Speaker 2Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, established in our lives. This morning, Lord God, we pray for all those who are connected with us. Hearing, we're gathered under your feet to hear your word. To be blessed, to grow up, to be perfected. Lord, we pray in the name of Jesus that every heart will be delighted in the word that comes today. Open our eyes and understand it. Cause us, O God, to grow up and to walk in the counsel of your will. Regardless of their time, locations, we pray that your presence reach out to every individual and turn our lives around. In Jesus' name. Amen. Today we want to be talking about a very interesting extension of all that we've been doing. And I think that by now, almost everybody here who's been following in the past month or two understands the differences between angels and ministering spirits. Of course, we generally refer to all the beings, in heaven, apart from God, usually in the minds of everybody, that apart from God, the rest of all the beings in heaven are angels. But it's not so. And I think that around this time, everybody who's been following can distinct the role of your guardian angel from the role of your ministering angel. You remember that a couple of weeks ago, I was talking about the difference between your assignment and your destiny. Within your destiny is your assignment. Your destiny encapsulates all that you were born to experience. And your assignment encapsulates all that you were born to do. Once you found Christ. So there are lots of people who are living out their lives and the path of their destiny, but have not started their assignment. When you read the book of Acts, you will find that there are a lot of people who are living out their lives, the chapter 20, the verse 24. Paul brings a distinction between the course of his life and the ministry he has received. And until you read Acts 20, 24, you're unable to tell that distinction between destiny and an assignment of ministry. He said, but none of these things move me. Neither counts I my life dear unto myself so that I might finish my course with joy and the ministry. So there is a course and there is a ministry that drew most the course of life that which has been committed to you from birth till death. That is your life course. It is a little bit different from the ministry. And both of them must be finished. He said, which I have received of the Lord Jesus to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Now, come with me to the book of 2 Timothy chapter 4 from the verse 5 to the verse 8. And then you'll begin to see the gospel of the grace of God. And then you'll begin to see how that destiny and assignment work hand in hand amidst ministering spirits and guardian spirits. He said in 2 Timothy 4, the verse number 5, but watch thou in all things and endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of your ministry. For I am now ready to be offered in the time of my life, and I am ready to be offered in the time of my life. My departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Three things. The keeping of the faith actually stands out. The keeping of the faith actually speaks of the experience you have in Christ by new birth. And working and living in Christ all day long for a lifetime. Then the finishing of your course has to do with the mandate and the demand of ministry. The mandate and the demand of destiny. And then the fight in a good fight has to do with the demand of ministry. When you check those words as used, others think that Paul was saying that I have fought. I have fought. So they have to fight. But actually, Paul was not talking about a physical fighting. He was talking about a kind of passion. And the Greek word they use, I have fought, is agonizomai. And the good fight is agon. Something that engages every ability within you to finish. The agonizomai and the agon are actually centers of spectacle like we would have in a stadium. So in the Olympics, they refer to all that was being done as a passion that had been assigned to a people by the agon. By their nations and by their presidents to go and compete with others. That fight is not only a boxing. It's not only a wrestling. But every engagement in the open field of sports at the Olympics was referred to as an agonizomai. A place where we earnestly contend. A competition. So you realize that the same word is used when Paul says earnestly contend for the faith. Where with zeal and with desire we are passionate in contending for the faith. This fight of faith people is not fighting the devil. That fighting a good fight has got nothing to do with the devil. It has everything to do with your assignment. Interestingly, destiny is seen to be a race. But then, the good fight is not necessarily a race. It's any of the options in the Olympics. Look at it this way. The cause was seen to be the race of life. Your destiny. The start to the finish. Where we are all athletic and we are running. Destiny. We start from somewhere and then we end it somewhere. That is the cause that he was talking about. Then the fight which is that good fight, is not the race of life, but is the options within the Olympics of sports that is being carried out. So he said, know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiver the prize. So run that you may obtain. And this, he wasn't speaking necessarily of the assignment, but all that encapsulates it. Then I look at the verse, he says that, and now there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness with the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day, and not to me only, but unto all them that also. So love is appearing. So Paul is making us to understand that we are not just in a fight for a fight's sake. There's going to come a day where the emperor of that competition being held in a stadia is going to show up and hand over. The prizes, the crowns that has been laid up for all those who are ready. Now, this morning, are you concerned about the package of your destiny and the details of your ministry assignment? Now, watch it this way. He makes reference to. John the Baptist in Acts 13 and the verse 25. He starts off in the verse 24 talking about John the Baptist's preaching. Then he comes to the verse 25 and talks about John the Baptist's destiny. Now, let us start, he said, when John had first preached before his coming, the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel, his preaching, and as John fulfilled his cause, his destiny. He said, "Whom think ye that I am? I am not he, but behold, there cometh one after me whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to lose." What was he talking about? He was talking about the ministry and destiny. The ministry and destiny. I have preached, yet I have fulfilled my cause. And. Amen. Because of that, I'm not confused about who I am. Destiny is in no competition to take up another man's work of destiny because I'm in my race. I'm running. I'm in my course. I'm sticking to my lane. When you see people who are insecure. Amen. about life, it is because they don't know their life's course. Because do you know that in an athletic competition, if you miss your course, though you finish it, it is no race. I'm not interested in taking up another man's course. Everybody should keep to their lane. Amen. Amen. By reason of your course, you have more than enough. Keep on running. If by reason of my course, I do not have more than enough, I really don't care about your course, I'm concerned about my course and how I am going toward fulfill it. So, where Paul was talking about finishing his course, John was referred to as to have fulfilled his course. You are here to finish your course and to fulfill it. Bring it to the full. Don't just run. Don't just do things somebody is doing. Stick to that definite, defined course of your life. And actually, when you understand what you are doing, you are going to find that you are not just running. You are also going to find that you are not just running. And actually, when you understand how the spirit realm operates, you are not going to be bothered about somebody's because when it comes to divine assignment and it comes to destiny, spirits have been assigned to you. So for you to want to. Yeah. Take over someone's own, the question is, do you have the backing spirits to engage in that divine work that you want to take up? Do you have the backing spirits to engage for that divine work that you want to take up? Because guardian angels are behind your cause and your ministry angels are behind your cause. Because guardian angels are behind your cause. it means nothing so ministering spirits are so sensitive that if you're that's the reason i started from here if you're good fights now see that as ministry it is called the good fights the good engagements the good argon then with that good fight you find it and then you contend in that fight that is your assignment as you contend in that assignment there is a ministering spirit following you guiding you by the rules of engagement when you miss your ministering spirit you are done anything you do pertaining to ministry will not be counted then when you now look at somebody's life i want you to get this a lot of people look at others and miss out on their destiny and a lot of people engage their desires and miss out on ministry in the ministry it is agonizomai your passion where you direct your passions where you engage all your embers and fire destiny does not require passion destiny requires manifestation you just live your life a day at a time because it is all supposed to be in cause so you just keep going you're going to meet this person you're going to meet that person you're going to be in kumasi you're going to be in america you're going to be in the uk it those things are not assignments places that you have to be it's not assignment that one is destiny you have to travel it's not assignment there's no assignment called traveling there's no ministry called traveling please get this because we're going somewhere so that we are able to understand how the ministering spirits work and how the guardian angels work your assignment is not in eating bangu it's not in eating ampesi it's not in eating pounded yam but your guardian angel is supposed to be concerned with what you eat today how much money is supposed to be in your pocket it is not the concern of your ministry spirit is the concern of your guardian angel who you are supposed to marry is not the concern of your ministry spirit is the concern of your guardian angel the color of dress the house you have to live in is not the concern of your ministry spirit is the concern of your guardian angel the school you have to attend is not the concern of your ministry spirit is the concern of your guardian angel that is to say the things of this life your guardian angel concerns himself with them don't confuse it the ministry also referred to as the good fight it is ministering spirits who concern themselves with the good fight are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be the heirs of salvation not for all humanity only them that will come into the inheritance of salvation are the ones that ministering spirits have been assigned to now it is so dangerous to miss out on ministry a lot of people oh come on um i don't have it i don't really care about ministry um i'm just going to live my life one day at a time fulfill my destiny and i'm going to that's fine but then remember that you have a course and you have a ministry listen there is no man in the christian faith who doesn't have ministry within the ministry are also options of the divine callings everybody you were saved so that you can become an heir of salvation by ministry if you don't do ministry you can never be committed the inheritance of your salvation the prize that comes with running and fulfilling your destiny assignment is totally different with the reward of the inheritance that comes by salvation we were saved not to fulfill destiny we were saved to fulfill ministry we were born to fulfill destiny your natural birth tailors towards destiny your spiritual birth tailors towards ministry you have to understand why you were born twice you were born naturally for your destiny and you were born spiritually for your ministry so once you were born naturally a guardian angel was released to follow you from birth till death once you got born again a ministering spirit was released to follow you for the work of the ministry you are supposed to do if you miss your path in ministry you are done with that ministering spirit he falls his hands and follow you everywhere you go and will not carry out one thing and will never write one thing of all the plenty things that you are doing you never should miss out on ministry and there are basic ways of walking yourself into ministry because it is ministry the basic way of walking yourself into ministry forget about talking about apostle prophet evangelist pastor and teacher the basic way of walking yourself into ministry is to start as a deacon that one is a decision of men the bible says they which have purchased for themselves that office of a deacon you purchase it yourself he said for they that have used the office of a deacon well they purchase to themselves a good degree and great boldness in the faith which is in christ jesus every christian must strive to be a deacon before they die what is to be a deacon the work that help and support the fivefold ministry now there is the work of a deacon totally different from the office of a deacon there is everything every believer must do to become a deacon now listen the qualifications for a deacon is totally different from the qualifications of a bishop and when you check out the qualifications of a deacon it is simply living the christian life go and check it in the book of timothy likewise must the deacons be grave not double-tongued not giving too much wine not greedy or filthy looker holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience and let these also first be proved and then let them use the office hold on of a deacon being found blameless what does he mean by let them first be proved don't give the office of a deacon to somebody until the person is already engaged in the work of a deacon so the christian race is so simple in how you're going to step into your assignment of ministry very simple but because we have not been taught a lot of church people won't puce and never step into the reason they got born again let's take it again you were naturally born for destiny you were spiritually born for ministry if you are a church goer and you are not doing the work of a deacon you are wasting your new birth because you can never receive your inheritance of salvation ministering spirits are sent for forth to all who will inherit salvation who will be heirs of salvation there is the work of a deacon and there is the office of a deacon don't give people the office of a deacon until you have proven them first by the work of a deacon and every member of every church must get involved in the work of deacons the ministry that supports the fivefold so if you claim you're a christian and i ask you what work of deaconship can you profile in your lifetime as being a believer and you cannot name it you have wasted spiritual resources of the new birth it is like giving back to somebody naturally who missed destiny we're still talking about ministering spirits these ministering spirits are sent to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation so once you got born again saved there is an inheritance of salvation waiting for you that inheritance being an heir of salvation starts when you decide i must be a deacon and then you start off doing the work of a deacon i always say the bible does not talk about the office of the ministry but the work of the ministry now let's go back to ephesians chapter 4 he does not talk about the office of the ministry he talks about the work of the ministry now look at ephesians 4 the word of god says he gave some apostles prophets pastors and teachers he said for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry my friend every christian must do the work of the ministry and the purpose is that the body of christ may be edified for the edifying of the body of christ so we are all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of god unto a perfect man unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of christ if you are not doing ministry you are the most you are such a regrettable thing in our kingdom it's unfortunate that you got born again because unto what is the same thing as if you don't fulfill destiny it's unfortunate that you were born do you realize that job speaks of if a man leaves watch here a hundred years and gives birth to a hundred children and that man does not fulfill his life's destiny he said a still birth is better than he does it would have been better that this person was not born you see when it came to the life of judas the word of god says the one that would betray jesus it would have been better he was not born there are many people whose birthing into this world is an unfortunate incident i'd not want to go into that matter it has too much consequences to be discussed theologically not for this platform unfortunate births people that were not supposed to be born but made it here it would have been better if he were not born better if he were not born if that guy was not born it would have been better there are such souls that come into this world not by divine arraignments but by the choices and the will of men and that will of men can create chaos and problems in this life he said the son of man goeth as it is written of him but war unto that man by whom the son of man is betrayed it had been good for that man if he had not been born the same thing applies in ministry it would have been good if he didn't get born again somebody say did you actually say that yes it's the same thing why are you here not fulfilling destiny and why are you here not fulfilling ministry i'm done with this church thing i won't do it again oh brother there's an inheritance of salvation you just aborted it why get born again oh you see god would have all men saved for what for their inheritance in salvation how are you going to fulfill it by ministry how do i start off in ministry where do i even start off from do the work of the ministry how do i do the work of the ministry submits the fivefold to be perfected for the work of the ministry any church that does not have measures and metrics to engage all believers in the work of the ministry is a failure i say it again why did he give us pastors why did he give us prophets why did he give us pastors teachers and evangelists he said to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry for the define of the ministry and he said to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry for the body of christ we must have proper systems that cover all once a person gets born again we must have a program that directs the person's walk into their inheritance and this we must create that conscientization we must create that awareness that conscious demand in the spirits of the saints to bring them to the place where they understand they must do the work of the ministry you as a pastor must have a day where you question everybody in the church which ministry work are you involved in because if you are not involved if you have a church of a thousand people with hundred people involved in the work of the ministry you are failing it is not in the crowds that gather that you preach to them because your preaching must have an end game the end game is to ensure that engagements in the ministry grow with the time of your preaching and you must be concerned about it why because we are making the ministering spirits ineffective their hands are folded why the people are not purchasing for themselves he said he that uses the office of a dicking well he said let them first be proven let them be proved then let them use the office of a dicking being found blameless so you have done the work of the ministry first you now are placed in the office of the ministry or the office of a dicking ministry and dicking they are all the same thing the iconos ministry is the iconos and dicking is the iconos is the same thing so there is the work of the ministry and the office of the ministry the work of a dicking and the office of a dicking in the bible is the first stage you must start off with the work of the ministry then you prove yourself when you prove yourself then now you are given the office of a dicking now let us go back he says they which use the office of a dicking for they that have used the office of a dicking well so there are many people they are not even doing their work to be appointed into an office and there are many people they are not carrying out the demand of the office of a dicking well that's when you do this you purchase to yourself a good degree and you become bold in the faith and great boldness in the faith which is in christ jesus if you want to know how bold a people are check out are you doing ministry if you are not doing ministry are you in the office of ministry if you are not in the office of ministry are you using the office of them of the ministry well when you get born again the path to ministry is very simple number one start serving Start doing the work of ministry. follow the path of perfection and locate the ministry work of a deacon and do it. And make sure that you are doing it intentionally to prove yourself. Don't go, no, no, no, me, I don't need the office of a deacon. Yeah, my friend, you are playing with eternal things. If you have not been, oh, no, no, no, me, oh, come on. I don't need any church to appoint me into the office of a deacon. You don't even understand spiritual things. Any church you are in, strive to attain the office of a deacon. Because the moment you attain the office of a deacon, it becomes a judgment on your life. No, we will just do the work. We will not mind the office. You are trading, you don't understand what you are doing. You are on a trading floor spiritually. You are trading the path of your ministry. And these are files you must present in that day before the Lord Jesus. Otherwise, you cannot have what is known as the great boldness in the faith. So, one, I got born again. What must I do next? Second, the work. Three, I must always be working and find out what must I do to get to the office of a deacon. Prove yourself. Then you go and find out what are the things that I must do to show that I'm proving myself. Because at every case, I must be an official deacon in a certain church, in a certain assembly. Now, when you check the word that was used for agonizomai, it means assembly. It means assembly. The passion. The place where we exert our passion. In that Olympic assembly, that place, that church, that assembly, they're coming together of the people. Understand this. Every church you are in, that you are serving, that you are not being appointed into the office of a deacon, there are two problems. Either you have not asked how to prove yourself to attain the office, or, the man of God there doesn't want to work with you, so you should leave. How can you be in a church for 15 years, serving, and you are not in the office of a deacon? What happened? Something is wrong with you. Or the man of God doesn't want to work with you. It's just as simple as that. You cannot be born again for 15 years, in a church, 10 years, 5 years, and you are not in the office of a deacon. Something is wrong. It is either you have not, understood, the engagements to prove yourself. So you are just doing the work, you are doing the work just anyhow. You must become a deacon, brother. You must become a deacon, sister. And I'm not talking about the work of a deacon. I'm not talking about the office of a deacon. Then watch here. When are your ministering spirits activated? Ministering spirits. They get activated according to the ranks that you attain. There are general ministering spirits. Then there are official ministering spirits. The moment you step into an office, the moment you step into an office, then that general ministering spirit is dismissed. And then an official ministering spirit is assigned. That is how come induction services are actually spiritual moments, actually engaging heaven's attention for an official spirit to be assigned to you. Don't joke with induction services. Induction service is not okay, we have a new service, we have a new service, we have a new set of leaders. So let us give them recognition. Recognition by who? Recognition by earth and by heaven. Why? Because the assembly has bound it. Whatever we bind on earth as the assembly will be bound in heaven. Whatever we lose on earth as an assembly will be lost in heaven. The moment an assembly comes together to say that today, you are a deacon, having recognized that you are a deacon, once you are a deacon, an elder, a pastor, an apostle, a prophet of a church, the moment the church says, you are now a pastor, you are now a deacon, it is written in heaven, you are a deacon, you are a pastor. Now, this is the danger. At that time that the same church will now say, you are no longer a pastor, immediately the fowl is in heaven, then they cancel your name, you are no more a pastor. You can be running, running about and claiming you are doing ministry. No. Ministry work is not calling outside of a church. Don't confuse yourself. An assembly, you see, a lot of times you have prophets, they are going round about doing the work of the prophetic ministry. You don't have an official spirit assigned to you. You only have a general spirit because in the body you are just doing some ministry. You are just doing some personal, personal work. You are just doing some personal work. your destiny is happening in your home in your workplace in your school all of these are institutions of destiny bank institution of destiny marriage institution of destiny childbirth institution of destiny hey ministry church the institution of ministry understand god's program follow it simple you have a beautiful life no stress because we don't understand is i have a calling where where is your calling oh that which he called me even from my mother's room how are you going to do it how are you going to fulfill it the structure the structure of that divine assembly as acknowledged in heaven is a very important matter so that their legislation here on earth is recognized in the heavens so now we go back to ministering spirits i'm still on this trajectory the ministering spirits are they not all ministering spirits send forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation now so we are looking at ministry the diaconos the work of the ministry the moment i say again you get born again you must be determined and intentional to work in the house of god to engage yourself as a worker in the house of god the only people who begin to speak against this wisdom are rebels the only people who begin to speak against this wisdom are rebels of churches of churches of churches you can prove this everywhere rebels you can prove this you are worse off than an infidel can we read this in the good news bible and in the message bible and finally in amplified but if any do not take care of their relatives especially the members of their own family they have denied their faith and they are worse than a non-believer so it would have been better you didn't get born again you'd have had a cool life in the afterlife but for what you care of family members in need repudiates the faith that's worse than refusing to believe in the first place master it is not how you feel about it it is what god has put in place dearly beloved it is unfortunate believers people that are in the faith have not been taught how to live the life of the faith of a christian they have been born but it is an unfortunate incident their new birth is an unfortunate incident in the cosmos why they are not living according to the tenets and the precepts of the christian faith and demands what happened dishonest teachers instead of being straight about it speaking it as it is so that the church folks were set up and fulfilled the demand on their heads we wouldn't we want them to come so that we can count them in crowds of numbers of how many people ministering spirits territorial ministering spirits teaching ministering spirits you must know which of them has been accorded and assigned to you when was it assigned to you what are their work what changed when they came and growing in the fire of the anointing on your head how many of them have been assigned to serve you when read jesus the bible says for when god anointed him with the oil of he is an appointed vessel and when son was come to jerusalem he has said to join himself to the disciples but they were all afraid of him and believed on that he was a disciple but banabas took him and brought him to the apostles and declared unto them how he has seen the lord in the way and that he has spoken to him and how he had preached boldly at damascus in the name of jesus all this
