And without further ado, Megan Wright is our very special guest and she is covering so many things but I'm sure everyone is pounding or about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey and they just got back or I don't know they're still in. I don't know what's going on there but Megan Wright, how are you? Hi Frank, I love the introduction. Thank you. Well, listen, it will deserve. You guys are the best in the business. You're terrific at what you do and you are absolutely terrific. You can't miss TV and do a podcast. Yes, you know it's crazy. I'm so excited to be a part of a show that has been on for 30 years. 30 years, Frank. So, you know, we're just trying to keep up with everything and I feel like we're doing a pretty good job, especially with everything that has been going on in the world as you mentioned. Can not stop talking about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey. And you know what, Frank, I'm not mad at it. No. I am not mad at it. I just find it so sweet. Of course, you don't actually know what goes on behind closed doors and what people's relationships are really like. But from the perspective that we're seeing, it just seems real and it seems authentic. Okay, so Taylor just was at the era's tour. Travis Kelsey got on a private jet, showed up. You know, was in Argentina with her. The video of them two together was adorable when she ran into his arms after she performed, of course. You know, she changed some lyrics before one of her songs. I dedicated it towards him and the smile on his face and it was, you know, just so cute. And of course, I wake up this morning and I find out she was already back in New York City. Like these celeb be ripping and running, Frank. They're all over the place. Yeah, you're not kidding. Let me ask you about Travis. How was he handling it? Superstautum is nothing new at this point to tell how is Travis handling the extra attention. I look, I know he's won a couple of suitables and all of that. But still, this is this is much different. This is the world press. You know, it seems like he's handling it very well. Again, Travis Kelsey, of course, in a house superstar and, you know, a celebrity in his own right. But again, you know, as you mentioned, Taylor Swift, it's a different level of celebrity. And you know, Frank, I actually was at the premiere for her, her, uh, era's tour movie that came out. And that kind of gave me a sense. I mean, obviously seeing her shows, you see what kind of celebrity that she is. But being at that premiere and seeing her walk down and greet every fan and looking at, you know, especially the young kids, you know, that look up to her and how she interacts with her fans. It's really something special. So, you know, I'm very much hoping for the best of them. And I hope that we continue to get good news on that part. Yeah, no, it sounds, sounds good. It's, it's hard to cheer against Taylor Swift. I've seen her in action. I've met her briefly. You know, she's, she's a pro pro. She's unbelievably talented and, and she's a worker. And she's, she's got it all together. And Travis Kelsey, I, you know, I may not have paid attention to him, even though I'm a big NFL fan, beyond this so many, you know, there's 50-something players on it, on a team. But when you, when you get singled out like this, it's time to watch how he handles it. We know Joe DiMaggio, you know, way, way back, even before the 30 years that extras put it, Joe DiMaggio didn't like the attention he got with Marilyn Monroe. He got very jealous of that. We, I guess we got to kind of wait and see what happens with Travis. 100%. But so far, honestly, it seems, it seems so far, so good, especially, you know, we have a podcast with his brother and they talk about, you know, things and you're able to get a sense of how he feels about it. And again, it seems like, you know, he is handling it well. And I hope it stays that way because again, you know, there are so many young women and kids in teams who obviously watch and look up to Taylor Swift. And so to see a positive, you know, a relationship, I think is also an amazing thing. And so again, I'm just hoping for the best because it just seems authentic and it seems, it seems great. Megan, you mentioned 30 years, facts, which is just unbelievable. Only soap operas in the Simpsons, right? Go on. Go on. That long. And it's just really a credit to all of you folks over there. And it's just, it's, it's, it's like, and but let me ask you historically looking at this historically. And it's, it's Taylor Swift. So it's not too early to do anything historically, right? What does it compare to? I mean, is it brand gelina? Is it, what, what relationship can you compare this to immediately? You know, you know, you didn't see, uh, uh, uh, Angelina and, but you know, obviously their start was very different, you know, and their start was kind of one that had also a negative side just the way that people were assuming things about their relationship because of, uh, you know, obviously Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. So I don't compare it to that. You know what? Yesterday I was at, um, the Hunger Games premiere. And, you know, as I watched, uh, couples and people come down the aisle, you know, I talked to Violet Davis. And I'm looking at Violet Davis. And I'm looking at Violet Davis's husband. And, you know, we see Violet Davis as this, this star, one of the best actresses of our time. And she's, you know, been married. I can't remember how many years made it longer than 30, uh, 30, I believe, longer than extra, I've been alive. And, you know, they have, you know, had this relationship in which they support each other, you know, and obviously her husband, Julie is, uh, very, you know, successful in his own right, but is their supporting viola, you know, and I feel like a lot of starts of these, of relationships like that, like we didn't get to see the beginning of those. We didn't get to see how they started. So I'm hoping, because again, it's too late to tell that maybe this is reminiscent of a couple that has been together for a long time and we didn't get to see that start because in Hollywood, you know, a lot of these relationships don't make it, you know, we see a lot of these breakups. And I'm hoping that this isn't the case. And maybe this is just, you know, like how you watch prequels and we're kind of seeing the prequel of somebody's, you know, long-term relationship. I'm hoping that this is what it says. Well, we could have some good news, right Frank? Yes, it would be. And, uh, making right, I can say the same about you. You're very easy to cheer for your terrific, your hard worker and you're great at what you do. Tell us anything else we should know about you. Extra. Well, you know, we're on every day and obviously in a depending on the market you're on, it's a different time. But, you know, we air and keep it with the latest and everything that's happening in entertainment. And you know how it goes for you. Like sometimes you can't air everything. You can't put everything on, you know, on TV at the once and since. So the best thing that you can also do is then check out our podcast, actually the podcast is where a lot of the longer form interviews live, a lot of our, you know, celebrity long forms. And she's, she's got a great job, right? How many, how many people out there would like that job just traveling around following celebrities and people like Taylor Swift, Travis Kelsey? I'm not a big gossip guy. I mean, if you listen, you know, like we don't get into that even with the interviews, you know, we focus more on success. You know, it's interesting. You know, I've gotten that meat, Taylor Swift, just briefly, a high goodbye type thing. And, you know, she shot what was the name of the gosh, I'm going blank, yeah, blank spaces of all things. Yeah, blank spaces. I don't keep a castle and I kind of watched her in action all day. She shot that and she was in control. She was much younger, you know, she's not that old now by any means, but she was a young woman at the time, but very much in control. And, you know, I thought very, very professionally handled everything was, but she was in control with a situation. No doubt about it and had her head together. I don't remember what I said to her. You know, but again, it was just like a high goodbye. And, but, you know, very impressed with how she was. And I kind of witnessed from a distance of what was going on there. And, you know, it's just, you know, you could tell. And this is somebody she's, she's a cut-of-bogg so many of the other artists. That are out there and you know, she's just always she's always stood out. I remember before that You know way before that. I didn't even know what year year but my youngest kids were 6 to 7 years old But now they're there 20 20 21 my two youngest and I remember watching a new year's Eve or something like Ryan C. Cleff Seacrest, USE, so it's still a live utter remember. But anyway, there was a woman on and she's doing this song, "Young Woman" and she's just tearing up the stage, she's just great. And I said, wow, this kid is going to be a star. And the music was down, so I couldn't hear it. It was just watching. And there were other things going on and somebody said, really you think "Tale of Swift is going to be a star," you know, like so-castically, who said, "I said, oh, that's Tale of Swift." But it could, it's just all over her. It's all over her. She's a star. She's a super talent. I've got a tremendous amount of respect for her. And hopefully it goes well with her and Travis Kelsey. And we know a lot of this is showmanship. I'm not saying they're religion, showmanship. You know, when you're when you're a star like that, it happens.
