We rank them from one to five. We come together with a certified top five at the end of the show. And each one of my wonderful co-hosts has to also deliver their personal top five. And so my name is Patrick. >> Ryan. >> Zach. >> Paul. >> And you're going to hear from us today just like the episodes prior of our top five of this wonderful, beautiful, I'm just really excited about topic. But again, Zach brought to us today. It's the idea guy. >> I'm not usually the idea guy, but man, I'm amped for today, today's the day. >> And like other episodes in the past, just to kind of get things started, just so you guys get to know us a little bit better, whether you want to or not. We're going to share something interesting about ourselves. That's happened in the last week. We recorded last week's episode last week, we recorded episode four last week. And so it's only been a week, what's happened, it's been interesting for you guys. >> I've got one. >> Yeah. >> I did a 10k, I ran 10,000 miles, no, 10k, it's 6.2, 6.2, I ran 6.2 miles, probably more accurately, I jogged it. And I was coming up on like mile six and then my brain, I was like, I didn't know about like the.2. I was like, oh man, thank goodness this thing's almost done. And then all of a sudden it's like this hill and I'm like, why would they in this 10k or whatever it is on the hill, like this is the worst thing in the world. In my head, I was like, I'm really going to pour some gasoline on this thing and finish out strong. I barely made it up there. >> Man. >> I just, I put it into a much lower gear and just made it to the crest. >> Sometimes that's the best way to get up the hill, just put it in low, take your time. >> What a, I think it was a bad course. >> Was this, it sounds like it was an organized, was this, was this an B-Rip? >> This was that Butler University's campus, the famous, dog jog, did you win? >> No. My wife finished first in her age category, she's well done, she runs that often. >> She's pretty legit. >> Dang, man, she's a machine, man. >> You were saying the other day that she amps you up when you're trying to run. >> She's my coach, but she's officially my coach. And what are you doing this 10k for? >> I'm trying to prepare myself for a half marathon, which I don't like running. I don't know why I'm doing it. >> I know why you're doing it. >> I was pressured into it. And I'm just holding on with my fingernails at this point. How much time left? Like less than a month, three weeks. The longest run I've done at this point is six miles. This week I have to run, this is going to suck. >> You're going to be fine. >> It's going to suck. >> Well, at least it's not more than double. It is more than double. So I hate to tell you that. >> Yeah, that's a 10k for that marathon. >> I have like really bad internal thinking. So like when I start to run, I think to myself, why am I doing things I don't like to do? >> To get better, what do you mean? >> No, but I'm just saying there's all sorts of things that I can do with myself. >> A hundred percent. >> And I'm like, there are hard things that I could probably enjoy better. >> Yeah. >> And yet this is the thing that I enjoy the least. Sometimes we do hard things. You know, the best view comes after the hardest climb. >> That's so true. >> You know, all these things. >> Anyway, that's what I did at Berkeley for sure. >> That's very interesting. >> Yeah, that's a perfect bridge actually to my interesting thing. I found myself the last week, what was it one day we recorded? I left for drill again. I had another one. I found myself again jumping out of a helicopter and thinking, why am I doing this? Why? Every time I'm about to jump, I have this thought, this internal thought thinking, A, how did I end up here in my life? >> What decisions got me here? >> I'm just going to have to do this in about a minute or two. So that was my interesting thing again, unfortunately. >> Did you see the, I think they were jumping out of an airplane, not a helicopter, but there was a professional sporting event in the last month that somebody jumped out and like, I think it was a baseball game. >> It was a baseball game. I saw that. >> And they both, three soldiers like slammed the ground. >> Yeah. >> And like, they lived. >> Didn't get up. >> Yeah, they're alive, but they slammed. >> Were they trying to hit the baseball field? Like was it? >> Yeah, I was like, yeah. >> They had. >> But it was like, they hit the ground or like the crowd was like, yeah, that was wrong. >> It was weird because they had like, the parachute obviously, but they were carrying like an American flag below them. And it was attached to something so like their feet were getting all messed up when they were trying to land. And they came in really awkwardly and just, I mean, I was going to send you that clip while you were at drill. >> You said every time you jump, you think this could be it? >> It could be it. It has to go through your head sometimes. I actually, I found myself laughing before this last jump while we were up in the air. I just started laughing. I was like, this is just funny that I'm here right now. And I hate every bit of this. >> It's like funny, sometimes like how simple life is, like my life is on the line. I should probably just laugh about it. >> Yeah, exactly. >> Wow. >> Yeah. >> Man. >> I think I know mine. >> What's up? >> LC's playing softball. >> Yeah. >> And she had her first softball game last night. Her first one, but the first of this season. And it's different this year because it's not, they don't get a tee. So they have to hit from the pitcher. And my best bud Craig, he's like, he pitches and he pitches very well. And I was always nervous when she'd get up like she's going to get a hit. She got hit every time. So we, which I was super proud of her. And it's tied up at the end of the fourth inning. >> How many of you played? >> They only played four innings. >> Okay. >> Oh wow. And the base is loaded and our girl Aubrey strikes out. And it's the end of the game. And it's a tie. And so we're like, I was kind of like, cool, a tie for this game. >> Yeah. >> And Ump was like, no, we go, this gotta be a winner. >> I like it. >> Yeah. >> I like that. >> So they go out. And the poor coach on the other team struck out his girls. >> How you doing? >> He was growing. >> He was missing. >> Yeah. >> That stinky cheese. >> As he goes up, she's second batter, she hits, our first batter strikes out. She hits, she gets all the way to third. We have a girl on first and a girl on third. And this girl that's on our team, that this is her first time playing any organized sports. Just learning, like not there yet. She gets a hit. So this is huge. And it's just this little tiny, like the softest little grounder that goes to their pitcher's helper. And their pitcher's helper on the teams is stud. And she knows, she's like, she's seven year old. And she knows that if LC runs to home, she can get her out. She's gonna have to tag her out. And girls at age don't really know that. >> Right. >> They just see, hit, run, go. >> So Lauren, my cousin's third base coach, and she's like, go, LC go, because we just want to score a win. And LC just books it and the pitcher's helper heads up and starts running to home. Well, the pitcher's helper stands on the home plate and Lauren starts saying, LC come back and LC's not listening to us. She's just starting to take her out. >> Yeah. >> LC gets up to the home plate and the pitcher's helper stand on home plate and this is their age showing they just stare at each other. And LC like, like jogs up and puts her foot on the plate. And the pitcher's helper like jumped. And as the pitcher helped her jump, LC put her foot on the plate. >> Oh, nice. >> And LC was safe. >> That's crazy. >> It was awesome. >> It was like this. >> It was like this movie. >> LC didn't even know what she was doing. There were two girls on our team that knew. So they were like, LC, you're just one, they came and she's like, what? And the whole way home, I was like, hey, babe, that was like a really big moment. You'll remember this forever and she's like, so what happened? >> What happened? >> What happened? >> Yeah. >> It's like, I can't wait for the sample game to start. >> And my adrenaline is just pulping. >> That's crazy. >> Because I'm in the dugout and I was doing the batter's order. And I get out on the field and I'm like, I'll say stop, go back to third and she's done. >> She's a big boy yelling at her everywhere. >> Yeah, she had no idea. >> That's crazy. >> That was really cool. >> That's a good story. >> Yeah. >> I think the Declan story was also hilarious, the dude, the kid, get charging the- >> Oh gosh, that's so funny too. >> That's funny. >> Declan playing pitcher's helper. The kid hits the ball. The kid doesn't run to first. He charges Declan and then they just stop and stare at each other. Declan's holding the ball and like, they're both just looking at the ball. >> Are you going to share that? Kids at age are just crazy. >> Yeah, good stuff. >> My story isn't that interesting, but last night I, I think I found a way to make doing your taxes fun. >> Whoa. >> I didn't start, I didn't start on my taxes until last night at like 10, 15. >> Wow. >> And so it was kind of a rush. >> That's wild. >> Try and- >> I was like, they're probably not right. >> This is the IRS is listening, don't audit me, but- >> Shout out. >> I like- >> Tomorrow let me- >> I tried to- >> It was like, and the thing told me, this will take an estimate of like two hours and nine minutes based on what I do for work and other things. And I was like, okay, I got to beat that to get it done by midnight. >> It's like GPS, you know? >> So I finished it. I finished them by like 1141 or something. I think I had like 19 or 20 some minutes to get them done. So it was kind of like a rush, like, wow, I got to get it done before and make my payment. I did have to pay in, you know, by the end of the- by midnight. But then I think I read today that you actually have until midnight Pacific time. >> Oh. >> I didn't know if you're an accountant- >> What about Hawaii? >> You can track me if I'm wrong, but I believe you have until midnight Pacific. >> Okay. >> So what kind of tax service do you use? >> I use turbo tax last night, so if you want to sponsor the podcast, we could do our taxes for free next year. >> Into it. >> That would save me. >> H&R Block is what I wrote with. >> You did it yourself? Again? >> I thought you had a game. >> Well, for this year, I had to do it myself because everybody was booked in what called me back. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Next year. >> I had a bad experience with H&R Block. >> Same here. >> I'm telling you, they had this advertisement and they were like, we're going to do your taxes for like zero dollars. And so, I was like, that sounds great. So I went into the H&R Block, like brick and mortar store and I sat through like two hours of like spilling the beans, like all of my financial beans to like this guy. And we get to the end and he- >> I can't. >> I actually can't do your taxes. >> No, it gives me this like bill. >> I don't remember what it was, but it was egregious. And I'm like, no, like I'm not going to do that, man. The advertisement was for zero dollars. And he's like- >> False advertising. >> He's like, yeah, but such and such. I'm like, well, I'm a public school kid and zero sounds a whole lot like zero. You know? So I had him delete everything and I walked myself right out of that store. Who did him? Turbo tax. >> Turbo tax. >> Shout out to them. >> Wow, they're good. >> We're not free. Turbo tax. Not free. But we'll do it. >> No. >> Well. >> I got a funny story about that, but it's for another time. It's not worse. >> Should we get into the topic? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Zach, again, this is your topic to deliver. You brought it. And it takes this ordinary plain, jane beer. So I picked up a couple of those. So I'm doing a public tour. >> Are you still from the back of your car? >> No, no. There are still a couple in there in between the car seats. >> Will you drink a beer that isn't like dented from 1983? >> It tastes better if it's been dented, yeah. >> He has it actually, I don't, I've never seen him drink like a nice beer. >> No. >> I think I see him like throw it on the ground and pick it up and he's like, okay, it's ready. >> What's a little dirt on it? >> I was going to bring beers this week and I didn't have time so I will bring them next week. >> Every week. >> Yeah, well we also were going to recall this. >> We also were going to recall this day after our last podcast and what happened? We didn't go. We carried on as if we didn't discuss it over and over and over and over again. I didn't not that I ever bring my lunch. >> When you say we, you're saying me. >> Yeah, not that I, yeah, not that I ever bring my lunch, but I didn't bring my lunch that day because I was like, we're going to culprits today. >> I'm so excited. And then we just, it's like it didn't, it's like it didn't, it's like it didn't come up. Like it was like we did, it was no one going to talk about the fact that we were going to go. >> It was even in the, in the brain cells, not even in there for me. >> Lost it. >> So we're going tomorrow. >> We are. We need to be hopefully. And to wrap that up, I also drink in some of the makers I have, I brought a hop upon this. I brought one again, just one beer, Medizzo, shout out. I would say. >> I'm talking about myself. >> Yeah. >> If you put the amount of hours I've lived between the ages of probably seven, and probably 24, I would say 40% was playing video games, like a high chunk. >> Ground rules time. >> Yeah. >> Because I have so many questions. >> Got to be. >> Ground rules. >> So many questions. >> Yeah. Yeah. What's going on? >> Okay. >> Console NPC. >> Just console games. >> I would say everything counts. >> I think we have to keep it broad. >> Yeah. >> This round. >> Okay. >> So, it's going to be hard. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. a little bit of we in there, but then I have a next box one. We should just, you know, we should top five consoles. Yeah, we could do that. That's a, that's a future. Saw that episode. Yeah, season two. First, what was your first console? Everybody say that first one. Mine only are like in my family years. Mine only was a Sega Dreamcast. Mine was Sega Genesis. Oh, PS2. Yeah. Yeah. I had an N64. Oh, it would have been my first one. It was probably though. Gee. Yeah, there are so many games out there and so many platforms. I haven't. Okay. Go to you want to go to establish. Don't go ahead. I would like to know if, if it has to be specific games or games series, that was going to be, that was literally going to be my ground role. Yeah, I want to know that I'm just going to probably spoiler alert a couple of mine. Or potentials of mine, like, like Call of Duty. Yeah, there's been a 3,000 of them. Like do you have to pick a specific call. I think you can say the Call of Duty series. I think you can say series, but you have to, you have to shout out the ones. Okay. That really hit home because it, and then I'm going to have a sports game in mine. Sure. And those are all just. I can't pick. Yeah, of specific. You just, you're bringing my list is growing. Yeah, more you say. I had a, I had the series question too. Like can we just say I think I think we can. I think you can have. We can't have like you saying one Call of Duty and me saying another. Okay. Can we? Can we? No. I think I think I think when it gets down to like the sort of five to five. Yeah. We're going to end up going for like the series. Yeah, whatever's under the big category. This is a thing, though. I think we have to take this ground rule and get deeper in it. Okay. Like, for example, Mario. Mario, like the Mario series could include Mario Kart could include Mario Party could include Super Mario. That's also true. I think that one's so big that there aren't different segmented. Mario Kart is a series. Mario Kart is very different than my different series. Super Mario is a series. Yeah. Mario Party is a series. Guitar hero. Guitar hero. Mario Tennis. Mario. Yeah. Like Mario can't be. You can't just say the Mario series. Yeah. Cause I mean, that's 88 years. That's too many. Yeah. Dude. Is that actually. I don't know. I don't know. Sweet. If you do that. It's like I'm on a mailing. Yeah. I could name them all right now. I'm curious. I don't know. I'm okay with keeping it open open, but Mario on the Super Nintendo. They're over 200. Sorry. Mario has appeared in over 200 years. I was born. Okay. The Super Nintendo. No, I bet it was. Prior to 30 close. Yeah. Wow. So many good games. Yeah. There's going to get a heart. What other ground rules should we establish? I don't know if I mean, I don't know anymore. I think it's okay for series. Yeah. To to an extent. Can I say something about video games that I don't understand that I want you guys to help me understand. Yeah. I know that like video game is like now like a sport in like high school and some colleges, which I can respect because I think it does take a skill like you have to. Oh my gosh. The amount of time you have to practice and like it does take a skill. So I can respect that. I don't understand. Twitch. Like I can't. People watching people watching someone play video. I can't understand it. I mean, why wouldn't why wouldn't you just play the game yourself and somebody told me it was like. Would you rather play basketball yourself or watch Michael Jordan play basketball and I understood it, but I just still don't think I could. I could get myself to just watch somebody else playing video game when I have every opportunity to play the same game. I agree. I'm not into watching someone play it. I have watched like walkthroughs. Like I put like walkthroughs on like YouTube and watch those of games. Yeah. But I also would say like YouTube like I would use every night I go to bed watching a YouTube of a video game walk. But not like I'm not watching a person talking about it. I'm just good at this game. No, no, I don't know what. But I also could like for me, I'm a musician and I like to just watch people play and practice music. Okay. So maybe it's maybe it's for for a very avid video gamers. It's the same sensation. Yeah, I don't get it. But like they feel like they're part of it or learning from it or something. I think the biggest thing on Twitch is watching competitive like call duty fortnight stuff like that. They're getting ideas or yeah, it's like they're practice because those we can have like are we going to have like Minecraft and Fortnite on our list. I guess maybe we're going to get we're going to this is not really a ground rule. But like what about online only games. I mean, it's a video game. So it's got to be in there. Well, like I feel like games that you can only play. Yeah. Yeah. If we if we limited it to just like stories or I think that might be the safest. Yeah. I think I think that bar should be if you didn't have to blow into it to fix it. Like if you didn't have to fix your device, if you're your controller didn't have to be plugged in with a cord. Did you ever have a scratch disk and put to paste on it and then Oh, yeah, the toilet flush it a couple times. I did the toilet. That's not what you're supposed to do. Yeah, and it would work. Patrick would put in the toilet and take leak on it. Put his pocket. I had the I had the cleaner thing. We have a CD on it. And you you cranked it. I didn't have that. And it like clean the disk. That was awesome. Yeah. Oh, here's another question before we get too far into it. Do any of you guys lose your temper and throw the controller? Oh, I had multiple times. Yeah. Yeah. No question. Yeah. I think my anger problems that I have worked hard to get passed in my life came from video games growing up. For sure. Call duty specifically. So did you ever like lodge it into the wall? Oh, like break the dry wall. Yeah, I'm guessing you've had it. I haven't thrown my I never I never done that stuff. I have mine was not so much throwing it, but it was like smashing it my hands. Or like hitting it against the ground. You're like a whole. I got to tell a quick story about this. So my little brother Derek is a fantastic video games. And he's really good at the shooter games. And so several years ago we'd get together and we'd play Halo in the evenings. And we'd get all on you know Xbox live and we'd play Halo. And he was so much better than us that he would get really frustrated because we would just get slaughtered and he'd have to help us. And this one game we we came across sloppy where this one guy was slaughtering Derek. And if you know Derek, he's very like kind and gentle and sweet, but he gets pissed when he's losing in Halo. Yeah. So I hear like he's usually is like talking and really friendly and in this game he starts like getting really quiet. And I'm like I've seen him just get killed slaughtered left or right Mike Derek. You okay? He's like God just just fucking guys. And just like every game is like their voice gets really distorted because they're screaming. And then all of a sudden he gets killed and I hear this he had thrown his controller. Oh no. Yeah. And then like three seconds later Derek killer has left the Xbox. And I text him and I was like, Hey, where'd you go? And he goes, my Xbox just stopped working. And later I said you three controller broke it. And he said, yeah, I broke it. Yeah, I mean, yeah, I mean the struggles there when you're in competitive play, man, yeah, that's crazy. We just we just got an x-rayed episode now. Yeah, I dropped the F bomb. That's Derek. I'm glad he did it. So now I can kind of let loose a little bit. Are we going on ground? Yeah, we're good console. We're saying console games. We're saying series allowed except for Mario. Okay. Well, well, you have to say you have to get a shout out to one series. Yeah, I like that. I feel like Zach's like about to inferless scroll. I have a lot here, but I think I have some some locks hard locks. And I'll start with the best game. I've ever played my life. Wow. Probably thousands of hours Skyrim. Mm hmm ball drop. My job. No one is ever. I've had so many people tell me that I need to play it, but I just it's got dragons in it. Elder Scrolls series. That was the only one I've actually ever played. That's the fifth game in the series. So I don't know if the other ones are good. I hear the other ones are great. You guys have never heard of it. That's the first time I've ever heard that word. Yes, Skyrim. This is going to be a tough sell for all my people out there. You know what I'm talking about. You just resonated with a ton of people. You did a ton of people thousands of hours into that game. It's it is a open world role playing game. Okay. So it's like grassy world. It's it's just the most majestical game you've ever played. Kind of like Grand Theft Auto, but it's much more complicated and like medieval. It's got. Oh, you can't be the majesticals. Can I steal a car from an old lady in this game? You can't you can't. But you can you can you can you can kill her with multiple weapons dragons. You can ride a dragon eventually, but that's not the point. It's pretty cool. The actual point of the game. The story is that. Wow, I won't get into it, but it's a really great game. You really need to play it at some point. This has happened so many times with this podcast. The Zach is like, I've got one that it's going to be on the list. Biggie Blinders. Biggie Blinders was a good big blast. It drops this where he's like, you guys are all going to agree with me and then there's just crickets. You know, Skyrim was so good because it came out on PlayStation 3 and then it came out on PS4 and then it got revamped on five. And so I've been playing it for years and years and years and years. I played it when I went overseas last year. I restarted a new character. So it just goes on and on and on. It's a great game. Okay. Look it up. I'm happy for you. Check it out. I will say one that hits home. It's the, I mean, it's if it's not on everybody's list. I don't know what is, but GTA series. Yep, it's a good one. Yep. It's not going to be my top. I think you got to say your favorite one. My favorite one was San Andreas. Why? Vice City. I liked Vice City, but I didn't get it. I think I was too young to really love Vice City. I was like, just, I don't even remember the order that came out in. But San Andreas was San Andreas was. I think it was just after Vice City. Yeah. Yeah. It's just something about the map. The map was amazing. It was huge. Yeah. The fact that you can fly a plane in those games is wild because I started playing GTA 3. And in that game, you couldn't fly even a helicopter. Then like Vice City came out. I think you could fly a helicopter there. Yeah. Maybe a plane too. But it just. Yeah. The advancements in those games. The more like you couldn't swim in GTA 3. Or Vice City. But I think you could swim in San Andreas. Yep. Yep. You could get eaten by shark if you swim out too far. San Andreas was also the one that had the most. It was the, it was the raunchiest. It was started really pushing the envelope. You could drive by just it was. Yeah. It was. You could do a lot. There's a lot of adultery. Yeah. Yeah. Great game. And they needed to re redo that one. But they never. Well, no, they actually redid the entire series. But yeah. And then most recent GTA 5. It's kind of San Andreas, but 2020, whatever. It's, it's awesome. Yeah. But it is time for GTA 6 to come out. It. They're all the memes of like every day. I see something. Greybeards that touch the floor when GTA 6 comes out every day. I get on like Instagram. And I'll see. Release trailer to release. And I'm like, I. I. Yeah. I get sold on it every time. And I look and it's not there. Apparently we you and I just tear each other right and Paul are just. You guys never play grand. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, for sure. And you have nothing. I guess it says something about like our souls. Yeah. I mean, I got lost in that game for like hours, 12 hours at a time. One time. I remember 12 hours straight. Oh, doing a crime and then repainting the car and then trying to find the prostitutes. Yeah. You know, Paul's a good person. So you'd like to steal the car and then bring it back. I believe I have your cars. Thank you. It's a couple. Well, I'd done some things. Dude, sorry about that. Yeah. GTA 5, when it when it was released, my mind. Yeah. What I was blown. It was like you can get in a commercial airplane in this thing and fly it for like 20 minutes and still not see the other end of the map. The Easter eggs in that game. If you guys don't know what those are, you're really far behind the hidden secrets in that game. They go they go on forever. That was a jab. It was. I'm like slightly offended from you to right now. It's okay. But we'll talk more about it. I can respect it. GTA 5, fun fact. It's like the highest selling video game of all time. Sure. And GTA 6 will blow it. Oh, it'll blow it out in like a week. Yeah. So those two are on there. In number three, this will this will also hit home. This was predominantly my childhood called duty. Yeah. Okay. I began. I began with actually caught four was the first one I started with. There's the first time I got a PS3. I could finally go home and like play on line with my boys. They already had consoles. I didn't get it until I was a little delayed on that, but I finally came. Got one and played a. God for MW 2 was a game changer. It's a great one. And then my all time favorite still is MW 3. I didn't like all duty because I was on the other side of the fence. Yeah. Halo. Yeah. I couldn't get online thing changed. Call of duty for me. Like I sucked online. But but to be able to play against other people. Yeah. And like that was cool. That was different. Yeah. That was better than just doing stories and like I haven't tried to beat the game like. Yeah. I've changed it. Couple like embarrassing moments in my life with with call of duty. Like I would I remember myself getting off the bus and sprinting home to get started on it that night. I would play all like we can Friday at five after after school. I'd stay up till 330. Get up at seven all the way till Sunday. 330. Yeah. Modern warfare three came out. Okay. Online. You rank up. Okay. At school. I had a schedule for how much levels I need to rank up that night to hit a certain level in the future. Okay. This is all replaying into your career now. Yeah. No. I was crazy. Crazy. Modern warfare three. And the most the biggest flex in call of duty career was they have leaderboards. You can track them like global. Yeah. So there's a game mode online called headquarters. So essentially there's an objective in the map. You go to it and you hold it in a in a zone until the timer goes out and you get points. So it's called headquarters. I was top 20 in the world. What? I think it was like 1617. Is that when you sign? Can I remember it of coin? Did you get anything for that? No. Okay. This moment right here. I'll just say that if I really put my mind to it, I'd be making millions on call. Have you went back and played, though? The last call to be like eight year olds are just wiping the floor. This do's name is Nico Ia Maliava. That's their quarterback. He's gone. He's gone now. He was he was essentially negotiating his contract to play another year at Tennessee. And his dad is his agent. It's crazy to think that that was a video game. It's like cinematic. Well, that's, it's actually really interesting. He said that's because I just saw a post on social media today. And they were comparing the graphics of video games from 10 years ago. And they've changed a lot. But they haven't changed that much. But how quick they advance through the late 90s and 2000s. Yeah. And now people are people don't give a shit about graphics anymore. And when we were starting playing video games, it was always like, whoa, where are the graphics going to go? And now people don't give a shit about graphics. They're just like, like, how can we make this more interesting? Yeah. Yeah. But goal nine. That's such a good. I love a game with great graphics. I'm really paying attention to that. You I would think this would have been higher. 8 million copies sold. That's such a good reference. I would have thought I would have thought higher. And it's I don't know if you remember this, but it starts you in the middle of this room where all these guards are watching you. And it's just like escape. And there's five guys with machine guns. You get out with karate chop. It feels like a tough scenario. Yeah. No problem. Yeah. Okay. We're going to go back to the Sega Genesis. Okay. NBA jam. He's heating up from downtown. Yeah. Yeah. All that game is so good. And this was this was back in the time. Nobody's going to be so different. But Paul's just dropping fire. These are fires. This is going to mean nothing to no one to me. But does anyone remember the Charlotte Hornets. Mugsie. But I'm so morning Larry Johnson. Man. They were like the meat grinder of this game. So many. I just went and did a like a walkthrough of a listing. And this older lady just got put in assisted living. And I went and met with the daughter-in-law of I'm sorry, the daughter-in-law of the lady is married to obviously this lady's son. The lady's son still has a gaming room in the old lady's home. He still goes over to you. And it's active. And he had one of those like eBay rocking chairs. It's active. It's an active game. This is an active game. And my parents were probably like, what is he doing with 60 bucks? Yeah. You know, it's a whole experience. Lisa was like, man, these new Nintendo switch games are like $90 now new ones that come out. And I was like, I think that's worth every penny. Like you think about like the hours that you get involved in the game. Yeah. Like it's just like a whole experience. Yeah. They have gone up though. They used to be. It was like 59 or 54 99 now like a standard PlayStation 5 game is like 75 bucks. Did you guys ever wait in line for a console release. Yeah, I was going to say fun fact PS4. I waited in line. Yeah. And then PS 5. I actually would go to Walmart every morning at open. And I got shut down like six times. Oh, we didn't get our shipment in. We didn't get a shipment. And then I spent $800 for it from a buddy. And it was really valued at like 500 bucks. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just to get my hands on it because people were buying all of them out. Hearts are like, if you were to get an attack by a monster, your, your health goes down. But I would say go stamina because you can traverse more things. You can see more things. You're all looking at me like, I love it. Another tip. Another tip for Zelda. Like, let's say they, they've gathered all their stamina. Paul, have you ever played Zelda? That's the thing about Breath of Wild is there's no, like, cap to the stamina. Like, it could be unending. Like, keep going for it. Yeah, you could just keep building and building.
