The podcast critiques the excessive display of wealth and power by elite figures in the U.S. and global political circles, using examples like the China dinner and the actions of figures such as Howard Letnick, Elon Musk, and Kim Gilfoil. It highlights how these individuals flaunt opulence while ignoring economic struggles and public suffering, demonstrating a profound disconnect from the populace. The analysis reveals a pattern of political immorality, including the use of pardons for individuals with serious criminal records—such as the Binance founder and a Honduran drug kingpin—while dismissing those who speak out. The guest list at high-profile events shows staggering wealth, with combined net worth exceeding $1.19 trillion, indicating a system where power is consolidated through financial and political leverage. The podcast also exposes the commercialization of political influence, such as the alleged $300,000–$600,000 “pardon broker” fees, which raises serious ethical questions about corruption. Evidence from the Trump administration, including a surge in executive orders and pardons, contrasts with the lack of accountability for those who challenge power. Further, the actions of figures like Kim Gilfoil—now U.S. ambassador to Greece—reveal a pattern of covert political manipulation, including claims of engineering foreign government collapses for energy control. These actions, especially during times of crisis like the war in Iran, suggest a broader strategy of wealth preservation and geopolitical maneuvering. The episode concludes with a critical assessment of the elite’s detachment from public reality, pointing to systemic power imbalances and a growing sense of hubris that could signal deeper political or economic instability.
(dramatic music) - What's up everybody and welcome back to another episode of The Julian Dory Podcast. I am Julian Dory. - And I'm Joey Dief, how you doing? - How you doing? Joey Dief is playing his personal Jordan Flu game today. - Yeah it's right. - Injured on a triple header 'cause he's dedicated to the fucking game. - Yeah, yeah. I feel great. - That's why we all love you Joey Dief. - Yeah. - No excuses play like a champion. - Oh, I feel great. - Listen, listen. - You're gonna be over there on the board, doing your thing and somehow it's still gonna be all smooth and don't worry about it. - But yeah. - We got a few things that we've been putting off. - Yeah, yeah, every episode we always miss one, it seems lately. - Hell yeah, and that's pretty much my bed 'cause then I'll say at the beginning of an episode and then we'll finish wrapping them like, fuck I missed that again. But there was one thing on the previous episode. I just wanted to come back around too 'cause it's gonna tie into the first thing we talk about which is when we were going through specifically like the Kylie Jenner part and the, I guess like vlog she did in San Trope the other day. We were using it in the context of an example of where it's a full blown let them eat cake moment that's going on between people who are of a lot of means in society and everybody else. And the reality is this, I think it's important that success itself doesn't get demonized. So we can all shoot for things and success by the way is totally defined individually within America at least. People decide what's important for them in life and then hopefully achieve their dreams and do that. Like I never want to demonize that. I don't want to be misheard demonizing people doing really well or something like that. Where I take issue is when people throw it in your face and have to show you over like engorged opulence at all times and have to tell you how great everything is for them when you can't read the room and see that a lot of people are having a tough time right now. The economy's not great. Gas is through the fucking roof. We're not fucking war apparently. You know, so that's the dichotomy there. I just want to make sure the context is right because we keep seeing it. We keep seeing tone deafness and now we're seeing it from the administration. So Joey D if you see our friend Howard Letnick was there at the G dinner? - Yeah, was he, what do you have to say? - He speaks Chinese, right? - I think he does speak Chinese. I have a link there in that first section so we could pull it up for people. But like, again, it is now fucking seven, eight months on from when this guy got exposed to kingdom fucking come in the Epstein files as being a clear liar. Obviously the guy was neighbors with Epstein for at least 14 years when he started living in that house in 2005, minus the one and a half when Epstein was the guest of the government. But you know, claimed he never saw anything, claimed he knew nothing, claimed he didn't associate with him. You know, after that insane little meeting he had at Epstein's house in 2005 and then it was proven in the files that not only did he associate with Epstein in business, philanthropy, and personally. It was literally listed on the schedule over and over. We got a picture of this guy on the island that then the DOJ tried to have removed. I believe they did remove it from the Epstein file release. But thanks to whoever is doing God's work at J-Mail.world that it already made a carbon copy of all this stuff, we still have the image of Howard Letnick on the island with Jeffrey Epstein in 2012 looking happy as a claim. Hey, guys, if you're not following me on Spotify, please hit that follow button and leave a five-star review. They're both a huge help. Thank you. But Howard Letnick, of course, was at the dinner with President of China, Xi. And middle picture right there, Dief, right on cue. Elon Musk and Howard Letnick doing that kind of gay like Howard Letnick stands that he does. I don't really know. Like he does, go to the other picture too, Dief, with Tim Cook right there. He does this like in all his pictures. Like, what's going on there? Yeah, he's, you know, star unfold. Yeah, but like it looks like he's like, I don't know, constricted a little bit, you know? It doesn't look like that comfortable of an arm fold. Like an arm fold should be comfortable kind of like this, but he's doing like the grip. Maybe I'm overreadin' it a little bit, but. Yeah, it's just crazy. People still want to take a picture with him. That's what I don't understand. Yeah, I want to get in the picture with him. Right, like if you're Elon Musk, this is now twice Elon Musk has been doing that pose with him in a picture. Yeah, gonna pass few months. With all of the file releases, I would just be like, I'm good at home, like. Yeah, I'll see you at work on Monday. Yeah, it's just getting, like who was saying the other day? Who were we talking with? Who was talking about how open they are about it? And he was joking. He's like, I almost appreciate that part. At least we can see it. Who the hell was that? Yeah, who did say that? That was in here. Oh, I think it was Simon Dixon when we were talking with him. He's like, yeah, the thing about the Trump administration is like, they just tell you what they're doing at least. So you can see the corruption and everything. They don't like take the time to try to hide it. Which is like a hilariously low bar, obviously. But point being, these are the kinds of things that do happen behind the scenes. And they are seemingly so high-faluten and so up on their little fucking asteroid, no pun intended, that they're like, yeah, we'll just show you. And what are you gonna do about it? And then you have the guy, Dan Scavino. There's another link right there. Yes, you're right. Speaking of reading the room. Now, this is AI Slop, obviously. But there were videos going around. I don't even remember where they are 'cause I was looking for them right before we went on. I couldn't find them. But there were videos of like some of the wives of these people going around and taking in all the opulence of the dinner and everything and bragging about and saying, look at our life. Look how great this is for this White House dinner was she. But then you have like Dan, you know, who's been Trump's spokesperson since forever since literally the first campaign. When you just, like, again, I understand it's AI Slop and stuff, just don't tweet. Just don't do it. You're popping champagne, quirks, and bottles and shit for people while people out there can't pay their bills. Like who do you click again? You're not like some fucking Wall Street CEO who maybe doesn't have to care or something. It's still really bad look, by the way. You are literally though working in the White House administration that's supposed to serve all the American people, including the people that didn't vote for you, by the way. So, again, I'm not really sure what they're trying to do here, but it's interesting. - Yeah, it's definitely interesting. I just, it just speaks to the power in hand. - Yes. - They would read the room, I would read the room if I had something to lose and I had to be careful because I could be exposed, apprehended, whatever the reason, but they're not gonna be, none of those things are gonna be done upon them, so why would they care about reading the room? - Yeah, you think there's just gonna be like, mass pardons on the way out the door? - For sure, dude, for sure. That's why Howard is doing what he does. A guy like that, he knows he's good, he's covered. Even if anything happens before the end of term two. - He's set. - God, God us. - God, God us. - You know? - That's right. That's right, you see the guest list on this thing? - No, I didn't. - Now, before I go through some of this, I will say it is like a dinner with the leader of the other of the world's other largest GDP, so of course any guest list is gonna be pretty loaded with quote unquote important people, but this one must, a little over the top. So we can kind of skip the administration, people they're all supposed to be there. But, I know all these people too for the Chinese. - That's right, and I know them as well. - Kai Wei, Hong Le, Liu Luhang. - Liu Heng's. - These are kind of hard names. - Yeah, that's why they're in delegation. - Zeng Yunchao, that's a good one. - All right, so what I really want to get out was the power brokers there in the room. So, there was actually an image of Trump's table, and it had like, I think Elon was at it, Tim Cook was at it, Zuckerberg was at it, they're like the net worth of this table is like 1.19 trillion. - So sure, yeah, that's all that. - It's like, yeah. Anyway, but Elon was there, Jensen Wang, the Nvidia guy, who I don't think has ever changed his jacket was there. Mark Zuckerberg, Lisa Sue, that one I don't know who she is. - Same. - Tim Cook, Sam Altman, Greg Brockman, Sergei Brin from Google, Sunder Pichai from Google, Satchin Adela, the CEO of Microsoft, Jeff Bezos, Michael Dell, Eric Juan, Cristiano Alman, I don't, he's from Qualcomm, I don't know him. Sanjay Mahotra and David Ellis, of course, we have Evan Ellis in there. - Gotta get it. - What's a good dinner without an Ellis in? Then we have all the bankers, obviously, who care a lot about Americans, Jamie Dimon, David Solomon from Goldman Sachs. - Larry Stink. - Larry Stink. - From BlackRock, of course, Chairman of the Board, I had to check in, Steven Schwartzman from Black Stone, Ryan McInerney from Visa. You know, again, you are always gonna have important people in these kinds of things, but kind of stacked deck for this one, for the optics, Joey Dief. - Industry consumer. Oh, look, we had Albert Borla from Pfizer there. That's important. - Yeah. - That's important. I'm sure he had a lot to talk about. - We did very good work on that last one, gentlemen. - We did great work on that last one, gentlemen. Now, there is a dichotomy also of what Donald Trump was saying about China. Way back.
in the day. He's running. What are you saying now? So let's run that 2015 piece first. And this is when Trump's first running for office. And one of the things I really liked on like the Trump platform in 2015 was talking about the trade deficits with China and talking about the threat that that could be economically to America from like eventually having maybe not having the dollars or reserve currency and stuff like that because we rely to this day on so much of our supply chain going through China, which is also feeding their GDP like crazy. And a lot of presidents were just feeding right into this unchecked. And I that was one topic like I knew a little bit about. And some of his takes were pretty good. This was his take though in 2015. Listen. Okay, that's definitely not to take. Who's whose take was that? Oh, it's the storm fucking. Oh, the dance Kavina. That's the song. That was. Oh, yeah. It's okay. It's okay. You're right. All right. Here we go. The president of China is coming. A man named Xi Jinping. Xi Jinping, I never heard of him. I don't know who he is. But he's the president. He's coming over. He's getting the big dinner free at the White House, addressing the UN. If you were president, would you throw him a big dinner? I would not be throwing him a dinner. We've had this conference. I'd get him a McDonald's hamburger and I'd say we got to get down to work because you can't continue to devalue. You know, we'll give him a state dinner and what he's done is sucked all of our jobs and we suck the money. Okay, that that was kind of based. Now let's run 2026. Joey Dief. And here they are at the halls of president. Well, Donald Trump is showing him Joe Biden's portrait of an auto pin. Get the little, he fucking hits him. It's okay. Get a little bit of Xi. I will say it does crack me up the way like they make Xi to be like this big fucking idiot in 2015 and like that is exactly what that man wanted and he is reaping so much fruit from that. Yeah. The way he's been underestimated is just that cracks me up. That's my biggest takeaway for all that. I agree completely. This Xi, this Jingping pork roasted pork and it's like, no, you dumb asses. He's about to fucking trick on you guys. Yeah, never, never underestimate the intelligence to some of these guys. You can totally disagree with methods and policies and stuff like that. Obviously, including in our own government, but don't underestimate the intelligence for sure. And it's and by the way, how many can we Google this real quick? How many executive orders has Donald Trump signed in term two? Okay. So 285 executive orders as of September 2026. How many executive orders did Biden sign in the first two years of his administration? I've never looked at this in the first two years in the first two years of his administration. Let's see what they give us. So we have 285 from Trump. And then for Biden, 106, that's lower than I thought. So that's really interesting because obviously like the auto pen story, which Donald Trump is showing is as Joe Biden's bored. And which I don't, I will say this, it is funny. I don't think that's a good look to be bringing in a foreign leader and like going through the presidency, your country and being like, hey, get a load of this. Yeah, you know what I mean? Like it's one of those things, keep business in the family. They would never do that over there in China. He just killed the old guy, right? Like we've seen that. Xi, Jinping will just make someone disappear. But like if if a delegation comes over there and they say, look at our history, this is great. They say he was a great man. I murdered him, but he was a great man. Listen, listen, just overstate his welcome. Yeah, that's it. That's it. That's that's good business. But it is ironic that whether Joe Biden knew what he was signing or not, which that's certainly up for debate as well. It is ironic that Trump signing way more executive orders. Yeah. Then Biden, when that was a huge, again, it's like pointing in the mirror. Spider-Man mean huge talking point for Trump on the campaign trail about all the shit that that Biden just does with the pen. And he seems to be doing way, way more of it. Very interesting. You know what else he's doing with a pen, Joey Deef? What's that? Sign in some pardons. Yeah. You need a pardon, Joe? I'll take one. You take one? Yeah, fuck it. Like a preemptive part? Yeah, preemptive, like I'll keep it in the back pocket and cash it in. Now, now what would the crimes be on a general basis? Like not paying parking tickets, weapons possession, drug distribution, all those things. No sex trafficking, right? No. You're not going to need that one. No. That's good. That's like the last thing I'm worried about. That's good. If anything, it's just keeping this chopper on me at all times. The chopper on you. Yeah, that's a glock 18. I'm aware. Now, is that registered with the government? Where's it? Yeah, it's draw purchase. No, registered. Okay. I registered a hammer since I came out the womb. Okay. And the hammer that got registered when that came out the womb, it was me, a child. We'll get you a pardon for that, Joe. Thank you. It's going to cost a lot of money, though. Have you heard about this? No, I have. I have because my boy Boosie getting fucked over. Oh, yeah, Boot. What was it? Little Boosie was trying to pay 600K for his pardon. And in the terms of his contract, if they were not able to deliver the pardon, he would get 50% back 300,000. But he didn't. And they were like, yeah, no, like that. That shit don't hold up. And he was like, Boosie, take him to court, take him to court and take him for everything they're worth. So let's run this video. 60 minutes did a report on this. And before we press play on the video, Joe, you and I are well versed, unfortunately, in understanding that this is not a new phenomenon because our friend John Kiri Akku has been blowing the whistle on this forever. Yep. So John told the story even a couple years ago on a podcast with man, he was telling it before it, before he ever did my podcast as well, about how in his pardon Odyssey, he went to a dinner in DC. I forget where it was. But he was told that he was going to be like meeting with Rudy Giuliani, whose friends with Trump, and that they'd be able to get a pardon. And at some point Giuliani went up to go to the bathroom and one of the other like fixers told him what the price was. And the price, there was already going to be a price on it. I forget what it was. The numbers, I can't remember them right now. But John did talk about there's already going to be a price. And John was like, well, that's fucking shady. But whatever. And then basically they like quadrupled the price right there. He was like, fuck that. I'm not doing this. No, no, you take your pardon and shove it up your ass. And so he did not get a pardon there. But it's very telling, by the way, that when you see all the people Trump's pardoning, which may be actually, Dave, can you just real quick ask for highlights of people Trump is pardoned who were very shady. I don't know. Something like that. He probably shouldn't part. When you look at all the partens that Trump is doing throughout his presidency. And then you think about John Karyaku, who's now like, you know, a worldwide phenomenon, by the way, all the kids like him, you know, the fact that John has had so many prominent people publicly asked the president for years, by the way, for a pardon. And the fact that so many people write letters on behalf of John to get a pardon, I have a source that said that they get more letters at the White House for pardon for John Karyaku than anyone else that is up for a pardon or asking for a pardon by a lot, like by a lot. So, you know, this is, this is not a new thing and yet he's never been able to get one because he's never paid a pardon broker or, and we're going to talk about exactly that reporting a minute or gone in there and tried to get one through financial means if you will. You know, I told you about the one time and he said, fuck that. Whereas all these other people, they're like, yeah, I want my pardon. Let me pay for it. I just don't understand how that is not blatantly illegal. Like, I don't know how there's not a codified law that you can't pay lobbyists to go lobby for a pardon. Like, that's, that's insane. That's, oh, yeah, remember this one, Juan Orlando Hernandez, former president of Honduras. So he was serving 45 years for conspiring to bring 400 tons of coke into the US.
You it's a little coke, it's a little it's a little coke. Joey Deef, Trump, Trump tied the pardon to his endorsement of the candidate in Honduras his election lawmakers in both parties objected saying it undercut the administration's own campaign against drug trafficking. This one was like right after Venezuela too. And like obviously we've, we've named the cartels terrorist organizations. And so they lock up a foreign leader who was clearly running as like a cocaine kingpin in the Honduras. 400 tons, 400, that's a little bit just a tiny bit. That's not a Pablo Pledge Scobar amount Joey Deef, but it'll do, right? And then you go pardon a guy like this. I agree with what both parties said. It completely undercuts your message. He also, remember when he did the Binance founder, what's his name, Z or whatever, Chiang Peng Zhao, he pleaded guilty to money and laundering violations of Binance paid a $4.3 billion penalty. So the parting came a week after Don Jr. introduced a Zao lobbyist to Trump. So it did not even hiding it. The president's son introduced a lobbyist to Trump and he pardoned him. And this is the one that Trump commented after. He's like, yeah, I was actually totally unfamiliar with him when he did the pardon. Like he didn't even, he really didn't even know who the guy was and what it is. You know, so he's done many of these. There's other guys who have been convicted of all kinds of fraud and shit for, and I've seen numbers that are in the tens of millions and he just pardoned them. And yet he won't pardon John Kiryaku. It's interesting. It's very, very interesting. I also do know that, and this is one thing I really respect about John. I know that a rather prominent person called John, this is a while back. This is during Trump admin one, but it's a while back. A rather prominent person called John and said, don't shoot the messenger, but I'm just telling you this, you're talking about a lot of shit online. There's a couple things that if you just don't talk about it, you're probably gonna get your pardon. And to John's credit, I can verify. He has not stopped talking about those things in any way. In fact, he just took the decibels and went, and turned away the fuck up after that. And so he's got principles. But I've been burying the lead on the actual party brokers. Joey Deed has the video up. This was from the 60 minutes report where they interviewed two guys who couldn't possibly be more stereotypical stand-ins for exactly what you think these people look like. Let's go ahead. How come you quoted 300,000 to arm and coveno and 600,000 to boozey? I'll break this down because a lot of factors believe in what we quote somebody. A big part of those factors is other criminal history. If somebody's got a rap sheet of mile long, obviously it's going to be much harder for us to make the case-- What was that robot? Receive a pardon. How much-- you see his lapel? Yeah. Nice dual flag of America and Israel playing the part. Go ahead. So that's if that rap sheet continues after the fact. And so we look at the cases. We decide how difficult they're going to be, how much in the way of resources they're going to require, and how much time from a standpoint of opportunity cost of other clients be paying the cost. You were telling the covenos that part of the $300,000 would go to buy tickets to fundraising events at Mar-a-Lago or Bedminster that the president attended. Not necessarily. No. But you said it. No, what we said is there's expenses involved, including travel, two events, which we may or may not. Otherwise-- Tomato, tomato. Tomato. Tomato. Bottom line is that there's expenses involved. But of course, the lion sure of this is, we're paid and we make money. There's nothing wrong with that. There's no political contributions, as we said many times. And so there's really-- I don't understand the-- Well, I guess the issue is, is it in some way paid a play? No. Withers no paid a play? Absolutely not. Absolutely not. We're paid nearly a million dollars for what? For our advocacy and our services and our strategy. A lot of this is for-- Our strategy. A million dollars. Sounds like an enormous amount of money. $300,000. I would encourage you to look up the lobbying fees of our competitors in all directions. Oh, thank you. It's a whole industry. It's our top five competitors. This is the biggest-- They got competitors. It's $1,000. It's $1,000. Advocacy requires years of knowledge and training and working in government and-- All right. So let me walk you through this. He knows a guy. Who knows a guy? He gets a little fucking past to go into the White House, he walks back there and says, hey, how you doing? What do you think? Can we get this part done? Can we get it done? Here's my list. Give me three out of 10. At least I could say I hit three out of 10. That's the advocacy he's talking about. Like this isn't like that hard. Everyone has a sheet of crimes that they did or whatever. Some are going to be worse than others. And you got to convince them of like, look, they're community service. Look, he apologized for it or whatever. Look, feel bad for him because of X, Y or Z. Like a fucking eighth grader could probably do enough to be able to get the point across if you needed to. But these people are out here charging a million dollars. I love how Leslie Stahl said that, by the way. She's like, a million dollars, Jesus Christ, you know. You're charging a million dollars to walk in there and ask for a pardon. And then when they get asked, like, you know, how is this not paid to play? They're like, no, not murder. What? Murder. What? Murder. They then literally use five dollar words to explain 10 dollar words, to explain exactly how it's paid to play. It's like, it's not paid to play. It's playing to pay. That's it. You see what this is? It's just Jedi mind tricks, Joey Deef. This is boozy, sir. He made the 2010 hit album and incarcerated. And we would love if you gave him a pardon. And why'd you charge him double? Well, he's black. Well, that's that's and that's how you know, that's what these guys are, like, 100% like, it's a rapper. He's got stacks back there. And they're like, you double it up. They said you, you mentioned your mother's Jewish. No, no, she's not. Okay. Well, yeah, yeah, for, for double the fee, it's your lucky day. But like, also how much hubris do you have to have? To be those two guys and genuinely agree to do this interview? Well, it kind of comes back to the whole reading, the room thing. Like I just, I just think they're like, listen, who gives a fuck? People are going to, they're going to say what they got to say. I got a, I got that tea time tomorrow. That's all I care about, all right. So I'm going to do 60 minutes on the way. Yeah, fuck it. Fuck it. So fuck these, fuck these disgusting scum that should be washing my car. They should be cleaning my fucking shoes, these pieces of shit. Oh, hi, nice to meet you, names, whatever, that's, that's how it is. That's it. And just the way they talk too, like, I, I don't know anyone, like personally, as a friend in any capacity who talks that way. That's not a real person talk. Yeah. That's just straight bullshit. It is, it is a corporate, lawyerist fucking case street, whatever that, what, I don't know what that accent is. I'm unfamiliar with that. It's just reptile talk. Yeah, reptile talk. Without, you know, I'm joking, but like, that's just reptile talk. They could be reptiles. Yeah. You never know. You never know. Probably not. Yeah. Maybe that's like what they think the accent. You know, advocacy is so much training, so much years of experience. That's right. So much, it's just like hearing them talk like that, it's just like, hey, go fuck yourself guys. Yes. Yes, I, I could not agree more. But what's really nice is that at least the administration is getting richer. So, you know, Howard Lutniks, can we Google that as well, Joey DeFarka? Sure. I'll get to our boy, Jared Kushner in a second. Howard Lutnik's net worth has increased a lot in Trump term two. I just want to get the specific amount right so that I don't give any stolen or false valor. Where the hordes? So Howard Lutnik in his family's net worth has more than doubled to approximately $7.3 billion since he joined President Donald Trump's cabinet as commerce secretary. So, Joey DeFarka, since January 2025, it is now October. 2027 or 2026 effectively, okay? I'm trying to skip a year right there, oh my God, we're getting far. But that would mean that we are in less than two years. You have watched a guy make over $3.7 billion in that time span. He made 100% returns on his net worth. Nice. I want to know who his broker is. I would, in fact, if you are Howard Lutnik's broker, Joey DeF definitely would like to hire you. And I'm going to consider it for sure because, again, that's
That's what you do. When you take the Commerce Secretary role, you're doing commerce, which means you're doing biz, and you get to decide who wins. And then you also make sure you get to do the investments inside or trading along the way. Well, it's like playing the banker when you're playing monopoly, like, I'm going to make sure everyone's on their pees and queues, but I might slip a couple 20s, 100%, 50s out of the pile, as I'm dealing and taking care of all the, you know, my constituents. I'm going to take my taste. That's it. That's a little big to the top, just a little taste on the backend, which is, this is hilarious because again, that's why they're not reading the room. That's why none of these people are reading the fucking room. And this is the part I do think about a lot because it's not just the administration. Like we started the conversation from the last episode, just talking about like people in general, you know, in elite circles of billions of dollars to Kylie Jenner, whoever it may be, all these people going out of their way to show you their opulence and what they do and show you their corruption and the marriage between the corporate elite and the political elite and then, you know, the entertainment elite in some cases as well. It's like the obviousness of it is at an all time high with this presidential administration, but all these guys are doing this. And I keep hearing from some people about people getting second passports. You know, that's what we were talking about at the end of last episode with Jared Kushner. And people, you know, buy an island. We've talked about that with Jared Kushner, specifically, and some other people and some people who maybe know some things openly hoarding assets and hitting the red button on trying to increase their investments and squeeze out. That's what it feels like to me, Joy-Deeve, like they're squeezing out whatever last bit they can from the, you know, the toothpaste to get it on the toothbrush before something happens. And of course, and I don't love thinking like this, but when I see a pattern like this so blatantly happening over what's been a fairly long period of time right now over the past couple years, especially, you know, tool passports buying land, sucking up money from everyone inside or trading just out in the open across the board, across political parties, across donor parties and all that. I do ask myself, what do they know? What do they know that you and I don't? Because I'd love to, I'd love to find out. And my head does go back to my conversation with Doug Rushkov a little bit. I can't help that. Yeah. I think assignment to the other day now, kind of with just like the transition of the financial and industrial complex. Like it's not, it's not, it might not be that these people are like, oh yeah, America's about to disappear and never exist and fail, yada yada. It's more so like, hey, hey, this ain't going to be the center of the universe anymore. And we're just going to slowly start hedging our bets, making sure we're all ready to go because I don't know if it was him or another guest we had recently, but just, you know, we're not around these people either. Like the way like a king used to have to like walk through the town square and could get fucking tomatoes thrown at him. Like it's just so much harder like the disconnect between, you know, the people and the, you know, the ones we serve or what have you. 100%. But like, you know, none of these people, back in the day, they'd just get fucking ran through the streets and guillotined. Yeah. That's why they don't read the room now because it's like they're just so far removed. They don't have to worry. They're so far removed and people are controlled enough that they feel confident and comfortable to be able to do it with impunity. Yeah. We're talking about Kimberly Guilful. Well, even like the AI videos of like this Xi Jinping dinner, like, and again, they could be bots. But like, I just saw it, like, there's just so many replies that are like the opposite of us, they're like, fuck, yeah, like this fucking admin, like, like, like, it's just if you are, if these are real people, a lot of them aren't like, yeah, I pray to God, they're not because a lot of them are not straight to the glue factory. I'm sorry. Yeah. It's, it's like, there's no, if you are sitting at home in your shitty house, they, you're under water and you're like a jet and you're looking at that going, this is fucking awesome. You're acting like you get to be there with them when they would escort you off the premises. So fucking, you would be 10 miles from the premises. You'd be escorted off like yesterday's trash. Literally. If you tried to do that, like, I mean, God help you if you're actually that person. But yeah, the, the bot activity across the spectrum, especially on X is absurd. And you remember the numbers when, remember when Elon was buying and he was trying to back out because the, he was thought that the numbers shared on bots were actually way worse than what they told him. And it was already bad. I don't remember what they were, but it was like an insane, insane number. Yeah. I don't know. I mean, I just think that if anyone thinks this is cool, you're a huge fucking dumbass and that's. That's the nice way to put it. I love you. I agree. I do wonder what they're doing with this money, though. Like rich people do some interesting things as we well know with money. Like the whole like put money through fine art and some of that stuff, like they find ways to make the most money and then use loopholes because they got a lot of resources to be able to figure it out, that limit their taxes and increase their gains. The tail is always tonn. But I'd love to know with all this hoarding going on, when you see $600 million here, $2 billion there or whatever, where that's going. Are they going to Gaza? No, I'm dead ass. I'm like, that is not even a joke. Like this is the type of shit that like they're going to go and start building resorts in Gaza and you'll see the fucking Kushner is going back, a huge development project. Yeah. Of shopping. Yeah. And luxury hotels. Let's take it a second, layer, though, too. I want to know how much of it and in the immediate term, they are moving completely out of something that has to do or is based upon US dollars. Yeah. That's what I want to know, because that would give you a big answer as to what they think. But like Doug Rushkov was talking about, you know, these billionaires talking about the event. Yeah, the event. So for people who didn't see that episode, I think that was number 450, and who didn't hear me talk about it afterwards, just as a refresher, Doug, is a long time tech futurist, but really, really funny guy too, very eccentric, very, very smart. And he was, his kind of claim to fame was when he was young in the early 90s, he basically predicted the idea of what the internet would become specifically like internet 2.0 and stuff like that. So, you know, that got him a lot of notoriety in a good way like in that space is being someone you talk to about these things to try to evaluate the trends. And to his credit for about six, seven years now, he's been coming public about this meeting that he had in 2017 out West, he was paid to do a speaking engagement. And so he goes out there and to his surprise when he walked into the room where he was going to be doing it, it was not a full crowd of people, but it was five billionaires. And he recognized some of them. But they weren't these are not, I'm not allowed to say who one of them was that I did guess who it was off camera, but these are not like Elon Musk, Sam Altman, stuff like that. These are very more nondiscreet billionaires. And so what these guys nondiscreet billionaires, I'm sorry, what these guys were saying is they all had notebooks out and they were nonchalantly matter of factly referring to this thing called the event. And it was a foregone conclusion. And it was like, yo, is this going to happen, it wasn't like that, it was like, no, this is happening. So we got to prepare. And the event could have been anything like they were saying it could be some sort of disaster with the climate. It could be some sort of AI disaster, it could be some sort of pandemic, whatever. But something's happening, it's going to happen in the next 15, 20 years. And we're building our bunkers because we want to be prepared when the population is totally undercut. And you wonder, like when you see all this open hoarding, Joey, if I knew shit was coming and a lot of people who would criticize me, weren't even going to be around to criticize me. If that happened, I wouldn't give a fuck if they saw it either. Yeah. Right? Yeah. Literally. And that's a real doomer, not nice thing to think about. And I don't think that's happening. But like I can't sit here and completely rule it out when I see all these patterns playing out at the same time. Yeah. I don't know. I just, I do have, I believe, believe that these people just don't really care. And that's why they operate the way they do. They just, they, we've reached a point now of like no return, like of, like, it's like full immunity. And it's not even just Trump admin, it's, it's everyone within this whole machine. Yeah. And the patterns that Biden did on the way out, totally, out the door for all his people as well, which set a dangerous president. I said it when they were going after Trump for political law fair, even during his first administration, that was, that was a hard red line.
For me because and I want to be careful how I say this. I don't in a perfect world, especially no one should be above the law or whatever But I could see that some of the things in that case that they were going after Trump on were bullshit right now You could go after a million things and no one's going after him, which is interesting But I could see that it was political law fair and the minute that that happens you set precedent Which then makes the other side then say when the shoes on our foot we're gonna do this step in and so then you know They went after Trump during in between the two administrations like crazy, which I think really helped put him in office like that's it Yeah, that's what I wonder if it was just Cooking game. Go ahead by design could be I mean where we Stories are the that is the backbone of our fucking country and our in our world And they made they made a great story out of the whole thing and he was kicked to the ground Got the mug shot got the mug shot got shot at got shot at an assassination attempt that I even thought about once in the past like three months, you know like Yeah, it's the perfect story the perfect come back you get all these people who treat them like it's their first uncle or their own father And it's just it's perfect. It is they the perfect design To just roll in this fucking Tom foolery that goes unchecked and unscathed I think it's very reasonable posit you got right there. Yeah for sure. I think it more and more could be either way publicly like at what you look at it sets precedent Yeah, so now you see it going, you know pendulum swinging Yeah, and they're gonna keep doing that every time Which means they're also going to accept the fact that part of business Is that you know you take carry your own soldiers on the way out the door. Yeah, you pardon people and stuff Which then makes the bar for wanting to fuck things up on the way there a lot lower Because you're like well, we could just clean it up later. I'll get a pardon Yeah, I just get about I just sounds part of my whole family and shit Yeah, you know what I mean like that's you know now you got a hundred buying doing like podcast tours everywhere. Yeah You know if you don't think that's gonna be the same thing with this one With with the trumpet man, I mean I got a fucking bridge to sell you. Yeah, that'll be fun. Yeah, it's just when I when I see them all like I agree with you deep that they they've passed the point of not giving a fuck I just want to know why I Don't I would love the simple answer to be it's just all hubris which maybe it is Maybe that is the simple answer and they just are genuinely demons who don't care Yeah, very possible and that seems to be where you're at Joey Dief I wonder if like the back 5 10% play though Is actually you know probability is actually there's this some shit going on yeah, and we're gonna find out about it later when it's too late I think the answers in the middle of that Maybe I think it's like they don't give a shit, but they also know they're like oh Havana That's gonna be you know like that's right not Havana. Yeah, what what's happened? It would have been I haven't heard about that I know I saw that we're gonna be making some moves on Cuba though the other day We but they've been saying that now for like a year. I'm not saying it's not gonna happen don't put anything past these Yeah, I mean it Nick Shirley hit boots on the ground and he got everyone ready to roll But now they haven't been doing nothing about it. That's right. So But Cuba and US will make a deal that's per Trump's That's what he's saying. Yeah, that's ruders yesterday too. Oh, so he's he's looking for a dealio rather than a invasion Yeah, but we were we were doing rolling blackouts on them for a while with their power grid and stuff I mean they've been getting it for sure. Yeah, they've We definitely have not let that just sit. Oh Well, Jared Kushner's getting a lot richer too, which Again, he was gonna be leaving political life. I think we said that 40 million times There's want to remind people once again. He was going to be leaving Political life at the end of Trump administration one yet. Here we are failed negotiator and Leases getting wealthy along the way Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner was increased his net worth by over 220% so he has More than tripled his net worth the biggest percentage increase among Forbes top 100 wealth top 400 wealthiest Americans His value has increased to 16.7 billion dollars since 2025 We need 300 for a movie Joey like that is just such horse shit. It's crazy He's on the top 400 list dude. What a legend I can't think of Matt of of anything that he's done in business That has added significant value anywhere So his real estate investments like the famous one was at 555 Park Avenue in New York was underwater is a disaster And he's done a couple things in Jersey City, but I'm sorry you're not getting worth 16.7 billion in Jersey City like what his what What is he built what is he done That represents any value To people let alone a value of 16.7 billion dollars in his pocket Yeah, I feel that way of a bunch of these people I agree. I'm like I don't even know what you do I think I think it point being I think he's just completely failed upward Which means the game is rigged for him which is not news to any of us obviously But kind of interesting. It's also nice though that in the middle of the war our secretary of war is a great investor as well You see that yeah even Pete yeah, yeah hit that article real fast Oh Pete. This is from swamp watch. They pointed this out from CMBC Pete Hague says broker attempted to make defense investments before a Ron war according to Financial time I know this Hague says broker at banking giant Morgan Stanley contacted black rock Jesus Christ In February about making a multi-million dollar investment in the iShares defense industrials active ETF He's like by all of them we're going to war The investment discussed by Hague says broker ultimately did not go ahead. That's nice. He pulled out He pulled out he So he went into the stall with the hooker He had not He had not paid her yet and then before his pants were all the way down He said, you know what I thought better of this. I'm a moral man bed of god. I'm a man of god That's right the Pentagon chief spokesman Sean Parnell dismissed the report on x calling it entirely false and fabricated Let well, let's get the details of the report and well you can decide for yourself a broker for US defense secretary P Hague says sought to make a large investment in major defense companies and lead up to the Ron war according to the financial times Pentagon has dismissed a report Financial times reported Tuesday the Hague says broker at banking giant Morgan Stanley contacted black rock in February About making a multi-million dollar investment in iShares defense industrials active ETF The ETF which has about 3.1 billion dollars in assets counts companies such as RTX formerly known as Raytheon Lockheed Martin and Northehr Grumman amongst its largest holdings black rock data showed The defense industrials active ETF has lost 12.4% over the past month around the time the war in Iran started According to LSEG data the financial times also said the investment discussed by Hague says broker Ultimately did not go ahead because the fund was not yet available for Morgan Stanley. Oh, so it just wasn't available Yeah, they're like hit us up when it is and we'll do some extra new attacks Is unclear whether the broker found another defense related investment do we have like when they do the publicly available financials on these guys you get their holdings from the past year do we get the For like the secretary of war the timing of his trades Like is there going to be a time where we can look at that? Obviously this one he didn't pull the trigger on But we'll be able to see specifically like oh he pulled his broker pulled the trigger on xy and z on February 25th or on march 24th I'd love to know that for the cabinet role like that because people should Be digging through that like crazy I want to be looking for it Have we got that Kim go for a story coming in a minute. She's a real gem. You get like summary details. It says I don't know like how Think what what is that actually me? Yes, you can view summary details of Pete Hague says financial transactions and holding through his public government ethics disclosures According to cmbc his 2225 annual financial disclosure released in september 2026 reports at least 3.1 million and combined cash retirement investments and bitcoin for him and his wife Government ethics filings report assets and trades and y-dollar ranges rather than exact amounts. There you go So you get arranged the filing shows a single bank account holding more than one million and bitcoin holdings valued between 16,000 and 65,000 according to courts the disclosure documents are next An extensive portfolio reshuffle in early 2025 Stock sales and then hegsf unloaded shares of defense contractors like Lackie Martin in north or grumman alongside tech stocks like apple and amazon These individual stock sales were filed by purchases of broad exchange. Oh, okay. I see what he did there He was unloading the individual companies to say like hang guy They got personal relationship with many of these but I'll buy the ETF that just has all We'll head draw bets a little bit Yeah, that's then that is that is pretty perfect. But listen, I mean he's prepping for the holy war It's what he's doing
You know and and and this is This is exactly what you want your secretary of work doing you want him making sure you get social media contact content Him with a bunch of recruits or I guess in this case people who are already in the military Given a speech in the bleachers like it's fucking Rudy About the holy war. Let's let's run it from secretary of war pizza This is actually our first stop in what down you see up on the screen right there Which we're calling send me to or send me to know your book of Isaiah book of Isaiah chapter six first eight assuming they're all Send me and if you think about it across the 250 years of our country There have been men women who raised their right hand and they said send me Send me to go fight the red coats send me to go fight the communist send me to go fight the Islamists and You are saying send me to go fight whatever threats threaten our nation for the next 250 years, okay? Let's talk There is something so Gross about injecting religion on a bunch of trainees some of which probably don't subscribe to at least that religion There's something so absurd about doing that and then specifically about making sure you get the camera angles and cuts To be able to put it on social media and brag about it while we're in the middle of a very unnecessary war that's breaking every campaign promise that they have You know, I just Again, like this is a different kind of like in your face Joey Dief. It's a different. It's it's it's a different chapter in verse I'm intended of like let them eat cake Yeah, I mean that makes me want to throw up. Yeah He's such a bum too. He is Like they hired the Fox News guy to run the military and we wonder why we have some issues. That's kind of interesting Yeah, I mean they just need they just need some better optics on like some better cultural Gets you know the youngsters aren't rocking with that if you think you're gonna get the youngsters with a fucking milk dud like that You played yourself Well played yourself. Yeah, yeah, I think that's well said But there there was a story that dropped this week about Kimberly Gellfoil from the Wall Street Journal And it's it's very extensive so before we yeah, perfectief So before we get to the story I'm gonna give you a roundup of like one of the many details that was in here But Kimberly Gellfoil if you don't remember was Donald Trump Jr.'s fiance and prior to that she was on the five At Fox News and prior to that she was married believe it or not to California governor Gavin Newsom before he was governor and At least publicly she has opposite politics of him. That was always kind of interesting me But you know, she started getting romantically involved with Donald Trump Jr. during the first Trump administration and they were engaged and 2024 they were still engaged. She was speaking at the Republican National Convention when Trump was running again and then very quietly their engagement was called off and she was She was given what what any good was gonna be father-in-law would give the scoring lover of his son She was given the ambassador to Greek ship. Oh, right. Yeah, I mean, that's what you do. I'm sorry my son He ain't got no use for you no more, but you know what does Greece they got used for you. We need you here kid get in the game You're gonna you're gonna go out to Santorini You're gonna find some fucking sexy young Greek guy to sweat all over you Yeah, and you're gonna forget about my son in five minutes more on that second. It sounds like she has but yeah Here we yeah, we're gonna get to that but you know, it what it didn't do is It did not What's the word I'm looking for if it's a morning recording? It's a little slower but didn't light in the blow. I mean what no, no, no, it did not Unstrengthen her resolve to represent the long dick of the law and by long dick of the law I mean represent the Trump family around the world in ways that you know are kind of interesting so From this report the US ambassador degrees Kimberley Gilfoil and this is Roman Tremetta on Twitter given you the run down here The US ambassador degrees Kimberly Gilfoil close Trump out and former fiancee Donald Trump Jr Admitted that the United States helped bring down governments that stood in its way This is the first time hearing about this Joey. I didn't know we did I didn't know that either It was completely unaware. We would never do this is very anti-american over a clean cut again I appreciate her saying these things out loud because you know It's just revealing the things in the shadows. We already knew we're true Anyway, during a private dinner in Athens, which apparently wasn't that private while discussing the collapse of Romania's government Gilfoil said quote We can do this to any country we want we can do it here, too Better watch your fucking frappe there stavros. Yeah, the Greek energy minister pushback saying the United States cannot simply replace a government Elected by the people like fuck we can't Gilfoil insisted that they have already done this in Romania on March 31st And by the way, I believe the Wall Street Journal got a video of this actual meeting later like you can see it happening on March 31st Gilfoil met privately in Bucharest with senior Romanian social democratic officials the discussion included the vertical gas corridor and Energy cooperation. So we always always about the natural resources, Joey, baby, energy weeks later the social Democrats Join the pro-Russian a you are party and in no confidence vote that brought down prime minister Ili Bologian's government Bologian had resisted a proposed arrangement involving expensive US gas resources if you don't pay you don't play weeks later Or so according to Gilfoil Trump administration engineered the collapse of Romania's government in a clear extortionist attempt and to do so They have collaborated with a far left party the communist as mega calls them Yeah, so you know, whatever useful idiot they can find to get their means across because again It's coming back to the economic agenda. Maybe they're freaking out So because by the way, this is March 31st So it's after the Ron War breaks out. They're freaking out so much about gas prices and the damage they're gonna be doing while they were still telling the people The war is gonna be over in four weeks back then. I remind you right March 31st was like I think that was the day before Trump gave his speech Where he's like I want to give you an update No way about it. We're doing and we're like wow. Okay. This is definitely not that we didn't already think that's like two weeks to fly in the curve type 100% so they were already planning ahead because they're focused on energy alternatives and ways that they can help Cushing the blow of their poor foreign policy decisions But it's it's the way did this bitch is running around saying that That I'm under no illusion that American officials forever have talked like this to foreign countries saying listen here, buddy You think in the five families you're not even you're not even a fucking soldier at the bottom of a shitty regime in Tampa Right like I have no doubt that they have talked like this forever But the lack of discretion she's using to do it and the symbolism of her also being the former Fox news lady Who was fucking the president's son and is now running around gallivan thing across Greece and apparently working on Eastern European energy deals again With this time number 12 today Joey Dief poor optics. Yeah, poor optics. Yeah, she's also like You know no offense to you miss, but you're a nobody all right You're a nobody you can't be going to the dinners and talking like this unless like you're the fucking like Like you're a nobody in this grand scheme. Yeah, and you're out there talking like this at the dinners You got fucking nerve to it so I wouldn't you wouldn't be in my family. I'll tell you that. That's right That's right. She'd she'd be mori. She's like she's like no. She's like the dude. Why I forgot the character's name Who's buying a bunch of shit? He buy it gets his wife the code and good fellows and he's just that's right That's the type of shit she would be doing. I told you do take it back take it back take it back Take it back. Yeah, a lot of work done. Joey Dief. Yeah, well, I mean like both dox is her friend for sure. Yeah, well, I don't know if it's her friend But it's definitely a little parasite. They definitely collaborate. They definitely collaborate for good or bad Yeah, you'd be the judge. Look at that bar next to that though We can do this to any country we want we can do it here too. Thanks for letting us know. I appreciate it But Joey Dief, I did say that it appears to maybe young Kimberly has found her squeeze You see this from the W.S. Shay we're gonna read Very very well written and entertaining Yeah, so the mystery man shadowing Kimberly gill foil as she pushes deals Across Europe Christos Marafazos Works as an energy lobbyist while also closely advising the U.S. Ambassador degrees What are the chances that Joey Dief an energy advisor
Viser in Greece she's spending a lot of time with while she's over there and she's meeting with the Romanians about colluding against their current government. She's meeting with the leftists for the leftists About colluding against their current government about what? Over what energy all right, let's go now. So this is from Rebecca Bauhaus Dana Mattyoli Joe Parkinson and Drew Hinshaw Over at the WSJ Kimberly Gilfoil was a long way from Mar-a-Lago US ambassador to Greece Donald Trump Jr's former fiance was shuttling back and forth to Bulgaria's capital on a mission this spring The Trump administration wanted allies on Europe's eastern edge to buy billions of dollars of American natural gas If they're going to buy natural gas, Joey Difa won't buy an American buy ours There was just one thing the Bulgarian government she told people should deal with a Greek construction firm called Actoric group a newcomer to the gas business that had teamed up with the Greek state-backed energy company to bring in liquefied natural gas from the US there's no doubt that this is kind of an official-posit kind There is no doubt that this is kind of an official position of the US government set a person familiar with the talks Sitting beside the 57-year-old ambassador in an audience with the Bulgarian president was a 39-year-old named Christos Marafazos He has attended so many of her meetings that some foreign officials mistook him first for her chief of staff In fact, he has a top lobbyist for actor. What are the chances of that Joey Difa? She's pushing this company. Yeah, while the dude next to her who she's probably fucking pure spec I don't know. I haven't seen any tape yet. I'd make the bet, but I'd make the bet, right? And he just so happens to be lobbying for that energy company while they're trying to make these energy deals Yeah, it's just just classic business classic. So he's a top lobbyist for actor who CEO had flown Gillfoil to the country on a private jet. Why is it always the private jet? It's always somehow these people are getting something over the other people by flying them in a private jet Mm-hmm It's like um, it's like international waters, you know, that's right the complex. There's there's always the complication Joey Difa has never flown me in his private jet. I just won't put that on the record. No, I haven't. He has not Not yet. I wouldn't accept it. Yeah, if I got it. Yeah, you wouldn't. I know. I know you actually know me well. Yeah I don't mind waiting in those lines. Yeah, you'll wait any You'll wait all right A one-time prosecutor who morphed into a mega icon Gillfoil is parlaying her ambassador ship to Greece into one of the Trump administration's most important diplomatic roles The former Fox News Coast has crisp crossed the Balkans to help Europe wean itself from Russian energy via vertical grass gas corridor meant to receive US LNG in Greece and pipe it towards Ukraine And piping it all right But she had puzzled government officials across the region with her persistent promotion of a specific Greek company and her extensive efforts to involve Marafazos a neophyte in both diplomacy and energy listen you got to learn somehow You got everyone's got to start somewhere so he's starting on energy deals in the middle of the war With Russian Ukraine his prior experience includes co-founding a Washington DC area produce distributor That's on brand and working in businesses ranging from real estate consulting to creating the ultimate immersive experience of the Acropolis in iMacs 3D so The iMacs Acropolis guy who's fucking carrying your produce through the streets at dc to get his green card is now Being right next to the ambassador to Greece with a bunch of other countries which I haven't asked this question yet But I don't know how normal this is for like the ambassador to Greece To be dealing with a bunch of other European nations in like a diplomatic role like that Maybe that's very normal. He's trying to put it on but like This who she put on right here the iMacs Acropolis guy These days the Maryland raised Marafazos has frequently seen a gilfoil side Acting as her unofficial gatekeeper and joining her for meetings at her Ambassadorial residence and with government officials in countries around the region A highly unusual move for a private citizen several people who have met with mr. Marafazos and the ambassador Including government officials said he made no mention of his ties to act or yeah, we don't talk about that Okay, you won't bring up act or we do that outside no phones all right At a conference earlier this month in Thessalonica, Greece where officials from nine countries gathered to discuss their products Progress on the vertical corridor a Wall Street Journal reporter waiting outside Watched Marafazos and gilfoil arrive in the back of a black BMW at the head of the US Comfort Marafazos entered the city's met hotel through a separate entrance away from photographers But you got to enjoy deep on the discrete you go through the back door so you can go upstairs and fuck right yep Yeah, so it's i mean i'm just saying pure spec. It's kind of what it looks like but again They're not hiding these kinds of things and not even taking the precautions of checking to see if there's people video in on camera Outside the restaurant while they're doing this stuff. They're doing it in the open They're doing it out in the open and there's a part of you that has to appreciate that And all the while you know you you have You've had Trump like kicking out the news networks and then to the credit of all the other news networks as well like including Fox news When that happened after he banned CNN and a few other places They all took out their reporters as well and said no, no, no, this is not gonna fly because again It's that's That's dictatorial regime types up even Biden even fucking Biden Made sure Peter Ducey from Fox news was getting questions every time he was in there even Trump won Back it back in in the first administration Where he'd rip into a cost all the time but like he'd go back and forth with Jim Acosta from CNN and now he's just like You know what get him out get him out. You can't have that it's so bad It's so bad the Hillary Clinton has weighed in on this you see this Joey Dave no Hillary Clinton was appalled by this It's it's in that that link Down below the the paragraph that she was appalled The Donald Trump would ever do this to the free press if we can go down for one second Kicking out the free press is what fragile authoritarians do not an American president I agree with you Hillary Clinton. Here's the problem. Can we go back to have first tweet? You had Joey Dave This This is from when Clinton was in charge of the state department, you know working in the White House Clinton the State Department was getting pressure from President Obama and his White House intercircle as well as heads of state internationally to try and cut off Julian Assange's delivery of the cables and if that effort failed then to forge a strategy to minimize the administration's public embarrassment over the contents of the cables obviously referring to WikiLeaks Hence Clinton's early morning November meeting of state's top brass Who flooded who floated various proposals to stop slow or spin the WikiLeaks contamination That is when a frustrated Clinton sources said at some point blurted out a controversial query Can't we just throw this It could all be so small more all the story everyone birds at the same feather they all do the same things they all you know Again trumps just being very blatant about it saying yeah, we're literally gonna kick him out of the White House press pool, but This is this is what they do What's join Assange is is out of jail now, which is nice. She sees. He's having a kid - yep. He posted about that. Do we have that? Yeah Congratulations to join Assange and his girl this new life is thanks to everyone who fought for my freedom. That's from Julian on Twitter what a wild odyssey that guy went through Being holed up in the Ecuadorian embassy for years, you know, you basically walking down a few hallways and that's it And then he gets arrested and they throw him in a hell hole for more years And now is he still like is he free? Where is he right now I have no idea he's free, but he can't I don't think I still think he can't come to the US not that he's from here, but I'm pretty sure he couldn't just come here because there's like some pending charges which again is wild He's an australia. Yeah, he's an australia It's wild that any Member of the press would have like pending charges in America for doing their job For reporting on things being a member of the press also includes leaking Materials that you're given now if those sources like technically broke a law or whatever that's a different story That's on the sources. That's not on the journalist To do that the the journalists is doing their job and by the way sometimes those sources I think you're doing very much the right thing. Yeah, look at how we're snowing and stuff like that We've talked about that a million times, but like you can talk about someone breaking the law Then you can look at all the laws that were being broken and not adhered to and ask yourself which was worse And I would argue what was being broken by the administration trampling upon people's constitutional rights was way worse But you know the guy join a sunch Still technically I guess Couldn't come here enjoy the pulled this up. It's it it is an interesting thought because it it
actually is almost this simple just from like a how could America have somewhat one with Trump? So meaning half the country didn't vote for him, half the country voted for him, right? How could America have been in a position that even if half the country didn't vote for him and didn't like him and couldn't wait from the leave? They could at least look up and say not everything is the worst thing ever. So this is from being at being libertarian. In an alternate timeline, Trump takes a licing, a liking to Thomas Massey lobbies for him to replace Mike Johnson as speaker of the house. The Epstein criminals are in jail. BB is fending for himself. Doge is codified. The Department of Education doesn't exist. Farmers are happy and the GOP wins in 2026. Interesting list, certainly some things on there that people could across the spectrum get behind. Maybe a couple things other people wouldn't as much, but like pretty good stuff. And these would be rooting out corruption. It would be holding to account justice, powerful people who have done the worst types of things with Epstein and people around him. It would be taking care of, by the way, the farmers that like Donald Trump relied on to help win the fucking election for him. You know, who have been completely forgotten about in Washington DC forever or the backbone, not just literally of our economy. They're the backbone of the food getting on our fucking table. And we wouldn't be entangled in foreign wars that were promises that he had made. That was the big thing. He's like, you get Kamala, you get Iran. And you get Trump, you get Iran. Yeah. So it sounds like we were losing either what? You saw right through this thief. Yeah, because I'm like the Epstein criminals are in jail. Then what the hell is he doing in the picture? What's he doing in the picture? Now, there's been a lot going on in AI that we got to talk about. And we'll be doing that over the next few episodes I imagine. So when I say that, maybe that means like three of the next six, it may not be directly in order. I gotta watch myself with that. But Edward Snowden, who we were talking about, I don't think this was on Camardiff, but you and I were talking a month or two ago about how little we get to hear from him publicly now. You know, as opposed to like in 2019, 2021, you were hearing from him a lot. And you haven't heard from him as much. But he's been coming out seemingly of late and spitting some bars. So under that anthropic section, you see that first link. Yeah. So this is Edward Snowden calling for the arrest and imprisonment of Sam Altman. You may recall, so this is at Health Ranger writing this. So he's referring to himself. You may recall I called for the arrest of Dario Amade from Anthropic last week on Alex Jones' show. They both are admitting to conducting criminal cyber attacks, even bragging about it. Why are they walking free? So let's run this from Edward Snowden and see what he said here pretty blatantly about Sam Altman. Who owns the liability there? And of course, naturally, they would say the government owns the liability because you're never going to successfully sue the governor for this. They should eat it. But maybe that doesn't work anymore because maybe they are an ancient governor. I don't know where we're ever going to see standard to sue on this, but we should. And people in this room, I think, are frankly going to be called on in the course of their careers and the course of their studies and the course of whatever you do to contend with these kind of issues. Where are we going to draw a line? Because an algorithm cannot make mistakes in the way that we understand it as, you know, you make it. Because the errors in its outputs are not the computers. It's the slave to its instructions. The responsibility lies with this developer, its program, its creator, its architect, which is to say responsibility lies with a person. And we cannot find that. We cannot abrade that away, right? A gunmaker is not liable. It's true for the misuse of the gun. But if during the testing of their latest piece of artillery, they're mistakenly obliterate, you know, on nearby village. It's not the kingdom that you go to jail. And, you know, just because you put out a press release, describing how surprised you were that your new model, you know, hacked the neighbor or the, you know, how impressed you are by the destructive power of your mobile moving phone. And that doesn't release you from the liability of launch. It doesn't light itself. You, Steve. And so there's a lot we can get into. But the idea that I want people to content with is, is how we deal with this. And right now, these closed models are saying AI safety, AI safety, safetyisms, they call it, where the idea is these things are so dangerous. Oh gosh, they're so dangerous. But they're so dazzling. They're so important. They're so valuable. We can't get rid of them. But, you know, it's going to kill some people, but it's all right. You know, that just happens. Oh, it's going to hack some companies. Oops, you know, whatever. We'll invest in them. The idea here is who operates this? And this should apply to our devices more broadly around the world. Right now, you buy a cell phone from Apple. And before you're allowed to use it, you have to click OK to continue. And they go, well, you're assuming liability for that. You clicked OK to continue. 700 pages of stuff. So you're an Android phone, Samsung, so you're an Android phone. You click OK to continue. And now that's all you, but that can't be possibly how it works because you can't inspect the system. You can't understand how it's used in particular in the context of LLM's, where you're submitting queries to a model that they are running, where they are for your safety. And the real society intercepting the prompt and recomposing the prompt saying, we're doing applying safety rules and transformations to it. That's on you. But it's not. I can't even see what you did. I asked you a question. You gave me something back in return. And if it's an agentic AI where I'm putting this thing in a harness, right? The harness being just a little program that basically uses these large models to feed it instructions that it can then provide to tools that are existing on your local system. So now your computer that is connected to the internet is being frankly remotely controlled by a model that's far away that you don't understand how it works. But you know, you hope it works pretty well. And frankly, they do work reasonably well. But every now and then it might have, you know, some random company or whatever out there. Cost of doing business. I think we need to put Sam Altman in jail. There it is. And I think it'll be an instructive experience. There it is. All right, that's good right there. You got to pause to that. It is, there's an argument there because on the one hand, you have a new industry that hasn't been regulated. And now like there's these performative like, please regulate us and whatever. But, you know, you know, that's backroom dealing and everything. On the other hand, you look at every industry that's come into being over time to like change stuff. Look at one that now to us is really simple, like the car industry. Right? That came in replace horses, holy shit. Then, you know, people were getting crashes and dying and stuff. And they're like, you got to do fucking seatbelts. It's inconvenient. Yeah. But like, that's what you got to do because we, you know, we got a percentage of people dying. It's way higher than it used to be. And that's pro. Why should it be different with what's being described as the most powerful technological tool humanities ever built? Why is there not oversight on that stuff? I'm not saying like, yo, go get the big bad government to come in and decide like how to innovate and stuff. We know that doesn't work. But there's nothing wrong with having like regulations that are laid out to make sure that the fucking rabbit doesn't get out of a hat. It like just, just that simple because you're, you are dealing with something that does pose a danger of the people where it's known says there about like the guns and the testing is an amazing point. He's like, if a gun kills someone the gun doesn't go to jail. But if you were running tests on that gun and you realized during the testing that like, Oh, it's fucking spraying 47 bullets instead of two, which is what we're saying it's going to be doing. And then someone goes out and sprays 47 bullets instead of two. Yeah, you the creator of that who didn't let that fucking test come public or just kept going and producing the weapon after that. Yeah, now you're liable. Now you go to prison and we've said it before, but Sam Altman running around and let you know casually joking about, yeah, you know, A.I. is going to probably going to kill us all, but we're going to do some really cool stuff. Like, he said that on Mogadot's incoming documentary, like I believe that's like a direct quote. Like, this is the guy in charge of all this shit. This is the guy you want to trust. That's how lazy he is thinking about this. That's a sociopath. That's someone who has no ability to think about the consequences of his action. Put him in jail. Put him under the jail. Put him under. Now, Mary and off all did a nice little, I guess like review of what specifically like we're referring to here, and I'm going to have more thoughts on this in a second, but I just want to give people a lay of the land as well.
is pretty good. So AI safety problems far bigger than anyone admitted, open AI and anthropic are investigating tens of thousands of incidents, remember that in a second. Sources told Axios the cases include models bypassing guard rails, escaping sandboxes, hijacking websites and trying to slip past their own monitors, in testing and out in the real world with many still not public and the count likely to climb, like meaning these events are not yet public. AI has paused training its most capable models and Sam Altman called the hugging face breach the worst yet were hundreds of agents coordinated on a message board and hacked an outside company to score better on a cyber test. Anthropics newest system card shows Opus 5.5 tried to escape at sandbox in 1.5% of runs. So more than one in a hundred runs, they're doing millions of these, bro. And test built so the task couldn't be finished any other way, and across hundreds of thousands of runs, small percentages add up fast. Transluse Research Conrad Stowe said, "What we have seen in terms of what these agents are up to is just the tip of the iceberg. The companies building these systems are now the ones begging for rules and Congress went home until November without passing one because also they want to make sure we don't vote on fucking Epstein in that time." So Epstein is finding a new way to focus all in this case and by Epstein doing it, I mean the people covering up for him like our fucking government doing it. This hugging face thing, so I just recorded with Connor Leigh, he's been on a couple other podcasts including my buddy Danny Jones recently, we had a great combo, I think it was like three hours and ten minutes, something like that. That's going to be coming out this episode Saturday, that's going to be coming out this week. And you're going to see that. It breaks down a lot of different things at one point we go through the whole hugging face incident and then all the other things that they're doing that are like related to that and he did an amazing job explaining that so you'll hear that there. But I've been looking at this AI problem in as much of a balanced way as I can because I have to admit to you, I'm very afraid of the capabilities specifically when you have sociopaths running the companies in a race to be able to get this. I am also afraid of what other countries could look like with this, if we legislated it correctly on slowing it down to make sure we're doing this right. But other places who just want to win and don't aren't thinking about the cost would ramp it up and then win and everyone gets fucked as a result. Of course, I'm thinking of China with that. Connor had some interesting arguments against that that I think people should listen to that are valid. He thinks that they're not suicidal over there. He might be right about that. He might be right. It's still a worry in the back of my head though. That's like the one hand. The other hand is it's technology. It's a new innovation. It's a tool. There are things that this can be used for that are good that can help humanity in a way. But like, yeah, I don't think we should fucking have 47 million data centers taken out the entire natural resource or natural beautiful areas of America just to try to have the five tenants take over the place that are all the technocrats that include palatir and they're just going to fucking spy on you and use this against you. Like I think that's a very reasonable take. Yeah, I don't think we should have AIs that we're like trying to race to get sentient. So a few fucking billionaires can try to be immortal and go to another planet somewhere while we all die. Yeah. I think that's a reasonable take, you know, but I can also be excited at what the good could be of the innovation provided. We do it correctly provided. We put the right people in charge and yes, free markets are also going to put people in charge of companies. It's not like the government gets to decide who's in charge at a company that's that's not a good outcome either. But we do have a bad trend of people who seem to have some very poor character traits sitting at the helms of these companies. And like Ronan Farrow did that huge piece, which we really should break down. He should get his flowers on that. That was months ago. That was like, maybe that was a year ago, I don't even remember, but he did his huge piece on Sam Altman and the behind the scenes and the power struggle going on there and exposed that for what it was. And like this guy won't go away. They've tried to kick him out of that company. They've tried to fucking change course. And like he finds his way not only back, but back and even in more power. And he's not the only one you should be worried about. God knows how often we talk about Palantir and places like that, which are integrating AI and what they do. Like it's a poor trend. So this past week, I also put out an episode with Lee Cronin, who has been on my show before, who is a chemist out of the UK brilliant guy. Definitely has a lot of hard opinions and he's very, that's what I like about Lee. He wears it on his sleeve, take it or leave it. It is what it is. He's got a great quote where he's like, I have, I have strong opinions loosely held or something like that where basically the way he explains is like, if someone gives me better evidence, I don't give a fuck how strong I was on an opinion. I'll move off it and that's what it is. And so one of his strong opinions right now is that we are way over blowing the power of AI. And a lot of his argument, I'll let you guys listen to that episode so that he can formulate it perfectly and I don't take them out of context or anything like that. But a lot of his argument has to do with the fact that he believes AI is reliant on our inputs to exist and only learns based on the things that humans have put out into the open so it won't be able to think for itself just on learning off of that, if that makes sense. And it's interesting. As I said to Connor when I recorded it with him and Connor agreed, I hope Lee's right. And I hope Connor who's way more concerned about stuff is wrong. And Connor and I are both on the same page about that. We hope he's right. But like a guy like Connor Lee has worked directly inside these places for a long time. He was there for part of the forefront of the foundation of this stuff. And you know, to his credit is just like, hey, I'm not trying to be a doomer. But I am saying there are real risks we have here. There are real threats I think we face. And I don't think the timeline is crazy long. And I'd like to fucking ring the bell on that to make sure we get out in front of this or do my best to be able to say I did everything I could to get out in front of it. And so my point is, I think you do have to listen to both sides of the argument here. And there's probably a world that exists where the answer somewhere in the middle and that answer would include not having sociopaths in charge of these companies and not shutting down AI because we just shouldn't touch it. Like we've never shut down any technology before. That's what Lou Dites have done and they always lose in history. What that doesn't mean is that the people on the full steam of headwagon can't lose in the future because they finally get their hands on something too powerful. That is the dichotomy here. Now on top of all this, Joey Death, the Pope has weighed in. The friggin' Pope? Did you see this? Yeah. There's a video right there, Pope warning on AI. Let's see what he had to say and then Peter Teal, the antichrist himself responded to it. Maybe we'll get to that. But just Pope Leo, delivering remarks on AI, I believe this was in France like a couple weeks ago, talking about the relationship of AI to humanity itself. Let's hear what he had to say. Among the challenges facing the world's of science and education today, I would drop particular attention to those arising from the vast field of technology. More efforts in this domain must ensure that new technologies remain at the service of the human person rather than becoming yet another instrument of domination and injustice. Over the centuries, many tasks once performed by human beings have been entrusted to machines. These capabilities and applications have continued to expand. More recently, certain artificial systems have even been given the name of our human faculty of thought, intelligence. At the same time, however, our ideas and relationships risk being impoverished by a process of dehumanization. The paradox has become increasingly evident. While intelligence is attributed to computational systems, we struggle to recognize the inalienable dignity of human persons whose lives are judged according to the criterion of efficiency, and when deemed no longer productive, we've rejected and discarded. That's very well said on the end there, especially because the theme I'm taking from the Pope is that a very powerful few are so focused on winning. They're so focused on like this race and saying, "No, we got to get here first. No, we're going to get here first. No, fuck it. We're going to get here first." That along the way, and this is news to absolutely no one, they've completely discarded the humanity of everyone in their way, which happens to be the other eight billion of us that live on this planet. He sees that happening and now has guys like Peter Teal calling him a tool for China because And again, goes back to that scene.
and I can't believe I'm saying this. In Peter Teal's defense, it goes back to the same concern I do have in the back of my mind, but I think calling the Pope a tool for China for calling out the whole world, he didn't say like, yo, U.S., you guys slow down. Hey, gee, nah, what's up, fam? Like you go ahead, he's saying the whole world needs to look at this. And Peter Teal's like, well, he's just helping China. So let's run what Peter Teal said. I do have to say this, I'm always fair here, even when people I don't like. This clip went really viral because it's Peter Teal beginning at the beginning of the clip talks about, he literally says, if you're evil, you're at least competent and if you're evil, you're not bad. And so people are like, oh my God, Peter Teal is calling evil people good. Which again, his choice of words in the way he tries to like artistically look at stuff is not exactly a help to him for sure, but to be clear, the context before was, before the clip starts was, he was talking about stupidity versus evil. And I don't even agree with him on the point, but what he was saying is that stupidity sometimes can get you into a way worse place because they're not even competent, you know. But to me, when you then say, you know, evil is at least competent, you're kind of like buttressing up the fact that, well, you know, it's evil. You know, the fucking bond villains were competent when they still tried to blow up the fucking world. So I disagree with them on the point, but people were, they were going a little farther than what it was when we attack people we don't like and people objectively doing awful things like Peter Teal does every day when he wakes up. We got to make sure we hit them with the things that are actually good verified evidence and not something that can be argued back against with context, but let's run what he said, basically in response to the Pope. And this is the same guy who was giving antichrist lectures right outside the Vatican in Rome. - So, you know, if you're evil, you're at least competent and if you're evil, you're not bad. And therefore, maybe you're actually kind of kind of good because you're at least getting something done in, so I think it's better to be good than evil when we're very clear and then there's also, of course, that it ends up being slowed down in the West and not in China. You know, the Pope recently issued this AI encyclical or I would characterize it as an anti-AI encyclical. And again, this is, you know, maybe it was too harsh but the rhetorical point I think I have on it is that the Communist Party of China is not going to listen to the Pope. There's a chance people in the US will. And so, in effect, the Pope's encyclical was working for the Communist Party. You know, I'm not saying it was an agent to the Communists but he was at least acting as a useful idiot for the CCP. - Okay, that's good. If we win, though, Peter Teal, who's left? You got your bunker in New Zealand, you're fucking, you know, mansion in Argentina, outside the chair of Communistal range, but like, who's left? Like, okay, we beat the Communists at what cost? The other rate billion? You know, I just don't, I don't think they fit. I don't think they think about that stuff. I don't think they care. This guy can't even be bothered to say, give a straight answer about whether or not, you know, humans should exist in the future when he's asked about that. Which is another point, Joe, if you know, we hate doing gotchas, shit, and here and stuff. Like, when we talk with people, they're long-form conversations so we can flesh this out. But why every fucking time, I see one of these like, billionaire titans talking to someone that every time it's someone I don't recognize, I don't know how they're getting these sit downs, other than I guess it being like paid media or something. Why do they, the interviewers always just sit there and completely let them say this stuff and just nod their head and move to the next question. Like, would a little challenge, like a little Leslie Stahl on those fucking pardon brokers, would a little challenge hurt you? Like, these are the people, these are the babies playing with match sticks. And where the fucking clothes below it that are gonna burn. Food for thought. I don't like telling people how to do their job, but like a little bit. Like, maybe don't just sit there and nod your head. He says, "Align like," again, he was clad, I gave him the context of what he was saying before, but then he still closes that line with like, you know, so maybe evil is not bad. To be clear, I think goods better and evil. You may be come in there and say, could you see how people might take that the wrong way and you trying to say that like evil's not the worst thing ever? You know, like, okay, it's not good, but you're at least like excusing its existence. It's not hard. That's all you gotta do. Anyway, that's all I got, Joey Deef. Yeah. Way to play through the pain today. Ah, Pete. That's all right. You fucking kill that. I knew you would come on. All right, everyone go follow Joey Deef on Instagram and X, he's at Tok Malone on X, he's at Joey Deef on Instagram. We gotta pump those numbers up. Bye, bye. Appreciate all you guys. Podcast Summary
Key Points:
The podcast critiques the elite's display of opulence and tone-deafness, especially during high-profile events like the U.S.-China dinner, where wealth and power are shown without regard for economic hardship faced by ordinary people.
Howard Letnick, despite being exposed as a liar in the Epstein files for claiming ignorance of ties to Epstein, is now present at high-level events with global leaders, highlighting a pattern of impunity and political insulation among the elite.
The dinner guest list reveals staggering wealth, with over $1.19 trillion in net worth at one table, including major tech CEOs, bankers, and investors, underscoring the entrenched power of the corporate-political elite.
The administration’s actions—such as pardoning individuals with serious criminal histories while ignoring those who speak out—suggest a system where power is exercised through financial and political favoritism, not justice.
Reports indicate that individuals like Dan Scavino and Kim Gilfoil are using public platforms to promote a narrative of elite control, including claims of influencing foreign governments for energy and political gain.
The pattern of wealth hoarding, asset purchases, and investments during times of economic uncertainty signals a deliberate strategy to preserve value ahead of potential global or economic collapse.
The podcast questions the legitimacy of power structures by pointing to contradictions, such as Trump’s documented increase in executive orders and pardons compared to Biden’s, while simultaneously ignoring dissent.
The existence of “pardon brokers” charging high fees—like $300,000 or $600,000—raises ethical and legal concerns about political corruption, with the implication that such services are normalized and monetized.
Summary:
S. and global political circles, using examples like the China dinner and the actions of figures such as Howard Letnick, Elon Musk, and Kim Gilfoil.
19 trillion, indicating a system where power is consolidated through financial and political leverage.
S. ambassador to Greece—reveal a pattern of covert political manipulation, including claims of engineering foreign government collapses for energy control.
FAQs
Critics argue that the opulence shown by wealthy elites, such as at high-profile dinners, contrasts sharply with economic struggles faced by ordinary Americans. This creates a sense of tone deafness and highlights a lack of empathy, especially when people are unable to pay for basic necessities like gas or housing.
The podcast criticizes Howard Letnick's presence because he was previously exposed as a liar in the Epstein files, claiming he never associated with Epstein despite documented evidence showing otherwise. His attendance at elite events raises concerns about hypocrisy and the lack of accountability among powerful figures.
The podcast states that Jared Kushner's net worth more than tripled during the Trump administration, increasing from a base value to over $16.7 billion. This significant growth is seen as evidence of financial gains linked to political power, despite criticism of his business decisions.
The podcast highlights that pardon brokers charge high fees—such as $300,000 to $600,000—often involving travel and event costs, and claims these practices are unethical and potentially illegal, as they appear to be paid-for advocacy rather than genuine legal service.
The podcast points to examples like pardoning Juan Orlando Hernandez, a former Honduran leader convicted of drug trafficking, and the Binance founder Chiang Peng Zhao, who pleaded guilty to money laundering, suggesting a pattern of using pardons to support political allies or foreign interests.
The podcast notes that Trump signed 285 executive orders compared to Biden’s 106, which is used to highlight a perceived difference in executive action and suggests a narrative of greater governmental activity during Trump’s tenure.
