Hi. Hi. Hi. Oh my gosh. Welcome to 2026. Wanting in public. What do you do? We do our intro for 2020? No, I mean, it's not even a year old bot. Oh my god. For a year. It's not our new year technically. Oh yeah, we shouldn't know when that is though on the calendar. Yeah, we definitely will have to. We definitely will have to look into that. Um, I think it's like June to lie. Yeah, over there. What does that mean? Reviews though. Yeah, I was like, whoa, I'm so like out of the loop. Um, because I don't use Apple PlotCastic, I only use Spotify. And I was like, where are these? Like, what are those things? It's like, it's totally different colors. It's not what we have. It must be Apple. But thank you for reviewing guys on Apple podcasts. Because I think that's where you can leave like a written review. Like on Spotify, you can only do like the stars. Yeah. But we do have more stars on Spotify. Like the number. It says the stars and the parentheses and that number on it. The number has grown up grown up. It's all grown up. Oh my gosh. Thank you. That's so exciting. I was just talking with Chelsea yesterday about podcasts things. And she was saying how like, yeah, like the written reviews on Apple are great. Like really, really good to have because and obviously you get like real feedback. So, um, continue to do that. Everyone, if you're listening to this right now, please go and review a lot of some of your thoughts if they're good. If they're bad, if they're bad, you can just YMS privately and we'll make some adjustments. I will deal with that. Off the record. Yeah, exactly. Um, okay. So it's our first episode of the year. We're going to be going through our wants for 2026, which is actually bananas. Yes, bananas. Um, and I feel like you can just get into it. I don't feel like there's that many things to like do updates on life wise, but maybe there maybe there are maybe. I'm wrong. Um, do you feel kind of serenely updates? My brain was like, we should talk about what we did over the break, but then I realized that I don't think I got to play web play of my break. Um, so yeah, I think you just took me, uh, now I'm curious. My break was a challenge and personal growth in development. Yes. You learned a lot. You stretched. Yes. You evolved. You can learn on the other side. That's a wrap. We had family in town. Yeah. That's a box here. Literally say last. Um, no, that's good. Well, I mean, you know what? I feel like you, you had a really beautiful weekend of like getting, I, I very much admire your prep process of like having the family stuff coming back after the new year because like spending the new year, like kind of with them and like in that mode and then going back and kind of resetting and having your own new year and doing all your stuff after. But even like easing into this week, still working on it and stuff, I feel like that's really important for people to hear because there's so much pressure around like if you didn't have your resolutions by the first, like you're the child. Yeah. So you don't subscribe. I don't subscribe. Also, there's like a million new years that you can just take. There's like human design new years, later this month, the like Chinese calendar new years, next month, the astrological like new years, like there's plenty of time. Just pick a new one guys. It's fun. No, literally, and I was thinking about it and I was like, okay, but the one thing that is cool about like this break in particular is that we have time off before we get to like start again. And I actually just thinking about that for me, like that was so critical. Like I actually feel like I am a new person. Yeah. Just because there was like that break. So I'm like, if ever I feel like I'm spiraling out of control, I need to just take literally like a week off or like two weeks off and be like, oh, I start again after that or whatever, you know? Yeah. So that I feel like it's just like an interesting, I'm almost like pattern to recognize it. Like you can create these new years anytime of year, and also you can like bake in the like reset if that's what you needed. Like I almost like, I wish that I had thought of this before. I just said it right now. But like if I did like a week before every like quarter of like, actually, every time off before it starts, like that we ball in, like, and then I could do like all the things. I mean, honestly, I probably still could do that to some degree. I'm gonna look into this. You create some kind of little like retreat week kind of thing each quarter. I've had over the years, I've had clients do like not like do because I told them you about like in our discussions, it's come up some version of this. Like one of my clients, she before every quarter, she goes and she gets like a hotel room or an Airbnb and does like three days. So low, just like in planning and reflection in her own energy, like makes it a bit of a vibe, like gets the champagne bottle kind of thing. And like does I want to do that? Yeah. Wait, that's so sick. I'm doing that. I'm I'm sorry. Flying to whoever you are. You're just thank you. I'm very into that. That's such a fun idea. Okay. Sick. Yeah. Okay. Well, thanks for that. And then yeah, the break was really chill for me too. Honestly, it was funny because it was like, it wasn't like anything like really magnificent happen. Like I feel like we had our like, you know, bucket list of the holiday stuff. And I like didn't even really like feel like it was that like holiday. So whether was yeah, absolute ass. Yeah. But I'm kind of like happy because I feel like had it been like really nice. I think I would have been like, I mean, either way, I think it would have been the break that I needed. But it was nice to actually be like, no, just like fucking hibernate. Like you need to just like, yeah, really relax and like actually be like, okay, it was like not moving for a second, you know? Yeah. So it was like a bit of a forced incubation. But I would do it. I love that. And you got to watch your key to rivalry, which I still have not got to watch. And I'm jealous. Do you feel so left out? I really do. I'm just now watching DC My Thrive that I'm just now got access to hunting wives, hunting wives. Yeah. Netflix, which everyone was like summer. Yeah. Well, I rent the book. But I never watched the show. But I am interested in the show because it seemed really good as well. But the book's great. It's definitely the book if you want if you're interested in that. I'm sorry, I can't wait to add way before like a year or two or the show came out. It was just like a coincidence. Yeah, it's like going to weird. I don't know. It's good. It's like, it's what the show is about. You obviously know. But yeah, it was part of one of my, yeah, I guess it was just, I think it was recommended to me by somebody at one point. And it was just on my list. And I read it. And I really loved it. It was like a great book. So I was really excited when the show came out. But um, but he did rivalry. You could watch the books also though. I wanted to ask you this. So like, you haven't watched the show. But you're obviously getting all the like media about it, right? Yeah. And then like part of me's like, oh, like, don't spoil it. And part of me's like, I'm guessing I know what happens is they do it. I mean, well, even the first time that it's so don't worry, spoiled. I love each other. Well, it's actually funny because I always think this is one of the first things that I've ever like watched a show. Um, that's really dramatic to say. But it kind of is like a show like this where it was like getting released every week, you know? And so like new episodes were coming out. And so like, some people had like seen the new one before I had seen the new one. And I was like, so worried that I was going to give a spoiler. But then I realized like, first of all, I don't give a shit. Like, you can literally tell me everything I have in the movie. And I'd still want to see the movie. Like, I really don't care. But also it's like, you'll hear like one line. Like everyone was like, oh my god, like, he's going to the cottage. And I was like, oh my god, did they ruin something to me? But then I was like so excited watching the whole time being like, I can't wait till they mentioned the cottage. So it's kind of interesting because they almost made me like more excited to watch it, even though it did kind of spoil it. So all that is to say, I think you'll be very happy once you watch it because it's almost like a satisfaction of like, now I know what everyone's talking about. Like I have the full context of it. Yeah. Okay. No, I'm following. Yeah. And I think I would still watch it regardless because like, I do want to be in, even though I'll be like probably three months late. I don't know. Like maybe I'll figure out BPS. We got them right now actually like, I know we have multiple messages on like how to do it. I just tap it. Just forward them to well. Forward them to well. My tech assistant. Yeah. Yeah. I watched the last four episodes with me or yeah, I watched the last four episodes with me, which is really cute. He really liked it too. So it was fun. It's all like going to my hometown, which is crazy. That is crazy. And I was like, this place. Oh yeah. Fuck yeah. Like there's one really important scene that's underneath this pink bridge and I used to live around in front of that pink bridge. It's like a sketchy bridge where you like go and like have dreams before you go to the bar like it's very much like a landmark. Like it was really just crazy in like my neighborhood. And then there was like, um, one of the, they filmed all the, this one like, if I mean if anyone's listening has watched this where there's like the smoothie bar and stuff and the one character goes like running down the street every time. And that's like where Frank's like the restaurant group that he used to work for worked and like we spent all our time there. We worked like had so many clients on that street instead of the boat or sheets on that street all the time. So it was very cool. But it's cool because it's like fucking Hamilton. Like it's never, it's never Hamilton. You know, like we never get to be like on the map. But actually a lot of things are shot there. But never anything was like this much hype. Yeah. It was a shot there. Like a lot. That's so interesting. So like yeah, it's a big, it's a big spot to shoot in Canada. Well, no, it's just, it's just fucking cheap. I'm pretty sure because it's like close to Toronto, but it's not Toronto. Right. Well, you know, Charleston is not like a big thing for things being shot at except for Danny McBride lives there and like Moves production company there. And so like shows that he's involved in like righteous gem. So it's all shot in Charleston. So that was like really fun to watch and be like, oh, like that's behind this like, I know it's a restaurant. But it's the best feeling to be able to identify his spots. So interesting. I love that. Yeah, that's really cool. Okay, shall we get into it? Yeah. Okay, so we're going to share what wants wants for the year. I mean, it's funny because like, I feel like I can't go in like raw and wants. So I feel like I have like, I don't know, is there any, would you like a review of like feeling stops kind of like theming for the year? I mean, I didn't just publish my samsak on predictions and trends for 2026. By the way, but I wanted to like, what's your inner theme? Your inner production. My inner prediction. My inner theme. I mean, this literally everything I wrote in the thing. So I was like, right, I was like, this is just for me. But I do think it's also collective. I think that people, no, just for me, I'm trying to make this not like you statements or a statement. What would you say? Okay, wait, if I can I give you a different prompt? Maybe a beautiful. But what are your cut, how would you just like your core priorities? If you were just like a given overview, like your kind of core, like priorities of focus for the year. Like, what's your vibe? It's like all very like personal driven and like trusting that that will only possibly impact the business because like, how could it not? Love. I love that. That's your answer. I think so. Yeah, yeah, I think so. I mean, I'm not judging your answers, but yeah, I say like, okay, so like my core priorities, kind of for the year, like a big theme that I basically was noticing kind of needing up to end of last year, was like I was like really taking on too much. I was really like trying to be reinventing the wheel over and over again, just like very much like we were trying to lose offline, but like almost like hoping mechanism of like filling a lot of time when what I really need is like not to be filling time and just want space and want things to be easy and want things to be chill and know that like and so for me kind of the same way where you said, you know, it's like trusting that the personal is like going to get you where you want to go. It's like trusting that like I didn't actually need to change anything. I don't need like a new system or a new platform, a new this, a new that just to like get what I've always wanted kind of things. And so I'm really trying to like ground in like these are the things that will actually these are the things I actually want to do. And these are the places I want to go and I connect and I believe that those things are connected. Yeah, versus like, you know, saying like, here's what I want to go. And I have to try all these like 100 billion new things to try to get there, you know, yeah, I think there's like one option. I'm not choosing that option. Like that option. So my big priority is grow social life, grow life at the party. Like those are my big priorities like from a business standpoint, like grow those two plate things. I really like yeah, I would love for those to just be like the rocks of my business from a revenue standpoint and everything else is like a bonus, you know. And then really like reconnecting with who I am as a creator, sharing my life and my, but my like, not just my life, sorry, my my expertise in a way that feels like really fun and really true to me. Like I'm kind of in like a back to my roots kind of moment. And that's feeling really good. So that's my that's more like the theme. And then we can talk about the specifics. But yeah, I would say like my theme is similar even though it's not like reflected necessarily in my wants, but like, I think grounding into like grounding into it gets to work the way I want it to work, which is something I like, I mean, something I have created a whole business around technically. But yes, I think a little bit of a reminder that like that's true for me too, not just for everyone else kind of thing. Yeah. Oh my god, so true. Yeah, but now I love how you said that. And it's so funny. So when I wrote this up next today, there was, I wrote it as just like, like list tool, like, here's the thing, here's the blurb, here's the thing, here's the blurb. But I had this other section that I took out because I was like, this feels like a whole different conversation. But it kind of makes me think of this a little bit. And then we talked about this offline. But like, basically what I what I took out was saying, how for me watching 2025, 2025 felt like, how I was living in 2020. Like I see like, I told you this offline, but like in 2020, I like over-invested in a lot of things, kind of like looking for answers in the wrong places or looking for someone to tell me what to do or something like just like feeling, I was really afraid. So I was just feeling really like desperate for someone to be like, here, like this will make you not afraid. Like this will give you security and safety. And I feel like I'm watching this year. I watched a lot of people do similar things. And most people's like poison, I guess, was like over-investing. But I do think there's like other poisons. And maybe what I'm realizing now in my a bit of reflection period is like, I didn't over-invest it all last year. But I do think in a way I still did some reactions out of fear that didn't serve me overall. I don't know if that makes any sense. Yeah, yeah, yeah, definitely, definitely. I completely, I completely kind of like, I can like, I, what's the word I'm looking for? I like resonate with that. I feel that as well. In a sense of like, oh my god, I wish I wrote it down because you said something just now that was so good. And I was like, no, I definitely get that. But yeah, I was like, it was just that idea of like, like looking for the solution, I guess, right? Looking for the solution or wanting someone to tell you what to do. And kind of like really like almost like in that way, being almost overly impressionable to other people's pages. Yeah. I think that was what it kind of looked like for me where it wasn't like, I wasn't necessarily like, oh, I'm going to like buy the singer. I'm going to do the singer. I'm going to like think that this is going to be quick fix. But it was just like all of a sudden I started to like really feel like, oh well, that's what's happening in this circle. And like, that's also how I need to be moving, which is so like not my usual MO. Like, it's really interesting to be able to like reflect back on it. And I think in that way, like why we do that is like, yeah, like looking for answers outside of ourselves or looking for items of almost like, I, I was saying this to get went offline from my perspective. And I think, obviously, it varies for a lot of different people. But like, from my perspective, I think a lot of, like, patterns that I noticed with myself was like a lot of like, feeling of time to the point of being like out of control, like to the point of it being like, I was taking on way too much committing to too much or assuming I could do more than I could do. And like not being willing to like, almost like allow myself another option. Like I wasn't able to like see, okay, wait, actually, if you just put this down, there's like, you won't be like stagnant. You'll just be doing stuff that you actually want to be doing. You know, like it was really, it was like a really interesting tension. And so over the break was kind of this like clear reset of like, I'm literally putting down everything that I don't want to do. Yeah. And I'm only picking up what I do want to do. And basically that's all that's coming back with me into this new year. And it just really made me realize like how much of the stuff I was thinking I quote unquote should be doing or needed to be doing was like, not at all driven by what's actually again, mate to me. And I think that we can get pulled from that like innate behavior when maybe we feel like we just like don't want to be faced with whatever that's going to force us to be faced with in that particular moment. And in this case, I think a lot of it for me was being faced with the like really kind of like sadness and heaviness of leaving a city that I really loved and leaving a life that I really loved and like having to reintegrate here. And it was very much like, no, I just need something new to focus on. I need something new to like push towards. And then I never have to like revisit that. And like really almost like confront the choice that I made, which was the right choice, but that doesn't make any easier. Of course. Until I've noticed over the last couple of weeks as soon as I've started being like, no, I'm actually going to simplify. I'm going to let myself have this space to do these things that I want to do in these really simple ways. I'm like feeling a lot more of that grief. I'm feeling a lot more of that sadness. I'm like looking through old photos. I'm having like I'm like letting the nostalgia seep in. And I'm realizing like, yeah, I wasn't like really willing or ready to feel this. But now that I am, I'm like, that's all that it was, you know? Yeah. So it feels kind of interesting and obvious, but at the same time, it's like have to arrive to it. I mean, I would argue it's not obvious at all. Like that's like so much of over the years, like so much of, I mean, I've never been good at marketing this, but it's been like a current in my work of like, you know, so many people come to me because they want to slow down and they want to do less. They want more spacious, et cetera. And it's like, it's not just like, okay, I'm going to do less. Like it's never just like taking should offer to do less. Like it's, that's easy. Like we all know how to do that. It's like always something deeper. It's always some reason that it's too scary to like let that space in or let yourself actually have that space. And I think it's, I don't know, I guess it doesn't feel obvious to me because I feel like I've watched a lot of people myself included, be like almost like blindsided, but like, oh shit, this is why I'm like, overdoing and over, like, over committing all this stuff. Like this is hard or scary or overwhelming or whatever. So yeah, yeah, yeah, totally, yeah, really interesting. Okay, well, I feel like we'll get more into these things as we go, but let's get into the tangible want list. Okay, do you want to go first? No. No, I can't, I can't. I just feel like, I feel like ours are going to be really different. And I like, I almost I'm like scared that I'm going to seem like way next to yours, but I'll go first. What what lesson can we find here in you choosing to go first, is there is there a learning moment? I'm just like, I've been like, just trusting that whatever you've done is good. It doesn't, it doesn't have to be, there's no right way, right? There's no right way. My wants are good enough because I want them. Okay, well, I want a record. I hope I have a fucking baby this year or like, I'm very close to the baby this year. I hope by this time next year there is a baby and or I'm extraordinarily pregnant about to have me. So really holding that as a vision. Yes, that's huge. That's amazing. Thank you. So for a long time when I was working on this, the only thing I had was a baby and a book deal. I was like, well, that's it. But then I was like, no, I want to like add more, like I want to like let myself want more. So baby and a book deal. I want the business. I've been thinking a lot because this keeps popping up and different conversations between sales and cash and the business. And so I want to be, I want a half a million cash, which is exciting. Would you like to refresh with me? Like that like in coming in through stride into my business make account over the course of the next 12 months. Yeah, okay. So like you have literally seen that money in the bank. It's not like it wouldn't, if you had like a big launch in December, that wouldn't count. If it was like payments that were coming in in the next year. Right. Which I don't know, I don't know, just number just came up. Well, no, first five in our cake, you know, I was like, sales are cash. And I was like, fucking cash. So I love it. No, I love it. I also love half a million is such a hot thing to say. I know. Right. I love it. I love it. I don't know if it's bad to say this, but so there's this thing that she still is around. She's just like not as, she's not like as, I guess like flashy on the internet. Like it's part of her branch, not me. But she was like the OG money mindset person. Like the first money mindset for cyber bot and is Denise Defield Thomas. And she had this thing about like changing all your like passwords and stuff, which I never, I didn't change any of my good passwords. So don't think you're getting into my bank account, anyone. But all my like stupid passwords, like it's like a mock my computer or whatever. Those are all like related to like 500K now. So Oh, that's so cool. I love that. Yeah. Oh my god, that's super cool. Wait, that's so subliminal. My password for literally everything I'm not gonna skate with is obviously, and you know, you'll be able to find this out. Actually, one person on earth who knows this ever probably as well. Because it's one of, it was my, it's like my grade six locker combo, which I think is my like BFF, so she's a real locker combo. But is that with like a bunch of different like other things out? It's like like initials and stuff added into the mix and like, you know, symbols and all that shit, because it's not just cyber, but it's as funny to me because I'm like, what, what story by telling myself that has a single time, my time, and I'm like typing in the name of my little child and yeah, it's super, super funny. That's so smart though. That's actually a really cool little hack. I love that. Okay, 500k cash month, half a mil cash month, love, or cash months, that was for as well. Okay, I'm manifesting that as well. I almost add that to the cash. Yeah, maybe. But I love that. Okay, okay, very sick. And then underneath that is like, I want different revenue streams, but like I didn't clarify what that meant. Like, I'm open to being surprised and delighted. But like, I would love to see, I would love to be really diversified by the end of the year as far as how my money channels, how I receive. I love that. Okay, I love that means. And then I want to, this is will I admitted that we just pulled this out of the air because we don't actually know how the language ranking testing is. Like, I have no idea what I would test at right now, but we both decided that C1 feels like you're pretty fucking fluent. So C1 in Spanish, which I have no idea if that's even possible. Like, that might be like literally like, people study for 10 years to get it. I don't know. I'm done no research, but I want to be like, very fluent because I want to be having a baby here. So I'm able to like speak in medical terms, you know. Yeah, I think you could do it. I just read it. I think it's okay. I wouldn't worry about it. It's definitely gone the higher end. Yeah, that's how we picked it. It was the most the highest. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I love it. But by meeting the description of it, I'm like, I think that seems like, yeah, for sure. Okay. Oh, yeah, let's go for it. Let's hear from them. I love it. I don't think there's a problem. I want you to know. I want you to be like, I want you to dream. So I'm not going to tell you, but yeah, it is good. I think that would be really good. I love that. And then I think more. This number I also just blown it in here. I want to go to at least like six other countries since now we're in Europe. And that should be like very easy to do. And then the last one is like really pretty big. Wait, how many six? Yeah. Damn, oh, I got to love that. Because it would be like, if I went to France, if we went to Italy, if I went to be there. It's a sickle. It's a big goal. I mean, that's a big song. I'm not saying wow, like it's like out of the blue. I'm just like, that's sick. I love that. It's a cool thing to do. Thanks. And then my last one is like pretty vague. But it's like, I just want to feel like really, really confident, like in my body, in my style, in how I do my hair, in putting on makeup. Like I just want to feel like like a grownup. Like I want to feel like I know how to like present myself in a way that I feel confident in like all of the sort of like aesthetic ways. Oh, I like that. What did you like do? How do you describe that? Do you just kind of confident with like appearance or like, I like I used to like presenting myself. I just thought that was like a really interesting way of putting it. Yeah, I like that. I just wrote like confidence in the principle like style, body image, hair, etc. And I'm trying to be like, oh, like I want it's like for body image or whatever. Like I'm not saying like, oh, I want to like lose weight or do this or do that. And I'm not trying to like, box it in that like specifically. Like because ultimately what I want is just to feel confident. Like I could learn to feel confident. Yeah. This is like a sensation. Yeah. Yeah. But like I know that like I want to develop more of my own personal style. I want to like, know how to do stuff to my hair. Like I know how to add waves with the curling eye or the straightener that you taught me how to do last year. And you know, my makeup is like the same makeup I've done for like my entire life. Like it's like I just I want to know how to do it. I don't know what if I want to do something different. I want to put on like eye shadow. Like I don't know. So I want to like, I love it. I love it. Are you going to watch YouTube? I don't know because I hate watching YouTube. I'm looking not a video girl. I'm just going to learn through osmosis. I'm just going to try. Yeah. No, I mean, I was just curious if you had any ideas of how you want to like learn and how you want to like kind of be on that journey. But I love it. I think it's really smart. And also I was curious like if there's certain things that you're like, oh, maybe this is a side best for you or something that's helpful. But it's like, I wonder if it would be helpful to like add in something specific like, you know, you want to learn how to do like a specific look. Like I want to know how to do my hair like in this way. But I currently don't know. So I want to learn that. And maybe like one at a time, you can kind of like, like you add new tools to the toolkit, you know, like use goes to the repertoire, I should say. Yeah. I think step one. Yeah. I think I think where it would need to start is like, I don't even hold a vision for like, like what even is my dream hair style? Like, I don't know. So like, like getting your cut. You mean? Yeah. Like how your hair actually like is. Yeah. Cause then I could be like, oh, like step one is like, it like say I want like hair down to my butt. Like step one is like, a lot of V vitamins or whatever. So like do that. Ah, true. And then and then learn how to style like that hair. Like I don't, I don't know. Yeah. But I don't hold a vision of what I like. And I'm trying not to like make it to like, I don't want to, I don't want to say, I don't have a vision of what I want to look like because I don't want it to be so like, I don't know. I don't want it to feel like fixed like energy. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know what she looks like. I don't know what she wears. Well, like I wonder too, like if it has a lot to do with like the skillfulness, almost in a way where it's like feeling like you feel like, oh, I won't do my hair like this today. I can't like it's like the empowering feeling of just be able to like do what you want with how you look, not necessarily like do you have to look a certain way for that? Do you have to have a certain hair for that? No, you could do that tomorrow. You just need to learn the skills to be able to like, apply the vision if a vision. Yes. Kind of thing. No, I love that. That's actually like here's an example. Um, so when most dad was here, he was like, you know, insisting on that he was going to mass and I obviously was not going to, maybe this is it obvious. Dear listener, there's not a chance in hell I was going to go to mass. The one time this man dragged me to mass, I literally thought I was going to pass out or puke in the middle of puke and it was the most embarrassing moment of my life, not really, but it was quite scary. Um, so anyways, I was like, no, like I will not be doing that. But then I thought about it. I was like, I couldn't even if I wanted to. I don't have like appropriate clothes or clothes to choose to wear in the cold that looked nice and formal. And it's like, yeah, so I don't want to say, oh, like, oh, buy all this stuff. But like, more so, I want to feel like you're saying like, oh, quit. Like, I want to feel like, of course, I can pull together a nice outfit in any weather. Like, I have these staples that I feel really good in, but I don't. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I love that. So it's kind of thinking about having like the repertoire again, yeah, to be able to embody any of the visions, whoever, whoever they may be. I really, I actually really, really do get that. I think that's amazing. The dog was doing something weird, but I need to just check. Oh, Phoebe, what is that? Oh, no, it's happening. I don't know. I think she barfed. We're going to have to deal with that the later day. Oh, such a shy reaction. I mean, to make such a dramatic. You know, like my breath caught like while I mean, while I went, oh, no, it's like, yeah, it's like either I don't mean to TMI. I'll on the thing, but it's like, there's like on the other side of the room and it like looks wet. And I'm like, I don't know why it would be wet. You know what I mean? So that would be so weird to pee down the chair, but like, it kind of looks like it that could have been loud. So anyways, maybe a live live, so the live recording, you know, to pee pee on the chair, but I'm going to figure it out later. So we don't have to worry. Um, frankly, I think this would be like, to which it is. I forgot about this in like two minutes. So it's all good. Okay. Okay. Do you have more? No, that's it. Oh my gosh. Okay. I'm super excited. I love. I love them. I love them. I think some things like I want them to be, I want them. Not like I want your ones, but I'm excited to have one, so just feel like it's so clear. Like it's not just like, you know, in Q1, I do these 25 things, and then Q2, I do these, I eat a bajillion, a million things. It's like, it's a central list of things that I know and I can look at them every day and I won't be overwhelmed by seeing them. Like they're simple. They're there and they're whatever. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Are you ready? I am. I wonder if you're sure going to have a liberation. No. What? No. Every day. Every day I think about editor embodiment. Oh my god. You can take it. I'm over her. I don't even need to do more. You need to take the editor embodiment. I mean, I don't want to do any editor at all. I just love the liberation. Yeah, turns out. Okay. Okay. So my wants, okay. So first one is 200 members in social life, but then of the year I want 200 members in the social life community. Okay. We're starting the year at like 120 ish, which may be more by the time this goes live, because we're like actively in love. But yes. But 200 members by the end of the year, that is my goal. And a solo trip to Paris, which I think I'm going to do like soon, because I just really want to go. At least one solo trip to Paris, that's my goal. A fiction book outline. So I just want to know like this. I actually like did do the outline over the over the break, but I want to just like fill it out. I don't want it to just be like a bunch of notes. Like, I wanted to feel like there's like the shape of a book happening because I've written it not because I'm just like I imagined it. We edited it over the break. And so excited. And I don't think I've ever spent more time in notion in my life, but then over the break, but I couldn't, there was nothing to do. I was in shock the whole time. I was like, well, but I'm going to say I'm curious. I'm so curious. Like, well, you don't have to tell me I'm here. If you don't want to, well, you can tell me offline. Before you want to, you don't tell me at all. Yes. But like, well, how do you even out like chapter one? Is this like, I know, I know it's like, it's like, it's like, basically, it's like the sequence. It's okay. So I mean, I can explain to you if you want to know how I did it. But basically, it's like, I have all the different like characters and who they are and how they connect to each other and what their like stories are and back stories are and whatever. And then I have the like, okay, here's like kind of like what happens in the storyline of like the first, because it's going to be multiples. But it's basically like, you know, this happens and then this happens. So it's more like a timeline more than anything. It's more like kind of like a sequence of events. And then it's like, you know, what this is like when this person finds this out versus when this person finds this out. But then there's also like these kind of like underlying things where it's like, this is what really happened. That's what really happened. This is what really happened. But they don't actually, the characters don't know yet in book one. So then in book two, they like start finding those things out. And like, it's kind of interesting in that way. Like, it's set up as more of like the kind of overall. It's like an action if you just like were to like, right back on a piece of paper, what a book was about from part one part, you know, end. But it's not like, you know, chapter one, chapter two, like, no, no, no, it's on, split up in that way. Because like, frankly, don't really care about that. Like, I'm sure someone else will tell me like, this needs to stop being a chapter. But I mean, like, that's not like worrying about that part. But it's like, if I was to tell the story, like recount the story, what would what would that look like? So that's kind of where I'm at with it. Yeah, I'm just picturing the. I don't even know what the meme is from. Is it from like, is it from it's all like sunny and filled up? Yeah. Or one of those shows with the guy with the red and the tape. You know, the murder board. Exactly. I'm picturing the murder board. Um, yes, totally, totally. But it was very much more like murder boardy before because I literally had like written out and scribbled all over pieces of the paper. So I was like, I'm gonna put this in motion, write this out properly. So now it's like more alive and looks good. Um, well, really exciting. The thing that's really funny about writing a story is like, I'm literally like, why the fuck this story? Like how random of me? Like it's, it's like, there's parts in it that I can identify that I'm like, oh, that's something that I want to like work through. Like I can understand like why there's things in it for sure. But it's really funny because it's so, it does feel like literally like, well, out of stonero, I was just like, I don't know of these people. Like, it's so funny to me. But I love it. It's so cool. And I love how random it is. Um, so that's gonna be fun for me. So that's my goal for the years. It's just like book is taking shape. Um, book shaped novel shaped. Um, and then okay, next one is post my 52 Saturday vlogs. So one down to do one to go. Um, so really excited about that initiative. If you are listening, not sure what that is, I did post about it. So you can go and check it out. Basically every Saturday, I'm vlogging. That's it. Um, that's, that's the goal. Um, but it is really fun for me because it's like an opportunity. Like I've realized now, like there's so many things that I almost like kind of want to create or want to share or like save and like think about. But then I'm like, but it doesn't fit in the plan. Like, where would I put that? Whatever. And it's like, no Saturday. Like now there's just like this little place where it's like, that's a Saturday. I think that's a Saturday thing. And that feels like really grounding to me in a way. Yeah. Um, so really excited about that. And actually I, well, okay, I'll get to this in a second. So anyways, Saturday vlogs. That's a big one. And then I want growth in my communities all around. So I have three different growth goals for all my different places. So I want 10k active email subscribers. So 10 people who are like opening fucking emails. Um, so my newsletter, my email growth is going to be like quite a big initiative this year. Like it's going to take a lot of, um, so it's interesting because I kind of, I have these like number goals, which is like, I don't actually really give a shit if it's 10k if it's whatever. But it's just like more people come. It's big. But it's like by having these goals, I know that like, am I doing things that would potentially lead to this? Yes or no. And if they answer no, step it up. You know, that's kind of like how I think of it. Same. And so 10k email subscribers, 50k Instagram followers. So same thing. Like, am I doing stuff to grow? Um, like that would be amazing. 50k. I mean, it obviously more would be amazing, amazing, amazing. Um, but I think like having that that goal of like, okay, like it's just like keep creating. Like just keep creating. They've come. Every time you post, every time you make something, new people come, new people come, new people come, new people come. So that just feels really like encourages me to just like keep going. Also, I'm fully back on my Instagram shit. I'm sorry, everyone that I love it there. And that's just going to be the way that it is. Honestly, I'm kind of saying. We can explore that if needed, but I'm just going to be back there. 10k TikTok followers. So again, like 10k for TikTok is not like a massive community by TikTok standards. But I just like want it, I want it to be slow, sending growth by end of year. And what I wanted to say was when I posted my 52 Saturday vlog, I got so many TikTok followers, it really helps. So I have over 1000 miles, which is really amazing. And TikTok is really weird. The platform because it gamifies getting more followers. So every time you reach certain tiers, you can do new things with your profile. So like when you get 10k followers, you can like create collections of your own posts. But like I can't do that yet because I don't have it. But I did have my old accounts. I used to have like 30k or whatever. I have many more features. So I'm like slowly every time I get more. I'm like, oh, as soon as I'm going to be able to like put a link in my bio. Did you get anything? What did you get for 1000 followers? I can like do like something silly. It's like I can accept like short term brand partnership or something. I don't remember what it is. Yeah, it's really funny. But anyways, they obviously like want you to, because the thing with TikTok, it's like it literally is like if you keep posting, you will grow. And they just want you to keep posting. So that's what I'm gonna do. But I do feel like the vlog will help with that too. And just kind of keeping people on TikTok. So my TikTok began. All this is very much like the the strategy of like what content is going out in all these places is not like nothing, no surprises. But it's the goal is just to kind of like be committed, stay the course, do the thing, and make it happen. And then a couple little travel things. I really want to do a Mediterranean summer trip. So I want to have like a really beautiful like post-old moment. And then I want to go London at the Christmas near Christmas time. And hopefully like a Soho farmhouse like experience. What is Soho farm? Is that something I should know? This is just like a Soho house. One of their houses is in like the London, like Tundra said kind of. And it's really like cool. It's like super nice. I know. So yeah, I want to go there. And then the other thing that's interesting. So I wanted to share this. This isn't like my, well, that's it. Those are my wants done. I love them. But I did have like a separate kind of category, which is like the kinds of opportunities that I'm open to this year. So I'm not like, oh, like I need to happen. But it's just like, yeah, if this did happen, like I'd be down with it. Yeah. And so I kind of thought it was like fun to put that on the list. So do you want to hear that? I should do. Yeah. So some kind of like, like some of the open to is like a brand collab where I do like, I like host a party for them. Or we do like a products together. Like that would be really cool. Like that's a different club that I would want. Yeah. There's this girl who I follow in New York, who I love. And she did a holiday party with Gregus, where they just like had like, it was really chic. And they all just like drank a special martinis. And I was like, that's how I want to collab. If I'm going to collab. Yeah. Yes. So that felt really fun. Or really expansive. I should say, the thing that's really cool with these opportunities is I actually like, I have like a link to like expansion, like staying with each of them. So it's like here's the evidence that I saw like someone doing this. So there's that. And then another would be like potentially like getting invited to like do some travel stuff. Like maybe like a hotel or something like that. I think that would be really cool. Yeah. Also, there's a publishing company called 831 Stories, who I would really love to like connect with. Like I just want to like kind of build a relationship with them in some way. I could see them being really good publisher for my book potentially. But also just I think they're cool. And I love the shit. So I just want to like be good friends. And then I want to go horseback riding. Oh, I'm open to the opportunity for a dog riding. Yeah. Yeah. But not in the long time, not in the long time. Not so that was like probably like 18. That I can recall. That's true. So yeah, I want to go as a riding. And there's love to be like featured in a print magazine. But no, I'm like, I don't want to like write an article. I want them to like write about, you know what I mean? Yeah. There's this influencer who I think we were talking about it in the magazine at the retreat. We were looking at one of the magazines and she was in it. And her name is VanTee. And I was like, literally. And I was like, no, that I want that. And then we're just like literally like posting something. They just put some of her like cute pics and stuff in there. And I was like, I have a few pics. You do. Oh my god. Anyway, that's it. That is the list. I love that it's like a little subcat. I want to make my little. Yeah, well, it's kind of like I wanted to like have things where it was like, I don't want to look at them as goals is like, if I didn't do this, I would feel bummed. You know, where's like my goals are like, I want that to happen. Like that shit's happening. Whereas this is just like putting it out to the universe of like what I'm open to and like let's see what happens. Kind of thing, but I'm not going to be like striving for those items necessarily. No, I love that. I'm going to work on my own version of that. I love that so much. Also, I love what you said about the numbers like for social media like following some stuff like that, because I do think it's a really important distinction that I want to like, abstract next to my money goal is like, I actually don't like, I don't need to make that much money to survive in Spain. Like it's just kind of fun to be like, okay, well, if I was going to make that much money, like how would I be doing? How would I be offering? Yeah, like what behavior? Yeah, exactly. When I show up as a type of person who could or can or will have that, like how would that change how I how I arrived to my business or what I'm doing in my what I'm doing. Yeah. I know that's what I'm committing to because one of my and you know what the most standards to one of my standards is like being really intentional, but I get my energy to and it's like that's in the back of my mind. That's going to force in personality. Like I'm not going to be doing, I'm not going to be doing 50k year shit. And that's like no judgment against anyone who makes 50k year like money is great. But like if there is a difference in how I would be operating at that percent 500k. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. 100 percent 100 percent. Yeah, I love that. I love that. Okay, sick. Do you want to do? Okay. So can we talk about standards? Can you can you explain? Yeah. Yeah. So servant on standards. The way I see standards are these these sort of decisions almost like like lines in the sand in a way of like this is just who I am now. This is how I'm operating now. This is how I'm making decisions now. Like this is this is who I'm being now, which I know is like kind of like esoteric, fluffy language. They can be like almost like a boundary or a non-negotiable. I kind of see those as like slightly different. But in the same vein in the same conversation, it's just like this is the rule. This is what we do. This is who we are. Yeah. This is the offering. This is the the SOP for being me. And they often are tied to sort of like stepping into maybe a quote to like up level or new identity or just like landing and even more conviction of like who you want to be. Like what are the standards that associated with that? Is that a good sermon? Hell yeah. I love it. No, I love it. It's such an interesting premise. And so something that Caitlin kind of like offered. So I did Caitlin's fucking bomb at end of year workshop. And in it, there was a practice where we kind of were to identify like behaviors that might like pull us away from the standards. And so what I kind of did for each of my standards was I have my little like yellow flags section of like, okay, here's like in and I might be kind of starting to stray. And so something that we were kind of chatting about was like, you know, now that we're at the top of the year to actually like because the thing is is like, we're already doing this on the podcast. We didn't really have like a language for it. But yeah, but unfortunately, I think we didn't have enough checks and ways to like make sure it was happening. We just kind of like, we're like, oh, yellow flags. So every week we're going to actually like notice like, oh, okay, how is it going with your standards and like what yellow flags might be coming up? So we'll be kind of checking with each other on this podcast and obviously the invitation is for you to check in with yourself at the same time. Frank was like, I told him because I was like, he's funny, I think I'm going everything and I was like, we're going to do our standards in the yellow flag checking every week. Like weekly, he's like, weekly, do you think that's enough? I thought you were going to go the opposite direction. Like, why would you need a weekly? He's like, it's that enough. But we'll do it daily with each other. We'll do it publicly on the pond. Yeah, exactly. Because I didn't know if I'm like, babe, seriously, you have no faith. It's sweet, right? But yeah. Yeah. So, so yeah, that's really funny. Also, I didn't mention this. Like, it's not on my wallet. It's like, I'm still launching my blog. It's just like, there's no goals attached to the blog. It's just like, it's just like part of it. It's part of everything. Like, it's part of the email subscribers. It's part of like everything. Yeah. So I don't want to do it. I think I can really build on the blog. Substock on the other hand is on the shopping blog, which we can talk about more of the standards conversation on the shopping blog. Let's use that language. That's fun. Yes. I'm ready to go. But okay, so we're going to share all this is to say, we're going to share our standards now for accountability and also for context. So you understand what the fuck we're talking about when we talk about them on the pod. And so you can keep your eye out and you can check us as well. Yes. Yes. I love it. Do you want to share yours first? No, you go because I did, but just finish my wants. Do you feel ready? Yeah. So I feel like you have the example that you gave me before we started recording. I like how yours are worded better than mine, but that's okay. My biggest one, like underline, underline, underline is just being so intentional with my energy. And what I mean by that is like who has access to it? What has access to it? What I am giving it away to throughout my days? Like I just know understandably not holding any chamber judgment around this, but I just know like last year I was spread really thin. Like my energy was just spread really thin. A lot of things needed my attention, a lot of important things, important things needed my attention. And that's fine. But also like a lot of other shit got my attention. That like did not need it. And this year, I'm just like I'm picturing like picture me with like a like a little like a Ursula like all my little tentacles. I'm like slap it all back up. We are tight. Yes. I like the texture of that. Like there's just yeah, a lot of a lot of court cutting, a lot of boundaries, a lot of just being really intentional. Like know that actually isn't something I can do for you or that's not something I can take on or I can't adjust this package for you to make it work for you or I can't do it on this time. It's not so long time. You have available like things like that. It's a little bit scary because I do like being nice and being perceived as nice. Yeah. Because there's just some stuff that like I can't I can't be breaking my own rules all the time kind of thing. Yeah totally totally. I was thinking of such an interesting thing about like being nice versus being that kind. And it's like kind of understanding like is there like a way that you can say like no like the actual the kind choice is not to bend over backwards like the kind choices like do the thing that holds my boundary because I actually show up better for you even if in the moment I don't feel like I'm being nice to you because I'm not like a accommodating. Yeah. And I also think that you can be accommodating and boundary holding. Like I don't think it's one of the other but it's like I definitely understand the like yeah I understand the tension of that feeling big time. Yeah and it's so interesting because for most of my business like that example that you gave as far as you know different times like I for the for my entirety of my business being on the east coast I didn't take calls before like 11 and people would ask me all the time like well like how what happens if that's a workforce where they need to be on a call at eight or nine. And my response was it's a disservice to them for me to be honest. Yeah. Like I'm going to be a fucking zombie like I'm not going to be able to function or do anything. And now it's like I was like dealing with that in a different way with like the time zone change of just being like watch at ream available but like my work actually doesn't start now until a certain time. So just because I am available earlier like I'm not actually available. Which just like it's the same exact conversation just like feels harder or more confusing or something like that because well because you don't have like super tangible like literally I just woke up I'm going to be not good like you actually like because you actually think isn't you probably would be good like you probably would have a really good conversation like there's nothing about that conversation that would be like in its own right like not using your best energy except that you're stretching your energy too far. And that's when it becomes like for the problem. And I also think there's something to be said around like you know even if and I'm not so big you would feel this way but like I definitely could see myself feeling this way it's sometimes where it's like I do so like I'm pretty possessive over my time. So if something feels like it's in the way of my time even if like it's so subconscious like I may feel like a bit of resentment and that's potentially like cloud the judgment of the relationship in its own way you know so I do feel like it's like knowing that like I'm setting the standard of like when I hold this space is when I want to be holding this space I'm going to be my absolute best leader in that moment for sure. A hundred percent yeah no I love that. Yes I agree. And I think it's also just like you know that the the call times and like that kind of like just a really tangible example but I also think there's like other ways that it just slipped in last year whereas like you know I launched I guess technically it would be like more like a membership type model which I was excited about and it did make sense but then that offering up evolving in a way that like the exchange was just not correct for my energy and it was like giving a ton but not getting what I needed back from it and I just I want to be just like so aware of that when it comes to like decisions around offers decisions around yeah just like the comments I make except are up just being like okay like I I'm allowed to say sorry you know like that doesn't feel good for me even though I want to help and I want to do this thing for you know this price point or whatever it's like it won't it will actually won't support me too so which is like a lot around that. I love yay yeah hell yeah okay my big big big one um my other big big big one is filling my cup first which has been one forever but I think started to again slip last year a lot of things slip last year which is fine um but so far we've been really good at that just like really pouring into myself um really making sure that like I'm doing things that make me feel good like this morning even though it was like really cold while I was like I need to go for a walk like you do out there and do it and I didn't I was so happy that I did and like just yeah making sure that I feel nourished and supported I've been like meditating every day I've been in my journal I've been in my concert records I've been pulling my tarot cards just like all these things that like make me feel really nourished so that's a big standard that we're holding. Is it feeling good like are you really are you like now that you're in the rhythm I've been are you like feeling the benefits yeah yeah it's like immediate it's like immediate okay even like you know one of the things that um isn't necessarily on this list but like that you and I've talked about is like when it comes to creating content this year like the most important I guess like box to be checked for me is that it's like content that I feel proud of that I'm like fuck yeah I like how this looks I like how this sounds like I like this like this is something I'd be proud of like this random person on the street saw it you know kind of thing yeah and I feel like it's been easier to like sink in that way and create in that way over the past couple of days because of this other like nourishing thing that comes first for me yeah totally oh okay I love that that's a good one okay then like letting my intuition lead is I mean I guess these are all big ones but like that's one that I'm again like historically have done but got a little bit lost in the last year then like returning to and trusting my pace is another one that again historically I have done but got a little lost in the sauce last year I think similarly to what you were saying like just I was like yeah I was vulnerable I was impressionable and so I think like those two almost got like yeah just like kind of like shoved under a rug for being like oh like this is the right thing to do versus like this is the thing that I want to do is I think I feel led to do this is that fits my timing like yeah and so those two are I feel like kind of go hand in hand for me and just being like okay like we're gonna trust what's coming we're gonna trust our ideas we're gonna trust our timing we're just gonna go with our flow and like let that be the answer yeah and the last one is just not being distracted and I think that's kind of like the big like almost like maybe the big umbrella of being like I have a very clear want list like it's pretty concise especially in regards to business like if it's not helping me get a book deal helping me make a fuck down a money or diversifying my revenue streams like it's not really important to me kind of thing yeah so I think that's so so good and I think that's the the things that are gonna be so helpful to have the check-ins around and just like yeah again like is this serving is a serving is this serving is this serving no okay cool and it's like obviously that's outside of like it's like it's like it's like it's actually so interesting that you like say this because I was just having a combo with someone about this just bright before this but it's like the idea that like you know it's not saying like I can't explore things that are interesting to me but I have to know like whether or not I'm sacrificing something else and if I'm sacrificing anything which I mean again we're kind of like very like no sacrifices out here but like if something has to be sacrificed like it's like then for what you know and I think that's the thing that I kind of like I always notice almost like I mean I'm slightly better at this but I often almost notice like too late like I don't believe it's gonna sacrifice something and then I do and then it does and then I see that like later and I'm like I wish I had known the ripple effect that taking on this like extra thing was gonna have you know so it's like kind of be able to have the forefront being like okay if I'm doing the same like what are the potential what's the potential impact of it like for probably or for or for negative you know anyways it's just like my new things but no I agree I think that's what that happens to me a lot with um yeah just like almost like the going back to my first one around energy like that's where I like we'll do that and I don't realize it till it's too late and so I think that's why that one feels like really important to me this year just being like like in human design I'm an emotional authority I don't I struggle with my emotional authority historically I'm just like I don't want to weigh impatient and I think I think that like sometimes I get put in situations or put myself a situation to where it's like almost like on the spot I have to say like yes or no to something and I just have to remind myself of like I actually yeah like I can be like let me think about that let me get back to you let me go and look at my calendar and email you some times versus being like that's fine um so I just feel like yeah that's where I can like almost not think of the consequences until it's like well fuck like now my calendar looks like shit and I hate it you know yeah no I love that let me think about that well and that's really interesting too like do you find like um because I also feel like that's something that I've even noticed just being here like I was thinking about it a lot with regards like Remly I was thinking about it because of like Pilates but even same with like Spanish lessons and things like that where I've been like very much almost like I didn't know my ideal schedule so I was kind of like again a little bit more like susceptible to just being able to be like true off of that there like I guess we'll see whereas again L.A. I was so tight with my schedule like I knew exactly when was a yes one was a no because I had been honing that for years you know yeah but now it's like everything was kind of like up for debate and so I did end up finding myself in a lot of situation so like that was not it like I was sitting in that way I would have wanted this day to go but now I feel like I'm entering the year and I can actually create the like the scaffolding of like okay here's what I do want to make time for and if I and if I don't have time for other stuff on top of that then like too bad like I need to I need to hold this but I now actually know like my schedule good enough to be able to say like okay you know this is when I do Pilates rather than just being like I'll just find a class randomly whenever it sits in but then I would get super fucking stressed looking at my calendar because I do like sweeping them in like right after like you know a call or whatever yeah and like rushing and like up the sit that I don't like doing so it's just like interesting in that way where it's like okay I'm actually like no now I can like create the foundation that I like want because I have the information you know honestly yeah which is such a good like good conversation actually around this is like a bit of a job that you'll see where I'm going but like when people like almost like don't have a clear vision of what success is and I think sometimes when you say that kind of thing this someone like oh like like if I was to say this someone like oh this is because you don't have what a clear vision of success is for you it sounds so like mean like it sounds so like to rock like you piece of shit you don't know it's success but it's like oh well actually like a lot of times we don't know what it is until we into we experience stuff contrast to be like well that is not success to like figure out what actually is and so yeah it totally makes sense especially with yeah both of our like life transitions this year of like there wasn't a clear definition yet but like we've stumbled into what it is yeah by way of seeing what it wasn't a couple of times correct yeah yeah totally okay yeah I love it so that was all yours yes okay okay I'll go through mine okay so first one is just like not fucking with my creative systems like literally what I'm starting with right now the top of seared that's what stays like yeah I'm just seeing it through I just want to literally be like what if I just go through the whole year just doing what I'm supposed to be fucking doing what and I was laughing because I think I saw I think it was like VIX military posted as being like you know a lot of people think they need to keep buying like more and more strategies but really they seem to like see the one that they first bought like through for like 90 days or whatever it was like some specific thing and then I was like no literally like the strategy I'm following is the same one that I started in 2023 it's the same one that I teach it's like my complete back one of my entire business everything and it's just like it's just so easy to get distracted and I'm like no like I want to like truly be like what if this system that I have that's always supported me can truly just like can I just ride it to the end like that's my and not adding anything to it because that's the thing it's not that it hasn't been it's always been there it's always been like the backbone but I always am adding shit because I think I sometimes almost like it's it's like a progress to progress to systematizing you know yeah or like the that like we kind of were talking about a feeling like you know I want to like a feeling that something needs to change but it's not the system like it's never the system my system is the best yeah sorry but sorry sorry sorry sorry but it's the best um no but I'm gonna so yeah so that's my that's my big one for that um the next one is like kind of related stuff like staying in my lane in the way that I create content so like very much I'm like I am playful and I'm a social media educator that is who I am that is what I do that is what I love I do I need to just start trusting the things that feel like naturally natural for me to share like the flow that I have felt over the last few weeks just like creating so many value-packed emails so many amazing care cells I'm just like this it's gonna work like it's it's my it's it's my way and like it just it's kind of like what you were saying right where it's just like I'm not willing to build a business a life reach any of these goals if I can't do it that way like so why do I keep trying to do it in another way you know what I mean yeah yes so yeah just you know being myself and but like there's a very tangible like I like I know what that looks like you know yeah it sounds like being myself it's like no I've been that that's self this one and to that end this one's kind of like the spooky one to announce but I'm actually going to my goal for this is like a standard planning this year I'm not gonna invest in any coaching the whole year because I'm never in my whole time of business I don't think since like I shouldn't say never my whole time of business it's been a long time like it's been like several years since I have had like not been paying for a coach to be like working with me in some kind of like intimate capacity whether it's like one-on-one or mastermind and I just want to see what happens if I don't and especially just because I think I am on such a journey of like really trying to hear myself better I feel like that's something that I want to try and of course like I am very supportive and very resource to have like amazing peer mentors I work with you I work with Kelsey with Sarah with Chelsea like I actually have like a board of directors almost in my corner already that it's like I don't feel like I need to add to and I think sometimes like too many cooks in the kitchen you know like you just don't need to have that much input and I feel really good with the input that I have like I feel like I've assembled a team of people who help me in really different ways but really like needed ways and I am just like let's just ride it let's just see you know yeah that's obviously I'm not gonna invest in anything for my business of course but coaching specifically is what I'm like gonna try to do a little like cleanse from this year yeah yeah that's exciting it is exciting yeah it's interesting um but I'm excited I'm really excited for it um I'm going to like standard this one is like essential like preparedness preparing for my launches preparing for my content preparing for my programs like we're not cramming for the exams anymore which is like I don't I don't need to be like feeling like if I don't get it done on Sunday night then it's not really ready for the thing that happens Monday morning you know what I mean like yeah and I and I took myself that position on purpose like there's nothing about my own life that has like truly allowed me not to do it you know so I'm the standard I'm setting is just like a you don't like that does it feel good it makes my schedule so I'm really faithful because it makes me feel like there's a lot of half-tos that I literally put there like it's not anyone else's fault with my own and so I just want to be able to look ahead and say you know okay it's due next Monday like I'm gonna finish it early like I am going to be finishing things before they need to be done that's literally like that's the standard exactly exactly um so there's that one and I already just feel like it's so much easier it's interesting too because it's not like I'm like oh I'm gonna have all my launch emails prepared for for the launch is done it's almost more like I want to always be a few steps ahead even if that's just like oh I have two emails done but there's four that need to go out this week like can I always just be like ahead you know like can I always just be like a little bit ahead yeah preferably a lot ahead but you know just put it is um I already said like main priorities like socialize life at the party so that's that on that kind of similar you said we're like if it's not bringing me closer to that then it's probably not what I need in this moment same with it like that's really good to got checked mostly for like investments and stuff I think mm-hmm and then approaching all things with unseriousness this is a really good one because I think I got a little intense I got like a little intense at the end of last year I just like to feel like that's not really who I am like I really I think like I wrote here which is really interesting I just like basically like stream of consciousness and I haven't read this back again um but I said like when I'm being my favorite self I'm not taking things seriously or making things feel big and intense they get to just be silly and exploration or exploration what the fuck exploration all everything is an experiment mentality and then I said when I feel safe to play this way it's because I trust that everything's working out without having to hold on too tight I trust myself to let lose indulge and still arrive to my home to myself feeling proud and then I also wrote um playfulness represents an attitude of comfort in myself so I felt that was interesting I just wanted to share yeah I love that very much also I think the relationship between safety and playfulness is really cool too like that like there is like a level of like having to feel safe to be able to be playful yeah yeah yeah yeah totally so like always kind of checking it on that and my final one is just um feeling my life has fun stories and living a life worth documenting which is pretty self explanatory yeah and I love that I might have to go off that one living a life worth documenting that's really cute I love that these are all so good yay well those are the standards standards of the year baby and then it was just have to be checking in on the on what's happened and that's what we're doing every week we're sticking to it yeah we're sticking to it exactly exactly my gosh this was fun this felt like really relaxing episode because we're like trying to solve any problems what problems we're so great we got it all figured out zero spy rules were hot I love it out and yeah I'm feeling good feeling like those spirals any questions I don't think so okay I love it maybe we'll have a short episode I don't know I'm like what else can we talk about I guess I can share an example that we talked about a little bit yesterday just like give someone this example I wrote it down as like potential conversation around like the flags um like it'll like yeah so an example in real time for people is like I'm very much like trusting my timing like no rush like want to make things that I'm proud of um I've really built my schedule in a way that like there's plenty of fucking time like there's like literally actually no rush like nothing is time sensitive kind of thing and yesterday I was working on my Instagram post and it was taking me like longer than I thought it should have and these were like arbitrary things like there was no actual marker of it being longer like longer than what according to whom like there was no real um parameters that and I felt my brain starting to be like oh no this is taking longer than it should have but it like this it was gonna take this long every day then what and I caught it yellow flag caught it and I was like you wanted to make sure your product and like are you proud of how this is going so far like yes like then finish it like it's just taking a little bit of time because it's like you're building out a new template like it's fine and yeah like I hungered down I like intentionally like didn't start speeding up I intentionally like actually move slower and like got more cozy I got more comfortable and like let myself lean into it and then I post it and it's doing really well and I'm really proud of it yay yay no I love that so much and it's really interesting because I was kind of on thinking about this um as well because somebody messaged me being like oh like I love your stories these last two days like you like it's so OGOC or which I'm like yes like I'm going OGOC yeah I got some stuff in here and it's like the stories and stuff for example like that is the thing that I really enjoy and I get so much like fun and play and I find it so like silly and I get to be so silly like and be myself in such a fun way when I'm posting on stories but I haven't really been prioritizing them because I feel like I felt like I had to like rush through because I was always trying to do like I have to then then go on through that and on substack and this and that and whatever and I was like if I just give myself like if I just like let myself just sink into it and just like I kind of just fill me down and like yeah it takes fucking time but it's time I want to give it and so I was thinking about this a lot because I was like I do feel like that's something where it's like it's like noticing where it's like I would rather have one thing take me quote unquote too long than be like rushing just to touch like 20 tables and not really feel happy with what I did anywhere you know which obviously like duh but I do feel like it doesn't always feel that way with socials like can we do feel like there's that expectation of like faster and better be everywhere like this kind of stuff where it's actually like no usually the condo that takes longer does better and usually the we feel better about it even if it doesn't because we know that we gave it what we wanted to give it like for me something I noticed happening all the time last year and I did that big content on at the end of the year and this is something that I noticed a lot where I was actually I would see a lot of posts after me like us like I'm kind of bummed about that post because a it didn't perform very well and I know I nailed it in and that's the worst combo like I'd rather have a post not perform well but be like I literally didn't of us like I'm really I'm happy to tell that looks like it just you know unlucky you know yeah versus being like it didn't do well and I'll like never know so it could have been better because I didn't give it my all you know and that's like the shit you feel like no that's so true that's so true yeah I do that and like when I had mentioned for the listener when I mentioned this example to Zanth yesterday we had an interesting conversation around like the whole ethos that I'm trying to operate by that I think a lot of you guys listening are trying to operate by right now it's like like depth and care and intentionality and like like why would rushing something be in support of those big goals and bigger ways that were I think collectively kind of trying to move towards as I wrote about yes upset I said I know I know I have it up right now like I got to read it after this but yeah 100% 100% yeah I love that oh my gosh okay is it anything that you are wanting this week that we want to put into the world before we got this first episode of the year but am I wanting this week I am wanting okay so my want list and like the stand like this stuff is not a notion yet like it's not pretty and so I think I want to get like the want list and my standards and like maybe that looks the only list that you may think I would like that to be in a way that feels really satisfying and encouraging to look at I get to use my desire dash yes I haven't done that yet yeah I haven't got all that set up yet so that is something I would like to do this week um any other things oh and I fucking start well no it you started years in December I started my one-on-one offer today the becoming started today so I just like want to like pour into that because it's been just so fun and so do you see it's amazing yay oh my gosh congrats on the kickoff I mean my mentorship like yeah it started in December but it does start like after full official this week like with our weekly calls and stuff so it does feel like it's like just ramping up um and social I thought this is starting this week too so it's a big week of starts over here but I love that yay okay very lovely I'm so excited to see our little dashes as well it's so fun I can't even um it's not about you what am I wanting this week um while I want to finish my blog design that's a big goal yeah I've been working on that behind the films so I've been like designing the blog and then I'm going to send it to Sparer Clist who's going to help me make it cool and also functional because I'm just like mocking up likes initials um and so that's gonna be really fun so that's like a big thing and then kind of like a more of a business thing and then I want to do uh there's this like there's these two copy shops that are really close to me that I've never walked to that I just found like last week I've started following a bunch of like barcel and influencers and changing my life because they're posting so many pieces and I'm like oh my god this is what I needed um so there's two copy shops that are like walking distance and I really want to make myself a little date to go to each one within this week hopefully by like by Sunday I want to have content both so I love that yeah love a copy date well I did our copy date yesterday it wasn't it was like I'll probably be alone but maybe not maybe sprinkle film I think it's a way but he'll be back tomorrow oh yeah I sure will be fun either way yeah yeah he's in Brussels it's very cool I am so curious but yeah you know he has like a couple friends from LA and they were on like a cruise um and it like ended there so they're like flying out of Brussels so they were like oh just come like I need us um so the week or for like two nights or whatever so he went in last night and then he's going back the next day but he um yeah he loves it it's like very snowy but it's like crazy like everything's just like covering gold he's sending me all these like pics and it looks insane and he's been doing a ton of thrifting because Frank loves thrifting as we know and he's like been cleaning and he literally had via the double bag to fill this shit to bring home also I'm like I wish I had my idea of like a cruise ending in Brussels because I know nothing about geography as we've discussed but I don't understand it either I don't know no sorry the cruise do not end in Brussels that's a lie the cruise I believe ended in like Germany like I think they're flying in and out of or like I think they they like they definitely work coming from Germany yesterday to get to Brussels I don't know if the cruise like ended and they've been like going around Europe I honestly don't have enough information to tell you just in general yeah like cruises in Europe you don't believe that trust is on the water yeah you're being cruises are super interesting to me I mean especially the wintertime like I don't know where they would have found that I'll let you know get the dirt um come here bud come on but yeah Belgium is like inland like it's not there's no um there's no water so it's not like a pork I'm no fucking idea where they would be porting well that's cool regardless yeah you'd like it I mean it's Belgium Belgium is the country Brussels is the town um but Brussels looks really cool I think you'd like it it's very like or Nate very or Nate I've also heard um Antwerp in Brussels in Belgium it's really cool that's up it on my I have my regard I have I know the one of the words because of a game no uh answer but I think it's where now yes but I think now not civilization pandemic aborting but I don't think interrupts from that I think interrupt is where our shipping stuff came in yes that's correct I remember you said that and I was laughing at it exactly that's maybe that's the port yeah you can't get to enter it there's a port there that's really funny actually that's interesting um interesting okay maybe we can go and we can see we can we can retrace the steps of all your stuff across the earth oh my gosh okay cool this has been so lovely thank you for being here for some episode and see then please leave us a review tell us how much you loved it yes and tell us you're the ones for the year yeah I was like how do we
