Most importantly, they are going to go after Trump for his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Pop this up. Julie K. Brown is reporting breaking. Donald Trump was a, quote, an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein's abuse of young women in the mid to late 1990s. According to a report issued today by Dems on the House Judiciary Committee, the report includes one new rape allegation against Trump and calls for a special investigation of the Trump administration's cover-up of the Epstein crimes. The report details mounting evidence linking Trump to Epstein's criminal activities and, most importantly, the DOJ's cover-up, as well as sex crimes involving, including Epstein and Trump. Five women who have accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein's company, according to the committee Democrats. They have also said they are going to go after Todd Blanche for the cover-up. Josh, as a criminal defense attorney, unpack this for me. This is very serious. It appears that there are 11 different women, accounts of women, and you mentioned five victims in the case. And we've seen this from afar. we've seen this from afar. You see Todd Blanch actively covering up the release of these files, even after Congress passed legislation. And it's clear that his motivation was to protect his boss, his personal, you know, he's the personal attorney for Donald Trump and not release this. And I'm really proud that the Democrats are finally gaining some initiative to get upset and fight this the way that it should be fought in the public arena, exposing this administration and exposing this Department of Justice for all of these illegal cover ups. And there's no other way to describe it. It's just it's one corrupt agency that's trying to cover up everything that a corrupt president did. And it's and it's refreshing to see. I wish they would. I wish they would have done this long before, but they've done it now. And I don't care that it's eight days before the election. You know, they served a search warrant on Omar's residence within two weeks of an election that she was a member of. So, you know, don't whine and complain about all this is pandering for the voters. More power to them. This is what you have to do to fight these people. And this needs to be exposed no matter when. And the Trump administration and Todd Blanche are not following the law by keeping these documents that Congress passed had to be released. And there's more information about the new rape allegation from the victim's name is Beatrice Kuhl. Pop this up. Epstein immediately approached her saying, I'm Jeffrey, Don's best friend. Epstein then spent at least 10 minutes talking to Kuhl all the time, looking over and grinning at Trump. You know I can take care of you. We organize many parties with Don. Another quote from the report says, Donald Trump was an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of young women during the mid to late 1990s. Report has new allegation that Trump raped a 24-year-old and then promised her a visa and NYU admission, demanding that she stay quiet. And again, This is the president of the United States of America. The allegations about him being a sexual abuser and or rapist are ubiquitous. They're everywhere. They are all the time. And now we know why he's covered it up. And I want Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Elon Musk. didn't he go into doge and it's we could say that he probably has seen these because he even tweeted the reason donald trump will not release the epstein files is because he's in them and then he taunts everybody bookmark this guess what elon did with that tweet since they've made up yeah he deleted it because he probably wants a pardon but this is something that the if if you if you are family values republicans and if the republican party says we got to protect women you know we have to protect women then put up or shut up put up or shut up these are victims of sexual assault and if he's innocent then let's let the evidence be um um explored and sorted through but innocent people want to be exonerated they don't hide uh allegations and time and time again trump is always hiding allegations and this is uh the you know the president that said grabbed them by the pussy, referring to women. So this was 2016. It comes as no surprise that he would be involved in all of this activity with Jeffrey Epstein. None of us are surprised by that. I'm glad that it's being aired in a public forum. I think that the way this will run its course is you'll see Donald Trump grant pardons to Todd Blanch and other senior members of the Department of Justice. You'll see other members of his cabinet get pardons. You'll see Trump give him a self-pardon. But keep in mind this, that doesn't, once you give someone a pardon, number one, it doesn't prevent the state from pursuing criminal action against that defendant. And it also doesn't allow you then to assert the Fifth Amendment in any kind of oversight hearing if you're subpoenaed to testify. So this is the beginning. Right now, the Democrats are limited because we don't have a Department of Justice that would investigate these claims. In fact, it's just the opposite. it. They're trying to cover up these claims. DOJ is as corrupt and knee-deep in this. You want to talk about a conspiracy? They like to talk about conspiracies in district courts in cases that I'm a part of, that I defend. The Department of Justice right now is a conspiracy in and of itself, and Todd Blanch and Donald Trump are the biggest targets in that conspiracy, the biggest co-conspirators. Okay, and this report is laying the groundwork for criminally prosecuting Todd Blanche. Pop this up. Attorney General Blanche may have engaged in criminal obstruction of justice while acting on a mission to protect Trump, the report alleges. The report lays out how Blanche's meeting with Ghislaine Maxwell, quote, potentially constituted witness tampering and obstruction of an official proceeding. Blanche's apparent instructions not to discuss a specific Epstein victim and how that victim could implicate Donald Trump could easily run afoul. And they cite the code, which forbids hindering or delaying the communication of information relating to the potential commission of a federal offense to a law enforcement officer, as well as corruptly influencing the testimony of any person in an official proceeding, such as a congressional interview and investigations. The Democrats, this is the way. I'm glad they released it. This is, if you care about women at all and about opposing child sexual abuse, pedophilia, et cetera, go vote for justice for these people. Justice matters. We have to right wrongs. Josh. And what they're referencing is the criminal code, Title 18, and there are various statutes that deal with obstructing an investigation. That's one of them, that if someone makes a report of a federal crime to law enforcement, that you can't hinder or delay processing and providing that information. And that's exactly, think about what Todd Blanche has been doing for the past year since he's been in office. He's done everything he can to hinder the release of the Epstein files. He's done everything. Katie Fang's fighting him tooth and nail just over unredacted FBI 302 reports where an FBI agent interviewed some of these girls about their allegations that they were sexually abused by Donald Trump. And then they take the moral high ground. In cases that I have and in other districts across the country, they prosecute cases like this and take the moral high ground, and the whole time they're in on the biggest conspiracy that's taking place amongst anyone by trying to cover up the release of this information to the American people. protect these wealthy individuals that are all named, credibly named in the Epstein files. And not only are they concealing their identities in this information, but these same individuals get rewarded with different jobs in the administration. I mean, it's really disgusting and sickening when you see that day in and day out. It's really disgusting. But the Democrats, there is a movement happening within the Democratic Party right now. The progressives are fighting. They are calling out pedophilia, which should be a layup. But in Trump's America, you have to state what side you're on, since so many people tend to support it. And Democrats like Angie Nixon, who's running for Senate in the state of Florida, who I'm completely obsessed with. I think this is an incredible candidate. She's calling out MAGA. Florida Senate, candidate Angela Nixon is campaigning with a man who used to make songs about Sweet Pussy Saturday. Yes, this really is the Democrat Party now. What about when the president of the United States said, grab him by the pussy? These guys and all these guys, he probably has some Bible verse on his bio or some bullshit flag. I mean, and they're the worst human beings in the fucking planet. I mean, it's, and pardon the language, but how else do you talk about these guys? Like the hypocrisy is so rich, and we talk about this every day, but like, like he's offended over that word. And you've got a president that's wreaking havoc on the American people on a day-to-day basis, the level of corruption. I mean, I read something every day that's jaw dropping about the grift that's going on with the Trump administration. They are morally bankrupt people. They are grifting off the American public. They're protecting child sexual predators on a day-to-day basis. And then they think that they can take the moral high ground and quote some scripture or lead someone in prayer or give someone an award and a big speech and that erases their horrific conduct. I mean, it's just so rich. It just makes you want to scream. It's like, ah, no, it's so true. And it gets worse, the hypocrisy. So you have Vivek Ramaswamy, and he has asked on Fox this morning, if he regrets his ad with Amy Acton's mom. And just in case you've been living under a rock, Amy Acton is running for governor in Ohio against Vivek Ramaswamy. Vivek Ramaswamy is running for governor in Ohio against Vivek Ramaswamy. Vivek Ramaswamy used to be Elon Musk's partner in Doge. And even Elon Musk, the biggest bottom feeder on the planet, broke up with Vivek. So that tells you the caliber of person we're dealing with here. Well, Amy Acton's mom married a guy who was a pedophile. This pedophile raped Amy Acton when she was nine years old. She was removed from the house and has been estranged from her mother ever since. And her mother supports her father. And her mother supports her pedophile and not her daughter. Vivek supports the pedophile and not the victim. Do you see the theme here? MAGA is always supporting pedophiles. So Fox thought, well, let's clear this up. Let's ask good old Vivek, you know, Elon Musk's sloppy seconds, if he regrets this ad. Let's see what he has to say. Play the clip. We're standing for truth. And so the irony is they're lying about an ad that was about her lying. The fact of the matter is I am running against somebody who is crazy, unstable, and dishonest. Okay. So Vivek lives in a MAGA bubble. And it works when Donald Trump does this shit. For whatever reason, they give him, Donald Trump, a hall pass. Grab him by the pussy. Credible rape allegations out the wazoo. Burying the Epstein files. For whatever reason, they give Donald Trump a pass. Vivek, a couple of things. For MAGA people, you're always going to be brown skinned. And I'm sorry to tell you that, but that's just the way white racists roll. And let me just show you how this kind of stuff, this kind of, he's trying to act like Trump there. And it doesn't translate even to MAGA. Here's how the Ohio papers are handling this. Pop this up. The Ramaswamy ad has pushed the paper in Ohio, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, to reverse its position on endorsements. A candidate who uses childhood sexual abuse as a weapon against the person who endured it has crossed a line that Ohioans should defend, whatever their party. We are better than this. We have a responsibility to show it. Today, we endorse Democrat Amy Acton for governor. The worm is turning. And again, I'm like, you, Josh, like, I can't believe we have to talk about people coming back to their senses. But they are. People are coming back to their senses. For whatever reason, mainstream media, they let Trump off the hook on this. But at least we need to celebrate little victories. Vivek, his chances of winning is down into the teens now. And he is completely face planted because he is not the cult leader. I do want to say this, though, because you told me this a while back that when I would come home and I would tell you that, hey, I'm going to watch the kids I'll babysit for you. And you said, no, you're a parent. You don't get credit for doing something that's normal. You're supposed to watch the kids. Well, I'm going to apply that logic here. I'm glad that they're doing it. But does it really take shaming a 12-year-old that was sexually molested and whose mother failed to protect her and she was molested by her stepdaughter? Does it really take that for you to take the moral high ground and see that maybe this party's wrong? Why don't you take that? Something so disgusting. Have we applied the same moral test to Donald Trump? Have we applied the same test to the other people in the Trump regime? Because they're doing this exact same thing. They are weaponizing the sexual abuse of these women in the Epstein files. And MAGA has done this for a very long time. What happened to QAnon? You know, they're not as loud. And we've got to get to the bottom of this. As soon as they found out that it wasn't Hillary Clinton, they were kind of like tapping out of this. But so MAGA has a pedophile problem. And MAGA also has a white nationalist Nazi problem. And John Ossoff, these Democrats are fighting back, you guys. Angie Nixon just socked it to that MAGA thumper. And here is John Ossoff dropping a banger of an ad on Mike Collins. Play the clip. Simple, to the point, effective. You're showing us you're fighting against these bigots. And it's important to point out, all of the Republicans that have not condemned Mike Collins. And it's always important to point that out. The Republican Party is championing for Mike Collins to win. And Mike Collins, as John Ossoff so precisely pointed out there, is a bigot of the highest order. Yeah. And they make it to where it's so blatantly obvious he's associated himself, I think his son-in-law and three or four other individuals in his inner circle are white supremacists. That's been established. And this is such a layup. Like you just denounced that. But these Republicans, they don't do that. What do they do? They just jump in. It's like, you're in the mud and the gutter. I'm going to get in there fucking with you. Like there's no bottom you can reach to where I'm going to support the other person, period. You know why they can't condemn it? Because it's their base. It's their base. They can't condemn it. It's like J.D. Vance, do you condemn the young Nazi group chat of the young Republicans? He couldn't condemn it because it's his base. It's their voter base. I would say it's the weirdest thing, but they're just evil. And they just think that they can lie about it and brush it off and give a speech and pray to Jesus and all this bullshit and just be like, I mean, this is a layup for anybody, but not for them. They want to join the party like more KKK guys. Hey, we're doubling down on our guy. We want that guy in office. It's crazy. It's nuts. I'm going to leave you all with some therapy for all of us. And I can't stand these MAGA people, but the difference is I want them to have healthcare. I don't want them to go bankrupt because they have cancer. I don't want to have a beer with them. I don't want to go to a Ted Cruz rally with them, but I don't want them to suffer, but don't get it twisted. I I'm going to very much, very much enjoy this movement, getting this blue tsunami, you know, just flooding over them. And by the way, I voted in New York. I have my sticker here. I voted.
