Trump in Death Spiral as GOP Calls Out His Major Crimes; He's Done For

Donald Trump is aggressively using taxpayer-funded political advertisements before the midterms, violating longstanding federal laws banning public money for propaganda. These ads, which frame enemies like "deep state" and "globalists," echo authoritarian tactics and raise serious legal and ethical concerns. The government’s response to migrant caravans is widely criticized as fear-based and unsubstantiated, with U.S. Attorneys fabricating links to cartels and using inflammatory language like "smoke out" without evidence. Critics, including Republican lawmakers, highlight the misuse of public funds, but their criticism is often dismissed as politically performative. Meanwhile, Trump allies—including Attorney General Todd Blanche—make sweeping claims that the press poses a national security threat, despite no such justification from the president. Deep institutional failures are evident in the DOJ, where FBI agents are demoted for investigating harassment linked to figures like Katie Miller, who is known for her extreme support of Elon Musk and anti-LGBTQ+ views. The pattern reveals a system where loyalty to Trump overrides ethics, accountability, and due process. This reflects a broader cultural shift in the MAGA base: a reliance on fear, scapegoating, and emotional appeal over facts or policy. The result is a deepening of political polarization and a significant erosion of trust in democratic institutions.

(upbeat music) Donald Trump knows the midterms are a little over a month away. He's freaking out because he is 29% approval rating and I think it's gonna get even lower. He is constantly showing Americans how he gets to live one particular life and everybody else has to live a different life, struggling with gas prices, struggling with inflation, et cetera. So he's running now. Taxpayer funded propaganda on TV ahead of the midterms and what we're about to show you was in all of the most watched football games over the weekend, play the clip. - It's the final battle. With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state. We will expel the war mongers from our government. We will drive out the globalists. We will cast out the communists, marchers and fascists. We will grow off the sick political class that hates our country. We will route the fake news media and we will liberate America from these things. - Okay. And then there's a screen grab right there, Kylie Puppet that up says right there paid for by the U.S. government, Josh. - Well, since 1951, every federal appropriations bill has banned using taxpayer funded money for public or propaganda use and in the same goes for this year too. So it's a practice that our government simply hasn't allowed. And so what do you do when you get desperate like Trump is? This reminds us of the Kremlin, right? This reminds us of government paid for propaganda. Except in Russia, they call it what it is. It's legal there. Here, it's not. Unfortunately for us, the governmental accountability office has to file a complaint. There's a violation of multiple statutes, but of course that requires the Department of Justice or a good friend, Todd Blanche to have to wanna pursue these types of violations. So Trump knows all these things. He knew when he aired these things in a normal environment, it would be unlawful. It would be improper, but in today's bought for and paid for government that he runs, he can do it, at least for now. - And you may remember during Trump 1.0, the COVID relief checks. Instead of the Secretary of the Treasury signature on them, he put his own name on them. It's very important that everybody understand that in his mind, in the mind of an autocrat, he sees the White House as his. He sees the money in the Treasury as his. He sees all of the military as his, the Department of Justice as his. And here's the problem with all of that. The Republicans and the Supreme Court say, yeah, it's yours. But there are some fizzers. We are seeing some fizzers leading into these midterms. And here's a Republican criticizing Trump and his taxpayer-funded ad. Play the clip. - I don't think any public official, including President Trump or Kristina or Marjana Kennedy, should spend public money on private ads for themselves. Now, the White House sees it differently, but I think there ought to be a rule that you can't, well, that probably isn't a rule. You can't spend public money to promote yourself. - I find myself very strange bedfellow with Senator Kennedy there. First, when he went after Cash Patel and the Beastiality, and then I agree with him on this. But I think what this is symptomatic of is that the rats are jumpin' ship. They know that Trump's about to go down. So they're starting to just a few fizzers and they're starting to create a little bit of a divide. Josh, what's your take on that? - Well, I have to say, I'm a little bit tired of Senator Kennedy's stick. His Louisiana stick. He's a little bit of bark, but no fucking bite, no substance. He'll get up and say the obvious, which is Trump can't do this. He can't use tax payer money to fund a personal campaign ad. And that ad was taken directly in some ways from a 2024 campaign ad that he ran. So I look, he likes to be humorous. He likes to say all these little folksy bullshit things. But at the end of the day, he's gonna tell the line for Trump. But I agree, it's good to see, what they do is they give us this that if you see one Republican who's just slightly critical of Trump, then we think that we somehow won the Super Bowl. You know, on just a real matter of fact, obvious plane violation of the law, which is what this is, just a plane violation of the law. And so when he says it's improper, then we applaud and clap and do victory laps. Like, yes, we fucking won. And Senator Kennedy hasn't done shit. He's not gonna do shit. I'm sorry to burst the bubble here. - No, I agree with you. And it's not gonna do a goddamn thing. - It's a, you're 100% spot on. And then another migrant caravan has arrived just in time for the midterms pop this up. Over 400 aliens, predominantly from Honduras, entered Mexico on Thursday, ready to make their way to the U.S. Southern border. Here's footage of the caravan. Someone is incentivizing this moment. This is not organic. So that's an interesting take on that. And the U.S. Attorney Aaron Wrights had this response, pop this up. And we'll be ready to detain, deport, smoke out everyone tied to cartels and prosecute. Josh. - Well, the common thread in the new cycle up to this point is propaganda. That's what we're talking about propaganda. And that's what you do when you have no policy. So let's go back to this rallying the migrants to instill fear in the American public. The response to that by the U.S. Attorney, in my opinion, best characterizes the status of DOJ lawyers. You would never see a United States attorney, and a presidential appointed attorney post something like that in previous administrations. And that shows you how far this administration with this DOJ has tanked. Number one, the U.S. Attorney's Office doesn't have anything to do with detaining and deporting immigrants at all, period. Number two, there's been zero evidence to suggest that any of these migrants in these photographs are related to a cartel. I think they came from a totally different country is what I understand, and then into Mexico. And if you notice, he uses the word smoke out. Now, who else used that word? Wasn't it President Bush? When he talked about smoking out, al-Qaeda, out of the caves, it's a military term, smoking out. This guy is clearly, clearly trying to push the administration's propaganda machine by instoking fear, that's what this is. There's no policy, there's no substance. And for someone who's supposed to honor the rule of law, who we do have a presumption of innocence, we do have due process. You don't go in and make allegations against groups of people with zero evidence, tell them you're gonna smoke them out. That's the current status of the Department of Justice, and as I say many times, it's disgusting. Well, this is what the right wing always offers the base. Someone to hate. Here is your scapegoat. Here's who you get to blame these people for the fact that the president of the United States is stealing your money. The president of the United States is driving up inflation. The president of the United States is being dogwalked by Benjamin Netanyahu and Vladimir Putin. The president of the United States is allowing all of his best friends to capture the means of production and control basically the United States economy. So this is what they serve up is the care ofans. And they've tried, you know, trans, they've been beating these trans imaginary trans athletes in the WNBA, there's zero. And they're talking about the red scare about communism. The people who want communism are the oligarchs who want to capture up all the means of production and control everything. And they've latched onto this very weak president who is really good at serving up. Here's who you hate. I love America as much as you do, white people. And here's who we get to hate and blame. Marjorie Taylor Greene, bizarrely, is calling out Maga Lies, pop this up. We have not seen a caravan headed to the US Southern border in several years. Why now? Oh, yeah, there's an election coming and the GOP needs to scare you into voting because nothing else is working. This kind of stuff to me is a real window into the soul of the Maga voter. You know, a lot of these people that are really terrified of all of this stuff live in like predominantly white areas. They're not really even around immigrants. And so they think when they see that, that these people are all, you know, cartel members that are coming to behead them. And the psychological component that people have found about conservatives is one thing that they all have in common is they get scared very easily. Their fight or flight reflexes, they are little chicken-chick cowards, all of them. So I see something like that. I don't have a freak out, but Fox News and all of the people who free base Fox News have a stage five meltdown about these things. And so I agree with you. about the DOJ and they're going to keep focusing on immigrants, despite the fact that immigrants are a net positive, a net plus for our economy, anybody who lives around in a city where you have immigrant labor force, you know that a lot of these immigrants first generation are in the service industry and they are happy and they work hard and they're happy to serve you and they're happy to have a job. And so this is such a reveal about the psychology inside a mega voter and just how abjectly racist they are. And then we have taught- I do want to point out briefly that Marjorie Taylor Greene, she would know about this because she's been a part of the propaganda machine with the same issue in the past and she's got tweets that verify that. So applaud her for saying the right thing now, but she did the same thing. She did the exact same thing. And she still does to an extent. She still is very anti-LGBTQ plus. She and Tucker are trying to start a new party and they brilliantly jumped off of the mega movement and they are trying to capture the mega base. And then we have Todd Blanche is now calling the press a national security threat. So let me just say that again. The attorney general for the United States of America is calling the free press a national security threat. Play the clip. Just reporting. The president said nothing about national security when he announced this ban and clearly you are very interested in the fact of what the press says and how they say it. Well, I'm not going to get into what the judge says, that litigation is ongoing, but our position has been clear from the beginning. What they say is exactly the issue when it comes to national security. I think he's still drunk from celebrating communism with the communist dictator of China, myself. I don't know if you've watched it full interview, but he struggles. And this right here is a prime example of when Trump says one thing and then sends one of the surrogates to court to go in and have to say something else because the interviewer is correct. Like Trump never stated as the basis for why CNN and Politico and MSNOW reporters were banned that was related to national security. He never said that. He said I think it was directly related to the content of their coverage being unfavorable. And so now Todd Blanche is having to make this dumbass argument that somehow their coverage is a threat to national security because he's got to go pedal this because he realizes that that would be one of the only basis that a judge would allow the president in this context to ban reporters would be if there was a national security issue. So now they're having to grapple with, okay, how am I going to make this argument that this is a national security issue because that's what I have to do here. And so he can't even answer the question because because it's not one. It's not one. It's a prime example of Trump saying saying things just spewing shit out, sending a lab dog to go in there and say something else. And the court just saying, hey, this is bullshit. I'm not going to do it. Yeah. And the biggest takeaway from all of this is is the indictment on Trump supporters, whether you be the attorney general of the United States, whether you be the FBI director, or whether you just be a triple-trumper that lives somewhere. They either are able to suspend morality when it applies to Trump or they have none. And I tend to lean to the latter. I think that people know exactly what they're voting for. And they like it. They like that this man is full of hate, is full of rage. They like that he exploits people because they see themselves in him. And I think that Todd Blanche, Marco Rubio and all of these others, Trump didn't break them. This didn't just happen when they met Trump. These are broken people. We have elevated the most broken people in the United States of America. And the electorate, they are broken. And they see themselves in these people, which brings you to that this is just a massive cultural problem. And then, of course, you have, I was talking about the FBI second ago, Katie Miller, who is the wife of Stephen Miller, who's just an advisor to the president. They call him Mr. Prime Minister. And he is the architect, apparently. He, allegedly, he is the architect of all of these mass deportation plans or a racist to his core, a Nazi through and through. Joseph, Joseph Gerbil's want to be out the wazoo. And his wife is just as demented and sick as you can imagine. And now she's causing problems at the FBI pop this up. Two veteran FBI agents overseeing counterterrorism operations in the nation's capital have been removed from their jobs and reassigned over the handling of an investigation involving Katie Miller, the conservative podcaster and wife of senior White House advisor Stephen Miller, according to two people familiar with the news. So apparently, people were making harassing calls to Katie Miller. And the FBI basically is like, these are prank calls. Move on. And she's getting people demoted at the FBI because of this. Think about all of the people, federal judges, in particular, whose family members were harassed and targeted based on Donald Trump's tweets. And there's a lot of a coverage, especially the federal judges, the judiciary that he goes after. I mean, this is Stephen Miller, I don't think is even supposed to have protection, like secret service protection. He's not an appointed person, but he does. And I think they had a previous incident in their neighborhood where someone put up wanted posters of Stephen Miller and they got mad about that too. But you know, welcome, when you spew hate, you know, like they do. And look, we catch shit all the time. I get random phone calls from doing a podcast. You know, I don't call the FBI get over it. And I think they live in some like secret bunker too, along with they live in a military base, he'd head Seth. And there's three or four Marco Rubio, like which it's own, there's criticisms for that as well. But get over it. I mean, just what a, you know, but here's what's so upsetting about this regime, they care so little about the American public. If you look at what Doge did and Katie Miller worked with Elon Musk at Doge, bizarrely defends him all the time, clearly has some sort of weird obsession with him. You can watch the interview on her podcast, which we refer to as fireside chats with Nazi. She has a real obsession, real freaky ass obsession with Elon Musk. So many people that are just normal Americans that have these jobs in government. You know, they're not, they don't have these jobs to be uber rich. They have them to be stable, be able to raise their families with dignity, have health insurance, maybe have a little bit of a retirement, maybe buy a home. This regime is demoting all of the people who made their way in their jobs through a meritocracy. And these people are so unqualified, so broken, they have no qualms whatsoever about the tens of thousands of Americans that they have just said, you don't fit with our agenda, you aren't morally bankrupt enough. So we're just going to throw cast you to the side. Your number one job is to kiss our ass, the level of diabolical entitlement of these people. And here's the thing. Trump, if push came to shove, I mean, I'm just going to propose this to the audience. If Trump is sitting there and you said, hey, you can either have a weekend, spend a weekend with Zora and Mom Donnie, y'all are going on a trip somewhere together. You have to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner together and talk about all of the things. There's going to be paparazzi everywhere the press is going to follow. Or you can spend it publicly with Stephen and Katie Miller. Who's he picking? Who's Trump going to pick? He didn't even care about these, even these people who debased themselves all day, every day, he knows their losers. And he says it, I like hanging out with losers. I don't like hanging hanging out with a bunch of smart people. But whenever he's around a winner, that's popular that has been able to win things on their own merit, not just by ass kissing, even Trump gravitates towards that shiny object. And he would just discard all of these people who have defined her whole personality. And Stephen Miller's whole personality is being a Donald Trump ass kisser for Katie. It's like her whole personality is kissing Elon Musk's ass, which is weird considering she's married with four children. And it's just these people are so weird. And I think that's how he got the job. All these people around Trump, that's how they got the job because they kiss his ass. And here what strikes me, you know, Stephen and Katie Miller, they don't care that these FBI agents have families that rely on insurance or anything like that. They consider all of these people beneath them as subservient. And they're law enforcement. And they have morals and ethics. And if they don't see that something should be further investigated, they just call it. like they see it and they get punished for it time and time again and you don't see that just with the FBI. There are other lawyers in DOJ and so forth. So it's sad. All right, that's all we have. Please make sure you like and subscribe and we will be back later with more news. FAQs

No, it is illegal. Since 1951, federal law has banned the use of taxpayer funds for propaganda or public advertising by government officials, including presidential candidates.

The statement is seen as propaganda, not policy. There is no evidence linking migrants to cartels, and such claims are considered fear-mongering that violates due process and the presumption of innocence.

Yes, the term 'smoke out' was used, which is a military phrase historically associated with clearing out enemies. Its use in this context is viewed as inflammatory and misleading.

She is criticized because she previously promoted similar anti-immigrant and anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric, demonstrating a pattern of hypocrisy and inconsistency in her political messaging.

No, it is not legally justified. The ban on media coverage was based on unfavorable reporting, not national security threats, and the argument lacks factual or legal support.

It reveals a pattern of targeting individuals who challenge the administration's narrative, especially those whose actions or affiliations are seen as critical or independent of political loyalty.
