Trump's Sunday Goes Horribly Wrong...

The transcript highlights Wise as a reliable, transparent tool for global money management by offering competitive exchange rates and no hidden fees—helping users save significantly. It then turns to a critical analysis of Donald Trump’s foreign policy and economic narratives, revealing a pattern of misinformation, political grandstanding, and policy incoherence. Trump’s claims about fuel price spikes, the “super intelligence force,” and his dismissive stance on Iran and North Korea are shown to contradict verifiable data. The analysis criticizes Trump’s administration for escalating global instability—such as attacks on Iranian bridges and fuel infrastructure—while simultaneously blaming external actors for domestic crises. It points to media manipulation, especially in coverage of conflicts in Ukraine, Yemen, and the Strait of Hormuz, where right-wing outlets distort facts to align with political agendas. Evidence shows that key economic claims, like economic booms and falling mortgage rates, are false, with real data indicating higher inflation, rising debt, and stagnant growth. The report concludes by advocating for fact-based, cross-platform journalism via tools like Ground News to counter disinformation and maintain global awareness. Overall, the narrative frames Trump’s leadership as not only ineffective but dangerously incompetent and morally compromised in both domestic and international affairs.

Donald Trump's Sunday is getting worse by the minute. And he's ranting and raving like a lunatic on social media about creating the super intelligence force as the American people are struggling to afford anything as diesel and gas prices are surging. Donald Trump posted at 523 am. I am announcing the formation of the super intelligence force which will be tasked with coordinating the effort of the federal government to ensure that America continues to lead the world in super intelligence and super intelligence force. It will be coordinating with, quote, religious organizations, the government super intelligence force, religious organizations working together as Pete Heggsith and the Pentagon is saying, send me to war that the book of Isaiah is saying that young American men and women need to be sent to never ending wars in the Middle East. Then Donald Trump continued to post photos of this lady who was apparently protesting the reflecting pool a few months ago and then reflecting Donald Trump's triumphal arch that no American wants built that he's obsessed with. And he says, how much is she being paid and by whom she's at all of my developments protesting. It's very hard for him to fathom that someone would be against him spending our taxpayer dollars ruining the reflecting pool and talking about arches. But he kept on posting about this lady this morning. And then he says, thank you, Emily Miller. She refers to herself as a reflecting pool mega journalist. And so she pushes, in my opinion, the Trump reflecting pool propaganda. And they call the people who protest the reflecting pool months ago, algae protesters. Folks, what the hell is going on here? There is war throughout the world as a result of Donald Trump's pathetic behavior. Yes, indeed another tanker has been hit in the Strait of Hormuz by the IRGC. North Korea has bragged that it testified another hypersonic missile claiming it hit a sea target 1000 kilometers away using a wave like trajectory designed to evade radar that South Korea, that Japan and the US will never be able to stop. But Donald Trump told that crowd and Dayton, Ohio at the high school gym after saying how much is aspirin. Kim Jong Un is his bud is his friend. And that's important to all the people in Dayton, to all the people in Oklahoma, to all the people in Texas, to all those people in Mobile, Alabama, Kim Jong Un is Trump's friend, Xi Jinping likes Donald Trump. He wants you to know an Si centers, data centers, but Trump says they're Si centers, super intelligent centers in your backyard. Now we're getting this shocking and horrific image out of key. This video coming in of yet another Russian strike on a bridge over here. Take a look at Keyes North bridge. This was a little bit earlier today, yet another strike. This is in addition to what I was showing earlier this morning and yesterday, another strike on Keyes North bridge. Let me show you what went down over here. Let's play this clip. And some other b roll right here of what that looked like from another angle. And here's one of the things Donald Trump has normalized attacking bridges. Donald Trump attacked the largest bridge in Iran and then bragged how he brought that bridge down. Donald Trump's posts and his rhetoric constantly talk about obliterating the Iranian civilization and destroying their bridges. And whereas once the United States would at least try to demonstrate that it would speak with moral authority and condemn the fact that people would strike bridges. Well, the Trump regime are a bunch of bridge strikers, war criminals, slaughtering little children and Minab and Lamar. The US has lost its moral authority everywhere. And when the Trump regime behaves like pirates launching embargoes that starve citizens of places like Cuba and Iran and elsewhere, it's hard for the United States to rally an international community to say, hey, blowing up bridges is wrong. Should be a pretty basic premise, blowing up bridges is wrong. But the Trump regime cowardly, pathetic war criminals. And of course, liars about everything. So it's Sunday morning. So that means the Trump regime sends its stooges like mega Republican energy secretary Chris, right? He goes on the Sunday shows. Here he is on face the nation. And he says all of the surge in diesel, all of the surge in the prices of gas. That's as a result of the Russia Ukraine war. And also it's China's fault. And it's also the Democrats fault. Nothing to do with Donald Trump here. But didn't Donald Trump say he was going to resolve the war in Ukraine in 24 hours after the 2024 election. Didn't Donald Trump say Xi Jinping is his best friend? Y'all couldn't do a deal with Xi Jinping when he was in the White House talking about the Thucydides trap. How America's the declining power and China's the rising power. You couldn't work some deal out. And also we know the rise in diesel and the rise in gas prices is because of Trump's catastrophic war in Iran. But okay, blame others. Here's Chris Wright. Let's play this flip. Diesel's mostly been infected by the Russia Ukraine war. And also by China's decision not to export diesel or gasoline into the marketplace. And of course we're living with two refineries that were recently closed. Large refineries in California that Gavin Newsom forced the closure of. And frankly, 15 years of Democrat policies that have been energy subtraction, trying to close coal plants, close refineries and shrink our capacity, which means when you get in crisis, we're just less resilient than we should be. Then Donald Trump's top national economic advisor, Kevin has hit the little weasel I like to call him. This guy's such a weasel liar. He goes on and it just, it's literally a humiliation ritual. If you actually cared about having a scintilla of integrity, but these scumbags, these Epstein class losers that are the Trump regime, they don't care about you. They don't care about anything. That's what they sound like to me. Here's Kevin Hasid over here saying, this is the golden age. Everybody's rich. Aren't you? I wasn't everybody doing amazing. Watch what Trump's national economic advisor said to state regime propaganda media Fox here play this clip. This is my favorite. This is my favorite fact that since President Trump took office, there are 112,000 people, including 12,000 in the supposedly weak jobs report that are now working building factories. They're actually building factories. So imagine you got 112,000 people. That's like as many people as there are like at a Michigan football game. Think of that whole stadium and they're out there building factories. And so how bullish is that for the economy? And you know that there was, and that's like factory construction was dead with Joe Biden was, yeah. President Trump really has created a golden age. And Michigan keeps losing their football games. Okay, Kevin has. Then more from Kevin Hasid, he goes on CNN and he tells Jake Tapper, he goes, Donald Trump hasn't failed to deliver at all. The economy is booming. Everyone is booming right now. Everybody is as wealthy as can be. This is one major economic boom, he says. Watch what he says, here play this clip. Two years ago, President Trump said he thought he could get mortgage rates down to 3% or even lower. Last week, mortgage rates had the biggest weekly jump in four years. It's more than seven percent. Why has President Trump failed to deliver on that promise? President Trump hasn't failed to deliver at all. And what you have to do is you have to look at the whole picture. And so what happens when the economy is booming is that people feel better about their economic circumstances and then they go out and they spend and they buy houses, they buy cars. And if you look at the housing data over the summer, then income growth is outpacing the mortgage rates and housing starts and purchases and permits are way up. And so what's again, you know, absolutely true, mortgage rates have to come down. And as we get inflation down to one, two percent, then that's where mortgage rates are going to head towards. You know, that plus two or three. And that's going to happen. I think very quickly over the next few buds. And then they even have the Supreme Court justices go out there, the Maga Supreme Court justices go on state regime, media and do their propaganda. And like Justice Alito today, we don't do anything about personal interest or we leave politics aside. Okay, Alito sounds sounds like that makes a lot of sense to us. I mean this right wing fascist Supreme Court, let's just say this is who they are a bunch of phonies here play this clip. Our religious beliefs, but we must make a very concerted effort not to base our decisions on our personal beliefs. Our decisions must be based on the law. And folks, that's why it's also critical that we get our news sources from, you know, accurate places. And it's why it's important to have a healthy media diet. Let me just give you an example right here of just two headlines, so you can see for yourself just some of the main issues. So this headline, "Russian strikes hit Ukrainian cities as German Chancellor Murz visits Kiev. Russian strikes hit Ukrainian cities." So no right wing media coverage about that story. However, you look at this headline, "Russia to intensify strikes on Ukraine after Zelensky interview." If you bring it in as Zelensky did an interview, thus Russia is responding by striking Ukraine, then you see right wing media will cover the story that way. And so to me, it's just fascinating when you see the media manipulation at play. And it's why it's important when I do these reports for you that we provide all these different perspectives out there. And we really just focus though on the data and the receipts. And I try, look, I'm going to get angry when I see Kevin Hassett lie the way he does or when I see energy secretary right lie, I'm going to get, I can't help that. But I want to show you here's what they're saying. But here's what the data shows. Diesel record high, gas record highs, treasury yields record highs, 30 year fixed mortgage record highs, the national debt over $40 trillion. How could we have brought in $21 trillion if the national debt's exceeding $40 trillion? If the deficit is increasing under Donald Trump, how you claim to be bringing in all this money when the data suggests the exact opposite. I mean, you go through this piece by piece, federal government spending is up. There were no dojo rebate checks. There were no tariff rebate checks. He's not going to give you $5,000, right? We just have to be tethered to facts, receipt data, data, data, data, data. And by the way, it's why I to help prepare for these morning videos and some of my other videos, I use ground news. It's why we partner with ground news. They're the best tool for me to stay objective with my reporting. As I just showed you, it helped me understand even how some headlines like that about Ukraine appear to have been skewed and manipulated by right wing sources or by, you know, or how it was being portrayed on the left. Ground news is an app in a website that pulls in thousands of articles from around the world, organizes them by story. Again, it shows you how the left center and right are framing the story differently for every story. The color coded layout makes it easy to see the political bias. It shows did an independent media organization report on this? Was it from a large media conglomerate with corporate interests? Ground news has that dedicated blind spot feed so I can see is this a story that's not being covered by a particular side on the political aisle? I believe in ground news so much we're going to offer you 40% off the same vantage plan that I use for my research in this video and other videos that I do. So just go click the link in the description or go to ground.news/mtn or scan the QR code up here. It's one of the biggest discounts they've ever offered. It's that 40% discount. If you want to support this channel and get a clearer understanding of the world, try out ground news. Again, 40% off the vantage plan that I use with ground news. Go to ground.news/mtn. One of the headlines that needs to be discussed more is this pneumonic plague in Siberia by a bio lab that the Russian security services are seeming to continue to kind of escalate their attention to. Remember two days ago, I reported how there was an outbreak. One of the lab technicians died. There was about 100 and other 80 people who came into contact with that lab technician. Well, now one of the things that we're paying attention to is that in Siberia, several hospitals have been closed for quarantine and a mass regime has been introduced there in Siberia at the aluminum plant due to the spreading of this plague. We'll be paying more attention to that. I just want to put a bookmark there and remind us the latest developments over there. Back over here to Kevin Hassett for a moment. Kevin Hassett then explains how he wants Jerome Powell to be fired. Remember that was Trump's pick during Trump's first term to be the chairman of the Federal Reserve and Trump and Hassett would attack Jerome Powell, the former chairman of the Federal Reserve for not lowering interest rates but keeping interest rates where they were and so they called him too late Powell. Then Trump and Hassett bring in Kevin Warsh, the new chairman of the Federal Reserve interest rates go up the board unanimously. It was a unanimous the entire Federal Reserve Board voted to raise interest rates and you'll see over here. Kevin Hassett further calls for Jerome Powell's resignation. The pick during Trump's first administration Biden extended the term but here listen to what Kevin Hassett says. Kevin, you think it's time for Jay Powell to resign? I think that it's time for him to move on and to respect the independence of Fed and this sort of partisan divide that's very visible at the Fed and let's move on to the way the Fed used to be in the past. By the way, if you really want the building to go well and be cheap, they should let President Trump run it but I don't think he was proposing that. Nobody knows it better than he does. Kevin Hassett nationally can. Then we heard from Todd Blanche who was confronted with the Trump regime, I would say, lightly confronted with the on-state regime media propaganda fox with the Trump regime's policies of taking people who were here on temporary protected status in the United States or asylum seekers and sending them just to random countries, often random countries in Africa because these individuals cannot go back to the country that they had not lived in for some time. So the Trump regime sends them to random African countries and I don't know in places that they have no connection to so they're like lost and they're not given food. They have no clue like how are they going to even survive in these places. But Todd Blanche says, this is quintessential America for you. This is perfectly okay behavior. We stand behind it. There's due process, very normal and he says, look, the Supreme Court even blocked a district court stay that prevented us from doing it. Yeah, the right wing fascist Supreme Court that gave Donald Trump absolute immunity. Listen to what Todd Blanche had to say here, play this clip. >> Start the Supreme Court because the court made news this week taking up one of the immigration cases that's gotten a lot of attention about deporting people to third party countries where they have no connection. The plaintiffs in that case said this, the record shows that class members removed without meaningful notice or an opportunity to present country specific protection claims have faced prolonged and arbitrary detention beatings and sexual assault, disappearance and chain refoundment or being sent to countries from which the US has already granted them protection. These harms cannot be undone. How will you answer that in court? >> Well, it's not true. What the plaintiffs have tried to do in this case unsuccessfully, by the way, because the Supreme Court has stayed that case and there's arguments later on this year and we'll see what happens after that, but we give absolutely appropriate amount of notice and of due process that the law requires. Now, remember what we're talking about here are individuals where they're not citizens, they're here illegally and their own countries say we do not want them back. Okay, so we have to find somewhere to send them and that, again, as a nation, as a sovereign nation, the United States has to be able to do that. We cannot be in a position where there's somebody here that their own country doesn't want them back and there's nothing we can do it and look, the law is clear and we believe that the Supreme Court that granted this day so we can continue to do the important work of this administration when it comes to getting out everybody that's here illegally and we'll see what happens later this year, but this idea that we're violating human rights and that the President and that the United States is doing something to damage and put these people in harm's way is just categorically false. So that case will be it was added to the and folks, you know, we always are focusing on these international developments because they impact us here and we're part of a world and it's important that we understand everything that's happening. Things continue to heat up in Yemen as on Sir Ali Huthi's continued to successfully move east after taking over all of Western Yemen and the Bob El Mondob straight. We are aware that Saudi Arabia working with their proxies, the PLC in Yemen, they want to push back and go on a kind of counteroffensive or offensive against on Sir Ali as on Sir Ali continues to move east. We heard from the leader of kind of the PLC saying that there will be major, major military action in Yemen in the coming days as on Sir Ali now has successfully moved east. This guy who is from the PLC, they want to try to retake Bob El Mondob and the Western Yemen port areas that on Sirala was able to have. Now on Sirala says we're gonna hit back hard. They've already struck hard in Yambhu, a port city in Saudi Arabia because Saudi Arabia backs the opposite government entity in Yemen and Saudi Arabia now wants to basically get rid of the on Sirala advances. On Sirala hit Riyadh, there was the refinery there, the main aromco facility, on Sirala hit Yambhu and we still believe that those pumping stations in the east-west pipeline are not really working all that well despite Saudi sources saying that they are working well. Apparently Donald Trump has rejected doing direct strikes with MBS, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia against on Sirala the Houthis. Again, despite all of these quid pro quo deals between Trump and MBS apparently, Trump said, "Look, we'll help you with intelligence gathering regarding on Sirala and the Houthis, but we're not going to get directly involved in any strike." So pay attention there and what this also means in addition to more war, it's translating to higher prices of diesel and crude as these Saudi refineries and pipelines are being struck by on Sirala as the Saudi strike on Sirala Houthis on Sirala striking back and I do want to share this with you as well. Iran's Mbigalabaf, that's their parliament leader, he came out with a statement as well this morning he said, "Look, Iran does not set its grand policy or national security based on the tweets or the daily interviews of American officials. We act based on the enemy's actual behavior and not on rhetoric or false dichotomies." In other words, we know that Donald Trump will rant and rave like a lunatic, but at the end of the day, we're not really paying attention to that. And Mbigalabaf, Iran's parliament leader said, "Despite all of Donald Trump's rhetoric about, we've expelled the Iranian diplomats after the United Nations and we're going to make Iran surrender and all of the stuff that the Trump regime is saying, Mbigalabaf is saying, behind the scenes it's very different. The Trump regime is basically begging us for a deal and Mbigalabaf says they must understand that the era of dragging out time and dictating unilateral demands is over. Our position is clear, the straight of Hormuz will not reopen until our seven conditions under the Islamabad memorandum are fulfilled. We're not going to entertain any of these Trump regime proposals." And as I reported this morning, Mbigalabaf knows what I know, what you know, what we all know now, is that one of the two US aircraft carriers that were part of the so-called blockade in the Arabian Sea, the USS George H.W. Bush is in Puket. It's in Thailand right now. That leaves one aircraft carrier. The first time that's taken place since February 28th, all you have is the USS George Washington. And that's been stretched with a fairly long tour of duty recall that came from Asia. We don't have any aircraft carriers in Asia. The George Washington aircraft carrier is now the lone aircraft carrier in the Arabian Sea. Yes, we are bringing the USS Theodore Roosevelt from San Diego. That won't arrive until after the midterms along with an amphibious assault group. But if you pay attention to these movements and you just speak to people who are familiar with just military strategy, in addition to the fact that this Trump regime catastrophic war in Iran is should never have happened that the Trump regime is war criminals. And I couldn't be more against this war to be clear. Also, just from like if you just assessed like tactics, the Trump regime has no clue what they're doing. They've run out of interceptors. They've worn out the carrier groups. There's now just one aircraft carrier there. Iran keeps striking tankers with impunity. Remember when the Trump regime was like, we know this was back in early September. Remember, we have a tanker for tanker policy every time Iran strikes a tanker in the straight of her moves. The Trump regime said it will strike an Iranian tanker or something in Iran. Well, Iran's probably hit somewhere in the range of eight to ten tankers in the past three to four days with no response. But also the Trump regime's out of pretty much out of weapons at this point. I mean, they're low on munitions there. An aircraft carrier is gone. So I just want to pay attention to the developments that everything Donald Trump does is not just malicious. It's utterly incompetent. That's what we got for you this morning.
