Trump Faces Mounting Pressure as Iran War and Approval Numbers Hit

Donald Trump is spiraling as his approval has hit a record low for any president in history. As no mega-republicans want to be seen with him, at this so-called Republican midterm convention, taking place tonight and tomorrow in Dallas, Texas. And as Iran struck back very hard, after the United States struck five Iranian civilian crew tankers, Iran hit U.S. bases in Jordan, really hard, and Iran targeted 10 ships in the strait of Hormuz, and Iran says it targeted to U.S. Navy battleships as well. Donald Trump was posting yesterday. The Republican National Convention tomorrow night in Dallas is really hot. The American Airlines Center home to the Dallas Mavericks is totally sold out. Everybody wants to be there. But we're really asking only those candidates that are in tight races, a little up, a little down, or even, to speak. We want to save the stage, he puts that in quotes for them. We don't need people who are up 45 points and have been in office for 30 years, as much as we love them all. Anyway, I'll be speaking tomorrow night and closing it out. As I previously reported, over 90% of mega-republicans will not be speaking or attending at this so-called Trumpapalooza Republican Convention, so he is saying, "We don't really want them to be there. We never invited them in the first place, so utterly pathetic." And then, after Donald Trump was caught lying yet again about being by ground zero on 9/11, I mean, who the heck lies about being there in 9/11 and being by the rubble and two strong guys had to help Donald Trump out. Remember what Donald Trump was saying yesterday? He was saying that he was so upset that the Red Bandana guy, an individual who was a volunteer firefighter who died saving people's lives in 9/11, Trump's like, "I'm so angry that the bandana guy was way more famous than me. That makes me really angry. I don't like that. You don't like the hero who is saving. What are you even talking about?" So then Donald Trump, the failing New York magazine, wrote a story that I wasn't down at the World Trade Center after the tragedy of September 11th because nobody saw me there. Well, I don't think I would be the first thing in anybody's mind, but I was there, obviously, not on the same day as the collapse, but shortly thereafter, with a large group of construction workers. Also, you claimed you were there with hundreds of people saving lives of individuals, which again never happened. He goes on to say, "The fake news doesn't want to listen even when they know the story is false." Well, they were approval ratings are at an all-time low. Do you shut up? Stop making this about you. The only reason why people commented on it is you made deranged and demented comments to turn 9/11 about you versus the heroism of the firefighters, of the first responders, of the tragic day of everybody who was there. No, you were out there saying in 2022 that the Saudis are great people who need to be playing. They're incredible for the game of golf and you'd love to have them. You said that your golf courses, you don't know and people don't really know what really happened on 9/11 is what you said. Well, Donald Trump is doing all of this. Another Washington Post exposé broke last night. Donald Trump apparently gave $45,000 in cash gifts to Natalie Harp and also to Margo Martin, 31-year-old, staffer, Margo Martin, 35-year-old, Natalie Harp and 26-year-old Chamberlain Harris. He gave them $45,000 in cash money each, which lawyers and people who handle government ethics say, "That's against the law. You can't be giving $45,000 gifts to government employees and saying you're giving them tips and you're giving tips to a 35-year-old, a Natalie Harp." We know lots of the red flags there, $45,000 to Margo Martin and $45,000 to Chamberlain Harris. That's what you're doing and spending your time focused on. Oh, and by the way, charging hot dogs to the taxpayers through the Secret Service account. I'll get to that in a moment. Donald Trump, I think it's the 11th or 12th hole every time he goes and golfs and bedminster or in his Virginia course, he stops and buys all of the Secret Service hot dogs. Every one of them, except guests who pays for them, the taxpayers. He charges, he sends a bill to the Secret Service for hundreds of hot dogs and he makes us pay for it. I'm not just highlighting it because it's hot dogs. The same way I wasn't just highlighting Ivanka as a demon individual because she was writing a horse. It's beyond let them eat cake or let them eat hot dogs. It is this Trump regime takes glee and delight in the suffering of the American people. Donald Trump is at historic low approvals because the American people are struggling to get buy right now and he promised that he would bring gas down to $2. He promised that he would make rent and housing affordable. He promised that he would not engage in never-ending wars. He made these promises that he would come up with his own healthcare plan and this and that. He lied. He made everything worse. Gas is at record highs, diesel is at record highs. The price of oil is about to be over $100 a barrel and maybe there any moment now as this massive escalation is now taking place in this catastrophic war in Iran. He's ripped away people's health care. He's consistently attacked children, he's covering up child sex trafficking rings, ripping away lunch money from kids saying it's waste for on an abuse, taking away people's Medicaid. I can go on and on and on and while Donald Trump is doing all of this, he's made the world a far more dangerous place. There are wars everywhere right now as Donald Trump has demonstrated utter weakness and started and instigated a lot of these wars. The catastrophic war in Iran yesterday, Donald Trump and his regime sent come strikes five Iranian civilian tankers in the strait of Hormuz, five civilian tankers, not military target civilian tankers. And so what does Iran do? They respond hit Moaffek salty base, they hit the King Faisal base, they strike the US bases there. And massive amount of Iranian ballistic missiles were striking the US bases. The US used 60 to 80 Patriot interceptors further dwindling the Patriot interceptors supply. Each one of those interceptors cost about $4 million sometimes more. And so yesterday the Trump regime spent what close to half a billion dollars on our tax pay or dollars with interceptors in a catastrophic war that Trump and Netanyahu got into because Donald Trump's covering up the Epstein files and covering up a child sex trafficking ring while giving Natalie Harp $45,000 cash gifts after he and Natalie hide in catering containers when they left the NATO summit in July. And Trump was too scared to get aboard Air Force one, the old Air Force one, not the Atari Air Force one, which he wants to steal after his regime and reign of destroying the United States is over and put it in some fake Trump library, which is actually going to be a hotel that he's not going to have to posthumously pay taxes in because this whole demented regime is all about ripping off the American people, but that's what you're focused on. And an Iran is striking back hard while Donald Trump posts his memes and thinks he's a tough guy, white striking Iranian civilian oil tankers, you think that's a tough guy. Iran strikes hard and you're like, well, they don't have a military anymore. Yes, they do. They have massive capabilities, the quality and the quantity of their ballistic missiles and drones has improved dramatically. And so as Donald Trump is flailing, as Donald Trump's approval is plummeting, Donald Trump is now sending the top MAGA activists to Dallas, Texas in order to pump up masculinity in Texas and the MAGA alpha masculinity movement, MAGA activists, Scott Pressler, Bryland, Holley and Holley Hand, and Benny Johnson will all be in Dallas this week. They got their marching orders from the Trump regime, the MAGA princes, as they are called. They got their marching orders from Trump. They will aim to make the United States Senate race in Texas a referendum on masculinity. And that's their big focus, masculinity, alpha behavior. These are Donald Trump's three picks to do that. They're going into Dallas, Texas right now got to be honest, a little bit worried about that. In any event, Donald Trump also praising the German AFD far, far right wing party, Donald Trump goes, wow, the populist party in Germany. Donald Trump had a really big night that was two nights ago he was referring to. They finally got tired of the absolutely horrible immigration rules and regulations which have hurt Germany so badly that he goes and says very dumb and unhappy fake news scene and reporter Caitlin. in Collins, wow, wow, wow, just continues to wind over and over again. And here's the pitch. This is the pitch from Joe Grooters, the RNC chair about what he says, this election is all about. This is some of the most deranged and demented stuff you've ever heard. Joe Grooters, like as you look at this guy, like this guy and frickin Scott Pressler and Brill and Hilly Hand or whatever these people are, these people are lecturing us on normal seriously. Listen to what Joe Grooters has to say here, play this clip. Democrats are saying if they can flip this scene, that is going to change everything deep in the heart of Texas. And there's, yeah, no chance at that. I mean, Telefrico is probably the most radical candidate in the country. People do not want to vote for guy who believes in six gender, if you've got it's non binary, who wants to mutilate our kids, who wants a welcome man on the southern border. It's not going to happen here in Texas. And I think that the, listen, we, like I said, we have the candidates, we have the candidates across the country is the ones we need. We have the money, we have the resources, the presidents can deliver these votes. And that's why we're doing things like the Republican convention, which has never been done before. All right. So you say that there's no chance that Telefrico is going to get elected, but the real clear politics average has currently got him up two and a half points. What do you say? Yeah, don't, don't be concerned about that. If you listen to polls, the president would never be president, believe us when we have, we have the messaging, we have the candidates can tax them with through a brutal primary, but he is a great conservative word that's one Texas three times. And at the end of the day, people want normal. People don't want extremists, these extremists left radicals, which Telefrico certainly is one. I told you so utterly deranged indeed. And this is the story that was first reported in Forbes from Dan Alexander. Have Donald Trump has spent 165 days at his golf course during his second term. I mean, he spent over a quarter of the entire presidency at golf courses. That doesn't include Mar-a-Lago. Those are the golf courses. So if you add the golf courses plus Mar-a-Rago, more than 50% has been golfing, but let more engulfing it at Mar-a-Lago and on vacations, but spending our taxpayer dollars on all of his properties. You realize if we probably add it up in my guess and my opinion protected by the first amendment, I think we're probably talking about, I don't know, maybe even 500 a billion extra dollars on all of his properties. This all this stuff adds up. Listen to what Dan Alexander says here. Play this clip. How much time does Trump actually spend on his golf courses? Well, if you count the days, it's about 165 of his first 600 days in his second term. He's visited one of his golf courses. But what's more surprising is that these aren't short stays. And so if you add up to hours, you get to more than 1,400 hours on the golf courses. And that doesn't even count the time that he's at Mar-a-Lago. This is just the amount of the time that he's at the golf courses where he's often playing or sometimes doing other things like meetings, having lunch, that sort of thing. 27.5. I was just doing the math. 27.5% of the time. That's a lot of the time. That's more than a quarter of his time. And you also report something, Dan, that has broad implications. So you report that Trump loves the hot dogs, that the Trump National Golf Club outside Washington so much, that he insists on sharing them with the Secret Service. Can you explain? Yeah, so he comes up to the eleventh hole at his golf course outside of Washington, D.C. And he's got this routine where he greets the chef and he tells everybody that these are the best hot dogs in golf. And then he says order one for everybody. Everybody needs to get a hot dog. And so the chef grills up a bunch of hot dogs, starts serving them out. And the really interesting thing is that after he leaves, the Secret Service has to be careful about accepting gifts from people that it protects. So the Trump Club then builds the Secret Service, according to an insider at the club, for the hot dogs that Trump order the people protecting him. And then you have the reporter over here on CNN from New York Times talking about how the energy is just so low at these Trump rallies right now. He was at the latest in South Carolina. He's like the people who were there were saying how they were disappointed in Trump at the small Trump event. Remember the South Carolina event? It was like 200, 300 people who were there. Listen to it. This guy's got to say here, play this clip. I've been to a hundred of these things. I have to tell you the energy in the room was really, really low. The place was not packed. The seats were full, but the back half of the convention center was empty. And I was going around talking to people doing interviews. And usually, at a Trump rally, you have to scratch kind of hard and ask four or five, six questions to get the people who were there to say anything sort of nuanced or, you know, truthful about how they really feel about something going on with him. On this one, it was like one question. How do you think it's going so far? And a lot of them were saying things like rusty. The economy is not as good as I thought it was going to be. He's not focused enough. And these are people wearing t-shirts with pictures of his face on it. So I just had not seen anything like that before. And I thought it was a real sign of trouble for him. And then Iceland summoned the US ambassador to Iceland, who was the former IRS, who was the former former head of the IRS, who was pushed out because, apparently, he was a very corrupt guy, wouldn't do some of the illegal stuff that Trump wanted the IRS to do. So he became the ambassador to Iceland. And Donald Trump's been posting maps of conquering Iceland now and making Iceland US territory. So Iceland summoned the US ambassador to Iceland saying, it's unacceptable. You got to stop. What do you do? Stop. Don't threaten Iceland. Don't threaten our sovereignty or get the hell out of here. And that's what the United States has become to the rest of the world. Just this bizarre and deranged predatory thing. And it's grotesque and it's loser behavior. And this is what Donald Trump is doing before tonight's event. It'll be interesting to see what happens at the, you know, at this, at this event tonight where I expect it to be utter new mediation.
