Um, uh, Andrew Blake, um, Erica, you guys picked a terrible week to go on vacation. Uh, I don't have braids. I feel like if I had braids at this point, I would be in a much better position to program because apparently braids are where it's at. Battle button be darned, uh, battle braids, ladies and gentlemen, is where it is. Welcome in, welcome in, welcome in, uh, apparently this week's going to get rowdy. Uh, apparently this week's going to get unbelievably, uh, rowdy, uh, hold on. Let me check here, okay, make sure I did accidentally call 911 or anything. Um, get it off of, get off of, okay, guys, uh, we got a lot to cover. Now it's going to be a cap and gown day and going to be a cap and gown day. When you, when you some days you show up, you know, we have a good time and we have one today, don your cap, don your gown, uh, we're going to school, we're going to school. It's going to be a lot of education and happening here tonight. And I have to tell you when they're right, they're right. And sometimes Erica Kirk is right. And I'm going to take her side today on a, uh, a particular issue. I'm going to be on team Erica today. So don't say, you know, you got you, everything you do is against this woman. No, no, not tonight. Not July 27th, 2026. No, we're, we're team America. No, I'm sorry. Team Erica. Yeah. Team Erica. We are team Erica tonight. Uh, before we get started, I have to clarify something last night. I got a ton of messages. Holy mackerel. I got a ton of messages, uh, on last night's show. And I had a lot of people giving me tips on which car they think that Tyler Robinson jumped in. That's, and I responded to a few of them. I was like, did I say jumped in a car? They're like, yeah, go back and watch it. So I went back and watched it. And then all the things started to make it sense. Um, I was giving options. I was just giving every option I could think of. Like I went to the kitchen cabinet and I started pulling options out of the cabinet. Uh, uh, I, I'm not saying for sure he jumped in a car. I'm not saying for sure he ran the library. I'm not saying for sure he, uh, ordered up a cheeseburger on the roof. I'm not saying for sure that while he was standing at the top of the parking garage, he made a call or, or communicated with somebody, uh, uh, you know, I was just thinking of any option I could possibly think of that something might have happened in the clips that they took out. That's it. That's it. So I don't love he jumped in the car. I don't necessarily think he did, but if he did, then let's figure out what car it is. All I was trying to do is say, why are they cutting all the video footage in half? Why are they shutting everything down? They have five days to present a preliminary case. If you're going to give me a two minute long video of him standing at the top of the staircase, don't cut him minute of it out. Give me the whole two minutes. Let me see what the two minutes happens. That's it. Well, that's all ladies and gentlemen, just want to clarify that because I don't want people to say, uh, good, keep in mind the trials years, probably two years from now, year, year and a half, two years from now. Um, but there will be people who make a note, Baron Coleman said on July 26th that he jumped in the car. He did not jump in the car. Baron is wrong. He's a liar. He's an idiot. He, a con man. Hey, no, uh, I didn't say that. I was saying was he might have. We have no idea. So that's all I'm going to say about last night, uh, but I am going to go into a little bit of more of the autopsy tonight. I'm very keen on the disposition of Charlie Kirk's body because, um, as we, as we proceed to this case, there seems to be one glaring problem. Everything, uh, there's a lot of glaring problems. But one major problem is a murder requires a body. If I, if you're going to tell me someone died, I have to be able to look and see a dead person. And so far, we've not heard from anybody who saw a dead body. We just heard from people who heard from people who saw a doctor's report that might have indicated there was a dead body, but we've not seen an actual dead body. We've not seen the report of a dead body. We've not seen pictures of that body. And I don't want to look at the pictures. I'm not gruesome. I have no interest in looking at the picture. Honestly, that's, that's the true fact. I have no interest in looking at the pictures. Um, I mean, if they came out, I would have to look just to, to, to do the job here. But, uh, I have no interest in it. Absolutely no interest. But I would like to look at the report. I'd like to look at things like what time to start. Where would it take place? Who's in the room? What time did it end? Where did the body go after that? Um, and we'll talk tonight about why those records should be available. What happened to the biologic samples? Are they available still? The defense seemed to indicate they might not have them. Should they? Is it a legal requirement in Utah that they do have them? Uh, so we'll talk about all that and more because this case is very weird from front to back. There's no doubt about it. It's very weird from front to back. Um, and one of the giant weirdnesses, when I do my opening, that's close about a mistake. I'll find it. Um, oh, there it is. I hit it for myself, ladies and gentlemen. I've been known to do that. It's happened before. Uh, one of the weird things about this case is, uh, we had an autopsy that now we're trying to sort of get a handle on that might have been done in almost minutes, almost minutes. And I'll be honest, here's what it looks like to me. It looks like if there was not an autopsy done, they just kind of cooked up some sort of report, uh, if there was an autopsy done, then it might have been done haphazardly. It might not have followed all the rules and it might not have been as thorough as it otherwise should have been in a major murder case. So I want to go through that, but I do want to do an opening because this is not the first time that we've had a question in a case about where is the body? This has been a thing. I don't want to take you all the way. Oh, oh, people get mad when I don't do this. This is your opening statement. I want to take you all the way back to the summer of 1975. There was a young mother in Edinburgh, Scotland. And she experienced a loss that would define nearly five decades of her life. Her name was Lydia and Reed. She was only 26 years old. She gave birth by C section on June 26th of 1975 to a premature son. She named him Gary Robert Patton. And within days, young Gary was very fragile. He was a premature baby. And he was transferred to Royal Hospital for sick children. And they had to do surgery to remove a catheter. After the operation on July 2nd, he reportedly suffered a brain damage incident. He was placed on life support. Reed agreed to withdraw the intensive care. And then later that night, the police arrived to inform her that young Gary had died. He was just seven days old, seven days old, little tiny, tiny Gary. Almost immediately, she had doubts when the funeral staff from Scott mid cooperative showed her the body. Miss Reed looked at it and said, that's not my son's body. My son was tiny and dark here. This child is large and blonde. And of course, the staff does what sometimes medical staff does to people and they poo poo them, treat them like idiots, and dismiss her as having depression, postnatal depression. So she goes to the funeral. And at the funeral, a little baby coffin for a little baby premature baby said the coffin felt unnaturally light in her arms. Of course, how much does a little baby weigh so they kind of dismiss that? But she noticed a few other things that were weird rather than putting the casket in the back of the car. They just kind of put it into the front seat of the car and they put a coat over it. And then the guy driving was flashing his ashing a cigarette and the cigarette ashes were blowing down on the coat that was over the coffin. On the name plate of the casket, it spelled the word Gary with two Rs instead of one. He misspelled the kid's name on his own coffin. And they buried the coffin at a place called Soughton Cemetery. And this is where it gets heartbreaking because for more than 40 years, Ms. Reed visited that grave every week, every week. She laid down flowers, even though she was never fully convinced internally that her baby was in the grave. And her suspicions began to intensify in the late 1990s. There was an alder hay organ retention scandal that erupted in England. And investigations revealed that in a lot of British hospitals, including those in Scotland and her area, they had routinely retained organs and tissues from young children who had passed away. And they were using it for research and teaching. And they were doing it without the parental consent. There was a report that was issued, it was called the McLaren report. She later estimated that Scottish hospitals held around 6,000 such specimens that had been collected between 1970 and 2000. Well, Ms. Reed became a leading figure in the campaign group called Justice for the Innocence. Among other things, she demanded her son's medical records. And she learned that the organs had indeed been removed before he was buried. And this was unusual because they had assured her earlier that this was not the case, that they had not taken anything out of her son. Her entire son, organs and all, was in the casket. A lot of families eventually recovered retained material, but the hospital maintained that it had nothing that belonged to Gary. So Ms. Reed continued to press for answers. At one point, she even chained herself to a rail in protest. She went on a hunger strike. She fought for reforms that tightened the regulation on the handling of pediatric remains. And in 2017, 42 years after Gary passed away, and after several years of legal efforts, Ms. Reed secured a court order that allowed them to exume the remains. She hired a distinguished forensic anthropologist from the University of Dundee to supervise the work. They exume the remains and they recover a number of artifacts from the grave. This includes a disintegrated coffin. There was a wooden shawl. There was a small hat that was placed on, allegedly placed on Gary before he was put in the grave. A small cross and a nametag. And she remembered all of those objects being present when she last saw who she presumed was a child. So those objects confirmed it was the right grave. However, the coffin itself had nobody. There were no skeletal remains. The expert confirmed there were no traces of decomposition and no hair inside the hat. And according to the expert, there should have at least been hair if nothing else. So the conclusion was pretty unambiguous. And here is the exact quote from the expert. Quote. Ultimately, there is only one possible logical explanation. And that is that the body was not put in that coffin. In quote. Obviously, that devastated misread. Even if it validated her instinct, it was still devastating news. She was quoted saying, I wanted to be wrong. I wanted to be called a stupid old woman. Instead, she was forced to confront the cold reality that an empty coffin had been buried while her son's body was somewhere else. The discovery triggered further official scrutiny. The police got involved. The crown office got involved. There was a procurator fiscal service investigation, whatever that is. And she launched a legal action seeking the return of any samples that remained. In a post-mortem situation, a lot of times they'll take samples and they'll keep them somewhere. We'll talk about that tonight. And also, she wanted compensation from the funeral directors who very obviously knew that there was nobody in the casket. In 2022, she was frustrated by delays. She was at that point 73 years old. Keep in mind, she'd been 26 when Gary died. She was now 73 years old. She was disabled. She camped outside the crown office in Edinburgh. demanded a public inquiry and, of course, the release of whatever remained of her child. A multi-agency review was conducted and that they concluded Gary had been buried in 1975. And found no evidence of criminality or unlawful organ retention. Obviously, Ms. Reed disputed those findings because they dug up the grave and there was no Gary. So in 2023, March of 2023, just a few years ago, while she was lying terminally ill with bowel cancer in the hospital, authorities finally located and released the available remains. And all that remained of young Gary were a few tissue blocks and slides. When I say slides, I mean the medical slides that go under a microscope. That's all that was left from the original examination. Officials delivered them to her in a plastic supermarket bag, like a Kroger bag. The agency was later forced to apologize for being so reckless and careless with Ms. Reed's feelings. She obviously expressed horror and then the materials were properly prepared by an undertaker. And on a beautiful Saturday morning in late March 2023, Ms. Reed checked herself out of a hospital for a full 24 hours and finally conducted a respectful funeral for what remained of Gary. She did it at the Soughton Cemetery that she had gone to for nearly 48 years after his death. The hurt has been horrendous, she said. Now I can bury him before I die. I feel great relief. She died shortly thereafter. June 2023. She was just 74 years old. And even after the burial of the few tissue samples she had, questions about what happened to Gary's body very obviously remain. It's a reminder that some losses leave voids and no investigation can fill those voids. And that is your opening statement. It's a little dark, it's a little morbid, but it is awfully, wait, what's my name trending on X? What have I done now? Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to get just pulled it up while I was talking it and looked at what's going on here. It's morbid and it's dark, but we have real questions that remain about what became of Charlie Kirk. He died in a rather fantastic event. It was a rather wild moment. And everybody sort of looked around and assumed proper protocol would be followed. The question is, was it? Because if it was, why do we not know to this day what happened to his body? Was he buried? Was he cremated? Did he have a funeral? We won't, we can't know because the participants at the alleged funeral as Candace disclosed a long time ago, but again yesterday, I believe or she believes we're forced to sign an NDA to go to their own family's funeral. Like, can you imagine being the cousin and having to sign an NDA with penalties attached to it? Very bizarre. Very, very bizarre. So let's take a walk through this, shall we? Because there are some legal requirements in Utah. What happens to a body? And I'll just outline them broadly before we start pulling up statues and looking at them because this is again going to be a dense day. If you die in Utah, we talked about this yesterday. If you die in Utah and it's a suspected gunshot wound, in most instances, there will be an autopsy. But as we learned yesterday, too much to my surprise over the weekend, I discovered an autopsy is not required. An autopsy can be waived by the medical examiner if nobody else asks for one. So if the county attorney or the attorney general asks for an autopsy, the medical examiner has to perform one. But if neither one of them asks for an autopsy and the medical examiner shows up and says, we don't really need to do an autopsy here. They don't have to do one. No autopsy is required. So what happens if the medical examiner takes custody? Because we're told the medical examiner took custody the body. We saw a parade of people that included the medical examiner. And that parade of people supposedly went to the medical examiner's office in Taylor'sville. What's funny about that is there were news cameras all over the place and nobody seemed to remember him coming. But there is actually a statute of what happens when the death appears. This is a purple part right here where the death appears to have occurred under circumstances listed in 26b8-205. And I will submit to you that that is a gunshot wound. Subsection one of that is a gunshot wound. The person or person's finding or having custody the body or jurisdiction over the investigation of the death. So that's the medical examiner or the county attorney or the police. She'll take reasonable precautions to preserve the body and fluids so that minimum minimum deterioration takes place. That's subsection C, right? So the medical examiner has a responsibility here. Until the conclusion of the autopsy there has to be some sort of preservation of the entire body. But once the autopsy passes, is there any additional requirement? And if there is no additional requirement, does that help inform us maybe why an autopsy was rushed? I'll give you a follow-up here. Here are situations where autopsy are authorized and the reason why this two right here is a verb. The medical examiner shall perform an autopsy to aid in the discovery and prosecution of the crime. So you want to make sure you protect the state's interest. Also to protect an innocent person accused of a crime. In other words, if we have a criminal defendant before we have a completed autopsy, the medical examiner is no longer just trying to figure out who died and how. But they actually have a statutory duty to the accused. The medical examiner has a statutory duty to the accused, meaning Tyler Robinson in this case. When did we get Tyler Robinson? When did he show up? Well, he didn't show up allegedly until the night of September 11th. He didn't show up to the night of September 11th. Well, where was Charlie's body the night of September 11th when Tyler Robinson showed up? It was in Arizona. It was in Arizona. That's fast, ladies and gentlemen. When Charlie was not declared dead until the early afternoon, at some point, 1.32 to 33 o'clock sometime like that in the afternoon on September 10th, you wouldn't think the body would already be in another state 30 hours later. 33 hour man, 33 hours later, you wouldn't think the body would be in another state. And this becomes an important factor when you think about the speed with which this entire thing was done, because one of the things that can happen, one of the things that can happen with the with an autopsy with a body, is the criminal of the accused can request an extension. I'll show you this right here. This is a thing. This is a thing, release of the body for funeral preparations. Where a body is held for investigation or autopsy under this chapter, the body shall, if requested by the person given authority, so that would be the wife, be released for funeral preparations no longer than 24 hours after the arrival at the office of the medical examiner at a regional medical facility. Well, ladies and gentlemen, we know when that took place, we think that happened around 830 or 9 o'clock p.m. on September 10th. That's when it arrived at the medical facility. And at that point, the clock starts running. They have 24 hours to get the body ready and released. They have 24 hours to complete the autopsy after it arrives at the medical facility. We saw the body supposedly. We saw the body leave Tempanooga's hospital at 7.57 p.m. It's about a 30, 45 minute drive. Let's call it 45 minutes to get the body inside the medical facility. That's when the clock starts running. If the medical examiner still has custody of that body within that whole 24 hours and a criminal defendant comes along and says, you got the wrong guy. I don't believe that happened. They can file a request in the district court of Utah to hold the body, not release the body. In other words, they can go to a judge and say judge. This is very unusual circumstances. We think they've got it all wrong here. You need to hold the body and allow a more thorough investigation to take place, allow potentially defense people second autopsy, second opinion. That extension may only be ordered by a court. That's that section B right there. So you might get some sort of an idea of why everything was sped up so fast. Now you're starting to look and say, hey, oh, oh, oh, it didn't make sense to me. Why there was such a hurry to dispose of Charlie Kirk's body. Recall last night, we talked about all of the autopsy pictures were taken on September 10th. That means the autopsy we believe could have been done by midnight that night and released. They didn't get to the they didn't get there until like eight. Let's call it eight thirty. Let's say they drove really fast on the way there and they wheeled the body in. Yanken and banking. Is that what Brian Harpo called it? Let's say they were yanken and banking on the way there. And they just like catapult to the body of the building. You're talking eight thirty three earliest. It was gone three and a half hours later. Like gone from the building. The autopsy was done. Are you kidding me? That's super fast. That's really, really fast. That's like twenty and a half hours before the statutorily expected 24 hours passes. But if you don't know when somebody might be arrested for the crime. And you don't know if that person is going to request an extension. And you really don't want a second set of eyes looking in on what's going on. And you don't want a court getting involved and you don't want extensions being granted. And you don't want a court to say we need to hold this body for two weeks in the morgue. And keep him on ice because we're going to have to get a second team in here. They're going to have to look at it. If you if you don't want any of that to happen, there's only one way to prevent it. Get that body the heck out of Dodge. And what better way to do that than to have the vice president of the United States show up and say he's coming with me. What what state medical examiner is going to look the vice president in the eye and say no sir. We've still got time on our hands. We don't we don't have to release this body for another five hours. Enjoy the tarmac sir. You don't feel safe you can get back up in the air. But we don't have to release this body for four more hours. Probably not going to happen. But if let's say Dan flood and Brian Harpole show up and they're like, hey, we're taking the body. No, no, no, we're not you can't take the body. We've got time here. We're taking our time. We're letting the clock run. We got to see what's going on. So what does it take to get a body out of state in Utah because this seems extraordinarily fast. A lot of people have commented on that that this seems extraordinarily fast. Well, we have a rule on that. We have a rule on that. There's a Utah requirement. It's called a disposition permit. A disposition permit believe it or not. This is it. This is the office of administrative rules authorization for final disposition of deceased persons. This is the rule for the removal transportation and preservation of bodies. If you're going to remove the body. You have to obtain permission from the next to kin that's Erica. You have to determine whether the medical examiner has been notified that that was taken care of. This is to remove it from the hospital. And then you have to know where it's going. Now you got to transport it. If you're going to ship a body and that's what happened here. That body has to be embalmed by licensed and bomber. And then it's got to be placed in a particular shipping container. Now we got to preserve it. You can't hold it and transit more than 24 hours after death after death. It has to be maintained at a temperature. No more than 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I don't know how they did that on. Air Force to maybe put it down on the cargo hold and just let it freeze with the rest of the luggage. I don't know. And then there are penalties associated with this here. But you have to get this permit. You have to get this disposition permit. It's a it's a. Let me see if I can. There it is a burial transit permit. And this has to be filed with the state. The burial transit permit has to be filed by the state. In other words. State offices aren't open in the middle of the night. The middle of the night in order to transfer the body from one place to the other. You've got to create a record. So we have to know where it went. There is some record out there that will tell us where Charlie Kirk's alleged body went. These are the burial transit permits right here. Another code section. It's all just going to be a little cap and gownie at least at the beginning. It's going to be a little bumping for those of you don't like words. And some of you don't. Some of you don't. Rec was a registration prerequisite to internment burial transit permits. We know there was a certificate of death. For deaths and fetal deaths, which occur in this state. No burial transit permit is required for let's see. It's not going to be. In the state because we were going to need one because this is this position occurs in the state. Well, that didn't happen. Disposition occurred in allegedly Arizona. And the bear the burial transit permit shall be issued by the local registrar of the district. So this is a this is something you have to get approved by a government official. This is something that cannot happen in the middle of the night. A burial that's bodies coming in right here. And so you have this. You've got this requirement again. There's a paper trail that's coming up. A lot of people loaded me to this. I got a lot of tips on this. People said I just don't see how it's possible. I had a I had a grandma dying Utah. We wanted to take her back to Colorado to bury or back to Nevada to bury. And what I've learned is a lot of people have ties to Utah. But they live in the surrounding states. And so they want to be they die in Utah. They want to be buried in Utah, one of the other. And so you have to get these permits going back and forth. Most people tell me these permits take weeks to get. Like your body stays on ice for two weeks, four weeks. And because these permits take forever. Not when you're Charlie Kirk. When you're Charlie Kirk. There's actually requirement in Arizona for incoming people. We have that statute. If you are so bored and would like to read it as well. I'll go ahead and flash it up here. Just so you know we're not making it up because we get accused of that sometimes. And it's not true. This is the disposition of disposition transit permits. This is for human remains coming in from out of state. You have to they have to be involved and they have to have this permit. They have to have a permit funeral establishment response person must submit the information required. And get this again, another state records. And now we'll have a state record in Utah. We'll have a state record in Arizona. And the reason this is important is. You can't just go cremating somebody or burying somebody without telling it without filing with the state where you're doing it. So if Charlie Kirk has been buried were told he was buried. I think they hinted he was buried. Maybe we weren't told he was buried. We were hinted he was buried. We're told there was a funeral at a cemetery. Most people when they go to funeral as a cemetery as soon the body goes in the ground. But there are a lot of people questioning that. So. If he went in the ground, there's a record somewhere someone in Arizona has access to that record. That you can't just. You can't just put somebody in the ground. Now let's say they decide we're going to fake a burial and we're going to cremate them instead. We're going to fake the burial. We're going to have all the families show up. They're going to sign India's. We're going to put the casket out there. We're going to tell everybody we're going to bury them. Then they're going to leave and then we're going to go cremate them. You still have it? have to have a record. You still have to have a record. Meaning there's some bureaucrat in Arizona that has access to that database. In that bureaucrat, not just one, there are probably hundreds of bureaucrats in Arizona that have access to that database, could search by his name and it would pop up and it would say whether he's been cremated, where it was done, who presided over it, or whether he was buried, where he's buried, and who presided over it. If the final disposition took place in Arizona, that would be on the record somewhere. Someone in Arizona working with the state is able to confirm that. Probably not on the record because I don't think they're allowed to do that. But you know how people are. Curiosity gets the best of people and they look at the disposition permits and say, was he buried or not? I hear all this conversation about he wasn't buried. Let me just look it up real fast. And they would be able to tell you real quickly. Was he buried? Was he cremated or do we have a record of neither, nor do we have a record of him being transferred out of the state, which means he's just hanging out somewhere. He's just on ice somewhere, literally on ice somewhere. But the point of this is the more administrative headache that the state requires with all these disposition permits, with all these registrars, with all these documents that have to be filed, the more time collapses, the more time things take. If you've ever gone to the state for any kind of thing, you show up at the Vital Records Department and you want a copy of your own birth certificate. It takes time. It takes time. You mail in a thing and three weeks later, maybe you get a copy of your birth certificate. Maybe three weeks later, you get a copy of a letter that says you need more information before you get a copy of your birth certificate. I've been through that. So you have those types of records. Now, what else is required? What other records would be available? And the reason I raise all this is if we're going to have a criminal trial, we should be able to see some of these records. You're going to have to produce some kind of a dead body. You're going to have to produce some sort of evidence of the fact that this all took place. So this is an example, a list of some of the things that the medical examiner's required to keep. This is back in Utah now. So this medical examiner Guajardo and Amaro, they are required to, their office is required to keep all these records. There's some records custodian somewhere that has access to these in theory. Medical examiner shall maintain complete original records of the medical examiner record. They shall be property indexed, giving the name, Charlie Kirk, or Charles Kirk, or otherwise identifying every individual whose death is investigated, the place where the body was found, UVU or Tempunogus Hospital, the date of death September 10th, I can go ahead and fill this paper in for you. I mean, if I, if, you know, someone's taking notes, you can create one of these. The cause and manner of death, that's going to say gunshot wound. Manor, that's the cause. Manor would be homicide. Indicate the occupation of the decedent. I don't know wildly successful podcasters slash non-profit CEOs slash authors slash. What else did he do? I don't even know what all he did. Include all other revelive and information concerning the death and a full report of the detailed findings of the autopsy and a report of the investigation. So all that stuff should be preserved somewhere. That's going to come into play here just a second because this is where we go on team Erica when it comes to this record. Believe it or not, Erica and I are on the same side on this. So that last thing is that all other relevant information. There's something called a secure facility body intake log. This is a timestamp log. And this timestamp log documents the exact second that the transport van arrived to the medical examiner's office. It'll identify the driver of the transport agency. It'll identify the physical integrity of the body bags forensic seals. In other words, they don't just wrap them up in a sheet and toss them out into the minivan. They do it in a dignified manner. They put them in a bag. They seal the bag off. They sign the seal. So if they don't have it, let's just say they don't have this. This is something that's not available to them. They're going to cut. They're going to have trouble when they go to the trial. They're going to have real trouble because there's a rule of evidence in Utah 901. And the requirement of authenticating or identifying an item of evidence, they have to produce sufficient evidence to support a finding that the item is what they claim it is. In other words, they're going to have to bring somebody in from the office of medical examiner to say, yes, that record was kept in the ordinary course of business. And it is precisely the way it is in a record book. This is just a copy of it. You know, we're not going to give you the original, but this is a real copy. They can't admit these things without someone standing in the stand saying that stuff. There will be an internal chain of custody tracking sheet. It's an internal log. It's step by step. It tracks the body as it was moved within the medical examiner's facility. This is cold storage. This is over to the x-ray the x-ray part. Maybe they bring the x-ray to the body over to the autopsy table back to cold storage. Every step of the way, there's a signature. There's an entry. There's a probably electronic these days, but there's some sort of a record to the second of when that happened and where it went. And this is going to be very important because again, this seems to be very, very fast. One of the requirements of an autopsy is that the body be cool. You're not going to cut into a brand new hot body. He hadn't been dead that long. Eric had testified. He was still warm when she showed up. That was at four o'clock. So she shows up at four o'clock. He's still warm according to Eric. Well, if he's warm at four o'clock and he doesn't go to the medical examiner's office to eight o'clock, when did they cool the body down or nine o'clock, eight thirty, whatever. When did they cool the body down to a sufficient temperature because the rule in Utah is the body has to be below 40 before they dig in below 40. So you've got to get the body and you've got to put it in cold storage. You've got to put it in what they call, I don't know, the mord or whatever they have. But you slide the body into basically a giant cooler. You see these on like CSI Miami. I don't know. Again, I don't watch TV. I have no idea if there's a cooler, more modern show, but that's the last cop show I remember. But you see they pull the body out of the mord. They're literally in cold storage. 35 to 39 degrees usually. And you have to bring that body down to temperature. Why? Because an autopsy takes time. An autopsy takes two, three, sometimes four hours or more. If you're working on a body for three or four hours, and it's not down to temperature, when you start, it's going to deteriorate very, very quickly. Bodies begin decomposing almost immediately. As soon as your body stops, the heart stops beating, the oxygen starts, course stops coursing through your veins, the bacteria begins to grow. You begin immediately to to suffer the effects, gases build up. I mean, it's it's grew some stuff, but it's nature taking its course. This is normal. In fact, a lot of the bacteria in your lungs, I was reading about this back when I used to do HIV litigation. A lot of the bacteria in your lungs, scientists, certain scientists believe is there to speed up the decomposition process, because the lungs are right there in the middle of your body, kind of like from your head to your from bout of stern or whatever. The lungs sit right there in the middle, and if they're just coursing with bacteria, the second you die, they start immediately amplifying, consuming, and they start that decomposition process. Well, you're going to want to cool the body down and keep the body cool. If the body doesn't show up to the morgue until 830, or to the medical examiner's office, like 30, when do they cool it down? To get it out there by midnight. To get the thing done by midnight. That seems very, very compressed. A very, very compressed timeline. There's a body release form custody transfer log. This is legally required. It's a receipt document. When the body is released from the office of the medical examiner into usually a mortuary service will pick it up and take it back to the mortuary to do the embalming or whatever. There's a log. There's a log at that point. And this is a little gruesome, but when they're released, they're not like funeral ready. You can't just roll them out to the funeral five minutes later. The mortuary service actually does quite a bit. They sort of piece the body back together. They sort of sew it back. I mean, there's a lot that goes into this. But they, that takes time as well. That takes time as well. So we know the body left the office of medical examiner before 445 AM. It could have been as early as midnight because that's when all the pictures were done being taken. It didn't leave on Air Force 1 or Air Force 2 rather until 315 PM roughly is when it arrived to get to Air Force 2. And so if there's no custody transfer log, the state now has a gap. They have a gap. And it's at least a 12-hour gap. It could be as much as a 16-hour gap where the primary physical evidence in a capital homicide, meaning the crime scene, the body itself, is sort of floating around out there. And there's private parties. There's third parties that are in possession of this body. [BLANK_AUDIO] secured it's unmonitored. And keep in mind all of this is before we've ever heard the name Tyler Robinson. All of this is before Tyler Robinson gets a lawyer who can say, "Hey, wait a minute. You can't slow down. Slow down. We have a right to preserve everything. We have a right to make sure everything was done properly. It was almost as if there was a race. Let's get this thing out of here before we have a criminal defendant because once we get a criminal defendant, everything may stop dead in its tracks. And we can't have that." And so you'll have transport logs, transit logs. There'll be dispatch logs. There'll be GPS tracking data. We're in the year 2026. We'll have GPS tracking data. There'll be an escort vehicle that follows a private transport van. All of this is available. All of this is supposed to be documented. So if they don't have it, if they can't produce evidence of that 40 mile or so transport from Tampa, Nogas to the medical examiner before or from the medical examiner back to the mortuary service, then they can't prove where the body went. And I think they're going to have trouble proving where it went because there were people standing outside the medical examiner's office. And they don't recall seeing a body. Now, it's a team, Erica. This is the part that's fun. I'm going to go to a filing of hers. This is a filing, Erica made. Now again, Utah allows this weird situation where the actual wife or whoever it is, here let me close it. The victim representative they have in Utah can actually file stuff. And this is an example of what she filed. A supplemental notice concerning access to evidence presented in open court. In other words, Erica has an opinion on what we the people should be able to see. And I happen to agree with her in this case. She's the widow and duly recognized victim representative, buying through the undersigned council. Notice supplements, the notice yada yada. As before, Miss Kirk asserts her right upon request to be present and heard on the matter affecting her interest. And so does so on behalf of the victim's family. The victim's family position is simple. Good. At a minimum. At a minimum. Every exhibit entered into evidence during the preliminary hearing must be visible to every person lawfully present in the courtroom. To receive evidence in a manner shielded from those seated in the courtroom has happened today is not transparency. And in the absence of transparency speculation and conspiracy theories will continue to proliferate in the public domain relative to the tragic assassination of Mr. Kirk. Breeding doubt and trust into the judicial system. We don't want doubt and trust in the judicial system. This is not what anyone should want. We agree with you, Miss Kirk. Doctor Kirk. We agree with you. We think every single exhibit entered into evidence must be visible. We could not agree more. It certainly would have prevented what happened on the final day, where everybody walks out and says, oh my gosh, they've been showing you this blurry big foot footage, but you should have been there on the final day. It was HD 4K. We saw it all. Okay, great. Can we have it? Erica thinks we should have it. I would like to see it. I'd like to double check Agent Poso. Is it really that good? There were other people in the courtroom, like Rainian Billy who said maybe it wasn't. I'd like to be my own determiner of fact. Absolutely every single piece of evidence needs to be made public. Absolutely every piece of evidence needs to be made public. So what is the relief? Miss Kirk is asking for. Let's find out. For the foregoing reasons, Erica Kirk, on behalf of the victim's family, respectfully request that the court at a minimum order all exhibits admitted into evidence during the last three days that were not published to the courtroom. Be so published during the proceeding schedule for July 9 so that all persons lawfully present in the courtroom may view them. Well, you know what one of those pieces of evidence was? Do you know what one of those pieces of evidence was? It was the medical examination. It was the autopsy report. All we got to the autopsy report was an officer stating that he heard from somebody that the manner of death was homicide and that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the neck. We weren't able to see it, but we know it was exhibit 11. We know it was offered by the state and we now know what's in it that autopsy report is going to have a number of things in there, including the manner and cause of death that they told us the conclusion, but it's also going to have a whole lot of other stuff like the time the body arrived where? What time did the body arrive in Taylor'sville at the medical examiner's office? We don't know. We're guessing around 838-45. What time did the autopsy start? Where did the body move about in the facility in the meantime? Did they take it to the morgue to cool it down? How long did that take? How long was it there? How long was it on ice? After it moved from being on ice, where did you go then? Did you go exactly right to the autopsy table? What time did that take place? When did the autopsy begin? The actual opening of the body, the examination about, when did that take place? How did you determine the body was the proper temperature? Who was in the room? That's going to be in the autopsy report. We know only one name. It's an officer, excuse me, Sergeant Barrett of the state Bureau of Investigation. As we discussed last night, we can't find one. We can find one Sergeant Barrett in all of Utah and that Sergeant Barrett is a highway patrolman. She does traffic stops. She does corrects. Who was in the room? Other than a single cop, you would think there would be an autopsy assistant, maybe? That's typical. Who was that? What was that person's name? You would think there would be maybe an x-ray attack of some sort. You want to do an x-ray. I think it's pretty standard to an x-ray anyway on an autopsy, I think. But if you don't do an x-ray, how do you know if there are bullet fragments in the neck, for example? You should be able to know the answer to that question. Did you do one? That should be in the autopsy report. Erica Kirk has said that she has seen the autopsy report. She claims she saw it. So it's not like when her lawyer goes and files and says we want everybody to see all the evidence that was submitted into evidence that she doesn't know what's in that autopsy report and she would go, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa." I know we said all. I know we said every. But I forgot about the autopsy report. That's not how it works. There wasn't a lot of evidence. I think there were only like 16 or 17 pieces of evidence that they entered. A lot of those were videos. If you know what the evidence is and you've seen the evidence and you direct your lawyer, I'm assuming you directed your lawyer, you direct your lawyer to go intervene in the midst of a preliminary hearing, which is I think highly unusual. And that lawyer says we want it all out there in the public that I think we should be able to see that because all of that information we discussed should be available. It should all be somewhere. We should have access to it. And I agree with the lawyer. The absence of the evidence is causing wild speculation about what's happening. This was my point yesterday with the videos. I don't know whether he jumped in a car when he jumped off the roof. I doubt it. But he might have. I don't know if he made a phone call or some car pulled up and talked to him when he was standing in the parking garage for stairs. I don't know whether he pulled out a second phone and that's what they don't want us to see. I don't know whether he was doing hand signals to someone in the parking lot. I don't know. I can't know. But I do know when you clip the footage, you show him walk up and then we see it jump ahead like a minute. And then it picks back up and it shows him walking down. And you guys don't mention that it jumped ahead and you don't tell us why it jumps ahead. In the absence of evidence, conspiracy theories run wild. Because my mind, the way my mind works is, I look at all this and this is what we did. We pulled up all the footage and we looked through all the different footage that they showed that day. And you started to notice these things were missing. There were a lot of jumping around, there were a lot of things missing and they tried to do these sizzle cuts. They tried to do these edits where they have arrows and circles and the judge said, no, no, we're not doing edits and circles, we're not doing sizzle cuts. But then he allowed him to put in segmented evidence. He allowed him to put in evidence that had been clipped from the middle. They did it on the roof, they did it on the parking garage. I want to say there was one more they did. And I can't remember the other one. Maybe him walking through the stairwells, I think maybe walking through the stairwells one time, the time jumped a little bit. But it's my contention, Tyler Robinson didn't do this. I don't think it makes sense that Tyler Robinson did this alone. And if Tyler Robinson didn't do this alone, then it's my contention, he was probably working with somebody or that that wasn't Tyler Robinson at all. Or that maybe Tyler Robinson was one of the people that was working with whoever we keep seeing on camera. I don't know. Maybe Tyler Robinson was a dairy queen and joined some chicken tendies and a blizzard. I really have no idea, but if you're going to jump the footage around while cars are driving through the parking lot, I'm free to speculate that one of them stopped and talked to him. I'm free to speculate that he called out, picked up a phone and called somebody and you can read his lips maybe or whatever. I'm free to speculate that he sat there and texted somebody, seems like he was on his phone all the time. If he gets up on the roof and you tell me he put the gun together and you don't show me, you don't show him putting the gun together with a screwdriver. I'm free to speculate. He didn't put the gun together with a screwdriver because why else wouldn't you have shown me him putting the gun together with a screwdriver. This is a key part of your narrative. You want me to believe he was limping into campus because he was had a giant gun down his pants. That 30 out of six is a big gun. I mean, it's just tall as like a 12 year old. It's like almost four feet tall, maybe not 12 year old, maybe a 10 year old. That's a big, big gun, more than three and a half feet tall. If you're going to tell me that he limped on the campus because he had a gun down his pants and I just got to trust you, bro, that the video footage you cut out shows him pulling a gun out of his pants, I'm free to speculate he didn't pull a gun out of his pants. You should see my notes. I should show them. You should see my notes from when I was watching the preliminary hearing. Every time they did this, I wrote like 10 things that he could have done in the time that they jumped. Like I think at one point, I said he could have had to go to order to cheeseburger to the roof and had door dash delivered up there. I don't know. I doubt it, but he could have. That would be interesting delivery instructions. I'm at Utah Valley University campus. I'm actually in the Losi Center, but not in the Losi Center as much as on the Losi Center. Enter from the south stairs, walk up to the top. You'll see me. I'm in all black. I've got fatigues on. I've got a helmet on. May or may not have a 43 inch long firearm in my hands. Yeah. Go ahead and drop that off. You'd like my cheeseburger. Bring a double-fudge Sunday with it if you could. I don't know. Why can't I speculate about that? Did he do some assaults up there? Did he barrel? What did he do? Where did he go? Because you keep stopping everything. Same thing with the autopsy report. I'm free to speculate at this point that an autopsy didn't happen. Why? I haven't seen one. I'm free to speculate that they did a crappy job on the autopsy. They did the bare minimum. Here's what I think happened. I'm free to speculate on this. Am I right? I don't know. But I agree with Erica Kirk's lawyer in this situation because I don't know conspiracy theories are going to run wild. I think at 10 p.m. August hospital, they decided they weren't going to do an autopsy. I think that police officer who radioed over the signal, I don't have my little little box. Oh yeah. Well, there's no autopsy going to happen. They're just going to sign the death certificate. The wife's on her way. I think that happened. I think somebody showed up and said, look, we're not doing an autopsy. We're just going to get the body out of here. We're going to call in the medical examiner. They're going to wave the autopsy. We're going to prepare the body. Get all the paperwork in order. We're going to ship the body to Arizona. The reason I think that is because Brian Harpoel made such a big deal on the shine. Ryan show about needing an autopsy. Brian Harpoel seems to try to make himself the hero in every story. Brian Harpoel was willing to risk his own life to try to save Charlie's. Brian Harpoel the way he tells the story, he's actually hanging out of the car. They're doing 60, 80, 100 miles an hour. They're yanking and banking. Apparently now we know from the 911 call that Candace talked about today allegedly. We know that they are yelling at traffic to get out of the way. So apparently there was traffic while they're yanking and banking and doing 60, 80, 100 miles an hour. But Brian Harpoel loves to be the hero. He loves to put himself in the center of the story. He loves to make himself heroic. Don't sue me, Brian. I'm allowed to speculate because we don't have the information. But because he wants to make himself the center of the story, he likes to weigh in on things. He likes to weigh in on what's going on. So he tells the story of him hanging out of the door and Rick Cutler because he's got the tattoo. He's hanging on to him. Then he's stuffing 36 feet of gauze inside of Charlie and he's he's doing this and that. Then they get to the hospital finally, they get out of the hospital, they get him, they throw him up on the stretcher Brian Harpoel man jumps up there. He's cutting shirts, he's ordering people around. I need two CCs of this. I need that stat. You got to say stat in the medical and if you're in a, if you're in a medical emergency and you don't say stat, were you in a medical emergency at all? Did it really happen? So he's saying stat, he's get there here, here they, he's ordering the medical professionals around. He wheels Charlie. I think this is his story, let's go back and let's do it. But I think he wheels Charlie into one of the rooms and then he decides Charlie might need a defibrillator so he cuts Charlie shirt off. That's a prime example of somebody putting themselves in the story because nearly every medical professional that has reached out to this program and others has said that did not happen. I've seen videos on X, I've seen videos on YouTube, nurses, emergency room nurses, emergency room physicians, everyone's like, if someone tried that in my emergency room, I would have them arrested. There's usually police there. Get that man, put him in prison, put him under the prison. So if Brian Harpel has this, I've got to be the center of attention thing going on. Then there's something going on relative to the autopsy because to hear Brian Harpel tell the story, he walks in and the doctor looks him in the eye, I have no idea why the doctor would look the security guy in the eye and say, what do you need? But Brian's telling the story. I think I'm telling the story correctly. Again, don't sue me, Brian, I'm trying to be right. I could pull it up and show it, but that's boring. It's more fun when I tell the story. But if you don't believe me, go check the story, it'll tell the truth. But I think this is what happens and he goes and he, he tells the doctor, we need an autopsy. That's what we need. That's the one thing we need. Apparently, they also needed scrubs, but that was a difference to Frank likes to tell that story. Apparently, they also needed scrubs, I don't know what happened to their clothes, but they needed scrubs. That's what he needed. I need an autopsy. And again, I've never been a security professional. I've never had a friend die on me like that and tragically in person and I've never been in the hospital, confronted with a doctor asking me in the wake of an assassination attempt, what do I need? But according to Brian, the first thing that came to his mind was an autopsy. And the reason is because he didn't want any of these dead-gum conspiracy theory. This is a little bit of main character syndrome, in my opinion. Brian has now put himself in the story, but didn't, it may not have happened. That whole story may not have happened. And it leads me to believe that something weird happened with the autopsy. So I take Brian Harpole's story about, oh, we need an autopsy. We don't have a JFK experience. And then I take the radio call from the cops saying they're waving the autopsy. They're not going to do an autopsy. They're just going to sign the death certificate here and release the body. And I put the two things together and I say, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. I do believe before 330, before air could got there, that was the decision that was made. That the decision was made, there was not going to be an autopsy. And remember in Utah, that's a lawful decision. We looked at that law yesterday. There's two classes of people who can demand an autopsy, a medical examiner or the law enforcement, either the county attorney or the attorney general. Only those two classes of people can demand an autopsy. Someone from the office of medical examiner, someone from the county attorney or attorney general's office. That's it. the mind. Mom wants one? I don't know if they can require one or not. If the wife wants one, the statute doesn't say they have to have one. They probably would defer to the wife in that situation, but it doesn't say that they have to. I think along the line, somebody said, this is a really bad idea. You're gonna want an autopsy here. People are not going to accept this case without an autopsy. It's a very high-profile political assassination. Keep in mind by 3 p.m., my time, ABC news had broken into the regularly scheduled programming to cover the Charlie Kirk assassination without commercial interruption. I'm not sure they thought that was gonna happen. That was a big issue. I remember flipping around on TV thinking, all the networks have broken in on this. I mean, Charlie was a big deal, I get it. I mean, he was a well-known guy. But it's not like it was Trump or Vance. It's not like it was Obama or some former president or even a Secretary of State. It's not like it was Marco Rubio. It was a podcaster. It was a podcaster. No, if something happens to Sean Reiner, they're gonna break in on ABC news. I doubt it. His Sean Reiner's podcast is higher ranked than Charlie's was. If something happened, Joe Rogan? I mean, Joe Rogan has the biggest podcast in the world. If something happens to Joe Rogan, are they gonna break in on ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox News, MSNBC, CNN? Are they gonna break in to round the clock coverage without commercial interruption? On the death of Joe Rogan, the tragic death of Joe Rogan? Probably not. And I doubt the people affiliated with Charlie Kirk thought there was gonna be around the clock joined in progress coverage. From major news organizations. Because that started about the same time that the call went out that there wasn't gonna be an autopsy. And then two months later, Brian Harpole gets on a podcast and he has now created himself as the main character saying, I'm the reason there was an autopsy. I demanded an autopsy and I wanted it done fast. That's why we got an autopsy, ladies and gentlemen. Brian Harpole. Now, that's how I took the story. That's the effect on the listener, Brian. That's how it came across to me listening to Sean Ryan show. And so I think at that point, they said, how crap? We have a real problem on our hands. We were trying to get this thing out of here quick. We wanted this body back in Arizona before anyone figured out he'd even been shot. And now we've got to do an autopsy. How fast can we do it? So the medical examiner shows up. I think around 10 to five, we have a news camera coverage that shows the medical examiner show up. I think it was on 4.49 or 4.50 Utah time. Surround four and a half hours after Charlie's picking out. Medical examiner shows up, medical examiner probably walks in and they're like, we're gonna have to do an autopsy. But here's the catch. The vice president's coming in tomorrow. That body has to be on that plane. And if you know anything about secret service, vice presidents don't hang out at airports. That's not the way it works. It's a very vulnerable place for a vice president to be. A very vulnerable place for any of any secret service protect you to be. You don't want to be in the airport any longer, you have to be. You don't want to hang out on the tarmac. All of the defenses on Air Force one and Air Force two work in the air. They don't work on the ground. All of them. All the missile deflections and all that. An airplane on the ground is a sitting duck. And we remember in the wake of 9/11, for example, there were people who got into the secured area of airports with firearms with weapons. There were people who employees who got out on the tarmac with weapons. The airports are very large places, very difficult to contain, very difficult to lock down and secure really. So you don't want a secret service detainee hanging out on the airport. And so the decision comes down. We're going to have to this has become a major news story. We're not going to be able to sneak the body out of you tall before anybody finds out about it. It's kind of like Osama bin Laden, you know, they told us he was dead after they had dumped the body in the Indian Ocean. Hold on, I don't know if you can see. I don't know if you can see the eye roll, but it was there. I promise, but they told us they dumped the body after they told us they killed him after they dumped the body. I think that was the way they wanted to break the news on Charlie Kurt. They wanted before anybody really started doing any coverage, Charlie Kirk to be back in Arizona safely, back on home territory, back at Hanson, Mortuary or wherever they plan to take him back. But unfortunately for them, they had to do a an autopsy. Now imagine you're the medical examiner. You're doing an autopsy that nobody wants. You're doing an autopsy that nobody wanted in the first place. You're told this has to be done quickly. You're told that the vice president of the United States is on his way and he's expecting to leave quickly with a body. He's not going to hang around on the tarmac for eight hours waiting on you to finish. There's really nowhere else for him to go and you tall. They haven't done advance. When the vice president travels, they do advance work. They hadn't done advance work that day. He just showed up the same day he left. I mean, like, unless they knew Charlie was going to die before September 10th, they had no idea to go ahead and sweep for bombs and put snipers on roofs and all the things you do in the vice president travels. He just they just flew them into an airport. Again, not a very secure place to be if you're the vice president of the United States. And so there's a lot of pressure on you, the medical examiner. Not only to finish the autopsy, but you can't transport a body fresh off an autopsy. It's hot again. It's been back at room temperature for several hours. It hasn't been in bombed. And there's a law that you have to inform the body before you transport it out of the state. You have to have this disposition certificate we talked about. That's the reason I went through all this. All these records should exist and they should start existing from the moment he showed up at the hospital. The moment he showed up at the hospital, the moment they declared him dead, he's no longer a human being. Unfortunately, you become property. You become the property. You become in the custody of the state of Utah. Wherever you die, you're the custody of that state. And there's somebody charged with taking over each step of the way. There's a chain of custody that takes place. Mr. Charlie Kirk bang on at 1223. He goes down. They take him to the hospital. At some point, they declare him dead. Mikey McCoy, allegedly, the general himself, the admiral Mikey McCoy, the bravest man in the history of mankind gets on the phone with the vice president of the United States. Get to Utah. We're going to have you transport him out of here, stat. Again, you're in medical setting. You got to say stat. Get him over here. Get over here, stat. Okay. No advance work. We got to fly in the vice president. So you wheel the body into the Emmy's office and you know that their time is ticking. Not only do you have to do an autopsy, you've got to get the body transported from the medical examiner's back to a mortuary service company that can that can dispose of the body. Somebody has to pick up the body. They have to drive the body back to a mortuary service place. They have to do bomb the body. They have to prepare the body. They have to put it in a transportation casket because it's leaving the state. All of this is why I think they were going to waive the autopsy because all of this slows the process down considerably and keep in mind we don't yet have a criminal defendant. We don't have anybody in line that can object to the disposition of the body. We don't have anybody yet that can object to getting the body out of the state. And so the clock is running. The vice president's coming. We don't have a criminal defendant. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. How thorough do you think that autopsy was? I mean, I can see a situation where the Emmy shows up and it's like, look, it's late. It's the middle of the night. They're making us do this. We didn't initially want to do this. We didn't think it was necessary. The doctor didn't think it was necessary. Everybody kind of roundly agrees what happened. He got shot in the neck with a 30 out six from the Losis and a Roof, but they're making us do this, guys. So let's let's roll. We're not going to do the best autopsy we've ever done. It's going to be quick. It's going to be dirty. It's going to be done. We're going to check all the boxes. And then they go through the process. I think that's what happened. I think if we saw the autopsy report, we would see that's what happened. Because we would know what time the body got there. We would know whether they cooled the body down. We would know what time the autopsy started. We would know what time all the photographs were taken. We would know what time the autopsy finished. We would know what time they called the mortuary service to come pick them up. And they would know what time they actually picked them up and they would know what time they inform the body. All these times would be documented. They would all be contained in a report form that we could look at. And that's why I sighed with Erica Kirk. Erica Kirk filed a piece of paper saying I want everyone to see that information. That was exhibit. 11. The judge accepted it as evident. Erica Kirk's lawyer said all evidence that's been accepted, I want the public to see. In other words, I'm not morbid. I'm not a vile creature or whatever Blake likes to call people that ask about how Charlie's body was disposed of. If you're going to call me that, you've got to call Erica that because I'm on her side on this. I'm on team Erica. I want to see what happened to the body. I have strong reason in the absence of evidence to launch into wild conspiracy theories about what may or may not have happened. The absence of evidence allows the mind to just go crazy. I could come up with all kinds of wild scenario. I could come up with a scenario where they didn't do an autopsy at all. They just sort of cut a Y in his chest and move some organs around and said, all right, let's go. One of the things we talked about tonight, I'm not going to pull it back up, but the tissue samples, those are supposed to be saved somewhere. They were supposed to take tissue samples as part of the autopsy. I think I looked it up. I think and they take vile tissue, I'm doing this off my memories, don't, don't, don't quote me on this, vile tissue, blood urine, maybe stool, um, heart tissue and maybe brain tissue. I'm not sure, but they take like six or eight pieces of tissue. And they take a good amount and that stuff is preserved. It's somewhere. It's available. It can be inspected and the law in Utah is it has to remain preserved until the disposition of the criminal case, meaning if you go to a death penalty with Tyler Robinson, that tissue has to be preserved until the day the needle is in his arm. You can't just go getting rid of it. You can't just remove, you remove that stuff. You can't dump it. And if you don't have it, that's real evidence that something was done very wrong at the autopsy. The other thing you could do is take a DNA sample of it. I want to do, you know, find the defense. I'm doing a DNA test on that heart tissue, doing a DNA test on all of it. I want to know that that's his body. It's hard to get DNA from, it's hard to get a heart tissue out of a living person. That would prove death, I would think. I tell a funny story real quick. I had an infection on my arm when I was, I don't know how old I was. It was 2009, June of 2009, I had a really bad infection on my elbow, something called MRSA. It's awful. It got down into bone kind of, like it's all just all over the arm. It was going up my arm up this way and down this way. It was terrible. I was in the hospital for a long time. And when I was in the hospital, they initially just were putting IV lines in my arms, but they were putting this horrific combination of drugs in my body. And it was blowing the veins out. It was so toxic. It was just like destroy the vein. They would put it in my arm and then they'd just blow the vein out. So they stopped doing that and they put it in a pick line. That's just a line that dumps into your heart, right? And I kept telling the guy that I thought it was too low because every time I leaned forward, it was like, give me a jolt and he was like, that's impossible. And I was like, you need to back it up because it's hitting my heart. And he was like, no, it's in your head. It's not a thing. Can't hit your heart. I was like, I don't know, man. And it did it while you're sitting there, just my whole body jerk. And I was like, I'm telling you, dude, it's hitting my heart. It was like, fine. I'll back it up a half an inch of that. I'll make you feel better. I was like, please, please, please. And he didn't. It felt better after that. Never happened again. And I forgot about it. Pickline was in two or three weeks. I had this little portable carrier and it was giving me IVs the whole time. I had to change out of bag or something every few days where it could shoot more IV in me. More antibiotics. And I forgot all about it. And then it's time to take the pick line out. So I go to the appointment to pull the pick line out and the lady pulls it out. It's a weird feeling, by the way, just, you know, like pulling this giant line out of your arm. And when she gets to the end, there's this goo on the very end of it. And she picks it up and she kind of does this with it. And it's like raw hamburger meat. And she was playing with it. And she had this really weird look on her face. And I was like, what is that? She's like, I don't know. I've never seen anything like that before. I was like, what? You've never seen that? She's like, no, I've never seen that before. And I was like, what do you mean you've never seen that? She's like, it looks like muscle. And then it clicked. And I was like, that's my heart. She said, what are you talking about? I said, when they first put the pick line in it kept like jolting me every time I lean forward, every time I sneeze, every time I laugh. And it jerked me. And she was like, I think that's your heart muscle. So I don't know if I got a little bit of a hole in my heart or whatever if something ever happens to me, someone checked that. Make sure they do a good autopsy. Make sure you get it and check out that area where the pick line would be landing in my heart. See if it didn't eat damage in there. Statue of limitations has already run on that claim, but I'd like to know, I'd like to know. I don't even know how to, oh, tissue samples. So these tissue samples should be preserved somewhere. Someone should have a copy of these tissues in. But I'm telling you right now, that is my current position. My current position on all this missing evidence goes to the most conspiratorial angle. The most conspiratorial. If you're going to clip footage out of him standing at the top of the parking garage, my mind goes to he's talking to someone. On the phone and a car, some maybe someone walks up to him, that's where my mind is going to go. Bam, bam, bam. What are you going to feel really stupid if you come out of trial and you're just standing there for a minute? Okay, then they should have explained it. They should have explained it. They should have said that he didn't do anything, so we just clipped it down for the second time. I guess stupid to save a minute and a five day hearing, but you should have at least explained it. Don't try to pull a fast one on me when cars are disappearing and shadows are jumping all over the screen. Because it's obvious. The time stamp jumps. It's obvious. You cut a minute out. And if you're not going to explain it and you're not going to show it to me, my mind is going to go crazy. Don't tell me he pulls a gun out of his pants and assembles it with a screwdriver. If you're not going to show me, show me him, show him doing it. I need to see him doing those things because other than that, my mind goes to a place where that didn't happen. Because if it happened, you to show me, it's intrinsic to your story. It's an inherent part of your story. I apologize for the gross descriptions of my heart. I apologize, ladies and gentlemen. It won't happen again. I won't conclude this way. I don't know what Candace is sitting on, but I wouldn't want to be Blake, Andrew, Erica, Tyler Boyer, or anyone else right now at Turning Point, USA. I wouldn't want to be Jeff Gray at the Utah County Prosecutor's Office, what they call the County Attorney's Office. I wouldn't want to be Cash Patel. I wouldn't want to be the director of the State Bureau of Investigation, Bo Mason or whatever title is public safety. I wouldn't want to be any of those people right now. I wouldn't want to be Sheriff Cowboy Hat there in Utah County, the movie star. I wouldn't want to be him either. Because if Candace tells you it's going to be a big week, I'd buckle your safety harness. I'd tune in. I anticipate the attacks will amplify this week. It always happens that way. I do find a lot of irony in what she's doing. It seems pretty obvious Blake is gone. He's on vacation or somewhere right now. He's not going to be back on the radio until Wednesday. It seems pretty obvious Eric is gone, she's nowhere to be found. She did her speech in Seattle and is vanished off the face of the earth. It seems pretty obvious, Andrews is headed somewhere also. It seems like he's headed somewhere. And I love the irony in it because every time Candace goes on vacation, the attacks amplify. You remember when she went to Russia? They went crazy. That's when they launched the attack on George Farmer. They launched the attacks on Candace and she's this and she's that. And she goes to Spain and it goes on overload while she's in Spain for a week or two. That just nuts. It's just crazy. Your humble host doesn't face that problem because I don't take vacation. I don't have to worry about it. We don't do vacations in the column. No, we do. We do. Just not often. Not often. Maybe we shouldn't. But the attacks tend to amplify. And when you have this amplification and attacks, every time she's on vacation, it's only right that she should wait until they're all gone to launch her attacks. And I think that's exactly what she's done. I have this strong suspicion that that it's going to be a really ugly week for these guys. It's going to be a really ugly week for the Fed slot narrative. And it's going to be a really ugly week for TPSA. Really, really bad. Two people who have committed to the mountain of evidence, and I'll give my final warning. I think this may be my final warning I'm going to be able to give you guys. You should run, don't walk, and try to get a deal. That's my take. That's my take. You should try to get a deal. Very good conversation. I think he's a legitimately decent human being who tries to get the right answer. And we disagree on that. The reasonable minds can disagree. I think he has a, I don't see a bias, that's not fair. He's not here to defend himself. He has a reason for trusting medical examiners and the medical examination process considering his background and what he does for living and what he's done for living. But we had a very good and fruitful conversation and maybe we'll talk again. We left it open to chatting again. I'm doing a little research. He's doing a little research and we'll come back together. But it was great. You know why? There was no hostility. There was no hostility at all in the conversation. It was, I was eager to learn. I asked him probably 70 questions in an hour, maybe 50, I don't know. He asked me a lot of questions. Both of us were very eager to learn. There was no pompous attitude, no name calling, no anything like that. And I think when you approach a difference of opinion with that attitude, you can learn a lot. You can learn a lot. For me, the value of what he can testify to or what he can testify to, what he can say on a podcast, the great value to me that he can add is about the process. What is the norm? Who should be in the room? 'Cause one day we will see this report, I think, or at least a redacted version of it. And if we get upfront from him, what it should look like, how long things should have taken, what particular procedures should have been performed, in a case like this, because he is an expert. If we get from him those sorts of details, and then we see the report, and it doesn't look like that, then something was awry. If we get the report back, and it looks exactly like that, well, it lends merit to the fact that it was done properly. And that will add a lot of weight to my conclusion in the end. I sit here right now, firmly convinced it was not shot with a 30 out of six, and that a 30 out of six was never on the roof. He obviously differs. And I'm okay with that, okay. It was, I think up in Chattanooga or Georgia somewhere, but it was kind of where Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee come together. It was years and years and years ago. But when they raided the place, it was a war zone. I mean, it was just a horrific environment. Bodies everywhere. They said people were getting, 'cause they didn't want to pay to run the crematorium. So they were just throwing bodies out in the back of your heart, really. And they were given people like concrete dust instead of ashes. So I came across this guy and this is what he does. He cremates people. And I asked him about the process, it's gruesome, but I asked him about the process. And, 'cause I have a lot of metal in my leg. And I asked him, like, if I got cremated, what would happen to that metal? He's like, oh, we got a whole bucket for that stuff. And we just sweep it out and toss it into the junk bucket every now and then go get money for it. But no, it's a really fascinating process. But he let me in on a little secret. And I did not know this. What you get back is not ash. It's bone. It's ground up bone. Everything that can. be consumed is consumed. This is what he told me. You know, I didn't double check it. I didn't do any Google searching. But apparently what you get back as ash is like round up bone. He said, that's all the remains. Everything else is gone. Isn't that wild? That's just what he said. I don't know. Maybe he can't be believed. But hey, as for the bug thing, you're not going to know. I got bad news. You know, no one's going to tell you about it. I don't know if he would want even, even if he didn't take the stand, but they did not help his case at all. Certainly didn't help us sentencing at all. Um, I mean, it really, there's so many factors. You can't, you can't sit from the outside and say whether somebody should or shouldn't take the stand. I see legal experts do that on TV all the time. It's just you can't possibly know. You don't know what your clients told you or what that client has told his lawyers. He may or may not have done. You don't know what impeachment testimony would potentially come out. Um, you don't know the details of the case as well as they do. So no outsider can make that determination. Um, you know, if you don't think they've proven their case, there's really no advantage in taking the stand. If you, if you think you're in trouble, there may not be a disadvantage in taking the stand. Uh, I feel like Charlie Kirk's parents were threatened for them not to speak out. But that is not true, isn't it true? The medical examiner for Charlie Crook was a guy named Guajardo. I'm pretty sure the reason no one's showing autopsy stuff is because six months before his death, Pritchard and Peck made it illegal to disseminate any autopsy information that wasn't previously public. I think that only applied to the photos. I don't think that was any information, but I'll have to go back and look at that bill. And I went back and read it. It's 300 something pages long, but I was up, it was late. Mrs Coleman was asleep. I didn't have anything to do. And so I sat there and read the whole deposition. It took like two hours. Um, and it did not make me mistrial work. I'll tell you that, but I got to that part where I went through my litany and I was like, flipping pages. Actually, I was on the phone scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll. I got to the end of it. In my opinion, if you're trying to pull off an assassination by yourself, you're going to be paying attention to everything around you. Now, you would only know about that lip, in my opinion, if you'd been on the roof. And so it's possible whoever got up there did not know if they had unless they'd been there before did not know such a lip existed and thought it was flat all the way off and then had to get up there and accommodate for it. But I didn't see any accommodation for that when when we saw the profile footage from the footage Candace had, she's had it forever. It was on X, but she showed it and she got in touch with the guy who took the photograph. I took the video. And to shoot over that lip, you would either have to lift the firearm over the lip, maybe like four or five inches off the deck or you'd have to hang the the barrel off the off the edge of the loci center. And in that footage, I saw no barrel hanging over the end. So if he if he's not up high enough to shoot over it and he's not hanging over it, how could that person have shot from that position? I think that's a live issue at trial. I really do. I think that video could come into play a trial. What happens if TR's exonerated? I'm seeing dug up and paved over SUV clean and sold body possibly cremated evidence limited. I don't know. I mean, they they never went looking for anybody else with Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. And you got to get that through a Senate who all of its power comes from a very expansive view of the commerce clause. So that's that's that problem that exists with federal judges also exists with federal appointments like the attorney general. So if you had someone who is on the record and known to want to greatly limit the power of the federal investigative branch, they're not going to get in. They're not going to get in.
