The Howard Lutnick Dead Whistleblower Investigation | Julian Dorey

Talkspace is highlighted as a top-rated, accessible platform for mental health support, offering licensed therapy anytime and anywhere. The speaker emphasizes the importance of mental health maintenance, linking it directly to physical well-being and overall life balance. The platform is presented as a practical solution for managing stress, improving self-awareness, and building healthier relationships. A promotional offer of $80 off the first month via code Space80 makes it affordable, especially for insured users with zero copays. This is framed as a personal endorsement and a call to action for listeners to access care. The episode then shifts to a serious investigation into Howard Lutnik’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein, revealing contradictions in his public statements. Whistleblower Simon Andrews exposed documented business relationships, including shared investments in the AdFin startup, dating back to 2012, which Lutnik claimed to have discovered only in 2026. Emails show ongoing discussions about financial goals and property development, contradicting Lutnik’s assertion of no prior association. Despite the U.S. government’s dismissal of the claims as baseless, the evidence—including financial irregularities, charity fraud, and links to Prince Andrew’s company—raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Andrews, who faced professional retaliation and severe mental health struggles, died by suicide, underscoring the dangers whistleblowers face. The piece concludes with a call for public scrutiny, emphasizing that while claims require verification, the evidence points to systemic deception and a failure to uphold ethical standards in powerful institutions.

And welcome back to another episode of The Julian Dory Podcast. I am Julian Dory. And I'm Joey Dief. How you doing? How you doing? Joey Dief, it's that time of year. Yeah. The leaves are falling. Yeah. You got the little dew in the morning. Yeah. The temperatures turning here for a little autumn in New York. Yeah. We got a movie to fucking make. You've been working your ass off on. Can't wait to do that. Yes, sir. And in the middle of all of it, you know what goes great with every one of those little thematic elements? I'm going to guess maybe a death or ten. Oh, you just got really dark. Sorry. I was going to bury that lead. I'm going into this blind. Don't worry. Yeah, you're just jumping right into it. I was going to say, Joey Dief, something, not certainly not death. We know we do not wish death. We love life. We want everyone to have life, especially people that need to see justice because we want to make sure that happens. But what I was going to say, Joseph D. Filipus, is a nice Howard Lutnik barbecue. Right. Yeah. Just a nice baby-back barbecue, whatever the fuck this probably like double speak right there. But you know what I mean? Yeah. So if you guys remember, way back on, I want to say, it was February 7th was the first time we dropped one of these weekend episodes. The very first one that we did after we had done just years of doing the guest episodes during the weeks, and then added this one in, it was an accident because Dief and I, and before that, before you were here, even a lessie and I back in the day, had always done, you know, like a bi-weekly, kind of just shoot the shit roundup on Patreon for like 200 people. Yeah. We're just having fun with our earliest Patreon. Shout out to all of them, the OGs of that, and everyone is on there right now. And you know, we'd never done anything like that publicly. We're like, you got me reacting to what's going on, and you know, we're kind of bouncing off each other with what we're thinking about everything and trying to make sense of all of it. And so we recorded one right after that second tranche of Epstein files dropped on Friday, January 30th, because obviously like all of you out there, I was flabbergasted at what I had seen. So Joey D fronts in here, we're going to do our Patreon. That next Tuesday or Wednesday is like, why don't you teach me the Epstein files? Because he had been off the internet for, what was it, like a month, a little, a little month and change, yeah, a little cleanse. It took a little cleanse. So he pops a gummy dirty right away. That's right. That's right. He pops a gummy, comes in here, says, teach me the files. I teach him the files or whatever you want to call it. And then the patrons immediately said, when we posted it, you got to make this public. We did, the rest was history. But the reason it's relevant to Howard Lutnik is because I had a little crash out on how we, and I think it was very, very well-deserved. Yeah, totally. Right. That's fair to say. Yeah, yeah. So this was right when we had discovered that Howard Lutnik, who had claimed very publicly on whatever that fucking New York Post podcast was in the summer of 2025, that he had disassociated with Jeffrey Epstein, his neighbor. Yeah. Howard Lutnik lived at 11 E 71st Street, and that's public information. I'm not doxing anyone saying that. And Jeffrey Epstein lived at 9 E 71st Street. So the wall that he shared, he claimed that he never associated for business, personally, or philanthropy. With Jeffrey Epstein, his direct quotes there, after 2005, because he thought he was a very disgusting individual. And then the Epstein files dropped and showed that he very much associated with him. He not only associated with Jeffrey Epstein, but he associated with him for business, personally, and philanthropy. And we pulled all the emails. And once I was going through all of them, which included, which included, if you, I'm sure you remember this, Joey, and email explicitly describing what would be a visit to Epstein Island in 2012. So seven years after Howard Lutnik, said, I never talked to the guy. More on his timelines being off, again, later coming, by the way. He laid out this email that he was going to go to the island of Jeffrey. And I lost my fucking mind when I saw that, especially when he put like all the ages of all the different kids, yeah, that were coming with him. It wasn't just his kids. It was his buddy, something Levine. Yeah. I think you guys can look it up and find the email. I don't remember the guy's name. But we later got the picture of Lutnik looking, I would say very, very comfortable and happy, right? Yeah. It was an island getaway. Yeah. Yeah. He's with Epstein on the island, sandals, cargo, yeah, the cargo shorts. That's right. The twinge on the bottom. That was big in the early 2000s. That's right. He had a little drip. A little drip. Don't say, don't say we're not fair here. Joey, Joey Deef is given credit for a little bit of drip. Yep. Yeah. Just a bit. Just a bit. So anyway, so he was having a great time on the island. And then once the files were released, if you remember this, that image was among many of the images. What do I? And then the DOJ pulled it back. But thanks to the people doing the Lord's work over jmail.world, we still have that image because, as you guys, many of you well know, but for those who are unfamiliar, jmail.world is basically like this dummy Gmail that was coded by these guys to take all the Epstein files that were released by the DOJ and turn it into an inbox. As if you, the viewer are logging into Jeffrey Epstein's inbox. Hey, guys, if you're not following me on Spotify, please hit that follow button and leave a five-star review. They're both a huge, huge help. Thank you. So I know we've shown it before, Deef. But if we can get that picture somewhere of Howard Lutnik, just so people know exactly what I'm talking about on the island. But the DOJ tried to pull it back. Didn't matter. The public already had it. And all the while Howard Lutnik embarrassingly goes and testifies to Congress like a week or two later. And not only doesn't have the decency to resign as commerce secretary, the guys in the fucking cabinet. But Trump doesn't fire them. Which is very interesting, Joe. Deef, I've never seen, I mean, we're talking about this on a day where we just had a press secretary last four days after Donald Trump said he's really reconsider. Normally, we'd be talking about that a lot today, but I could not let this investigation that's incoming on Howard Lutnik go. But, you know, the fact that Donald Trump didn't fire him and the fact that this guy didn't have the decency to resign shows you the hubris and the locked-in nature, whatever that is and whatever that entails, that Howard Lutnik feels to be able to be, you know, this billionaire elite who's buddies with all these awful people, you know, lies about it. And then look you in the eyes and say, yeah, I lied. What are you going to do about it? That's a disgrace. And I personally take unbelievable offense to anybody in who has great responsibility with great power who tells the entire general public to eat cake. I mean, that's a theme that we've had in some recent episodes talking about that in other ways. Howard Lutnik's continued employment as the Commerce Secretary of the White House of the under the president of the United States today is a complete fuck you to you, deep me and everybody out there. And he continues to be the Commerce Secretary even on the heels of another very, very potentially damaging and dare I say suspicious report that came out, which is the topic of our investigation today. You guys didn't think I was going to let this go. Come on. You thought it last week just because Ray, when it came out, we didn't talk about it. We weren't going to talk about, of course, we're going to talk about it. But what I had to do with this, and this is really different than I think any of the 37 of these we've recorded at this point, Steve. Obviously, like our process is an hour or two before we go on air, deep comes over and we just check all links to make sure we can pull that up quickly. What happened this week? What are we going to talk about? And then we shoot the shit and do it live. But today we knew once we started to look into the details last week or two weeks ago of this latest whistleblower dying more on that in a second. We knew that in order to report on this effectively and accurately, we had to look at all the facts and present them to you guys for you guys to decide. And there's a couple of reasons for that. The first funny reason is you always have to watch that because Do you never know who the fuck is going to sue you and who's got really deep pockets to do that who can outspend you in a fucking day? And we are talking about a very, very wealthy guy here. So we do not want to give any layups and make claims that are said to be 100% true without having the full evidence of backing to be able to back that up in court. That's the number one reason. The second reason is we want to make sure, and I've said this about so many different investigations related to Epstein and all the other ranges of crazy shit happening in our world right now. We want to make sure that we look at all the facts as we know them so that we don't make the mistake of overcorrecting to the other side. And here's what I mean by that. We obviously have all had a huge wake up moment, even me, someone that's looked at this case, the Epstein case forever. We've had a huge wake up moment this year with what we saw actually come out and how it was somehow even way worse than the previous evidence had suggested and it was already to be clear very, very, very, very dark and bad. But we've also seen the reverberating effects of Epstein and the release and everything else that has happened at a societal level as a result of that. And we continue to see no justice for really anyone, the UK like arrested Prince Andrew Wands. That's not here in the US. I can't say like we're going to talk about him today, but I can't say I care as much about that. I do care about that. But like, yeah, there's a lot of people in my own country right here that not only aren't seeing justice, but they continue to stay in power, continue to make money and doing what they do. So what we don't want to do is then just make the assumption without any actual proof that the complete opposite of anything any of these people say is therefore true. Because then we will give them the opening to say, see, you can't listen to any of these fuckers out there. All these investigators, they just have a predetermined zealot mindset. They want the end result. And that's what it is. So we went through and looked at everything about this dead whistleblower whose name I will now say is Simon Andrews who worked high up at Howard Letnik's company, BCG. I'm going to explain canter and BCG in that relationship in a few minutes because that's a little confusing, don't worry, we're going to go through it. But you know, when this popped up right now, it is to say that what Simon Andrews had claimed while he was alive and he did die by unaliving himself allegedly. By the way, that is what his family said, but his claims are claims. And I can't say for certain that I have any evidence right now to say that he is definitely accurate. What I can tell you is he did receive settlements from official authorities who also fucked him over more on that too. I keep saying more on that on stuff, I'm sorry, but there are so many fucking things to this. So trust me, like you're going to get all the details. But to an extent, when we put all these pieces out there, we're putting them out there for you guys to work with to pull on the threads, perhaps investigate further, most importantly, make your own decisions. And as we always say here, Joey Deef, it's pure spec. It's pure spec. It's pure, pure spec. But at this point, I mean, it feels like how we, you and me, you know, when it comes to doing this in the studio right here, I guess we got dance again, right? Dance. Let's dance. Dance, boy. I also do want to say before we start and let me not even say this fast, like I was watching that Diddy documentary, the 50 cent did, Deef. And one of the, you know, 50 cent is so what's the word like, like he's, he's so petty. And I love it. I love it. Shout out to 50. They did a great job with that documentary. But what they would do is they have to legally say what Diddy was actually convicted of, because of course the government fucked up that case. They have to say that, but he would always, they would always put it at the end. And then any other things about like Diddy denies or people around him, deny, they would also put that at the end and they would flash it on the screen like a flash grenade and it would go, you had to like pause it and go back. Yeah. I'm going to give the courtesy of saying this slowly and carefully without flashing it. Not to rip 50 for doing that. I do respect it. But I'll just be careful here and say this a full way. Canter Fitzgerald and BCG, which are the two companies that until February 2025, when Howard Lutnik was confirmed as Commerce Secretary, he was the CEO of, to be clear, okay? Canter Fitzgerald and BCG categorically deny all of the following claims and allegations that whistleblower Simon Andrews made, do with that what you will. Now let's get to the case. So by the way, Simon Andrews, who I've referenced, that first link below that statement, that we have that, because then I'll explain the, the canter BCG thing is, it's unnecessarily confusing. This one. Yeah. So actually, can we do the one before that? I'm going to come to that. Because before he did die, Simon Andrews was, he did publicize his name. But the one, yep. You got it. That's it. So, former managing director at BCG Group/British banker turned whistleblower Simon Andrews, the man who told the FBI about Lutnik/BCG's quote-unquote financial irregularities, unquote, fraudulent 9/11 charity, and revealed Lutnik's business partnership with Epstein in Adfin has been found deceased. And as I said, his family later said that he was, he unalived himself. I do have to say this, Simon was on record with the BBC, actually, with the investigative journalist that he was helping out there when he publicized, because by the way, he got docs in the Epstein files. That's why he came public. Yeah. Again, we're doing an amazing job protecting witnesses, apparently, and victims. But Simon did struggle with severe mental health trauma as a result of this whole odyssey that happened to him. He was open about that. And he had checked into a wellness facility shortly before he did unalive himself as it is alleged. So it is possible, it is very possible that he did in fact do that, and it wasn't just like someone actually offing him, though you never know when it comes to the Epstein files and people seem to turn up dead, and you know, it's claimed that they made that decision themselves. You never know. So I'm leaving that door open, but I do have to be fair and say that there were at least some things that he self-reported before this happened that would correlate with him potentially actually doing that. It does not change the fact that he was ignored, silenced, and his life was ruined as a result of allegations that he made as far back as 2015 to 2017 in that area when he was a managing director. He was a serious guy. I'm going to get to his exact role at BCG and was working and he had come to New York and was working there. So one of the things I've said throughout us looking intermittently at these Epstein files over the past, God knows how long, is that when it comes to FBI reports or confidential informants or victim claims that were made related to Jeffrey Epstein after his death in August 2019, and I want to be careful, I say this, when it comes to those reports that came afterward, you have to take them with a bigger grain of salt and look at them with an even more suspicious eye, unfortunately. I hate saying that, but it is true because there was the dog pile effect, meaning he was now dead. It became a huge story and a bunch of people call up at all, and I don't like defending the FBI at all when it comes to this case, but a bunch of people call up the FBI, like left and right, and the FBI's job is to take all those calls and write a report on it regardless of how crazy it sounds, and then they write the report, and then internally later, they probably toss a lot of it out. Obviously, the FBI, even before Jeffrey Epstein died, had tossed out a lot of very credible and important stuff and pretended it didn't exist. So that is not to exonerate them of wrongdoing, but it has always been that like when you see these ones that came later, you're like, okay, what could the motivation be there? What's the background on this person, etc. Simon Andrews was making claims related to, I have the exact phrasing actually. He was fired from BCG group in January 2017 after raising internal concerns regarding accounting of regularities and suspected fraud, which are the same things he called up the FBI about or reached out at first to the FBI in late 2020 related to Epstein himself. This is before we got the emails released and all that, but I'm going to, we have it. Those are the two PDFs, Steve, I'm going to go through these two PDFs so that you have this and you understand exactly what he did, and this is from the Epstein files and these are unclassified federal bureau of investigation intake reports. This first one is from October 19th, 2020. And you'll see all these redacted things that are going to include spots where his name would have been. What I don't know, what's unclear to me, the guys at BBC would probably know this, is which documents at first were accidentally released with his name on it. It could have been this one, and then it was just later redacted, and that's why it's redacted now. I'm not sure. But somewhere in the Epstein files, his name was, I hope unintentionally, released. Right? Right. I mean, it's still horrible. It's still like a fireable offense, of course, and horrible, but, you know, whatever. Anyway, so on October 19, 2020, at 11.43 a.m. Eastern time, date of birth, redacted, cell phone number, redacted, email address, redacted, postal code, redacted, called the FBI National Thread Operations Center to report information about Howard Latinx CEO of redacted, I don't know why they were redacted that, who could be connected to Jeffrey Epstein. He provided the following information, so and so was calling from the United Kingdom, which is where Simon is from, but stated he worked in New York from 2015 to 2017, which is when he was a managing director running, I have that in there somewhere, exactly what that was, but he was responsible for all kinds of shit across the Chicago London and New York offices, I believe, like a serious guy. But he stayed, he worked in New York from 2015 to 2017 for blank, blank, blank, redacted, was a blank, blank, blank, redacted, who acted as a redacted after witnessing some financial irregularities. The CEO of Canter Fitzgerald Howard Latinx was Jeffrey Epstein's neighbor, and he believes some of the suspicious financial activities could be related to Epstein's case. Redacted says the BCG, BGC, I'm sorry, which I guess they had redacted up above and they didn't redact this one, which shows you how careless this is, says that BGC does a huge amount of charity work relating to 9/11 because Canter Fitzgerald lost many employees that day. But he thinks the charity day is fraudulent. Redacted has documentation, he is willing to provide to the FBI to back these claims. Redacted claims that Canter Fitzgerald, redacted, redacted, redacted, causing him to have a heart attack, redacted, and seven subsequent hospitalizations. BGC has also submitted documentation to the Internal Revenue Service about this. So several months after that, Joey Dief, there's a phone call. So the FBI, I just talked about how the FBI has to write a report on every claim that comes in. And we've seen a lot of crazy reports where it's like, you know, I was getting read by the John Stowe and so and so sat there and then they were on the, you know, and it gets, it's like a who's who and then there's people that weren't even alive at the time, like that kind of stuff. And you don't see anything past that with the FBI, either A, because we didn't get those files or in that case actually more likely B, there wasn't anything to do with it because it was actually maybe provably false or ridiculous claim. Right. This one got a phone interview four or five months later by the FBI. So they were looking at this going, huh, this one seems like it could have some truth to it. So it says this is from April 5th, 2021. It says redacted, data birth redacted, home phone number redacted was interviewed telephonically by FBI special agents, redacted, redacted, redacted after being advised of the identities of the interviewing agents and the nature of the interview, redacted, provided the following information redacted had been in the securities business for 32 years. He was at redacted, redacted from 2012 to 2017, which we now know. This is Simon, of course, talking about BCG, which is owned by Cantor Fitzgerald. I did say I'm going to explain that. That's coming in a minute from 2012 to 2015. He was based in redacted, which we now know to be New York in 2015. He transferred to redacted New York location at redacted, which would be the address probably. Redacted was running the redacted branches. I have that information to look at that of his unit out of his location in the New York office. He held a Series 30 license, which meant he supervised regulatory reporting and held the most senior position in his unit, redacted, managed 50 people. He was in New York until March of redacted, which I guess would have been 2017 when he left redacted. Can you actually, for the context, can we pull up what his official position was? Yes. I have it here. He was the managing director and head of Futures and Options London, and then he was responsible for managing the trading centers in London, New York, and Chicago. That's a big time job. That's a big, big time, big paying job, too. He had all the compliance that he had to hold to. He was the signatory for auditing and signing off on all these financial operations. That's interesting. That's interesting. I had talked about this, I think last week, where I was talking about the compliance and insanity, in some cases, at banks, post-financial crisis. This is post-financial crisis, including some years right when I was starting my career, like 2017. That, when you're in charge of that kind of thing, it's not cross-and-tease and dot-nice. Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. You are the most annoying person to everyone else, and if you're self-aware, you do apologize to people for it and say you are doing your job so that no one goes to jail, or there's not a fuck-up because someone did something above us that we can't see. That's who this guy had to be in that kind of role. I've seen the guys in that role, especially at a powerhouse, like we'll give Howard Letnik this. Canner Fitzgerald, BGC, these are powerhouse places on Wall Street. That is a competent person you are putting in a job like that. I can't possibly emphasize that enough. Hey, guys. We had a new camera on the right side of the studio this week, so for some reason it kept on messing with the focus on Deep's camera. If you see his angle a little less and just hear his voice in this episode, that's why we'll have that fixed up for next week. Related to the fraud allegations, redacted, made in his initial complaint to the FBI, redacted, redacted rope traders were gaining access to the electronic trading platform at redacted. I'm going to guess the electronic trading platform was at BGC and not Canner, but that's doesn't really matter. It's the same thing from their homes. Redacted, the co-head of brokerage was able to override controls that were in place. To cover losses that redacted, people within the company tried to rob redacted pool of trading funds. That's nice. They covered these losses would come to redacted because he had the series 30 license, like A.L.S. and Simon, just, yeah, I'm just taking a little off the edge and he has to sign off on it. That's it. Just sign right there. Sign the paper. It's all clean. It's clean. It's clean. No one's going to know. By robbing the various trading pools to cover losses, redacted, advised, immaterialized losses and the brokers were being robbed of revenue. It was involved in a global Ponzi scheme because they forced employees to pay 10% of their salary/bonus. This is his claim. Of their salary/bonus into a share scheme, they never became vested in. Employees were told they could sell shares if they signed on to work at redacted for four more years. Employees were never given voting rights for this scheme and the share prices were dropping. The detail in these claims and in this call that is being now summarized in a report by these FBI agents who did this is fantastic, like, this is a guy, in my opinion, if he's making this all up, he is elaborately brilliantly executing the makeup with that way you will. Redacted, advised, redacted, and canner Fitzgerald were well known for money laundering. Canner Fitzgerald had a history of crime. Senior officials have spoken about the money laundering that occurred. Parabridge International Services was an affiliate of redacted and canner Fitzgerald. P.I.S. was where payroll passed through in addition to the money raised on charity days. They were part of the compliance division. Redacted thought they were illegal wire transfers involving P.I.S., P.I.S. was associated with Deutsche Bank accounts in Singapore and Hong Kong. Now this may be totally unrelated, Joe, if there's a real little poll here, but where did Jeffrey Epstein's bank accounts move and it's been a while, I think, like 2013, when he left JP? Was it Singapore? No. Now, the Deutsche Bank. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Someone checked me on that in the comments. It's been a while since I looked at that, but he was involved. So probably nothing there in all fairness, but we're saying at least, canner Fitzgerald was paying brokers from foundations and other countries through P.I.S., P.I.S. had hired and X Deutsche Bank CEO is global president. The Panama Papers connected Canner Fitzgerald to Shell companies. We love Shell companies. Shell companies are useful. It also, you were correct, too, at that timing. It was 2013. When he moved the accounts, okay. Cool. It's always floating in there somewhere. It's just like, you know, a hollow knock on the edge and then, like. Maybe not all the details are right, but like one thing's there and then we can at least-- - It's just all so convenient. - Yes, we can at least say we didn't make it up, right? Howard Lutnik ran everything and he maintained a very small circle. Lutnik constructed all of the fraud being committed, and this is what Simon is alleging. Pure spec, I don't know if it was pure spec for Simon, it won't speak for him, he can't speak for himself anymore, but that's what he told the FBI. He used philanthropy as a smoke screen for illegal activity, what a nice guy. Canter Fitzgerald was not doing well, pre-9/11. - Yeah, I ain't done. - After the events of September 11th, 2001, Canter Fitzgerald was doing well after they lost 646 employees in one day. Canter Fitzgerald couldn't afford people salaries and then was able to hire people and give people opportunities. Canter Fitzgerald ran a global charity day in New York and London, they invited high-profile celebrities to come in and join staff on the trading floor for the day. You guys have seen this. Like CNBC always stream this day every year, I don't know if they still do, but like you know, no disrespect to the people who go there for charity, like I'm sure they assume they're doing a great thing, and by the way, I hope they actually were, and this isn't true. But like you'll see like Shaquille O'Neal looks cute in a trade or something like that for charity, and hopefully it was. But this guy's alleging that maybe it wasn't. The charity day revenue was raised through the trades placed that day and employees gave up their salaries for the day. Brokers are paid on commission and redacted advised if Canter Fitzgerald was stopped, was stealing the entire global revenues for the charity day. Brokers couldn't earn their commission even if they did not participate in the charity day. Charity days raised nine to 10 million each year, and redacted thought it was strange. It raised nearly the same amount every year. That is a little strange. That's strange to me. Maybe guys who like work on Wall Street now and really actually know the ins and outs of that, you can help out in the comments, but that seems a little strange to me that it was that consistent if in fact it was. Brokers were not given tax relief for the loss of revenue on charity days. You know why? 'Cause fuck 'em, that's why. Anyway, PIS handled all the funds raised in the United Kingdom on charity days and the associated wire transfers. Andrews advised, they didn't redact it right there. - Oh yeah. - Oh wow. - There it is still. Andrews advised the day of the charity day trading. Like who did these reductions? - Hey. - Like, all right, yeah, right there, right there, right there. All right, good, all right, we're good right there. Thank you. Andrews advised the day of the charity day trading would shift if the publicized day was not a successful trading day. I'm trying to picture like what that does and I'm too far removed from any of that world to put that together live on the spot right now, but again, maybe in the comments, you know. Letnik was a neighbor of Jeffrey Epstein in the adjoining property to 11 East 71st Street, New York, New York, again, very public information as I'm reading a public document right here. Letnik bought the property for $10 through a trust. You know it's really nice, Joey Deef? When you can buy a beautiful upper east side townhouse with thousands and thousands of square feet, total privacy, basically like noise proofing, right just steps away from Central Park for $10. I'm gonna go look at Zillow. We're gonna call up Nico Aronson at the end of this episode and we're gonna go find some for $10, Joey Deef. - Listen, you let me know. - I'll be ready to go. - You wanna go in for five? - I'll go, I'll go, I got five on it. - We go for that? - I got five. - I got five on it too. So letnik bought the property for $10 through a trust. Less Wexner and Epstein owned the building. Letnik bought it in a very roundabout way from Epstein. Redacted device, there was a relationship between liquid funding and executives at Bear Stearns. If you remember, Bear Stearns is the company that first collapsed before the official financial system all collapsed in September 2008 back in February 2008. A couple days after Jim Kramer said Bear Stearns is fine. They were not in fact fine and they all collapsed and that was the first domino to fall. So when Bear Stearns collapsed, the executives moved to redacted where they went to a Russian hedge fund, which is what you do. It's what you do. You go find a nice oligarch, you find his hedge fund, and you say we just crashed, but now we're here for you, fam. Redacted device, BGC International was involved in crime and money laundering. Bear Stearns had hundreds of subsidiaries in 2018. BGC International was the parent company of many of these subsidiaries to include JP Morgan Chase and BlackRock, there they are. BGC partners made subsidiaries all over the world to include Delaware, Cypress, and Malta. Wow, what perfect locations. If you know, you know, I don't even want to, I can't say it, but I don't spruce me. You know where you don't. BGC International used many of the same intermediaries as interjure, which was associated with Paul Manafort. I remember Paul Manafort, you know, a while. Yeah, Paul Manafort was the campaign manager for Donald Trump in 2016. And then he was fired like a dog on, maybe it was like July 31st, 2016, August 1st, August 2nd, somewhere in there. Steve Bannon replaced him, rest his history, but Paul Manafort was later the first guy thrown in prison for the Mueller, Miller, how are you, fuck you say his name? Yeah, Mueller. Investigation. And he was later pardoned by Trump. And he was the thing about Paul Manafort unrelated to this. He was a major lobbyist, and he did something illegal as it relates to lobbying for a foreign government. But it was just wild that he was the guy thrown in prison when all of K Street does that, which doesn't make it right, by the way. It is illegal, but like literally all of them do it. And then he got thrown in jail. He's got to take the fall. And everyone else is like, yeah, we're just going to keep doing that. Anyway, so where was I, which, so BGC International used many of the same intermediaries as InterGera, which was associated with Paul Manafort. Renaissance Capital was another company they were associated with. Is Renaissance Capital, capital run by a guy named Robert Simon? Was that floating in my brain? In the Erick Wayne Stein, plus Cancellate, 22 with Rogan. Who ran Renaissance Capital? Is that the name Robert Simon? Jim Simon. Jim Simon. Jim Simon's, yeah. All right, I'm not wrong. Interesting. I remember him. He's the boy too. Yeah. Yeah, he died in 2024. Jim Simon's was an American hedge fund manager, investor, mathematician, philanthropist, at the time of his death. His net worth was estimated 31.4 billion, baby. Megan of the 55th, 55th richest person in the world. He was the founder of Renaissance Technologies, a quantitative hedge fund based in East to Talk at New York. I remember. That's my quantity. I remember Erick Weinstein was going on some long fucking tangent that included this guy and all kinds of shit he was doing and out on Long Island. I think he knew him. I don't remember. He was like right when remember he had that he was like Michio Kaku. Michio Kaku is crazy or he's gone crazy. I later had Michio Kaku in my parents house at the time for episode 145 and he hadn't seen that. And this is what went viral and I remember going to find this part and there was the whole thing about this guy, Simon's, Jim Simon's as well, but like then Michio responded to that whole thing. I was like, well, if you don't like the heat, don't come in the kitchen. And I was like the whole thing so that's why that's in there somewhere. But anyway, so Simon, Simon, Simon's, renaissance capital, which was Simon's company was another company they were associated with in addition to the Paul Manafort company. Redacted advice, he thought the money being laundered through Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC International was from the Russian mafia. That's awesome. That was what senior people in the trading market thought. So it wasn't just him that thought. It could also have been money made by Cantor Fitzgerald through the frauds they were committing. Auburn's securities was associated with banned Russian entities. Letnik gave Sarah Ferguson, Fergie, who was Prince Andrew's ex-wife, who I don't know if this is still the case, but they like still lived in the same house after marriage and were intricately involved in each other's lives and certainly both New Jeffrey Epstein everywhere. Above Cantor Fitzgerald in New York, Oh, you can't make this up for the children in crisis charity. This is the royal family ex-wife of the guy who's accused of abusing a bunch of fucking children accused alleged, whatever seems to be a lot there, along with Jeffrey Epstein over the years. Gilland Maxwell and Ferguson would attend Dolce Vita parties which raised money for CIC in so, so school CIC no longer existed. That's awesome. So Gilland Maxwell out of the goodness of her heart. would give up her time to come raise money for abuse children. - Yes. - With the royal family. - Yes. - I love it here. - It's all above board. - I love it here. Redacted advise, he has never interacted with Lutnik. He had contact with Sean Lynn, the chairman of BGC Partners. So he was high up there. Roberto Bob Vales was a whistleblower who had contact with Lutnik through the board. Vales was an American citizen. Redacted had never met Epstein or Maxwell personally. Redacted thought he met Ferguson on a charity day, but wasn't sure. Redacted was working with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. That's the CFTC. And he was eligible for their whistleblower program. Agent note, after the conclusion of the interview, Redacted contacted special agent, Redacted telephonically asked if he could provide her contact information to the CFTC special agent, Redacted provided that information to Redacted. A lot of intricate claims there. A lot of people making guest appearances. That's what we should call it, right? - Yeah, cameos, yeah. - Well cameos in there? - Yeah, that's like entourage. - Yeah, that's enough for an Emmy. - Yeah. - You get a good line in there? - Yeah. - Well cameo Emmy, I don't know if that exists. - No, but you know, the people, it exists with the people. - Yes. But some in injuries made all these claims, as I said, back when he worked at BGC. And he was summarily fired. In 2017, very high up guy to be fired. Now, we've been saying Canter Fitzgerald, we've been saying BGC. This is an easy way of just making it simple. I want you guys to think of them as the same thing. They are technically not. Canter Fitzgerald was the initial company. The one we all know about from very sadly losing a bunch of people in the towers, 646, I believe, on 9/11, including Matt Boche and David Farugio, who we're here to do a podcast on 9/11 this year. So shout out to them, because obviously like real lives, we're all lost in the middle of that. But Canter Fitzgerald was a long time, major firm on Wall Street. And somewhere in the area of '03 or '04, they spun off this business that was under their jurisdiction called BGC. And I have a link there, Deep. - Is it this one right here? - It's like a, it's literally a Google link. - Yeah. - Differences, yeah. So this is straight from Google AI to simplify it. Canter Fitzgerald and BGC group are closely tied with Canter Fitzgerald operating as a controlling parent affiliate, but they focus on distinct areas of the financial market. So it's the same kind of thing technically as like El Brands controlling Victoria's Secret and Les Wexner owns El Brands, right? One of them is traditional Wall Street stuff. That's Canter Fitzgerald, brokerage, asset management, shit like that. The other one involves, and I'm putting a, I'm very generalizing here, but BGC involves more electronic trading platforms and things of that nature like execution of trades in modern day Wall Street, which is why also it makes sense that that business was becoming bigger and spinning out in 2004 because literally between say ballpark like 1998 and 2008, all the famous guys screaming on the floor with papers on Wall Street who literally used to run the pit every single day actively, physically on the floor. That was whipped away like a sucking sound in those 10 years because it all moved to electronic trading and those guys were basically rendered extinct at that point. So BGC was more on the new era of the world as fiber optic cable was being deployed all over the country so the people could execute trades in nanoseconds. Michael Lewis wrote a great book called Flash Boys, all about this and that era in the arts when this was all being built. So BGC had Howard Lutnik as a CEO, just like Canter Fitzgerald had Howard Lutnik as a CEO. It's all under the same bridge. So when we're going back and forth between saying Canter and BGC, it's the same shit for lack of a better way of putting it. But when Simon makes the claims, I have this note in here. I want to make sure I say this, he is referring to BGC and then he'll refer to Canter as you heard and the Canter and then BGC. So that's why that is the case because different parts of the business were under different routes, I guess, technically. So Andrews also reported this to the FCA, the Financial What Association? What's that stand for again, Dave? The Financial Conduct Authority, which handles the UK. He had, which is where he's from, obviously. And the UK, if you listen to Simon Dixon's podcast, he laid this out very well. The UK is like financial center of the universe in a lot of ways. Obviously, people make that claim about Wall Street and New York, which is perfectly fair. But when it comes to traditional financial jujitsu, if you will, London is viewed as like the home of that. So this is the organization, the authority that oversees any irregularities that may be happening in the market. As far as I know, maybe my UK guys out there can help us out in the comments. But it's like in a similar vein, it's just like the SEC in a way in the UK. Maybe Dave can look at that more. But when Simon went and reported this to them, he was not protected by them. And I'm going to lay that out in an article in a little bit. But no one's really answered for that over there since then. I know Dave's looking at that. So let's do that BBC article. The one in big font, just while you're grabbing that. Yeah, it would be the equivalent to the SEC. So the FCA is effectively the better way of putting it, the SEC of the UK, OK, is enough. Now the BBC article, it's in like size 24 right there. This is going to lay out that Nick, not Nick. So how US Commerce Secretary Epstein's links were uncovered by British whistleblower. And I'm going to pull it up over here from major seconds day this way. A British man has told the BBC how he unearthed evidence including that his former employer Howard Letnick, now US Commerce Secretary, failed to disclose a business relationship with the pedophile, financier, Jeffrey Epstein. Simon Andrews, previously managing director at a Wall Street firm, discovered an email chain from 2018 in which Letnick and Epstein had discussed the prospects of a startup business they were both involved in. So what I want you guys to understand is we are now fast forwarding to 2026 when the Epstein files come up. Simon, who made all these claims that never got a result to him and never got investigated and nothing ever changed and Howard Letnick became the Commerce Secretary. When the files dropped, he started going through with his own personal information of behaviors he knew about from email chains. To try to look if there was like a there there or if there were other things that might be related to some of the claims he said. And he did find some things. Andrews shared his findings from the millions of release Epstein files with US politicians on the influential House Oversight Committee ahead of an appearance there by Letnick and May. So when Letnick came in to make another appearance after the February one, he was giving them this information. Letnick told the committee that to the best of his knowledge he had only learned this year that Epstein had been an investor in the firm AdFin. Speaking on his behalf, the US Commerce Department told us there was no evidence of wrongdoing. So let me get that straight. Howard Letnick in May, 2026 went under oath. Four months after these files publicly dropped. Like I don't know Joy-Dee if this is just me. But if I were in those and we're a major we're a major player in those and we're accused of a bunch of things to hopefully I didn't fucking do by the way, I would go through every fucking file related to my name or I don't know my initials to see where I said anything. Yeah. So that I could be the most prepared to not lie. But Howard Letnick is not like you in me. He lies like he breeds because he can get away with it. So Howard Letnick told this committee. We're going to come back to his article. But he told this committee that he had no awareness that this online advertising technology company called AdFin. He had no awareness that he was in business with Jeffery Epstein on that. As we always say, Joy-Dee, though, there's always an email. There's always an email. So if you go to the HWL emails right above that first, there's a tweet from Deep State Dropout. And I already have it here, Deep, but everyone's searched the Epstein files for Letnick in quotes. Simon Andrews searched for HWL. What's his middle name, William? Can we look that up? Let's see. Those are Howard Letnick's initials, HWL. He knew Canter Fitzgerald executives signed their-- It's William. He knew, Simon knew, the Canter Fitzgerald executive signed their emails with initials because he'd been a managing director at Letnick's brokerage, BGC partners. across London, New York and Chicago, until the firm sacked him on January 31, 2017. He'd spent 2016 raising accounting companies inside the companies, and he had a heart attack along the way, some of what he flagged stuck. In November 2019, the CFTC fined BGC financial $3 million for losing nearly four months of voice recordings on thousands of block trades and for not telling the regulator about an SEC investigation for more than four years, which were a result of some of the irregularities that Simon shared with them. That action earned him a $420,000 whistleblower award. He was vindicated on some of his claims. Do you know how crazy that is, Joey Deef, that so when a trade is executed on Wall Street, and I can't speak to before the global financial crisis and what regulations were, I don't know. But afterwards, I remember this when we worked there, Kathy and Diane in my boss's office, when ever a trade was executed, they would do so on a recorded line. - Oh yeah. - I think it was above a certain. - It's in with sales and shit too, all of it. - I think it was above a certain level to where they'd have it, but it might have not even been above a certain level. If your trading would be BGC, we don't be above a certain level. They don't take clients like you and me, Joey Deef. - Yeah, yeah. - I get it. It's all right. - They don't like our kind. - It's all right. So, the next paragraph explains, starts to explain some of the stuff we laid out in that October 2020 phone call. So, his call surfaced anyway. When the Justice Department released more in three million pages in January, so he went looking for the rest. The HWL search that he did turned up a 28 May 2018, so May 28, 2018 exchange. Epstein, and we have that email. Can we pull that up? It's like right below it. The adfin email. So, to do the 2018 email, I got it right here. So, this is from you can see on this shot that Deef's gonna pull up on the screen. You see HWL to Jeffrey E. And what's strange about these Epstein files is they're like grabbed screenshots. And so, when Jmail.World then turns it into into a Gmail, you can't like open it up. Like when I receive an email on my Gmail, I can hit the name and it'll now show me the email address and it drop down. You can't do that with this because it literally just grabbed screenshots. So, the screenshots conveniently that were grabbed here, grabbed his byline, if that's what you call it, where he lists himself as HWL. And it didn't grab his email. So, it's very, very sneaky, but Simon went and found this. And if you look at this, some of it, it's bunched up in that text right there in that paragraph, Deef. But there are other emails right there. Jeffrey Epstein wrote on May 28, 2018 at 112 PM, on another note, what do you think the prospects for adfin are? Howard Lutnik responded seven minutes later, producing revenue finally. This is their year. Next 12 months, they need to become economically self-sufficient. Epstein then replied four minutes later, thanks. How long until Sherry is ready and I can buy my guesthouse. HWL responds at 607 PM, probably four years in parentheses Pierre. I don't know what that means. We'd need to actually do something for it to ever finish, haven't even picked an architect/designer yet, too much construction, just finishing the house. Must be nice. Must be nice just finishing another house at a time where the average home buyer in America is like fucking 40 years old because no one can afford it. But yeah, that doesn't, you know, the four minute response time of saying, this is their year with very strong details would suggest he was very, very aware of adfin. And he was discussing it with his business partner. One, on the company itself, they're both investors in this company, Jeffrey Epstein. But this guy is confident enough to go into a May 2026 hearing when he could have pulled up this email. The whole public, including him, had access to it. He had access to it on his own emails, if you wanted to go through those. And say, yeah, no, I didn't know that till 2026. It's new info. As I said in my first crash out about him. Liar, you liar. I should like cut that back in right there. That's the phone one. What is your excuse? He's a liar. Neighbors with this dude claims he only ever met him once. Live next to him for 20 some years. That's creative. Proven liar. Advising the president of the United States every day. But let Nick answered what I just read. And so did it. Advin was an ad tech startup. Both men had signed investment contracts for it in December 2012. Oh, they went way back boy. Epstein put in $875,000. Asked for a money for Jeffrey. Andries handed the chain to the house oversight Democrats before let Nick's closed door interview on May 6th. Where let Nick said he'd only learned this year that Epstein was a co-investor. I'm here. You telling me this for the first time he did the meme. He also found Camter's 2013 plan to lend 1 million pounds to a company controlled by Prince Andrew in exchange for exclusive introductions. I am going to be talking about that. His phrase for it on the BBC's file on on four in July was quote to basically buy a prince. Unquote, that is the phrase that Simon used in written claims dated August 11th. An employment judge struck out his UK claim against BGC. Let Nick and BGC co CEO John Pierre. Oh, Ben, that's who Pierre is. There it is. Maybe that's who Pierre is. I don't know why Pierre would be involved in his architecture. I don't know, that was just fun. Maybe it is. Maybe it's not. I don't know, pure spec. As his nearly nine, as nearly nine years out of time, BGC calls his out. So that was, I'm sorry, I should read that sentence again. In a written response dated August 11th, an employment judge struck out his UK claim against BGC. Oh, Ben, as nearly nine years out of time. BGC calls his allegations. As I said, quote unquote, categorically false, unquote. The White House called the BBC report, quote, pathetic and desperate. A friend who'd profiled him in August posted on September 25th that he unalived himself at a trauma treatment center. He was 57 BGC's applications for its costs against him is listed for November 24th. I guess they're trying to recoup their attorney's fees for these claims. I don't know. Maybe that's what that means. But that seems like a real extra rim shot right there for a guy who they financially ruined and ruined his life, who was also seemingly right about at least some things. Yeah, something. Maybe cooking on all that. And by the way, just to you guys understand what AdFin did, their core business was operating as a digital ad tech firm focused on online advertising metrics and data insights. Gotta get Mike Yegley to take a look at this. Yeah, see what he has to say. Look at that, Mike. Jeffrey Epstein invests in AdFin through his entity Southern Trust Company Inc. As we said in 2012, Howard Lutnik was a co-investor, also invested around the same time. The company is now a shuttered defunct company. Conveniently. Conveniently. So we have that BBC article still open, right? Joy-Def? Yep. There was one thing I was just thinking in my head before I went back to, oh, his output at the top, his initial tweet that he did come in public. I do want to read that so the people can see this straight from the horse's mouth. Oh, yeah, let me get that. That was like-- Pull that back up. Yeah, you had had that up at the beginning. Yeah, I got it right here. Cool. So this was-- what was the date here? This is August 9, 2026. So this is when Simon officially, through his own voice, confirmed that he was the whistleblower. He tweeted out, and this is @SAMDRIESZ. Simon Andries on X. I am the British whistleblower who reported evidence concerning Howard Lutnik, his links to Jeffrey Epstein Canter Fitzgerald and BGC to the FBI in 2020 and 2021. He then linked to his BBC file on four documentary about his story. I later shared with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnik behind closed doors. My disclosure also contributed to regulatory action in the US and UK, including a 96 million pound HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC's partnership scheme. I believe the truth-- I don't think we've even talked about that. If we did, it went over my head during that initial report from the FBI. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher. I also reported to the FBI if financial regulators matters involving Canter Fitzgerald relief fund and BGC/Canter's annual 9/11 charity day. The personal consequences of whistleblowing and the retaliation, I say, followed, have been devastating from my family and me. Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a year's long business time between Howard Lutnik, Canter Fitzgerald, and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnik and AdFin and Epstein discussed the company directly. So that was him coming out and talking about this. We'll go back to that BBC article where I was so we can go with this. So searching 3.5 million documents. I was completely shocked, said Andrews, describing the moment when he discovered his own name in the Epstein files, a massive collection of documents, photos, video, and email relating to the notorious sex offender released by the US government in the past year. The specific files on which Andrews appeared related to interviews he had given to the FBI while in dispute with his former employer, BGC partners, a financial brokerage firm, part of the Lutniks' Canter Fitzgerald Group. In 2016, Andrews had raised concerns internally about, we already talked about all this, so I don't need to go through that again. He then reported in 2021. Andrews tells the BBC he was disappointed that few had seemed interested in what he had discovered. Quote, "I'm exposing Howard Lutnik's relationship, financial links with Jeffery Epstein, and there's no interest," I wonder why. In 2025, Lutnik was appointed the US Commerce Secretary at which point he sold his shares at Canter Fitzgerald to pass control of the firm to his sons. He'd been in a family. You know, on a podcast layer that year, which is the one I was referencing with the New York Post, he claimed he'd only ever met Epstein once, 20 years earlier when they had been neighbors in Manhattan and that he had found his behavior gross. However, with the Epstein, there's the picture, Joey Dave, where the Epstein files release inconsistencies began to appear in the version of events. Photo showed Lutnik with Epstein on the Sex Fender's Caribbean Island, Little St. James, in December 2012. Why did they say that ad for an investment happened? December 28, 2012? - Yeah. - So this was the final meeting. Jeff, how much you gonna put in, baby? - Yeah, wow. - All right, I'll put in two. - Wow, that's crazy. - Let's say this is gonna be a good investment. We can get a little data. - That's crazy. - Four years earlier in Florida, Epstein had been sent to prison for two charges of soliciting prostitution, including one with a minor. Leon Black will tell you, she was 17. What are you gonna do? - Come on. - What are you gonna do? That's what these scumbags tell you. Despite the fact that there was what? Like 50 girls between the ages of 12 and 14 were documented to have gone to the house only to be completely hoodwinked by the United States government and covered up. Andres suspected there was yet more to find in the Epstein files that could back up his claims if only people knew where to look. And the 3.5 million pages of documents, and this is what I referenced. Everyone was searching, quote, "letnik," unquote, he says. He knew, though, that Canner Fitzgerald executives preferred to use initials rather than full names in their emails. So Andres searched for HWL, Howard William Letnik, and found emails sent to and from Epstein in 2018, where they talked about all this stuff, and those are the ones we read. Andres then shared the information with authorities, and Letnik agreed to appear before the committee in an off-camera hearing in May, conveniently off-camera. - Always. - You know, we'll do it, Howie. We'll keep a record of it. But no one has to know the parts we delete, you know? 'Cause if you weren't here with the fuck, you know. He has not been accused of any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein, and he told the committee, quote, "I unequivocally condemned the conduct attributed to Jeffrey Epstein and everyone who participated in his illegal act, listened to that, Joedeef, everyone who participated in his illegal activities if the alleged crimes, crimes are to be believed here." Howard Letnik just condemned himself. He then finishes that off with a beautiful line, Joedeef. The survivors of his crimes deserve our respect and support. Notice he didn't say justice. - Yeah. - Notice he didn't say justice. That's very deliberate. This is not a dumb man. Never, ever, ever make that mistake with people like this. Just 'cause you hate them and, you know, you think they're no good, which is perfectly fair. Obviously, you can tell I agree with you and how strong suspicions myself. Never, ever take their intellect from them. That's a big, big mistake. These are very intelligent people. And they are very calculated. They know what they're doing. And in that respect, unfortunately. Letnik repeated his claim to the committee that he did not know until this year that Epstein had been a co-investor in AdFim, and just proved that wrong. However, Democrats on the committee accused him of lying in all 21 signed, a letter demanding his resignation, which again, as of today, Friday, October 16th at 5 p.m., Joedeef, he has not resigned. And he continues to, you're gonna get to a quote in a minute about how much they love what he's doing in the Commerce Department. The U.S. Commerce Department told us the allegations against Letnik, here it is, were quote, "a desperate partisan distraction from the historic work of this administration." - Historic quote. - That the Commerce Secretary has answered hundreds of questions before Congress. And there is no evidence of wrongdoing or any legitimate cause I put into any, or legitimate cause for concern. So there's no legitimate cause for concern. By the way, I'm just, I'm gonna come back, but they continued this statement. It's the last paragraph of this article. The beat, this is the White House saying, speaking on behalf of Letnik, the BBC's pathetic and desperate attempt to slander Secretary Letnik will do nothing to change the fact that he has been the most consequential commerce secretary in modern history. - Yeah. - Consequential for associating with rapists, if that's what you mean. Consequential for maybe a little money laundering and fraud, pure spec, pure speculation. Your honor. It's pure speculation. - I'm interested in Morgan. - But you notice, this is where like the salesiness of Trump, not that every fucking PR department for White House is not been salesy, they all are. But it's never enough to be like, you know, we stand behind. It's never that. No, they have to be tremendous. They gotta be doing the greatest, the great modern history. - In modern history. - And it's like, what again? Donald Trump just dumped some poor broad and four days 'cause she made them look bad. She sent her for basically like an assassination. - Yeah. - On Sean Hannity. - Where's like a Sean, Sean, I got a problem. This fucking bitch is retarded. I need you to make sure that we absolutely take out any opportunity for her to look remotely good. - Crucified. - Crucified. - And Sean, it's very entertaining six minutes and 45 seconds, he did just that. He was like, it didn't go well. You're press briefing the other day. You're also not an attorney, right? Let me remind people again, you're not an attorney. Brutal. - Yeah. - You know, again, a guy who will literally offload people like that in a second when they make him look bad. Not only keeps Howard Lutnik, keeps him right next to him on camera to this day. - Yeah. - Always laughing. - Very interesting. That says Joe Kent would say, data point. - Yeah. - Very big data point. - That's the thing about buying a Prince. That's the next part of our investigation here. Another discovery, Andrews, made in the Epstein files concerned Lutnik's association with two people who knew Epstein well, the Ben Prince Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Lutnik had been friends with Ferguson since the 1990s and was a guest at Princess Eugenie, her daughter, at Princess Eugenie's wedding in 2018. Documents in the files revealed his firm, Kenneth Fitzgerald had a plan in 2013 to buy a Prince as Andrews puts it and exploit Andrews contacts with wealthy individuals and sovereign institutions. Under the proposed terms of the deal, 1 million pounds would be loaned to a firm controlled by the Prince, which would then be bound to do business exclusively with Kenneth Fitzgerald. Epstein warned the Prince's business aid, David Stern, not to be confused with MBA commissioner, former MBA commissioner, now the C's, David Stern, it's a different David Stern. Epstein warned the Prince's business aid, David Stern against the deal, the files reveal. One of his concerns, so he's going against Lutnik. Jody, one of his concerns was about the exclusivity of the deal under its terms, Andrew could only introduce wealthy clients to Kenneth Fitzgerald and no one else, which by the way, that is already dirty because you are essentially, Prince Andrew is using his influence to go to people, regardless of who they are, whether they have five bucks or five billion bucks, chances are it's going to be people with five billion and say, yeah, you got to work with my friends here. And as far as I know, he's not going to disclose to him that he's paid by them to sell for them. And he's not going to tell them that he's in that, in those terms, which Epstein did push back against in this case, if Howard Lutnik had had his way, it would make it seem like Prince Andrew's at a bar with someone saying, yeah, these guys are great. They were out. - One in reality. He is contractually obligated to only say these guys are great and he can't say anyone else is great or he should put your money anywhere else, except this place. - Yeah, it's like, it's like a LeBron in his new polymarketing. (laughing) That's right. He ain't going to push and call she, nah. - Brian, I don't know why you're taking that money, bro. You don't need it. - 15 million a year, you're a billionaire. - Come on. - Come on, what are you doing? - Come on, dude. - What are you doing? - Come on. Files indicate that advisors both Lutnik and the former Prince discussed the deal for four months from August and November 2013, but it came to nothing. So they didn't end up doing it. Probably in large part because Jeffrey Epstein didn't like that deal. - Not a good deal. - Asked about the deal, Canter Fitzgerald did not deny the talks took place, but told the BBC it did not go into business with the former Prince. Not for a lack of effort. Andrew Mountbatten-Wizzler, Windsor could did not respond to a request for comment. Andrews, well, then talks about, 'cause this is when he was alive, but goes through some of the stuff we talked about with his settlements and stuff like that for the rest of the article. But we have these emails, of course, between David Stern and Epstein. And I wanted to point out, put them in there. So there's two sets of them. The first ones are from August 9, 2013. So Jeffrey Epstein gets an email at 9.20am, David Stern to, and it doesn't say to who, but you would suggest that Jeffrey Epstein is on the email, seeing this is in the Epstein files on jmail.world. But David Stern says nuts. Charles CD is a one-man lawyer show who is now selling himself as PA's private lawyer. PA is Prince Andrew. He is talking to the Howard legal counsel who is in a different league. What do you think? Two question marks. Charles Douglas is on the next email at 9.56am. Maybe that's the Charles he's referring to and it says to the Duke, probably referring to Prince Andrew, Libby Ferguson, which is someone related to Sarah Ferguson, and it's C.C. to Charles Douglas, which is the same guy. That just says it's all like it's weirdly coded because of the way it pulled from the file. So it just says like some business stuff like fee earner, Charles Douglas, C.P.D. Attending, Merkel on telephone to New York City at 8.30 on Thursday, August 8. Not really anything right there. And then it's just very weirdly coded. So it's on the screen so you guys can look at that and go pull that email. But it later says C.P.D. agreed to send through to SM initials, a copy of what we discuss and agreed, which will effectively be this attendance note suitably doctored whereupon, he will double check that he is acceptable to H.L. Howard Lutnik and we can proceed. C.P.D. suggested that the intuition, the intention was to put the structure together as soon as possible, subject to SM telling C.D., who the internal tax advisors would be and would then plug that person into Robert Langston, but that apart, we were agnostic to which jurisdiction. USA, Cayman, good place to hide some money or otherwise as AC would simply declare his interest to H.H.M.R.C. in the usual way. Is that his majesty? Her majesty? I don't think so. I don't want to speculate too much there. That's a very confusing email right there. That's the UK's tax payments and customs authority. Interesting. The usual way. Good pull, Joey D. So the Duke to David Stern for your conversation with Charles. Is that email from Prince Andrew? Possibly. Then Jeffrey Epstein replies to David Stern at 3.23 p.m. No, no, no, no, no. Howard's main business is gambling in Las Vegas. That is referring to Howard Lutnik. He will have to disclose to the Las Vegas commission his arrangement and you will have holy hell to pay. So the deal falls is falling apart because Jeffrey Epstein, I got a hate of many credit here, but he correctly does point out that BGC at the time was heavily invested in Vegas casinos and so because of their investments there, I looked this up. They would have had to disclose any investment deals like this, which would have outed the fact that Prince Andrew was under Howard Lutnik's proposed terms exclusively introducing people to canter using his pizzazz as at the time a member official acting member of the royal family and former trade envoy for the UK. So those are the emails in August. Then there are more emails where they're trying to come to terms in September. So I want to make sure I have the times right. So August 30th, 2013 is the first email from Steven Merkel to Charles Douglas and Libby Ferguson. Charles and Libby attached. Please find the draft term sheet. Please let me know when you would like to discuss it. Thank you, Steve Merkel. On September 2nd, 2013, David Stern wrote, see attached term sheet from Howard to Prince Andrew. I think madness. They are still at it. We kill it. Question mark. Jeffrey Epstein responds. Very quickly afterwards on September 2nd, no predetermined split and even then payouts made only if they choose to question mark. It's crazy. So redacted wrote, I'm guessing that's David Stern. I don't know why that's redacted. Kill the whole thing. Question mark. PA lawyer is out of his depth. Jeffrey Epstein replies, no. Let's do a little counter. Suggest a counter. 50/50 split, first 1 million to offset loan, no subsacting without written agreement as to fee in profits, no exclusivity. Jeffrey Epstein said, he's willing and dealing. He's willing and dealing. He didn't like Prince Andrew being tied down. He's like, you don't put a, you don't put a great white shark in a fucking tank. He let it swim. On Monday, September 2nd at 9.22 AM, like a minute later, instead of 50 redacted wrote again, I think this is David Stern. Instead of 50/50, can we do 40/40/20? 20 for me? Come on. I respect this also. He's like, dude, we said I was going to get 20 on this, so can I get that 20? This is the original Prince Andrew idea. So he signed off one. It was like, that's good, fam. And then Jeffrey Epstein wrote, or David Stern wrote to Jeffrey Epstein later. Or Epstein wrote, yes. And then he said, donka. Thank you. Donka, Sean. Thank you. Yes, David's speaking German now. That's, that's a full, you can't make this shit up moment. It's good stuff. But we also have the agreement right there. Is that you, Steve? This is the agreement for referrals. This is from the Epstein files, the agreement forward. I'm not going to read this whole fucking thing, but you guys can find it. It's, it's EFTA 01141460. If you guys would like to look up this eight page agreement for yourself, but this agreement for referrals, the quote unquote agreement is made and entered into as of the blank day of November 2013 between Canter Opportunities LLC. Gotta get that opportunity going. A limited liability company organized under the laws of whose office is located at 110 East 59th Street, New York, New York 10022, Cantor, and you're a more limited or UML, a private limited company organized under the laws of United Kingdom, whose registered office is located at 17 Abermoral Street, London, United Kingdom, W1S4HP. UML is effectively Prince Andrews, front company, if you will here, what he's using as the vehicle to make this agreement. So that is a real thing. And Canter did confirm there were discussions about it as we read when they were asked about in 2026, but that no business was done. And that is true. But this guy, Simon Andrews, was able to put all this stuff together and ended up losing his life. However, that didn't end up happening. It's been reported as he unalived himself. As I said, and I've reason to believe that that actually is possible. And in this case, I'm not saying that's definitely what happened to be clear, but it is such a shame that once again, someone who potentially bravely here was putting together a lot of information that some people maybe didn't one found is now not with us to discuss it. As we always say, Joey D, if you and I love life, we are. We're having a great time out here. We got moving to make soon. We're filming a 21 podcast in 23 days. Yeah, yeah. Before Thanksgiving, like don't do me up. I'm enjoying myself. So, yeah, I don't I don't experiment with belts in any way whatsoever. The only thing they do is they go around my waist sometimes when I'm wearing jeans. You know, I don't keep loaded weapons around and in any respect. No, you know, except for these. That's right. That's right. Those knuckles stay red all times ripped up and red. You know, if you know, you know, but yeah, we we're good around here. So I just want to be very, very clear, very clear about that. But there is a fundraiser for Simon's son after his death. And like sadly, his family had to come out on his Twitter. And there's a statement there, deep. It's like the bottom link and talk about how that fundraiser is actually real. And they're trying to support him because now people are like trying to spread rumors that it's not and stuff. But I had mentioned the FCA, which is as deep looked up, effectively the UK's SEC had not properly protected Simon as a whistleblower when he went to them about all this stuff. And now, were we able to get that article? The one he's urged to resign? Yeah, that's right. You screenshot. Yeah, yeah, I have it right here. So the FCA boss urged to resign over Epstein whistleblower review campaigners challenge regulators decision to let one of its own non executive directors investigate how it dealt with Simon Andrews before his death. Let's go down. The chairman of the FCA has been urged to resign by transparency campaigner or retain only a review to whistleblowers. Ashley Adler was challenge repeatedly at the regulator's annual meeting on Tuesday about its decision to use one of its non-executive directors to conduct a review into its whistle blowing operations after the death of Simon Andreece, a British banker. Andreece had put forth allegations the link between Lutnik and Jeffrey Epstein, the American financier and convicted pedophile. However, Andreece said he felt, quote, thoroughly let down on quote by the support he received. The banker first reported that Andreece who had been living in Cornwall died by unalliving himself last week. No official cause of death has been publicly released at the time of this article. The FCA is set in review. A review will be conducted by Leah Patterson who joined his board as a non-executive director at the start of this month. During the regulators meeting attended by more than 200 people in person in Edinburgh. Shout out to Edinburgh. Shout out to Emma. We'll be there soon. And hundreds more online. Paul Carly A, a former foreign exchange trader and whistleblower said there was a need for an external review to avoid another catastrophic tragedy. And basically, like in review, the people who were in charge when all this happened and now this guy Simon is unfortunately no longer with us, they're all still in positions and nothing's happened until him despite the fact that they dropped the ball so terribly. So I don't even know deep if we need to even do the Gilem Maxwell thing. Basically, there was an article that Prince Andrew had gone to Gilem Maxwell. This is just like added in there. Just throw it on the fire. He went to Gilem Maxwell and suggested that he needed new inappropriate friends. This is from the financial times in December 2025, which by the way, I don't think I mentioned this. But the financial times reported on these Epstein, Prince Andrew links all the way back in February, long before even the BBC did and went and got Simon and stuff. But it went under the radar at the FT. That's fucking crazy classic. But anyway, a person appearing to be former Prince Andrew emailed Gilem Maxwell asking if she had quote any new inappropriate friends on quote for him and discuss procuring girls ahead of an official royal visit to Peru. The latest Epstein files released by the US Department of Justice show. The emails will further deepen the controversy in the conduct of the former Prince, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Winsor, following previous claims that he had sex on three occasions with one of Jeffrey Epstein's victims for Janie Roberts, you fray, when she was 17. Seems par for the course for me, Joy-Deaf. Yeah, sadly, unfortunately. But the other one involves another timeline problem for Prince Andrew, which is that in May 2010, when Jeffrey Epstein was still a guest of the government at the time in his nice little posh downtown West Palm Beach office that he spent 13 hours of his day at, which included visits from women, some of whom may not have been legal age, you know, while he was supposed to be in prison. Prince Andrew was seeking his advice on how to get in around investment rules as what he was at the time still the UK trade on, and of course, a working member of the royal family. So this is from the Financial Times also in February, 2026. Andrew Mountbatten-Winsor discussed ways around restrictions on his making investments while a UK trade representative and shared official documents from the role with Jeffrey Epstein files from the role with Jeffrey Epstein files released by the US Department of Justice show Mountbatten-Winsor also sought to make representation on Epstein's behalf to the Amir of Qatar when the golf ruler was on a state visit to the UK according to the files released as part of the Justice Department's investigation. He sought to make representations on Epstein's behalf to the fucking head of Qatar while the guy was on an official visit for government business to the UK on behalf of Epstein. While that dude is sitting in prison in the United States as a convicted petal. Now if you remember, those famous pictures, can we pull them up, Andrew, Prince Andrew and Epstein in Central Park? Those famous pictures, and I want to say that was December 2010 of Prince Andrew taking a nice stroll in Central Park very close to Jeffrey Epstein's townhome. Prince Andrew describes this visit to New York in which he stated Epstein's home as his way of officially cutting ties with Epstein and saying goodbye because he could no longer associate with him. Yet in the same year, earlier that year, albeit, but in the same year, he's going to the sky like it's business usual to try to get his advice while he's serving time in prison, try to get his advice on how to handle very diplomatic international matters and how to represent Epstein's interest because obviously he couldn't be there at the time. Because that's the alligator. Maybe he would have been able to pull up. Right. He's like y'all pull up that. I'm doing him a favor. Use that other passport. You got it, right? But this, this is him that's a beautiful picture of Andrew saying, listen, what do you think he was saying? Let's say, well, copy friends anymore, Jeffrey, and showed all the parties. Yes, it was beautiful. He's like, I haven't even bad idea while you and me double down on this thing. That's right. That was the second way. He's like, it was the full Leon de Caprio. I'm not fucking leaving. Yeah. He's like, it's come to an end. They already know that I'm a bad boy. Why don't I get even more bad? What don't I get even more bad is right? But it would appear to me that I use this phrase a lot when you look at the context of the allegations against Howard Lutnik and you look at all the layers of them and you look at the provable lies that he has told on the public record and literally now under oath, even after all this stuff came out. To say that there is not a there there with this guy as it pertains to Jeffrey Epstein is an incredibly difficult case to make in the court of public opinion. Whether or not it's an incredibly difficult case to make in a courtroom where your job is to prove beyond a reasonable doubt about criminal implications of partnerships or involvement with Jeffrey Epstein, that's a different matter. I mean, look, Ditty didn't even get convicted for the most serious crimes because the government made an awful case and they didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. You know, so I wish the world were as simple as, you know, this guy, of course, put him in fucking court in front of Jerry's peers and you can be found guilty. But it's not that simple. That said, what is simple to me is when you have awful, awful specs, different way to use it right there, awful specs, not referring to Snapchat specs, by the way, we got to watch that these days, Joey Dief. I know everyone out there is a side note. I know everyone has has been waiting with beta breath on the merch. The merch has been ready since the summer. My trademark attorney has been going back and forth with Snapchat over the use of the term pure spec because they were trying to make a claim that it related to their specs lenses or whatever which is which it does not and knock on what I was on a phone with him today. And we should be getting this through soon and we will be hitting the button and you guys can get hoodies and t-shirts and we got in there, Dief. Yeah, we got beanies and we got the whole nine yards stickers. Yeah, we got we got everything. So it is coming. I know everyone asks me about that every week. We've been on this. It's just like you got to let the trademark thing and all that go through. So just looking at the specs of it here, obviously it don't look good for Howard Lutnik, but the specs of Howard Lutnik also continuing to be employed and doing it with such an indignant fuck you. Yeah, that don't go down right with me. And I just take a particular hatred for people like that because he's telling you what I said earlier, he's above you. You're nothing to him. You're opinion. What opinion? I'll go court side to the next and the finals. Nothing, nothing. And I've always said this and I'll I'll set this again. Don't give these people what they want. When they're in public, do not do anything that is outside of your constitutional rights. Do not attack these people. These people referring to the Howard Lutniks of the world. Do not come at these people. Do not get in their space. But you are allowed to be verbal. And if you see him and want to throw him a good fuck you Howard, label him however you want to do it from a safe distance where you're not invading his space and no criminal things could possibly be used against you and saying things as as is your first amendment right, then you should fucking do it. The fact that that guy was able to sit court side at a nicks playoff game and then later I think of the finals, maybe who's in a box and do so peacefully without being having the shit heckled out of him is an embarrassment. People are so busy fucking heckling when Binyama. That's fine. Obviously he's playing against them in the finals. Heckled a fucking guy whose friends with the dude kids. How about that? Come on. Four percent off Joey Deef. Happy Trails. What was your name again? The four day Secretary Lady. Oh, I'm Zacarya. What's her first name? I couldn't, I didn't have time to remember it. Could we get it? It's Katie. Katie's a car. Yeah. Happy trails. She lasted 40% of a scaramochie. Yep. Who lasted, I believe, 10 days during Trump Admin one. But, you know, whoever made the call, like I was just trying to think of like the casting room where they have each of each of the candidates, like read off a dummy press reading, whoever watched this lady do a press reading and said, yeah, that's the one. You should be fired. Because like she got up there, like a deer in the headlights the other day, it was like nails on the chalkboard watch. I was like, oh my god, she's really going to do this. Yeah. And it was like I said, Hannity Cruster, that's the last time we're going to have a Chinese attorney as our press secretary. First and last time. That was the other thing. You see, Trump's like double take back when they were, so she was standing behind Trump, like in the Rose Garden while he's doing an impromptu presser after she just did her presser and she's like standing there like this in her sunglasses. And the press, like, leans behind Trump and says to her, they're like, where, where are you, where did you take the bar exam? And she leans far, but she goes, uh, what, when I was in China or something like that, you just see Trump go, what? Yeah. And come back like, what the fuck did she just say? Yeah. So apparently he went to her today and said, like, listen, you don't have to get hit. You don't got to do it. Yeah, I got to. I think you should leave. So they're, they're saying like she's stepping aside. And then the reports are she was officially fired. I got to think she was fired because, woo, it's a tough one. No, it's a tough one. But you know, you know what she did, Kimberly Gilfoyle, who officially resigned the other day, she was a real gem as the US ambassador to Greece after this whole thing. I know you're gonna say. So at the first press conference that train wrecked 14 and a half minutes, one of the three questions that Zakaria took was regarding Kimberly Gilfoyle. And I have the clip, I think right there is at the second one, the New York Post one. I'm trying to find it just though. Fuck did I not put the clip there? That's my bad. But while I'll kill time, I'll deep is getting it. But she's, she was asked about Kimberly Gilfoyle, who at the time had not resigned. This is on Tuesday. And she just kind of nodded along. And by the way, she's also like an uptalker. So everything she says is like, as a, as a question, you know, which is not very helpful when you're the press secretary, no offense. But she goes in, deep's got it and is asked about Kimberly Gilfoyle and says this. And I know somewhere Tim Dillon sat back and said, "Sinema." "Sinema." Here we go. And I have two questions for you. Right hand. That's the Wieners' role. On Kimberly Gilfoyle, the Daily Mail has been reporting on her since last year. The president said yesterday to reporters that he is considering firing her. Do you know what timeline for that? And also potentially, who could be on the short list to replace her if he does? We have asked Ambassador Gilfoyle to resign. Resign? She has been a wonderful asset to the team and we wish her well. We wish her well. Okay. That's it. That's what I'm saying, deep. They wish her well. She did the little nod too. We wish, we wish her well. But Kim, I think I'll talk about this next week. Kimberly Gilfoyle, allegedly, has a burn buck of all the drama because this is where Trump is such a fucking liar on stuff. And it is like, it's kind of funny when it's a situation like this. I'll admit. But he was asked about Gilfoyle this week. He's like, "Well, I didn't know where that well." This fucking lady was engaged to his son for four years. She was the middle of the whole political universe for him. She spoke at the GOP conventions on his behalf. She stood backstage with him every fucking place they went. She stayed at Moralaga while he was there. Worked in DC. He named her ambassador as a, "Oh, I'm sorry. After his son dumped her for Epstein's banker's daughter or whatever the fuck, Petina Anderson." Like, and then he's like, "Yeah, I really didn't know her well." It didn't like what I was reading, though. Just throws her under the bus. It was fucking hilarious, though. But she allegedly has a burn buck with a lot of information that people aren't going to want to know. And there's this other guy I want to do more work on this, but this Trump donor, Eric Dieter's, I think, his name is, who was at the middle of the ultimate scandal that brought her down, which is that she was asking him to pay down her $100,000 plus MX bill in return for influence for something he wanted in the Trump administration, which was effectively like a quid pro quo, which is totally illegal. And so that's what took her out. But he's had some interesting things to say about where some bodies are buried and stuff like that. So we're going to monitor that and probably look at that next week. But shout out to Katie's a carrier. Shout out to Kimberly Guilfoyle. We barely knew you. Shout out to Howard Lutnik. I told you, I'm never going to give up on you. I'm not quitting on you fucking Howie. I ain't quitting on you. There's work to be done, Howard. It's work to be done, Howard. Pure spec, as we say. Yes, yes, yes. Can't be sure of anything, but rest in peace to Simon Andrews. Yeah, that said, you know what it is. Give it a thought. Get back to me. Peace.
