The Hidden Power of Music | Spiritual Warfare, Frequencies & Healing - with Dr Laura Sanger
71m 6s
The conversation explores the spiritual and historical significance of music, beginning with its divine origins. Music existed in heaven before humanity, with God singing over His people (Zephaniah 3:17) and angels praising at creation (Job 38:7). However, the first human musician, Jubal, emerged from Cain’s defiled bloodline, introducing music through a tainted lineage. Lucifer, originally created as a worship leader with timbrels and pipes, corrupted music through pride, turning it into a tool for rebellion. Throughout history, music has been a battleground: God uses it for worship and healing, while the enemy weaponizes it for control. For example, Nebuchadnezzar used music to condition Babylonian exiles into idolatry (Daniel 3), a form of hypnotic programming that only those single-hearted for God, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, could resist. Dr. Laura Sanger links this to the Nephilim agenda, a plan to defile humanity through hybrid races and control systems, which has weaponized music across eras—from ancient Babylon to modern AI and media. She emphasizes that believers must steward what they allow into their homes and spirits, remaining devoted to God to avoid manipulation. The discussion highlights music’s dual role as a source of divine connection or a tool for spiritual warfare, urging discernment and hope.
Welcome back everybody. Today we are joined by Dr. Laura Sanger to talk about something that every person interacts with every single day. That is music and specifically how music impacts a spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and even physically. We're going to be discussing the origins of music, the role music has played throughout scripture and history, the connection between worship and spiritual warfare, and also some of the modern conversations surrounding frequencies and discernment. This is not meant to create fear, but rather awareness, wisdom, and hope as believers learn how to steward what they allow into their homes, minds, and spirits. Well Dr. Laura, thank you so much for joining us today. I'm so excited to talk about this topic, but I want to start with where you feel the audience needs to start as we build on music and what that's like and how that's woven so deeply into humanity. So share with us. I think maybe a good place to start since I'm new to your audience is just share a little bit of my journey in what the Lord has had me do in the last several years because the books that he's led me to write kind of naturally flow into this conversation. In fact, I've written about the weaponization of music and frequencies in generation hoodwink. Just to kind of give your audience a little bit of background. By profession, I was a psychologist, but I retired from clinical work back in 2013. I'm just one of those people who absolutely loves to learn. I've got this naturally inquisitive mind. I'm constantly formulating questions in my head to research. I love just following the lead of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will leave these little clues for me much like yourself and we'll just follow them and see where it goes. Often times, it's on this grand adventure that we could never have imagined. For me, it began back in 2014. The Holy Spirit just led me to write a spiritual mapping prayer brief on the Federal Reserve. I did. It was maybe a five-page prayer brief. I gathered some intercessors and we prayed through the targeted prayer strategies that I had identified. At that point, I thought my assignment was done because I'm one of these intercessors. The Lord will give me an assignment. I'll pray into it. Then when I feel it lift, I know he's got something else for me. I thought it lifted. Over the next year and a half, the Lord just kept bringing me back to it and said, "I want you to write about this." In 2016, I began over four years' time researching and writing about the roots of the Federal Reserve. I look into the spiritual roots and the research I did for that book, it spans from the dawn of humanity to our current day. What I do is I trace this Nephilim agenda that has defiled our monetary system and practically every institution in our land. I trace it from the days of Noah, to our current debt enslavement system. What's interesting, that book was published November of 2020. I had finished writing it nine days into lockdown in March and the Nephilim agenda really helped explain what was going on globally at that time. That book was published November of 2020. My second book, Generation Headwink, that was birthed from a dream and a vision. In May of 2020, before I even knew who my publisher was going to be, I had a dream. In this dream, a publisher came to me and said, "If you'll write a book about how AI is stolen the vocal cords of our children, I'll publish it." In October of 2020, I had a vision. This is why I was awake. Jesus came to me and he took me by the hand and we walked down this dirt path to an underground cave at the base of the mountain. He took me into this large, dark cavern. I couldn't see anything until he released his breath and it billowed out like this blue light. It lit up the cavern enough that I could see that there were children and cages lining the walls of this cavern and they were plugged into the walls. There was no sound coming from them. Jesus turned to me and he said, "Take the key of David and go unlock the cages." I began unlocking the cages and I'm plugging the children from the walls. Many of them ran to the arms of Jesus but there were some that remained in their cages and I knew it was because they were programmed to stay. Jesus turned to me and he said, "Take the spirit and go demolish those cages." As I'm having this vision, the Holy Spirit is giving me revelation that the lock downs in the school closures in 2020, that forced our children onto their devices, for schooling, for social interaction, for entertainment. That was all by design because that allowed Nephilim hosts to gather AI data on our children to hoodwink them. It's at that point in time that Jesus began showing me, "We have an entire generation, not just children but adults as well that have been hoodwinked and it's time to set the captives free." That's why I wrote that second book. That was published August of 2024. My latest book is a children's book which was a natural follow from generation hoodwinked. In this children's book, I co-authored it with Darby Sebel, she's a children's author and illustrator. It's called "Giant Slayers the Great War." It's the first book in an eight book series that introduces children to the supernatural worldview of the Bible. In this first book, what we do is we go back to the very beginning where it all began in the heavenly realms and we introduce or reveal the supernatural beginnings of Eden as well as the rebellion that quietly grew in the heart of heaven's first trader. With this series, what we're hoping to do is really equip parents to be able to teach their children that they do not have a junior Holy Spirit. If they have received that free gift of salvation, then the same spirit of God that rose Jesus from the dead lives inside of them. The same spirit that gave David the strength and the courage to slay Goliath lives inside of them. We want to teach children that they too can become giant slayers, which is so important, especially as we get into this topic today, about the weaponization of music and the impact that that has. Laura, that's amazing. I don't think I knew that story. Oh, yes. Yeah. I will say though, I do think a lot of our audience is familiar with you. You are a favorite. For those of you guys listening, Laura and I have been friends for quite a number of years and we've done retreats and a conference together. This is a real treat just to have you on the podcast because she's a busy lady. We've got to book these out. A month in advance and we've been waiting on Bated Breath to have you on here. I think that, yeah, I mean, I mean it. I think it's going to be a great conversation. In fact, before we jump into this, this is really interesting. As I was talking to Laura, I was like, what should we talk about? She's like, here's some ideas. What's interesting about this is in my Bible study that I've been teaching for four years online. We are in second chronicles. It has never failed through probably the last, I don't know, six to eight chapters. It's specifically been talking about worship and music, preceding God's presence, number one, but also divine intervention. I felt the Holy Spirit saying, music is so integral into this whole scheme of things. The enemy side to our side to utilizing it as spiritual warfare. I think it's been something that we just haven't really tapped into even as believers. I'm super excited about this. I want to start at the beginning. We know that music is so deeply woven into our own human experience. But scripture actually shows that music really did exist before humanity. The heavens are singing, right? Share with us what are the origins of music, Laura. So just like you said, it's so important to go back to scripture and see, okay, what can we understand about the history here of music and when it was introduced? And so if we look at, when was it introduced into human history? The first musician recorded in scripture is Jubal. And he was the eighth generation from Adam in the bloodline of Cain. What's interesting is his father, Lamick, was the first polygamist in human history. And Lamick operated in the same generational iniquity as Cain. And so he operated in that murderous spirit. And we see this if we look at Genesis 423-24. This is Lamick said to his wives, "Ada and Zilla, listen to me, wives of Lamick, hear my words. I have killed a man for wounding me, a young man for injuring me. If Cain is avenged seven times, then Lamick's 77 times." And so here we see Lamick perpetuated the generational iniquity of Cain. So he walked in pride, murder, and rebellion.
and there's no indication in scripture that he actually cleansed his bloodline. So Jubal would have had the same defiled bloodline operating through him. Well, in Genesis 421 it says, his brother's name was Jubal. He was the father of all who played the harp and flute. And one of the things I love to do is look into the etymology of words because it helps us understand deeper meaning. And so Jubal's name means stream. And it comes from the Hebrew root word, "yabal," which is where we get the Hebrew word for trumpet. And it means to conduct, to bring forth with pomp and to lead. Well, Jubal was the inventor of musical instruments, which means that through a defiled bloodline, music was introduced into human history. But as you say, we know that this isn't the origin of music because music existed in the heavens. And we see this even just by looking at Lucifer's design, his design incorporated music. And this is from Ezekiel 28. This is 12 through 14 and verse 17. It says, "You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was your covering, the sardiest topaz and diamond, the burl, angson, jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes was prepared for you on the day you were created, which is really interesting. I'll come back to that in a moment." "You were the anointed cherub who covers. I established you. You were on the holy mountain of God. You walked back and forth in the midst of the fiery stones. Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty. You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground. I laid you before kings that they might gaze at you." So if we go back to that Hebrew word for workmanship, it's melaka. And it means ministry occupation, officer, manner of work. And so Lucifer, he was created with timbrels or tambourines as part of his very design so that he could carry out his role as worship leader or music minister in heaven. So his official role was to use music as the guardian cherub. But we know he defiled himself when a niquity was found in him. You know, pride filled his heart and he became enamored with his own beauty. Well, thankfully Lucifer is not the origin of music. We know music originated with Almighty Elohim. You know, music is part of Yahweh's being. And we see this in Zephaniah 3.17. It says, "The Lord, your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with his love. He will rejoice over you with singing." And I absolutely love the concept that the father sings over us. There is a time recently where I was ministering in Omaha, Nebraska. And they have a ministry called Gather at the Table. And they have a prayer house and then also connected to it as a restaurant. And so I walked into the prayer house and there was this, just this beautiful gal, maybe she was 19 years old is all. And she was at a keyboard and she was just prophetically singing. Like there was no big lights or big stage and all this fanfare. It was just her worshipping. And then people were gathered and we were praying. And I walked in and it was just like the presence of the father enveloped me. And I felt like I was scooped up in his arms. And he was just singing over all of us. And so I experienced that when I had 317. And it was like the peace of the father was so tangible. Well, not only does the father sing over us, but he taught his angels how to sing so that music could be part of creation. And so I was just a part of what established the earth. And we see this in Job 38 verse 4 through 7. So where were you when I laid the earth's foundations? Tell me if you understand who marked off its dimensions, surely you know, who stretched a measuring line across it. On what were its footing set or who laid its cornerstone while the morning stars sang together. And all the angels shouted for joy. And the morning stars singing together implies that there's some, you know, ensemble or orchestration of music in the heavenly realms. And that's because music was incorporated in the birthing of creation. That's its original intent. Yeah. You know, to bring forth life, beauty, and to create. Well, unfortunately Lucifer introduced a filement within music. And it's been a battleground ever since. Well, then if you, if we think about the Babylonians under Nebuchadnezzar's reign, they introduced entrainment within music that would lead the masses into idolatry. And so the same system is operating today. And this is from Daniel 3 verse 4 through 7. So then the herald loudly proclaimed, this is what you're commanded to do, O peoples, nations, and men of every language. As soon as you hear the sound of the horned flute, Zither, Lear, harp, and all kinds of music, you must fall down and worship the image of gold that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up. Whoever does not fall down and worship will immediately be thrown into a blazing furnace. Therefore, as soon as they heard the sound of the horned flute, Zither, Lear, harp, and all kinds of music, all the peoples, nations, and men of every language fell down and worshiped the image of gold that King Nebuchadnezzar had set up. Well, what's interesting about this, you probably pick up on this as well, be an accountant and helping people that have been programmed. But this is classic conditioning. You know, when I was an undergraduate, I studied operant conditioning. And you know, you use negative reinforcement or positive reinforcement to get people to do what you want them to do. That's programming, that's conditioning. Well, that's what's happening right there, right here. They're saying, as soon as you hear the music, this is what you're supposed to do. And if you don't, you'll be punished. Well, so this music had a hypnotic mind controlling aspect on all the Babylonian exiles. In fact, the only ones we know the story well, the only ones who did not bow a knee to the golden image were Hananiah Mishal and Azariah or Shadrach Mishak and Abendigo. And I believe they didn't, they weren't pulled into the entrainment of that music because when they arrived in Babylon, they did not give themselves over to mixture. So remember in in Daniel 1, 4, it talks about Daniel Hanani Mishal and Azariah that they were young men without physical defect. So they were handsome. They were showing aptitude for every kind of learning. They were well informed, quick to understand. And their talents afforded them access to the King's palace. So in other words, when they arrived in Babylon, you know, they probably drew lots of attention. These gorgeous men, very intelligent, you know, their talents afforded them access to the finest foods and special treatment in the King's palace. But Daniel approached the chief official and he said, you know, please let us remain on this pure diet of vegetable and water's only. And that's because, you know, these four men, they walked in the fear of the Lord. Their hearts were not divided. They were solely devoted to Yahweh and not allowed them to step out and bold courage in the face of intimidation because, you know, they didn't want to break covenant with Yahweh by dining on food dedicated to idols. Well, when Nebuchadnezzar discovered that Hanani Mishal and Azariah did not bow any, of course he was enraged. And so he ordered them to appear before him. So you think about here these, these three young men have to appear before the most powerful ruler of the known world at that time, who is incensed with them. And they stood their ground. You know, they could have sweet talked their way out of trouble, but they didn't. They told him point blank, we are not going to bow a knee to that golden image, even if it means being thrown in the fiery furnace. And that's because they, they trusted that God would rescue them. But even if they did, even if he didn't, they were still not going to defile themselves. And this is an example of what it looks like to be single hearted. They had an audience of one. They were only interested in pleasing the Lord. And this is the heart posture that we need to have in order to face the seed war that has weaponized music. Wow, that is powerful. I mean, you think about even just on a very surface level, you think about how songs can bring up memories there. They can make you feel a certain way, anxious, peaceful, happy, et cetera. There's something so deeply spiritual with music. And I think a lot of times, you know, like I mentioned in the Bible says, I always try to get people to look at both sides of that point. There's a physical side and there's a spiritual side. There's a driving principle there that, you know, both sides of history, right? Whether it's revival or rebellion, they have a soundtrack. And so it's like, you've got to look at that and say, okay, Satan's counterfeit. God has a
has a, you know, authentic one. How is this impacting me? And so when we move into the Seed War, Laura, and like how that's music has impacted that, where do we go then from there? What's the next step in this? Yeah, and I think this is one of the things that we really have to grasp because this Nephilim agenda that, you know, was unleashed during the days of Noah, it impacts, has had an impact all throughout history, but impacts us now today on so many levels. And just like you're saying, music, they recognize, they being the Nephilim hosts and Nephilim, they recognize that music is such a powerful tool. Yeah. So maybe what I'll do is just give kind of like a high level overview of how I define the Nephilim agenda and then we'll go through history, more recent history, you know, starting in the 1930s to look at how this Nephilim agenda has weaponized music. So kind of high level overview, first of all, the Nephilim agenda, it was unleashed during the days of Noah. So, you know, it's the plan to defile the human genome through the propagation of a hybrid race. And the purpose of that is really to overthrow God's kingdom. So the origins of the Nephilim agenda go back to the seed war and your listeners may be well familiar with this, but in case there are some that aren't, you know, it goes back to Genesis 3 verse 14 through 15, which says, so the Lord God said to the serpent, because you have done this, you are cursed more than all cattle and more than every beast of the field on your belly, you shall go and you shall eat dust all the days of your life. I will put emnity between you and the woman and between your seed and her seed. He shall bruise your head and you shall bruise his heel. So this is where we get the concept of the seed war is from this passage. So after the fall, Yahweh declared war between the seed of Eve, which is humanity and the seed of Satan. One day Eve's seed would crush Satan. Well, we know this to be a prophetic declaration of the coming Messiah. So Satan's strategy then was to contaminate the seed of the woman by altering the genetic code of humans. And this is where the fallen sons of God become integral in Satan's strategy. We read about this not only in Genesis 6, but also in the extrabiblical text of the book of Enoch. So these fallen sons of God, they chose to leave their heavenly abode. They invaded the earth realm by descending on Mount Hermone. And then in Genesis 6 verse 2 and 4, it says, "The sons of God saw that the daughters of mankind were beautiful and they took any they chose as wise for themselves. The Nephilim were on the earth both in those days and afterward. When the sons of God came to the daughters of mankind who bore children to them, they were the powerful men of old, the famous men." Well, if we look at a few words in this passage, it will really help us understand what took place. So the Hebrew word for saw, as in they saw that the daughters of mankind were beautiful, that's the Hebrew word "raah." And it means to gaze at, to look intently, to observe, and to watch. And so these fallen sons of God, they were watching the beautiful women lusting after them. Well, even more telling is if we look at the Hebrew word for "took." As in they took any they chose as wives, that's the Hebrew word "lacac." And it means to seize, to capture, to carry off, or to take in marriage. So if we put this together, in other words, these fallen sons of God, they were watching these beautiful women lusting after them. Then they captured them. They forced them into marriage, sexually violated them by raping them and defiled their human genome by impregnating them with the hybrid race of giants known as the Nephilim. Well, one of the things that Lord had me do in the roots of the Federal Reserve is lean upon my background in psychology and scour through historical documents, biblical records, extra-biblical texts, to identify physical traits and behavioral characteristics of the Nephilim in their giant offspring. And that's to help us discern the presence of Nephilim traits within individuals. And that's important because we cannot be deceived in thinking that the Nephilim only roam the earth during the days of antiquity. There are Nephilim and Nephilim hosts alive today. Well, Nephilim host is a term that I coined in the roots of the Federal Reserve and not represents a human who was partnered with the spiritual forces of darkness to carry out the Nephilim agenda. And I think many of these, you know, these are the titans of global governance. You know, the global elites over banking and industry, you know, media, healthcare, academia, you know, big tech, big farm, even the entertainment business. Well, what's important to understand is these Nephilim hosts are intent on destroying the followers of Jesus while enslaving the masses, you know, through control, domination and intimidation. And these at the core of this Nephilim agenda really is this goal to strip us of our humanity because they hate the fact that we're created in the image of God. So they want to defile our human genome. And really when you think about it, you know, this globalist agenda and the Nephilim agenda really are after the same end goal. And that is the total domination of humanity. So that's kind of the Nephilim agenda in a high level overview. So now how does this then? How do they use music as a method of mind control and programming? Well, for just about a century, music has been used to control the emotional responses of people and to create mass hysteria. So in the 1930s, the Rothschild Rockefeller Alliance, they began funding scientific studies that would examine how musical frequencies can actually prepare people for war. Then in 1938, there was a gentleman named Harold Burris Meyer, while he was a sound engineer and theatrical designer. He began working on, you know, sound processing techniques that would be able to control the emotional responses of the audience and create mass hysteria. Then there was a researcher, you may have heard of, and Dr. Leonard Horowitz, he's done a tremendous amount of research, particularly looking into the Rockefeller Foundation Archives. And he writes about this in the book of 528 and he says, the Rockefeller Foundation Archives showed the research is focused on psychotronic warfare, physiological stress induction, negative affective emotional arousal, mass persuasion, herd behavior and population control. People's bodies would bioenergetically entrain to the musical frequencies and electronically engineered sound effects that would be most emotionally charged, causing people to act in certain programmable ways. So it's no coincidence, you know, here the Rothschild Rockefeller Alliance, you know, they're figuring out ways to steer the masses using sound technology. It's no coincidence that at that time the standard tuning of A was changed to 440 Hertz. So again, in 1939, the same Rothschild Rockefeller Alliance, they began funding Joseph Goebbels, who was the Nazi propagandist. And at that time Rockefeller was aligned with IG Farben, the German chemical and pharmaceutical giant. Well together they funded the build up of Hitler's military. And at this time Joseph Goebbels, he wanted to change the standard tuning of A. So he organized a conference in London to do that. Well at that time the standard tuning of A had been set at A is, you know, you tune A to 435 Hertz. And that was established from a conference that was held in Vienna in 1889. But in, you know, Goebbels, he wanted to change the standard tuning of A to 440 Hertz. So Radio Berlin reached out to the British Standard Association, which is now called the British Standard Institution. And he asked them to organize a conference in London to change the standard tuning of A. Well, as you can imagine, this conference was a total setup in which the powers that be controlled the outcome. So first of all, they didn't invite any of the French musicians because they were largely opposed to 440 Hertz. And then the organizers of the conference, what they did is they interviewed all the instrument makers, the musicians, the sound engineers, and the physicist ahead of time to see if they were in agreement with shifting to 440. If they weren't, they weren't invited to the conference. So it's no surprise that as a result of this conference, the standard tuning of A was shifted to 440 Hertz. And that happened June 1939, just months before World War 2 broke out. And the timing, of course, is no coincidence because, you know, 440 Hertz is a destructive frequency. It can retrain our thoughts to disharmony, disunity, and disruption. So what it does is it stimulates our brain into disharmonious resonance, and that ultimately can lead to, you know, disease or the start of war. And I'll
give you a few examples just from recent research of the destructive nature of 440. So both of these studies, they were published in 2021. The first one was published in the Journal of Ecological Engineering. And what researchers did is they looked at the impact of lethal and sublethal high frequency sound exposure on water fleas. And they compared 440 hertz and 432 hertz. And what they found, they measured heart rate and fertility. And what they found is the water fleas that were exposed to 440 hertz, they developed infertility and then a dramatic decrease in heart rate. But even more alarming was within weeks of this study, all the water fleas that were exposed to 440 hertz, they died. Then another study, this one again, 2021. This is in the International Journal of Human Sciences. What researchers did is they had people listen to music tune to 440 hertz or 432 hertz. And what they found is that the people listening to 440 hertz music reported an increase of negative mood as opposed to 432 hertz. And that finding was particularly pronounced in men. Now, if you take a step back and you kind of think about both of these studies, we know that this Nephilim agenda has a depopulation agenda as part of it. Well, what better way to depopulate than to render the masses infertile and to stir up anger, rage, and men that could lead to war or violence in the streets? And so this research really demonstrates how destructive 440 hertz is. And for what makes an interesting conclusion, he says, the intensive research into the military and commercial value of compelling herd behavior with music to induce stress, promote diseases, and suppress spirituality has enabled the world's wealthiest people to exercise cultural control through programming. So not only have we been programmed with these harmful frequencies, but the frequencies that can actually benefit us physically, emotionally, and psychologically, those have been suppressed. But thankfully, more and more people are awakening to the beauty of tuning eight of 444 hertz. Yeah. Oh my gosh, this is wild. It's like, you don't even think about it on this level, or it's like, you know, I think that's part of our culture is just consume, consume without really looking at potential dangers or potential benefits. And as you were talking, I was thinking about even another side of this whole topic is identity and how music, if the enemy can get music to actually help young people kind of form this purpose and belonging and emotional validation and really take them from their identity in Christ, how that can then be a form of mind control in a ripping away of a spiritual purpose and identity in Christ. And I'm just singing about all these different things and then you're talking about mind control too and how music is so often used not only on the macro level, but on a micro level in, you know, like, Satanic ritual abuse or cult ritual abuse, MK Ultra programs under, you know, sub-projects in the military and government, you know, that we all know about over the last decades. And so, wow, this is so interesting. So, okay, so you touched a little bit on the hertz and the 440 and now move us into the good hertz. I'm gonna call it the 444. So, what does that do for the body and tell us more about that? - Yeah, this is, I just find this so fascinating and also very exciting because I feel like we're in a day where the Lord is releasing so much revelation and it's so fun. I keep running into musicians and I'm like, yes, I've been playing in 444 hertz for a decade and, you know, it's just exciting. So, on just a surface level, 444 hertz and I'll reference Dr. Horowitz again, what he says is, okay, not only is it acoustically more pleasing, but kinesthetically, it stimulates us. It revitalizes us spiritually and actually scientists use that frequency to repair DNA, which I'll talk about in a moment. So, you know, if you're a musician, if you tune your instruments and this is much easier to do with stringed instruments than it is others, but if you tune a guitar for example, A to 444 hertz instead of 440, four of the self-eggiotons will come fourth as you play. And so, G is 396 hertz, G sharp is 417, C is 528 hertz and then E flat is 639 hertz. Okay, so why is that even important? What, you know, what do the self-eggiotons do? Well, they're said to have a healing property to them, especially 528 hertz, it's called the miracle tone. And, you know, this is the frequency that scientists use to repair DNA, but even more important than that, when you always spoke creation into existence, I believe 528 hertz was key in sustaining life. So, the sun's frequency harmonizes to 528 hertz and then chlorophyll, which is, you know, this optimal energy transducer, it absorbs the sun's frequencies and converts it into oxygen for our bodies. Well, that oxygen vibrates at 528 hertz. And so, you can see that it's this life-giving frequency. Now, when your instrument is tuned to 444 hertz, what comes fourth, they call that music is 528 hertz music. And there's been over the past decade, there's been numerous research studies looking at the healing benefits of it. So, I'll just highlight a couple of them. One of them is, this was in 2018. So, researchers, they looked at the stress-reducing effects of music tuned to 444 versus 440. And what they found, their findings were published in Health Magazine, and they found that exposure to 528 hertz music significantly lowered cortisol levels. Okay, cortisol is involved in stress. When we're stressed, our cortisol levels are high. So, it's significantly lowered cortisol. It also boosted oxytocin, and it improved overall mood. Well, oxytocin is considered the love hormone. You know, this is what gets released when we give birth, when we breastfeed, when we fall in love for the first time, when we embrace one another. And so, what the researchers stated in this study, they said these results suggest that the influence of music on the autonomic nervous system and endocrine system varies depending on the frequency of the music. And furthermore, 528 hertz music has an especially strong stress-reducing effect. So, that's super positive. Now, another study really confirming this, this one was published in 2024 in RedVet, and it demonstrated, again, the positive effects of 528 hertz music. So, what researchers did is a randomly assigned 48 participants, either to the experimental group or the control group. The experimental group listened to 528 hertz music for three minutes. The control group had three-minute neutral reading task. And what the researchers found is those in the experimental group that listened to the 528 hertz music, had a significant drop in anxiety levels, which to me is super encouraging that after just three minutes of listening to music tuned to 444 hertz, it can significantly drop your anxiety. Then another study, this one addresses how 528 hertz can actually begin healing ourselves, repairing DNA. This was published in the Journal of Addiction Research in 2017. And the researchers say 528 hertz, which is known as the miracle tone, is a sound wave that can cause significant and extraordinary changes in biological functions. It has been documented that the frequency of 528 hertz activated DNA repair. At 528 hertz frequency, the water molecules surround the DNA and supports its six-sided hexagon DNA structure. According to these important effects, we suggest that this sound wave will have a key role in the function of the central nervous system. So what they found, the researchers found that the human cells that are exposed to ethanol, which is a component of alcohol, were less damaged by that ethanol if they were also exposed to 528 hertz music, which means if you're listening to music tuned to 444 hertz, it actually can help those that have been addicted to alcohol heal the damaged cells in their body. So all of this research, it points to the healing aspects of 444 hertz. But with all of that said, one of the things that I really want to highlight is it is important that we do not develop a mindset where we're looking for a formula for healing. So 444 hertz is but the first step in releasing the frequencies of heaven. You can think of it like a key that unlocks
greater revelation when we further surrender to Jesus. Because what happens is when we begin looking for a formula, we can defile what was once sacred. Because when we rely on formulas, what we're doing is we are bypassing our dependency to hear the voice of the Lord on a matter, for direction and for strategy. And of course, you know, this is part of the human condition. This is the trap that Eve succumb to. Eve thought if she ate in that fruit, she'd become more wise and like God. Well, we can think, oh, if I just listen to this frequency, I'll be healed. What's the source? We could turn to the fruit as the source of wisdom or the frequency as the source of healing. And as soon as we do that, it traps us in a false matrix that's illuminated by false light. And so repentance will break us free from that false healing matrix. And that's incredibly important so that we don't become hoodwinked by the weaponization of music. And, you know, you touched on this a little bit. I think one of the things we really need to be aware of is that demons ride on frequencies through our technology. They're attached to songs and sounds. And, you know, music has been used extensively to program people. And I, when I was writing Generation Headwinked, I came across this band. I've never heard of them other than the research I did. So in 1999, Foremost Poets, which is the band, they wrote a song called Moon Raker. And when I saw the lyrics of this song, it, it explains how the Nephilim agenda is using the weaponization of music and frequencies. So I'm going to read these lyrics, but then I'm going to cancel them at the end. Okay, so this is their song. Somehow, while the party was in progress, an unidentified frequency has been existing in the system for some time. And while many of you have been made to brainwash to comprehend, this frequency is and has become a threat to our society as we know it. This frequency has been used by a secret society in conjunction with Lucifer to lure and prey on innocent partygoers with hypnotism, syncoprism, tricknology, lies, scandal, and pornography. While the party is still in In progress we will keep you updated on our current status. This is only a test. This station in conjunction with other airway announcements will conduct this exact test without prejudice under the jurist prudence of the soul, the mind, and the body. The positive, the negative, and the ground. The proton, the neutron, the electron, the yin, the yang, the yang. The sun, the moon, the star; the man, the woman, the child; the plaintiff, the defendant, the judgment; the father, the son, the Holy Spirit; the past, the present, the future. Well, we say we do not consent to that. And one of the things we have to recognize is that our bodies absorb music through every poor. It's not just through our ears. And our lives are filled with an infinite amount of frequencies and vibrations, you know, at the atomic and subatomic level. And so we have to be mindful of what are we exposing ourselves to? You know, whether that's through movies, TV shows, you know, music, social media, even environmental frequencies. Because what our body absorbs will literally shape us. And that's why we have to be so mindful. Like what are we listening to? What information are we taking in? Because that will program us. And we have to be mindful of taking our thoughts captive. And that's how we begin to break free from these harmful frequencies. Yeah. You're so good. Oh my gosh. OK. Well, a couple of talking points that I want to expand on this just for a minute. Number one, I love what you said about this. It's not a formula. This is a tool in our toolkit, right? Absolutely. We pull from the source and we have to always look to Christ. It's not a plus B equals C. And I think it was so profound that you said that, Laura, because it's like, I think in a world where we want to just, you know, plug and chug, right? Like just put it in and get an outcome. You guys, it's about your heart posture. It's about surrender. It's about going to the source. This is a tool that can help us break free spiritually, physically, emotionally, et cetera. But I thought you saying that was so good, Laura. So good. I thank you for saying that. And as I was thinking about this, it was just the way you were saying it was really clicking with me. In my counseling sessions, I talk a lot about, from out of the heart, the mouth speaks, the Bible says. And so what we're constantly saying can be a little clue into what's in our soul, maybe some area of healing, maybe some area of bondage or covenants or O-set have been made. And when we think about singing, and you know that when the songs come up, you can just sing them and say them. And you're singing and saying these words, like the lyrics to the song you just mentioned. Imagine what that does. It's almost like this. It is almost like a word curse or-- Absolutely. Right? And so do you have thoughts on that? Can you touch on that for a second? Yes. That is so powerful what you're saying, because maybe I'll back up just a little bit to talk about epigenetics because that-- once we understand epigenetics, we then begin to understand how powerful our words are and what we're coming into alignment with. So just high level overview of epigenetics, it's the impact our thoughts, behaviors, and lifestyle choices have on our body, soul, and spirit, as well as future generations. So if you think about the prefix, epi, it means on top of. So epigenetics is a set of instructions that sits on top of our genome. And one of my most favorite books on epigenetics is Dr. Carolyn Leif's books, "Switch on Your Brain." Have you read that? Yes. So good. It is so good. I'm going to read a quote from that, because it helps us understand how this all connects. She said, "The scientific power of our mind to change the brain is called epigenetics. And spiritually, it is as a man thinks." So is he. That's Proverbs 237. The way the brain changes as a result of mental activity is scientifically called neuroplasticity. And spiritually, it's the renewing of the mind. That's Romans 122. The science of epigenetics, which is tangible scientific proof of how important our choices are, they bring life or death, blessing or cursing, and they reach beyond this to influence the next generations. That's Deuteronomy 30 verse 19. This is because choices become signals that change our brain and body. So these changes are not dictated by our genes. Our thinking and our subsequent choices become the signal switches for our genes. What's incredible is that genes are dormant until switched on by a signal. They have potential, but they have to be activated to release that potential. Your choices might impact the generations that follow for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation, which is Exodus 347. So just like you're saying, our words are so powerful and they have the power to release blessings or curses. Now, we literally can cause ourselves to develop sickness, disease, mental health illnesses if we come into agreement with curses spoken over us or if we ourselves curse ourselves. And one of the things, my goodness, a couple of years ago, the Lord just really got a hold of me on this because I used to, okay, so if I were experiencing symptoms of a head cold, for example, I used to say, I am sick, like explaining it, like I'm sick. And the Lord's like, no, no, no, no. Don't come into alignment with that. Instead, I say, I am fighting sickness or I am overcoming sickness. I don't want to claim sickness as part of my being, part of my state. Well, so often I hear people say, like, my bad back or my arthritis or my diabetes or my migraine or my cancer. When they're doing that, they are claiming it as part of their being and so they will continue to struggle with that. And so when we think about, you know, our bodies conservatively are like 60 to 70% water. It makes sense that words, frequencies sound impact us so much because blessing and curses actually release frequencies. And so when we speak occurs, it emits this dissonant sound that altars matter down to the subatomic level. And we see this in Mausurui Modo's research, you know, on the water molecules. Yeah, it's so cool. Because he looks at, you know, the impact of positive and negative messages on water molecules. And I love his research. It's fascinating. A lot of people have heard it, but in case there's some that are listening that haven't, just in a nutshell, he just wrote on, he wrote words on strips of paper, taped him to water bottles and then examined the crystallized form of those water molecules under a microscope. And we'll see.
he found was powerful. He found that the structure of the water molecule itself would change based on the messaging it received. And so words like love and gratitude form these beautifully perfect water crystals. But then words like hate or fool form these ugly chaotic water crystals. Well, we know water can't read, but the frequency caused by the written word created a vibration such that it changed the water molecule. And this is demonstration that, you know, blessings can bring forth life. You know, they have the beauty to heal and to bring forth as beauty and people. Whereas curses have the power to destroy. And when we think about, okay, the impact of those words on those water molecules. And again, we are made up of 60 to 70 percent water molecules. So when we are just singing lyrics, not even thinking what we are singing, we are declaring that over our bodies. And that has a powerful impact. But then think about when we declare the word of God over ourselves. Isaiah 55, 10 and 11 is one of my favorite verses. It says, you know, as the rain and snow come down from heaven and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the ear. So is my word that goes out from my mouth. It will not return to me empty, but it will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. And this goes all the way back to what you said in the beginning, like your Bible study is in second chronicles. Well, we see even though, okay, this Nephilim agenda has weaponized music to cause us to not only be filled with disease, but also to not be able to think for ourselves to lose that critical thinking and just be hoodwinked and follow the narratives that they want us to follow. But we see how powerful worship is in breaking us free from that mind control in the Nephilim agenda. And Jehosephat is a great example, second chronicles 20, because he used worship to defeat the armies that had hybrids in them. And so I'll read just a few verses. This is verse two and three, and verse 20 to 23. So some people came and told Jehosephat, a vast army is coming against you from Edom from the other side of the Dead Sea. Alarm Jehosephat resolved to inquire the Lord and he proclaimed a fast for all of Judah. So back to what we were talking about with like no formulas, I love that Jehosephat the first thing he did when he was alarmed by the news is he went straight to the Lord for the strategy. That is what we have to do in each and every situation. As they set out Jehosephat students and listened to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld, have faith in his prophets and you will be successful. As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Syer who were invading Judah and they were defeated. The Ammonites and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Syer to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Syer, they helped to destroy one another and I love this passage because they defeat each other. And it shows us the power of worship that it is a weapon of warfare. And when you think about it, these men from the Edomites, the Moabites, the men from Syer, these all had giants in their ranks of armies because the Edomites intermingled with the giants and we know from scripture that people from Mount Syer they were giants. That's where the giants inhabited. And so with the Lord orchestrated, the strategy the Lord had was send the worshipers out first and that will destroy the enemy's camp. And I had an experience, I mean this is essentially a power encounter and I had an experience a couple of years back. I was just honored to be part of Charity Gales live recording of one of her worship albums, Rejoice. And this took place in Columbia, Tennessee. And it was like I've been in a lot of amazing corporate worship gatherings in my lifetime and easily this was top five, if not top two. And it was just one of those moments where there's a song on her worship album called Better. And it's sung by D'Areal Comedy, I think his last name is. And oh my gosh, when he sang that song, it just parted the heavens and we were up in Revelation 4 worship before the throne with all the living creatures and angels. And it was one of those moments where I'm like, I am tasting a glimpse of what worship is like in heaven. I did not want to move from that location. And it was the leading, the day leading up to that, I was in a retreat with musicians teaching and training them and actually talking about this very subject I'm talking about now. And so I was tired. It was a long day, but I just in that moment, I never wanted to leave. I it was like, I don't care if I never drink anything again or eat anything again or talk to another human being. I just want to be in this moment of worship for the rest of my life. Well, we worshiped in spirit and in truth. It was not tuned to 444. It was in 440. But we were worshiped in spirit and in truth. And it was a weapon of warfare just like to host the thought. Well, I met with some intercessors who live in that Columbia Tennessee area and they told me that within days of that worship gathering two psychic operations were shut down in Columbia. Isn't that awesome? And that is an example of a power encounter. So when we worship in spirit and in truth, it releases the power of God that renders the power of the occult impotent. And that's just a taste of what's coming. See, I believe the Lord wants us to release these new sounds into the earth realm. And you know, we're living in a day where people have been hoodwinged by this Neffel and Magenda and music tuned to 440 Hertz has played a huge role in that. And so that's why I think it's important that we shift into 444 Hertz to begin releasing Heavens frequencies. And again, 444 Hertz is not the end all be all. I believe it's just the first step. Yeah. In unlocking those frequencies of Heaven. And so imagine this, if we have gatherings where people are worshiping in spirit and in truth with instruments tuned to 444 Hertz, I believe we're going to see mass deliverance, mass healings and power encounters that are going to slay the giants. I agree. I mean, it's interesting you you did the King Jehovah's the Fat story. I literally just did that. And it's great too because they worship prior to breakthrough. And prior to the battle being won, they were worshiping and bowing down the scripture says. And you know, you even see the dedication of the temple where they are so specific with the singers and the heart players and all the things prior to the indwelling of the spirit of God. And I just my my prayer also, Laura, in agreement with yours is that people would really start to pay attention to what they're listening to. What they're saying to really this is the time, you know, and the more you understand and discern the sharper you're going to be on that battlefield. And when you were talking kind of going back just a little bit before we get into breaking free and the hope and all of this, there's a lot of hope. But when you were talking about the song and then also what we say, right, is powerful. It creates again going back to that point that we made about identity. You know, when you're saying, I am this, I am that. I'm right. You know, there's a song that's a horrible song where they say, I'm a loser, right? I'm a loser baby. Why don't you, you know, a horrible thing. It's basically saying murder. And imagine repeating that, repeating that, repeating that. The enemy you'll attach to those words to try to carry them out as an assignment. And, you know, we have to be so careful that that doesn't create a legal right because we're declaring it, you know, we're saying it, we're singing it, we're celebrating in it. And it's not that we have to be paranoid or fearful. In fact, this is just an understanding to make us more discerning, right? And we're discerning. And so I'm so glad you touched on all these different facets. And I think it can just make us that much sharper as believers in the body of Christ. And that much of a presence of the Spirit of God to come upon us and really fellowship with us and make a ripple effect in the spiritual realm. I mean, that's
what you're saying, I mean just with that story right there, you know. So yeah. So then how, what are some of the strategies to start to break free from some of these harmful frequencies? I always like to end in hope as well. So share with us Laura as we finish up. Well, I think going back to what we touched on with the epigenetics, recognizing that our thoughts, first of all, shape our DNA, they can change our brain moment to moment, what we're thinking. So we have to always be mindful of, you know, taking every thought captive. Second Corinthians 10.5 is a total game changer. But as you say, we also have to recognize that what we are listening to, what we are coming into agreement with will really shape who we are and the generations that follow. And so developing that heart of worship, being like Daniel, Hannah and I, Michelle and Al Zaria, not allowing ourselves to get caught up in mixture with the world systems. So it's being set apart in so many ways. I mean, this is a journey that I've been on for several years. I think the beginning of 2024. I began praying what I call a dangerous prayer. Maybe it's more of a challenging prayer. But that is like, Lord, show me the mixture in my life. Because when we have mixture in our lives, it opens the door for us to operate through the soul realm and to be pulled into those narratives that will hinder us. And so again, going back to Hannah and I, Michelle and Al Zaria, they were not swept up into the entrainment of that hypnotic music. And we know that the enemy right now is using the weaponization of music. And so we can, if we develop those hearts that are sold out, solely devoted to Yahweh, then our worship is in spirit and in truth. And that neutralizes the harmful frequencies that the Nephilim agenda is trying to use to control us. But then again, like I said, is shifting to 444 Hertz. And the exciting thing is, okay, so back to Columbia. So after that charity, Gail, worship gathering, a bunch of us went out to eat at Puckets in Columbia. And there's, I don't know, maybe about 20 people. And some of them were the musicians that were part of the retreat that I was speaking out prior to the recording. And some of the musicians were part of the recording couldn't be at the retreat because they were, you know, part of this, this live recording. So there was an open seat next to me. And Bay Turner sits down next to me. And I hadn't met him yet. And he's like, so who are you? And I just explain who I am, why I'm here in Columbia and what I was just doing with some of these other musicians. So I just share with him like in 15 minutes what the harmful frequencies of 440 and shifting to 444. Well, the Holy Spirit just deposited that revelation in him and he got it on the spot and was willing to shift. And so we get home and or I get home. He messaged me and he says, "Lory, you have no idea how timely this is. I just met with my producer and we are going to shift my music into 444 Hertz because he was releasing his new, he was working on releasing his new EP, his first one. Well, it's so exciting because he's now up for, he's got a song called Somebody's Prane and Caleb picked it up and he's now up for Caleb Fan Award for what is it called like Best New Single or something like that. And it's all in 444 and it is, it's just getting tremendous reach. And so it's it's exciting to see some of these musicians begin to shift and step out. And so for Bay, one of the things he talks about is when he like he can tell immediately when he's listening to a song, whether it's 440 or 444, because 440 it, it like suppresses you, it's heavy, kind of hits you in the chest, but 444 elevates you and not only does it elevate you for him, it helps him tap into his, his spiritual gifts. And so he'll start getting words of knowledge, just start flowing when he's listening to music in 444. And he has seen as he plays for audiences, like he's toured with elevation, no, no, no, Maverick City. And so he's played some of the Maverick City music in 440, but then he was able to play his own music and it was in 444. And he watched a shift in the audience when that happened. So it's just exciting to see what the Lord is doing. More and more people are awakening to the beauty of this revelation. Yeah. Wow. That's that's really interesting. So for the people listening, how do you move into like like music you would listen to? It's our way to shift it into the 444. Yeah. So so if you're a musician and you want to play your music, you can use there's an app called Grittartuna. And if you go in that app, you can in the setting, you can change a set for 440. You just shift it to 444 and then you tune your guitar instrument however you normally do. And then you're you're set in 444. If you're not a musician and you want to listen to music, that is in 444 on my website, which is no longer enslaved.com. I have a tab that says 444 hurts music. And you you open that up and it will have all the musicians that I'm aware of that are playing in 444 and a link to their music. Oh, so that's so way. And then somebody somebody recently told me there's a way I believe in Google Chrome that you can go into a setting. And if you're listening to music, it can shift it into 444. But I it's been a while since I've done that and I wouldn't be able to explain it. Yeah. Clearly enough. Well, that's awesome. I mean, people can find the resources on your website. And I think this is a great conversation, Laura. I just looking at the overall theme of what we talked about, just music, the importance of that, maybe in spiritual warfare, and how the enemy counterfeits that. How could you leave us in hope as we finish today? What's the hope in all of this? Well, I think the beauty is that the Lord wants to draw us into His presence. And so we actually can hear the sounds of heaven and then bring those down into the earth realm. So whether that's just in our prayer closet, where we are worshiping, or whether that's we're filling our homes with worship music, you know, it doesn't it doesn't have to be tuned to 444 to be powerful. If it is worship music, that's nearly void of mixture and offered up in spirit and in truth. Again, that will nullify the harmful frequencies. But if we can also have worship music and spirit and in truth and tune to 444, that's what I believe we are going to see just deliverance. Like I was set free just from a spirit of control just in a corporate worship setting. I was worshiping with everything that I had and I heard a snap like wood snapping over your thigh. And I looked around because it was an audible sound I heard. And I looked around and no one seemed impacted. And I realized, okay, I don't think that was a physical sound. I think it was in the spiritual. And I asked the Lord, I'm like, Lord, what was that? And he said, you just got set free from that spirit of control. Well, the Lord had been dealing with me on that for about a year. And it wasn't no one had prayed for me. I didn't, it wasn't like a deliverance session. It was just in corporate worship in spirit and in truth. And so I just believe that there's so much hope and life when we worship in spirit and in truth. Oh my gosh. I remember when you first told that story. And it makes me think too of Paul and Silas in the prison, worshiping and praising earthquake, chains break, doors open. Yes. Right. Wow. That is so you guys, you have to bring worship into your spiritual life. You have to incorporate it. I have been sharing this with my counselies and people in my Bible study. it is part of our spiritual toolkit to use. And I think scripture is pretty you know transparent about that. And sometimes it's hard to read the word. Sometimes it's hard to pray. Turn that music on. Let, let the words in the end, and, and, and, and.
and the song and the just the words of the Lord wash over you. It can really change the atmosphere. And so, Laura, I just, I wanna thank you for coming on today and sharing your wisdom and insight. And you shared your website as to any other places where people can follow you or connect with you. - Yeah, yeah. I'm on Instagram and Telegram, Laura's saying, or 444, there's no bigger. - Yeah. And then I also have a YouTube channel called No Longer Inslave where I have a number of different episodes teaching different things there. - Awesome. Awesome. Will you guys go and follow her? And thank you so much for coming on the show today. - It's wonderful to be with you. - Awesome. Thank you guys for listening and we'll see you next time. (upbeat music) (upbeat music)

Key Points:
Music originated with God and was present in creation, as seen in Job 38
The first human musician, Jubal, came from the defiled bloodline of Cain, introducing music through a tainted lineage.
Lucifer was designed with musical instruments (timbrels and pipes) as a worship leader in heaven, but his pride led to the corruption of music.
Music is a battleground
The Nephilim agenda, stemming from the seed war (Genesis 3
Dr. Laura Sanger’s work traces this agenda, emphasizing the need for discernment and single-hearted devotion to God to resist musical manipulation.
Summary:
FAQs
Music originated with God, as seen in Zephaniah 3:17 where He sings over His people. The first human musician was Jubal from Cain's defiled bloodline, but music existed in heaven before humanity, with Lucifer designed as a worship leader and angels singing at creation.
In Daniel 3, Nebuchadnezzar used music as a signal for everyone to worship a golden image, with punishment for non-compliance. This was a form of conditioning to enforce idolatry, which only Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego resisted due to their single-hearted devotion to God.
The Nephilim agenda is a plan from Noah's time to defile humanity through a hybrid race, aiming to overthrow God's kingdom. Music is weaponized within this agenda as a powerful tool to manipulate and control, as seen throughout history and modern times.
Having a single-hearted devotion to God, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, allows believers to resist the hypnotic and controlling effects of music. This posture of fearing God over human systems enables discernment and courage against spiritual manipulation.
Worship through music invites God's presence and brings divine intervention, as seen in 2 Chronicles. Conversely, the enemy uses music for spiritual warfare by defiling it to lead people into idolatry and bondage, making discernment crucial.
Understanding history, from Babylonian conditioning to modern uses, helps believers recognize how music can be used to program and control. This awareness empowers them to steward what they allow into their homes and minds with wisdom, not fear.
