I promised you last night, I would look at the mountain man video that Candace showed two nights ago. I didn't get to a last night. So we will be looking at that tonight. And we will also be looking at a little bit of the new video she showed today because that video is also pretty explosive. If you if you think about it, I'm pretty shocking in that. Well, I'll tell you when I show it, but we got a whole bunch of other stuff lined up. I mean a tremendous amount of other stuff lined up. We're not just looking at those two things. Those will be quick. Do some housekeeping notes on some things that have popped up in the last 24 hours ago or so since the hearing ended. I will be taking the texts apart a little bit, the alleged text, the text allegedly sent by Tyler Robinson. And we'll be looking at an excellent video from Zach Costello. Is that Costello last night? I fell asleep to Zach debating on an X space. I woke up at 153 in the morning. This is a true story. I fall asleep. It's a little after midnight. I'm hearing these people arguing back and forth. It's like music to my ears. And I'm falling asleep and I sleep like I'm in a casket. I fold my hands over my chest and I just lay back on my back and out I go. I wake up in such a casket pose. And I hear what sounds like tiny Gary reading grok summaries of how great Donald Trump is. And I thought what's going on here? It had devolved ladies and gentlemen. Something had gone off the rails. I did not care to stay up and figure out what was happening. That is the kind of stuff that's going to immediately get me to turn off an X space and roll back over and go to bed. But I will I will play a piece of that because Zach on his fine show today that I was watching live. He's he covered a portion of that X space last night. And in doing so, he highlighted something that your humble host saw, but did not capture a timestamp one. And we will get to it. We will get to it tonight. We're also going to look at the timeline of Tyler Robinson surrendering. There's a few little tidbits that have came that have came up that have come up during the preliminary hearings. We're going to jump into those as well. Because something's not adding up here. Something's not adding up here, including that Haiti's flight. You guys remember the Haiti's flight? The N2100 L. November 2100 Lima. It was a flight from Southern California to El Paso that just happened to go north and loop over. We're going to look at that flight tonight. But we're going to ask a very important question about how did that flight? How did that pilot know to take that route before law enforcement knew about Tyler Robinson? Did we spot something in the data? I believe we did. And we will highlight it tonight. So tonight's going to be a big night. Tonight's going to be a big night. I hope you are settled in. I hope you are prepared to be odd. I hope you're prepared to be wild because we're going to do that exactly today. Here's how I want to start. I don't even think our video has processed yet. She just got off the air. So this may jump in the middle if she throws a clip in there. I want to start today. I want to start tonight with Candace showing a brand new piece of video, a brand new piece of video. This video to me was pretty shocking. I don't know how you can spin this to be a good outcome if you're Blake Neff or if you're Danny Philip or if you're Justin Davis, there's no good answer to me that you can provide, particularly because this is something you've never discussed. It's one thing if you said, you know, Blake gave a lot of explanation all afterward. I mean, he gave two or three interviews right out of the gate about lips quivering and, you know, walking back and forth and scared that there was a mass shooter and then all of a sudden that we realized it had been cooled off. One thing he left out of his story conveniently was the powwow that we found tonight. I want to play this and I want to pause it at a particular moment. So just bear with me here. And we also spotted something else she did not highlight. I've been telling you guys for weeks now, no one in a hoodie jumped in the back of the SUV. I've been telling you guys this for time, time and time again. I even think I identified the guy said it looks like the salt and pepper security guy. I thought he just reached in and grabbed something out of the SUV. I didn't realize he tried to jump in and fell out. But if you looked at all the players, if you looked at all the players who were on the ground that day, there was nobody in a dark hoodie jumping in the back of an SUV. It seemed pretty obvious to me. But what it did look like was a guy with salt and pepper hair, but I thought he just reached in the SUV and pulled something out, not at all, not at all. Apparently he tried to get in. I don't know Frank and bank kicked him out, you know, or if he just fell out when the vehicle accelerated, but he did not make it, ladies and gentlemen. So we're going to take a look at all this, but I want to get going because tonight could be a long night if I don't take a look at this. So here's what we have just to lay the land. This guy in the middle right here between the two sets of cars. This guy in the middle, that is Danny Philip. That is Danny Philip. Danny Philip is a relatively new employee to TPSA at this time. He comes from a a ritzy background. He went to a very expensive high school. He was a fat kid in high school. If you, I'm not just making fun of him, you can look it up and see it. He's apparently either on ozemic or gotten a hold of his diet and figured that out, but I can see this being the kind of guy who's just dying to fit in. He went to this ritzy, fancy, you know, probably $50,000 a year high school in the Chicago area. And he probably just dying to fit in and he finds himself all of a sudden in proximity to greatness. Well, what would you do to maintain that? Okay. So, so that's Danny Philip there. On the right hand side, kind of where the passenger door would be on this black SUV where they take Charlie. On the right hand side, you have Mikey McCoy. He's identifiable because he's wearing a backpack. He has his hands to his head, apparently still shielding his ears, his very sensitive ears. Mikey McCoy is very happy guys, very bubbly, very bubbly, fun happy guy. And he's shielding his ears, his little delicate, wilted flower ears from any loud noises. No one else is, but Mikey is. So keep an eye on these people. Here's Yankee Bank Frank down here. Look at this car in the foreground. This one on the foreground right here. This is Yankee Bank Frank. He's got the white shirt and the white hat. He's kind of even with the passenger door on the Yankee Bank thing here. So just I'm just going to let it roll forward. So there it's rolling, it's rolling, it's rolling. Now we've got Justin Davis opening the passenger door. Probably the rear passenger door if I had to guess. Obviously he's planning to shove Charlie Kirk into that rear passenger door. My question is ladies and gentlemen, if you're at an event at UVU, you're out in the menorah. Charlie's under the tent taking questions. The tent, by the way, that is inexplicably raised unlike anything that ever done before. It's off the ground on little plastic stools like a kid would stand up on to go TT. But if you're out there in the outdoor realm and and something unexpected happens and your dear leader goes down, how do you know? How do you know to run to the passenger door? How do you know they're going to shove him like a side of beef into the side of this SUV? It's almost like there was a plan to shove him into the side of the SUV like a side of beef. That seems, seems awfully strange to me. But Danny Philip is still walking here. Don't lose Danny Philip. Don't use loose Frankenbank. Now you might think, oh, we've lost Mikey McCoy. No, you haven't. He's right here. He's heading to the front of the SUV. He's at the, kind of the, like by the A pillar of the SUV where the windshield meets the meets the rest of the car. So let's roll it forward just a little bit more. Now Mikey McCoy is now ducking in front of the SUV. You see that? He is now ducking in front of the SUV. Danny Philip is headed towards the front of the SUV. They now have the back passenger door open prepared for a side of beef to be chucked inside. Danny Philip, now Mikey has ducked behind the car. This is the car they're preparing to drive off. Why are you ducking in front of that car? Like you can see people opening the doors preparing to shove Charlie into it. But you're going to duck in front of it. Well Danny Philip doesn't want to feel left out here. So he has to duck in front of it. We roll. We roll. We roll. Oh, I forgot I had her commentary on. Let me pull her down for a second. No offense, Madame. So now Danny disappears behind the car. You now have three people behind that car. You have Danny Philip. I'm going to back it up a little bit so you can see it again. You have Danny Philip, Mikey McCoy and Justin Davis all ducking behind this car. Watch it again. There goes Mikey behind the car. He ducks down. Danny Philip ducks down behind the car and watch Justin Davis. He runs around and ducks down behind the car. Now you might be able to say perhaps Mikey McCoy was just terrified. He was hugging. He was hiding his ears after all. Perhaps young Mikey was just absolutely terrified.
that he was there was a gunman on the loose. Okay. And he thinks that's a good hiding spot. Maybe everybody else is kind of running for the hills. Nobody else is ducking behind cars. But Danny Philip then also has the same ideal. I will duck behind the same car. And then the security guy who was just opening the door preparing to shove Charlie Kirk in like a side of beef. He also decides that's the place to go. Seems like it's getting crowded up there. Seems like it's getting very crowded up there. Now I want to watch. I don't think he had his point of this out. Can't get in that way. I guess I'll run around to the back and jump in the back. So he pulls the back lid up. And he jumps in. Now watch to the right of Frankenbank. He's now in the car. Watch to the right right there. There was a guy trying to get in and he fell out. And that's not funny. That's not funny. He could have been seriously injured. Could have been seriously injured. This was an emergency situation. But I wonder to what extent Frank screwed up the plan. Like was this guy supposed to get in and Frank jumped in instead because he didn't know what the hell was going on. And he had no idea he was supposed to be in there. But this guy's trying to jump in. Look at him. He's right. That's his that's his arm. That's that's the guy trying to jump in. That's his arm. That's his face up here under the gate. And he's trying to get in and falls out. I think that guy's name is Alex. And I've been telling you guys for weeks. It's a guy with salt and pepper hair and a blue shirt. I could see him in the video. You could see him in the video. They kept showing where it looked like they kept staying a guy in a hoodie. Try to jump in. And I said, no, it looked like look like somebody pulled something out. I did not realize he fell out, ladies and gentlemen, my bad, my bad. So he falls out. He stands back up all dog gone. There goes the bag she talked about. I don't know if Frankenbank decided he didn't want that bag back there with him or if the plan was to get rid of the bag. I don't know. But then they run off and go out of the bag. So I thought that was interesting. I thought that was interesting. The powwow, I do not know how you explain that. And I know what they're going to say. I'll go ahead and tell you what they're going to say. Oh, it's the fog of war. It was the fog of war, ladies and gentlemen. It was Charlie had gone down. It was chaos. Everybody running everywhere. I don't even remember remembering going there. All that next thing I know I'm walking off into the distance with my hands over my ears, but I don't, I don't buy that anymore. I don't buy that anymore. It seems like every video Candace releases shows some sort of a plan, shows some sort of a plan. So it is in that vein. I will go to the video I was going to play from yesterday. Go to the video I was going to play from yesterday because this was video taken just before the video you just saw into those two cameras. One faces out towards the fountain. The other one faces in towards the tent. They're both under the same hall of flags. So the one we just watched is facing this way towards the fountain. That's the one that captured the vehicles. The other one is facing this way. So while they're doing all the powwowing in the front and opening doors and falling out of cars and throwing bags out, there's another camera pointed inside towards the tent. Two cameras who can opposite ways. Yesterday she showed us the one facing the tent and she keyed in on Butch Hibs, but I keyed in on someone else because there was someone else who is acting very mysteriously in this whole thing. So I'm going to play it for you and let you see if you see what I see. I will let her have her audio here this time. So she keys in on Butch Hibs over here. That's Butch Hibs right here. He's holding up a camera. He holds up this camera for an unnecessarily long period of time. But I'm keying in on this big fella over here in the vans. You see this guy in the vans right here. There's like a, uh, there's a gal here that's just sort of hanging out. I know what she's doing. She starts directing traffic in a minute. It's very strange. There's another girl that shows up in direct traffic. We'll look at her in a minute. But key in on this big fella right here. He has a camera already out. Butch Hibs is not the only one that immediately went into cinematic mode. No friends. There's another guy I'll tell you his name in a second. He also goes into cinematic mode for you. Butch Hibs. It's what he did. Look, he's got it. See, he's got his arm up. You can see his arm up there at the top left hand side of the screen and he is filming. It's not just butch. It's this guy. I'll tell you who he is. And it's a little interesting when you find out instantly got down. Let me pull her her footage down there. He's holding a motorcycle helmet that helps identify him. He's wearing a red hat that also helps identify him. But look, look at the top left. He's still filming. He's not paying any attention to these people running out. All these people are running for their lives. They heard a loud bang. They saw a man go down. Most people in that situation take off running. They take off running. Not putch Hibs. No, not putch Hibs. And not big boy in the red hat and man's. In fact, he walks right into the zone of danger. Watch this. He is right behind the tent. He's right in the zone of danger. Now he's walking about to the right side of the tent, totally ignoring the crowd. Now watch this. He moves the fence and walks in under the tent still filming. All of this chaos going on all around him. He is oblivious to it. He is still filming. He's now under the tent. We do have that footage. I'll show it to you in just a second. Now look at this girl here on the bottom in the she got a ponytail right here. She got like spaghetti strap top on. This guy is going to keep filming. You could watch him or not watch him. Now switch your view to this girl down here. Watch her. She's directing traffic. All right, guys. Come on. Come on. Move it. Move it. We got to clear out back here. Everybody down here. The reason I ask is when you direct traffic, typically someone tells you to direct traffic. Like in an emergency like that, I don't know that I'd be like, all right, old lady. Come on. Move it along. She appears to know there's no danger. Who is this woman? Who is this woman? And why is she directing traffic? I cannot believe that she's some rando who just happens to, okay, so now she's gone, right? You think, okay, well, now she's gone. She must have, no, she's back. She's back. Oh, she's back. No, she's not gone, ladies and gentlemen. She's not gone. I can't help but believe she had some sort of a role. Maybe she didn't. Maybe she didn't.
Maybe she just UVU student out there doing good Samaritan stuff and taking care of the widows and orphans, but it looks like she knows what's going on. I mean, she's looking at somebody. She's, you know, we got, hey, you love birds. Break it up. I don't know, guys, I don't know. It's, it's weird to me. There's too much weirdness going on on these cameras back here. I think at this point, if I am law enforcement, UVU, TPUSA, whoever has access to all this footage, release it all, release it all. Don't put this burden on Candace Owens. It's not fair to her. It's not fair to the public who wants to know what the hell's going on. It's not fair to the individuals in the, in the foot, just release the footage. If you have Tyler Robinson or who you say is Tyler Robinson walking up to the Losi Center roof, then show him walking up to the Losi Center roof. If you have him fuzz, very flopping over the gate, let's see it. I'm, I'm curious to see this athletic achievement. If you have him breaking down a rifle or pulling rifle pieces out of various places in his body and screwing them together with this mysterious screwdriver, let's see the footage. Let's see the footage. Show us everything from 1157 when he walks on campus to 1224 when he runs off campus. Let's see it all. Get it all out there. Let's see everything going on behind the scenes because right now if I'm TPUSA, I want that footage out because I'll be honest. Danny Philip and Blake Neff look terrible right now. Terrible. What the hell was going on and Mikey McCourt? What the hell was going on up there? What's, what's going on? Maybe I shouldn't have said Blake Neff because I don't know that I saw him in there. But, but they look terrible. Danny and Mikey look awful. You just jumped in front of the car that's about to drive off at at highway speed. They said at highway speed. You just jumped in front of that car for what? What was something handed off was something discussed? I find that strange. It's almost like they knew to go there. Who is this girl who's out here directing traffic? Is she just a random UVU student? Okay. Well, then she probably did a great thing helping keep people safe and orderly. Does she work for TPSA? Was she affiliated with TPSA in some capacity? Who is she? Who is she? Now, who's the big guy who was filming? Who's the big guy who was filming? We've located him at the event. We have video footage of him at the event. And I will tell you before I play this footage, why this footage is going to look a little weird. We're taking great pains to not show any gore. And so we have a piece of footage here that we're going to show you in its entirety on nearly in its entirety. But towards the end, we have to edit it and how we've chosen to edit that is, we've clipped Charlie Kirk out of it and then taken a screen cap every second so that you can see where he was for each of these three or four seconds after the screen cap goes. But we'll show him to you. We'll show him to you. He's behind the speaker right here. But he'll show up in just a second when the camera moves a little bit. Let me turn the volume off so we don't even hear the bang. So that's Brian Harpal looking for some reason backwards. Now, you know, if you listen to all his, his discussion on his security posture, he has a zone. He has a slice of the crowd that he's responsible for. He described this in excruciating detail. excruciating detail on the Sean Ryan show. He has the zone of people he's watching, like a hawk, making sure nobody does any funny business. But this was right after Chrissy, who's an angel, by the way, according to Brian Harpal, had just come and handed him some mints, some Philadelphia flavored mints. She hands him some mints, he puts them in his pocket and then he kind of pauses a second and he looks behind his him right here in the blue shirt with the, the fanny pack. He looks behind the stage. What's he looking at? What's going on back there? He's not the only one looking back there. In fact, up here on the top left, our photographer is Charles McClendon, and he's also looking back there. I want to back this up just to hear. Charles McClendon, Wilson's actually taking pictures back there, taking pictures behind the scenes. Brian Harpal decides he wants to change positions, but he's also looking back there. So what the hell's going on behind the tent? I'd be curious to get the footage behind the tent from before. Was there some sort of signal? Was there some sort of flash? Was there some sort of waving of arms? Did somebody deliver door dash? You know, what's going on back there to the Papa John's guy show up? But we roll it forward and there's our man. There's big boy. So he's got his motorcycle helmet. He's right up here in the front. Right up here in the front, he got a front row seat. He must have been there very early. I mean, I mean, you saw they were lined up in this thing hours ahead of time. He must have been there very early to get this particular seat. But he's watching. He's watching. Now over here, we have Butch Hibs. This is old agent 47 here. We've got Danny Philip next to Butch Hibs. We have Dan Flood, Frank Turing, Brian Harpal, the whole cruise right here together. And we've got Jason. Well, I'll tell you his name. His name is Jason and turns out his name is Jason. But he's sitting here. We don't know who he is yet. Big fella. He'll end up filming this, but notice he has no camera in his hands. We had to go to the pocket to get the camera. And we've got about 15 seconds left before the main event. And about 15 seconds left. Big boys just sitting there staring. Hunter Cosax talking about trans violence. Frank goes to the hat. When he goes to the hat, Dan Flood looks at him for some reason. We're not sure why. Dan Flood reacts to Frank Turing by looking down. Then he looks left. Then he steps forward and gives a signal or does some strange movement with his arm. I'm not Dan. I'm not saying you were involved. Don't sue me. Just identifying what you did in the moment. So there's the there's the completion of the steel third base. But notice our big boy here. He's just staring straight ahead. Nothing nothing's bothering this guy. Now we've got the bang. That's the moment of the bang. He's still staring. Dan is flinching and reacting. Brian Harpole is not flinching, but he's turning. It's convenient that Brian Harpole just before that had wandered back into that position. You know, he'd been standing up here by the front of the 10th whole time. But about 15 or 20 seconds before the bang, he walks back. For some reason, some unknown reason. Chrissy comes and hands him some mints. After he gets the mints, he decides he wants a different location. Even though he is assigned to a particular slice of the audience, nobody else changed positions. So that's second one afterwards. Here's second two. You'll notice he's not moved. Everybody in the crowd is now reacting. We've got we've got security people jumping over the gate. We've got people turning to run. We've got Hunter Kozak doing his whatever that was that he had apparently rehearsed or looked like he might have been rehearsing. And now we've got yet another second. Even more chaos going on, even more people running and ducking, not our photographer though. He's stoic, you see. Our photographer is stoic. Nothing bothers him. He just saw a man taken down in broad daylight, a 31-year-old. He came to watch and he doesn't even flinch. He just watches. This man is an absolute stoic. I tell you, he is just, I mean, now he finally starts moving. Now we're four seconds afterwards. He starts moving. So who is he? Who is this guy? Well, we have a video, but they actually conveniently, rather than making us watch the whole video, which is pretty terrible and it's a half-hour long, they've sort of summarized it for us. This was a news article. Witnesses recrown trauma healing after Charlie Kirk shooting. More than six weeks. So this was a few weeks. They've had time to reflect. This was in October, I think. What was the date on this? Yeah, October 29. Four people who witnessed the violence agreed to sit down together to reflect on what they saw and how they've been coping. Jason Buchanan, that's the guy we've been talking about. Christian Overton, Kurt Lickty, and 15-year-old Carter Lloyd, didn't know each other before September 10. Now they show them, share a moment. They can't unseen. I'm kind of buried it down, Buchanan said. I'm still processing it. I haven't gotten over it. It's probably something I'll never get over. Okay. Well, here's the video. If you ever want to go watch it, there it is. But it's trust me. I'm not playing a half-hour video of this. But Buchanan, it says, is a retired corrections officer. That's how they identify him in this. Buchanan, also a retired corrections officer, said the emotional weight lingers each time he passes UVU. And then he talks about how he can't look away. He's so traumatized. And I don't, I'm not saying he's not. So is that all he was? A retired corrections officer? Just happened to show up? Well, not exactly. Not exactly. It seems our photographer, Jason Buchanan, who did not react at all to the bank, I'm not describing anything wrong to him, by the way. I'm just identifying facts that happen that day. He also works as a deputy sheriff for Utah County. Well, no one bothered to tell
us this. No one bothered to let us know this in the story. Um, he's been there since he was deputy sheriff in 21, deputy sheriff, 22 and 23 deputy sheriff, 24. No, this is interest. Now we're getting somewhere. Why, why was, why was our deputy sheriff there in the front row? Um, well, Mel, the village crazy lady, the last couple of weeks has identified a few things about this guy. So Nisi did a video. She said, can we talk about Jason Buchanan? Jason is a retired corrections officer who claims he didn't know who Charlie Kirk was or anything about TPSA until a couple of months before Charlie was taken down. And on a whim, he decided to attend the UVU event that day and he even worked his way to the front row on the right side of Charlie's tent. Now we'll say on some other news articles I saw, he said he arrived about 45 minutes before the event. Now I'm here to tell you, if you arrive 45 minutes below the event, you would really have to work to get to the front row. Like you'd have to really make your way to the front row. Then immediately as the shot rang out, he pulls his phone out and starts recording from a vantage point almost behind the tent. And then he even goes behind the tent records the bloodstained everything before the police get there. He immediately sends that footage to the local news where it's played on a loop as the anchor's interview random students for their coverage and the hours following Charlie's take down. And here is Jay. I'm going to kill the music bed there. Here is that footage. That's him standing right there. Here's the footage he took all that. Now when you just watch it from this vantage point, you don't realize the amount of chaos he was ignoring to get this footage. And I would argue that Butch's footage probably looks a lot like this. It probably looks a whole lot like this. And he's just wandering into the crime scene. There he's pushing it open, wandering back here, looking around, looking at all this, disurveying the lay of the land. Now he's in the crime scene. I don't know if this is still his footage. But now, you know, now you get a good indication of how the crime scene looks here. I will say this about this large case right here. That case was awfully convenient. That case turned out to be really convenient. It saved Charlie like an extra foot of fall. You think about it. Charlie was sitting very high up on a pedestal and had he fallen all the way to the ground. It would have been, I don't know, for maybe four to half foot fall, but this case is sitting 12 or 18 inches off the ground. And it's just long enough for a human body to land on it. That's awfully convenient. I don't know where you store cases at events like this, but I've gone back and looked at a lot of footage of Charlie Kirk events. I've never seen a storage case right there next to his seat. It's the first time I've ever seen it. But Baron, are you saying someone put that there because they planned to take out Charlie Kirk and whoever placed that there, placed that there so Charlie could fall on it? I mean, no, I guess not. I guess I'm not saying that. I'm just saying it came in handy. Like if you had to accidentally store that somewhere, it was a really convenient place to accidentally store it. I don't know that I've seen that footage before. Now on the tag, I don't know if you noticed it. And I've already taken it down. But on the tag on the top right, it did say Jason Buchanan on indicating that that footage may also have come from Jason Buchanan, meaning he did not only film from the other side, from the right side of the tent, but he actually walked around to the other side and got all up in the crime scene. Now, this is a police officer. There's a deputy sheriff. You would think a deputy sheriff would know enough not to walk through a crime scene or not to move stuff around on a crime scene in the immediate aftermath until somebody secured the crime scene and started giving directions and took control of it. But now, I mean, this guy, this guy was ready to film some footage and get it out to the news, the news cameras get out to the news station so that they could play it on a continual loop. And so I have to ask, what's the motivation for all this cameraing that's going on? Okay, you know, if you, if you see a mass chaos event like this is your first instinct to pull out your camera, put your arm way out like this and just start recording and just hold it there while the crowd runs off. They're all in fear of your life and you're, you're, you're just insistent that I'm going to capture all this footage. That wouldn't be my first instinct. My first instinct would be to run for safety. I've got a wife and kids and a grand kid and a grand kid at that. Yeah, this is footage from under the tent. Yeah, he goes under the tent. He invades the crimes. It's not only Teryl Farnsworth who invades the crime scene. Apparently Jason Buchanan may have done it as well. And we don't know why. But then this guy is now chosen to be on TV with several other people recounting the horror and the trauma, reinforcing the narrative that this is a horrifying traumatic event. And it's never disclosed that he works for the Utah County Sheriff. The agency that's investigating this crime, the Utah County Sheriff's Office, this happened in Utah County. They are investigating this crime. So I thought that was interesting footage. I hope Candice keeps dropping footage because we know by now, nobody involved in this investigation wants us to know what's going on. Nobody wants us to know there's a powwow in front of the Jeep. Nobody wants us to know Butch Hibs and Jason Buchanan. We're just calmly videoing everything while chaos was running past them at full speed. But we'd like to know because I'd like to know what happened to Charlie Kirk. I'd like to know who killed Charlie Kirk. How and why? And I'd like to know who is acting weird around them. Oh, but Baron, you're harassing innocent people. No, not at all. Not at all. I'm not encouraging anyone to contact Jason Buchanan or contact Butch Hibs by the opposite. I don't think you should at all. But one of the ways crimes are frequently solved is you look at a crime and say who's acting weird? Who around the crime is acting weird? I would argue that ducking in front of the car and having a three man powwow, 25 seconds afterwards is a little weird. I would argue that pulling out your phone and within like three seconds and immediately filming what's going on while chaos is erupting around you and people are pushing past you is a little weird. And I think weird people should be, you know, identified law enforcement may not know who they are. And maybe now they can find out who they are. And it can be looked into a little bit to determine whether they had anything to do with it. Now a couple of housekeeping notes, things that have come out since the hearing ended yesterday. We now have on Erica Kirk's official X feed, a statement on behalf of the Kirk family. Today's decision, which comes nearly a year since Charlie was taken from us. Mark's an important step in our family's pursuit of justice for him. Every step in this process carries the weight of all that Charlie's murder is taken away from his family, taken from his family, especially his children who will grow up without their father. We're grateful for to all who have continued to pray for us, support us and stand with us through a year of unimaginable grief. As the next phase the judicial process begins, our family remains united in love for Charlie, our commitment to the pursuit of justice and our prayer for a transparent and timely process. And bring this up for one reason and one reason only. They released it themselves. That tells me they know how to release stuff. And you want to give a statement about your thoughts on the preliminary hearing result and put it on your Twitter account. You want to give a statement about where you were at 1223 and 28 seconds on September 10th. Put it out through a podcaster that you apparently don't, doesn't work for you. Oh, okay. So they know how to put stuff out. This is Mrs. Kirk. This is what a doctor, excuse me, excuse me, doctor Kirk. This is how you put stuff out. You put it on your X feed and people assume it's you. People assume it's you. They assume it's, it's, um, they assume you stand behind it and that it's accurate. Okay, I've got something that's just funny to me. Andrew Colvet likes to lecture everybody about this case. He likes to lecture everybody and tell us what's going on at all times in this case. One of the things he doesn't know is anything about the legal process, which makes it awkward that he's the one who wants to lecture us all the time. Andrew Colvet put on his X feed yesterday, last evening. State, let's pick a trial date and two weeks. Nope, that's not what they said. They did not say they were going to pick a trial date and two weeks. Defense, we're going to need four. Judge, how about seven? See you October 23, unreal. You see the slide at the judge? See the slide at the judge? And if you are watching the proceedings, you do. Why the judge picked that date? He only had two dates available to him that were open on his calendar. He had September 23 or something like that. And October 28th, October 23. Those are the only two dates he had available. And one of the parties said, I'm not going to be available for the next 16 days. I'm not going to have time to have this discussion. Okay, well, let's pick the next available date. That's October 23. Everybody signed off. But this idea that that the judge is now slow walking this case, that the judge, that, you know, if I'm judge, Tony Graff and everything
I've done for the Kirk family, everything I've done for Erica and TPSA, having to listen to the name ramblings of their lawyers, having to tolerate all the chicannery that they've got going on all around them. And then after I make a ruling, that's very much in their favor. All seven counts will go to a jury. All seven counts will be tried. Now you're going to blast me. Your official spokesperson is going to make fun of me and act like I'm slow walking it. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for nothing. And I don't think it's going to change judge graphs opinion. I don't think it'll change his rulings, but it's a little bit like baseball, right? You've been getting calls all night. Your strike zone is this wide and there's this wide. And then all of a sudden you miss one like this and he misses the call and you're like, Hey, lousy blue, you're terrible. Well, kicking dirt on his little shoes, covering up the plate with dirt. I'm not sure how that strike zone looks after that. I'm not sure how the strike zone looks after that. Yeah, I said he was only available on September 24th and October 23. Those were the two dates September 24, October 23. September 24th was not doable based on the by party agreement. Nobody objected. Nobody said judge. That's too long out of your mind. But the trial is not starting in seven weeks. He's not picking a trial date. He's picking a pre trial hearing date. It will not impact the trial date at all whether they do it in two weeks or four weeks or seven weeks. The trial will probably continue on the exact same schedule. It always would have. So calm down. Hey, Brue Colveck, calm down. Calm down. The defense did file. I predicted they would. The defense did file a a discovery request and judge graph talked about it a bit yesterday. I did not catch this during the hearing yesterday, but he did talk about it and when it will be heard. Are you going to just I'm going to look for a notice to submit to schedule if it's set for oral argument or what what's the intent? What we filed actually or honor in documents seven, 28 was what's he got going on with his hair there? What is that? That's a little vanilla ice ish. Am I am I wrong? Like that, you know, vanilla ice used to do that. Now he cut lines in the side of his head and everything else, but he did that whoop off to the side. I didn't notice that before. Sorry, judge. I'm going to have it again. A status report that doesn't actually ask the court for any particular relief. It was and I know that it was filed late last week and the court's been focused, of course, on the preliminary hearing record. So if the court has an opportunity to look at it before the next status conference, that's sufficient for us. We wanted to alert the court to our view about the status of discovery. So that's it. They just want to alert the court to their view of the status of discovery. Fair enough. And they'll look at it at the next hearing. No problem. No problem. This was actually filed a couple of days ago. It got past your humble host. Was there anything exciting in it? Not really. Not really. But we'll take a look at it. I'm sure Andrew Burkard has it on hers on her thing as well. If you don't want to pay for it. But it's just different. It's just Tyler Robinson's post preliminary hearing status report. That's all it is. And they just they just go through here and say, Hey, this is the stuff they haven't given us yet that we think they should have given us. If you haven't saw me. If you're up late, you can't fall asleep. Don't want to fall asleep to an X space of people arguing like I did last night. You can jump into there and check it out. It's interesting though that that post preliminary status report was actually filed before the closing of the preliminary statements, meaning like your humble host, the defense anticipated the judge was in this trial. It's it's basically a rubber stamp thing. But they do. They go through some different categories. It's it's again, if you're if you're up late and have nothing better to do, you can download it and take a look at it. It will bore you to tears. It might just be with the doctor ordered. Now I want to go through some text messages. I want to go through some text messages. And I want to set it up this way. There has been a lot of dispute. There's been a lot of misinformation. We'll call it misinformation, not disinformation or mal information. There've been a lot of bad actors who are trying to convince you and I don't think they're trying to convince you. I don't think they care about you at all. I think they're trying to convince prospective jurors. I think they're trying to convince also AI models. It's something I wanted to do in opening on at some point. And maybe I'll do it one day. But these AI models that you know when people go to Gemini or they go to chat GPT or they go to Grock and they ask a question. And then that, you know, the defense admit the text messages were real and that they were Tyler Robinson's and then it comes back as like, yes, in fact, they did. It doesn't know anything. This is not a sentient being. These AI models, chat GPT is just a computer. It's a computer. It's a big computer. It's running in massive systems all over the country, all over the world. But it doesn't know anything and there's no executive decision making power. It doesn't know what the facts are. It just kind of goes on to what the majority you're saying. And so one of the ways you can sort of trick these AI models into giving an answer you want is to flood the zone of social media with people all parenting the same talking points. And what that does is it creates a scenario where somebody later will come along and they'll punch in the punch in the question and they'll say did Tyler Robinson to admit these text messages were real and it will go back and it'll scan everything and it'll do a quick scan and they'll say, yeah, it looks like they did because everybody's saying they did. And then it'll spit out the answer. Of course they did. We saw this in the immediate aftermath after Charlie Kirk was taken down. A lot of people were asking what the time was he died or this or that. And all these LLMs, all these AI programs are coming back saying he's not dead. He's alive. And that people were like posting those results on social meetings and see he's alive. No, it's just because there were a lot of really vocal people that were saying he was alive. And it was picking that up and incorporating it into its answer. You can trick these models if you have enough people's parroting the same talking points. In fact, there are a ton, I mean, a ton of X feeds that have no followers that are following nobody that are just saying things over and over and over. They do it on X. They do it on Reddit. They do it on Facebook. They just say stuff. Why? Because these models go and scan those things. They really scan if you link to something. So the really smart people will create a document that says what it is they want you to believe that they want a future LLM to produce as an answer. And then they'll write an X post and they'll link to that document and they'll include that document in there. And then as GROC or ChatGPT or any of these other programs are scanning the universe trying to find the answer. They'll happen upon that post. They'll look at that document. They'll scan that document and they'll incorporate that as fact. And they'll spit out that answer as fact. This is what my opening was going to be on. I've got it bullet pointed out. I just don't have it written. But this is how this works. And so you can manipulate truth. When truth now becomes a battle of LLM output of AI output. You know, my email, like a third of my emails are just people that copy and paste LLM results. Like they'll ask Google something and Google says an answer and they they send it to me. That's not that's not research. That's just you're just kind of summarizing what social media users have said, not really research. So I want to play this real quick because I've since this is what's happening with the text messages. The entire case against Tyler Robinson really comes down to did he send those text messages. If he sent those text messages, I think he did it. I mean, can I just state that as fact? If Tyler Robinson sent all those text messages, how can you argue that he didn't do it? He admitted to it in the text messages. I admit it to something. He admitted to some criminal behavior. He admitted he was trying to retrieve a weapon. He admitted he was sitting in orham. So if those are real, if you can be on a reasonable doubt, place those text messages as originating from his phone and you can place his phone in his hand and you can place him inputting the data into the phone. It would be very difficult to argue he didn't do it. At that point, he'd have to take the stand and say, yeah, I wrote all that, but I lied to everybody. And he had to give a darn good explanation why he lied about it. And so it's going to come down to, did he write those text messages? Was he in possession of his cell phone? Was he the one inputting the data into his phone and hitting send? If the answer to those questions or yes, he's in a lot of trouble. He's probably going to get the death penalty. If the answer to those questions or yes, Tyler Robinson probably will be convicted and probably will get the death penalty. And so that's what this case comes down to. It doesn't come down to whether or not you can recognize Tyler Robinson in a stairwell at nine o'clock in the morning. Nothing illegal about being in a stairwell at nine o'clock in the morning. It doesn't come down to whether or not Tyler Robinson's car drove on to the UVU campus and parked in a parking garage near the library. It's not illegal to drive into the UVU campus and park in the library.
to whether eat Chick-fil-A. Nothing illegal about eating Chick-fil-A. Otherwise, my kids would be doing multiple consecutive life sentences. There's nothing illegal about eating Chick-fil-A. There's nothing illegal about walking through neighborhoods with a limp. You can walk through a neighborhood with a limp right now. You might get some weird looks from the neighbors, but there's nothing illegal about it. It's not an element of a crime. Frankly, there's nothing illegal about walking into the Losi Center stairwell. Nothing at all. Now, those things might tend to convince someone that a coherent story is developing that you might have been the one on the roof, but the reality is they've got to put him on the roof, taking the shot, or confessing to it. There's really only two ways you're going to convict him. You either can prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, with the available evidence that that's him on the roof, then look like him, but it could be all of a sudden he's spider-maning and can leap off a tall building, so a Superman who ever left off a tall building. It's either him on the roof and you're able to put him there, beyond a reasonable doubt, taking the shot, or you get his confession. Then the confession's going to come in, be the text messages. Those are the only two ways to get him. And so if you want to convince prospective jurors down the road, or you want to convince a jury pool, the Tyler Robinson sent those text messages, you would get a bunch of people online writing on X, writing on Reddit, writing on all these social media forums that Tyler Robinson admitted those text messages were his, that he sent those text messages. He confessed by text 11 times. You'll hear this all the time. Oh, he confessed 11 times. He confessed 11 times. Well, if you're on a jury panel and you know nothing about the case and you're not supposed to do this, if you're having a jury panel, don't do this, but they all do it. You immediately go to the computer and say, did he confess to the crime? Tell me about the crime. And if you've said enough that he confessed to it, it's going to spit out an answer that he confessed. And so you're a juror and you're sitting there and you've lied to the panel because that's what jurors do. They all lie. You've lied to the panel and you said, you'll be fair and impartial, but you're sitting back knowing, I already know he's confessed. I don't know why we're having a trial. And then he doesn't testify. And you're like, yeah, but I know he confessed. I saw it on Gemini. And chat GPT told me he confessed. Why are we even here? That's the scenario they're trying to set up. That's the whole push behind this constant, incessant tale that Tyler Robinson confessed. Tyler Robinson confessed to his parents. Well, that didn't turn out. Well, Tyler Robinson confessed to Lance Twigs. Well, those text messages are weird. Well, but he, but he, but his defense didn't contest him. His defense said they were his text messages. But did they did the defense say that at all? Let's go to the closing arguments and let's hear what the defense had to say. Now what I want to point out is that this text message occurred, excuse me, this text message was sent. I think I played the wrong one out of order. Hold, hold please. Let me get out of here. Yes, I did. Yes, I did. I apologize. Let me go back to this. Okay, here. Now, now we're in the right spot. I think we're in the right spot. Yeah, we're in the right spot. I apologize, ladies and gentlemen, live radio or live podcasting, whatever. Sometimes we make mistakes. Here we go. We need to look very, very specifically at the statement attributed to Mr. Robinson. The statement attributed to Mr. Robinson, Mr. Defense Attorney, I have had numerous social media influencers and podcasters tell me that Tyler Robinson admitted that these were his text messages. What is this attributed business that forms the basis for that specific allegation again to it directing his roommate to stay silent if police question the roommate. So the statement is one of the text messages. He's saying right there the text messages are attributed to Tyler Robinson. For the sake of the argument, they're going to have to accept that in order to go forward with this preliminary hearing. The judges already ruled they're admissible, but he's not backing down on this issue. It's something they should have made more clear, frankly, something they should have made more clear in the brief because the brief was taken out of context. I don't think they anticipated it would be taken quite so out of context, but it was. It was. But let me let me play it this way so I can look at the transcript why it goes. So we have the statement attributed to Mr. Robinson. The state's exhibit 16.1 is what the state presents as text messages between Mr. Robinson and Lance Twigs. What the state presents as text messages between Mr. Huh. Then he goes on to talk about the weird condition in which these were taken. The testimony was that Lance Twigs was showing law enforcement the text messages and law enforcement officers took screenshots of the phone that Lance Twigs was holding when showing law enforcement officers these text messages. Interesting. Interesting. So Mr. Attorney, you're not saying. You're not saying it was Tyler Robinson who sent the text messages. I promise you, Mr. Defense Attorney, when I finished the hearing yesterday and after my show, I got on a number of pods of Fed Slopper x-paces and social media accounts and I saw time and time again them saying, "The defense never contested those were Tyler's confessions." He admitted it. Tyler Robinson admitted it. Tyler Robinson confessed. Tyler Robinson confessed eleven times. Those are his text messages. The defense said they were his text messages. Ladies and gentlemen, you've been lied to. You've been lied to. If they watched the hearing, you've been lied to. If you watched the hearing, you've been lied to because they didn't at all say that. They didn't at all say that. At one point, and I don't know if I can find it quickly, I just thought of this, at one point he says, "The person who's alleged to be Tyler Robinson in Oral." They're not even confessing. They're not even conceding. He was in Oral. He was in Oral. Why? Oh, here it is. I'll find it right here. Yeah, we'll play it right here. Listen to this carefully. For a Fed Slopper community who has promised you that they have conceded every point, that they have basically said Tyler Robinson stood on the Losi Center roof. He admitted to firing the shot. They admitted it's a gun shot. They admitted it was Tyler Robinson. Then they admitted Tyler Robinson. Got on his phone and texted his lover about it. That's what we've been hearing from them. But what say you, Mr. Defense Attorney? Why is that important? That is important because what this court knows from the preliminary hearing testimony is that the person that the state says as Mr. Robinson have left Oram had returned all the way to St. George. Did you catch it? The person the state says is Mr. Robinson. Well, here it again. He was in Oral. They could see that nothing. Anyone who says otherwise is a lying liar who lies. They're just lying to your face. That is important because what this court knows from the preliminary hearing testimony is that the person that the state says is Mr. Robinson. Robinson. Interesting. Well, I'm sure after that, there's no discussion. Nobody could possibly see this any other way. Well, you'd be wrong. I want to point you to this excellent work today by podcasters at Castello. He did a stellar job this morning, a stellar job dismantling this entire notion that the defense has basically conceded everything. He starts out by pointing how the defense opened. He starts out by pointing out how the defense opened. Listen to what the attorney says. I want to start out by stating your honor that my focus is primarily on the legal framework and the constitutional issue that's been presented. I will at times discuss the state's evidence, of course. These are not concessions of facts. These are not concessions of fact. The evidence that's before the court. We do understand where an improbable cause hearing. We understand what the standard is. We understand the law. We've conceded nothing, judge. We're just playing with the evidence And the light most favorable to the state because
That's the standard and we know the standard 'cause we're lawyers. We're not diminutive ginger podcasters, for example. It's absolutely amazing, absolutely amazing 'cause I want you to listen now to how diminutive ginger podcasters interpret this evidence in light of the fact that the hearing actually happened. This is the space I fell asleep to last night. This is the space I fell asleep to. If you don't know what a space is, it's like a zoom call on X with no pictures. Now you have pictures, but you don't get like video. But Zach is reviewing his fine work in that X space. But listen to the diminutive ginger, talk about whether or not the state concedes the texts. - Admittedly posted something similar to that. I never post anything like that today, for sure. - I just showed you what Gary had posted, so that's what I was calling him out for. - Gary just lied 'cause he said he did not post anything saying that the defense conceded the text messages were real. And Zach just showed a clip where he actually did. But I skipped all that for time. - I don't know what exactly you're saying there or what you saw. The only thing that I posted specifically on this, you did, he said they don't even concede it with a gun shot. The defense team said that stuff. - Oh yeah, they don't concede that they definitely, they have multiple times said what we're talking about is one victim, one shot, one bullet. And they say shooting multiple times, nest or throughout this. Like guys, nobody else is considering-- - They are saying, but do you understand why they're saying this? They're saying-- - Because if you think it's a gun shot, that is what the prosecution is alleging. - Okay, they're saying it because that is what the prosecution is accusing all the cops. - Like, so they are speaking to this specific argument. They're not conceding anything. - Exactly, exactly. - Because Zach, do you think that the difference-- - Gary, it doesn't think that it's a gun shot. - I don't know what the defense thinks. I'm just saying what you're doing, what you're doing in my opinion is dishonest. Because-- - My opinion too, Zach. - You are painting a narrative that's not true. - Well, I think what-- - And you're leading people to believe that aren't actually paying attention to the details of this case, that the defense team is actually like the text messages. They specifically said today, who the prosecution says Tyler Robinson is in those text messages. They're not conceding that Tyler Robinson is in those-- - And I just showed you that. And you would all agree with that. No reasonable rational person could listen to the testimony, not the testimony, the statements from the attorneys and conclude anything else. He said, the person the state says is Tyler Robinson sending these text messages. Listen to how our diminutive gender friend interprets this. - Text messages. - Like the text messages are not contested at all. Look, what I will say to you is they can go into the trial and they can make whatever additional changes to their arguments or whatever else. I think it is very telling. And I think that you guys, including you, Zach, haven't looked at your feed lately. But you have been extremely deceptive and a lot of things that I think-- - You should. - You should. - A lot of good stuff lately. - I doubt it. - Okay. - But that's what you should definitely do. - I will let you check it out in good faith. What that being said, I think when you guys-- - I always say it is the date. I cover your latest date of the round table. When you guys are saying that it's not a gunshot, I think you're being deceptive. When they're actually using the text messages as evidence to disprove that Tyler Robinson was tampering with a witness. They're using the text messages as the evidence to remove in an attempt to remove one of the charges. Like they-- - Which phone? - What's that? - So I just give you a taste of it. I don't want to play this whole show. But if you go back and watch it, he does an excellent job and he does not give an inch on it. He does not give one inch because Gary's dead wrong. We know that just because it's Gary, but he's dead wrong on this in particular. The fence gets up there and says the alleged that this is Tyler sending the text messages. So we're gonna make that argument as if it's Tyler because that's what we're trying to do, Judge. Okay, go ahead. So here's what was said in the text message and here's why even if we agree it's Tyler, at which we don't, Judge, even if we did agree it was Tyler, it still doesn't meet the standard. You still should strike the charge. That's how a preliminary hearing works, Gerber. That's how a preliminary hearing works. And I point this out not to dump on Gary. He's not a mental giant. Okay, let's just, let's all-- Can we concede that? That he's not a mental giant? Well, I think it's self-evident. But I pointed out to say I think this is being done on purpose. I think it has motive. Now Gary may not be smart enough to know the motive but the people he's affiliating with, they know the motive. They absolutely know the motive. If you flood the zone, if you flood social media with statement after statement after statement that the evidence is overwhelming, the LLM models, the AI chat GPT, GROC, whatever, whatever other ones there are, Gemini, they will begin to incorporate into their answers that the evidence is overwhelming. If you flood the zone with thousands of social media posts that all say that they admitted the text messages or his, the LLM models, these AI models, will begin to interpret that as a fact. And when the jury comes along later and writes in the questions as they inevitably will because they never follow directions, they will believe it's a fact. Because like a lot of people who email me, a lot of people just ask LLM a question and they believe that's the answer, that it somehow got it right, it often doesn't. It often doesn't at all. And so I want you to be cognizant of this activity going forward. When you see this notion, understand it's not necessarily, not necessarily only that they believe or that they want you to believe this. If there is a deeper motive, there's a deeper meaning to what they're trying to accomplish. Just understand that and that'll be, now what we're about to cover here is gonna get a little intense. What we're gonna cover here is gonna get a little intense and I can't apologize for it because I just gotta show it to you. I don't know any other way to do this. I'm just gonna have to show it to you and you're just gonna have to accept that we're going somewhere with this. What we're trying to do is establish a timeline of these text messages. We got a new piece of information yesterday at the preliminary hearing closing that has allowed us to really put together a better timeline of everything that took place that night. Again, if these text messages are real, the defense did not can see that. But if they're real, we need to be able to piece together a timeline. The timeline's gonna be important when we go to the Hades plane in just a moment. So let's go here. He's going to be reading from a reference to a text message at 555 p.m. so we're gonna look at this text message. But we're gonna look at what he had to say. This is the defense attorney talking about these text messages. - What I'm gonna point out is that this text message occurred, excuse me, this text message was sent. This is on page 18 of 18 of Exhibit 16.1. The nearest time stamp on this text message is on page 10, which says yesterday at 555 p.m. - All right, so let's clarify what he's talking about here and then we'll tell you why I'm showing you this. We have a list of text messages. This is what he's talking about here. They put this up on the screen during the preliminary hearing. We all saw it. They put these text messages up on the screen and there were 18 pages of them. Each page captures somewhere in the neighborhood of six to eight text messages. We only got 11 of those 18 pages. If you read between the lines as Daisy is want to do, we were able to figure out that the pages we received were pages one through 10 and then page 18. Meaning page 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 and 17, we don't have, we don't know what the text messages say. We don't know what the order is. But now we know there are no time stamps on those text messages. So you go to page 10 and we do see, well, they said we see a time stamp of 555. He's claiming there's a time stamp of 555 on page 10. That's the last one we were able to see. And then there's no time stamp again before page 18. But on page 18, we have a text message of Tyler Robinson telling Lance Twigs, I'm going to turn myself in, don't talk to the cops. That's what the argument was about. That text message, don't talk to the cops. You have a right to remain silent, you have a right to an attorney, exercise that right. And so what he's saying is that took place sometime after 555. I'm about to turn myself in, don't talk to the cops. Now there's some confusion about whether those text messages were actually before or after, but I think it comes down to the antecedent of the, of the pronoun it. And we've been able to determine that the antecedent to the pronoun it,
a text message question that you will see here on your screen in a moment. This is the it he's talking about here. Oh, that's not it. Sorry. That's a different one. Oh, it's the one on page 18 about Tampa witness tampering. So let me pull this back up. I will make it larger so we can all see it. So the it he's talking about is all the way down here at the bottom on page 18 where he says, um, you have a you've got to write to remain silent. Don't don't blow it. If police ask you any questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent. My lawyer should be Doug Terry. I'll see if he can reach out to you and make sure the police follow yada yada yada. So that's the it he's talking about. And the time stamp we have before it is at 555 on page 10. I'm clarifying that only because I've seen some online confusion on that. And a lot of people are saying, well, he must, he must have agreed to turn himself in before 555. And I'm not sure that's entirely accurate. If you put it all in context, I know that's a little little waiting through the bushes there a little bit. Um, but I don't know what to tell you. What we do know is the final text message that was allegedly sent from from Tyler Robinson to Lance twigs was at 742. And this is going to be important when I go to the Hades plane in just a second. So I want to play this little clip so that you know where we got this idea. The final text message is at 742 p.m. Enter officer back boy, officer back boys back. We haven't talked about him in a while. And to celebrate extraction and Mr. Twig's phone. Do you know what time that last text was sent? Yeah, I recall it was just before 8 p.m. on September 11th. I think 742 p.m. is my ring. 742 p.m. So at 742 p.m. is when he sends the text message, I'm getting ready to turn myself in. Don't talk to the cops. Well, something happened just before that 742 p.m. Something happened just before that. We're going to drill down on this actual 21 plane. I want to show you first this trip it took the night Tyler Robinson allegedly turned himself in. You see here it's flying from Los Angeles over here and it's flying over to El Paso over here. If we click the next day, you'll see you'll see the rest of the flight. But it would be easy to get from here from San Bernardino over here to El Paso just by flying over Phoenix. Phoenix right there. Phoenix is actually between these two points. But that's not what it did. It went up here and it did this loop. And we can actually click on this loop and figure out when this loop was done. We can see when it started the loop. This is 237 Zulu time. You have to subtract six hours to get to mountain time. So 237 Zulu time would be 2637 minus 6 would be 2037. That would be 837 p.m. local time. 837 p.m. local time. Well, if the last text message was sent at 742 p.m. And he's allegedly turning himself in somewhere at nine o'clock or later. That's the official narrative. This plane seems to be flying in the area at exactly that time because it's 909 when it leaves the area. It enters the area at a low airspace at 836 and it leaves at 909. That's there is some testimony, some evidence that that is when Tyler Robinson turned himself in. But every message had already been sent. It was 742 p.m. an hour and a half roughly before all this took place. An hour to an hour and a half before all this took place that the last text message was sent. That was 742 p.m. according to Officer Bagboy. It was 757 p.m. That the last discord message was sent. That famous discord message. Now there's a screen cap floating around out there. This is 857 p.m. But that screen cap was captured and was constant. That's on central time. You have to subtract an hour to get the time that it was sent on mountain time or received on mountain time. So that was 757 p.m. So this plane arrives too late. It's not it can't be entering low into this area to send and receive text messages. So what's it doing over here? Well, we don't know, but let's back up a little bit and see what time it got going. Because keep in mind, it flies a pretty straight B line to St. George. It's already turning to go to St. George by 814. But what time did it actually turn on? If you zoom way in on this, we'll get that answer. Look at that. That's 135 Zulu time. That is 735 mountain time. This is a massive development. This plane, this spy plane, this Haiti's spy plane that did a low loop over St. George. It did not land. It did not register any flight radar programs, flight radar programs like that. This plane was discovered by Daisy months ago because she's looking at the air over asking did a helicopter fly over did a plane fly over? Is there any other information we could get? And she discovers this plane flies over and she goes, wait a minute, that's one of those Haiti's planes. Where did it come from? And she backs it out and she shows it started in Los Angeles. And she backs out the other way and shows it ended up in El Paso. What the hell is it doing? If it's going from Los Angeles to El Paso, why is it over St. George? That seems awfully nosy. Well, it's even more nosy when you realize it fired up seven minutes before Tyler Robinson said he was turning himself in. The plane fires up to leave at 735 PM mountain time. Tyler Robinson doesn't tell anyone he's turning himself in until 742 PM mountain time if those text messages are accurate. So how does the plane know it needs to leave and head to St. George? It can't. It can't. And it leads me to believe there's something weird on this timeline. There's something very weird on these text message timelines. I don't know what all capabilities were involved in this operation. I do believe it was an operation larger than Tyler Robinson. I think a lot of people believe that. I think even Andrew Colvet hints that he believes that that there were other people involved. Could any of those other people logged into an Apple account and send a text message as if they were Tyler Robinson. Sure. Anybody with his password could do that. Anybody who had access to a computer logged in on his account could do that. If you got my laptop, you could send and receive text messages as me. And I wouldn't know. You'd have to have the password to get in and all that. But I mean, his roommate lived there. I mean, maybe he has the password. They did recover Apple devices from the house. Maybe they were logged into his account. We don't know. But nothing can explain to me this Haiti's plane, this spy plane flying from Los Angeles to St. George from down here in Los Angeles up here to St. George looping around low and then over here to El Paso at the time Tyler Robinson's allegedly turning himself in. And it knew to go there before Tyler Robinson had told anyone he's turning himself in. Now, at that time, he was talking to Mike Mitchell. Could Mike Mitchell have told someone that Tyler Robinson was preparing to turn himself in? Maybe Mike Mitchell, the retired sheriff's deputy, the former clergy member who was a family friend, lived in the neighborhood. Maybe Mike Mitchell had texted somebody and said, Hey, I've got the guy here. He's going to turn himself in. Could be. And then maybe someone says, Oh, due to he's going to live. We need to get a plane up there. We got to start planning text messages. I don't know. I really don't know. But I do think these planes are capable of dropping text messages on your phone. I just believe that. I think the capabilities out there, they talk about it and their brochures that these technologies exist. You get in the area and you can start changing. You can capture people's information or you can put people's information in there. Once you realize Tyler Robinson's going to live, if the plan was that Tyler Robinson wasn't going to live, once you realize he's going to live, you've got to start putting evidence down that Tyler Robinson did it, including a full confession. And you might have to do it on the fly. And I think that my gut is something like that happened. I don't know if it was this plane. I don't know if it was someone operating a device that's logged in on his account. I don't know. But I've long suspected and I've said this time and time again. This isn't news to anyone that the plan probably was to pin this on Tyler Robinson and then to make sure Tyler Robinson didn't escape alive. Because if he doesn't get out of it alive, picture where we are today. We're coming up on the one year anniversary. All we know is that Charlie Kirk was shot with a 30 out six on September 10th by some crazy lunatic motivated by trans violence. And the guy went out and took himself out or died in a police shooting. That's all we know at that point. And everybody's like, huh, what an unfortunate series of events. Oh, Erica Kirk's cool. She's pretty. She's got long blonde hair. Let's see what she has to say. And there's no real investigation taking place.
It's the fact that Tyler Robinson survived that kept this investigation going. It's the fact that Tyler Robinson lives that we are getting any kind of discovery that we're learning about these text messages. We wouldn't have known anything about them. It's the fact that we're learning about where he went afterwards and we're able to put a timeline together and say, could he have gotten to the car and to the quickquack and what was he doing in that parking lot? Was that him at Dairy Queen? Did he go get a stake? If none of these questions would have come up, and without any of those questions, are we sitting here talking about this? Probably not. It's the same reason a lot of these questions weren't raised on John F. Kennedy, because Lee Harvey Oswald was killed the next day. And so there was no one around to mount a defense. There was no one around to hire experts. There was no one around to hire multiple season death penalty lawyers to go through the criminal process. There was no preliminary hearing. He was just dead. Imagine what the state of this case would be if Tyler Robinson had just died. And because he didn't just die, because they called Mike Mitchell, a former sheriff's deputy, because they called the bishop of the local ward at the LDS church there, he's alive. He turned himself in. And now you've got a scramble to put together a case that this was, in fact, Tyler Robinson. We wouldn't have had to scramble. They would have found the gun in the woods. They would have pulled it out. Oh, it's got his fingerprints on it. This is the firearm. This is the murder weapon. They would have released that grainy footage of him running off the roof towards that wood line. They said, see, there he goes. Did he release a photo of him in a stairwell and say, there he is. But he lived. And I think this plane is evidence, in my opinion, this plane could be evidence that there was a scramble in the immediate aftermath. Because again, this plane fires up before Tyler Robinson starts telling people he's leaving. I don't know if you can see that. This is 0135 08 Zulu. In 0135 08 Zulu on September 12, it equates to 735 PM mountain daylight time on September 11. And then it does that loop over St. George. In fact, if you look, Tyler Robinson's house, I'm not going to point his exact house, but it's basically right in the middle of this loop. Like this is his house, like in the word Washington right there is Tyler Robinson's house. And it does a full loop right around it, right about the exact time that he is supposedly driving to turn himself in. How do we know what time he's supposedly driving to turn himself in? Well, we got a lot of different evidence, first we had the search warrant. Oh no. There it is. I put the wrong one on there. First we have the search warrant. And I will highlight it here. The first information we got about what time he turned himself in was when this search warrant was released. And it says right here Tyler Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff's Office accompanied by his parents at approximately 22, 26 hours for those of you who've never served in the military. That is 1026 PM 1026 PM. Well, let's get that hold up. Well, no, they changed that a little bit because then we got Nate Brooksby who gave a press conference saying it was not 1026 PM. He got a call at 802 and Tyler Robinson turned himself in quote unquote within the hour. There's that within the hour, my friend drove Tyler and his parents to my office. That's within the hour. That'd be more than nine o'clock. That wouldn't be 1026. So that's a we've got a little shift here. The immediate search warrant said 1026 that search warrant was like the day or two after. And then we get Nate Brooksby a few days after that saying no, no, no, not 1026. We're talking within the hour. When he came in, when he came in, did he, when he turned himself in, did he do anything? Did he say anything? Well, Nate Brooksby also weighs in on that while we're talking timeline, we might as well buffer our argument that the 625 PM timestamp on base stamps 0, 0, 0, 7 dash one might be from September 11th. The sheriff also telling Fox that the alleged assassin immediately asked for an attorney that night and did not make a confession, which the FBI director Cash would tell on other authorities have also been saying that there was no confession on record. Also coming from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, I would like to play the sound for you talking about what happened as far as once the suspect was taken into custody. Do you know if Tyler ever made a confession to authorities or did he remain silent once he was turned in? My understanding is that he asked for an attorney so there was no questions beyond that. Hey, well, I'm not going to go back through the many shows I did speculating that that 625 PM timestamp might have been on September 11th, but that would be consistent with exactly what we saw in that 625 PM timestamp discussion. Would you like to answer any questions? No, I want an attorney. Okay. Questions over. If an attorney questions are over off the table, they are not allowed to continue asking you questions. We also know that there was missing video footage of Tyler Robinson turning himself in. We covered this before, but we get new people from time to time, but I just want you to know possible missing evidence was discovered. And this was the case that there's missing surveillance video of Tyler Robinson turning himself in. Our job was not to interview him. Our job was just to get him here, that is Nate Brooksby, former sheriff of Washington County now disgraced, uh, former sheriff within the hour, my friend drove Tyler's parents, my office where he's greeted by playing closed detectives. Then they go in to discuss how the news asked for copies of the video and they played footsie and refused to turn them over and eventually told them they were deleted. And then that turned out to be a lie. So there's a lot of chicanery going on about what timing turned himself in. That's the point I'm making here. But now we get even more evidence of potentially what time he turned himself in again, keep this all in mind when you talk about this Hades plane going over it. Keep this all in mind because all of this is supposedly taking place right when that plane was supposedly circling. Were you aware or did you become aware what time that individual arrived at Washington County Sheriff's Office? I was told he arrived there about 9 p.m. Objection hearsay. He hearsays allowed hearsays allowed, but that would not be a lot of trial, by the way. Just in case you're wondering, would not be a lot of trial. Uh, you would not be able to say I was told he turned himself in at 9 p.m. Do you have personal knowledge? No. Okay. Well then you can't testify about it. That's hearsay. That's the definition of hearsay. Uh, but he sat around 9 p.m. But then we have the arrest document. This is, I'm raising all this for a reason. Then we have the arrest document. This was leaked by, uh, Stephen Crowder. I don't know how I can't make this much bigger. I don't think that can make it a little bigger. Here's the Utah County Sheriff inmate booking sheet. What time was Tyler Robinson arrested? Right here arrest 8 9 11 20 25 10 p.m. It's right below this redacted box of his driver's license number arrest 8 9 11 20 25 10 p.m. So I raise all this to say this is obviously a problem that was being dealt with in the immediate aftermath. This bolsters my claim that he probably was not supposed to survive. He probably wasn't supposed to survive. Oh, please now I've got to look something up. There's a helicopter on my head. This happens from time to time in this show, ladies and gentlemen, I'll guess it. This happens from time to time in this show that there's a helicopter that plans over. Must be a training rather something. But imagine, imagine the scenario you pulled off the execution of Tyler of Charlie Kirk. You're trying to frame Tyler Robinson. How do you frame Tyler Robinson? Well, you just put his gun there. You put his screwdriver on the roof. You put his towel there, have his car drive around campus a few times. Maybe a couple snapshots of either Tyler or someone who looks like Tyler walking around campus and then Tyler confesses and dies. I'm telling you right now that we would have all accepted that. We would have all accepted that. We would not be here today. Tyler lives and all of a sudden they go, Oh, hell. How do we get text messages out? We got to get text messages out. We got to lock down Lance twigs. We got to give him immunity. We've got to and then it starts rolling. Then it starts rolling. Now we've got a problem on our hands. Now we've got a real problem on our hands. And the reality is in life.
unless you've planted all this other evidence, you're left pretty much with the only thing you can create after the fact, which is the text messages. And if you don't think there's technology that can put text messages on my phone that I didn't send or receive after the fact, you're out of your mind. You're out of your mind. There's text messages, there's technology that can watch you watch TV. I can just turn your camera on in your TV. There was years ago, maybe 10 years ago, there was a CBS reporter who was watching somebody access her computer and delete files in real time while she was watching it. Can't remember her name, but she made a big deal about it and resigned. I think she quit over it. This technology exists. These spy planes are very real and these things flew over these areas at critical times, at critical times. But I think the most important point is, if the text messages are real, why would the spy plane have left four St. George, seven minutes before Tyler Robinson told anyone he was turning himself in? Not only that 27 minutes, but four Tyler Robinson called law enforcement. Remember Brooksby's testimony or his statement was that he received a phone call at 802. Maybe even been testimony. He said he received a phone call at 802. So why is a plane firing up at 735 to head their way? What did they know that Brooksby didn't yet know? And it's for this reason that I refused to accept the idea that the federal government would tell us that all this evidence exists. You know, when you ask about Joe Kent and foreign involvement, that's become an issue in the last couple months. And Joe Kent saying that there were foreign leads that he didn't feel like were properly vetted. And then some people say, well, you know, the FBI had that information. How do you know they didn't run it? Well, we're expecting the FBI to run this down and tell us what happened, no. When you talk about the Penguin Smokehouse, was that Tyler Robinson? They seemed very keyed in on that right now. Was that Tyler Robinson at the Penguin Smokehouse? 'Cause it just destroys their timeline if it was. And they say, well, they turned it over to the FBI. The FBI must have investigated it. Why? Why must the FBI have investigated it? If we have spy planes leaving to fly over Tyler Robinson's house and those spy planes leave to head to Tyler Robinson's house before Tyler Robinson tells anyone he's turning himself in, why are we to believe that the same government that controls that activity would somehow tell us, it's as if people are not even enough to think, well, the government, if they got caught rigging a case, they would just come right out and say it. No, no, in fact, they wouldn't. No, in fact, they wouldn't come right out and say it. In fact, they would do things like ignore the law. You know, there was a law that all six million pages of the Einstein files were supposed to be released. They did digesting, nor did they release half of them. They said here, enjoy these three million. We're gonna keep the other three million for ourselves. There was a law that said all the Kennedy documents had to be released in full. They didn't release them. They just ignored the law. Now, that was 70 years ago, 65 years ago, 63, they just ignored it. Anyone who is even 20 years old at the time that happened would be 83 now. They just ignored it. They were like, no, we're not gonna release it, but sir, there's a law. Yeah, I know. I know, but we're not gonna release it. Sir, there's a law about the Epstein file. Yeah, I know, but we're not gonna release them. Well, sir, you were given a receipt saying he might have been at Cowboys Smokehouse and there was an eyewitness 100% identified and by his face in his voice. Yeah, I know. And we'll never tell you what we found. It's the same thing. It's the same thing. You can't fall back on this notion that the federal government is somehow in the Tyler Robinson case and the Charlie Kirk assassination case gonna come clean. If the federal government was involved, they're not gonna tell you they were involved. They're the investigating body. They're the ones that have all the evidence. They still have the gun. They still have the cell phone. I'm gonna turn that over. What are they gonna just release it? That's nonsense. That's absolute nonsense. And so anyone who relies on this argument that you guys should know, you guys should know that the federal government is the first one to come clean when they've gotten their hands caught in the cookie jar. No, they're not. They're the first ones to wipe the cookie crumbs from their hands in front of your face and say, "My hand wasn't in the cookie jar." Yeah, but I just saw your hand in the cookie. It's irrelevant. There's no crumbs. You know, can I pick up those crumbs and test them to see if they're cookie crumbs? No, you can't. Those are our crumbs. We'll let you know if they come back to us. We've investigated ourselves ladies and gentlemen and determined we did nothing wrong. You imagine if that was the standard across the board? Let's say someone cheated on their taxes. Let's say Bernie Madoff was tasked with investigating himself. This is, if you don't know the Bernie Madoff story, he's a career criminal. He ran a Ponzi scheme. He took money from investors and used that money to pay off other investors with no intents of following through with the investments. And it was a crime. He was put in prison and ultimately died. Can you imagine if they would attack Bernie Madoff? Now Bernie, I want you to really look at your books. I want you to really dig in deep and let us know if you did anything wrong. You've got all the evidence. We're not asking for it or we'll ask for it, but you're not gonna give it to us. But will you pinky swear that you'll tell us if you did anything wrong? Oh yeah, I'll let you know, boss. No, we're good. Nothing here. Okay, well, we tried. That's where I feel what this is. I'll repeat what I've said many times. This is a binary choice. You have one of two options here. This either was Tyler Robinson acting alone by himself with no outside influence at all, not from other discord people, not from friends, not from family, not from the federal government, not from UVU, not from the Utah County Sheriff, not from the prosecuting agencies, not from the FBI, not from the military, no foreign governments. It was either Tyler Robinson alone or it was all of them. It was a massive organization. There is no in between. Tyler Robinson and his buddies, if you know, this is the, this is the cop out so many people said, well, there might have been other people involved. It could have been his discord buddies. Yeah, how do they get the crime scene paved over on a Sunday in Utah? How does that work? How does Tyler Robinson and his discord buddies get the crime scene paved over? How do they get all this evidence cooked up that's all this weird stuff that happened? How does that happen? It doesn't. It doesn't. When you have one of the paving contractors saying, I was told the FBI and the governor of Utah demanded this be done and demanded it be done quickly. Now the sudden we've implicated two different agencies, the executive branch of Utah and the FBI. And if they're involved, they're not just low ranking rogue agents. No, it's going all the way to the top. It's going all the way to the top. How do you get a spy plane to fly over St. George, Utah? We've looked, ladies and gentlemen. I've never seen it do it before. We went back a long time and looked at the whole fleet of these Hades planes. They've never done it before. This was a one-time occasion. This was a one-time flight. Why that night? What did they do up there? We don't know. We don't know what they did up there. Could have been a routine training flight for all we know, but they've never spoken on it. And it just doesn't seem to add up. It just doesn't seem to add up. So we started tonight talking about what looked to be strange behavior from Danny Phillips and Mikey McCoy and Justin Davis and Frank Turek and all these people meeting at the front of the car and jumping in the car and bags falling out of the car. And then we went and talked about key people, butch hibs, brother of Jack Hibs, Jason Buchanan, who turns out works for the or did work for the Utah County Sheriff's Office, immediately pulling out their phones and filming not just the crowd running, but also the intimate details of the crime scene, the bloody crime scene. And then using that footage to foment a narrative right out of the gate. People milling about behind the tent while everybody's panicking and people back there just directing traffic and no fear for their own life could just be the most courageous people that ever lived and are worried about the safety of others. It could be somebody who had a role. I don't know, I don't know what it is. I really don't know what it is. I'm very curious who it was. Still curious who he met with in the courtyard, Tyler Robinson. Still curious why he was in the parking lot for 15 minutes and we don't have that footage. Still curious how he got on the Losi Center roof and we don't have that footage. Still curious why SD cards were being removed from cameras and put in leg pockets and then computers were being fumbled with in six or eight minutes after the big bang took place. Still curious why there were no ambulances on site. Still curious why.
Paramedics were shoot away from the car where they might have been able to provide expert medical help They're highly trained Still curious why they chose to stuff them into a car like a side of beef Still curious how they Claimed to be driving 60 80 a hundred miles an hour, but didn't really get to the hospital all that very all that quickly Still curious were Blake and Mikey and Danny went and they meet it after math They didn't show up at the hospital for like 30 or 40 minutes Hospitals five ten minutes away. Where were they what they do? I have a feeling we know or not we but I have feeling someone knows She wouldn't be asking the question This is a habit. I'm beginning to pick up on when she asks a question about where you went in the immediate aftermath You better be honest because I think she knows When she asked how you got to the hospital. I think she knows Because everything else she keeps asking a question about she tells you the answer After giving you an opportunity to come clean Might not be a bad idea for Mikey or Danny or Blake to come clean Here's how we got to the hospital Here's the vehicle we took since we didn't take the car we came in And they still got that they still got that chance they you have to ignore it they could They could tell us before we find out I Don't know I'm still curious who the bald man and the three passengers were who the lady across the street said she saw pull up to the To the house to get out and allegedly look for the gun at one in the morning. Who is that? Well, she's right Can we see her statement you reference the statement in the preliminary hearing are we free to look at it? We allowed to see that statement. There's surely nothing Private in that statement redact or name redact or address everybody knows it anyway, but redact it if you Don't you think like that would be good information to come clean and say hey Here's how clean we're coming even sometimes when people say things that we we disagree with that are that are disconnected from our Narrative we will show you that anyway I mean, I showed you where Tyler's car is parked. We don't care where Blake and Mikey went after the Bang and how they got to the hospital None of that matters anymore None of that matters anymore at all Because you've got a you've got a guy who basically admitted to every fact of it a guy who meticulously texted out a detailed confession to every element of the crime It may be the first time in history that's happened. I've never seen it before in a series I've never seen a criminal case where a series of text messages so clearly confessed to every single aspect of the crime never once Maybe someone has a better example, but I can't think of one. I Certainly have never seen it. There might be an example out there that exists But but why did he do that? He pre-confessed by leaving the note and then he confessed like Over and over and over to every element of the crime if the text messages are real all the holes go away Nothing else matters We don't have to know what he was doing in the parking garage for 15 minutes before he left We don't have to know if the camera footage gets him going up on the On the roof we don't have to know any of that So the whole case hinges on the text messages the believability of lance twigs And the Israeli company that downloaded the text messages and did the analysis That's the case That's the entire case You can put your faith in those two entities or you can choose to continue investigating.
