The Snack: Mormon Wives, Hyrox Pooper, and Sydney Sweeney’s “Sports”

The episode blends satire, controversy, and personal anecdotes to explore modern pop culture dynamics. A central focus is the "high rocks" fitness competition, where a contestant, Joanna W., completes a race covered in diarrhea, sparking outrage over hygiene, athlete safety, and ethical boundaries in sports. The hosts argue such behavior is unacceptable, especially indoors and in shared equipment, and question whether sponsors like Puma would want such content. The show also critiques Sydney Sweeney’s promotional ad for gambling, labeling it as exploitative and sexually objectifying, and challenges the idea of women being sexualized for male audiences. Another major point is the discomfort with corny romantic social media posts, particularly from Scooter Braun, which the hosts call embarrassing and inappropriate for men. The Emmys are covered with highlights, including Jean Smart and Matthew Rice winning major awards, and the hosts debate the genre of *Widows Bay*, calling it a well-executed dramedy. Red carpet moments are scrutinized, especially Shailene Woodley’s outfit and comments, prompting a call to revive outdated but meaningful critiques like the "Worst Dress List." The episode concludes with a mix of personal reflection, humor, and social commentary, emphasizing the importance of boundaries, consent, and authenticity in media and relationships. The hosts maintain a sharp, often irreverent tone, using satire to highlight issues of gender, power, and public performance.

lululemon.com so we are going to kick it off with a sports report go birds nfl season kicked off with an eagles win and a cowboys loss so things are looking up that's all i have to say eagles looked great game was great and the giants beat the cowboys and that's all i care about what about your team steelers won obviously they won and i did not get to watch the game unfortunately i had to go to the u.s open but i'll watch next week and i think that's it okay i'm rooting for the cowboys cheerleaders the eagles and the steelers okay there we go uh the u.s open is over i swear to god that the u.s open was like what two weeks this is the first time i'm hearing that the u.s open was so long i was boots on the ground alexander's zavara from germany won men's singles women's singles elena bakina from um kazakhstan won um i was there it was interesting it was great it was fun i just want to shout out the security guards at the u.s open and here's why i got there it is really obviously like far it's far to get there and as soon as i got in the car i realized i had to go to the bathroom but i was like i can get through this and by the time i got out there 45 minutes later i was like shaking and sweating and i was like i don't know what i'm gonna do and our friend had our ticket had my tickets and so i was like are you gonna be here and she was like i'm not i'm gonna shit this cute outfit like i don't know what to do and i found a woman's security guard just like around the grounds and i was like listen i don't have a ticket and i'm gonna shit my pants and she was like here's what here's what you do she's like there's a construction site across the street no duck under the scaffolding there's nobody there today there's porta potties you could go in there our hero of the week is this female security guard yeah you know what i was at a construction site in the middle of nowhere in queens just like my my fancy little tennis dress down around my ankles butt naked no bra underwear on under that shitting at a porta potty and i was like she saved my life honestly i feel like there's something wrong with me i told you every time i have to go to the bathroom it's an emergency but it was like both a low and a high moment so that's really all i have to say about the u.s open it was a lot of fun and yeah everybody went we saw so many people there there was a game a match sorry last week that was lasted till three in the morning i didn't know that was a thing that i is that the i didn't know a sport i knew baseball could last into the wee hours but i didn't know people were there till 2 30 in the morning like so my dad explained it to me my dad explained it to me kind of he was like the first match started i don't know he said like five o'clock and that went long and then the second match didn't even start until like nine or ten at night and yeah they can just go back and forth this one ran long too we were at the u.s open till like i don't know seven o'clock but we were pretty drunk the whole time i left but i thought it'd be over at five i guess the nature of the sport is like if you have two really good players they'll just keep hit that ball back and forth it's just like i don't think this i don't know if this could happen in like football or baseball or basketball or hockey and those are the sports i grew up on like also tennis is so weird to me because you'd be so quiet you could like hear a pin drop like you're not allowed to like talk it's so crazy and so like you and i weren't raised in these environments it's just different yeah tennis and golf i mean all the sports specifically the women that play the sports but i need to get a little rowdy okay so next in our sports report we have sydney sweeney so she well you know what i want to kick this off with saying that this is sports related sydney sweeney did an ad for a gambling company let's be so clear she didn't do an ad for the nfl or for the nba or even for sports merchandise a gambling yeah sports betting novig never heard of them if you guys saw she's completely naked vocal fry just saying sports sports sports over and over she is her character from euphoria i saw a thread that encapsulated how i felt exactly about this ad it said the sydney sweeney ad genuinely looks like a fake ad in a movie from a misogynistic ad agency does this not look like something that would be in a movie or a tv show that's a parody which is the same way that i feel that sydney sweeney looks and acts like she was built by a man she looks like a very specific type of woman that a man built and not the type of men that we would ever date or be friends with like that's what they would that's what they would choose all of the the body the body is banging generational tits on her but she's just not someone i'm a fan of and i think she can do whatever she wants with her body but i never want to hear again which she has said that she doesn't want to just be a sex symbol or over sexualized she doesn't want to be put in a box girl you are firmly in that box and you cannot act your way out of it sydney sweeney is not for the girls you know she's just not um she's never gonna sell us anything that's gonna change my mind she is for donald trump she is for scooter braun who is the swifty's number one enemy i mean she tried to do that boxer movie where she was ugly and people were like no no no no no like you're for the boys like she's just she's not for the girlies and i'm just it's never gonna be for me she's never gonna be for me her body i would love to look like that totally but she's never once claimed to be for the girls she's never threatened to become a feminist she's never been a champion for women she doesn't empower women like i understand the sentiment of like a woman in this sports area instead of championing female athletes but this wasn't for sports this is for gambling and i've never heard of this company they say sports 3 000 times in the ad but at the end of the day like this is just her sexualizing herself for some d-list gambling platform because i saw like some women athletes were upset about this and there's a discourse surrounding that and this is not for you yeah it's like she's never been a champion for women it's not that i disagree with them but i'm like she's not even in that conversation of female athletes you know what i'm saying yeah i mean this is also a person who like launched a business and instead of launching a business like everyone else does also for the girls like lip gloss or like skincare she has lingerie line which is for the boys you know she's for the boys yeah but she appeals to men and the men that really like her in that way that would buy what she's selling that will buy her bath water or buy her lingerie don't have women in their lives to buy the lingerie for let's be so for real so i can't imagine it's doing that well like we want savage fenty we want anything but this the real girls do i saw this take on tiktok that i just really loved conservatives will say like queer culture or drag queens or whatever the fuck nonsense they say is exposing our youth to over sexualization or radicalizing them whatever it fuck all the way off because this is the most heterosexual thing in the world and this is a naked woman acting sexy for men who are gambling and it's an ad out there in the world like if there's a problem with over sexualization it's in that world it's not drag queens and queer people you know like this is the straightest thing there is and it's it's a lot it feels borderline like it should be illegal here like it feels a little strange yeah okay well my real problem with her this week um is scooter bronze posted her for her birthday i have a couple problems with it i have a couple problems with it i would like to talk about okay so scooter broad says happy birthday to the woman who is the exception to every role the person who surprised me and showed me how life with true partnership can be lived he was married by the way for like eight years like he has two he has multiple children with his ex-wife like yeah she was great she was a like an activist and really contributed to the world yeah not a true partner though you can make me smile harder laugh louder adventure more dream bigger you've made the ordinary feel exciting in the future feel like something i can't wait to get to a giggle can change an entire day and i love how corny we can be together because nothing else matters there are a million things i could say but the ones that matter most are just for you happy birthday sid many more celebrations i love you did a fortune girl write this. This is one of the craziest things I have ever seen an adult man put on the internet. It is crazy. A giggle can change the entire day. I've never heard Shashank say the word giggle. I've never heard my brother say the word giggle. I've never heard Rob say the word giggle. I've never heard my dad say the word giggle. Like, I'm sorry. That's not a word that really should escape the lips of a man, a masculine man. If somebody wrote this about me on the internet, we would have a fight. I would be like, send me an email, okay? Write it in a card. And I love a beautiful Instagram story post. Like, I'm proud of you. I love you. Like, hyping your person on. This is crazy. I love how corny we can be together because nothing else matters. What? If that was my agent, Ashley, what if that was our agent? Well, I saw- I saw this headline that when she got together with Scooter, Ari Emanuel told her she should break up with him for the brand. She should be single, which I think that's crazy when your agents and managers intervene, but that is true. Sydney Sweeney will do better single with her demo, which is men who think they could ever get her, you know? So I wonder if she really did lose some popularity when she got into this relationship. But you can say you love my laugh, and you love laughing with me, but a giggle can change an entire day. I can't, I will never be able to get past that. We can be so corny because nothing else matters. Don't write that in public about me. I barely even want a text that says that. It is so embarrassing to me. Just like, right? Like, I'm proud of you and I love you. Look at my girl go. Happy birthday. I love you. Whatever the fuck. Like, it's a lot. Yeah. Yeah, I don't, I'm not about these. I guess one day it could happen, but I've never done this in my life. Like I've never, what did my wedding post say? I'm a, I'm a wife. What the fuck? Go birds. My, what was my, my like post on Instagram? Like my engagement post said, they said it couldn't be done. Like I, like I've never done this for his birthday. I think his first birthday post that I dedicated to him just said Libra men who knew, like I really don't get down like this and he doesn't either. So that, but I don't, I'm not knocking it. And I don't always subscribe to the longer the post, the worse the relationship. Like I think people want to do this on social media and I'm not knocking it. I think that's okay, but we can make fun of it. Especially when it's these two. Let it never happen to me. Okay. I just don't want it. Write me a post-it. A hundred percent. All right. Well, these two have gotten too much airtime. So let's move on. The Emmys were last night as we record and we just wanted to share a few highlights. So Jean Smart has won best actress for hacks every year of this series, undefeated five years in a row. Crazy. Crazy and well-deserved. And the show that swept the Emmys was Widows Bay, which I did watch, we watched. They won 14 Emmys total, which was crazy. A new single season record for a comedy. Yeah. Matthew Rice won best actor in a drama and best actor in a comedy, which is crazy. But there's discourse about Widows Bay not being a comedy. You didn't watch it, did you? No, but I know just in general, like the stuff that is qualified as a comedy, I'm like, this is not fun. This is, it's a dramedy at best. So it's funny. I think it's interesting. There's only two categories, comedy and drama. There should be a third one. That's just a regular show. I don't know. I do think it's a comedy. I think people who get it, get it. The bear is not a comedy and I will die on that hill, but this does qualify in my opinion. We did laugh out loud. It is really smart. Do you know this whole story? They, the creator, she wrote the script 15 years ago. It's really inspirational. She was on Parks and Rec. There's a whole lore. Of it, of this woman that created the show and it didn't get made for 15 years, but this does qualify in my opinion, but it is also scary. Like I found the first few episodes really spooky. And so it does have both. So I think people that don't like it are like, I want it to be fully scary a hundred percent, or I want a comedy to be funny all the time, but they really did blend the two. And I really support it. And I thought it was a wonderful show overall. The way the last episode was fine, I guess. Like I love the first half of the season more than the second, but I still really liked the show. And the supporting actors and actresses that won were surprising too, in a good way. I was like, Widows Bay just keeps fucking winning. And I'm glad that I watched it in full. All right, maybe I'll check it out. I have nothing to live for now that I finished Mormon Wives, which we will obviously get to. That's it, I got nothing. And then red carpet wise, Meg Stalter always just killed it. She dressed up as the Emmy. She was saying it took her like 30 minutes to get into that outfit. She was fully gold. She was the Emmy, dress for the job you want. They're saying Zendaya stunned Kelty. I loved what Kelty wore. She will be our guest in a couple of weeks. She was on the carpet for E. Shailene Woodley. How did this happen? Need to resurrect Joan Rivers for this one. We need to bring back Worst Dress List. You know what? We've gotten too soft. And that's all I'm going to say. Raina, can you imagine Joan Rivers or anyone that used to do this? What was that? It's crazy. I feel like I've never seen an outfit that 100% of the comments I've seen. Hate this. Girl, fire your stylist. It's these like beaded silver pants with a blue periwinkle plunging top and then leather maroon gloves and a beaded necklace. And her hair is pulled back. I mean, how did this happen? It feels like we're being trolled. She's beautiful. She can wear anything she wants. This is crazy. I don't mind all these pieces separately except for that statement necklace from 2010. But it is. It's just so interesting. And I think it's funny because like, I haven't thought about Shane Lee Woodley in so long. And all of a sudden, she's back in the news, which we will talk about with Anna Rogers. So I feel like everyone was like, we're rooting for you. We're all rooting for you. And she pops out like this. Like, wait, it's so true. We're all like, Shailene, what's she going to be like? And then she comes out and that's for like, girl, you had really everybody on your side. Okay, but she is like a low weirdo. Like in the cutest sense of the world, she's a little weirdo. She was talking about, and we will get back to this, but she was talking about her breakup with Aaron Rodgers. And she was like, I looked at trees and I felt nothing. And that's how I knew that I was depressed. I mean, she's just a little fucking weirdo. She's totally weird and quirky. And we say that as a compliment, but she really played in our face on that red carpet. And then she just put on a t-shirt for the after party. Did you see this? Which honestly, that's the thing I respect the most. I would do that. You're like, just fuck, I'm wearing pants and I'm going to put a fucking t-shirt on and live with it, deal with it. I don't fucking care. Or honestly, anything that gives, I don't fucking care. I can support. But this wasn't a good look. And I feel like we need to bring back more stress lists. Do those things exist anymore? Have we stopped doing that? They don't do it in like the TV shows like they used to. Maybe they're in magazines here and there, but like, yeah, we got too soft. And you're not allowed to make fun of people like you used to. Can you imagine like her whole thing of, hold on, I got to go fuck this guy real quick in that outfit. I think she got a little too comfy. I think we were all behind her, rooting for her. And she was like, I can bust out the crazy shit. And I was like, no. I can bust down with this statement necklace. Yeah. Other than that, I thought it was actually like a pretty great red carpet. And you know, Mariska, how are you today? It's hard for me to watch anybody who's not a comedian host things now because Nikki's at the bar so high. But like, she is such an icon. She has been on television for 27 years. I really like the bit she did with Nicole Kidman where she did like the movie thing. And she looks beautiful. Mariska Hargitay, her and Paul Rudd have signed a deal with the devil. They do not age. It is insane. She has not aged in 30 years. It's wild. She looks phenomenal. But I think she looks, her age, like she doesn't look like she's got any work done. She's aging incredibly, I guess is what I'm trying to say. Like she doesn't look 30, but she looks beautiful. And like what you strive to want to look like at her age. And yeah, I'm with you. I always want a comedian. I want Tina and Amy or, Nikki, no matter what. But I think she's so beloved. And she's such a television icon. She was hot during the Knicks. You know, like some moments felt a little awkward, but that's to be expected. And I think the timing was right. So yeah, I support it. Okay, we're just gonna take a quick break. Thank our partners. We'll get right back into it. I'm talking to you guys about Hinge. One of the most prevailing questions we've ever gotten to this podcast is how do I meet people? And if you want to cast a wide net and meet people that are dating intentionally, we can't recommend Hinge. The profiles are easy to set up. They have all of these prompts that are just designed to create conversation and get you off of that app and really talk to people about what matters to them and go on a date and help you put yourself out there. Ashley and I have tons of friends that have met on Hinge. We were recently at a wedding for friends that met on Hinge. And it is really just an app. It's gonna like get you there. And I have fostered so many great conversations on that app, gone on dates from it. We both have, me currently and before Ashley was married. That's really the only app where I had successful dates on. I can say that with full confidence. Sure, I used a couple others, but like that was my primary. And I would say nine out of 10 dates I went on, which I went a lot, were all Hinge dates. I never had a terrible one. Yeah, I had guys I didn't vibe with, but I would say the worst dates were from other apps. I just, those were the most quality dates and people. And I love their prompts. It is just like the app that like helps you like navigate these icebreakers and open up about yourself and like check compatibility before you go out with somebody. And truly just the most success stories we've seen. So you can discuss, your values or your boundaries or just make jokes and interact with people and post photos of yourself and meet people. They just make it really easy to date with intention. So download the dating app that is designed to, be deleted hinge. Okay, Lulu Levin. Oh my gosh, I am so excited to talk about Lulu Levin. We are going to talk about the new fall collection today, which is here and it's incredible. But I just have to say this is exclusively what I wear to work out. Recently, I had this thought of like, would I ever wear another workout pant or sports bra or top? I don't know. Can't imagine. I don't know what's out there. I don't even know the names. But like this is what I stick to exclusively. It is just the best quality feels the best on your body, the best for performance. And we love their fall collection so much. They sent us some stuff that they really felt like would be such great fits for us personally. And so the groove yoga bra, I really, really love it. The groove high rise short, I just received that just opened it and like this really great burgundy color. I love these colors. There's like, why am I doing the bird hand? Like I'm there you have navy and burgundy and they just look really great for fall match my nails. I just got done. I am loving this smooth space or high rise wide leg pant. I feel like this is great to wear out. Of course, you have that athleisure look. And I love that with the smooth space or relaxed collared half zip. This is a great travel outfit. So this is going to be my new outfit I travel in right and I like to travel in that look like kind of a wide leg comfortable pant with a half zip. We are just such fans. I mean, the performance, the style, everything is top notch with Lululemon, of course, and we are liking a lot of these new pieces, some of this texture piping, this vintage inspired style. I like that too. That's kind of like, it doesn't look try hard, but it still feels like vintage and kind of that like old school nostalgic look. I will be wearing this to work out to travel all of the things. So we are just fans and we love Lululemon always have always will. And we know you guys do too. New styles from Lululemon's fall collection are here. Popular colors go fast. So be on the lookout for those drops. And if something doesn't work for you free returns, always such a fan of Lululemon.com. And Noom, if you guys are curious about exploring GLP-1s, Noom is the leading behavioral change company. So they believe the losing weight is sort of half the battle and the harder part is keeping it off, which I agree with. And my personal story is that I have tried GLP-1s. I've had a great experience with it. But I think a lot of people's fear is, you know, what happens if I get off of them? And how can I change my behavior on top of this? So Noom, what they aim to do is help you lose for keeps, essentially. So when you get on Noom, there is a fantastic app and website. And they really help you to figure out what is your diet plan going to be, what's your exercise plan going to be, understanding and managing food noise, which I think is really the goal here is developing better long-term habits and dealing with that food noise and making more intentional food choices and exercise choices and staying consistent, like when your routine gets busy or interrupted and navigating these like setbacks without feeling you have to like start over. So if you're curious about GLP-1s, Noom has a psychology-based science-backed diet plan. So was filming I think two months before The Bachelorette was even going to be released maybe three months before The Bachelorette was going to be released she came home day one and on camera was repeatedly saying I'm not going to end up with this guy that I had that I got engaged to I fucked Dakota last night I'm in love with this other guy I flew this guy to New York to be with me on camera and hide in this hotel room like what deal did Hulu and ABC sign with each other that this is okay I can't believe Hulu was even like we're gonna waste the camera time of her saying this like were they gonna be able to release this the series the way it was supposed to go is The Bachelorette was supposed to come out this summer right and then Hulu would have released season five now but like would this stuff have been allowed to be on Hulu that she comes home day one no I truly don't understand it's just it's shocking so I don't really know and you know I saw this this thread like a poll that was like would you still watch The Bachelorette season after all this you I think everybody watched The Bachelorette I'm certainly not watching because I think true love is real on this show I'm just really curious how she was allowed to do this yeah I'm I'm so curious too but you know I do want to circle back I really do wish we would have gone harder on the other storylines but I really loved seeing Whitney what a queen I can't even remember why I used to dislike her truly can't recall I really was not feeling her those first two seasons I love her she's so stunningly gorgeous she's so talented she's above the drama she's in this loving marriage it was fascinating to watch her and Jen operate on two totally different wavelengths in terms of how they are able to communicate intelligence and maturity that was really something else I am never not fascinated by a relationship where a woman is making more money and how would they navigate it I found the Layla and Mason stuff fucking crazy the jewelry and he won't even buy her a coffee like I found that shit wild I could have watched that for like I don't know I don't know I haven't watched that for a whole episode in and of itself that's what I'm saying I would have loved it yeah I think Whitney's relationship with Connor and Jen and Zach it's so interesting to like watch watch the deposition of those two things because like yeah connor just seems i mean listen you never know what goes on behind closed doors but like he seems just excited to support her and uplift her and be a dad and like just make sure that like she can like go get her bag and feel supported and like zach and jen it's so interesting like i think whitney feels really supported by connor jen i don't know i always like hold space like yeah that's weird but like it seems like jen got to do whatever she wanted and zach what quit medical school and they moved to la to be on dance with the stars and he just kind of like let her cook and she's like you don't support me you do the bare minimum i mean it's so interesting to like watch the dynamic with the two of them and she's like i told the priest you'll be calling him and he's like i don't want to do that and she's like i'm going to be an actress and he's like i might not want you to hook up with somebody on on screen i actually was on his side for this one we're allowed to have boundaries we're a lot things are allowed to make us feel uncomfortable it's interesting to watch how it unfolded yeah i really always had empathy for jen but this season i was like i just don't really want to see her anymore i don't i don't think this is healthy for her i don't think she needs to keep having kids they don't really seem to bring her joy i think she wants to do more with her life i think we watched someone who was really jealous of someone else and trying to find other ways to justify it and pull stuff from the past and it all feels just rooted in jealous being jealous of whitney and whitney accomplishing things that she wants and so i think it was just i'm not like i hate her you know but i think i'm i don't really need to see much more of her and to your point i just forget sometimes how young these girls are i know i know and she is she's young jen's 25 layla is 24 years old i mean taylor is one of the older ones she's 30 she was 31 when they were filming she's 32 now like what religion has done to these women what men have done to these women so many of them have suffered real actual abuse they're just so young and i i forget that sometimes when i'm watching them because they do seem like adults but they just were sort of like thrust into adult life really really young i mean jen is she pregnant with her fourth kid i think and she's 25 right like just take a break and and meanwhile she's like i want to be a singer listen to my song about flamingos being pink like i just can't um but i'd still really like watching them and mckayla and macy and so now recent news is that mckayla is not going to be on the show which reina how can we have macy without mckayla eminem incorporated how could we they're a team they are bonded pair i don't understand this like macy's got to be close behind and a lot of people are just saying that this might be the end of the show like it might be time to call it and send everyone to inpatient treatment yes i agree also um macy and leila also said they're they're filming season six and they might just wrap this up and like who's to say like this might just run its course i mean you know me like sometimes when like one of our friends talks to me about their toxic relationship and i'm just like we've beaten this to death and i've said everything that i could ever more would you like me to say i don't know that i could go to work every day and talk about the same relationship for five fucking years like i just couldn't do it yeah we love this show a lot they're a partner of our show what they've accomplished i mean one of the women from this show was on broadway they're they've been a dancing with the stars i mean they've really they've created these careers and they're the breadwinners and their marriages and they've i will always love this show even if i can feel like maybe it is close to the end or it's running its course i just still love it it will never not be fascinating to me and i am curious to see what happens okay i have realized that listen chase he has had a bit of a fall from grace he had a dui i still he's still no he's just still my toxic crush and i think we all get one and i think you like that guy from love is blind but like i think everyone women we are supposed to have turned on him and i think we all get one and i think you like that guy from love is blind but like i think and i have kind i don't know rain i still like he's he's my toxic crush i'm sorry i would run towards that so fast i mean there nothing could stop me and i we love miranda so much she's like such a we say i'm problematic queen all the time i mean we love her so much she doesn't want to be with him and i just nothing could stop me if i was okay so we're aligned uh miranda i feel like is the most emotionally mature she just feels like she's the voice of reason i used to think about jesse and i don't anymore and i still love jesse too but like i just think it's so funny watching this and jesse's with marciano now and some some of the things of like what we leila is bisexual like i would have died to see that i was crossing my fingers the whole time like but i think that would have happened after they shut down production i don't know that they would have shied away from it so here's what happened if you remember when all this was happening production shuts down and i think a couple days later like three days later dakota released that video oh my god yeah and then the next day jordan announced the divorce so right it was within days of this shutting down i just like i don't want to platform jordan at all i never want to see him on my tv screen again but like i would have loved to watch jesse just like finally get out of this i mean she is such an impressive business owner she is self-made she's all this money she has a big house i mean she seems happier than ever i would have loved to watch the end of that yeah i know we missed it by a minute and so yeah i mean if they really get into all that and that the divorce and marciano and leila's bisexuality yeah sign me up for season six for sure taylor frankie paul posted an instagram post yesterday as we record that fucking gave me whiplash what are we doing so you know it was ben it's just it was surprising to see ben on my screen it was just a guy she met on the internet then she flew to new york to be her secret sex slave in the room for the weekend she writes this whole thing i will read this whole thing but you know this is a hard post to write out because a lot of emotions coming to sir ben is a reminder they're good men out there so patient gentle and kind blah blah we've gone our separate ways we know girl however he will make an amazing husband and father one day i hope he finds his person to give it all back to him i had to let him go because we knew girl we saw all this we saw this i don't hate it it was it came out of nowhere but i can support the message she's like this was a great guy and but also like no one said he was it i mean he looks like a 70s porn star but i think everyone empathized with ben i think that was a totally problematic character so if she wants to post this like let her cook but i was swiping through that carousel trying to find a picture of them in the bathtub so much and i commented we needed the bathtub pic in this carousel because there's this moment that has been all over social media where like she drinks the fucking tub water from the faucet that's assumingly hot i mean i don't know if they flipped it to cold they're in a hot bath and then hit the look on his face he's like it's this face if he's either kind of got the ick or else he's like yeah and he has the mustache and he's just straight out of a 70s porn i mean it's just funny because there's there's a camera person two inches away from them like it's just funny like we just didn't need the bath and like also you see these kind of posts when shows come out and somebody gets a lot of negative backlash but to your point like this guy seemed lovely and nice and intentional and kind and she's like here's a here's a roundup of all these photos of us together he's not right for me but maybe one of you would like him anyways here's us together the top comment said ben for bachelor i don't hate it i don't hate it okay well i did see connor levitt in the flesh last week at the dancing with the stars premiere party a little cutie and so i just wanted to say that dancing with the stars premieres this week a legendary cast i feel like this show has completely come back you know it's ebbed and flowed in popularity and what they've done with this cast has been incredible and i went last week to the party and i saw sierra i got to chat with her for a little bit we shared some fries and we really just had a nice time catching up and talking about la and if she's liking it here and all of that uh we met tatiana ali i brought my friend taylor we met tatiana ali and really got to have a moment with her and just like oh we're such fans of you we met giada briefly we took a selfie with giada she was so sweet and julia styles like i was back to back with her i was at the bar she was behind me like five inches away back to back and we just she was just really a lot of people wanted a piece of her and like we just never really got a chance to talk to her and we we're going to go up and talk to her if we saw a moment where she looked like she wasn't surrounded but really people were kind of on her all night and we were just you know hanging out drinking dancing having fun and we never really got that opportunity but she looked incredible and i am so hooked on her journey like i've been watching her instagram posts and like she might win this whole damn thing and i'm just really really into her of course we're rooting for sierra i just can't wait to watch it like but i admittedly am not this dancing with I hope I never find out that you actually did know about this because I have been just hounding you for days. Don't look at anything. I don't know what these words, I don't know anything about this. Okay. So you don't know what a high rocks is. I don't, I've never heard that word in my life. Okay. So high rocks is it's an indoor fitness race competition. There's a one kilometer run followed by a series of stations like burpees, rowing on a rowing machine, sandbag lunges. Like if you've ever seen someone with like a high rocks, you know, like a high rocks like a sandbag on their shoulders and they're lunging like lunge walking. And I believe you repeat that eight times. Bottom line, it's a fitness competition and people are really into it. There's training for it. Like you thought I knew about a fitness competition. I just, I'm surprised you've never heard the word ever. So you have no idea. One time I took like a Peloton strength training tune day class and she's like, this is a high rocks training class. Like in terms of the exercises we're going to be doing today. So people train for this, they do it. They attend competitions all over the world. So this past Saturday, there was a high rocks. Event competition in Beijing and the Australian world record holder is a woman named Joanna. Her last name is tough. What was it? Joanna W. So Joanna W she's competing and she has explosive diarrhea on the course. Okay. She's wearing like a sports bra top and shorts. It's all the way down her legs. She has diarrhea on herself in her shorts and it's running all the way down her legs. And she continues to compete. So let's run back. What I said, you are indoors. You are on equipment, including a rowing machine. Raina, have you ever seen a rowing machine? Please say you've seen a rowing machine. Yeah. I watched. Yeah. I watched the social network. You are sitting on it. People are going to sit on it after you. There is diarrhea everywhere. She is covered in shit and she finishes the race. No one steps in. No one tells her to get off the course. And she wins. Women are amazing. She posts a selfie afterwards like a win is a win. Like insane. This has, you have affected so many people. This is actually fucking disgusting. Like it's one thing to shit your pants during a marathon or, but by the way, you should try not to, by the way, there are porta potties on the course. If you really feel that coming, you should stop because you are still exposing people to it, but it happens. This is indoors and people are using the equipment. After you, your shit, your feces is on the equipment. And by the way, this wasn't the Olympics. She does these all the time. This wasn't her first rodeo. I don't even think this was her best time. She did win, but like she could have stopped is my point. Okay. Everybody's trying to say like, whose fault was this? There's a bunch of people at fault. Like the, the organizer should have stopped this. First of all, I was curious if this was like the be all end all, like the most important finals of the high rocks, but also like, is this precedented in sports? Like, has this happened? I feel like I have never heard of this in my entire life. And listen, I clearly, obviously when I have to shit, I have to shit. It's an emergency, but like, I have never heard of this in sports before. So I don't know what, what, what are people supposed to do? Like tackle her to the ground. Like, I don't know what the answer is. Just stop the event, go up to, you have to leave the course, but this is indoors. You don't have to chase her down. I don't know if there's like referees, like Raina, can you imagine? If I was in that race, can you imagine? I would have thrown such a goddamn fit. I would have gotten all that, those refs faces until she was off that course. Like I can't even handle someone being on speakerphone in public and like disturbing my piece. Like I, if I was competing against someone and sharing equipment with them while they contaminated everything and they were covered in their own feces, like I would have stopped it. Like, and I know, you know, you're like, what do I do? I don't know. But like, if I was a fellow athlete, I would have been like, this is crazy. You're expecting us to follow. This woman who is shit everywhere. This is absolute insanity. I can't believe this is a woman and not a man. This is very male behavior of just like, I don't care how this is going to affect other people. Like I, Sydney Sweeney would do this. This is how Sydney Sweeney would be as an athlete. But so the other part of it is she was sponsored. She's sponsored by Puma, which I'm like, you know, people are talking about what did her contract say? Like what happens if she doesn't finish? And it's just like, I would think Puma would want her to. Stop the race instead of completing it, covered in diarrhea. I'm going to guess that that's not the best look and that's not going to sell gear and shoes. I'm going to guess that they see it in the videos. Yes. Yes. Puma doesn't want that. Puma does not want your shit covered legs in their ads. No, I'll send you some photos. Like it's all down to this. It wasn't subtle, right? And it's, I wasn't subtle. She's rowing covered in shit. Like, I can't believe it. You know, she doesn't deserve. She doesn't deserve death threats for the record. You know, like I really think she was at fault, but like, we've got to stop telling athletes to continue at all costs because it's at the cost of other people. Even in the Olympics, honestly, you're jeopardizing other people's ability to do this. Who trained for this, right? It should have been stopped or, you know, it's all about your time, but like she should have gone to the bathroom and then come back and finished. Just, you don't just like shit your pants and continue. I just, if you were at this, I would have done it. If you were at this event, I can't even imagine what would have happened. Okay. I got to calm down, bring my heart rate down. Yeah. It's just, it's wild. And I just can't believe this happened. And people were like, are you guys going to talk about the high rocks pooper? And I'm like, absolutely. Absolutely. This is the niche drama that we started the show for. Yeah. It's always a poop report around here. That's 2026. It's a literal shit show. Okay. So we are just going to go over a few headlines and we will send you guys out into your weekend. So one of the top headlines right now is Ed Sheeran dropping Macklemore from his tour. Macklemore went on stage at a concert and he made a statement about Palestine, appeared to be well-received at the show. Uh, he was supposed to play at Gillette stadium. Robert Kraft decided to ban the concert unless Ed Sheeran dropped him from the concert and got other stadium owners to band together. And essentially what happened is Macklemore got dropped from the tour. Ed Sheeran made a statement a little too late. I think people kind of were able to. Take the narrative and run with it before he got in there. He said he didn't make the decision decision. It's the promoter's decision. And you know, that is, is really the story. Robert Kraft, like what the actual fuck I find so many things wrong with this, but like he's like the villain and all this, like, I can't believe this, you know, like Macklemore made a statement. I found it to be a very humanitarian statement. I did not think it was anti-Semitic at all. People of course disagree with me. Once you bring this up, people are gonna jump down your throats. I'm prepared for the comments that can't be avoided. but he made what I felt like was a very humanitarian statement statement that people agreed with and i wish that ed sheeran would have called robert craft's bluff and be like you can't do that you know but he didn't meanwhile we have kanye doing stadiums the most blatant anti-semitic artists in recent years maybe ever and chris brown a lifelong abuser he who was currently out on bail for assaulting someone in london chris brown it's not just rihanna by the way chris brown is a lifelong abuser criminal getting awards on stage from politicians which jasmine crockett i'm so beyond disappointed in her in that whole situation like i just hate it here and so it's just like i can't believe what we will cancel some people for and not for others i can't believe that macklemore statement is what how this ended out i can't believe how robert craft got himself involved and it's a mess and it's really really disappointing and i guess that's my statement on it yeah i mean it's not like uh i'm not here to like compare like who did what and who didn't and i'm not here to like compare like who did what and who didn't it's worse but like it should be up to the artist who performs with the artist and up to the ticket buyers who they want to go see and i can't believe that kanye west gets to sell tickets somebody who has truly motivated people against the jews has incited violence against the jews and chris brown these people are platformed they're in stadiums they're in arenas all over the country and it's an interesting stance to take and then to rile other stadium owners up against just this yeah why'd you even get involved robert craft i don't know i have so many questions like did ed sheer know he was going to do that like did they agree and align on it because then it's crazy that he would let him drop him like if ed sheeran and macklemore's like hey i have the stage i want to do this and ed sheeran was like i support you brother well i wouldn't say that i like to stay a little more apolitical but like you can do your thing and then he wasn't willing to be like well if you cancel him then the show's off like but you know there's this whole thing of like all the other people that are have their livelihoods are at stake when you cancel a show like that i mean there's so many different elements to it and like can't win these all these arguments you know like people feel some type of way about all of this and all the different sides of it and the pr of it all and the business of it all but it's just just really gross and disappointing and robert craft is in the epstein files so i don't know mind your business go off and next in uh nfl people who we hate is aaron rogers and i mean what is he doing i saw this thing that said everything i know about aaron rogers is against my will and honestly same and he was the court back the stealers and still everything i know but he just like i don't care he did this podcast um where he was talking about his breakup with shailene woodley which happened years ago by the way yeah and he's taking shots at her and saying you know all of my exes including danica patrick were obsessed with me and they talk about me after the fact and i don't know i think people are entitled to talk about their breakups that they want to this is so many years ago though what you're bringing up and honestly he was trying to make shailene woodley look bad and it just really made me laugh because he said that she said before we get married i gotta go fuck this guy yeah he proposed and she accepted and then was like but i gotta go fuck this guy which is so aaron rogers what are you doing like why are you on this podcast and like the way he speaks about these women is with such disdain this man is married now it's like what are you doing i would not want my husband going on talking about his exes in this way like it is just such an ick what are you doing going on this podcast like dragging your ex when you're married grow up i think his point was like they keep talking about me it's like but you're perpetuating this by talking about them and i've never heard them say anything so terrible about him and he basically said that shailene woodley had said that she had gone into a deep depression because of him and i read her statement i guess there could be other things in here that i'm missing but it sounded like she was saying i just went into a deep depression because of the breakup which that's a lot of people after a lot of you caused it and you're a monster and even if she was yeah oh who cares i just feel like a grown-up response and tone when this happens is if you really get pressed on it you're kind of like this these are the facts but the way he speaks about these exes of his is like he hates them and he hates women and this man is currently married to someone else like it's a weird tone to take this isn't the day after the breakup and i just i can't stand him overall i think he's super problematic and so fuck him and shailene woodley go off with your little red carpet outfit and your t-shirt your statement necklace um and then just a really quick thing we have martha stewart she posts on instagram a selfie queen of the sexy selfie and says i've been thinking about releasing my nudes that's it she's doing like a light kissy duck face she looks gorgeous i made my dad when i saw it i made my dad okay right now question are these current nudes like are these recent martha 80 whatever how old she is nudes or are these like ones from the vault either way i'm sad well you know this is for right what so later on she said that this is just to tease a release of a product that she has coming out and the shade is nudes i thought you knew this you're just not telling me that i linked it i thought you even the whole story no you didn't you just set me up no i would never do that to you i love you i did not know that never do let me just think like why did you ruin that for me oh okay stewart was really trying to release her news no it's a new lip serum and listen it made my day too and when i saw that this was not the case i was really sad because i really was hoping that she would use that she's such an icon you never know what she's gonna do you never know set me up raina set me up i would never set you up i think you put this on this outline because i thought it was real i believed in it nothing's real you guys can't trust anyone not even martha okay lady gaga had a baby so congrats to her i just love her she's always been mother and now she is officially mother and mitch mcconnell is allegedly alive they wield his corpse i mean his alive body onto the senate floor and this is elder abuse this man does not know where he is he is being rolled around and i cannot believe this is someone who is in charge of making decisions for the american people decisions he will not even be alive to see he's been on medical leave for three months he is not with it they're just wheeling him around like this man can work i'm so mad i watched them kind of like they were like they were like they were like they were like prop up his dead corpse um and try to make a statement dead corpse is redundant but i'm just mad at you would never set you up actually be mad at yourself because i linked the appropriate headline maybe you should prop better i didn't look at the link i had it up here when you started with the like do you think it's current nudes i was like oh no she has not read you're like oh my god she's so stupid actually you're being so stupid okay well anyway yeah i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry he did eke out a sentence this is the first time they've like heard him speak in like months either and i would never make fun of anybody else in this situation except for the american people why are we putting ourselves in this situation so ridiculous a man who was like voted against maternity leave medical leave and then got to have it himself on our dime and now he's just he can't we's too old to work this has nothing to do with making fun of old people like we need age limits in all areas of the world and we need to make fun of old people and we need to make fun of old people and he's not with it so get him out of there it's disgusting well our president is senile and wears diapers too so he was like game recognized game oh my god yeah do you think mitch is like in diapers yes i think he's a catheter i don't i don't think he's all right and speaking of people who have diapers or need diapers fuck mary kill that high rocks girl or mitch or donald trump actually that's so mean that's so mean i would just i would marry a i'd marry a woman no matter what out of all okay well that's your snack you guys girls gotta eat.com girls gotta podcast instagram and tiktok i am ash has an High rocks is an indoor fitness competition that includes a one-kilometer run followed by stations like burpees, rowing, and sandbag lunges. It's a fitness event where athletes train and compete globally, often using equipment like rowing machines.

During a high rocks event in Beijing, Australian world record holder Joanna W competed while experiencing explosive diarrhea that ran down her legs. She continued the race despite being covered in feces and ultimately won, with no one stopping her or intervening.

The incident is controversial because it involves public health and hygiene risks on shared equipment, especially indoors. Critics argue that athletes should be required to stop if they're experiencing incontinence, and that such behavior undermines safety and respect for others.

The show highlights the incident as a major 'poop report' and calls it a 'literal shit show,' emphasizing its shock value and the need for better boundaries in competitive sports. It questions the ethics of continuing to compete under such conditions.
