The Top Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 7 | RB Sleepers, WR Breakouts & FAAB Advice (Ep. 2275)

The week’s waiver wire features a mix of high-upside and high-risk options, with Jeremy Bernard standing out as the top target due to his 49% roster percentage, solid production, and trusted role in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense under Aaron Rodgers. Running back depth is limited, with Jonah Coleman emerging as a speculative but viable option for Denver, while Kendra Miller offers a more reliable backup in deeper leagues. Omar Cooper and Jordan Tyson are highlighted as secondary waiver targets—Cooper for his upside in a struggling Jets’ offense, and Tyson for his potential return and high fantasy value. Other available players like Kendrick Bourne, Jacobi Lane, and Kenan Allen provide solid floor value in PPR leagues, particularly in 10- to 12-team formats. Major injuries—including Jalen Hurts missing the season—create significant roster gaps and opportunities. The analysis emphasizes dollar-based bidding over percentage, especially in shallow leagues where players like Cooper or Miller may be available. Final recommendations stress aggressive claims only in dire situations, with caution advised due to injury uncertainties and limited offensive depth. The top waiver picks are Bernard, Miller, Cooper, Lane, and Tyson—each tailored to specific league formats and injury contexts.

This is the week seven waiver preview. We're going to be going through all of it. We're going to be talking about running backs, wide receivers, streaming options, and a big board for waivers. The only way to do it is to have Jake Sealey and Pat fit smarts with us. There's literally no other way that we can do it. I'm Chris Welsh. Thank you guys so much for hanging out with us. And what is kind of blah? A little bit of a blah waivers this week. If you play in a smaller league and you've got higher percentage, it might be a little bit better for you. The pickens are thin, a little bit. Mr. Pat fits more as we are going to. We've got one big name. We're going to talk about him percentages, but probably like a bottom two or three of all the weeks we've had so far this year of waivers. And we got four more teams going on by. I agree with that. It does does not look good. Couple rookies, maybe returning soon, who are kind of interesting, as you mentioned, a couple guys who are probably not available in most leagues, but in smaller leagues, 10 team leagues, 12 team leagues with shallow benches might be there. The only real big thing that was added was to Jake Sealey's forearm. Jake, can you please show us? We now have, yeah, we can see it. If you can, you put it in the worst spot for video here, dogs. There we go, there we go. That's the waiver wire out of the week is the dog tattoo to the form. Hopefully they put the lower third on there yet. Yeah, there you go. All right. Let's jump into the waivers. We've got all the tattoos out of the week. That is the best out of the week. That's the best out of the week. From the athletic zone, Jake Sealey. All right, we got Fidzi, we got Sealey. We got some waivers. Let's jump into it. The top waiver for the week, you are going to have to squint your eyes on your percentages because I do know the not available in my league people might be screaming about this because we talked about him last week, but he dominates this because 49% roster percentage on Yahoo still, Jeremy Bernard. That's going to be our top guy. Now, I do want to tell you there is like a running back and then there's a wide receiver that kind of opened this discussion for much deeper leagues that we will be talking about. So just sit back here. But our top waiver out of the week at 49% on Yahoo, right around the 50% marker everywhere. Jeremy Bernard have to 12 targets, 11 catches, 87 yards, and a score. Jake Sealey, why don't you start us off here. Talk to us about Jeremy Bernard and your thoughts on how much he needs to be rostered and what type of wide receiver is he moving forward in that Pittsburgh Steelers offense. I mean, Rodgers loves him at least. That's a big positive. But how long can that continue? What do you think about Jeremy Bernard? Yeah, this is excited about it because we nailed this one last week and that if you waited in your hesitant or doubting what it might be, you pretty much got the confirmation of what it could be. Obviously, don't expect 27 targets to only go to DK McAfin, Jeremy Bernard. But at the same time, Aaron Rodgers has been pretty funnily the entire season. And it's been at some point, it was Michael Pittman, a spit of that and DK McAfin Roman Wilson, the one game, even though Fitz brought up at that point, that Roman Wilson wasn't even running in front of Bernard at that point, but he funnels generally to two main primary targets. He does use other options. It was a frustrating week for Pat Fryer, move to see watching Darnell Washington get 17 Lorenzo targets, whatever that was about. But this is what the Steelers will do under McCarthy, but the big appeal from McCarthy, heading into this season of why Bernard possibly had some deeper league appeals because of the three wide heavy usage, the passing and we're seeing kind of a resurgence at the end of Aaron Rodgers career. But the fact that what you said in the beginning of this is the biggest part of it, he trusts Bernard. We've known Aaron Rodgers for years that not only does he hate rookies, put that in quote, but he hates people he doesn't trust. That's the biggest thing is like we saw Roman Wilson essentially benched in that game, where he gave up the pass for an interception. But to put this kind of trust not only in a wide receiver, but also a rookie, who actually is a very nice compliment to what DK McAf can do. I think you can trust him going forward until the biggest issue here is if Michael Pittman comes back, this Pittman possibly get pipped at this point. It's not like Bernard's not a great talent in his own right. But does Pittman come back and similar to another situation we'll talk about later, but does he come back and in that situation run as two wide and Bernard's backs only out there for three wide sets? Does Roman Wilson get into it? So I would say we don't need to worry about that now because we're worried about week seven, eight and like right now. And for right now, Bernard is at least a wide receiver three possibly with weekly top 20 upside. Yeah, Pittman's not going to go anywhere because they like him as a run blocker as well. Maybe the team decides to run more three wide receiver sets. But Fitsy, you know, Sili said like, hey, we got it right. Da, da, da, but people really weren't listening because he was still under 50% or right at the 50% marker. So even though he was like one or two on waivers, people were not running and putting in all the claims where he's jumped up to even 60 or 70%. So talk to us, Fitsy, about your process moving forward. And then what should the aggression look like this week? We obviously got to talk about number one waiver from like fab numbers, but where are you at on Jeremy Bernard after a week of wanting to claim him and then seeing this production? Yeah, I mean, I think he is. So the leagues where he's still available are probably the ones with shallow benches or 10 teams. And I think he should not be rostered in those leagues. And they're probably guys who are rostering those leagues who may be Bernard. I'm going to have a Bernard ahead of them in my rest of season rankings. Jordan Addison comes to mind. The guy'd rather have Bernard than Jordan Addison at this point. Addison's a good player. The run out for Bernard has been really good. It helps that he is far and away the most explosive guy that have now after the catch. I mean, DK Metcalf has hard to tackle after he could, but like as far as making things happen and you kind of need that with Aaron Rogers. His average depth of target was kind of up through the first five weeks. I thought we saw it come back down against the Buccaneers. It seemed like he wanted to get the ball. I shouldn't say out quicker because he had time to throw, but was still taking a lot of the check downy stuff. Well, Bernard is the one guy who can turn a short pass into a bigger gain in this offense. You've got a couple of competent, but not explosive tight ends with Pat Fryer-Muth and Darnout Washington. You've got DK Metcalf who's always been kind of an Ariards guy and isn't going to do a lot of damage after the catch. Bernard is the one guy who can make things happen after the catch. And now he's clearly the one B at wide receiver here. Maybe he's the two behind DK Metcalf, but he's playing a pretty valuable role for this Pittsburgh pass and came now. And yeah, I think there's something close to wide receiver three value the rest of the season, even when everyone's off by. So then, I go to Fitz's point. I looked it up. This is actually his Ariards per attempt by game for Rogers. 8.8, 4.7, 10.4, 9.6, and then the last two weeks, 3.8, and 3.7. So it's been the past two weeks with no pitman, really, and Bernard taking kind of a lead there. That's interesting. As far as number one waiver claim and then fab numbers, Fitzsy, number one waiver, yay or nay, and then what fab percentage? Yeah, yay on number one waiver if you need a wide receiver. If it's just for depth. What about a whole lot too? Like if you need a good flex option? Sure, especially in leagues where you have to start three receivers, and you're going to get stretched there a little bit. And then fab, I mean, we're pricing it as if it's kind of like a normal 12 team league. In that case, I'd say like somewhere from nine to 17. But in the shallower leagues, you might not need to bid quite as much to get in. Dollars are percent. It's always in dollars. OK. No, just because I say that because 15 dollars at week seven is going to be a much higher percentage than what it was. Sure. Just for people listening, but people are at different percents right now. So it's always hard to agree. You're right. In impact thing is what I was looking for. See the same thing. Number one waiver, yay or nay, and then what fab number, anything different than what Fitzsy said? Yeah, 100%. Number one, if you didn't do it last week, and waited at this point, you're going to have to. And that's why I bring it. I wasn't saying that, but like, ha, ha, it's like, if you don't, you just not like you're going to be like, you might not even get him if you sit at three. That's my point. And then what Fitz said, I'm so glad. I thank you, Pat. Like, I'm not coming for you well. But like when people ask that, like, what percent? I was like, well, you can have 12 different percentage volumes in your one league or 12 teams. So I prefer dollars, like Fitz said, when, and I would say that if you have to get Y receiver help, I mean, there's a guy in my league that did not have a third Y receiver because of injuries and buys. Like, that's how bad it is just bad timing. If you're that kind of person, you're going to have to go into the 20s. Possibly close to 30. Like to make sure you get him. I just start Lake Juan Tredwell in the league. So that's where I was at. But Jeremy Bernard wasn't available. Say, say, yeah, you understand the pain. Yeah, if I have to start Lake Juan Tredwell, I'm going close to 30 bucks. I, yeah, if he was available, I wouldn't. But I had to go for like Juan Tredwell. But yeah, if you are in that spot, spend up your money. Don't think percentages, just dollar, dollar bill, y'all. Wooting rules everything around me. All right, we're going to jump in. into running backs in a second, but I'm going to talk to you guys about game day. It's game time, the free game day app by fantasy pros. Take it with you and you can have all of your fantasy stuff and your betting information in one place. Download game day. Trust me. Going into week seven, we've got some buys. We got some significant players that we're going to be missing. It's not going to be from the chargers even though they're out. It's actually probably a blessing in disguise. We don't have to even look at any of those players that just decimate our rosters. But we've got Buffalo. So from a quarterback perspective, Josh Allen, James Cook, Jacksonville is out. I don't get to bet on Parker Washington this week and then I guess get disappointed on receptions. Chargers and then Washington. Those are your buy weeks going into this week. So in reality, there's like two significant running backs that are going to be missed. There's a few significant wide receivers and then two top eight quarterbacks on the week. Or I guess three if you do Jane Daniels is in there as well. So significant ones. Let's talk about running backs though. Maybe people aren't missing quite as much. But what do the top running back ads look like? Fitsy, why don't you kick us off? Your top running back ad for the week. Now that we're moving to that is who? I think it's different than Jakes. Mine is Jonah Coleman, who is eligible to come off injured reserve this week. And I believe he's expected to right away. He had a high ankle sprain. And remember the great swerve that we all got bamboozled by back in week three when we thought that JK Dobbins and RJ Harvey at hamstring injuries. Jonah Coleman was going to be the only healthy running back for the Broncos. And then it turned out Coleman was her and went on IR and Harvey and Dobbins were just fine and played that week. So the great ruse of week three, I remember, yes. This Broncos offense is in a bad way right now. They have averaged under 200 yards of offense over the last two games. They've exceeded 300 yards of offense in a game only once this season. And that time was against a pretty good Jacksonville defense in week two when Jonah Coleman actually ran pretty well against Jacksonville. Time cares for 39 yards and a touchdown. Also have three catches in that game. So I wouldn't be surprised if Jonah Coleman worked his way into the rotation. And I think he might just be better than JK Dobbins and RJ Harvey, like a really all around guy. The only thing he doesn't do well is run fast in a straight line. But other than that, he past blocks, he catches, passes. Really good contact balance. I mean, the guy's 5, 8, 220 pounds. He's built like a fire plug. So I think he might be able to give this Denver offense a much needed spark. And I think he's worth a speculative ad. So what does it look like to you in dollars and waiver claim? Yeah, I don't think it's going to be all that expensive to add him this week. So I think 4 to 8 is the range and there's some leagues where he's been out of sight, out of mind, you might be able to get him for one or two. If you had the number one waiver claim and Jeremy Bernard is not out there, are you gonna use it? Or are you gonna try to hope for him to pass through and then pick him up after? If I were desperate ever running back, I might use it. Okay, that's good. Mr. Jaxielly, you have a different name. So let's talk about said name and then what the percentages and fab look like. It's a name that I didn't want to mention because I had no interest really in him last week. Not much interest in starting him last week even against the Giants, but now Camera got hurt again. And I know he came back into the game late, but if Camera is out or if he continues to stay banged up, I mean, I guess you're gonna force my hand is like, this is not like every time I think I'm out, you suck me back in, like I don't even want to be in on this. Like I was out to begin with. Like I didn't like have to move away, but Kendra Miller is now back into play, mostly because of the Camera injury. So I'm not going super aggressive for anybody here. I get the Jonah Coleman thing. I just don't want part of a committee and I don't think that we're gonna get away from that with Sean Payton. I think that he does like JK Dobbs. Now that you've seen that change in the play calling, I will stash 100% of stash Jonah Coleman because there are opportunities. One, JK Dobbs gets hurt. Two, this team continues to struggle as it has and go next throwing two yards at a time. And they just try to make changes. And Jonah Coleman ends up being the lead, but I don't know how much that's gonna mean with this offense is completely broken. It probably bottom five right now offense and some of these broken offenses that are out there. So again, I'll go for him. But if I'm looking for help, it just comes down to the fact that Camera is banged up again. Like I don't, I don't even think we're gonna see Camera be 100% this year. So I'll go for Kendra Miller. Not the best and it's not the giants this week, but at least somebody that I can plug in now. If I'm playing the full long-term game, I'd actually be more with fits in the fact that like, I still don't really want the seats running back, but there's necessity right now. We're still in the midst of some heavy buy weeks. So that's where it comes down to it. 20 carries, 20 carries for 70 yards for Kendra Miller. So not nothing. Camera left a game. Yeah, what does that look like for you fab-wise? And the same thing, if you had the number one waiver claim and Bernard's not out there, like you won't burn it. No, I wouldn't burn the number one on any running back this week, but I'd say five to nine. Like I wouldn't even go double digits for Miller. Well, again, unless you're in a bad spot, like there's injuries right now. I mean, we're losing people by the week. So if you're in a bad spot and you have a local on trail well of running back, starting at your number two, then you might have to be a little bit more aggressive because he'll be an RB three. He'll be like back in RB two of Cameras out this week. I have such a barrage of leagues I play into. I've got like, you know, the smaller leagues and I've got these giant leagues. And I'm just, you know, the difference between some of the waiver claim. It's just like, what's it all? Yeah, I was like, oh, this will be good than I look and it's like, nope, it's Lake One Treadwell. That's all the shout out to Lake One Treadwell, though, for your 1.6 point, you got me too. Can I just hold them late one? Yeah, and they're like, look on. Just to jump in on Kendra real quick. I agree with Jake. If you are trying to patch a hole in week seven, he is the better guy. I will have Kendra Miller ranked ahead of Jonah Coleman this week for week seven. But then the Saints aren't by in week eight. And when they come back in week nine, Travis ETN is at least eligible to come back from IR. So then things might get a little messy. Maybe Cameras healthier by then. And it's just this full blown, very unsavory committee. But for week seven, yeah, I think Kendra is probably your best bet. So not the good point. Thanks. Yeah, I'm glad you brought that up. And that fits. Thanks. Some other running backs that were just floating out there. Chris Rodriguez, we ended up seeing him do some business. 11 for 55. I know Corey Kiner, 11 for 57. Bam night, 15 for 80. He also caught a couple passes for 18 yards. George Jordan got some run. Any interest Jake, you when you heard these names. But who do you know if anybody just Chris Rodriguez? Chris Rodriguez and Tyler Alger and Blake Corms, the best of them. But all of those guys, the second option where you could get any given week where they can score a touchdown or just pop off with a few runs or touches like those are like a bucket of players. Like I wasn't saying like, oh my gosh, Chris Rodriguez is coming for basial two-inch job. Let's make that clear. Of the rest, we already talk Coleman. The Bam night one is like the match up is really bad this week, unfortunately. But if we do have no Jeremiah love, then I think he's possibly in play as an RB three because this is another one that got missed by some people. He was like, he left the game late with cramps. Like what he said, his entire body was like cramping up. So it could actually have been a bigger day because it was close to a 50-50 split. But part of that came because night left. And if you're watching that game for somebody like me that thought that Tyler Algier would be a back-end RB two on volume alone, sorry about that ranking, that didn't happen because not only was it 50-50, but you watched that game and you don't know who the two running backs are. Bam night was a thousand times better in that game than Algier was. So let's be clear about that. But again, that's only if love is out. If love is back, you don't want to start either back up in that match up this week. The one I threw on there that I will throw up, gets us the giants this week, the Texans. So if you're like a Chris Welsh league and you're like, oh my God, I have nobody started my army too. Jordan, I still believe like what he marks actually probably played the best game to date against the Jaguars for running backs outside of that huge run and explosiveness for Jordan. Well, both running backs can do well against the giants. And that's why like if you're in a deeper league and you just want that Hail Mary, it's kind of like a Kyle Menon guy if he was healthy most weeks. But going against the giants, everybody runs on them, nobody has any problems. All three running backs for the Saints look good against them. So if you're super, super, super desperate, you can throw out Jordan this week just because he's facing the giants. Fidzy, what do you think? Kind of Rodriguez, Bam Knight, Jordan. I think you'd already mentioned Coleman. You've got another name on this list that was a fun for this past week in Joliel McLaughlin. Curious what your thoughts are if there's value moving forward. But who do you have interest in at running back outside of your top name? It's just McLaughlin and Jake put, they're the one week possibilities and Bam Knights could be one to our Jordan, could be one. Rocheon Johnson could be one if common on guy misses another game of turf toe. But Joliel McLaughlin, we just don't know what the status is yet for Quinchon Judgins and then Dylan Samson is also apparently on the verge of returning from IR. So it's possible Joliel McLaughlin could be the number one in the bronze backfield this week. but it's also possible he's like no. not even active and both of those guys come back. So is there any Rod Riga's kinder night love that you might try to drop a couple bucks on or just now none whatsoever. I mean, kinder. There's no way I'm grabbing kinder when like Henderson, trivia on Henderson played. That was a big surprise in week six. He played. So I'm not grabbing the third running back in New England. I don't really Chris Rodriguez, no passing game usage whatsoever and two ends of the main guy there. It's happened that Rodriguez got about as many carries as Tune did. So not much interest. It's fair. And they're on pie. Yeah. Running back is pretty disgusting this week. Let's see. Yeah. It's not super, super great whatsoever. Let's talk about wide receivers there a little bit better. But before we do, I want to tell you guys about Polymarket. It's a stock exchange for sports buying in and selling out on your terms. When you meet people and you say your job's a sports announcer, it's always interesting to see what the first thing they say is. I did have one of the more difficult questions though. He sits next to me and he sees I'm on my computer and he goes big sports fan and I was like, "Yeah, actually." And he goes, "We think about my Jaguars this year." I realized like no one's ever asked me that question ever about anything. And I was like, "Divou." Listen to NFL Cover Zero on the iHart Radio app Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. Wide receiver ads. Let's take a look at some of these names. We don't need to talk about Jeremy Bernard who is a top wide receiver ad for both of you because we've done it. But there was another guy. By the way, the running back I kind of alluded to before who might have been in the top end would have been Kendra Miller. But you guys have done that. The other guy who I thought maybe would have dominated and you guys can have some discussion around is Omar Cooper. Omar Cooper, 4% rostered on Yahoo, 6 catches off of 7 targets, 103 yards and a score. There's some other wide receivers we're going to talk about of some other levels of interest. But I thought Omar Cooper could be one of those guys. I think he's going to be a player that more people and more leagues are going to be fighting over then because I don't think Jeremy Bernard is going to be available in lot of those. So level of interest, Fitsy, you kick us off here, 4%, 6 catches, 103 yards and a score. Is Omar Cooper somebody that you want to be a little bit more aggressive on in waivers? And do you have trust that he can be a valuable moving forward? I think he's worthwhile. I don't think I'm going to be that aggressive. I really don't want to spend more than six or seven. If I have a need at wide receiver, I think I'd personally rather have Jordan Tyson coming back soon. I just think it's a better passing game that Jordan Tyson is going to be involved in. I'm more confident in what Jordan Tyson's role is going to be, if he comes back healthy. Whereas Cooper, Ed and I Mitchell is going to come back from this finger injury at some point soon. And then it's sort of interesting to see what the roles are going to be with. We know Garrett Wilson is the number one guy there. How do they sort that out? Who's playing in two receiver sets, along with Garrett Wilson? So and the jets are not going to have one of the more prolific passing attacks in the league too. So I love Cooper. I mean, I'm sort of an Indiana football fan by association. And I thought he was phenomenal last year, really good after the catch, just a gamer, tough as nails, kind of does everything blocks pretty well for a wide receiver, which I know that doesn't count in the fantasy realm, but that keeps players on the field. So yeah, I like him a lot, I just, I'm not sure what the impact can be. I don't see him as a guy who's going to be the proverbial league winner. Seely, not maybe not a 10 man guy, 12 team leagues. I think you have them slightly lower in your overall when we look at the top five of a talk to me, talk to me about where you are in Omar Cooper, what type of leagues he might make sense for. I think you can make, yeah, I think it makes sense that obviously 12 team leagues, I think you make a case depending on 10 team, just if you're shooting for the upside with him, it really comes down to, I think there's some crossover between Romeo dobs, entire lockets game, which is what I said when he came out of college, they're talking about a first round talent. And it really comes down to though, but what fits said. So there's two ways this could go. And this is why I'm willing to take chances on it. He could Wally Pipp at an initial, like this is one where I don't think it's similar to Bernard where it makes sense to always have him in the slot as three wide only. Like I think he can play outside, that's why I bring up dobs and lockets somebody that can play both, you don't want him playing primarily outside. But what fits brought up is the concern here is that Mitchell comes back immediately plays outside and kicks him into Cooper, that being only three wide primarily for three wide. And then we lose the snap count. And as he said, we're not expecting, you know, this to be most prolific passing offense. At the same time, this Mitchell injury is concerning and like a weird like is a thing in practice and like, Oh, he might play in a week or two and then he gets a procedure and now it's going longer. So is he back this week? Question mark is in another week. And that's why I say the Wally Pipp thing because another week or two, I mean, Cooper again, first round talent continues to produce, he might just come back to the third role. And like they might just be like, Hey, you know what, we've seen enough from the rookie. Then that's why I would take the chance on him. There's the risk that, you know, two or three weeks, it's like, we can't even start. I mean, we don't want to start Mitchell or Cooper because they're just cannibalizing each other. But that's why I would take the chance on him because there's, there's not, I mean, look at the rest of the list. There's not a lot of options out here. I think outside of one name outside of Jordan Tyson that fits keep springing up where we have somebody that's like, Oh, I might have worked myself into a wide super three. I could start for the rest of the year. Talk about just do Tyson and then I'll just plow through some other names that are floating out there. But where are you guys at as far as waiver claim percentages on Jordan? I mean, I mean, I know you did this last week. We're now a week for closer. What level of aggressiveness is that looking like fits you brought him up a couple of times you'll just start with your quick five to 10 right now in the absence of more concrete information about his return. He is not off I already at I don't think he's been designated to return. But he could return this week and he is traveling with the Saints to France for their game against the Steelers. So it's possible Tyson comes back this week. And if we find out before bids or do that, he will come back this week, you're probably going to have to be closer to the $10 range on him. But if it's kind of all quiet and the Saints have a buy. So if he doesn't come back this week, he doesn't come back till week nine, could maybe get buy two, three, four bucks with him. But again, eighth overall pick in this year's draft had a really strong training camp before sustaining that hamstring injury and a joint practice in mid August. Saints have this high volume passing in. They throw a lot and it's a fast pace with Kellan Moore calling the plays. So I think there's considerable upside with Tyson. Jake, what do you think where you same level maybe more? aggressive, maybe less where you're on Tyson for everything that fits said, I'm been on the can't where I don't think he's coming back to after the buy again. I have no reference for that is just I don't feel like that makes sense. You have the buy looped in there. So why not? But to everything fits said is why I would actually go more like eight to 14 because you don't just have the excitement of what he could be, but I'm not even thrown out the like what fits it like the worst case scenario is for people that are trying to go cheap is that we do find out all of a sudden he's active for the game in France and then it's too late and people are going crazy for the bits is why I would say that is because even if we get past the buy and they're like, Hey, we're activating Jordan Tyson. You're going to be able to potentially sell high because most often the excitement, especially for a rookie, the game before they come back is often like your peak return opportunity. Like if Jordan Tyson comes back in his first game is 47 yards and no touchdowns, now you have lost equity. Like, of course, you can do 101, but I'm just saying at the same time, a lot of times this presents a nice trade opportunity too, as you just sell them, then you don't have to worry about them getting hurt again in two games after that. So that's why I would be kind of aggressive on Tyson because I think you potentially also have a trade ship if you don't need them. Some other wide receivers that are floating out there, Jalen Noll for for 107 and score this past week, 6% rostered, obviously Marvin Harrison in that offense now, Kendrick Bourne, who was someone I was pretty aggressive on last week, he did get the targets. It just wasn't anything awesome, 18% rostered. He had eight targets, caught five for 47 pop Douglas. Maybe he should be a little bit more of a thing, eight percent. He had eight targets, seven catches, 86 yards in a score and then there were some lower names, Johan Dodson, three for 87 on five targets, Jacobi Lane returning for for 40 on five targets, Ted Hurst, six targets, caught three for 40 and a few other names that are floating out there. Level of interest, Jake of some of those names, there's a few other names that Fidzee had put on the list too that might have some higher roster percentages. But of all those guys, who and what are you looking at attacking? The only other name that I want to be semi aggressive on is Jacobi Lane and I was already recommending and agreeing with people to go ahead and the stash him last week. But it really comes down to Bateman got hurt and that came too. And this was one of the things that Lane could have taken two, three games to get past Bateman and the talent was there to get past and we saw it on the preseason. But the biggest thing is that we're still waiting for the more Jackson to come back and then battling with Bateman. But if Bateman's missing significant time, we don't know yet. But that window is already open. I mean, hell, one week missing next week missing for Bateman Lane could just take that job and not give it back. He's speaking of Wally Pitt. Like this one actually has a real chance at happening. So I know he was out there less than Devonthus Walker, but it was his first game back. Let's like not to like do put too much weight onto that one. So I would definitely go for Lane and it's going to even be, you know, wheels up even more if the more Jackson is back. Born and Douglas are fine. Born's interesting. It's just kind of like how you need a wire receiver for kind of I think like in the keen and Alan range, especially because the Michael Wilson, by the way, gets number one treatment likely from potentially certain this week. Like Michael Wilson, the Cardinals is like, hey, let's get rid of Marvin Harris and go treat him as the sacrificial land. Now Michael Wilson, which is just kind of weird and not saying full on panic for Michael Wilson. I'm not going to watch going forward with that could help born. The Douglas one. I'm kind of like if you on because this is again, the Patriots trying to figure out what they're going to do. They lost Romeo Dobbs, who's the big play outside, which you say, okay, maybe it's Kyle Williams. Kyle Williams is filling in with AJ Brown was out in that role. So is it Douglas or is it Chisholm even potentially stepping up a little bit or is just Douglas continue to be Douglas. So sure, I just don't know that he's necessarily the beneficial guy and it just doesn't change by game of who it is after AJ Brown, which by the way, did anybody check? Was it actually his hands that he hurt? Like, I know I was just like a terrible joke, joke, but like I'm serious like what the hell was going on that game with AJ Brown's hands? Like seriously, they weren't catching balls. That's all that I know. That is all I know. Fitsy, same thing. If you got any, the hand AJ Brown combo, you can do that too. But born Douglas, Dotson Lane, Hurst, I know you highlighted a few names. But you're level of interest after, yeah, I know you're not super interested in Omar Cooper, but after Jeremy Bernard, who are the guys you're looking at? Yeah. And not just hands for AJ Brown, it just seemed like his whole ball tracking radar was screwed up. Like he, the wiring was just off for AJ Brown that first game. He's not used to like balls traveling deep and going his direction consistently through the game. He seemed like he was half-assing that game. Like let's be honest. He went back into Eagles mode from last year where he just, you know, that's why. Yeah. So there are several players widely available who can at least offer a pretty good PPR floor. And I think Kendrick Bourne fits in that category. I think Kenan Allen and Trey Tucker also fit into that category. I mean, Tucker's had now, I want to say four or more catches and 40 or more yards in like five straight games. So surprisingly good and Kenan Allen might actually be the number one for India ahead of Josh Downs at this point. Like I think it's just one A and one B. So not the, oh, go ahead, I just want to give you the percentages. I don't think I even noticed this. Both of them at 40. Well, that's a consensus. Hold on. So let me go ahead. The consensus roster percentage, which is going to take Yahoo and ESPN. They were 43% Tucker is 45% on Yahoo and who's the other one Allen is 47% so they actually do all qualify under that 50% marker, you know, just like in the Jeremy Bernard thing, like they're deeper leagues. A lot of these guys are probably not available, but you know, and maybe like shorter bench 12 man's and 10 man's are going to have a lot of these guys. So I'm actually really glad that you brought them up because they're not, you know, not the low percentage guys that we do like to talk about, but they are definitely going to be available in some links. Yeah, those guys. So there's, there is quantity on waivers at wide receiver this week. And Jalen Knowles is interesting, a guy who was a day to pick who has sub four, four speed who had a 41 and a half inch vertical jump like he's really athletic and talented. The only problem is the Texans just bring in Marvin Harrison, Jr. And they try to get him involved right away, Nico Collins is a target hog. You've got other guys in the mix like Xavier Hutchinson tank, Del might be coming back soon. Although I do think Jalen Knowles going to fend off tank, Del. But I just don't think Knowles is going to play in two receiver sets, which is kind of a problem. But then again, the Texans can't really run the ball. So maybe they just have to go pass Evie and you can make that work if you're only playing in three receiver sets. Knowles is interesting. I think he's more like a guy I care more about in dynasty right now than redraft. But two other guys, I think we should mention they're on by so you could probably sneak either of them through for a dollar. Jacobi Myers coming off his high watermark of the season in yardage. I think he had five for 83 against the Texans. And then Keon Coleman, who I'm starting to think might actually be good at football after there was some question about that in his first couple of years. But he had another nice game for the bills on Sunday. And I'm starting to wonder even if even after DJ more comes back if Keon Coleman might be a fantasy relevant guy the rest of the way. By Monday night, the advice is in your lineups are locked and all you can do is watch. Maybe you're protecting a one point lead. Maybe you need 12 out of your flex or maybe your opponent has one kicker left and now every field goal attempt feels personal. Make one part of the night perfect. Get to Giorno pizza ready for kickoff. Then settle in, enjoy restaurant quality pizza from your own oven and stay locked into the matchup through the final snap. You don't want to step away when one target, one touchdown or one unnecessary point can decide your week by DeGiorno pizza on the weekend run. So you at least know Monday night dinner is covered rankings can guide you waivers can save you. But once the game starts, fantasy brings the chaos dinner doesn't have to. It's not delivery. It's DeGiorno. A lot of wide receivers at least there's some options at flex. We're going to be getting through our top streamers and then what our overall five looks like if you guys are doing that, but let's talk about some keeper cut here. Now the keeper cut, it did not slice perfectly like a nice perfect DeGiorno pizza with all its slices. It is more of a three slice for me this week, just simply because we got the buy weeks. I think the names are a lot tougher. These are going to be names we've talked about before. So I hone this into a three slice that I think is quantified and if you guys got enough of the name or two, you can throw in here. The thing that I keep getting pushed back from you guys understandably, so you don't want to cut anybody, but it's week seven. So can you consider any of these three players cuts and number one, how about Mr. Bench himself cam scataboom? This one, I think 10 teamers are going to feel this a little bit. The benching was way more dramatic than we thought shout out to Tara and I on the Sunday morning stream where we proceeded with absolute caution pretty much saying not cam scataboom every turn. And that felt risky. It was not because there was nothing from cam scataboom. So is it overblown? Should people consider making a move off of a cam scataboom in any type of format or is it just too valuable because running back so we stink Fitsy, what do you think keeper cut cam scataboom? If you're not going to cut him, you have to bake him a cake with a file in it so he can break out a fumble jail. But if you're not willing to do that, I'm cool with cutting him at this point. I don't think he, I don't know if he gets back to where he was before and really like he hasn't been, I know, to my high he hasn't looked that good even when he had the lead job. So I'm okay with cutting him. Hmm. Seely. Keeper cut. Cam's cataboo. And is it just fumble jail that he's in? No, it's what I warned people at the beginning of the season is the Harbour Roman jail. And it's kind of telling also, by the way, that there wasn't just one. Your entire backfield that running backs came out of that game being like, what the hell? Like Naja Harris was like, how do you get everything going if I only get two touches and then I don't see anything anymore? Tyrone Tracy was like, Oh, look, I could still do things like his wax positively. But then Cam's cataboo, like, this is what we have happening. But I wouldn't drop him just because how bad that was in that game for the entire run game. And it's not like I think scataboo is going to change everything and they're going to go right back to him and even give him 70% of the touches because that wasn't happening anyway. But 50% as an RB two or three. And just because of the fact of like Tracy was fine. He was Tracy, but he's already been benched before his own fumble. And he's been a game day and active. Naja Harris looks at Devon single Terry looks at the single Terry actually had more opportunities on the on the field than Tracy did. Tracy just got the touches. So I'll keep him a 10 team. You might not be able to have that luxury. Like you said, but 12 teams, I'm not dropping scataboo after, but the good thing is you don't want to start in this week. Anyway, given the matchup with the Texans run defense. So you have one week to see like, Hey, maybe it happens and then you can see next week. You know, if he has a half decent game and volume against the Texans, you can throw him back into your lineup. It's going to be J.J. McCarthy a quarterback. So if you're a McCarthy hater, I really think so. I do think it's going to be McCarthy's first, it wasn't a first pass pick like for McCarthy. Like, I don't know. You got like, let's be honest about there. Like McCarthy came in and all it was was zippier James experience. Like, it's exactly the same thing. It's the James experience. You're just getting with zippier passes. He threw for over 200 yards and 11 minutes and something of his thoughts in there. Yeah. There was a throw he had who I say likely where he layered it in perfectly. I'm like, this dude was not making this throw last year for the Minnesota. Like, no, you're not wrong. And that's why I say the zippier, like he's making throws that James can't anymore. And I think that's, that's, I don't, I want to be surprised if you're right. And it is McCarthy. I don't know if they do it just yet, but I want to be surprised. All right. These two guys I have brought up before, but the roster presenters are just still high. About 82% on Yahoo. Now this might be a little tricky because Travian Henderson, a lot of people thought we're going to be out. And I know we talked about this before, but 82% on he goes seven for 31. He got some usage. Maybe he was a little bit limited because of the, the sprain and we saw kind of go in there. But 50, where are you at on Henderson at this point? I don't remember if you guys were kind of like pseudo cuts before, but can we stop making Travian Henderson happen? No, I'm keeping him in case he does get an opportunity. This is the guy who when he finally did get an opportunity that people waited for patiently last week or last year, I should say was RB three over a three week stretch when there was no remondre and then proceeded to have a couple multi touchdown games with remondre playing. So I'm holding on to him. The upside is just too high to cut him loose. Yeah. The difficult part is everything we talk about with Henderson does relate to last year and not last week or three weeks ago five years ago, one injury away to Stevenson from getting the lead himself. And that's really comes down to I'm just not cutting, put it this way like the way I agree with this. I'm not cutting clear potential bell cow workload running backs behind and like, I don't even care if you never see the workload like, Charlie Algier, like did before this Brian Robinson. Yeah. I don't even care. Like he did nothing. Like that's I'm not cutting those guys unless I absolutely would like have to and I just don't see why you would have to who would you guys rather Travian or Kim's cat about who do you rather own Anderson, Anderson. Okay. Quick. All right. And then more than one I feel like I need to push back on is that 97% Jalen Waddle had four catches for 24. I feel like I could maybe I'm wrong about this. I feel like I couldn't get you guys to cut him last week and everyone's frustrated. But are we done with Jalen Waddle Fitsy? I'm hanging on. I still hanging on for dear life. I'll give you a different name because I'm saying 100% no he gets to Arizona Cardinals this week. If he does nothing against the Cardinals and Boonex can't look like a semi capable quarterback and fine. I'll I will come into next week's show and give you the pass. If Jeremy Bernard is on the wire and you can only cut Jalen Waddle. What would you do? Oh, I'd find somebody else to cut. You can't. Or make a trade. Top part of the spot. I would keep Waddle again. Like because to hear the thing, Jeremy Bernard does what he does again. People are still going to have the hesitation. All goes off against the Cardinals and be like, "Oh, Waddle's back." And you're just going to get one more gun. He's back. They both have the exact same game. There's going to be more excitement for Waddle because he's Waddle. So that's why I bring that up. But I will give you a name to supplant this with because I said no. So I'm coming with a name to replace and give you. Got it wrong on the ranking show. And it comes down to Kayla Williams. Just doesn't look at him. Roman Dunezai. You're gone. Because if you look at it, do you know how many games he has more than three catches or more than 52 yards? A big fat one. And that came with that agent. So I just think that Dunezai is the one that's been eliminated from the equation. I got to go back to Fitsy. You have to cut Jalen Waddle to pick up Bernard. Do you do it? Or do you hold? I'm still going to have Waddle ranked higher in my rest of season rankings when I do those items. Would you cut a Dunezai? Oh, yeah. A Dunezai. Yeah. I was hoping you were going to forget to ask me that question. That is a tough one. That was a tough one. Dunezai for Bernard. If a Dunezai and Waddle are both on the edge of a cliff and they're both falling, you can only grab one hand. I would grab Waddle and I think I'd rather have Jeremy Bernard than Roma Dunezai. Oh, okay. So you're going to 300 Roma Dunezai just get out of here. All right. There you go. Keep a cut. A little bit of different look. We'll see what next week. Maybe I'll be a little bit more aggressive too because you guys have put a couple caveats on a few players, but I like it and add Roma Dunezai in there. What does the other waivers look like? We are sadly going to be without Jalen hurts, obviously. You guys have probably heard at this point. This happened today. Jalen hurts is going to be out for the year with the blood clot issue, which is crazy. There's a couple. I mean, that's like for I'm pinning where you were with Jalen hurts. There's like four quarterbacks just this week that could have been top 10 options that are not going to be available, including him. So Fitsy, why don't you kick us off here? What is your waiver plan, your top streamers quarterback tight end defense and kicker for the week? Aaron Rogers would be my top available streamer and he has had multiple touchdown passes and at least two hundred and thirty five yards and four straight games now. So I feel like he is kind of here to stay as an impactful fantasy guy. It tight end. It's Tyler Higby and we have not gotten word because apparently some no one in the media bothered to ask Sean Payton after the game. What the status was of Devonte Adams who looked like he had some sort of non-contact knee injury at the end of that game. So Terrence Ferguson not ready to come, not eligible to come off our till week eight. Tyler Higby could be the number two pass catcher for the LA Rams this week. So he's my top streaming tight end option by far. I mean, the Carolina Panthers on defense, they showed they could handle a diminished offense playing a good game against the Philadelphia Eagles this past week. And now they are going to get the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jalen Daniels just been mistake prone three starts, nine sacks, four interceptions. And then the kicker, I will cover Jake on this one, Evan McPherson widely available because he's coming off by for the Bengals kicks, I believe he's perfect on the season and he kicks for a high scoring team. And Jake Bates, similar thing, Detroit, one of the best offenses of not the best offense in the league. The only problem with Jake Bates is that you get the hyper aggressive Dan Campbell who often likes to say to hell with the field goal. I am going for it on fourth and seven from the 30 yard line. I like the Jake Bates one because I'd cut him in every single league this week because he was on a buy and I'm not like going to hold the hand of this past week. I'm not going to hold him and pick up another kicker. So I was just boot and baits across the board to pick up other kickers. So try to kind of maybe get back invested. We know Jake is not going to be looking at kickers, but what quarterback tight end and defense are you looking at, Jake? Yeah. I'm looking at the same quarterback tight ends coming off of by the Minnesota Vikings, Colour Murray and TJ Hawkinson. Higby was up there as well. I was just went back and forth about that, but it'd be nice to fit because I put my names in first to kind of give them that, but Carler and Hawkinson, and it's not just that is likely no sauce gardener and the Coles secondary and the Coles past defense, Coles defense period. I don't know if that's a real thing is something to attack the season. So I'm looking at both of them coming out of the buy. And I mentioned before in the preseason, and we've seen a kind of whole true whether or not Jefferson or Asin has been out there. It's the fact that Carler generally goes wide receiver tight end. He doesn't go wide receiver wide receiver tight end. So it's basically Hawkinson's been involved most of their games. And then speaking of defense that they've been pretty good, we have the solid defense at home. I guess the Cleveland Browns. And to Sean Watts in these past two weeks has gone back to being the Sean wasn't that we thought we were going to get this year, sacks, interceptions, turnovers. The offense is full and apart. even if they get Quinshaw and Junkins back, they should run a little bit more, but Tessie defense is actually one where you could be like, "Wow, you know, they surprise you with what they're able to do defensively and going to get some paralysis really when I'm coming down to it." And it's not a great defensive streamer week. That's why I told a lot of people last week to hold onto the Vikings through the buy. - Yep. - All right, top five overall waiver adds, Jake, what is your top five waiver looking like this week? Number one, Jeremy Bernard, if you're still out there. Number two, Kendrick Miller. It's just, again, it's only because people need running back, I don't want him to be on this list. Omar Cooper's three. Jacobi Lane is four. I'm shooting upside, upside, upside as I have been at Y of receiver. And the number five is Jordan Tyson. I would just go for those just because, again, I'm making the assumption it's not until the buy. We still have two more weeks, which is why I would go for the people playing now. And as a bonus, I'll throw back into it. If you're super desperate, then that's why Miller's at number two. To where Jordan goes, he faces the giants in your desperation running back. Fitsy, top five for the week. Jeremy Bernard, number one, Jordan Tyson, number two, number three, I'm torn between Jonah Coleman and Omar Cooper. I'm going to go with Coleman, just because of the positional premium and how thin things are running back this week. So maybe positional need can play that. Like if you need Y receiver slight more, you'll just jump them. Okay. Yeah, Jonah Coleman, three, Omar Cooper, number four and Kendrick Miller, number five. Boom, perfect. Those are the top five who you guys are adding. You can drop it in the comments below. Or don't forget, we can get you guys covered. 2. Running back options are limited this week, with Jonah Coleman emerging as a speculative but valuable pick due to injury return and improved usage in Denver’s offense.
  3. Kendra Miller is a safer, more reliable backup running back option, especially in deeper leagues where injury concerns and depth are critical.
  4. Omar Cooper, with 4% roster share and 103 yards and a score, presents a mid-tier waiver opportunity in 10–12 team leagues where depth and upside matter.
  5. Jordan Tyson is a high-impact, high-risk waiver target due to his potential return from injury and the Saints’ high-volume passing attack, with aggressive bids recommended.
  6. Several other wide receivers like Kendrick Bourne, Jacobi Lane, and Kenan Allen offer solid PPR floor value in shallow leagues.
  7. Key injuries this week—including Jalen Hurts being ruled out for the season—create significant waiver opportunities and reduce roster depth.
  8. Waiver bids should be based on dollar amounts rather than percentages, especially in leagues with shallow benches or injury-related gaps.

Summary:

Jeremy Bernard is the top waiver pickup at 49% rostered on Yahoo. He has 12 targets, 11 catches, 87 yards, and a touchdown. He's trusted by Aaron Rodgers, who has used him as a key target in recent games, especially when other options are limited.

The recommended waiver claim range for Jeremy Bernard is between $9 and $17 in a standard 12-team league. In shallower leagues (10-team or 12-team with shallow benches), the cost may be lower due to less competition.

Yes, Kendrick Miller is a solid waiver option, especially if you're missing a running back due to injuries. He has 20 carries for 70 yards and is available in leagues where running back depth is limited.

Jonah Coleman is a speculative but worthwhile waiver pick. He's eligible to return from injured reserve with a high ankle sprain and has shown ability to contribute with both runs and receptions in previous games.

Omar Cooper is a mid-tier waiver option with 6 catches, 103 yards, and a touchdown. He has potential in 10- to 12-team leagues with shallow benches, especially if other receivers like Jordan Tyson are injured or unavailable.

Yes, Jacobi Lane is a good pickup to target, especially if key players like Bateman or more Jackson are out. He has 3 catches for 87 yards and shows potential in games where the passing game is disrupted.
