Vance Just F**CKED His Life

JD Vance is smug, JD Vance is an asshole, JD Vance is overall unlikable. But those three attributes aren't even his biggest problem because JD Vance's biggest problem is that JD Vance thinks he's smarter than the rest of us. He thinks that he can out-talk us, out-think us, out-maneuver us, and that is just not true. Because everybody and I mean everybody sees right through JD Vance, including Donald Trump, who I'm sure, and we already know from reporting, sees that Vance in so many ways is trying to distance himself. And it's why what he did at a press conference today when confronted over Donald Trump's war crimes in Iran shows that his 2028 path that he's been thinking about his entire life, that road to the White House is not going to work out and I cannot wait to get into it. Now what you need to know for the reporting that I want to start with is that the US struck a wedding in Iran, killing innocent civilians with no military strategy whatsoever, just the war crimes, punishments, and did just disgusting behavior that Hegseth and Trump clearly loved. JD Vance was asked about that, he gave the classic "I don't know, I'm not sure, couldn't have been us," Jen Psaki responded, "It's where I want to start before I go into a larger retrospective on JD and why he's creating so many problems for himself." And so the assertion today that the US is investigating the strike, remember the Trump administration had a similar line after a strike had a girls elementary school in Iran this February. Iranian officials say at least 175 people, most of them children were killed in that strike. The Trump administration said it was investigating, they said they didn't trust Iranian state media, they refused to take responsibility, all while plenty of western news outlets were methodically proving that the US was in fact responsible. The administration just stuck its head in the sand. And as much as that is maddening to the general public, it has been all the more maddening for US troops who are being asked to carry out this war on the administration's behalf. I mean, just last week MSNOW reported that the number of US service members seeking a formal discharge from the military as conscientious objectors have skyrocketed. The leader of a hotline that helped service members formally file to become conscientious objectors says the rate of applicants he is seeing right now is higher than at any point in the past 25 years. And unlike at other times in US history when conscientious objectors were typically junior service members, a lot of his clients today are people who have been in the military for more than a decade. And when asked why they are now having this change of heart, these service members are listing all sorts of Trump's misuses of the military. They cite the Trump administration blowing up boats they say have drug traffickers in them. People killed without the US offering any proof or trial. They cite Trump's war in Iran overall. And they cite the bombing of that girl's school in Iran in February. Vince's line here isn't just misleading the public, it isn't just disgraceful and offensive, it is also part of a larger pattern of lies and directives from this administration that are demoralizing many of our troops. But Vince is even lying about that, he's claiming with a full throat that our troops are happier than ever before under Trump's leadership. When you go out and talk to troops today, they talk about how much better it is, how much proud they are, how much more they feel supported from Washington as opposed to frankly oppressed by Washington. I'm assistant one of our reporters, pre-streeter who has done incredible reporting across the globe to talk to the troops. And the one she spoke to are definitely not saying that. After a record breaking deployment, the 5,000 US service members on the USS Lincoln are now finally getting a port call. And after six months of working 12 to 14 hour days in active combat with no days off, the troops on the USS Lincoln are getting so much deserved are in our entire land. They are docked on their journey back to the US. And Emma now is pre-streeter is in Thailand and has been speaking with some of those troops. But they're not saying what JD Vince says they are saying. Two sailors who have been in the Navy for more than 10 years told her that they had been on multiple deployments, but that this one had been far worse than most by far the worst of their Navy careers. They said that they are worried that longer deployments and fewer port calls would become routine for the Navy, and that fewer sailors would reenlist. They said they believe morale is suffering because of these longer and harder deployments. That is very different from the story the Vice President is trying to sell to the American public. And unfortunately, JD Vince is not the only person in the Trump administration with what seems to be a very delusional perspective on this war and how it is impacting the men and women serving especially. I mean, this week on the Washington Post reported that several US military leaders, the head of the Navy, and multiple of the leaders of the US's regional combatant commands, all warn Trump's defense secretary Pete Hegseth that prolonged large-scale operations against Iran are unsustainable and risk weakening our ability to confront threats elsewhere, including threats that could reach us here at home. The Post reports that those warnings were part of an assessment given to Hegseth in the middle of last month and top military advisors telling Hegseth in no uncertain terms that extending the war with Iran is a major risk. Last night, the Wall Street Journal reported that Hegseth is extending the troop deployments in the Middle East into next year. US troops are saying longer deployments are a bad idea. Top military advisors are warning that the war is unsustainable, but Hegseth is just extending troop deployments anyway. All because Donald Trump can't find a way out of the war he started. So my question is when our commander-in-chief and his lackeys below him are running our nation's military and the men and women serving this poorly when they're ignoring the morale of their troops, when they're ignoring warnings from top advisors. How should our military's most senior career leaders navigate a moment like this? Jen Socki's reporting is so important and so spot on and so necessary, of course, with a White House that has already shown us they are more than willing to commit war crimes and try to distance themselves from those war crimes with a strike on the running and girl school and now the strike. On this wedding, JD Vance though does not come off compelling in any way, both in trying to distance himself from the story and claim that it's just not even real. The first part is more important though, JD Vance trying to distance himself from the story is the real story because he knows just as well as anyone who pays attention to the polling around this war or around Donald Trump's administration that this is the most unpopular thing happening right now. Yes, the files are unpopular. Yes, Donald Trump saying that if you don't like data centers, you're poor and stupid. That's unpopular. The flat cameras are unpopular. Donald Trump just generally is unpopular. Ice raids are unpopular. I can go through so many things and that reason is why Donald Trump sits with a 33% approval rating that's always getting lower. The war is the main thing because the war was the biggest and maybe most important promise made, promise immediately broken, promise that they never had any intention of carrying out. It's a promise that is central to JD Vance's identity as this kind of new sort of conservative. And it's also central to JD Vance's identity because he will be using him or pretending it is who he is throughout the entirety of his run for president and you are already seeing it. That's what's so important is that you're already seeing it. I've seen Tucker Carlson and countless interviews lately say that if if JD Vance was the president of the United States right now, there's no way we'd be in a war with Iran. But of course we would, that this war sure is to cover up the files, yes, it's to make Donald Trump money. Absolutely. It's because it's what Netanyahu wants and the Israelis have great control over Donald Trump one because he has dementia too because they might have blackmail on him in three because our government and Western media is always happy to serve the Israeli interest. But also let's be honest about who profits most off of the ongoing genocide and serving the interests of the Israeli military and that's the data surveillance and in general surveillance technology and defense defense offense industry. That's Peter Teal. You know, I've been saying this for a long time, everyone should have humanity for the Palestinian people. But if you can't recognize it in just that they are people and so they deserve your humanity and your empathy and your care and your political organizing and action. You got to realize that for every generation in every century, there has been a people that have been the test case of the most abusive practices that would come to large scale. We know that black people in the history of the United States have had horrible medical experimentation done upon them, forced upon them in the most brutal and horrific ways. And they have been a test case people, right, that this was the same thing for Jews in Nazi Germany used as experiments because it was, well, a people they didn't find to be people. And now the Palestinians are that same test case for the surveillance state that Peter teal and Larry Ellison, they want to implement when, sure in the United States, but in the rest of the world. So if you can't bring yourself to care about a people for the very fact that they are a people, realize that the horrible atrocities that are being committed will come to our shores eventually. The constant modernering, the drone warfare usage, the despying the open air prism at the Palestinians live in, will be brought to the United States and already is in the form of flock cameras in the form of facial recognition, software, and so much more. So that's a point that I want to make just to say that JD Vance would have been complicit in all of this. He is currently, he would have gone along with it because it serves the interest of the people who already put him in power. It's Peter Teal, that is the tech and oligarch class. Those are the people who wanted JD Vance and the White House. Those are the people who know that JD Vance will ultimately be pushing AI as much as possible in an unchecked, unregulated way 'cause it makes them billions and it makes them trillions. So that's what JD Vance is there for. He has a puppet more than any one of the oligarchs. Now, I think they did that because I think that everyone recognized for a while that Donald Trump was, he was in decline. He was in steady decline in the 2024 campaign drone. So they thought, maybe we can squeeze JD in. Maybe the big beautiful obituary comes. Maybe one, too many big Macs. Go down the gullet and we can squeeze JD in. But also they thought, and I'm sure, and this is the case right now, maybe Donald Trump will be so distracted with bullshit that we can just do whatever we want and Vance can run a lot of things. And he can be kind of pushing our agenda. It's what we see with Natalie Harp right now. Right, if you ask Natalie Harp to push Donald Trump and post something about cryptocurrency or a particular stock you'd like to see go up, she'll do just that. And so Vance would have been just as much of a war monger. JD Vance would have given just as many billions, soon to be trillions to the defense industry. JD Vance would have been just as bad. But there are people like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Tucker Carlson, and maybe a Joe Kent or a Thomas Massey soon, although Massey has been much more combative with Vance is why I take him more seriously, who will launder JD's image and say, he didn't wanna be a part of this, he wasn't gonna be a part of this, but he is actively right now and twice fucking himself because he's a part of it. He is and there's no way that he can escape it. He can't. And if he tries, he will have to answer to Donald Trump who is not going to be happy if the man who should be kissing his ass all the time, 'cause that's what he expects Vance, is actually stabbing him in the back and saying, and I think Donald Trump failed with this war. I think the presidency of Donald Trump, there were a lot of mistakes. I'd like to inherit your MAGA movement, but I'd also like to criticize you. Do you think Donald Trump is gonna be happy with that? There's currently a midterms happening right now to see if Republicans can keep Donald Trump from being impeached and having his administration taken over by investigations and Donald Trump can't even bring himself to allow Republicans to create distance for that election. Do you think Donald Trump will be happy with Vance throwing him under the bus for an outcome he doesn't even get anything out of? Him becoming president, Vance becoming president, no! 'Cause he's a crazy person and a narcissist. And so it's all just going to go poorly. And I am going to enjoy every single fucking second of it and I'm going to make sure that we set the record straight on who JD Vance is, who JD Vance has always been.
