Trump RAGES As This Leak BLOWS UP

Look, I want to break the story down for you and this leak that we just got because it is so representative of who Donald Trump is and who the Republican Party is. They only care about themselves, their own egos, their wealthy donors, their backers, and they do not care about the American people, what we're feeling, what I'm thinking, what you're thinking. They don't care at all. They only focus on themselves, and that's exactly why this story is so on the nose for Donald Trump and the people around him. And I'm talking about the arch. This is a story that's kind of flown under the radar because, you know, there's a lot going on in the country and around the world right now as it pertains to Donald Trump and his administration. But the arch that he wants to build is moving forward despite legal challenges, despite, you know, needing approval for this stuff and him not having it. But there's a deeper part of this story that just got leaked. So a disturbing admission over Trump's tacky arch has been leaked, and we're going to break it down. So federal officials have admitted that the president's tacky vanity arch will harm nearby historical sites but insisted that it must be built regardless because, again, to these people, the people that work around Donald Trump, their number one priority is not how does this affect the American people? How does it affect the residents of this area? How does it affect the memorials that we have set up around the area? Their number one concern is how. Does it affect Donald Trump? What does he want to happen here? Trump wants a 250-foot gilded triumphal arch erected at Memorial Circle, the roundabout leading to Arlington National Cemetery. After the president admitted it was being built for him earlier this month, the project earned the nickname Arch de Trump. The monument will rise to 250 feet, dwarfing the 99-foot Lincoln Memorial across the Potomac River. Opponents of the arch have claimed that its height would also impact the nearby Arlington National Cemetery and create other disruptions. In the area, which it most certainly would, by the way, a new document from the National Park Service has admitted that, quote, the adverse effects cannot be fully avoided. So they're openly admitting that this stuff would happen but insist the project, which Trump wants finished before his term ends in January 2029, must go ahead. National Park Service officials admitted that the mammoth arch would impact the cemetery, the Lincoln Memorial, and several other dozen nearby historical sites. And so this is where the arch wants. So this is the Lincoln Memorial. You can see the Washington Monument right there. And to the right of the Washington Monument is the White House, to give you some perspective. That's the Lincoln Memorial. This is the bridge into Arlington. And Trump wants his arch right there, so right at the end of the bridge. But Arlington National Cemetery is right there. So it would undoubtedly impact that cemetery and a place that is meant to be honoring our fallen American soldiers. But, of course, Trump doesn't care about that. He wants something that honors himself. The document obtained by the Washington Monument. The Washington Post has been sent to local historic preservation officers as part of the federally required process to offer feedback on the construction. It states that Trump's arch cannot be relocated and built in a less problematic area because the proposed location at Memorial Circle is central to the undertaking. No, it is not. Build it at Mar-a-Lago. Do it there. I don't care if you build it at Mar-a-Lago. I don't care if you build it at your New Jersey golf club. Don't build it in Virginia. Don't build it in D.C. We don't want it. People don't want it. It's ridiculous. And, you know, Donald Trump is not just stopping there in D.C. as it stands right now because, of course, he's doing the many other things we've talked about. The reflecting pool, the ballroom, the statues, you name it. But now he's also doing a golf course. There's this golf course that has been publicly available for over 100 years, and Trump wants to privatize it, make it into a luxury club for him and his buddies, and it's going to cost taxpayers around $50 million. What happened to cutting wasteful spending? Wasn't that the whole purpose of Doge? Cutting wasteful spending, and now we're spending $50 million on a golf course that Donald Trump wants to renovate? It's ridiculous. And people in the nearby area are saying that it doesn't need to be renovated. But, of course, Donald Trump's elitism, his ignoring of the issues impacting the American people is one of the main reasons why people aren't turning on him. And I've got to say, there is the least subtle. message in this polling, maybe, that I've ever seen. With us this morning is CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten. What are people saying they are unhappy about that just leaps out of these polls? I mean, it literally leaps out of these polls. You know, Donald Trump won a second term in office because of inflation. He was more trusted in inflation than Kamala Harris. Well, I want to congratulate Donald Trump, the president of the United States, because he is breaking records. He is literally breaking records. Yesterday, the Marquette University Law School poll came out. And take a look here. Trump's worst net approval rating on inflation, minus 61 points. 61 points under order. That is the worst that Donald Trump has ever polled on inflation. And not only is it the worst that Donald Trump has ever polled on inflation, it is the worst that any president ever has polled on inflation. This is literally the worst net approval rating on inflation for any president. It is truly. It is truly record-breaking. Congratulations, President Trump. You know, I'm with you, Harry Enten. Great name, by the way, Harry. Yeah, applauding Donald Trump for making history. The lowest approval rating on inflation ever for any president. That's Donald Trump. That's his legacy. And look, people can see his elitism, his disregard for the truth, for facts, for issues impacting Americans clear as day. I mean, take a look at this as well. A side-by-side CNN split-screen video of Trump claiming things about inflation versus what the. Federal Reserve and Fed Chair Warsh said about it the other day. Just look at this side-by-side. It is crazy. Inflation, I've largely taken care of inflation. Inflation has been defeated. Inflation is way down. That means prices are coming way down, and we're doing a great job. Remember that for the midterms. For more than five years, inflation has been running above target. The plain fact is that inflation is too high and has been for too long. With inflation. Yeah. What the Fed Chair is discussing is what's actually happening. That's what Americans are actually feeling. What Trump is discussing is him living in fantasy land. This, you know, makeshift going on up here. That's what Donald Trump is discussing up there. And, you know, he's getting destroyed on this online. His tweet from 2012 saying gas prices are at crazy levels. Fire Obama. The Democrats responding, gas prices are at crazy levels. Fire Trump, which I can get behind. I'm on board. We're certainly there. Ken Martin, the DNC chair, saying gas stations in Texas are running out of diesel and Republicans are asking for another chance. Hell no. And that's genuinely what's happening. J.D. Vance the other day, his pitch to voters is give us another chance. No, I don't think so. And diesel literally running out at gas stations in Texas. And I imagine that this is going to happen to gas stations around the country. It's almost like we're not a first world developed economy that is meant to be the wealthiest country in the world. It's almost like that's not the United States of America. But we are. And Donald Trump is just screwing up royally. And his administration has the nerve to essentially tell people to just suck it up. Like, for example, Brooke Rawlins, a member of his administration, the secretary of agriculture, spoke about skyrocketing beef prices, saying that, oh, it's actually not that bad. You just got to, like, suck it up. You know, I would argue as a farm girl, as a cattle girl and as a maha mom of four teenagers, that six dollars and 50 cents for a pound of ground beef probably isn't that bad. You know, it's not like fuel where you don't do it. Oh, it's not that bad, guys. You just got to get over. You got to suck it up. These people are so disgusting and so out of touch. They just prove it every single day. And I'm not joking when I say the Republicans are literally begging for a second chance. Not only is J.D. Vance doing that, Mike Johnson is doing the same thing. We when we win the majority, when we keep the majority in Congress in the next two years, you're going to see a continued trend of working to bring down the cost of living, make affordability better for every American and give them more jobs. And opportunity and broadening the pathway out of poverty for more and more people. That's what our policies bring about. And you'll see more and create. What are you talking about? You've had the House, the Senate, the presidency, the Supreme Court for Donald Trump's entire second term. You've done nothing but make things worse. Why would anybody trust Mike Johnson, this slimy used car salesman, snake oil salesman maybe is better on any of this stuff? Why would anybody trust him? And Democrats in practice in office. Are actually doing good things like, like, for example, take a look at this video. Mayor Mom Donnie, Mayor Zoran Mom Donnie of New York City just filled his 200,000th pothole. 200,000 potholes filled by his administration. That's what it's that's what's working for people actually looks like. That's what doing things for the American people actually looks like. Serving your communities, not, you know, building an arch or building a golf course. And Donald Trump and the Republicans will never understand that. So, look, I just had to break the story down for you and talk about it all. It is so crazy. It really really is that he's building this arch and that's his main focus.
