President Obama’s rally in Atlanta drew a massive crowd of around 8,000 people, dramatically outpacing Donald Trump’s smaller event in Ohio with only 2,500–3,000 attendees. This disparity in crowd size fuels Republican outrage, which they perceive as a threat to their political influence. Obama directly criticizes Trump’s focus on White House renovations and arts and crafts, contrasting it with the nation’s economic struggles and war-related challenges. In response to a joke about the White House resembling a cheesecake factory, Trump’s administration launched a highly publicized, absurd press conference led by Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, held outside a restaurant—highlighting what critics see as a lack of real policy focus. Obama dismisses such reactions as unserious and performative, arguing that the administration ignores real issues like inflation and rising living costs. He emphasizes the need for leaders who genuinely listen to working families and address their struggles. The speech is praised as one of Obama’s strongest in the campaign cycle, showcasing his ability to connect with large crowds and deliver a powerful, grounded political message. The contrast between Obama’s energetic, accessible style and Trump’s perceived image-driven approach underscores a fundamental divide in how leadership and public service are perceived.
Alright folks, so I just finished watching President Obama's rally tonight in Atlanta, Georgia with Senator John Ossoff and hopeful governor of Georgia, Keisha Lance Bottoms. And it was fantastic. MAGA is furious tonight because when President Obama speaks, he goes in on Donald Trump, he goes in on Republicans, he goes in on their insanity, and that drives them nuts. This might be the best speech he's given in this midterm campaign cycle, and you'll see why in just a moment. Now, before we get into the clips of Obama speaking, I think we have to start with what makes Donald Trump most angry, and that's crowd sizes, right? That's really top of mind all the time, and I want to show you this. This was the venue that Donald Trump was speaking at tonight. He was actually speaking while Obama was speaking, so we can kind of do his side by side here. This was the venue that Donald Trump was speaking at in Ohio, and you can see how tiny it is. It's a very small place. I don't even know if this fits more than 5,000 people. I actually highly doubt that it fits more than 5,000 people, but you can see this is the venue where all the maggot people are funneling in. On the other side, all the way down in Atlanta, Georgia, great city. This is what it looked like at the Obama Awesome Bottoms rally. Take a look at that. Can you see an empty seat in sight? I tried looking in this photo to find an empty seat before I filmed this, and I can't find one. It is packed to the brim. People wanting to see Senator Ossoff, Lukishelian's Bottoms, and, of course, President Barack Obama as well, Trump appearing in Ohio, about 2,500 to 3,000 attendees. That's the estimate for what Donald Trump had tonight. Obama appearing in Georgia, about 8,000 people with more waiting outside who unfortunately couldn't get in to see the President. But man, oh man, that side by side comparison is really what led to this full-blown magma meltdown that we're seeing tonight. But then the speech began, and man, the Republicans are not happy even a little bit, especially with clips like this, where Donald Trump was commenting on what Donald Trump is focusing on in the Oval Office, and, of course, none of that is helping you or me or any American, except himself, of course. Watch this. This is a fact. I'm not making this up. He, the President of the United States, is spending time super glowy, gold medallions to the mantle in the Oval Office. I am not making this up. He is literally doing arts and crafts while we are fighting a war and trying to deal with out of control prices. Now, now, now, look, I heard. Isn't that funny? I mean, he's right. That's the really sad thing, is that, well, it's funny. It's almost like something out of a comedy show. He's right. Donald Trump is doing arts and crafts and home renovations, building a ballroom, paving over the Rose Garden. He's focused on that, not focused on the fact that we are in the middle of a war of choice, a war that he started. The Epstein files are still covered up, and he has no interest in actually getting those files out there. The economy sucks. People are struggling, and he's doing arts and crafts. He's, you know, going to Home Depot, getting the gold moldings and putting them up all over the White House. It looks like crap. You know, he always does a terrible job with this stuff. Here's one of my favorite clips of the night. I wanted to include this one early because it's just one of my favorite. You know, Republicans got really mad at President Obama for his cheesecake factory joke the other day, where he said that, you know, the White House now looks like Saddam Hussein made a cheesecake factory, because it's covered in gold, it's all this crap all over the place. Republicans got upset because they were thinking calling Obama a "leadest" and saying that this was, you know, targeting hardworking people who go to the cheesecake factory with their families, which is, of course, not at all what Obama was saying. By the way, this is the party whose leader is a billionaire with a gold penthouse. But I digress. President Obama responding to the Republican outcry, their outrage to what he said. Watch this. That was the interesting thing about how the administration responded to the speech I did the other day. They did not dispute what I said about them being directly responsible for rising prices. They did not argue with that. They did not deny terrorists were contributing to higher costs for families. They didn't say anything about that. I accused this administration based on the facts that they were engaging in unprecedented levels of corruption. But the president wasn't even mad about the Saddam Hussein comparison. That part didn't bother him. But he was very upset about the cheesecake factory comments. He took great umbrage. He said, "I didn't understand the work of the artisans in the White House." And they mobilized -- this was -- I mean, it's all crazy, but this was the really crazy part. They mobilized a whole of government response to that joke, not inflation, but to that joke. The White House even called the Secretary of the Treasury. This is the man who is in charge of the economy. The person who's supposed to be figuring out how to make your life more affordable. The guy who's supposed to be figuring out how to lower inflation and reduce interest rates, they told him he should hold a press conference in front of the cheesecake factory. No. You all didn't see this. This really happened and the Treasury Secretary, he happens to be a former hedge fund manager worth half a billion dollars, and he was out there in front of the cheesecake factory explaining how he ordered the delicious French dip cheeseburger instead of the egg rolls. Now, look, this is not something I ever thought of. Like, I heard this major financial crisis I never had caught my Treasury Secretary Tim Diagnor said, "Man, you got to go to Harbys." Or your roast beef. God, I love him. You know what I mean? It is so absurd and so ridiculous. You have to laugh at this stuff in the way that he's putting it. It's just funny the way that he's describing it because it is so absurd, so ridiculous. This actually happened. What he's describing actually happened. The Trump administration in response to President Obama's speech, one speech he gave, by the way, they have a serious terminal illness. It's called ODS. It's now just being diagnosed in people like Donald Trump, Obama derangement syndrome. He also has another serious case, BDS, Biden derangement syndrome, and a Kamala Harris derangement center. He has a lot of derangement syndromes. But they mobilized the entire government against one speech that Obama gave. That's how much they think about him. And they sent out Scott Besent, who is unbelievably wealthy, to go speak outside of a cheesecake factory in Washington, D.C. to try to own the lips. Are y'all serious right now? The president of the United States has made billions of dollars in office. You are a former hedge fund manager, and you want to lecture other people on affordability and being the working man, they get real for a second here with me. Get real for a second. Then Obama hitting Donald Trump, hitting the Republicans once again, bringing up the cheesecake factory comment, but pointing out that these are not serious people. When they're doing stuff like this, when they're having press conferences like this, they are not serious. They are not thinking about issues that actually impact people. They are thinking about how do we own the lips? How do we get social media views? Which is not what I want in my government. I may be I'm a crazy liberal. Maybe I'm a crazy liberal. I don't want that in my government. This is what Obama had to say about it. Check it out. Everybody out there, including the press, I want you to understand this. This is what I mean when I say these are not serious people. They don't have solutions to actual problems, so they'd rather have the media and you talking about the cheesecake factory. That's the game they've been playing for the last two years. Let's keep throwing distractions out there, attacks, fabrications, phony outrage, and hope that you won't notice that your bills are higher and your life is tougher, except that Okidok will not work this time, Atlanta, because you know your prices are still up, because you pay your utility bills, you've seen what those are like. You know it's still hard to pay rent, and pay for child care, and pay for health insurance. And you know we need serious people who are listening to your concerns, who see you and care about you, and have real plans to make your life better, people like John Asaf, people like Kisha Lance Bottoms.
- Goddie, he's electric tonight. This is why I said at the beginning, I think this is one of his best speeches. If not the best that he's given this campaign site. No, he hasn't given that many. But this is like top notch political speech out there. Such a good order, such an amazing speaker. You just have to give him the credit. Now, he had some jokes though. You know, he made some jokes earlier. Here's what I wanted to show you as well about the tan suit. (audience laughing) - You know, I am old enough to remember when a president wearing a tan suit was a major national controversy. (audience cheering) They were very upset. And I know I look good in that suit. (audience cheering) I know that's right. I know. (audience cheering) It was tight. (audience cheering) (audience cheering) Oh, I love it. (audience cheering) All right. (audience cheering) But I do. - I love the jokes. I love the jokes. President Obama. (laughs) People are loving it in the crowd. People, and you know who's not loving it, Maga. They are, you know, nobody does it like Obama. You know what I'm saying? Donald Trump just wishes he had this. He wishes he had Obama's crowds. He doesn't, not anywhere near it. And that's what drives them so crazy. That's what makes them so jealous of Obama. That's why they're always thinking about him. That's why they're holding, you know, you know, press conference outside of restaurants because they're so triggered by his speeches. So look, I will leave the video there. I just really wanted to show you some of these clips. Speak about the crowd size that Obama had. The one that Donald Trump didn't have really. And I will leave it there. But let me know in the comments what you thought about this Obama speech. I'm excited and happy that he's out in the campaign trail.
