Virgo Season 2026

Virgo season 2026 unfolds from August 22 to September 19, marked by a shift toward order, clarity, and practical self-reflection. The season begins with the sun entering Virgo, triggering a deep awareness of bodily needs and internal systems, while Mercury moves into Virgo, enhancing structured, logical thought and communication. A key theme is the process of releasing outdated identities—particularly those tied to Leo—through the activation of the South Node, bringing both clarity and emotional release. This is compounded by a powerful Pisces full moon eclipse, which squares Uranus in Gemini, creating a surge in collective awareness and emotional intensity. The eclipse encourages deep introspection around personal beliefs, ancestral connections, and social justice, especially for those with Pisces-ruled houses. It also highlights the tension between emotional depth and practical structure, creating opportunities for healing and rebalancing in relationships and identity. Throughout the season, Mercury’s active transit supports idea formation, documentation, and effective communication, making it ideal for planning and creative work. A period of friction arises in late August due to Mars-Saturn and Venus-Saturn aspects, signaling emotional and physical inflammation that must be addressed before expansion. The week of September 6–12 features Venus entering Scorpio, prompting vulnerability and the need to reevaluate relationship dynamics, while a Virgo new moon in Libra emphasizes the importance of rewriting relational narratives with authenticity and balance. As the season progresses, outer planet movements filter personal experiences into broader societal shifts—such as economic strain or climate issues—necessitating a deeper integration of personal and collective responsibilities. The final days culminate in a Mercury-Libra-Jupiter harmony, offering a celebratory, creative closure before transitioning into Libra season. This period is especially resonant for those navigating identity, emotional healing, and the desire to contribute meaningfully to a more just and connected world.

Hello and welcome to the Design Life Podcast. I'm your host, Hollis MM. Hello and welcome to another installment of the Design Life Podcast. Today we are talking about burgo season of 2026 and I'm not going to lie, I'm actually very excited about this season and it's probably personal because I have a little pile up of burgo stuff in my chart. My mid-heaven, I have it's actually all on like 13-14 degrees but my mid-heaven, I have an asteroid here, I have a few lots here, I just feel like very cold to burgo energy and I have a lot of burgo people in my life so something about this time of year and also the feeling of like you know settling back in after all the expansion and expression of summer season, burgo season just always feels like okay let's let's get back to work, let's get back to business, let's get a little organizing done, let's like figure out where our ducks have went and see if we can bring them back into some kind of order and this particular burgo season, there's some tricky astrology for sure we still have the end of a clip season but it is also a little bit quieter considering all of the major movements of the year and so I'm just really looking forward to having some time that feels a little bit more dare I say normal? I don't even want to say that because it feels like nothing is normal anymore and we definitely don't have a backdrop of normalcy but it does kind of feel like we can get into a little bit more of like a day-to-day rhythm for this season so let's get into what burgo season of 2026 looks looks like how you can work with it and how it might also potentially show up in your life and how to navigate just this new season ahead so we begin burgo season on Saturday August 22nd and burgo energy is very much like what I described at the intro it's kind of like let's get back into order when I think about Leo energy and I think about the cancer to Leo to burgo sequence I think of this experience of going inwards and exploring the self from a body-led perspective I think of stepping into a level of visibility and self-expression and stretching ourselves out into the world and then I think of coming into a sort of a state of refinement with burgo we've explored what it feels like to be internal and external introverted and extroverted we've explored what it's what it means to feel deeply and also to express and be present outside of ourselves and now burgo is kind of like okay let's take all of that information and make it make sense and let's figure out exactly what it means as well not necessarily from a belief-based perspective but from kind of like an empirical database perspective when I think of burgo I definitely think of data collection or collecting a lot of details of information to make sense of what the whole picture looks like and what is the most effective and efficient choice and when I look at burgo it's ruled by mercury but the decons of burgo are the sun, Venus and mercury and so there is something about definitely understanding our sense of self and our identity and our consciousness but also that refinement piece that desire for beauty for beauty that creates efficiency something that is practical and beautiful also that kind of experience and something that makes sense something that like you can string the sentence together and there's a clear understanding of what's happening and because burgo is ruled by mercury and it's a mutable earth sign I also think about the disseminating experience of language and how we can have this big felt experience but as soon as we put it into words we start to know how to work with it and we know how to again make sense of it we know what it is and what it isn't and how we can respond to it and also shape ourselves against it. The opposite sign to burgo is Pisces and we'll be exploring a little bit of that energy with the Pisces eclipse that's coming up this season and Pisces is the sign that is boundless and is deeply feeling and kind of runs on vibes and burgo is like okay there's maybe some space for that but also can we take all of those big feelings can we take that energy can we take those vibrations and all of that connection and figure out how it all fits together what are the lines of delineation how am I connected to you in a really practical material sense how would you put language to the big felt experience and I definitely think of you know this access being very poetic in a way because there is a way of being able to zoom totally out with Pisces and see the bigger picture and feel very deeply and burgo gives us the opportunity to again take all of that experience and refine it and understand it and what I also particularly love about burgo energy and I would be remiss to say this is that there's a real appreciation and understanding that the magic is in the mundane that the smallest little things can bring so much symbolism and power and meaning because like if you think about just one word for example the word is simple but the word also contains so much history and meaning and depth and you can look at virtually any word and any language and I think that you can find so much more meaning just in that string of characters together and it's the same with anything else you can look at a leaf you can look at an insect you can look at a texture you can you can feel a texture you can taste something and in the subtlest details there can be so much richness and the last thing I'll say about Virgo before I move on is that especially now that I've achieved my level 1 sommelier certification I also think about the experience of wine tasting which is so Virgo in my opinion all the way to the kind of like the pretentiousness that can come with it but there's a discernment that comes with with tasting a glass of wine and there's so much richness and life that lives in a simple glass or a bottle of wine there's so much history there is so much to learn about the land and the stewardship of the land which is also very Virgo and and there's a beauty to it there's there's like a way of all of these things coming together to fit into one to one bottle to one glass to one taste and I think that that describes the experience of Virgo energy so so much what's so funny about when I did my sommelier certification I did it with my best friend who is a Virgo's Virgo son stellium so I really definitely apply Virgo to to to wine but anyways so that's kind of like the overview of Virgo energy I could talk at length about this sign for sure but let's get into the energy of the season so I'm starting the week it's a Saturday August 22 but I'm going to say you know the first whole week is the 22nd to the 29th it's eight days but the sun enters Virgo on Saturday the 22nd to give you the lay of the land mercury is still in Leo so our thoughts and our conversations are still very active Venus is still in Libra so there's this this pull towards beauty and harmony and connection and drawing together in our relationships Mars is still in cancer so there's definitely some inflammation perhaps in the body or understanding of inflammation in the body or inner emotions or just like kind of more frustration generally going on hot water still is very much a part of this and Jupiter of course isn't Leo Saturn and Neptune and area is Pluto and Aquarius and Uranus and Gemini so that's the lay of the land we're still coming off the heat of summer but we're starting to get into a little bit cooler territory and I say that reservantly because when Mars goes into Leo in a couple of weeks we're going to get hot again but we'll get there when we get there this first week we have the sun training kairan retrograde on sunday we have mercury can joining the south node and then entering Virgo to then try and kairan on Tuesday mercury will be in Virgo through september 10th and then we have a mercury kazimi on august 27th thursday and then we have the Pisces full moon eclipse at four degrees on friday so this whole week we're building from a waxing gibison cabricorn to a full moon and paces. is definitely a building of energy. And the start of Virgo season definitely proves to be very mercurial with a lot of energy activating our consciousness, our conscious minds. With the sun training, Kyron, retrograde and torus, this makes for some sort of conscious understanding of what our bodies need in order to sustain themselves and to feel nourished. And especially because it's earth sign to earth sign, it's torus and it's Virgo, there's something perhaps just about our health that's coming up where like, what healthy systems looks like, what wellness really looks like in this day and age, what tending to the rhythms and necessities of our bodies and our resources also means to create again some sort of like efficiency, some natural movement and flow in the body. That's kind of just a moment. We start the week with that on Sunday. So there's already kind of this like awareness of the body and awareness of what we need to do to tend to ourselves at the start of the week. But then Mercury coming up against the South node just before it changes signs, coming up against the South node in Leo, it gives us a little more clarity around the identity that we're leaving behind as we step into this newest sense of self that we've been building and cultivating. If you've been listening to these episodes, you know that I've been harping on how we're all stepping into a new sense of self and a new sense of identity. That's not to say that like we're turning into entirely new people, but there is a level of leadership that we're all kind of grasping within ourselves. There is parts of ourselves that we're definitely letting behind. And I hosted a new moon workshop at my dear friend Rachel's space intuitively wild. And we were talking about how identity can come almost just with age, how we reach these new thresholds in our business life, in our relationship life, in our age. And so it kind of just comes naturally that every once in a while we have to understand ourselves now, not necessarily because of all the things that are happening around us, but simply because we're continuing to progress through our lives. And yes, there is so much happening all around us. Collectively, there's a lot of change happening in the world right now, but there is also just us progressing in our bodies and in our day-to-day lives. And so there's an understanding right now around, who am I right now at this age, at this chapter of my life, in this moment, and how am I really stepping into myself now instead of who I was in the past? There's something particularly around this day that we are ready to say we're done with. It's no longer for us. We either say it or we have an idea around it or it just comes into clarity that this thing or this version of me no longer needs to exist. And it might feel as we continue to contend with the South Node in Leo and we have these hits of different planets activating the South Node, it might feel like not only are we creating space for something new to come in and to embrace new parts of ourselves, but it also might feel like a little bit of grief. It might feel like we have to let a part of ourselves go that maybe we really loved for a long period of time where we really felt safe within. And so there also might be some sticky feelings around that. The South Node being a point of release, everything that is connected to release, all the different emotions of space, relief, excitement, potentially the feeling of potentiality, but also, you know, sadness and grief and even confusion can all happen when the South Node gets activated. But then Mercury enters Virgo and is there till September 10th. So quick transit for sure. Mercury is moving at full steam right now. And as Mercury is in Virgo, our thoughts and conversations begin to, I would say settle away from the fiery activity and energy of Leo and more towards the refined intentional structural energy of Virgo. So our brains aren't necessarily, and our thoughts aren't necessarily, I wouldn't say that they're necessarily like slowing down, but they're starting to perhaps make more sense. When I think of Mercury and FireScience, sometimes it's like shooting off in a bunch of different directions and it's like, ooh, what about this over here? Ooh, what about this idea over here? Blah blah blah. And it can feel very activating and in Virgo, it's just a little more steady and it's a little more logical and linear. Mercury is at home in Virgo and again, it's refined. It's discerning, it's clarifying. And so for the next few weeks, we'll just have a lot more clarity around the way things need to operate. Our thoughts might just feel more practical and structured and this is super helpful for really getting ideas down on paper, for writing, for conversing, not necessarily yapping. I would definitely put that in Mercury and Leo energy territory, but it's definitely really good for putting our ideas into shape. So it's a really great season. If you have ideas, put them down on paper, document them. If you have things that you want to build or that you want to create, this is a great season for it because it's just really good for brainstorming and for really, again, understanding the shape of things as you're, as you're ideating about them, as you're conversing about them, as you're just exploring them. So this whole week, we're building to a pretty spicy, full moon eclipse in Pisces that will be squaring Uranus. And when I say squaring Uranus, the sun is in Virgo. The moon is in Pisces and Uranus is in a T-square in the middle in Gemini. So you can kind of see it as there's a polar opposite going on between the two luminaries. And then there's this middle point that is also pulling focus with Uranus in Gemini. And this is the last North and North eclipse in Pisces for some decades. And it closes out a series or a story of growth in particular in the part of our chart that Pisces rules that specifically began in September of 2024. So I would love for you to look at your chart and to look at the houses that Pisces rule and that rules and Virgo rules because that is the storyline that is being activated during this eclipse. So for example, if you're a sadrising like me, Pisces is activating your house of home and family and foundation and ancestry. And there's been a story of growth and a pull of energy towards this part of your life. And there's been more of an absence or an opening or release or letting go in your career. And in your public image spaces and in your public spaces and in your reputation, maybe you've let go of who you've represented yourself as in public spaces. If you're a Gemini rising, it's the opposite of that, right? Pisces would be in your 10th house and there's been a growth in your career or public image or who you want to step into and the image you want to create for yourself and the legacy you want to create for yourself. And there would have been a letting go in the part of your family life, your home life. Maybe you changed homes, maybe you cleaned house, maybe you actually lost some loved ones over the last couple of years. It's really important, no matter if you have planets here or not, it's really important to understand what this access represents for you. And it's a great moment because since this is the last eclipse, North Node Eclipse in Pisces and it's closing out this story, it's good to be able to look back and say, okay, from September of 2024 to September of 2026, this is the area of life that Pisces rules for me. How have I grown here? What has expanded here? What has been calling my attention here? For example, I never had a connection to my ancestral lineage or I mean, I kind of did. But especially the last few years with Jupiter going through Pisces, Saturn and Neptune going through Pisces, the Eclipse's and Pisces, it was like, oh, there's a real emphasis on me getting to know this part of my life. And trust me, there have been so many crazy moments where family has just become really, really loud and ancestry has become really, really loud. And so I encourage you to also do that investigatory work for yourself. What has expanded, what has grown? What have you been called towards in this particular part of your life? And how has it shifted the trajectory of your life? Over the last few years, there's been, for all of us, there's been a decrease or a release in uniformity rules and perhaps even efficiency in exchange for unity, compassion and fluidity. And releasing boundaries in order to connect more with intuition. And this last Pisces Eclipse is asking you to look at when and where you've leaned into empathy and intuition. And perhaps even more of your own psychic inclinations. And to name consciously, how these things have redirected your life. How have your beliefs shaped you, particularly in this area of life that Pisces rules for you? How has your ability to believe brought in new growth, new opportunities, and perhaps more trust and faith in your life? And when I say believe, Pisces is all about our beliefs. And what our beliefs can expand us in two for better or for worse, right? What our faith can expand us in two for better or for worse? and that's really being emphasized during this clip, during this eclipse. So, again, not just looking at the area of life that Pisces rules for you, but also how have you expanded your belief in this part of your life? How have you expanded into more faith and trust in this area of life? And what has that, again, expanded in you and expanded in your own sense of possibility and opportunity and perhaps even deepening into a greater sense of wisdom or even connection to something bigger than you or connection to the world's universe as a whole? Now, because this eclipse is squaring Uranus and Gemini, there is also something disruptive that will be happening in our collective and social spaces. So, depending on where this lands in your chart, you might come to some sudden realizations via conversations with friends or with a partner or with your family, but there is something surprising or electrifying or even a little bit rebellious that is occurring in the social sphere that is causing us to dig deeper into our wisdom and faith and belief and as well as our understanding that we're all connected. So, of course, as I say that, I also think about, you know, all these big disruptive events that have been happening all over the world and how we're witnessing them all over social media and how it really feels like we can be connected to people on the other side of the planet as they're experiencing, you know, catastrophic fires or hurricanes or, you know, stripping of their rights and feeling like we know what that's like, right? There's an understanding of connection to people on the other side of the world and understanding again how we are all unified and connected. And so, I am a little bit worried that there could be something on the global stage that, again, reminds us of our interconnectedness and deepens us into a sense of faith or, again, trusting in something bigger than us because that's what happens when catastrophic events happen for a lot of people, but it could also just be something small within your own social spheres that helps you come into, again, a greater sense of faith or belief within yourself. It's definitely a very stimulating, very, very stimulating, full moon eclipse. You know, that's the other thing because it's a full moon. There's something coming into culmination where something is coming to light and it might also just feel like, if you're anything like me, you can't sleep. Your body is just like too electrified. Now, the last layer of this is that because this lunation is ruled by Jupiter and Leo, which is currently applying to a really nice trying with Saturn Resurgrade, whatever is occurring is also stimulating your self-concept, your identity, and your sense of personal leadership, as well as your discipline and dedication to who you want to be showing up as, and what you want to be creating or generating for yourself and for one another. So, it's just going to feel like maybe there's like a lot of ideas flowing, a lot of conversations happening. It might feel like you have the energy to act or to move or to do things. Definitely, if you can, you know, it's a Pisces eclipse, drink tons of water and do things, just be present of your feet and how you're moving because Pisces rules the feet and also your hands, because Uranus and Gemini, that's also hands. So, just be mindful of your movements. If you feel like you're moving really, really fast, like physically moving fast, take some time to ground down and root into the present moment. You know, the sun being in Virgo wants us to feel very grounded and very tethered to the moment. And so, it's a great time also to do any sort of grounding practice, especially grounding practices, especially if you feel overstimulated. And I would highly recommend to take the weekend to rest if you can, because this one will be very, very stimulating. So, Pisces Eclipse, it's at four degrees of Pisces. So, if you have any planets or points at four degrees of Pisces or the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, you'll be feeling this in perhaps. Again, that electrifying, but even perhaps exciting kind of way, like there is something that is flowing that feels really fun, kind of like you're on like a white water rafting ride. And you're like, this is, I'm having a great time, even though it's a little bit dangerous, maybe, but it's still really fun. But if you have any planets or points at the other mutable signs at four degrees, that's Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius and Gemini. You might be feeling this in a more friction-based way. And you know what? Also, this is just coming to me. We had the Barbobasket alignment at four degrees just a couple weeks ago. So, there might also be some themes from early mid-July. I want to say that are coming back around during this eclipse. So, also pay attention to any sort of themes that feel connected there. Then we get into the second week of August. And even though it's a quieter week, there's still two major movements that are happening that shape the course of this week. So, there's only stuff going on on Monday and Tuesday. And then it kind of cools down for the rest of the week, but we might really be feeling this through the whole week. So, what happens is on Monday, August 31st, Venus enters its pre-retrograde shadow. That's right. We have a Venus retrograde coming up. And then Jupiter trines side on retrograde. That's that really helpful aspect I was just talking about a moment ago when it comes to completion. But then on Tuesday, we have a Mars square Saturn retrograde. And this is not a fun aspect. So, and then we have Mercury sex tiling Mars. So, we have this really great, this really great, really helpful aspect between Jupiter and Saturn. It's especially helpful for those of you who were born with a day chart. If the Sun was above the horizon, when you were born. But then we also have this really gross, really uncomfortable aspect the next day with Mercury squaring Saturn. So, it's a mixed bag. When let's start with Venus, pre-retrograde shadow. Just because that's the first thing that happens at the beginning of the week. So, as Venus enters her pre-retrograde shadow, we enter, enter into the territory that will be revisiting three times over over the course of the next few months. So, pay attention to what happens in your relationships, your creativity and creative expression, and your social endeavors in particular. Because this is Venus retrograde in Libra and in Scorpio. But it starts out in Libra. So, while Venus is in Libra, definitely pay attention to anything that might feel like a little bit sticky or tricky in relationship dynamics in friendships and social spaces in any creative projects that you have as well. And just because it's likely that you'll be coming back around to them. On the same day, on Monday, Jupiter trained Saturn retrograde, which again is a very helpful and powerful signature. And especially also, I should say, if you're in a Jupiter or Saturn world perfection year, and I'll link my perfection year article down below, if you don't know what that is, and you want to learn more. But this is one of the most helpful arrangements for getting things done and dedicating ourselves towards what we believe in, towards values-based action, because it's Jupiter and Saturn in fire science. So, we're really being given the opportunity to expand something, to take practical action towards something, and to express ourselves in a way that aligns with our leadership, our sense of self, and the person we most want to embody now. It feels very motivating, but practical and mature. Like, we're not taking steps just out of just willy-nilly. Saturn is making sure that whatever we're growing into and whatever we're claiming, and whatever action we're taking is mature. It's adults. It's something that makes sense that's, you know, been tried and tested before, and is actually going to help us in the direction that we want to grow into. And Jupiter wants us to grow. Jupiter wants us to grow and expand into this new identity that we're embodying now. So, that is happening in one part of your chart, right? At the same time, because it's kind of all happening at once, Mars squaring Saturn, this deeply uncomfortable transit, there's a feeling of, again, where there's like lots of possibility and drive in one area of our life. There's this other area that's saying something needs to be dealt with, something needs to be healed, something needs to be tended to, or protected, or fought for. And Mars and Cancer is inflammatory. It's like heat in the body, or literal inflammation in the body. It can look like mucus build up. It can look like, I think it like rashes or even like acne too. It can look like holding onto water in the body. It's something that actually aggravates our system. And depending on where cancer is in your chart, it can be aggravation in your family systems. in with your kids, with your creativity, in your workspace, in your relationships, in your career, in your communal spaces, in your mental health, it can just look, it looks like aggravated emotions, but it definitely affects our body as well because of course there's this relationship between our body and our emotions, right? And so it's just very, very frustrating and uncomfortable. So because that is the aspect that's actually pulling a little more focus, also because Mercury is sex telling more, so it's really coming into consciousness. It just feels like we have to tend to something first before we can expand outwards, which actually makes sense, right? You know, a lot of times we have the grand idea, we feel ready to do something, but then there's another part of us that's like, wait, I'm scared. This is too much. I, I'm going to shut down and not let you do it. And that could be the case. You might be saying like, okay, I really want to do this big grand thing. I want to go out in this journey. I want to, you know, trust myself and and step into this leadership role. But then there's a part of you that's actually like very scared or very frustrated or angry about something and you have to tend to that version of yourself. You have to tend to whether it's your body or it's a relationship dynamic. I don't really see this being so much about relationships unless it's particularly in a relationship house for you, but it's definitely something that is emotional and that is somatic, that is saying, okay, you have to, you have to tend to this. So it's something more internal as well. And so it might just feel like, again, there's this, this stop, start, energy, this frustrating energy to the week where we want to be doing these things. We have the energy in the drive and the clarity of direction, but we also have to do this other thing first. We have to tend to this other thing first. And some of you, again, depending on where this is in your chart, you might actually get sick around this time with like a head cold or something similar and know that it's just a moment. This is not something that is going to linger for too long. It is possible that it could linger through the week just because the moon is building into or making its way to cancer, to meeting Mars on Sunday. So it might just feel like this is something that we're kind of contending with through the week and the inflammation might just linger until like Monday, basically. But no again, it's a moment and there will still be the same plan of action. It just might feel like like the real push to do the thing has potentially passed, which is again, very frustrating, but it's a lesson. Like whenever I think of like getting sick or getting injured and how it stops us in our tracks and how frustrating that can be, there's also something that needs to be acknowledged and needs to be reviewed, right? Like it wouldn't be coming up unless it needed to be dealt with. And it wouldn't be happening if you didn't need to slow down in some way and to potentially tend to, you know, the parts of you that feel like you need to be protective all the time or you need to get to a certain place at a certain time because, you know, we have to meet certain goals at certain ages or whatever or we have to live into some kind of, you know, image or something like that. And that's definitely what's happening here and we're contending with the parts of ourselves that might be more frustrated with not being able to do the thing when we want to do the thing. Lots of lessons there don't necessarily love those lessons, right? But we all have to come across them at a certain period of time in certain moments. So that is essentially that week. I like that it's quieter that week, but it does feel like that is the main focus just kind of contending with that, that inflammation, that irritation that's inhibiting our ability to move forward. What I would recommend for this week again is like tend to your body for sure. If you feel like you aren't able to act even though you want to act, you have the energy to act, you have the clarity of vision, you feel motivated to in some way, like put down everything that you want to do on paper so that you can start doing the things once you feel like you have the time and the space and the capacity. And I definitely recommend this, if you're feeling frustrated, if there is some sort of conflict coming up, conflict, I love to say, this is I'm not the first person to say this, but it's an opportunity to deepen in relationship because conflict, conflict is always going to happen, right? Whether we expect it to or not, and it's how we address the conflict, how we speak through the conflict, how we navigate ourselves through the conflict, how we bring compassion into the conflict, and honesty, and of course boundaries, but also thoughtfulness, all of that, how we arrive to the conflict, gives us the opportunity to deepen into more right relationship either with ourselves or with one another. So if there is a conflict coming up, it's an opportunity to deepen into something that is more fortified and strong and long-lasting. So if you are in that space, what if you consider the conflict as an opportunity, even though it might be aggravating or frustrating or just downright like rage inducing depending, but can you settle into, okay, what does this ask, what is this asking me to deepen into? What is this an opportunity to create in myself or in relationship with another person, and that can also potentially help kind of dispel some of the intensity of the moment, and I highly recommend doing any of that work because the more we work through conflict, intentionally, the more resilient we are, right? Okay, so then the next week, we get into September 6th to the 12th. Most of this week is very relational and conversational. We're exploring a lot in our dialogues and our expressions with one another, and this is the lay of the land. So again, we don't have anything happening until Wednesday. So there's this whole chunk of time from last Tuesday to Wednesday. So that's Tuesday, September 1st to September 9th, where there's no major astrological things happening. That's not to say you might not be getting pings to your own chart, but it's kind of nice that there's like some breathing room for us to just be like, okay, what's been happening? And sometimes I find that like more happens when the astrology, there isn't major astrological activations happening, just because it's like, okay, now everything has to kind of come into a sort of order, but take that for what you will. I just find that it's really interesting that we have a whole like eight days where where nothing is happening, and I just I'm grateful for that, considering it's just been like one major transit after another after another. But then on Wednesday, September 9th, we have Venus training the North node, sex-tyling the South node. On Thursday, we have a new moon in Virgo at 18 degrees. On that same day, Venus enters Scorpio, and will be there through August 25th. It will go retrograde there, and Venus opposes Kyron retrograde as it enters into Scorpio. Mercury enters Libra just before the new moon becomes exact, and Mercury will, no, never mind. I was going to say Mercury will be retrograding in Libra, but it won't. It will only be in Scorpio. And then Uranus also stations retrograde. So September 10th is a busy day, and then on Saturday, the 12th Mercury trines Pluto retrograde, and then opposes Neptune retrograde. Sunday, it will try and Uranus retrograde, so we'll talk about that all together. So on Wednesday, with Venus training the North node, and sex-tyling the South node, this is a nod to the relationships and the creative endeavors that we are generating in support of the collective future that we're working to build. Think about all of your friends, your confidence, your peers, your family members who are doing the work to build the future that we want to be building. I am thinking of a lot of people in my life. I hope you're thinking of a lot of people in yours as well. And this is just a really nice nod to those relationships. Venus in Libra is at home, and she wants justice and fairness and beauty and harmony. And the North node now being in Aquarius is pulling us towards this collective mentality and a greater understanding of our responsibility in the social fabric. And so the start of this week might have us, or the middle of this week really, might have us seeing how a new version of collectivism, especially in the face of systemic oppression, systemic oppression, oligarchy, tech plutocrats, and this like reality of over surveillance, is not only possible, but it's necessary because of our relationships, because of the other things that other people are creating, because of how there's connection and beauty and harmony and togetherness, a sense of togetherness. And so it's this really nice, I think of it as this really nice moment where we're seeing all of the injustice that we're all having to contend with right now and the unbalanced scales across the larger social web. And at the same time, we're seeing how there's people in our lives ourselves included, hopefully, that are contributing to a rebalancing of the scales. And then Venus enters Scorpio and opposes Kairan right away. And this feels like a relationship dynamic that actually needs to be unearthed or parsed apart in order for us to feel safe that comes to the surface. So it also might feel like some deep and vulnerable expressions or creations need to come to the surface that are cathartic in nature. So where there was like this really beautiful recognition on one day, on Wednesday, on Thursday, it begins to get like a little bit like we're digging in a little bit. We're digging under the surface, we're seeing how the dynamics that are perhaps again a little more imbalanced are actually functioning and it might feel like something needs to be kind of reconfigured. Venus and Scorpio is penetrating, like I just think of it as like really magnetic dynamic creative energy, but it can also be obsessive and it can also be very fixated on attachment and needing a lot of security and safety to feel like it can be creative and be vulnerable and feel safe. And so this opposition to Chiron, which is the wound in Taurus, which is you know partially the body and partially you know how we nourish ourselves, it might just feel like there's something in a relationship that feels like it's not allowing us to feel totally nourished or feel totally safe and it might need to be addressed or it might just be kind of like this leading thing where it's like you know what you said or did that thing and it didn't make me feel safe and we need to address it real quick. Maybe it's big, maybe it's not so big. It also could be something from the past that comes up that now you're kind of contending with in yourself and you're recognizing how you related to it and you know back then and how you need to heal it now, perhaps something you need to create to help heal it now, etc. But there's something that feels like it needs to be that needs to be cleared out. So again, just a moment, but while Venus is in Scorpio, this is definitely going to be just kind of like a theme just generally especially, especially once Venus goes retrograde. And then Mercury enters Libra just before the Virgo New Moon. So just before it becomes exact. So it's interesting because the New Moon is about both the systems, the healing practices, the wellness routines and the grounding practices, all of the Virgo stuff, as it is about our relationships because Mercury, the ruler of this New Moon, is going to be in Libra. And so it's how these things impact our bodies and our emotions, how these things all come together. So it's very, again, it's very interesting. There's something that is happening in our relationships that feels like, again, it's a little bit frictional or it feels like it's not quite in alignment. And because Uranus is also stationing retrograde on the same day as this New Moon, there's a real emphasis on our social relationships, our communal connections, how we're sharing dialogue, sharing stories, how we're gathering and distributing information. And there's also some very strong themes around beauty and alignment and perfectionism at odds with authenticity and how we're expressing ourselves authentically and creating more space for liberation and rebellion. So it is a little bit frictiony, this New Moon, but because it falls in, well, let me just say this, because the New Moon falls in the Venus, Jack and Virgo, this is where we can experience feelings of dissatisfaction or criticism if things aren't just perfect, right? If things aren't just right, if something is off just a hair, then it's not, it's not in alignment, it's not good, it needs to be fixed. And this is all being reflected in our relationships. And so there's this really interesting dynamic where there's a desire to want to break free of something in our relationship dynamics, and then there's also this desire for things to look and operate a certain way and be very specific about it. So there's definitely kind of like a contentiousness, but what I'm seeing is that we, through that contentiousness, there's an opportunity, like through that friction, there's an opportunity to really feel into, okay, what needs to be, again, conflict, what needs to be reconfigured so that we can really find what's under the surface, the deeper story and the deeper meaning to this moment. So it might be a day where we feel really picky about a relationship, where we might even feel picked on or judged in one or some of our relationships, but because it's a new moon in Virgo, it's an opportunity to rewrite the stories that you might hold about how things need to be in your relationship dynamics, where you hold on to high standards perhaps or where you feel like you're being held to too high of standards, and what moves you want to make to come into a more equally weighted dynamic that feels freer, that feels more true to you, that feels more like you have more space for expression, particularly. And because Virgo is about healthy systems and also about the earth, you know, sometimes a fungus comes in, sometimes things need to decompose or rot a little bit in order for the soil to become healthy infertile again. So it might just again look like there's like a conflict that is arising, something that is like kind of gross that doesn't feel comfortable, some sort of like decomposing that needs to happen. And you might just have to address it around this new moon, and it might also feel like you have to do that to just come back into harmony again in your relationship. It is, if there is again a conflict that is occurring, it's a really good opportunity to explore what would feel more free? What is a dynamic that would feel more free for both of us or more feel more true to both of us? Like maybe it's a little bit rebellious in nature, maybe it's a little outside of the box, but because it's a new moon, it's a good opportunity to name that now, especially a new moon in Virgo. Like rewrite the story, write down the new narrative of how you want this dynamic to look and how you want this relationship to evolve and how you want to come back into a more healthy balanced system and dynamic between you and this other person or you within yourself, wherever the conflict is arising. So it's interesting, like I wouldn't normally say that a Virgo new moon is quite so relational, but again, because it's in the Venus deck and because the ruler Mercury is in Libra, there is definitely something about, and because of your anesthesia and your retrograde, there is definitely in Gemini, there is definitely something about social dynamics or us in relationship to other people or us in relationship to our expression or to our words, which is still very Virgo, but I would definitely recommend, again, like, rewriting the narrative, rewriting the story, definitely paying attention to any sort of perfectionist tendencies that are getting in the way of that harmony between you and the other person or thing or yourself and and focusing on the mundane details that do create beauty in the relationship, you know, like the little acts of service or the little compliments or the way you and this other person are you and you and yourself, like fit just right in certain cases, metaphorically or literally, you know, how you are cared for, all the little things that actually make up the beauty of the relationship that also still create a lot of freedom. So this is the official close-out of a clip season and again, it's a new moon at 18 degrees of Virgo, so if you have any planets or points at 18 degrees of Virgo or the other earth signs that's Taurus and Capricorn, you might be feeling this. Perhaps in a more clarifying way where it's just kind of like, if there is some sort of friction or discomfort, it's just like, oh, okay, I see what needs to shift and it feels very natural. If you have any planets or points at the other mutable signs, that's Sagittarius, Pisces, and Gemini, you might be feeling this in a more friction-based way in a way that just feels like, okay, this is crunchy and this is uncomfortable and I have to really contend with these tendencies within myself. And then lastly, I'll just say again, Uranus stationing retrograde will be retrograde for a few months. It just puts an exclamation point on the social aspect of this and while Uranus is retrograde for the next few months, it might just be a great time to assess and explore how you've been expressing yourself in social spaces, what new layers of yourself you've been embracing in order to show up more authentically, how you've been thinking outside the box, and what big ideas you've been having and are they worth holding on to? How have you gotten a little more free over the last several months? And do you want to continue moving in that direction? And I'll link my Uranus and Gemini article in the show notes if you want to read more about how Uranus and Gemini impacting your son. specifically. Okay then we get into the last full week of Virgo season. This is September 13 through 19th. Mercury trining Uranus retrograde. Okay so I'm gonna talk about mercury pinging all the outer planets in just a second. On Monday, September 14th we have a Sun Sextile Mars moment. On Tuesday, September 15th, Venus squares Pluto retrograde, Neptune retrograde, Sextile's Pluto retrograde. On Thursday, September 17th, Kyron retrograde reenters Aries for a little while and then on Friday, September 18th, Mercury opposes Saturn retrograde and we have a waxing crescent in Libra to waxing half in Capricorn. So we're we're building into some new energy. So Saturn and Sunday kind of bleed into each other with Mercury pinging Uranus Neptune and Pluto and after you know coming after the new moon it feels like whatever relationship conversations we were having are being asked to be examined and parsed through or kind of filtered through the bigger changes that are unfolding in the collective. So the way that I've been seeing the outer planet movements yes of course they're impacting us personally but only personally when they're being filtered through the personal planets like Mercury. Like Mercury is doing this weekend so there's all this stuff happening around the world right there's all these different things that are happening and changing and shifting economy is shifting food distribution shifting pricing of things like there's no denying it we're all feeling the impacts of this and so whatever was happening in our personal lives with the new moon last week it's also we're trying to understand it through the larger context of all the changes that are happening this week or over the weekend so let's say you know you had like a little confrontation with your partner and you're like you know this little dynamic doesn't feel like it's an alignment for us you know can we dig into this and find something that works better and you get to that point and then over the weekend you're like you know we have this new dynamic that we're working through we have this new like avenue for communication and so how do we address you know the larger financial issues that we're having to contend with or how do we address like grocery prices or gas prices or like climate collapse in our region or you know the fires that happened next door or you know whatever like it's it's whatever was happening before it's creating an opportunity to also then talk talk about and explore and ideate around like the bigger things that are happening collectively and then we get to Monday and the sun gets this nice little high five from Mars and Cancer which to me looks like something that is actually helpful I am hesitating saying that because Mars and Cancer is not a very helpful placement but to me it looks like you know the thing that's felt unhealthy or frustrating in our internal systems like maybe there's been something off with digestion or emotions or just like a general bodily experience it just gets a little clarified you know if you've been sick maybe by this point you're starting to feel a little healthy again or really healthy again if you've been aggravated in your emotions or you know there's been these conflicts that have been arising over the last couple weeks now there's some clarity that's coming to the surface and clarity around the action that you need to take and around your emotions it just feels like there's something that that feels grounding and practical about how to tend to something that's been inflammatory so again there's been these moments where conflict could potentially arise so it also might just feel like we're coming to some sort of resolution around that and a sex style is not a massive transit but it just feels like okay there's like a clicking of something that feels a little bit more aligned now and then the Pluto movements on Tuesday with Venus squaring Pluto Resurgade and Neptune Resurgade, sex tiling Pluto Resurgade this feels like there's something that's like deep under the surface than our relationships that needs to be addressed and it's related to our bigger dreams for the collective the bigger vision for how we want to be showing up as like our ideal vision of how we want to be showing up in our own leadership and in relation to the responsibility we feel to our part and the social fabric so this could you know this could look like again like coming together with people or you know with other people like minded people to address something that is happening in the collective that that needs to be addressed that we feel like needs to address be addressed Venus and Scorpio again like wants to dig in and pull up the stuff that is not healthy in our relationship dynamics and that can look personal but it can also look like something that is more collective and on this day I think it's more collective because it's Pluto and it's Neptune making other movements and so again this can look like protests this can look like activism this could look like it's in retaliation or in relation to like the power grabs by people at the top especially surrounding like murky shady deals certain people amassing obscene amounts of wealth through shady relationships I could be like in retaliation or in reaction to that but personally it might feel like something that's been running under the surface and a certain relationship just needs to be expressed and it's in service again to that ideal that you're holding holding around your identity and leadership and how you want to be showing up for the collective I have been saying I've said this every time Venus has been making some sort of aspect to Pluto and Aquarius usually there's some sort of protest around that day usually it's in response to something some crazy power dynamic or something that somebody is doing at the top that is very unjust and it just might feel like like there might be some movements like that around this day or just a lot of again kind of like collective retaliation to all of the all the injustice that we're seeing in all the different ways and then as Kairan reenters areas for the first or for the next few months we had a chance to revisit how we've been tending to our wounds of identity and leadership how we have been showing up authentically or inauthentically and owning ourselves more to fully support our greater healing and you know Kairan was in areas for the last seven years or so so this is not a new theme but it's definitely understanding you know where have we brought our wounds or our wounding into our leadership or into our identity in a way that's been cathartic what we've had to address in ourselves so that we can show up more effectively as the kind of leader we want to be in our lives to step into the identity that we really want to embody to step into the kind of person that we really want to embody and so we're just getting a chance to kind of revisit some of those themes and so and then well the last thing that's happening this week as Mercury opposes Saturn retrograde we get some conscious clarity around the responsibility we're taking towards owning and living into our identity and leadership from a much more mature and disciplined perspective it's like all the ways we are and aren't stepping into right alignment with the leader that we want to be so this week just generally I see it mostly as like okay some of these personal conflicts have been getting resolved some of this personal aggravation has been getting resolved and now we have to turn our attention to what's happening on the collective scale again or a collective stage again not scale and how we're how we're supporting and stepping into that via our own sense of leadership our own sense of personal responsibility again in the collective and so it's a great week to gather with other people who are doing the work that you want to be doing in the world it's a great week to connect in community with people who who want to be enacting change especially on Tuesday it's a great week to assess the kind of leader that you've been stepping into and again the responsibility around the kind of leader that you've been wanting to embody and when Mercury opposes Saturn on Friday it might just feel like you know you're either called out by somebody or it might feel like there you want to say something but it's not quite in alignment with the leader that you want to be showing up as and so you might just be experiencing some like doubts around yourself expression particularly in a communal or social space so if you feel that and it's you know it's up to you like it's it's really interesting so I have Mercury opposing Saturn in my in my chart and this dynamic is very it's always very personal to me and the way that I see it when we have that hesitation to express it's just like it's not a hell yes to express it if you don't feel like the body saying like say it um you can always say it later you don't necessarily have to say it right now so if you had something [BLANK_AUDIO] plan that you wanted to express or say or an email that you wanted to send, maybe you wait till Monday, you know, maybe you wait until like you feel more confident in your words, maybe you have to revise it a little bit more. But also it might also look like saying something and then getting like a little pushback around it. And that's okay. It's not, it's not a big transit, but just know that it might look like that on Friday. And then the last few days of the season, Monday, September 21st and Tuesday, September 22nd, there's this nice little high five moment from Mercury and Libra to Jupiter and Leo. And so we end on like a really nice little note before we get into Libra season. And this feels like a fun conversation, some big ideas that feel like some really creative ideas or like it's like a really great brainstorm day, particularly with other people. This feels like a moment where we feel called to take action towards the justice we want to see happen in the world, particularly with what we're saying and how we're expressing ourselves. So whatever that means for you. So it might look like, you know, the thing that you wanted to share on Friday or the thing that was getting like some tenseness on Friday, it's coming back around and you're like, okay, this is actually what I really want to say. This is how I want to address this moment. This is how I want to express myself. So definitely actually I would recommend hold off on sending the email, sending the text, sharing the post on Friday and instead share it on Monday instead because it's definitely much more helpful in terms of communication and ideation and expression. And that also might look like what Friday looks like, like maybe you had a desire to like brainstorm or assess something on Friday and it just wasn't happening. And then on Monday, you actually get like the flow of ideas that just, it just really comes to you and it really clarifies itself. So definitely an interesting last few days. And then this one enters Libra on September 22nd and we are officially in Libra season and we are stepping more into again some trickier astrology when we get into Libra season because we'll have again that that Venus retrograde will also have a mercury retrograde happening at the same time. And so we'll talk more about that once we get into next season. But that is the month that is that is Virgo season. I definitely, like I said, I'm excited about this season. I feel like there's a lot of opportunities to learn about ourselves, learn about what needs to be kind of like adjusted, course corrected, refined, lots of opportunities to break free of perfectionist tendencies, self criticism, self doubt. So it is definitely a little bit of a ride, but not quite the same ride like we've been having. Right? It's a little bit more, I'd say like personal and relational than it is global. There will still be a lot of things happening on the global stage, but it might just feel like it's more in our own hands. It's a little bit more in the day to day. So natural, so naturally Virgo, a little bit more in the mundane details. So that is it friends. Let me know how this season shapes up for you. I would love to hear from you, especially if you have any Virgo placements. If you want to talk to me more about any Virgo stuff, I'm always here for that. I love it.
