These guys are such good hockey players for not really playing any high level hockey. It was amazing. Well, I played. I'm not on hockey. But they're skill level is crazy to watch. They're how I mean basically self taught hockey players. I had this coach. That's why I'm just who Mark Lynch. Yeah. Fun fact, Mark starts skating the same day. Riker linched it. I got to tell Super to enjoy the siblings wanting to do whatever you do while it lasts. Yeah. And it comes a time where they decide to do whatever you want to do. They want to do the exact opposite. And then you all are like, dang, I didn't take advantage of them wanting to do what I wanted to do all this time. Hey, on the real, I never plan or book trips, but I'm kind of been planning one if someone wants to go somewhere with me. It's weird. I'm going somewhere where you going. I don't know. Why did you stop sailing? Because they almost got killed. Yeah, actually. I was going down. Actually, it's back. That was actually-- That was pretty much the last time we were on that boat. I think we did one and more after that. But it was like months later. I think that's the best thing. No, remember they almost died. We were going to stay overnight, like three days. And then it was like, we got to turn around. Oh, seriously? Yeah. Oh, maybe it was two nights. I think it was two nights, yeah. Did you guys not check the forecast? I don't know. I was just along for the ride. So I was going right. We're lucky we're learning how to sail if you didn't catch that. And that's almost storm came in. That's how sailing sounds fun. No, it's amazing. And we could pick it back up just by with a couple refresher courses. But yeah. It was like-- It was the full-- You know what? I'm good. You're-- Because the boat I'm most tipped over. Yeah, it's literally-- It was very-- It's like doing that shit. You're like, oh! And the captain on our boat was like-- he was like holding on to your life. Like, if he was nervous and freaking out, I should be really nervous. Oh no. Yeah. And the other passenger, he was like an eight-- he was like a lawyer or something. He was like his friend and he was freaking out. It was so funny. This is not supposed to be happening. He actually said that. Oh yeah, he was. He had some good one-liders. Oh, man. Which is, for some reason, it's like my-- I feel like it's one of my first core memories with Dad, but you were swinging me around to a Bruce Bringson song. Yeah, that's all of our first memories, for sure. I feel like we're in the living room. Yep. I love it. Yeah. I have one along those same lines. It's when he played Aircraft Carrier with us. Oh, yeah. So he'd always take us down the hall. And he'd play Aircraft Carrier, and we'd be like planes, and he'd land us on the bed. Yeah. He was like a whole nighttime game that we'd play all the time. Oh, that was nice. But yeah, that was the same as Ross dancing to Bruce Bringson. Yeah. What's yours, Rocky? Mine is definitely obviously the V&Om trip. Oh, yeah. That was the layer you know. How old were you? You know what? That just popped up on the 16th. It was 2010. Yeah, I think I was 16. I just saw that picture of that. 16 years ago. Yeah, and it was the classic scenario where we're like, oh yeah, it's rent some scooters, which if you look at a V&Om street picture. Yeah, it's like there's almost a million scooters. No, Jack cannot believe that. It's just like a drive. Almost check my baby's life. Is that a traffic light or something? No, yeah. I mean, like seven lanes just come together in the middle and scooters. We're really not in the exaggerating. The seven lanes, but there's maybe 800 scooters approaching the intersection at the same time. It's really weird. It's magic. I'm the most beautiful thing you've ever seen if you're watching it. Right. Somewhere other than on the back of a scooter. Yeah. If you're watching it on YouTube, it's awesome. Yeah, it's awesome. No, dad. - Definitely my worst parenting decision ever. - Yeah, yeah. - Wait, was Rocky on the back? - No, we got two scooters and I was like, "Wouldn't this go off in some quiet neighborhood, "but there isn't one." - Yeah, no, we've been at, no. So we got back, we ended up on a highway where we somehow, literally like a freeway, where cars were like, "You're gonna die out here." - Yeah, also, it was scary. - It started raining. And that is like, it's can't get any worse. - Rollers. - And the tires don't work at all. - Yeah, I had no brakes. I don't think I've been on, like maybe I was been on like some dirt bikes or something, but I haven't really been on any of that. - No, you don't have 10,000 hours in it. - Yeah, so it was, I definitely kept like sliding out. It was raining on like sliding out. People were flying by me, it was, it was so, yeah. - We got back to the place where we rented the scooters eventually like 45 minutes later. I tried to go back like, five minutes later, took us 45 minutes to get there. (laughing) 'Cause it's just craziness. And I remember we got back there and I handed down the scooters. And I'm just like, we need to go have a drink. (laughing) Like went to this and plus it was like 900 degrees. We went to this like little stand. And I remember just getting a coke and sitting down and I was just like, I was just like, I'm having a meltdown almost. I was like, close terrified. 'Cause I was like, basically almost killed. - He got here almost. - It wasn't worth it on me, I was worth it. - About here. - The shop guys were closing up 'cause they thought these guys are coming back. (laughing) - That's nice. - No, nevermind. - No, nevermind. You guys were telling me that there's like, a husband would have their wife and a baby and a kid on a long one bike. - No, that's what they guys are professionals. - Literally? - Yeah, no, they have 10 times. - I looked like a complete new, 'cause they would, they would have five people on one scooter. (laughing) And I'm just like, I don't just like slide now. - No, but, oh gosh. - That's so fun. - They have like a Vulcan mind meld where they come into an intercession where everybody knows what the other 300 people are doing somehow without saying. - I'm not gonna lie, tell them what you say. - I'm asking you to express some reason. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - There's maybe like a swarm of fish. - Or it's just like, if a bunch of people are walking at each other, it's obvious, you're like, oh, I'm going this way, this way, and it just kind of works. - The worst thing to do in that is to hesitate. - Oh yeah. - 'Cause the minute you're like, oh, maybe I'll go, then, - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - Got that confidence. - Which you, we all did. - Right. - All right, Riker's up. - Favorite memory? I mean, yeah, I definitely have the Bruce Spring scene memory. - Going to Red Rocks and watching OAR for the first time. - Oh. - Obviously, Skydiving, and we've done some bigger, like, now we've been to Nationals, on a team together, Skydiving. - legit. - It's like, there's like a whole bunch of things, just on basically, just because of like, the evolution of my life, we've basically become best friends. So we do a lot of things together. - Also, like, just back to the quick hockey, it was sick that he coached your team. - That's true, yeah. - Yeah, he coached your team. - Yeah, that was so true. - The coach for like, three years in a row, I definitely strongly believe that that's why I am, as good as I am at the hockey. - Yeah, that was sick. - And one year we went undefeated, until the championship, and then we lost the championship. - Like, y'all's team had like, some Friday night lights vibe, you know? - Yeah, literally. - You wanted a rally behind this, why, clear eyes, fly, - Lights can't leave. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - I always remember, you, Derek, and that guy Tristan, was his name Tristan? - Trace, Trace. - Trace, oh yeah, yeah. - Okay, along that same line, we heard Rocky's favorite trip, but what's the most memorable father, son trip, or father, daughter trip that they've taken? I was gonna say when Dad and I went to Peru. - Oh yeah, for sure. - Nice. - We went to the freaking Amazon. - Oh my god. - That's pretty nice. - Yeah, we took a long boat out the Amazon for like two hours up in the middle of nowhere. - And then we had to sleep there, but you like, are sleeping outside, but you sleep in like a net, so you don't get like, - By bugs. - Right, that sounds lit. - Yeah, we should do that. - We should watch a picture. - Breaking hot, and I'm just like sweating. And I obviously was fun, but I'm like, oh my gosh, like, can we go glamping next to me? (laughing) - I'm laughing because it's so hot. - If ever Dad's like, I wanna go on a trip, I'm like, show me a picture. (laughing) - Yeah. - Take something out. - Google it. - Yeah. - Oh, I just saw it, honey. I just saw everything I need to see. - Wait, Rocky and I have each had solo trips. What's your solo trip with Dad? - We, well, I went to Korea when I was like, 10, but usually the best one is the-- - Remember you didn't need anything. - Yeah, I couldn't do it. - I got a story. - What's your solo trip? - But my favorite one is the cruise we just went on in January. - Oh, yeah, yeah, that's cool. - I got a story this one time. This one time where I was in elementary school at the time. - Oh no. - I'm pulling it. - It's a normal day. - At my, sorry. - I'm like, eight years old or something. Super young. All of a sudden I'm at school, and everyone's like, people keep going, "What's wrong with me?" They're like, "Dude, where's Rocky and Raker?" And I'm like, "What do you mean?" They got dropped up with me. Everybody said, "What do you mean?" "Man, Rowan or here?" Of course, Rocky and Raker are here. - Oh, good. - And then they're like, "No, no, they're for sure not here." And then, sure enough, I find out that drove all of us to school, all four of us. And when we in Rowan got out, they shut the doors, and we went on a trip, they went to South Dakota. - Oh, I was literally like, "I don't remember the day I knew it was South Dakota." - Dad flew us out there, yeah. - And I don't know, I guess we, me and Rowan just left the car. We didn't even look back to see the Rocky and Raker. - I think we got out, and then we get back in the car. Did that happen? - I don't know, I remember getting on the plane to go, but I remember the school trip. - That was funny though. - That was mean. - I knew I had to drop off the street. - What do you mean? Everybody's here. - Of course they're here. - I'm here, so they would be back so cute. - That's so good. - Wait, Ross, have you taken a soul trip with Dad though? - The trip that comes to mind was Macy's passport. - Yeah, yeah, so yeah. - Oh yeah, that was a great one too. - Obviously the first time we were in Vegas or something, but the second time we went to San Francisco, and everyone was like, "Dude, your dad's so cool, he's got a motorcycle." 'Cause we would, we'd like rent a motorcycle, and we were riding around San Francisco. - You didn't learn your lesson about rents and motorcycles. - No, it's just a non-sense. - Not done there. - No, when I finally came to set, everybody was like, in any break that Ross had, Mark Lynch was either retin' a bike, he rented a boat, he was like off on a hike. He'd be like, "We have 10 minutes, let's go." That's incredible. - We had a lot of great explodes. - We rented bikes and we went all up, we went over the Golden Gate Bridge, and then we took like a boat back to the harbor. It was like a really, really good time for like an 11 year old. - It was like 10. - Yeah, probably 10. Yeah, that was one of my favorite trips. It was the first big experiencing California. That was where I was like, "Oh, California's way cool." - Yeah, so it was cool. - But how cool, everybody else just stays on set. You guys are so lucky. - Oh, wait, wait, wait. Oh wait, I mean, wrap up with Ryland's favorite trip. - Yeah, what's that? - Ryland and I go to the event, and now, oh, we did, - I thought you were talking about Zion, - Oh, I thought you were talking about Zion. - But that's right, we went to, - Oh, I remember that. - We went to Hawaii, and we got caught in a tsunami. - Which was really cool. - Oh, hilarious. - He does, he gets caught in some type of thing. - There's always, not being, I'm good. - I'm good luck. - Mark Lynch has like 12 lives. - Yeah, no one had the child, and I'm like, "What do you mean?" - That was really cool. We're on the big island with just me and Ry. I forgot about that, but the real crazy trip was we went to Salt Lake, and we stopped in Zion National Park. And Ryland had a broken wrist at the time, and we climbed, I think it was called, the Angel's Landing. - Yeah. - The most scariest hike in the world with chains that get you up over the top. - No, it's so scary. - On both sides of the cliff is like a 50 foot to 100 foot drop. - Oh no, we were on the top. - And the cliff is slanted at like a 45 degree angle, and they have these chains that you're supposed to hold onto. It's terrifying. - Wow. - Ryland had a broken arm, so you had one arm. - And you're doing it, though. - And that was my second worst parenting decision ever. Next to Vietnam. - Oh my God, that's crazy. - And once you're going up there, of course, I'm like, we don't have to do this. Of course, Ryland's like, oh, I'll be fine. Let's keep going. - Oh my God. - He did live through it, so I guess he's okay. - Yeah, it was fun. People think I'm crazy for Skydiving. well it's a me that's why he's a he's a winch yeah he likes when I do he's a winch that's so cute big shout out to Ellison we love that guy we're going to be in here we're going to be in here that's a cute I want to come for Ellison's episode I'll be in on that that'd be funny yo that's pretty funny if you guys got Ellison and K-Print Ellison and K-Print we got to for sure that's a good one right before we announce the reunion tour how do you guys imagine yourself as a dad do you think you're going to be like the fun dad do you think you're going to be strict I hope I am as much like Mark Lynch as humanly possible that's a high bar I know I really really strive for excellence I'm probably just be like kicking it I'm just going to be kicking it yeah it's a lucky I'm like I'm down to instill as much you know teaching and whatever as much but also yeah like this vibe yeah vibe it out with the the kids yeah you're going to be a good dad Rocky yeah definitely I think it's hard to make a prediction obviously you'll do your best but when I think about it I'd like to be honest and patient oh yeah I think are the two words that come to mind I fill up you know what's a snowball on top of that I think my biggest goal is to instill a lot of trust with them in me so that they can come to me with anything that's why I feel like mom and dad did so well I feel like every single one of us can just comment be so blunt and tell them literally anything yeah yeah for sure so I want to keep that going but that's very very very important to me I think also it's a good idea to encourage curiosity and I definitely want to be a proponent of that like really like answer all the questions have them out you know all that good stuff I think is good ask questions yeah because you have kids all the kids say why right now yeah yeah yeah yeah like sweetie says why all the time why yeah you gotta have good answers that definitely comes with parenting for sure well yeah kids are naturally curious and so yeah like you said you just got to you got to go with it kind of you gotta answer all their questions it's so cute okay dad what do you what do you feel is the most important thing you have passed down to your boys wow oh your mic's really closer to you guys I don't know what the hell it is oh what is that oh my I really don't know what the f**k was on my head I just saw him right there and I'm like he's getting in here for fun I thought you didn't feel that I was like I didn't I was like just thought a bug was on me or something okay go ahead dad it's a big bug what's the question what do you feel is the most important thing you have passed down to your boys hmm important thing um metabolism oh yeah that's actually a great answer you guys are so lucky that's someone always growing up they're like you guys have the lynch metabolism you're so lucky yes we're lucky but we also take I think good care of ourselves yeah yeah yeah no I think I mean my short answer is that my objective I always said have said this was to raise great humans and I think you know I think we've definitely done that I think you guys are extraordinary humans first of all but I also think all the little things were like you know good habits, good food I think we've established really good work workability, work habits you know we're hard workers so are you guys dedication, honesty all pretty much all those things I think like to think we passed them down but they definitely have them all so you're the best daddy yes yes Mark lynch again what's the best advice your dad or I guess this goes for everybody what's the best advice your dad gave you that you still carry with you today? well for my dad my dad never really gave me a lot of advice but his was more like lead by example type thing and he was just he was really frugal and he was very honest and he was a super hard worker those are works do I still like lead by example as always the best anyways yeah that's what I was going to say and also just like the adventure spirit and like go travel and see the world I think you learn so much not only about the world when you do that but about yourself yeah that's one of the big things I think I've taken away well definitely that and back to like lead by example I think you were a good example yeah for the things that you're mentioning like habits and work ethic and obviously like I'm always talking about it I feel like I keep talking about this but like when mom got cancer and dad really went into superhero mode and was making all the calls with the most annoying health insurance you know it's really really hard for sure obviously dad pulled up and showed up and then obviously in the habits realm two of like really taking good care of yourself not being a drinker prioritizing like adventure and presence and I think it's always really hard for me to be careful and also think about recently because unfortunately there's a lot of examples of people doing some of things in the world you see it on social media you see it out in the world and we live in a big city and I think one of the things that's been that's been playing my head recently is like people will behave in human ways and you just have to expect that from them yeah yeah yeah yeah I don't have any there's like a silly phrase that we we use to be little the expressions yeah I I'll tell you afterward but I think I think that's that's been bringing me some solace recently that's all no I like that I know you mean yeah I would say that in the last episode in here he was like you know humans where what did you say we're all a little dysfunctional yeah yeah yeah and you should never be shocked that humans do what humans are expected to do that's just the way it is like make mistakes and just doing human things everyone's like you know or they might just be in a rush and everyone in LA is in traffic all the time and I think of it they're stressed out we're all you know we live in this big city and sometimes people do silly things on the road yeah yeah yeah that happens right you know and not to let it get to you yeah right to continue with you day and to feel great my favorite my favorite saying I don't know if it's absorbed anywhere with these guys but the one is my goal is to be a non-judgmental observer yeah I love that I love that I love everything of humans that's such an easy way to go through life I think well yeah you just like kind of always giving people the benefit of the doubt or just yeah you haven't walked in their shoes you don't know what happened in them this morning I feel like both you guys have always preached that like you don't know what happened maybe they're just having a bad day so you just got to have tolerance he said he's having kids tonight oh yeah or he said that oh yeah because he said he follows what feels good or something right yeah yeah yeah I've been saying this recently a lot we're like I think things that are inherently good have good results and I think things that are inherently bad have bad results so follow the things that inherently feel good you'll have good results absolutely sure okay what cocktail would you make for dad right now you know what my sonic cocktail but I would make him his chocolate peanut butter sorry chocolate banana ice cream oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah that's a good answer good last one let's go whip one of them up right now okay what cocktail would you make for dad right now you know what my sonic cocktail but I would make him his chocolate peanut butter sorry chocolate banana ice cream let's go whip one of them up right now you know what my sonic cocktail is you know what my sonic cocktail is you know what my sonic cocktail is It's on us up in Uncle Mike. - What would you make, Chris? So there's something in the past life or some spiritual connection to flying. So I felt like I wanted to fly since I could walk. But the short answer is flying it to me, like one of my highest values is freedom. And it just flying is like freedom, just complete freedom. Whether you're flying a small plane or you're in a private jet going, I can be in Jackson Hole Wyoming in an hour and a half, you know? So it's just like really a powerful mechanism. And then every time I get on a big airplane to go for a 14 hour flight overseas, I always start writing in my journal. And there's something just magical about when I get into an airplane of like, next stop is Tokyo. Was it? - I was like, as soon as I got married, I was thinking, I'm getting pregnant. - Okay. - I was, I was just was thinking that. And I want to have a big family. - So there was no hesitation. It was just like, this is what we're doing. - Well, I didn't, it's not like we talked about it and planned it. It's like, - Actually, that's true. We really didn't talk about it. It's like, we were just like, - The only time we talked about it is when Mark Lynch was like, on a Friday, on a Friday, he said to me, stormy, on Monday, I'm getting an epithetectomy. (laughing) - She was like, oh no, we're telling this one. (laughing) - It's like, I was, - And Rylan wasn't born. - And Rylan was, I was impregnant, Rylan was supporting it. And we had four kids and he's like, I just think, you know, we have four kids. He thought there was a lot. And you know, I wanted eight kids. And whoo-hoo. - The thing is, when I saw the picture with the three, with Riker, right now, and Rocky, I did see two kids in there with them. I saw it all the time. - You were so much more. - So I did not, at this time when he told me that, I wasn't thinking, oh, I need eight. I was thinking, oh, my stars, there's one more child. I know I have one more child. And so he told me on a Friday, that he was getting fixed on Monday. So I, I wasn't like, whoo-hoo poor me, what was me, I was like, I got some work to do. (laughing) It is, and then she got pregnant with mine. - No, so anyway, so, and at the time, you don't know, I didn't know anything really. So I was like, took a test Friday night, not pregnant. And then I'm like, oh, okay, then Saturday night, took a test, not pregnant. I'm like, oh, my stars, I'm so tired. I was like, I'm raising four kids, I'm trying to get pregnant. My friend, Lisa, next door, I'm like, go into her house, taking the test, and then Sunday night, I'm not pregnant. And I'm like, are you kidding me? And so I was like so upset with Mark Lynch. And I drive him. I'm like, I'll drive you, but I'm not coming in. So I drive him, and drop him off. - Why do I drive him off? - Are you, are you, are you, are you, - I'm never driving. - I can drive him off. - You're like, numb or something? - Yeah, yeah, so I drive him. And I drop him at the door, and I stay in the car, and he has to get in and out. I don't even care. I don't even, I'm not even. And I'm like, so I'm like, there's one more baby I'm supposed to have. I just knew it. I knew it. And he was getting fixed. So then, like, two weeks had passed. And I go, are you kidding me? I've wheeled myself. I wanted to be pregnant so bad. I wheeled my body and now my body thinks I'm pregnant. Because I took three, I took four tests. I took a test on Monday too. I took four tests all negative. And then sure enough, two weeks later, I was pregnant. No, it was Rylan. With Rylan. I just snuck through that. No one knew that. You might have said it's now. It's so funny. It's like, wait. It's so funny. It's so funny. Yeah. That's where it all started right now. Three days, though, I told myself, I'm getting pregnant. I'm getting pregnant. And then I was like, I can't believe I didn't get pregnant. I was like, are you kidding me? And then sure enough, the signs, I could not smell, like food made me feel sick. So as soon as that started happening, I was like, great. I willed myself pregnant. And I'm not even pregnant. Right. I talked to myself. I talked to myself. Yeah. No, we had Rylan. Give me five, honey. Mary. Thank God. Joseph. Yeah. Because. No. No. And then I felt complete. I felt like I knew I was supposed to have one more baby. I just knit, knit. Yeah. What would we do with our own? It's honestly hard to imagine. I would be right. Yeah. It would be very difficult to talk to her. No, I'm like so happy. But he makes it all much more. Like, he's the reason I'm as tough as I am. Yeah. Mark's sitting at his office because we had the office in the house. And I got the pregnancy test and I discame and I sat on his lap and I laid it on the table on his desk. And he was like, no way. And I was like, yes, I won the lottery. I live with my dad for a few months, they were with my mom for a few months, they were with my grandma for a few months. And we moved again, you know, to Wyoming. And then live there a couple years. My dad and my four sisters in a two bedroom apartment, you know, for a couple years. And then my dad remarried. And so then I had a step mom, then I had step brothers, I had step sisters. I had, you know, basically all the chaos that that involves putting like seven children, seven or eight into, you know, a normal house that normally just had one family. So basically I was raised in a mildly chaotic environment for like the first, you know, well, 15, 16 years of my life. That is. And so the big difference between the way I was raised and obviously what you guys have experienced, you guys already know what you've experienced, which is love and attention and affection. And basically everything that, you know, a good life lead for a child, you know, could have you guys. I feel like you guys have had all of that. And part of that was probably because of my experience. Well, how did you turn it around? Like how did you, you know, sometimes people like they either change how they were raised or they do the same thing. Yeah, yeah, there's definitely a lot of that out there. I don't know. I guess I just always knew like even at the early age, I always knew, I felt like I was like paying penance by going through this experience. And I was like, eh, I'm going to be okay because once I get through all this, I'm on my own and I don't need anybody to do anything. I'll take care of it. So I kind of always had this optimistic viewpoint, even early like, all right, I'm 15. I need a couple more years in a body here. Right. And I just always felt like I would always, I knew I would always be better off me making the decisions and me running my life than everything else that was going on around me. I was just had to bite my time. Interesting. And you think just like from all your traveling and stuff too, that probably changed a lot of your mind. Yeah, I mean, I changed a lot of that mindset when I was, you know, again, when I was still young. I just, I felt like I was maybe an old soul in a young body. Right. And I knew I would get through it all. That's pretty cool that you could do that. Yeah, it is. Like still remain optimistic in that environment. Yep, yep. That's pretty incredible. Did you go live with Mike when you first moved out? How did that work again? No, I mean, when my, then my dad eventually got divorced from my stepmom. And so I lived with him for a little bit in high school, like my part of my last year of high school. And then he actually had to move. And so I lived on my own. I lived with two girls that I worked with in a grocery store when I graduated from high school. So I was 17, you know, and I lived by my, lived on my own basically when I was finished high school. And that was kind of like that was like the beginning of the, like the beginning of the school. Yeah, that was the beginning of my dad. My dad was like, oh, I need to move to go to this other job. And I'm like, I'm good, buddy. I got it. I knew I was like, I already had a job. I worked all the time. I had money. I was like, no worries. I'm good. I never really lived with Mike until like a few years later, like after college and stuff. Okay. Yeah. Can you describe fatherhood in three words? Wow. Think about this. Loving, amazing, fun. Awesome. Yes. Yes. Wait, really quick. I wanted to ask dad about the consciousness. Really quick. Subconscious? Yeah. What about it? I just want to talk more on it. Yeah. Because we were talking about it. And I was like, I forgot to ask you that when you were on. Well, we keep talking like how, like how you kind of always say, like your subconscious is always listening. Like you get what you think about and then you're like, and you have some, some good things on that, I think. Yeah. I mean, that might be a whole other topic, but you do a whole podcast on that. Yeah, that's a whole podcast, really. I just, I always believe that your, your subconscious doesn't take a joke. It's the old saying. Yes. Yes. But you think about what you, what you talk about, what you, you know, envision is super critical to how your life will turn out. And what you're being told. 100%. I think that was super fundamental in the family's belief system growing up. Yes. And we would always call it the secret to life. Rowan even has a tattoo on his arm. But I definitely think that that was monumental and was super focused on when we were kids. Yep. Yep. I love it. But do you want to say more about it? Well, no, no, just, I think there is, there is a lot of weight there. Yeah. No, I love what you just said. I think that we've always talked about it. We always believed in it. You know, you become what you think about. That's foundational to every aspect of your life. Control your thoughts. You control your whole world. I mean, I definitely think that. On an outer, I definitely believe that, but I feel like Mark Lynch knows more like the definition of it. And maybe you know a little bit more about it too, Ross. But I think knowing about people are curious about that with us. They're mostly curious about that, I think. And it's the being positive and raising, you know, being positive. Yeah. Yeah, there's a lot to be said about that concept. And it's showing up more and more in science related. Yes. Sealeds. Really interesting and fascinating because it's obviously something that we've believed and you've instilled in us, right, our whole lives. But you see it in like quantum physics and stuff. And you can see if your algorithm exposes you to this kind of stuff, it will, you'll see that it's starting to be verifiable. Right. Right. Yes. Well, we're very lucky to have grown up with that mindset already in stone. Yes. It's like, it's hard, it's hard to learn that. You can learn it, but it definitely is like rewiring your brain. And so we're very fortunate to have already been brought up that way. Because it's very helpful in all aspects of life. Yeah, agreed. Very fortunate. So thanks, Dad. Very grateful. Thank you guys.
