[music] Hello everyone. Welcome to the Americs Podcast. This podcast is not for motivation. It is for transformation. A rebellion against weakness, comfort and mediocrity. In this podcast, we talk about the things man fear to face. Health, discipline, sex, relationships, papos, power and freedom. Forged in pain and sharpened in solitude. So tighten your belt, straighten your frame. Let us all get better together. [music] Today's episode is for the man who has been too understanding for too long. The man who keeps forgiving this respect. The man who calls pain love. The man who has forgotten what dignity looks like. [music] You probably met him. He says things like, she just needs time. I am not perfect either. She'll change. We are partners. We have to tolerate each other. If I don't tolerate her, I will not marry. I will die lonely. But that is nonsense. So today, I want to show you how men lose themselves through blind forgiveness. I'll take you through six steps. How men slowly lose that dignity in a relationship. [music] From boyhood, we are trained to carry bad things that are not ours. We are told to be the big man. Don't make drama. Real men don't complain. So we swallow pain. We bottle anger. And we hide humiliation. We call it strength. But it is not strength. It is emotional starvation. This is step one of losing your dignity and respect in a relationship. The lie that real men forgive everything. Men have been taught that silence is dignity. But silence when it protects this respect is weakness. Tolerance when it excuses betrayal is cowardice. You know, there is a time for grace and there is a time for distance. There is a time to forgive and a time to close the door. Because not every act dissolves messy. Some actions are not mistakes. They are messages when someone lies, cheats, mocks or manipulates repeatedly. She is not confused. She is consistent. And when you stay, you teach her consistency has no consequence. Men understand this. Every time you forgive, what should not be forgiven, you confirm that your pain has no price. You announce that your loyalty is unconditional, even when this honor is repeated. And women lose respect for men who have no boundaries. They might not say it, but they see it. The man who forgives everything stops being the man they admire. He becomes safe, predictable and soft and eventually invisible. You cannot be admired if you cannot be respected. You cannot be loved if you do not command dignity. Love without respect turns into pity and pity is the beginning of emotional death. Step two happens in your mind, the war for your mind. It always begins silently. Haton shifts. She says small lies. Sometimes her phone is placed upside down on the table. Or she tells you stories that don't make sense. When you notice you ask her, what is going on here? But she answers. You are overthinking, you are just insecure. That one phrase you are just insecure has destroyed more men than betrayal itself. Because from that moment, you begin to doubt your own instincts. You stopped trusting your gut. The very compass that has guided men since time began. This is called gaslighting. And gaslighting is not just lying, it is psychological warfare. It is when someone twists your perception until you begin to think your sanity is the problem. You start fighting yourself instead of fighting the truth. And when you no longer trust what you see, do you know what happens? You hand over control of your reality. Men, listen, the foundation of masculine consciousness is built on something called clarity. You must see clearly, you must say what it is without fear. And you must hold your truth as sacred. If you abandon truth to protect your comfort, you become your own prisoner. Love without truth is slavery. Intimacy without honesty is illusion. If she lies and you pretend not to see, you are not preserving peace. You are extending chaos. Never let someone convince you that your awareness is insecurity. Your intuition is not weakness. It is wisdom. And a man who cannot trust his perception is a man who will be led anywhere. Step 3 is disrespect disguised as human. Sometimes disrespect doesn't come through shouting. It comes wrapped in laughter. You are with friends or maybe relatives. Then she makes a joke about your weight. Or she makes some, she says something funny about your money. Then everyone laughs. So you just smile to keep the peace and to keep the conversation going. But inside you, something is breaking, something painful is going on. That was humiliation. And every time you let it slide, she learns that she can diminish you publicly and still be loved privately. I want you to understand this. This respect disguised as laughter is still disrespect. Every time you laugh it off, you take away a portion of your self-respect until you become numb to your own worth. Strength is never silent. Strength is standing firm and saying, "No, that is not acceptable." Public humiliation is a slow erosion of a man's masculine identity. When you are mocked in front of others, she is not just testing your reaction. She is rewriting your status. The audience begins to see you differently. Your value drops, your authority fades. Accepting disrespect in public does not make you a good man. A good man does not tolerate disrespect in public or in private. Because a man who tolerates ridicule will soon be ridiculed by the wall. Step 4 is when love becomes control. Control rarely enters your life through aggression or war. It enters disguised as care. I just worry about you. I don't like when you talk to her. I just want to know where you are. Why are you coming late? There's too much insecurity nowadays. At first, it looks sweet like devotion. But slowly it becomes surveillance. Your life begins to shrink. She wants your password. She wants your time. She wants your freedom. All these dressed as love and affection. And one day you wake up realizing that you're not being loved. You are being owned. Control has replaced compassion. Fear has replaced trust. And you begin to live in a cage that looks like comfort. But understand that this is not love. Love gives you wings. But control cuts those wings. When a woman demands total access to your life, it is not about connection. It is about power. She no longer sees you as a man. She sees you as an extension of herself. This is how men lose themselves. Not through violence, but through Voluntary surrender. You stop hanging out with your friends. You stop pursuing your mission. You start obeying. She calls it love, but it is not love. It is possession. Never confuse affection with control. A woman who really likes you will attempt to protect your freedom. She will not police your freedom. She will even inspire you and encourage your strength. She will not shrink it or make it weak. She will never make you small so that she can appear. Step 5 is now the cycle of betrayal. Where every month things he knows what he will do if betrayal comes. You are hooked into what we call the cycle of betrayal. That is now step 5. You know every month things he knows what he will do if a woman betrays him. Every month when you ask them what you will do, they say, "I will look away. I am strong. I am stoic. I can't entertain a woman who disrespect me. It is very easy to say it." But when the betrayal comes, it breaks something deep inside you. For example, you will see the message of another man texting her or you will hear the tone in her voice when she is talking to someone else. Now you suspect that must be another man. But you are just there still hoping that maybe it is not what it looks like. You see late night calls, but you assume you say, "Ah, maybe she is just talking to her colleagues." So you are just hopeful that she is not doing what you are suspecting. That hope is not strength. It is fear of loss. This guy says, "Love." And when you get up, she cries. She even apologizes. She even promises to change. And true for a while she does it. You see her tender, attention, effort. Then you say, "Ah, her, she's back." But to see that is not healing. That is love bombing. It is emotional confusion disguised as reconciliation. It is the high before the next fall. It is the cycle. Pain, apology, pleasure. This is not love. Bro, this is addiction. You see cheating in women is not a mistake. It is a mindset. It says, "I can break trust and he will still love me." So each time you forgive, you reinforce that belief. You understand? But this is something interesting. When you stay in betrayal too long, you become something else. Suspicious, paranoid and hollow. Even if she changes, something in you will not return. The innocence, the trust, the safety are all gone. You can rebuild a new relationship, yes? But not the old one. The old one died with the lie. Because when she no longer fears losing you, she no longer values keeping you. If you are finding value in this conversation, don't keep it to yourself. Stay focused, stay disciplined and man up. Finally, the last step into total loss of your dignity and respect is isolation. You are now a hostage and she is now the terrorist. Control is never complete until you are alone. She tells you that your friends are bad influence, your family doesn't understand your love. So soon, your saco disappears, your wild narrows. Isolation is how strong men are domesticated. She doesn't need to chain you. She just needs to separate you. And when she succeed, you lose your mirrors. The brothers who reflect your truth back to you. For example, I have seen men who unfollowed Ameriks on X. I've seen others who left our Warriors channel on Telegram. When you ask them, "Why did you leave?" They say, "No, my phone had issues." But the truth is they fear their women. Why are you following Ameriks? Why are you on that Telegram channel? You are being misled. The purpose here is to isolate you. So once you are isolated, you become a hostage. Then these fellows, when they leave these groups or they unfollow me, three years down the line when things go back, they sneak slowly back into the brotherhood. Let me tell you something. When your only conversation is with someone who manipulates you, your mind begins to fade. Solitude is sacred. Isolation is poison. Solitude or singularity builds you. But isolation breaks you. Never let a relationship demand the death of your brotherhood. You need men around you who challenge you, correct you, sharpen you, because no man becomes strong in silence. When you start to lose yourself, you should go back to your tribe. Call your brothers, reconnect with your mission, and reclaim your ground. So there we have it. Those are the six steps on how a man slowly loses respect and dignity in a relationship. The funniest thing is that he doesn't see it because these are silent wars that happen in his mind. In the next episode, I'll give you solutions on how to come out of such kind of a relationship or if you're getting into a relationship, how to avoid losing this war that is happening in your mind.
