Good morning, everyone. I'm Megyn Kelly. It's Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, and this is
your AM Update.
The use of the word artificial makes intelligence fake. It makes it sound fake. From this point
forward, all of United States documents will be changed to use the much more accurate term.
President Trump making waves at the UN, laying out a stark choice for Iran, signing a deal
over Greenland, and deciding artificial intelligence officially has a new name. Actress Hayden
Panettiere's cause of death revealed.
My goal was not only just for the productivity and the psychoactive benefits of methamphetamine,
it was also for the appetite suppression, right?
Yeah.
Trying to look-smacks a little bit with meth.
The look-smacking influencer, known as Clavicular, potentially facing rape and drugging charges
in a case involving a 17-year-old, and he's pushing back.
And Mother Nature serving up two very different hurricane seasons. A Cat 5 storm off the Pacific
coast of Mexico, and an Atlantic still waiting on its first hurricane. All that and more
coming up in just a moment on your AM Update.

President Trump helping kick off the U.N. General Assembly yesterday, delivering a
wide-ranging address before moving through a packed schedule of meetings with world leaders.
The day bringing a new deal on Greenland, an attempted rebrand of AI, and a series
of high-stakes conversations as the president lays out his vision for American power abroad.
His starkest warning from the U.N. lectern directed at Iran.
But I have a big decision to make. Will a deal be made with Iran that lets them rebuild
and create a far greater country than it ever was before? Or do I annihilate the Israeli
Islamic Republic and do it quickly, never giving them a chance to kill and destroy people
and countries again? They're waiting to see how I do in the midterm election. What they
don't realize is that I'm not running. I did that already and won in a landslide, and I'll
be here for two and a half years. The Republican Party is running, and I'll be helping them.
But I am not running.
I gave absolutely no credit to the United States. I gave absolutely no
credence and will not give credence to the election when it comes to Iran. It doesn't
even enter my mind. The only thing that does is that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon.
Mr. Trump also calling on other countries to cut Iran off economically until it stops
attacking commercial ships, abandons its nuclear ambitions, and ends its support for terror.
Turning to the Western Hemisphere, the president touting last month's "Venezuela or Iran"
oil deal, which he said covers 65 billion barrels. Mr. Trump using the U.S. operation
that removed Nicolas Maduro as a warning to other governments in the region.
When you add the United States and Venezuela together, we have more than 60 percent of
the oil in the world. So it's perhaps the biggest deal. It was a war, but it's perhaps
the biggest deal ever made. To the victor belong the spoils. You've all heard that.
Our actions in Venezuela are proof that the United States will no longer permit threats
to America to gain a foothold anywhere in the Western Hemisphere. And if necessary,
we will use our unmatched military might to secure the vital national interests of
the United States.
From Venezuela, the president turning his attention to Cuba, where he says U.S. pressure
is opening the door to a very different future for the island. My administration is also
seeking a fundamental change in the situation in Cuba, where the communist regime is under
great pressure, the biggest pressure they've ever been under. Marco Rubio is handling a
negotiation, will not allow a haven for foreign adversaries to threaten America. On our own
doorstep, right at our doorstep, the Cuban regime has also spent decades coordinating
with the left-wing radicals and communist networks here in the United States.
As our State Department has detailed, they've cultivated ties to subversive and radical
groups such as the Communist Party USA, Antifa, and the Democrat Socialists of America. Communism
will never be coming to America, but freedom will be coming to Cuba.
The Cuban delegation leaving during that portion of the speech, then the president announcing
a new rebrand after his ex-poll last weekend.
Marco Rubio:
The United States also totally rejects any attempt to construct a globalist scheme to
control for the artificial intelligence being spoken of so much now, here and after officially
called super intelligence, changing the name, and that the use of the word artificial makes
intelligence fake. From this point forward, all of United States documents and hopefully the world's will be
changed to use the much more accurate and more accurate way to use the word artificial.
So every major new technology brings challenges and super intelligence is no exception. Yet
the very same people who said we'll all be dead in 12 years because of global warming.
These are the same people that are now saying that AI is going to kill us all. Whoever wins
AI, you have to remember this. And now I say, whoever wins SI is going to kill us all. And
by the way, whoever wins super intelligence wins. That's the group that wins.
After months of threatening to acquire Greenland, President Trump signing a new security agreement
with Danish and Greenlandic leaders on the U.N. sidelines. The pact keeping the Arctic
Island under Danish sovereignty while allowing construction of two new U.S. military bases
and a Golden Dome missile defense system for America. Mr. Trump saying the deal gives the
U.S. lasting control over Greenland.
Security, including the power to block American adversaries from establishing bases or investing
in strategic infrastructure on the island. During a later meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr
Zelensky, Mr. Trump revealing that U.S. and Iranian officials had held three hours of talks
earlier in the day. The president describing the meeting as, quote, very good and saying
another is expected soon without detailing what the two sides discussed. Actress Hayden Penetier
's death officially ruled an accident. The Greenville County coroner's office announcing
the 36-year-old died from the toxic effects of fentanyl and several other medications.
The coroner identifying those substances as 4-ANPP, a chemical byproduct associated with
fentanyl, alprazolam, commonly sold as Xanax, the muscle relaxant methacarbamol, and the
antipsychotic medication quetiapine. Penetier previously speaking publicly about her
struggles with drugs and alcohol, along with chronic pain from injuries she said she suffered
during her acting career. The autopsy finding no signs of trauma that contributed to her death.
The Heroes and Nashville Star found unresponsive August 16th inside a Greenville, South Carolina
apartment where she had been temporarily staying. First responders arriving after a 911 call
reporting a cardiac arrest and unsuccessfully attempting to resuscitate her. Penetier's on-again-off-again boyfriend,
Brian Hickerson, and his brother reportedly at the apartment at the time. A police report
showing Hickerson directing an officer to a bag containing medications Penetier had been
taking. Hickerson has not been accused of wrongdoing in connection with her death. Despite the
coroner classifying the death as accidental, authorities continuing to investigate where
that fentanyl came from. Sources telling ABC News the DEA is examining whether Penetier
obtained the fentanyl in California or South Carolina.
Investigators also reportedly focusing on whether Penetier took a counterfeit oxycodone pill
containing fentanyl before her death, questioning several people about who may have supplied it.
Coming up, the looks-maxing influencer known as Clavicular now facing potential rape
and drugging charges, and a hurricane exploding into a Cat 5 off of Mexico's coast as the
president of the United States.
A milestone not seen in more than a century.

a tale of two oceans unfolding this hurricane season a monster storm exploding in the pacific
while the atlantic remains historically quiet hurricane polo churning just off mexico's
southwestern coast as a category 5 storm though forecasters currently expect its most destructive
winds to remain over the water polo reaching 165 miles per hour tuesday after undergoing an
extraordinary transformation growing from a tropical storm to a tropical storm to a tropical storm
into the most powerful class of hurricane in roughly one day cnn reporting polo gained 110
miles per hour in wind speed during that period nearly twice what meteorologists consider the
standard for extreme rapid intensification the hurricane moving alongside mexico's coastline
bringing the threat of heavy rain flooding mudslides and dangerous surf even without a
Pacific water linked to this year's powerful El Nino. The naturally occurring climate pattern
also changing wind conditions across the two oceans, generally helping storms grow in the
Pacific while making the Atlantic less hospitable. Fox Weather reporting the Pacific has produced
18 named storms, including six hurricanes and four major hurricanes. The Atlantic producing
just six named storms at all and no hurricanes, reaching this point in the season without one
for the first time in 112 years. Tropical Storm Fay briefly approaching hurricane strength Sunday
before weakening into a tropical depression Tuesday. Forecasters expecting the system
to dissipate over the open Atlantic. Fox Weather notes 1914 and 1907 are the only years on record
to finish without an Atlantic hurricane, though storms could have gone undetected.
Before the satellite era, the 2026 hurricane season still far from over,
officially continuing through November 30th.
