The podcast blends personal travel stories with product promotions and game recommendations. Hosts reflect on their recent trips to Ireland, France, and Martha’s Vineyard, noting cultural contrasts—particularly in how people interact with Americans, with the French showing condescension and the Irish being warm and welcoming. A key moment involves a heated pub scene in Ireland where an aggressive drunk man’s behavior provokes a reaction from the group, leading to a bartender’s intervention. The host also shares personal reflections on the physical and emotional drain of intense travel and drinking. Alongside these narratives, the episode promotes Stella Blue Coffee’s new canned lattes, which are crafted with 100% Colombian coffee and support animal rescue causes, and Tempo Meals, offering a 60% discount to listeners. The final segment focuses on the Internet Invitational golf tournament, which features a massive $4 million prize pool, and discusses the strategic value of side bets, suggesting that players should take calculated risks to maximize winnings. The episode balances humor, cultural insight, and promotional content, maintaining its signature engaging style.

Today it is June 1st, Pride Month.
It is 1 or 12 p.m.
It is just afternoon, fellas.
How are we doing?
Welcome back.
Welcome back, Francis.
Yeah, good to see you guys again.
It's been a long, long time.
I've been, yeah, it's been a long time.
We missed you like fucking gangbusters.
I'm sorry that I was away for so long.
Feels like a bit, it's been like a month.
I know.
Damn near ass.
Crazy.
When did you get back?
Yesterday.
I got back on Friday night for like one evening and then left Saturday morning for a wedding.
and then got back yesterday that's afternoon france ireland martha's vineyard that's fucking
that's a lot yeah that's a big white guy week two weeks yeah this is a two week yeah yeah like
tying the vineyard into that at the end that's a white guy's bucket list yeah it's like before i
die i gotta hit yeah and act just get out to act for a little bit no no i didn't i didn't how was
it what what was the if you had to sum up those all your travels into like one big highlight or
what what was the what was your shining moment your shining moment rank those three good question
uh i mean they were so different i i really didn't spend much time in martha's vineyard i was only
there for less than 24 hours but uh based on my overall experience i would say ireland was number
one i had a great time in paris and then martha's vineyard was great but i just didn't experience it
to the degree that i had the others yeah it makes sense
rank your top 18 r and d's months i really liked uh the 11th i spent a lot of time in the 11th
school best guinness best guinness i had was at the halfway house at uh that golf course art glass
yeah we were talking about crazy how good it was the plastic pint glass yeah we're having lots of
debates about if it actually is different or not i was on the side of it's very different i've never
had it though but everyone says it's like a completely different drink yeah i mean i would
equate it to like having a bud light of like 10 degree temperature changes oh really yeah wait
what do you mean by that like if you had one that was like ice cold and then you had one that was
like room temp and then you had one that was like that was the the level of taste difference and i'm
not really i'm not a guinness guy i don't really drink much guinness so going in i didn't have this
like attuned palette for it yeah and very quickly you could tell
well we had i had a lot of them yeah it's so many different places it's just everywhere you go
they're like you gotta try all you drink yeah it's all you drink it sounds great was your shit black
every bar we went to i mean not everywhere but we would ask like what percentage of your overall
sales are guinness yeah and they'd be like 75 percent and then and they have like 30 beers on
tap yeah yeah of course and then you'd say like okay and then what and then they'd be like 20
light really five percent is the 19 other beers that we have guinness extra stout
enormous over there that's that's great that's the only uh american or whatever that anyone
drinks really yeah that's the that's that's it's a great choice yeah mountains are blue
what about a nice killian's irish red yeah i had one of those that was pretty good i did i didn't
mind that um a red is that's like a nice change of pace it's like when
you're in europe drinking red wine all day and then you're like i'm gonna have a white wine
yeah that's something a little bit different yeah that's beautiful how uh so you were gone for uh
what 16 days i don't know fewer are you gassed can i put it over under on the amount of drinks
that you had at 101.5 yeah um i would go over on that wow over 100 let's think about it 16 days
you're talking you must be
dead no then it would be yeah not well you must be a shell of a man right now last night the last
night that i was in ireland i woke up at one and more i woke up at one in the morning and ran to
the toilet and threw up all over the back of the seat oh i know you're back in the front of the
lid yeah i know your throw up looked like venom i know it was like crawling out of itself it just
sprayed into words stop drinking yeah that's insane so were you getting like banged up
or was it just the consistency i didn't get banged up i mean it's just the drinking all day
yeah yeah not all day not all day every every like every night we finish not like the second you wake
up but no dude we the other part was like we would have our tea times they would put us off late
because we were slow yeah because you're filming and we're yeah so we go out at like 3 30 by the
way it stays light there till 10 p.m oh i didn't even think about that especially and then and then
we that was in ireland proper and then in northern ireland at the top we would be like till 10 30
damn and so we'd come off the course at like nine all the restaurants would be closed we'd have to
eat at the clubhouse a lot of the time and which is probably great oh really i don't know how's the
food i don't even know how how is the food out there i went in expecting it to be horrid because
i was there nine years ago with my dad yeah the food was inedible yeah it's come a long way to
their credit
love that it really has love that they've made major improvements i attribute that to a degree
to the influx of wealthy american golf tourists yeah who are like why isn't there a single salad
bro they they at one point i tried to order a side of seasonal vegetables and they were like
we don't have any vegetables we have smaller potatoes we've run out of vegetables i'm like
i've never heard that from a restaurant and especially like the greenest country ever like you look
out the window and it's all green but i don't think they can grow vegetables that easily because
it rains too much oh does it really tomatoes need a ton of sunlight right and isn't it all like bogs
and like like rocks like all the fences that are built around each one of the properties is just
like rocks that they found in the ground there yeah yeah and it's just i mean it's just wet all
the time so you can't you know a lot of crops wouldn't survive that's why the only thing you
can consistently eat by way of vegetables
cabbage oh wow i never even thought about that cabbage is horrible always eating cabbage out
there cabbage is horrible cabbage is the worst yeah it's really bad unless you pickle it but
they haven't even got to they haven't even got to the kimchi stage of you know it's to be honest
it's not really great if you pickle it either but at least it's good for your gut but then i heard
that people over consumption of kimchi is causing colon cancer have you heard this have you seen
this have you heard no but i don't really know how someone could possibly be over consuming kimchi
like it's so bad
how are you overdoing it i can't believe that kimchi goes bad i had to throw out some kimchi
because it was past the expiration date isn't the point of it that it's bad it's like already bad
like that's the that's why we're consuming it so it's an mgk that was like yeah i just smoked
cigarettes and don't have kimchi it's like that's not good that's not good for you yeah that's why
his skin's turning black it's not tattoos so you had no good meals what about like uh we had some
good meals we did steaks hamburgers their beef is good because the cows eat all the grass and the
grass is really plentiful yeah that makes sense so they have high caliber beef we had a couple
decent meals in dublin the dublin seems to be a pretty good food center and i think there's a very
prominent like cooking school there oh really yeah is it like what do they eat do they eat a lot like
fish like fish and chips a lot of beef a lot of beef there's beef everywhere on the menu yeah
do you respect that did you
run into any racist cab drivers they have the best racist cab
We were driven everywhere by our lovely driver, this guy, Martin, who was the nicest guy ever.
Also, I don't, I didn't see a single person of, I didn't see a single minority the whole time I was in Ireland.
And that's the way we like it.
Yeah, it's a very white, white country.
Yeah.
I think minorities were like, oh, they're still fighting with themselves.
Yeah.
As recently as like 93.
They're like, we'll stay away.
Yeah, that is true.
And you said you went to Northern Ireland, racial breakdown of Ireland, white Irish, 77%, other Irish, 10%.
Any other white background, 10.
1.5 black.
Wow.
Interesting.
So did you get into the troubles at all?
Did you, did you chop it up with anybody about the, the raw?
A little bit.
A little bit.
Our driver talked to us.
I mean, we drove, we sort of circumnavigated Belfast and he pointed out a hotel that apparently
was a hotel.
Apparently.
It was the most bombed out hotel in Europe.
Damn.
Which is hard to believe because that Europe includes like.
Yeah.
A lot of places.
Fucking.
Yeah.
Former Soviet, you know, Bosnia type places.
Or like World War II, like full city's got bombed to shit.
Maybe he meant, maybe he meant during the troubles, but I don't know.
I preferred Ireland to Northern Ireland.
I thought that Ireland had a stronger identity and sort of sense of self.
And we went out in this great town, Killarney, and there were all these Irish musicians,
folk musicians singing, this is our country, blah, blah, blah.
Like all these, you know, nationalistic songs.
Yeah.
And then I will say that the men of Ireland, when they, you, I saw this clip of you saying
that they don't drink that much wrong.
I got, I got it from everybody already.
They earned their stereotype.
They got, they got real problems.
Real problems.
Yeah.
I started to fall into it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I was like, I can't be here anymore.
Like, so, so I was completely wrong.
Yeah, man.
Yeah.
All right.
I can take that.
I was, I had a feeling.
We went to this pub in, in Killarney and there were guys so drunk that like, I was like,
why isn't someone kicking them out?
So yeah, it's like.
These people are ill.
There was a guy who was like, you, you, I thought it was anyone's guess if he was just
going to topple over.
And he's standing at the bar, like trying to get their attention to get another drink
and they're just ignoring him, but they weren't being like, Hey man, you got to go home.
Yeah.
And he's like knocking shit.
Oh, he's walking by the tables, knocking people's drinks over.
Was this in, this was in Dublin or this was in Northern Ireland?
In Ireland, but on the West coast, south of Galway.
Got it.
Killarney is a pretty big town.
And, and they were doing like a hurling match, a big hurling match there on Saturday.
Yeah.
So I think a lot of people had come in for that.
And then, um, and everyone was out and the pubs were packed and, uh, we were sitting
at a table and kind of trying to just keep a little bit of a low profile, but like every
once in a while, some guy would sit down, just like shove us into the booth and make
space for himself.
You're like, you're a fucking couple of Yanks, aren't you?
How could he tell?
You know?
And then, and then they do this thing where like the men, they, they put, they put an
arm.
They put an arm around you and then they, they, they're talking so close to your ear
and they're like, their hot breath is wet on your cheek and it's, it's really gay and
intimate and, uh, they're so touchy with each other and they're all doing it.
There isn't a single woman in the entire pub, not one, not a single woman.
It's just men.
Like where are the girls at?
You feel like you're in the hold of a ship.
And it's like, you know, these pirates and, and at one point, oh my God.
So, um, this one guy who was really, really drunk and really obnoxious, um, he bought,
uh, he was trying to talk to booze.
Booze was with us.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And, uh, I, I don't think booze was given him a whole lot cause he was being so annoying.
Yeah.
So after a while he got up and left and then like 20 minutes went by and he came back to
came over with a pint of, of not Guinness, but of like Heineken or something.
And he slammed it onto the table, almost spiked it onto the table with such force that all
the beer came out of the top of it and got all over booze and Brendan Jones.
Yeah.
And I watched booze kind of like turtle a little bit, you know, he shrunk into himself
because this was an aggressive affront of thing that this guy was doing.
And you could tell he was pissed and kind of looking for conflict or whatever.
The Irish guy was pissed.
Okay.
I got it.
Yeah.
He was annoyed that like we weren't nicer to him or something.
And it, but he was like annoying everybody.
It felt like we were being hit on by an extremely drunk, aggressive man.
And all of us were dating other people.
It was kind of that type of energy.
And, um, he slammed the drink down and started saying some like shit or whatever.
And I watched booze do this and I'm like, Oh fuck, here we go.
Like, this is going to be bad.
And, but I saw him shrink and I felt so bad for booze.
And next thing you know, the guy stops talking.
And all I heard booze go was, he goes, we don't find that funny in America.
I was going to say, I was like, I feel like booze would say something.
He said that.
And I was like, Oh my God.
No.
No.
No.
Why would you do that, man?
What a thing to say.
We don't find that funny in America.
And what did the guy say?
I mean, he, I'm surprised this didn't erupt into a brawl.
Me too.
That's, those are fighting words.
I think very quickly after that, one of the big bartenders had seen and heard him slam
the drink down.
And that was a bridge too far.
And he came over and grabbed.
And he grabbed him and like gently escorted him out of the, out of the bar.
So that, that did it.
Cause this guy was getting violent.
Yeah.
I mean, he's on the verge of violence.
Yeah.
You can't have a guy in the bar like that.
But for booze to say that, cause I thought he had been, was just cowering and was going
to take it.
And then he fucking.
Yeah.
He doesn't seem like the kind of guy that wherever you're from, maybe that's cool, but
not in America.
This table, America.
I'm like, bro, we are not America here.
Fucking burn your passport right now.
Let's keep it down.
Let's keep a low profile.
I'm surprised that this guy wasn't like, I like ironic or like sarcastic about it.
Like, Oh, America.
No, I think he, well, he knew we were Americans and, um, had, had decided he didn't like us.
Yeah.
The beer thing was more, it, it sounds ridiculous cause it sounds like a peace offering, but
it was, he might as well have dumped it on our heads.
Yeah.
I mean, if you slam it down that hard.
Yeah.
That's quite the, uh, scene.
Who was the mouthpiece for your group in a situation like that?
To be honest with you, when I saw booze, like kind of getting nervous like that, I felt
really bad.
And there was a guy that this dude was with and I yelled across to that guy straight into
the path of the mean guy.
And I went, are you with this guy?
Yeah.
I went, are you, are you with him?
And the guy was like, what?
And I was like, are you with him?
Meaning like, take care of your man, dude.
Yeah.
This is a fucking problem developing.
And, uh, it turned out that that guy was his brother.
He didn't give a fuck.
No, not only that, but I probably insulted him.
Or it was like, like you fucking deal with him.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh my God.
That's hilarious.
How are the other, uh, four play boys at the, at the pubs?
Like, I know that like I've, I've had a drink or two with Frankie, but, uh, last time I
was out with, with Trent.
Like he wasn't really much of a drinker.
Does he drink?
Um, on this evening.
I mean, we all, we all, you know, drank the Kool-Aid so to speak.
We all got into the spirit of, of Guinness and, and, you know, this was the one weekend
that we had there.
Yeah.
So it was a Friday.
It was early in the trip.
None of us were so shattered yet.
Uh, and we, we knew like, that's the tourist that's sightseeing in Ireland is going drinking
at a pub.
And listening to live Irish folk.
Yeah, definitely.
Um, and so we did that and, and everyone was on board.
It was really fun.
I want to hear more about when, when people started breaking, when people started getting
shattered.
Yeah.
I want to, I want to get more into this.
Yeah.
I mean, the thing was definitely got a little bit, a little bit of a shattered vibe right
now.
Yeah.
Just a, just a hint.
You've been to war.
I just like, you know, I'm, I'm, my sleep is a disaster.
And I don't love eating that way and drinking that way for as long as I do.
Yeah.
Weeks.
A long time.
Yeah.
Two weeks.
Two weeks.
Bro, it was, it was, it wasn't as if I was like taking it easy in Paris.
I went from like croissants and cheese and red wine to black Guinness and like potatoes
and meat.
Yeah.
That's like putting your, having your body run on like premium.
fuel down to like just regular
gasoline yeah you're just like sputtering on the road and then you had a wedding in the in martha's
vineyard yeah back to the cocktails for that yeah yeah i was i just went straight tequila at that
point because of ice they're so the thing it's impossible to find ice in europe period oh yeah
they don't like it they don't like they look at you like you're asking for some sort of rare
antidote yeah they gotta they gotta get rid of their like stubborn ways with that shit they're
just doing everything wrong i had so many conversations with people about the ice issue
did you guys talk about like do they have the same ac issue that yeah their acs that not england has
or is it like not as bad well i don't know what the issue is over there in england they just they
don't have air conditioning so it's like but they were also like they refuse to get it yeah like
it'll be like 70 and they're like england's facing the worst heat
wave they've faced in 60 years yeah you know in ireland it's it's warm for five days of the year
yeah true and by the way one of those days we we caught a record day in ireland yeah while we were
there how hot was it uh i don't know it's probably 80 in northern ireland the day we played uh royal
county down which is the number one feel like 80 or does it feel like a different like hotter than
they make it sound like it when it's 80 there it's actually 200 i know
i mean it was beautiful and there was a little bit of a sea breeze and and and it was amazing but
to your point being in the hotel room was you know the ac it's like it doesn't go below
yeah and they act like they have to wear a sweater every day yeah full wool throw on some shorts
buddy yeah damn what did you pick up any good lingo while you were over there any good yeah
there were a number of things that i heard put us on to some what the irish brothers well they end a
sentences with like meaning it's an example okay so oh harry's had a sip like you know interesting
you know or uh i don't i don't know exactly how to it's just this weird little cute word that they
throw onto the end of everything they also refer to everything they use the word we for everything
the royal we yeah they'll know like w ee oh like a wee lad yeah and they'll just be like i just need
a wee signature
it's like well i'm not gonna write it small
tell me the size of my signature john hancock yeah right um oh that's funny but i will say
that they were incredibly friendly the irish were super super friendly and um going from
france to ireland i said this on the foreplay pod i did but i went paris was like i unusually
annoying how fucking dickish they were oh yeah the french i don't know what's going on over there
if there's like a labor shortage or a work shortage or something or they're just pissed
off about their leadership or what the fuck is happening but everyone over there was in a dickish
mood was it like do you think people just aren't don't like americans right now or was it not at
you no man i saw them be me i saw them be mean to everyone including the french i'll give you an
example charles de gaulle airport is is a disaster yeah it's a fucking disaster i haven't
i've only been there once and it's built like a video game it looks like an ant farm they like
built it inside out where like all the conveyor belts where like the bags should go the people
have to ride yes they have those slanted slanted uh conveyors later and then they all kind of they
look like ant farm tunnels yeah and it's old and it's out of date and it's gross and uh
the customs situation was a mess and we got there plenty early first of all do they have the people
walking around with like the the biggest guns you've ever seen in your entire life like shit
that looks like it's out of like halo correct absolutely it's that was the one thing i remember
from being there was like yeah they got we have the cops here have guns but it's not like just a
pick your own like pick your own adventure fucking
hey son of a boy dad listeners we'll be right back but first a quick message from one of our partners

blue coffee.com or subscribe on amazon for 10 off all right now back to the episode so you got there
i got there early i had bought some things in paris so i i had the vat return thing it's a little
like you get your little tax money back yeah but it's 12 so it's significant and i wanted to do it
and you spent twenty thousand dollars i didn't spend that much but i spent a good amount um and i uh i went to the thing and you know put my receipts under the machine wasn't working went to the window and the woman was like
and we're speaking in french and my french is good yeah yeah so uh i'm like you know explaining i'm like
the machine wasn't working yeah she was looking it takes the forms and she's like none of these
forms have been designated to have credit card returns you needed to have that done at the store
and i was like well the people at the store said everything was fine and that this was all i needed
for the forms and she was like she was acting as if i was a fucking moron yeah yeah right and i'm like
i don't know what to tell you
she's like well now that you haven't designated that at best you'll get cash returns in euros
so you need to go to the cash window and i was like fine so then i went to the cash window and
the guy was like no you're all set you've scanned the forms you'll get it back on your credit card
statement within two weeks and i was like that woman at that other thing said that and he was
like she doesn't know what she's talking about so then i walked out and i couldn't resist you went
back i got in line i got back in line to tell her she was wrong
that's crazy i waited yeah for the the moment to be like by the way i spoke to that guy and he was
like you don't know what the fuck you're talking about in french yeah and she goes i remember she
was like well i'll agree to disagree with him she said it in french yeah and i was like you work
together you are colleagues also it doesn't seem like it's something that you could disagree with
like it seems like there's just a right answer and a wrong answer okay but here's what's happened
so she was right hold on oh no i had four receipts i've gotten the vat back for one of them so far
oh my god that's brutal that's such a having to do that at the airport
yeah it was annoying and the airport was a mess and then and then um then they don't got clear
or price sky priority over there do they they probably have sky priority they had something
or but you're not you're
flying ryan air you're flying the worst airline known to man i flew airlangus okay because i just
couldn't bear to i had golf club i had all kinds of shit to bring i didn't actually have you fly
ryan air they'll like give you your golf clubs back in knots melt it down into a block yeah
ryan air like they like like they yeah they take pride in being that's the problem is like even if
something bad happens like they make like jokes about it online right
yeah like they get in like a plane crash and they're like what did you think you were flying
with ryan it's like all right well there's a coin slot to unlock the lavatory i remember one time
you had to pay to use the bathroom oh that's that's serious like you're joking no i was not
that's fucking insane but i think weirdly they have like one of the highest profit margins or
like they they make like i'm not surprised people go to the bathroom that's crazy i mean you gotta
pay to go to the bathroom in europe though right at least you don't have to pay to go to the bathroom
a lot of those bathrooms i didn't see that i feel like i when i went there there was like nothing
was public like you got to buy something oh maybe in cafes true yeah and also they have the bathrooms
are co-ed right and a lot of places are like taking a shit next to a girl taking a shit oh
yeah well what i did see is that every like large men's bathroom that i went into every single one
there was a woman from thailand like mopping yeah yeah not
like hello yeah just in there is there anyone in here like she's just in there while you're just
like pissing on the floor yeah that's fucking crazy so do you pay for no ice though we're ac
that's so insane when have ice in the in the security line the i there was a guy an older man
there was a man in a suit a full suit suit and tie class designating that there were two security
lines to go to yeah and he was just like i don't know i don't know i don't know i don't know i don't
just pointing like go to that one go to this one go to that one go to this one and in front of me
an older couple old woman
and an old man 70s woman goes to the far line and then he points for the man to go to the near line
but he ignored it and went to the far line yeah and they're french and the guy in the suit
went like this he was like and then he goes over and puts his hand on the man's shoulder yeah and
he's like i told you to get in that line and the old man was like well that's my wife i want to
travel with her yeah and the guy goes you full demand day which means you need to ask
and i was like are you fucking kidding me you're treating like a french passenger like he's a
kindergartner over line allocation and he wants to just travel with his wife i thought that was
really patronizing and just telling about how uh their their culture is yeah they were just dicks
so when i got on the flight to ireland and then got off in ireland i felt like i had gone from
north korea to south you were like in like argo when he's uh yeah he enters turkey yeah and they're
like they're serving booze now yeah exactly it was so nice in ireland so kind so welcoming
speaking english now you know that's great it was cool so the last two times ago i went to france i
was like i would try to
use a little bit of french and people where i felt were dicks to me and then the most recent time i
i didn't speak a fucking word of french and i thought i got way more respect yeah that just
like expecting them to speak english and just being like yeah i don't know like i'm visiting
i don't know why that throw your worst at me like i'm i'm here to have a good time and spend money
yeah i don't know why that would be something they would care about like they say that like in some
countries like people like if you try to use their language they get annoyed but it's like
wouldn't you be like i was
walking down the street and someone came up to me speaking spanish i would just keep walking i'd be
like i don't know well i just know that like i live in a touristy area and if somebody is trying
their best to speak with me i'm going to be very nice to them yeah and i so i just like can't like
let it abide that's just like yeah like that's just how they are like you just have to be rude
to someone who tries to speak your your language yeah i just feel like they're going this step to
try to make it easier for you like if you're going up to someone trying to speak their native language
yes it's like more of like them trying to help you out yeah while asking a question
now rather than going up and being like yo where where is uh the loo that
you're like oh you fucking idiot you have to ask but conversely imagine if someone from like mexico
came up to you in the streets of brooklyn yeah it was like speaking to you in spanish asking for
directions yeah i would be like i don't know yeah i know but if you did that if someone that's we're
more likely to be annoyed in america if someone spoke to us in another language we yeah i guess
get mad about that yeah i guess that is true it's like we don't speak that here at gino's
cheesesteaks in philly it used to be like order in english only a big sign on the but i think
the french especially in like um touristy areas like pride themselves on being able to speak
english that's my point though it's the opposite yes yes yes it's like don't speak the native
language right don't assume that we're too dumb to understand what your dumb ass is saying yeah
did uh french is sacred i really that's how they feel that's how they feel yeah like you
probably speak beautiful french and they hear like the the lightest american accent and they're
like dude i'm telling you it's not even the it's just the fact that i have red hair and
i'm clearly not french yeah that makes them annoyed that i'm around yeah it's just crazy
like it's such a big sunken chest like it's such a big city it's like the most touristy city i've
ever been to so maybe that's part of the problem i don't know i just can't imagine that's like
moving to new york and going to times square and being like what the fuck happened to this city
yeah there's a fucking elmo yeah transplants everywhere
it's like yeah but also like um from uh eight years ago when france won the world cup we were
over there and like as they're winning they're like driving through the fucking streets like
the wild boys and everybody hanging out of the cars none of them are like white native
no uh like french people no france is like uh especially right now like there's an influx of
all different types of like cultures in france but they don't like that there's they're they're
the most racist towards like uh algerians immigrants of any country i believe they're
pretty up there they have like full-blown race wars in the streets yeah and and it's all you
know yeah it's all like their former colonies yeah makes sense yeah we taught you how to speak
france and now you're coming to speak france here yeah uh what did uh what did you eat and
what did you buy over there did you cop a suit for the martha's vineyard wedding i know you
were thinking about getting something custom no i couldn't i couldn't uh i went into a custom shirt
shop called um well i can't remember
yeah it's like very famous but i can't remember exactly what it was called but the guy was like
yeah you know if we were to do a custom shirt you have to come in four times through the process of
building it in order for us to make sure it's too many molding correctly over and this would
take like eight weeks my body would look different over i'm telling you i i am that's the other thing
i was like i can't get fit for a fucking
suit right now yeah i'm not gonna look this way in a year or two right now my shoulders and my
i'm just bigger than i've ever been so you think you're gonna lose weight i'll lose muscle yeah i
i'm gonna i'm gonna fall apart i'll get injured and then i'll be like get you're not gonna get
injured you're gonna get injured i'm gonna start riding a peloton and then i'm gonna just shrink
that's what's gonna happen that's what always happens that is really what happens to people
it's what always happens yeah i have to resort to cardio to get my
exercise and i feel like that happens to everybody like so many people they get big and then they get
hurt and then they just start running and then they get super skinny i've been through this
many times this is what's going to happen stop well what do you think the injury is gonna be
shoulders well just take it easy on the shoulders then can't can't like the shoulders are pretty
big and that's a bad injury every day is boulder shoulder day you're definitely gonna get injured
i can't ignore boulder shoulders i know you're bailing hay out in fucking france yeah that's it
yeah what were the workouts like
like out there uh well in paris i got a couple in my hotel done they didn't have they even have
kettlebells so i was just throwing dumbbells around like cleaning dumbbells and stuff but um
i did i did manage to complete the rogan uh kettlebell workout um saturday morning before
i went to martha's vineyard uh with 53s which i was pretty excited about that's insane that's two
that was i did it with two rogans one on each hand damn that's actually crazy wait no it's not
it's not simultaneous i'm sorry i just had 153 but you're doing well you do the renegade rose with
them anyway the renegade rose that's fucking insane the rogan's heavy i can't imagine doing two
what did you can't imagine doing one to be honest let's shift what'd you eat and where'd you stay
no i'm not done yeah i need to live a bit i feel like i have you guys i get to travel i've saw so
many things i'm literally not a single thing in my life has changed since the last time you saw me
you got a new a new shirt i haven't seen you since you won since fucking bush won yeah we're
on to paris now unfortunately yeah he's about to be in paris are you gonna go no no why not
too expensive for you for everybody not for you the team can't go no the team will go but they'll
go by themselves we'll send them there and put them in like a hotel somebody needs to be there
we're gonna we're thinking about sending one of our guys to go and just like cover everything and
make sure that the boys are behaving
why don't i go it's a great because i can translate for them it's a great idea i mean
we'd be we'd be thrilled i saw some of them the way they speak they weren't as sort of monosyllabic
as i thought well they're on adderall they were better spoken than you let led me to believe where
did you see them speak like in like it was in the clip the the video you put out like the yes like
the interviews of them and stuff yeah yeah you got to hear them talk just like in a casual
conversation because you want you would you
would not be able to understand a word they were saying really yeah like the way they talk
one to translate to you that's a good idea yeah yeah the way they talk the things that they like
the way the words they use it's like a foreign language what words did you pick up similar to
him talking about like and uh we i mean the biggest thing is like they just say that they're
checked that's the biggest one checked checked checked i mean it's tired yeah it just means they
give up oh like they're done i'm checked i'm checked they're very sensitive they are
you got to treat them like you got to make sure they don't get checked
oh man that would but they get checked at the littlest things you could ask them the wrong
question and they're like that just checked me out for the whole day and you're like oh my god
i don't know what i did damn that sucks yeah yeah so just gotta walk on eggshells but then again i
think there is something to be said that if you are if you have found a way to make a living
playing video games yeah there's no reason to think that the world is ever going to be hard
yeah well i mean i think they like they all like they have made a living playing video games but
they all want to get to the pro league so they can actually make like a real living playing
video fine i get that but they're not going to be willing like they're on the track yeah to the
point where like if someone was like hey man you need to take out the trash they'd be like i'm i'm
too checked for that yeah no that doesn't get done it's like a six six dude who like is like on a
track to make the nba he's like a top prospect or something it's like yeah you're gonna probably
make the nba and you can have people do stuff for you yeah they also just don't know anything
like they they only know cod they only know the game yeah but i mean it makes sense like they've
the whole entire life they've been like they to write today they're probably playing the game for
like 12 hours today so it's like there's not really much other opportunity to know other
stuff exactly yeah yeah you've but you've the world has forced them into a chair yeah and to
face a screen devoid of human interaction yeah i mean they're interacting i mean they talk to
each other non-stop but it's not very about cod no they talk about i mean
they're in their discord the entire day oh just chopping it up okay but you know then something
will happen and i'll get checked and then yeah time to reset okay let's talk about tempo meals

predictions offer void in new york ends june 28 terms at dkng.co slash audio honestly i need to
get into the internet invitational ever since they said that that prize pool was four million
four million no yeah are you fucking with me that you didn't see that no four million four million
bucks oh my god yeah i did the math already i presume it's gonna be similar format and split
you would watch the video and you're like oh my god i did the math already i presume it's gonna be
seven thousand after taxes yeah i think it'd be 866 oh my god you got to just stop quit the podcast
bro this is your last episode on boy we're putting all of your funds into golf i know i know we will
like go to the course and like yeah whatever you need coach you we don't want you to be checked
we just want to make sure that you're like dialed yeah you're on the bush schedule now
the thing is is that i think we're gonna have unreal unrealistic expectations given that i
won it last year i think it's it's even less likely that i win it this time because there's
a bigger field yeah that's i mean is how did they get four million is it dave putting it in or is it
like do they have a bigger sponsor attached to it or what the the you like or i guess the views last
year you the what you got this what a brand should pay to sponsor this thing i don't know that there's
a high enough number i mean it's like a real sporting event imagine if you put like four
fifty of the biggest influencers in a field in in one room yeah and then filmed the the main
product and then every single one of them individually posted in this sort of creating
this spider web of yeah like viral never-ending fucking promotion all of which has images and
stamps of of brands on it four mil might be light it's it's truly like the best thing you could
sponsor at least in that space of anything ever yeah definitely i mean that's like that like we
looked up what was the masters payout well the the whole pool for the masters is like i think
17 or something yeah but the winner goes it gets like 3.7 or four ish i don't know something like
that i mean that's like you're on that winner gets four and a half but not not too far off
or like it's like come in come in six in the masters or like when the internet and
international yeah and aren't there it's like more it pays more than like every asian tour stop
or something like that or like there's like it there's several pro things that it eclipses fully
which is amazing yeah don't you wish like like you have a good golf swing you used to play golf
and like all you did was stop yeah but the the upping the prize to four million like the
beta blockers in the world there are there will still be people of your caliber in the tournament
though towards the end yeah yeah the semi-finals last year had you know josh richards who actually
played quite well but was very new to golf yeah uh as well as a couple of other people who you know
it was it's not the way it works in the team building and stuff like that there's necessarily
going to be low
players that are making it to the end yeah i mean i'm mind i'm mind blown by that yeah i know it's
pretty that is insane i was the first i haven't really been on online much this weekend but that
is insane how much of the field did you guys talk a lot about what the field is while you were over
there like who's going to be in it because i would like you to guess about it but if you know i don't
want to spoil it oh what who's going to be in the invitation be in it like what doesn't that come
out today well jason williams got his invite last week yeah
but doesn't like has it been released who's like playing i don't know i want to say it comes out
today right the whole list will come out today but like some people have said it early got it
so we can talk about this yeah i mean people have been showing their their invitations yeah
so i presume the invitations are sick a dove flies out of a box yeah i mean it's not far off
yeah well uh so is there anybody that's like whoa like he's doing it i mean in truth i i
don't actually know a lot of the people that they added is lebron doing it that's the big question
is lebron no lebron's not doing it not enough money for him or he's just not good enough he
probably just didn't make the cut yeah dude i bet lebron makes 866 000 a day
you don't want another you want to double that in a day if it took him a full week
to make that yeah he'd be like i'm losing money right now yeah but every minute i'm here i'm i'm
costing my enterprise i mean yeah this will be the closest that anyone in this i mean obviously
outside of people that are actually pros well this is the closest you'll get to playing in like a real
like pga tournament i mean there's no other tournament on the planet that is paying this
much for the people that are in it correct it's crazy and well the same people like what do you
think that gruden and wit like and all of them will be back i think so so no one's going to
to get really classed out of it from the barstool side.
think so you know what i mean i mean this is gonna like this has like you you must be thinking about
like training already yeah like i feel like this is gonna up the stakes i'm not good right now
i'm i'm way worse right now than i was when i played in it last year yeah it takes me it takes
me the summer to like fucking work on my short game and shit i actually want me and ron to move
upstate for the summer so we can all just like get you in the right headspace i'll bring my family
yeah i'm fully i'm up totally fine just packing it up and moving up there no no no no do you think
any anybody too close to the course i know i know i'm gonna be working on it i'm gonna be
dedicated to any of your neighbors could we maybe like uh sublet their place this summer and just
like have like a home base training facility you know uh like diet dietitian stretching
pliability mobility all the stuff that you're gonna take to win this i should probably lay
off the shoulder stuff because yeah
yeah
i think that's actually affecting my flexibility and my swing we're putting an end to that
immediately my shoulders are getting in the way of my golf we're gonna have you
podcasting from a peloton yeah yeah with like the fucking wires all attached to you
that's great and what course is it at where is it again it's at big cedar again same place which
was what state uh it's in missouri damn yeah they gotta be salivating what kind of sponsors are we
talking to maybe we could grease the wheels like how can we cheat there's got to be a way to cheat
or at least get like a better team range finders you know what i'm interested in is this so last
year dave had all those sort of side bet propositions that everyone turned down yeah um but
the truth is that as you're playing there should be moments where the uh like value proposition
of that outweighs not taking it and vying for the ultimate prize yeah like let's put it this way if
there's a scenario put another way mathematically i i'm not good at math but i know for the that
it should be the case that if date if there's like whatever say 16 players left yeah and you
win a match and you knock i don't know tiger two players out of it or like four players out of it
and then dave says okay like you can go on to the final 12 or you can replay a whole
winner gets 250 grand there's a scenario where you're supposed to take that oh i see what you
mean because you have a 50 50 shot at winning 250 grand or you have like a one in six of making
866 i don't know exactly where you know hopefully someone can elucidate the the proper way of
looking at that but i don't know exactly where you know hopefully someone can elucidate the
but there is a number where you're supposed to accept that early
bid yeah so it's so what you're saying is like is that they didn't do that last year and people
should do that this year uh we should consider it more i think that the way he offered it last year
i don't know that any of those offers actually were like worth it worth it um but but i suspect
that this year they will be i'm sure he's got it i want to know i want to know the calculus so that
this year they will be i'm sure he's got it i want to know the calculus so that
like we are supposed to take this and then watch us lose and have them be furious with me let's make
that clear right now dude you're not taking anything you're taking the four if you if you
have if it's you and like a teammate right and you've won your match and you are going on to the
final 32 players yeah and dave's like okay you can do that or you can replay this hole against that
team for a hundred thousand dollars you're going to have to take this and then watch us lose and
you're supposed to take that i'm pretty sure you have 50 50 at 50 grand 100 grand if it's two i don't
know you're supposed to take that yeah i get as opposed to what a one a three and 32 of of 866 of
1.7 well people also have the diluted self-confidence yeah they're gonna or you want to play for the big
prize you know nobody wants to take it's like deal or no deal like you don't want to take the
you're like i want to get the big money big money but you're forgetting that you could still win
that two hundred thousand dollars and keep going on yes oh so if you win you keep you keep going
and you get the money yeah definitely take that yeah but nobody did because everyone thought we've
worked hard to to put ourselves through yeah we're not going to put that at risk now but it's just
another hole just another hole was it like um was it like a somewhat of like a miracle last year that
one from that you won like a barstool person won it was him beef and frankie in the final so it was
like but like what was there a chance that this year like with there is there a chance that like
some random fucking for sure because none of the bob does guys cold cuts might be walking away with
fucking four mil to be honest with you i i hope that he does i i i want there to be more like uh
bob does guys one of the big problems last year was that um all of the bob does guys were on one
side so on the first day all the bob does guys were eliminated yeah and and you want to hold
their audience yeah in the tournament as long as you can yeah they should split that up but dude
there's i mean there's gigantic stars even since last year like grant horvat has grown hugely like
all these people have become bigger and bigger and bigger so is there like who who would you say is
like the biggest addition or you don't know that's the problem there's all there's like a couple guys
like korea that are huge stars there's some guy named ruffles i think who made the cut at a pga tour
event recently like he's a legitimate fucking pro yeah and you're like well okay well then
why are you named after a bag of chips if you're a pro why are you joey cold cuts ruffles i think
he'll be better than box lunch brad dahlke yeah that's kind of weird i don't know how i feel
about that well he's a youtuber and went into one of the tournaments and then did one of the
so he's not technically a tour pro brad's like he was like just like just like on the tour and
he's like i'm gonna go just win this four mil real quick and i think he got a sponsor's exemption
but brad's also gotten one of those uh for a tournament coming up damn that's crazy yeah
that's gonna be so awesome yeah that's gonna be really really good do we want to plug neighbors
what's going on here they gave us hats awesome shout out neighbors that's what harry's new
favorite hat what's this team what's the shirt team spirit holy shit counter-strike
oh nice shout out donk cool the goat um trent just showed up at the office
barcel trent did he he's here i don't know did you get like an email i just got a text
like breaking news i thought someone got shot or something like that
is that a big deal i feel like trent's here a decent amount he's never never here
see him once in a while you don't uh i had an awesome time with trent
oh of course i loved hanging out with yeah trent's the man he's so
positive he's so fun and he also just is a man who will not suffer any sort of disruption of
what he wants to do but he's not annoying about it no like what do you mean it's like hey we're
all going out to dinner he's like go no yeah and he just orders dominoes and eats in his room
dominoes irish dominoes he did it a couple times it's probably great and it's like nobody's gonna
give him a hard time about it because we all know he's an immovable object yeah yeah i found it
he's told me about he told us about that when we were in uh florida that he does that yeah he like
doesn't like they'll be like we're going out he's like i'm not going yeah i'm not period i'm not i
mean no he's just not gonna come yeah and it's like yeah nobody's even mad about it i suffer so
much from the guilt of saying no to people yeah about things and i think that you have to just
push through a few layers of making people upset until you reach the point where you're like oh
that cruising altitude of not being reliable that's me yes yeah well i still get frustrated
with you yeah but that's because i have to be reliable now you wish you were trent you don't
have that i don't think i've reached that level of that aura it's almost charming yeah
no don't don't bother him yeah he needs to go eat dominoes but so did he go out at all with
you guys like did he go out and drink at all he did a few times but here's an example that night
we went out in killarney where we had all those fucking crazy experiences
i was so tired that uh i went back to my uh hotel room and napped and all of them went out and i
texted them i was like i'm gonna take a power nap this was at like 8 45 p.m that i went to sleep
and i set an alarm for 25 minutes and they all took bets they were like there's no chance francis
makes it yeah and riggs to his credit was like he's gonna be here and i set my alarm it went off
i woke up i was delirious
i was like i think all of them made it out i have to go yeah showered showed up they were all so
pumped wow he's here you know and then we had a great night trent trent was there wow he fought
through yeah what an absolute beast we ate a lot of ice cream we went out i was gonna ask what the
desserts were over there because i know that he is a dessert fiend yeah he found cheesecake he got
on he went on a cheesecake tear found cheesecake like it's a precious stone yeah he started finding
they made cheesecake a lot of places and that was what he was going for is he good i didn't end up i
of his that was very good yeah the ice cream left a lot to be desired i thought yeah it's interesting
because they have all those cows they have the cows and the beef they just don't make it as well
as we do we're geniuses with i don't got that secret sauce corn syrup they don't have the milk
fat yeah they don't have 25 milk fat like the creamery up at penn state the milk fat is so
high there that it can't even be fda approved it's fucking not even a food it's not even
classified as a food because it's so fatty so nice yeah milk fat nothing like some nice milk fat
um we gotta bang out another episode later on so uh should we call this one what are we at
never mind no sir i thought that we were over an hour you thought wrong oh dave hit me back
what did pred say
he said that uh he said he's still trying to get brawn oh really yeah he's working on it yeah he's
still working he's flying out to la today we're gonna meet up yeah he's gonna pitch him get to
the bottom of it i think he's about to sign sign with the clippers is there any uh that was my
other question i was gonna ask guys i asked like if there's anyone big adding it being added is
there anyone that's not gonna be there that was there last year that's like kind of like a big
yeah there are people that were there last year second place crew's gotta be
yeah
what do you mean axed from the first day the page and frankie oh maybe yeah oh you define the team
in the final no no they're all back they're all back yeah love that dal tush is back love that i
think that too i presume that i will be knocked out early from a karmic perspective i've won the
first year there's no chance that i'm going deep this year back to back drink style i'm excited
to ride around in a cart with dal tush and just provide commentary and i'm excited to ride around
on what's happening with him because you know that that was how he made a big name for himself
in addition to playing apex apex as much as he did he would live stream and comment
as he drank heavily on tournaments on apex or just anything i'm not sure which game it was
but that was a big thing yeah yeah he would get super drunk and just talk shit about whatever
was happening well can we do that from the boy dad channel if you get smoked
can we just like have a boy dad uh have somebody follow you around and put out stuff put out it
sounds like this is kind of dal tush's thing though no yeah well like with video games dal
tush doesn't own commenting on things we can't just like crack some jokes and and like follow
you around and get a quick fun a quick million views for the boy dad channel yeah i'm not against
it francis does it and we just have like a crate a wacky super cut you know you know we can't put
it out until the whole thing comes out yeah yeah i'm not saying live just like a a wacky super cut
we're supposed to shoot it last year i am totally down you're shooting it this year you're coming
back yeah i'll be there but i'll be with jay will oh hell yeah oh he has his own guy of course well
maybe i'll maybe i'll be in a car with jay will that would be awesome i'd like to play with him
that'd be huge i invited him to come play bayonne with me both this week and next week and he turned
me down down for both he's because his daughter's in there a lot going on with softball right now
yeah turndown is a turndown i mean like
you don't get unlimited bites at the apple bayonne is the one he was cooing about bayonne though he
was saying how fucking amazing and beautiful it is he was actually pocket watching you he was like
how much do you think it costs for francis to be a bayonne i was like whoa whoa whoa i joined nine
years ago just like legitimately one third of the price of what it is now really damn it's an
investment can you sell your spot it used to be that way you paid a bond like a taxi medallion
yeah and then when you left the
club you would get your bond back if another member joined oh that's nice yeah security deposit
yeah exactly i got my full security deposit back really yep pretty huge how's your place
it's nice are you feeling happy about it yeah i like it it's nice you don't feel removed
no not at all do you feel um unmotivated to come into the city to do spots
given how far away you live now no the train's so easy because i was i went and looked at an
apartment in the west village oh really yesterday oh was it mine my old one that would be hilarious
wouldn't that be funny yeah just to fill it with sand
devastating
oh my god reverse it on me
you what so are you gonna move to the west village
oh my god you have to fill it with sand i'll go halves on you if we can fill it with sand yeah
i know a good sand guy the ceilings are too tall you guys won't be able to no you gotta you have
to win the invitational just so you can fill it with sand it would probably cost the whole thing
sign a hundred year lease and fill it with sand i mean it's a lot of sand you're about to be back
in the west village you're leaving brooklyn behind no crazy crazy i was thinking about it
work island like that
i thought about it because
i thought to myself that being in the city would make would remove this barrier that i currently
have of going to do spots that this has been so fatiguing i can't get home after work and then
going back in it's just a nightmare yeah it's awful so i end up staying in the city and like
working out in a fucking yeah just burning money and yeah i'll be honest i've kind of been on a
little bit of a sabbatical
um since uh i filmed the tape i taped the special and then we won the champs or we won the tournament
yeah i didn't do a single thing for like two weeks straight i love it yeah so i'm kind of i've done a
couple spots since i moved out there and it's not bad also like the stand is not far it's like 20
minutes away oh fair enough yeah it's like not even that much further than my old apartment was
what are you talking about on the train
whether you don't understand that you don't know how the train works well i just know like cars
i just know where your old apartment was and like if it was a map like it's like right here and now
you live up here and you're saying that this is the same distance as this i mean it's probably like
yeah i mean obviously it's not the same distance it's much further but in terms of getting there
there was no way there was no way to get from my apartment to their city bike yeah i know but no
like there was no train or anything so it was either uber which was like wait that's not true
yes you could have walked to 14th and taken the l across to union square yeah but you you would
know that that is that would be an insane thing to do it's like a 20 minute walk from my apartment
to 14th okay i'm just changing the narrative that there is no way for you to get across the city
whoa or bus what about a bus i'm not taking the bus to the fucking stand how many things do we
need to say for you to actually i i know the route the route was not
a realistic route which is why i would always bike or uber or walk you uber a lot no every time i walk
out of the office at the same time as you you're getting into an uber i used to uber and i'm like
wow this guy's got it yeah i used to uber you'll be able to fly live paris if you didn't uber so
much i used to uber when i lived in the west village because it was very inexpensive it's
like a 10 uber to go home and i'd be it's also a 15 minute walk the whole point of living in the
west village is so you can walk everywhere 15 minute walk
walk try 30 brother from here to my old apartment 30 you did live in the south part of west yes yeah
that's true um but i was i was looking at an apartment very close to your old place
yeah on barrow street oh yeah it's like the next street over yeah but honestly it would be 20 more
for me to move there for a smaller apartment it's not worth it in my current apartment i think about
the breakfast by salt's cure that you could get every day yeah you want to wait in that line like
you're fucking getting coachella tickets oh the lines right now i went to one of those fro yo no
you didn't but i went on it on like a fucking i don't know monday at noon that's a psycho move
but there were only six people in front but also just like out of principle how good can frozen
yogurt be i'll tell you what no that oh i've had some really good frozen that good it was that good
it's the one that has the fucking pistachio kind of crunch on top that that now
i will say if there there's an amount of people where it's not worth it what is that amount seven
20 so you're you're waiting in the 18 person line for that fro yo that's how good it was
yeah yeah i would i bike past that one every day and i'm like
yeah i know i go i used to live next to the what's it called one the the one that you just said
salt secure breakfast by salt secure yeah i used to live on that street what is that
it's a breakfast there's one on uh is it atlantic no it's not atlantic it's like deeper into
brooklyn but there's but it's like there's one incredible pancakes like tiny pancakes my old
street yeah it's like a la carte breakfast and you get like a bunch of different things and it's
fucking fantastic but also there is a herd of sheep yeah outside every time i used to walk
the line is literally like no joke it's like 50 people long and it's not like you're not waiting
for one person to get fro yo yeah you're waiting for one person to get fro yo you're waiting for
the people in front of you like you're seeing the table in front of you like they're gonna eat
a full meal wait on a server yeah like and then
will move you can get line dudes for it you can pay 55 to have someone stand in line for you to
yeah it can't be that good nothing is it is really good but it's just like it's breakfast food it's
breakfast go to waverly diner one block make the breakfast yourself yeah like half of its eggs are
like an avocado with a drizzle of olive oil but the pancakes are fantastic you never went no not
a sheep you kind of are not at all he said as he went to where'd you go every morning to get your
food you went to you go to cbs yeah it's off the beaten path that's not exactly a mom and pop
fucking bodega you're not exactly like you know at least breakfast by salt secure only has three
locations that's true that's true no i used to hit rays i never went to ray and i never told him
that i was moving but i couldn't i couldn't do it
um he's gonna be worried sick he's gonna be like i thought you died my friend no jewel
dude the i quit the jewel was a tough day for him how's that going what you're still off the
jewel i've been off the jewel for a while i dabble back into the vapes here and there but
how crazy were the night sweats when you got off of it um non-existent because i didn't i didn't
quit nicotine oh got it yeah i'm on the lucys now yeah um really quick in paris uh one thing that i
noticed is that i've been on the lucys for a long time and i've been on the lucys for a long time
was that they are uh losers they adopt things from america that have fallen out of style like
two two trends ago like i walked by this group of i don't know french young people and they saw me
and they heard me speaking english and they heard me and they went six seven six seven oh that's
tough and i was like you guys are fucking lame yeah that's done
yeah
is it yeah i don't know any i don't know much about it but that's that would like that's tired
yeah that would check me out that's that's a good use of check that's checked yeah that would check
me out for the full day yeah i need a nap yeah yeah um there was another thing too that happened
oh there was this store that was selling those ap swatch watches that were so popular i don't know
the ones people were lining up for correct for like five days dude these guys were sleeping in
soccer mom sideline chairs against a brick wall for three days how much are the washes i mean
they're aps no but they're that's the whole point it's like i think they retailed for like 300 bucks
but the resale is probably 1600 i don't know what they were reselling for aps it's a collab with
swatch that made it affordable damn but also how many i've never even seen it i've never seen it
and saw what those looked like i'm also curious how many they sold at every location because like
if they're only selling eight per location and then there's like 80 people outside tell me people
weren't sleeping outside for this for this fucking pocket watch yeah looks like a fucking roulette
table yeah this looks like pretty weak something out of the wiggles but um yeah i mean you know
they were they were all lining it was a huge line for that um cheap one other thing that really
bothered me i went i walked really far to go to this cool coffee shop and i got my coffee from
them i talked to them for a while it was cool and then i'm like kind of bonded with them i showed
them my coffee you tell them about your coffee yeah of course that was fun also i do all this
you're definitely like yeah i can imagine you walking on down the road like getting the photos
ready no once i had i had sought this place out because it was like a highly reviewed elite what
was it called
what was it called
recto recto verso i think it's in um the marais anyway um it was good but i went out and then
there was a cafe right next door that had you know bakery shit yeah croissants and all that
and i bought like three or four different things to have a sampling and then i took those in a bag
and i went and sat back down at the coffee shop and i was like oh my god i'm gonna go to this
one of the tables outside of the coffee shop and i took a bite and within one bite the same guy who
had been so nice to me and talked to me about coffee came out and he was like i'm sorry you
can't sit here and eat outside food and i was like but i'm drinking the coffee that i bought
from you and he was like yet you didn't buy that croissant here and i was like i understand your
position but surely i would have i i didn't fight him on it i'm joking but like they wouldn't even
though i i would understand if i had bought something only from another place yeah yeah
definitely but i had frequented their establishment and you had a nice conversation you built the
social cachet and they didn't sell croissants at the coffee shop so it's bringing something over
that they didn't have yeah that's insane that's crazy anyway i saw some nasty propaganda about
croissants this past weekend that they have the lowest satiety how do you say that like satiation
rate of
any food wow that like you get the least full from croissants of any food well that's crazy
because i had three of them and i felt sick all fucking day i had one of those i had a pan of
chocolate and i had a a swiss one that had the raisins in it and i i was planning to just eat a
couple bites of each and throw it all away or give it to the pigeons that's a big thing there
but um i ended up eating them all because they were all so good yeah and then i felt truly ill
yeah i i i feel like i've i mean i used to eat croissants like every single morning and you'd
feel full i wouldn't feel full but i wouldn't feel hungry like they said that uh 100 calories of a
potato versus 100 calories of a croissant gives you four times the satiety you'll be four times
more full and this is just statistics that i'm i'm regurgitating this isn't my research
how do i believe you i don't i think you're lying they also just put a fucking stick of butter into
it's all butter
it's all butter
yeah it's all butter yeah while we're on the food topic i guess i'll i'll bang this one out but um
the i went yesterday i went out like went out
i went to get a i went i went and got a panini and quickly i real i realized this is
not a real restaurant this is definitely like a front for something in queens in queens they uh
at the i like get the food you know no no cash or credit cash or credit cash or credit cash or credit
cash or credit cash or credit i paid with zelle
zelle is like they're yeah for a panini that's straight from my bank account guy comes over
with a phone number written on a napkin i was like what is this what what was the storefront
looking like did it look like it has had a massive sign that said like paninis going it weren't paninis
it was a storefront looking like it had a massive sign that said like paninis going it weren't paninis it was a
sandwich that they use a panini press on paninis and oriental massage yeah whatever you were
looking for but you said it's not paninis you said it's a sandwich that they use a panini press on
it was like a it was like a hoagie but isn't that what a panini is any any type of pressed sandwich
no no no no panini is the panini that you walk in it's flat but if you use a panini press on
anything you can make a panini but you wouldn't use like a like a uh a roll or like a her a hero
for a panini i feel like i've seen hero paninis but i mean i want to be on your side in this so
i'm gonna i'm gonna drop my debate i mean it's panini like but it's definitely not panini but
yeah i'm away one week and it's it's you two yeah well the moral of the story was that i had to pay
for a sandwich with zell which i've never done i've never even heard of that being a thing you
should check your bank they might have stolen your identity could be empty yeah they might have gotten
to the fucking bottom of it have you guys heard about this uh this like meta security thing that
happened that's crazy
it's happening so meta changed all of their customer service to ai so people found out
i'm assuming they probably have fixed it it happened like today but they found out that you
can go you can just message any like meta support and be like i got locked out of my account and
then just send a photo of the person that i could send a photo i could message meta send a photo of
you say i got locked out of my account and they let you change the password because they use like
facial recognition oh wow pretty big like lapse in judgment over there yeah
clowns clown operation over there so i think like as of right now like anyone's instagram is kind of
just free for the taking really yeah i gotta get into that was there you wanted to talk about that
documentary oh let's save that for yeah we'll save that yeah because i wasn't that that girl like
i don't know if it's the same thing too much okay yeah did she want her mom to change her i don't
know i don't know that's a good we'll save that one for the thursday episode yeah whoa whoa miles
garrett where
to the rams oh my god all right yeah i saw that whoa yeah it doesn't that doesn't do much for me
yeah all right we'll be back on thursday thank you for listening goodbye
you
