Two Gen Z Girls Try to Explain Religion & Find Their Purpose

The speaker shares a deeply personal journey through skin health struggles rooted in childhood steroid use, detailing symptoms like hypopigmentation, scarring, and flare-ups triggered by dietary factors like red meat and sunscreen. They express frustration with how their body reacts to certain foods and products, questioning the role of environmental and lifestyle changes in their condition. The conversation expands into broader social and political critiques, especially regarding conservative media narratives and their harmful treatment of Black identity and interracial relationships. The speaker reflects on their religious upbringing, finding it morally inconsistent on issues like homophobia and the treatment of LGBTQ+ individuals, which led to a deep personal disengagement from traditional Christianity. They frame their existential journey as one of self-discovery, emphasizing that meaning and purpose come not from rigid religious structures but from authentic human connections, love, and personal integrity. Ultimately, the speaker finds strength in embracing vulnerability, rejecting guilt, and celebrating simple, grounded values—such as community, joy, and living in alignment with one’s true self—while acknowledging the ongoing complexity of identity, faith, and health in modern life.

[MUSIC] [MUSIC] >> Thank you, got it, X-M-oh. >> No, guys, my egg's almost really bad right now. Can I, oh, let me not say bad, it's just active. >> Yeah, it's active. >> It's fucking in double time. I just want to let everyone know that like I am having, I'm experiencing X-ma. I do have a boyfriend who says you got X-ma to me, which he kind of ate that and I gave him the clearance to make that show, because it's funny. Because honestly, the tea is pretty like all y'all, preven, y'all knowing me. I had the, literally, this is for my X-ma girls. I just want to let y'all know I see you real quick. My dermatologist said I had the worst X-ma she's ever seen when I was growing up. I was serving well, and that's well, and that's why I'm funny, you know, Shay, because I'm literally like I didn't have nothing to me, but this, you know what I mean? Because my X-ma literally was serving full body cast, and also I was doing steroid creams. I don't know if you guys have seen how I have the steroid, the steroid withdrawal. >> Yeah, and I saw, I can't remember her name, but the girl who moved to Mexico or she went to handle it. >> Yeah, or maybe it was Thailand, actually. >> Really? >> And anyways, she saw a bunch of doctors. >> Yeah. >> It was either Mexico or Thailand, but she would literally go to the ocean and soak her body in the salt water and stuff, but she couldn't do anything. Anyways, she's completely healed. She did a campaign with Tower 28. >> Wait, long. >> Because they were just saying for sensitive skin. >> No, in Shadow, because Tower 28's one of the only girls that I can really rely on, but no, that's crazy, because I had it really bad when I was growing up. And at the time, pre-tick-dock, but at the time, they didn't know, nobody knew about steroid withdrawal. So I was having what I know now to be steroid, which was my entire body was shedding, but then they would give me more steroids. Because they thought it was my ex-muches being worse. So girl, I did everything. I did that. I did the light treatment, bitch. They're having the tanning beds. I used to sleep with wet socks on my body. And that's why I'm low-key, the ex-muches fine, but I'm just like, I don't want to have to do all that, do. I mean, I don't think I will, but now that I'm having an ex, I'm like, what? But I do think it's, I'm like blaming it on the red meat as of right now, which makes me sick, because I've been like busing it down on some cow lately, no shade. But that's just like all I can think about. Like, that's the only, like, magical change that you've made. Yeah. It's fucked up. I know, that is, that's really interesting. What am I supposed to do, just like, not even me, like, the Korean barbecue is never going to be the same. I know, I know. It's fucked up. It's fucked up, yeah. I would say maybe just like, bring it up to your doctor. Yeah. Maybe like, even your body's just like getting used to getting it reintroduced. And like, because I feel like from not the same at all. But like, I do think like sometimes, you know, maybe if you're reintroducing something to your body, your body's just trying to figure out like, yeah, okay. What's to eat? So maybe your dermatologist like knows something. We're like, because I mean, I guess maybe an ex-much flare-up is a formative allergic reaction, but. Well, yes, because they say the inflammatory is you see. Yeah. Which also now that I'm thinking about it, like now that I'm reversing it, I had like such bad ex-mental high school. I gave up red meat like first year of college. And then my ex-much is like, one away. Tee. Fuck. But I love red meat right now. I mean, I would just say like, I would just see if like, your doctor like knows something about something. Yeah. Just hoping they know something. Yeah, because like, genuinely like, maybe there's, you know, because I don't know, that's, that's interesting though. Yeah. Because like, that does, that does, that's obviously, that's like T sometimes. Well, that's all I can think about, but I'm just like upset about it because I'm like, well, I can do it. I can do it. I could definitely give it up because honestly, it's not worth it. Like, hey, being itchy, hey, doing all that shit. Yeah. Also found out recently about fucking hypopigmentation. If anybody's wondering, like, if anybody gets like ex-much or if you have like, um, scarring, I think it also may be an acne thing, question mark, but like, when you have, um, some people get it like regular, just like out of nowhere. I think, I'm not a doctor, but from what I read about it, you can also get it when you have like, ex-much flare-ups and stuff where instead of, because before when I had ex-much, I, ex-much, before when I had ex-much, I would get hyper-pigmentation. So I like, I still, to this day, but check out my scars, the scars to your beautiful. But like, I just found out about hypopigmentation, because girl, my skin's like not making enough pigment. Yeah. So now it's like, little light spots and I'm like, wait, like I'm, I can't say that. But I just said, actually, yeah, I'm sorry. No, I have no big past right here. No, my face is literally serving like, yeah, but it goes away. It's like temporary and shit, but I'm just like, gags, because it feels like this literally like happened like overnight. So I'm just like, if you, if y'all are looking at your screen, like, does that bitch guy ex-much? Well, and you know, like, I will say like the weather change from like, it going from like, this is like the hottest L.A.s ever been, like, dead ass, it's never, this is like, record heat in, yes. Oh, great. Like since Texas, like this is the hottest, it's ever, or in Arizona, it was like, 26. Like, Arizona, it was like, 108. And then they're like, that's, I guess, like, the highest it was in Texas was like, one something. And like, in 1956. So they're like, this is the hottest it's ever been, like, ever, like me, and like, yeah. And like, as someone who's lived in L.A. for like, and sob, you've obviously been here longer than me. Um, but I've been here since like, 2018. And like, every year, I will say like, you know, March is like, if it's hot in March, like, you can know, like, oh, it's going to be hot this year. It has never been this hot in March. It has been like, literally, insanely hot. Like, it's crazy. So with that being said, I will say that like, maybe the weather switch up of like, yeah, could, no, that's true. That's, I feel like that's the most, that's the most frustrating thing about ex-much is that like, you never really know exactly because it could be a lot of things. You know what I mean? Like, I'm also like, I know I've been really stressed out. So I don't know if it's because I'm stressed. How do you even fucking gauge stress anyway? Like, it's just like, no, I know. It's like, damn. Yeah. But that's all I can think about because I have been literally like, let me get a double, double with the foot. So I'm like, well, in terms of like, from the inside, like my gut health, I'm like, if they tell me to put the gall be down, like, I'm gonna be a little upset. I mean, I will say though, it's just like, in terms of like, inflammatory things, there are way, like, you know, there are things that are way more inflammatory than red meat. Well, you would think so, but it's like, arguably I've ate all of them. So y'all gonna tell me like, red meat my one. But they say there's like a specific, I forgot if it's like a proteiner. There's like something about red meat because I did look it up. There's something about it that does, that could like, trigger, activate ex-much, but I'm just like, really sick at the thought, like, specifically like, bulgogi, like, like, specifically bulgogi. And I remember like, when we would always bow. And I'd be like, my ass, you want bulgogi? And you're like, oh, I was off that shit. And my skin was clear as hell living life. You're like, I don't, I don't like it, I don't like it. But I'm like the dumbass friend who's literally like, like, I saw this video on TikTok, where this girl, like, forgot her brother was allergic to peanuts. So he, she made him try to buy chocolate. Oh, I didn't see this. And she was like, what is it taste like? And he was like, oh, I don't know. It's sashio. No, and then she literally was like, and he was like, I'm tasting the chocolate. I'm too, because he doesn't know what nuts taste like. And she was like, no, the pizza. And she was like, I just poisoned the fuck out of me. Oh, hell, fucking no. Oh, hell no. And so I'm like, no, Maya, where are you tasting in the bulgogi? No, what am I tasting in the bulgogi? I'm just like, really sick at the thought that like, I would have to do like, no bulgogi, but like, my shit, it, she is a motherfucker, bro. Oh, no. Oh, hell, wow, no shade, it's no shade. There was a time when I did it, but I've just been like, feeling greedy these days. I don't give a fuck like, it's really greedy. And I will say, it's just like, if that's really the tea, it's like, maybe we just have like, one big bundle. Oh, I'm really sick, aye, aye. Let's see, let's just see, let's see what, let's see what the dark bug got. Oh, hell. Nothing's better than a smash burger. Oh, hell. And girl, honestly, before, if they, if they really about to give you the cutoff, there's a few places I got to take you before, like. Well, it can't be a fool. Okay, because here's the thing at the end of the day. Hey, I'm grateful for the health. I'm grateful for the idea that it's a very topical. It's a very cosmetic situation. You know, I'm saying like, Egsma's like, girl, okay, we don't give a fuck. She tired. She's tired. And she said, she's like, no shade. So like, if they really were like, okay, girl, you gotta like, cut it out. I would be like, well, I'll cut it back because personally, like, I don't mind. Having little Egsma, I've been through much worse. But I'm just like, like, the past couple days, I'm like, oh, hell, no. Like, she really like, like, she's like, she's really like, get the fuck up. You y'all turn up, you y'all. No, like, turn up. And I just like, don't like being itchy all the time. It's like a noise. No, I mean, I'm, I like, I'm realizing I'm allergic to sunscreen. And it is like, I mean, like, actually, hell. And it's so fucking bad. The only one that I'm realizing isn't too bad of a reaction is super goop right now. But anything outside of it, I'm like freaky. I like, my skin freaks the fuck out. Like, I literally, sensitive thing. I'm like, actually, like, scratching in, like, such a crazy way. Like, when I went to Florida, I, I can't remember what sunscreen I use. But whatever it, I think it was like, neutrogenar or something, I don't know. Holy fuck. I was so itchy, it was so bad. I was like literally just laying like this because I was just so itchy. It was so bad and I went to the pool the other day And I use supergoop which I don't know. I guess I have to do with the active ingredients. Yeah But it wasn't too bad. I was still definitely itchy as fuck But it was only one day instead of like a week so that was good But yeah, definitely got a if anyone else is allergic to sunscreen and has some like tea. There must be some. Yeah Yeah, the only problem with mineral-based sunscreen is I'm literally about to look like I'm about to do the jr. Ski Erica Cucumber. Yeah, like guys the jr. Ski Erica Kirk, which speaking of Erica Kirk Did you see that I'm the two bitches from love is blind went on like Fox News and they were doing their one - who the ones that We knew the ones that were brought by Christ Bree in no no no no no no Ashley Yeah, Vick and yes, yes, they were just on freaking what's it called burr talking about some since the recording of this episode Vick did post this on take talk about the situation. How does a black man who votes Democrat end up on Fox News, right and I think if you divorce that from Understanding my faith or my belief then you won't get it, right? So I want to share that to you that when we're invited Christine and I were right invited to go on Fox News. It was essentially a decision we prayed over similar to all the press Request we've gotten in the past. I don't think we've denied a major press request and we've prayed over all those decisions in our day-to-day and What came from that conversation was it's bigger than me is bigger than you is bigger than us is bigger than The pods is bigger than the platforms for us to show and talk about God's love and how we showed up in our marriage How we found us in the pods and even if it was a viewership of folks who are right-leaning God still comes above all of those political affiliations at least in my personal view and Christine's personal view girl We do we've been new dad though. I Mean I was hoping not group. We the way that they were talking. I was like, oh, hell no talking about God. Well, I don't want to hear shit about by faith You see Let me hear what they talk. I didn't listen to it. I just saw the screen grab. I knew I was gonna get pissed off. Oh Hale Beautiful story of Christian love played out on the number one unscripted streaming show in the country It's the hit Netflix show love is blind where couples communicate back and forth behind the wall of a pod Now they spend games talking to one another and some of these interactions and in a proposal Site unseen like the face after the proposal And they proceed to the alter weeks later one the just release season 10 a 34-year-old professor Vixen John falls in love Yeah, it's just like let's see with the okay, and this get see her invisible woman. She's godfaring. She's intelligent She's nurturing. She's Lord concepts of Christian forgiveness My dad was not Not the best dad and I was little one of my really Drawing home from somewhere and I remember him sorting like I'm a live in studio What a beautiful story an example and Vic you know my husband and I were watching this and he said I think Vic has a bible sitting right next to him And thought we actually have a screenshot will pull up. Is that a bible there? So I did have a bible in the pod. Yeah, I did well How did they guide you? It guided me in every single way before I came into the process If I made that decision to step into this space, I wanted I wanted to be aligned with God's vision for whatever reason We slowed down a little bit. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I can't understand. I'm sorry. I'm sorry The Gen Z Raider. I'm like, well, I'm so hold on. I'm sorry. I'm sorry Listen to step into this space. Can we full screen it do bucket? I wanted to be aligned with God's vision for whatever was going to happen in the Conversations I was having with the different individuals in the pods and especially Christine what we we hit it off on our foundation like faith is our foundation And then leaving the pods exiting the pods and so forth. So yeah, I definitely had a bible in there to pray on to reflect on During the times we were going through the experience. Yeah, and Christine Do you feel that Christ made this happen this this really unusual way to meet someone? In sanity because I know this is like the least likely thing that I would ever do and same for him But it just felt like God breathed the whole time, you know, it just felt right and I like Makes me feel like I'm back in church. This is like insane Let it be if at any point it doesn't follow through then like I knew I wasn't gonna find my person there So yeah, he was very present from the jump. Yeah, and you found your soulmate through that in Vic You know, you're you're about to see Christine for the first time this beautiful lady in spirit and just physically as well But you've never seen her before that would make a lot of people know you know, it's so interesting About honestly cut this whole shit, you know, it's so interesting about The rise of conservatism and like just all this Anglo-Saxon bullshit that they're shoving down our fucking throats It's like the fact that they would even just be like and physically as well Like mind you that's actually the whole entire like not the fucking point, but they're so the conservatism and just like rise and like Just the beauty standards like everything like this. They're so Fox News genuinely clip at Fox News clip this shit play this on Fox News Please I if anything has ever gone and clipped from this fucking podcast and goes on Fox News clip this shit You all are a bunch of fucking morons like genuinely they aren't Sorry, I'm like girl who's like trying to read these retic comments I'm like, I don't know because on TikTok the girls were kind of surprised and I was like what are we surprised? I was surprised in the sense that like To me genuinely I think when I think of like the the mega conservative that's what's so fucking interesting to me And I think about people who like pander to like, you know Conservatism and like whiteness and like all this fucking bullshit and like that ass white supremacy Like that's just what it is at the end of the fucking day For them to have a conversation for Vic He had a conversation with her about how like he knows the struggles of what it's gonna be like having a black son in the world Yeah, and she was like understanding of that She was like and then she was like even saying like to a degree which I think so many like You know Mixed parents probably can't even see this or think of this before they have a mixed kid But they're like both of us will not be able to like relate to their experience And I was just like that's when I was like okay, hey, they might be with the shits a little more than like so why the fuck as a Black person and and her as the you know potentially They want to have a bunch of kids and like you're gonna bring an interracial kid into the America that it is fucking today And then literally get up on the one platform that is like actively trying to like take your rights away actively trying to Keep things like you know, they don't want interracial marriage. They don't want When drew ski did the air The Erica Kirk skit in quotations because did you see the the fucking um She did a speech or something. I don't know. She spoke out something and she was like man Don't let them get you down like meant. That's why Juski was like making fun of her But she was like man stand up now's the time to rise like don't let don't let them take don't let the left take your power especially white man It's all right dirty bitch. It's this is the arctic curve. I think like this shit. This shit. He's scared me Honestly, I'm I play this like no, but he I mean oh my god that clip the clip of it He's eating so no, he ate this really nasty this right. I'm like one you can skip this part cuz like you know Like we know her shush That part is You like I can't with the person to protect all men in America Especially all white men. She literally said that Those are the boys that we care about in this country This is true. America is built on their backs That is in they are the ones who matter most My dad is that I said that my Juski did I said that that is in fucking saying girl Honestly, just go ahead. I just can't like this. It's well. It's not chopped. It's not being a mistake There is hope for a better tomorrow always better tomorrow I'm actually like, but wow. I don't know. I think the craziest part is two is The willful ignorance the cognitive dissonance. Yeah, heavy on it. The fact that I think that's what's just so interesting is like you could go to them And then being like magga, I guess and literally just sit down and be like this is like y'all's T right now Yeah, and they'll be like no No, no, it's not. No, it's so insane. No, it's so insane and like it's just so fucking it's just like so Discussing so like shout out Juski is fuck. Yeah, no, that's that's so insane and honestly like after I'm like listen I was a girl who had an existential dread panic attack watching sinners yesterday. I'm like listen - Some days I wish I was Christian too. - And this was gonna say, and that's what I used to. - You know what I mean? - I know. - 'Cause the girls be unwavering faith, I should T. - And that's what I was gonna say, as fucky, is like genuinely life was good in the weirdest way. - Yeah, of course. - I just, yeah, I had like an answer for everything. - And as a girl who I didn't grow up with any, like my parents didn't push any, or not push, but my parents didn't really introduce me to any religion. They were kind of just like, you know, we're spiritual teas, like my parents, I think are a little different in belief. And so they were kind of just like, yeah, like we're just like spiritual, but like you know whatever, like that cue, girl who literally every single night from the time I was like five to like 13 years old, I was like, what happens when we die? Do you guys know seriously? Like it's like scaring me. - Do you? - Well, if I would have had the kingdom, I would have lived even like, ♪ I'd like a burn ♪ - We'll see. - I'm like, I used to do the opposite because, well, 'cause first I went to Catholic church, which like, we were just going for brownie points, like my mom was in actually, you know, like she praised the rosary and stuff, but like, we were just like, we weren't like devout as fuck, you know what I mean? Or was like some of my other cousins like went to Catholic school and shit? - Yeah, totally. - But dead ass, I remember when I was a kid, I would like count my like, count my sins versus, and like, then count the good things that I did. Does that make sense? - Yeah, yeah. - So I would literally be like, okay, I like, push my sister, and then like today, I like, lie to my dad, and then like every night, I would dead ass like count like, okay, I did this, I did this, I did this, I did this, I did this, I did this. - Yeah. - But I like shared this, and I did this, and I did this, and I did this. - Yeah, that's crazy. - The way I would do that, every single night, until I was like, I don't know, probably like in fourth grade, and then like, I had bigger fish to fry. - Yeah. - Oh! - No, it really is like that though. It really is like that. - Oh, yeah. - It's gnarly. - It is. I mean, and then, you know, like, when we went to like, non-denominational church, which-- - Yes. - Good luck to one of those as well. - Yeah, like rock star church. - Yeah. (laughing) - Like literally rock and roll church. - Love. - And they're like talking about grace, and like all the shit, and like whatever, and like x, y, z, L, n, o, p. And I think what's been interesting is like, seeing the shift from something that like, I feel the, at the time, provided like a lot of peace, and like, understanding about like the unknown, and like, I was like, okay, like, I can get behind this, and like, this makes sense, and like, something that's like, you know, the bones of it, if you like, take all the shit out, and like, just look at the bone, it's good stuff. I think I would argue that with like most religions. - Yeah, of course. - Like if you look at the bones of what they're talking about, like, it's relatively good stuff. - Yeah. - With that being said, the like, like, especially with like, the switch over to like, Trump being president, and like, all this stuff, and then the conversation, switching to like, instead of like, oh, like, you know, you should invite your friends to church being like, we need to be in the White House, like, that switch over to like, it is important for you to believe, we need to be in the White House, we need to have influence, like, this is like God's mission for us to like, take control, and like. - That classic. - That classic shit. - That classic colonization. - That's that classic. What did they call it? What did Americans call it when they had to go places and they were like, no, tea. No, it was like the OG, OG, like, the divine, like when they were, does anyone know I'm talking about? - Oh, yeah. Were they like history? - Yeah, manifest destiny. - Yes, the manifest destiny to you where I'm like, right, because see how everyone needs to know. And I was watching this dick talk about, I have this book that I got like a random, little like, use book place that's like the, the scientific backing of religion and how it's like spread across different peoples and how it's like manifested through different communities, which I'm too scared to read, 'cause I think it's gonna give me like, actual like, insane existential dread, but also very interesting, because even just the idea of like, damn, your religion based on where you weren't. - Yeah. - So it's like, who colonized you? 'Cause even like the Philippines, you know. - Yeah, totally. - The reason why everyone's Catholic and even like, you know, like common like Filipino last names and stuff are literally Spanish and even like, you know, like Tagalog and stuff is like, you know, the words and everything and just like, just the different dialects and stuff is literally 'cause of the colonization of Spain. And then like that, and then Catholicism being like, the main religion in the Philippines, you know, because of the colonization of Spain. So it's just like, you know, all these things happening and it's just like, I mean, I think when I was young, because that's how I, you're in my existential dread, because I was like, I'm not afraid to die, because when I die- - Of course not. - Right, 'cause you think everybody but it's cool. Let me not say think, 'cause hey, nobody knows. We really don't know tea. - Well, and see, but we really don't know tea. - I don't know tea at all. But like, at the time, it felt very true to me - Of course. - That like where I was going was heaven. - Yes. - Or the idea of heaven or like whatever. I think what's so interesting though is like, the reason why I couldn't get behind Christianity is like for a multitude of things, but I think the biggest thing for me was like, I thought of Mormon's a lot, because genuinely- - We'll make it a whole planet, so. - Well, but I will- - You all can't read. - Well, you all can't read. But like, you know, like in church, they would say, well, and if you asked for Mormon, they would say they believe in the same God in Jesus that we believe in. - Carry the two out of the three. - Carry the three out of the four. - Carry the four out of the four. - So with that being said, you know, growing up in Arizona, Mormonism was like the mainstah. Like that asked the mainstah, and then I would say like Christianity was like, the second mainstah. But like, I grew up around so many Mormons, like that was like the main religion. I could always tell when someone was Mormon. And Mormon for real, not like, you know, we would say like Jack Mormon where they'd be like, not like they were Mormon, but like they weren't doing like Mormon shit, you know what I mean? Well like my friends who were like Mormon for real as fuck, the nicest people, no fucking kind, whatever. I mean like, - That's how the girls also spread the word, do you see? - Yeah, no, of course, but I'm just saying like, genuinely like such nice fucking people, and then like, I'd be like someone be mean as fuck, evil as fuck, and then like Christian low, high key, whatever, anyways, y'all don't wanna go there. With that being said, something that would really bother me was I had like really, really, really, really fucking nice Mormon friends. - Yeah, of like literally angels on earth, no shit. - Yeah, well. - And I'm like the conditioning of like, what caused that? Whatever, but like, their convictions are very-- - Yes, yes, yes. - You know, like literally so much so that they're like, stand up as fuck. - Yeah, yeah, with that being said. - And there's a lot wrong with Mormon church. I'm not like glazing them like, or tea or whatever. I'm just saying like the people that I knew who were Mormon and grew up Mormon were like nicest fuck. And so Lord, even if they after they've left the church. With that being said, I would like dead us again. It was that shit that like, it was just a different thing I would do when I was a kid and now do it when I was older. Where I would literally try and be like, no, no, no, no, no. Okay, so she's nicest fuck, she's literally so sweet. She does everything right and because she doesn't believe the same thing I do, she can't go to heaven. Depends who you ask. - But then someone who like, on their deathbed, like, you know, the worst to a, the worst person you fucking know, literally says, I believe in God and like, I accept God into my heart, they get to go to heaven. And like this diva who's like so awesome and literally is like, you know, like, they would have buried her a saint in the church. - You're saying she's, she gonna go to hell. - For unless she might go above heaven, which is the planet, you see. - Well, the girls get, we do women get planets though. - No. - Oh. - Okay, well, yeah, it's just, you know what I mean? - Well, we don't get shit. - Black people don't get shit because we were undecided. - Girl, because, well, the sin of our skin. You see, so it's just like, it's really difficult to align ourselves with, yeah. - But they don't believe that anymore. They retracted that because they started to need black people in the church. - Well, it, but so it depends on which church you go, 'cause you know, it does, it does depend. - And the OGs, hey, they, they, they, like, - The OGs were like, my fear, you were born to center my heart. - Well, the OGs think that your skin gets lighter as you continue to go with Christ. - I thought it was that your skin gets light like, once you ascend, type shit. - Can we look up Mormon, can we look up? - Well, I was gonna say, I was gonna say, I knew a friend who, like, - Mormon dark skin, fuck it. - Like, in high school. - No, literally, actually. - Well, I went to, in high school, I had a friend who started like, you could say darks of, see skin of blacknessy. - Oh, is it? - Okay. - Well, hold on, let's, right. Okay, let's, okay, hold on. - We'll hold on. Okay, we'll hold on. Damn, can't reach it. Oh, oh, oh, oh hell. - Guys, we're like here, hell. - We're like here. - When stabs cookies are all fucked up, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck. - No, like, sounds cookies have a like, um. - Right, 'cause the way in delights some appearance of the righteousness, yes, yes. I need. Wow! Wow! Wow, wow, wow. Okay, I can't read all that. Like my eyesight has in fact gone worse. And I'm sorry. - I'm sorry. - I'm sorry. - I'm short, their official position has dissolved. - Right, 'cause dark skin was a sign of curse in the past teaching me to see. - Yeah. - 'Cause it was like cane and abel. It was because who was it, cane, killed abel, right? - Yeah, because cane killed abel, you know, was one of them dark skin or something? - No, they were saying like, 'cause in the Bible, there was like a thing that was like, you'll be marked for the rest of your life. And so they were saying like black people were like marked. - Well, why were we marked? What does that have to do with the cane? - 'Cause we're like the evil. - We're the seat of cane. We're the seat. - And then it wasn't cane and abel, but what was Abraham had two sons? What was the other son's name? - I don't know. - Like he had a son with-- - He had a big bust down, was essentially, this is the big OG, Mormon bust down, was that what happened was like, there's a multitude of like lowercase G gods, and there's like uppercase G god in the universe. And essentially, there was an unclean planet earth. And Satan was like, this is the Mormon church. Lucifer was like, I want earth, like I want planet earth. And like all of the like brothers were like, and then we're all the brothers were like-- - And I'm like, hold on, let's back check that. - Okay, sorry. - Lucifer was like-- - We can't play in the words of Z. - Lucifer wanted, Lucifer wanted earth. Jesus was like, you should let free will. Like essentially Jesus was like, we should just, like it's free will who should decide to have earth. - Okay. - And then all the brothers were like, I agree, like I agree with Jesus. And then Lucifer got mad, took a third of the people who like agreed with him and went to earth, and like went to earth anyways. - Wait, like brothers? - Yes. - Can we zoom in? Dude, my far side is like-- - So the rebellion. So that's when Lucifer took a third down to earth anyways. Jesus, anyone who believed with Jesus, is considered like, you know-- - The rebellion of Lucifer. - Yeah. And then the war in heaven, the fall-- - Lucifer, the third, yes. - Okay, so then the denial of morality. So here's this is where they've changed this. - Oh wow. - But the, oh yes. - The-- - I'm saying a physical body. - So the OG, people who didn't go, I agree with Lucifer, I agree with Jesus. Those are the black people. Like they got marked because they couldn't decide. - And so that was about right to me. - Yeah. - In the terms of bitch, I'll be up in the bitch, like I'm into size. - There's literally, if you go on YouTube, there's a video that you can watch that will literally break this down. It's like actually was like made in the 70s. - Wow. - You know, but that's like what they believe. And then how Joseph, God, it's like fucking ridiculous. It's because of the tablets. He like-- - Right, the Joseph said, well, the Joseph Smith tablets, that I know that story from the South Park episode where he saw the tablets of Jesus. He said he could read them. But then when they asked him to like read the tablets, like he was like, guys like hold on. Like you guys can't see the tablets or something. - Yeah, that's so-- - 'Cause that's the only one who can read them. - So Joseph Smith, how this all even started, was essentially his tea, is he got a dream from an angel. - He just, he girls trying to explain for me. - No, honestly, well, whatever reason. - Well, I'm like, have you-- - We're having no. - No, okay, so anyways, Joseph Smith got a dream from an angel tea that like, you know, there's these hidden tablets, and it's all of this is recorded history. - Right. - According to Joseph Smith. There's these hidden tablets, plated of gold, that got lost in a war with like that as the Native Americans. Like I'm not even gonna go. - Okay, right. - So anyways, he discovered the tablets, and he was like, yes, those are the tablets. - The gold plates. - And so, he literally, New York, it was New York. - Yes. - Whoa. - So he's literally telling people this, and people are like believing him, and being like, oh, the tablets, tablets. But when they asked to see the tablets, he says, he is the only one, like God's tablet. Who can translate the tablets and see the tablets? - Like the sear stones, that's tea. - Yes. - He ate that, like I don't know which one I listen, okay? - Yes. - See so the angel literally came to him, whatever. - Wow. - And then he started making all the rules. - And then he returned the plates, girl. - Yes, girl. - And then he wrote all this scripture about it, because he's saying he got this big download from God. - And you know what the question is, though? - For real, here's the question, because it's like, yes, okay, whatever. What do you have to do now, to be believed to be a saint, or a prophet? Do you know what I'm saying? 'Cause the whole nature of like guys, like convincing people, convincing enough people to be like, I had a dream, like can you imagine if I came, you guys like to say in 2025, the girls would call me chungus. The girls would call me chungus in 2025, though. Like if I came and I was like, guys, I had a dream. - Is it the latest saint, like a freaking 10 year old or something like that? - Oh, but he passed, yeah, right? The one that passed away and then they like, yeah. - But I'm just saying, like if you were gonna like start your own religion from scratch, or not saying that that's what he did. - Well, not saying that's what he did or anything, but I'm just saying, like the fact that now it's like, - Have you read the book of Mormon? - Well, no. - No, no, sorry, not the physical book of Mormon, the musical, the book of Mormon. - Well, by the creators of South Park, see? - Yes, okay. - Yes, the girl. - Okay, so this is where they ate as fuck, I feel like it perfectly explains Mormonism, like, to a fucking tee. In the sense that like the whole play is about how they accidentally create, they go to Africa, and they like accidentally create a religion. That like they like make the huge population of Africa like believe in. - Wow. - And it essentially shows how that's exactly what Joseph Smith did and how easy it was to convince people that like this is why this happens. - I mean, but that's the thing too, is it's like, and that's why I'll never fault anyone for being religious. I will fault you for being bigoted, but I'm not gonna fault you for being religious. It's like genuinely the weight of mortality. - Yeah, it is. - I would do, maybe I wouldn't do anything because I would argue that that's why, I've definitely like built my entire life on the foundation of like being existential dread Barbie, so like, I feel like that makes me like, take more risks and enjoy my friends. You know what I mean, like do all the things. But genuinely, the eternal sunshine of the spotless fucking mind, the eternal sunshine of unwavering faith. - It is wow. - And like, here's the thing, and that's what I mean. - Powerful. - I really, a part of me wishes that like, I could still feel that way 'cause like, life definitely made a lot more sense. - Totally. - Even when it was so fucking hard, it was so easy, but I will say that like, I am thankful for like the honesty that like, I had to like, face. - Yeah. - Because genuinely, there were so many questions that like, it just got to a point where it's like, a lot of these people just look away. Like when you ask them, like, "Well, how can this be?" There is no, like, this is the answer and this is the why. - Of course. - It's just like, oh wow. - It is what it is. - It's God's this and God's that. But I'm just literally like, especially like, I mean, the big one for me, for obvious reasons was like, homophobia, like being gay. And like, I, like specifically at the church, I went to the way people, like, I was celibate. So like, I literally was like, not having sex. Like, I was like, not about that life. And I like really believed like, that's what I was supposed to do and like, that was like, right, and like, whatever. And that's just what I thought to be right. So when, so like, obviously I'm like, so, like, don't know how, don't know shit about shit about shit. And so for me, the thing, especially in Bible college, that would have me like, so fucked up was like, they would try and say like being gay is wrong. - Yeah. - And like, that's a sin. But then, people were like, fucking before they were married. - Yeah. - And then I'm like, well, if you're gonna have sex before marriage, but then being gay is wrong. And then God forgives all sins. - And then like, why can't you just be gay? - Yeah. - No, 100%. - Totally. - Why can't you just be gay? - Because my, I mean, I, I've had like brief stints with Christianity in terms of y'all. No, I wouldn't do, you know, I wouldn't do, you wouldn't do. - Yeah, I wouldn't do. - You fucked to go that shit. - You know, and they had me actually panicking 'cause they were like, your mom's gonna go to hell. I was like, what'd you say? Like, what'd you say? They literally hit us with the, this is when I, like literally an egg, a sprout hatched out of my brain when they really hit us with the, yeah, it's like bring your parents to like, you know, whatever. And if they don't come and they don't like give their life to Christ, like, oh, like bummer. Like, they're gonna go to hell. I was like, what? And I think like, you know, I was a girl who didn't grow up with too much religious structure, but still enough to where like I still like get anxiety, which is just, it's so crazy to think about like, how much religion actually influences like our, it's crazy to think, let me not do too much, but it's crazy to think as a culture, how much we ignore mortality, but then how every single thing is completely rooted in mortality, every religion needs to answer these questions. We do all these things to like give us purpose in our lives, like arguably all this like the war, the violence, more, more. Can you not just, can you not just be okay with a fucking enough? - Oh, and that for me, and honestly, y'all read the Hobbit, because Dad asked, I think like that was for me like the breaking point, And like, just, that's the colonization, right? Like, period. It's just like what you have is not enough. - Yeah. - Even if it's like coated in gold, it's just like, whatever you thought was enough, you want more. And that's where, like, you know, it's the personal for me. That's the one that's like the personal like, and even the idea of like church, right? We need as many, everyone needs, everyone, and it needs to be this, then this, then it's the never ending, right? And I think like something that's like infinite and like can't be stopped, like that urge, that pressure, that like, it's as many people, let's fill this house, let's triple it. Like, no seats, like, we want to like, you know what I mean? And I feel like for me, that's when I really checked out, but then as I, when I decided to leave church and like, never turn back and like, that kind of, I, I think I really struggled with like, what do I do now? - Yeah. - Because like, my belief system is no longer-- - Of course. - And like, the thing that was like holding me together was no longer, so like, I needed to like, find purpose for myself. - Totally. - And I think like, you know, and like, circle purpose. - Circle purpose, that's my thing. That's just my thing. - Purpose by Justin Bieber, because I think we don't also recognize or have dialogue to that point about how like, we do so much to kind of ignore the very foundation of our existence, which is like, living and dying. We very much ignore the dying part. You know what I'm saying? Like, I know what you want to talk about it, even though it influences everything we do. And then I think to like, stack that, it's like, I wonder sometimes, like, and I've been wondering this with myself, you know, I'm going through something right now, but I'm like, I'm wondering this myself, like, as I kind of rerouter my shit, it's like, would any of this exist if we didn't feel like we had to validate our existence? That's what I wonder. - Well, and that's the thing. Is like, I think purpose is so important, simply because of the fact that like, yes. Validating your existence and like, having legacy, right? Or like the idea of legacy, that's why people are, I was like talking to my cousin who's, she's like, older than me, she's in her 40s. And like, she was talking about like, kids and stuff. And like, she was talking, and like, I, you know, I think the conversation with like, Gen Z and the idea of kids is so different from like, their generation and like, their purpose for kids, and like, 100%. She was like, talking about like, legacy. Like, it's so important to leave like your legacy behind. And I'm like, what, like, - But that's what I'm saying. Like, I feel like, and y'all know me. I teeter the line of nihilism and optimism. Like, my optimism exists from the soil of my nihilism, but I'm like, all of this again, to me, can feel very rooted in, we're so uncomfortable with the idea that there's just like, nothing, no reason. What if the, and that's what I was going to say initially is like, as somebody who, you know, I've literally like, I will wake up in a cold sweat. Don't even have to wake up. Could just be driving, really. Could just be driving. And I'm literally like, hold on, like, pull over to my hazards on bitch. What the fuck are we doing, type shit? Don't necessarily wish that anxiety on anyone. It's genuinely like one of my plights, but like from that, like, we've like risen, you know what I mean? So like, I don't know. But it's just like, oh, and when I forget what I was going to say, existentialism, dread, purpose, right? I guess I'm just like, it makes sense to me, and I don't shame purpose, and I need it. And I think we all need it. But I think just that, again, that the ignoring, or like, culturally, how we've just not allowed ourselves to have any kind of conversation, it feels like at least, or just like, ignore this idea that, maybe we just supposed to kind of like chill. And I think that's the thing about more, maybe stereotypical or extreme versions of religion that never resonated with me was like, guys, if y'all are telling me that like God is like, the being that literally gave us like strawberry grass, like the feeling I get with when I hang out with my friends, like all of these like wonderful things, and all of these like, you know, perfect things. I get the root just these kind of like perfect things for us to like sustain ourselves. I'm like, but then you're trying to tell me like, you can't be gay. Yeah. So like what God is like making people that like, oh yeah, like these people are like, like, and I'm air quoting, for the audio listeners, I forgive people that's not audio, but like the air quote of like, yeah, I made these people who are like righteous, and I made these people who are like, they're perfect. And then I also made these people I'm really fuck with. It's like, so which one is it? So, oh, I'll do you one better. This was the one that actually used to have me like, what the fuck? Because this like, genuinely, it's starting to get so religion up. Sorry. I just like, no, I'm just like, it's been on the forefront. No, I feel like we were like deep in. I kind of started it like a little crazy. But I will say, I've been deep in reflection of this, like whatever, totally. But I like that, we used to play this game, where it was like, go over the line if you believe this is true or like not true. Whoa. Yeah, we used to play it all the time at the college I went to, and then they were like, it would literally be like, go over the line if you think that like, God is the Trinity story. Whatever, done it all. Then it would like, progress into more intense questions. And then they were like, go over the line if you think like, it's okay to be gay. And everyone would go over the line. And then like me, my bestie, Kenzie, and like, my homie, Karleen, it was like, three of us dead ass, like in our whole call. Maybe like four of five. Wait, go over the line if you believe it? Yeah, like you think being gay is bad. Like, oh, I thought you meant to be gay is good. So then, oh, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. No, I don't know in scratch. Like, it was like, period of like, oh, actually, no, that's not. No, sorry. It's understood. I would say like 95% of the class was like being gay is bad. Or like, it's wrong or like, it's a sin. Whatever the wording was. And we like stayed over because we're just like, it's just not. Like, you can't convince me it's a sin. You can. And like, mind you at that time, I didn't even know like, I was gay. So I literally was just like, girl, like y'all like playing in my face. So I didn't, I never knew what to say. You know what I mean to it? Cause I, like, you're telling me it's wrong, but I'm just like, it can't be wrong. Well, because it feels so like, and again, I didn't have like, the same kind of religious structure, but like to me, it's always felt like what's so simple. Yeah. God is this like, ever loving thing that like makes everyone, and is perfect image. They love saying, and is perfect image. That was my church. So I'm like, so then why are you trying to tell me that God made things imperfect? Wow. So which one is it? So then, my friend, Crouin, that I said like, she like knew this guy growing up, who was like, was a pastor's kid, and he like, you know, trigger warning. Yeah, totally. Trigger warning, taking, on the living yourself. But essentially, he like attempted to like take his own life, because he was like, why don't wanna be gay? But I also, yes, bro. Oh my God, and when that makes me cry. Yes, bro. He was like, I don't wanna be gay because I'm not supposed to be gay, but also I'm gay. So like, what am I gonna do? And this is like, I'll lose my family. I lose everything, like it's not right. And she was like, so I just don't understand if God's the God that I know him to be. Why would he do that? Why would he literally make him like that? 'Cause like, he didn't, 'cause, 'cause, no. No, because Den has. And that's so, so common. No, and that's the thing. I know people like that too, and it's just like so heartbreaking, 'cause they agreed, it's like, well, what is it? And like, which one is it? And that's the shit that would genuinely like, for me, and I'm like, y'all lost me here, because I was just like, there's no way. There's simply no way when like, you're not doing anything wrong. - Exactly. - And on top of that too, you're saying God created someone who like has this, they would say like, we all have afflictions, right? I'll get there in a second, but like, if you're saying quote, quote, right? That being gay is an affliction that like, you have to like, you can like change, right? - Yeah. - Okay, if you believe that to be true, but God created you this way to like, feel this way, then what kind of fucking cruel motherfucker is that? - That's what I'm saying. - That is actually one of the coolest, motherfucking things you could fucking do. Is that asked like, create someone to go against what society has deemed to be correct? Because mind you, that's only like, you know, I'm not even gonna go there. Long story short, that when she said that, it really like kind of changed everything for me, I mean like, but at this time in school, I like wasn't really allowed to go home and like, we were really against this going home, and like, yeah, we couldn't like, anytime we, I would never leave for the summers, I wouldn't go home for Christmas. My parents had to come out to like see me in things giving because I was like, I'm not going home. Like I have to stay in LA. And so these things, you know, I would kind of then I started like creating my own rules for things, you know what I mean? And like my own like, justifications for things. But that was just the one that I was like, why don't believe in that? And like, that's not true. And like, I just can't get behind it. I can't get behind it. I'll never get behind it. Well, I mean, obviously I can't get behind it. But I guess what I mean when I say that too, is like, I just can't get behind. For me, it's just like, it should be simple. If what you guys are trying to tell me is that like, let's say, you know, the God that I would believe in, kind of, I would the God that I do believe in, I guess, it's like, if it's really simple, that everything's in his perfect image, everything y'all doing here is like, that's that nasty human shit. That's that nasty ego human bullshit because what would we even be, what is that even mean? - What does that even mean? And second to that, if you're talking about like, and that's the part that really had me just like, honestly, and you know what? I'm not even gonna go there. - Right. - I'm not even, like, I'm not even gonna go there 'cause I could really say something. - I could really say some shit that would really have you like, oh. So, so, so I won't, so I won't, but I'm like this like sub tweet out to like y'all know who the fuck you are type shit But then y'all get to do all the other shit. Yeah, y'all get a fucking cheat on your spouses. Y'all get a fucking Fuck it curse y'all get drunk on the fucking weekends y'all do all the shit that you're not supposed to do But then like being gay you couldn't even like they weren't allowed to serve They weren't allowed to like be on plop like you know like speak on platform and speak and like all the shit So they I mean they really lost me with all that shit and like I just you know I didn't have the tools to like find my way out. Yeah, but like Are you fucking serious like talk about like the most inaccessible God in the whole entire fucking world? Mama like literally cuz that is that's hashtag cruel guys. That's so hashtag cruel to literally okay I'm actually like you know what yeah stop take the paper out like I just they could really get like No, I don't want to get too nihilistic, but like yeah, I just mean I guess in the sense where I like land the plane is just like You know, I've seen church where it you know, hey, I would have never met stop. Yeah, never met Kenzie I would have never met some of my like lifelong fucking best use for the rest see like I wouldn't have been set up in LA the way I was set up And so you know what like in ways that was my path everything in the everything is your path Well, there go the divine cuz see that's what I was gonna say about the clip we're watching is you replace some of those words The universe you sound like me. Yeah, so it's like well And that's what I'm saying. I'm like we're in conversation. Yeah, no we're in conversation I'm like, hey, we can get down with the good down, but that's what I'm saying. It's the big a try Yeah, it's not all that it's not well. It's like the human shit where I'm like the fact that like to pay Like you oh god X amount you don't owe god fucking shit You don't owe god shit because let me tell you like right god fucking did his big one putting me on this bitch So bitch you owe me nigga Yeah, me some shit you want it? Well, and the T2 is it's like listen where I'm a land the plane like to a jet to holiday is like You were made in the perfect image about that. That's where I'm like guys full stop you remain the perfect image full stop anything outside of that I don't want to hear about that. I don't want to hear about it and and with that being said is like a Your purpose in life can be as simple as like I feel like this was what I had to do Cuz my purpose was like to love and serve God with all my heart mind and soul and bring it like as many people to Jesus as humanly possible Yes, that was dead us what I thought my purpose on this earth was my new found purpose after leaving the church turned into like In terms of legacy, yes, I do think that like in terms of like validating my presence not that I think you you don't have to validate shit Yes, you get literally dead ass. I'm not fucking kidding. We'll just eat great literally eat grapes and chill like you know We are within within maybe more in a spiritual sense because we are within the bounds of capitalism We do need to do things but like if you're a purpose on this earth is to like Build family community and like you know just like live within the boundaries of like that life has for you That is the greatest purpose on this planet. Yeah, because honestly Yeah, sorry. Go ahead. Yeah, and if like you think your purpose in this life is to like protect your family like Live like live in like comfort and happiness and peace and like whatever and those are very like surface level purposes For me, I feel like my purpose here is to just like you know, let people know like a it's okay Part two to that like be with my friends and like love my friends and like totally love Like my family and my life and like if I could do a job like if that you know or even just help people realize that like Hey, it's okay. Yeah, like literally a it's okay and like if I can leave like a like one person being like I am a Dumb yeah, you told me shit's okay, and I truly believe shit's okay Purpose done purpose fucking done and I was and I was serving that purpose when I was working at Nordstrom Yeah doing customer service I was serving that purpose when I was like dead ass working at a gas station I was serving that purpose when I literally just fucking keep with my friends So it's just like for you to say that like it's a matter of life and death Wow, it's just like and it's just like like me trying to think about purpose like You decide that shit no, and honestly trigger warning like I'm gonna put like a sentence of nihilism in there And then like after that like whatever so for your sensitive like let's just go ahead and skip ahead like 20 seconds I'm being actually so dead serious, but like if all of this is for By human standard if all this is for nothing How fucking awesome is that you can do anything you can literally do Anything and all as luscious massacre would say love her like all of the prisons we put ourselves in like all of the prisons like they're all Fake yeah, that's so fucking sick bro like and this is me on a good day because yesterday I literally was like But like the etch a sketch of life, you know, I'm saying like bro just draw your fucking big one like hey It's honestly so T because I'm like the etch a sketch you can't undo homeskill it the etch a sketch of life and also just Me like dancing with my anxiety as I say this I'm like He's not too much my mouth better get dry, but I'm just like it is so nice to know isn't it nice to know that Purpose isn't required. I guess is what I'm trying to say that you could genuinely just chill Yeah, and hang out and what's awesome about that is when there's no expectation then you can genuinely do Anything and that's why I was saying before that I think it's just so interesting that we lack so much conversation Just about like mortality and about like life and death and about even just like dancing with the idea that this is just like cool vibes Like that even if you know like the creator the god the universe was just like go have some fun to win You can like do your one too not too much on that. That's what I make me anxious, but like With that, it's like wow There's genuinely no box. There's no limit. I think the idea of Purpose is something that is required or because I feel like we also get so many questions of like young girls being like Hey, you know, like I don't know. I don't know and it's like Don't know the only person who told you that you had to know was another human. Yeah, so honestly Honestly, and I will say rock on rock on because into anything into many things because that was like when I Started going to therapy after church because you know, I didn't think I need therapy, too We'll have to not forbid everyone deserves Everyone deserves therapy, but like my therapist the number one question. I came to her was like I don't know what I'm doing I'm so lost. I feel so behind totally mind you. I'm saying this 23 Yeah, wow, cuz they do be like that. So great you be like at this point I had like built a life for myself. I was like, of course Depending on myself like I was just like if I fail I fail. Yeah, I feel you. I feel you And so I was like, I don't know what I'm doing. I need to get back on track I need to like whatever like this is like how I would come to her Yeah, and she was like okay. Well, what's on track? And then I'd be like well Okay, if I start doing xyz elemental p then it will be like this and then she was like But like who said that's the track exactly and then she was like and then she was like you keep saying you don't know But like why do you who told you you needed to know? It's like girl everybody girl everybody. Well, and then she was just like Okay, so let's like do this. What if you didn't know? Yeah, then like what what's so wrong with like not knowing yeah exactly and then I was just like Cuz she was like you already don't know yeah, so like why is that like negative connotation? Yeah instead of like positive connotation Totally and then it's just you just like after after you're like Yeah, cuz I I remember the my number one fucking quote That I would come into therapy with was like I feel like Like there was like a course or a chapter. Yeah, maybe it happened in elementary school Maybe happened in middle school. Maybe I was like miss the day when like everyone realized like This is what we're doing and this is why yeah And the older I get just the more I've realized like I should about yeah, and like that's okay because like you're saying as soon as you accept you don't know shit about shit And you don't want to know shit about shit the world's the world opens And that's why I'm like listen I genuinely would never wish like existential dread anxiety like the feeling that it perpetrates in your body on anyone genuinely but like I mean Everything that I'm saying with like a fierce sense of optimism as like your friend who's touched the bottom And who has genuinely considered like perhaps the most like nihilistic and like darkest Ideas about our reality. I still come back every single time like Isn't it nice to know isn't it nice to know that the world just is and you can genuinely do everything like yeah You can do everything you can do anything and I guess that is my purpose personally is like my purpose is like I wake up every day And I just like follow the gold bro like not the money like the spiritual gold Like I'm falling the gold of like what makes you feel what can I do what makes me happy? What colors can I paint with today like Yeah, cuz I'm like as your friend that like be looking into the void I'm like it makes everything so much brighter. So yeah, and as someone who's like, you know, your friend who like thought they had Purpose and then had to like, you know, I think for me as someone who like You know purpose gives me a sense of peace as you would say yeah, thank you Well, cuz that's that's the point. Yeah, but I think way you decide what your purpose is exactly you decide what it is. Don't let anyone tell you what it is. You know it. You feel it. You understand it. It's in there. It tells you It's the only reason why you're like bitch. I choose orange instead of blue today. Whatever the case may fucking be It's in there. It's in there and I guess my point is like don't feel pressure to make one. Don't feel pressure to make one Don't feel pressure to know your purpose. Yeah, because every day my purpose changed dude every day my purpose is just like showing up Hey, I'm like hanging out my purpose next week is to get my breaks fixed. So like thank you No, and like what's my purpose today my purpose to honor my temple honestly because I'm like bitch I need to go home and like do like my fucking hair wash. That's what I need to do. I need to like go and like honor No, like needing to honor my hair routine needing to honor my body that is a temple tea. No, like needing to honor Actually, we'll save this for the next episode. Just needing to follow the goals like always always and everything always And the string of your greatest good. So don't even worry about it You don't got to know nothing everything that you're doing is already in line with your greatest good And you were made in the perfect image. I won't hear nothing outside of that I just want that and yeah, I'm like once you like decide that like hey, it's your life And you get to drive it like you stole it. Exactly. It's just like every decision that flows from you and not like Who like you will who and who on the girls need to ask who because They do and to fuck the whatever to my like we'll keep it light, but I'm just like They do in too much. Yeah, all of this stepping from like a Fox News clip I'm like well, well, because genuinely what they want from us Honestly play this on Fox News y'all know What is that Christian Walker take talk that's going around? I know What are my pronouns proud American, right? Have you seen that girl? He used to go to the Starbucks by my little place. Shout out. Wow I don't know Shout out, shout out catching print. Actually, don't actually don't even do that You know what actually don't even do that he play um talking about The okay, it's a clock information y'all about it y'all about it y'all are about to hear from me about secret lives of Mormon wives because Genuinely and this is actually the last thing I'm about to say with y'all this will be continuation in the next episode because I'm not gonna About we not to get too much Just know that if men Made their business like because 90% I don't know what the actual percentage is This is just like based off of my vibrations in my heart I would say about 90% of influencers are fucking girls making multi-million dollar fucking businesses on fucking TikTok Woo if you My and Instagram and YouTube and fucking whatever if men were the majority of creators Dominating on fucking TikTok making multi-million talk you would never hear anyone talk shit Y'all would never hear a man talk mother fucking shit big if you were a TikToker The most respected the most high if you were if an if an influencer was a male Predominantly male job you want to hear it? I'm like exactly Shit from men but because women are the the main you know the predominant well because the misogya-toil yeah, so I'm like Genuinely genuinely all I have to say is like being an influencer There is nuances to this, but I'm just like just know if men were influencers as much as women were influencers Maybe you wouldn't even be the construct. Oh, I want to talk about something in the next episode also This whole episode just giving fuck the noise this whole episode is giving fuck the noise and listen to the noise within okay the purest of noise It's literally fuck fuck fuck air Fuck motherfucking fucking fuck news and fuck news fuck news fuck air and fuck and fuck all that shit Fuckers and fuck Trump and fuck. FAQs

Steroid withdrawal refers to the body's reaction when stopped after long-term use of steroids, which can cause skin issues like shedding, rashes, and irritation. The speaker notes they experienced severe skin problems as a child, including full-body casts and steroid creams, leading to ongoing skin sensitivity and conditions like hypopigmentation.

The speaker suspects red meat, especially dishes like bulgogi, may trigger their ex-much symptoms, though they acknowledge this is not definitively proven. They note personal experiences where their skin cleared up after avoiding red meat, and they are currently exploring whether dietary changes could help manage flare-ups.

Hypopigmentation is a skin condition where areas lose color, resulting in light spots. The speaker shares that this condition appeared during an ex-much flare-up, contrasting with earlier hyperpigmentation, and suggests it may be linked to the inflammatory process of ex-much.

The speaker believes extreme weather changes—like record heat—can contribute to ex-much flare-ups, possibly due to increased stress or environmental triggers. They note that hot, dry conditions in places like Arizona and L.A. may worsen skin sensitivity and symptoms.

The speaker experienced severe reactions to most sunscreens, particularly mineral-based ones, and found only SuperGoop to be tolerable. They recommend that people with sensitive skin consult a dermatologist to find a product that doesn’t trigger irritation or inflammation.

The speaker identifies stress as a potential trigger for ex-much flare-ups, though they note it's hard to measure. They believe emotional stress, lifestyle changes, and environmental factors can all contribute to the condition's onset or worsening.
