All right, Donald Trump is hitting the campaign trail.
We are 30 days out to the midterm.
He is trying to act like, hey, I'm not on the ballot, but pretend I am.
So imagine you go to vote and this guy's on the ballot.
Play the clip.
Had a nice simple life before this.
I didn't have to be here on Saturday night going like this, working my ass off in front of you people.
I could have been home.
I could have been in Monte Carlo.
I could have been wherever the hell I wanted to be.
I didn't need to be here, but I love you people and I love it.
It's a public service.
He loves us so much.
He sounds like he's auditioning for The Godfather.
Like he's a drunk old 80-year-old man on a sofa.
I didn't have to be here.
You know, it's every time I listen to him speak, I mean, every single time I hear him speak,
I think that the media gives him so many passes.
You know, I don't think I've ever heard him speak before, but he's a good person.
I think he's a great person.
It's a violation of federal statute to have armed agents at polling sites.
It's a violation of 18 U.S.C. 592, and it's also a violation of Section 593, which says that federal officials can't interfere with state elections.
And intimidating under a color of law is a violation of the Voting Rights Act for what's left of the Voting Rights Act.
So it's clear they're going to try to couch this as monitoring.
You're probably going to see some allegations of voter fraud in various states that are completely bogus, that have no merit to it.
But it's going to create the pretext for DOJ and or law enforcement to show up at these polling sites without any basis.
And it's going to be the responsibility of the American people, of the Democrats, to show up in numbers that are so vast, that are so large, that there's no question.
And unfortunately, we have to do everything right.
They hold all the power, and they're going to cheat.
And that's a tall task for us.
But we have to show up in large numbers.
You cannot let this deter you.
You cannot.
There's much more at stake.
You cannot sit at home.
You have to go vote.
We have to take this back.
If we don't do it now, we're not going to do it.
And I also want to point out that this is a part of the authoritarian fascist playbook.
They are priming the public.
They have the live in a militarized state, that when we go to the polling places, when we are out in public at public parks, the military is there, or ICE is there.
And also, they're priming the law enforcement and or the military to turn on its citizens.
This is something that we don't do in the United States.
So this regime is having American citizens monitor and turn on other citizens.
And they put monitor, but it's not monitor.
It's intimidate.
It's intimidate.
Intimidate.
And that's a prime example of mainstream media sanewashing when they put monitor elections, because that sounds reasonable.
Oh, they're monitoring the election.
They're making sure everything's fine.
That's not monitoring.
They are intimidating the voter.
And yeah, go ahead.
Well, and for them to report this in that context, I mean, Donald Trump's administration lies every day.
So when you report a story from his administration, you have to give it some context and to just trust them at their word that this is monitoring.
And we know that that's simply not true.
We know that's not true.
It's intimidation.
It's trying to deter people from voting.
It's targeting minorities and other people that show up with fear and intimidation tactics.
That's exactly what it is.
And a lot of it is the framing.
They use the buzzword monitor, but it's not that.
All right.
And then we have one Samuel Alito.
Samuel Alito is a very evil.
Very bizarre man who's married to a woman who puts up like, don't tread on me flags like they are.
What's so crazy about the Alitos is think about the people like the trashiest trash you saw on January 6th.
We love Trump with their flags.
That's the Supreme Court justice and his wife.
That's the part of this whole regime where you have this group of people that are Ivy League educated.
That have been radicalized.
That have fallen prey to right wing media propaganda.
And Samuel Alito did an interview and he is worried that the Supreme Court is under attack.
I'm sure in this video we're going to see him really call out Donald Trump.
Let's play the clip.
It's been a concerted effort to intimidate the court and justices on the court.
To try to influence us to decide cases differently from the way in which we have.
Have been deciding them.
And I am concerned about the future of the court.
I think it's an important institution.
It has not always done the right thing.
But I think on the whole, it has been fundamental in protecting our constitutional structure and the rights that all Americans enjoy.
The person who attacks the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary.
More than any other person is the president of the United States.
The reason the Supreme Court isn't popular is because this guy is dismantling the Constitution and wants to turn the United States into a Christian nationalist regime.
Because all of these men are so broken and they continue to do whatever it is they do in secret that they feel guilty about.
Oh, I can continue to watch gay porn or whatever it is.
Whatever their proclivity is that they feel shame about.
If we deliver the United States to God as a Christian.
We are a Christian nation.
We are governed by broken, secretive men.
This man is such a liar.
He just ignores facts relevant to his conduct.
If you'll remember, I think it was his wife after January 6th that put up the Stop the Steal flag.
And they confronted him about that.
And he blamed his wife for it.
And then he refused to step aside.
Donald Trump had several cases before the court, one of which involved his immunity.
And he refused to step aside from those cases.
He's made no, he's not trying to hide the fact that he's in the tank for the Trump administration.
He wears any sort of praise by Donald Trump as a badge of honor.
And I think that's been clear.
And he wants to talk about.
Pressure from outside sources to intimidate the court.
You know, Donald Trump has called the justices an embarrassment to their families.
He's claimed without evidence that the court has been swayed by foreign interest.
Just think about that.
Saying that without any evidence that the court's been swayed by foreign interest.
In September, he called them shells beholden to liberal interest.
And he now says he regrets appointing Gorge, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.
I mean, he's.
He says these things on almost a weekly rant if they don't rule in his favor every single time.
And then he has the nerve to talk about the court's integrity when he uses this shadow docket.
He claims the court's been somewhat transparent on emergency applications.
Yet many of their emergency wins come through short, unsigned orders on this shadow docket with very little, if any, reasoning.
In 2021, he dismissed the shadow.
Docket is being sinister because they can use it to get away with things they normally couldn't get away with in this same interview.
He doesn't mention any intimidation by Donald Trump.
He doesn't mention a reference that he talks about these liberal sources.
He has zero credibility.
And if the Democrats, when they if they take over, when they take over, if they don't make that the first front and center issue to reform.
The Supreme Court, along with many others, if they don't embrace that, if they don't make that a campaign slogan, they're missing the target because it is the biggest issue.
One of the top three biggest issues for Democrats is the court and the decisions they make, because all of us live with these decisions, whether you're in small town, Oklahoma, whether you're in New York City, you live with these decisions on a day in, day out basis.
And we cannot have another Justice Alito appointed next year.
We cannot let that happen.
Well, he's talking.
He's talking about retiring before so that Trump can get another pick.
And, you know, it would be some somebody younger and somebody more radical.
And what's so fascinating to me about these MAGA men is just how much courage and conviction that they lack.
Donald Trump can call Ted Cruz's wife ugly.
And Ted Cruz says, God bless Donald Trump.
Donald Trump can just browbeat the court all the time.
And he can't even stand up for his.
Peers and for the institution, the humiliation kink that these MAGA men have any attention by Donald Trump, whether it be positive or negative, they're chomping at the bit for it and they refuse to that is a breathtaking display of a submissive, corrupt, evil MAGA man who cannot believe or stand for anything with the exception of Donald Trump.
these conservative think tanks have.
That's what I want.
Take it that seriously.
seriously, because these people are as ambitious as they are stupidly dangerous. And we are reaping
the horrors of their decades-long march for these moments. And this death cough that they're going
to have up to these midterms, it is going to be brutal. But the midterms are in a month.
I echo what Josh says. The turnout has to be too big, too rigged. We have to overcome so much.
Otherwise, our country is going to go in the hands of these just horrible, they're not even
great villains, just these horrible, dweeby, evil, like look at Alito. I mean, nobody in their right
mind is even scared of him. But the sad thing is he has all this power. All right, make sure you
