Trump Firing Everyone As It All Goes Up In Flames

The transcript from "The Weekend Read" features a critical examination of the Republican Party, particularly under Donald Trump’s influence. Hosts express strong disapproval of GOP figures for their perceived obsession with male anatomy, homophobia, and sexualized rhetoric, arguing these behaviors reveal deeper moral failings. Megan Kelly's endorsement of Don Lemon for president is presented as both surprising and provocative, prompting debate over neutrality and political legitimacy. The hosts critique the party’s lack of substance, pointing to candidates like J.D. Vance and Scott Jennings who appear politically compliant rather than principled. They highlight concerns about surveillance tactics, racial insensitivity, and the erasure of marginalized voices, especially in media and politics. The discussion also draws connections between political behavior and systemic racism, noting how figures like Marsha Blackburn engage in cultural appropriation and racism. The hosts argue that Republicans have lost public trust due to their alignment with Trump’s erratic, offensive rhetoric. They emphasize that the Democratic response—grounded in accountability and cultural integrity—is winning in local and national races. Ultimately, the segment calls for a moral reckoning, urging Americans to reject a culture of hypocrisy and embrace justice, equity, and truth in public life. The hosts conclude by advocating for systemic change, including city-owned sports teams and reparations, and express strong support for progressive candidates like Jamie West, who vows to eliminate Republican influence in local governance.

They're all in the closet and they're obsessed with gay men. They're obsessed with a**es. Like, why? I'm not even that much. All right. Welcome to The Weekend Read, a Welch's Lemonade production. I am here in studio with the lemonade part of the Welch's Lemonade, and we have hashtag breaking news. Megan Kelly has endorsed Don Lemon, co-host of Welch's Lemonade. She's endorsed my candidacy for president. Your candidacy. Can you believe that? Yeah. Tell- And we're not lying. It's real. No, it's real. We're about to play the proof, but tee it up. So people have been asking me if I would ever run for office. And then I would say, yeah, I've thought about it. And they said, would you ever run for president? And I said, sure. I think I'd be a better- I said, I would be a better president than Donald Trump. And if people wanted me, I'll do it. And so it's become a thing. Well, apparently, I went on a podcast, someone else asked me, and Megan Kelly saw it. And she had a crazy take on what she thought. Let's play it. Play the clip, Kylie. I'm going to shock you. I think you should do it. I actually think you should do it. First of all, it's not a deal breaker that he has spent his life as a journalist. I mean, you could absolutely parlay that into a career in public service. Second of all, do you really think Kamala Harris is- A lot smarter than Don Lemon? Do you? I know she was at least a lawyer. She was an attorney general for the state of California. No, I don't believe so. Do you think Joe Biden was? I don't. Are we so enamored with our public officials now we don't think somebody like Don Lemon could do it? Honestly, I'm not. I actually think, yeah, he could match wits against AOC just fine. He could. And will he do it from his podcasting booth? That would be interesting to watch. All I can say is it would certainly give us a lot to talk about. So I encourage him and I'm rooting for him. Rooting? What? Rooting for you? Megan. All right. Let me just tell you, I never trust that woman, but it had to be an insult, right? She couldn't say, I think he would do it. She had to insult Kamala Harris, who's a very smart woman. She had to insult Joe Biden. Yeah. Yeah. Right. AOC, who are brilliant people and have devoted their lives to public service. So I don't agree with that part. However, I don't know if it is, if hell has frozen over or it's actually a Jedi mind trick. And so I don't know, but. I just thought it was interesting. She's watching the podcast Uncloseted. Yeah. And then she says in the beginning of it, she goes, he's on a podcast called Uncloseted. And so that inspired, inspired by wardrobe today, because this is what it says. You ready? Actually. I love the gays and it's black Jesus. Walking over Jen. And people were looking at me and I swear this woman stopped me. She goes, oh my God, I love your t-shirt. Can I get a picture? I kid you not. Yeah. Oh, I love it. And I love that. I think we need to have black Jesus everywhere. Everywhere. I don't have one. They whitewash Jesus. I don't have one. I usually carry one with me. You're not a believer, but I, you know, I'm a believer. I don't judge. You follow the nice black Jesus. I like him. He's one of my favorite characters. I don't like the white Republican Jesus at all. That guy's an asshole. He's not the Jesus. He's not the Jesus. Jesus is this guy. I look at that and I go, well, Jesus was surfing in a robe. Like who surfs in a, like he looks like a blonde surfer. That is not what Jesus looked like. Jesus looked more like this. Yeah. And he had on a, a pride, uh, uh, scarf scarf scarf. Yeah. Okay. All right. Speaking of pride. Yes, ma'am. I want to review a video. Yes. Of lady waters with you all and, uh, the Welch's lemonade crew play the clip about guy's asses here. I'm away. I don't know why you're talking about Alaska. Listen, Trump says a lot of stuff that we all think, but we don't say, and sometimes it sounds a little gay, but he, he can get away with it because he's straight. Like we talk about guy's stuff. Sometimes like Greg has no ass flat, just falls off his back. Can you say this? I don't know if that's true. The president said ill, ill, ill. Sometimes the president says stuff that we all think that that sounds gay, but it's okay because he's straight. I just, I'm very impressed at the rapid this last news cycle, as we close out the week with the, I mean, the hinges were rattling on the closet. I feel like this last week when Trump talked about how he was checking out Husted's ass and the size of his hands, which I do as a straight woman. I'm sure you've done that as a gay man. And then Lady Waters. I mean, are closet doors just swinging open now? Are they so horny, all these men? Yeah. But Jen, first of all, you and I called it first. And I think Anthony Scaramucci, when we said Donald Trump is the gayest president that we've had. And then we've had, I've always thought it, usually when the wife's a Barbie doll, you got to play dress up with the wife. I'm just saying, I'm gay. I know the stuff. Right, Kylie? I know the evidence of such things. But that is the MAGA logic, that it is. So gay that it's not gay. He's talking about a man's ass and his fingers, and he's talking about Arnold Palmer's golf club in his pants. Yeah. It's the gayest thing. And I have, honestly, Jen, I am a gay man, everyone, in case you haven't figured that out. I do not sit around with my friends and talk about men as much as Donald Trump and Jesse Waters and people in the Republican Party. We just don't. We have other things to do. And by the way, maybe it's because we have to do this. We have to do this. We have to have the man that we want. Or if we don't, we are free to go have the man that we want. Do you guys do this? Kylie, we played the Jesse Waters. Do you guys do this when you're hanging out with your gay friends? Do y'all do that at your job? Kylie, play it again. No, because here's the thing. We don't have to simulate those things because it is available to us if we are interested. You don't have to do that at work. We don't have to do that at work. I don't have to go like that. Like some dumb frat boy. You know what I'm saying? He's so gay. You're so gay. You don't have to make a circular argument where it's like, he's talking about things that I think about all the time, like men's asses, but I can think about them because I'm so straight. Yeah. Have you seen the internet meme? And then it's like white guys when they drink and the guy's giving a toast and he goes, and then in his head it starts going, call your boy a bitch. Do something gay. N-word. Have you seen that? That's them. They're obsessed with penises. They're obsessed with asses. Like why? I have so many gay friends and I never think like, oh, they're leading with their gayness. Or when I hear these Republicans start to go off, I'm like, oh my God. I mean, I've had gaydar pings with these guys for years. They're consumed with it. But let's shift gears slightly here and let's talk about the new White House press secretary. Oh God. Curtains, Katie. Katie Curtains. Do you think they roll out Lady Jennings after that? And I think that that would be the best thing to happen if they could do that before November 3rd. I think that would be the best thing that would happen. I think he's just chomping at the bit for that job. Of course. Of course. I mean, the old Scott Jennings, the one that I knew who wasn't this actor or whatever it is, that caricature or character, I don't know who this person is. I'd known Scott Jennings for a long time. We were actually very friendly at CNN. He was much more reasonable. And now I think he's just become an actor and just he's playing for the cameras and playing for the White House. But I think that would be the best thing for them because clearly they would lose all support if they hire him before the midterm elections. And if they hire him afterwards, there's no chance in hell that any other Republicans would win in 2028. All right. Now we're going to play a super fun game. Okay. We have- What is that? Whose butts are we going to look at? And if we're looking at butts, are we going to look at John Husta's butt? Like, aren't there better butts to look at? I had to Google that. I had to Google a younger version. And I was like, I mean, he's- Is he hot? I mean, the younger version is better. Does he look like, I would imagine, I can't, I know John Husta is, I would imagine he looks like Steve Austin from- From The Bionic Man or something when- Yeah. That kind of thing. Yeah. I mean, he was hotter when he was younger. Okay. But I mean, it's nothing to get that riled up about, but I think Trump's so horny. I mean, obviously all the blood is in his ankles. It's not traveling upwards to you know where. He's gourney. All right. So I want to talk about Kimberly Guilfoyle. She got fired because she was begging somebody to pay off her $100,000 Amex and doing a bunch of other bad stuff. But apparently she has a burn book. Pop this up. Oh. Kimberly Guilfoyle is threatening to bring the Trump family down with her following her shocking firing this week, insiders say. Trump insiders panic over Kimberly's secret burn book. Yay. So here's what game we're going to play. And Welch is limited. I want you to get in on the comment section. I'm all in for this. So I would pull a Megyn Kelly on you because I actually, I think that she's a distraction. I believe what she did was not good. But when you think about what's happening and Ken Paxton and all the other shit, she's a distraction. They're pushing her out there. Total distraction. And I think if anything, Donald Trump was like, you only try to get $100,000 out of your position. Like that's it. What a loser. Amateur. Loser. Jared's gotten like 6 billion. I've made 8 billion. Kimberly, you're such a loser. 100,000, does that even cover your new tits? I mean, you know. So here's the game we're going to play. What is in the burn book? Yeah. So here's a woman who was engaged to Don Jr. They were together for six years total. And you know, when you're behind the scenes with a family, every family is a little messy. You get the dysfunction. We can only imagine, you know, Trump notoriously throws ketchup against the walls. And you know, I can't even imagine, you know, makeup application, dyeing his hair, et cetera. What do you think she has in her burn book, allegedly? Don Jr.'s penis size. If he smells like eggs. Does he shower? Is he doing cocaine as has been alleged? Is he a drunk? His real relationship with Donald Trump. Which I've heard is really bad. Yeah. That Donald Trump like browbeats him. Yeah. And Donald Trump's real relationship with Melania. His real relationship with Tiffany. Yeah. I think there's a lot there, but also I knew her back in the day. Not well. Spill it. I mean, she was just, it was weird because she was in the transition between Gavin sort of, and then Fox News. She was on Fox News or at least starting Fox News. I think I knew her before the five or as the five was just starting. I forget exactly. But I would see her like socially at places and she was nice enough. She was always very kind to my mom. I never agreed with her politics or anything, but she wasn't this monster that she is now. She wasn't going, she say, the best is yet to come. Do you remember that? She wasn't that crazy Botoxed out, lip injection out person that she is now. So that's what I knew about her. If she could go back to that version of herself, I think she might have another chance, but she'd have to like take all the, suck all the stuff out of her face and become like a real person again. Do you think, if you look at her and you look at Marco Rubio and you look at Scott Jennings, there's just three examples of people that we didn't agree with politically, but weren't, you know, we didn't, we didn't agree with politically, but we didn't agree with politically. I have this theory that once you start capitulating to immoral things and you listen to the dark, your darker impulses and not your more reasonable, lighter impulses, and you do go to the dark and you capitulate over and over and over, it breaks you. It breaks you. It breaks you. You can look at Marco Rubio's face from three years ago to now, just a, just a still shot of him, a five second video. And you can see it like he, you can see, do you think somebody like that after they've capitulated to this, they supported this religion, they supported this religion, that murdered a woman, had her black lab in the back of her car, shot her in the face three times, called her a fucking bitch, then spiked the football afterwards and said she was a terrorist and we had to take her out and all this stuff. And then they, her murderer has just been transferred, you know, like they moved the Catholic priests around. That's what they do with these ICE agents. They move them around like Catholic priests so they can re-injure people. I don't think this is like, you know, this person was an alcoholic, they go to rehab for 30 days, they get sober, they start collecting chips and they become better. This kind of breakage, what's your take on that? Because they're doing, I think, like Scott Jennings is doing this shit sober. Yeah. It's, well, from what we know. Now, I can't remember if he was sober when, when I knew him. I don't think, maybe he had a cocktail, a glass of wine here and there. But I mean, at least on CNN, I've sat next to him. I didn't smell liquor on his breath. Yeah. So, you know, I don't. No, he's, yeah, he's doing it sober. And the thing is, is that, you know, I would say, I said, Kimberly, she would be, you know, maybe they would accept her back into polite society if she became that other person. I think that's tough for people. They're already starting to do it with Ivanka and Jared, by the way, because I know the people who run it in those circles and they're already starting to do it with them. So, I think that it is possible to be, to make restitution. I believe, I don't think that Jared and Ivanka are. I think it is possible. If you look, look at our friend now, my friend, Ashley St. Clair. Exactly. She is. Fabulous. She's fabulous. She's walking the walk. She's talking the talk. She's actually doing the work. If Kimberly did that, fine. I don't think that people like a Kristi Noem, I don't think that they're capable of that. I don't know. I think, and the other thing is, is that I think Scott Jennings will do whatever it is that is politically and professional expedient for him, which makes him more dangerous than most. Because Donald Trump. Donald Trump will do the same thing. J.D. Vance is the shining example of that. And Stephen Miller as well. Except Stephen Miller has convictions. He is, he has, they're racist convictions, they're bigoted convictions, but he has them. People like J.D. Vance and Scott Jennings have no convictions. Their only convictions is, their only conviction is climbing the ladder. They're comers. That's what they do. All right. Here's an excerpt from that article about, the Byrne book. Kimberly knows where the bodies are buried. She knows the people, the secrets, the fights, the relationships they went on. Nobody wants an angry Kimberly. Remember when Chuck called her Kimberly? Love that Kimberly. Kimberly back with nothing to lose. But its contents are apparently explosive enough that allies of the president set out on a desperate last minute dash to save her job before she was effectively fired on Tuesday. And my husband, Josh, criminal defense lawyer, he said, this is how Trump uses the DOJ. He squeezes people. Like, he'll squeeze her. Like, look, we're doing an investigation in this. You keep your fucking mouth shut or I'm turning Todd Blanch on you. Which brings me to the next thing that I read about, something about the DOJ or the FBI tracking your producer. Oh, yeah. Well, the Wired wrote about it as a producer. I'm not sure how he's referred to in the court papers, but basically. Somebody that worked for you. Yeah, but he was a driver. And when, someone who lived in Minnesota and said, hey, if you come to town, I would like to show you around, right? And so that's what happened. But you can call him a producer or whatever. I don't know if that even matters. But they were using these fake, somehow, I can't, I don't know exactly how it works, but fake cell phone towers or whatever to track him. I don't know what fake cell phone towers means, but it was some obscure, clandestine, really suspicious means that they were using to track this person. Don't know why they needed to track him because he offered, according to the court papers, to turn himself in a couple of times. And. Turn himself in for what? Turn himself in when, after he had been, before he had been arrested. Okay. Or to turn his phone in. Okay. Or all of the things. People, most of the people who were arrested, at least the ones that I know, at least a journalist, and I'm not sure about the Nakima, and I'm not sure, but I think most of the people said, hey, I'll turn myself in. They didn't want that. They wanted to come and grab us. They wanted the drama and they wanted to embarrass us. But they did this whole clandestine thing with some fake cell towers to track him, I guess, to find out his whereabouts, maybe the contents of his phone and his personal information and all of those things. It's Big Brother. These are things that- Surveillance state. Can you imagine, what is his name? Edward Norton, Edward Snowden or whatever. Yes, Snowden, yeah. Edward Snowden would be. He warned us of, because he was taking the information out. These are the things that they warned us of. And do you remember when the Republicans were so concerned about the security thing that, I don't know if it was a FISA, they were calling it FISA, that this overseeing information and being able to spy on Americans, they were outraged by it. And now Republicans, Donald Trump, the administration, they're doing the same similar tactics. It's disgusting. It's disgusting. And I wonder, where the don't tread on me people are. Where are they? Where are they? You know what? They're ICE agents now. Yeah. Do you remember when we were. I did the show with the don't tread on me sign. I was like, Jen, did you give me that idea? You were like, maybe you should have a don't tread on me sign. I put it behind me. Yeah. For my entire show. Yeah. Where are those people? Now, all of these people that were warning about a big, out of control, Big Brother government have now joined the government because these people are nihilists. They believe in nothing but control and bullying. Jen. So, let's just be honest, right? I don't understand how anyone, any American can support this regime. I don't see it. The folks are losing money hand over fist. Prices were cheaper under Joe Biden, gas cheaper, all the things cheaper. Life was better. All the metrics for the economy were taking us to a great place. We weren't at war. We weren't fighting as much as we are now, disagreeing as much as we are. now, except for them. We were like, okay, it's fine, whatever. I don't understand why how anybody can support this administration, or I should say, vote for this administration, especially in the election that's coming up. I don't understand it. And think about what they're doing with the First Amendment. Imagine if Joe Biden or Barack Obama had kicked the press, Fox News, out of the White House, off of the jet. They would be losing their fucking minds. And right now they're just like, yeah, that's great. They should be doing it. It is what they like to refer to as un-American to do those things. I think it is unpatriotic to do those things. And I hate it when people say, that's not who we are. Yeah, it is who we are. Because you, the people who voted for him, have allowed it to be this way. So it is who we are. Now we need to work maybe to get it back to something else or to just take it to something else. But it is who we are. We cannot deny it. We are. We have careened into a fascist regime state. And it's specifically, the Democrats need to do a good job branding. This is who the Republicans are. Like that with that tiger. Yeah. Donald Trump and that tiger. Did you see that? Donald Trump with the tiger. Because there's a kid in the UK who went to a tiger cage and he died, and Donald Trump made fun of him with the tiger. I said, if they were Democrats, if Democrats had any idea of how to message and brand and marketing, they would say, that tiger that he's smiling. That tiger that he's smiling next to is a tiger that's going to eat his face for the election. That is that tiger's gas prices. That's going to eat him alive for the election. And he is the American people about to get eaten by that tiger if they continue on with this mega, mega bullshit. They should be out there. They can't do it. I don't know why they're not like on every single show every day talking about the crazy shit that he's doing. I don't get it. I do not understand. I don't understand it at all because it is so horrible. Think about the justifiable. Joe Biden was old. And when you're a big boy in the big boy seat, bright lights, you're old, you stutter, you misstep, you're president of the United States, it's going to get talked about. That's the job you signed up for. And so any sort of critique about Joe Biden is fair because he's in the biggest, brightest space imaginable. He's carrying the football. They're going to hit you. Yeah. And now we have Donald Trump who posted. He posted 150 times on True Social in just like a three-hour period. All of these videos. Yeah. How many times? 150. One, five, zero. And all of these videos of lions and tigers maiming other human beings. Elon Musk couldn't. You can't even. They had to put like a warning because it was so graphic on Twitter. And here's the problem. So I understand every day. This guy's going to wake up. He's going to be a nut. He's going to AI stuff. He's going to. He's going to grift. He's going to go to a rally. He's going to say gay shit. Rents repeat. This is going to go on over and over. He's going to take taxpayer-funded naps. Everybody's going to sit there and act like it's normal. I get it. Totally get it. I come to expect this every single day. The people surrounding this man that go along with this, they are so problematic and such fucking, cowards. And it's so chicken shit that they go around lecturing everybody, like you said, about DEI and all this shit. I guarantee you, if we had a black president and a full black cabinet, somebody was falling asleep like that at the desk and acting like a nut, like, get your ass up. Yeah. Can you imagine though? I'm Joe Biden. Can you imagine this? And I'm in the Oval Office and sitting around now. I'm Joe Biden or Barack Obama. Maybe Barack Obama is a better thing. Yeah. Wouldn't you say get your ass up? Get your ass up. No, he's just, he's resting his eyes. What the fuck is wrong with these? Have you noticed, Jen, that, have you seen these debates that's happening all around the country in the Senate races and the gubernatorial races and the congressional races that are happening all around the country? The Republican candidates are no match for the Democratic candidates. And you know why? Because they have spent the last 10 years kissing Trump's ass. And Donald Trump has been, he's like a puppet. So he tells them what to say. And when they get into a situation where they have to answer questions, real questions about their records, what they're doing, what their policies are, they don't know what to say because they haven't done anything in the last fucking 10 years. And these Democratic candidates, you can call them DSA, socialists, or whatever you are. I know that he's not a socialist. He's a capitalist. Ate his opponent up. Totally. John Ossoff. Left no qualms. The guy couldn't even look up and look at John Ossoff because John Ossoff read him for filth. It was fabulous. Keisha Lance Bottoms. Yeah. Read her opponent for filth. Her opponent lied right there on the stage. And she had the receipts. Like, wait a minute, you said it. There's a tape of you. And it's happening all, Tallarico, eating their opponent's lunch. And Republicans should have, they need, they're having a wake-up call right now, I believe. Because they're getting eaten alive. They don't know what to do. Donald Trump is going off the rails. He's saying crazy shit, crazier and crazier shit at these rallies, trying to, I guess because he wants the adulation, right? And he's campaigning in deep red states. Why is he campaigning in deep red states? He went to rural Oklahoma. He said Wasilla, Alaska. That's where that crazy-ass Sarah Palin is from. Yeah. Why are you in Georgia? Why are you, why are they, why are they in Florida? Like, these are supposed to be red places. Yeah. So, I think they're going to have a rude wake-up call. Or maybe they won't. Maybe they won't be able to sleep election night. And they're going to be up all night going, holy shit. How are we going to get rid of these ballots? Because that's what they're working on. Okay. I want to do a little check-in on our little smoky-eyed sociopath, J.D. Vance. So, he went to a rally yesterday that he headlined, where tens of people showed up. I think I did an episode earlier. There was about 15 people there. And then he is really obsessed with James Tallarico. Really, really obsessed with James Tallarico. And here's one of the things. He said something super homophobic, like, I love you, but not the way James Tallarico does. And I'm just like, why is everybody always trying to convince us they're not gay? All right. But here's another, another clip from that rally. Loves in life, besides his own family and friends. And he responded without skipping a beat. And I quote, trans children. Now, you got to wonder what the internet search history of a man like that looks like. Ladies and gentlemen, you don't want to find out. Neither do I. So, when I think about- What do you think his search history looks like? Exactly. Or little Moses Mike, when he's hiding it from his teenage son. I don't even know what to say to that, because you're right. They're all trying to convince people that they're not gay. You know who doesn't have to, who don't have to convince people that they're not gay? Gay people. So, I want to start referring to all of these people as alleged heterosexual J.D. Vance. Alleged, because they're allegedly saying they're heterosexual, because these, they're acting like it is a binary choice. As much as they talk about sexuality all the time, like, I don't, I didn't choose to be straight. I just am. Did you see the clip of, of Mark Wayne Mullen? He was like, it's, it's not hard. There's just two genders. You know, I married a woman. I have a wife. And I'm like, oh, okay. It seems like it wasn't that hard. I mean, what are you trying to convince there, big boy? Wow. They say there's only two genders. Can they read a book about, I mean, if you, can you read a science book? And I mean, come on. It's beyond that. They're so caught up on all of that stupid shit. They are. But the fact that he would say that just to sully someone, again, shows you the desperation that he would say that about, first of all, okay, he's trying to, you know, insinuate that he's gay. But then they said, oh my God, they were upset because he has a Latino. And they're like, he's married to a big booty Latino. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, he's, he's dating a big. Yeah. So what is it? Is he gay or is he dating a beautiful Latino woman? Well, it was an OnlyFans scandal too. Do you remember when James Tallarigo, they went and he followed some people? But here's what we know. We know if they're talking about that, James Tallarigo's already won the argument. He's already won the argument. Which brings me to our little Marsha Blackburn. Oh God. And she. Is this her with the dance moves? Yeah. She, she has a history of racism. Let me just, let me just say that first. Put up the tweet first, Kylie. This Kendrick Lamar inspired AI video probably doesn't remember that in 2007, Marsha Blackburn sat on a congressional committee that held hearings criticizing rap music. Yes. And I think I interviewed her about that. Really? Yeah. We need to find that footage. I've interviewed her a lot. But here she is, here she is. She's criticizing rap music, a big bigot. And then they want to borrow from Kendrick Lamar and they roll out this AI video, which is just, this is blasphemy. This is just, look at those. This is just, Marsha Blackburn would never be this cool in real life because she's a. She's a bigot with a bird's nest on her head. That crazy ass picture. But this is something. thing. I had that one viral tweet where I talk about white people that really enjoy multiculturalism that go triple Trump. And it really fucking pisses me off. Every time I love the Oklahoma City Thunder, the NBA team, I love them so much. But when I go to those games and I see these fabulous, very attractive, very athletic black athletes down there, and I see all these bigots in the stand, because every county in Oklahoma goes for Trump, I always think, fuck you guys. Fuck you that you want to come enjoy this. And the rap music that's played beforehand, and they're all with their guts and pink arm, just kind of bouncing around like they're cool. And I'm like, you're not fucking cool. You're a bigot. You're a bigot. And that's what pisses me off. Now, when I go to Mexican restaurants and Chinese restaurants, they enjoy multiculturalism. Except they don't want to be multicultural. Which would do them some good. But I mean, Marsha Blackburn wants to pretend she's black, a black rapper. But can you imagine actually being a black man in this society with people like you, Marsha Blackburn? F you. I mean, come on. And it pisses me off more than anything, because it's always cultural appropriation. Now, I got to tell you this. I'm glad you said this, Jen. So I'm watching the Monday morning news show, the morning show, after the big games all weekend. Yeah. And they're doing the highlight reel. And all the people in the stands were like you that I saw. Every fucking person who was catching those touchdowns and doing those blocks and tackles was a black man. And this president has nerve to call them people's sons of bitches and tell people who can kneel and who can do what, and the owners all want to tell people what they can do. If you didn't have those black men out there catching those footballs and blocking the quarterbacks, black or white, then you wouldn't have. A lot of your wealth. You wouldn't have that Sunday stadium experience while you're up there being a bigot with your fucking MAGA hat on. And I wish they would realize that. I wish that all of those men could say, we're boycotting, we're not playing until you get a handle on your racism and your bigotry in this country. To the owners who are cozying up to Donald Trump and to Donald Trump, watch a highlight reel one Monday morning or after all the games. Just watch a highlight reel and see who's doing it. It's black people. And hang on one second, I'm sorry. It's black people who's setting the culture in music. It's black people who has set the American agenda and culture since black people have been here. And she has nerve to pretend that she is a black man, the very person that she has rooted against. Fuck her. I completely agree with everything you just said. And you kept saying the owners, and that always bothers me that these white men. Owners 18, yeah. Own these teams with these black men. And I just want to say that I think that something we should socialize. I think the cities should own these teams. I do not think private individuals should own these teams. I think the city should own them. City-sponsored teams. Yes. If it's the Oklahoma City Thunder, if it's the San Francisco 49ers, the city should own them. Here's why. And reap the benefits from it, the tax money. The taxpayers. Build the stadiums. Right. The owners don't do that. And I think the way they treat their athletes, especially surrounding Colin Kaepernick, it's really abhorrent. I think that. Look at Robert Kraft, what a dick he was to McLemore. And I think that one thing that we should socialize are these teams where the city owned it, the city reaped the benefits, the city's the one that builds the infrastructure, to support them. I think we need to grow out of some crusty old white guy owning a team of majority black athletes. I think we have got to evolve past that. Yeah. But they won't allow it. First of all, there's so much here. There's a lot about generational wealth, which black people don't have, right? And then the owners, they have to let you into the club. And so the system is rigged. It really is. And until we start figuring out how we make it more equitable. And we know how to make it more equitable. We just don't want to do it. They know how to pay reparations to the January 6th terrorists who broke into the Capitol. They know how to. They established a fund. They were going to do it through the government. But they can't figure out reparations for black people. They know how to do it. Well, and that's what Kendrick Lamar's performance was about. It was about, yeah. 40 Acres and a Mule was in the lyrics. Yeah. So. Justice rapper. And so that. Just. Ugh. Ugh with her. Well, do you believe in social justice now, Marsha Blackburn? Do you believe in reparations? Do you believe in 40 Acres and a Mule? Maybe she does. Maybe she's a changed woman. I doubt it. I doubt it. Okay. In closing this out, there's a candidate named Jamie West, and she's running for Fayette City Council. Fayette County Council, I think. Yeah. Fayette County Council. Thank you, Jamie. Absolutely. And she went and had her big local news performance. It's incredible. Incredible. I haven't seen it. Play the clip. And that's what I have to say about that. Okay. And our last question of the night is, if elected, what is one decision that you expect to make that may be unpopular with some voters, but you believe ultimately would be in the best interest of Fayette County? Huh. I wouldn't raise your taxes. What is the one decision that I would make, hmm. Repeat that again. What is the one decision that I would make that might not be popular with Fayette County? Right. That may be unpopular with some voters. Unpopular with some voters. But is in the best interest of the county. Firing all Republicans. I wouldn't let them, I mean, I don't even talk to them. I don't like them. I mean, they voted for me. Voted against our own state representative. Voted against her own party. I mean, aren't very intelligent at all. They call you names. They, you know, sheriff's nephew trying to blow my head off. But, you know, what are you going to do? Well, that brings us to your opportunity to say just a few last words to the voters. We have guns, too. I might vote for her. I want her to be your running mate. Oh my gosh. Is she not incredible? She's like, we have guns, too. What's your final message? We have guns. We have guns, too. This is my favorite part. Amazing. They're saying on Twitter, like, when you're four drinks in, happy hour, and then you're like, oh shit, I forgot about that TV interview. Do you think, how is she in the polling? Do we know? I don't know. If she wins. But I vote for Jamie West. That'll be everything. Boycott Republicans. I don't hang out with any of them. And, you know, right now, in this whole MAGA era. No, they're not hangout worthy. No. No. The whole party. They cannot sit with us. They cannot. They're not invited to the cookout. No. We're not inviting them. No. I used to say triple Trumpers. I'm so mad lately that I'm even like, if you went, if the first time, if you fell for it the first time, fuck you, too. I used to say, okay, if you voted for her the first time and then you realize, God, that was stupid, I can get past that. This is more on me than on them. Now I'm like. Like, I'm so mad about the whole thing. Yeah. Yeah. I'm over it. When people talk about, there was someone talking about losing friends and whatever for when they. Oh, thank you. They're talking about losing friends or relatives. I had to get rid of friends. Yeah. I can't deal with it. I can't either. I blocked them or muted them. I just can't. And this is a whole different type of thing. I can understand, to some extent, I can understand a black Republican. I can. Or a conservative. I get it. I get it. Black people by nature are conservative, older black people especially. But I don't get the MAGA part. I don't get it. I just don't think this is political right now. This is moral. Yeah. Politics, I can deal with political disagreements. I can't deal with moral disagreements. These people support pedophilia. They elected a rapist. A jury found Donald Trump civilly liable for rape. And to grab him by the pussy. And he wanted to hang his own vice president. And now all the crimes he's committing. And, you know, I mean, the thing I like about him the most lately is when he says the gay shit. You were reading my mind. That's the only thing I like. Yeah. When he says, hey, look, check out that guy's ass. Check out his hands. It was the most beautiful ass I've ever seen. That's the only thing I've enjoyed. But everything other than that, I mean, this is just awful. All right. Check out John Husted's ass. All right. Welch's. Let me see. Welch's Lemonade is up. We've decided we are gonna land on this channel every Friday. We're also going to do a collab with Don Lemon's channel. So make sure you're following both. I've had it. That guy? Yeah. He's horny, Don. Make sure you're following Don Lemon. Oh, yes. Look at all the dorks. He hangs out with Stephen Miller all the time. So of course you'd think that guy's hot. If you have to look at Stephen Miller every day, you'd think a dead pig was hot. If you looked in the mirror and you saw that staring back at you, you would think anybody else is hot. That's the problem. Yeah. He has delusions of grandeur. He looks in the mirror and he sees Brad Pitt looking back. You think? Yes. He thinks he's hot and he believes it. You think he's trying to make out with Brad Pitt? Ew. Sloppy. Ew. All right. So make sure you follow. I've had it. Follow Don Lemon. Don Lemon Show. Don Lemon Show on all of the places. It's going to live here. It's also going to be on Don Lemon's sub stack. Friday, it is The Weekend Read, a Welch's Lemonade production. Oh, look, we can do it in person. And every Friday.
