To Catch a Redditor: Chris Hansen REACTS to Wild Posts with Michael Knowles
19m 19s
The video presents a satirical and investigative look at unusual internet behaviors and personal dilemmas, framed as part of a broader exploration of human quirks and moral boundaries. It features a range of seemingly trivial or eccentric actions—such as consuming cold pasta, chatting with minors on video games, or being sexually attracted to a fictional character—each labeled as "weird but anodine" or requiring counseling. The content blends humor with ethical commentary, questioning whether such behaviors stem from harmless curiosity or deeper psychological issues. It also promotes Kowshi and Kalschik as financial platforms for trading political race outcomes, emphasizing real-time market reactions over traditional polling. A central theme involves empathy, especially when it contradicts moral or legal standards—such as feeling sympathy for a convicted child predator. The narrative consistently draws lines between acceptable and inappropriate behavior, often using simplistic judgments. While entertaining, the piece raises questions about societal expectations, personal expression, and the role of digital spaces in shaping identity and relationships. Ultimately, it reflects a conservative, morally grounded perspective that prioritizes order, discipline, and social conformity over individual freedom or emotional complexity.

On Michael Knowles, we are running an investigation into some of the darkest corners of the internet, some of the most depraved people with some of the most revolting thoughts and behaviors. This is to catch a reddigger. Chris, thank you so much for being here today to help me. We got some reddiggers, huh? We do. I don't know. In your whole career, I don't know that you've ever encountered people this disgusting depraved. Yes, it's a bad corner of the internet. First one up. Am I weird for watching Hello Kitty as a grown man? Yes, from weird. You don't have to go any further. Unless he's watching it like at a sushi restaurant at the counter where you're way to be seated. Other than that. Yeah, then it's okay. Because the user is a pancakes or neat. He's 19. He's a 19 year old guy. I've always known about Hello Kitty and San Rio. I don't know what that is. Nor do I. Being a guy, I was never into it. When I turned 18, me and my family went on a trip to Japan where we saw San Rio stuff absolutely everywhere. When I got back, I started learning more about the characters and the company's history. I started bonding more with friends over San Rio and bought a few Kuromi figures in a plushie. We don't need to read the rest of it. I think I got it. Yeah. She kelp. She kelp. I think so. I think that's one, you know, you don't want this to progress into Pokemon. I actually don't know the rest of the Japanese. That's not what I mean. 19 year old. You don't want to get into anime. No. Yeah, that's true. That actually that might end up intersecting with some of the investigations you've done. Okay. Second one. My guilty pleasures. From user Ms. Little Asian. Whenever I go out to an amusement park, I must snack on hard, uncooked pasta. I love angel hair, but those are a hassle at parks. Only eat angel hair at home at parks. I eat shells or elbows when I'm home. I also enjoy eating a refrigerated, uncooked pasta. As I write this, I'm eating cold, ravioli. That's disturbing. It's disturbing. Is this, you know, also may not be healthy. Yeah. And I don't want to be sitting next to that person if they get sick on the roller coaster at the amusement park. Yes. Now we're not an amusement park family, but if we were, and I did get talked into going, probably wouldn't want to sit next to that person on the ride. It could be dangerous because the pasta's hard. Yes. Yeah. Would you say this is weird, but anodine or the sort of thing that this person should seek, professional counseling for? Weird, but anodine. Okay. Yeah. Okay. That's fine. We'll let her go. Yes. Is it bad that I felt awful for this predator on a Chris Hansen show? Oh, this is from Reddit No Stupid Questions. User fights that changed me. I was watching take down with Chris Hansen earlier. There was a sting on a guy from Honduras who clearly spoke essentially no English, had a wife at home and was working illegally after getting out of Honduras. What he was doing is inexcusable, but I couldn't help but feel bad for him for some reason. I don't know. Watching someone realize that their life is essentially over is very hard regardless of what preempted it. I'm assuming he was removed from the US following the investigation. That made me feel even worse for his wife. How can I not feel bad about this? I really shouldn't feel bad about a predator being caught and punished. I grew with that last line. Yeah. And I understand the human empathy for a guy who's in this country trying to make a living. Yeah. And I think I know which case she's talking about. But if he's going to exploit a child and I don't buy it into this cultural difference or needed culture to understand, this is our culture here and trying to have sex with a child is wrong. It's illegal. And so once you cross that line, you get criminally prosecuted. And if you're here illegally, then they put a ice hold on you. And once you're criminally prosecuted, you will be deported. And that's been going on since the beginning of time here. This isn't a new thing with an ice crackdown or anything like that. This is what's supposed to happen in this case. I guess I feel minor stand her feeling. And I'm not not suggesting that she's a predator because of that, because she's not. I understand the human empathy there. But as she even admits in that, the right thing is happening in terms of our criminal justice. Yeah, it's funny because this, I feel bad for all criminals in the sense that I feel bad when even really bad criminals, because I feel bad when people sin, because it's bad for everyone and it's contrary to reason and God's will and it just makes everyone's life worse. So I feel bad in that way. But some more than others. And it's funny that this would be the one that this person is upset by. In this, like, I think we need to deport illegal aliens. I think we need to restrict immigration. I'm a political conservative. Like, I would deport a wailer. No problem. I wouldn't lose one second sleep at night. This guy is a child predator with a wife and maybe a kid at home who shouldn't be here in the front. Like, I don't know, man. I think the only question in that case is, do you go through the prosecution then deport or you deport and not do the prosecution? Right. But I would classify this person oddly enough. I would say this person needs professional help because they have a terminal and toxic amount of empathy and it is clouding their judgment in other ways. Would you say that or weird banana done? What you say is correct. Yeah. I don't think counseling is going to change it. Let me let Dr. Michael have a little. Yeah, I say, listen, lady, what are we doing? This is a bad guy. We got to get rid of him. Adios, you know, Andalanda. Okay. This is, the username is deleted. That's a good sign. Chocolate milk powder. I eat nest quick chocolate milk powder. No milk. I just consume the chocolate dust. How does he consume it? Does he snort it? I assume yeah, credit card. It's sort of, yes, if he just better than cocaine, I suppose. Yeah, it's kind of like nasal snuff, maybe. I would be inclined to classify that as weird but anodine. I think weird but anodine. Yeah. You don't need to shrink or drugs or anything for that chocolate. I don't eat it that way but I like chocolate. No, I snort everything. You know, I snort it. Cheese pizza. I'll over pepperoni pizza. Okay. Next one up, as an adult, is it inappropriate for me to play with chat with or friend young children on Fortnite? Yes. This is Polly Jojo. First line, I'm an old guy and I play Fortnite, sometimes alone, sometimes with my kids. I play on console. I usually use a mic when playing alone. I mainly play team rumble with random swats. I've never done any of this. I play Donkey Kong and Little Grand Theft Auto. If I encounter someone else who has a mic and they're interesting or entertaining, even if they're young, I will chat with them and will often friend them. I never thought twice about it until a match I had last night met a little man who was chatter boxing at me the whole match and was giving really funny running commentary on his game. I friended him and we played a second rumble together but then things got a bit awkward. I could hear his parents in the background asking him who he's talking to. Right. That's why it's wrong because that parent doesn't want their child talking to an adult and maybe there's no nefarious intent here, maybe, but it's inappropriate. It's not a gray area. It's black and white. It's inappropriate and you shouldn't as an adult be chatting with children in a setting like that who are not your own children. That's just that's the line in the sand for me. I don't want to talk to my friends' children at social events when I have to. I would certainly never seek out a child friend on a video game or any other. It seems like something, to your point, he might not be a predator or anything like that. It's inappropriate. It is inappropriate. It's like it's a weird legality out of it. It's inappropriate. So it's inappropriate. It's not anodine. He shouldn't do it. But I actually also kind of think he needs to figure out why he is spending his free time playing games with kids. You don't have any books to read? Yeah. There are a lot of books out there. It's kind of tough to watch Yankees. Well, now you can't because they don't know us or I don't know. Yeah, but like there are a lot of other sports. There's a lot more to say first, they'll go to GOPvotes.org. The Democratic Socialists of America won primaries across the country. Next, they're coming for Congress and they're coming for you. If they win the midterms, they will defund the police.
open the border and force men into women's sports. You are the last line of defense and GOP votes.org as your partner in this fight. Go to GOPvotes.org right now, make a plan to vote early. If you live in the critical Senate Battleground States of Alaska, Michigan, Maine, Ohio, Iowa or Texas, early voting is already underway this week. Democrats are energized and the stakes have never been higher. We cannot afford to have people like AOC and her communist cronies running the show. That is why I need you to make a plan to vote early right now. Go to GOPvotes.org to find your polling location, vote early, and stop the socialist takeover of America. Relationship advice from were you live in '93, '48, L. I have had a thing for watches on women ever since I started liking women. When I see women wearing watches, especially metallic ones, I often take a peek. I've been with my girlfriend for three years. I would like to ask her if I can gift her a watch that she'd wear for me from time to time. And I would like to navigate some feelings before that and also get some advice on how to approach this with her. It's a really erotic thought for me. Male 35. A watch? Male 35. Canada. Male 35. I'm kind of a watch guy. Male 35. Yeah, so am I. Male 35. You're a watch. You have a very nice tutor and sort of turquoise. I love watches. Male 35. I do too. Male 35. Can I make a confession? Male 35. Sure. Male 35. I'm making this confession to Chris Hansen. But this is the weirdest thing I do on the internet. And when I go off in my room tonight and watch it all the time, do you okay? Male 35. And I don't think that's uncommon. I mean, look, guys don't have other forms of jewelry. Male 35. Yeah. Male 35. You wear a wedding ring. I wear a wedding ring. Male 35. Yeah. Male 35. And the watches are things. And I mean, I have to be on watch probation right now because they can get expensive. Male 35. Yeah, yeah. And, I mean, I'm kind of a lot to get in for a minute. Male 35. I'm joking about the setup a little bit. But I actually do when I'm sitting -- Male 35. I'm fascinated by them all. Male 35. He's a channel. It's a beautiful watch. And it was a whole day for us. It was a great father's son. So now -- So now -- Okay. That makes me feel better about when I'm in the dark recesses of the internet watching Teddy Ball Disari. Male 35. He's great. He's great. He's great. He's great. He's great. Male 35. Yes. And I think -- I was talking to someone. I said, "This is weird. I got to stop this." And a friend of mine said, "No, come on. Every guy needs a way to just like turn his brain off and it's better to do that. Male 35. I agree. But I figured it out a way to be into watches without going on probation without getting caught, yes. Yeah. I got -- I bought one fancy watch when my first kid was born. And I've gotten some like kind of not very financially valuable watches, but sentimentally valuable ones from grandparents and stuff. But I kind of like collecting cheap watches. But that's -- that's fun. And not every watch has to be thousands of dollars. Yeah. I mean, there are some beautiful Hamilton watches out there. And other micro brands and, you know, time X does stuff. And, you know, not every watch in my box is an expensive watch. Some are just interesting. And it's about the story. But you know why this guy actually needs counseling? Because my wife -- I have the saintly wife. She's a paragon of virtues. She's wonderful in all these ways. And when I got my fancy watch, I said, "Okay, well, did you want -- should I buy you?" I feel kind of weird getting a -- it is jewelry, you know, should I get you? And she said, "No, it doesn't interest me. She has, at some point, get me a necklace or a ring or something. But I don't care about the watches at all." And I thought, "I've really lucked out here. I just saved myself thousands -- who knows -- over $10,000 over the years. Why would he want to get his wife an expensive new taste?" Well, because it obviously excites him in other ways. You know, if that's his thing, if he likes seeing something -- you know, it's like fishing. I mean, you know, some fish like the shiny lure. And this is his shiny lure. And it's his girlfriend. She's adult. Some guys like the trebles, some guys like the bass, and some guys like -- Yeah. Whatever the whole note. I don't know whatever that is. Okay. All right. We'll put him in anodone. Yeah, I think it's harmless. Is it weird or strange for guys to wear thongs and leggings? Okay. Ah, yes. Really? We just took a real swerve there. What? From watches to -- Yeah. This is from OwnBench7237. Okay. So basically, I'm a really fit, sexy guy with a perfect, dearer and body. I have had many girlfriends and many girl partners. I'm not really into guys. I've tried experimenting before. What are we doing? But I'm in private. But when I'm in private, I just feel more comfortable in outfits like leggings, thongs, cute pajamas, fuzzy socks, bikini underwear, bikini bathing suits at the pool is a strange. I just like the way it feels so much more comfy and cute. Is it this weird? To me, it's weird, but I don't think I should overstep this beyond anodone. I think he's not harming anybody. That's his thing. So what? No. I don't want to see it. But I'm not going to condemn it. I'm sending him to counseling. This is not conducive to his flourishing. He made me think about it. So he actually is harming me because I have to think about this now. Yeah, he's going to counseling. That's all right. Okay. I'm not going to oppose it. Okay. All right. This. Am I wrong for taking my kids to a pride festival? Pride festival is today in my city. I always said I would never take my kids because the few years, because the few years have gone, people don't write very well on Reddit. I have seen people just almost nude and fetishes. They do advertise his family friendly. They have a kid section. In the past few years, my two 12-year-olds have come out to me first as by. Now, one came out to me as trans boy almost a year ago. And my other kid is omnisexual. Their dad doesn't really know this. So I guess the mother. He only thinks they are by. He is not open-minded. My kids are scared to tell him. They really want to go to pride. So I was able to score a free ticket. It was plenty on taking them. I don't know if I should. Am I in the wrong? Now, the kids are a bit scared to go. They are like, "Mom, maybe we shouldn't go. I don't want to do anything." And they're 12? Yes, they're 12. I think that's confusing to a 12-year-old. Yeah. I think that's a restrained way to put every diplomatic way to put it. I would arrest the mother. I would not do that. Whatever's going on is like really bad here. That sounds like a whole lot to be happening in one household. What are the odds? Statistically, statistically. I think they're about a bazillion to one. Yeah, okay. Can we go back to the watch one? Yeah, I prefer the watch one. All right, last one, let's see. I am sexually attracted to Jar Jar Binks. Are confessions you monkey? I'm not going to read that username because it's vulgar. His eyes, those floppy ears, his gorgeous smile, those sexy feet of his. And my Lord, he has got some big juicy lips. Can you tell? In itself. Yeah, it's not even a gray area. It's because, well, I guess he might be a gray area. Jar Jar Binks said is. Yes, but the question is not. In Star Wars, you had Princess Leia, the keenies. Humans, actual humans. Always great or Natalie Portman was in the later movies. Yeah. Yeah, that's not right. I just want to the monkey juice user here. You see how this looks, right? Yeah, exactly. Doesn't look good. It doesn't look good. Chris, thank you for lending your expertise to this investigation. We'll see you next time on To Catch a Redditor. Well, polls tell you what voters said at one moment.
