Victor Davis Hanson: The 25th Anniversary of 9/11

If you had said after 9-11, 25 years from now, you will have a Muslim radical Islamicist, he will be mayor, and he will have with him on the campaign trail Hassan Piker, who said that you, you, who are falling in the air, deserve this. You deserved it, and your country deserved it. And I was wondering if we could have a little bit of a progress. Sorry, September. What did I say? October. Sorry, I'm already in October. Anyways, I was wondering a little bit of an update on how it's doing. Well, it came out. I was very pleased. I did Mark Levin's show Sunday on Fox. And he gave me a whole hour. And the president watched that. And he tweeted a long tweet endorsement. And he said that the book knew as much about him as he did himself. It's kind of a nice thing to say in a way. And between those two appearances. It went to number one Sunday night on Amazon. And it's been one, I think, until this morning. It's two. So, I owe a great deal of gratitude, not just to the president and Mark Levin. But I've been doing, I think I've done about 15 shows so far. So, those hosts have been very kind. Today, I did Ben Shapiro, Bill O'Reilly. I did Miranda Devine yesterday. I did Megyn Kelly, et cetera, et cetera. And I think. I owe a lot to the people listening. Because the people who took all that time to write cards about my health. And emails. I think they're responsible for buying a lot of books. So, and it's. I was a little troubled because it was supposed to come out in March. And then I was ill. So, they postponed it. And then I thought it would be dated. But I did write an epilogue getting up through June. But I think it might be valuable. For the midterms. It gives you a different view from the media of what. It's the fall and rise. It starts on January 6th and says. Basically, you're not going to believe what you're going to read. But this is what they did to him. And it was coordinated. And it was unprecedented. And every time they tried to destroy him, his polls went up. And this is what he did during the campaign. And this is what the Biden administration gave him as a gift. Being so inept. And the new. Radical socialist dash Islamist Democratic Party. And then it goes through the first two years. Year and a half of his governance. Okay, Victor. So, today is the 9-11. And it's the 25th anniversary of 9-11. And I know that we've been watching New York and Mondami. And there are a lot of people who are not happy. Mondami is. Might come to ceremonies commemorating those who died. On 9-11. I was wondering if you could give us a commemoration. The 9-11 itself. And then address the controversy going on in New York. Well, we hadn't done anything to them. In fact, you could make the argument under the Clinton administration. This is 25 years ago. So, 2001. We were still in the shadow of eight years of Bill Clinton. And they had bombed our embassies, for example. And they had done other stuff all over the world. And we hadn't done much. So, they were emboldened and thought. They really did believe one of two things and probably both. That we would not reply and try to go after them in Afghanistan. Which we drove them out. And then we destroyed the Taliban for 15 years. And we would remove one of the great sponsors of terrorism, Saddam Hussein. And they didn't believe that would happen. And more importantly, they thought that people would rally to their cause in the Arab world. And that didn't happen either. So, their plans failed. Everybody said, I went back today and looked at what people were saying 25 years ago. And they all said that a second attack of that magnitude, it was not a question of if, but only when. And that did not happen. And that was because for all the criticism of George W. Bush. He did clamp down on global terrorism. And for all the problems with homeland security and all of the bureaucratic stuff. We did not. We had a lot of terrorism incidents, but not anything of that magnitude. It did change our lives. You can't go to an airport and think, even remember what it was like 25 years prior to this. It changed everything. The only lament that I have, and I think a lot of our listeners share it. If you had said after 9-11. 25 years from now, you will have a socialist, instead of Rudy Giuliani, or someone like him in New York. Instead of all those fire guys risking their lives, NYPD. You're going to have a guy who hates them. And he's going to be a Muslim radical. And he's going to represent the new socialist democratic party and Islamicist. And he's going to announce he will confiscate private property of landlords he doesn't like. And on the commemoration day, 25 years from now, he will be mayor and he will hand a pin that he signed the proclamation of observance for 9-11, 25 years earlier. And by the way, he was in Uganda as a settler colonialist with the 1% Indian community that was running 65% of the wealth in his Victoria estate. So he comes over here and he will hand the pen. The pen as a gift to Mr. Qasim, who's standing to his left. And Mr. Qasim will have been the attorney for one of the hijackers that helped kill 3,000 people. And in addition to that, he will hand the pen, not to Mr. Qasim. The iconic head, the commissioner of the NYPD, and almost as a little servant, who was the only Jewish member of his inner cabinet that he inherited, the commissioner, Ms. Tish, who is a very capable servant. She's the utmost professionality. She's wonderful. And she's in a beleaguered sense because this guy ran on the NYPD. and we're up to a midterms and If you had said, as we watch those brave people trying to determine whether they should be burned alive or smashed into smithereens and they dived headfirst from the world trade, and if you'd said to them why they're falling, in 25 years, there'll be a Mr. El-Sayed, and he will be running ahead in Michigan for Senate. And he will have with him on the campaign trail an associate, Aswil Mondami, Hassan Piker, who said that you, you, who are falling in the air, deserve this. I never thought I could imagine that. And what is the reason for that? And very briefly, what is the problem with Europe? What is the problem with Canada? Why did we have this problem with these people? And I'm not a nativist. I'm not a protectionist. But it's immigration, both legal and illegal, because we did not vet immigrants. We gave them a blank check to come in. We have 53 million people who were not born in the United States, and we don't know who they are. And we have an additional of that 53 million, at least 25 to 30 million are here illegally, and they're coming from the poorest regions of Latin America, Asia. Africa and the Middle East, and since 9/11, we've had about four million people come from the Middle East, and they don't like us, and they are responsible, not because of colonialism or American imperialism, they allowed their countries to be socialist communists, and they failed. And then they went over here, and they're in Canada. Forty-five percent, as I said, of the Canadian population either was not born in Canada or their parents were not born. And they were used by the left as useful idiots and let in by the left in exchange for pushing a leftist communist agenda. So when you look at the people right now as we head to the midterms who were the most vocal, they weren't even here, and their parents weren't even here during 9-11. And they have made no effort to learn what 9-11 was, or they wouldn't say stupid things. If you ask them what was the Korean War about, how many people died on D-Day, what was freedom of fear speech by FDR, what was the Gettysburg Address? They have no idea. They have no interest. Not that they don't know anything about our history or protocol. They don't care. I'm talking about you, Ilyan Omar, and said 9-11, something happened on 9-11. Yeah, it did. Muslims of your brand came over here and slaughtered 3,000 people, and you think it's a joke. And then you see Mondami, a radical. And then you have Ms. Kuros comes over here from a completely failed state and wins the lottery. To come in the United States with her parents and now says that we owe black people, as herself, reparations. You can be in a state like California, no history of slavery. Nobody is alive for five generations who was a slave. Nobody is alive in California that ever had relatives that were slave owners. The so-called white population is 35% of the population, 35% of the state. And she's calling for reparations. And they're calling it in California. And you look at all of those. El-Sayed, he doesn't want to admit that he's bragging about Sharia law. He was at a campaign event where one of the imams said he wanted to fight the United States. He hates the United States. And he's had Hasan Piker all through him. Hasan Piker just warned the Jews. Here's a second-generation American who's a multimillionaire Turkish family. He says, hey, you Jews, you keep pushing. Israel, we're going to come after you. The people are going to come after you. So that's where we are. And I never thought it would happen. No, me neither. It seems we're at a critical moment in our history once again, in fact. You should remember that when the midterms, when they said, I can't vote for Trump. He said, New America and Lake America. I can't do that. Why would he do that? Well, he did that. Maybe you disagree or not, but you do not disagree what he did at the border. And what he is trying to do to deport some of these people who came in here illegally and killed people or hate and want to damage the United States. For that one reason, that one issue, they should vote for him. Yeah. You're reminding me of that interview that Elon Musk did with that reporter who was talking about him cozying up to the, quote, far right. And he said, I want to have a beef with you and the media. What is it that you have? I can't remember what he said, but nonetheless, she just looks at him. He's there labeled that far right. She either didn't even know when she was mouthing that or she couldn't say what she knew. And what she said is, well, we have an agenda that nobody wants. Nobody wants our trans agenda. Nobody wants our defund the police. So we have to bring in new constituents. So we opened the border and we got 12 million people. We have 30 here. So we have 42, 33. We have 40 million illegal aliens, maybe. And they're going to be good, loyal Democrats, especially under mail-in ballots. So take that. Yeah. That's what they're saying to us. Yeah. We hate your country. We hate the country. We want to reimagine it. That's what the term is. Reimagine it. Same thing. Canada is even worse. It only has 41 million people. Yeah. And about 18 million of them are not born in Canada. Their parents weren't born. And they don't have a capitalist. They don't have an economy that can create goods and services to pay the enormous tab for welfare. And that's one of the subtexts of Mr. Kearney's fantasy house. All right, Victor. So when you were commemorating 9-11, you made reference to a thing none of us should ever forget, which is the people that were on the top of those trade towers and couldn't get down. And they were making the decision between being burned to death and jumping. And hundreds of feet down. And that's a gruesome image. There's also another gruesome image these days. And it is with that trial of Lindsey Clancy, which met as a mistrial, as everybody probably knows. But some jurors have come out to discuss what went on in the juror room. And they said, you know, things, oh, he, the one juror was very disconcerting. He. He finally understood having a reasonable doubt. And then they said this. And this is what getting a lot of play. The juror said, but I didn't understand because the guy, he had the hardest time getting over the fact that Lindsey viciously killed her children. That was, is a mind-boggling statement. Well, they. How did 11-11. Yeah, I heard a lot of the jurors. They were all therapeutic. He wasn't kind. He didn't worry. He didn't think about what her she's going through. And I can tell you that there was already another copycat killing where a woman just killed her child, hung him, hanged him. And. When American sniper Kyle, when he. When he was killed by somebody, he was trying to help who was traumatized. He was a. And I can tell you that I'm not making, I'm not deprecating postpartum depression, but it's not the same as going over to Iraq. I went to Iraq twice as an embedded reporter. I can tell you it's not the same. And this distressed traumatized guy repaid the magnum entity of these are American sniper hero. Yeah. And he shot him and killed him and then he pleaded, well, I was disturbed and a Texas jury said you were disturbed. Yes, you were. And you were traumatized. Yes, you were. And so were 30, 40, 50,000 others that came over, but they don't shoot and murder their friend right next to them. And you did. So we're going to convict you of murder. And he is sitting in a state prison. I'm sitting in a state prison right now as I speak. And would you think, were there a lot of vets that were walk outside the courtroom and said, this is terrible, we all suffer post, this is terrible. He's our hero and not worry about the two people he butchered. No, there wasn't. So there's a sickness with this young generation of women and men. This is a Luigi Mangione. This is this new song on the internet where a woman. Has a million views, this rotund young woman, and she's play acting and wrote a song about killing Charlie Kirk and how happy she is. And then she puts her finger to her jugular vein and starts pulling the trigger. And this is great. This is Hassan Parker leading a cheer about his death. This is Luigi only getting a musical. It's the same concept of these young, completely arrogant and ignorant generations. that want to virtue signal their caring or their performance art, pity, and they know that deep down inside they would not want to be a child and have the mother that we all love and say, over here, and then see her strangle your older sibling and then strangle you and then look at a baby who's next and do this methodically, methodically and preplanned. And then said, well, I was depressed. I was depressed. I had postpartum depression and I had too many, I have had problems after my surgery. I could not sleep because of all the drugs they gave me, 50 different drugs. And I had two huge incisions, one four-hour operation, another four. I had AFib. I had anemia. I had, I couldn't, I'd lost, did I ever say, well, I took a Vicodin. They gave me, and it must have, you know, they gave me a shot in the, I think it was a kind of like an Oxycontin shot. And I just freaked out. No, no, I didn't. Some, there were days in the hospital I didn't even remember what the surgeon told me, but that's no excuse to do something. And so millions of women have births all over the United States every year, in the Western, in the world every year. And they don't go out and kill their children. And yet they were trying to make sure that she doesn't have to account for that fact. And then they think, the second thing they were all saying, well, she fell out of the balcony. She fell 13 feet. She jumped out. So she kind of already did her, her, okay. So every time you got somebody who murders three people and they're going to prison or right before their sentence, they're saying, well, I'm going to jump out my window and I'll probably be paralyzed. That means I don't have to go to prison. I can stay home. No, no, there's something called deterrence. And for all you young men out there who are having problems as part of the lost generation, mostly of white males, and you're bitter that you've been passed over for affirmative action reasons or DEI, and your degree is no good. And you don't want to be an electrician or a plumber. And you're in your basement of your parents, proverbially, and you're playing video games. And you're not. You're not going to get married. You don't want the responsibility. You don't want to have, be a father. You better be very careful when you date one of these types of women. You should ask them when you're dating, what do you feel about the Clancy case? And if she said, well, I really feel sorry. Would you want to have children with that woman? Because she's basically saying she's sanctioning the killing of three people. And then, you know, and so there, this act and the way that feminists reacted to it, is only going to further polarize the sexes. And the key subtext of this whole debate was that the husband, and now there's a conspiracies theory that he was involved. I don't know if Candace is on that yet or not. Yeah. But that the male is not, doesn't have any say. He had no role in the procreation because the woman bears a child and therefore it's 100% her, her, her, her, her. Not the husband. Not the husband. We don't know anything about him, but we don't even think, well, he loved these children and he was raising them and you deprived him of his own children. And we don't even think about that. So I just want to say one other thing that's sort of on my mind, and that is that isn't it strange that it's in New York that we get a Muslim mayor who, who seems to be on the side of the attackers before, on the side of the victims of 9-11, and in Massachusetts where 11 don't consider seriously the deaths of three very young children over the… If you mean the blue state model? Yes. Yeah. Yeah, the blue state model is in full, full failure. It's in full, it's a full fall. It's just collapsing. In Chicago, there were 38 people who were shot this last weekend. The mayor couldn't say anything because he believes it's all due to racism. And the more that he has said there won't be any white people in the urban, the city municipal administration, it's all black. Everybody is black in Chicago that runs the city. So he can't blame anybody, but he's still blaming white supremacy. And so it's a complete disaster in Chicago. It's the most violent city. In the world. Not in the world, but in the United States. Close to the world. So these states, California, California is, it's, we just heard this week that money that was allotted for moving expenses and temporary rent for the Palisades victims of the fire was tapped by Karen Bass and half of the 10 million went to illegal aliens. So they really do privilege. That's not a talking point on the right. They do privilege illegal aliens more than they do U.S. citizens. And then the second story was that allegedly, as has happened in Australia, New Zealand, a lot of places around the world, when there are natural disasters or depressed prices, the Chinese come in and they buy up lots. And then they work behind the scenes to have them rezone for high density, high rises like in China. So they can. So they can bring people over and rent them. I was in a apartment building, a high rise for 10 years in Palo Alto. And it was leased. I paid through the Hoover Institution, leased it. So they had a long term lease. It's 20 year. I think it was a 20 year lease. And the Chinese company bought it. And they hadn't done it. They did no maintenance. And then they went to people and tried to buy out the rent. And there was only, I think I was the last person. That they could not get out. And they made it. If I called up and said the garbage is full, they wouldn't come. The management. And so their whole idea is we want to renovate the whole thing and then charge rent either for Americans or bring Chinese students and scholars here. And that's what they're doing. That's what they want to do in the Palisades. They hate the Palisades because it was one of the most beautiful one quarter, one acre lot places. It was one of the most picturesque, beautifully landscaped that those Romanesque houses, you know, they're white plaster tile roofs, three or four or 5000 square feet and larger handed down from father to son or daughter. There were people living there for four or five generations. It was classical L.A. And they resented that so much. What are those wealthy white people in the privilege? And now it's gone. We're going to make sure they don't ever get that again. You mean the left wing, not the Chinese. Yes. Yes. The left wing. All right, Victor. So let's turn to Canada. I know we've had a lot on Canada lately. I think the most recent thing is Trump has forbidden the importing of particular products, dairy being among some of those products from Canada. So right now he's deep in a war. It's becoming a farce. Stage one was Trump is picking on Canada again. So, Carnie. I had to walk out at the 11th hour because he wanted to strip us of our sovereignty and he wanted to squash the French and indigenous cultures of Canada. So you would, too. Now, all you people, here's a subtext, all you people in Alberta and all you people in Quebec, you you're voting on autonomy. No, no, no. We're all Canadians. We're against this horrible United States. So we're booing them at sporting events and we have signs up when you come across the border. we're not your 51 states. Be polite. And we're elbows up. We're like hockey players. And so he whipped up that national fervor and he didn't really tell them. So then there's a few skeptics you can find online and they would say things like, wow, if that's true, eh, eh, if that's true, man, if that, eh, eh, if that's true, release the transcript so we can know why you walked out at the 11th hour. Why did you? Because we were going to lose our sovereignty. But the Americans say that the Chinese were going to dump cheap below the cost of production, aluminum and steel. So we would fabricate cars and appliances and send it in here so that they would undercut Americans and destroy their tariff. And then no company in the world pays 5% on top of the income tax just so they can promote what indigenous language on Facebook. We don't do that. We don't have the Canadian broadcasting company. When they broadcast across the border, they have to say, well, you have to have Swedish content. So it was completely not spoken about. And he was going along. He said, I'm the hero. And all the Europeans were clapping. Of course, they all cut deals. What he didn't tell the Canadians are of all the people who were running surpluses and all of that, there were only two who retaliated against the United States because they all knew they had it good and they were taking advantage of us. And it was communist China and Canada. And they were offered the best. Only three countries had the deal they had. They can come in without a visa. Only three countries enjoy that. They had the lowest tariffs. He didn't tell them any of that. And then he said, don't worry. We're going to really, so we're going to go into Wisconsin and North and South Dakota and Minnesota and Michigan and the upper state, New York and the New England, and we're going to target Americans' products. These states have 60, 70 percent exports to Canada. They're daring. We're going to really make them pay, and red states especially. So when these midterms, because he said Canada should be the 51st state, that was an interference. No, it wasn't. It was a meme. So he's saying, I'm going to interfere in their midterms, and I'll play them back. You're sitting here watching this, and you think, what is this imaginarium that you live in? What is the dream house, you idiot? You're a globalist with three passports until you became premier. You were a citizen of Ireland. You were a citizen of the UK. You were a globalist Bank of England guy. You still have your associations with these transnational companies that have no allegiance. And your 95 percent of your stock portfolio is in the United States that you're demonizing. And two of your four children went to Harvard and Yale, and they're living in the United States. And you lived in the United States, and you have property in the United States. And you're telling Canada to war on the United States when its population is nine times larger and its economy per capita GDP is 13 times larger than the United States. And you're telling Canada to war on the United States when its population is 13 times larger than the United States. And you represent 10 percent of all of their imports. And they represent 75 percent of all your exports. And you want to wage war with a guy like Trump, and you think he's going to back down? He just slapped more tariffs. If this continues, there are going to be two to three million jobs lost in Canada. Already, they've lost 40,000. And there's no way out of it for them because he's a hero now to everybody in the world. He thinks in his mind. He's a hero, a legend in his own mind. And he keeps talking about, but every time he's asked, will you just tell us what happened that on a Friday afternoon when you agreed to the deal, why did you back out? What were the issues? Because your explanations of sovereignty and indigenous French culture doesn't ring true. We've heard both sides. So what was the There has to be something. And he can't say, well, there was something. I wanted to drum up left-wing nationalism, which is hard to do when you have 45 percent of the country was not born in Canada or their parents weren't born. I wanted to drum it up so that the Alberta people and the Quebec people would not vote to be autonomous and online Canada. And it worked. Everybody loves me now, and we all hate America. And then you think, well, you're going to keep. And he said, we can keep matching them. We're 360 million people, you idiot. And there's 250,000 Canadians, Canadian residents that are Americans. Think of that. You're only 41 million, but one million of them, you live in the United States. All Trump would have to do is say, from now on, you're going to have to visa. We're going to have a visa. And we'll let our 250 Americans suffer a little bit. But you're going to have to visa. You're a million candidate. It's a larger percentage of your population will have to go. If you really want to make this go to crazy, insane lengths. And so the other subtext very quickly is, why is he doing it? Why are the Canadians doing this? They've got the fifth, fourth largest oil reserve, the tar sand oil. And they've been lying about that. They said, we were going to shut that pipeline down. Okay, shut it down. And we're going to shut it down. And we're pumping 95%. We're self-sufficient. We just won't import because you'll shut it down. But then you can what? Pipe it to Quebec? You can't. Why? Because the pipeline to Quebec is in the United States. Because you won't allow pipelines very easily to be built between provinces in your green fantasies. So the other subtext is, if you have a country that has a socialist command economy and a nationalized health system, and all the utilities and everything are nationalized, and you have high taxes and a lot of regulations, and you have an enormous tab now to pay for 45%. It's about 18 million out of 40 million don't have enough money for housing, education, food, legal, health care, all of that, because you brought them in without auditing. And they're all leftist. And they want free stuff. And you can't do it. And because you can't do that, then you want to be subsidized by whom? Us. So you don't want, you want to welch on your 2% defense. And you're going to say, wait a minute, we have 79 jets, F-18s. Yes, they're 45 years older. We have 5,000 jets. 5,000 aircraft. Yeah, but we have the Canadian Navy. It was number four in the world. And yes, it was. It was very impressive when we admired you. But now you have about 30 ships of any size. And if the Russians tomorrow want to steam through the Northwest Passage to see where they can go, or the Chinese, or a Chinese icebreaker goes to the Arctic and plants a flag where your little Canadian sphere is, or if crazy Kim Jong-un wants to send a rocket to scare you into the Canadian airspace, who stops that? Who sends up the Air Force to intercept their jets? Who sends up a ballistic missile? Who sends frigates, 10, 20 of them, to stop those people from getting into North America? It's the United States, because we subsidize you. We have spent between 3% and 4.5% on GDP the last 15 years. If you look at what Europe and Canada have spent, it's a $7 trillion shortfall. We have spent $7 trillion more on defense over the last decade and a half than they have. And that means, why did we do that? Because we're not threatened in North America. We did that because we have global responsibilities, and we protect them. But if they want to go alone and say, we don't need you, elbows up, we're going to build 25 icebreakers, and we're going to build two fleet carriers, nuclear fleet carriers, and we're going to get 15,000 jets. We're going to get 1,500 Typhoon jets and Raphaels from the French, and we're going to spend, I don't know, 5% GDP. Even if they wanted to, they couldn't, given their social welfare and their stagnant, ossified economy. And so the final thing is, they hate Trump, but let me ask them very carefully. If you're a Canadian listening, did Trump say to you, don't make pipelines to Quebec from Alberta? Did Trump say to you, I think we really want to destroy you? Did Trump say to you, we hate you, and we don't like you, so you should have 45% non-Indigenous? Canadians, as your population. Did he really think, he said, we want you to be so weak, you're so dependent, don't spend 2% on your defense. He can't do that, Canada. You have to rely on us. And did he say, you know, I want you to be big hypocrites. I want you to hate us and then have a million of you come over here and I want your prime minister to have 95% of his assets. He didn't do any of that. He did just the opposite. He said, I want you to be strong. I want you to be wealthy. I want you to close your borders. I want you to have a command. I don't want you to have a command. I want a free market, private property, non-socialized country. And you can say all you want. Yay, man, we're much more humane. We don't have your violence. Yes, that's true. Although there's just as many, I've been to Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, and I saw a lot of homeless people. Trust me. And I saw something else. I saw a lot of homeless people. I saw a lot of the last 10 years, the Canada that I first went to Calgary 20 years ago, that level of affluence has vanished. If they were a state, they would be pretty low ranking in America. Our GDP per capita GDP is up to about 96,000. And they're like, I don't even know if they're 60,000. And that wasn't always true. When I was growing up, the Canadian dollar was worth more than our dollar. And it's maybe we could say Trump should cut them loose, huh? I don't know. I like Canadians and I want them to be strong. And instead of maybe they can rename their national anthem set of, Oh, Canada, maybe it could be, Oh, no, Canada. Let's sing, Oh, no, Canada. Or maybe Canada, we hardly knew you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We have no problem distinguishing between the government and the individual Canadians whom we like. The people who voted for this government were not even in Canada 20 years ago. They imported all these people. They have something called the Centennial Initiative. And their plan is within a few decades to have a hundred million Canadians, because like all Western affluent societies, their fertility rate's low, like 1.3 something. And they want to import the poor third world people in here. When I say they, it's not the majority of indigenous Canadians. It's the left and the coalition with immigrants. They want more of them. And I don't understand the immigrants idea. I cannot figure it out. I mean, Rashid Tlaib, Ilyan Omar, Mondami, AOC, her parents came from, her dad from Puerto Rico, Mondami from Uganda, Ilyan Omar from Somalia, Rashida Tlaib from the West Bank, El Saeed from Egypt, Hassan Paik. I've been to those places, except for Uganda. They're not nice, places. And why would you come over here and want to change this country? It's the worst of human nature. It's ingratitude, as we often say here. It is. I want to come to your country to escape the hellhole that I made in my home. But once I get to your country, I don't want to know anything about your history or language or literature or anything about your culture. I just want to change it so that it gives me more stuff and I can guilt trip all you stupid. Karen's and white people and make you feel really guilty. And I'll call you racist and supremacist and reparation. And you're stupid enough. And that's what they don't understand, the left. If you're called a white supremacist and a white racist for no reason at all by these left-wing creeps, and you say, oh, don't say that. They hate you more. They hate you more when you say, I know it. What can I do? If you were defiant and say, you should be ashamed of yourself. You're a guest in our country. How dare you come into my country and dare say all of these slanders and invective. They're all lies. And if you don't like it, you can go back. And if you want to be a dissident, keep it to yourself. And I think that's a lot of oil. And I think, you know, I think the Iranians thought, oh, he'll never hit those because they're full. I think that was part of the whole deal. And I think Trump is showing them, no, we'll do some very serious damage to you guys every single time. Yeah, it's very, everybody talks about the knight in Monty Python as the metaphor. But I went to a pretty tough junior high school and I saw a fight once. And I was like, oh, my God, I'm going to die. And it was so one-sided that everybody who was sympathetic to the person hitting the person because the person asked for it and was a bully. And he thought this other person was not very adroit. And the person was really skilled and started beating the blank, blank, blank, blank out of him. But the person that was getting beat up said, I'm going to hit you again. I'm going to kick your blank. I'm going to, I'm going to hit you again. I'm going to come after you tomorrow. But he was so beaten up. And every time he got worse and worse, he started melting off. And the guy just kept doing it. And finally, people intervened. That's Iran. I mean, they, these things cost, some of these huge tankers cost half a billion dollars. So we probably just wiped out two billion dollars of their reserve tanker fleet, which they were floating around so that they fill them up with oil. And then they kind of drip them out at night. And then the Chinese hook up with them on the seas outside the strait. And they sent all these missiles, take this, take that. And then we shot them down or the Jordanians did. So they can't do anything. And, you know, I did a lot of interviews on the book and I won't mention names, but there was a couple of people I think are, they really do believe the war is lost on the ground. And it's, it alone accounts for the midterm problem because of gas. There's an argument you can make to that, but this is a unique war. We don't know. This is the first war in my life that we have, even in the Serbia bombing, it was a Western country and there were Western journalists in there on the ground. Even in the Libya bombing under Obama, there were even Al Jazeera, there were people in there. There are no Western media in Iran right now. And all we're getting is the propaganda from the state ministry of information in Iran. There's no US ground troops we know of. There's no embedded reporters, not like Afghanistan. And we only get phone calls to relatives from Iranians and they've, they track that. They have the electronics so that anybody who phones to a foreign country, the Islamic national guard shows up at their door. And people have said, I talked to a high administration official not too long ago and he said the following. We think 45,000 were killed initially and the, and we think there's been another 30,000 killed by night. So we don't know what's going on, but it does seem given they can't sell oil, they can't import any. I live on a farm right here. If for the pump. or the sprinkler system, or a broken pipe from Amazon, or can't go in town and get one, I could tell you that I don't think this place would function. And they're not getting any repair parts. And the food, they're getting no imported food. And we can do anything we want. So we hit Karg Island. So I guess they're going to say they've lost both limbs and both their legs, and now they're going to just roll on the floor and say, we're going to get you again. And Trump will say, okay, we're going to take out two of your power grids. And they'll probably say, well, that will save us oil. We don't have to run them. Some crazy thing like that, because they're insane. But this raises a very interesting question. I brought it up on these two podcasts, and I didn't get a very warm. I said, when the Berlin Wall fell, all of those Eastern Europe countries took three to six months. And when it took Russia two years. So when we hit Iran after the demonstrations, it's been almost six months, right? So I would say there's a 30% chance that we're going to wake up one morning and these people are almost near starving and they have nothing to lose. There were reports today that they're going into food markets and they have no money. It's worthless. And just taking food. And the Revolutionary Guard. It can't be everywhere. If everybody starts that breakdown in society, and then they know if we're a droid and we keep telling them, if you can get rid of this government, you're going to be flooded with international aid. You're going to have oil everywhere. You're going to have international companies that want to help you. We're going to do everything to make you a liberal Western consensual government. Liberal in the sense of freedom. Not politics. And the Gulf states will be ecstatic. And Egypt will be ecstatic. And the Israelis will be. Everybody, it'll change. This is the most, it's more consequential than flipping Venezuela. But flipping Venezuela already set off a chain so that when you looked at Latin America of the 32 nations, when Trump came in, the vast majority were communist or anti-American. Now only four or five are. And that'll be even more dramatic. So what I'm getting at is everybody says the Republicans are lost. And then all of a sudden we wake up one morning, let's say on, I don't know, October 6th, and all of a sudden there's a million Iranians out in the street and they're chasing everybody. Every Revolutionary Guard person, every guard post. And then we're dropping food and arms to them by air. And they get rid of the thing. What would happen? Well, all of a sudden people would say, you mean Donald Trump changed the entire Middle East when no president who promised that they would stop that nuclear acquisition, seven different presidents didn't do anything. And he risked that in an election year right before the midterms. And everybody turned on him and his polls were low. And now the whole world is changing. And oil will be, if they liberate Iran. And the Russian war stops. With increased Venezuelan oil, increased American oil, and Canada says it's going to pump more. You're going to have oil down to 50 bucks a barrel. So what I'm telling everybody who's listening, it's not set in stone they're going to lose the midterm. History says they are. 39 out of the last 41 elections says they are. The polls say they are. But the polls said that al-Said was going to win by 10 points. He won by one. The polls said that that crazy Hong woman in Wisconsin was going to win. She didn't even get close. So I don't believe Tallarico is up by five. I really don't. And I saw what they did with Trump polls. The Democrats and the left used polls to create donations and to create political momentum. And so I don't know what the situation is. But it's not over yet is what I'm saying. One thing that the Republicans. And I'll stop on this topic. One thing they need to do. They have to have a three pronged strategy. I hope they do it at the convention. Number one is. This is what we are doing now. This is what we are doing right now. We close the border. It was not closed when we came here. There was 10,000 people. You want 10,000 people a day? We closed it. We have the lowest crime rate in 70 years. There are no subsidized, inefficient, new green deal thing. We are pumping more gas and oil than in any country in the history of civilization. We have changed the entire Western Hemisphere. The only holdouts are Nicaragua and Cuba, Paraguay, maybe Mexico. But those governments that are left are not stable. But the whole continent now is pro. Capitalism, pro-democracy, pro-American. A large part to Marco Rubio. There are no Chinese at the Panama Canal with their grandiose plans to take it. Or Venezuela. Look at the Middle East. There are no Russians there. There's no Russians in Syria. There's no Russians in Iran. All the foreigners are gone. When you look at Europe, they are scrambling as fast as they can to meet not just their 2%, which none of them accept. 6% had met, but they're 3% and 4% defense capable. Who did that? We did, Trump can say. So that's what we've done. Next thing is, this is an existential test. Everything I just said, they're the opposite. If you vote for them, you're going to get a defunding of ICE, and you're going to try to open the border. And they love 10,000 people coming across with no vaccinations, no audit, nothing. You're worried about measles. You're worried about mumps. You're worried about all these things you can blame on RFK. Yeah, you blame on RFK. Well, bring people from all over the world with no background check and see what happens. And then they're going to say, these people will start trying to defund the police. They will defund ICE and let it go. Obama cut the defensive budget $100 billion. They will cut the defense budget. They will raise taxes. We already have 37. They will go higher and higher. They will bring back wind and solar. And culturally, they're going to bring back DEI. They're going to have racial quotas again, and they're going to discriminate against people based on their appearance. And you're going to have George Floyd type of hysterias on steroids. That's what they represent. That's the second thing they need to do. They should run commercials, as I said. Here's all these iconic events in America that made us unique. And here's what they want. And just show pictures of the 2020 riots and Karen Bass press conference and El-Said saying 9-11 was our fault. And, excuse me, Hasan Piker, El-Said, his clip about Sharia law. And be careful about saying it was good that we got rid of the supreme leader and all that stuff. And then the third thing, and this is what we can do in two years if you give us a chance. We can really, really change the country. We are leading. And AI, genetic engineering, bioengineering, satellite launches, space exploration, software, eight, nine out of the top ten companies in America because we created the conditions for them to foster. And we protect them from people like Canada that's trying to slap surcharges, our Europeans. And that would be a powerful message, three-pronged, what we did, what the alternative was, and what we plan to do. And I don't know why they haven't done that. I really, it's just mystifying to me. One of the things that got caught up in, I'll just finish with this. Under Biden, we had an aggregate 21% almost in inflation. So over four years, it averaged a little over 5%, 5.1, 5.2%. In staples like insurance, cars, major appliances, rent, fuel, food, it was 30%. So when they came in. They said, we're going to lower inflation. What they meant was the rate of inflation. So the first year, it went from an average of 5.1 to 1.9. Even now, with gas, it's probably not going to go over 3. It's not the average of Biden. So they didn't say, we're going to slash the inflation rate under Biden by half. And we're going to do that in two years. And then we're going to get it lower and lower and lower. And we'll try to bring the. But instead. Everybody said, well, we're paying 21% more on everything and 30% on the key things than we did in 2020, Mr. Trump. And you said you were going to lower inflation. Why don't you lower it 30%? And they didn't explain to the American people. They didn't say, are you crazy? How can you, in one and a half year, cut one third off the price of everything when they took four years and blew through $7 trillion and gave money to stuff and subsidized it? stuff and made competition hard and drained the the petroleum reserve, by, you know, half of it's gone. We can't do that. We lower the rate of inflation. We'll try to lower it even more. And with wages, we'll catch up and we can erase that, but it will take time. But now when they say, oh, we're for affordability. No, you're not. These Democrats have left. You are for unaffordability. If you look at house ownership, it's still 62 to 63 percent. It hasn't gone down from historical norms. If you look at labor participation, it's still 62 or 63 percent, just like it always was. So all of this stuff is being spread around and nobody's challenging it, partly because people on the right or a few on the right, they've joined the left. Victor, speaking of Tucker, I don't know if you had more to say on his joining the El Saeed supporters, but there's another thing about Tucker. He recently had an interview and it was a very interesting interview. And I think it was a very interesting a guy on, but they were talking about math and he said, he was a potter. Oh, wow. And he was talking about math and algebra in particular. And he said, algebra is fake math. And it's not, and basically implied that it was unnecessary and which, you know, anybody who does anything on a daily basis knows that their brain is always working in an algebraic fashion. I don't know what he meant. I watched that and this potter says, well, I build kiln and I build an arch and I don't ever use algebra. I'm thinking, yes, you don't. But if you use machines and electric motors, there is variables and physicists and engineers use letters to create formulas and then they plug into the variables. Well, various numbers to see which make it more efficient. So that's what algebra does. It creates mathematical formulations. And you see on every movie when somebody goes on the chalkboard and he says, this explains cold fusion, there's all these letters. And what he's saying is these were the variables that we have to plug in and see what happens. And those are unknown, but it allows you to get a system in which you can put known quantities. in for the letter. And then Tucker's listening. And then the guy says, and I guess it was just part of the effort to fool the Goy slaves. So then you think, oh, wow, we're back to Tucker. Excuse me, who are the Goy? The Goy is a word that is used historically by the Jewish community to denote people who are not Jewish. A lot of countries, Japan has a term for non-Jew. Any culture that is uniform, religious or ethnic. When I grew up, I dated a very beautiful woman. I thought she was in high school, but I was not Armenian. So I was known as the Odar. They had for all, anybody could be any color. They were Odars. Yes, but the guy used Goy out of the Jewish tradition rather than something out of the Japanese tradition or the Armenian tradition. So basically he was saying that the Jews, uh, foisted algebra to hurt us because it's worthless. And it was a Jewish thing. And then when you look at the, I mean, algebra, come on, if you look at algebra is an Arabic translation and, um, it draws on Arab mathematics of the 10th, 12th centuries. It goes back before that to Persian mathematics and India contributed the idea of, you know, I think zero and the Arabs did too. And, and, and it's in, I can tell you, if you read Euclid or classical mathematics, um, they have letters in there. So it is a multi cultural phenomenon and every major culture, either independently or cross fertilization wise, they knew that you can, to build a sophisticated pyramid instead of a, a pottery kiln, you need variables to try out different formulas. And Tucker was just smiling. Wow. He said the word about Jews. That's what I was waiting for. That it was a Jewish conspiracy. And I don't know what's happened to him, but I was giving, um, I had an interview with Miranda Devine, whom I admire a great deal. We were talking about this. Why did, why would people like Marjorie Taylor Greene, uh, you know, Marjorie Taylor Greene, you know, Marjorie Taylor Greene or Thomas Massey or Tucker who were so complimentary of Trump and they were at Mar-a-Lago all the time and they were on Air Force One and they campaigned with them. And I suggested that that sense of intimacy, as I've said before, they felt that they were more important or essential to, nobody's essential to Trump. Nobody is. Nobody's essential to anyone. So they were calling them. Trump said, ah, she calls me up four or five times a day. And Tucker said, well, I campaigned with him. So what? So you got the treat to ride on Air Force One and you got to go to Mar-a-Lago and you probably stayed in the Lincoln bedroom and you thought you could get on the phone and say, Hey, it's a dumb idea to Iran. And then you'd go have coffee with your buddies and say, I'm not going to go to Iran. I told them it was a dumb idea. It doesn't work that way. And then they got disappointed. He didn't listen to me. Didn't he know that the Jews had, this is Marjorie Taylor Greene, that Epstein was a Jew and he's, he's all these, uh, sex stuff that they were, the Jews were doing, the Mossad. This is what they said. And he just said, what are the blank you talking about? Just hang up. I don't want to talk to you. And then they go, I hate him. And that's what they, they did. I really do believe that because on all of the issues that we heard from all of them for years, close the border, tough police, reduce crime, build up the military. The only two things I can think that they had legitimate, they thought they disagreed with using force Iran, but there were no ground troops and it's not going to be a forever endless war. It's going to be six or seven months. It's over with. So I don't, I don't know what the beef was other than their egos were bruised. All right, Victor, we're coming to a hard break. So I want to turn to the comments at the end of our show. Uh, the first one I'll, I'll read the nice one first. And then the second challenging one second, uh, John Moore says, I did, I didn't realize you were sick. I'm very, very happy. You kicked death's a SS. Sorry. He's always on our shoulder. I just threw him off. Get off my shoulder. All right. Sorry for the language. You, sir, you have the greatest look of what's going on. Greatest look at what's going on in our great country. I'm just a former disabled beat cop. Listening to you is so very easy. Thank you, sir. I appreciate the H out of you. I'll quote Donald Trump when he was dressed up at McDonald's and a couple said, well, they were Indian American. We're just normal people. We're nobody. He said, you're somebody. If you're a disabled cop, we didn't have cops. We wouldn't have a civilization. So you're somebody. Um, and then David Hutton, he's a Canadian and he had something to say about your Canada views. I have been watching, I know I have been watching Victor talk about issues relating to Canada and would like to contact, would like to contact him about some erroneous information discussed on some of the YouTube. Can you say allegedly erroneous? Okay. Victor has discussed quote, heavy sulfurous Canadian oil being shipped to the USA. Tar sand starts that way, but it is refined into bitumen on site in Northern Alberta. The sulfur is then removed, and the end product is piped as light sweet oil. He's described brilliantly a percentage of the oil. So Canada came around, and they said to themselves, this stuff is so thick, we can't even pump it. So we're going to get an artificial fossil oil, and we're going to refine and use synthetic oils and make it flow. And we'll do it in Canada, and after we refine some of it and mix it in, it's no longer tar sands, and we can sell it like crude, and we will put it in one pipeline. And then they decided, let me figure out all of the expenses of that, versus just getting a little bit of fluid to make the tar sands go in thick sulfurous fashion all the way to these American refineries that are experts at cracking it and breaking it down in Indiana and the Midwest. And they did, oh, you know what? It's cheaper to send it heavy and have the Americans refine it into sweet, light crude than it is for us to prepackage it. And so they did that. And they did that. And they did that. And they did that. So we've already built the facilities, and we will do both. That's what it is. So I'm not erroneous. No. Check it out. There's a lot of bituminous oil that is not touched by the Canadians, and they send it to the United States because the United States has the refineries that can break it down and into gasoline cheaper than you can prep it because you've tried it, and we have now a dual use. We have stuff that comes from you that has been broken down, and it's normal, light crude, and we have the thick stuff from you that we break down. And I'm not sure about what the percentages are, but I have a feeling that the thick stuff is still the majority of it. And I think they're trying to build a pipeline, or they have, they want to take the stuff that they, they're talking about the stuff that they have prepped to make it into a light crude and got the tar sands. And they're trying to build a pipeline, and they want to take the stuff that and the sulfur is still there, but the tar sands and the thick elements to it, and then pipe it off to the West Coast to ship it to either California or Japan or something. But he should ask himself one last thing. He should ask himself, there are pipelines between provinces, but not very many of them. And if you're going to go to war with the United States, and that's the term that your prime minister said, not me, he said, we're at war, a veritable war and battle, then you better make sure that your provinces are all on one page. And they're all again, Carney thought they were, or he tried to gin it up that national, that nationalism by the common enemy, the orange man. But if you rely on the United States to ship your oil over here, and either us to bypass, Canada's provincial borders, and then send it up to Ontario or send it up to Quebec, or use our oil and dump it at Portland, Maine, so it can be shipped by sea into Ontario or Montreal, whatever don't depend on us to do it. And then say, we're going to cut off the oil to you. So you're going to miss four minutes. And then you're going to have to do it again. barrels, because we're going to say, go ahead, we'll pump an extra 4 million barrels, and we'll buy it from our friends in the Gulf or somebody, but you're not going to get any oil to Quebec or Ontario, your capital. And the reason you're not is not because of Donald Trump. It's because of your policies that stopped pipelines that interconnected your provinces that would give you flexibility and power in such negotiation. Again, we get back to the point. If you're going to go to war with the United States economically, then you better be in a preconceived position where you're a free market economy, you have in a unified population, you don't have a socialist economy, and your provinces have networks of pipelines, communication, and you have a lot of foreign investment. But you don't. You're at your weakest point in 50 years, and you've got to lose this moment. This moment when you have existential immigration, assimilation, acculturation problems, energy problems, healthcare problems, economic problems, your 1.1 per capita GDP or the lowest in last year of all the industrialized. And you at this point in your life want to turn your whole policy over to somebody who had three passports and 95% of his investments in the United States with two of his kids there. And his house there. And he's going to lead you a war against us. And then you're going to get into it and start booing us at games and putting stupid signs and elbows out. Why do you do this? We're not for it. We just want to say, you're our friends. You spend 2%, 3% on defense. We'll work together. We'll patrol the Northwest Passage. We'll give you a discount on planes. We'll protect the Arctic together. There won't be any missiles to get into North America. You won't have a surplus and we won't have a surplus. It'll be pretty much even, Stephen. How is that?
