Trump's Threats Backfire as All Hell Breaks Loose...

The transcript critiques Carvana’s car-selling process as efficient and transparent, contrasting it with a broader political and social analysis. It highlights Donald Trump’s erratic, threatening rhetoric about former political figures as evidence of mental instability and narcissism, suggesting such behavior reflects a broader pattern of political violence and scapegoating. The speaker attacks billionaire influences, particularly Jeff Bezos and Ken Paxton, accusing them of exploiting workers, manipulating public opinion, and engaging in hypocrisy through religious signaling. A central case involves Christa Pike, whose botched execution in Tennessee reveals systemic flaws in capital punishment—including medical errors, lack of drug transparency, and failure to account for age-based sentencing. The narrative frames these incidents as symptoms of a larger culture of cruelty, misinformation, and political extremism, especially within evangelical nationalist movements. The speaker concludes by urging public awareness and criticism of both political leaders and punitive systems, arguing that true accountability requires exposing power imbalances, worker exploitation, and the dangerous normalization of violence under the guise of morality or faith.

You're listening to a quick ad. You know what else is quick? Selling your car on Carvana. Just put in your vehicle information and we'll give you an offer. Done! No hassle, no negotiation, no guy from an online listing lowball in you. Which means by the time I'm done explaining this, you could have basically done it. Still haven't started? Hey, better late than never. Sell your car today on Carvana. Pick up fees may apply. All right, Trump continued one of his bizarre sundown or hour bent dementia show and tell in the Oval Office. And of course, this man is so petty, so vengeful, so full of grievances, despite ascending to the most powerful position in the world. And here he is going after his political enemies. Yet again, let's play the clip. Could have done very bad things to Hillary Clinton. I could have done very, very bad things to Joe Biden. I could have done very bad things to Barack Hussein Obama. I thought it was inappropriate to do so, because you have to treat the office of the presidency with respect. Then I found out that they impeached me twice. And I certainly, even to this moment, I can do whatever I want, to my want. Josh. Just the ramblings of someone who, again, is mentally incompetent, unstable. Brock Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, they had nothing to do with impeaching him. I mean, the man just dribbles this nonsense. He's equating what happened to him. I mean, I can't really even make sense of it. Trying to parse through the things that he says in a sensible way and explain them. But he loves this dialogue. He loves having these veiled threats, these little subliminal messages that he sends out about I can do this or I can do that. These horrible bad things to these former officials. All of it, to me, is a much broader picture as to his competency, as to his mental health. And the fact that day in and day out, the media gives him a pass to say these crazy, outlandish things without any check on him. Every story that covers Trump should begin with the fact that this man is unfit for office. And then tell the story. Yeah. And Kylie, if you'll just go back to that video and keep it frozen like on pause, I just, the objects of this, let's just review how insane. Every day we have these people surrounding Donald Trump. You got Scott Beset, a homosexual who somehow thinks he's safe with this regime that is going after the LGBTQ+ community. And then you have these billionaires to his left. You got this gal that she's the Dell wife of Dell computers. And there's another clip where she's speaking. And it's just like this is a collection of completely out of touch freaks. These are completely broken people that are scurrying over to this broken man. When they don't have to do that, these people were $250 billion. I mean, if you want to do something good for the world, he's not your guy. And also in this clip, he goes on and on about how he should have won the Nobel Peace Prize. He solved all these wars. It's fascinating to me that so many people just allow him all of this space to talk about jailing Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden or allow him this space where he started a war. He's funding a genocide. He is killing American citizens. He's deporting people in the United States refugees to countries that they have no affiliation with. And yet he thinks he's somehow deserving of the Peace Prize. The only reason he wants it is so immature because Barack Obama had it. And when you think about the psychology of that, what a petty immature person he is, and then think he's the president of the United States, it's so disgusting. But I want to remind everybody, he would not be the sprays in a Trump 2.0. If the elites hadn't scurried in and they're propping him up, they are giving a permission structure along with corporate media that all of this stuff is fine. And Jeff Bezos, you may remember, immediately. Immediately, he was like, yeah, we'll give Melania a $40 million check to make some pieces of shit documentary that nobody wants to see. And here he is weighing in on the election. This is really interesting. Stay with me on this. Play the clip. Some politicians are governing correctly on this issue, but many are not. And I would say when you're in the polling booth and you're thinking about who you're going to vote for, think about this. If there's a politician who's picking villains and pointing fingers, that probably means they don't have a solution. Because if that is solution instead of blaming somebody, they would be working on the solution. If there was somebody in your company, I'll tell you if there's somebody at Amazon. >> All right, I've heard enough. This is absolutely proof positive that billionaires are not the smartest people in the world. We give them and attribute all of this unearned intelligence to them because of the balance in their bank account. And that's a big problem in American culture. He said, if you're at the poll and somebody is picking villains, maybe you shouldn't vote for them. Jeff, Donald Trump campaigned on picking villains. They still continue to pick villains. You can't even stand up for your workers in Amazon. You don't even support for them to unionize. And if they did, if you actually were a decent person, and you actually said, I'm going to do something really innovative here. I'm going to double or triple all of my employees' salaries. And I'm going to give them an extra week of paid vacation. I'm going to give them even more in their 401 case. You'd still be a billionaire. But you have ponied up with the man and with a fascist regime that picks villains. And the villains that they have chosen are the majority of Americans. He's so narcissistic that all he thinks about is you're picking villains and I'm the villain. He thinks he's being falsely accused of being a villain, a man who supports, who is at the White House the other evening with a regime that shoots American citizens in the face and then calls them fucking bitches and then terrorists and then lets their murderer off the hook. And this man wants to get on Fox, his safe space and lecture us about what to think in the polling booth. When I'm thinking in the polling booth, Jeff, it's your ass needs to be investigated. We need to investigate what's going on with your relationships with Donald Trump. You need to have your taxes raised and you need to pay your employees better because they work a lot harder than Jeff Bezos does. Yeah. And it shows I think this interview illustrates how out of touch he is with society, with the common day-to-day people. And he gives this argument about vilifying. We talk about the Trump administration every day on here and all they do, their whole policy is to vilify whether it's a trans person, whether it's a former Democratic leader, whether it's someone that's gay or it's a black immigrant immigrant. That's all they do. They never discuss any kind of substantive policy to make this country better. And for him to have the nerve to go on and say that or suggest that just shows how out of touch he is. And guys like that, like something and you pointed this out, something happens when you get that wealthy. You lose connection to day-to-day people. You lose what matters in your day-to-day fight. Just trying to pay basic things. You know, everybody can look back the days that you're hustling, you're looking to, you know, gas in the car, you're looking to pay your rent. How much that means to you. And most people don't have the comfort level that he has for sure. He's one of the wealthiest men in the world. But it's just those guys can't relate to day-to-day people. And why someone in rural America or in a red state would look at someone like that and think that that guy knows your pain and suffering. He's going to help you. I mean, that's a far, so that's a myth. That's not true. All Jeff Fezos does is what Trump does. What all these other billionaires do is they plunder and exploit and then they claim they're the victim. He has plundered and exploited workers out the wazoo. And now he claims he's the victim and he's being villainized. You don't become a billionaire unless you exploit people and every day that you exploit people, it breaks something in you. Look at the example of Marco Rubio. He looks completely soulless now. You start doing this to other human beings. You become a broken person in a state of psychosis and a constant state of being a victim. And then speaking of how just deranged this entire movement is, here's Trump's on the campaign trail. And here this whole incident took place at his rally last night. Play the clip. All right, so this is protesters at Trump's rally getting assaulted as he exits. Trump loves this stuff. Trump won't point out he would talk about, you know, we got to wrap it up. up and somebody needs to punch that guy in the face. His audience likes this level of violence. They like this type of white trash problem solving technique. These are not our biggest thinkers. And Trump was met with at least 12 protesters at the rally. Yeah. And it's no surprise that we see something like that. I don't know that it's safe to go to Trump rally in protest based on the way that he acts as crowd on. So I wouldn't suggest it, but I'm going to have a lot of respect for someone that can show up like that in protest for the right thing. But all of this rhetoric with Trump, you see has an end game. There are acts of violence in today's society that in my opinion are direct results of the rhetoric that Trump spews on his true social. You know, you and I talked briefly, there's this case where this congressional candidate was raped. She was trying to put campaign signs up in a yard and she's running for state office in Arizona. All of those things are the direct result of the rhetoric that spews from the top down and not just Trump, but all of his subordinates that talk casually about these things, how he expressed some sympathy for the boys involved in the Cornell thing. You know, just this whole rhetoric in today's culture about this violence, this victimization of white men, all of it, just trickles down and you can see it in today's society and it's really disturbing. But Kudos to that man for showing up in protesting. I hope he got out of there safely. All right. And this is a very interesting video I'm going to show you. And here's why I have been talking about for, you know, since the beginning of this podcast about how MAGA Christians, evangelical Christians, are completely duplicitous. One of these people is Ken Paxton. He has multiple affairs. He steals ink pens, you know, a thousand dollar ink pens. He gets impeached. He's fraudster. He's a compulsive liar. He's an abject piece of shit. When you think of the character in the Bible, Jesus Christ and how he was helping the suffering, feeding the poor, spoke out against the accumulation of wealth, you don't think about like Ken Paxton being in that click or Donald Trump being in that click. So to detract from all of their debauchery, they're, these people are just complete degenerates. They do what I call Christian signaling. They do all of these horrible things. Mind you, there were videos all over TikTok and Instagram, all summer long. If Ken Paxton playing grab ass with this mistress in London on America's 250th birthday, some Patriot he is, right? So to cover for all of that, he engages in Christian signaling. And this hits so hard with the bigoted base. Play the clip. So as we're leaving today, I'm going to ask you to do a couple of things. One, I'm going to ask you to pray. Pray for our state, pray for our country. Pray that we will be delivered from socialism and communism. Almost a Freudian slip of capitalism. But they use this. They just say, and Josh, you can say, you know, you have all of these, you know, defendants that come in who have done really terrible things and all of a sudden it's like, oh, we're going to get, we're going to church this Sunday and we're going to find Jesus again. Like that's going to fix all of the problems speak to this, Josh. Well, and a lot of the clients I represented are accused of crimes or when I'm defending them, I like to tell them that if you're going to find Jesus, find him before you're in a prison cell, you know, that's better that way. Hopefully, you can avoid staying in the prison cell. But just like you said, it's, and he doesn't even, Kim Paxton, so incompetent, he doesn't, doesn't even know what he's asking them to pray for. What do you say? Socialists, communists, capitalists. He was about to say capitalists. Yeah. Which is true. Like, yeah, it's 100% true, but he's just, it shows that it's, this is just his line, his stick of, okay, now we're going to do the prayer thing again. I'm going to try to invoke all these ignorant ass peoples emotions over their religion and see if I can't bond them to think that I'm somehow worthy candidate when I'm really a complete piece of shit. But they're so goddamn stupid that I think if we hold hands and pray that they're going to buy into it, you know, it's, it's, and we've seen people like that. It's like, your whole life can be without any substance, without any purpose. You can stand for nothing, you can have zero conviction. But if you can rally a circle of people and hold their hands and pray to Jesus Christ, somehow that invokes some emotion or belief that you're an okay person. And it's, it's, it's so disingenuous and it's so dishonest and you and I see it like we laugh about it. But these people that are caught up in it that believe this stuff day in and day, I think just don't see it. What else he say? Kimp actions are complete. He's a grifter. He's a total grifter. And these people go, oh, oh, he's, he's praying now. Oh, okay, all of that is okay. Now that makes sense. That's right. So I want to move on to a story that is very upsetting. There's a death row in mate that was sentenced to death and her execution was botched. Pop this up. Christa Pike's attorney said they believe she was brain dead after her botched execution last week before she woke up and started talking. And Pike's lawyer is speaking out about this. Let's play the clip in the room when she woke up. So I don't want to speculate too much. What our understanding was the first thing she said was where am I and who are you? There's, there's still a lot of cognitive confusion. And so I will say that she, she is wanted to know what's happened and she's asked about several people. She's asked about her team. She's asked about, she's asked about the victim's family. Like she is, I think she is angry and confused about everything right now. So Josh unpack this for us and what happened in the state of Tennessee. This is a fascinating story. And I personally, I'm against the death penalty, but it has so many different facets to it. So she was charged when she was 18 years old with a murder with two other people and they're all three charged with murder. And she's the only one of those three that received the death penalty. And recently, I think on September 30th, she was given one lethal injection of the drug that the state of Tennessee gives and it didn't kill her. And so they then have a protocol, and she was given a second injection. And again, it didn't kill her. And so there's an issue, I think, as to whether or not they were able to hit the veins and her arms when they're doing it. There's a whole nother issue about the drug maker because most pharmacies, most drug makers won't give their drug to a state for an execution and have their drug associated with it. So the Tennessee has this weird law that shields the state of Tennessee from having to tell the public the source of the drug that they receive. And so there's some belief that they get this compound drug from a pharmacy and has it been tested? Is it is it going to work? And you say all of those things are issues in this particular case. And it didn't work. And she's the only person that's ever survived an execution attempt. And she's now in the hospital. She's conscious. You know, the victim's family, they're grieving. They don't know what to think over this. It's just a horrific, horrific story as to what happened to this young woman. And in her case, at least in my opinion, is a prime example why the death penalty is flawed. She was 18 years old when this happened. One of her co-definite was 17 years old. There are three of them. They're all young. She's the only only one that received the death penalty. The 17 year old male didn't receive the death penalty simply because he was a few months younger than her. And the age prohibition against capital punishment for someone who's deemed a minor. So there's there's all different aspects of this case. But it's just tragic. It's tragic what she had to go through. It's tragic how incompetent the state of Tennessee is that they don't have to disclose their drug maker and their protocol and so forth. And now they're not saying anything. And she, you know, her lawyers now are going to try to have her sentence commuted. But this is uncharted territory. And it's a prime example for me why the death penalty is cruel and unusual punishment under the eighth amendment. I mean, to go through something like this, I think she was brain dead for a period of time. And now she's cognizant, but she can't move certain parts of her body to go through that experience. They could hear that she was snoring after she was given the first injection, which tells you that obviously it didn't work. And so they, and her lawyers before this tried to warn them and say, hey, she's got some issues with her veins and the way that she can receive injections. Because when you're administered this drug, it's important that they hit the vein because that'll take it directly to the brain to where her life would cease. At that point, if that doesn't happen, which it didn't happen here, then she's left out in this abyss. And it's just just to have this conversation is so Barbaric to talk about a government sanctioned killing of someone in the way that they screwed it up and the lawyers have to sit there and observe it. But regardless of how you feel about capital punishment, there's multi-layers to this story that are very interesting that will dictate a lot of decisions moving forward. The state of Tennessee is now halted all of its executions based on this. This isn't the first time that this has happened in Tennessee. It's like the third time they've botched an execution and the doctor that was in charge of this one is botched one previously. So I think it's time for our country to really consider capital punishment. And is this something, you know, we're one of the few countries that even practice it. And in this particular state, when I know that Oklahoma does too, you know, I'm not trying to make some political argument here, but I'm not for it. And for all the reasons that that went on in Tennessee, I think those speak for itself. Yeah, I oppose the death penalty. I don't think that anything good comes from that. And that this is cruel and unusual punishment. I do think the country needs to take a big look at it. But the problem is the people that are in charge right now now want to escalate it from injections to firing squads. That's what we're up against. We want people who to make it more cruel and more unusual. It's just really important. I think that we highlight these injustices because the injustices that are trickling from mega policies and mega states are ubiquitous. I mean, there's every single day we could pick news stories about how this regime, whether it's state mega people or federal mega people. The cruelty is the point. The cruelty is on display. There are people in Tennessee right now as sick as that is. And this is just Bible belt culture that would be like, well, good. I hope she suffered. And then now we're going to have to kill her again. And that is that is a part of the of the Ken Paxton sitting there praying. That is linked that this type of Christian cruelty of people that identify as evangelical mega Christian nationalists. Not those of you out there that have a beautiful, peaceful faith. All right, that's all we have. Please like and subscribe and we will be back later with more news.
