Trump RAGES As It All Falls Apart

Well, folks, the verdict is in and it is not good for Donald Trump and the Republican party. You know that midterm convention they just had in Dallas where they were just sucking up to Donald Trump for two days straight? Yeah. Well, it flopped even more than we thought. We just got some numbers from what people thought about it, what Republicans thought about it, and it is not good for Trump and the Republicans. I mean, it was catastrophic when we were watching it here talking about it on the show, but Donald Trump is not going to want to see these numbers. So we're going to talk about this and more, including a number of Republicans who are turning on Trump after this convention happened. Donald Trump hailed his first Republican midterm convention as a solidly sold out winner. That's what he said. The polling that followed tells a more complicated story, a story that Trump is going to try to run away from a Hill Emerson poll of a thousand likely Texas voters found that 68% of independence who heard about the two-day Dallas event, which was designed to fire up the GOP ahead of the November's elections, said it made no difference to their excitement about voting. 68% of independence in Texas. That's a state where Republicans really need to get out their base. It's a state where you have Democrat James Tallerico running some polls show him ahead of the Republican Ken Paxson in the Senate. That's some bad numbers. Among Republicans, 59% said it made the more enthusiastic compared with 53% of Democrats. Now 53% of Democrats being more enthusiastic to vote against the Republicans, of course. But you know, this was a convention that was hailed by Magas, like the thing that's going to get their voters out. And you only have 59% of your party saying it made them more excited. Man, you spent all that money for nothing, huh? The Republican midterm convention in Dallas was a solidly sold out winner for Republicans Trump said. And White House spokesperson Allison Schuster told The Daily Beast, "Trump is the ultimate turnout driver for the MAGA base and last week's historic sold out crowd proved it. While radical left Democrats fail the American people with tax hikes, soft on crime policies, and defunding federal law enforcement, hardworking Americans have a champion in Donald Trump." However, Daily Beast reporters who attended the convention noted that it kicked off with a sea of empty chairs. I mean, look at that upper level. And this remained consistent throughout the couple of days. We also talked about that on the show. Senator Paul also showed the convention failed to land. At the Dallas event, Trump promised a $5,000 check if Republicans win control of Congress again if they maintain control. And a Reuters/Ipso survey of 1143 Americans showed that the proposal has yet to translate into greater support for the GOP, because of course not. The American people are not stupid. The polls showed Democrats leading Republicans 44% to 70% on the generic congressional ballot, a seven-point gap that was the widest recorded since Trump returned to the White House in January of 2025. The poll also showed that 63% of voters disapproved of Donald Trump's check proposal, including 4 in 10 Republicans and 9 in 10 Democrats. So voters across the board are not a fan of what Donald Trump is doing here with his checks. Because number one, it's not going to happen. Number two, we're still waiting on those do's checks. Number three, we're still waiting on the dividend checks. And number four, he's lying. And we know he's lying. He is a record of lying and promising things that he never intends to deliver on just to get Americans to vote for him. That's his entire thing. If you lie enough, then maybe people will eventually believe you. And that's how basically Trump has won all of his elections. But the numbers don't lie. We are seeing a major shift from Republicans toward Democrats. Let me check this out. There's been a massive voter shift across the United States. When Donald Trump won in 2024, Republicans held a two-point advantage in party identification. But now Democrats lead that same metric by eight points, a ten-point swing, and under two years of Donald Trump's presidency. Take a look at this breakdown by CNN. In terms of the New York Times, though, yesterday, with an eight to nine-point lead, both they're pretty big. So what's driving this with us this morning? CNN, chief data analyst, Harry Etten, a look behind the numbers in one thing jumped out at you. One thing absolutely jumped out to me to borrow from President Trump's language, Big League. Big League. Big shift that we are seeing, and you can see it right here, it is the party ID march, and that is you identify as a Democrat or Republican if you're independent, push them to one side of the other. And what you see here is a fundamental shift going on here. Back in 2024, in early September, this foreshadowed Donald Trump's victory, Republicans led on party ID by two points. Last year at this point, it was just a one-point lead for the Democrats. Look at where we are now, that Democratic advantage, up like a rocket. These are very good numbers for Democrats, now up by eight points in terms of party ID. We are not just talking about the top line here in terms of the generic ballot moving. We are talking about fundamentally underneath, the fundamentals are shifting in the Democrats' direction on this very key metric. More people are seeing their Democrats than they are Republicans, and of course, in this day and age, when you say you belong to one party, chances are very, very high. Very much near 100%. You're going to vote for that party. What about some of the groups that had been seen as crucial to President Trump? Yeah, exactly right. Why? Why has this number shifted from plus to Republican in early September 2024 to now plus eight Democrats in early September of 2026? Well, it all comes down to this flip, non-college college. Look, in 2024, Democrats had the college vote right on party ID. That is, those who had graduated college were 14 points more likely to identify as Democrats and Republicans. But, the non-college vote is a larger portion of the electorate, and they were 13 points more likely to identify as Republicans than Democrats. Come over to here. What has happened? Johnny Big, whoa, again, a big league shift. We are talking about a 14-point shift in the Democrats' direction. Now they lead on party ID among those who did not graduate college by a point. You combine that with this 16-point advantage. It really didn't move among college. The reason why Democrats are doing so well on the fundamental question of whether or not you identify as a Democrat or a Republican at this point, at least one of the times, is because those who didn't graduate college have shifted tremendously into the Democratic home. They now lead by a point on this matter. And that is devastating for Republicans because it's widely agreed upon that like non-college educated voters are mainly Republicans. They mainly voted for Donald Trump. They were a big reason as to why he won in 2024. And so to have a 14-point shift among a group of people that were seen as like a comfortable group for Republicans, that they didn't have to do much to convince them to vote for Republicans is devastating for a party when we're just under two months now. I guess it's really not that far away. Less than more around a month and a half until the midterms, that's not going to change. And if it changes, it's probably going to go more in favor of the Democrats as Donald Trump's disastrous presidency goes on. It's not just these numbers that we're seeing, it's not just these data points, it's Trump voters who have supported him three times. This is a clip that's gone viral on TikTok and I'm seeing so many different Trump voters, people who loved Trump before this moment coming out on social media saying, I got fooled. I got bamboozled by this guy. He's a con man. I just want to say that I'm fucking sick and tired of our politicians. This shit is insane dude, I just put $200 in fuel in my truck, I had a quarter tank of fuel, I put $200 in it and it gives me three quarter of a tank. I don't know if y'all can see that or not. But you know that really pisses me off because I'm sitting here watching Trump do these interviews, talking about how the fucking economy is going great and stock market, record breaking and shit. Bro, everybody I fucking talk to is fucking broke and then he's going to say, well as long as I ran can't have a fucking nuclear weapon, I think Americans are okay paying five or six dollars a gallon for fuel. No, we're fucking not and I don't give a fuck about I ran. Let the coccenters have a nuclear weapon. Whenever they come over to our soil, then let's fucking kill the motherfuckers. But as far as this real goes, let them kill them. Let them kill everybody in the middle east. That's what they've been doing for thousands of years, fuck the motherfuckers. So this is, wow, so this guy's pretty pissed. I think that's pretty clear. I'm going to cut him off before he says anything else, but you know, he agree, he doesn't like Trump now. He's a three time Trump voter has been supporting him and now he is elated at the reality of the economy. But moving on from that, it's not just his voters, it's not just the American people, it's also members of Congress. This really shook the Trump world today, a Republican member of Congress filming an ad in front of the White House going after Trump. If that doesn't tell you where the political winds are blowing, I really don't know what will. This is representative Maria Elvira Salazar. She's a Republican from Florida and she attacked Donald Trump on immigration, a Republican going after Trump on immigration. It just tells you everything you need to know. Check this out. It's a president. Some of your immigration enforcement efforts have gone too far. In July, 50% of the 50,000 people that were detained had no criminal record. Be careful what your advisors are telling you about immigration policy. The same Hispanics who help you get to the White House in 2024 feel betrayed today. You can be for immigration, what Lincoln was for slavery and Reagan was for communism. I'm not talking about giving them amnesty. I'm talking about giving them a dignified life in this promised land. We want undocumented immigrants who are in this country who don't have a criminal record who have given back to their community, paying taxes, working a job, all that stuff. Basically, everything that we want an American to do. They just don't have the piece of paper. We want all these people to be given a path towards citizenship It makes the most sense why on earth would we see a man a wife is kids who have been in the United States basically their entire lives They're working hard. They're giving back to their community. They coach soccer at the at the local school Why would we deport that person? Why would we not say hey? You are an American by every definition except having the piece of paper Why don't you be a member of our country and be an American citizen and be involved in the process? These people that by that's what Democrats want to do So why don't you vote with Democrats on immigration policy instead of backing Trump and she can cut this ad in front of the White House And pretend oh, I don't like Trump now to save her campaign But she has voted every step of the way for Donald Trump's ice funding packages his immigration crackdown So don't let people like her fool you But the fact that she's making this ad to begin with is a pretty clear sign of where things are in America And it's really hard to not see why you know what I mean There are just so many things that are hurting Donald Trump that are hurting the American people because of Trump that it's like Of course people are going to hate Trump Fox News even reporting that 77% of voters rank the economy Negatively and say Democrats would better handle inflation and higher prices by a 15 point margin That's a category that Donald Trump used to win and now he is obviously not This is another graphic that was aired by Fox showing skyrocketing diesel prices Which of course as a Republican you don't want to see and Donald Trump is out there saying that gas prices He said that this at his rally yesterday are a very inexpensive price to pay for the war in Iran now We saw how you know this Trump voter feels about that among the many other Trump voters who have made videos similar to this guy It's just not landing and what is Donald Trump doing the question is where is the president of the United States? What is his focus right now? What is his priority? Well, it's the Kennedy Center and now also golf courses Yeah, so Trump's secret moves for a golf course fantasy has been exposed and just check this out Donald Trump is moving ahead with his plans to tear up yet another yet another historic site without consulting Congress or the public The president announced in June That work would begin September 1st to transform the 105-year-old East Potomac golf lengths a public golf course in DC Into what he claims will be a championship venue No details have been released about the project and construction is yet to begin But at least 150 trees were removed from the course earlier this month meaning that they are starting whatever Donald Trump is planning to do with this golf course So what is he focused on removing trees from a golf course so he can make it into a luxury club for him and his buddies It is disgusting what this freak is doing to our country every single day So, you know and the American people agree the American people agree the convention sucked Donald Trump's presidency sucks And I hope that people vote for Democrats.
