[music] Hello everyone, welcome to the AMERICS podcast. This podcast is not for motivation, it is for transformation. A rebellion against weakness, comfort and mediocrity. In this podcast, we talk about the things man fear to face. Health, discipline, sex, relationships, papas, power and freedom, forged in pain and sharpened in solitude. So tighten your belt, straighten your frame, let us all get better together. [music] Welcome to the Fall of Boundaries Episode 2. In Episode 1, we explored how men lose their boundaries. But now, in Episode 2, we step deeper into the battlefield, into the psychology of the feminine test. Every man must learn the secret art of discernment, the ability to test before trusting, to observe before surrendering and to command before collapsing. [music] I want you to picture these. You had scheduled your work, your gym, your reading, you cancel everything because I don't want her upset. You think you are being kind. In your head, you say, "I am protecting the relationship." In her mind, something else happens. A small box is ticked. These man bends when I tell him to bend. Next time, she throws a sarcastic comment in front of her friends, "Everyone loves." You tell yourself, "It is just a joke. Let me not spoil the mood." Another box is ticked. This man tolerates disrespect. Later, she becomes colder. You start over compensating. You text more. You call more. You become extra sweet. Another box is ticked. This man will test me desperately when I pull away from him. I want you to understand this. She is not doing this because she is reading some evil manual. No. Most of the time, she doesn't even know she's doing it. It is instinctual. It is biological. Women are biologically wired to test for leadership. Just like gravity is wired to pull you down. Just like a snake was created to bite you a leg. You can complain about it or you can learn how to move in that reality. There are three stages in how a man loses his crown in a relationship. No. 1. He dreads his mission for her moods. At the beginning, you had a mission. You woke up early. You had goals. You had a path to follow. Then she arrived. Slowly, you are mission chained from "I am building myself too. I must keep her happy." You stop going to the gym because she wanted to cuddle. You stop reading because she wanted to talk. You stopped focusing because she wanted endless attention and because you are stabbed for love, you give up your direction to buy her approval. A man who abandons his mission to worship a woman will eventually lose both. No. 2. He becomes emotionally predictable. He learns your reaction pattern. If she cries, you panic. If she acts cold, you chase. If she salves, you over-explain. Now, she knows the buttons and the switches. You educated her that your soul is remote controlled by her emotions. No. 3. He starts to feel losing her more than losing himself. Now, this is where most men die while still breathing. Your biggest fear becomes what if she lives? So you accept insults. You accept comparison to other men. I have dated men better than you. I have dated men with money more than you. Can you be like other men? Other men have money. What do you have? You're not like other men. So many men call me. There are so many men texting me. You're not the only one. You accept threats. If you don't do this, I will live. If you don't do that, I will go. If you don't listen to me, I will do this. When a man reaches this stage, he is no longer a man. He is a hostage. And the hostage cannot command respect. He can only beg. (upbeat music) Let me teach you a sacred word in the masculine dictionary. And oh, no, not shouted, not screamed, not explained. Just no. She says, I want to come and see you today. Yes, you are free. But you had planned time for yourself. You are thoughts and you are training. You simply say, no, I am not available. No justification, no additional speech. Sorry babe, I've just been so busy. You know, I love you. I'll make it up. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. No, just say no. You are not punishing her. You are respecting your time. She throws a small disrespectful comment. You do not laugh it off. You don't start a dramatic fight. You look at her and say, don't talk to me like that. Again, then silence. No paragraph, no emotional essay. Just a clean line in the sun. This is where many men fail. They say, no, then become guilty. So they follow, they are no with gifts, extra calls, flowers, and apology paragraph. They announce a boundary. Then immediately, erase it with fear. A week, no, does more damage than no boundary at all. Because now she has the data. This man will back, but he won't bite. The word no is not about dominance. It is about self-respect. When you say no to her, you are saying yes to your soul, your mission, and your sanity. If you are finding value in this conversation, don't keep it to yourself. Stay focused, stay disciplined, and man up. If people do not fear losing you, they will not value you. If she knows you will always stay, no matter what she does, your value collapses. If she knows you will keep explaining, defending, begging, negotiating, she may feel loved, but she will not feel guided. A woman may enjoy your softness, but she will never follow it. Love is an emotion, respect is a verdict. She can like a man she doesn't respect, but she cannot stay loyal to him. Because deep down, she is ashamed of how easily she can control him. And that's why men who kneel to propose to women are slapped hard because the woman becomes betrayed and disappointed that the man she liked is so weak to wash up her. And then instinctually and biologically, she reflexively slaps the man as a show of contempt and disgust at how a man she likes is suddenly so weak and so disgusting. When a woman realises that she can move this man anytime she wants, that she can cry and withdraw and flirt with others, she loses something essential in her. This something is called respect. And once respect dies, she starts looking elsewhere. Let me give you practical ways to test her soul, test one with the draw all of attention. Reduce the constant attention, not to punish, but to return to your mission. Watch her reaction. If she screams, "If you don't text me all day, you don't love me. If you don't talk to me all day, you don't like me." She does not like you. She is addicted to your validation. A woman who is feminine and authentic will adjust. She will not interpret your focus as rejection. Test two, enforced standards. Tell her clearly what your standards look like. I don't tolerate this respect in public. If you shout at me, I will leave the conversation. If you insult me, that's the last time you will see me. Then when she crosses the line once, do exactly what you said. If she changes and respects the line, you have the data. She is capable of growth. But if she repeats the same behavior, you also have the data. She is attached to her chaos more than your peace. Test three, silence in conflict. When emotions escalate, do not rush into long arguments. Don't send novels through WhatsApp trying to prove your point. Say your position once, family, then go quiet. If she becomes more hysterical because he refuses to fight, it tells you she only respects men. She can move emotionally. But if she comes down, thinks and let her return to the reason, it tells you she is capable of self-regulation. Many men can talk tough online. They can post about standards, write long posts about frame. Do it! Make your dreams come true! Just do it! But in real life, they slip next to this respect every night. Hoping it will transform into respect through endurance. It will not! The moment she disrespects you and sees you stay, you have educated her. You have told her, "My self-respect is negotiable as long as I don't lose you." She may cry when you finally walk away. She may say, "I like you. Don't go." But ask yourself, "Does she like you or does she like the access to you?" There is a difference between, "I like your soul and I like what you give me, attention, money, stability, emotional entertainment." When you stay after being humiliated, you are not loving her. You are abandoning yourself and the man who betrays himself will eventually be betrayed by everyone else. Sometimes the most masculine move is not to try harder, not to talk more, not to forgive faster. But to live quietly, no farewell letter, no long speech, just a decision. My soul will not leave where it is dishonored. You are not listening to this by accident. You might be the man who is trying to win back up woman who has already lost respect for you. You might be that man who forgives insults and calls it love. You might be that man who lies awake at night asking, "What did I do wrong? Why did she change?" She didn't just change, she saw you, she saw that you fear losing her, more than you fear losing your own soul. Today, I am not asking you to become cruel, I'm asking you to become clear. Test her soul, not with games, but with truth, with boundaries, with stillness, because the woman who can stand in front of your standards and still choose you, that woman is rare. She is feminine and authentic. But to others, let them go into the distance of your past, without hatred, without bitterness, but just absence and silence. You are not on this path to be her clown or her project or her emotional toy. You are here to build, to lead and to conquer yourself. The world doesn't need more nice, agreeable, apologetic men. The world needs men of silence in their eyes and stamina in their spine. We have come to the end of this episode. This is in just a talk, it is a call to action.
