The Millionaire Mindset: Why 99% Of People Never Build The Life They Want

In this video, Will explains how he used belief and specific goal-setting to "manifest" wealth and success, urging viewers to set aside skepticism. He begins with a story from his early 20s, when he dreamed of becoming a world-famous DJ. He emphasizes that whatever you ask for, you get—but if your request lacks detail, the outcome will too. For example, he wanted to "make money" and got only a few thousand a month, whereas specific goals led to greater results. Step one, he argues, is believing you can achieve something; this belief drives you to take necessary actions, like reading books, starting businesses, or seeking mentors. He illustrates this with his experience getting signed to Deep Medi Music: he believed it was possible, so he repeatedly approached the label owner outside clubs, eventually securing a deal. He also stresses planning and breaking down goals—knowing that $1 million a year requires roughly $83,333 monthly or $2,700 daily. Will shares that he went from being broke and in debt to earning hundreds of thousands monthly by learning skills and selling knowledge. Finally, he introduces the "Alchemy of Self" document, a life blueprint he used four years ago to design his current life (e.g., living in Dubai overlooking the marina), which he credits with transforming his reality. He invites viewers to download the template and apply the same process.

Hey guys, it's Will. What am I doing with my hand? I don't know. In this video, I want to explain to you how I lied to myself about being rich and used that to make it true, to manifest it. Now, I know that some of you are gonna believe in this stuff. Most of you probably aren't, but wherever you are on that spectrum, just lay your skepticism aside for this video and just hear me out. Because what I am gonna share in this video, I'm gonna show you the documents and the processes, and I'm gonna explain them all and tell you everything that I know and I've learned and I've used. So basically manifest anything that I've ever wanted. That's crazy as that sounds. Now, I want to start by telling you a story. And I want to rewind right back to when I was about 20, 20 years old, 21, and my first ever dream was to be a world famous DJ, world famous record producer. Now, world famous means different things to different people. I was fairly well known, but I wasn't like, you know, the most famous DJ I'm planning to earth. But everything that I ever wanted I got. So here's the first lesson. Whatever you ask for, you get. And if you lack specificity, if you lack detail, then your outcome, what you get will lack specificity, will lack detail. Before we go, we go any further guys. Get a pen, get a pad, get a piece of paper, pull up your notes at just get away to write this stuff down because this is going to be a deep and detailed and extensive video. Now, back when I was about 20 years old, I started to think, what do I want to achieve? And what I wanted was to get signed to a specific record label called Deep Medi Music. And I wanted to DJ all over the world. And I wanted to get paid to DJ. And I wanted to play to a lot of people and share my music and have great experiences and have fun and make money. Now, one of my first mistakes was not thinking about how much money I wanted to make. I just thought to myself, I just want to make money just a few thousand a month and have fun. And that's exactly what I got. That's exactly what I got. So for those that maybe don't know this, from the age of about, I think I got signed to Deep Medi at about 22 years old, I think. And let me share this with you. If you believe that you can achieve something, then you start to work towards it and you start to think, all right. So if you, let's say, so you should, I really hope that all of you who watch this channel understand and know and truly believe that you can become a millionaire, you can become a multi millionaire, you can build and achieve the life of your dreams. Now, let's pause there and unpack this. Now, if you believe that you can become a millionaire, then just by having that belief, you're going to start doing and becoming, right. If you don't believe that you can become a millionaire, you're not going to try. You're not going to learn. You're not going to take action. And you are never going to become a millionaire. Right. Now, again, let's, let's rewind back to the first thing that I said. If you believe that you can become a millionaire, if you truly believe that, then you are going to start doing things that will eventually make you a millionaire. Because you're going to go and you're going to start reading books all about managing money, growing money, investing money, building wealth. And you're going to learn from those books, right. You're going to probably buy a course, go to a mastermind, go to a workshop, find someone who's rich, wealthy and maybe pay for their time and learn from them. Because you understand that that's what you've got to do. You're probably going to start a business, or you're going to start building a career. And you were going to start doing things that eventually are going to make you a millionaire. Because success leads clues, right. We all know that, or you should know that. And if you do things, they are going to lead you to a certain result, a certain outcome, right. So what you put in is what you get out. So for example, if you eat extremely, extremely healthy, you don't drink alcohol, you don't eat bad food, you exercise every day, you track your progress, you track your sleep, you track your diet, you track your calories. The only possible outcome is to get fit. Fact, right. If you save your money and then you invest in a house, and you save more, and eventually you get another house, and you save more, you eventually get another house. Over a long enough time period, over a long enough time horizon, you're going to have enough money to be able to quit your job and live off the rent. And again, over a long enough time horizon, you're going to become pretty wealthy, right. And obviously the more you invest, the more of an ROI, more of a return on investment, the more interest capital growth rent, the more money that you're going to stack up, and then you can invest that, and make more, and invest that, and make more. Right. If you work hard enough at starting a business for a long enough period of time, and you keep learning from your mistakes, you keep trying things and experimenting, you keep talking to people who are further ahead of you, you keep learning and thinking and discovering and trying. Eventually, if you do that for long enough, you're going to stumble on the right vehicle, the right business vehicle, and it's going to work, and you're going to make money. Right. Because actions have reactions. Right. If you take certain actions, you're going to get certain reactions. So by me drinking this coffee right now, the caffeine is going to give me energy because that's what caffeine does to a human body. Right. By me making this YouTube video, it's going to get views. I don't know how many views, but it's going to get some views. And some people are going to like it and be influenced by it and take action and gain success. Some people are going to not believe it. They're going to ignore it or they're going to stop watching it early, go away, and nothing is going to change for them. Because that's what happens. Those are the actions that you can take. You can watch it. You can not watch it. You can believe it. You can not believe it. You can do what I tell you. You can not do what I tell you. And whatever you do, it will have a reaction. If you stop watching this video right now, well, the reaction, the outcome is you're just going to not get anything really, not going to learn. And nothing's going to come of it. If you're one of the patient few who see the value in learning from people that are ahead of you, I'm not the most successful person in the world, but I have achieved some fairly substantial things that I think most people would agree with that. Again, that's just a fact. That's not me bragging. It's just a fact. So if you watch the video and you listen to me in your take action, then the reaction is going to be it's going to be something. It's almost certainly going to be beneficial. Right? So if you believe something, again, let's use this example. If you believe that you can become a billionaire, you're going to take the steps. And if you do that over a long enough time horizon, the only possible outcome is eventually, it might take one year, three years, five years, ten years, twenty years. Eventually, if you just do the right things, you're going to get the outcome, which is to become a millionaire. Now, let's go backwards for a second. Let's say that you're watching this. And for whatever reason, we all have our reasons. For whatever reason, let's say that you don't believe that you can become a millionaire. For whatever reason, you don't believe that. If you truly don't believe that, then you're not going to read books on money and wealth, investment and success. Because what's the point? You're never going to become a millionaire anyway. So what's the point? Why waste your time? You're not going to watch. you know, finance documentaries and CEO interviews and videos like this. You just waste any time, you're never going to become a millionaire. So why waste your time? You're never going to start a business. Because you know, some people, and it's so sad that this is true, but some people won't start a business because they just believe I can't start a business. I can't come up with a good business idea. I'll never be successful. And it pains me to even say that because I don't want to put that energy and that vibration out into the world. But some people do, and it is upsetting, and it's, I feel so sorry for those people because I know that I and you watching this can achieve anything. I've always had this belief that if one human on earth can do something and achieve something, why can't I? Why can't you? If somebody out there can do it, they're just a human with a brain on earth. I am just a human with a brain on earth. You are just a human with a brain on earth. If I wanted to get a six pack, I could get one. You could get one. I at one time wanted to become a famous musician and make some money. So and because I truly believed it, I took the steps, right? I'm going to give you a tangible example, right? Now this is just logic, but I thought I want to get signed to deep-medie music because in my eyes, that's the best record label in my world based on my beliefs because I love the music and what the brand represents. So then I thought, right, well, who runs that label? Malah. And I live in Manchester. Malah DJs here, two or three or four times a year. If I make a record and I stand outside the club enough times, surely I'm going to bump into him and I'm going to catch him leaving the club. And my second or third attempt, status that sounds, I did. I saw him. I spoke to him. I gave him a record that I made for him. And I think I did this actually two or three times. And then about a year later, the second or third time he asked for my number. I gave him my number. And honestly, about eight or nine or ten months later, I got a random call one day from Malah saying, oh, will I finally listen to one of those records and I really like it. And I'd like to sign you to the label. So if I didn't believe that that was possible, I wouldn't have bothered. If I thought to myself, man, I'm never going to be good enough to get signed to that label. Malah is never going to like my music enough or I'll never bump into him or that's sad. That's weird to stand outside the club and try and bump into him. If I had one of those destructive negative beliefs, then I never would have took those actions, right? But I did take those actions because I believed it and I wanted it. So I made it happen. Right? So step one, in my opinion, to getting anything in life, I'm going to give you another example that's pretty massive in a second. Step one to getting anything in life is believing it because if you don't believe that you can do something, you're not going to try. You're not going to take the actions and the steps. You're not going to do what's required and or stay with it. Now, something that I'd like to achieve in life is to become a billionaire, right? In US dollars. A notice, the specificity there. I even know that I want to get there in US dollars and not pounds because obviously it's easier because it's a you know, you're not stupid. I don't need to explain that. Now, I believe truly, hand on heart that I can get there. The reason that I believe that is because I've done the maths on this. I know that if I keep earning at the rate that I own right now, and if I invest in certain assets at a certain return on investment for a long enough period of time, then it's a mathematical certainty that I'm going to become a billionaire. Now, I'm not stupid things can change. I might stop earning as much as I own now for whatever reason. I might die before I get there because it's going to take decades. All right, based on my current mathematical model, all staying as it is right now, which almost certainly won't be the case, but all staying as it is right now, I'll become a billionaire in US dollars at 63 years old. Okay, based on the money that I make now, investing in the assets that I plan on investing in, and achieving the return on investment that I should achieve, basically based on the assets that I'm going to invest in. So, all being well, okay, and obviously things change in life and God knows what's going to happen. But I truly believe that I can become a billionaire. If I do the right thing, follow my plan. All right, and look, this is not about me. I know that you guys don't bloody care about my goals and dreams, but step one, and I can't stress this enough, step one to achieving anything in life, is number one, believe that you can, and when you truly believe that you can, you will then start taking the actions that will actually get you there. Okay, and not only the actions, but actually really, deeply consciously thinking about the steps in the plan. To get there, right? Now, throughout my life, ever since I learned about what I'm sharing with you now, I've always planned two or three or four steps ahead. Even right back to music, I was thinking to myself right, if I get signed to the Medi, that will enable me to get an agent. If I get a booking agent, that will enable me to get bookings and good quality bookings that are fairly high paid. If I do that, I can get a manager. The manager can help me get my music further out there. I can then make more money. I can go further. I can get more bookings, grow my brand, and all and all and all and all. Right? Now, there came a point where, because I'd set such small goals, I'd achieve them all. Right? So I wanted to be signed to the label that I got signed to. I wanted to tour all over the world, which I did. I wanted to make money, which I did. And again, I wish that I'd been more specific, so that I could have got to where I wanted, because make money is not good enough. Because if you just want to make money, you will make money. But how much is that? Is it two grand a month, five grand a month, ten grand a month? Here's another thing. People say that they want to be a millionaire. But how much do you need to make a day to make a million in a year? How much do you need to make a month? A quarter to make a million in a year. If you don't know that, well, how on earth are you going to get there? Right? To make a million in a year, I may be wrong, but I believe it's 83,333 dollars or pounds or whatever you need to make a month. 83,333 times 12 is a million. I believe, unless I'm being stupid, I'm like 99% sure that's true. And I believe per day, you need to make, I think it's 2,700 of 273 or something, it's very, very close to that. It's like 2,700 a day across a year is a million or very, very close to a million. Right? So if you want to make a million a year and you don't even know that, come on man, you know, I will never forget for as long as I live. When I was about 25 and I was getting bored of doing music and I wanted to become rich, I will never forget. I was sat in my bedroom at my parents' house in the north of England and I was doing these maths. I was thinking, right, I want to make a million in a year. How much is that per month? How much is that per week? How much is that per day? And I'll never forget writing down that 83k figure and I remember thinking like, how on earth do you make 83k per month every month? And I distinctly remember thinking, how on earth do you do that? Because at that time I was probably making 2 or 3k per month. So I was very, very, very, very far away from that figure. Obviously nowadays I make a few hundred thousand a month. So this year I'm tracking to do about in US dollars about five, five and a half million cash, which is pretty cool. But obviously things change and you learn but that's the starting point is just knowing because when you know it, when you know what you want in explicit granular fucking detail, you can start moving towards it. Okay. So the first big thing that I want to share in this video is for God's sex believe that you can achieve what you want to achieve. And if you don't, you've got to fix your beliefs. Okay. And you can do that through if any of you are thinking, well, maybe some of you are watching this and you genuinely don't believe sadly that you can become rich, become wealthy. Well look, use me as a tangible real life proven example because if we rewind about seven or eight years I was almost completely broke and I mean in my overdraft, negative money broke. You know, I didn't, I wasn't just broke, I was negative underwater, I owed money before I even had any fucking money, a god's sex, at one period of time about eight, eight, nine years ago, but when I lived with my parents or whenever it was, it was close to that. So I wasn't just broke, I was negative minus two thousand pounds underwater broke. So if I can go from there to here, again why can't you, I'm just a human with a brain, you know, I'm just basically a guy with a brain and life and time, just like all of you. Every single fucking person watching this video man, we're all the same, you know, I didn't come from a rich background, you don't need rich parents to get rich man. What you need is knowledge, a business vehicle, you need to learn how to add value to the world and produce instead of consuming, make things that people want and sell them to people. Right, that's all that I do. I just basically learn things, right, and I get better at things than other people and then sell it back to other people that are below me. That's all that I have done to get to where I am today, like I learned to trade at a higher bedded degree than other people and then sold that knowledge to people below me. Right now I've learned how to make millions a year by selling knowledge, right, and I just sell that back to other people that want to do what I've done and get to where I have got to. So just make things, that's all that business is, business is just solving problems, right. Now that's one whole subject that we've just covered there. And we're about to go a lot deeper. So I want to share with you how I manifest pretty much whatever I want in the world. And again, step one, I've just explained it to you. It's believing that I can get it in the first place. But when you do believe you can get it and you learn and you plan the steps and what you've got to do to get there, right. The next thing is becoming the person that you need to be together because that's the next thing. Right, you've got to build out and I've done this to such a deep granular degree. You've got to build out who do you need to be? Who do you need to become? Who's the person? Who is the you, the version of you that you need to be to get there? Now I use a document, basically a life blueprint called an alchemy of self-document. Now this document has absolutely changed my life. It's absolutely changed my life. For many reasons and I'm going to share these with you today. But before I go deep on that, I want to actually show you and I want to give you an alchemy of self template and document for yourself. Okay. So you can find this by Google searching Sam ovens alchemy of self PDF and I believe it's this one. No, it's not. It's the other one. All right. Make myself a bit smaller. I'll put myself over there. So what this document is is essentially a blueprint that you're going to use to design your dream life and then it is all going to slowly instead like start coming true. Again, lay a skepticism aside. The first time that I did this, I designed the life that I live inside of today. I swear to all of you. When I first did this about about four years ago and we're going to go deep on this in a second. Okay. I literally, when I filled out this document for the very first time, I remember writing the William Brown manifesto. And in this manifesto, I wrote down things like William Brown lives in Dubai in an apartment overlooking the ocean in the marina. And I remember writing, you know, William goes out and walks in the morning in the sunshine, appreciates his life, goes home and builds his business, takes care of his customers, builds value and adds value to the world. You know, will, wears, simple, plain clothes. And I just remember designing my whole life exactly what I wanted. And this is just one part of this document. So I'm going to walk you through this document. Now, I would show you my own, but it's quite frankly too deep and too personal. Okay. But I will share something pretty cool with you in just a second in regards to my document. Now, what you're going to do is you're going to start by putting your identity. So who are you in your dreams? Right? Are you billionaire? Are you a reformer? Are you a revolutionary? Are you a contrarian? Are you a titan and icon of God, a genius of a lot of the lustre? Who do you want to be? Now, I know that this can feel cheesy. I know it can even feel like it's not going to do you any favors, like it's not going to work, like it's a bit weird and pathetic, right? But I can't stress this enough and I really hope that you guys believe me because it's true. When you do this, you start to attract all this stuff and move it towards you because when you're clear on what you want, you can go and get what you want. I know that that's an overly simplistic way of describing it, but some people out there, they don't believe that they can get with an attractive girl and make an attractive girl their girlfriend because they don't believe that. They don't work on the health, they don't work on their fitness, they don't work on how they look, they don't go out there and present that two girls and talk to girls and therefore they never get a girlfriend because they don't go out and do it because they don't believe that they can fucking do it. If you believe that you can go out and get with any girl that you want, well you're just going to go to the bar, to the club, to wherever, talk to the girls and it's going to happen man. Business is the same, life is the same, achievements are the same. When I wanted to win this 10 million award, I thought no problem, it's going to take time, it's going to take work, it might take one year, two years, three years, but I can get it if I just do what's required. If I keep making money and keep growing the business and keep making the product better and just stay the course, then mathematically, logically, eventually I'm going to get to 10 million and I remember I had a white board and I would have the total that we'd ever made on there so at one stage it was like 3 million then it was 4 and it was 5 and it was 5 and a half, then it was 6 and a half, then it was 8 and a half, then it was 9 and a half, then it was 9.7, then it was 9.9, then it was 10. Just like anything in life, you know, when you know you want it, you plan to get it, you do the plan, you do the steps and you wait and if there's any part of this that trips people up, it's the time, it's the waiting, it's the persistence, it's the consistency that it takes because you might start a business and it doesn't work out first time. You might want to get a six pack but you default to bad food, you default to alcohol, whatever, but with enough time and effort and thought and consistency and persistence, you're going to get there, man, you are going to get there. I probably believe in a lot of you more than you fucking believe in yourselves because I've done it and I know that this can be done and this is part of how I got there so here's what you're going to do first, you're going to download this document and you're going to make a vision board, you're going to fill this with things that you want, car, home, travel, health, clothes, money, experiences, whatever, all right. When you've done that, you're going to do a goals list, all right. Now I suggest starting with two or three that you've done in the past. So maybe you lost weight, put that in. on that. Maybe you learned to make two or three or four or five K per month with your own business or something. Put that on there. Maybe you bought a car that you've always wanted. It doesn't have to be a Bugatti. Maybe it's like one of my goals. It was a very, again, it was a very small goal and one of my biggest mistakes in life was setting my goals too small. But one of my first goals was to get a three series BMW. And I got it eventually because I wanted it. I believed I could get it. I planned to get it. I did the steps to get it and I got it eventually. And again, it took some time. It took some work. But I got it. So maybe you've got a car that you always wanted. Put it on there. Maybe you're with your dream partner. Put it on there. And just do two or three or four of these and then start planning ahead. Right. And what you're going to do, you're going to leave these squares black. So let's say your goal is fly private. Well, you're going to put a black square and you're going to write fly flew private. You're not going to put a picture there until you've achieved the goal. Right. And also you're going to put goals that lead into one another. So it might be started a business and made 10k a month. Group the business to 50k a month. bought an apartment with cash. Flue Emirates first class. Met my dream partner. Move to New York or Florida or Dubai or Australia or whatever. Move to dream country. Right. Started a YouTube channel and got 100k subscribers or whatever. Right. So do two or three or four that you've done because that shows you and it proves to you that you can achieve your goals. Right. Just start with some small ones. Random marathon. Well, that might be a bit, that's quite a big one. Ram 5k in 30 minutes. Ram 10k in, I don't know, an hour or something. Flue Emirates business class or something, you know. And as you start to achieve your dreams, you gain momentum and you teach yourself. Wow, I can achieve my goals. If I got a three series BMW which was actually, I think it was third hand or second hand. Maybe I could buy a brand new four series one day. Right. Or if you fly a business class, maybe you can fly on a private jet or if you can make 10k a month, maybe you can make 50k a month. If you can make 50, maybe you can make 100, which you absolutely can. Right. So you're going to put your goals on here. Okay. Then you're going to write your manifesto. Now this is who you are in your dreams. What's your weight? What's your body? You know, are you really, really physically fit? Are you just thin and toned? What kind of clothes do you want to wear? Do you just want to keep it simple like me? Do you want to address in expensive clothes all the time? And if you do that, it's okay. You know, life is here to be lived by you and whatever way you want to live it. So don't let anyone judge you. So maybe you want to wear expensive clothes all the time. Maybe you want to have just one really nice watch. So this was on my alchemy of self-document. This was like my 36910. I think this was my 10th goal on there. And I bought this when I had a million pounds in cash was when I bought this. So I didn't let myself have it until I had a million cash in the bank. So that was on my goals list. My 10 million award was on my goals list. That was like, goal number 12, 12 or 13, I think. And on and on writing a book was on my alchemy of self-document as well. That was, I think it was actually like selling my business was on there. All my goals are on there for God's sakes. All my goals are on there in a specific order. So you're going to write, where do you live? Who are you? What are your clothes? What card did you drive? Do you have lots of friends or maybe just one or two or three great friends? Do you go out? Do you not go out? Do you go to the gym? You know, seven days a week or do you go three days a week? How much money do you have? How much wealth do you have? Do you own a business? Do you want to write a book? You know, if you want to write a book, you would put, you know, your name is the author of the best selling book book name, which is a whatever bestseller. And it's sold millions of copies and on and on. And you basically write down and design who your dream character and what your dream life is. Then you write your identity. Now this is a little bit simpler. Your ideal character traits, your ideal body type and style, your achievements, your mentors, your branding, your goals. Now I like to do this for the present year and the next year. So 2024 goals, 2025 goals presently because any further ahead and I think you can, it's not as realistic, right? But let's say you're making 100k a month right now. Well, you know, it might be right. I'm making 100k a month right now. I want to make 200k a month by December. I want to grow my business from a team of three to a team of five or seven or ten. I want to get an office. I want to be featured in Forbes. Write your health and fitness goals, write your personal and behavior goals, what time do you wake up, what time do you go to bed, do you drink alcohol, do you smoke cigars, do you sleep a lot, do you not sleep a lot, do you how often do you work, how many hours do you work on and on, what are your standards, right? And then finally, you write your affirmations. Now I spoke about this on a podcast that I did a few months ago, but not only have I written my affirmations, but also I've recorded myself reading them and it's my alarm clock in the morning. So I wake up to basically my future self telling my present self what I've done and what I'm going to do next. So my affirmations are something along the lines of this. Well, you've achieved so much in your life, you've achieved this, you've achieved that, you've proven to yourself that you can achieve your dreams and goals, right? You've been able to, you know, put yourself inside your dream life, which is this, which is that. And now you're building this thing, you're achieving this thing, you know, it's only a matter of time before you do this, your book is going to be a bestseller, it's going to sell, you know, that kind of thing. And I'm telling, I'm reaffirming what I have done and I'm affirming what I am doing, what I'm going to do and what I'm working on and where I'm going as well, right? Now truthfully, you can write your affirmations in any way that you please. And if you follow Sam's template, it's just really going to help you. Okay. Now if you really want to take this to the extreme, here's a couple of things that I've done. Now what I've done, my vision board is printed out and it's laminated and it's stuck around my apartment. In fact, it's on the desk. I'm looking at it right now. It's laminated and it's on the corner of my desk and I can see there's a few things on there that I've achieved. My watch is on there, my 10 million award is on there. My apartment is on there and I'm going to tell you a story about that in a second, which is quite frankly spooky and just it couldn't affirm more that this stuff works. And I can't wait to share that with you. But that's printed out and it's all over my apartment. One thing that Sam suggested as well was to print out this entire document and read it every single morning. Now personally, I don't feel the need to do that because I've got my vision board printed out, my affirmations on my alarm clock, which is fairly extreme. So that's what's most important to me, but I would suggest that you either do that and or print this out and read it every morning. Okay. Now I want to tell you the story. I'll get off this now. So I want to tell you the story of this apartment that I'm sat in right now. Now I bought this apartment with cash after I sold my company. So for those that don't know, I sold my last company, e-learning company last year. I sold it for multiple millions of dollars to a private equity firm in America. And after doing that, which was, again, that was one of my goals. That was one of my squares on my Alchemy of Self-Document. When I ticked that off, my next goal was to buy my dream apartment with cash, which I did, which is this one that I'm setting right now. And I bought it for just below 1.3 million dollars. cash. So not the most expensive apartment in the world, you know. But here's where it gets incredibly spooky. And I know that this is going to freak some of you out. Some of you aren't even going to believe this because that's just the nature of some people in the world, but the truth is the truth. So when I was doing my vision board, I was on Google looking for a picture of what I deemed to be like a dream apartment. And it's a picture of my balcony, overlooking the city, and the yachts just down there. You can't quite see them. I'm in the way, but you can see all the yachts, it's at sunset, and it just looks like just incredible. It just looks so amazing and beautiful. But I didn't know where that apartment really was. I didn't actually know what building it was in. I didn't know what floor it was on. I just thought, wow, that's amazing. And I put it on my vision board. And when it came to buying an apartment in Dubai after I'd sold my company, I was on a property finder. And I saw the exact picture of a apartment for sale. And it was literally the exact same one. And I saw that picture on the listing. I wasn't the exact picture because that's a bit photo shopped, and it's at sunset. It wasn't the exact picture, but it was the exact same view and the exact same apartment. And the minute that I saw that, I was like, my God, that's my dream. That's what I want. That's what is on the fucking vision board, man. I asked for it, and I got it. And it's right in front of me. And it was within budget, and it was just exactly what I wanted. An apartment with this view in this location, in Dubai Marina. And it's exactly what I wanted. And when I saw that, I just thought, wow, this stuff works. And it's just incredible. How, when you do what I've just shared with you, you believe number one, you plan, you take action number two, and you design your dream life. So you know where you're going and why and how it just all falls into place. It just all comes through and it just all becomes a reality. It's really incredible. So I just wanted to share that with you, because it's really changed my life. And I'm just going to leave you with just one last thing to kind of glue all of this together. Now I remember back when I was building my music career. I distinctly remember in my bedroom, I'd have a desk like this, I'd have my speakers, and my keyboard and my computer. And on the wall, I had this just one sheet of A4 paper. And it had everything that I wanted to achieve as a musician on that. Things like DJ in over 25 countries. Play on BBC Radio 1. Do a fact magazine mix, because it's like a very popular DJ mix thing. Play on boiler room. And it was actually in an order. And I achieved it in the exact order. And when I first wrote that, it was just a goals list. I was just like, this would be amazing. If I could just achieve some of this stuff, that would just be amazing. So it wasn't like, I'm going to do that, I'm going to do that, I'm going to do that, I'm going to do that. It wasn't like that. It was just a list of things that I would love to achieve. But as I started achieving those things and spookily, I started achieving them in the order that I'd written them. It actually started to freak me out a bit. It started to think like, how is this happening? And it never made sense until I learned about the alchemy of self-document that I just shared with you. Because as unbelievable as this sounds, what I have personally found to be true is that if you plan out your life with diligence, with specificity, with full belief in order of what you want to achieve, when you want to achieve it, how you want to achieve it, you achieve it. And it becomes real. Which is just an incredible thing. It's really, when you see this work, when you start to see this work and you achieve just one little goal, and you've achieved two goals, then you've achieved three, and you've achieved four, and you've achieved quite a big goal, then you realise you have control over your life and what you do and what you build and how far you grow. And it's just a really incredible thing. So I just wanted to share that with you guys because it's changed my life and it continues to change my life and I live and swear by my alchemy of self-document. There is one thing that I haven't told you about and that is my life blueprint. But it's pretty much exactly the same as the manifesto inside the alchemy of self. I didn't actually, I did do the manifesto, I told you earlier that I did the manifesto. But I wrote it once and never changed it. And then a couple of years later, I kind of made my own manifesto, which is on my computer, and it's just a big two-page word document all about where I'm at now, what am I working on, what's my next thing that I need to do, what are the next two or three steps after that, and why, and how are they going to feed into each other, just all stuff like that, really. And it's basically the manifesto, but a bit longer and a bit deeper in a separate document. So I'd strongly encourage you guys to take action on this. Lay your skepticism aside for just six to 12 months. Do this, believe in it, take action, and come back to this video in six months or 12 months or 24 months. And let me know how much your life has changed. Let me know about the goals that you want to achieve, and then come back and tell me as you achieve them, because I know that you will, even if you don't know that you will, I know that you will. Okay, as freaky as that may sound. All right, so I really hope that this video helps. I hope, I hope, I hope it's added value. Do this stuff, don't be lazy, get to work, make it happen, do it now, do it today. Don't waste time. Plan out what you want. Get to work, make it happen. I'll see you back here soon.

Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. Belief is the foundational step to achieving any goal; without it, no action or progress occurs.
  2. Specificity in goals is crucial—vague desires (e.g., "make money") yield vague results, while detailed targets (e.g., exact figures) enable focused planning.
  3. Actions lead to reactions; consistent, learned steps (e.g., reading, investing, networking) mathematically increase the likelihood of success over time.
  4. The speaker’s personal example
  5. Planning ahead (2–3 steps) and breaking down large goals (e.g., $1M/year = $83,333/month) makes them attainable.
  6. The "Alchemy of Self" document (by Sam Ovens) serves as a life blueprint to design and manifest one’s dream life, as the speaker used to achieve his current success.

Summary:

Will shares that he went from being broke and in debt to earning hundreds of thousands monthly by learning skills and selling knowledge. , living in Dubai overlooking the marina), which he credits with transforming his reality.

He invites viewers to download the template and apply the same process.
