
Very tasty stuff.
You love to hear it.
Let's make sure that this giveaway is just for the people who are here early.
And we will spin.
One of you, 46, will win a bag of coffee.
Let's see what we got.
Who's it going to be?
Jordan Smith.
Jordan Smith.
Jordan, a pro.
Previous guest on the Best Ball Bash.
Rest in peace.
A fun hang there.
Congratulations, Jordan.
Shoot me an email again at contact at peteroverset.com.
I will put it on the screen so you can see it just like it sounds.
Shoot me an email and I will send you your promo code link
to redeem your free bag of coffee.
What else do we want to look at here in the underdog?
Did any of you guys have a hit in a contest?
David, what was the contest you won?
Let me pull that up here.
I always like seeing what wins the goal line stand as well.
What was cooking in the 12-person contest here?
Looks like it was a Dak to Ferguson stack with a Diggs bring back,
had Chuba, Chase Brown, and of course, JSN.
I guess second place didn't have JSN, which is impressive there,
but going to need JSN in most situations.
Here in the 12-person lineups.
I don't know if it's live yet.
I don't want to speak out of school,
but I did hear from a little birdie that this week's BR is going to be pretty fun.
That's all I'll say unless it's already up and then I can say it.
I don't know if it's up yet.
I'll just make sure.
I don't want to speak out of school,
but what I hear is that,
the BR is going to be a good one this week.
Don says,
I love the sound of this.
I mean, I've been already experimenting with this.
I've had Chad Candles do some streaming for me.
When I had to run out, I like the idea of this.
Just let people take over my channel while I multitask.
I mean, I got 20,000 steps in yesterday on the ShipCast.
If I'm going to sit,
and watch all my teams go to shit,
I might as well be cranking out the steps on the step pad.
So I am all about multitasking in the fall of 2026.
It's the least I can do.
Kyle took second in the extra point single entry with three wide receivers.
Let's see if we can find that.
There you are.
Music City.
It does look like you're,
your username's cutting off just a smidge here,
but Music City Monday, maybe.
Dak Prescott,
CeeDee Lamb,
JSN,
Mark Andrews,
Alave Achan.
Yeah, I'm still just stunned staring at these running back scores.
I mean, it felt like last year,
you know,
I guess we didn't have Kenneth Walker and Jonathan Taylor on the main slate
who went off,
but man,
very rare to see winning lineups have 11.7
from a running back.
Like 20 combined points from your two running back spots here.
But yeah, congratulations,
Music City Monday there with the JSN CeeDee Lamb combo with Dak.
All right.
I like you, Peter,
but I'm not going to pull up your 39th place finish in the hurry up with
three wide receivers.
I have to draw the line somewhere.
I'm glad that you brought this up,
T-Ted,
because I got to take the L on not waiving the weather to an extent.
He says here,
was it a blind spot for me to continue with Minnesota Chicago stacks due to
the weather?
Didn't think it was going to be that bad.
So we pulled up the weather stuff on the cram yesterday,
and I did not play anything from Minnesota Chicago.
It was basically a tiebreaker for me.
That was already going to be a spot where I felt like the chalk was pretty
fragile.
Carson Wentz,
Aaron Jones,
Justin Jefferson,
it was just not a spot.
I was really interested in a ton.
So knowing that the weather was going to be bad there,
I kind of got off of it,
but I do think to me,
that is the element of like a really chalky game that the field's already
excited about.
And then you layer on weather,
like maybe that should give you pause.
But on the flip side,
that Jets game,
Jets Packers,
I piled into that.
Granted,
it was at much,
much lower ownership,
but the weather impacted that game as well.
So I will say,
the things we talk about,
and I do think it played out,
the winds were projected to be 20 mile per hour winds in that Chicago
Vikings game.
And we know once we're hitting 20 plus mile per hour winds,
that's when gameplay can actually be impacted.
Traditionally,
just rain without wind,
you know,
just snow without wind.
That's not stuff that meaningfully changes the outcomes for games
historically.
So yeah,
I do think knowing that what we knew,
which is one,
the Viking side was going to be extremely popular.
And then,
and there were going to be 20 plus per hour winds.
That might've been a spot to come off of the Vikings.
If you were on it heavily,
I don't think that would have been an overreaction or bad process.
But yeah,
it was just,
it was a really,
really low scoring game.
It was whiplash from what we experienced on,
on week one,
which was just a shit ton of points there.
Minnesota,
Chicago having bad weather and a divisional game.
Yeah.
We always know those divisional games can be wonky,
wide range of outcomes as far as either going way under the total or way
over.
But yes,
congratulations to our,
our BR winners here.
Let's just check out who took out the fullback dive.
It's Mookie.
Is that our,
is that our Mookie?
It's Mookie takes it down.
Brock Purdy to George Kittle with the JSN and CD lamb playing the Bucky in
Hampton there.
It does look like Hampton was Hampton,
the highest scoring running back on the underdog slate at 16.5.
That's crazy.
Absolutely crazy.
Man in walled in the chat says the Packers said with their offensive line
injuries yesterday,
they were considering putting,
Tucker craft had tackle unreal.
Yeah.
Tucker craft had a rough game as well.
We will check out some of the usage stuff in a little bit,
but let's,
let's head over into the best ball streets now and we'll see how we are
looking over there.
We can also pull up a BBM,
DB BBM,
DB.com to help us review some of these.
Let's start with best ball mania.
I am currently advancing 29 teams,
19.3% advance rate.
The baseline of course at 16.7% would be 25.
So we will take that.
Let's see though.
It's always fun to tap through the team since all of them were drafted on
stream this summer.
Where's my best ball mania teams?
here we go uh okay this was uh this first one up here was one of the it was the relay team so it
was j loop len keith and lou this was a show we did on after dark where it was after dark meets
the bash and we had three different people come on and make six pick six picks each this team has
jordan love bryce young and shadur sanders jonathan taylor ashton genti breeze hall marshawn
lloyd and nicholas singleton i mean those first three taylor genti breeze that's fun
we have tech christian watson marvin harrison oof oof you want to talk about a total zero
marvin harrison my god matthew golden jalen coker nice rashid shaheed pat bryant three
tight ends harold fannin dalton schultz kenyan sadiq so yeah that that schultz score there
in week two doing a lot of heavy lifting well well well the team i drafted with
tony squares on july 8th simpler times that team is in second place although for how long because
it has caleb and dac that's kenneth walker kyron menungai chris rodriguez marshawn lloyd nicholas
singleton how many marshawn lloyd shares do i have good god cd lamb luther burden dj moore
wanda robinson denzel boston man denzel boston looks sick denzel boston just keeps making plays
he is what i was hoping jacoby lane would be
and uh he just keeps finding a way to score ryan flournoy antonio williams
and then three tight ends tyler warren jake ferguson terrence ferguson
uh let's see we got some teams with pat here a t guard never forget t guard coming on here
broadcasting from the warehouse a lamar jackson bryce young that's a nice quarterback room
chase brown remondre chuba jk dobbins charbonnet okay maybe
lamb zay get healthy waddle wandell coker debo jeremy rashad bateman christian kirk
remember christian kirk geez tucker craft gadston or ronde gadston having more points this year than
colston loveland can you believe that i mean everybody has more points than colston loveland
but specifically a ronde gadston a ronde gadston a ronde gadson a ronde gadson charlie cole
is this you kevin there we go may 28th may 28th how long ago does that seem
justin herbert jordan love cam ward it's not bad chase brown judkins chuba spears katron allen
amin raw alave lad jayden reed oof romeo dobbs denzel boston cyrus allen kincaid gunner helm
nijoku
we have a solo bbm team a sam bbm team another solo okay here's crutches
crutches june 11th dac and kyler get better kyler kenneth walker giovante bucky spears
braylon clayborne that's a pretty good running back room there bucky looks awesome man like
i know he didn't smash yesterday and you know the bucks lose but his role
is so good i know during the cram there's a little worry like hey sean tucker's active
like his role is so good i know during the cram there's a little worry like hey sean tucker's
active like his role is so good i know during the cram there's a little worry like hey sean tucker's
stayed rock solid like he he's going to be an rb1 this year uh provided he stays healthy
and baker you know just moderately gets his shit together uh this team has cd lamb malik
neighbors parker washington that is a sick top three wide receivers there jordan addison
shakir jeremy ridley fanning kincaid hawkinson so getting kincaid in there as well we have an
often on the clock team a team i drafted on the fantasy life show solo pat solo the team i drafted
on the fantasy life show solo pat solo the team i drafted with liam of course of course the team i
drafted with liam is in first place of course josh allen tyler shuck which is funny right because
they've been calling him apparently within the uh the saints locker room they've been calling
tyler shuck poor man's josh allen which is so funny because it's like come on uh i mean that's
even being very generous to tyler shuck but apparently now the shorthand nickname
for tyler shuck is poor man so everybody's calling him poor man in the saints locker room but on this
team we have josh allen and the poor man's version it was a zero rb team jadarian price
jonathan brooks blake corm kenny gainwell tank bigsby brian robinson how is this team winning
its pod with this running back room i will say it again for the audio listeners and you guys can
always get these uh the audios of these shows on the in a vacuum podcast feed i also have a
to spotify as well if you guys are following over there uh appreciate the likes in the comments on
spotify as well but jadarian price jonathan brooks blake corm kenny gainwell tank bigsby
brian robinson i guarantee this team has dj moore and dalton kincaid on it amin raw chris
alave dj moore khalil shaker ryan flournoy jacoby lane caleb douglas valet brock bowers
dallas goddard so no kincaid it's just josh allen nuke carrying this team
a swole cast team a team with levitan a team with pat here's another best ball bash team shy
is shea or shy in the chat lawrence love kenneth walker travis achan oh man
the travis achan stuff is crazy because i feel like if you just looked at the box you wouldn't
like be panicking on him and yet if you watch those games or you look at the usage and it is
so bad what's the difference between the two of them what's the difference between the two of them
we'll pull up the saints usage but i'll tell you right now it's going to heavily feature cj
donaldson but this team at running back beyond a chan you have rico you have keaton mitchell
claiborne singleton justin jefferson t higgins christian watson parker washington romeo dobbs
travis hunter denzel boston and then fannin helm fryer move
8t8 says they're calling me poor man after that week of dfs yes
new nickname poor man pete uh a team i draft look at these bash teams dude bash teams are crushing
bash teams are crushing here matthew wood we had a three five seven three jacksonville team
with trevor lawrence jordan love and poor man jonathan taylor henry hn samson tucker
lad parker washington carnell tate xavier worthy shakir vele branch
joey says is it all over for the chargers
pieces i mean i'm sure you guys have seen this on twitter and i included it in the uh the fantasy
life newsletter today but have you guys seen the schedule for the chargers coming up
this upcoming schedule here we go so they're they're oh and two and this is their schedule
here at buffalo at seattle home verse denver at kc at the los angeles rams home verse houston
at baltimore
like legit could go oh and nine to start the season um is it over for the chargers pieces
um i don't know man it uh i don't think it's over in the way like you still have a healthy
quarterback right like i'm far more concerned about the commanders and bears right now than
i am the chargers but it's pretty concerning it's pretty concerning and it it's kind of um
you know if you juxtapose it to what's playing out in jacksonville where we are
yes we have a split backfield but things are concentrating on parker washington like you at
least feel good about playing parker washington right now you have a pretty spread out uh target
share with the chargers so none of those wide receivers are really separating you have um a
really split backfield where all of these guys are mixing in you have herbert who isn't playing great
so i i do think they can turn it around but you look at this schedule and it's it's doing them
no favors that's for sure
but there's other spots i'm way more concerned about than i am the chargers
this is good next coffee way coffee giveaway needs to be poor man you know let's just do
it right now i mean that's too good it's too good to to pass up all right hashtag poor man
that's spelled p-o-u-r-m-a-n for our second bag of coffee this morning poor man in the chat and i
i am rifling through my coffee here as well so i'm going to do
another uh pour here
yeah i like these takes here from rohan in 952 the stew rohan says hampton and lad feel fine but man
this team looks awful and then the stew says chargers in real life is scary fantasy still okay
yeah i think that's the right take i think that's the right take
all right my uh my guy chris just got me the updated thumbnail for today's show so i'm going to
for my audio listeners it says bloodbath and all red caleb williams and a beheaded tony squares
very good very good i am going to update the thumbnail right now for anyone trickling in late
and then we will spin here to see who wins the poor man coffee giveaway
fan duel is now available everywhere in the u.s

Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Yeah, I do want to look at, I definitely want to look at Eliminator here.
And I want to see, I mean, it's early, but I want to look at some of the advance rates for some of these players.
Like, I mean, what do we think the Colston Loveland advance rate is right now?
I mean, it has to be something we do not like to look at.
Let's see here. Let's go over to BBMDB.
Um, let's just look at Loveland advance rate.
Any guesses? What has it got to be?
Like, if you took Loveland in round four, I mean, there's still stuff you could have done in the first three rounds.
If you have JSN with Loveland or whatever, you're fine.
But let's see.
Colston Loveland advance rate 9.1%.
So about half a baseline there.
Imagine being in 15th place.
In BBM with Colston Loveland.
So how do you get it done?
How do you finish in 15th place or hold in 15th place with Colston Loveland?
It's because you have Travis Kelsey.
It's because you have JSN and Kenneth Walker.
So there you go.
If you draft Kenneth Walker in JSN, which by the way, how did you get JSN and Kenneth Walker?
I mean, my God, let me see this board.
Now I already want to see this board.
How did you get these two?
JSN at 105, Kenneth Walker at 205.
This must have been an early draft.
Then you come back with a lobby.
Loveland, Swift, Caleb, Ramondre, Wilson, Jacoby, Myers, Chuck, Coker, Boston.
Even get the, the whatever, nine points from Emmanuel Wilson yesterday.
So there you go.
It is possible to survive Colston Loveland, apparently.
Oh no.
Minnesota Mike says my wife bought some clearance coffee with vanilla flavoring and it's terrible.
I need this Vassaleros more than you know.
All right.
Good luck to you, Minnesota Mike.
Let's spin this.
Hashtag poor man.
Rohan.
Wow.
The rich get richer.
A third place finish in the BR.
A free bag of coffee.
There is something to that though.
Like in life, when things go well, it really goes well.
We had Don in the chat, multiple binks.
On DraftKings, Rohan rolls a BR win right into the coffee win.
You got to strike while the iron's hot.
Heaters are real.
Sometimes the hoop just looks bigger.
And I can't wait for that moment this year when the hoop starts to look big for me too.
See, Joshua's down here just trying to get any kind of small win.
He says, I saw my name on there.
Feels like a small win.
That's all we need.
Just even being able to do the Leo point.
There's my name.
It's me.
It's me.
Who else?
What other advance rate would be interesting?
I mean, what is the JSN advance rate?
What do we think?
Is it like 27, 28%?
Or is that too frothy?
30%.
30% there for JSN.
Yeah, because I mean, you think in round one, I mean, Chase had a dud week one.
Bijan had the great week one.
But a poor week two.
Jonathan Taylor's been pretty solid.
But as far as like just back-to-back nukes, hard to imagine a better start than JSN.
Walker is a good one too to check.
Walker at 42.8%.
So yeah, able to get round two Kenneth Walker.
A pretty big cheat code here.
Shout out.
Spike, 10 gifted memberships.
Spike, is this just from, you know, the goodness of your own heart?
Or did you take something down?
Regardless, thank you, Spike.
And if you guys received a gifted membership here from Spike, be sure to tell him thank you.
And also make sure you get in our FanDuel free roll, which will be coming later this week.
So this is what a first place team in Best Ball Mania looks like.
Let's actually look at the board.
I think the board's funner to look at.
First place.
Wait, is this true?
Okay, doesn't even have JSN.
So you start Jonathan Taylor at 107.
You come back and you get Kenneth Walker.
Then Chris Olave, who's now been the third round pick on a couple of these teams.
Fourth round, Josh Allen.
Fifth round, DeAndre Swift.
Crazy to be in first place with sixth round Marvin Harrison.
That is crazy.
Seventh round, QJ.
Eighth round, Laporta, who's been rock solid.
Ninth round, Dart.
Tenth round, Wandel Robinson.
But 11th round, Isaiah Likely.
12th round, Jalen Coker.
13th round, Trey Tucker.
And then you finish it out with Tank Bigsby, Gunner Helm, Marshawn Lloyd,
Keon Coleman, Malachi Fields.
So, I mean, this Isaiah Likely, Coker, Trey Tucker stretch there, it does go to show
all you need are, you know, the handful of giga hits and you can survive some Marvin Harrisons.
But man, like you look at this sixth round and you're like, man, I really wish that was
Jordan Tyson here, where you at least dream of like, I'm in first place and I still have
Jordan Tyson coming.
I mean, on the flip side, you're looking at Marvin Harrison and you're like, I have 2027
Saskatchewan Rough Riders, wide receiver one, Marvin Harrison on my roster.
Josh Allen advance rate has to be pretty silly.
I will say Josh Allen.
I mean, it can't be 42.8%.
I'm guessing it's around the JSN around 30.
Let's go a little higher.
Let's say 33%.
43%.
Okay, I lowballed it.
Josh Allen, nuking, nuking.
Luther Burden and Jame.
I mean, the Luther Burden stuff has to be pretty bad.
I'm going to guess like.
7%.
12.9.
I'm bad at this right now.
I'm not calibrated enough on my advance rates.
This is the first time I've looked at it.
All right, I'll look at Parker Washington.
Let me see if I can actually guess this correct.
So Parker Washington, it's a smash, but not like a 43% smash.
It's also more about like not stepping on some of the other landmines.
In that range, I'm going to guess that he's like 29%.
I'm going to say 29% for Parker Washington.
27%.
See, I'm getting better.
I'm getting better with practice.
Gibbs and Amin Ra.
Yeah, I mean, Gibbs has to be up there with JSN.
I'm going to say Gibbs is like, if you have Gibbs on your team,
you're probably.
Well, you come back around at the 101.
So you're not getting Kenneth Walker.
That's the only thing too, is like the Gibbs two, three turn pairings.
I guess you could have Trey McBride with him, which would be pretty good.
I'll say.
I'll say 29% for Jameer Gibbs.
15.8%.
Wow.
I am bad at this this morning.
15.8%.
It must be some of those round two pairings here.
Brooks and Keaton Mitchell.
The Brooks one has to be pretty bad.
Brooks has to be sub 10%.
I'll say 9.4% for Jonathan Brooks.
13.6%.
All right.
Not as bad as I thought.
Yeah, I think just the cheaper you get, the harder it is for these guys to have crazy low
advance rates like Keaton Mitchell.
I'm guessing that's closer to neutral.
I'm going to say it's like 14.5%.
Because I don't think Keaton Mitchell is what's killing you right now at his cost.
13.5%.
Also, Spike filling us in on his generosity.
Won 25K on Thursday and last night game.
Can't play UD anymore.
Sad days.
My heart goes out to you, sir.
I know what you're feeling.
But congratulations on the 25K hit.
Who do you even want in round six?
That's a good question.
Let's see what a draft board, a random draft board looks like here.
In round six.
So in this one, I mean, Tyler Warren, you certainly don't want Jaden or Caleb.
Drake May has looked rough.
Hertz has been fine.
Burrow has been fine.
I mean, this is just a disaster of a round.
I mean, honestly.
I think I want Jordan Tyson.
i want to squeak a team through that as jordan tyson maybe hurts or burrow stacked up like hurts
with davante burrow with chase obviously or warren tyler warren i think is going to be a solid pick
here yeah imwald said p washington looks better than his raw scores as of yet he's not fully
nuked for his price yet yeah we haven't even gotten the wild jacksonville kind of like pace
up game yet uh i'm gonna be taking major l's on parker washington this year for sure
yeah this must be the uh the gibbs stuff nico and pickens you know you see here gibbs rashi rice i
guess breese hall would be fine with him but yeah nico pickens brock i mean the nuts with the 101
would be like gibbs mcbride and davante smith right or you pull up a lave some people were doing that
people want to look at bryce young yeah bryce young stuff has to be good young with coker
how about that let's do bryce young first but i would bet young with coker is pretty high oh i
forgot to guess young 30.4 but i bet if you have bryce young and jalen coker i'm gonna say you're
at like a 48 advance rate
51.5
so you are you are flipping a coin to be advancing if you just did a bryce young jalen coker stack
trevion would be a good piece if you were able to have captured him in the sixth round
like trevion in the sixth right now is looking
like it's going to age really well with just how poor remandre is playing
chuba chuba i bet is a very good one i'm gonna guess chuba hubbard 26 percent
29.7 for chuba
bigger l tony and guillotine or tony in the thumbnail we will see tony here in about an hour
can't wait to see you tony can't wait uh people want to look at the kolar advance rates again
it's probably around 16 because an 18th round pick is uh is not going to kill you but we can
take a look i'll say 14 14.4 see i'm getting good at this what about gadston can we have
gadston slightly above gadston probably at like 18 14 for gadson the kolar express has to be below
five percent it's just really hard for an 18th round pick to sink your advance rates like that
it's just it's it's the stuff up top like travis etn did we look at him like i'm guessing i mean he
hasn't even been that bad from a box score perspective so i'm guessing he's only slightly
below average i'm glad i'm guessing he's like 14 percent
let's see what travis hn is 14.2 percent uh nez wants to know jamo i'm guessing
i'm guessing it's around the hn stuff maybe a smidge
lower let's say 12.9 percent for jamo would be my guess
bbmdb working hard on this one
you got to send a tip to patrick donovan for his aws servers
we'll never know there it is oh 10.2 percent that's worse than i thought that's worse than i thought
you've got to send a tip to patrick donovan for his aws servers we'll never know there it is oh 10.2 percent that's worse than i thought that's worse than i thought
i've got to send a tip to patrick donovan for his aws servers we'll never know there it is oh 10.2 percent that's worse than i thought that's worse than i thought that's worse than i thought
have i looked at rashi's yet uh no i will and then i want to take a look at some of limb stuff
although this is a fun game i do enjoy doing this uh rashi rice 12 percent not great not devastating
i also have no problem doing this but everybody also can do this on their own
like this isn't a paywalled site this is all free i don't mind doing it and i like the suggestions
but you guys can you can do this to your heart's content all day
uh barkley
uh barkley oh boy 7.6 percent that one's rough that one's rough the puka one let's i mean he
hasn't even played week two yet uh bowers and who knows if he's gonna play we'll talk about that
later last one brock bowers 5.4 yeah that i mean when you don't have a guy playing that's gonna be
rough that's gonna be rough um all right let's go over to the eliminator
uh let's see did he pull it over here contest leaderboard
um i did not have a good week one in the eliminator
um but we are now back to expectation so we had 56 teams expectation would have been 75
so very uh very rough week one in the eliminator for me but bounced back in week two at least
slightly above expectation 28 baseline 29 advancing
i want to see my exposures in a limb my big limbs uh three teams advancing that's good to see
uh let's see though in
the eliminator let's check my exposures
jalen hurts bucky ted hearst man i will just say this like
a pure eye test like ted hearst looks like a baller dude i think pat had the line on the
ship cast he just looks like a dude who plays wide receiver in the nfl uh i'm a big fan of ted
hearst uh i'm excited to see what he does uh jeremiah love is a nice piece if we can get him
ramped up mike evans
jayden reed that kills uh patrick mahomes travis hunter lol
kate otten remandre lol xavier worthy golden
aaron jones that one breaking pretty nicely just having that backfield to himself
wicks looking good boston looking good cooper rest in peace
wish i had more kenneth walker there's some bryce young some trey mcbride so
looks okay not great not horrible just okay chip in a chair that's what they say in the biz chip in

call 1-800-GAMBLER
um all right what else anything else we want to look at here on the best ball front
eliminator stuff cruising along we can look at a couple of my higher dollar ones one of my big
teams so i did three big dogs one was the first team with levitan when we were
in disarray this is when he started berating me for not using the queue that team's in 12th place
which sounds about right then i did one with corain because i owed corain a big dog team that
one's an eighth however i have one team here that i did solo this was i want to say it was rambus
yes i believe this was rambus um tony and cups
did yeah cup star they they drafted that uh that big dog team after cops won so you think you can
tout and my team is in first here let's see how this one's looking lawrence and bo nix i like that
quarterback duo got to get that week two correlation jonathan taylor kenneth walker
kyron trevion henderson dude this might be the team i get to watch this year because i love this
running back room taylor kenneth walker kyron trevion henderson that's the team i get to watch
that's a nice four right there real nice jaylen waddle jordan tyson josh downs michael pitman
jr debo trey tucker wicks and hearst all right this is my team this is the one team i'm going
to root for this year dalton kincaid hunter henry tj hawkinson this might be the best team i drafted
all summer not too many injuries hopefully get jordan tyson back waddle bounces back downs looks
solid pitman hurt but whatever debo's been fine trey tucker wicks and hearst look like three of
the better late round picks and kincaid looks like a smash and then you fill in around him
with henry and hawkinson i like this team can we win the big dog can we win the big dog
um okay let's uh you know when you come down from the the highs of looking at
uh maybe a good team in the big dog and then we're gonna head over to survivor where we are
eliminated in the big survivor contest the survivor world championship we selected yesterday
a thousand dollar entry wait for it folks the tampa bay buccaneers baker mayfield at home
getting out dueled by deshaun watson fun fun stuff fun fun stuff
what was the i think it was here yeah here is the ownership in the big survivor 35 percent picked
the niners a third of the field which is now gone pick the buccaneers another 13.4 percent
picked the eagle or sorry the chargers who are gone um and then the ravens were the fifth most
picked team just a bloodbath there three of the top five most owned teams in the big survivor
teams the chiefs barely squeaked by in overtime i mean the eagles barely squeaked by i mean other
than the niners every one of these teams was on the ropes at some point so that was fun why it lasted
the touchdown survivor which i've been having fun with on swole cast i lost three of my entries
how did i lose it on a kenneth walker like walker has a sick game last night and
doesn't score a touchdown i lose bijan i kind of went um spread out there um in this contest
i lost barkley uh i do get derrick henry and mcafree entries through so we're down to less
than half of the field in the swole cast survivor one down to a thousand and nine entries
in the swole cast survivor we are down to 169 entries i have six of my 10
remaining i went three san francisco i have two la going tonight i had one dallas i lost to chicago
i lost to baltimore and then i lost two chargers in week one so we need the rams to win tonight
um loser survivor's been fun as well same concept just picking who you think is going to lose um i
did lose the saints on one entry yesterday otherwise i had stealers colts
commanders and i have the giants tonight as well basically just playing like the inverse of
my regular survivor picks
make sure you guys uh are joining us for the tears i'm going to try to get the tears contest
bigger this week i only got a couple entries in and i bricked but this is a fun contest
to play there needed jsn's 45.5 points that's for sure that is for sure
cody white man that had to have been one of the funniest stat lines of yesterday i included that
one in the newsletter all the elite wide receivers smashing jsn cd lamb jamar chase devante smith cody
white two for 24 and two who needs brock bowers when you have cody white do i know about the three
kenneth walker goal line carries no because i was in my like third rem cycle when they happened i'm
sure but now that i know about it i feel even worse about losing that td entry
how did the bucks lose the browns man i i truly don't know i mean their defense didn't play that
well but baker just looks like a mess he just looks like a mess
little nugget from levitan on the timeline right now as we talk about the box bucky irving
separating from kenny gainwell nicely out snapped him 51 to 23 yesterday carries were 17 to 2 in
favor of bucky routes were 22 to 23 and he's got a lot of time to play so i'm going to talk about
him in a little bit more detail in a little bit more detail but he's got a lot of time to play so
he's got a lot of time to play so i'm going to talk about
in favor of bucky sean tucker was active but didn't play an offensive snap
yes imwald says cody white with an isaac tesla s s s stat why can't i talk let me try this again
cody white with an isaac tesla s stat line there we got it i think that means one more
pour of coffee here as i over caffeinate myself
all right we can take a quick peek at the managed leagues and then we can start rifling
through some of the utilization here um managed leagues a pretty good week for
our ffpc portfolio although i'm tilted to lose this matchup to pat in our spite league draft i
thought i was going to be good to go and then pat had kenneth walker go for 23.8 and tyler
warren go for 17.4 and i got chased down in this matchup um tilting there to lose by 12 i thought
i was in good shape uh but the cd lamb was tough to overcome uh i thought i was going to have him
here my team in the spite draft baker mayfield chase brown and jeremiah love not getting it done
at running back tet did good almond raw kittle was a nice smash yesterday and tight end premium
this is of course famously
1.5 points per reception matthew golden and mclaurin let me down
i'm gonna have to figure out quarterback because it's kyler and baker right now which doesn't feel
great um i benched rico which was a good sit benched rodriguez uh left some points on my
bench here with xavier worthy in denzel boston i do have gadsden on this team
maybe he starts to come along a little bit with the joke who banged up and kohler not being a factor
but i drop one in the spite draft uh looks like our uh 5k with gretchen leone is going to get the
win the frame moggers are going to get the win the looks maxers what do we need in this one with
crack rock tonight we should win this one it's we just had oh my god this could be a sweat so we are
down nine points nine point three points we have puka got
if puka doesn't play we have terrence ferguson as our backup plan
so if puka does go like you gotta feel okay about him getting 10 points if he doesn't go how do you
feel about terrence ferguson because normally you would say puka's playing you don't feel good
about terrence ferguson at all but if puka doesn't play they have to use terrence ferguson right
how much would you pay for bryce off waivers
hmm that's a good question i mean i i would be hesitant to overpay for quarterback i mean if
we're if we're being sober about the bryce young stuff he is coming off of two really nice matchups
right the bears defense looks awful the falcons defense isn't going to be good so i would i would
try to stay in check you can normally find quarterbacks on waivers i don't know feels
like a five to ten percent kind of play
yes ffpc is tied in premium per route run
um but yeah otherwise a pretty good week the stat chads tonight they need to fade a big game from
isaiah likely that's the stat chasing crew our team with ron actually is going to get beat because
the other team has two players going the bone smashers crushed the ascendants our team with
sean and ben crushed what do we need in the jester maxers here
the jester maxers need 18 from malik neighbors that's kind of a fun sweat 18 from malik neighbors
if you say it in the davismatic voice terrence ferguson's gonna be our generation's puka
nine points light work for my short king i mean my tall king
there you go try to manifest that into existence uh cortisol spikers are going to take this one home
but man low scores across the board of course like one of my highest scores i'm going to lose 145 here
to pat all right let's uh let's do some utilization um talk to me talk to me um let's
do week two utilization who would you guys like me to check out
let's take a look at some it can be backfields it can be pass catchers i'll take some
suggestions we'll bop around i am of course using the fantasy life utilization report
can't recommend it enough you guys can get 10 off uh fantasy life plus which includes this
it includes the league sync all the projections all of that good stuff it's only eight dollars
and 33 cents a month and you can get 10 off with promo code pete the utilization report alone
is worth the price of admission and then you get duane's utilization report article as well
which will be coming out i'm guessing tomorrow
all right josh wants to look at the saints in the packers backfield plus darren waller for usage all
right let's do it yeah i did i did promise looking at the saints backfield and we are not gonna like
the cj donaldson usage i'll tell you that right now all right let's head over to the saints
we'll look uh just at root so we have alvin camara come back he uh travis h and
still leads the team in snaps, 53%.
Donaldson at 31%, Kamara at 30%.
The rush attempts, Alvin Kamara has more rush attempts
than Travis Achan.
That's where we're at right now.
And CJ Donaldson is running 18% of the routes.
So we have a true three-way committee here.
The short down and distance snaps was led
or tied with Donaldson and Achan.
And Donaldson was playing those long down
and distance snaps here as well.
So you look at the utilization score,
Kamara at 52, Achan at 45, Donaldson at 14.
Like this is a disaster for fantasy,
an absolute disaster.
Like it's one thing for Achan to get cocked
with kind of high value touches by Kamara.
It's another thing for this to devolve
into a three-way backfield with Donaldson.
Really, really gross stuff.
Um, let's see here.
Packers backfield was the other one Josh mentioned.
So speaking of three-way backfield, um, my God.
Chris Brooks leads the backfield and snaps 44%.
Marshawn Lloyd, 28%.
Caleb Johnson, 28%.
Marshawn Lloyd is second in rush attempts.
Caleb Johnson, 44.
Marshawn Lloyd, 33%.
Brooks, 22%.
Uh,
Chris Brooks leads the team in routes.
Both Brooks and Lloyd at 7% target share.
And you look at the utilization score,
38 for Lloyd, 34 for Brooks, 24 for Caleb Johnson.
So again, you layer in the offensive line concerns,
a three-way backfield, just an absolute disaster for fantasy.
Lloyd does score that receiving touchdown,
which like very barely salvages his day.
He finishes 28th on the week.
And,
and,
and PPR scoring for running backs,
but don't like to see it.
Do not like to see it.
Worm wants to see the Eagles wide receivers.
Yeah.
So routes, uh,
a clear, uh,
top dog in Devante Smith, 95%.
And then you have lemon in wicks down here in the 79 and 65% range.
Uh,
the targets absolutely dominated by Devante Smith yesterday,
39% of the targets, 32% targets per route run wicks at 18%.
Cooper actually ahead of lemon.
Um,
don't love to see that just really a dominant utilization performance from
Devante Smith, 98 score on the week.
He finishes as the fourth highest overall wide receiver,
just because chase lamb and JSN all went nuts.
Or I think it's probably Amin Ra who is ahead of him.
On the week.
But yeah,
you love this for Devante Smith.
I still think very bullish for wicks.
He looks like,
uh,
a very usable piece.
And I would say like moderately encouraging for lemon.
We knew he might get out to a little slower start.
If Goddard's banged up,
I think you hope that his targets really start to ramp up,
but the usage,
at least he's out there he's playing,
but right now it's Devante Smith and wicks.
Uh,
we have a suggestion here for the commander's backfield.
Yeah.
I'm curious about this one as well.
Yeah.
Rashad white dominated yesterday.
54% of the snaps,
uh,
57% of the routes.
I mean,
I think you could probably chalk this up to being more game script driven.
Right.
Um,
bill still led the rush attempts,
48% to 28%,
but trailing game script.
I'm sure they had Rashad white out there to pass protect.
Well,
um,
in that,
in that script,
but yeah,
the routes,
uh,
in the targets heavily skewing to Rashad white.
He actually has a pretty solid utilization score.
He also had a couple of those carries inside the five,
which you don't love to see.
Look at that.
If inside the 15 rush attempts inside the five,
I should say a hundred percent of them.
That's the,
that's the issue for bill,
right?
Like we always knew that he could,
he was going to lose pass work to Rashad white,
but if he's not getting those rush attempts inside the five,
that really hurts.
And it's reflected in the utilization score 73 for Rashad white,
37 for bill.
Rohan wants to see the Jags backfield.
Let's see here.
So snaps,
uh,
Tutin 49%,
Rodriguez,
24% Lakin Allen,
18% Abdullah,
7%.
Good God.
A dreaded,
a four way backfield.
At least we have Tutin leading the backfield and rush attempts.
54%.
Um,
also still decently involved in the past game,
35% of the routes,
which leads the team,
um,
targets.
They're not really throwing to the backs a ton,
but Tutin still had more there inside the five rush attempts.
One for each of Tutin and Rodriguez.
Um,
Rodriguez looking really,
really lot rough.
I think the Tutin stuff,
you know,
where we,
where,
where we were having to draft him,
it doesn't look great,
but in the context of just him head to head versus Rodriguez,
him being drafted well ahead of Rodriguez certainly looks decent right now.
And it shows how poor of a week it was that Tutin's the PPR,
uh,
12th ranked running back on the week right now.
You are score 58 to Rodriguez is 21.
Don't make me look at Jared Wayne of all the things on the ship cast yesterday
that I was tilting.
And it's not,
it's not even like I have the world's biggest bag of Jalen Knoll,
but just Jared Wayne getting burn over Knoll was,
was really tilting me for some reason.
Let's pull this up though.
Uh,
we will look at Texans wide receivers here.
This is going to be gross.
Uh,
routes Hutchinson booty,
Noel Wayne.
So Noel still ran 20% more routes than Wayne,
but the targets were just,
just all over the place.
17% Hutchinson,
15% Wayne,
11% booty,
9% Noel.
This is,
yeah,
they were just rotating everyone.
Everybody's getting in zone targets.
Everybody's getting air yards.
This is like a very classic four way split Hutchinson.
The one guy over a 50 utilization score here,
but none of them crack seven points.
I mean,
the Schultz was the focal point,
right?
You add in,
and Schultz here,
91 utilization score,
76% of the routes,
28% of the targets.

Chargers tight ends.
I mean,
it's going to be a little,
um,
skewed by Najoku getting hurt,
but yeah,
Gadsden leads the team in routes,
uh,
targets though,
still split here.
13,
13,
9%.
Uh,
I mean,
all of these guys just cannibalizing each other.
I don't know if we have an update on the Najoku stuff,
but one of these guys could be relevant if we get it down to a two,
two man tight end room as opposed to three.
Brady wants to look at the bills wide receiver usage.
I need to know if Liam is a genius or a Homer can't be both.
I think it can be both brother.
He's a savant.
Um,
here you go.
So again,
this is,
this is skewed from DJ more leaving the game early,
right?
Like DJ more.
Um,
what was that?
Was that the first quarter?
First drive,
second drive.
Um,
but yeah,
Coleman in the absence,
it went Coleman,
Shakir Palmer from a routes perspective targets,
21% Coleman,
21% Shakir,
11% Josh Palmer.
Palmer has the touchdown utilization score though.
Definitely the nod to Coleman 63,
three,
sir.
We just looked at the Packers split.
Come on guys.
Come on.
Kohler got hurt too.
Okay.
There you go.
So maybe it is Gadsden season.
Maybe it is any other spots you guys want me to look at here.
I'm trying to think of a few that I might be interested in.
I'm curious on the Patriots running backs.
Wow.
That's pretty encouraging here.
So Trevion Henderson,
60% of the snaps,
Reggie Gilliam played more snaps than Ramond Ray.
Uh,
Henderson had 67% of the rush attempts to Stevenson's 25%.
I had more routes,
41% to 37%.
This was an encouraging,
encouraging game for Hendo.
He has the,
he has the TD 60 utilization score to Ramond race.
39 played a hundred percent of the two minutes.
minute drill snaps.
I guess they didn't have any carries inside the five.
Those are still probably going to Romandre,
but pretty nice there for Hendo.
Imwald, encouraging for who?
Wasn't your big stand this year, Romandre over Stevenson?
Brother, I'm just an unbiased narrator on this show.
This show is not called bag defending.
Encouraging for Parker Washington managers,
encouraging for Trevion Henderson,
I'm always going to call it like it is, brother.
Dallas backfield.
Let's see here.
Dallas backfield still, why is this weird?
Javante, 80% of the snaps, 67% of the rush attempts,
13% of the targets.
Utilization down like a smidge because DeMarcato,
but like an 80-20 split for,
uh, Javante Williams.
Uh, that's not, that, that seems fine.
That seems fine to me for Javante.
I mean, they just had so many explosives in the passing game
that didn't seem like the volume was quite there for him yesterday,
but I don't have too many concerns about Javante.
Let's see any other spots worth checking out here.
Someone mentioned Raiders.
Genti, uh, dominated there.
84% of the rush attempts, 12% for Mike Washington,
78% of the routes, like utilization score 89 there for Genti.
Let's look at, um, a positional level.
Um, and just see as far as who topped yesterday.
So running back usage Kings, Kenneth Walker,
highest utilization score on the week.
Then Gibbs, Jonathan Taylor, Cook, Genti, HN, Swift, Hall, Bucky.
Basically like no surprises here.
Uh, I don't know.
I don't know.
I mean, these, these are the dudes Walker, Gibbs, Taylor, Cook,
Genti, HN, Swift, Hall, I guess, encouraging for Swift.
I mean, I know that that was essentially a washout of a game,
but he had looked like he took a little bit of a backseat,
not backseat, but had seeded more carries to Menungai in week one
than maybe the box score would suggest.
So nice to see his usage back up here.
At wide receiver, your top,
utilization scores on the week.
Amin Ra, Devante Smith, JSN, Chase, Lamb, Olave.
No surprises there.
Here's your first surprise.
Bateman.
Shout out Dink for flag planning that one.
95% of the routes,
33% of the targets,
93 utilization score, 21.8 points.
Waddle up here.
That was really nice to see in Boston, man.
Boston back-to-back weeks of doing it.
I actually want to see just on the whole year,
if I go back to including week one,
Denzel Boston top 15 utilization score on the year.
Pretty good stuff there from Denzel Boston.
McMillan still top 10 in usage.
I know the Coker stuff is really solid,
but McMillan is still right there.
They're both just consolidating.
82% of the routes for McMillan,
87% for Coker.
They both had a 30% target share.
Really, really good stuff for the Panthers.
Josh Downs.
That's a nice one to see in there too.
Josh Downs, 81 utilization score.
I mean, Alec Pierce leaves,
but even I want to say it was even before Alec Pierce left.
Josh Downs was on the field there in the two wide receiver sets,
kind of like we're hoping for there.
Trey Tucker also cracks the top 15.
Don, yeah, Miami wide receivers.
That's a good one to check out as well.
Did Caleb Douglas get banged up though?
At what point did that happen in the game?
Because I know he got hurt,
which might be impacting this because yeah,
we saw a little bit more Ryan Miller.
But before that, yeah,
82% of the routes for Malik Washington and Douglas targets Malik Doug,
Malik Washington,
22% Caleb Douglas,
13%.
Yeah.
Caleb left in a boot.
That's what I saw.
Yeah.
Just, it's just the,
the past volume so low as expected,
but it is nice to see that,
you know,
Malik Washington and Caleb Douglas are really kind of consolidating here
over the two week sample.
They're kind of a clear one,
two here in both routes and target percentage.
Oh yeah.
Josh wanted to see Darren Waller tight end usage.
Where are we?
Darren Waller.
This is over two games.
Let's just look at this week.
First 69 utilization score,
56% of the routes,
10% of the targets,
14% targets per route run,
33% of the end zone targets.
If you compare them to the wide receivers,
I mean,
it's obviously McMillan and Coker at the top,
but utilization as far as for a tight end is really solid there.
Leggett had that big catch as well.
Nice to see Bryce Young playing some good point guard.
Don,
you miss Caleb Douglas in a walking boot.
Is it because you were Scrooge McDucking into,
all of your money?
That might've been why you missed it.
Who the hell is Cody White?
It's a good question.
It's something on my to-do list to look into.
Let's look into it right now.
Cody White.
Born 1998,
November 28th.
We're going to do an oral history of his youth.
He was born in Novi,
Michigan.
A six foot three,
227 pound beast of a man.
Went to Michigan state,
was underage,
undrafted in 2020.
He signed with the Kansas city chiefs on April 25th,
2020.
He has bounced around to the New York giants,
the Denver Broncos,
the Pittsburgh Steelers,
the Seattle Seahawks.
And on September 1st,
2026,
White signed to the Las Vegas Raiders practice squad.
This man went from not being on a team 22 days ago to scoring two touchdowns in the national football league.
If that's not an inspirational story for all of us,
I don't know what is.
Yosh.
Are we familiar with Novi?
Are you from Novi?
Where's Novi,
Michigan?
A Northwestern suburb of Detroit.
Novi is located roughly 25 miles Northwest of downtown Detroit.
As of the 2020 census,
coincidentally,
the year that Cody White went undrafted,
the city had a population of 66,242.
Should I just read Wikipedia entries all day?
A local account has said that I'll do them in the like you're doing a field piece for the news.
A local account has said that it was named after the sixth toll gate to the Grand River Road.
However,
the township was named in 1832 and the toll road was not constructed until the 1850s.
Actually,
that's more like train conductor giving a tour.
Another account said that it was the sixth stage coke stop outside of Detroit.
Similarly,
the township,
was said to be stop six on the railroad,
but the Holly Wayne and Monroe Railway was not constructed through the township until 1870,
almost 40 years after the organization and naming of the township.
The views just plummeting.
Fantasy football garage.
I joined at the right time.
What's going on on the portfolio review?
Oh,
I don't know.
We're just reading Wikipedia entries about small towns in Michigan.
I would love to be sponsored by Wikipedia.
My DMS are open.
Real time descent into madness.
It does feel like that.
It's a coping mechanism from all my teams going to shit.
Best ball breakfast down bad.
It sure feels like that.
How do you?
I knew this was going to be a thing.
How do you say Novi?
What is it?
Nova?
Here we go.
Listen to it.
Novi.
Okay.
Novi.
Novi.
Is this what a Novig was named after?
Novi.
The original Novig capital of the world.
It's nice to learn a non-football thing per stream,
to be honest.
That's right.
I just learned how to pronounce Novi.
Novi.
How many Wikipedia tabs do I have open?
Just one right now.
I do have a lot of Chrome tabs open.
See, I actually prepared for today's show.
I'm like, I'm going to get them all.
We're going to go DraftKings.
We're going to go FanDuel.
We're going to go Underdog.
We're going to go Splash.
We're going to go FFPC.
We're going to go Utilization.
All right.
Let's talk a little Monday Night Football here, though.
We do have a game tonight.
And then at noon Eastern,
Tony Squares joining me.
Can't wait.
Absolutely cannot wait to talk Guillotine League.
with Toadie Squares.
two fearless commissioners just breaking down a league that they love monday night football tonight
what are we looking at what are we looking at where are my sharps in the chat tonight we have
the los angeles rams as six and a half point home favorites
a total of 47.5 there is one pick on the board that lord reeds gave out on thursday's show
by the way if you guys missed it really excited for that thursday show block we have alex cups
who kicks things off at 10 a.m eastern we went through a bunch of usage spots made some bets
accordingly sorry predictions accordingly then we had lulz return with brick 75
and we had a lot of picks on the board that lord reeds gave out on thursday's show by the way if you guys missed it really excited for that thursday show block
talked about prediction markets all kinds of stuff glad to have that show back with brick
and then we concluded with the new show in the weeds with lord reeds rich rebar of course spit
and fire for an hour going through his predictions for the slate so that's going to be every thursday
10 a.m to 1 p.m eastern but what got me on that tangent was lord reeds talking about
how much he likes the blake quorum longest
rush if i can find it so i will start it with that one but if anyone has any others to add here and i
might have to head to my phone
blake quorum longest rush yeah 13 and a half yeah reeds really like this one so i'm going to toss
this one in as a start do we have any other core picks for tonight where's my guy josh where are my
sharps
so i'm going to toss this one in as a start do we have any other core picks for tonight
what's your favorite blend of vasolaris and suns looking at maybe picking up some vasolaris and
suns i've been just doing the classic dark roast um that's kind of my jam i i got sent a big bag
of it that i haven't worked all the way through but i did order the colombian blend there that
i'm going to try out uh i think there was the ethiopian one so i have a few others to try out
but i've just been rocking the dark roast because i'm kind of uh i'm a simple man in that regard
all right let's see here josh likes single terry receiving yards yeah he had a really nice
receiving role yesterday or yesterday last week let's head over there and see that
and then t ferg longest reception that's fun
all right here's the singleton receiving yards is at 14 and a half you could take the higher 3.23
three all right that seems nice
and then t ferg longest reception
let's see what that looks like i don't see that in here josh i do see receiving yards 34.5
receptions 2.5 josh come back to me do you like either of these
i do think it's kind of fun to play some of the
rams receiving stuff if and get get this in before the puka news
people seem to think it's t ferg day lou likes an adams td
that does that also seems like a nice bet um that's at 1.9 x so basically a 2x there
uh dave likes the brazil roast for vasalaris and sons
kyle likes dart under 30.5
what is that 30.5 attempts or rush yards
am i reading that right sir
i assume that's rush yards 30.5 rush yards for jackson dart
yeah he hasn't been running quite as much what did he do
what did he do week one there
against dallas
i guess what he had
54 yards but thinking he maybe slows it down here
man we have too many suggestions in the chat chat mooney over one and a half
receptions
i'll put these in the idea box here and then we can narrow it down
neighbors td is a good one
scat under three and a half targets would be one to pair with single terry
we do have to get something t ferg in here right
i'll put the uh i'll put the davante touchdown in there maybe we can do two here
and then terrence ferguson yeah i just have yeah you probably just play the yards
oh kyle that was pass attempts not dart rush attempt okay let me make sure i get that right
so
pass attempts 31.5 and you had that remind me kyle what did you have it at under under so yeah under
31 and a half we get the extra one there although a lower multiplier
fields over look kind of good fields longest reception all right
let's see the malachi fields 24.5 longest reception 16.5
two and a half receptions player receiving yards what was his let's check his a dot um
what was his a dot last week
malachi fields
27 of the air yards oh yeah 16.8 that's pretty good i like that then with the uh
the longest reception 16 and a half all right help me narrow this down let's let's slice and
dice these a few different ways we have blake quorum and i just like it won't even last time
it wasn't even letting me play these on desktop
um all right so we have a quorum longest rush we have single terry receiving yards
adams touchdown terrence ferguson 34 and a half receiving yards jackson dart lower 31 and a half
malachi fields higher 16 and a half
let me screenshot these i mean like the rigmarole i have to go through
to get these in uh here but this is going to be in our idea box here i'm going to save this to
my desktop so i have it
i'll put together two i'll put together two here can someone in the chat um who's in a pick'em state
um put one of these together as well so i can share the link like i'm not going to be able
to share the link with mine but let's do because i think two that go well together so you play
we probably play the dart stuff opposite we play the dart stuff
like dart lower pass attempts with like the ram smash angle or no because then then his rush
attempts are up yeah i'm trying to find like a correlated fashion of which one of these makes
sense single terry higher receiving yards opposite like adams in ferguson makes sense to me
i like those three so if you did single terry so you have adams scores a touchdown ferguson
gets his 35 yards and then single terry and garbage time
gets to 15 receiving yards and then in the other one you play the malachi fields higher 16 and a
half reception dart lower 31 and a half and then quorum 13 and a half longest rush
i'm not sure how the uh yeah i think they probably will i'm just trying to get a clean narrative in
here josh likes quorum plus adams anytime td and a giant's one would be solid core
yeah i like that one all right let me try this
see what this pays for me adams touchdown
we'll do the quorum longest rush that reeb's likes
okay i can't i can't even combine longest rush with this let's see that's where i'm at
we'll go dart
lower path see i can't even yeah i have to do
i have to do a bunch of these as solos
here's the deal you guys are gonna have to round robin these on your own
you're on your own uh but this is our idea box we at least have an idea box
and sometimes that's all you can ask for in life that's all you can ask for
td says he's out on mcduffie versus neighbors give me the seam stretcher there you go there you go
um let's check out the next one
check real quick um some showdown stuff i did just want to see how that was looking for tonight
we can see what like the chalk looks like what's simming well
let's do
all right they're going to make me all right i'm going to remove
cj daniels and chris manhurtz from my player pool
so immediately or wait do i have any settings on no i don't have any settings on
you are getting a ton of four two and five one rams
jackson dart jackson dart showing up in the uh in the majority of these boner says i need a dgen
link please don't tease me make a pick them brother i literally can't i literally can't
that's why i asked somebody in the chat to make it if someone wants to tag me in the discord
with one um
you
i will share it with you people and i'll put it in the link but i quite i would love trust me
brother do you know how much i would love to be able to just make a pick them draft some br teams
sounds like a wonderful life sounds like a wonderful life make a prediction
that i can do that i can do um i'm seeing here are the are the sims up for this one yet doesn't
look like the sims are cooking yet for this game tonight but the uh the values that are popping the
most you're getting dart in 99 of optimal stafford adams kyron parkinson i'm actually
curious are they it looks like etr is projecting puka out for now yeah parkinson plus t ferg if
puka out
yeah what what is the latest on puka here
all right don telling us they're working on it right now
yeah so the report last night from schefter was that puka's heading in the wrong direction
which didn't sound good
i definitely think working under the assumption that he's not playing
is probably right schefter said on sunday nfl countdown that niku is more likely to be
sidelined on monday than to suit up and play through his groin injury
oh yeah i mean i think you can count on that with mcveigh like there's no way he's going
to tip his hand any earlier than he needs to there can we fade odell beckham yes
absolutely you can fade odell beckham considering he ran 18 of the routes last week and he's not
a single target yes yes i think you can um all right let's see here anything else we want to
look at we can check the uh the fan duel on fan duel what's looking what are we looking at over
here his line is four and a half catches that can't be right sir we're talking about odell
beckham you might you might have a slider or something like that but he's not going to be
something on you can certainly take the under on four and a half catches for odell
um on fan duel actually looks really similar where you're just getting like four one
rams i mean it makes sense right like everything's going to consolidate like crazy on the rams the
salaries came out before the puka stuff so you're just getting insane values on parkinson on
ferguson even adams so if you're looking for the gal brain flip the script tonight
showdown it's probably running like four two giants or five one giants because man
there's going to be so many rams onslaught builds yeah fk cooler says is that a season-long prep
his season-long prop exactly exactly um okay well none of you sent me uh a pick-em here so
you guys are you guys are going to be on your own but let's uh i'll give you the idea box once
we're done with the showdown
more here so you have it the official plays
blake quorum higher 13 and a half longest rush single terry 14 and a half receiving yards
davante adams scores a tutty terence ferguson goes for 34 and a half receiving yards jackson dart
goes for 31 and a half uh or goes under 31 and a half pass attempts in malachi fields
higher than 16 and a half longest reception um here's what we're going to do we're going to
do one more how many coffee giveaways have we done we've just done two right jordan won one rohan won
one let's do one more and then we will bring up my headless my headless co-host on the t's and p's

this is one he put together devin single terry higher 14 and a half receiving yards davante adams
touchdown terence ferguson 34.5 receiving yards davante adams touchdown terence ferguson 34.5
receiving yards davante adams touchdown terence ferguson 34.5 receiving yards davante adams touchdown
terence ferguson 34.5 receiving yards davante adams touchdown if you do the 30 boost uh you get
a 10.3 x on that one so there you go for the people who need the link thank you to rohan there

all right i think i have gone through the dfs slate we've done gpps we've looked at best ball
we looked at survivor we looked at some of our high stakes leagues
we went through the utilization and now it's time to switch i'm going to get my uh
my ducks in a row here i'm going to head over to guillotine league.com
i'm going to get our overlays situated here
bear with me bear with me
so we get this all nice and tidy
we'll go here we're gonna have two just two of us today i'm gonna pull this up
gotta get it all perfect and ready for my guest of honor today my co-host head over to my leagues
all right i think i am set by next week this is what i'll say one more time before i bring him up
um i'm going to head over to my leagues all right i think i am set by next week this is what i'll say one more time before i bring him up
um
zach lenars uh i said hey can you make a little intro music for this and he goes i'm waiting on
today's show to have content of both of you being eliminated before i make the intro so
next week there will be an intro for now there is no intro it is not the t's and p's guillotine
league it is just the guillotine league tony squares my new headless friend welcome to the
show we get to do for 16 more weeks together brother
uh
i feel like a couple of things peter a couple of things i want to get off my chest first off
this is how it was always supposed to happen a guillotine league is where you get eliminated
one team every single week and of course with me and you wanting to host a show together and host
a league together of course the first two weeks we are the first two out and i i feel like it's
even more i don't know against my ego against whatever it is but i did not even get the chance
to parade around the fact that you were eliminated first i did not even get to
host a show with you to make fun of you instead i am joining before monday night football slate
even takes place
a disaster of a week too where half of my squad puts up single no all of my squad puts up single
digits and i am burned at the stake right alongside with you i don't even get to to
celebrate you being out first before i join you peter i'm dressed for my funeral as you can see
i got my nicest blacks on the red tie to represent my neck bleeding out from my head being chopped
and here we are peter welcome to the next 16 weeks of your life bud it's it's absolutely
incredible i mean last week at this time like i still thought the chat told me i had an 80 chance
of winning literally seven days ago at this time we were heading into monday night football i had
bow nicks i had rj harvey i had rashi rice you know nez tried to reverse mush it being like oh
no you got this all this stuff flash forward not only am i out but you are out imagine telling us
literally uh seven days ago that neither of us would be in this league anymore tony because
that's where we're fucking at right now
i was tied for the second best score last week peter me and kitchen had the second best score
cooter doodle number one there was no chance in hell that my mvp caleb williams saquon barkley
running all over the place david montgomery had how many touchdowns in week one i was cruising
there was i didn't even bother looking at the waiver wire of your of the corpse of your team
in week one i needed to make no improvements other than maybe the tight end position and then here i
am that's not true chris rodriguez is on your roster you you got in there you got a little
nibble on my roster that was the one move i could make and i'm not going to lie to you i'm not going to
lie to you i'm not going to lie to you and uh it did not help me one bit as i left his ass on the
bench peter my team all together scored four less points than josh allen it scored two less points
than jsn uh there are two more points than jsn like there was a chance i could have been defeated
by one singular solitary player in this league and now because you sir have uh placed a bounty
on both of our heads where we added fifty dollars a week to the pot per week we had missed a hundred
dollars a week to the pot has been added from week three onwards and this is by far this is
they could not make any more money than what they are making right now so it's your generosity we
did it for the people we did it for the content i guess we can say right peter we do i mean that's
all we have left because we certainly don't have our teams left here uh just for our audio
listeners we do have in 17th place getting chopped this week the polk high panthers
this team definitely the jaylen polk of guillotine league
teams uh caleb williams 7.72 points barkley three points uh montgomery 4.4 golden 9.8 rome 7.3
sadiq 3.7 uh wandell robinson 1.9 lad mcconkey 6.5 a total of 44.32 points
and unlike me where i could like point to one play and be like bo nicks you make one more run
one more throw and i advance you lost by 13 points yeah i mean zakarian here right touts
be like you lost by 13 points you lost by 13 points you lost by 13 points you lost by 13 points
damn you you needed a lot of things to even be sniffing survival here tony what do you i mean
look barkley gets injured leaves the game that's a bad beat the caleb williams to roma dunes a stack
okay in a game with 20 per hour 20 mile per hour wins rain what were you thinking with this play
what is going on tony uh okay first off caleb williams was the mvp after week one so let's
start there caleb williams was the mvp after week one so let's start there caleb williams was the
magician what could that could not be started they scored 59 points in week one and of course
when i drafted roma dunes a i did not expect 20 mile per hour wins in week two when they faced
brian flores who blitzed the bears again at a 75 or more clip i understand i was going a little
crazy with the roma dunes a stack but if that's the thing that was supposed to slay me then god
for so be it matthew golden getting how many looks down the field if they gave points for dpi i would
have come in first place with matthew golden's performance against the jets and then wandale
robinson that is my that's my that's my that's my i'm going to have to do a lot of work on that
that's going to burn me till the day i die because i've been touting him for the entirety of your
stupid reality show which is the reason that i'm here and wandale robinson is the only player on
this list that played all of the snaps in this game everyone else went out with an injury and
yet wandale played 100 of the snaps and came down with the worst score out of it in a full ppr league
of 1.9 it's it's altogether bad and yes lad mcconkey i'm sitting there debating at the start
of the day well you know what if i gotta sit lad mcconkey maybe i'll throw in chris rodriguez
because he plays late at night maybe i'll throw in the chiefs backup running back
wouldn't have mattered peter i'm dead to the world and yes we have a graveyard section on
the below the blade website now sam floor maxer is doing his best to keep this thing updated and
keep the people entertained because this is all we have left is to go through this site and talk
about the 16 people we added to our league that now are playing longer than we are in said league
i am miserable but i do have a question speaking of zach coming up with uh intro music for this
show we do i mean you are the boss of this whole entire thing we are technically the commissioners
if you go to the factions part of the below the blade site we are part of our own faction me you
and the production team as well is there anything in your heart that says why don't we just kick the
production kids out and take over their team for the final run here a little little comeback from
the dead like i said uh maybe you'll experience this this week because last week uh i received
multiple offers either to co-manage a team with someone in the league rambis was driving a hard
bargain he wanted me to toss out an offer and i'm like okay i'm gonna do it i'm gonna do it i'm gonna
offer i am actually let me let me throw that to you what number which i was never going to do
but what number do you think rambis would be like you can have my team for how much money would that
have taken well considering the the majority of his eliminator teams feasted ashen genti and
colston loveland he'd probably take a fiver at this point just to get some money back into the
bank because rambis is struggling out there um but yeah i don't think i'd pay any money to take
over a team uh in this guillotine league even though now this guillotine league is as expensive
will ever be we started off with a two thousand dollar pot at the top now we've added how much
eight hundred and seven fifty back-to-back weeks to that pot at said top like this is a
a big money league for these winners you know like when i was like benchmarking that so it's
the fifty dollar bounty for each week that you and i are not in the contest you know i was saying
all right one of us makes probably a deep run you know maybe week 13 week 14 maybe even median
expectation one of us makes it halfway through so you're looking at like four hundred and
maybe six hundred bucks maybe like that's like worst case scenario nope eight hundred for me
last week seven hundred and fifty for you the prize pool is on the rise the ev of getting in
this league is looking absolutely incredible for free a free entry to this league and
there are over 3 500 in prize pool to get out of this league yeah ev is up there um don't worry
mr mr we will talk a little bit about fab strategy here but we need to continue making fun of tony
so we're going to talk a little bit about fab strategy here but we need to continue making fun of tony
squares for at least a little bit longer uh someone wanted to know uh and i think it's a
good question why are you dressed like an italian wedding waiter right now uh because uh this is the
best have you ever gone to a funeral peter i always struggle going to a funeral do i wear all black i
don't really have a lot of black this is a hundred percent what i would wear if i had to go a bartend
a black tie wedding right now this is a you can't wear a bright red tie to a funeral you cannot wear
that to a funeral right
this is this is to commemorate the blood that's dripping from my neck peter all right just please
tell me you've never gone to a funeral wearing that i've never worn the bright red tie at the
funeral no it's usually all black there's usually no tie but i figured i'd add the tie for a little
bit of spice but this is all i got and cooter doodle over here yeah i don't i don't want to
talk about cooter doodle the fact that she came out with a week one absolute hammer and survived
this week there are so many holes in all of these rosters that remain the fact that mike's a carrying
is still out there when he was in ireland for the majority of the time he was in ireland for the
majority of the draft and the first two weeks with a team saved by one run by travion henderson
it pisses me off peter but this is the world that we live in and again you're sitting here i'm
getting a little heated now you're sitting here saying that uh we got to make fun of tony for the
next 15 minutes once more i'll represent you got eliminated first and i had zero chance to do any
type of needling to you instead i am on the docket immediately zero chance you went into the lab you
made a short and let's just say i cannot wait to make a short this week as well because two could
play that game tony i'll be sending the collab request over on instagram for that one once i get
the lab don't act like you didn't have a chance you fired up a stream on either wednesday or
thursday night you've had ample opportunities to twist the knife and now i'm gonna get my
little parade sir yeah it's definitely a parade and it's definitely a parade that most of the
public saw coming because again the whole entire so you think you can tell run by old tony squares
was hampered by the he don't know ball theory and again to come out week one because you're
you had a top three score oh buddy i was doing a dance and i have to admit i'm gonna this is a
complete honesty here i'm not trying to hide anything i'm open i am an open book when it
comes to fantasy football i am in this guillotine league and i also run my home guillotine league
that i love to death i have so many people from like i went to high school with i got family
members i got people i met out out in l.a out here i got people from so you think you can tell
like i got i got so many fun people in this 18 team guillotine league that i truly love to run and love to
you know poke people when they get eliminated and guess who got eliminated in week two in that
league peter this guy with a completely for both of yours with a completely separate roster than
what you see on the screen right now there is not a single player on here that i also had in the
other guillotine league and i still came in dead last in both of those leagues it was a terrible
sunday i'm surprised i'm even here you're lucky i even showed up this is it's awful dj moore michael
I had so many zeroes, so many nothings.
burgers malik willis was my quarterback i was awful awful obijan robinson was my running back
second overall pick zilch terrible all of it's terrible and here's the thing tony because and
you know what i don't even think this actually made the finale uh episode but there was a part
where you pitched me on uh guillotine leagues and i asked you you were talking about how you
you wish there was an element of the so you think you can tout of like actual touting let's see
who's good at fantasy let's let that be a component and you brought up that this guillotine
league could be a way for you to prove that you're telling and i actually pushed back on you i was
like look there's a lot of variance in this game you can have one bad week it's not a referendum
on how good of a tout and you said results matter you said how you perform matter so do you want to
walk it back that getting eliminated early on in a guillotine league is in fact
or isn't a referendum on how good of a tout you are tony it's a pretty bad referendum it's it's a
pretty bad referendum um i i mean again not here to make excuses but saquon barkley getting a
stinger come on like what are we doing what are we doing out here caleb williams not being able
to run the ball in twice on the one yard line and then pulls a hammy and has to get carted off like
he's at the end of a rocky movie what are we doing here but now it's it's it's uh i would love to say
that results matter and i would love to stand by that however when the two of us hosting a guillotine
show and again this show is about the league that we're running but we're also here to give strategy
to give analysis to help people in their guillotine leagues and if we're out here touting stuff and
yet we fall apart on our faces day one why should people listen to us it's tough peter it is tough
i can't wait to see what's coming up here do as we say uh not as we do i just see here's the spin
zone i like this from mike's a carrying who narrowly escaped this week he says to be honest
this is good for the league i want my host focusing on their content not their line
up so that could be the spin zone tony that we're now laser focused on the content on the strategy
because look we're you know we might have been spending too much time you know you know fiddling
with our waivers now we can focus on what matters most here peter if you don't think i've gone
through all the stages of grief at this point and come back around to you know what it's actually a
good thing that's where i'm at because not again this league and my home league i no longer have
to worry about setting lineups i spent 90 minutes before 10 a.m on sunday going through all my
survivor pools all my lineups making sure there's anything any trades i want to do
two of those leagues are gone now i never have to worry about this guillotine league setting a
lineup or my other guillotine league i get to focus purely on making stuff for you and helping
this show grow now should people listen to us and our analysis i don't know was i wrong in making
fun of davis for spending 777 of his thousand dollars on puka nakua even though puka is not
going to play this week maybe that was the right move because davis is moving on and i am not but
that's uh sadly the world that we live in so one thing that i you know there's some things that
you're just not gonna
monday morning quarterback you're telling me that's that's what i'm gonna see when i see my
roster when i open up that's what i'm gonna see right there your team has been chopped that's
gonna hit me in the face it's worse i'll show you this so this is this is what it looks like so
tony if you didn't get eliminated from both your leagues uh if you actually go one of them that
you're still in it shows here this is what you get to now do you have to go over to this completed
tab you go to the completed tab and it says see this result here shop then you have to go view
league uh and then you'll have to go back
to the week just to see here but this is what i wanted to say about your decisions like yes if
you would have started tyler shock you would have made what 15 more points there uh which would have
cleared you but again no one was going to stay say start shock over caleb williams there this is what
i want to critique there's two elements one i do really hate the stack in guillotine league it like
opens yourself up to more variance because when things do go south and the team scores three
points you're taking two of your lineup spots so i don't like that my only reason i'm going to
do this is because i'm going to have to do more at tight end like sadiq a rookie in a low pass volume
offense gadsden super volatile play on the charge like i think you had to find whether through the
waivers or in the draft a better higher floor tight end option a hundred percent agree and that
was the uh one decision i was going to make on said waiver wire if you remember our draft we
had a couple of crazy things happen including tight ends going very very fast and it just came
to pass when we hit we had a lot of crazy things happen including tight ends going very very fast
my corner of the draft i sat there and kept on kicking the tight end can down the road to my
own detriment but when your team was cut juwan johnson new orleans saints was available and i
had a number in there i had a number in the system for 69 and on the day of waivers i moved it down a
little bit thinking it was too expensive and then mark the shoe man stole him for 67 and that will
be the thing that probably cost me my life so i guess the moral of the story is that the the fact
you can take away from my death is no one can take away from my death
no number is too high and if you think your number is too high on the fab budget and you need that
position desperately then spend the money to get your guy because i don't even think shoe played
juwan johnson in his starting lineup this week but i needed him desperately yeah not that that's i
actually want to see that because i mean juwan uh that was part of my roster there what's shoes name
in here uh can foot and mouth he just passed him can foot and mouth what did he so he played oh he
played laporte at tight end johnson took the two and hunter henry yes um also we got to talk a little
bit i mean cups isn't the is the rumor on the street or not rumor didn't he say he auto drafted
most of this he did auto draft most of it and congratulations to cups he just announced that
him and his wife are expecting he auto drafts his team and uh survives in two straight weeks
in the guillotine league josh allen looks like it's going to take him all the way to november
december uh winner of so you think you can tout has all the sites on his website and he's going to
credits in the world is writing for fantasy life his new job again beautiful wife beautiful life
baby on the way nothing bad happens to alex cups my man can auto draft a roster and absolutely score
the highest number in week two peter i i don't know man i think he's going to take over for you
i think cups is eventually going to have the peter over that channel you're just going to hand it to
him you're going to retire and say i'm leaving it to you in my will please please i would love i
would love nothing more than to be quite literally anywhere else than right here with you right now
uh also i know i always said stacking is bad in guillotine league i do just want to say if your
quarterback in tight end combined for 60 plus points it's actually a good thing with josh allen
and dalton kincaid i cannot wait until the bills have their dud game which might not ever happen
but if it does i can't wait to axe alex cups in his perfect life
yeah and it's it's sadly it's the thing that uh this is why i do love guillotine leagues not because
i was absolutely demolished and the rest of the season now i have nothing to look forward to on
sundays but it is the ebb and flow like this week means nothing to week three i was again one of the
highest scoring teams in week one it means nothing in week two you have one bad week and it is all
over for you and this was a comedy of errors what you're seeing on the screen right now and you can
make fun of the stack but even look at everyone on that roster and what they did the week before the
only question mark is that lad mcconkey with the injury otherwise these guys all underperformed and
it all happened in the end of the week and i think that's what's going to happen in the end of the
week i was going to ask about the lad stuff because it seemed pretty touch and go we get
the reports he's going to play with the flak jacket again in these deep guillotine leagues
you almost just have i mean i would have done the same thing as you like you just have to start lad
because your options are so poor did you ever consider playing roman wilson or mac holland's
here uh roman wilson and mac holland's no because they started at that uh 10 o'clock or 10 o'clock
on the west coast start time for so for me it was lad versus uh emmett johnson or chris
rodriguez and i decided to go with lad because at that point you can see on the tweets i sent
out during the day it was a lost cause at that point i needed the the hammer from my last player
to stay alive and the best person to give me said hammer was lad mcconkey with a flak jacket
and obviously that didn't work out yeah yeah there's i mean you come into this barkley versus
tennessee montgomery cincinnati you're feeling good golden has insane usage week one um wandell
like theoretically has a high floor but yeah i mean this is a roster i think you're feeling okay
it's probably if you're being realistic this is going to finish bottom three or bottom third this
week but probably good enough to squeak i was hoping for and uh you did not i mean let's look
at the sicarian team who survived he has may keen mitchell henderson justin jefferson jeremy
bernardy spot starts hawkinson brian thomas mckay lemon i mean this team is ass this team
jordan so many people with an ir next to their name it's so bad oh that's the team i lost too
even even like uh all these players like team canada that's zach's team he was at the top of
the league last week and this week comes down to near the bottom and then uh yeah there's nothing
there's nothing we can do nez uh floating around the bottom again with a bunch of your players
rambus takes two of your players spends all of his uh fab budget on him comes in 11th place like
what are we doing out here and yet there's nothing my team they're not doing anything
they doubled my score peter i can make fun of them all i want they doubled my team score
and it's all over now i gotta listen to rambus now i gotta listen to rambus just
gloat for the next three weeks before he's kicked out you know how annoying that's gonna be how
many times he's texted me already the fact that i gave rambus my actual phone number that was a
stupid move and now it's just non-stop dude that was the worst because i he you know it's actually
perfect because the main spot he messages me is instagram dms of all places and i don't
I don't have any notifications up.
So like every two days,
I'll pull up,
Instagram and then see like six messages from him. And so I've been able to keep Rambis at bay,
but you giving him your phone number, that's a wild move right there. This was my last message
from Rambis. He goes, he made me the offer. He says, if you want back in the league,
I'd hear you out on an offer from my team. Hosting that show for 16 weeks would be brutal.
I don't respond. I end up posting the screenshot of that message in the discord. And then he
follows back up, gonna assume based on the laugh emoji and putting it in the discord,
you don't want back in. Correct, Rambis, I don't want back in.
I hate it so bad. And like, again, the point of this show on Monday is to invite people from the
league, all these great characters that we handpicked to put in this league, to invite them,
to have them duke it out, to talk about the sweat that they're going to feel on Monday night football,
hoping it comes down to that. The conversation between you and Nez last Monday on this show was
excellent.
Excellent. And this week, and from now on, we don't ever participate in that. We will have to
just simply be asking the questions and in the cuck chair, the entire time of this league,
as other people experience the highs and lows, because me and you are gone and it's terrible.
It's terrible. Should we rename it? Tease a piece guillotine league to like cuck chair guillotine
league. Uh, just incredible stuff. Uh, Davis says, it's very funny that this is going to work out for
content. I would never have watched this if it was just a normal guillotine show, but I'm so
enthused to see you guys do it.
I mean, Davis, you understand this as a guy getting kicked out of the flock league. It is
raised my interest in the flock league more than I ever would have had otherwise. So it's addition
by subtraction. It's the Ewing theory of fantasy content leagues. Like you get us out of here and
all of a sudden the league gets more interesting. So you're welcome. Everyone. It isn't, isn't
jinxies team destroying the flocks flock league. Davis is Maddox, uh, uh, roster destroying said
flock league. That'd be tough to miss out on that, but yeah, good first round point.
Pick there in the, uh, in the flock league. Speaking of which I should have taken JSN instead
of fucking Pooka Nakua in this league. And I would still be alive. Um, we, we are going to continue
to dance on Tony's grave throughout the show, but let's go back and talk about the vultures that
descended on my roster last week in the waiver wire run, because you put these bids on Twitter.
There was a lot of conversation from guillotine heads, guillotine sharps that said, Whoa, Whoa,
Whoa. You guys spent way too much money on guillotine. You guys spent way too much money on
the carcass of Pete's roster. Rambis spends $401 on Mike Evans, $526 on George Pickens.
Davis spent $777 on Pooka Nakua. Um, what were your thoughts on this bidding frenzy after week
one? I was very surprised to see the numbers. I thought they were extremely high considering you
have a thousand dollars for the rest of the year. The Pooka one, I could semi get behind, even
though it's 78%.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Because the market behind him, there were a lot of, uh, bids in the six hundreds as well. So that
was the price for Pooka, whether that's a good or bad price, Davis was paying market value,
the George Pickens and Mike Evans moves by Rambi to dump the entirety of your pot on two guys that
probably aren't playing in that final month of the league. Uh, it is, it is a very, very vast
overpay for a team that needed wide receivers desperately. However, uh, I'm, I'm amazed that
Rambi did that. We know him though. He shoots from the hip and, uh, uh, he's kind of sad about
it. He sent a couple of videos. We played them on the last stream we did on the T's and P's
guillotine league page. Uh, during our YouTube show, I could probably send that, find a way to
send that to you so we could play it here. But Rambi's defended it says he's going to win anyway.
He did call out that he was going to beat me. So it didn't matter. That part was proven, right?
However, I do think he's going to be out of money very soon here. And all these
players on his team in particular have the same bi-week. So that could hurt him in the end, but
the guillotine vet, uh, compared to me and your, this is the carcass of your team. You drafted these
guys with reason. So were you surprised at these numbers? Yeah. I, again, I think they're all a
smidge high, but particularly Pickens and Evans, because the name of the game in guillotine is
obviously trying to build a superstar starting lineup. And when you get deep into this contest,
let's say week 10, week 11, like there's a chance that even guys like George Pickens and Mike Evans
aren't in your starting lineup. Like just with the,
the quality of teams, maybe a little further along week 12, 13. So to spend that, you know,
amount of your relative budget on guys who probably aren't even going to be part of your
late season plans, that's where you get into trouble. But obviously if you're adding a first
round caliber player who no matter what is going to be in your starting lineup,
you can justify it a little bit more. I wonder, this is my theory.
They all watched me get bounced from the league. They know content's going to be made. And everyone
knows that I don't want to be the next fucking one out. Like I'm willing to unload the clip to
survive for even just three to four more weeks, just to not have to take a shit like Peter.
And now Tony is having to do, did you consider that strategy? Maybe you should have unloaded
the clip just to make sure you, you know, escaped by a few more weeks.
I had what I thought to be a way too high a bit on Puka and it wasn't even in the top five. So I
was willing to spend much more than I normally would spend in week one in order to survive.
Cause I did not want this to happen. I didn't want to be the next fucking one out. I didn't want to be the next
I did not want to be sitting next to you, Peter, and have us both be out. I wanted one of us to
have some type of, some type of life in this league, something to hold on to. So I was willing
to spend on Puka. My mistake was being a little bit cheap with Juwan Johnson, even though it
probably wouldn't have worked out in the end. And I do feel bad for Steph, the waiver queen.
She made a bunch of moves this week, but one of them earlier was from your carcass. RJ Harvey
spent about 10% of her budget on RJ Harvey. And he did not, he pulled up lame, did not play
in week two. And I'm not sure when he comes back. So that's all I can say.
That's always tough to spend that much money, uh, that much of your budget on a person that's
not playing. Yeah. Uh, 10%, you can probably survive that if he comes back soon, RJ Harvey's
role. Like the reason I drafted him was I was excited about the floor. You know, I thought
he'd catch three to four balls a game, basically never sink you allow some of your other guys
to hit. Um, she made some sharp moves here, getting Kalief Raymond, uh, for zero. And again,
like Caleb's health, uh, not withstanding, uh, Kalief Raymond looking like an absolute
steal relative to his role in that offense. Uh, DeMarcus Robinson, you can see here just
the polarization of the, you know, the bids, like you can find production on the waiver
wire. DeMarcus Robinson had week one. Um, you're getting some of these backup running
backs who saw their, you know, outlook, uh, improved among Claiborne without, uh, Jordan
Mason was a sharp ad there at seven bucks. So, you know, there were some vultures here,
even a guy like Xavier Hutchinson, we just looked at the usage for the Texans. I mean,
he was right up there with booty leaving the team. You can find plug and play type wide receiver
three production for free, which is what Nez did with this ad. And yet I couldn't find a single
wide receiver three to start on my team, but yes. And, uh, it is funny also seeing some of the
people that get dropped because I did see Caleb Johnson, the green Bay current running back one
on that team get dropped on this waiver wire. So it is fun to see some of the decisions you make
at the end of your roster. And then Sunday comes around and it's a complete difference. For
now it's a manual, uh, Wilson, seemingly the guy that is the running back one there. If you Darien
price goes down that, that again is a, it's, you never know with these NFL teams and how it's going
to work out, but is Emmanuel Wilson even owned in our league? He's right here. I just, I have it
pulled up. He's a free agent. Yeah. Yeah. That's, that's going to be a, that's going to be a spend
for some people, especially if you Darien price is going to miss some time. And it's a spend that
me and you, Peter will not be able to make. No, we won't, but we will watch everyone else make it.
And, uh, you know, we will be here.
Every week. Um, unless you know what, I actually do think Rambis would fill in for one. He would
love nothing more than to be able to host an hour show on here. He'd probably do it for free
too. If I got him a, a sick note, uh, for the bug stuff.
If you got him a sick note, he absolutely would do it for free. The question is Peter
who like that, I want to say it'd be mean, but it would definitely be a decision for one of us to
be like, Oh, by the way, I'm going to miss this week. You're going to co-host with Rambis.
Like, I feel like that'd be, that'd be, that'd be at the, where there's a partnership. There's
a tag team partnership, Peter. I think we've got to decide, uh, a few more things. Cause we're
having so much fun dancing on Tony's grave today. So the way the guillotine leagues, which, uh,
sponsored by Mike's harder, they have a safe zone. They have a lifeline where you could be
in the squeeze and then they have the chop line. The, the gap between Tony and the next team is
so big that there's no one even in the lifeline element. It's just so cut and dry. And then
Davis also brings up another point. What's wild is Tony doesn't have any players I want to bid on.
I mean, if I'm being like, I'm in, I would be interested in Barkley. Um, but let's just say
the vultures are not going to descend on your roster in the way they did on mine last week, sir.
You are a hundred percent correct. However, if this had ended after week one,
Caleb Williams again, scored 39 points in this league. David Montgomery had multiple
touchdowns for a Houston team that was putting up 30 burgers like this.
This team week to week is very volatile. So I think you're going to get a couple of bargains.
Can I, can I like, is there a way to tout the player? Like, do I get anything? If they sell
for high money, is there any type of site credit? I can get return a percentage, like some type of a,
like when you make a sale for like a gym membership or whatever, you get a stipend
off the top. Like if spend money on these guys, let me, let me tell you, Caleb Williams,
just a few weeks, he's going to miss. We thought he was going to be out for the whole entire season.
He's fine. I'll be back in two weeks. Saquon is the man in Philly. It's just a stinger. He'll be right back.
The money on this great Polk high Panthers roster. They will bring you to the end. It's terrible.
But Tony, you do realize when you say my, you were almost saying it like a selling point.
Like this roster is really volatile.
You know, in guillotine league, you're not trying to draft a volatile roster.
In fact, Tony, you're trying to do the fucking opposite.
That was the point of the Wandale Robinsons of the world.
They were supposed to have high floors.
Montgomery was supposed to have a high floor and the floor fell out from under every single
one of them.
I hate it.
I hate it.
Um, so, okay.
I need to have my memory refreshed.
I do vague.
Did I, did I commit to doing a shoeie last Monday?
If I lost, did I commit to it?
You a hundred percent did.
And the question was never asked to me if I would do a shoeie because again, I was never
fearful of leaving in week two, but you, however, did commit to doing a said shoeie.
When, uh, so I, I'm, I'm a man of my word.
I'm not going to drink a beer out of a shoe at 1230 PM on a Monday, but I will do it.
Tony, what is the next, uh, what's the next recording you're doing, uh, in the evening
that I could join you for?
A shoeie for, well, sadly, Peter, I've signed up to do this show.
Not once, not twice, but three times a week three times because I thought for sure I'd
be able to rile up some fun stuff for the week for the guillotine boys and girls out
there.
Monday, obviously noon Eastern on the Peter over that channel.
And then on the T's and P's guillotine stream afterwards, uh, Wednesday mornings, we're
going to be going live at 8 30 AM Pacific through waivers to see how much money is being
spent on the sake one.
And also how much money you should spend on your waiver wire moves.
All the fab questions will be answered then.
And then Thursday night, right before TNF kickoff me and Zachy sports for most weeks,
we'll be diving into the start set questions.
That's about 4 30 PM Pacific up until Thursday night kickoff.
That's the, that's the plan.
All right.
I will, I will join you guys Thursday night.
Um, or between like, yeah, right before kickoff of Thursday night football.
And I will do.
I will look long and hard around my shoe collection to decide which one, um, I will, let me tell
you, Peter, let me tell you, buddy, I will join you in said shoeie.
If we're going to go out down together, we're going to go down together.
And so on Thursday on that live stream, me and you will end it with a shoeie for the
boys and for the hearts of our roster long gone.
Can we have Zach sing the Canadian national anthem right before we do it?
Absolutely.
Well, we'll have to do that.
We'll have Zach singing.
We'll have, uh, cups come on.
I'm sure cups can play like, you know, the saxophone to a perfect print.
Like the guy does everything right.
So I'm sure he'll be able to help us out.
We'll, we'll get the whole crew in there to give us the sendoff we deserve.
I don't know if you watch lanterns, fantastic show on HBO, but they just had a funeral,
a scene in that episode recently.
That was fantastic.
We'll have our own funeral Thursday night and send us off in the right way.
Maybe what I'll do, uh, order a new pair of shitty shoes.
Maybe I'll bring like two to three shoe options.
And as a man of the people, maybe I'll let the chat vote on which shoe they want me to
do it out of.
Um, I'm doing what this guy said.
I'm getting a new pair of shitty shoes.
We're going to Costco and getting $15 Pumas.
Put this beer in there.
Uh, yeah, I'm not, I'm not buying new shit.
I mean, actually, I, I mean, I, I spend like $200 on props for the best ball bros video.
I could definitely, um, you know, order some cheap shoes, but I think I got the, where
is it?
The wig is back there.
I bought a wig for this, this fucking league and I'm out in two weeks.
That I spent more money on that league that I then on that wig that I'll make in this
league, Peter.
Hey, um, it's a business expense, brother.
It's a business expense.
Um, have to be worn and recently used.
Yeah.
I feel like the spirit of the shoe is a you shoe.
That's just, you know, that's just kind of my thought on it here.
This is terrible.
I do have a question though.
Peter serious question.
Probably should have this off air, but genuinely, what are we going to do the next 16 weeks?
We don't have, we are not in this league.
Are we just going to talk about said league?
Are we just going to tout David kitchens of the world and the Tootsie pops of the world
and celebrate their greatness as we just sit in the cuck chair for the entirety of the
season?
Tony, let me pull up a chair, brother.
This is not my first rodeo.
I've had seasons where I have committed to talk about my best ball portfolio.
When it was in the shitter, I've had years on ship chasing where we drafted all these
high stakes teams and they were in the shitter and you grin and bear it, man, you, you stick
it through.
You show up every day for the people, for the people, whether they're fans of you or
just here for the shot and Freud, whatever it may be, you show up to work each day, Tony,
it is what it is.
And I just want you to know that I feel so much better this week knowing you are in the
same position as me because it was going to be really lonely there for a bit because just
being in a cup chair by yourself isn't near as far as fun is having your old pal Tony
riding on a pony going to town.
Sitting on your lap in the country with you.
I just feel like I'm staring at such a bleak, bleak future as the, this is like my rookie
year of streaming and I was drafted to the three win Cleveland Browns and like I have
you, Peter, the old veteran saying sit down, but it's going to be a tough one.
But you know, you, you, you grin and bear it, you make it through in the next year.
Maybe you find yourself in a better situation because God dammit, I've been drafted to the
absolute shitter here and it is rookie year is going to be tough.
It is funny because you know, one of the things obviously, um, like content leagues are blowing
up.
We mentioned the flock league, the, uh, the Nick BDGE idiot league mates league, massively
popular.
And the thing I do love about the guillotine league is that there are real stakes to it
that essentially what happened is what can happen in those leagues and other creator
leagues don't have the balls to do it because they're like, we can't let Jinxy get eliminated
in week one and have our cash cow, you know, Jinxy page views gone.
Like, no, no, no, no, we can't have that happen us.
We're not scared of that.
You know what?
We'll fucking ax the two commissioners right off the rip and show you how we can still
make this work.
Oh man.
Yeah.
This is going to be our toughest test yet.
Peter, you talked about, you know, that, that great video talking about the change in the
best ball streams.
We don't know what's coming next.
What are you going to take the red pill or the blue pill?
I don't think the green pill was available with this road of guillotine leagues, but
that's what this outcome is so bad that it might actually be good.
Jay.
I hope it's good, buddy.
I hope we make it as good as we possibly can, because right now I'm, I'm as low as I could
ever be, but that means the only way we can go is up, Peter.
I will tell you Tony in a week, you will feel better because I was in your same spot last.
It was last Tuesday, right?
Cause last Monday, at least still had hope.
It was last Tuesday when I woke up, I talked to, you know, Gemini on my phone.
I learned that nothing happened in the second half.
And I, I went to work out in the morning and normally, you know, it's like, I'm going to
check discord.
I'm going to check Twitter.
I was like, no, I am not.
I'm not looking at this stuff.
I put it off as long as I could Tuesday until I opened it up because I knew people would
be dancing on my grave, rightfully so.
So look, I know how you feel.
I'm going to tell you right now, a week later, you're going to feel better.
Although you won't get the pep in your step that I did in that if there was like maybe
if Zach gets eliminated next week, right?
Cause you're going to do a show with Zach.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Is he going to be on the way?
So you need Zach to get eliminated, to make you feel really good about your weekly show
with him.
I didn't even get the Gemini portion of that.
The portion of this elimination, I was out by the time the Sunday afternoon games were
in the middle of them.
So I didn't even get to go to sleep thinking maybe I had a shot.
I had it all fall apart right in front of me.
And so, yeah, I turned my phone off everything.
What was yeah.
Walk us through it again.
You see the, the monsoon and the wind and things going bad there.
I was the Barkley stinger.
Like walk me through when were the moments of like I'm versus like, eh, I can still maybe
pull this off.
Well, I don't know how you and Bob, your football Sundays, but I have
a nice little, uh, YouTube TV quad box going usually red zone on one and then the three
games I really want to pay attention to.
And the three games that I was paying attention to with the majority of the players on this
roster, because I was very interested in Chicago, Minnesota, regardless of fantasy purposes,
the Philly game, I didn't know what was happening because I was only listening to red zone on
those Philly game updates.
So when Saquon was out, I was like, how the fuck is Saquon not scoring any points?
Oh, he's out with a stinger that that's my, that's my season right there because at that
point it was.
I was still in the first quarter end of the second corner and I have zeros across the
board and we just know how this game's going to go.
And so I was, I felt depressed the entirety of Sunday with green Bay playing as poorly
as they did.
I was just depressed for the entirety of that day.
I, uh, I may have ordered, uh, some, some, some nice little comfort food at the end of
the day.
When it may a little thrown away the diet for that version of the day, may have some
leftovers in the fridge.
Tell us the order.
Well, I made, I made myself a nice little, uh, uh, like quesadilla.
A little, uh, a taco spread for Sunday football.
But then afterwards I may have ordered, you ever Uber eats cookies.
You know, you're down low when you're Uber eating cookies.
How many?
Yeah.
Uh, there was, there was a half a dozen, but they're like the expensive ones.
So they were like, you know, big chunky cookies.
They're in the fridge right now.
They're like an Elmo face on one of them with sprinkles or something.
There's no Elmo's.
A lot of things in the middle is like a chocolate peanut butter one.
There's like a good chocolate crumble one with the chocolate chips in the middle.
Very good.
Brady's bakery in Glendale.
A little plug for them, but yeah, we Uber eat at some cookies cause I didn't even want
to go outside.
I didn't even want to put real clothes on and see it face the sun.
I sat my ass on the couch for this, uh, Mahomes, uh, Indianapolis game that I had no stake
in whatsoever and ordered myself some cookies.
That honestly sounds nice.
It sounds real nice.
You know, what are the, it's eat your feelings, right?
Um, that's what I did.
That's what we do.
Um, well, Tony, it's, uh, it's been great guys doing the show has been awesome.
Next year in August, we'll probably do it again.
in um if you guys want to be in next year's league uh you know get your get your submissions in now
but um otherwise i think that's about it for the t's and p's guillotine league um there's a lot
other good content for you guys to follow out there but i think this is gonna be it for us
we do have speaking of that though speaking of next year we do have a minors guillotine league
that with all the people that did not make the final three submissions for this guillotine league
They started their own 18-man league, and we told them that the winner of said league would get a spot in our league next year.
We're out first and second.
So does that mean we're getting relegated?
I was going to say I'm really glad we didn't say something like whoever gets last is for sure relegated.
That is nowhere in the fine print.
Yeah, we will – you know, I think it's whoever is out in week three gets relegated first.
How about this?
Who do you think – you know, Cupps auto-drafted his team.
I mean, who do you think has the best team here?
Because Cooter Doodle finished first last week.
She does have some kind of sketchy running back situation here with Jadarian Price who's banged up.
Gainwell's role looks pretty horrendous, and yet she has JSN, absolute nuke.
Olave looks like one of the better picks.
She has Coker.
She still has likely to go tonight.
Andrew's benefiting from injuries to Zay Flowers.
Her bench, to me, looks weak, but she has a really good starting lineup.
And that's with Herbert playing really bad ball the first two weeks.
So if the Chargers kind of wake up a little bit, then Herbie could save her some money as well.
So I think Cooter Doodle is one of the perfect teams out here that can bid on the old Pokai Panthers.
I think Saquon Barkley would fit into that lineup quite nicely.
Let me ask you, Peter.
Everyone overpaid last week on the big names.
Davis out there saying there's no one on my team that he feels like bidding for.
Is there?
What would be the numbers you'd be willing to spend on a Saquon Barkley, on a Caleb Williams with the injury, any of the players out there?
Obviously, Wanda Robinson probably not getting picked up.
I do like that you brought this up because it was—and again, you want to talk about this show getting better.
Last week, we were talking—I think you asked me what my bid would be on Garrett Wilson if he became available.
Yeah, might have been, yeah.
And I was like—I kind of balked at him.
Like, you just want me to tell everyone in our league exactly what I would bid?
That's no longer an issue, Tony.
To speak freely, Your Honor, I can be completely honest about what I would bid on these guys.
Sadly, so can I.
I would say, honestly—well, the Caleb stuff, like, honestly, nothing.
Like, even if he was fully healthy, it's not to say he's not a valuable asset, but quarterbacks are one of the more replaceable things.
People aren't really hoarding quarterbacks in this league.
I mean, you can even see here on the waiver, not that these guys are hot shit, but, like, Geno Smith is available on the waiver wire.
Deshaun Watson, who, like, had a shockingly good game.
Drew Locke, who had a good game.
So, I'm just not bidding a lot on quarterbacks in general.
Barkley, I mean, if I were still in this league, I would be staring at R.J. Harvey and Chris Rodriguez.
I would be making a pretty significant bid on Barkley.
I'm guessing in the 20% to 25% range of my budget is where I would be on him.
Where would you be?
No, I'd be a touch higher just because I think Saquon's a guy that you can play all the way into December in your lineups.
However, obviously, you need to know about the stinger and that offense.
The offensive line has not looked great, but I am very much, I still believe, Saquon is an RB1 in this league in particular.
And if you had the Chris Rodriguez and R.J. Harveys on your roster, I think that's a guy you could slot in and not worry about that position for a while.
As for the quarterback position, I get what you're saying with the free agents putting up huge numbers and trying to play the matchups there.
But I am still touting that Caleb Williams and that Chicago offense will be lights out this season.
And should Caleb only miss one week or two, I wouldn't mind having him as my QB du jour because that's a guy that could put up.
In my opinion, Josh Allen numbers week in and week out.
We just did not see it on a sloppy field against Minnesota.
So my thing about the Barkley stuff, and this is like stinger notwithstanding, like assuming full health, even in week one, they were using Will Shipley a ton in the past pro stuff, all the two-minute snaps, a decent amount of the long down and distance stuff.
Again, it's kind of hard to untangle it from yesterday with him leaving for so much time with the stinger.
But my concern with that is Barkley has kind of been this.
He's a tweener guy as far as is he going to catch a lot of balls?
Is he that bell cow back?
Like you look at what Kenneth Walker and Jonathan Taylor are doing in the receiving game.
And even the weeks they don't score, like Kenneth Walker not scoring last night, the floor is so high.
Barkley just does not possess that floor.
So if a Walker or JT became available, you know, that's where I'm like, I'm looking at 50% of my budget.
Barkley, I do think has to be significantly lower of that because he does have the risk of ruin profile of a weird game script where he's not going to be able to play.
He is seeding the pass catching work to a guy like ship.
So let me ask you then, if, if you're, if you're in that mindset and you desperately need running backs and will Shipley and tank Bigsby are probably available in most guillotine leagues.
And if Saquon say misses a week with that stinger, are you throwing anything on the will Shipley tank Bigsby one week of thon here?
Cause Shipley especially seemed to be the guy when, when Barkley was gone.
Yeah.
I mean, I think if Barkley's out, Bigsby is going to get the majority of the base work, but I think Shipley's right.
His role probably slightly expands in the passing game.
I think both should be added in guillotine league.
Shipley's probably going to give you that floor, you know, if he catches a few balls and then Bigsby is going to obviously have the better chance, I think at a touchdown there.
But yeah, I mean, these are the kinds of moves you want to get ahead of, especially like we're looking at cooter doodles roster, right?
Like where you're looking at some of these running back spots that get really dicey.
Like you need to be churning these back end guys, hoping you fall, you know, basically stumble into a spot start that can, you know, keep you alive.
The other one player off my roster that I do think has a lot of promise, especially with this Jaden Reed injury is Matthew golden.
Obviously not a great, uh, a weak numbers wise in week one, but great in week two, I should say, but great week one.
And also was had a lot of looks deep down the field in week two that turned into DPI is like those, that those looks are going to consistently be there.
And I think that's a guy that could be playing a lot higher as green Bay starts to score more points against worse defenses.
Yeah.
And I think, you know, coming into the year, I would say maybe a little concerned that golden's profile was going to be boom bus.
You have that, that big a dot, but now we're coming off of back to back weeks this week, 21% target share, uh, last week, a 31% target share.
If he's getting that level of targets, he is going to have a floor in addition to the spike stuff.
So, um, I do think this is like, even in a game, what we had the rain, he didn't connect for a ton of passes.
He still scores 9.8 points.
Like.
If you're getting a floor from where you drafted Matthew golden, and obviously that doesn't matter when he's tossed back on the waiver wire, but that's like a strong selection because he's going to have some 25 point weeks that single handedly when you, the week.
So yeah, if I'm thinking about what I would put a bid on him, if I really needed a wide receiver starter, I don't know.
I'm probably in like the, like 50 to 70 bucks.
I would, I would probably be putting on golden.
What about you?
No, I think that's right.
Right.
Where it should be.
Cause again, this is not a guy that you're going to be playing for too, too long in this league as it gets thinner and thinner.
But I think, uh, especially with the, the jets game impressed me so much with the fact that how often they look to golden and how reliable he seemed to be in that game.
And I think, especially with Jaden readout, this guy is an absolute slam dunk over the next few weeks.
And hopefully it starts on Thursday against the Atlanta Falcons that give up points to really anybody.
Um, lad McConkie's injury is scary.
And I don't think there's anybody else on this roster that people are going to be bidding big on, but there is a round a Gadsden who is suddenly due to injury.
The, uh, uh, Los Angeles charges tight end one.
So Q's Q's Syracuse.
I don't think they're going to be bidding big on that one, uh, but yeah, it's sad to see this team go.
It really is sad to see this team go Tyler shock.
I was ready to throw out there and prove you wrong.
And some weeks it it's, it's just tough.
It's tough to tough to say goodbye.
So early, uh, I'm trying to, you know, it it's crazy because you look at all these rosters, even the teams that, uh, scored well, and everybody has like either holes or injuries here.
I mean, like Tootsie pop finishes second and she's starting Devin Singletary and pop Douglas.
Um, she has the DJ more injury.
It is just this weird thing.
Where we will get the rosters obviously improve as we go.
But right now everyone like is, you are really flirting with a down week.
Like if your early round picks your top three to four or five picks, if you're not getting one to two spikes from those guys, like you are, you are in danger of getting eliminated just because the depth is not there on any of these rosters right now.
A hundred percent.
And like some of the people we've already had huge injuries, blizzy still in this league.
He drafted Brock Bowers in the first round.
Like there are still teams that are going to be getting stronger just by health coming back to them, which is crazy.
As a carry and has AJ Brown and his team is going to need to last a few more weeks to get that guy back.
But all these big names going down this early and for them to still be alive is really impressive.
And then of course me and you didn't have any injuries on our team and we didn't score enough points to even bother dancing in week three.
So it giveth and it's taketh.
It taketh away.
And then Steph, the waiver queen taken Drake London.
They're a huge pick.
That's been a huge disappointment.
The first two weeks.
But now that panics should be coming back for week three, Drake London should be back to that top of the line form that he would want to be at.
So everyone still has a chance in this league except for me and you.
And that's, that's why guillotine leagues are so much fun because it's, it's so volatile with the highs and with the lows.
Yeah.
This team from Steph, obviously she's going to lose Jane Daniels, but of all the positions that I was trying to backfill quarterback would be the one I worry about the least.
Like Gino Smith plays the lions.
This week, like the past attempts are going to be there.
Like he's going to get you 15 points.
Like you can, you can paper over that.
she has taylor she bid on rashi rice she still has neighbors and also but that walking into dalton
schultz who goes nuke but also just has a good role jayden higgins out for the year nico is
expected to miss a game or two um and like you said drank london is going to get back to this
is like the worst of it for him um it's only going to get better here so this is a pretty strong
roster all things considered here for waver queen it's terrible i hate it all i hate looking through
all these rosters and being like yeah good job chad candles because it's not me anymore i really
have to be giving in this i need to throw away the the first born italian son mantra of everything's
about me i need to be giving and maybe this league will teach me something peter maybe that's what it
is maybe i'm growing maybe maybe i can grow as a a man in his upper 30s and this league will teach
me something to to to to improve myself on yeah this um really you know this isn't this isn't
about the bounties it's not about winning it's not even about the content it's about personal
growth
and i asked the fantasy gods the guillotine gods to access both so that we could be humbled so that
we could learn to be charitable to others and really this entire league and this show is now
a very selfless act um we are gaining nothing out of it um in fact it's miserable and the last thing
that i would like to be doing in my time and that's why it's going to be a trial and a
tribulation that we emerge from as better individuals better people to be able to be
tony and that's got to be worth something now is some people you know work at soup kitchens some
people go and pick up trash on the side of the road and help clean up these waters out there
and me and peter uh get to make content about a guillotine league that we are no longer a part of
and it is true purple yosh the real guillotine league is the lessons we learned along the way
and my lesson is uh don't put your trust in caleb williams and uh the chicago bears i guess don't go
in a week two where it's going to be a monsoon and all the games that you are playing only on
your team only on your team it's terrible um i do have uh speaking of growth peter i do have a fun
story to tell you uh because this in real life happened to me and i want to get your take and
the people's take on it and it starts off with the subject of am i the asshole that's essentially the
question i'm asking am i the asshole because i don't know they only brought five cookies and you
sent them back i uh i i am as you know diehard green bay packers fan and i also get pretty
emotional when the green bay
packers are playing i don't like to be around people when the green bay packers are playing
especially if it's a big game like that week two game against the jets whatever but when we're
talking about we've had some heartbreaking losses as packers fans over the past few uh years or so
and sometimes my good friends who know i am a diehard packers fan tend to block me or tend to
uh text me and you know the worst possible time when the joy and love throws interception or we
lose to the browns or the bears come back to beat us and it hits me at the exact wrong time and i
block that person's phone number now that could be family members
that could be people i talk to every day but that could also be like old college mates that haven't
talked to me in a few years that want to throw a jab across the sea and i'll block them and i will
also likely forget that i have blocked these people and there's a litany of people out there that just
that may be trying to get a hold of me and have no access to me because my phone has blocked their
number recently a friend of mine who i'm doing some work with in the youtube streaming streets
his name is chris dell very good dude uh i know chris player yeah yeah player prop uh uh
fantastic dude he uh has been reaching out to me and he just goes via instagram dm he goes so what
dude do you just not text i had blocked chris dell from my phone for about three and a half years
because of what he sent to me about the green bay packers don't know when don't know what he
exactly said but i just blocked that man and never got back to it that man has done so much in his
life he moved to los angeles to try to get a hold of me like hey buddy i'm in la you want to hang
out eventually i'm living here now never responded to him because i never saw the text come in so it
i unblocked this man and had to explain to him why he was not getting any texts from me so the
question is am i the asshole for eliminating people in my life when they text me bad things
about the green bay packers the blocking via text is wild that is like because i thought you were
going to say like if you block and then you have like you know once a month you go back and you
unblock people because like the way a text works generally unless this person's an assholes they
send one message you can't you again i'm not an iphone guy i'm not an iphone guy i'm not an
iphone guy i know on my beautiful android i could just swipe the conversation you essentially
archive it it's out of sight out of mind you move on like the block seems like very extreme tony for
the exact reasons you just described what if someone does actually have to get in contact
with you and you're saying you're doing this to family members i i mean that that's that's too
much tony i'll remember the family member one like i'll remember one of my best friends texted me at
the wrong time about the package because i text them all the time however me and del we you know
we've worked together before and we we
text each other sparingly and then you know we'll circle back with each other and be talking a lot
more often he's in my family league guillotine league that i was just eliminated from and uh
yeah chris dell for about two and a half years again the fact that he moved to southern california
is like hey dude we should get a beer sometime and i'm just not responding to him that's because i
never saw those texts that's that that one's on me so i guess i guess i am the asshole peter
yeah like i'm just looking at my phone right now i got a text message from my
you know dentist's office that i'm going into later this week i was able to just swipe right
get rid of the message you don't have to block tony that that is more for you than even the
practicality unless these people are sending you like a machine gun worth of messages like you
just ignore the first one and you move on with your life tony it's just tough i see it and i
get so riled up and it's so easy to just delete the delete the conversation and block them that
i don't want to i don't want to hear from this anymore i get riled up peter i get riled up it
was uh there was a time in my life um when i i always when i grew up i loved the broncos when i
went to college in socal i was a broncos fan in chargers country and it made me even more of a
broncos fan and i remember having a few times like going back and forth with some of these
chargers fans at my school like on facebook like it would be like a comment in us going back and
forth like talking shit and i would be like legit livid at this guy and i would be like
and i will just say tony when i was acting like that that was like 20 years ago um is with it but
i've emotionally matured uh since then and now my relationship with fantasy and sports is not quite
like that um but i'll just say i know how you feel um it was just 20 years ago that i was acting like
that so what you're saying is there is growth to be had if you were my therapist if you were my
therapist we would say there's there's things we can do to improve our relationship with the
games all the time maybe maybe i'll blame it on the packers maybe instead of blaming it on me
i will blame it on the floor and the packers and the hurt that they've caused me maybe that's maybe
that's the right way to go it was yeah it's not you know tough tough day uh for you yesterday
tony uh and also like what what's the latest on the jayden reed is that is that season ending
has that been i have not thankfully uh not thankfully i've been recording with you and
with pat mayo this morning so i haven't been able to check up on him i know that zach uh
right tackle is going to be out for a long time that was a ugly injury right after the jayden reed
injury but i do know you know he has feelings uh jayden reed in his extremities and that's the
last update i had that they left him in new york as they traveled home so i i i have no idea what's
going on with jayden reed but that was a scary one on seemingly a normal looking hit and demario
davis just met him in the hole and jayden reed went down and they had to stretch him off a scary
moment so i hope he's i hope he's okay but i have no idea what the length of that one is yeah brutal
brutal stuff there also i
mean why i mean you can't block me here so uh what's going on with tucker craft
tough tough well i mean i knew they'd be on a pitch count early but uh tough altogether the
fact that they're not using him the way they used to use him because they desperately need
something they're they're keeping their tight ends in to block a lot and at least chip these
defensive ends and i think that's really hurting the production from that part of the offense but
i hope it does not continue what's happening to really a lot of these tight end positions
colson loveland's gone if you had waited i was out here saying you got it to get a top five tight end
early and if you had waited on the dalton kincaids of the world the isaiah likelies of the world
you're living in golden land right now with the production they're giving you the george kittles
out there but no tough start to the tucker craft uh uh parade on my end but hey we'll we'll be right
in the end in november and december when he comes back because who got him in our league was a
kitchen uh oh no it was davis it was davis i was just gonna actually ask you that because normally
what is going to be a part of this show is previewing a monday night football cut line sweat
that's what we had last night and we're going to be previewing a monday night football cut line sweat
last week with me we're doing some math we're doing some ball parking we don't have that
this week so for that segment to fill the void i will ask you this if you did get a dm or you
could choose from anyone in the league and they slide in and they say hey tony i know it's going
to be miserable hosting this show for 16 weeks would you like a piece of my team would you like
to be you know shadow co-manager with me whose team would you pick aka who do you think has the
best team in the league i do really like uh cooter doodles team i also kitchen's been in the top three
uh both weeks and has a really strong team himself and i am want to say it because he did auto draft
it but cups his team with joe when you start off with josh allen that's a fantastic fantastic hammer
josh allen cd lamb kincaid looking like the next guy does look like a lot of fun but i probably go
with either kitchen or cooter doodle yeah i haven't had a chance to do the full uh analysis of this
i've been kind of tabbing through this and i've been kind of tabbing through this and i've been
the thing that really stands out to me is just like nobody right now and again this will change
in a few weeks but everybody you can point to like one or two if not three glaring weaknesses
on their team right now so the waiver wire is going to be very very impactful i will say here
looking at like chad's team this is one of those where i love the floor of this team achan williams
jaylen warren and spears so none of these guys have monster games but because they catch balls
the lowest score across all four of them is eight points from giovante and that's the spot you really
want to be in with your running back room so you can survive the risk of ruin he has my homes who
balls out parker washington looks like a league smash michael wilson really the one spot in his
roster he needs to figure out a better wide receiver too i would say but this is kind of
like the construction i think that plays really well i hate it i hate that that team kicked me
out i hate that that team kicked me out a team with jaylen warren out there kicked me out but
that's that's what
happened
what happens when saquon barkley and the rest of them don't perform to what they should
that is sadly what happens and then there's a bunch of teams that are half peter's teams like
i think nez took a bunch of players from your roster and it's it's like they're building on
on the go here bo nicks came back and had a fantastic week too uh and sadly the rest of it
is is is is dead or is this your um uh this is i i'm pulling up you know some of us are still you
know successfully alive in other guillotine leagues um i'm feeling good about this squad
davante bucky jaylen warren my running backs digs at wide receiver nicks bounces back carnell tate is
the thing i have to fix here my wide receiver two spot not feeling good about him juwan johnson at
tight end i do have pat bryant uh i picked up demarcus robinson in this league uh oh wow looks
like no one is gonna survive producer matt swing looks like he's gonna be going down for the count
here but look at this these are your wide receivers wando robinson lad mccullough
those are gonna be the top dudes uh you're gonna see on teams who got axed this week
terrible absolutely terrible i don't even think there's any wide receiver help for me
uh on this one no no and then i also like there's a bunch of them we talked about it last week i
think jamar chase was the number one guy in guillotine leagues that got cut because he was
that week one he was that first round draft pick that just didn't pan out in week one
and then this week dj moore a guy who's drafted everywhere had a hammer of a week one and
thursday a game where there was over 70 points scored leaves with a shoulder ends
rhea i think he got minus 0.1 points total like that's that's gonna kill you every single time
so it's it's it's really hard to navigate this league and feel safe in every single roster like
look at that dj moore like there was 70 points in that game peter and he's the wide receiver one in
buffalo and ends up coming away with a zero less than a zero so it's tough it's really tough yeah
uh it is there and you know tootsie has she has some like decent depth like waller trey tucker like
a lot of teams would kind of kill tootsie but he's got 70 points in that game and he's got 70
points in that game and he's got 70 points in that game and he's got 70 points in that game
some of that you know just someone you can spot start here in week three uh but yes um i do think
maybe uh we could start thinking about a little power rank segment lord knows we're gonna have to
come up with some things to fill up the time on this godforsaken show power rankings could be
smart i think vinegar's got a great idea there power rankings it took two weeks to turn this
show into the t's and p's therapy hour yeah no shit zach uh but hey we're here we're trying to
move forward if the production team wants to give us their team to manage we can help
them uh i don't want it along no no i don't want it i would rather this is what we get to be like
so you know how the miami dolphins they do the cheers for you know whenever there's not
another undefeated team in the league it's like that except we never won the super bowl undefeated
like i just look forward to welcoming another castaway each week that's where i am going to
find my joy through this process is knowing a week from now someone else will be very close
to joining us here in the cock chair
and it is true that no matter how long this league goes no matter how many people get knocked out no
matter how many times we celebrate and welcome them into the cock chair i will forever for the
rest of my life be able to say that i beat peter rovers at the guillotine league because there was
one person to go out first and it was not me so i will be able to hold that down yeah um you will
always have that basically the same exact net effect except fifty dollars less of a bounty
that's what you'll be able to hold over my head and those fifty dollars you immediately
spend on cookies so was it actually a victory for you tony it's not too far off of the price
tag i did spend on those cookies uh but yeah all right let people know so i'm going to drop the uh
the link to the t's and p's guillotine league channel which at this point um you know creating
that um seems uh hilarious uh let them know though uh the schedule for this week including if they
want to win the game they can win the game they can win the game they can win the game
to tune in to watch both of us do a shoeie live uh that is going to be the spot for that
yep wednesday morning uh 11 30 a.m eastern up until past noon when waivers go down we will
talk about the waivers not only in our league but any fab questions you have about your guillotine
leagues answering all those questions and then thursday peter and i will be doing a shoeie live
right before thursday night kickoff starting around uh 7 30 p.m eastern i always have to do
the conversion in my head 7 30 p.m eastern
heading into thursday night kickoff on the t's and p's guillotine channel uh going live on there
with hopefully a little bit more life than than what we had for this episode peter yeah that is
going to be the exclusive spot to see me doing a shoeie and like i said i plan to bring multiple
shoes and let the chat decide which shoe they would like me to drink i believe i have a couple
coors lights that are maybe like two or three years old uh sitting in my outside fridge my
garage fridge that's going to be the exclusive spot to see me doing a shoeie and like i said
just about perfect for this like a five-year-old shoe a two-year-old coors light tune in thursday
night for that tony can't wait can't wait i have no idea what i'm gonna do i will yeah i guess i
can't buy a new shoe god damn it this is terrible you know what uh maybe you could maybe you can uh
door dash it uh like you did your uh your cookies there um also davis don't talk about you you have
like 19 youtube channels you're trying to uh to extra youtube channel shame us here um
views are gonna go through the roof after uh this debacle here but i appreciate everybody
for tuning in to both the portfolio review and the t's and p's guillotine league uh i will see
you guys tomorrow on the swole cast and then of course thursday for our big streaming block with
none other than alex cups we'll be sure to talk to him about his incredible josh allen dalton
kinkade stack that he backed into for tony squares i'm pete overzet this is no longer the t's and p's
guillotine league it is the cocktail guillotine league and we will see you next time
