In the 90s, when I moved to this country in '85 from Italy, it was an honor to become an American citizen. I paid my dues. You know, my mom from Prague, my dad from Palermo who wanted to become an actor, Grand Prix, all the greatest movies, especially the Westerns. And my mom was like in Prague, you know what I mean? Living, escaping the Communist Party. And my grandmother was the only survivor of Auschwitz, because her brother and her parents were killed at Auschwitz. So my mom, I grew up in Rome not knowing this stuff as a little boy. And then eight years old, my mom says, we're going to go to Prague, and I'm going to show you and your sister a concentration camp. And I was like, what is a concentration camp? I made years old. That we're driving to Prague from Rome through the Alps, and we get to Prague. And she shows me these concentration camps that were like, they did this, they did that. I remember seeing a lamp, all right, a lamp. And the top of the lamp had the skin of the Jewish people. That the Nazis cut their skin and put it on these lamps. And I made years old, and I'm going, what is. My mom shows everything, the ovens, when they threw all my family, I found out at eight years old, what life was like before I was born. And it wasn't pretty. And so I learned all kinds of stuff as a little boy. And I suggest everybody in this country, especially the kids and teenagers, wake up and start learning about the past, because you're not going to know anything about the future. You know, because you got to learn these things. There's been awful things happening in the past. A lot. And we'll talk about some of that stuff. We'll talk about some of that stuff. But that's my family. You know what I mean, bro? Great story. When you came in, you talked about it at the car, grand pre, dad, and acting, all that stuff. We'll get into that. We got a lot of stories to get into. So let me kind of cover some of the stuff we got. Yesterday, two days ago, I had Ben Shapiro on. We're sitting there while we're about to go live. Tucker Carlson says he's announcing something that he drops his 10 point plan. A lot of people have reacted to it. We got some thoughts. We'll talk about that as well. Hello, in Michigan, Senator, he won the primary on the Democratic side. Abdul El-Sahit. This is a new guy that Vinnie's very fond of, which we'll talk about. Hassan Piker had a few things to say about Democrats. And we'll address that. Perez Hilton. You tell me there's a video I should not watch. And I'm sure you know who he is. I know what he's done. Yeah, I had him on 10 years ago when we did the podcast. I want to get your thoughts on that. What's going on, Perez Hilton. Yeah. Then there's a massive burrito debate. And I know this sounds weird. I don't know if you're following this. Yeah, yeah. Burrito debate shouldn't cost. A burrito shouldn't cost $20 says this young girl who she's like, look, I understand there's a lot of stuff going on, but $20, give me a flip and break. A bunch of guys have responded to it. And you know, we'll have a conversation about the burrito debate today because it has to do with affordability. And I think both sides need to know there's a massive audience that's thinking about that, especially right now since the jobs report came out a few minutes ago with it being what time, minus down a little over 20,000, a little bit of a surprise we'll talk about. They're not expecting that. Nobody was expecting that. No, they were expecting a little bit of a gain after last month and a month's prior. And we got some charts. We'll pull up from our own research. Perfect. So that's the minus 22,000. And then we got next in country music takes top five on the billboard charts. What do you mean countries taking top five? Well, it's it because the USAID money got out of hip hop and all the other places we were putting it. There's a lot of speculation. And we'll get into that number six. When we talk about Tucker, Trump was asked about JD Vance because a report came out that the president's going around telling people we should get behind JD. He should be it. He immediately jumped in and set some things. We'll play that clip for you. But there's an article that came out saying 2028, maybe the first AI election. So we'll talk about that. Another two stories, which is kind of interesting. One of them says five reasons more Americans are cutting off their own parents. According to psychologist. Sorry mom. Yeah, and then the other one says record number of US adults are moving in with their parents. So how are you moving in with your parents? But you're saying you're going to cut off your parents. Of course, it's a different age demo. But we'll we'll address that as well. And in WNBA, there's a rock star folks. The sky's amazing. And he plays in Europe and he wants to come to the WNBA and now they're saying they're okay with it. And Michael Porter and Lonzo Ball are doing a podcast. And they're talking about at what age they would have dominated the WNBA players. And Michael Porter tells a story of how he played against Sophie Cunningham when he was in seventh or eighth grade. And what happened to that game? Keep in mind, he's a seventh grader playing with WNBA players. And he's breaking down what happened. He's playing with girls that are older than him. We'll play that clip. And then I got two other stories that we may get into. Robin Hood is not making more money from prediction markets than they're making from their actual business model that they had. And maybe a couple stories about Hollywood. And we got Antonio's relationship with Steve McQueen. We used to go to this restaurant in Addison. It was called neighborhood services. Tom, do you remember the five basis on the wall? And when we see this 10 point plan, I'm expecting a call out, very specific, unique, what's going to happen with it? And all of a sudden, you go through it and articles come out that the 10 points, what the 10 points are about. I mean, we can't really play the whole clip, so I think it's about an hour and a half. Let me read to you what the 10 clips are, 10 points are, and I'll read them to you one by one by one. Point number one, be fair. One set of rules for everyone, presidents, billionaires, intelligent agencies and ordinary Americans should be held, same law. Point number one was about Epstein. Number two, it's sovereign, America should make decisions based on American interest foreign governments, foreign lobbies, corporations and wealthy donors should not dictate. Fair. That's about APAC Israel. That's what he was talking about. Number three, productive. America needs to make things again, rebuild manufacturing, agriculture, skill trades, domestic production rather than relying primarily on finance, speculation. Okay. Number four, beautiful. That's literally number four, beautiful. Make American cities and communities beautiful. Again, reduce crime, graffiti, public drug use and the key, but build places Americans are proud to live in. Okay. He's talked about that when he goes to Russia. He was amazed by the buildings and all of that. But the guy that's running it right now is a real estate guy who knows how to make things better than you because he's a real estate guy. He knows how to make properties beautiful. Next, number five, healthy. Americans should become physically and mentally healthier, improve the food supply, encourage sobriety and question American dependence on prescription. So he was kind of defending what RFK was doing and going against Anthony Fauci. So the enemy is choosing six, honest. The government should stop relying to its citizens, reduce unnecessary government secrecy and release important historical information, including the recording, surrounding JFK 9/11. Okay. That was the same thing in the previous one. Seven, optimistic. Build America around the next generation, encourage marriage, children, strong families. Tuckers are given as a civilization survive. When people believe their children have a better future ahead. Okay. Future looks bright. Optimism. I'm with it. Eight, wise. Education should teach reality rather than ideology. Teach practical skills, trade, history, and fundamental truths about human nature. All right. Nine, decent. America should behave morally, overseas, avoid unnecessary wars, acknowledge. Okay. Non-intervention is. Ten, united, protect American social cohesion. Tucker proposed a stopping immigration while America, America determines what artificial intelligence will do, American job. So he's against a lot of these data centers being built. Vinnie, when you watched it, was there anything where you were like, this is amazing. This is awesome. He's going places. And what do you think? The motive of that video of I'm dropping the 10 points and the meeting with MTG, Joe Kand, Marjorie, Taylor Green. What do you think? I thought number 11 was going to be hold hands in Sincumbaya. No, no, and I'm not with all due respect. I'm with you. Yeah. You understand what I'm saying? Like it could think about it. You see that. You see that right there. You see this dinner. This is a message. Okay. Marjorie Taylor Green, Joe Kand, Massey. And is it crazy? An hour before this, I, before this plan or anything was announced, I said, guys, who here would be the president, vice president, secretary of state, and would be secretary of defense? And I was like, you know, Tucker, probably president, Joe Kand, sec, def. No, think about it. Marjorie Taylor Green or Joe Massey, who would be the vice president? But like, when you have this major announcement and I was wondering, like, this is a nothing burger, Pat. Absolutely nothing burger, because here's the thing. I agree with some of the things on the list. What's the plan? What legislation are you proposing? Who's leading it? How are you going to pay for it? No, if you think about it, I'm like, I'm like, these are basic, all it is was basic adjectives followed by things Tucker believes. Listen, you have a bunch of people sitting at a table right now who have made money from the political world doing absolutely nothing to help their neighbor. All right? With all their money and they're looking all nice and cozy at their table, that girl lives in some other country. That personally, they travel in private jets. They don't deal with the American people. The stuff that he was talking about for most part, it was like common sense. You imagine we live in a society right now where you have to teach adults how to live? I mean, I got to teach you how to live. I got to do what this or you've, we have greatest laws in our country. Just follow the law, be a good person and leave everybody alone. These people are dictating, sitting at the head of the table over there, that dude right there who talks for this person, then he's against this person. They don't have integrity, my friend. Because if you say something, I like this color. You don't think Tucker has integrity. At the end of the day, he's owned by someone and something. I'm not owned by anybody, but God, all right? If one of brothers doesn't want to hire me because I voted for Trump, I don't want to work with you. That's why I started Gratwick, my studio that you can download, things like that. I'll find another way. Maybe I won't do the A movies, but I'll do the A movies 10 years down the line. What I'm saying, I back up what I'm saying, 100%. I don't go and apologize. These people make money on other people. When they ever help our country, when are these people ever help anyone? You think Tucker stands a chance in 2028 as a president? No. You think he will run? If it's good to sell books, if it's good for his career, I mean, these are selfish people with very big ego. Do you think you think about that cross-life? Do you feel the same way about Ben Shapiro as well? Like all of them, everyone of them. So it's not just you're not isolating Tucker. No, Democrats. Listen, I ran for office and I realized something. I was fighting for a cause. I was the first celebrity to say Trump is my guy. Then I spoke at the RNC about Jesus and everything and everybody, all my agents and everybody are blackly. We don't want to represent you. You're sick to us. All right. Fine. I'll create my own life. I'll go and work in construction. I'll move out of the country. Whatever I got to do to survive for me and my kids. Okay. I got balls. So I'll back it up. But you guys are over there sitting down over there like all these people left and right. They don't do anything for our country. Our country is going into that trash can. We have the most unhealthy people in our country. We have the fattest people in our country. We have the worst food in our country. People don't exercise anymore. They talk about exercising, but now they're on peptides, drugs. You have to be drugged to lose weight. We're living in a society right now where it used to be 50 years ago. America was the greatest country in the world. 12-year-olds and 13-year-old kids used to train, do push-ups, love our country, the flag, God, this and that. What do you got now? You got internet. People looking like where the baggy pants and going, you know what? I want to vote for this. I want to vote for that. Everybody free. Everybody in our country. Let's trash our people. I mean, there's no integrity when I'm saying, and I'm saying that where are the people? You guys, they back it up all the way. Even if you're wrong, you back it up all the way, you know what I mean? That's interesting. Tom, what do you stand for what you saw? Well, first of all, if you don't mind because you and I will analyze and we'll talk and say, what do you think he's going to talk about? What did you think he was going to talk about and didn't match what you thought he was going to talk about? No, I thought this was a big build up to like some Super Bowl halftime show that I Tucker Carlson with my reach with my audience, which are significant credit. I thought he was going to come out with a real platform about what it meant to be an independent party. That's what I thought. This had a lot of feeling in it, optimistic, wise, decent. I'm like, wait a minute. It's the liberals that throw out the feeling in a speech with no program attached to it, with no policy attached to it, with no platform. I was very surprised by this. I thought it was simplistic and I was looking for more considering the build up. Adam, your thoughts? So I'm not going to do what everybody thought I was going to do and just completely freak out on Tucker Carlson right here. So I'm going to bring some stats and some facts and you guys can fact check me. Number one, Tucker Carlson. He was a registered Democrat for 20 years. 20 years. Okay. Okay. Nothing wrong with that, but I just thought that'd be a good thing. Every single person that he's in in that picture, he said, you know, his reasoning. He says, I did that because I lived in DC. And it was more of a strategic thing, not because I was a Democrat. He'll say that. Yeah, that's like me saying, hey, he said he needed access as a reporter. Yes. I get it. That's like also me saying, I'm straight, but all I do is go to gay clubs because it's way easier than you've been doing that for years. You've been doing that. That was your thing, bro. Yes, I worked black man. That's my action. National 10. You're proving my point, sir, but his collection of what I would call crew of rejects. Yep. And I don't mean that like in a in a bombastic way, every single person that he was having dinner with, Thomas Massey, Marjorie Taylor Green, Joe Kent. They've all been rejected by MAGA. Now you want to talk stats. 2024, two years ago, Tucker's net favorability within MAGA was plus 54. Now it's just above neutral. And I give so much credit to the MAGA people out there. They're like, yeah, you switched up, bro. If you're going to switch up, that's fine. But at least give a valid reason as to why. Now the last point with this crew of rejects and him switching up this, this 10 point plan which I thought Anthony Fauci had the weirdest diary. This seems like a diary thing. Three things that I have a problem with. Honesty, optimistic and united honesty. He lost all credibility with me when he did that interview with the New York Times and she goes, you've called President Donald Trump to antichrist. I never said that. I would never say that. Roll the tape. Is this the antichrist? I think it may be. All right. Well, like, do you not know how the internet works, Tucker? We could just roll the clip from two weeks ago. Number two, optimistic. Listen, future looks bright all around us. Anytime I watch, Tucker, it's the sky is falling. Russia's better than us. Government's going to take over. That doesn't seem like a very optimistic approach. And the last thing united, you could say you're united, but respectfully. One of the most divisive characters in politics today and in commentary today is none other than Tucker Carlson. That's my issue. Yeah. So to me, I was expecting more. I think, you know, you could have gone specific with affordability and actually hit hard with a plan. Here's like, let me put it to this way. Imagine like how simple it is. We're going to put more money on your pocket. And this is why if I become president, there is no tax on tips. How easy is it to transfer money? I'm all in. If I take, if I take any of these 10 points and I ask you, go transfer that at dinner tonight with three of his policies, [BLANK_AUDIO] So now he may come back and say, "Guys, I'm not running. You guys are like getting this twisted. I'm just, I'm just giving you what I think needs to happen to America because some are saying this has happened because, you know, they're getting behind JD and Tucker has no desire to run, right? Tucker has said, "I will run as long as I get to debate Ted Cruz. I don't know if Ted Cruz is going to be on the stage this year. I don't know." You think Ted Cruz is going to be one of the candidates? No, I do not. No, I do not. No, I do not. No, I do not. No, I do not. I don't see it. I don't see it. that even Rubio may not be running, like there's no plans of Rubio running. And even yesterday, this is a story that came up that said, Trump is going around asking conservatives to get behind J.D. Vance and support him, and people are like, wait, getting behind J.D. Vance, I thought you were Rubio guy. Now he's going behind J.D. Vance. So yesterday reporter asks the president, hey, what is all this stuff with J.D. Vance? Look how quickly interrupts the person. Watch this year. Go for it. There's a report that you told donors that they need to get J.D. Vance elected in 2028. Is that your official endorsement? I heard about it a little while ago. I think he's great, but we're way too early to even be thinking about that. That's the right answer. That's the right answer, way too early to be thinking about that. He's got two years, and he's got to run his country, and then two years we'll see. But also two years from now, it's going to be a whole different story. Every day is changing. Who knows what's going to happen next week, but the fact that matter is that after two years from now, our president is not going to run. What are they going to worry about? I agree things will change, but what will not change is J.D. Vance will be the vice president still, and these conversations are going to happen. You bring up J.D. Vance, because I'm speculating. What about J.D. Vance has a scandal between now and two years? What about if something comes out that he did something to a six-year-old? I'm just saying, of course, this is politics. What happens if COVID happens? I get it, but he's the vice president, it's all I'm saying. But wait a minute. I'll put your eggs in a basket. Let's get past this one. Here's a part to get past. Do you think this was a presidential election video, or do you think this was just a rah-rah motivational video? Hey, let's be united. Let's be this. Let's be optimistic. I'm going to give you a talk of Carlson's message that he gave. You think he's running in 28. I don't. Okay. Percentage. Give the percentage. Well, you're 5 percent 10 percent. I'm lower than that. I think you're letting 5 percent. Even if he does, honestly, is he running or not? I don't think he is. Less than 5 percent. Running for what? President. Will he be on the ticket? He knows he'll get, he knows he'll get smoke. If you pull up, he doesn't want to lose publicly. Is it 15 percent? You're saying 15 percent is running. I told you, where are you? I wouldn't run. Absolutely. He's running. You have money. He's ego is too big and he's going to run just for the heck of it. I mean, these people run not because they're going to be elected. They run because they want to put themselves elected on a pedestal. You're putting Tucker's running. So you're what? You're 70 percent, 80 percent? I'll just put all my chips on the table. Really? Would you vote for him? No, never. Never. I'm 40 percent that he's running and I think he's seriously considering it to answer the question. Where are you at, Pat? I appreciate that. I think I'm at 20, 30 percent. And a more and more goes. Remember, remember four years ago, three years ago, I said there's alliances being created. And one of the alliances was Trump, Tucker and Elon and Tucker went to X to put his interviews there. And the first 50 interviews he did, all Elon ever did is retweet his interviews and say very interesting. And those interviews got Tucker from five million followers to 16 million followers. Can you go on Tucker's ex account to see how many followers he has? I don't know what he has, but he's got to have. He's definitely 10 plus million. The last time I checked, it could be much higher than that. That would be in a 15, 16, 17, 17.8 million. That's presidential type of followers to be able to run. So I put it at 30 percent. Who does he follow? Who does he just check on the file himself? It's himself and it's you gave a warning to my point. I like this. Let me make sure you get your nicotine out. Adam, there's something very important that you said. And I'd like to go back to it. The guys can pull up the clip. What Pat was talking about, when times get tough and things like this happen, you will be very surprised by alliances at forum. And there will be some unusual people that will be picking these are weak alliances he created. You know why? Let me tell you why these alliances are weak. Nothing against MTG, nothing against Joe Kent. I don't know them. I've interacted with Joe a couple of times. One time 60 minutes reached out to me. They said, could you put me in contact with Joe? I reached out to Joe. I said, Joe, these guys are telling me to get in context. He says, thanks for reaching out. I'm not interested. I've told him a million times. So, but that's the only interaction I've had with Joe. Now, let me tell you. Massie and I, I've tried to have Massie on many, many times. He is concerned to be an on because he's worried about one question. I'm going to ask him which one and it's you know what it is. So, but here's the thing. When you build alliances and you're a Tucker, here's what happens if your alliances you're building are lower than you. You know what you're telling to the world if your alliances are lower than you? What are you telling the world? What is mine? I don't know if you understand the question of mass. So, if I'm if I'm trying to build alliances and I'm building alliances of people that are under me, every one of these guys there, he's the alpha. Right? Right. So, what are you doing building alliances below you? I'm the alpha. You're telling the world this, I can carry the weight to the finish line. Okay. So, guess what? Who can do that? Trump can do that. He can. All that. He can do that. Reagan can do that. Right? Certain names can do that. Like the census cannot do that. The census needs to create alliance up. Trump created alliance down because he's already massive. He was an a-lister. He doesn't need to create all 24. We found out that Obama couldn't if Tucker thinks for a second that it is I'm the guy, the market's about to decide and say yay or nay. So, if he then decides to go up, what they're saying the reason why the up is not happening, there's obviously very close relationship. His son worked for JD Vance for a year. So, we know JD's a non-interventionist and he's kind of trying to do this. And you know what's going to happen with JD doing this? You know what's actually going to happen with JD? It's going to happen with JD. Rubio's going like this. Boom. I'm here. Rubio's going. No, with this position, I'm here. JD's going like this. And the more JD's going like this, he's going to be a John Kerry. He's going to be a Romney. He's going to be one of those guys that you're going like this and look, just tell us what you're staying for. Let's hash it out and make the argument. You know, I don't think we should have any worse. Awesome. Let's debate it. I don't think we should do awesome. Let's debate it versus well. You know, you go a little bit here. A little bit there. That's not going to work out for him. So, to me, if Tucker's taken his position of M.D. Alpha and your alliances are below, M.T.G. Joe can. These are not heavyweights. They're not going to give you anything. You already have that base. You need to go like, you know, who needs to be in that room? Let me tell you who needs to be in that room. He needs to have that room be with somebody like a Peter Thiel or a, you know, a who's the guy from Nvidia, a Jensen. Or you need to have Sergei Brin. Or you need to have a smart, very smart people. Somebody. That ship has sailed. Yeah, they'll never get you are saying that ship two years ago. Yeah, let me ask you a question. Let me tell you who defended him. Jason from the all in podcast defended him. Can I think they were roommates in college. One of those guys was Tucker's roommate literally. Yeah, so let's just move that away. So, but, but this is not even like, I don't get you think Silicon Valley is going to get behind Tucker. Yeah, let me just explain my point to you. But I'm saying to you, it's Jason Calla. I think it's Jason. Calla canas. Yeah, he does a great job. Host and those guys are all great. But I tell you, if in that room, a Chimatz in the room, if a Jason's in the room, if you have to say, I got the all in business guy in the room, you have credibility. You might get the all you might get the all in business podcast from Qatar to show up. But those guys are on a team mag at this point, because isn't David Sacks the AIs are four Trump. But hasn't Chimatz been very complimentary of Trump? Just because David is that doesn't mean the other guy. So all I'm sure. So, so you know, you know who should have been in that room. That would have been a perfect person in the room. Mark Cuban. Yeah, absolutely. He needs to have somebody. None of them are going. I see what you're saying. So that is the fake amplification I worry about, Pat. But here's the other two things I worry about-- speed. The speed of which a fake news or a fake story can flood social media, be mistaken as real, and then flooded with likes and comments is going to mean that voters, that the opportunity for voter deception is very, very high. And that is the part that worries me, Pat, is how quickly can the social platforms-- it's basically X Facebook and Insta. Those are the big three. How are they going to be able to monitor if there are fake news stories going out in an election and somebody is being unfairly smeared? One way or the other, that's the one I worry about, Pat. I don't worry about the first two, which are tools. I worry about the fake news filtering it by the socials and then responding so that the voters can see, oh my gosh, that was a BS story, I can't believe that. My friend, this is what I think about this whole thing. I even go beyond that, because both parties will have their ways how to deal with their elections-- Yeah, that's why I said both sides. Both sides will control that, and they will have billions of dollars, but who controls them is the point. We're controlled by the matrix, by people in higher places who control the whole shabang. So I want to go beyond that, because if you're looking at the parties or the individuals, it's too small, because they're controlled by somebody and something and something and something. They control the media for all these years. They control the outcome of the media. They control the outcome of what the media is saying. And they brain own everybody else, especially the young voters, because they'll follow anybody off the cliff. It's like that guy with the flute, remember that story? The pipe, pipe, pipe, let all the rats or whatever it was. So who has the big rights who can reign can bring everybody in, but who controls the politicians? That's why I don't trust anybody, and both parties are wrong. Because after all, they use America, our taxpayer money, to buy everything, they fly, they do, they do, they do, they buy all these homes, and nobody says anything. Nobody gets in trouble. And the Republican Party did not support anybody in California. Yeah. They don't get California. I got like $5,000 checks from some senator or whatever. But the story with burrito gate is an intro conservative argument over affordability that began with complaints about grocery store prices and crystallize around one sentence from a college student. A burrito shouldn't cost $20. The dispute is only superficially about Mexican food. It's real question is our Americans facing a genuine structure affordability crisis or a cut. By the way, is there a video on this on the back in the back? If you have a video on it, let's pull it up with how this video got started. Then people started responding to this. Matt was the grocery prices are insane. They are still rising, addressing this problem should be the number one priority of every, okay, got it of every elected leader and the stupid foreign wars. And focus on this issue. It's one of the main reasons socialists are gaining power. That's Matt Walsh. Then you have Andrew covert who said one of our TP USA college students gave me his take on affordability. Yeah, a lot of this is a hangover from COVID and Biden error inflation, but the limit experience is the same. The lived experiences and it just feels like basic things cost too much. Then you have jolt. We got a few other guys. Jay the vans. I'm surprised to hear musk sadist. If you ever met in person, it's quite obvious. The man has never missed a burrito. Is that actually a real tweet or no? Because Mark Thiesin said, "Crime me a river. The burrito on college cafeterias are included in your meal plan." So that was a turning point that's coming from here from this guy. An event Shapiro said, "I hear that young people are upset about $20 burritos. Okay, young people of burrito does not cost $20." Exactly. If you're paying $20 for a burrito and you're not independently wealthy, you're doing life wrong. We have enough problems as a country with that insane expectations that the government is going to provide us gourmet quality burritos. And Dan Crenshaw said, "Just hearing about this dumb $20 burrito debate, so just thought I'd make the losers on social media angry before going to bed, stop whining, get a job, eat ramen." Like the rest of us did in college on a budget with full roommates. The market doesn't care what you are thinking should cost. Only communist care. They set prices. Remember that every then everyone starves. Are you a communist? Are you even an American male adult capable of handling his own shit? So what are your thoughts, Tom, with this burrito story? So I think the Republicans that are quoted missed the point. They missed the point. If you were to ask me, my wife, Bailey and Brooke, "Hey, is that hot out today?" Let me tell you, I got a college junior in Houston, Texas, and she tells me what food cost it places around. And it's up. It's up over the last five years. And she has a meal card, and she only uses that. She's very disciplined. But just going out, Chipotle would ever treat myself to a bowl, I hear the prices. Now, true, if you do a delexful loaded Chipotle burrito and you get it delivered with a drink on DoorDash, it's probably going to cost you 20 bucks to get a pay of the DoorDash fee, and everything that goes with it. But what the Republicans should have said is, "Look, it's not about the burrito. We need to do something about affordable--." And then that's what Matt Walsh was saying in his tweet. Yep. And that's exactly what Matt Walsh said, and Matt Walsh is absolutely correct. But to have everybody is getting their quote out there, stop whining, get a job, be ramen noodles? Wow. You know, giving the finger to voters verbally like that and just kind of the dust off, that is not the winning play. And this is something you and I, Pat, have been talking about. have to not only acknowledge the affordability, but we need to be talking about what to do about it. So, so I just pulled it up right now and I asked the question. Tell me the average price of a burrito at Taco Bell and Del Taco, okay? Taco Bell is $3.75 and Del Taco was $4.25, okay? I don't think that's better than Taco Bell. Taco Bell, the typical burrito includes cheesy, bean and rice, whatever, buck 49, bean burrito, $2.49, beefy five layer, $4.29 to $4.99 grilled cheese burrito, $5.40, I'm getting hungry by the way, $5.49, $5.99. Can't you know chicken burrito, $5.99? Del Taco, they're most expensive is the deluxe burrito that goes all the way up to $6.49, the epic burrito, $7.99. And then I asked the next question, how much did these things cost? A taco cost 30 years ago, 1996, then five years ago, then today, in 1996, 30 years ago, if you bought a Taco Bell crunchy taco was $7.99 to $0.89. In 21, and that's 25 years later, went from $0.89 to buck 49. That's not a lot. It's not a lot. You go from $0.89 to buck 49. And today, that buck 49 is at $2. So it's up 50 cents, 33% is up in the last five years. Del Taco went from $0.99 to buck 69 to $2.79. U.S. median household went from $35,000 a year, in '96 to $71,000 a year in 2021, which means your income to X median household income, but the price of Taco didn't to X. So just so you know, the price of, so it's actually the exact range of your income. And then today it's $84,000. And so $84,000, the last five years, the median income has only increased say 20% where the price of a taco has increased 33%. So last five years, that kind of does make sense. And I think, I think I'm with you, Tom, in a part of affordability, if you talk to young guys about not realizing what they're going through, there needs to be a message of both. Whether you got to be able to understand how tough it is, we also got to be able to challenge him at the same way. And we're going to see how this messaging is going to land midterms in 2028. This is a real topic of discussion that's going to come. There's a re, can you imagine right now if you're watching this and are they really talking about burritos? Yeah. Yeah. You go to, you go to my spot, bodega. It's 12 to 15 bucks, but it's the best burrito you ever had. Because we're in Miami and we're in Florida. Now if you go to California, or they've raised the minimum wage to $25 an hour, how much you think your burrito's going to cost the California guys? So if you do everyone fighting for minimum wage, increasing the minimum wage, you can do that, but you also can't complain about the price of your burrito. Can't do both. Because the more that you crease the minimum wage, who's working making, but also the taxes in California, the tax businesses left the right. So they have so it's a math issue. It's a minimum wage issue, and it's a very emotional issue. It's your food. It's your market place. Things cost money. You decide where you go to those shop. Go get the best burrito you can afford, but don't cry poor because you want extra guac. That's your message. That's expensive. All right. Just saying extra guac. That's good. Tom. Let me get into the story I got here for you. It's five reasons. More Americans are cutting off their own parents according to psychologists. Uh-oh. Parents being cut off by their kids. Let's see what the story's all about. Five reasons. Dr. Richard Blake, British psychologist, based in Austin, Texas, identified five drivers of rising family, family, and after 2025, UGUP survey found 38% of U.S. adults are estranged from at least one family member. First, political and valued differences. Interesting. There were people more likely to cut off someone for having a different opinion than for people who have done serious violent crimes. Blake said, "Second, social media influence, which normalizes a statement through viral no-contact stories and encourages, ward amount, mimicry, third therapy culture, which Blake called a false belief that if you're struggling in your adult life, it must be because your parent did something. They shouldn't. He cited a 2024 study finding a strange adults reported lower life satisfaction and more depressive symptoms. Fourth, communication breakdowns. Blake recommends hostage negotiation tactics like listening, first and avoiding moralized language, such as toxic narcissists, gaslighting, fifth outside influence, including romantic partners and conflicting partners, parenting philosophies. Blake suggested, "Perhaps we should be learning from our grandparents more than the therapies, noting that families are one of the most evidence-based buffers against mental illness, Tom." So, I think there's two things, you know, yeah, we should learn from our grandparents. Yeah, we go in here, but you know, it's really, you know, amazing is that we're trying to, this is an article, you know, we should learn from our grandpa's more than the therapist and moving in, but really what the issue is, there's two sides in the economy that's going in here. It's kids moving back in because they simply can't afford it. They can't launch out of college or out of high school or come in back home from the military. I'm not going by any sort of class or education. All of them are having the issue. It says, "Then it's like, okay, you gotta move out." And, you know, I can't help you. To the boomers who have inadequate retirement, and now looking for their successful kids to help them. It's two sides of the same problem, showing up in two headlines path that look almost comical. There's no will to get it on your own. Nobody's going to come and help you. But instead, you have the government saying, "Well, help you. We'll help you. We'll help you." And everything's getting higher prizes and everything. So, the next generation, I feel sorry for them because there's no will to get it, to get it, to get it up, as they say. You know what I mean? To get it to the next level. To have balls, cajonans to say, "You know, I was 16. I was living in New York by myself. I left school. I lied to my parents. I said, "I passed my GD when I didn't." But then I went back to school and I got my GD at years later under my own terms. So, I'm just saying, my will was always and I also went to a lot of high schools and I was coming from Italy, coming from here and going back to Italy, ran out of money and back and forth. So, now I'm like, "That's a different generation." We were guys back in the 80s and 90s where we just, we want to live and be outside. Now, these people, like I said, their hormones are jacked. There's just no will to do anything. Just give me, give me, give me, and I don't even respect my mom. My parents are divorced. I got friends of mine in Italy who are, you know, my age. You are still living with their parents because it's normal. But you give. You got a job. You give back to the family. You pray, you know, you sit down at the table. There's a different kind of thing. Right now, they just want to be taken care of. Yeah. Well, I think the number one thing in life is family and friends that comes above everything. I love how Vinnie interacts with his mom. She's the best. I love the example that PBD sets from his dad down to his kids. I love that, you know? To me, I'm still fast friends with the same guys. I went to elementary school with and I bring them around here. And it's awesome. At the same time, there's certain friends and there's certain family that you may have to cut off. And not a ton, but some people that can't always be in your life as you're on your way up. Because, you know, like I said earlier, at the end of the day, it's on you. It's on your decisions. It's on your choices. And, you know, we say, "Future looks bright." You could be an optimist and think everything's going to be positive and work out. And try again, or you could be a negative person. And it's not fair. Blame it on everything. Blame it on the rain, even if you want to do that. You're not going to blame it. Millie Vanille, but, you know, like that's one of the great things about being a path. Being an optimist. So I was at our last event for PHP. I'm at this event and we fly out. And, you know, backstage talking to some guys, coming approaching and, you know, for me, I'm just sizing everybody up to see where they're at. Who's still grateful? Who's still hungry? Who's uniform? Who's a virus? Who's negative now? And it's the most confusing thing on who's most negative now and who's most optimistic. So, last minute I got up and I decided to surprise some of the guys who were not expecting it because we hit her now. So I said, "I'm going to give a cash bonus to some of you guys and you have no clue who it is." So, like, "What?" And I brought Brian up. So I gave Del Tor as $100,000 cash bonus. I gave Seek as $150,000 if I'm not mistaken. I gave Oak of four, $200,000. I gave Swanzo $350,000 bonus and then I gave Hearts a $1,000,000 bonus. Okay, it's a hard cash. Yes, I gave them $1,000,000 bonus in front of everybody and Brian Adams is their integrity the whole night. And, you know, I said, you know, the thing about the five issues that you should, everybody thinks about. In every relationship, you think about these five things. Each party has a set of concerns they have their own motives, they have their own assumptions, they have their own fears and they have their own asks. You with your girl, those five who you're thinking about, she's thinking about that as well. Me with you, I have a set of concerns with you, motives assumptions, you know, fears and ask. In every relationship this happens. And I said, you know what's the one thing that destroys it? The relationship is your wrong with your assumptions. Because you think that person's thinking that, but they're not. And because of that, in many cases, you lose five, 10, 15 years of your life. One of the couples I won't mention upstairs, we're having a VIP and they come up to me, which I was kind of surprised that they came up to me, because another couple did not come up to me. But there's one couple came up to me and we start talking. Hey, you know, we're going to really turn things around. I said, you've been saying it for five years. I don't know if you listen. I don't know why you tell me this. Like, we're going to make you proud. I said, what do you think I want from you at this phase of my life? I need nothing from you. Nothing. I don't need money from you. I just want respect, gratitude, perspective. And if you don't have that, then there is no relationship. That's the only thing I need. I'm going to give you respect because I'm grateful for you, right? I said, there's something, I said, there's so much I want to tell you, but I'm not going to tell you anything. She's, what do you mean? You can tell us, I said, I will never tell you. Why won't you tell us? There's no point in me telling you right now. Why? In my mind, some of these guys don't realize it. The guys that I've made a lot of money and I said this from stage. I said, I hope integrity listens to those who are growing the company today, not those who grew the company three, five, 10 years ago, who are now bitching and whining and they're no longer grateful. And they caught a virus. And what is the virus that you catch? The virus that you catch, which is the scariest virus to catch, you never know you have it. And that's bitterness. The moment you become bitter, you know how this thing works? I'm recommending everybody to go get a cat scan you got your or CAT scan, I don't know if you've done a CT scan on your heart or not, I'm breaking it in. I know you guys, we have this conversation. What happens when you go do a CAT scan? You're living a regular life and all of a sudden you're like, "Hey, your widow maker's here, this artery's here." What? Yeah. You got to do this, what are you talking about? Well, guess what? If you don't go do that, you're not going to know you're bitter, but you are bitter. So every word out of your mouth, you don't even know how bitter you are. You don't know because you're protected by your shell that you have and you're only, so then becomes one of the guys that won. He's at backstage, I'm talking to him. I won't mention the names. I said, whatever you do, don't join the bitter camp 'cause it's the easiest camp to join. That camp's going to go around to try to recruit everybody. Don't fall for it. Stay optimistic, stay big. So what does this have to do with the five reasons families are not moving in? My dad's been living with me. I live with him for many years, even after my parents got a divorce because he is optimistic, he's positive, he's not bitter. He has certain things that he's, you know, anybody that's around him, he's helping developing all of that. If anybody in the family, you're blood. If you're entitled, if you're bitter, if you're negative, I don't care if they're you're blood. It is not your responsibility to try to change them. Absolutely. It's not on you because you will never succeed. You are not God. God can help them. Their friends can help them, a local church can help them, but they got to make that commitment. So imagine if you then bring that person into your family. Exactly. And they now spread that virus with what do you call it? With your kids, your family. Then all of a sudden four years later, your family picked it up, that bad habit. It's on you. It's on you because you allow that, you know, behavior to be around it. So at the same time, like I said, this is the first time since 1989 that my mom, my sister, my self, my dad, all lived within a half a mile radius. This has not happened since I lived with my mom. I live with my mom now. There's nothing like it. And I live in my family members because we, as Italians, we came here together. The four of us, my father is in heaven now. But my sister and I, my mom, we're close. And there's nothing wrong with doing it together as a family, but you appreciate you have respect and dignity. And you give back. Now they don't want to give back. Like we talked about earlier. And it's a sign of respect for yourself too. I will tell you something though. I will tell you something about giving back to your parents. I think it's a two way highway. And let me explain to you why. My dad, I had to force him to want to live with me. Why? He didn't, I'll tell you right now. He didn't want to live with me with the family, with the wife and kids. I said, what's your issue? What would he says? I don't ever want to be a burden on your family and your marriage. Check this out. We went to the Hamptons. He didn't go with us to the Hamptons. The first time ever. You know what his reasoning is to not want to go to the Hamptons? What? Because when we're in the Hamptons, he doesn't want us to take him to the hospital. Not stop because the day before we went to the Hamptons, he had an emergency, I took him to the ER. So I was at the hospital and he's like, look, I don't want to go. And now as you're aging and you look at the family. God bless. When you're looking at homes, different places. You know, it's crazy. We're looking at home in Hamptons. You know, that one house on the beach. We looked at it. You know, it's the first question that we're asking. What's the crazy thing? I know it. We're asking. How long of a drive is it here from here to ER? It's a seven minute drive. You know, you know these, like you know when you're like young and coming up and you have dreams and like, one day, I want to own an island. This is the chances of me owning an island. Why? You want to know why? Why? You got to get places. How the hell am I getting to a freaking hospital? Oh, yeah. Yeah. I want a hospital. That's five minutes away. And in Hamptons, when we went to the hospital and one of the days, and this guy who was driving me, and I'm talking to him, he says, I said, so how many? He says, oh, you realize if you live in gurney, Montauk, and you have to go to the hospital, the closest hospitals an hour, 20 minutes away, you're done. I said, stop. You're done. The ambulance drivers. You know what they are? They're part time drivers, volunteer, volunteer, 90 year olds, 80 year olds, that you call them and say, hey, do you mind coming in and they have to call people? Oh, no, no. There is a magic. So, so we'll never make it, remember we saw the one in the pyramid, yelling to go to the river. He was like, oh, coming. You're like, no, you're not. You're going. And the paramedic was yelling at him. Artie, over here. As you age, you realize the value of health, doctors, all of that, but also sanity. And help. Sanity. Up around you. Sanity, sanity. But the point I was going to make is the fact that sometimes, generationally, we put way too much pressure on kids to have to take care of their parents. The Bible even tells you, leave your kids and inheritance. So don't pass the burden on to them. How many marriages end up at a divorce because one of the spouse is trying to take care of somebody else financially. And the other guy is saying, hey, you're getting us bankrupt and we're running out of money and you're taking money out of kids going to college. So there needs to be a fair amount of pressure. It can just be all the burden put on one person to have to support everybody. And that's one of the reasons why conflicts happen within families later on. It's a very complicated thing. But with that being said, Antonio, it's great having you on. Pleasure, you guys. You know, you have all incredible genetics to be handsome no matter what age you are. And so that's a gift that only a few people get. Adam. I just want to go back to your, your, your big event. Yeah. What's this? I mean, I met Pat in 2012. You've been doing this a long time. I started this in oh, nine, you were in the insurance business, starting in, I think, oh, one. How's it feel to be kind of a new man now? Priceless. Yeah. Priceless. You know why? The way I view it is the following one. The more and more the last four years I told everybody, my voices are going to get smarter. I don't want a voice in the company. My voice is going to get smarter. I'll play a role on the back when integrity and people call me and, you know, I have a relationship with everybody. Anybody ever calls me? I'm the faster to get back to them. I get back to my guys faster than their own leaders get back to them. So that's not going to change. But it is like your daughter marrying a good man, you have to let them figure it out. My daughter, PHP, married integrity, a good man, it is a good dude. And I'm outside and whatever you guys need from me, I'm not going to get involved. If you ask me questions, I'm right here and I'm going to be very fair to both of you guys. Any questions you want? Of course, my priority is my daughter because that's my blood and PHP is my priority. My job is to protect them, but from the outside, they married somebody very good, Brian's an incredible guy. He's a heavyweight. He's the number one guy in the insurance industry, heavyweight. The world's going to know about this guy and what he's built. That's awesome. And there's going to be good things. When you build a company that's got roughly a one and a half billion dollar e-beta, that's a real business. Yeah. It's a real business. Anyways, game. Respect to PHP. Respect integrity. Yes.
